    I moved from Raleigh, North Carolina to College Station, Texas and I had ShipYourCarNow ship my vehicle. They were really good, very professional from point A to point Z and easy to work with. We sold our house a lot faster than we thought we were going to so the move was not planned, and they were available and they got back to me. They worked pretty hard to get back quick and they helped us out. I have shipped cars before, and their price were right on where I thought it was going to be.

    However, the buyer of my house was trying to get more money from me so I had to change drivers once. Their transport organizer did that, worked with me, and made adjustments. It was a problem on my end but he did a good job. The carrier driver was also cool. He contacted my wife because I was in Raleigh for two weeks more. They really worked around me and my schedule, which is the important thing when you are shipping a car. The delivery took about a week. There was an immediate one, but I was not going to be here so I backed off.

    I called Racine Auto Transport in Racine, Wisconsin to get a 1923 T-Bucket car shipped from Wisconsin to New York. It was a gift for my father and I told the auto transport guy to put a higher bid to see if someone would take it. I needed the car on Sunday and ShipYourCarNow took the deal.     My vehicle didn’t run and we initially agreed on $1650 for it to be picked up supposedly on a Thursday evening. I got a call from the guy who’ll pick up my car telling me he had a wheel burn go over his truck which is fine because things happen. He picked the car up Saturday and I was supposed to have it by Monday. I got a call 4 or 5 hours later telling me that the transmission went out on his truck. I asked him, “How was the car going to get to my house?” He said he was trying to figure it out. He then called one of his buddies that also transport cars who was making a drop at New Jersey.

    I was under the impression that they were going to pick my car up and bring it to New Jersey and then come back to Southern Illinois. I was all confused and ended up calling Zac from ShipYourCarNow who initially I had talked to about getting a price and he said that they were not bringing my car to New Jersey. They had to wait for two days for the other guy to drive to New Jersey, do his drop off, and then drive all the way back so South Carolina which is where my car was, still on a trailer hooked up to the truck with the transmission that went off. When he got there, they loaded up his truck with the trailer, with my car on it, all unto another trailer.

    It was a big ordeal. How are we going to get my car off the trailer? It doesn’t run and now, it’s on a trailer that’s on another trailer. They asked if I could take off work because we might have to get a forklift to pick this thing up. I said no and then they asked what time I leave for work. I leave 7:30 in the morning and they came at 6. I helped them and it took an hour trying to figure out how we were going to get it unloaded. It was a lot of headaches and I explained to Zac that I did agree on the price but I didn’t realize that it was going to be this big of an effort to do all this. I tried to get some refund on it. I asked for $200 but only got $100. I tried contacting him several times after that. I tried texting him but he stopped responding. That experience was not so good. It’s normally a painless transaction but not this time.

    I'm a wholesaler and I have a lot of vehicles that I am always shipping from place to place. I had ShipYourCarNow ship the vehicles that we purchased from different auctions. I was fortunate enough to get a hold of Jay that works there. I've been working with him ever since. He always makes me laugh. We're on a texting basis now. So I just text him the cars that I need shipped, and he texts me back, and we get it done. The carrier drivers stay in touch with Jay and then he usually calls me if they need anything.     I've used ShipYourCarNow a few times but typically, we're transporting vehicles that we use for our business from location to location. We call upon them as one of our first go-to teams to get us a quick response and when we need something shipped on a pretty tight timeline. I'm usually able to depend on Ray, down there to take care of it for us for a decent price. We're shipping cars that are $150,000 to $300,000. So, they're not Toyota Camrys, they're Ferraris and Lamborghinis and thus far, we get a different contractor every time. Sometimes, I've taken delivery and question the quality of the equipment that's towing our vehicles but knowing that they've shown up in good condition every time and always a good result.

    They get to do their job better when we communicate better with them by giving them the right contact information, the correct addresses and we stay in touch with the drivers that are hauling our equipment when it's appropriate. We have to make sure the stuff's insured but I've trusted Ray. He reached out to me a while back and we're using one of his competitors at the time and it goes out onto an open market brokerage for them to start hunting for stuff and he said, "Look, give me a call anytime you need anything. I'll make sure you get the best service and I'll take care of you." Anytime I need anything, I call Ray and it works out. I'd recommend them.

    I was shipping a car for my mother-in-law and someone recommended ShipYourCarNow to me. The quote I was given was high but they were able to do it sooner. The process took a couple of days and they responded right away. It so happened that someone had a cancellation and they were able to transport it the same day. So, that worked out well. Also, the transport organizer and the driver were friendly. The driver was on time, they took the car and everything went fine but then we found out it was delivered at night and the next morning, the folks that we were sending it to called me and said that the car had oil all over it.

    What happened was that the driver and/or his assistant were getting in and out of the car and not putting down paper to avoid any kind of grease stains. They also didn’t take any care in putting on gloves so they weren’t dirty or putting on some kind of plastic cover on the seat to ensure that there were no stains in the car. As a result, we had stains on the carpet, the seat, as well as the outside paint. When they called, my wife and I spent the rest of that time waiting for them to arrive cleaning it. Having gone through all of that and hearing that it was delivered and had smudges all over it, we weren’t happy.

    Also, it took my brother-in-law three hours to clean it. They offered to come back once we explained it to them to clean it, but by then it was already cleaned. The company and the driver called after that to express the concern and sorrow that it was done which we appreciated, but it was still done. It was dark when they delivered it and they didn’t really recognize what was going on at that time but they should have been more careful in avoiding bringing dirt and wax.

    The ShipYourCarNow transport organizer was very helpful. He told me what his fee was and I went to look up other fees and his was the lowest. It was $720 and he did keep that amount. He answered the phone on a Saturday evening, but it still took two weeks to secure a shipper and he didn’t tell me ahead of time. When I asked him "Are we gonna be able to choose or not?” He’s like “You will just have to increase the amount to pay the shipper," which he explained after. He still got the ball rolling quickly and walked me through the process.

    My interactions with the carrier driver were terrible. He broke the side-view mirror and proceeded to alter the paper that I’m supposed to review so it wouldn’t match my grandfather’s paper. He said my grandfather knew that his mirror was broken and signed the paper, which was a blatant lie. I reached out to the owner and he apologized and confirmed that the driver was lying. I put a claim for it and the owner of the truck called me to see if I could stop my claim and he would pay for it out of pocket but it’s been a few weeks and it’s still not resolved.

    As a matter of fact, the last time he spoke to me, he said Tuesday, but I haven’t heard from him. I understand his situation with the insurance ‘cause he said his premium is gonna double, so I put the claim on hold. I’m lucky I didn’t cancel it because I don’t trust people. I just told the woman that the driver said he was gonna pay out of pocket. The insurance woman reminded me I need to call her back and she called me yesterday to ask me about it again. Since I haven’t heard from him, I’m now going to move forward with the claim. The driver needs to stick to his word.

    I was moving and did a Google search. I found ShipYourCarNow and I called directly to get a quote. The transport organizer was good. I only had a problem with the driver. He was in a court so he couldn’t make it for the trip. ShipYourCarNow had to swap drivers and change the delivery date.     I needed somebody to ship a vehicle from Detroit to Miami. I was in a time crunch and if I didn't get the car out of there, my contact could have gotten fined for having the car where it was.     I was going to pick up a car at Portland, Oregon and bring it up to Las Vegas. When I called ShipYourCarNow to get pricing, they were low and they told me that they would have the car here in a couple of days. Some of the other companies would take a little longer before the car could get here. As far as getting everything set up, it went according to what it was supposed to be. But then, they picked up the car on a Wednesday and said they would have the car here by Friday. But nobody called to say anything until Friday when I tried to get somebody to find out what was going on. The guy who arranged to pick up the car got the driver's phone number. I called him but he wouldn't answer. I called the rep who helped me and he got back to me and said that the truck had a breakdown and that I won't get the car until Monday.

    And so, I had to pay another four days for a rental car, because I never had a car that I was depending on to be there Friday. All they told me was they had a guarantee. Nevertheless, I got it on Monday but the guy and I had to go somewhere to drop the car off in front of a big parking lot because he couldn't drop it off at my place. Overall, I'm not happy with ShipYourCarNow and I don't think I would use them again. It might have been a freak incident but if there's no communication to get everybody in the loop, then it's not so good. And I have the guy just hanging out there and making all the extra phone calls and it's not the customer who should be doing that. It should be the person that's trying to get the thing there.

The kid that we talked to was a good guy. The quote that they gave me over the phone was high, but that was okay because they got the vehicle moving rather than have it sit forever.     I bought two cars the same day. One was coming from Pennsylvania and the other was coming from California. The car from Pennsylvania was over a week late. The rep from ShipYourCarNow said that the delivery company should have contacted me but they did not. I texted the carrier from California first changing the drop-off site because I live on a gravel road and it had rained. They were coming on a big truck and it would have been a nightmare to get it down my road. But he was only off a day. Overall, ShipYourCarNow is a decent company. The arrangement was fine but the carry out was bad. They need to be a little more selective in their drivers.     I purchased a vehicle here in Florida for my grandson. I proceeded to look for a shipping company to take it to him in New Jersey. ShipYourCarNow had a good website when I looked at it. When I called I spoke with a really nice salesman and we talked about the transport. He told me how it works and what he can do. He was very knowledgeable and he was certainly polite and professional. He told me that they would post that up on the board and then everybody gets the chance to view it and see if they want to do it. He also said that if I'll do three different companies, they are all going to post for the same price. I said, "I’m in no hurry. Here’s what I’m willing to pay. If you can find somebody to do it, let me know.” The free quote was fair compared to what everybody else was posting. I just paid the $150 down payment and then my son paid the balance when the car got there.

    He posted it and he said that it would probably take about two weeks or so because it’s near a holiday. But a couple of days later, a guy called me and asked if the car was ready and that he's coming to get it. The people that transported my car kept in touch with me all along. They gave me a couple of calls and told me what will happen. The driver called when he was in route to pick up the car.

    The driver came on a holiday to pick up my car. I drove out in the car and I told him that I’d have to get somebody to come and get me because I couldn’t walk back in. He said, “Well, don’t worry about it. Drive back to your house and I’ll bring the paperwork.” I drove back to my house and he got out and checked the car. We filled out the paperwork then he got in the car and drove back out and put it on the truck. He was very polite and helpful. Two days later it was in Jersey and got there in great shape. I didn’t expect it to happen as fast as it did but I had the car ready and it was a very simple procedure. It was as smooth as glass. It was a really great experience and I was very pleased. They did everything they said they were going to do and I’d be more than happy to recommend them to anybody.

    We were going North and we needed our car. We had used ShipYourCarNow before so we shipped our car with them and we flew. We called Jodie, like we did last time and sort of a habit, and arranged to have the trucker come and when he should deliver. When the car was picked up, the driver pulled it right in front of my house, put it on the truck and off they went. Then the delivery was quite late because the car arrived the day after we arrived. Also, the car wasn't brought to my house and was left way up on the main street about a quarter of a mile away. The driver drove the car down and we drove it back up. It was complicated but at least, the car wasn't filthy like the one we shipped to Florida.

    When I used ShipYourCarNow going to Florida, the car was delivered filthy and I could not see through the front windows. However, the driver drove the car right in front of my house during delivery. Moreover, I wasn't too happy with the price we were given because we've checked out others since and found that it was a little high.

    I work for a company and we had to transport the car out to Florida and send it to another location for another new salesperson. I usually had another company but because it was the time of the year where there a lot of people moving vehicles, they seem to be very high. I found ShipYourCarNow for $300 less. I called them up and asked how much and they gave me the price. I was happy with it being less and I got it for less. Their transport organizer was very good at the initial part of the whole episode.

    ShipYourCarNow took my credit card, I told them where it's going and when it had to be there so everything was okay. They had to find a transporter to get it down there and I told them I need it to be there by a certain time but that’s when things went a little wrong. They started saying they're having a hard time getting it down there and that they're still looking for somebody and then started filling out the rest of the paperwork for me to sign and to send them back on the weekend when I'm not working and when I didn’t want to be working.

    Since I'm going to use a credit card online, I have to fill out a credit card information and then send it back to them and sign it electronically. This could have all been done at the initial when I told them I was paying for it by credit card upfront. So, having to do it all on a Saturday when I'm with my wife trying to get things done pissed me off. I gave them a 1-2 weeks in advance, they picked it up in 2-3 days and 2-3 days later it was sent. The organization of information that was needed including my card information and signature should have been handled at the time when I signed up instead of the day it was being shipped.

    I was a military moving across the country and I needed to ship my car. I chose A1 Auto Transport, ShipYourCarNow’s parent company. I called them and I got a quote that was good. It was the ultimate one I chose. The person who organized the transport called me and set up everything. It was a couple of phone calls. Within a few days, we had a person who could move the car cross-country. It was easy. We took pictures and the car was on its way. It took a week for the car to get here and it was less than what they said it would be. The car got picked up on a Wednesday and dropped off the next Wednesday.

    Everything was great with ShipYourCarNow except for the damage to the vehicle. The wheels were specially painted. The straps the company used stripped some of the new paint on the rims of all the four wheels. ShipYourCarNow told me to take it through the insurance and their insurance would take care of it. I had to call them many times and they said they're not going to deliver it to my house and that I had to pick it up, so I had no choice. I had to take a taxi to go to their garage, which was half a day and I had to get off six hours early from work. I had to send my wife, who’s pregnant, to get my car.     I was buying a car from another state and a friend told me that ShipYourCarNow was going to give me a good price, which they did. They had it priced at a rate that I couldn't refuse but then they said they couldn't find a shipper for me. It took a little bit of while for them to find one but when they actually found me a shipper, they said they had to change the price on it because he was the only person that would offer to ship my car for a little bit more than what they told me.

    When I called the transport organizers, they were telling me it was going to come on Friday. But later on, they ended up telling me that it's not going to be available until Saturday.     I needed to have golf cart relocated. ShipYourCarNow just came up on the internet with good reviews and since I wasn't familiar with anybody I just went with them. Their reps were helpful and their quote was good and fair. In fact, I did have one other and it was right in the ballpark. Their transport organizer called and gave me a couple of options on when they would be able to pick it up and drop it off. The driver was supposed to call and give me some notice but he never did. He was supposed to be there that afternoon with a notice and I got a 45-min notice at 10:00 at night to pick it up and that's when he picked it up. I was out of town and I had to have my parents, who live nearby drive over to my house and meet the driver. The driver said if he didn't get it then, it would be at least 10 to 12 more days because of the Memorial Day weekend. Since it's a Memorial weekend, he was able to deliver it the following Saturday so it took 9 days.

    Everything went fine as far as from corporate level. It was just the driver. I get that drivers fall behind but it would have been nice to have called me much earlier in the day if he knew he wouldn't make 'till 10:00 that night. That was disappointing because I assumed that it wasn't going to happen. I already told him that that was a tough situation he was putting me in. Nevertheless, he was fine enough as a driver and he got it up here in one piece and everything worked out fine in the end. I'm sure they work as independent contractors so, it was no fault of ShipYourCarNow but I hope they'd put more emphasis on their drivers.

    I bought a car out of state and had to bring it into California. I thought ShipYourCarNow was another company I was dealing with and I hired them for the job. I've had a lot of cars moved over the years so I'm pretty familiar with how it's supposed to work. But ShipYourCarNow transported my car in an enclosed trailer with a car above it that leaked oil all over my car because they had incorrect equipment for the job. And my car wasn't sitting long at all. Then I asked them for a rebate to get the car detailed. Instead, they're referring me to their insurance carrier and I have to file a claim. That's a big hassle and I'm not at all pleased with the experience.

    Now I'm playing phone-tag with somebody and a third-person sent me some insurance claim forms. It would be a lot easier for them to give me a partial refund, which any other company would do, then they can file with their insurance without my having to do it. I was holding off on flaming them on Yelp because I don't consider that we've finished our conversation. But given that it's so hard to get back in touch with them, I may just do that.

    Moreover, when I first contacted them, I asked the transport organizer if they use their own trucks and drivers and he said yes. I also asked if the drivers are their employees and he said yes. But it turned out that they contract with outside companies so I didn't know who I was going to get and that's not a good thing. Their price was also a little higher than the others and my car was delivered in six days which was a little longer than I was expecting because supposedly, they weren't going to offload or make any stops.     It was late at night when I got home and I wanted to get it done as soon as possible. I was randomly picking towing companies. This guy said he could get it at a certain time but it ended up being the next day. My experience with ShipYourCarNow was awful. The guy driving the truck was a nut. He had an Austin Healey in the box truck with me. We did a pickup in Connecticut at a huge parking lot. We were parked where there were no cars around. There were islands and some trees in the parking lot and he couldn't even turn the car around. He was driving the trailer with the rear wheels going on the island. I told him to take it easy. My car was inside and I could picture it rocking around.

    I had to sign some of the paperwork from the people I was buying the car from and he had 10 minutes head start on me down Route 84, which goes to Connecticut into Massachusetts. I left and I was on my own vehicle doing 85 and I couldn’t even catch up with him. I called him, "Dude, I'm going 85 and you got a 10-minute lead on me." And he was five exits ahead of me and he's probably doing 120. And then he said they have to pull over and rest for a half hour if they've been driving for so long.     We were going to Florida for two months and we didn't want to take the Auto Train so we flew in and had our car delivered through ShipYourCarNow. My son had them last year and I found them to be delightful so I went with them again this year. They're easy to deal with and were there whenever I called. The quote we got was a little higher coming home than it was going there, but that's what we have to do when the season is crowded. The gentleman Ron who is our transport organizer was very good at reassuring me he would come through and he did.

    The carrier drivers made it really easy for us to meet them and get our car. The car came a day sooner than I anticipated going there, which was great, and then it came two days earlier coming home. The one from Canoga to Atlanta was for moving while the other one from Ohio to Canoga was when I needed my car shipped out to my house in Canoga when I got a work done up in Ohio.     I contacted a different company that gave us one price and then turned around and upped it over $1,000, so we said, "No, thank you." ShipYourCarNow was fair with the amount and didn't change it. They came, picked up the car when they said they would deliver it to Jim's grandson who is an intern in Chicago. His hours are so crazy, so it needed to be on that particular day on a Friday. They did a good job of delivering it safely and I was very pleased with them. Also, the one who came to pick up the car was a very nice, polite man. I gave him a little bit of a tip and he said it wasn't necessary and I said, "Towards your lunch. Go ahead." It was 8:00 in the morning.     My experience with ShipYourCarNow is satisfying, reliable and quick. We've dealt with them before and the first time we just shipped one car. Then I read some of the reviews about them and they had a pretty good reputation. So, we decided to use them again once we started our business. We export cars overseas and we need our cars to be delivered from the auction to the shipping port.

    ShipYourCarNow gives a decent price in their quotes. I had some companies that give me a lower price, on average, but they were not as reliable. I ran into problems where the car wasn't picked up on time or eventually they would request more money. This time with Todd, the transport organizer of ShipYourCarNow, I haven’t had any problems. He has been really nice. If there are any questions, he would call me right away. He's probably the reason why I stayed. He is responsible and does a good job.     I didn’t know anything about the transport industry. I thought I had to go through a broker so that they could post the quote on the board. The broker that I chose totally screwed us and didn’t do what they said they were going to do. I ended up scrambling the day before my son was leaving San Diego. I had a guardian angel evidently because Zachary from ShipYourCarNow answered the phone. It was 5:00 on a Saturday after I have been calling and emailing numerous companies. He’s the one that got it through for me.

    Zachary got that vehicle moved the next day. He not only got it moved for me but he arranged to have the vehicle picked up at the local Ford garage close to my son’s apartment so that he would not miss his flight and arranged that with the service manager there so that his guy could pick up the vehicle there and it’d be safe in good hands and leave the keys with somebody reputable. And that allowed my son, William to get to the airport and not have to wait on the transport of the vehicle. Which was phenomenal.

    Downside of the whole thing was, had I been more knowledgeable about companies and not going through a broker, I could have gotten the vehicle transported for $1,200 or $1,300. But because it was last minute, it was $400, $500 more. So that killed us. But were over a barrel. It’s one of those “you want it done, pay”. So he said he would have to call me to make arrangements. I don’t know what the difference was. He was going to come, whether or not.

    William has a soft top convertible, GT Ford Mustang. As far as the transport and the time, he did it in five days. They were phenomenal, as far as that goes. The only thing, I had requested that it be on the bottom, in the back so that it didn’t get air-blown around in the whole bit. It was raining for four days that week. When we got the vehicle, it was 6:30 in the morning and they parked the vehicle 50 yards away from the transport of vehicle.

    When we went over, it was pouring down rain. It was a little bit dark but you could still see. I took video and pictures. We went inside the car and the whole back seat was soaked all the way through. Luckily there were clothes in the backseat. With the wind, being at the top and the rain, it knocked the back window lose from the convertible top and everything leaked through into the trunk and the back seat. The guy said to get an estimate, which I just did this week. It would cost $1,300 for replacement and fix it. I asked them why they didn’t put it at the bottom, he said, “We were afraid to put it on the bottom because it’s soft top and if oil dripped down from a vehicle.” We paid $1,700 for insurance, $500 more expensive than what it should have been.

    They gave me all their insurance information and they turned me on to their progressive insurance company. I submitted all the photos and the adjuster is coming to look at the car today. I’ve got an estimate and it’s only $1,500. I told them I’m not asking for an arm and a leg just to replace the top that was damaged. I’m pleased with all of their effort and their honesty in getting this taken care of. Anybody who needs to have a vehicle shipped that, should call these guys first. They say what they mean and mean what they say and they get the job done. I highly recommend them and highly recommend working with Zachary.

So they talked to us and showed us some place to go and pick up the car. We had to drive there to go and get the car. Also, they said the vehicle was supposed to be here on Thursday but it came the following day. They didn't pick it up on the time they told us. But the rep was a very nice lady that knows how to talk to people and she did very well. Their overall performance was very good and we appreciated that.     I work for insurance companies and we were trying to recover a vehicle back to the owner’s home or business. ShipYourCarNow is easily accessible.     I moved and although the car is reliable for around town and short distances, it's not reliable for 2400 miles. The guy from ShipYourCarNow seemed very upfront and knowledgeable than some of the other people that I called and talked to. They were people with lower quotes but digging through, I found out that it was just a quote and it may be more. By the time all the figuring was done, it was a reasonable price. I could have gotten a little cheaper but he wasn't so upfront with me. The price had to go up because we couldn't get anyone to come to where I live and I'm an understanding kind of person. I know it's just a quote and it's not a fixed quote.

    I bought a used vehicle and it was transported from out of state by ShipYourCarNow. They were recommended by the dealer. The quote they gave me was a little too high and nobody ever mentioned a free quote to me. And the rep was knowledgeable and friendly but the drivers picked up the car two days later than what was sent to me under the contract. Then they delivered it three days later than it was supposed to. I made several phone calls to them to try to determine an arrival because they were already three days overdue in the delivery. I also asked the driver for the inspection report that they do before they load a car and he said it was at the dealership. It was really frustrating and I paid $850 for that. I'm glad that the car got here safe and sound but I would never recommend them to anybody else. It wasn't a very good experience and I'm sure there are other smaller market companies that would probably do a much better job.

    I moved state to state and wasn't able to drive my car myself. So, I had ShipYourCarNow transport it for me. I researched and they seemed to have a good price. I called about a month ahead of time and the whole process took about a month. I had talked to the owner of the place a couple of different times. Basically, the transport organizers just called me when they were ready and I had to call them a couple of times myself.

    I called the carrier driver the day before to make sure that they were coming and then they called me shortly before they came. I had a little bit of issues with the truck breaking down a couple of times, so I was a little worried that they would leave my car and move without it.     I had to move my vehicle from point A to point B. I spoke to a fellow at ShipYourCarNow and thought that he was a nice guy and represented himself well. However, the quote I was given was false. After the arrangements were made, the price went up by $200. The transport organizer and I talked a couple of times. He called me to apologize for the fact the price was going to be raised by $200. By that point, I had no choice but to stay with them because I had to move the car, and I registered my dissatisfaction with that. He said that he had to absorb the cost but I said, "No, you're absorbing the problem. I'm absorbing the cost because I'm the one paying for it." We went back and forth on it and I ended up paying it.

    The whole process was lengthy but part of it was due to me. I started the process 10 days before I wanted the car delivered. We had to build from when I was going to return home and that was the key date. I didn't want the car to show up at my house before I got there. The car still arrived a couple of days late, though. The truck broke down and it was story after story. The car arrived with some damages to it too that weren't shown on the form. I sat there and the guys who delivered it wouldn't give me their insurance information, so I wouldn't pay them. It wasn't much damage but it was a couple of hundred bucks. We negotiated a settlement in the driveway. All in all, it was a poor experience and I was disappointed. I would not recommend ShipYourCarNow.

    We decided at the very last minute to ship our car instead of driving it from Texas to New Hampshire. My friends who’d done it all said they wouldn’t recommend the companies they worked with. So, I went online, did a full search and put a request out for quotes. It gave me access to so many companies that I’d probably have trouble finding but it was incredibly overwhelming and not straight up. There were a couple of companies that are a nightmare and I blocked their numbers. Also, there seem to be issues with the accuracy of the guarantee of the pick-up and the drop-off date. I had some of them telling me that they can guarantee three days but I thought that it’s highly unlikely because the drivers can only drive 600 miles a day so three days is off the list.

    Tommy, the guy from ShipYourCarNow we interacted with was completely upfront. He said that at a minimum, the delivery was gonna be four days and I thought that it is the only one that really sounded credible. The quotes I was given were on the high end and ShipYourCarNow came the fourth highest out of all the estimates that we had. But it came back to credibility and they seemed like the most trustworthy. Tommy said that if there’s anything that causes the driver to be late, my vehicle’s gonna be late and they can’t control all of that stuff. If it’s a straight drive, it's 600 miles a day and I'll have my car when they are able to deliver it. That’s exactly what happened and the driver was great.

    Now, the driver couldn’t pick the car up until a day after we left and I had to make plans for someone else to take the car and I was really nervous. I had visions of "Now I'm gonna call to give them a new address and it's gonna be complicated." So, I called Tommy and let him know. I called from somebody else to confirm the new address which was only a few doors up on the same street. For the most part, we did the scheduling all through Tommy. He took down all the information and said that he will get back to me and let me know how close they can come to the time. He told me what their quote was, looked at the availability for the pick-up and the drop-off and sent me the agreement.

    I called him back with an electronic signature and told him that I want the actual quote part changed since there was nothing that said this was a firm that guaranteed all in. I've had the experience with a shipping company where I had a quote but when they dropped off my stuff in LA, they said it's gonna be $1,200 more and they were not gonna open the truck until I went and got the money. So I told Tommy that I want it carved in stone and I needed him to change the wording as such and he did. He called back to let me know that the amended version was ready. I went into my e-mail and it was there. I read it and it was great and was very straightforward, which is also an experience that you’re not gonna get with most of the others.

    The driver showed up on time at the correct address and within the window. We knew that if it was on an 18-wheeler, there’s no way they’d get it to our house so we were a little prepared for that. On the day it was due to arrive, the driver called and said that he doesn’t think he's gonna be able to get into my street. I told him we suspected that but we were waiting to hear from him to find out for sure. So he asked if there was any way we knew would work. We made a suggestion and he checked it out and said it will work and he came to the closest point that he could get to.

    With ShipYourCarNow, I liked that there was zero money upfront. We opted to pay cash and when we tried to tip the driver, he said that it’s a set price and he wouldn’t take any more money, which surprised me. I left the car with a girlfriend of mine whom I knew would be going over that car before she signed off on anything and they marked everything. When the car got dropped off, it was a little bit dirtier on the outside because it had traveled across the country in an open truck but that was it. Also, we didn’t expect it to arrive the day they said it would arrive but it got here two days before the day they said it would.

    Based on other people’s reviews and experiences, if the initial point persons are very good and they are managing your order for the whole process, it makes a huge difference because it seems like there are a lot of people who will half-ass it and then the client’s stuck, doesn’t know who to go to and get the run-around. Tommy was exceptionally straightforward and he was a really good point person. I also noticed on some of the reviews of these companies and even with ShipYourCarNow, there were people complaining but then you look at the responses and they're like they had trouble getting to these people because there was a major accident. They had trouble delivering on time because there were floods in some of the places they were trying to drive through. Sometimes it's people being a little unreasonable and unrealistic as well in their expectations and it makes a big difference.

    I was on the internet when I needed a vehicle shipped and I randomly called a number. The gentleman from ShipYourCarNow that I had spoken to at first told me that the quote would be $225 and then he sent me an electronic letter to sign and the electronic letter said $275. So I called him back and he asked me why I didn’t sign the electronic letter. I told him that it wasn’t what we agreed on. He said the driver wanted more. So, I said, “If the driver wanted more, then it was your job to contact me and say, 'Listen, I know I told you $225, but unfortunately I’m not able to.' But you can’t just send me electronic letter for something totally different. That’s not how business works.” I ended up doing it at $250 but someone’s word should be good enough. If you give me a word on something, then you don’t go back and change it to something else.

    I also asked him to put a note in the pickup – the title for the car because it was being picked up at an auction. The driver didn’t get the tag. There was a miscommunication somewhere along the line. The transport organizer was professional but I do question the knowledge because of the fact that the quote ended up with three different numbers. The carrier driver was there on time and the process took two days from the time I initially contacted them, which was not bad. My overall experience could have been better. The overall price was reasonable but there was some question about the level of knowledge. Once you have a chance to make it right, you should have.     I was moving to Illinois and ShipYourCarNow did what I needed to be done and they did it when they said they would. I talked to another company and they wouldn't commit to a pickup date. I called ShipYourCarNow and they did, which was good. Their pricing was a little higher than one and lower than others and it's fine for me. I told the transport organizer what I wanted and he made a detail about it. Their carrier drivers were great and they picked up my car on the 9th and delivered it on the 12th.

    I had one problem though. When I contacted them my car shipped, I requested and I was told it was okay that I would put it on my credit card. When the guy picked up my car, I told him I was gonna put it on the credit card and he said they’ve got to check that with his boss.     I was out of state in another town going to my mother's funeral and my car stopped running so after the funeral when I got back home, I had to get my car towed back to my state. It is not known to the normal consumer that the process of shipping the car involves seeing several different companies, putting information in then that information goes on this bulletin board with hundreds of different shipping people looking at it. And it is very frustrating and I had three people that were very honest with me.

    ShipYourCarNow was the first one to call me the following morning right after I put my information online. Two more called me that afternoon then the third one told me that what I'm doing is getting into a bidding war with myself because my information was up on a national board where all the different drivers were looking at the same thing. Ultimately, I could be paying a small amount if I only work with one person but if I keep talking to different people, it's going up. Nobody tells you about it so I stuck with the first guy who called me. I paid him more than what the other two are telling me that I could get it towed for because he didn't ask me for any of my credit card information and I didn't have to pay for anything upfront. It was within the range of money that I could pay for so I just went with it. All I had to do is make sure I had the payment when my car was delivered.

    I paid a couple of hundred dollars more hoping that the quality of the drivers, the equipment and the care will all be there. And I was very happy and impressed. The driver and his truck were professional. When he held my car on the trailer it seems to be top-notched so I'm so glad that I paid what I did and I got the service that I got. It took five to six days. I was trying to do it Saturday and get it that Monday and he was like, “Look, go to your mom’s service, deal with that. That’s more important. I’ll be here, just check back with me and we’ll take it from there.” It was just too quick. They said the drivers are not even going to start looking at this until 9:00 a.m. Monday. When it finally was settled, I signed the paperwork on Tuesday and then it was delivered Thursday.     My daughter and, hopefully, soon-to-be son-in-law moved out to California. I checked online for a transport company and initially chose another company but they gave me the run-around. So I went back online again and found ShipYourCarNow and used them. Wayne, the transport organizer, was great. He got everything done. A date and everything else was set in one short phone call. So, it was good. The driver who picked up the cars was six hours late because he got held up in traffic. They called the day before the vehicles would be dropped off. When they got there, I wasn't in town at the time so I had my sister-in-law take care of it. I gave her the money and she went out to receive the cars.

    The Civic had no problems when it got off the truck. The Saub, however, wouldn't start. The driver took it someplace and then six hours later, a tow truck brings it back. The car was running when it went on the carrier but it wasn't running when it came back. It had a dead battery, the driver side mirror was broken and the left front headlight didn't work. We contacted Wayne about that. Both vehicles were checked and they were running and working fine when they left here. In fact, he drove the Saub onto the carrier, so I don't know what went on. I got an email from Wayne saying that he was sorry to hear what happened and that he will get back with me ASAP. I've to yet hear from them so I sent them an email this morning to let them know that I haven't heard from them yet.

    I don't have anything against ShipYourCarNow and the company itself because they all did their job. The transporter's the one in question. He was in too much of a hurry to take his time and think straight. When I was on the phone with him, he said he's got another drop forty minutes away. And if they can't get it started, he'll use a forklift to get it off and have it towed back. So, I don't know how he got it off the vehicle .Both vehicles sat in the backyard of my sister-in-law's house for about a week or so before we were able to get there so I know it wasn't vandalism from our side as far as the mirror. I changed both headlight bulbs a month before the vehicle was shipped. It was working when it left. But I've already referred ShipYourCarNow to somebody else to have their car shipped. I'd just be more skeptical on the carrier.

    We buy a lot of vehicles out of state and I deal with a lot of shippers and because the dealership recommended ShipYourCarNow, I used them for one car. That one went all right so I said I’d give it a chance to do the second one, which was a real screw-up. I needed to get my vehicle from a dealer that I purchased it from to where I am. I called and they send me the documents and gave me a price. This started on a Thursday when I signed all the documents and I gave my credit card information over the phone to the individual there. They told me it's approximately gonna be picked up on Saturday. And they didn’t pick up the vehicle nor called to say that they’re no doing it on the day that they promised.

    My daughter goes to UCF Orlando and we live in New York. I didn't want her to drive her car all the way back from Orlando to New York.     The personality and follow-up of the agent that first made contact with me when I made an inquiry to a number of other places made me choose ShipYourCarNow. It's very important to me to have enclosed transporter rather than a regular car mover and they understood what I was talking about a lot faster than some of the other people did. It was setup by a broker.

    I was disappointed because the truck never showed up and I had to fly from Texas to Florida the second time to pick it up. I didn't appreciate that extra expense that about doubled the cost of my transport but the driver that picked it up was very professional. He knew what he was doing. The car was a little dirty but that was because of the atmosphere it was in. There was no damage. We talked a week before he showed up, the night before his pick up, and twice during transport. So, I was very happy with the ability to access and talk with him.

    This car has been moved usually with household good on the back of a moving van about 20 times. I was a little disappointed in the difficulty of setting up a relatively tight time frame to pick up. I was hoping to setup a day or two window and it wound up being about a five-day window, which is inconvenient, especially when you're flying to meet somebody and you have to stay in a hotel for four days waiting for somebody to show up.     I heard so many bad remarks about all the different companies and the brokers that tried to set things up and I was really disgusted with it all. So I Googled if there are any good companies. Consumer Reports came up and listed ShipYourCarNow. Getting my truck and car across the country on a truck was the most stressful part of my move. The broker in Florida, Steven, couldn't even tell me until the day before I was leaving California that he had found a driver to do it. That's how tight it was. I had no idea what was going to happen. I was prepared to drive a truck going to Maine, fly back to California and then drive two cars back separately.

    Plus, I learned a whole bunch about how brokers low-ball their price. At the last hour, they found a driver but they wanted more money, a jump from $2650 to $3000.     I had a vehicle in Connecticut that was occupying a rental property, and needed it to be relocated to Pennsylvania. I had never shipped before, so I Googled and ShipYourCarNow showed up. There was a contact and I was able to talk to a rep who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He went into great detail about the procedure as well as the estimated cost, and I had that warm fuzzy feeling, so I jotted his phone number down and waited. I sat on it for a few months, thought about the man power, the equipment, and the distance, and the quote seemed reasonable. Then I recently decided to make that call.     I just wasn't gonna make the drive to where I was moving to so I rented a car and then I just needed my car shipped out. The quote ShipYourCarNow have given is pretty decent. I was quite surprised that shipping a car wasn't as much as I thought it was gonna be. The transport organizer was great.     I was shipping my vehicle from Arizona to New York as I didn’t need it out there anymore and the service from ShipYpurCarNow's driver that came and got the car was terrible. I paid him to ship the vehicle to a location to get it picked up but I know he drove the car at least 25 miles from Jersey to New York, without my permission. The car had electrical problems though it wasn’t wrecked. Then when I spoke to him he said, “Oh, in New York City, it’s a lot of low bridges.” And I’m like, “I don’t want to hear that man. Like you’re the truck driver, you map out where you’re going and then you go there. That’s it.”

    I was using a different transport company before and things went sideways on one of my pickup/deliveries. It was a Saturday then, I went online and Googled for transport companies.     We’re a credit union based out of Henryetta, Oklahoma and we needed to get cars from Arkansas to us here in Henryetta. It was a bankruptcy case, similar to a re-possession but not quite.     When we moved to Maui, we looked at 20 or so auto transport company and we couldn't believe how many had such horrible reports trying to get their car shipped somewhere. But ShipYourCarNow had the best review that we saw. It wasn't great, but they were better than most of others so we chose them. The quote that they gave was very good. Leading up to the delivery, they told me it was going to be on a certain day. Then, I never heard from ShipYourCarNow. So, I had to call and they said, "Well, call this company and they'll tell you because they're going to be the one picking it up." So I called that company and they told me it was finally coming about four days later than when it was supposed to come, which was fine, because I just wanted to know. And when we got the car, the carrier driver was awesome and we had a good conversation.

    Once he left, I never heard from them again, which was fine. I didn't expect to unless there was an issue. They took the car, dropped it off, shipped over from there. But we never heard from ShipYourCarNow again too. I kept checking the Matson website and it said it wasn't here. It wasn't supposed to be there 'till the 14th. I finally checked it on Monday and Tuesday this past week, but it still wasn't there. Checked it Wednesday morning and it said it was there, ready for pickup. So, I called Matson and they said, "Oh, it's been ready since Monday." And I said, "Well, your website says it just arrived. Today was the first day I've seen it. Wasn't somebody supposed to call me?" They said, "Well, that was ShipYourCarNow's responsibility."

    I couldn't go Thursday because it only opened from 7:00 AM 'till 11:00 and then from 1:30 to 3:30, but those are times that I work and I had an early meeting. I also couldn't go Wednesday because it was already 8:00 in the morning and I was getting ready to go to work. So, I couldn't go and they were going to be closed by the time I could. So, I went to pick it up Friday morning, first thing. I got an extra $20 for them having to hold it for three days beyond what they were supposed to because they were only supposed to hold it for two days.

    I was just very disappointed in the communication because once I gave ShipYourCarNow the money, they never were in contact with me. I had to call them every time to figure out when the company was coming to pick up my car because they did not come at the actual date. And once the car was shipped, I never heard from them again. They also never called me to tell me it arrived. So, I ended up having to pay a $20 fine for them holding it. So, my experience with ShipYourCarNow was not good.

    They were a waste of my time because they never showed much care for it throughout the process. Even when I had to call them up on the date to follow-up, and even after I paid them. I got two other calls within three days asking if I was ready to move forward and make the deposit to get the car shipped. And said, "I've already paid you guys." They said, "Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't see down the chart here. Okay, it does show that you've already paid." I said, "What are you guys doing?" But then again, you can't be rude to them because you don't want them to jack up your car. So I am very dissatisfied and I would not use them again.

    We needed to get a company vehicle to another city for an event. So, we researched online and put out a bid and ShipYourCarNow responded. The quote that we received was competitive. However, we had some difficulty with communication on both ends, meaning the actual delivery person and the account executive. The account executive assigned to us was very quick on the phone and expedited everything, which was good at first. I had to follow up many times because he confirmed our reservation and then did not get the details from him for quite some time until day of transport. But we got it from the delivery person. So we were left in the dark as to when the car would be picked up and then it was an hour late.

    We didn't have direct communication with the account executive, so that was difficult. We have to follow up with ShipYourCarNow many times to communicate with them. Then the driver picked up the car, I signed, they delivered it to the location and then called us to say that they only accept cash on delivery. But we didn’t know that. I had given our credit card in the beginning of the reservation and signed so I thought that everything was credit card. So we had to jump through hoops to get the delivery driver to give us our car back because they were threatening to keep it.

    The account executives were terrible. I talked to about three people over there at ShipYourCarNow and one of them was a supervisor. The two of them were account executives and they explained to me very nicely that they’re brokers. But none of that was ever discussed to me in the very. It was only when the vehicle was being threatened to not be given back to us that the supervisor of ShipYourCarNow called and he said, "Hey, I'm doing the best I can for you, but you got to pay this guy with cash." And so, it really felt slimy.

    Now we have a huge fleet of cars that may need to be transported in the future or may need to go down to an event somewhere else and I don't want to go through that again. I explained to them we're a company. It's not like we have cash to be throwing around and that's why I gave them our credit card. It was a nightmare. Unfortunately, we would not recommend them.

    I was in a hurry to ship my vehicle the next day and I called Ship Your Now after a real quick web search. I have shipped my car a couple of times now and I also had Mayflower previously, but there's no big difference. The only difference I had with ShipYourNow is that the English comprehension was bad. There's a Russian component to their dialect so it makes it very difficult for the delivery driver to understand me and I don't understand him. That happened twice so I'm familiar there's a certain group of people that do it for a living and they do the best they can at it so I'm lenient about it, but it was very challenging when it comes to trying to communicate directions, money, and payment. Somebody else wouldn't have been as patient as me.

    My interactions with the actual transport organizer went quickly and the car was supposed to be picked up the first day but no one did. I was in a hotel waiting for that to happen and I had to fly out the next day so I contacted them. They said they'll come out and pick it up the next day and I'll be there, but I said that I'll be on a plane and flying to the East Coast by then. They came out and picked it up anyway without me being present. I was a little nervous about that, but I had no choice and I let it be how it was gonna be. Yet nothing on the inside of the car was touched, which was good, since I, unfortunately, had to leave some belongings in the car to ship because of the emergency.

    But part of what has happened was on my end as well since there was some document paperwork that I was supposed to sign on my computer and then email it back to them. I was going only by my phone so it was too small to really work with and I might have missed getting all the paperwork signed properly and then send back. But considering I got my car, which was the whole goal, I'm happy. Also, they were much faster about it, coming cross country, than I anticipated.

    I work at a dealership and we were looking for a company to transport a vehicle for our client. We found ShipYourCarNow online and they said they could ship it in three to five days. We found other companies who could ship it within the same period for a lot less but we used ShipYourCarNow because they committed to have it here on a Saturday.     Originally we were planning on going by train and shipping the car by train, but my daughter had her young kids, so we just couldn’t do it.     We needed to ship our car from Utah to Maryland and saw that Ship Your Car Now had good reviews on a couple of sites. I put in a request for a quote online and then someone called me. The quote was $200 more than some other quotes we got, but I was willing to pay that because of their better reviews. I started researching on a Monday and then by the next Monday my car was finally on a truck.

    I was working with Shawn, my coordinator, and he told me that Ship Your Now ships their own cars and that they were not a broker, but they are. That was a lie that he told me, and I was bummed about that because it was important to me to find a company that shipped their own cars. So, when we got our quote and it was with a different company name, I realized that but by this time I was so sick at looking at companies I just decided to go with it. At first Shawn was good. He helped me understand the industry. He basically convinced me that it was smart to go with him and that he could get me on a truck right away, but that didn’t happen. It was definitely a painful experience and it took four days to get on a truck when he said it would take a day or two.

    The dispatcher told me “The driver’s gonna call you,” but he never called. I eventually called the driver and he said that his car had broken down a few hours from us and that it would be another few days. I called Shawn and he said he’ll get me on a new truck, so that was good. And then both of these two companies, the original that had been broken down and then the new one, both called me the same day. The original said, “Okay, I’ll be there in 10 minutes.” And then the other one called me right away, “Hey, I’m gonna be there this afternoon.” I said, “Well, I’m going with the one that’s gonna be here in 10 minutes because I don’t trust anyone and I just wanna get my car shipped.”

    I let Shawn know, and he raised his voice at me and was very rude on the phone and said, “You shouldn’t go with the first people. We don’t trust them anymore. We don’t work with the anymore. Their car broke down. We don’t deal with that.” And I said, “Sorry. He’s showing up. He’s in town, so he’s the one I'm going with. I don’t appreciate your tone.” I didn’t have to talk to him after that, so that was nice.

    The driver was easy to work with. Once we got on the truck, that was great. We’ll use him again, but it was a struggle to work with Shawn to coordinate everything. I realize that the industry is pretty unpredictable sometimes, so I’m not totally upset about it. But Shawn definitely wasn’t the easiest to work with. He was easy to get ahold of most of the time, but there were a few days where he wouldn’t return my calls and then said that he was out of the office which is understandable, but I wasn’t aware of that.

    The shipment ended up being okay. I read tons of reviews and there’s a lot of horror stories out there. I just wanted my car to show up and then I was just done thinking about it. I also had asked Shawn for any sort of refund or a price discount because I was so unhappy with his service and he brushed that off. He said that wasn’t possible. I thought about looking into that, but I was just so done with everything that I didn’t look into that either. But it’s been a while, so I've recovered.

    My aunt was giving a car to my cousin. I had set up this emergency because my cousin needed it to get to her neurologist appointment. The car was going from New Jersey to Massachusetts and my aunt was in South Carolina at her other house and I was in Pennsylvania. So, we had to have the car dropped off offsite and we had to go and pick it up. The most recent one made it sound like we could pay with credit card when he got here. And when he got here, he said, “No. Cash only.” And he said he was going to leave with the cars and come back when we had cash. He also showed up two days earlier than originally expected. Everything about the process was great, but the drivers were a bit difficult. Overall, ShipYourCarNow is a great company. I'm very satisfied with how the company works in general. Besides a couple of little hiccups, they were very good at what they did. I had a great experience, and I’d recommend them to any of my friends.

    We've never shipped a car and the dilemma we had was with getting a guaranteed price. ShipYourCarNow got the contract because they were the first to respond and Mark was good and persistent. We started getting calls from other companies telling us other auto shipping companies don’t guarantee price and they're gonna try all sorts of things like the driver will get more money out of my son or they won't give him the car, or they’ll say things like they can pick up on Monday then Monday comes and they’ll say not at that price. But none of those happened because we were very forthright with ShipYourCarNow and Mark said not to worry because he won't do that to us. He made a commitment and we were very happy with that regard. They also had good service guys.

    I spoke directly to the owner of ShipYourCarNow and the price he gave me was very good. I compared it to a couple of other companies in the area and I worked out a better deal with them. I was taking over someone's current lease so I needed to have the vehicle shipped. They delivered the car to their own office and I had to pick it up there. The owner told me that the whole process would take five days, but I was out of town so I had him hold it for a couple more. It would have taken shorter, but I wasn't home.     I bought a car and I wanted it to be shipped. I called Ship Your Car Now and the carrier driver dropped the car in the evening so I didn’t really have a chance to look around the car. The next day, I went to look at the car and I saw that the front bumper literally came out. It was not the car that I bought and the people I bought the car from sent me all the pictures of the car and it looked perfect. The only way I can imagine is that the bumper came out when it was being loaded, or when he was taking it down. I had to pay almost $800 to a body shop guy to fix that bumper and it's really a problem. I didn’t call Ship Your Car Now and simply said to myself that I don't need to use them anymore and move on. They contract drivers and I understand it's not Ship Your Car Now's fault but now, I see the company in the eyes of my damaged car.

    Our car broke down on the way coming home from vacation. I didn’t know what I was doing, and I called the first company that came up on Google, which was ShipYourCarNow. I got quoted over $600, and then all of a sudden, that quote changed up to $900. Once the person that dispatched us sent me the papers and had me sign it, he told me about the price change. I said, “No. Wait a minute. You told me it was $695.” He said, “Yeah. But you wanted your car picked up right away, so we had to add on $250." I then said, “No. That $250 was going to be to pick up my vehicle and tow it to a tow yard until a driver could get here.” He still said no. I won't ever use them again.

    We talked to a couple of transport companies and everybody kept telling us they could get the car we purchased from an auto auction here for this amount of money and three and four days go by and nobody’s calling us back and we can’t get any information. My husband went back online and started calling people again. The fact that somebody answered the phone and it wasn’t an automated system, that was huge, because then we could talk and explain the situation we were in. At that point, we had to either start paying storage for the car or my husband was making plans to drive up there himself. He’s 66 years old, he doesn’t need to do that.

    We talked to the transport organizer the evening before; he had somebody for us. We were not able to get back with him in a timely manner, so that transaction went away. Then he called us very first thing in the morning, at 8:30 and said, “Look. I got a guy. He can pick it up in the next hour. He can have it to you tomorrow morning.” We went, “You gotta be kidding me.” It’s $100 more than we wanted to pay, but the car was coming. Initially we were told by a couple of transport companies we should be able to get this done for $400. That wasn’t happening because none of the drivers wanted it. It’s not enough money for them and I can’t blame them for that.

    The carrier driver was a husband and wife team. They told us they’d be here between 9:30 and 11 o’clock and they were here at 10:10. We were very pleased. They weren’t in contact with us which had us a little bit nervous, only the guy that set us up. But the driver and his wife called us when they were just outside of town. It was less than 24 hours. I was okay with it. We knew that they were supposed to be there some time in the morning. My husband called the gentleman who had set it up and he’s like, “They’ll be there be there before 11 o’clock.” We went up to our shop, which they were delivering it to. Then they called and said, “We’ll be there in 15 minutes”. And they were.

    My husband and I are a little inexperienced at this. We’re new in this game. Dealing with ShipYourCarNow was wonderful because they kept us apprised and emailed us the information immediately, the contact and went over everything with us. He was very nice to answer any questions we had. That was very helpful. and they did an awesome job. Based on how happy we are, we would absolutely use them again.

    My job required me to relocate from Ohio to Colorado Springs so I need to ship my vehicle. I was referred to ShipYourCarNow by a colleague of mine who had to do a similar relocation to Arkansas. He said that the company did solid as far as a good rate was concerned. Also, part of our company policy is that we're only reimbursed depending on how many miles has to be covered. So, I chose them since the service that they provided fell under that reimbursement range.

    The organizer contacted me after I was referred to him and we went on to discuss the locations. It was a little bit tricky because at the time, I didn't have a final address in the Colorado Springs area. So, I had to give him a destination or at least for the driver somewhere where I could reliably pick up the car from. He was flexible in that I could call him within a certain time period just to let him know I have a more permanent address that I can give. Eventually, I settled with my office location so I knew it would be safe to transport.

    The carrier driver was good. I saw him on the weekend, it was early in the morning. He called me the day before to let me know what time I should be expecting him. He arrived a little bit early than expected, which was okay. At the time, he was also delivering some cars. The street that we were on was narrow so it was a bit of a tight squeeze. I had to find his car and he was across the street from a dealer where he was dropping off some cars. So, I had to park on the other side in between traffic. It was a little bit hectic, but we did the inspection and everything looked fine. And then they took care of the process of loading my vehicle into the car. So, everything seemed fine. The process of picking up my car and delivering it didn't take more than two days.

    The overall service was good. Everything went well. There was some confusion at one point though. I was calling the broker just to get me in contact with the driver or the carrier, but I got the wrong number. So, I kept calling the wrong guy. But, that was not too big of a deal. I'd definitely recommend them because I have quite a few friends who work in the same line that I do so relocating is common for us.
