ShipYourCarNow was horrible. I relocated and was in need of shipping my pickup. The transport organizers were all great. But once we got into some trouble, no one wanted to talk. The total transport took forever. It was supposed to be at a maximum of three days, but it took almost six. The story was set up to where it blew off. I had shipped a car from Ohio through ShipYourCarNow and it was a catastrophe. I will never ever use them. They told me it was going to be picked up on this certain day but they didn’t come. Then the next day, they said they would be there by 1:00 o’clock pm but they didn’t show up. The next day, it’s going to be 4:00 o’clock and they didn’t show up again. The next day, it’s going to be 7:00 o’clock then they didn’t show up too. They ended up coming at 1:30 to 2:00 am. A different driver came to pick the truck up so when the original driver showed up at 4:00 am to pick it up, it was gone. Nobody called so we thought the truck had been stolen and ShipYourCarNow still took my money. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were unprofessional.

The battery of the car had enough power to start the car but the car sat for about a week and it was deader than a dead duck when I got it so I had to get a new battery and that set me back about $170. The person I talked to knew what he was talking about and ShipYourCarNow was able to accommodate my need better than the other companies. When I first called, the rep said he could have a driver there within 24 to 48 hours and that I would have it by Thursday. He called and I forgot I talked to him and so I booked based of that. And he called me back within half an hour to say he had somebody there within two hours and that I would have my car the next day. Then the driver was real good and on time.

However, he was hard to reach and kept saying that they had problems finding a driver after he told me that they’d found a driver. They told me it will take three days but it took them two weeks. The driver was fine though. It didn’t take him long to get the car off and get through his paperwork and inspection. But I probably wouldn’t use ShipYourCarNow again.

I needed to ship a car from the East Coast to the Central Time Zone for business purposes and I picked ShipYourCarNow on the internet to do the shipping. They quoted a price, which ended up as the final price for the service. They called an hour before they picked the vehicle up here, then they came and they were very professional. The entire shipping process took three days. I will send another car again with ShipYourCarNow because they did a good job.

It’s been very efficient but it must have shot my information out to others, and then I got a bunch of calls from people. The person who handled my call seems professional and responsive to what I needed. When the car was delivered, the carrier driver was courteous and arrived when he said he would.
