This was my second time dealing with Toco representative Derrick ** and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process of adding a second vehicle to my plan very easy. It is always a pleasure speaking with Derrick. Wonderful experience!

Morgan was super helpful in explaining the TOCO warranty program and all that it entails. This was our first experience with a vehicle warranty company and I had a ton of questions and Morgan was more than patience and made sure that I understood each one. We rarely trade vehicles and are super happy with our 2023 Jeep Cherokee. I checked tons of reviews of TOCO and compared them to other vehicle warranty companies and hands down TOCO stood at the top. One of the major decisions to select TOCO was not having to enter a year or longer contract like the other vehicle warranty companies as well as your pricing. We are both retired and live on fixed income and because to this fact we are very careful how we spend money. Plus we are beginning to travel more and need a warranty program that we can use if needed any place and TOCO fits this to a T. I hope that we never have to use your warranty but it gives an old man a sense to assurance to have one.In closing, TOCO should be proud to have an employee like Morgan.

I was quite impressed with Mr. **. He had superb professionalism as he assisted me throughout the initial process of signing up for the warranty services. As we went through the process he took the time to address any questions and concerns I had relating to the coverage benefits, and made sure I fully understood the details. Mr. ** was even understanding that my son had questions regarding the company and services, and took ample time to explain everything in detail that my son had questions about. I am appreciative that Toco Warranty has employed such a fine gentleman and that they strive for customer quality satisfaction in the initial set up. I hope to receive the same professionalism throughout our tenure of the contract with Toco Warranty, and look forward to receiving more exemplary services.

Everything was well explained. Everything was well communicated and we were able to get it done in an easy transaction. As an added bonus, the rate beat out the competition handily.

Considering that this was a call to renew my extended warranty (a usually boring routine experience), that was not the case with this call. Derek was lively and presented the information in a manner that I was able to understand and not be bored trying to comprehend what he was saying. In addition, he answered all of my questions (sometimes twice), and made sure that I understood the changes and upgrades to my extended warranty coverage. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Derrick was very good and very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time he took to make things very clear to me.
