This is truly the worst company of business could go to. They messed up my PPP loan by not giving me what I should have gotten and they refused to correct my documents they refused to accept documents that I sent them as if they actually have a choice on what you’re allowed to send or not. The SBA gives a business owner the decision on the time frame to use their loan and they did not give me that and when I told them I wanted it corrected they just ignored me for months. I told him not to process my application that I would go with somebody else and they refused to do that and I was coerced into having to take along with them which was not enough because they refused to turn over my application. They argued with me about documents the SBA required. They kept trying to force me to give them my bank account statements and information which I did not do and would not do because it was not a requirement.

I applied for my firm's PPP loan through Biz2Credit. There were snags in the process and difficulties due to the IRS having 2 different names for our corporation. One was correct and the other is a former name. It took a tremendous amount of work on my end to move the loan forward, but I will say that I was able to work with Biz2Credit staff and consultants to get the loan approved. Ours was not a normal experience, I'm sure of that. Most companies do not have the issues we had and that's not the fault of Biz2Credit. Another lender may have given up and just declined our application. Hats off to Biz2Credit!

My experience with this company was off awful. It took forever for someone to get back in contact with me about my PPP loan. I only received $1000 in the beginning and they never received me the other $1000 from my Draw two, which I put in way ahead of time and I never received the money. This was a mess.
