PPP Loan Forgiveness was super easy. I received an email prompting me to complete my forgiveness application. Once complete, it took a little over a week before I was notified that my loan was 100% forgiven. Communication about my application was great and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience throughout my PPP loan journey.

However, it’s took sometime to reach a worker to review the delay of my application. My loan amount was too small for late response. Then again, they were receiving multiple applications, possible lead the company to stop accepting new applications.

I applied for PPP using Biz2Credit for the first and the second tranches. With the first, they were not able to correct the error that was made in Schedule C and I was only funded 1/4 of the qualified amount. With PPP2, there was not a single person I could talk to, and it gave an error message in the system which stalled the application for several months. I was not able to understand what the error was to attempt to correct the error. Even though I started the PPP2 application as soon as the applications opened on the Biz2Credit site, I was unable to receive funding. Biz2Credit was inconsistent and they could do much better.

They helped me submit my PPP application on the first day of enrollment and then got so busy they never again communicated except to put notes on my application page to be patient and not overload their system with more inquiries. I was welcome to watch their weekly video which I did. But the video just said to be patient and not make more inquiries which would overload their system. When the opportunity presented itself for my business to reach out to various financial institutions. There was only one that I found was there truly for the small business. Without question, it was Biz2Credit. Their thorough understanding of the process allowed for my company of 50 employees and me to receive a PPP Loan that gave me the opportunity to provide both Hazardous Pay and Protective items and supplies that allowed us to continue to provide save and effective services at the highest level for a population highly reliant upon us being there for them, Pandemic or no Pandemic,.

This was my first experience with "internet" financial institution. I was skeptical. The Customer Service was excellent--so patient with my lack of technical expertise and understanding of the process. The service was prompt and the personal involvement much more than expected. They are a true "friend" of the small business.

Biz2Credit was recommended by my CPA for applying for PPP funds. It was a paid service via the AICPA to receive training and easy application to PPP funds. Biz2Credit's process was far from streamlined. The application was complicated with multiple tutorials that resulted in billed hours by my accountant to 'process' my application as a 3rd party. Biz2Credit calculated PPP funding I was eligible to receive. The final amount was 5%v of the quoted amount ($400 of the $5,000 quoted). This was only disclosed when receiving the final loan paperwork with no response on the 'why' this happened. Biz2Credit placed the application on HOLD due to documentation required by the SBA. Once the documentation was resolved. There was no opportunity to apply for funds through other venues because the information came after the SBA announced that PPP funds were exhausted.

After helping me apply and receive my PPP1 we applied for PPP2. After 2 months of many voicemails, text messages and emails they were non responsive. We failed to get the PPP2 due to their inability to communicate and what seemed to be inability to understand very basic questions. Entering a ticket in their request system often took a month to get a response, when they did it was vague and not helpful. We lost over $50k in PPP2 funding due to the application expiring with Biz2Credit not returning any calls, voicemails or emails. At least 10 over the period of 2 months, with little to no communication.

I have been approved 3 times with different amount of PPP loans. 3 times they let me signed documents and never get deposit my Ppp ..Instead of $16500 finally they got me $2200 on last day of the ppp. They let me wait 3 months. I was so disappointed with the company.

First draw for PPP went relatively smoothly, but the application for the 2nd draw was beyond abysmal. We had all of our required documents uploaded and accessible for over a month, and we had 3 different Biz2Credit reps sending emails asking us to provide documents they already had. It was like each rep was starting from square 1 and didn't know how to access our account. I reached out to our assigned loan specialist by email and phone, and never received a response back for anything. Even though they already had everything, we received an email on June 22 giving us a deadline to supply all required documents (which they had) by June 25, or our application would be withdrawn. Well, we get an email on June 24, a day before the deadline they gave us, saying that our application was officially withdrawn.

They made very easy to apply and were very fast. Application was very easy. They answered questions fast and let me know what was going on in each step. I told four other people to use them. They also had no problem and said.

It was a good experience for me. I had very few concerns about loan thing and this platform has provided me the best opportunity to eliminate my concerns. I will recommend this platform to my fellow and colleagues and friends. This is the perfect timings for me to continue with my business plans.

I trusted them to treat me with respect and provide me the funds according to the PPP rules. They cost me thousands in funding when they failed to utilize the mandated calculation. Zero customer service or accountability and generic emails that go nowhere and a phone that was never answered. They only appear to care about themselves, not the businesses they are supposed to help.

This company should have legal action by the Federal Government taken against them. I qualified for a loan amount that was triple what they quoted me. After seeing the extremely low amount which was less than most people’s weekly paycheck I went to another company and was approved for my correct qualifying amount. They wouldn’t cancel my application so I could get what I am eligible for. I opened a BBB complaint and never got anywhere. I always received automated responses.

Updated on 06/16/2021: I've contacted the SBA, OIG, BBB of NY, and my congressman and still no resolution on Biz2credit's incorrect calculation of my loan. There has to be something we can do about this horrible sham of a business. As the rest of you, this has been the WORST experience I've had in my 24 years of business. I can't believe that when I finally got someone to call me, Kamal says "I should have been able to find work doing something else" and my loan will be reduced significantly because of that. Huh? When did the SBA grant them the authority to subjectively deny funds????

I applied for my loan on February 25th. I received my e-Tran Number and signed all documents by February 28th. April 9th I linked my account and was approved 2 days later. After sending multiple emails requesting an explanation of the funding delay, I reach out to Tommy **. On May 23rd, my status stated I was funded. Hence, Tommy ** sent me an email stating that I was denied without explanation and my application was withdrawn. This is a major set back and a waste of time.

I’ve been Experiencing everything in reviews that I’ve been reading. This company sucks. Even responds to emails of tickets created saying issues resolved with no resolution of how it was fixed but problems are still there. How do you report them? I think they are frauds their self’s.

Unfortunately, the second experience with Biz2credit did not work. I have got approved with my second PPP, also, I was approved by SBA. I have to approached the Biz2credit Managing Director in Linkedin for me to get a response from the person in charge with my account. His name Eric **. They had me for nearly 4 weeks, sending them paperwork, and also filling up documents and contracts, and I received a message on my dashboard that My PPP was funded in 72 hours. When I approached them after one week, no answers.

I went to Biz2Credit for my first PPP loan. It wasn't smooth but I ended up receiving the funds which were later forgiven. Round 2 came up and I reapplied through them back in January. I waited and waited for a response. Nothing till April. According to my dashboard. the FDA rejected my application due to my social security number and my Etrans number (loan #1) being incorrect. Both were correct on my application. I called and left 20 messages..not one call back. I sent even more emails for weeks with the only response being that they had opened a claim or something like that. I finally got a response back with them telling me that there was nothing they could do. I had to make the necessary changes on my application.

First PPP loan with Chase a breeze, The second with Biz2Credit a total nightmare. I applied in FEB they quickly lock you in with an E-tran number and then disappear. No contact for those three months except an email making me repeat steps and uploading documents that we already uploaded. Then without any notice or explanation they withdrew my app the day before the PPP funds ran out. My accountant sent in the paperwork and I know I qualify yet here I am -- with no way of applying for me second PPP now, but guess what they finally called me to explain -- you want to know what I had to do to get someone -- anyone from this company to respond by email or phone -- write my Congressman. And then forward the letter to their marketing department.

I applied through Biz2Credit for my first draw loan and after weeks of pending the loan finally was approved and funded. Now after getting the email to apply for second draw and submitting the same required documents they’re telling me that the documents aren’t sufficient and withdrew my e Tran number and cancelled the loan that was approved by the SBA.. I’ve emailed multiple times and still no response but an email to submit application which I have with no updates or movements..

I wish I would have read reviews before spending the last 2 months dealing with this company (however, I just went with the one my accountant recommended). The website claims you will get funded in approx. 10-12 business days but that is not correct. The company does not provide updates. Emails to customer support and/or your assigned representative take 3 weeks, if ever, for them to respond.

I am reading the horror stories and I am in the same situation - got approved by SBA 03/14/2021, e-tran was issued, today is 05/04/2021 - no funding, numerous emails with the same answer to provide something that was provided several times before. We need this funding to make our payroll. Someone suggested class action lawsuit, I think it’s a great idea. In these difficult times they should make things easier. Instead they frustrate people, get approvals from SBA and don’t fund businesses that are in desperate need of this funds. They need to be investigated and prosecuted for negligence. I repeatedly asked them to cancel my loan and release the e-tran number so I can apply with another lender - no response. FRAUD!!

Where do I start? I have been approved for first round of PPP and signed the documents 04/06/2021. Today is 05/03/2021. Still nothing. I emailed them millions times but nothing. Finally they send me that I have to connect my bank account through Yodlee. Come on. For the sake of getting my loan, I connected my bank account. Still NOTHINGGG. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM FROM OPERATING. I wish I used different bank to apply for PPP when you need the funds to support your struggling business and family. They don't care about the small businesses and their families behind these businesses.

This has been by far the most frustrating experience! I had my first draw with Biz2Credit without any issues. I applied for a 2nd draw with the same company. After applying on April 10th, I was informed via email that I was approved, given a loan number, submitted my bank account information for deposit, and signed the required 2483 form. After doing that, the application was stuck in the approved (pending re-verification stage) for weeks.

So this company is impossible. I applied in 01/21 for 2.0 ppp loan that I qualified for. Then I asked them to withdraw the application as I thought I was approved by another lender. They stated they withdrew. I have been trying for 3 months to get my second draw. All because Biz2Credit said they withdrew and they did not from the sba. Not only that but you cannot get a live person to respond to you. I think I am going to lose out on money that is desperately needed to continue to operate all because of this company. Do your homework. Beware.

We applied for PPP thru them six months back, we even got approved by SBA but this company kept on asking to download all the tax papers, we sent everything in very timely manner but this people never worked on it and there is very poor communication skill they have, you can not call them and they never call you. It is only thru email, every time you get an email asking for the same document from different people. Ultimately we got an email informing us that SBA DENIED OUR REQUEST, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, WE GOT IT APPROVED BY ANOTHER LENDER. I am not sure if they are legitimate, if they are then they have to reorganized their set up, very poorly handle. I THINK THEY ARE INTERESED IN A BIG COMPANIES, IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOU.

Don’t paid Biz2Credit/Itria Ventures to use their system if you are not a CPA, they will steal your money. They have this subscription, called the premium subscription, it cost 1,500.00 and only after 2 months of use they denied me the right to process application for PPP. Because they claim that they want to help the SBA to prevent fraud. So what this mean if you are not a CPA, every one else is a crook? I have been an EA in good standing for over 20 years and I have never been treated like garbage by so an uncrumples bank. If you have been abused and robed, we should find the way to sue these crooks.

I applied for a PPP loan and was told I was approved. Since then I have received absolutely no communication. I as other on this feed, have emailed multiple times and received nothing!!! I go to the Dashboard today and there is no evidence that I applied. It's as if my information was completed wiped out. Where are the documents I uploaded? Can anyone tell me anything? Horrible service, communication, follow-through...

I have been trying to apply for the loan for three months and they have not been doing it! I emailed them. No response. They have no phone number. I went down the main building and they wouldn't let me in! They are stealing our money! I tried applying someplace else and I can't because Biz2credit is holding it hostage! The other company that I tried applying totally said I was approved ! What is happening!

I don't even know where to start. It has honestly become almost a traumatic experience working with BIZ2CREDIT. I have been a part of a forum where some have even had to close down permanently after being in limbo. Here is a summary of my experiences... 1.) 1st round PPP successfully funded 2/2/21. 2.) Application submitted with ALL documents for 2nd round. 3.) Signed form 2483 on April 5th.

Every negative review here is spot on!!! I applied for my first PPP draw in January. I had questions, emailed them several times and never got a response. Fortunately after a few weeks, I received my PPP. I applied for my second draw a couple weeks ago and am stuck in this "More Information Needed" limbo. They don't respond to emails and if you have any questions or concerns, you are on your own. Getting your money will be 50/50 odds....Do not apply with Biz2Credit!

Please be wary of this company as they did more harm then good in processing my PPP loan. I applied back in February and almost two months later I received an email indicating that my loan was approved by the SBA, given a loan number, submitted my business bank account information for deposit, signed the required 2483 form and used an automated system to verify my banking information. I received an email that I should expect the loan to fund in 7 business days. Following that, I began receiving emails to provide the same banking information that I had already been provided. (I provided it again.) I wrote emails and tried calling my supposed account manager "Sam P" - but his voicemail box is full. No one ever responded to my inquires.

I can't get a straight answer out of my loan officer. I signed my promissory note on 4/14 and I still have not been funded. I was told my bank sent it back (they didn't per the bank) and when I told the loan officer that wasn't true then it changed to being under re-review with a very rude response from said loan officer. I would just like a straight answer regarding funding as I have submitted everything, signed a promissory note, and have an active loan through the SBA. If they can't/won't be funding my second draw loan, it would be nice if that was just told to me so I could go through a different lender.

Fast easy process and great people working there like Ron ** funding specialist l. I would definitely recommend the lender to others. I always got my messages answered. The things they asked for was very easy to understand and very exceptional manner. Thank you.

I have been approved by the SBA since March 12, 2021 and until today April 23, 2021 I still didn't receive my funds. My status on the SBA site says "Active and Un-disbursed". So, people who are saying that the lender has 10 days to disburse the funds are either wrong or what the company is doing is wrong. I would suggest to stay away from them if you want funding and no complications. They are the exact opposite of who they tend to show on their website. Please, STAY AWAY!!!

I applied for a PPP loan through Superior Business Management. Unbeknownst to me, they connect me to Biz2Credit to arrange the PPP loan funding. I fill out the online information and upload all the requested documents. No matter what I give them, the status is always "more information is needed. Now they want me to link my business bank account through "Yodlee". I contacted my bank, who also does PPP loans and they told me there is no good reason for the request. I looked up Biz2Credit on this website and find out many other business owners experiencing the same results. I am sure many others are getting the same emails as below from Biz2Credit.

I got my first draw loan with Biz2Credit. They sent me a email to apply for my 2nd draw. After waiting for weeks and getting approved they withdrew my application without any information why after connecting my bank. What is going on? Is this a scam!!

Horrible experience. I made the horrible decision to apply in mid January and my application was just in limbo for weeks. I made the decision to withdraw and was told it was withdrawn. March 6 I saw it was approved in caweb (even though it was supposedly withdrawn). I had no idea and was never informed, there was no communication, nothing. I didn’t find out until last week that it was them (and not the new company I was trying to apply to). Well now, Biz2Credit is saying that my application was withdrawn when I asked, but it’s somehow supposedly still under review with SBA. They told me there’s nothing they can do on their end and to contact sba. Well of course sba is no help at all so now I’m just stuck, with no funds to assist my company. What a fraudulent, corrupt company out here ruining other companies. I will never recommend you.

Received SBA/Etran # but all of a sudden when I logged in today, nothing is there and it says withdrawn. It doesn't even show the etran# anymore. Very confused and concerned that all of the info is just gone.

Avoid this company if you can. It seems as if Biz2Credit was created only to make money off of PPP loans and they have no experience in lending. I am surprised the SBA didn't vet their lenders better. There is no way to actually contact them and speak with anyone, if you contact your loan "specialist" there is never any response. Loans get "approved" by SBA and then sit in limbo with Biz2Credits partner Atria Ventures. There also seems to be no options for actually applying for forgiveness, which is what I think they are going for because that is where they would gain financially. We found them through the SBA referrals because they were the only ones accepting applications at the time, which I now know why.

I would say no customer service but apparently the computer sends out emails occasionally. I have asked several times for this loan to be cancelled because I cannot speak to anyone about my application. I have sent more than 10 emails with no resolution yet.

Don't use Biz2Credit/Itria Ventures to apply for the SBA PPP loan. Biz2Credit locked me and my clients out of their portal without any communication. They cancelled the loan after they funded. No reasons were given as to why I've been locked out my account.

Updated on 04/21/2021: STILL have zero response from my emails/voicemails I’ve left on every number I have found online and called and was actually given a voicemail option. BUT I did get a response to my negative review I left here on 4/19. I got a private response from Biz2credit today 4/21 at 7:26AM “requesting information to look into it”. I responded at 7:50AM. I think it’s amazing that after all my emails and phone calls, it took a negative public review until someone finally decided it was best to “look into it”. Now with that said, let’s see if they actually fixed the issue and finally finalize the application and issue the funds. I will continue to post public updates on this and how long everything takes until it is resolved for full transparency.

I applied for a PPP loan. I sent in all my paperwork. I was approved for a $20,000 loan, but I only needed $2,500. So I emailed them to ask a question. You immediately get a auto response. Not helpful at all. Then I got an email that looked like spam from a foreign name asking for permission to access my bank statements so I deleted it. I called a MILLION times. No response. I emailed a MILLION times... got meaningless auto responses. Then someone actually called me! She was just a customer service person and couldn't help at ALL. She wrote an email to a hirer level and said someone would call me. Never called. Then I got an email saying that I would receive an email from someone asking to verify my bank statements. I never got that email! So, I emailed them again saying I never got the email. Then they cancelled my loan due to lack of response on MY part! That's right MY part! Now it's too late to apply. I'm furious!

Their "dashboard" never updates. For the past week and a half I have been stuck with the same status of "more information needed" yet, there has been no communication from my loan officer. I have uploaded the required documents several times. How can I supply more information if I have no idea what information they need? I regret ever using them! Please beware!!!

Updated on 04/28/2021: If I could give zero stars I would. I initially reviewed Biz2Credit back on April 18, 2021, in regards to my ongoing experience with the company as a whole and the nightmare I’ve been experiencing trying to receive my second PPP loan, as well as apply for forgiveness on my first PPP loan. I was approved by the SBA for my second PPP loan back on April 12, 2021. My online dashboard on the companies website shows that I’m approved and it says that it will take 10-12 days for the finalization of my loan docs before I will be funded. To date I have not received any final loan docs to sign. I cannot get anyone to respond to me whether I email my funding specialist or I email customer service.

This website is a joke, DO NOT apply with them. Reported to SBA And BBB. Next we need to formulate a class action lawsuit as they’re likely malicious delaying applications, if at all funding, to make a spread on the cash. They do not respond to questions, and merely flip applications back and forth between “accepted” and “more information needed” but nothing more is actually required.

My Biz2Credit Application is not funding. I Applied in early February and got NO dashboard updates past “submitted”, or responses until approximately 10 weeks later when I submitted a help ticket. I then got a generic answer that SBA would process my application “soon” and then they closed the ticket. A few days later I got a DocuSign form and request for my banking information. All of my necessary documents have been uploaded since early February. Status NOW says “more information needed”.

Did my first draw with you guys and it was perfect! Not even one bump in the road. I got a notification in my portal that I was eligible to apply for second loan (by SBA standards YES I was). I went ahead and did that. Everything seemed to be going perfect once again. I signed, my Docs, Set up ACH, Got my e-tran number. Caweb (SBA) shows Active/undispersed (which means approved on their end) So, I was sent recently a link from Yodlee to connect my bank account. Okay scary but I tried. Only it was let you do it and it just keeps showing an error and says it doesn't know when it will be back up. Okay fine not a huge deal. However you cannot get ahold of anyone!!! Sam ** is supposed to be my loan specialist. He is nowhere to be found.

The process started out great, I uploaded all my information and the web portal was easy to use. I received SBA approval and my E-tran number pretty quickly and was promised funding in 10-12 days- and that's when things took a sharp turn. I patiently waited for weeks, then was asked to provide more information, immediately submitted that, waited more weeks, followed up on the status and was asked for the same documents I had already submitted weeks prior. I resubmitted again and pointed out the urgency of the loan.

I am writing because after numerous fail attempt at reaching out to anyone at Biz2Credit concerning my application. My application hadn't moved or updated since last week. I signed my contract last week and it just been stuck on contract signed and have not been funded. I know people who signed their contract after me and got funded. This is a disgrace. No one ever replies back to email or anything. I don't understand why would a company operate and don't have the manpower to at least response back to their clients.

Unable to speak to anyone about loan which I was approved for. Reached to customer service and my tickets keeps getting closed without being resolved. You can’t never reach anyone by phone. I’ve tried calling number back which I’ve been contacted from and it drops call. Some called about me linking my account and telling me a link was sent. I never received a link. I’ve already provided bank deposit form. I’m locked out my account and I’m being told email doesn’t exist.

This company has horrible communication. I have been approved for a loan. It’s has been about a month and no funds. I can’t get in contact with anyone after they emails me asking to verify my banking information. When I email back using the same address, they blocked my email. I tried reaching out to customer service using that email address and after some back and forth communication my email address was blocked after they told me they couldn’t find me in the system. Wtf I have all the emails and copies of all documents. I just want to know what’s going on.

I applied for a ppp second round, and it has been 2 months already approved from SBA still nothing. Every time I try to connect my bank it gives me a error, so I was told to upload 3 months of bank statements which I did 2 weeks ago still no update. Sam doesn’t answer the phone nor my emails. Ayush was helpful at first. Did they stop responding. I’m trying to cancel my app so I can apply elsewhere. They won’t respond. I didn’t have problem with the first one and unfortunately my previous company doesn’t offer second rounds. I do not know what to do. It been 2.5 months since I applied and been approved. Absolutely absurd, unprofessional, and lack of knowledge. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!

I received an SBA number almost a month ago and nothing has happen yet. They keep asking me to resend the same information and they will not withdraw my application so I am just stuck and waiting. This is the worst experience. I would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY----THEY HAVE LOTS OF TIME TO CREATE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS, BUT ZERO TIME TO HELP CUSTOMERS!!!! I and thousands of other REAL PEOPLE had a HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC time with Bi2Credit---the 1-star reviews are us REAL PEOPLE. I applied on 9 FEB and only got my money on 6 APR AFTER sending more than 30 emails and making several Better Business Bureau complaints. I only heard from a human 2 times---neither of which did they actually read ANYTHING I had written----and NEVER with any useful response. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Biz2Credit is retaliating against me for filing a one star Trust Pilot complaint and refusing to remove it. I have provided them with all necessary documents yet since I filed that complaint they are now requesting documents that aren’t required and are making me go thru he** to get my full blown tax return which isn’t even required. I sent it anyways. Now it needs to be in pdf form!!! So now I’m still waiting while I’m trying to stay afloat financially! Ridiculous!!!!

Biz2credit allows you to receive an Etran# from SBA to receive funds then withdraws your application once SBA funds them. It’s a scheme to keep the money in their pockets & then they will say you were denied. If they do not report my information to the SBA as application withdrew & no funds dispersed I will take legal matters at once. Their contacts are not updated. I have sent numerous emails but this matter hasn’t been corrected, I will be reporting this type of fraud immediately.

If you have opened a loan and are not getting paid write to: DisasterCustomerService@sba.gov and tell them you didn't receive your loan.

I still can't believe this company is authorized by the SBA to fund loans. PLEASE GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are very disorganized. They obviously don't care for small businesses. They'll scam you into giving you E tran numbers issued by the SBA, which will prevent you from going to other lenders. I have been approved since January and still haven't been funded yet. I have just checked my account with SBA, it's showing that the funds have been reserved for my company and yet to be funded by Biz2Credit. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE!!!.

My experience with Biz2Credit is consistent with the other poor reviews. There is zero communication to or from the loan provider (in my case Sam **). Although I received approval from the SBA within one day, Biz2Credit sat on my verification beyond the 10-day SBA disbursement time period and then belatedly requested additional information that I had previously provided. Like others, I am considering legal action and if enough of us join we can form a class action against this company.

Applied for the PPP in Jan 2021. Got an email saying Submitted to SBA on Jan 30. Been stuck there ever since. Contacted support on March 29 and got response saying application was never submitted to SBA and said I need to sign up for a webinar on common mistakes yet never told me what my mistakes were nor was there any email or anything in my dashboard saying there was a mistake or missing information. Emailed 4 times since then and have gotten no response. DO NOT USE THEM IF HAVE THE CHOICE!! As you can see from the other reviews this company doesn’t care about its customers. Run away.

I am using Biz2Credit to apply for the PPP small business loan. This was recommended by a daycare tax accountant. What a mistake! It is impossible to get in touch with them. Been in the pending review stage. No response. Sent emails no response, been doing everything they asked for. Still not responding. I highly wouldn’t recommend this company. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. They hold the loan transaction in one stage towards the end with no response.

My funds were returned and I’ve been stuck in the funding queue for over a month. No one ever replies! It’s extremely frustrating! They give you an Etran number and don’t respond. I’ve emailed 13 people!!

Began the process of my PPP loan, slow response, then they TEXT me a message, and asked for my password for my online banking so they could login to my bank account and view my banking transactions..?? Seriously!!?? I don't think so!

To whom it may concern I’m writing this letter to complain about this companies services. I been trying to reach out to you guys and let you know Biz2credit was very horrible with their services on obtaining a PPP Loan with them. I applied since 01/25/2021 and was approved by the SBA and they made me wait for two months just to withdraw my application. Now I been trying to reach out to them to release the Etran number that they have so I can apply elsewhere before the deadline is up. I’ve called and email multiple times to request them to release the Etran and they are not responding and also not caring to do so. I’m asking if you can close out the Etran with biz2credit by today so that I may apply elsewhere. Please I appreciate that. Biz2credit is a horrible company to do business with.

I applied for my PPP loan in January, it was approved for financing on Jan 28th. When I hadn't received the funding by Feb 7th I began communications with Biz2Credit to determine why. They claim the bank returned it. While it was going to our Biz savings account, we submitted the required voided check from our biz checking account to make sure there were no more issues. After a dozen emails and leaving at least 6 phone messages, I received an email stating that someone was working on it. Two months after approval, they requested additional files.

I should have read the reviews when my accountant suggested this company. Better yet I should've crossed checked my accountant! This company has all of my important requested documents and no reply. No calls, emails, support tickets have been answered and the deadline is nearly days away. What is even worst is that my accountant has now ghosted me. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

The Comments on here explain it all. The only reason I gave one star is to explain my terrible experience. I applied and was put on hold for about two weeks only to get my app was not up to standard with no explanation. I was locked out of my account with no way to see how I can fix whatever is needed. I have a second draw that I can’t even do because I’m locked out. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend.

I applied with Biz2credit in Feb 2021. I submitted everything they ask for. My application set in verify status until march. I received a etran number but they then ask for me to sign into yodlee to view my business checking account. I signed in and gave access. After I did that my application set for 1 week, I sent an email to their help email the next day my application went from verify to approved a day after it was showing withdrawn, I never requested my application to be withdrawn. I have employees I have to pay as well as interviewing, no one is responding to my email. This is so frustrating. I don't know what to do. Time is running out.
