I made a call to Toco Warranty on 12/08/2020. I have to share this. I had thee. Most Wonderful Customer Service interaction with Aaron. He was very courteous, knowledgeable on the claims I filed. He share with me concerning why the work I needed to have done, wasn't covered under my warranty. He explained in detail about my current warranty what was covered and not where I understood. I did have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Aaron was awesome! Great experience, I would refer Toco Warranty to others. Thanks!

While speaking with Kyle, he did a great job of providing the information to about the warranty and what it entailed. Kyle also answered all the questions I had for as well and gave me the rundown of what the warranty covers.

I have been trying to access the TOCO portal for the last few days without success. Aaron let me know that the portal was undergoing maintenance and that I would be notified when it was back up and running. I am existing customer but will be renewing my policy in January.

Call to get payment scheduled. Due to Toco stating that they tried to but, it was declined. It’s paid now and the customer service was very considerate and precise. I had a very good positive conversation with Michael **. He was very thorough in explaining my new contract & even told me about other incentives with my new policy. I am very pleased with Toco & it has saved me a lot of money so far with the cost I would have to spend on repairs when I don't have that kind of money for those expensive cost.

For the past three years Toco Warranty company has been good granted I have not had to use them that much. Their customer service is very polite and Nichole was very helpful with renewing my contract. The only thing I would change is for Toco warranty to be on the east coast.

Your agent, Nate was highly responsive and professional. He was very concise in explaining all the aspects of the policy. I felt comfortable talking with him and speaking of the other companies I had spoken with and the differences were discernible and clear.

Matthew was extremely helpful in explaining everything covered with the plan, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even explained I am allowed to do maintenance on the vehicle myself, which is a huge plus for me. The cost per level of coverage is also far less than other companies I was getting quotes from, and is also offered on a month-to-month payment option unlike some of the other companies.

I had a great experience. It was easy to sign up, they explained everything. No big down payment and affordable monthly payments. In reviewing the terms of the contract, the coverage is more than adequate for my needs. Month to month, no long term contract, but I can keep the contract for 3 years or until I reach 75000 miles. When comparing them to other warranty companies, who, by the way have very aggressive sales people, the TOCO policy is just as comprehensive in coverage and 35% cheaper with no down payment. Just the first month's coverage.

The waiting period on the vehicle page was shown incorrectly as"60 days, 1000 miles". The view the contract page was shown correctly as "60 days, 500 miles". I called in and spoke with Aria who listened and followed my conversation through the different categories as shown above. She stated she would contact the proper department to have this resolved and call me back which she did. She then had me connect to my original email from you to review the correction. Aria was friendly, courteous, easy to understand, knowledgeable and efficient. Aria is a real asset to your company. I have only good things to say about your company, your program and all my contacts with your other employees including Sergio. In these uncertain times, this has become a rarity.. I had a flat tire and I needed roadside service and I called that department and the response time was excellent and acceptable. I called my roadside from my primary service and was on hold for 45 mins. I was not happy with that at all. Keep up the good work.

I called to see if anybody could help me log on to the Toco app so I can check my contract out and look at it. It was able to send me a link so I can set up the password and now I can log on. They did a great job. Thank you.

On Tuesday, 9/22/2020 I spoke with Alfredo, Gabriel and Joey of Toco Warranty, and they were awesome in helping me resolve my customer service related questions. Alfredo was very friendly and helpful in granting me the one-time one day extension of my monthly payment with no fuss, and no questions asked. Lastly, I like that Toco is offering its customers $50 Amazon gift certificates for every new customer referral to Toco Warranty. Amazon is one of my favorites online retail stores. Keep up the great work Toco!

My experience was positive when I contacted Toco Warranty. The representative was hopeful and knowledgeable to my request. She gave me good customer service and some suggestions concerning my account.

I have dealt with 2 warranty companies AUL and Toco and by far toco has beat aul. They refused to fix some issues on the jeep. My brother was saying it was pre-existing when I have my sonata warranty and jeep with toco now but I just experienced how amazing toco is. I took my sonata in to the shop the 32 day of being with toco on the sonata so two days after the 30 day intro period and took fixed my sonata for me.

I had a wonderful interaction with customer service representative today, she didn’t just listen but she had empathy for my situation being out of work due to Covid-19. I had no income for two months and worried about everything. I need my warranty on my car as well as roof over my head and they resolved my problem and actually gave me a bit of relief, thank you so very much. Toco warranty is the best!!??

I didn't know much about Toco before I purchased this warranty for my vehicle. The reviews I saw influenced my purchase. I must say they were true. I had a power steering issue with my car and took it to a shop paid my deductible and I had my car back in working order the next day.

Picking a warranty company was not difficult when I saw the Logo for Toco, but did I make the right choice for my needs? Today I received confirmation. In the years with Toco I have never had a hassle when handling business. Always fast service response and polite courteous service. That is important to me.

I've had Toco Warranty for about four years now. Their customer service is amazing. They are all kind, quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I had a claim last year and it was amazing to see how easily they took care of it. When you have a transmission issue, you don't expect it to be that simple but TOCO really made it that simple. All I had to pay was my low deductible. I would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family which I have already done so and a few of them have signed up. The peace of mind afforded to me through TOCO is second to none, so much so that I even enrolled my second vehicle.
