    I was very skeptical about getting a car warranty, as mine has expired from my manufacturer. Derrick was my representative and he made the process quite easy and made me feel confident that they would be there for me if I needed repairs.

    When shopping automotive service plans, there's a lot of selling and little substance in most cases. This was not such a case. I'll make this simple if more sales reps were like Morgon, more sales would be made, and more people would be happy about it. Balancing a personal connection, professional duties, and the regulatory responsibilities that surround these deals seems almost superhuman in the modern era, so I guess I got to sign up with a superhuman. Everything was well explained. Everything was well communicated and we were able to get it done in an easy transaction. As an added bonus, the rate beat out the competition handily.

    Sergio was great on the phone. Very clear explanation of the warranty and claims process. I signed up with him on the first call after talking to FOUR other warranty companies!     Considering that this was a call to renew my extended warranty (a usually boring routine experience), that was not the case with this call. Derek was lively and presented the information in a manner that I was able to understand and not be bored trying to comprehend what he was saying. In addition, he answered all of my questions (sometimes twice), and made sure that I understood the changes and upgrades to my extended warranty coverage. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Derrick was very good and very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time he took to make things very clear to me.

He brought the ideal combination of respect and friendliness to our phone conversation.     I have been working with Toco for a few years now. They have been awesome. I don’t have issues getting covered repairs done. Sergio is my rep that I have been working with. He is always very friendly and professional and always willing to help. He always tries to get me the best deals on my vehicles. This is a very reputable company. I have friends and family that use them as well. No complaints so far! Trust me. I have tried other warranties and they have been terrible. NEVER had a problem with Toco.

    After talking to several other Car Repair warranty companies it was refreshing talking to your sales representative Tom. He was very forthright in his explanation of your product detailing its coverage. And truthfully answering all my questions, also providing your company's history of initially providing only corporate vehicle fleet coverage then extending warranty coverage to corporate employees on their personal vehicles and now directly to everyday consumers. The coverage seem to be very comprehensive in what is covered, But you should perform required or suggested periodic manufacturer maintenance. Which a vehicle owner should do since you're probably buying this coverage primarily for unforeseen catastrophic high dollar vehicle repairs, as it's like health insurance for your vehicle.

    Being 68 and retired he found me a promotional discount. Other perks include a network of nationwide vehicle independent service centers who offer repair and maintenance and parts discounts to you and family members for their vehicles. At first impression I feel confident TOCO will take care of future unforeseen covered catastrophic repair needs. Mark **.

    I wish I can give ZERO star but unfortunately the lowest Google allows is 1. SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING. I had an issue with my car “ noise coming from the engine” when. I took the car to the dealer who diagnosed the car and they said there is misfiring and issue with camshaft therefore engine needs to be replaced cuz cost to fix will be high.

    We opened the claim with these TOCO guys who sent their examiner to the dealer to take a look at the car then they told me the claim is denied and that there is nothing wrong with car and that all it needs with oil change- they dealer gave me and gave them the report that identify the issue with the engine yet they still refused to cover and honor the contract.

    My car service is Martin, is the adjuster Travis, follow up for the case claim# **. Stephanie customer service. Daniella supervisor to date with oil change done on time- all receipts were provided to them- they are just scammers and don’t want to cover or pay anything. I spoke to the supervisor and I asked for their report that states that no issues with the car because I told them I’m taking them to court for failure to honor their contract and they refused to send it and told me they can’t send any reports out. I have all names “Martin is the adjuster - Travis was a follow up for the case - Stephanie is customer service and Daniella is supervisor “DO NOT USE THEM AND DO YOUR RESEARCH- THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR NOTHING.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT waste your money. Bought a used car. Called and asked if I needed an inspection for coverage. Rep assured I did not, that as long as I waited the 90 days and 1000 miles, there would be no issues if problems arose. 100 days in and 2000 miles (past waiting period), the transmission went out. Inspector said it looked like transmission was attempted to be repaired previously, and as a result, it was a preexisting condition and they did not cover repairs. I said isn't that why people buy insurance IN CASE there are issues with a vehicle??? They denied claim and refused to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ WITH THIS COMPANY. They look for ways not to pay claims.

    I have been paying for this warranty for 7 months, my vehicle has a problem with it. Fuel system/gas tank which show it coverage on the contract. The repair shop I take it to says that Toco won't cover one thing that's wrong with it or even cover to diagnose it which I was paying anyways but they needed to drop the tank to make sure it was the gas tank that was the problem but Toco said we ain't covering anything. "You need to pay to drop the tank and maybe we will reimburse you."

    The technician was in disbelief as I was since they are denying it even without wanting to find out what it is even after multiple calls to them and he stating it was the gas tank. I had other warranty company and this by far is the worst and their customer service is even worst. The guy was like, "Let me give you 2 free months of coverage" but for what if they won't even cover what on the contract. It took literally 2 hours for me to cancel my coverage with them. I literally had to get transferred multiple time before they would cancel my contract.

    Isaac, we take this complaint seriously and want to help. We see that you have spoken with multiple agents who have investigated the issue. It appears that there were denied claims on a series of non-covered items (Catalytic converter, Vapor Canister, O@ sensors) that are specifically listed in the Exclusions section of the contract. There appear to be multiple upsell requests as well (recommendations for repairs, but things not broken down).

    Upon request to cancel, Toco will always try to help customers in case there is something that we can do. In this case it appears that we offered counsel and assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the claim decision.
