I had a pickup in Florida that I had to have brought to Michigan. When ShipYourCarNow picked the vehicle up, they didn’t do a proper inspection. So, it showed up with a dented drive shaft, a missing tailgate, a missing bedliner and one of the tires was changed. The tire and the drive shaft were the fault of the shipping company, but the tailgate and the bedliner were the responsibility of the storage guy. Had there been a proper inspection part done when the vehicle was picked up, then I'd have something to go back on. But I was the one held responsible because I was the one that bought the vehicle, so I was the one buying $2,000 worth of parts. It was terrible.

We were relocating from Las Vegas, Nevada to Texaco, Florida. I did a little bit of research and ShipYourCarNow had some good reviews. And I had a fantastic experience when I contacted them. They were pretty easy to work with. I actually called another shipping company and they just didn't have really good information. They told me that they will put it down for bid and they will tell us when the truck is available. Then we have a 24-hour notice and they will ship our car. But I have to ship pretty quickly.
When I talked to the guy from ShipYourCarNow, he told me that they are connected to a lot of really good people. He told me that they will give me a time and when they are going to pick it up within the next 24 hours. And sure enough, I got a phone call the next day and they were ready to pick up my car. The guy was spot on. The driver was very thorough and he had a three-car carrier. And when the car got here, it was in impeccable shape. Everything was perfect. My experience was really good and I would highly recommend them.

ShipYourCarNow did a great job. I bought a car and the company said they can get it done. The transport organizer was fine and kept me up to date. The carrier driver went fine and he did a good job too. Their price is reasonable, and they did what they said when they said they were going to do it.

My son took my car to Georgia but then he found a new car so I had it shipped back. I paid a different company who said they'd find me a driver. But back and forth for a couple of days, they haven't found me one. Then ShipYourCarNow called me. Their rep wanted my credit card to secure the booking which I was iffy about because a lot of people say that I shouldn't give my credit card info. But he explained why he wanted it and recommended that I check ShipYourCarNow on Better Business Bureau. He also told me that if I register online, then all the drivers would be looking at the same car and 50 million people would call me. And then, they're going to choose the highest price. If the rep puts a lower bid on it, then it will be unlikely that I will get a driver before the other transporter put on a high price.
I had shipped a car three years ago from Hope, Arkansas to Georgia and paid only $450. So $500-$600 would be reasonable but I wouldn't want to pay any more than that for a four-passenger car. The carrier driver was friendly. He texted me the day before he left to say he'd get here the next day. Then when he was running behind, he texted me to say he couldn't make it in the morning but he'd get here in the afternoon. The only thing I was a little bit disappointed was that I thought that it was going to be a multiple car transporter. But he just picked up my car by itself.

My sister wanted to ship a car to me. ShipYourCarNow was the best quote with about $50 difference. However, they’re not the best organizer there is. You call in, place an order, and they promise a certain time. They never called back to confirm the tracking. I always had to call them back. They never called me to let me know anything. Then they said they couldn't get to my house.
On the day that they promised to show up, I asked them specifically to show up before a certain time. They showed up late after hours at 9:00 in the evening. Their excuse was the tire ran flat. At the time that the driver delivered the car, he had his secretary call or the dispatcher call, saying that, “This is the time that we’re going to be here. You better be home. If you’re not home, then we will leave your car somewhere.” They were not willing to work with anybody in terms of their schedule. They’re probably on the bottom list in terms of how to effectively run a customer service that would keep the customer abreast and tell them what’s going on. I’m not going to call ShipYourCarNow again.

I went with ShipYourCarNow before and got them again when I needed to transport a vehicle. They were organized and on time. The driver was also professional. The duration that the process took from beginning to end was what was expected and what was closed.

I had ShipYourCarNow transport my vehicle and my experience with them was a double thumbs-up. They gave me a very competitive quote, which stayed accurate until the end. The transport organizer was always reachable and he kept me informed every step of the way. The carrier driver was great, too.

When I was doing my initial search, ShipYourCarNow popped up frequently and they seemed to have a good web presence. I could find a cheaper option but they are the company that does this, knows what they’re doing, and the prices that they quoted me weren’t that different from other companies. For one of the quotes, I don’t think it could have been much better for my business vehicle. And for my personal vehicle, I’ve heard of people getting better rates but their quote was competitive and their quality of service was solid.
The company is like a hotline in a way where you call in and whoever you get, you get. But once I got someone who I liked, I was able to speak with that person and I was very happy with his service the whole way through. He was great, really helpful and easy to talk to. He did a good job and made the whole process easy. The driver was great too and super friendly. I had to drop off the car 45 minutes away from my house and he gave me a ride to the subway. And then I met him on the other end. I definitely trusted him.
They quoted me about five to seven days for one of the vehicles and the other one, seven to ten days, and both of those hit the windows. The other thing that I was impressed was, for one of the vehicles, I called them about 24 hours before I wanted to ship it and they made it happen. I called them on a Monday and the car was shipped on a Wednesday so they clearly have a solid infrastructure in place. It wasn’t like they needed a week’s notice to make it all happen. They threw it together in 24 hours. Everything went smoothly. They are one of the companies that have been doing shipping for a while and are pretty established. So for somebody who doesn’t want to worry about it or fuss with it, ShipYourCarNow is an option.

I had a good experience with ShipYourCarNow. My dad moved from Chicago to Arizona so I had to ship his car. ShipYourCarNow's quote was reasonable. It wasn’t the lowest, but they have the best rating. Most of the companies have a lot of negative ratings. The transport organizer was very good. He got back to me right away. He followed up. So, I was totally satisfied. I would definitely recommend ShipYourCarNow.

My father and I were trading our vehicles. I looked online and ShipYourCarNow has decent reviews. I called them to get a quote and the gentleman was very responsive and he answered all my questions. I had gotten quotes from other companies and theirs was the cheapest one that I was able to get. I was out of country so I did all the processes over the phone and by email. Both of my POC's in Florida and in Virginia had great interactions with the drivers. The shipment went fairly quickly, too. Within two days, I had one of the vehicles already in the other destination so overall, it was less than four days. I had a great experience with ShipYourCarNow. We had great communication and they were very responsive to emails.

I had an old Land Cruiser down in Pensacola, Florida and I wanted it shipped up here to Tennessee. ShipYourCarNow had the best value and they had a good rating. I didn’t want to drive it, so I called them, and they gave me a very good price. I wasn’t expecting the trailer to be a covered or enclosed, but it was, and that was very good. The driver was customer service-oriented but I was busy with traveling stuff, so I had some issues contacting him. I should have been given the driver’s name and number earlier so I could coordinate things. But the driver and I worked it out, and the process took only a week and a half from beginning to end.

ShipYourCarNow was the cheapest transport company when I did my online search. I left a message to inquire and they called me back and gave me an estimate. But I didn't know that they were a broker at first. I thought they owned the trucks. But when there was an issue where the initial driver said he was going to come but backed out at the last minute, they managed that and they were able to find someone the same day to pick up my vehicle.
The delivery time was perfect too because that was shorter than the estimated. But I failed to record my mileage and I suspect my car was driven. The driver said that he had a driver unload and load my car because he had to pick up more shipments. But the gas level was significantly lower than when I gave it to him and it wouldn't consume that much gas to move the car. There was also a stain on my car, a charger was outlet was left there and there was a cigarette box inside when I don't even smoke.
When I called ShipYourCarNow and told them about it, they said that they highly doubted it. But if they saw the condition of my car again and when I put the two together, I could tell my car was driven. Also, compared to my fiancée's car that was shipped as well, hers was spotless. There were no marks inside and there was nothing left behind. But overall, ShipYourCarNow was helpful. They should be truthful about being a brokerage shipping company to their customers though. And customers should also make sure to contact and speak with the driver themselves. To coordinate that was the hardest part.

ShipYourCarNow's website was very professional-looking and I liked it. And the way I was handled boiled that out. They were great! I purchased a car in Houston and I needed it transported to New York where I live. ShipYourCarNow's transport organizer was right to the point and efficient. The carrier driver couldn't drop the car off at my exact address because it was a narrow street so we met at an overpass near a highway where he was dropping off other cars. He had me sign a piece of paper and gave me the keys. And he was a nice guy.
ShipYourCarNow's phone contact was great. Every time I called the number, someone answered the phone. And people got back to me when they said they would. Compared to a lot of other places, the price was great and it was as promised. It was no gouging when the truck driver met me as I've read about on four other transport companies. I would tell my friends to trust ShipYourCarNow and to use them.

My experience with ShipYourCarNow was very positive. I had my car delivered within 24 hours which was really unexpected because the initial time that the company had given me was three to four days. Everything went really smooth. The person who was handling my case and the driver of the carrier kept me up-to-date on what was happening, timeline and their whereabouts since the time the vehicle was picked up from the car dealer in North Carolina, up until Los Dellwood. That helped me plan my day as well. The vehicle was picked up in the late morning and then it was delivered to me early in the morning the following day which was what I requested for because I had to work. They managed to organize the logistics so I couldn't be happier.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with ShipYourCarNow. I was pleased with the quote that I received for shipping the car. The gentleman who was coordinating all the things for me was very kind. He assured that everything would be taken care of and not to worry about anything. I came across so many other competitors giving me ridiculous quotes. But ShipYourCarNow understood the kind of budget I was willing to pay to have the car shipped and fully secured during the transit. It showed a sense of professionalism and commitment in ensuring the car was delivered on time without any hiccups. The initial quote was slightly out of my budget but I managed to negotiate a good deal and I was quite pleased with the offer they gave me. I would highly recommend anyone to use ShipYourCarNow services for transporting their vehicle if it's in the county.

It was a Sunday and the car was picked up about two days after. Their rep whom I've dealt with was very responsive. He gave me his phone number and I would text him. I was moving from Chicago to Seattle and ShipYourCarNow got my vehicle transported in five days which was quicker than I got there. The quote they gave was the same as what I actually had to pay them. Prior to the car getting picked up, though, the dispatcher said that he had somebody coming then said he didn't have somebody coming. Then he had somebody coming again and then they weren't coming. Then at the last minute, he called me saying a guy was basically around the corner. I was pretty upset about that but, in the end, it all worked out. Also, both the drivers for the pick-up and drop-off were awesome. There was some damage to the ar, but they called me in-route and told me what had happened so it was not a big deal. ShipYourCarNow's a good company, especially the actual transporters. But I'd tell friends to make sure that they nail down the dispatchers when they're speaking to them though so that they'll stick to what they say.

ShipYourCarNow was able to accommodate me although it was a tight schedule on our part. I had an idea what it cost already and I shared with them what the other companies’ bid was for the same service. I told the transport organizer what I was trying to accomplish and he said he could do it. He then called the gentleman who was going to drive the vehicle over to Arizona from Oceanside. I went on a road trip, and I was traveling from Philadelphia to St. Louis and when I got to Indiana, my car started acting up and shaking. So I got it towed to a nearby shop. When I towed it there, they detected that the engine was bad. It was sitting there for a while and I called a particular number and a lot of different people responded to it. But then, there was one particular service that gave me a really low rate. When I picked ShipYourCarNow, their representative asked me if my car was running. It actually was at that time. But I didn't realize that because I had already left when they checked it at the shop, they took the engine apart and never put it back. And when the tow truck came, the driver thought he could turn the car on to drive it up but it wasn't on. So they charged me an extra $150 to do it. I ended up paying $700 and I had no choice because the tow truck was already there.
Other than that, driver was fine. He was really professional. He called me and told me that he was on the road. And then, he told me the time that the GPS says he was going to get there. When he got to the shop, he called me back and said that the car won't start and they can't use the quote that was guaranteed to me. But he did everything he's supposed to do. He took everything off the truck, fixed it up until it was running. And while he was doing it, we had a really nice conversation about how he got started. He and his insurance company are refusing to pay so it's not very pleasant. The associates who helped me set up everything know this is going on but they can't help me with anything. The first time was great, however, I had difficulties during the second time, but it’s still acceptable. I was promised that the vehicles would be picked up on a certain day, but the driver just kept pushing it back. It turned from a two-day delivery to a five-day one. I think it was so they’d be making money elsewhere, which was fine. In the end, I can’t complain since he gave me a good price. Someone was bringing both at once, but just to make me happy, he brought one first, came back and brought the other one. However, I had to chase him down to see what happened and how far he was.
He was easy to get a hold of, but something always comes up. He ended up broken down and this and that. It’s a whole hassle. I’m a dealer, so it’s not my first whole vehicle that I bought and sold. It didn’t hurt me much and it’s still okay. Sometimes they disappear for days. One time, I even called in the car as stolen. I had no contact with them for four days. The car was picked up and it should’ve been there on the next day, but it wasn't. The guy came up and ShipYourCarNow had to call back. It was a hassle.
ShipYourCarNow, at least, lets you know what’s going on. As long as we’re communicating, I'm getting pissed off, but at the same time I'm calming down. I still use them. They take your order. They contract it to a different guy and then the different guy gets to do the actual work. If you have a problem with the driver, then you contact your rep, and the rep does all to contact the driver. That’s a good sign there and they still get involved somehow.

I’ve been quite disappointed with ShipYourCarNow's service because the cars were picked up from Vegas about six weeks ago and they haven’t left Houston for Ghana. I only found out after four weeks out when I asked them what the delay was that they were waiting for me to send them the original titles of the car. I spoke to the shipping rep twice and to his assistant at least twice but nobody mentioned that the original car titles were needed in the US before the cars can clear customs.
I had to retrieve the titles from Ghana because I took them there knowing that they were needed to take the cars out of the arrival port. So, not only has there been unnecessary delay but a lot of discomfort trying to retrieve documents from out of the country in a timely manner. When I sent that to them by mail, I asked the rep if he had received the titles but he said no. So I had to give him the tracking number for the mail but I still haven’t heard back from him since then.

ShipYourCarNow was absolutely amazing. I got quotes from a couple of different companies and they were difficult to deal with. Their websites were also trash. I finally got frustrated, so I called ShipYourCarNow from a Google search and some ratings. The guy I got on the phone was so nice and professional. He was clear and his estimates were exactly what it was, which was fantastic. And then the driver came, and he was great too. The car got there in the same condition it left and he worked with my daughter's schedule, delivering it to her at school. They did a great job and I couldn't have been happier with them. They weren't the cheapest price but they weren't the most expensive either and I felt like they were very trustworthy. It was money well spent and I would definitely recommend them.

I was a repeat customer of ShipYourCarNow. The first time was good but the recent one was a concern. That time, I was regretting about choosing this service. On my first location, the driver was not able to come to my place and that was an issue. I had to drive 30 minutes from my apartment to load the vehicle and everything was fine. Then during drop off, the driver didn't give much waiting time and gave me the car in the middle of the road. So, both pick-up and delivery were not great experiences.

Their rep set it up. Then he called me and I dealt with ShipYourCarNow after that. I chose ShipYourCarNow because of their better pricing. There were three quotes given to me and they were definitely the cheapest, but they did great service. It took a couple of phone calls and the rep was an hour earlier than what he said he was going to be, which was cool. They were good and they did everything they said they were going to. If I ever had to ship another vehicle, I'd be contacting them. That's for sure.

I told them they already gave me a quote and the rep said it was just a quote. I told him I was not going to do business with them and I didn’t. I went with ShipYourCarNow and they sub-contracted to Expedite Logistics.
The driver was going to pick it up here by my work and he was coming from the Bay Area so he was going to be late. I told him to just go to my house then and he told me he’d be really late. I told him we were going to go back to the other plan. The next morning, he loaded it up and took it to Maryland. It got it there in about 5 days. My son lives in a subdivision so they unloaded it just right down the road and drove it to his house. However, it was dirty with road grime on it. I shouldn’t have never washed it before I sent it.

I buy muscle cars around the country and I end up using a shipper. I’ve had several cars shipped recently. A lot of times, people I buy from do the shipping and then sometimes I had to get a shipper on the internet and find whichever shipper is available to do it. Everybody that I shipped through always gives me a quote on what it will cost and the quote is pretty much within the ballpark. It’s usually about a dollar a mile. The transport organizers were all good. They post it on a board and all the people that haul cars get on the common board. They’re sitting there waiting for you to call them and ship the car.
Most of the drivers are foreigners, usually Russian, and some of them have a little bit of say while some don’t. There are also some better than the other and some of them cover the cars and take better care when they’re shipping them. However I’d like ShipYourCarNow to lower their price and make sure that the cars are well protected. It’s nice to have the cars covered when they deliver them but you’re at the mercy of how they do it. The main thing though is for them to get the car here in a timely fashion and undamaged.

I was making a military move from South Dakota to Florida. I put the ad online and had 18 different companies trying to call me, and I went with one that had said, "We can do it for this much." And then they came back and said, "Oh, no. We can't." And then the price went up, they did that three times and they still hadn't secured transport for my vehicle. ShipYourCarNow happened to call me that time and they said, "They're underbidding you. They're trying to get your business and they're going to go up. We'll just tell you what it's going to cost. It's going to cost you this much and we can do it within four days." I didn't feel like I was getting smokescreen, and they didn't really talk bad about the other company. Their cost was also only $100 more than what the other people had already worked me up to.
The driver picked up from a friend of mine 'cause I'd already left town. I walked around the car and I videoed it before I left. I'd just gotten it back from repairs from hell damage, so it was basically brand new. There was one little scratch on the back and I said, "There's one little thing right here." I was thinking, give me 50 bucks and then we're good. But the driver was like, "This car was all beat up when I got it." He showed me the form and he had circled the whole front and the whole back. I said, "That's a brand new hood. It's never been outside in any elements. It went from the shop to the garage on a sunny day and then you picked it up the next day."
I called the organizer back and they asked if I had a copy of the paperwork, which I did. They asked if I circled the hood in on the paperwork when I gave it to the driver, and I said the driver circled everything when he picked the car up from my friend. He picked it up at night so he couldn't had seen the scratch anyway. They said, "We'll give this to a counselor and they'll come." And I said, "I'm not looking to waste more of my life on this. It would have just been nice to have been treated like an adult." The car got here and it's in one piece. But I wouldn't recommend ShipYourCarNow to anyone that I know because the drivers they have are rude and liars.

I didn’t see that in the reviews with ShipYourCarNow and it was a painless process. Their broker was very informative. I spoke to him once very briefly and inquired where the driver was. I work in a refinery and we have a very old fleet. We have 1,200 Chevron employees and another 1,500 contractors on site at all times. Our normal situation is we would buy X amount of new cars every year then we would get rid of the oldest ones, and that’s how we did it for many years. We’re taking all the assets from all of our other locations throughout the country and then once they have assets that they would normally send to auction, we do an intercompany transfer and all we do is we pay for the freight. ShipYourCarNow goes to the location and pick them up and drive them over here to El Segundo. It has been working out well and we’ve probably moved close to two hundred cars and trucks. I have an excellent experience with them.
Out of all the orders we’ve done, we only had one little hiccup but all were very smooth. At the beginning, they kept coming on Fridays but we don’t work Fridays. We coordinate everything up front so we know when the guy is coming and we can lift the garage. They have a guy dedicated to offloading then they have the vehicles staged and then they put them in the service. It’s working good. We got one yesterday for three more vehicles that are coming out of Missouri so we’re going to do that one as soon as we get the paperwork done.
Garrett is the guy I deal with and he’s very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He sends me a quote and then we just pay the quote. The quotes are all relatively the same and maybe I can get it a bit cheaper someplace else but he follows up and he knows all our weird hours and rules. I just send him an email telling him where to go pick up. I give him a contract and then he handles the rest and I don’t really have to get involved so it’s convenient. I would definitely recommend ShipYourCarNow. They are a very good company.

I went to ShipYourCarNow's website, booked a deal and a representative called me right away. The representative said that they can pick up my car in three days. It had to get to Phoenix, Arizona. He takes my money, signed the contract, does the whole nine yards, and 10 days go by. This was because he based it off of me being in Washington State. He did not base it off of my zip code, which is in the middle of the state, in a town of 19,000 people. Plus, even though we have I-90 running right through our town, he looked at it as if it’s Seattle or Spokane. He didn’t think about what it would take for a driver to actually come here and pick it up. Plus, he did not have any drivers on his roster who could do that. It was disastrous.
They never kept me in the loop and I had to call them constantly. What they couldn’t say was that they’re brokers and they make money on the phone. He wasn’t making any money with me since he already got the money from me. But the driver was super nice once they got here. I convert handicapped vans. I went online and didn't realize that so many people would get back to me, and Abe of ShipYourCarNow was one of them. He sounded very honest and concerned over the phone so I went with him. However, my whole experience was unacceptable. It was horrendous. They were going to come on a Tuesday and everything was supposedly in order but nobody came and it got switched to Wednesday. Then, it got switched to Thursday and at that point, I told them I needed to cancel because I had to get back to New York. I needed to go to work. They finally got somebody and were supposed to be there at 12:00 o'clock on Thursday. By 2:00 o'clock, I was on the phone because I needed to drive back to New York to get to work. They came with some excuse why it wasn't happening.
Then they subcontracted it out to this kid who came, who was extremely pleasant and tried to be very helpful. ShipYourCarNow knew the car was not working but the kid was never told about it so when he got there, he could not get it on the truck that he had to tow it away. We then started all over again and I told them I was really done. I needed to leave Florida, and they've messed everything up. Somebody else came at 6:00 o'clock at night before I left and they got it on the flatbed. But I found out it went only to a garage to be stored for a little bit, so somebody else could get it. I ended up being home for many days before the vehicle got to Minnesota.
We called repeatedly because the grandson had to work so we were trying to get a time frame. That time frame got extended and extended because they made it sound like it was my problem, "Oh, now because you wanted it there so early, it's a shorter time span, we need to charge you more." But it was a shorter time span, 'cause they never came when they were originally supposed to come. I ended up spending $400 more than what I was first quoted. I wasn’t happy with the service and I was so disappointed with the whole thing because I tried to look, call ahead and plan ahead, but there wasn’t any follow-through. However, if the other company was available for the date I needed, I would have used the other company. ShipYourCarNow's system is transparent in terms of the contract, who to call and how I could track where the car was, but they weren’t great at communicating the status of where it was. There was nothing proactive about the company. I had to give them a call and ask when it would be delivered and they had to give me a date.
The carrier driver that picked up the car to transport it out was fine. ShipYourCarNow was the first company I got when I needed to bring my car to another state. And when I went in and spoke with the original girl that I dealt with, Kimber, I had gotten the feeling that they work very hard to get the vehicle where it had to go. Unfortunately, on the initial time we used them, it took two weeks for them to get the vehicle to us. Kimber was fabulous and two of the three drivers we worked with were phenomenal.
The first driver who brought the vehicle here from Colorado was exceptional and kept us apprised of everything that was happening. Unfortunately, he was placed in a bad position where he was driving for somebody and the transport truck was a stolen vehicle. And it risked us losing our vehicle and him being arrested, but he wasn’t for he had all his papers. The transport truck was also not a very well maintained vehicle mechanically which is why it took over two weeks to get here, and it was a little disturbing because we were told that our vehicle would get here in three days. But they ended up crediting us a $100.
Overall, the poor driver has no control over the transport truck. It wasn’t his vehicle and he got our vehicle here in one piece. He was a perfect gentleman and he did an amazing job and I would recommend him highly. Also, the transition on the transaction was good. So we chose to use ShipYourCarNow again to send another vehicle out to Indiana and it got there when it was supposed to. He was helpful though and it could be as much my fault as theirs. My interaction with the carrier driver was pretty smooth. However, he didn’t specify that he could not take a card, so I was under the impression that since I paid with the card for the deposit, my card would get charged. That led to a bit of an issue. I was at work at the time, so luckily my company was willing to cut a check on behalf of me and we've got it taken care of.
From the time the driver should originally have been there, it had been two or three days later. The truck broke down, which cost him a day, and then he had gotten stuck in traffic up in Birmingham. He made us aware he wasn’t able to drop off another vehicle in that area before they closed for the day, so that was another day he had to spend the night and then I got the car early to late afternoon that following day. It wasn’t super inconvenient for us only because where we moved to was our hometown so we had family here and we could borrow an extra vehicle at the time. But since for every delay we knocked 50 bucks off, there should at least be some kind of compensation as not everyone in that same position would be able to have an extra vehicle, and that could have screwed some people over. Because we weren't there, the guy who picked it up got the keys from the hotel. It’s a big truck, it’s a 1990 Ford F250, mint condition, no scratches and it had a canoe rack on top. He put the truck on the bottom rack of the towing thing and when he took it off, it ripped the canoe rack off of the truck. It was terrible. So I had to go out and meet the driver because I had to pay him, too. I asked the owner if he could pay it for me, but he said that I needed to meet and pay the driver myself. If I didn't meet him, he wouldn't do it.
Being that I wasn't online and I was going home at the time, it was not possible for me to be at the place when the driver showed up. ShipYourCarNow also needed a deposit of $100 and I didn't particularly care for that. They were a middleman and it would have been nice if they just took my payment one-time and I wouldn't have had to worry about having to get out to the owner's place. If I had to do it again, that would be the hard part for me being that the owner and I were in different places. Also, America is so big compared to Hawaii and if I had to wait or I had to travel back to the owner's house to meet the driver, that could be a few hours drive.
Other than that, the organizer kept in contact with me and the driver was pretty good, polite and helpful. I had his phone number so I was able to call him during delivery. I left a valuable car in somebody's hands but he did call and let me know that it was at the pier because I live in Hawaii. The only thing that I didn’t like was if they gave me a pick up date of three or four days later, then I'd have to stick around and have to go back and meet that driver. Still, that shipment worked out and I was willing to take a chance again with ShipYourCarNow. I have recommended them and I also decided to try their service again. The car for this second time is a classic and was for a friend. But it fell through so I cancelled up my bid. It wasn't as advertised and they wanted too much money to ship it.

I had an out-of-state purchase and ShipYourCarNow was familiar with the dealership and does regular business with them. The quote given was high but I was able to negotiate with them. The transport organizer was timely. It seems like it took 10 or 12 days for the car to arrive. But when it did it had two small dents in it. I didn’t see the dents until the next morning because they arrived at night. They said I had to call them and let them know what was said for the price. They didn’t agree to pay for it. Even so the people I spoke with were helpful and knowledgeable. Also the driver was a pleasant man. My experience with ShipYourCarNow was satisfactory.

We were doing some Google searching on the internet and ShipYourCarNow had good reviews so we used them when we moved from Texas to Washington. The quote they gave me was reasonable and we used them three times for the move. I had to ship one car to California, then they went from California to Washington, and after that my car went from Texas to Washington.
I used the same transport organizer and he was awesome every time. I emailed him and he got back to me quickly. The interaction with the carrier drivers was fine, too. The first time I shipped the car, I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card to the driver and he connected me to his company. When I shipped from Texas to Washington, a friend was going to accept the car in my behalf. But when the driver said he was dropping it off, that I owed this much and it’s cash only, that threw a little wrench because I paid with a credit card before. He got an attitude with me and said he doesn't take cards. So I had to get my friend to pay the cash then I paid him back. They should be able to run a card for a transaction. Everything is electronic these days and not many people are carrying around $900 in cash. Other than that, it was a good experience and if I ever have to ship my car again, I would go back to ShipYourCarNow.

Everything that we needed to change, he was like, “No problem. We get it done.” We’ve been back and forth and he’s awesome. He never got frustrated with me. They thought they’re going to get it the night before and they had called to see if we were available. And then some bad weather hit and they weren’t able to get there. We're a government contractor, so we go after government contracts all over the nation and we own vehicles all over the place. We use different companies to move vehicles from one government contract site to another, or from one of our corporate offices to a government contract site that we manage. I've had nothing but good experiences with the drivers. However, looking with the brokers is a really stressful thing to have to do because of how cut-throat and competitive the market is. We've had some issues and we've had to cancel stuff on the leaderboard and we've had to move from one company to next, like ShipYourCarNow. We realized that starting over screws everything up, but my boss says those people aren't doing what we want and tells me to go with somebody else. Occasionally, we have good and bad experiences.

I’m a salesman at Audi and our dealership decided to go with ShipYourCarNow. We started offering complimentary nationwide shipping and that started getting a lot of attention. We used to use a shipping company on and off but we wanted to stick with a dedicated company. That way our requests might get filled in a more timely manner if we're using them for all of our stuff. We use them a lot to get quotes and they always get back to us in a timely fashion.
The drivers have always been prompt. They let us know they're coming a little bit before they arrive and they always make sure that the car is ready. When they come to pick it up, they also do a walk around. We keep one of the sheets and we've never had an issue with them. Also, my customers have always been pleased with the communication and being informed about when they can expect their vehicle to arrive. A lot of the times, it’s shipped out of state and the ETA is sometimes a little unclear because of traffic, routes, and weather. However, my customers have always been happy with the time it takes.

My 1966 Thunderbird was in Georgia and I live in Texas. I wasn't about to drive it so I had it shipped. The transport company that I normally use recommended ShipYourCarNow to me, so I got their services. The free quote that I got from them was not what I was expecting. The car was photographed minutes before it was loaded and the grille was perfect. It was an original car, by the original owner, and it was not damaged. It had its original paint on the hood and only small door dings on the driver's side, which I intended to fix. During the delivery, the transport driver did not call me when he got to the house. He chose to ring the doorbell after the car was unloaded. He was hot-footed to get out of there. I live on two and a half acres so it's a very large circular driveway. I asked him if he had any trouble finding the place and he told me no but he had a stop to make in Killeen. He also told me that my car had really good breaks.
I signed the bill of lading, but the only things filled up on it were the original owner's name, my name, the addresses and the signatures. He didn't put what the car's year was, its color, interior, and exterior. No nicks, dings, or anything. The transport truck was parked up the street and I asked him if he needed help in getting the car off but he told me that he already did that and it's in the driveway. It was evening so I couldn't see the car. I paid him in cash then I looked and the car was butted up to the gate. You can't even walk between the gates and the car. It was already 8:30 and he took off. When I pulled the car from the gates to the garage and turned on the garage lights, I could see that the two-piece grille with the Thunderbird emblem on it, the headlight buckets, the hood, the hood lights and the radiator supports were all damaged. All the chrome was damaged, too.
My car happened to be the very last car on the bottom of the trailer, which is where it was in the original owner's photo. I could also see the order of the cars. My car had to be nosed into a 1969 or '70 Chevrolet El Camino. So, my car was nosed in the right way and the El Camino was backed in, so they were nose to nose. Either they had bounced along from Georgia, grille to grille, or somebody was in that El Camino in a hurry to get off before the T-bird backed up and ran into the grille. The driver could have also driven it and bumped into something. The transport company knows that they are at fault but they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. They provided a document, but it didn't pertain to the car that was shipped or the truck it was shipped on. This has been going on since 8/22 and they're avoiding the issue.
It's gone so far that I have had the original owner hunt down pictures from their gated community to piece together numbers on the license plate of the transport truck because the insurance company came in and asked what transport truck it was on. That's how little they've cooperated with their own insurance company. Their deductible's $1,000 and the damage to the car was close to $3,000. I was also very dissatisfied because they were supposed to send the insurance papers here and take them before the car arrived. However, it didn't come until after the car arrived. I'm taking a hit on my personal insurance for an insured liability. I'm not happy with ShipYourCarNow. Before this is all said and done, it may cost me more to sue them, but that's probably where it's going until they give me a resolution. I would not recommend them and I will do everything to put them out of business.

I've been using ShipYourCarNow for a couple of years and I had some issues with a shipment coming from California. My son's car, a Mercedes, was scratched on the bottom. We noticed that when we unloaded it and we told the driver what he did. The carrier was a Japanese guy and he didn't want to claim responsibility. He told us it happens all that time and that our bill says they don't cover that, but that's not true. The bottom of the bill is contradicting. He doesn't know what he's doing.
This is the second time we've dealt with him. He's no-good and he's just rude. He just wants to deliver the car and they're all like that. Then when they get to you, it's even worse. This guy tells us that we have to give him cash. I told him we're not giving him cash. I don't have the cash and I didn't expect cash. I'm gonna pay by check or by credit card. ShipYourCarNow takes their fee which is fine with me and I signed up for that.
Then he gives it off to a tow truck that comes and no one wants the blame. I was told to bring my car to a body shop and leave it there. They told me that never mind that it wasn't a Mercedes dealership and it was one of his body shops so I should agree on a brand new vehicle to go to his body shop. I didn't do anything so those marks are still on the bottom.
The time before this, I used them on three vehicles. They're an agency so they're putting it out to these drivers that aren't keeping in touch with them. Then all of a sudden, it becomes the client's responsibility. They say they'll be there in a couple of days. Then on the day, they'll call to say they are around the corner. It's ridiculous. It usually takes 10 days from California. It was the same thing for my son's car. I found out that they have to take it to to a depot and then at the depot, the trucker goes through it and fixes it up. Then you get to see where he is. Then a tow truck shows up.
I used them again from Georgia to Miami. The driver got lost and he was supposed to be around the corner for two days. We had to escape the hurricane in a private jet out of Valdosta and we left our cars there. A fireman took on the job of watching my cars. He missed some of the secondary work and I covered the expenses. I also sent them eight steaks and six chickens two times since they were so nice and because the car guy wasn't picking it up.
When the driver said that they found them and that he was picking it up and was around the corner, it was still six hours before he came. The fireman asked the driver where his truck was and the driver said he's just there to take the car to the truck. The fireman sent me the driver's license, identification and his paperwork to make sure he could release the car to this guy in the middle of nowhere without a truck.
Plus, the driver also wanted cash. He had to call the tow truck to make sure that he would be okay and was able to release the car. We were standing there for 20 minutes. I've done four shipments with them over the last couple of years on my own personal cars. I was waiting for it to come from here to there. One time, they told me that it would arrive from California on a certain day so we booked our flights and we came in. It didn't arrive, so I had to rent a car for almost a week.

One was to tell them where the car was at, and who to talk to get the keys and then when I gave my sister's phone number so they could find her house. That's where I was having the vehicle drop off. The process went through fast. They picked up the car the very next day and dropped it off within 48 hours. Overall, it went pretty easier than what I was expecting. Everything went pretty good. I didn't have issues.

I needed a race show car Corvette shipped from West Virginia to Sarasota, Florida. I checked out different transport companies and ShipYourCarNow had good ratings. And in the conversations I had over the phone, they answered all my questions. But I didn't realize initially that it was a broker that I was talking to because I was trying to get directly to the car transport company. Still, I had fun talking to the rep who I spoke to frequently. The free quote worked out very well, too. The driver and the assistant were great. We talked, we joked around and they showed me the inside of the truck and the cab. The car got shipped on time and came on time. ShipYourCarNow has great people and they were outstanding. I wish they would drop their price but I was satisfied with everything and I plan on using them again in about 30 days.

I didn't want to drive the car I purchased so I used ShipYourCarNow's service. They offer the best price and their rate was the cheapest. Most of the quotes I got were between 600 and 900 bucks on the date they needed to work with me but the quote ShipYourCarNow gave me ended up being 400 bucks. Their transport organizer was efficient and the carrier driver was great. The car was delivered to my door and the service was great.

My interactions with the transport organizer and the carrier driver were fine. Also, the person whom I spoke with over the phone was knowledgeable about the whole process. The process was very quick as it only took three days from beginning to end.

We moved out of state two months ago. I made several phone calls to different places and I liked ShipYourCarNow's price so I went with them. Their transport organizer was courteous and friendly. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner and he got the job done. The carrier driver showed up and ended up getting here five hours prior to us, so he stayed the night and waited for us. He was very nice. I had an excellent experience and if I was to ship again, I would definitely call the same gentleman again to get it all set up.

I shipped my car from the mainland to Hawaii using ShipYourCarNow. With all the other transport companies, I have to drive the car to the port. But I wanted my car picked up instead and that worked out with ShipYourCarNow. Their guy gave me a free quote, which is good compared to the rest. I called them back two days later and took them up on their offer. Also, communication was great. Whenever I needed them, I call the organizer's cell phone number directly and they would call me. At the day of pick up, I had to catch a flight and I left the car at my mother's house. The pickup driver was late but he said that he will be there that day. He still wasn't there the next day and because he was late picking the car up, he was late getting into the port. But once the car did get to the port, it arrived in a matter of days. The car didn't arrive in the original time frame they gave me, but it was still a good experience.

I moved from Michigan to Florida and I did not want to drive. The first transport company I contacted gave me such a runaround and I'm not generally aggressive on the telephone but the last time I called them, my first word out of my mouth were "Do not hang up on me!" because that's what they did. They were awful. I talked to this guy and he said that the reason was because they have a big leaderboard to which all of the companies have access to and they just pick the job that they want. The original company I contacted lowballed me so nobody was picking up the bid to move my car.
I looked for another company and ShipYourCar Now had a terrific rating online so I went with them. Their quote was much higher by $100 than the previous one I got. There were a couple other quotes $200-$500 higher and I went with the second lowest bid. When I called ShipYourCarNow, I had a better understanding of how things worked and I chose the open trailer. They allowed me to put stuff in my car which the other company did not and I had a few breakable objects that I did not want to go on the moving truck. Either way, I was still without my car for 10 days but that's how it works.
ShipYourCarNow told me that there's a five day window in the schedule that they gave me. Initially, they said were picking up my car on Friday, then it was Monday, and then it became Tuesday. I called them and said I would be out of town the following day so they should get my car already but they never called me back. Fortunately, I had a neighbor who took the car in her driveway and said she'll get it on their thing and send me the paperwork because it wasn't going to change my plane flight. But because it was delayed, I was waiting for the company. If I have called ShipYourCar first, my car might have been down here right around the time when I got here or if not, even before. My daughter is down here in Florida and she could have received it.
The organizer was the one that explained the way the whole system worked and said that he could definitely help. I had to give a deposit of a credit card over the phone and the balance was given in cash to the driver. Our driver was very nice. They had the big vehicle and the street that I moved to has no outlet and I let him know that. I told him that I didn't think there was room to turn his truck around and he had to back it out the entire length of the street which was what the moving van had to do. But our driver parked the truck on the main road then drove my car to my house. I would recommend ShipYourCarNow. My car was delivered without any damage to it and within the time window that they gave me.

I have two vehicles ordered off of an auction in another state and I needed to ship them. Since I haven't done it before, I had called one company. Then when I called them, the guy talking started telling me about liabilities and that made sense because I'm getting it sent from a long way and I don't want anything to happen to it. They made me feel all warm and fuzzy when they're talking about it. They made everything comfortable just for me to use them but it's just bad business after that.
They had me send the money for the first vehicle. And then, they told me that they needed to make sure I had my money in the bank for the rest of the vehicle when it got here to pay the driver. But then they took the money out of my account that I was supposed to pay the driver. So I called to tell them that I thought they said they were just checking to see if I had the money in there because they didn't tell if they're going to take the money out. They assured me that it's all taken cared of. So I just said I don't want the driver showing up and then he'd expect me to pay him.
But that's what happened, the driver shows up and the first thing he asked was, "where's the money?" So then the driver and I called and the guy that works for ShipYourCarNow had authorized to give me a $200 inconvenience fee for my trouble because I had to run around and come up with money to pay the driver so I could get my vehicle. He just said that he'll catch the deal on my next vehicle.
To make my long story short, I was told that the guy no longer works for the company and he wasn't authorized to make that kind of decisions. I got emails that show mistakes that he was giving me that $200 inconvenience fee back. So I told them that it's not worth to argue back and forth over the phone. Knowing that I only found out the guy I've talked to is no longer working for them when they got me again means they're having problems down in Florida. I won't use them anymore. It's as simple as that. It was a learning experience for me.
Now I know that my truck came from a trailer that wasn't covered. It was with lawnmowers and another car. And then, when my second vehicle was picked up, the guy where I bought the car from called and asked if I realize that they'll not be putting my '66 convertible in an enclosed trailer. They didn't even want them to take the car at first because they're putting it on a car hauler. I told them that I watched the weather and also the driver talked to him so that he would be sure.
And the guy who delivered the car was very thorough, like marking if there's was anything wrong with it or if it had little scratches. And he did a really good job on that. And then when he delivered the car, he showed me that. I looked at the car and it was really good. Other than being a little dusty, there was nothing wrong with it. As far as the vehicles are being moved, there were no problems with that. It was with the actual business deal and all the money in that, that was the issue.

I called a couple of places then the gentleman from ShipYourCarNow that I talked to was fantastic so I chose them for the job. All the way through my entire process, he was always willing to look into what I needed. He called one time and said that he had a driver but he wanted more money than what they quoted me. He rejected that offer which was nice of him and he found someone else. He went above and beyond and in the end, I paid the exact quote.
The carrier driver was a husband-and-wife team. She called and let me know she was going to be 20 minutes out. They live in the same area as us and it happened to work out perfectly. They were pretty good on their estimated time of arrival and it was funny because I thought they would be a little late. I had my car shipped from Maryland to California and the fee was okay. My problem with this job was the honesty of the driver. From Maryland, I was given a day and time that the driver didn't honor. He had excuses from the start saying that he was on the way and in traffic only to then say it was late and could he pick the car up the next morning around 0900 and I said okay. I called him around 0930 the next morning to check on his location only to find out he went to an auction to get other cars and was in a line. I told him that he could've at least called me. In the end, he picked my car up over 3 hours late.
In California, he called me and gave me a delivery time a day in advance. I was ready and waiting for him and again I was left with the waiting game full of excuses. I waited and waited and called him like I did in Maryland only to get the same runaround. In the end, he was over 2 hours late and all I asked of him was a courtesy call when he was running late as I wanted him to value my time as I did his. Once he dropped off the car, he asked for a ridiculous COD amount which was inaccurate since I prepaid the entire fee and again I had to wait as he called the company as he didn't believe me. Overall, it was not a good experience for me and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The carrier driver and the crew were wonderful. The only thing that I didn’t like when I requested to have me contacted after hours because we close at a certain time. But next thing was they were calling me and they were already there, and I live an hour away. But that was only one time. ShipYourCarNow was great and I hope that they continue to do the same.
