I applied through one of Biz2Credit's business flyers or business mails. As a small business owner, we get these types of solicitations all the time. They're one of the better ones. Some of the other ones are totally unprofessional and unreputable as I have experienced one recently. Biz2Credit was fine overall. I did a small business loan and the application process was in line with many others in the business. Uploading documents was fairly easy. It's just that I've never felt secure about doing that through most of these lenders. But it's not like I have a lot of choices. Other than that, customer service was all professional. I use Biz2credit repeatedly. The only thing is the process can be a little bit more streamlined. We were their existing client but the whole process seemed redundant in terms of the verification process.

The process was real easy. I applied and they worked with me through the whole thing. I talked to the manager and a couple of representatives and they looked over my bank statements and my credit. It was done quickly. I've dealt with Biz2Credit twice now. With the first one, the interest rate was pretty high, but I understand that because they gotta protect themselves. But after we got it established, we got a lower interest rate. Everything's been fine so far. Biz2Credit has helped me acquire more inventory and more inventory is better for my business.

The application process at Biz2Credit was okay. A lot of times, they would ask me for some of the same documents over and over. Or when they would ask me for one document, and when I get that, they'd ask for another one. Whatever documents they need, they should ask for them upfront. I also don't like the daily payment. But I would recommend them. They were professional.

Biz2Credit was helpful. They asked for some banks statements for my business and then, they evaluated it from there. By working with them, I've had a little time to get things back on track.

I was partially satisfied with everything. But they did the best they could to help me as much as they could. There were just some things that they didn't explain correctly. When I got the loan, I didn't realize that they were going to take money out of it also. So I didn't get the full amount that I thought I was gonna get. There was a large fee that came out. Then I didn't realize that I pay back every day. I thought I could pay monthly or I could get an early payout. They don't offer to pay it off sooner. So I was a little bit disappointed with that. But it worked out better for me to pay that daily than pay a lump sum because there was no discount anyway, compared to another company that I spoke to that was going to give me a discount.

It was easy to get the documents in but the process of me getting them together took a little time. The reps that I dealt with were okay. They were from another country, so it was a little difficult with the communication, but they managed to get it through. There was just a little communication block. But everything else was fine.

I had a good experience. But it was hard to understand the reps. Their accent was really heavy.

Their people have been so good. They were very kind and prompt. They were nice and quick. They represented Biz2Credit very, very well. Biz2Credit was very good to us. They came at the right time, and we're so glad they did what they did for us.

They explained everything and they made sure I had all the documents I needed and I was aware of the situation. They always answered my call or any questions I had. The application process was super easy and simple. I took a loan for 80,000 last year and it came right away. Then I took another loan in the beginning of this year. I topped it off and it was an additional day or two. But either way, it was pretty quick and fast. The dude that I worked with on both loans was super nice and helpful. Biz2Credit provided our PPP loan. Pros: They handled the loan directly, they didn't sell or transfer it. They were good about processing it, the funds arrived in a reasonable time and they did all the necessary work for the SBA to forgive it. Their accounting people were good. Their portal was easy to use. Bad: Very hard to get a hold of. No email or contact info. You had to pull information out of them. And every time you tried to get help, they tried to give you a new loan.

The agents were very upfront. I hung up on them when they told me that it was gonna cost me $300. I told them, "How are you gonna do that when I need the money?" They said, "No, ma'am. We're gonna take that out of the actual funding that you're receiving." They were assertive and also explained to me in layman's terms. If I was them, and I hung up on them the way that I did, I would have never called me back. But they gave me a day and called back.

Everything was very straightforward on the webpage. But I had trouble understanding some of the people. I called one time for an early payoff and it was hell to get somebody to respond to me. I had to tell the bank to not let Biz2Credit take a payment out and to get somebody to call me back. After I did that, everything was very quick and responsive. But a little bit plainer English-speaking people would be nice.

The application process with Biz2Credit was easy. Everything made sense. Everything was cool. We were good to go. I got approved. I accepted an offer. Then when it finally got to underwriting to another underwriter, they never deposited the fund. This experience was horrible because I went through all of that and I thought I was approved, even on the site it says "funded". I talked to all of the actual finance people. I talked to everybody. It was signed out of DocuSign. Then at the end, they told me that they were working on it still. So, I never got funded. I won't be doing any more business with Biz2Credit.

The process with Biz2Credit is really easy. Everything was okay. Working with Biz2Credit really helped out. A lot of my family use it as well since I told them how they do their process.

I assumed he and your organization had something to do with taking over my website. When I found out, it wasn't, I felt bad and I apologize to him. He did not treat me any different even after that. He just stayed his calm self the whole time. It's a great experience. If I find somebody who's in the same predicament as I'm in, Biz2Credit will be great.

Biz2Credit's process is really simple, fast, and smooth. I did my loan with them a second time. I have a really nice experience with them. They really help you a lot and they try to explain everything to you. I'd tell others to take a loan with them too.

I would like to say this company has great customer service and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. I emailed this company during a time of need and they were able to assist me with my emergency, I would use them in the future and their products.

I was looking for some capital for my business and Biz2Credit contacted me. Their process didn't take that long and it was there when they said it was gonna be there. The process was easy. I went to my app and forwarded my banking information and bank statements. I did a very high-risk and my biggest issue is having extremely high interest. I wasn't really thrilled about that. But they gotta do what they gotta do to keep their business going.

Working with them was great and applying was pretty good. I'm gonna apply with them again if I had to. The people are pretty good about talking and explaining how things are gonna work. They worked fast.

The process was relatively easy. We had a little hiccup though. They had said that they were going to fund it on a certain day, but they didn't. Also, if it would be possible to not have the money come out everyday and just pay it monthly, that probably would help a lot of people. If it's constantly coming out every single day, that can kind of become a burden, as opposed to just making one balloon payment.

They were prompt in submitting necessary backup, which resulted in receiving funds in a timely manner. Biz2Credit was also willing to accept our loan application after most banks closed their application. We appreciate their willingness to work with us.

Was hoping to get help lowering or pausing payments and the representative kept me waiting for an hour, only to disconnect and never help. Payments are they the roof high and company does not work w/ business to find relief…at least that has not been our experience.

It was a terrible experience getting the loan to start off with. Your company has “many” sales reps that have access to my existing loan and are relentless about calling, texting, emailing me for more loans. I borrowed $19k and owed $26k plus a handling fee of $500. I pay 4 times a month $500 and it’s a bad loan. Your sales reps ask for 3-4 months of bank statements weekly for a new loan. Please take me off the hit list! I would never recommend your company for a small business loan. I can’t wait to have it paid off this August.

When I started working with Biz2Credit, it was awful. The guy that I was working with dropped the ball a lot. I had to work with the supervisor who took very good care of me. It ended up working out but I would not use them again. They were kind but it was not a good experience. They could improve on their communication. They could tell their clients what to expect. They send out emails for you to take action on something but you don't need to take action on it because they are doing it on their side.

The experience was great. Applying was easy and within a day or two, we were approved for the funds. It was a simple and quick process. They were nice and pleasant to work with. They wanted me to feel comfortable and know that they were looking to help us. The interest rates were very low so we really liked the payment plan. Biz2Credit has a little business credit monitor thing. It's not for exact business credit like through Dun & Bradstreet, but it's like a score they give you. It made me think that they will lend to me money and they did. During the application process, they approved me and I sent over paperwork. That was a super smooth process and they said they were going to fund me. But they called back a couple of hours later and asked, "Why did your revenue drop?" It was in the middle of the month and my client hadn't paid yet. I've never been approved for something then they say, "We don't think we're gonna approve you now." That was annoying. But in the end, they just funded it. I got up the next day and the money was there. That seemed a little bit shady and I don't like that part. Customer service seems a little bit hard to get ahold of, and there's no way to pay off the loan if I wanted to pay it off today.

We have a good experience with Biz2Credit. I’ve been working with them for almost six years and their rates are good and they help the business. Their process is very quick, which is about four days. If you submit everything, they’re fast.

Once you get through the gates and you’re going through the process of funding, Biz2Credit moves fast. If a customer voices that they need the money, the company is going to do everything they can to get you funding but they're gonna tax you at a premium. They’re gonna do a good job at selling you on the product, but they're going to charge you extremely high. If you're not careful, they can put the client in a position that could eventually hurt them versus help them. They just caught me at a time where I was in need of the funds.

I’m opening a store for our bakery and we were finishing the construction, so I got a capital loan from Biz2Credit. The rep was amazing and extremely helpful. When I was applying, it was so easy and it was so good to be true, and when I was doing it on my mobile phone, the website was mobile responsive. I was thinking it was impossible so I went online and checked to see if it was a scam. I sent it to my partner and asked him to search it. You could search everything and see credits of the company. The next day, Biz2Credit followed up and we got the loan in a week.

This company is full of liars and fraus. They have misled me and ran my credit several times without my permission. If you have another alternative please use it. They pick up my call all the time when they are trying to get my business. When there is an issue they are conveniently busy. Bad customer service.

I signed a contract to pay back 10% of each transaction, and then after all the paperwork was done, I was told it would have to 25%. Well that is shady and crooked. Then I find out you don't have to honor your own contract, because even though you pretend to be in New York, you're actually in India. I'm sure you see us only as a deep pocket for you to steal from, but that's actually really crappy business practices.

But they still deducted it from the amount, then they took out the first payment within three days right away after I got the funds. He apologized about it and I've used him for the last four loans. Working with them has helped and I liked the way they set up the payments for the last couple of loans where we've done it once a week instead of daily because daily was very tough.

Everything went amazingly with Biz2Credit. The process took about a week but I was the one that was slacking because I wasn't giving my 100% since I wasn’t so secured about Biz2Credit. Neil and Sean were the two guys that were helping me out and they got the statements. I was getting the paperwork I needed because I never got a business loan before, so, I had to get all the paperwork ready. I had to contact IRS to get proof that I was the only owner and once I got all that, it took two days at most on their end. As for the rate that I got, my credit isn't 100% perfect, but I've seen worse rates than the one they gave me. And at a time like this when somebody is needed, somebody can’t be really picky about the rates. Other than that, their customer service was perfect and if anybody is looking for business loans, they should go straight to Biz2Credit, if their bank wouldn't want to work with them.

I have very good relations with the people of Biz2Credit. The staff knows me because I used them in the past, which was why I tried them again. During the application process, they told us that they didn’t need any documents and that it would take a minute. But even till the final day, we had to provide all the documents. I understand that the underwriter had to fulfill the formalities and whatever was required. So, I'm okay. But they're a little bit on the tougher side in terms of till the last minute, they need everything again and again such as the bank access. They had it and could see everything but I had to provide the bank statement again for this month. Also, Biz2Credit is very expensive. But if people do not have choices, they are the best. Beggars cannot be choosers. I would not have done that but I didn't have a choice. Still Biz2Credit are good people and I had a perfect experience. It was very nice.

I’ve only been with Biz2Credit in the last six years. I receive so many calls everyday but I never attend to them. If I need anything, whenever my contract has finished, I call Biz2Credit and they get it renewed in three days. The customer service has been excellent.

Biz2Credit was just a search engine. You put in what you want and then, you get five insurance companies back that can take care of you. A third party did the loan who ended up reaching out to me and answered a few questions. I sent them a few documents and I got approved. Then as we went through the funding process, it was an endless amount of documents. Every day, it was another three sets of documents and it was grueling and took a lot of time. But I was trying to get 150,000 and I ended up getting 100,000 so I was fairly happy with the process.

Biz2Credit was a little bit more competitive but the process was a little slow. I have a couple of questions regarding this program and I called one of the representatives back. But I still haven't gotten a call back and I’ve been waiting for the last four days. If people are looking into Biz2Credit, they should have all their documents available and make sure they follow-up.

Biz2Credit is better to work with than most other companies in the lending space. But if anyone is interested in signing up with the company, they better know what they’re receiving. Besides the interest rates, they're going to be paying initiation fees and origination fees, which are expensive and exorbitant.

My experience with Biz2Credit was not a pleasant one. There is no update on the process and the information posted on the website is confusing. Repeated attempts to get in touch with them were ignored most of the time, or, when the company replied it was an offshore call center with poor English and even worse manners and knowledge or product or customer. Of course with COVID there were delays in funding but with this company they were able to get me the funds sooner than later and also had someone solely working with me which was a joy to be able to reach out directly to him. Also the forgiveness was very fast and easy to complete and get accepted.

The truth is I have very little to say, which under these circumstances is exactly what you would want. We applied for a round 2 PPP loan through them (after our round 1 lender couldn't even tell us when they'd open up applications), got the money super fast, later applied for forgiveness, and got forgiveness super fast. And that is pretty much that. I didn't interact with anyone personally, and that's totally fine by me. I will note one annoyance which I'm not dinging then for in their score but is worth noting - they were SO PUSHY about leaving a review. Emails, phone calls, etc. As a tech company owner, I get it, but geez dude, take it down a couple notches ok? I run a business so I'm a little busy. Other than that, zero issues. I'd certainly consider borrowing through them again if the need arises.

I received a Direct deposit from you guys back in February for my PPP. However it was deposited into my account and my bank has been holding my funds.
