I had a very good experience and they were very informative and professional. I've been with them for couple of years and no complaints. Everything was easy to navigate and services are always on point.

I was very skeptical about getting a car warranty, as mine has expired from my manufacturer. Derrick was my representative and he made the process quite easy and made me feel confident that they would be there for me if I needed repairs.

Easy process to sign up. Derrick was thorough in explaining the coverage and prices. Very friendly & knowledgeable. I like the option of monthly payments vs paying in advance. I will recommend to friends.

When shopping automotive service plans, there's a lot of selling and little substance in most cases. This was not such a case. I'll make this simple if more sales reps were like Morgon, more sales would be made, and more people would be happy about it. Balancing a personal connection, professional duties, and the regulatory responsibilities that surround these deals seems almost superhuman in the modern era, so I guess I got to sign up with a superhuman. Everything was well explained. Everything was well communicated and we were able to get it done in an easy transaction. As an added bonus, the rate beat out the competition handily.

I’ve been a customer for years with Toco Warranty. I’m happy I met Morgan, he was understanding and listened to my concerns. He remained consistently helpful and informative throughout the renewal process.

Derrick was great! He explained everything and answered all my questions. Even set up payment arrangements and due date. Very professional. Extended warranty starts soon and they even have a money back guarantee for so many days.

Considering that this was a call to renew my extended warranty (a usually boring routine experience), that was not the case with this call. Derek was lively and presented the information in a manner that I was able to understand and not be bored trying to comprehend what he was saying. In addition, he answered all of my questions (sometimes twice), and made sure that I understood the changes and upgrades to my extended warranty coverage. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Derrick was very good and very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time he took to make things very clear to me.

After talking to several other Car Repair warranty companies it was refreshing talking to your sales representative Tom. He was very forthright in his explanation of your product detailing its coverage. And truthfully answering all my questions, also providing your company's history of initially providing only corporate vehicle fleet coverage then extending warranty coverage to corporate employees on their personal vehicles and now directly to everyday consumers. The coverage seem to be very comprehensive in what is covered, But you should perform required or suggested periodic manufacturer maintenance. Which a vehicle owner should do since you're probably buying this coverage primarily for unforeseen catastrophic high dollar vehicle repairs, as it's like health insurance for your vehicle.

This is my second car with TOCO. Our Agent Morgan was awesome. He did a great job. Answered all our question about our BMW X1 coverage. I had to file a claim for a repair and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the process was. The repair shop was able to communicate directly with Toco Warranty, which saved me time and hassle. The claim was approved quickly, and I was able to get my car back on the road without any issues.

My experience with TOCO through Morgon was easy, simple, stress free, and seamless. From the time we greeted each other until the time we hung the phone up. He was very know of the product and services that he was selling that I felt like I was on the phone with my favorite family member. Called for a quote for 2 vehicles, spoke with Tre and his customer service was excellent!!! Straight forward and honest. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Toco is the way to go. Other company wanted to charge me over $200 for 1 vehicle, Toco covered both for less. We are returning customers from a previous vehicle we had which did end up in a shop at one point and Toco delivered everything they promised. Safe to say we are lifelong customers.

I wish I can give ZERO star but unfortunately the lowest Google allows is 1. SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING. I had an issue with my car “ noise coming from the engine” when. I took the car to the dealer who diagnosed the car and they said there is misfiring and issue with camshaft therefore engine needs to be replaced cuz cost to fix will be high.

After my brother-in-law raved about how great this company was, I had to give them a call being that I was shopping for a car warranty plan that was reasonable (after having paid $900.00 for A/C repair a few months ago). All I have to say was thank God they put me on the phone with Morgan. Not only was Morgan friendly, professional and efficient, but he was patient as well (I had some questions!). When Morgan explained what was included in the "Yellow" plan, and what were the standard (included) extras (like the "Open Bay" coverage) I just said "Sign Me Up!" They are A+ rated by the BBB so that is also a major reason why I chose to go with Toco for the reputation and coverage.

I called tonight to inquire about a warranty on my 2021 Jetta and was assigned Morgan ** as my agent. Correct and prompt efficient service. Problem solved. I now know my policy will last to 250000 miles where many other policies end coverage at 200000 miles or less. The agent was courteous and clear and I could understand her English, too many other companies have agents who speak English with a strong foreign accent.

I placed a call to verify if a particular repair for my BMW was covered. I accidentally ended the call as soon as the agent answered after a long wait. The agent returned the call to my surprise and confirmed the repair is covered. Madison went above and beyond!! I am very appreciative of her going the extra mile for me!

The best thing I can say is that TOCO delivers when others don't. A $457 repair for $50 at an AAMCO store!!!! Madison was on top of everything from beginning to end. She was patient and understanding! My car broke down on my way to work and ended up going into the shop for Memorial Day weekend. While this was extremely inconvenient, Madison was very helpful. Plus I now have found a reliable, intelligent mechanic!!!

My trailblazer transmission took a vacation so I call AAA for a tow, then I called Toco to inform them about the breakdown. The woman at Toco told me they would tow me 9 miles for free as part of the insurance. AAA was only going to tow me 5 miles for free. So I canceled the AAA and called Toco back. They told me the wait time would be about an hour. So, I went into the hospital to ask the question I was there about. While I was asking the question, the tow driver called me. He was over a half hour early. Hallelujah!

The engine in our car seized up around the middle to end of October. We took it to our repair shop and they informed us that we would need a new engine. We contacted Toco and got the process started.
