I’m going to share my experience so that others don’t make the same mistake. This company sells your private information to third parties, they steal your information and then sell it. After approving me for a $10k line of credit, after signing the contract and waiting for the funds, it took more than 2 weeks and then they asked me about 2 people from my bank statements, two clients of my company. I told them they were my clients and they closed my account simply because my client owns a nightclub. I don’t see what that has to do with me. I offer residential construction. I have many clients, and they judged my business with that company.

Absolute worst experience ever with a lender. DO NOT USE THEM. Worst customer service. Delayed my paperwork for over a year. They do not provide guidance, are difficult to reach, do not communicate. BEWARE!

Conduct business with them at your own risk. ⛔️ They are not customer friendly or considerate! They don’t believe in giving a customer who has not faulted payment any grace. Instead they try to make you incur more loans! I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

Customer service was very supportive and helpful throughout the process. I was very impressed by Anddy and his team. I was fairly skeptical about what to expect but he explained everything and provided all the information I needed to know before getting too far.

Fast easy signup... People was great and funding amount and time wise is fabulous. Would recommend for any small business if you in need of a quick amount and also pay back among is very reasonable for my business.

I regret to say that my interaction with this company was highly unsatisfactory. Not only were the employees exceptionally aggressive and rude, but they also failed to fulfill their financial obligations, leaving my company owed money. I strongly advise exercising caution when dealing with them.

Thanks to Biz2Credit... the PPP Loan obtained from Itria Ventures was fully forgiven by the US Small Business Administration (SBA). From start to finish... Biz2Credit has been very supportive to my Restaurant.

I have worked with other lenders within Biz2Credit and outside of Biz2Credit. Danny ** from Biz2Credit is by far the best in the business. He is resourceful, responsible and ready to go to work. If you decide to work with Biz2Credit request to work with Danny ** by name. You will not be disappointed.

After submitting all the required documents, a month went by and no follow up other than 1 email. Then after sending a couple emails, 45 days later they say "You are denied because you are a used car dealership." I will take my business to my local bank where I can trust and get great customer service. Be cautious of this company and their lack of quality customer service. Plus I believe they ran my credit even though all the paperwork said dealership. I have perfect credit so I would imagine this has knocked it down 20 points.

I’m glad to meet this company, that help me in this pandemic, and today I was asked to forgiving. It does happens come true, and I’m qualified for forgiving, to family, to thanks so much in this company, where to be trust, to wish Biz2credit company always success.

I would love to take a moment and share. I am a veteran computer network engineer. My career began "Before" public awareness of the "Internet". I hail from the world of Novell, IBM OS/2 Warp/3270 Gateways/AS400, etc etc. In any case, things in life evolve and we continue to shift. My spouse and I move through some wellness challenges in 2015 and changed our lives. We spent the next 7 years studying Energy, Shamanism, Plants, Pranic Healing, Quantum Physics, etc.

I contacted the business for business loan, but decided not to proceed with them due to the extremely high interest rate and fee. The company then gave my tax return, contact information to other companies without my permission and call and email me day and night. It is a harassment.

I have had multiple merchant advance loans with Biz2Credit. Each of which has been paid off in full. Most recently, during this holiday season, business was slow in December. My payments got behind. I was behind approximately $742. Biz2Credit sent UCC letters to individuals who I no longer did business with asking them if they owed me any money, and if they did, to send the money to Biz2Credit. My services are offered on a flat fee basis so I don't have any genuine "receivables."

Great company with great customer service support. Everything that I requested was done fast and accurate with step by step support. Great company to do business with. Don't look any further. This is it!

We are a small restaurant trying to make it through our first year. We’ve had rough luck with Covid and a couple serious health issues. We’ve had nothing but great reviews but haven’t had time to build up operating capital. Biz2Credit helped us with funding to keep us afloat with an interest rate and payback terms far better than what other similar companies were offering. Highly recommended for small businesses that need help. It’s tough as hell to survive. Great to know there’s a company that will work with us without much history on our end.

Biz2Credit was easy to work with and I could do it all over the phone and the computer. The gentleman that I worked with was excellent and communication throughout the process went very well. Working with Biz2Credit made it a lot easier to get some operating cash. I don't have to worry about cash flow right now.

The lending process wasn't too bad and it helped me out of a situation that I had pretty quick. But the interest is extremely high. After I'm done with Biz2Credit, I'll look for another option if I don't get another loan with lower interest.

I went through them for $15,000 for two months’ worth of credit. They were able to provide that rather quickly and it took less than a day to get the money. The reps were quick and sensible. It was good communication.

My experience with them was great. The process was very simple and their rate was agreeable. Also, my rep was very upfront with me about everything and got back to me very quickly via text message or email for any questions that I had. What solidified the reason why I went with them is he explained to me that they were looking to do long-term business with people and that's exactly what I'm looking for. My first contact with Biz2Credit I asked if they lend to businesses in Puerto Rico as I was aware that the institutions that lend in Puerto Rico are limited, and I did not want to want to waste anyone's time. I also did not want to share sensitive/confidential information if not necessary. I was told yes they lend in Puerto Rico, and I could get a decision fairly quickly. I completed the online application and uploaded information/documents as requested. My assigned advisor (Mike W.) communicated with me a few times via email and phone (I called) on the first day, then nothing. I had to keep chasing them down for a status. 3 business days later (they advertise 4 hours to same day decision), I again reached out and told I was denied as the investor does not lend in Puerto Rico! Really! Horrible process and a waste of my time! Now I have a lot of confidential information out there that I really would never have shared. I asked that they destroy it but I have no way of knowing what they will do with my information.

We applied online and we talked to Aryan and one more guy on the phone. Everything was good and it took a day and a half. Biz2Credit is excellent and it's good to know for the future if I need more help.

My experience with Biz2Credit was really good. I did my third loan with them and it's been a seamless process. Things are very self-explanatory. Customer service is very communicative via email. They are prompt and timely. Everything always seems to go exactly how they say it's gonna go. With the loan, I was able to expand my business.

The first time I got a loan from Biz2Credit, it was quick and easy. After that, every time I get a loan from them, it’s quick. The only thing I don’t like is the daily or weekly payment. Monthly would be much better. But other than that, I've never had any problems with them. Working with them helped me a lot with the cash flow. If I ever need any equipment or inventory, I call Biz2Credit and they give me credit within a day or two.

Biz2Credit reached out to me and they were pretty persistent. I told them what I needed. I've been using them for the past three years. But it's a little bit hard sometimes to communicate. It's a little hard with the accents. I tried to communicate more but they were like reading the answers. But Biz2Credit keeps my business growing. If I call them because I need additional funds, they will reach out and send me an offer. But if I'm new a new customer, I would feel like it was a scam. What I did was I requested an email right off the bat and they sent me an email. I checked their credentials and everything was good. So it made Biz2Credit feel a little bit more trustworthy.

The reps of Biz2Credit were always very good. We're not permanent residents here yet. We're here on a business visa. They were the only company that was able to help. It was amazing. There was no real stress with the application process. It was super easy.

I applied online and it was a fairly simple process. On my application, someone came out to our site to verify our hours and setup. Then the funds were deposited the next day once the application was approved. The communication was good. I worked with Domini and he was really good at communicating with me and keeping me abreast of what was going on with my application. But I wish that the re-payment amount would have been a little lower on a loan. But it is what it is.

Was very specific with application instructions and provided detailed explanations for information needed that made the entire process clear and efficient. Quick turnaround time and easy to use portal. Definitely recommend.
