    I went to ShipYourCarNow's website, booked a deal and a representative called me right away. The representative said that they can pick up my car in three days. It had to get to Phoenix, Arizona. He takes my money, signed the contract, does the whole nine yards, and 10 days go by. This was because he based it off of me being in Washington State. He did not base it off of my zip code, which is in the middle of the state, in a town of 19,000 people. Plus, even though we have I-90 running right through our town, he looked at it as if it’s Seattle or Spokane. He didn’t think about what it would take for a driver to actually come here and pick it up. Plus, he did not have any drivers on his roster who could do that. It was disastrous.

    They never kept me in the loop and I had to call them constantly. What they couldn’t say was that they’re brokers and they make money on the phone. He wasn’t making any money with me since he already got the money from me. But the driver was super nice once they got here. I convert handicapped vans. When customers bring me a van, I tell them it’s a five to six-week turnaround. This turned into a 10-week turnaround for somebody who needs their handicapped van. They said to my customer that their van is finished and that it’ll be there in five days. The driver had it there in three. We were pretty tickled about that, but my end of the shipping was absolutely outrageous. I would not use them again.

    We were moving cross country from Ohio to Cincinnati and found someone that was local. ShipYourCarNow was one of two places that I spoke with, and I opted for them because they could fit my schedule. I called them directly and the organizer was brief and to the point. They got me set up on the time. However, if the other company was available for the date I needed, I would have used the other company. ShipYourCarNow's system is transparent in terms of the contract, who to call and how I could track where the car was, but they weren’t great at communicating the status of where it was. There was nothing proactive about the company. I had to give them a call and ask when it would be delivered and they had to give me a date.

    The carrier driver that picked up the car to transport it out was fine. He seemed to just know that he was picking a car up and he wasn’t able to give me any of the details of how many days it’s going to take them to get it out to Cincinnati. At the drop-off, I had to have someone else come and meet at the house because we hadn’t made our move yet. ShipYourCarNow did a thorough and fine job at getting the car out to Cincinnati with no incidents and I was glad, but there was a bit of nervousness on my end that the whole thing was going to work out. I was disappointed in the customer interaction and communication.

    I would recommend ShipYourCarNow to a friend because the process is easy. I was moving and decided on using them because they were cheaper. Since I was a student, they gave a student discount. It’s awesome and it’s a no-brainer. I didn’t need to call back the other company that I was inquiring also. The ShipYourCarNow transport organizer was real nice. I was able to call him back directly and he made the process smooth. Everything went perfectly.

    They were actually slated to pick up the car a couple of days before but I was in another town. They said they can reschedule and they did. That day there was a little bit of miscommunication because the agent I was speaking with wasn’t sure what time the driver was coming. But as soon as she found out, she informed me and I was at home so it worked out perfectly. Then, in about 45 minutes, the truck driver came and picked up the car. He was nice and he explained everything, signed the paper that he was not responsible for the things inside the car and after that, the process went really smooth. The car got to Florida earlier than I expected. They picked it up on a Tuesday afternoon and the car got here Wednesday night and I thought it was going to get there Thursday.

    My mother-in-law was showing the vehicle to her grandson and we needed to have it shipped from Florida to Minnesota. I went online and didn't realize that so many people would get back to me, and Abe of ShipYourCarNow was one of them. He sounded very honest and concerned over the phone so I went with him. However, my whole experience was unacceptable. It was horrendous. They were going to come on a Tuesday and everything was supposedly in order but nobody came and it got switched to Wednesday. Then, it got switched to Thursday and at that point, I told them I needed to cancel because I had to get back to New York. I needed to go to work. They finally got somebody and were supposed to be there at 12:00 o'clock on Thursday. By 2:00 o'clock, I was on the phone because I needed to drive back to New York to get to work. They came with some excuse why it wasn't happening.

    Then they subcontracted it out to this kid who came, who was extremely pleasant and tried to be very helpful. ShipYourCarNow knew the car was not working but the kid was never told about it so when he got there, he could not get it on the truck that he had to tow it away. We then started all over again and I told them I was really done. I needed to leave Florida, and they've messed everything up. Somebody else came at 6:00 o'clock at night before I left and they got it on the flatbed. But I found out it went only to a garage to be stored for a little bit, so somebody else could get it. I ended up being home for many days before the vehicle got to Minnesota.

    We called repeatedly because the grandson had to work so we were trying to get a time frame. That time frame got extended and extended because they made it sound like it was my problem, "Oh, now because you wanted it there so early, it's a shorter time span, we need to charge you more." But it was a shorter time span, 'cause they never came when they were originally supposed to come. I ended up spending $400 more than what I was first quoted. I wasn’t happy with the service and I was so disappointed with the whole thing because I tried to look, call ahead and plan ahead, but there wasn’t any follow-through. They just kept sending different people, different companies that were doing an interim fix until they could get it a little further and further and it was very stressful.

    ShipYourCarNow was the first company I got when I needed to bring my car to another state. And when I went in and spoke with the original girl that I dealt with, Kimber, I had gotten the feeling that they work very hard to get the vehicle where it had to go. Unfortunately, on the initial time we used them, it took two weeks for them to get the vehicle to us. Kimber was fabulous and two of the three drivers we worked with were phenomenal.

    The first driver who brought the vehicle here from Colorado was exceptional and kept us apprised of everything that was happening. Unfortunately, he was placed in a bad position where he was driving for somebody and the transport truck was a stolen vehicle. And it risked us losing our vehicle and him being arrested, but he wasn’t for he had all his papers. The transport truck was also not a very well maintained vehicle mechanically which is why it took over two weeks to get here, and it was a little disturbing because we were told that our vehicle would get here in three days. But they ended up crediting us a $100.

    Overall, the poor driver has no control over the transport truck. It wasn’t his vehicle and he got our vehicle here in one piece. He was a perfect gentleman and he did an amazing job and I would recommend him highly. Also, the transition on the transaction was good. So we chose to use ShipYourCarNow again to send another vehicle out to Indiana and it got there when it was supposed to. And then, most recently, we had our vehicle taken from here back to Colorado and the driver was amazing, too.

    We shipped my daughter's car using ShipYourCarNow's service. She’s in Minnesota and I’m here in Bradenton, Florida. I called a few companies and ShipYourCarNow gave me the best price. The person that talked to me was knowledgeable and the transport organizer was cordial and called me a few times to make sure that somebody’s going to come in to pick up the vehicle. But the carrier driver was rude and harsh especially when he talked to a woman like he was trying to do his job and leave. He was not friendly.     I was moving and ShipYourCarNow gave me a quote that was what I was expecting. The transport organizer had called me and asked for details and this but there was some miscommunication as to when I would hear from him again and who would be calling me, so near the tail end of it is when it came close to the pickup time. He was helpful though and it could be as much my fault as theirs. My interaction with the carrier driver was pretty smooth. However, he didn’t specify that he could not take a card, so I was under the impression that since I paid with the card for the deposit, my card would get charged. That led to a bit of an issue. I was at work at the time, so luckily my company was willing to cut a check on behalf of me and we've got it taken care of.

    From the time the driver should originally have been there, it had been two or three days later. The truck broke down, which cost him a day, and then he had gotten stuck in traffic up in Birmingham. He made us aware he wasn’t able to drop off another vehicle in that area before they closed for the day, so that was another day he had to spend the night and then I got the car early to late afternoon that following day. It wasn’t super inconvenient for us only because where we moved to was our hometown so we had family here and we could borrow an extra vehicle at the time. But since for every delay we knocked 50 bucks off, there should at least be some kind of compensation as not everyone in that same position would be able to have an extra vehicle, and that could have screwed some people over. We got my clothes and that wasn’t the same company that did the shipping, but it could have been that the company used was ShipYourCarNow.

    We bought an antique truck from Wisconsin and we live in Florida. It broke down in Tennessee and we made it to a Holiday Inn where we parked it in the back. We called around and ShipYourCarNow was the best quote. We needed to fly back home because we have two children and we had to get back to them. The hotel was having a problem with the truck being parked even though it wasn't an eyesore. We were in Nashville and it was busy.

    So, we went with ShipYourCarNow because they told us that they would be able to pick it up the very next day. We stayed in Nashville for two days and made sure that the truck gets picked up. It never got picked up. So, we stayed for one more day. They assured us that the truck will be picked up by 5:00 in the morning. It never got picked up. Finally, we had to fly back home and we had to leave the truck in Nashville at the Holiday Inn with the manager who was pissed that it was there. The hotel almost towed the truck to a towing company, which we would have to pay more money to get it out of and then switch our shipping thing.

    We got home and two more days, they never came to pick it up. We threatened to use a different carrier and magically on the seventh day it was picked up. Because we weren't there, the guy who picked it up got the keys from the hotel. It’s a big truck, it’s a 1990 Ford F250, mint condition, no scratches and it had a canoe rack on top. He put the truck on the bottom rack of the towing thing and when he took it off, it ripped the canoe rack off of the truck. It was terrible. Our truck came to our house damaged and I can't replace that canoe rack because they don't make it anymore. We probably will not use ShipYourCarNow again.

    I was looking around and ShipYourCarNow popped up online. I got the price and it seemed okay so I hired them to transport my car back in August. It was at the owner's place and after I looked at it, I bought the car. I paid the owner and I also had to pay for the shipping fee with ShipYourCarNow. So I had to go out and meet the driver because I had to pay him, too. I asked the owner if he could pay it for me, but he said that I needed to meet and pay the driver myself. If I didn't meet him, he wouldn't do it.

    Being that I wasn't online and I was going home at the time, it was not possible for me to be at the place when the driver showed up. ShipYourCarNow also needed a deposit of $100 and I didn't particularly care for that. They were a middleman and it would have been nice if they just took my payment one-time and I wouldn't have had to worry about having to get out to the owner's place. If I had to do it again, that would be the hard part for me being that the owner and I were in different places. Also, America is so big compared to Hawaii and if I had to wait or I had to travel back to the owner's house to meet the driver, that could be a few hours drive.

    Other than that, the organizer kept in contact with me and the driver was pretty good, polite and helpful. I had his phone number so I was able to call him during delivery. I left a valuable car in somebody's hands but he did call and let me know that it was at the pier because I live in Hawaii. The only thing that I didn’t like was if they gave me a pick up date of three or four days later, then I'd have to stick around and have to go back and meet that driver. Still, that shipment worked out and I was willing to take a chance again with ShipYourCarNow. I have recommended them and I also decided to try their service again. The car for this second time is a classic and was for a friend. But it fell through so I cancelled up my bid. It wasn't as advertised and they wanted too much money to ship it.

    We were doing some Google searching on the internet and ShipYourCarNow had good reviews so we used them when we moved from Texas to Washington. The quote they gave me was reasonable and we used them three times for the move. I had to ship one car to California, then they went from California to Washington, and after that my car went from Texas to Washington.

    I used the same transport organizer and he was awesome every time. I emailed him and he got back to me quickly. The interaction with the carrier drivers was fine, too. The first time I shipped the car, I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card to the driver and he connected me to his company. When I shipped from Texas to Washington, a friend was going to accept the car in my behalf. But when the driver said he was dropping it off, that I owed this much and it’s cash only, that threw a little wrench because I paid with a credit card before. He got an attitude with me and said he doesn't take cards. So I had to get my friend to pay the cash then I paid him back. They should be able to run a card for a transaction. Everything is electronic these days and not many people are carrying around $900 in cash. Other than that, it was a good experience and if I ever have to ship my car again, I would go back to ShipYourCarNow.

The transport organizer was timely. It seems like it took 10 or 12 days for the car to arrive. But when it did it had two small dents in it. I didn’t see the dents until the next morning because they arrived at night. They said I had to call them and let them know what was said for the price. They didn’t agree to pay for it.     I’m a salesman at Audi and our dealership decided to go with ShipYourCarNow. We started offering complimentary nationwide shipping and that started getting a lot of attention. We used to use a shipping company on and off but we wanted to stick with a dedicated company. That way our requests might get filled in a more timely manner if we're using them for all of our stuff.     We're a government contractor, so we go after government contracts all over the nation and we own vehicles all over the place. We use different companies to move vehicles from one government contract site to another, or from one of our corporate offices to a government contract site that we manage.     My son needed to have his car moved to California since he was moving and he was flying. I looked at a couple of movers and ShipYourCarNow's price was the best, so I went with them. Also, I liked the guy that I talked to. The transport organizer that I dealt with was very good. I would call and he returned the call. However, their carrier driver wasn't very good. On the day that he was supposed to pick the car up, my son took half a day off of work to wait but he didn't show up. When I called him, told me that he or somebody else was sick, but he never called to say that. He then told me that he'd arrive the next morning, which he did, but it was tough.

    He was also late on the day of the delivery, but it was understandable since there was a hurricane going through Texas that time.     My 1966 Thunderbird was in Georgia and I live in Texas. I wasn't about to drive it so I had it shipped. The transport company that I normally use recommended ShipYourCarNow to me, so I got their services. The free quote that I got from them was not what I was expecting. The car was photographed minutes before it was loaded and the grille was perfect. It was an original car, by the original owner, and it was not damaged. It had its original paint on the hood and only small door dings on the driver's side, which I intended to fix. During the delivery, the transport driver did not call me when he got to the house. He chose to ring the doorbell after the car was unloaded. He was hot-footed to get out of there. I live on two and a half acres so it's a very large circular driveway. I asked him if he had any trouble finding the place and he told me no but he had a stop to make in Killeen. He also told me that my car had really good breaks.

    I signed the bill of lading, but the only things filled up on it were the original owner's name, my name, the addresses and the signatures. He didn't put what the car's year was, its color, interior, and exterior. No nicks, dings, or anything. The transport truck was parked up the street and I asked him if he needed help in getting the car off but he told me that he already did that and it's in the driveway. It was evening so I couldn't see the car. I paid him in cash then I looked and the car was butted up to the gate. You can't even walk between the gates and the car. It was already 8:30 and he took off. When I pulled the car from the gates to the garage and turned on the garage lights, I could see that the two-piece grille with the Thunderbird emblem on it, the headlight buckets, the hood, the hood lights and the radiator supports were all damaged. All the chrome was damaged, too.

    My car happened to be the very last car on the bottom of the trailer, which is where it was in the original owner's photo. I could also see the order of the cars. My car had to be nosed into a 1969 or '70 Chevrolet El Camino. So, my car was nosed in the right way and the El Camino was backed in, so they were nose to nose. Either they had bounced along from Georgia, grille to grille, or somebody was in that El Camino in a hurry to get off before the T-bird backed up and ran into the grille. The driver could have also driven it and bumped into something. The transport company knows that they are at fault but they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. They provided a document, but it didn't pertain to the car that was shipped or the truck it was shipped on. This has been going on since 8/22 and they're avoiding the issue.

    It's gone so far that I have had the original owner hunt down pictures from their gated community to piece together numbers on the license plate of the transport truck because the insurance company came in and asked what transport truck it was on. That's how little they've cooperated with their own insurance company. Their deductible's $1,000 and the damage to the car was close to $3,000. I was also very dissatisfied because they were supposed to send the insurance papers here and take them before the car arrived. However, it didn't come until after the car arrived. I'm taking a hit on my personal insurance for an insured liability. I'm not happy with ShipYourCarNow. Before this is all said and done, it may cost me more to sue them, but that's probably where it's going until they give me a resolution. I would not recommend them and I will do everything to put them out of business.

    I'm a car dealer so I get cars in, do my thing and get them out. One of my buddies had used ShipYourCarNow and said they were good. Last Wednesday, I bought a car in Southern Illinois and called Jay, a rep of ShipYourCarNow, that same day. He gave me a quote of around $300 to $350. He said, “Yes, I should be able to get it out to you.     I've been using ShipYourCarNow for a couple of years and I had some issues with a shipment coming from California. My son's car, a Mercedes, was scratched on the bottom. We noticed that when we unloaded it and we told the driver what he did. The carrier was a Japanese guy and he didn't want to claim responsibility. He told us it happens all that time and that our bill says they don't cover that, but that's not true. The bottom of the bill is contradicting. He doesn't know what he's doing.

    This is the second time we've dealt with him. He's no-good and he's just rude. He just wants to deliver the car and they're all like that. Then when they get to you, it's even worse. This guy tells us that we have to give him cash. I told him we're not giving him cash. I don't have the cash and I didn't expect cash. I'm gonna pay by check or by credit card. ShipYourCarNow takes their fee which is fine with me and I signed up for that.

    Then he gives it off to a tow truck that comes and no one wants the blame. I was told to bring my car to a body shop and leave it there. They told me that never mind that it wasn't a Mercedes dealership and it was one of his body shops so I should agree on a brand new vehicle to go to his body shop. I didn't do anything so those marks are still on the bottom.

    The time before this, I used them on three vehicles. They're an agency so they're putting it out to these drivers that aren't keeping in touch with them. Then all of a sudden, it becomes the client's responsibility. They say they'll be there in a couple of days. Then on the day, they'll call to say they are around the corner. It's ridiculous. It usually takes 10 days from California. It was the same thing for my son's car. I found out that they have to take it to to a depot and then at the depot, the trucker goes through it and fixes it up. Then you get to see where he is. Then a tow truck shows up.

    I used them again from Georgia to Miami. The driver got lost and he was supposed to be around the corner for two days. We had to escape the hurricane in a private jet out of Valdosta and we left our cars there. A fireman took on the job of watching my cars. He missed some of the secondary work and I covered the expenses. I also sent them eight steaks and six chickens two times since they were so nice and because the car guy wasn't picking it up.

    When the driver said that they found them and that he was picking it up and was around the corner, it was still six hours before he came. The fireman asked the driver where his truck was and the driver said he's just there to take the car to the truck. The fireman sent me the driver's license, identification and his paperwork to make sure he could release the car to this guy in the middle of nowhere without a truck.

    Plus, the driver also wanted cash. He had to call the tow truck to make sure that he would be okay and was able to release the car. We were standing there for 20 minutes. I've done four shipments with them over the last couple of years on my own personal cars. I was waiting for it to come from here to there. One time, they told me that it would arrive from California on a certain day so we booked our flights and we came in. It didn't arrive, so I had to rent a car for almost a week.

    I moved from Michigan to Florida and I did not want to drive. The first transport company I contacted gave me such a runaround and I'm not generally aggressive on the telephone but the last time I called them, my first word out of my mouth were "Do not hang up on me!" because that's what they did. They were awful. I talked to this guy and he said that the reason was because they have a big leaderboard to which all of the companies have access to and they just pick the job that they want. The original company I contacted lowballed me so nobody was picking up the bid to move my car.

    I looked for another company and ShipYourCar Now had a terrific rating online so I went with them. Their quote was much higher by $100 than the previous one I got. There were a couple other quotes $200-$500 higher and I went with the second lowest bid. When I called ShipYourCarNow, I had a better understanding of how things worked and I chose the open trailer. They allowed me to put stuff in my car which the other company did not and I had a few breakable objects that I did not want to go on the moving truck. Either way, I was still without my car for 10 days but that's how it works.

    ShipYourCarNow told me that there's a five day window in the schedule that they gave me. Initially, they said were picking up my car on Friday, then it was Monday, and then it became Tuesday. I called them and said I would be out of town the following day so they should get my car already but they never called me back. Fortunately, I had a neighbor who took the car in her driveway and said she'll get it on their thing and send me the paperwork because it wasn't going to change my plane flight. But because it was delayed, I was waiting for the company. If I have called ShipYourCar first, my car might have been down here right around the time when I got here or if not, even before. My daughter is down here in Florida and she could have received it.

    The organizer was the one that explained the way the whole system worked and said that he could definitely help. I had to give a deposit of a credit card over the phone and the balance was given in cash to the driver. Our driver was very nice. They had the big vehicle and the street that I moved to has no outlet and I let him know that.     We were moving from one state to another, and we own a carpet and tile cleaning van that’s too heavy to pull behind any other vehicles, so we had to have it shipped.     I have two vehicles ordered off of an auction in another state and I needed to ship them. Since I haven't done it before, I had called one company. Then when I called them, the guy talking started telling me about liabilities and that made sense because I'm getting it sent from a long way and I don't want anything to happen to it. They made me feel all warm and fuzzy when they're talking about it. They made everything comfortable just for me to use them but it's just bad business after that.

    They had me send the money for the first vehicle. And then, they told me that they needed to make sure I had my money in the bank for the rest of the vehicle when it got here to pay the driver. But then they took the money out of my account that I was supposed to pay the driver. So I called to tell them that I thought they said they were just checking to see if I had the money in there because they didn't tell if they're going to take the money out. They assured me that it's all taken cared of. So I just said I don't want the driver showing up and then he'd expect me to pay him.

    But that's what happened, the driver shows up and the first thing he asked was, "where's the money?" So then the driver and I called and the guy that works for ShipYourCarNow had authorized to give me a $200 inconvenience fee for my trouble because I had to run around and come up with money to pay the driver so I could get my vehicle. He just said that he'll catch the deal on my next vehicle.

    To make my long story short, I was told that the guy no longer works for the company and he wasn't authorized to make that kind of decisions. I got emails that show mistakes that he was giving me that $200 inconvenience fee back. So I told them that it's not worth to argue back and forth over the phone. Knowing that I only found out the guy I've talked to is no longer working for them when they got me again means they're having problems down in Florida. I won't use them anymore. It's as simple as that. It was a learning experience for me.

    Now I know that my truck came from a trailer that wasn't covered. It was with lawnmowers and another car. And then, when my second vehicle was picked up, the guy where I bought the car from called and asked if I realize that they'll not be putting my '66 convertible in an enclosed trailer. They didn't even want them to take the car at first because they're putting it on a car hauler. I told them that I watched the weather and also the driver talked to him so that he would be sure.

    And the guy who delivered the car was very thorough, like marking if there's was anything wrong with it or if it had little scratches. And he did a really good job on that. And then when he delivered the car, he showed me that. I looked at the car and it was really good. Other than being a little dusty, there was nothing wrong with it. As far as the vehicles are being moved, there were no problems with that. It was with the actual business deal and all the money in that, that was the issue.

    I had my car shipped from Maryland to California and the fee was okay. My problem with this job was the honesty of the driver. From Maryland, I was given a day and time that the driver didn't honor. He had excuses from the start saying that he was on the way and in traffic only to then say it was late and could he pick the car up the next morning around 0900 and I said okay. I called him around 0930 the next morning to check on his location only to find out he went to an auction to get other cars and was in a line. I told him that he could've at least called me. In the end, he picked my car up over 3 hours late.

    I was moving and ShipYourCarNow was the only one that could get my three vehicles to Florida in time. I booked over the phone and the broker sucked. He originally quoted me $100. I told him, "What the hell is $100?" I was pissed! He promised me that my car would be picked up on the day I was moving, but no one was there to pick it up. He told me if I gave them more money, he can have it picked up. I asked, "Why didn't you tell me? Now you want more money. We agreed on a price. We have a contract."

    He told me he can't find anybody who wants to pick it up at that price. He should have just told me and I'd have given him the driver's price. I would have paid $500 more. When I set up the deal, I told him when I needed the vehicles there and why I needed the vehicles there. This guy was a joke. I told him that whatever it takes, I needed those vehicles in Florida. He finally said that he'll see if he can find somebody. After all that, the driver he got was great.

    The driver called and told me exactly what time he'd be there. However, he ran into a little problem since he missed a turn. He called again and told me he'd be half an hour late. I told him that it's no problem. He was on top of everything and loaded the vehicles professionally. He told me he could drop off the vehicles a little earlier. I said that I'll be at the settlement at that time and I asked if he can wait a little while. He told me no problem and to tell him when I want it and he'll have it there. He was there when he said he'd be. Additionally, he called me on the road because I was driving two trucks with my furniture. He warned me not to go down the Chesapeake Bay as it was closed due to the wind because they were having a tornado. The driver was nice and excellent but they should get rid of the broker.

    I was moving and got my vehicle shipped through ShipYourCarNow. Their rep called me, goaded me a bit but made the fee more feasible. Their broker was good, but their finder fee was a little high compared to what the actual drivers got. There were issues with traveling to New Mexico, which required different permits and paperwork that took days to get. They got held up for three days, so it took a week to have my vehicle instead of two days. Part of it was my fault since I didn’t know I couldn’t have a gun in there and I had all my guns in it. The inspection officer saw the guns, so they had to file for a permit to carry them across and pick up the VOP from there. I was aware of what happened and we were in contact, but it was out of the driver’s hands.

    The driver was great, informative and very respectful, and he took extra care over my truck because I had dirt rags and a ton of stuff inside and inside the bed of the truck.     We were a little frustrated with ShipYourCarNow. We went online and looked at a lot of reviews for them. There were a few that had said negative things but in general, they were very good so we went with them. Also, we've had several different quotes and theirs was in the middle. But when it came time to ship our car, which we left in Maryland, their rep kept telling us that they couldn't find somebody for us and that he had to raise our prices. After that, he found somebody almost immediately. We felt like he did a bait-and-switch with us. They were very nice before we made the choices and afterward, they were ready to be done with us. The complication was that it was over Fourth of July at the time. We had made a change because we were trying to find someone to accept the car while we were traveling. The rep then made a lot of excuses but he made it seem like it was all our fault.

    We ended up paying $100 more. We've also been given the request to give them a review but we have struggled to give them one. Then their rep threatened to cancel our order. The carrier drivers were nice but they didn't want to take responsibility for what happened to our car. Then, a couple of weeks ago, we discovered that there was a little bit more than minor damage underneath the right rear wheel where they strapped something. It buckled the metal a little bit and it popped a little bit of paint and now, it's getting rusty there. They made us sign a thing to get our car back so we feel like we can't make a claim.

    I was looking for someone that I felt comfortable with that could do the job reliably for a fair price and ended up with ShipYourCarNow. The estimate I got was strange. I was led to believe the price would be less, but it turned out to be a little bit more, plus adding on ShipYourCar's fee. I can live with that though. It wasn't that much different compared to some of the other prices and estimates I received. I also got along famously with the person I dealt with, Steve. I was shipping three cars and he gave me an idea of what it would cost. Plus, he told me what their process was. They are a brokerage company and they put the project out for bidding. They don't accept a bid unless the price is right for everybody. They are a reputable company with insurance.

    When the mover arrived, his equipment and truck were beautiful. It was virtually a very new transporter. He knew just how to use it, move it around, and adjust it. But my interaction with him and his wife went poorly. I put some items in my wife's car, my son's car had four snow tires in it, as well as a few other things, and my car, which was a sedan, had a few things in the back seat. Nothing extraordinary though and it wouldn't amount to much. The first thing the guy did was to take a look at the cars then he said that it's going to cost at least $300 more. I've shipped cars cross-country before and everybody I know that's ever shipped a car had literally packed it to the gills. So I was a little taken aback. Although my wife's car had a decent amount of stuff in it, it wasn't packed to the gills.

    They gave me this whole song and dance and the guy told me that if I don't pay more I'd have to drive the car myself. I really felt like he's putting a gun to my head. At that time, I've got six guys moving my house out and I've got three cars. Plus it was a Friday and I've got hotel reservations for the weekend. My cars were supposed to be shipped and I was renting a car for the weekend. So theoretically, if he didn't take the car, I'd have four cars on my hand. I could always cancel the rental but Enterprise Rent was coming in an hour to pick up my car, so my house was going to be empty. I've also got plane tickets for Monday. So I said okay, but he wanted the $300 in cash. The money for the move had to be a certified check and I thought it was very strange that he wanted 300 bucks in cash.

    Before picking up the cars, they also went over them to look for scratches. The cars had some dirt on them but they looked fine. However, the mover's wife circled every little piece of dirt and wanted me to sign something for it. I gave them a hard time about that. I told them I was not signing that since the circles have no scale. We had a big fight about that but since I had to get them on the road, I signed it in the end.

    Then they showed up the following Friday, which was part of the plan. But all throughout the week, I spoke with Steve and he kept telling me it was not right. I even spoke to him that night. So I decided that when they got here I wasn't going to pay them the 300 bucks in cash. The cars were fine and everything was okay. They unloaded the cars and I said that they put a gun to my head and left me no choice but to say yes and agree to the additional $300. I told them that I was not paying that in cash and that I'll give them 100 bucks, but that's it. The cars have already been unloaded and my wife put them in the garage. My car was in the street and the mover's wife wouldn't let me have it. I told her I was going to call the police if she didn't get out of the way. The mover took the $100 bill.

    It's annoying that, on one hand, they said we had to pay more because of the weight. But then a while later, after I agreed, they told me that if they see a weigh station, they'll quickly unload one of the cars three miles before the station. The mover's wife then drove the car three miles to the weigh station and the mover went in, got it weighed, didn't have to pay any extra, and he drove to meet up with the wife. Then they slipped the car back on. I thought to myself that if he did that, then what's the difference if I had extra stuff in my car.

    I was moving from Massachusetts to the State of Washington so I needed my car shipped. ShipYourCarNow had an early pickup date and the price seemed reasonable so I went with them. Setting up the initial transport over the phone was fine but I wasn't happy when they picked up my car to when I got it. They said they were going to pick it up on the 5th which was a Saturday but they ended up picking it on the 10th. When I signed up, they said that they could deliver it to me anytime. But when they called me and they said they were ready to give it to me, they said they couldn’t do it on the weekends and they couldn’t do it after 5:00 PM either. They didn’t mention that when I signed up with them. I have to work so it had to be early in the morning at 5:30 AM.

    I was disappointed with their ability to stay on schedule. Also, before they picked up my car, we’re in agreement that they didn’t do the scratches on the car and that they were already there.     I had a horrible experience with ShipYourCarNow. They botched the delivery, it was late, the car got damaged and I'm currently, potentially, looking into a lawsuit. I purchased a car from a dealership in Florida. ShipYourCarNow got recommended by one of the sales reps, who apparently had a connection with one of their employees, and the dealer had already been shipping cars through them. The car was paid for with closed transport and the whole premise was, that by paying a little bit more for closed transport, that the car would be the way that it was picked up and wouldn't be exposed to the elements. The car was delivered and it looked like it went through a sandstorm because the truck that they used for transportation needed repairs. And so, that also delayed them. There was poor communication and they told me it was going to be delivered but the truck driver did not show up until a day or two later.

    The carrier driver told me they had to take the car off the trailer so that the truck could get repaired. And that's all he said about it being dirty. And then when I asked him about the front bumper, he said, "Oh, that's to be expected. These cars are low." And I was like, "That's a ridiculous response. Why would I spend $1200 if that was going to be the outcome?" The guy said that there was damage already notated in the beginning. I don't think there were damage notes. You expect some scratches underneath like the front bumper but you don't expect fiberglass pulled off the corners, and track marks across the front. On a $50,000 something used car, it's not a small thing. I sent it out for evaluation immediately after, which is $1700 in repair even though I paid $1200 for the transport.

    And so now they're claiming, "Well, this is all from beforehand and you didn't sign off on the receipt of the car that there was any damage." And I said, "I couldn't see with all the sand that was covering it." There was only much more evidence of fine scratches than the covered by the damage after I got the car washed. And then on top of the fact that I pointed out a few other things that I was very unhappy when I picked up the car. They're arguing that the car was like that a priori but the thing is, granted that I didn't inspect the car beforehand, the car only has about 20,000 miles on it when it was purchased from a BMW dealership. There were videos and pictures that attest to that. Communication back and forth with them tried to place the blame on the dealer and on me, which is, obviously, not going over so well by the dealer and the dealer said that they have plenty of pictures to verify the status with the condition of the car prior to shipment.

    ShipYourCarNow is now saying, "Oh, well, we can't be named in a lawsuit or anything legal because of the fact that you signed a contract that says that's on the transporter." That is ridiculous because I paid ShipYourCarNow, not the transporter who decided to outsource that. So, that's basically where we’re at with it. The legal team at Auto Nation, which is the company which I purchased the car from, is looking to contact them because they are, again, placing blame on the dealership for the condition of the car. So, they're trying to work something out.

    But I'm caught in the middle of it. I have much better things to do than to waste two months of my time trying to go back and forth with this. All I know is that I purchased a car, it was delivered with damage and it wasn't done in a professional manner. And I'm upset with it so I wouldn't use them again. I would never recommend this for anybody. It's been a really painful experience and it's been a total waste of my time. There are better ways to handle things. Things happen but how you handle them says a lot about the company. It was poor all the way around.

    We have many facilities around the US and we have many vehicles and other equipment within our company structure. If we have a piece of equipment that fails in one place then I need to move something to fill that need and that's a constant thing for us. For that need, I use ShipYourCarNow quite often. Their response time and rates are more reasonable. And the communication is much better than others that I've attempted to use before. I'd send ShipYourCarNow an email and ask them for a quote and they'll give me an email response back. They give me the best price and if I need the shipping sped up, it's going to cost me more and they let me know that beforehand.

    I have a great relationship with my transport organizer. We communicate often and he'll reach out to me sometimes if I'm sitting quietly for a couple of weeks and remind me that he’s still there if I need anything. There's also an array of personalities and people out there as delivery drivers, the guys that do the pickup and drop off. But they're not all on the same sheet of music.

    They don't communicate when I ask ShipYourCarNow that I need the drivers to be at a certain time and on a specific day and to call me for any delays or issues. I rarely get phone calls from the drivers. Sometimes on weekends, the drivers will try to call me only to say there's nobody at a certain location and I have to try to explain to them that I made a note that nobody's going to be there on weekends and that they should not show up that time. When I ask the guy I talk to mostly if by any chance he relayed my requests to the drivers, he'd say yes and that it was in his notes. Overall, keep your options open when looking into a shipping service and always make sure that you keep ShipYourCarNow on the front burner.

    I was relocating, so I needed to transport my vehicle. I did a lot of research and I checked the online feedback for ShipYourCarNow. I also had a couple of calls from their representative as well as some other companies. Finally, I got a good deal which was not the cheapest but a decent one. I got some confidence after speaking with ShipYourCarNow’s representative a couple of times too, so I decided to get their service.

    It was very comfortable talking to the representative. But after the deal was done, I was handed over to the driver. So, I had to do a lot of coordination myself between the representative, the driver, and my friend who was holding my car there. But the coordination the day before the car was picked up was a little challenging.     I bought a car from a dealer in Chicago and needed the car shipped here in Florida. ShipYourCarNow was the only one that called me back and told me they could do it right away. I called five other companies and they never called me back over the weekend and weren't working. When I want something I want them to call me. I talked to the transport organizer once over the phone, was given a quote and it was a bit higher than the other quotes I got. The carrier driver was a day late and we couldn't find him. I called the transport people and they tried to find him.

    They need to stay on top of their drivers and let me know without me calling them up to where the driver is. They should let the drivers have trackers on their truck so they know exactly where they are. If somebody's watching the tracker, then they can call their client and tell them that they're going to be late and could be in tomorrow instead of today. But other than that, I'd still use them again. My car made it in one piece and the experience with them was fine.

    My experience with ShipYourCarNow was not good. They charged me one amount to ship my Corvette and then another amount to ship a customized motorcycle. The motorcycle amount kept on increasing which I agreed to since I understood that it was a different type of vehicle and that it was custom. The guy I spoke to told me that the increase was going to be $400 but when I got the bill it was $500. He said that it was because of the customization. I wasn’t happy about it being a $100 more than what he said it was going to be. When it was all said and done, I paid all that extra money to have the motorcycle shipped and they couldn’t ship it. So, I still don’t have the motorcycle and according to them, they couldn’t find a vehicle that could ship the motorcycle. It only takes a flat standard tandem trailer for them to do that shipment.

    First, he said he was behind because of the hurricane so I understood that. I waited another week and then I contacted them after that. They said that they're working on it. I waited a little while longer and contacted them again. I told them that if they can’t get it shipped then I need a refund as I’m going to find somebody else to move it.

    The motorcycle was my brother’s and my brother passed away so I bought it off the estate. I sent a picture of it the day that they were going to pick it up as it was hard to describe. When they had a picture of it, they said they had to modify one of the trucks that they had. I saw a picture of it and what they do is that they threw a board down on a regular trailer that had the two runs for a vehicle or car but not a three-wheeler. They put a board in between, which didn’t work since the guy was also towing a Cadillac and my Corvette as well. The trailer was not long enough to fit the motorcycle since it was custom-made and it's 16 and a half feet long. They said that they would make another run but that never happened.

    When I asked my refund for the motorcycle as they haven't been able to ship it, which was the most expensive of the two. He said that he would submit the ticket for the refund and two weeks later, I still didn’t have it. When I called and told them about it, he said that he'll check on it though he already submitted the ticket. I never heard back from them so I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. A month later and I still didn’t have their refund. I was not happy and I’m still waiting for my money since, on the credit card dispute, I have to wait for 90 days. I was happy with the Corvette, that went smooth, but the rest could have been handled a lot better. If there was a delay, they should be calling me to let me know what the delay is. There was no communication other than me trying to contact them so the rest of it was dissatisfying.

They set up a time and they were flexible so I thought it was going to be a good experience. They picked up the car in Brooklyn, New York on a Monday and they said that it would be in Miami, Florida on a Thursday. However, Thursday came and went and we still haven't heard from the driver. We had our aunt call off from work because my mom wasn't there. The driver didn't show up until Saturday.

    I had to figure out how to get the driver's number and call him. I called him and he yelled at me and at my aunt and he hung up on us.     I had worked with ShipYourCarNow a year ago to ship my car from Dallas to New York. They were good with the service and price, so I used them again to move my car from New York to Dallas.     I bought a car that I found on the internet but I didn't want to have to drive down to Alabama. It’s hard to get a mover of any kind who wants to come to Northern Vermont where I live and nobody wants to go past Albany, but ShipYourCarNow was available and willing to come to my neck of the wood. There were a few phone calls back and forth with the organizer as she tried to line up a pickup date and after that, our delivery date.     I booked with ShipYourCarNow over the phone and the vehicle arrived two days early here which was good. I had moved a car and a pick-up truck and everything works fine but there were little problems with the car. The BMW is really an electric car except for the engine and everything in it is powered by the battery when the engine is not running. None of those electrical things would be operating unless the key is on and I think the driver left the key in. The battery of the car had enough power to start the car but the car sat for about a week and it was deader than a dead duck when I got it so I had to get a new battery and that set me back about $170. It’s a very heavy battery and that’s why the battery costs a little more than a regular one.

    Plus if the battery goes dead, all the codes in the car, especially the expensive radio, are void so I had to go to the BMW dealer to get the serial number of the radio and to reprogram the system and then do the secret codes to activate it again. That was an inconvenience. On top of that there was a gash on the right front bumper and it is a little more than cosmetic. The estimate to repair that is about $100 and I called that in. They said they were sending an estimator to look at the car but it has been a month and they're not doing anything about it.

    I’m very happy to get the car but I don’t want to deal with those people anymore. I’ll get the car fixed myself. The car is a 33-year-old BMW that should be in a museum. I've been taking good care of it and kept it garaged so it looks wonderful. The other shipper who wanted my business had a price that was $200 higher but actually I would have been better off them if they are as good as they say they are than the ones that I did hire but you don’t know these things until after the fact.

    I had used ShipYourCarNow in 2010 when my daughter moved out and it wasn’t a great experience. Jeff, the salesman, had an attitude but the driver who picked up the car kept in touch with me. Even though it wasn’t the best communication-wise, at least things moved along and I had a contact person. We booked them again for my daughter since she’s moving from California to Philadelphia. On the day that the car was picked up, ShipYourCarNow changed the time on us. The driver came around 10:00 at night. And then the ETA date passed and the driver wasn’t calling me nor picking up the phone. We kept on waiting but the car didn’t come.

    When I called ShipYourCarNow, Jeff, who I booked with and who handled this move for us, told me he didn’t know where the car was and to wait for the driver. He also said that they’ve used the driver before and he was wonderful and such an upright guy, and that I just need to be patient. During this time, he hung up the phone on me and cursed me. He also told me to look at the contract and see that they’re just brokers. He said, “We don’t have to help you.” The company is not responsible, but upfront, their website made it sound like they guarantee things.

    About a week and a half later from the ETA date, the car was impounded. Since we thought that the guy stole all the vehicles and won’t be coming, we called the police and the police told us, “You have to come out to LA.” The driver was arrested in Oklahoma for transporting drugs across the country. He had several kilos of cocaine in his truck with all the people’s cars on it. I finally spoke to a supervisor. I told him that Jeff talked to me and that I felt he was very demeaning to me as a woman. I also told the supervisor that I could not believe Jeff hung up the phone on me and cursed me out when my daughter’s car was missing when all I was trying to do was find out where the car was and that I paid the company $975.

    Then, I spoke to another person who said he was going to take care of Jeff. I sent him an e-mail and a recording of the conversation when Jeff was cursing me out. However, I never heard back from him about that. He promised me that I wouldn’t have to pay any more money and that they would get another driver as soon as possible. Two weeks later, the car came. The actual company charged me $50 more which they put on my credit card, and then the person who brought the car here wanted another $175 in cash or he would not take my car off the truck. It was horrific and was one of the worst situations I’ve ever gone through. We’ve moved and traveled, and I’ve had issues but never anything like this. I was very dissatisfied with ShipYourCarNow.

    I was relocating from California to Alaska and had ShipYourCarNow help with one of my cars. I had issues with my job and had to get another job. I was hired and had to move quickly. I wasn't anticipating such an enormous move. I went online but didn't have a lot of time to do any research so I just grabbed somebody on the internet. I was nervous about the situation because I didn't know how it worked and I was electronically signing things online. But thus far, nothing bad happened, so it's okay. I towed one up here and had to ship the other one by boat. It cost $2500 but everything that goes by ship is very expensive. The price ShipYourCarNow quoted me changed twice. At first, it was at $1,800 and eventually turned out to be $2,700 but I didn't argue very much about it because I was on a schedule and had to get going.

    The entire process went very quickly but it took a few days before the man showed up to get my car. But I didn't give them a lot of time to do what they need to do.     The person working for ShipYourCarNow was very responsive. My vehicle wasn’t an easy thing to ship but he kept on it. It took a couple of weeks to find someone that was able to do it. The driver and carrier were very nice. However, there was a miscommunication from the original quote where the price was different when it finally got shipped. It changed as the driver was loading the vehicle on his truck and it was either he was going to unload it and not take it, or I had to pay more money. We came to a mutual understanding and he was taking my car to my dealership, where it's going to get its service done. I had him hand over the keys to my dealership which opened up at 7:00 AM. The whole process was not finished on time because of the holiday weekend. It took two weeks from the beginning transaction to the end transaction which normally isn’t great but because I don’t have a massive dependency on the car it didn’t bother me. I’d use ShipYourCarNow again and if you’re not in a time constraint then you’ll be fine.

    My son and his family moved to Florida so we drove one vehicle and pulled the trailer. For the other two vehicles, we decided to have them hauled down there rather than driving them. I looked online, read some of the reviews about ShipYourCarNow and they looked good. I called and asked them what the price of the deal would be and they gave us a bit of a discount because we had two vehicles. Then, Joseph, the gentleman I talked to, handled the situation pretty well and was extremely helpful.

    But we had a little glitch when we couldn’t get a hold of the carrier drivers. They were supposed to give us at least five days’ notice because we lived 300 miles away from where we dropped off the cars. But we got a call on Friday that they were going to pick the cars up on Sunday morning. Since we didn’t have the vehicles there, I had to drive one vehicle down on Saturday. Then I flew back to Northeastern Montana, drove the second vehicle down and got there late Sunday night. The driver waited for a day and they loaded them up on Monday. But if we had a couple more days’ notice, it would have been better.

    Then, when they were delivering, they said they were at the pickup point but they didn’t give us any advanced warning that they were coming on that day and time. So we weren’t at the place to meet them and by the time we got there, they had left. We also left because we had just arrived too and we haven't even moved into the apartment yet. We were staying at another residence which was 45-minutes away. We tried to contact them and they came back. When they called us to say they were back, we drove over there and the vehicles were there. They also left the keys in a spot where they could be found. So it was okay but they should give a little more of a heads up or a few days’ notice as to the approximate schedule of arrival and departure. I plan on using their service again in the future and get the favorite clients status.

    ShipYourCarNow was friendly and responsive, but is was a bad experience overall. It wasn’t their fault though, more of the individual carrier. I had two different cars transferred. One was fine, but the other had damage done. The top of the transporter and the driver hit a low-hanging branch, shattered the car's windshield and dented the roof. They have not gotten back to me until I threatened to file a claim. They were then a little more responsive, but they lagged again. It’s still in progress. It’s been two months and it's not resolved. I’m still trying to get them to pay for it, but they wanted to to do so privately, not through their insurance. It’s been a bit of an inconvenience.

    I went blind, so I shipped the vehicle to my brother. I didn’t want my brother to pay, so I paid the whole thing here through an electronic transfer from the guy I dealt with at ShipYourCarNow. They picked the car up when they said they were going to. My brother said that the guy up there told him that he owned the company and $2,300 was owed on it. The guy on my end said he wasn't the owner. He's absolutely stupid or he was trying to be a conman. My brother assumed that he owed that much cash and he went to the bank and got out but I told him not to give the money to him. I said to my brother to call the guy back and find out exactly what that money is supposed to be for. He did and talked to the secretary, Olga. He was told that he did not owe any money and it was an electronic transfer. She said that it should be all set within a couple of hours and turned up it was.

    I was a cop at 34 years. He's trying to be a conman and steal some more money out of the customers. He's going to drive customers away because he's pissing people off. In addition, my gas tank was down so, I filled it up because I wanted my brother to have a full tank when it got there. They took the gas out which could be a regulation or a rule. When the vehicle got there, it had a quarter of the tank. I asked my brother what the mileage was and he said it's only one mile more than when it left there so, it wasn't driven anywhere but the gas was missing. Then, they wrote a slip saying that the gas was taken out. They should have warned me about that and they should explain that to people. On the other hand, the vehicle was shipped on time. It was three weeks and a day which is what they told me so, it was on schedule. It got there in good shape, too.

But when I called to make a reservation, I was put on hold. I had to hang up and call back. As for the driver, he was fine but when I got my car, a mirror was broken.     I had three other quotes that were less, but when I called the companies, they said, “Oh, we can’t it get done for that.” One company that I sent a deposit to were gonna do it for $1,000 and told me the driver would be there on this date to pick the car up. I called the company 27 times in 9 days and they never got back with me. So, I put a thing with my bank about the $75 fee and I don't know if I'll ever get the money back from them. I was so pissed off.

    I had a breakdown and I needed to bring my vehicle back to New York from North Carolina. I put a request out there when I was on the transportation network and I started getting quotes from different people. I chose ShipYourCarNow for a couple different reasons. I had good interactions with the transport organizer. He did a decent job communicating back and forth. I ended up paying higher than the initial quote but it wasn’t his fault. It’s the nature of the business to use the quote and then we agree on it. But it’s going to wind up going up because everybody is going to come up with whatever excuses they have about not being able to do it.

    On the other hand, the carrier didn’t communicate too well. There were several times I needed to contact the shipping company and they contacted him. It should have been the other way around because it would have been a lot better. Overall, he did a good job because it was in a very different location in the Bronx to drop off and had a pretty decent sized vehicle. He moaned a little bit about it but he got it done. He had to drop it off a few blocks off and the guys had to push it to the location.
