I applied through one of Biz2Credit's business flyers or business mails. As a small business owner, we get these types of solicitations all the time. They're one of the better ones. Some of the other ones are totally unprofessional and unreputable as I have experienced one recently. Biz2Credit was fine overall. I did a small business loan and the application process was in line with many others in the business. Uploading documents was fairly easy. It's just that I've never felt secure about doing that through most of these lenders. But it's not like I have a lot of choices. Other than that, customer service was all professional. I use Biz2credit repeatedly. The only thing is the process can be a little bit more streamlined. We were their existing client but the whole process seemed redundant in terms of the verification process.

The process was real easy. I applied and they worked with me through the whole thing. I talked to the manager and a couple of representatives and they looked over my bank statements and my credit. It was done quickly. I've dealt with Biz2Credit twice now. With the first one, the interest rate was pretty high, but I understand that because they gotta protect themselves. But after we got it established, we got a lower interest rate. Everything's been fine so far. Biz2Credit has helped me acquire more inventory and more inventory is better for my business.

The application process at Biz2Credit was okay. A lot of times, they would ask me for some of the same documents over and over. Or when they would ask me for one document, and when I get that, they'd ask for another one. Whatever documents they need, they should ask for them upfront. I also don't like the daily payment. But I would recommend them. They were professional.

Biz2Credit was helpful. They asked for some banks statements for my business and then, they evaluated it from there. By working with them, I've had a little time to get things back on track.

Working with Biz2Credit has been good. My experience with them was professional and efficient.

I was partially satisfied with everything. But they did the best they could to help me as much as they could. There were just some things that they didn't explain correctly. When I got the loan, I didn't realize that they were going to take money out of it also. So I didn't get the full amount that I thought I was gonna get. There was a large fee that came out. Then I didn't realize that I pay back every day. I thought I could pay monthly or I could get an early payout. They don't offer to pay it off sooner. So I was a little bit disappointed with that. But it worked out better for me to pay that daily than pay a lump sum because there was no discount anyway, compared to another company that I spoke to that was going to give me a discount.

It was easy to get the documents in but the process of me getting them together took a little time. The reps that I dealt with were okay. They were from another country, so it was a little difficult with the communication, but they managed to get it through. There was just a little communication block. But everything else was fine.

I had a good experience. But it was hard to understand the reps. Their accent was really heavy.

Their people have been so good. They were very kind and prompt. They were nice and quick. They represented Biz2Credit very, very well. Biz2Credit was very good to us. They came at the right time, and we're so glad they did what they did for us.

Everything was on the table and dealing with the rep was easygoing. Customer service made it easy for me. So everything was good. But I had a hard time uploading the document. Also, I couldn't do my payment online. So I had to send it through email. But that was easy too.

Everything went quickly when they attended my application. The customer service was good.

I was searching for the best companies to get a line of credit from. Just by reading the reviews, I decided to go with Biz2Credit. Applying went pretty smoothly. They explained everything and they made sure I had all the documents I needed and I was aware of the situation. They always answered my call or any questions I had. They helped my company pay some bills for the time being.

The application process was super easy and simple. I took a loan for 80,000 last year and it came right away. Then I took another loan in the beginning of this year. I topped it off and it was an additional day or two. But either way, it was pretty quick and fast. The dude that I worked with on both loans was super nice and helpful. I'm satisfied with the company.

I needed something for the running expenses I have. I applied for a loan with Biz2Credit and the process was easy. I just had to give them six months’ worth of bank statements and answer a few questions. I can download the statements through my bank and just forward them right over to Biz2Credit. Customer service was really communicative with me and let me know where everything stood. I knew where everything was at each step of the plan. They either emailed me or texted me so it was good. The process took three days at the most. There were a few hiccups on my part and it caused an extra day’s delay. But it was all pretty smooth.

Biz2Credit provided our PPP loan. Pros: They handled the loan directly, they didn't sell or transfer it. They were good about processing it, the funds arrived in a reasonable time and they did all the necessary work for the SBA to forgive it. Their accounting people were good. Their portal was easy to use. Bad: Very hard to get a hold of. No email or contact info. You had to pull information out of them. And every time you tried to get help, they tried to give you a new loan.

The agents were very upfront. I hung up on them when they told me that it was gonna cost me $300. I told them, "How are you gonna do that when I need the money?" They said, "No, ma'am. We're gonna take that out of the actual funding that you're receiving." They were assertive and also explained to me in layman's terms. If I was them, and I hung up on them the way that I did, I would have never called me back. But they gave me a day and called back.

Everything was very straightforward on the webpage. But I had trouble understanding some of the people. I called one time for an early payoff and it was hell to get somebody to respond to me. I had to tell the bank to not let Biz2Credit take a payment out and to get somebody to call me back. After I did that, everything was very quick and responsive. But a little bit plainer English-speaking people would be nice.

The application process with Biz2Credit was easy. Everything made sense. Everything was cool. We were good to go. I got approved. I accepted an offer. Then when it finally got to underwriting to another underwriter, they never deposited the fund. This experience was horrible because I went through all of that and I thought I was approved, even on the site it says "funded". I talked to all of the actual finance people. I talked to everybody. It was signed out of DocuSign. Then at the end, they told me that they were working on it still. So, I never got funded. I won't be doing any more business with Biz2Credit.

The process with Biz2Credit is really easy. Everything was okay. Working with Biz2Credit really helped out. A lot of my family use it as well since I told them how they do their process.

I needed to grow my business and I needed some help. I found Biz2Credit online and they were the only organization willing to do business with me. It's been working out and it's been really helping until I get to the place where I need to get to. My rep is Sajid and he is awesome. A month later after I got a loan with Biz2Credit, my website did something all of a sudden. I immediately called Sajid and practically yelled at him. I assumed he and your organization had something to do with taking over my website. When I found out, it wasn't, I felt bad and I apologize to him. He did not treat me any different even after that. He just stayed his calm self the whole time. It's a great experience. If I find somebody who's in the same predicament as I'm in, Biz2Credit will be great.

Biz2Credit's process is really simple, fast, and smooth. I did my loan with them a second time. I have a really nice experience with them. They really help you a lot and they try to explain everything to you. I'd tell others to take a loan with them too.

I would like to say this company has great customer service and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. I emailed this company during a time of need and they were able to assist me with my emergency, I would use them in the future and their products.

I was looking for some capital for my business and Biz2Credit contacted me. Their process didn't take that long and it was there when they said it was gonna be there. The process was easy. I went to my app and forwarded my banking information and bank statements. I did a very high-risk and my biggest issue is having extremely high interest. I wasn't really thrilled about that. But they gotta do what they gotta do to keep their business going.

Working with them was great and applying was pretty good. I'm gonna apply with them again if I had to. The people are pretty good about talking and explaining how things are gonna work. They worked fast.

The process was relatively easy. We had a little hiccup though. They had said that they were going to fund it on a certain day, but they didn't. Also, if it would be possible to not have the money come out everyday and just pay it monthly, that probably would help a lot of people. If it's constantly coming out every single day, that can kind of become a burden, as opposed to just making one balloon payment.

My experience with them was good. I got a loan for $120 a day, five days a week. Applying wasn't hard at all. I just sent them four months of my bank statements so they can see the credit cards that go into my account. It was very easy. They make an offer if they like it.

It was easy applying with Biz2Credit. I talked to someone over the phone and online. I downloaded a PDF format of my bank statements and uploaded it to the website. But they were a little bit slow and I always don't hear from the same person. One person would send me an email and say to contact them. I would contact them, but I could never get in touch with them. Then, somebody else would end up sending another message. Now, I'm talking to somebody else.

Biz2Credit provided fast and efficient service when handling our SBA Paycheck Protection Program Second Draw loan. They were prompt in submitting necessary backup, which resulted in receiving funds in a timely manner. Biz2Credit was also willing to accept our loan application after most banks closed their application. We appreciate their willingness to work with us.

I did my first PPP with them and everything went well. They were very helpful and they worked with me every step. They tried to help me with everything and they were very reliable. Customer service was very helpful. If anything ever happens, I'm going back to them. Just tell them what you want, and give them all the information about you. And they'll advise you what is the best deal you can go with.

From start to finish, Biz2Credit was an easier process than anyone else. It was a shorter process as well that took three or four days. I was in a bind and Biz2Credit helped me when I needed it the most. They came through when no one else could. Customer service was wonderful. They never gave me any problems with anything.

While I am happy with the service. Efficient and really easy process. I get way too many calls to get additional lending. I wouldn't mind 1 call a week, but a call every day and immediately an email and a text and an email is a little much.

Was hoping to get help lowering or pausing payments and the representative kept me waiting for an hour, only to disconnect and never help. Payments are they the roof high and company does not work w/ business to find relief…at least that has not been our experience.

It was a terrible experience getting the loan to start off with. Your company has “many” sales reps that have access to my existing loan and are relentless about calling, texting, emailing me for more loans. I borrowed $19k and owed $26k plus a handling fee of $500. I pay 4 times a month $500 and it’s a bad loan. Your sales reps ask for 3-4 months of bank statements weekly for a new loan. Please take me off the hit list! I would never recommend your company for a small business loan. I can’t wait to have it paid off this August.

I own my own Boutique, and was needing some working capital. I was very pleased at how easy and painless it was to get working capital from Biz2Credit. They were diligent and very friendly. I received funds within 48 hours. I will do business with them again.

I had a hard time trying to follow the instructions I think it was through Yodlee or some 3rd party. When I started working with Biz2Credit, it was awful. The guy that I was working with dropped the ball a lot. I had to work with the supervisor who took very good care of me. It ended up working out but I would not use them again. They were kind but it was not a good experience. They could improve on their communication. They could tell their clients what to expect. They send out emails for you to take action on something but you don't need to take action on it because they are doing it on their side.

The experience was great. Applying was easy and within a day or two, we were approved for the funds. It was a simple and quick process. They were nice and pleasant to work with. They wanted me to feel comfortable and know that they were looking to help us. The interest rates were very low so we really liked the payment plan. Working with them had a great impact on us moving forward with our business plan.

The process was straightforward. I presented the invoices and monthly statements, and they approved me. They’re good to me and I will recommend them strongly.
