The knowledgeable representative was very knowledgeable about the plan and help me understand more than I did before. I am a returning customer and I am glad that I returned. The experience was great. I can't even put it in words. Thank you so much. I would most definitely recommend a friend or anyone else that would ask me about this type of plan and coverage. I look forward to working with you guys. If everyone is as nice and friendly as the representative I dealt with I'm pretty sure I would have no problems at all.

Ms. Jessica in customer service was very transparent and extremely professional throughout our conversation today. Her skillset as it pertains to critical thinking, and being very detail-oriented makes her the ideal candidate for any company. Kudos to Toco warranty services if it wasn’t for the fact that you’ll wouldn’t penalize me for services/claim that was already rendered. I would come back to this company. In my experience with my other cars, you guys was there for me and the rep Derick was great and understanding. I felt like he was honest and trustworthy, understand how things will happen with cars. I found Sergio, knowledgeable, even tempered to all of my questions and flexible with real world scenarios. I focused on the ability to take my time to read, verify pricing without pressure. I can say that other competitions lost my business solely on the “snake oil” salesman pressure. I feel this is highly unnecessary and off putting for educated consumers. I would like in the future to recommend this company based on a straightforward contract structure and the absence do this today or you will lose $$ opportunity. People need to to process and the old days of these tactics should be gone.

Correct and prompt efficient service. Problem solved. I now know my policy will last to 250000 miles where many other policies end coverage at 200000 miles or less. The agent was courteous and clear and I could understand her English, too many other companies have agents who speak English with a strong foreign accent.

I placed a call to verify if a particular repair for my BMW was covered. I accidentally ended the call as soon as the agent answered after a long wait. The agent returned the call to my surprise and confirmed the repair is covered. Madison went above and beyond!! I am very appreciative of her going the extra mile for me!

The best thing I can say is that TOCO delivers when others don't. A $457 repair for $50 at an AAMCO store!!!! Madison was on top of everything from beginning to end. She was patient and understanding! My car broke down on my way to work and ended up going into the shop for Memorial Day weekend. While this was extremely inconvenient, Madison was very helpful. Plus I now have found a reliable, intelligent mechanic!!!

I added the 2020 Colorado truck and found out that my Uplander was no longer covered. Derrick was a wonderful, patient and helpful person as was the young lady to whom I first spoke. I'm sorry that my Uplander is no longer covered because she is well maintained and running great.

Derrick is nothing short of amazing. While it's unfortunate that your Uplander is no longer eligible for coverage, we genuinely appreciate your business and look forward to protecting your 2020 Colorado.

Derrick was extremely professional and friendly. He clarified many concerns and made me feel very comfortable in choosing Toco. Years ago, the last warranty I had was with CarShield and after making a claim, the reimbursement was a fraction of my cost. Again, Derrick helped ease my concerns.

Rather than having pushy sales guys demand your business, Toco prefers a team that advises customers on the product to see if it fits their needs. Most times, we can find the right fit, but it may not be for everyone. We appreciate that you have shared your experience, and we are excited to have you as a part of the Toco family!

The experience was great. Took car to mechanic and got it diagnosed and got approved for the repairs and I reimbursed for Lyft share ride. The customer service was very professional and kind to me and the mechanic. Toco called me to make sure I was happy with the work that the mechanic did.

I love Toco and its staff. The warranty covers almost everything. And the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this warranty company. And the monthly payments isn't bad at all. Would I go somewhere else ? I doubt it very seriously. The staff also guide you through every process without confusion.

I went there for oil leak and A/C problems. First time using my car coverage plan thru TOCO. They handled everything professionally and smoothly. Both pep boys and TOCO. My experience was a great one at pep boys. Friendly and professional! Will go there again.. no problem.

Just feel like that thank you all for taking care of my BMW M6. I recommended you to the whole Beamer driving group that I belong to. Also my service advisor. So it was a pleasant experience dealing with the company so again thank you so much.

I have been trying to cancel my account for a month. I was having trouble doing it by website. Kept being placed on hold. Until today Aaron assisted me. Explain to him. I was having financial difficulty at the time. I’d like to stay with the company/come back but was having trouble with canceling. He talk to a supervisor and help me and thank me for choosing them I did not get left on hold or ignored even though I had to cancel he still treated me as a valued customer.
