I can't get a straight answer out of my loan officer. I signed my promissory note on 4/14 and I still have not been funded. I was told my bank sent it back (they didn't per the bank) and when I told the loan officer that wasn't true then it changed to being under re-review with a very rude response from said loan officer. I would just like a straight answer regarding funding as I have submitted everything, signed a promissory note, and have an active loan through the SBA. If they can't/won't be funding my second draw loan, it would be nice if that was just told to me so I could go through a different lender.

Fast easy process and great people working there like Ron ** funding specialist l. I would definitely recommend the lender to others. I always got my messages answered. The things they asked for was very easy to understand and very exceptional manner. Thank you.

I have been approved by the SBA since March 12, 2021 and until today April 23, 2021 I still didn't receive my funds. My status on the SBA site says "Active and Un-disbursed". So, people who are saying that the lender has 10 days to disburse the funds are either wrong or what the company is doing is wrong. I would suggest to stay away from them if you want funding and no complications. They are the exact opposite of who they tend to show on their website. Please, STAY AWAY!!!

I applied for a PPP loan through Superior Business Management. Unbeknownst to me, they connect me to Biz2Credit to arrange the PPP loan funding. I fill out the online information and upload all the requested documents. No matter what I give them, the status is always "more information is needed. Now they want me to link my business bank account through "Yodlee". I contacted my bank, who also does PPP loans and they told me there is no good reason for the request. I looked up Biz2Credit on this website and find out many other business owners experiencing the same results. I am sure many others are getting the same emails as below from Biz2Credit.

I got my first draw loan with Biz2Credit. They sent me a email to apply for my 2nd draw. After waiting for weeks and getting approved they withdrew my application without any information why after connecting my bank. What is going on? Is this a scam!!

Horrible experience. I made the horrible decision to apply in mid January and my application was just in limbo for weeks. I made the decision to withdraw and was told it was withdrawn. March 6 I saw it was approved in caweb (even though it was supposedly withdrawn). I had no idea and was never informed, there was no communication, nothing. I didn’t find out until last week that it was them (and not the new company I was trying to apply to). Well now, Biz2Credit is saying that my application was withdrawn when I asked, but it’s somehow supposedly still under review with SBA. They told me there’s nothing they can do on their end and to contact sba. Well of course sba is no help at all so now I’m just stuck, with no funds to assist my company. What a fraudulent, corrupt company out here ruining other companies. I will never recommend you.

Received SBA/Etran # but all of a sudden when I logged in today, nothing is there and it says withdrawn. It doesn't even show the etran# anymore. Very confused and concerned that all of the info is just gone.

Avoid this company if you can. It seems as if Biz2Credit was created only to make money off of PPP loans and they have no experience in lending. I am surprised the SBA didn't vet their lenders better. There is no way to actually contact them and speak with anyone, if you contact your loan "specialist" there is never any response. Loans get "approved" by SBA and then sit in limbo with Biz2Credits partner Atria Ventures. There also seems to be no options for actually applying for forgiveness, which is what I think they are going for because that is where they would gain financially. We found them through the SBA referrals because they were the only ones accepting applications at the time, which I now know why.

I would say no customer service but apparently the computer sends out emails occasionally. I have asked several times for this loan to be cancelled because I cannot speak to anyone about my application. I have sent more than 10 emails with no resolution yet.

Don't use Biz2Credit/Itria Ventures to apply for the SBA PPP loan. Biz2Credit locked me and my clients out of their portal without any communication. They cancelled the loan after they funded. No reasons were given as to why I've been locked out my account.

Updated on 04/21/2021: STILL have zero response from my emails/voicemails I’ve left on every number I have found online and called and was actually given a voicemail option. BUT I did get a response to my negative review I left here on 4/19. I got a private response from Biz2credit today 4/21 at 7:26AM “requesting information to look into it”. I responded at 7:50AM. I think it’s amazing that after all my emails and phone calls, it took a negative public review until someone finally decided it was best to “look into it”. Now with that said, let’s see if they actually fixed the issue and finally finalize the application and issue the funds. I will continue to post public updates on this and how long everything takes until it is resolved for full transparency.

I applied for a PPP loan. I sent in all my paperwork. I was approved for a $20,000 loan, but I only needed $2,500. So I emailed them to ask a question. You immediately get a auto response. Not helpful at all. Then I got an email that looked like spam from a foreign name asking for permission to access my bank statements so I deleted it. I called a MILLION times. No response. I emailed a MILLION times... got meaningless auto responses. Then someone actually called me! She was just a customer service person and couldn't help at ALL. She wrote an email to a hirer level and said someone would call me. Never called. Then I got an email saying that I would receive an email from someone asking to verify my bank statements. I never got that email! So, I emailed them again saying I never got the email. Then they cancelled my loan due to lack of response on MY part! That's right MY part! Now it's too late to apply. I'm furious!

Their "dashboard" never updates. For the past week and a half I have been stuck with the same status of "more information needed" yet, there has been no communication from my loan officer. I have uploaded the required documents several times. How can I supply more information if I have no idea what information they need? I regret ever using them! Please beware!!!

Updated on 04/28/2021: If I could give zero stars I would. I initially reviewed Biz2Credit back on April 18, 2021, in regards to my ongoing experience with the company as a whole and the nightmare I’ve been experiencing trying to receive my second PPP loan, as well as apply for forgiveness on my first PPP loan. I was approved by the SBA for my second PPP loan back on April 12, 2021. My online dashboard on the companies website shows that I’m approved and it says that it will take 10-12 days for the finalization of my loan docs before I will be funded. To date I have not received any final loan docs to sign. I cannot get anyone to respond to me whether I email my funding specialist or I email customer service.

This website is a joke, DO NOT apply with them. Reported to SBA And BBB. Next we need to formulate a class action lawsuit as they’re likely malicious delaying applications, if at all funding, to make a spread on the cash. They do not respond to questions, and merely flip applications back and forth between “accepted” and “more information needed” but nothing more is actually required.

My Biz2Credit Application is not funding. I Applied in early February and got NO dashboard updates past “submitted”, or responses until approximately 10 weeks later when I submitted a help ticket. I then got a generic answer that SBA would process my application “soon” and then they closed the ticket. A few days later I got a DocuSign form and request for my banking information. All of my necessary documents have been uploaded since early February. Status NOW says “more information needed”.

Did my first draw with you guys and it was perfect! Not even one bump in the road. I got a notification in my portal that I was eligible to apply for second loan (by SBA standards YES I was). I went ahead and did that. Everything seemed to be going perfect once again. I signed, my Docs, Set up ACH, Got my e-tran number. Caweb (SBA) shows Active/undispersed (which means approved on their end) So, I was sent recently a link from Yodlee to connect my bank account. Okay scary but I tried. Only it was let you do it and it just keeps showing an error and says it doesn't know when it will be back up. Okay fine not a huge deal. However you cannot get ahold of anyone!!! Sam ** is supposed to be my loan specialist. He is nowhere to be found.

The process started out great, I uploaded all my information and the web portal was easy to use. I received SBA approval and my E-tran number pretty quickly and was promised funding in 10-12 days- and that's when things took a sharp turn. I patiently waited for weeks, then was asked to provide more information, immediately submitted that, waited more weeks, followed up on the status and was asked for the same documents I had already submitted weeks prior. I resubmitted again and pointed out the urgency of the loan.

I am writing because after numerous fail attempt at reaching out to anyone at Biz2Credit concerning my application. My application hadn't moved or updated since last week. I signed my contract last week and it just been stuck on contract signed and have not been funded. I know people who signed their contract after me and got funded. This is a disgrace. No one ever replies back to email or anything. I don't understand why would a company operate and don't have the manpower to at least response back to their clients.

Unable to speak to anyone about loan which I was approved for. Reached to customer service and my tickets keeps getting closed without being resolved. You can’t never reach anyone by phone. I’ve tried calling number back which I’ve been contacted from and it drops call. Some called about me linking my account and telling me a link was sent. I never received a link. I’ve already provided bank deposit form. I’m locked out my account and I’m being told email doesn’t exist.

Finally resolved.

This company has horrible communication. I have been approved for a loan. It’s has been about a month and no funds. I can’t get in contact with anyone after they emails me asking to verify my banking information. When I email back using the same address, they blocked my email. I tried reaching out to customer service using that email address and after some back and forth communication my email address was blocked after they told me they couldn’t find me in the system. Wtf I have all the emails and copies of all documents. I just want to know what’s going on.

I applied for a ppp second round, and it has been 2 months already approved from SBA still nothing. Every time I try to connect my bank it gives me a error, so I was told to upload 3 months of bank statements which I did 2 weeks ago still no update. Sam doesn’t answer the phone nor my emails. Ayush was helpful at first. Did they stop responding. I’m trying to cancel my app so I can apply elsewhere. They won’t respond. I didn’t have problem with the first one and unfortunately my previous company doesn’t offer second rounds. I do not know what to do. It been 2.5 months since I applied and been approved. Absolutely absurd, unprofessional, and lack of knowledge. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!

I received an SBA number almost a month ago and nothing has happen yet. They keep asking me to resend the same information and they will not withdraw my application so I am just stuck and waiting. This is the worst experience. I would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY----THEY HAVE LOTS OF TIME TO CREATE FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS, BUT ZERO TIME TO HELP CUSTOMERS!!!! I and thousands of other REAL PEOPLE had a HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC time with Bi2Credit---the 1-star reviews are us REAL PEOPLE. I applied on 9 FEB and only got my money on 6 APR AFTER sending more than 30 emails and making several Better Business Bureau complaints. I only heard from a human 2 times---neither of which did they actually read ANYTHING I had written----and NEVER with any useful response. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Biz2Credit is retaliating against me for filing a one star Trust Pilot complaint and refusing to remove it. I have provided them with all necessary documents yet since I filed that complaint they are now requesting documents that aren’t required and are making me go thru he** to get my full blown tax return which isn’t even required. I sent it anyways. Now it needs to be in pdf form!!! So now I’m still waiting while I’m trying to stay afloat financially! Ridiculous!!!!

Biz2credit allows you to receive an Etran# from SBA to receive funds then withdraws your application once SBA funds them. It’s a scheme to keep the money in their pockets & then they will say you were denied. If they do not report my information to the SBA as application withdrew & no funds dispersed I will take legal matters at once. Their contacts are not updated. I have sent numerous emails but this matter hasn’t been corrected, I will be reporting this type of fraud immediately.

If you have opened a loan and are not getting paid write to: DisasterCustomerService@sba.gov and tell them you didn't receive your loan.

I still can't believe this company is authorized by the SBA to fund loans. PLEASE GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are very disorganized. They obviously don't care for small businesses. They'll scam you into giving you E tran numbers issued by the SBA, which will prevent you from going to other lenders. I have been approved since January and still haven't been funded yet. I have just checked my account with SBA, it's showing that the funds have been reserved for my company and yet to be funded by Biz2Credit. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE!!!.

My experience with Biz2Credit is consistent with the other poor reviews. There is zero communication to or from the loan provider (in my case Sam **). Although I received approval from the SBA within one day, Biz2Credit sat on my verification beyond the 10-day SBA disbursement time period and then belatedly requested additional information that I had previously provided. Like others, I am considering legal action and if enough of us join we can form a class action against this company.

Applied for the PPP in Jan 2021. Got an email saying Submitted to SBA on Jan 30. Been stuck there ever since. Contacted support on March 29 and got response saying application was never submitted to SBA and said I need to sign up for a webinar on common mistakes yet never told me what my mistakes were nor was there any email or anything in my dashboard saying there was a mistake or missing information. Emailed 4 times since then and have gotten no response. DO NOT USE THEM IF HAVE THE CHOICE!! As you can see from the other reviews this company doesn’t care about its customers. Run away.

I am using Biz2Credit to apply for the PPP small business loan. This was recommended by a daycare tax accountant. What a mistake! It is impossible to get in touch with them. Their "dashboard" never updates. For the past week and a half I have been stuck with the same status of "more information needed" yet, there has been no communication to tell what more they need. I have uploaded the required documents. How can I supply more information if I have no idea what information they need? I regret ever using them! Please beware!!!

Been in the pending review stage. No response. Sent emails no response, been doing everything they asked for. Still not responding. I highly wouldn’t recommend this company. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. They hold the loan transaction in one stage towards the end with no response.

My funds were returned and I’ve been stuck in the funding queue for over a month. No one ever replies! It’s extremely frustrating! They give you an Etran number and don’t respond. I’ve emailed 13 people!!

Began the process of my PPP loan, slow response, then they TEXT me a message, and asked for my password for my online banking so they could login to my bank account and view my banking transactions..?? Seriously!!?? I don't think so!

To whom it may concern I’m writing this letter to complain about this companies services. I been trying to reach out to you guys and let you know Biz2credit was very horrible with their services on obtaining a PPP Loan with them. I applied since 01/25/2021 and was approved by the SBA and they made me wait for two months just to withdraw my application. Now I been trying to reach out to them to release the Etran number that they have so I can apply elsewhere before the deadline is up. I’ve called and email multiple times to request them to release the Etran and they are not responding and also not caring to do so. I’m asking if you can close out the Etran with biz2credit by today so that I may apply elsewhere. Please I appreciate that. Biz2credit is a horrible company to do business with.

I applied for my PPP loan in January, it was approved for financing on Jan 28th. When I hadn't received the funding by Feb 7th I began communications with Biz2Credit to determine why. They claim the bank returned it. While it was going to our Biz savings account, we submitted the required voided check from our biz checking account to make sure there were no more issues. After a dozen emails and leaving at least 6 phone messages, I received an email stating that someone was working on it. Two months after approval, they requested additional files.

I should have read the reviews when my accountant suggested this company. Better yet I should've crossed checked my accountant! This company has all of my important requested documents and no reply. No calls, emails, support tickets have been answered and the deadline is nearly days away. What is even worst is that my accountant has now ghosted me. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

The Comments on here explain it all. The only reason I gave one star is to explain my terrible experience. I applied and was put on hold for about two weeks only to get my app was not up to standard with no explanation. I was locked out of my account with no way to see how I can fix whatever is needed. I have a second draw that I can’t even do because I’m locked out. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend.

I applied with Biz2credit in Feb 2021. I submitted everything they ask for. My application set in verify status until march. I received a etran number but they then ask for me to sign into yodlee to view my business checking account. I signed in and gave access. After I did that my application set for 1 week, I sent an email to their help email the next day my application went from verify to approved a day after it was showing withdrawn, I never requested my application to be withdrawn. I have employees I have to pay as well as interviewing, no one is responding to my email. This is so frustrating. I don't know what to do. Time is running out.

They contacted me today and were AMAZING! Thank You for the amazing customer service and all things handled. I wish I could delete this because I’m very satisfied today. They couldn’t of been more helpful. Thank you Biz2Credit.

Warning to other small business owners...It has been a very slow and agonizing process and I'm still waiting for funding as of 3/23/2021. I applied on 2/10/21, was accepted by SBA with E-Tran# on 2/15/21. But I have been in pending Closing Docs for Funding since 3/2/21, now my dashboard status is "Accepted by SBA (pending re-verification)". I'm not able to get a hold of anyone by email or phone from my funding specialist, Deepak T. I'm at a loss waiting for funding while my business continues to sink.

Updated on 11/09/2021: I had written an earlier review about Biz2Credit that was not all favorable. I was frustrated with the length of time it was taking to process my SBA PPP loan. However, they did get the job done and when the time was right to apply for forgiveness I did so with the guidance of Biz2Credit. I expected to wait 2-3 months to find out if my loan had been forgiven. My application for forgiveness was processed very fast and Biz2Credit e-mailed me that it was approved! I could not be happier with Biz2Credit.

Rather than informing me during the application process that they don't do business with one of my Banks, giving me the ability to change the ach details at my own discretion, they wait until everything is finalized! I'm told that I need to submit bank statements and voided check for new bank info.. I did just that and nothing! Why. I waiting so long to see if I'm getting the funds I signed for? I can't go to any other company and yet knowing that you decide to put me on the back burner because you already closed the deal and got paid.

It’s been 4 weeks. Still waiting for a response. I applied 02/26. Everything got approved and I got funded to the wrong bank. Still waiting on a refund & it's 03/22. I have updated my bank confirmation to serval emails without a response. I also attempted to reach out to their lender but I also founded out on Facebook that the two are owned by the same person off another person review. WOW! Right still no response.

This company is a scam. I applied for PPP January 30, 2021 and was approved by SBA February 1, 2021, which was to be disbursed in 10 days. It’s almost 2 months later and I still haven’t been funded. I have sent over 20 emails to over 10 people at this company and still not one reply from anyone. I have uploaded all documents and signed form 2483 which was sent February 4, 2021. There isn’t anyone to contact about receiving my PPP and I think this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Businesses are in dire need and this company doesn’t even have a way to contact anyone after they took your information and got funds on your behalf. They promote fast service but that isn’t what you receive! If I could give 0 stars I would.

They have had my application for the PPP since January 31 2021. I have tried to contact them through several measures including through email to the so called loan specialist listed on my profile asking for my application to be withdrawn and I received no response. I finally got a response on 3/12/2021 stating they will withdraw my application with 24-72 hours. I checked today and my application is still open in their system. I sent another email for them to withdraw my application and I received the same response from the same person stating the same thing. They have sent my withdrawal to their concern team and they will withdraw my application within 24-72 hours. This is unprofessional and it is prohibiting me from applying with any other PPP lender which is causing me harm and irreparable damages due to the need of the funds for my business which is impairing my life! Please withdraw my application immediately or there will be litigation to come.

I applied for the PPP loan at the end of Feb 2021. I was approved and received my E-tran # as well as my SBA loan number. All documents that where requested was uploaded. Monday March 1st. I went into my account to check for updates. All of my uploads, loan documents and e-tran number where gone. and it states my loan is withdrawn with an incorrect loan date.. My account now says apply for new loan. I have reached out to my loan specialist, support, info email and a couple more loan specialist and called the number listed. I have not heard back from this company.

I applied with them for my second PPP on 1/13/2021. Horrible experience. I finally got movement on my application after over a month and then I received a denied email, even though I have a Etran number with SBA. The reason is Improper guarantor identity authentication. I can't get submitted to the SBA with another lender because it keeps coming back as another lender already submitted. There is no way to contact Biz2credit on the phone and no one responds to the MANY emails I have sent. Very unprofessional company. I might miss the deadline to apply with another lender because of this.

I have still not been funded. I’ve been in the Funding Queue over 1 month. My funds were rejected by my bank to do a mix up with account info. Biz2Credit received the funds back on 2/22/21 and I’ve been sitting in the funding queue ever since then with no assistance to get funded and it’s now March 22 2021. I’ve spoken to 3 people that said they would assist me. I’ve sent updated ACH info. This company is the WORST I’ve ever worked with. If I knew this would happen I would’ve have never applied with them. When they called me they were more concerned with me fixing my bad review on Trust Pilot than helping me. I guess because I didn’t remove it I won’t get funded. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! I am in the process of filing a complaint of unfair business practices with local agencies and the SBA. This is incredibly cruel. The government stated funds are to be disbursed within 10 days of approval and they are breaking the law!!!

So I put in application it was approved. No word. Stuck at needs more info. Reached out over a month. Made a complaint and did a review, my application was withdrew. Not denied withdrew by them because I made a negative review. So unprofessional!!! Horrible company. PLEASE BEWARE!!

Applied first week of Feb 2021, approved same day, downloaded all dox. My dashboard kept saying more info needed. Here we are 3/14/21 I get an email to attach my checking acct and the link is not valid. I send emails with a response to keep trying. Finally get a new link that says my banking credentials are wrong. I send in a video showing me logging into my bank acct. Per request of the counselor I changed my credentials and tried again. Still failed. Got locked out. He calls me 3 times as he sends me another link. Again bad credentials. He never responded back and I have sent 6 emails. Still not 1 reply. I am now in limbo and cannot apply anywhere else!! Ready to pull my hair out! I do not have a clue as to what I am to do now as my business needs these funds. It is so horrible to leave people hanging like this.

After you apply for a PPP Loan, the company ignores all correspondence, returns emails with auto-replies, will not return calls, and blocks any attempt to apply with other lender/brokers. Avoid these shysters at all cost. They only get one star because you have to at least choose one to post.

WHERE DO I BEGIN!! Biz2Credit has no communication skills whatsoever. They are quick to give you a E-Tran number but not the proper paperwork. They don't respond to emails at all. There's no number to call. I have sent over 20 emails and not one has been answered, but I do received the same email everyday for paperwork that has been uploaded to my account for weeks.

Case ** was closed without a response. I'm still unable to log in and I can't seem to be able to reach anyone either by phone or by email. NO ONE IS EVER GETTING BACK TO ME!. Almost a month locked out of my account and the reset password link is broken, it does not take the new password set.

This company deserves zero stars, that's how poor of an experience I had with them. This whole application process was a waste of time. I applied for this loan at the beginning of February. I uploaded all documents that were required and photos of my ID. I received an E- Tran number and the notice that the SBA accepted the application and it just needed final verification. I received an email from someone who wasn't even my funding specialist telling me to make sure all required documents were in for the loan. (This may have just been a general message sent to those who did the application.) Either way I replied that I turned in what was needed and she checked and stated I needed a voided check which I didn't need before being as though I used a third party site to verify my bank account.

This is not accurate. The SBA stated yesterday I was approved and waiting on my lender. My online portal states application withdrawn if I wasn't approved my portal should show denied not withdrawn. What's going on here. Why is the SBA website still stating Active un-disbursed? Please contact me ASAP. Something shady is going on here. I'm getting ready to report you all as fraudulent unless someone contacts me. My father is a New Jersey news anchor and I'm getting ready to complain to channel 7 news. Why won't you all answer these questions I have.

When I applied with Biz2credit they asked me during the loan process to where I want my funds to be deposited so I Logged in to my bank account, I copied and paste my account number and routing number to the ACH part and today I woke up with an email saying my funds were deposited to another account number that's not even mine????

The worst nightmare..if your loan officer is Sam P..run away! Useless racist folks. They would withdraw your application because you are frustrated. That's how petty and unprofessional they are. A bunch of thieves!! Let's all sue them. They have ruined our businesses period.

I applied on February 25th. I was approved March 3rd. My account was in get funds status. I woke up today and status says withdrawn. I CREATED several tickets. They keep closing my tickets at customer service. My ticket should not be closed. I just logged in with caweb my money is sitting at the SBA un-disbursed to my account. I'm clearly approved and the portal is stating I've withdrawn my application which is not the case. On Sunday I was at the Get funded stage. I'm expecting my funds, what is the hold up? Why can't anyone communicate with me? This is extremely frustrating. I'm riddled with anxiety. I've never dealt with a financial institution where you can't reach a live person. I'm in panic mode.

Biz2credit submitted our PPP loan to the SBA and got approved. However, I did not complete the 2483-SD, they used INCORRECT information from my payroll provider. Because they got the loan approved through the SBA, I'm unable to apply through any other lender, and my time to apply is running out. They repeatedly have asked me to sign an incorrect form which is not proper. I have continually addressed this with them and have had to get the SBA District Office involved. They will not withdraw my application. I'm now at risk of not getting a 2nd PPP loan, despite other lenders willing to fund me.

I completed PPP1 with Biz2Credit and am very satisfied with the processing of my application. It was processed quickly and their customer service team is very friendly. I highly recommended Biz2Credit.

Have never received a single response. 100’s of calls and emails and nothing. Cannot apply for PPP at any other institution since they are sitting on a active Loan number with the SBA. Have been waiting for 30 days with no correspondence. The icing on the cake is someone from their Sales Department didn’t even know I had been waiting this long and asked, “if I wanted to complete my application?” Unprofessional and I would never recommend.

I just read few other reviews. It looks like the same issue and also I have seen the same funding specialist others are mentioning. Applied on 2/8/2021, got approved on 2/10/2021, signed the SBA 2483 form on 2/12/2021. Since then nothing is going on. I've already emailed the funding specialist, Sam, couple times but he never replies. Dashboard says more information is needed but there is nothing due. Every single item was uploaded there. How come it's taking more than a month to disburse fund from an approved loan. And still I don't know where we are going.

SBA approved my loan, I received & signed closing documents on 2/02/21. My funds were never deposited to my account. The company advertising stated quick and easy funding process and funding quickly. Well it's been over a month since closing documents were completed the general generic email is be returned with a hurry up and wait until they review. What review my loan be was approved and funded weeks ago. Seems to me it's time to find an attorney and file a class action lawsuit and the government should be looking into this company because from all accounts seems as though they are pulling a major scam and getting away scott free at this point.

I’ve reached out via phone and email multiple times to have my application withdrawn. Biz2Credit submitted my application to the SBA before receiving any documents from me. They have my business held up from receiving any funding from other lenders since February 5th and it’s now March 9th and I haven’t had any correspondence from them for over a month. I should be in the priority line up until tomorrow for having less than 20 employees.

I apply for a PPP loan with Biz2credit and went through the whole process and uploaded all documents as instructed to do so. I checked my portal every day or so for updates. I received my approval and even receive my E-tran number and that is where I have not heard anything else from the company. I signed my first set of papers which was the 2384 form. I checked the portal 2 weeks ago and it showed that they needed additional information. I checked everything and I up-loaded everything as they instructed me to by email. I try calling and emailing to see what else I need to upload, no response from them at all. The number that is listed for them no one answers the phone and I email the "loan specialist" who name appears on the portal when I log in and have yet to hear from that person "Sam **".

It’s been weeks since my PPP paperwork has been submitted. That process was lightning fast, now the long waiting game with absolutely NO response from this company is ludicrous. Time is ticking, myself and others are hurting financially, while these companies play games. If you can’t properly provide service, i.e., call/email back customers, get out of the game. HORRIBLE! Another lame duck company!

I must admit Biz2Credit came through for me. They contacted me each and every time they needed information and now my loan was approved and funded. I didn’t realize how many people had applied for this and how much time they needed to work on other individual clients. I’m glad they reached out to me and resolved the issue. Please be patient with them. Trust they will contact you and help you in every way possible. Thanks Biz2Credit for getting my loan funded and deposited.

I applied for a PPP loan on 2/12. I received my E-Tran and was accepted by SBA on 2/14. I signed my 2483 on 2/15. Was approved for my loan on 2/26. Went back into more information needed status during underwriting on 2/27. Resubmitted voided check on 2/28. Was approved again on 3/1 but my amount went down during underwriting due to my schedule c from 2020 being used. Was later told that a handwritten schedule c couldn’t be used so I summited my 2019 schedule c from my previous tax return.

I actually was impressed at 1st with this company although everything was moving slow but I was taking into consideration of them being busy. Despite some bad reviews. My problem with this company is they tell you that you are approved for a certain amount then reduce it when time to sign esignature so makes you wonder what's really going on.

I was approved for a PPP loan almost immediately after applying with Biz2Credit in January. I submitted all the paperwork as soon as it was requested. I have been waiting for closing documents for over a month. Biz2Credit doesn’t have a phone number to call for help. I have sent several emails that have all been responded to by a generic computer generated email. I haven’t spoken with a human once since beginning this process. They say to be patient and that the process can take up to 14 days. I waited patiently and nothing. As a small business owner who lost over 1/2 of my income last year due to COVID I’m in desperate need of this loan. On top of that an additional week of no income due to the winter storm in TX. This company is taking advantage of business owners in a desperate situation.

BIZ2CREDIT will quickly give you a e-tran number to keep you from applying to other lenders, then leave you hanging to dry. Not only that, but if you withdraw your application they will send you a message asking if you want your app withdrawn or not. If you choose no they will re-instate it quickly then again leave you hanging. It’s really unfortunate for business owners during the times our country faces. So many people get through the system fraudulently, but the real business owners like myself get stuck having to submit complaints, because they don’t have their ducks in a row.

Loan **. Absolutely horrible. I am so disappointed because I heard good things but they have had my application for a month saying they are verifying. What can you be verifying for a whole month! They are not scammers. They are just horribly slow. I do not recommend. If they fixed my issue and got me funded I would remove the review but I can't right now. BIZ** HELP!!!!

Biz2Credit does not care about "small potato" loans like mine. They are after the big bucks. I was approved for a PPP second draw but Biz2Credit sent an incorrect application for me to sign. I've called and emailed several times with no response other than to close my support tickets saying that my loan specialist will contact me. No one is contacting me to correct the situation. Small businesses should have some recourse to contact SBA to complain about participating lenders.

This is an update to my previous review. My application (App ID: #**) has been in the same status for an insane amount of time. I cannot believe more people aren't giving 1 star reviews. Now my application is sitting in "Accepted by SBA (pending verification)" stage after having sat there for weeks! What possible verification can you be doing after weeks and weeks of having my application. I will remove this review if somebody could fix this! I NEED THIS APPROVED AND NOBODY CAN HELP ME. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH!

I applied for, and obtained an SBA PPP loan approval from this company on Feb 9. In that email, Biz2Credit said it would take 6-7 business days for the loan to close. Well, absolutely nothing happened. I emailed my loan processor, and he sent a form email back basically saying check your uploads and wait. I uploaded more and more documents, and still, their portal says "More Information needed." I email my processor again, and guess what, he did not even bother to respond. This company does not give a rat's ** about customers. They really don't care to help you secure a loan, as evidenced by the fact that they cannot even be bothered to RESPOND to legitimate questions. Avoid!

Stay away from this company! My account and loan have been stuck in the same status since Feb 10th with no response after multiple e-mails, phone messages, and messages through their website. I applied for my PPP Loan through Biz2Credit on Jan 22nd, and was approved by the SBA on Jan 31st. On Feb 2nd, Biz2Credit had me sign the SBA 2483 Form, and I did so the same day. Then I didn't hear anything until Feb 10th, when "Ethan K" emailed me saying they needed a recent bank statement. I uploaded it to their document portal the same day and also replied to Ethan's email that I'd submitted the bank statement. I didn't receive a response from him and haven't heard ANYTHING since. My account is still in an incomplete "Submitted" status, with all prompts saying they still need additional information from me with no indication of what it is, and again, no communication from my "funding specialist."

How is there not a 0 star option! This is ridiculous how long this has been sitting in the same stage for this long! My application (ID: #**) has been in the same status for so long. I don't understand how this company has over 1 star rating. Do NOT apply for PPP with this company. They drag their feet. I have been in the "information needed" phase for weeks with no update. If they get me funded maybe I would write a decent review!

They were able to get both my loans funded this week quickly.. Thank you Frank **. These guys are doing their best. Be patient and you will be funded.

My ppp second application has been with Biz2Credit for over 3 weeks now with no movement. I've tried calling. Phone just rings and hangs up. I've tried emailing. All I get back is a auto reply. This is ridiculous that I can't contact anyone via email or telephone. I'm frustrated at this point.

I applied online and input the incorrect email address. Reached out to the via email to get it corrected so I can get my password to login, received a correction response and tried it and to no avail. It didn’t work so I emailed them back like the requested in the correction email and haven’t received a response and no one answers the phone. This is so frustrating. It’s been over a week now. Their professionalism is the worst. No customer service to assist if you have issues at all. They just leave you in the dark. I’ve read that there's a number of applications just stuck in limbo with a submitted to SBA response which is crap because SBA turn time is not 2-3 weeks according to other lenders.

We submitted the pre qualifying documents in January as Biz2 requested. Our dashboard says reviewed and sent to SBA. We have not heard anything since. We call and get disconnected after about 20 rings and now it just goes to a busy signal. Emails were answered with only an automated response and now they are not allowing us to email at all. We received a PPP loan for the first round and know we qualify. We are barely hanging on. We are in the food industry. Can anyone help us get our loan? I

I really love the concept of the company but the poor customer service is outrageous. I’ve been reaching out via phone and email for over 3 weeks and nothing. I keep getting this generic email return. My loan Specialist Sam is nowhere to be found. I have a lot of patience and want this company to win but you can’t treat your consumers this way. Trust me we all know how powerful customer service goes, as we all are business owners. It’s been over a month since I’ve been approved and stuck in a status. Can I please just get a call a pigeon email, heck anything back. Thank you so much!

My loan portal have been saying “Need More Information” For over a month. I haven’t spoke to a live person yet. I need someone to contact me ASAP. Every time I email I get a automatic reply. That is not acceptable. My business is in dire need of this loan.

UPDATED 3/8/2021: This is a follow up on my previous review UNRESPONSIBLE that has RESPONSE IN PROGRESS. I still have not gotten a response back from anyone at the Company. I have tried calling several time. Just of as other people have gotten approval and signed documents, I cannot go anyplace else at this point.

STAY AWAY! Biz2credit submitted our PPP loan to the SBA and got approved. It's now been 13 business days; 18 calendar days since they got the SBA approval, and they haven't funded the loan, nor are they responsive to my 6 emails or repeated calls. Because they got the loan approved through the SBA, I'm unable to apply through any other lender, and my time to apply is running out. They're actually in violation of the SBA terms, yet there's no one to reach to cancel my application or get clarity on how I can move the process along. I'm now at risk of not getting a 2nd PPP loan, despite other lenders willing to fund me. OUTRAGEOUS!

I’ve been sitting on submitted for 5 weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails and they will not respond nor can you get through on the phone. No communication from them. I’m filing complaints on everything I can. I wish I had read all these reviews first!! Do not use them. Save yourself the trouble.

Applied for PPP loan on 2/5/21. Approved on 2/7/21. Received sba number and etran code. A few days ago, the dashboard indicated more information needed. I have repeatedly called the mail number with no one answering, tried the email and chat discussion. No help. Desperately need funds and can’t go anywhere else because they have our application in lockdown.

They are just super busy & backed up, but they are working on it. Get your paperwork in order & they will help you out.

Signed closing docs on 2/13. Still no funds. No response to email sent on 2/17...tried sending email again today. Now it's not deliverable. Stating the email address is no good! This is horrible. I check my company email everyday hoping to get a confirmation.

I signed closing documents 5 days ago, why is it taking so long to be funded, and why nobody emails you back. Can't even contact anyone at this company. The process seems to be on hold, how do you contact someone.

This company has been giving me the run around since day one. I had applied in January and received my E-tran # Feb 10th, all paperwork submitted. I have still tried to get some form of contact and have yet to still receive any. After reading reviews it seems that the only way to get any kind of help is to post about the truth of the matter. So hopefully this will get someone's attention.

I had the worse experience in my life with Biz2credit. I have applied for ppp loan on 01/21/2021 and I got approved by sba 01/23/2021. Since then until today, I have not received my loan, when I check my application it says contract pending since 02/02/2020. I have tried to reach someone to see what is going on with application. The first person I was able to reach was Shikbar ** who told me that there is a issue my email and he said has updated my file with correct email and I will received my contract in a couples days. That was on 02/10/2021.

Updated on 03/01/2021: This company is a nightmare. I applied on Jan 25th and was approved shortly after. After MANY calls and emails I finally received the loan paperwork to sign on Feb. 25th. I signed it immediately and sent it back. Now it's silence. No clue when or if I'll get the funds, NO ONE RETURNS CALLS OR EMAILS. Sadly I've contacted an attorney and sent all documentation to him because I'm at a loss. Save your time, energy and sanity and go to a different company!

This company advertises fast helpful services. Once you submit your info they send automated response and after that nothing. I have got nothing in a month. Send daily requests by email and hundreds of calls all with no response from anyone. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to receive help with finding.

Updated on 02/27/2021: I filed a BBB Complaint against Biz2Credit on 2/21/21 and filed a complaint on Consumer Affairs on 2/23/21. Still no suitable resolution from Biz2Credit regarding the funding of my PPP approved loan. They continue to ignore my requests and inquiries. Come Monday 3/1/21 I will attempt to have Biz2Credit cancel my PPP SBA loan number so I can go to another lender as I have lost faith that this funding will ever occur with Biz2Credit. I am tired of going around in circles with Biz2Credit with no solution and being continually ignored.

I finally was able to get ahold of someone from the company and move forward in the process. Very pleased now. Thank you!

Bizz2credit has been awful. They never respond to you. I have been waiting over a month and still have not heard one word from them. I email them every day and call - no response. Please don’t ever use. They bad service.

BIZ2CREDIT, my 1 star is because my loan officer never respond to my emails. I hate non communication - I'm a legit business that's in desperate need and all I'm being told is to be patient as the verify and re-verify and verify my application. I feel targeted. SBA approved me however my application is stuck 20 days after. I'm over the nightmare I should've been funded by now. They have a automatic system with lots of technical issues that kicks your app out, then I get automated email response asking me to upload documents that's was not asked for In the portal. I've so upset because I'm in need since December, Biz2credit has made this process overwhelming.

Updated on 02/24/2021: ** I am continuing to get the run around. I’ve gone from accepted back to information needed again, but all MY information has been uploaded for weeks. I spoke to someone personally, more than once to confirm everything was good to go! They sent me through re-verification more than once. After further info, they aren’t supposed to send my application to the SBA until they verified everything. They had all the correct info before the SBA gave me an eTran # on 1/29/21. They had the info when I signed my SBA 2483 on 2/3/21 but made me sit with the status of info needed until 2/13/21 when I finally was able to track down a number that got me a human on the phone. This is when I got confirmation all needed paperwork was there.

I have been approved for a loan & haven’t been able to add Ach info to secure the loan & there’s nowhere on the site to add this info without receiving an email that links you directly to the page. I called & emailed numerous times yet no response or update. I know people that have been approved but when there’s a issue there’s really no way to get an answer. Biz2credit has to do better. These funds are crucial for our business’s.

I applied on 2/5 and got approved 2/7. Since then I have not received closing documents. All of my other documents are submitted in PDF format so there is no excuse. They don’t respond to you either so there is no point in calling or emailing them. God awful experience for such an important program.

The company is a scam. They request all needed verification documents from you, have you sign contract and boom your money is gone. Please please do not use this company. I’m trying to figure out who all I need to talk to so that I can get my money. My application been approved a whole month still no funds. I left a review on another site and then someone call me from a weird number begging me to take the review down and sent me a personal email with link to re review the company in a positive review and then told me my loan will be funded in x amount of days and that they were sending me a new contract to sign.

As long as you provide the requested documents in a timely fashion, the process is seamless. Thank you Biz2Credit for being so professional and efficient! I highly recommend anyone that's trying to get assistance for your business during an urgent time of need. Biz2Credit is the only way to go!

Thank You Biz2Credit for your tireless work in getting your clients funded. It has been a difficult time and as busy as this company is they manage to make a way for as many clients as they can.

They don't answer their phones or reply to emails. Issued complaint with BBB and submitted complaint to SBA. Applied for my PPP on January 20th. Have been stuck in waiting for them to close the documents for 2 weeks now.

 Within about 10 minutes of posting (10:32 AM), I was reached out to for more information.

 At 11:16 AM I received a call from Vaibhav **| Funding Support (**) who informed me my documents were not complete and I needed to submit more information to them. He also went on a tangent about people submitting photos of their families as proof (not my problem). I stopped him and told him the issue is that Biz2Credit is overextending themselves and is understaffed.

I have been trying to get in contact with Biz2Credit regarding my PPP loan and no one has sent me a email or call. I have been approved and waiting for my closing documents and still have not received anything. I am in desperate need of funding and no one from that company seems to care. They are supposed to be helping businesses but they have not helped me at all. I am very disappointed with my service and have contacted the SBA.

I put my application in on 2/4/21 and was approved 2/7/21. All of the documents they required have been attached. All of my ACH and voided check as well. I have called my loan representative 2 times in the last week and sent over an email with no response! I’m getting worried because of these bad reviews! I wish I would have waiters to put in an app with someone else but because they are saying approved it’s holding me up. I know the time frame would be a little long but not this long! Especially with no contact!

Our small business submitted the paperwork for PPP on 1/23 and by 1/25 the website dashboard said Approved. We later found out they do this to make sure you don't apply with other fintechs. From then on it's been a roller coaster poor experience. It's going on 4 weeks now with a few emails stating they need more information. When you give it to them it's once again crickets with no contact. You cannot get anyone on the phone, the phone numbers they give you ring for days with not even a recorded message or secretary, which is shady as a business owner.

I applied for the PPP2 loan with Biz2credit on 1/28/21, got an email on 2/8/21 that SBA approved the amount. 2/9/21 I was asked to submit my bank info and 2/10/21 signed the form 2483, then nothing. I emailed my funding specialist several times - no response, so I emailed their support and was told its in process of verification. Well today marks 10 days and still nothing. I emailed them and cc'd SBA so SBA knows what is going on because it is not right they have all my info and now not answering any of my emails at all. Are they trying to approve the loans and keep the money for themselves? Who else do we need to go to and complain about this.

I'm stuck in limbo with my much needed PPP loan bc I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY. They "withdrew" my application after I requested they do so, so I could apply through my legitimate bank. My bank has approved the loan but cannot proceed bc BIZ2CREDIT won't withdraw my application. They probably already received my money..

I initially applied 1/28/2020 approved by SBA 2/1/2020. Signed SBA form and uploaded all information and ACH information. Here I am on 2/18/2020 and no movement, no response, nothing!! Went from saying approved to further information to Verification. To pending to further information... this is a big mess! I email at least 8x a day and get the same generic message. Finally yesterday my loan officer decide to reply I was supposedly moved to funding. But yet again pending Verification!!! The PPP loan is supposed to help us not give us more stress!!! I am so discouraged and disappointed at this point. I cannot apply elsewhere because my E-Tran is assigned to them has been since the 1st.

I was approved for a PPP loan and it remains unfunded! No one answers calls, emails or keeps scheduled meeting times to discuss the issue and my money remains MIA. And the same thing with Itria Ventures their lender. The ACH deposit was attempted but returned by my bank and I can't get anyone to acknowledge me now so that I can have it redeposited. Admittedly the issue was on my end with the bank but facts remain that now that I have $14,000 of my money MIA. There is no one to contact regarding instructions for redepositing this money for my business.

I applied 1/24, got sba etran# 1/29 and ever since then it's been a complete mess. I have emailed 20 different people and got 2 responders saying they directed my message else where and someone will be in touch soon, no one has ever Called. After you get e tran number, you get 20 to complete process. They are not doing anything!!! If I lose that number this company will get theirs!!! My business is sinking. I need help and these people are so Unprofessional and to never answer makes it worse.

Overall they are great. They simply are hard at work. If they were to answer emails and phones all day they would not get anyone funded. I see now that they truly are focused on getting everybody funded. They will reach out if they need further info or if there’s an issue if all’s well we must be patient. Thank you Biz2Credit.

Updated on 04/14/2021: This is my second draw and I have a ETran number. I’m really considering withdrawal my application to apply with another company because Biz2credit has all my information and I received the first loan through them so please tell me Why is it a issue receiving my second loan!

I received my E-Tran number on February 5, 2021. ALL PARTIES signed the final documentation and contract on February 9th. February 10th my Biz2Credit account said that funds were deposited into my banking account. They asked me to give it 72 hours to show up in my account and if he didn’t I was supposed to contact my lender which is Itria Ventures. I called my bank just to let them know that I was expecting a big deposit to hit my account in 72 hours so my bank has been waiting on my deposit with me. Today is February 17th and I STILL HAVE NOT received my funds! I have emailed and called Biz2credit and also Itria Ventures. I have called and emailed my funding specialist but she has NEVER CALLED OR RESPONDED. I WANT MY FUNDS.

Update: After reaching out as far as I could all of my issues have been resolved with Biz2credit. I know things are tight and it's been a difficult process for all involved but from my own experience I must admit Biz2credit did come through for me and my employees in the end. Good Luck to you all and I guess good things do come to those who wait and wait and wait...

I have not got a response concerning my loan and my business is depending on it. I thought this process would be fast seeing that I have uploaded everything and it has been approved. I am just waiting on closing docs but nothing has been sent out nor can I get in touch with anyone on the phone and no response in emails. I really thought this would be a fast relief for me but at this point it just has me stuck With a loan number and no loan.

I applied on January 21, 2021, my loan was approved two weeks ago. On February 5 the approval was taken off and now it's saying it needed more information. I completed my ACH form as well as the 2483 SBA forms on DocuSign. Since then I've had no other contact with them. They haven't called or emailed updating me on anything. I have no way to contact them at all. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer emails. It's just unreal how long this process is taking, and also how unprofessional they have been handling my loan process. My business is heavily relying on this money to keep business going and they haven’t gotten back to me or updated my account in two weeks. I was under the impression that once it was approved they had 10 days to fund my business. I’ve been issued an etran number which doesn’t allow me to go to another company so I am stuck with Biz2Credit and I haven't even gotten my loan documents yet! UNREAL!

After finding other alternative ways to get ahold this company I was finally got touch with someone in within 24 hours my problem was resolved.

Biz2credit have submitted my PPP round 2 application. I have requested them to withdraw my application from the SBA, as they are the only entity that can do that, however I did not get any response nor my application has been withdrawn. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service for over a week now, calling, emailing and nothing. Only automated responses and voicemails.

I have been trying to reach this company regarding my money. I can not get anyone at all. My bank returned my money back to them and there is no way for me to change my ACH at all. I have called and called nothing has went thru or received a call or email back after emailing them as they ask. I'm about to lose my business.

Updated on 02/22/2021: I filed a complaint about not getting my funding after I was approved and have an Etrans #. They responded asking me for my information to help. I sent it in the private message but they still have not even responded or acknowledged getting it. I've emailed 10 people also with no answers.

Biz2Credit support services reached out to me via email on 2/25 and forwarded my information to Itria, who have resent payment and I have received it.

I applied Jan 23. Received no correspondence for over a week, I tried calling and emailing. Never got a response. I withdrew the application and decided to apply again because obviously my app was lost in some black hole, I am a self employed contractor and here I am again having the same problem. I have submitted all documentation and explained I'm self employed but sometimes use employees to complete big jobs. I sent my bank statements, also my 941, and Schedule C. And I still cannot get any communication on how much longer this will take. Small minority businesses are hurting and you can't even get anybody on the phone.

I applied for the PPP loan on 1-26, on 2-1 I was approved by SBA and assigned a E-Tran number. Then on 2-10, I was expecting to receive my ACH payment information but when I checked my biz2credit account it said I was missing information. I have emailed them and the only response I receive has been; your account has been approved and unwriting is working to finish your loan.

Horrible experience. On the verge of withdrawing my application! Have not had the best experience. No one has reached out to me. This is pushing me to go elsewhere. Have not heard a response back yet.

Updated on 02/18/2021: My account has been stuck on more information needed for weeks now. I have reached out to different representatives with no response. I’m on the verge to withdrawing my application. I would feel much better if this company stay in communication with me regarding my status. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is totally unprofessional!!

Applied for PPP on Jan 17th and they submitted to SBA and got the E-Tran number on the 18th. We thought, Wow, this company is good. Alas, our euphoria was short lived. From 18th, we kept reaching out to them by Email & Phone with no response. As others have pointed out, the phones are either busy or kept ringing, no way to leave voice mail. Emails never get responded. It has been almost a month from our SBA approval with no progress. Cant apply thru other companies as the SBA E-Tran number has already been assigned and tied to this company. If you are thinking about applying for a PPP loan, there are other much better options.

This goes back to last week. I received confirmation that my loan had been approved. Then I received confirmation that my loan had been funded. However, this was five days ago and no money has appeared in my account. No one answers the phone when I call, and no email is responded to when I email them. The actual "lender" Itria Ventures, is owned by the same company, and does not even have a website. Had I known this was going to happen, would have gone with a different company. Perhaps the only way to get money they said they sent to you is to sue them for it. Eventually I will be in repayment for a loan for money I never got. Can't believe the government would do business with a classless organization like this.

I applied for a PPP loan with them, was approved, and needed to submit some docs to complete the process. I cannot access my portal. I have called, texted, but to no avail!!!! I don't understand why take on this process to help people with zero customer service!! How can they NOT have a way to contact with technical issues. I should have gone with my bank!! But I am stuck because I was issued a SBA number through them!! My business and lives are at stake with NO HELP!!!!

I’m filing a complaint against BIZ2Credit due to their lack of responses towards the attempts that I’ve made to speak with a live person to follow up on my approval for the PPP loan that applied for 2 weeks ago. My funds from the SBA are being held by this lender and they will not respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. What was supposed to have taken 6 days has resulted in 14 days and no movement.

I applied with Biz2Credit on Jan 21. I have been approved and have been awaiting loan closing documents. I understand there are thousands of others waiting too, where I have been unhappy is I cannot reach my loan specialist by phone or get a response by email after sending MULTIPLE.. I am patiently just awaiting closing docs and funding. Already withdrew all applications elsewhere as I thought Biz2Credit was moving faster than others but I was wrong. Hoping to see some improvements soon!!

This business does not communicate with there consumers regarding their loan process. I submitted my PPP loan information to this business January 21. Shortly after that time my loan status moved to submitted to SBA, my loan has remained in this status for 3 weeks. No one is available by phone to assist the consumer with questions regarding the loan status and their process. I emailed the company, they responded with a generic email stating it's the SBA fault for the delay. I emailed again, received a claim number, this time no one responded. At this time I am unsure whether I should withdraw the application and apply with a more reputable lender or remain in limbo with this company. This is a rough time for businesses, for a business to complicate the process of receiving funds that are allocated for COVID impacted businesses to remain afloat is very disheartening.

They are took my information for Paycheck protection Program on January 21 2021 and still not move any action. They are so unorganized company with consumer who need federal funds ASAP. They are just play game. SCAM company. Don’t business with Biz2Credit!!

I emailed my "rep" Brad 5 times in two weeks and not one reply. My business was approved on 2/1 for funding (after the application sat there for 2 weeks) and Biz2Credit allowed the 10 days to pass and did not disburse it in time. It amazes me how many people leave positive reviews and yet others are treated such as I was. Search the company Reddit for real testimonials and timelines before applying. I encourage borrowers to beware.

I received an approval and a request to upload banking. 10 or more email later, and no resolution. There is nobody to physically respond or resolve the issue. A call back or alternate method would be great.

Updated on 02/16/2021: This company is fraudulent. I made a report the other day and they put my review under “being resolved” but have not heard from anyone. BEEN 21 days since I submitted an app for PPP. No communication from them.

Applied for my PPP on 1/20. Never heard from them again. I started to work with Smartbizloan but our app couldn’t go through because Biz2Credit already had an approved loan for me. So I was stuck. I emailed and emailed. Only generic answer no real help! Finally I sign the SBA form on 2/4. I was contacted 2/5 saying I was approved and would receive closing documents soon. And it’s been crickets ever since. Each rep that emails say wait my turn. Well I’ve been waiting for 21days and this has been the worse experience. By the time I actually see the funds my business will be closed. They don’t care. They already have the money from the SBA. I will never recommend or contact this business again for a loan.

Nitish has helped me tremendously through this PPP process. I've signed the loan contract on 2/16 and approved, just waiting to be funded to continue running my business.

Updated on 2/22/2021: I was hoping when I left my original review of Biz2credit they would address my issues. Although they responded to my post right away asking for my info so they can check into my case I sent it to them and have heard nothing about my loan. They answer no emails and none of my calls are getting thru. I was approved on 1-22-2021. All I can say is people beware. They are the worst.

This company is as bad as it gets! They use fake 5 star reviews from different emails. They took my PPP loan and will give no information. You can't call, they return no emails, and now find out it is being run out of India with a New York address. This is a situation I wish I'd never gotten myself into. They are deleting comments on their Facebook page so people won't see how bad they are with their loan services. This is the WORST experience EVER!!!

I was approved for a PPP loan and it remains unfunded! No one answers calls, emails or keeps scheduled meeting times to discuss the issue and my money remains MIA. And the same thing with Itria Ventures their lender. The ACH deposit was attempted but returned by my bank and I can't get anyone to acknowledge me now so that I can have it redeposited. Admittedly the issue was on my end with the bank but facts remain that now that I have $75,000 of my money MIA. There is no one to contact regarding instructions for redepositing this money for my business.

Despite Biz2Credit being unresponsive to application inquiries, they did secure the PPP loan for me.

I applied for a PPP loan weeks ago. Got a notice that I had been approved. Now no one will answer Phones, or emails. Not a clue what is going on. I think I am going to lose my business because they will not respond to us. If you want a PPP loan or any other I would look somewhere else. Once they get your info you are done.

After posting a review, I did hear from the company within a day. I appreciate hearing from BIZ2CREDIT and they are working with me to resolve the issues. I was happy to hear from them and I feel confident we will find a resolution. These are very frustrating times and I sincerely believe this company it trying to do the best it can. While I think the customer service is challenging, when I finally spoke to a senior manager they were friendly and helpful.

I started the application process on 01/16/2021, as in I filled out as much information as I could at that time. Over the next several days I gathered the required documents and uploaded them to my application on the Biz2Credit site, which is very easy to do from a cell phone! During this time I received correspondence from a Biz2Credit specialist letting me know which documents they received and which documents they needed to go forward. I also received an email from a specialist assigned to my account telling me not to hesitate to contact them at any time if I needed help or had any questions! I sent 3 separate emails at different times in regards to different issues I had and each time I received a response within a few hours.

After submitting documents for PPP loan account was locked for no reason. Unable to log in to view my dashboard or updates. No one answers the phone. Sent 3 emails to support team. Even dm on Twitter for support number.

I applied for a PPP loan. When I asked when my application was submitted I was given 3 different answers by 3 different people. It has been 7 days since my application was sent and no reply from the SBA yet, even though the SBA website itself says it might take up to 48 hours to get a response. Furthermore, I have sent 5 emails in a row asking the same questions and ask them to please just answer my questions. I get a generic response every time that doesn't answer any of my questions. They lie and give false information. Also the SBA gives the lender 10 days to fund you with the ppp money, Biz2Credit told me expect to wait AT LEAST 7 days after approval before I "learn the next steps" on what I have to do.

I had a wonderful experience working with Biz2Credit and Tommy. Tommy found us the right lenders. He is highly professional and friendly. He always followed up and sent timely reminders about any deadlines. It was a pleasure, and we look forward to working with Biz2Credit in the future.

Great experience! Ted was awesome throughout the entire funding process. He provided several options and stayed on top of everything and communicated with us throughout every step along with updates. It took them 4 days to deny my application. I have a perfect, positive balance sheet. I was getting emails from someone who didn't know how to write a email, bad English and very unprofessional. Don't waste your time and these will pull your credit.

I would like to modify this review based on the satisfactory response that I received from the Sales Director and his awesome team. He did not save face, stonewall, nor did he deny what had happened. He turned a humiliating and embarrassing experience around. I'm not a vengeful person looking to destroy anyone's business as I'm a business owner myself but I had to speak out.

I applied for PPP loan through Biz2credit in July of 2020. I was constantly in touch with them to make sure they have everything they need. Every step of the process they told me they have everything they need but moved really slowly. I inquired about the status of my loan at least twice a week. I received a final approval and waiting for the funds to be deposited into my account. Out of nowhere on August 21 they sent me an email that said they could not process my loan because my Etrans expired on August 12. When I followed up "We requested the concern team to renew your Etrans but as last week we had so many new file submission that we missed many of them." I was in touch with them on August 11 when they sent me an email that everything is fine with the loan process. Now I am screwed out of my PPP forgivable loan.

Hi. I'm a well established Accounting, real estate investment firm and insurance broker. I applied for the PPP Loan with Biz2credit and I was skeptical at first because they have all foreigners that work for them. No **, no **, no hispanics...and all of their people are advertised as loan Recipients. I found this challenging to understand. But I kept getting emails from Amit, a loan processor so I decided to apply and was approved in a day or two. I provided all documentation. Every form, every tax document, every payroll register.. and it did give options for banking..I chose option 2 and I never heard a thing for 2 days. I had to contact them. And I was told to use option 1 for Ach deposit instead of option 2. I declined and asked what was wrong.

I tried to get a PPP loan with Biz2credit, and after an inch of paperwork they declined my loan. I have customers & Supplier that had gotten their loans with only 10 pages of documents. I gave them 100's of pages, with ZERO success, stay away from this company, a total waste of time.

I applied for the PPP loan through Biz2Credit. I received an email that the loan had been approved, was issued an SBA loan number, provided ACH information and signed closing docs. Four days after signing closing docs I received a phone call requesting additional documents. At this point I thought that the loan was approved as stated and was looking for the ACH deposit to my account. I’m not sure what’s going now. The deadline has passed to apply elsewhere. The customer service rep had been very helpful but the back office leaves a lot to be desired.

Mr. ** handled my PPP loans, very professional, he get things done, he got an approval in short time for my PPP loan and before the deadline of the SBA, Biz2Credit is lucky to have someone like him working there.

They really do not care about your custom at all. I applied for a much needed PPP loan to keep me afloat during the pandemic. I qualified for one in every respect and filled out Biz2Credit's application process. And then, despite promising me that they'd received my application and would review it, they didn't contact me back. I waited and waited. Figuring there's no reason why I wouldn't get the same loan that everyone else was getting, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and presumed they were just snowed under and that I'd get the loan confirmation soon.

I submitted a PPP application right before the 6/30 deadline and Biz2credit was one of a few still accepting applications. At first customer service was great. I got an email saying my application was accepted and had a reference number. I was then told I was matched with a bank. I then was asked to submit documents. I would submit and get verification that it was received and then get emails asking for it again. Then I was sent esign documents for the loan and again get confirmation it was received and Then get requests for them again. After sending an angry email, today I got a one word email saying the SBA denied the application. This is after giving them my bank information and signing loan papers. I am worried I have gotten caught up in a scam! And also I may have missed my chance at the PPP loan by working with this company. Can anyone clarify?

I have been contacted by my funding specialist and was provided with information that confirms the SBA approved status. I'm not sure why it was not available when I was researching, but things change daily - I appreciate the follow up communication Biz2Credit provided to resolve this matter.

Hey, I have a business, where I was in need to loan. I saw Biz2credit advertisements and though they would help to cover my loan amount. The worst thing is this at their Funding Specialist Garry ** never got back to me. It's 6th day today, I have been waiting for replay even though I emailed me to see if he needs anything. So I would just say don't waste your time for this company, because they don't value their customer's time. The way they represent themselves to help people it's all advertisement.

This review is not a knock to their customer service personnel. They are truly the most hard working individuals you will ever come across in the small business loan industry. I can truly say that my loan processor, James, had fought tooth and nail to get my application process. To start, I wanted to obtain an SBA in order to fund a project for my business. I submitted the application and spoke with one of their reps who got my application on track. Later on, I was approved for the loan and completed their Funding call. I was expected to receive the funds by the end of the week, but my loan was stalled about by their underwriting team.

Everything was fast and easy. Within a week I got loan approval. It was my first experience. I Definitely would recommend and use again for funding! Very happy to work with Biz2Credit. They guided me well.

They say they are based in New York but the whole office is run by people out of the country who lie about their location. You get called by multiple people at the same time telling you not to talk to the person you have on the other line.

I've contacted them a few times And they were very helpful and contacted me right back. They even have live chat and a phone number available for most of the day. It is great. It was fairly easy and very easy to understand. Was not too complicated or confusing and if I needed help with something I had live chat there to help me out so yeah very very easy. Overall it is a really great program, it is something I have been loooking for for a very long time with the type of rates that they have. I love it so much. I will use it for as long as I can. They have a ton of online tools you can use and the one that is most helpful is the live chat because if you need help I can just talk to someone right away and they always help me when I need it.

It was amazing and was fast too. The staff was super nice and happy to help and that made me feel welcomed and part of the community. My matter was taken care of in less than 3 minutes and I liked that because I have a busy lifestyle. It was not hard at all and I was surprised on how easy it was to be honest. I think this company did amazingly with the staff and more. Normally I would be worried about the rates that would change the bill and all but this was easy to understand and the smaller letters was understandable. The website was easy to navigate through and I knew where to find the email and number for the company. There was not a lot of information on the site to scare anyone, which I liked a lot.
