Biz2Credit was easy to work with and I could do it all over the phone and the computer. The gentleman that I worked with was excellent and communication throughout the process went very well. Working with Biz2Credit made it a lot easier to get some operating cash. I don't have to worry about cash flow right now.

The lending process wasn't too bad and it helped me out of a situation that I had pretty quick. But the interest is extremely high. After I'm done with Biz2Credit, I'll look for another option if I don't get another loan with lower interest.

I went through them for $15,000 for two months’ worth of credit. They were able to provide that rather quickly and it took less than a day to get the money. The reps were quick and sensible. It was good communication.

My experience with them was great. The process was very simple and their rate was agreeable. Also, my rep was very upfront with me about everything and got back to me very quickly via text message or email for any questions that I had. What solidified the reason why I went with them is he explained to me that they were looking to do long-term business with people and that's exactly what I'm looking for. I've been in the lending business for myself a long time. Sometimes I need cash flow. Sometimes I don't. And when I find somebody, I really would like to stick with them. They wanted to continue moving forward with me with whatever future needs my business may have.

My first contact with Biz2Credit I asked if they lend to businesses in Puerto Rico as I was aware that the institutions that lend in Puerto Rico are limited, and I did not want to want to waste anyone's time. I also did not want to share sensitive/confidential information if not necessary. I was told yes they lend in Puerto Rico, and I could get a decision fairly quickly. I completed the online application and uploaded information/documents as requested. My assigned advisor (Mike W.) communicated with me a few times via email and phone (I called) on the first day, then nothing. I had to keep chasing them down for a status. 3 business days later (they advertise 4 hours to same day decision), I again reached out and told I was denied as the investor does not lend in Puerto Rico! Really! Horrible process and a waste of my time! Now I have a lot of confidential information out there that I really would never have shared. I asked that they destroy it but I have no way of knowing what they will do with my information.

We applied online and we talked to Aryan and one more guy on the phone. Everything was good and it took a day and a half. Biz2Credit is excellent and it's good to know for the future if I need more help.

My experience with Biz2Credit was really good. I did my third loan with them and it's been a seamless process. Things are very self-explanatory. Customer service is very communicative via email. They are prompt and timely. Everything always seems to go exactly how they say it's gonna go. With the loan, I was able to expand my business.

The first time I got a loan from Biz2Credit, it was quick and easy. After that, every time I get a loan from them, it’s quick. The only thing I don’t like is the daily or weekly payment. Monthly would be much better. But other than that, I've never had any problems with them. Working with them helped me a lot with the cash flow. If I ever need any equipment or inventory, I call Biz2Credit and they give me credit within a day or two.

I took a loan through Biz2Credit after my PPP, and I provided everything that was needed. It was quick and simple by then. Within three days, I had the money. Biz2Credit did their job.

Biz2Credit reached out to me and they were pretty persistent. I told them what I needed. I've been using them for the past three years. But it's a little bit hard sometimes to communicate. It's a little hard with the accents. I tried to communicate more but they were like reading the answers. But Biz2Credit keeps my business growing. If I call them because I need additional funds, they will reach out and send me an offer. But if I'm new a new customer, I would feel like it was a scam. What I did was I requested an email right off the bat and they sent me an email. I checked their credentials and everything was good. So it made Biz2Credit feel a little bit more trustworthy.

The reps of Biz2Credit were always very good. We're not permanent residents here yet. We're here on a business visa. They were the only company that was able to help. It was amazing. There was no real stress with the application process. It was super easy.

I applied online and it was a fairly simple process. On my application, someone came out to our site to verify our hours and setup. Then the funds were deposited the next day once the application was approved. The communication was good. I worked with Domini and he was really good at communicating with me and keeping me abreast of what was going on with my application. But I wish that the re-payment amount would have been a little lower on a loan. But it is what it is.

Was very specific with application instructions and provided detailed explanations for information needed that made the entire process clear and efficient. Quick turnaround time and easy to use portal. Definitely recommend.

I applied through one of Biz2Credit's business flyers or business mails. As a small business owner, we get these types of solicitations all the time. They're one of the better ones. Some of the other ones are totally unprofessional and unreputable as I have experienced one recently. Biz2Credit was fine overall. I did a small business loan and the application process was in line with many others in the business. Uploading documents was fairly easy. It's just that I've never felt secure about doing that through most of these lenders. But it's not like I have a lot of choices. Other than that, customer service was all professional. I use Biz2credit repeatedly. The only thing is the process can be a little bit more streamlined. We were their existing client but the whole process seemed redundant in terms of the verification process.

The process was real easy. I applied and they worked with me through the whole thing. I talked to the manager and a couple of representatives and they looked over my bank statements and my credit. It was done quickly. I've dealt with Biz2Credit twice now. With the first one, the interest rate was pretty high, but I understand that because they gotta protect themselves. But after we got it established, we got a lower interest rate. Everything's been fine so far. Biz2Credit has helped me acquire more inventory and more inventory is better for my business.

The application process at Biz2Credit was okay. A lot of times, they would ask me for some of the same documents over and over. Or when they would ask me for one document, and when I get that, they'd ask for another one. Whatever documents they need, they should ask for them upfront. I also don't like the daily payment. But I would recommend them. They were professional.

Biz2Credit was helpful. They asked for some banks statements for my business and then, they evaluated it from there. By working with them, I've had a little time to get things back on track.

I was partially satisfied with everything. But they did the best they could to help me as much as they could. There were just some things that they didn't explain correctly. When I got the loan, I didn't realize that they were going to take money out of it also. So I didn't get the full amount that I thought I was gonna get. There was a large fee that came out. Then I didn't realize that I pay back every day. I thought I could pay monthly or I could get an early payout. They don't offer to pay it off sooner. So I was a little bit disappointed with that. But it worked out better for me to pay that daily than pay a lump sum because there was no discount anyway, compared to another company that I spoke to that was going to give me a discount.

It was easy to get the documents in but the process of me getting them together took a little time. The reps that I dealt with were okay. They were from another country, so it was a little difficult with the communication, but they managed to get it through. There was just a little communication block. But everything else was fine.

I had a good experience. But it was hard to understand the reps. Their accent was really heavy.

Their people have been so good. They were very kind and prompt. They were nice and quick. They represented Biz2Credit very, very well. Biz2Credit was very good to us. They came at the right time, and we're so glad they did what they did for us.

Everything was on the table and dealing with the rep was easygoing. Customer service made it easy for me. So everything was good. But I had a hard time uploading the document. Also, I couldn't do my payment online. So I had to send it through email. But that was easy too.

Everything went quickly when they attended my application. The customer service was good.
