About Toco Warranty
Toco Warranty can help cover the cost of unexpected and frustrating car repairs. The company offers one contract with four levels of coverage — your level of coverage is determined by the miles on your vehicle’s odometer at the time the claim is submitted. The company lets you make monthly payments rather than pay upfront or put down a down payment. Toco Warranty also provides roadside assistance, car rental assistance and full concierge service.

At Toco the people are pleasant and courteous. Their “Authorized Partners” are businesses in a wide variety of industries who pay them to participate in their Authorized Partner Program. There is a list of their current Authorized Partners. I would recommend the plan to anyone. I am going to add my wife's car to my policy, because I feel this is a good deal, that will save time and money. I appreciate the plan.

I had a great experience with Toco Warranty when signing up. I was told everything I needed to know, and how much everything costed. Which by the way they were the best price. I was told what would be covered, and was given the first month free with my waiting period starting on day 1. What a great sales rep too. He was very friendly and thorough.

This is the second auto that TOCO will be covering for me, my first vehicle was totaled in January 2021 and I just purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax... Like the first vehicle I am fortunate to be handled by Joey ** again... Joey is very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of my policy and has always been available in the past if I needed any questions answered... If I had not been handled properly on my first auto, I can guarantee you, I would not be using Joey and TOCO for coverage again!

I had a wonderful experience with Michael **. He was very informative, friendly. He had a beautiful personality. Answer all my questions. Explain the warranty. We talked about what was going on in the world. With COVID-19. I had a problem with maybe gettIng the mileage because of I don’t go out that much, So he said he was going to check with me in a month to check the mileage.

I recently purchased a extended vehicle warranty from Toco. I had several questions concerning my contract and how to access my account online. Marco walked me through on how to access my account online and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was very polite and respectful while doing so. He was friendly. He was fast. He took care of updating payment information. He asked if I had any questions or if I needed anything else. He asked if I had my new contract. I couldn’t locate on my phone. He sent it to me again. I requested a hard copy through snail mail.
No one wants to spend extra time on the phone, so our agents focus on efficient and accurate service the first time. On-call resolutions are a KPI that we focus on so that we can ensure a great customer experience.

Had a good conversation with Joey at Toco. He answered all questions that I had and explain everything in detail. Like talking to your own father. He was real friendly and even made me laugh. I feel happy talking to him. He explain that I have time to review the contract and could cancel at any time if I wish. No pressure from him. Toco Warranty is the only company that didn’t pressure sale me into getting a vehicle service contract. Everyone else was pushing me to buy right away, which I didn’t like. Joey was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey found the best coverage for my Lexus at a very affordable rate.
High-pressure is not our style. We do not need to haggle or bully people into our product because it stands on its own. I worked with a Joey out of Burbank and he was pretty great. There was no pressure, he was very patient while I researched other companies and went over the fine print with my parents. Hoping this warranty will work out in the long run. So far so good!

This is a new account. I'm trying you out today. The guy I talked to said Car shield was a bad company because they don't pay out claims at all. That they're being sued because I don't want to fix people's cars when they turn in their claims, are there listed as a bad rating With Better Business Bureau as well. There's like five or six choices I could have made but I chose this one. They say all this one was and $69 a month is a lot cheaper than $200 a month.

I spoke with Kyle today. He was the 4th person I spoke with in search of a car warranty plan. I was extremely pleased with the service he gave me and the time he took to thoroughly explain the benefits offered. The fact that the company has an A+ BBB rating and 4-1/2 stars Trustpilot rating sealed the deal for me. I would give it 5 stars across the board but app won't allow.

I have used my warranty on several occasions from a battery jump, a flat tire changed to a couple of major replacements on my truck and I must say the service I have received from Toco has been EXCEPTIONAL. I have recommended Toco to several people. I have read a lot of reviews on other warranty companies that they say are crap but Toco warranty is not one of those companies. The Customer Service/Administrators are extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer any and all your questions. Even though my monthly payment went up I still renewed my contract for another 3 years.

Great customer service and great value. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle warranty that provides excellent customer service and value for the money. They even pay for oil changes four times per year. What a deal for the money. I was thinking about trading my car in but now that I have an extended warranty I believe I will keep my car for 3 more years. But just in case I decide to sell my car, the warranty is transferable to the new owner for a $75.00 fee. This is a great selling point if and when I do decide to sell the car.
You are sure to sell the car quicker and for more money when a new owner does not have to worry about the integrity of the vehicle or service provider. That is why Toco is the highest overall rated provider in this space. We look forward to impressing you!

Mark, the first person I spoke with was courteous and caring while qualifying my vehicle for the warranty. Very helpful in understanding what I needed for coverage, helped me get a good deal on the plan I needed to keep it running in tip top shape. They were able to get me a plan with my truck being above 160xxx miles.

Kyle ** was very informative and answered all questions I had about a warranty for my 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 Laredo. He explained all concerns I had about engine, transmission, electrical and all parts. I researched and found no better warranty for me.

He explained everything on my policy what to expect, how many miles it goes up to, what it all cover, he even told me to read the policy myself to make sure I get a clear understanding and know exactly what covers what, he also let me know about the rental car, towing and more he really just did a great job with even letting me know everything I need to know!!!

My experience was wonderful. I got the help I needed. You guys are AWESOME!??? Anytime I need extra time with my payment, y'all do everything in y'alls power to make it happen. Y'all are very understanding on folk's situation, and do everything in y'all power to satisfy the customers. Other companies try and get me as a client, but I tell them I'm happy with Toco and been with toco for some years. When they ask how much I pay a month, I tell them and they can't beat y'all price. I tell folks about y'all and will continue to and hope they join. It's needed for those unexpected breakdowns and the price is reasonable, just depends on the mileage. But overall, nice customer service always!

During the pandemic money is very tight so I called and got an extension on my payment. Thanks Aarron @ Toco!!!! I recommend Toco to friends & family all the time, got a friend. Now she just had a motor installed in her 2005 Chrysler Sebring with 80,000k on it. I told her to give Toco a call & see they can cover her vehicle. I’ve recommended Toco to a co-worker & she got Toco for her Acura TL 2012. My mom is in the market for a used suv & I told her about Toco too so she can have coverage for unexpected repairs.

DC answered all of my questions. He was very patient. He described the coverage very well. DC was very clear in taking my debit card information. DC talked about coverage about extending my coverage was past 36000 miles. I was very happy about getting a credit on my oil change. I was also happy that I was able to go to my dealership for repairs.

I had misplaced the paperwork relating to my new warranty. Arial quickly found my information and was going to email the New contract information. I also requested if my pmt. date on the new contract could be changed to the 23rd of the month. She quickly reached the appropriate person that was able to approve my request. She was friendly, patient and prompt in helping me out!

Agent was very helpful about changing the due date on my policy. I called to change the due date because of not getting my check until the end of the month. He was extremely helpful when getting my due date changed.

I called Taco today, for assistance with a change with my payment date. I had the pleasure of speaking with a representative by the name of Aaron. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and was very genuine about my concern. He assisted me with all my concerns and made me feel so much better about my reasons for calling. My current warranty is expiring, so my warranty needed to be extended. I spoke with Derrick and he was a delightful individual. He explained everything sufficiently and didn't keep me on the phone longer than what was needed. Overall I give is customer service skills 5 plus stars!!

Sergio was well informed and detailed in his presentation of the warranty offer. He explained why TOCO was a much better option than another company I was considering. He also included an oil change offer during the life of the plan, which I very much appreciated.
Toco is there when you need us and even when you don't. We believe that healthy car maintenance is the first step in preventing car repairs from coming up, but if they do, Toco has your back.
