    I was purchasing a business vehicle as a grooming van so it has a conversion package on it that I can’t get locally. Honestly, all the transport companies sounded like a bunch of sleazes but I just went for it. And my instinct on that was not wrong. Initially, the transport organizer was nice, personable and seemed fairly honest who genuinely wants to help me. He talked to me a little bit about his dogs, because I was telling him about how it’s a dog-grooming van. But I had a couple of red flags from the beginning. And then as things went on, it just spiraled downhill.

    I wouldn’t go with people that were completely telling me way low in the quote. But ShipYourCarNow seemed to be at the low end of the ballpark so that’s ultimately one of the deciding factors on why I decided to use them. I was originally quoted $1700 to have my car shipped from East Coast to West Coast. I gave him all the specifics of the vehicle that I knew so that I could get the most accurate quote possible from them, like it was nine feet tall and that it can’t go on a normal car carrier. He sent me the quote over email and I said, “All right. Well, that sounds agreeable.” He said that he’s going to send me the contract to sign for that. I asked, “So is this gonna end up being more?” He said, “No. There’s no reason that this should go up.”

    The next day, I never got that contract in my email. He said “I don’t know what you told that other guy but he took you off all the load boards and nobody wants to take you. So I’m gonna have to charge you more money to get these trucks to want to take you.” Because I had actually selected another transporter and they made me give them debit card information right out the gate and made me feel really uncomfortable about it. So I canceled that reservation with the other company. But he makes me feel really penned into using him at this point. He tells me, “It’s gonna be more like $2000 to $2200, no more than $2400.” “All right. That’s quite a bit more money but okay, I understand.” I didn’t feel like I could go anywhere else.

    Time went on and I actually had a ping up in my deal on getting the van so I had to put it off a little bit. All through this, I told them that my pickup times were all estimates because the deal wasn’t done and I don’t own the vehicle yet. That was understood but I had the ping up and he said, “I really need you to get this done by a week or so before Thanksgiving or this is gonna cost you more money.” I was like, “Well, I’m doing the best I can. I’m trying to get this thing bought. I wanted it by the end of November or the end of October, beginning of November. So trust me, I’m doing my best here.”

    I just keep feeling like I’m nickel and dimed over every little, single thing until ultimately, he goes, “All right, if you want it picked up before the holiday, it’s gonna be $3200. If you can wait until after the holiday, it’ll be $2800.” I said, “I just need the thing here. Get it here. I’ll pay the extra $400. Just get it here.” We ended up at $3200 after I was originally quoted $1700 and that's a huge difference. He sent me the paperwork, I signed it and gave him the deposit of about $1000. And then the next day, he says, “Okay, it’s a done deal. We’re gonna pick it up on Black Friday.” That is the day after the holiday which is what I would have paid $400 less for if I hadn’t said that I needed it before the holiday so that was a mind-blowing moment. By the way, it didn’t get picked up until that weekend so it just left me completely livid and I feel completely ripped off.

    At that point, there was almost no communication. I was constantly having to contact the dispatcher because there has to be a person at the other end. They were picking it up from the conversion company which is very small. So I’m calling them constantly. And then they weren’t there until 8 o’clock that night. So the poor gentleman had to stay there late after Thanksgiving when they were wanting to go do family things.

    And then not only that, I kept saying, “Okay, when is it going to be delivered so that I can make sure I’m there. I work out of town some days. My boyfriend works out of town most days. When is it gonna be there?” And then I had the driver calling me saying, “Hey, are you ready for me to drop this thing off?” And me going, “Well, no, I don’t have the cash because I didn’t think you were gonna be here for another day.” The communication was awful. I was constantly having to call and check up in getting information and they just didn’t follow through on anything. Poor customer service.

    I had two vehicles that were passed on to me from a father that had passed away so I was trying to get them shipped up to where I live up in Washington State. After speaking with a couple of different people, the ShipYourCarNow guy who I was dealing with seemed more than helpful. He called me back all the time and it seemed like a good relationship working. The quote I was given was extremely fair.

    I moved to a different location so I needed to ship a car. The guy from ShipYourCar gave me a good price right away when the others tried to hike it up. The one who did the reservation was excellent, however, there was a little bit of an issue. When I did the reservation I told them I was going to put my stuff in the trunk, not in the front of the car which would have been cheap. They said that it was fine and I could fill it up. But when the guy came, he asked if I was going to pay another $100 because my trunk was full of stuff. The inside was totally empty except for the trunk. I argued with him and finally he gave up and I didn't pay him. He tried to take extra $100 and I had to call the guy who did the reservation who had to talk to him before he said okay. Also, they delivered the car after midnight and I had to stay up all night for that.

    A lot of the companies seem very sore or maybe even a little rude like when I was talking to the transfer directly and they’re not exactly customer service friendly.     We needed to ship my grandson's car to his base in New York from San Jose and ShipYourCarNow came up online. Wayne, their transport organizer, was very knowledgeable. Also, the guy who picked up the car was nice. However, they were supposed to take the car to my grandson but they waited a couple of days before they went over where they dropped it off and take it.     I purchased a car and I had to get it to Virginia, so I called a number of transport companies. I liked Ivan, the gentleman from ShipYourCarNow, from Florida, so I chose to go with them. I liked his mannerism, professionalism, his follow up, and he was very good. He always made it possible to contact him, he gave me his private cell number in case I had any questions.     I was moving across country from LA to Detroit. When I googled, ShipYourCarNow was the one that struck me and it looked good. So I called them. The quote was fair and was around the same prices that I received in the past. It was a little frustrating though when I was called about a day before the driver was about to arrive and said that I needed to meet them in a large parking lot behind a grocery store where they can unload the car. That would've been fine if I was told that but they told me it would be door-to-door service. I had my 5-year-old daughter with me and had to go over at ten o'clock at night.     My project was moved from Dallas to New York so I had to move and ship my car. I wanted to pick up the car ASAP and ShipYourCarNow told me their best offer and said they had a ready driver which can take my car over the next day. The carrier driver called me before coming and gave me all the inputs that the car would be taken from my place and he took the car. 30 minutes before coming, he called to tell me that he was about to arrive.

    I started out in California and took a job opportunity, a career advancement opportunity, which is how I ended up in New York. During that process, I had my car shipped from California to New York and the company that I used was a disaster. I didn't vet it properly and it was horrible. So this time around when I retired and relocated back to California, I researched on various car companies, saw what people were saying, spoke more extensively about what type of protections and guarantees I was provided and whether or not they had a rating standard within ConsumerAffairs. ShipYourCarNow rose above all the others so I went with them. The cost was competitive, too. It was a little bit more than some other companies but I'm very happy with them.

    My contact person was very interactive in terms of making sure that I understood the process and the timeframe. If I had any subsequent questions after our discussions, he was very accessible. Whenever I called, my calls were returned or I was able to get a hold of him immediately. The paperwork was sent to me digitally and I was able to get through it and get my reservation locked in. And after that, there was no additional need to contact them because I understood everything and the insurance piece of it. If for some reason, documents that I needed did not come through the internet, they have a very elaborate documentation process for who's going to pick up my car and that my payment was received digitally. And if I didn't receive any of the papers I thought I should have, they were very responsive. They have a very sophisticated process and it moved very quickly.

    Because I was coming from the East Coast, the carrier driver had to push up the date that he was going to pick up my car because of the snow. Instead of the weekend, he said he had to come in the middle of the week to get the car and I wasn't prepared for that because I was still actively working. He worked around my situation and was willing to come late at night, early in the morning or after hours but whenever I was available. He made himself available to me to accommodate my situation because the car wasn't where it should be.

    The day that he picked up the car, he walked me through the inspection process and the paperwork. He wasn't in a rush and explained to me the path the car was going to take. The transport vehicle that he brought wasn't one of those things where my car's nose was lifted up in the air. It was a very safe, large, pallet-type thing. I felt very comfortable with him and the whole process. Overall, I was very impressed and very satisfied.

    I was migrating to a different state and I did a lot of shopping. I was confident that ShipYourCarNow was going to be better than the other companies. Their information was very consistent and I appreciated that. I also felt there was a guarantee. Plus the communications were persistent about the insurance or policies and the coverage for damages and liability. The rep was very thorough about calling me right back so I had a very great experience. However, I had some confusion about my pricing, the invoicing and who to pay. I was quoted one rate but later told a different one. And I was telling them that I was quoted one rate for which they made me sign a contract but the guy said that I can sign the contract but the price may vary and that it's contingent upon the driver. Then the driver told me it's much lower and gave me a receipt for it.

    A whole month later, I got a call from a customer service person who tried to make be feel guilty for not giving the driver a different amount as if I'm accountable for it. I don't want anything on my credit because I signed one form and was going back and forth what I should pay and then I needed to make sure it was cash. I did everything I was told so I did not like that experience at all because I have a few other people that I want to recommend their services to as they're very accurate with time and the driver was very thorough. He was the same one that I met who picked up and delivered my vehicle. Also, my vehicle arrived in good shape. But I don't regret hiring them.

    When I looked at the Better Business Bureau reviews, I thought that ShipYourCarNow is a good company. And when I spoke to the actual representative as far as the administrative aspect and for the ease of the move and the convenience, I said I'll book with them. My interactions with their reps were fine, but when my car was actually being driven onto the loader from California to Florida, the driver couldn’t really operate the loader very well. He wedged my car into the loader and got stuck with my rear wheels off the loader floor. My car was at a 30-degree angle wedged into the loader. Then he tried going forward and backward and couldn’t get it out. He then gunned it and got it out and scraped almost half of my car, damaged my roof rack.

    Also, the day of the car pickup switched and no one told me. I kept on calling the company a week in advance, five days in advance, two days in advance to try to determine when I was gonna need to rent a car and to manage my life a bit easier because I was still gonna be in California without a car but no one really took it back to me. I didn’t notice anybody answer. I felt like I had to put all the effort in. Then when I tried calling the driver himself, it was hard to even understand him and then to try to find a location to bring my car. They initially said they were coming into my complex and then all of a sudden with broken English, he couldn’t get to my complex and I had to go find him and bring my car to him, which was a mile away and then I had to walk back home a mile after he loaded my car.

    Now when I drove the car, I had a lot of noise and wind on the driver side window even when it’s closed. As soon as it happened, I had to walk a mile home from that location and then I called ShipYourCarNow immediately. I told Sean what happened but he immediately absolved himself from any responsibility and said that it’s just a claim with the moving company, which was irresponsible for the company that I booked with. Then finally, after multiple conversations and e-mails demanding ShipYourCarNow to be accountable and responsible, I spoke with their manager and they refunded me $100. But I’m waiting to hear about whether my car could be evaluated because my car was wedged underneath.

    I’d like to take my car to a Honda dealer and have it fully evaluated, tested, and given estimate of what is damaged, what needs to be repaired, and then have them repair it, pay for the estimate, the repairs, and for a rental car while the car is being repaired. I think that’s fair. But it’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard back from that particular agent yet. I sent all the pictures of the damage to those contact persons at the insurance agency for the car delivery and also ShipYourCarNow. Everyone was sent all the information. They've been unaccountable, unprofessional and has provided very poor customer service.

    I purchased a car out in South Dakota and I needed to ship it to South Carolina. I found that the quote from ShipYourCarNow was cheaper than two other quotes and I decided to go with them. However, the quote was not exactly accurate and it was not the final price once they were done. I was quoted one price but once we started calculating and I gave the go signal, the price changed. The transport organizer was helpful, though, and for the most part, interactions were good. However, the carrier driver acted like he had never done this before. He didn’t care at all about the car and almost tore the trunk lid. He hauled stuff in my car that I didn’t give him permission to do and I was totally unhappy. When I talked to someone about this, they were sorry but as long as they got the money, they were happy.

    After I got a quote, I was told that a week later my car will be delivered. When it was due to be delivered, the guy said that he couldn’t do it so ShipYourCarNow had to search and find another guy. It took them about a week to find another guy. It took that guy another week to actually do the job so it was close to a month for the whole process. I will not recommend ShipYourCarNow to anybody.

    I was moving from Idaho to Tennessee in the middle of the winter and there were issues with snow so I thought it would be best if I shipped my car. I found ShipYourCarNow online and they called me directly after. Their quote was close to what other people were giving. The service was great at first until I had my little discussion with the rep who was helping me. I got an email stating that the trucking company would be picking up my car on the 16th but they ran into snow problems. I asked the trucker if I could meet them in Boise and he said that would work out better.

    In the meantime, I called my rep back at ShipYourCarNow. I had his cellphone number so I assumed that he was there for my questions but he made sure that I was wrong about that. The only reason I accepted his calls after that is because they ended up not picking up my car on the 17th. He was very courteous after that because I was not as talkative afterward, but I didn't say anything rude to him because it might affect the pick-up of my car. He called back a couple of times and checked on me after that.

    Up unto that point, I was satisfied with the company but things were stressful for me on my end. Then I got stranded in Nevada which put me behind on being there to get my car but the trucker worked well with me and I appreciated that. We were able to make arrangements so that my car did not have to go in storage. Once I got the rep the rest of the money for the car, everything was good and the car arrived the same as it departed.

    I'm visiting our family in Florida to get out of the Ohio cold weather. And since I’m 85 years old, I didn’t want to drive through ice and snow, so I opted to ship my vehicle. I took competitive bids from other transport companies and ShipYourCarNow's quote was a little more, but their sales guy was pretty good so I went along with them. But the transport organizer was flaky. Every time I called him, he was off doing something other than being in the office and he didn’t call me back. I told him I had a larger car than the one that we had on originally and he never recorded that into the file. He did a lousy job.

    On the other hand, the carrier driver was great. He didn’t come in to our place, though. He said it was too big a vehicle but wasn’t, but they insisted so we met them out on the highway. But it was okay. No big deal. In fact they did it a day earlier than I thought they would and that made us happy. I paid $100 more than I needed to but I felt better about the service that I was promised I would get and I got it. I’m happy with the service, that's why I've already given ShipYourCarNow's name to some of my relatives.

    I needed to ship a car from New Jersey to Florida. This is the first time I've ever shipped a car, so I was very skeptical and I didn't really know who to trust because I have a fairly expensive car. My concern was if I will receive the car again after handing over the car and key. However, ShipYourCarNow had a fairly decent web presence and reviews. Through them, I found a wonderful shipper that was really great to deal with and topnotch from start to finish.

    Their price changed a little bit and they did a little bait-and-switch where they told me that they can pick up my car the next day but that didn't happen. I called the shipper and the broker, but the latter could not be contacted. They didn't really explain the situation and just apologized. They said they didn't know what happened but they told me there's a vacant spot on a trailer for my car so they would get my money. Ultimately, they did connect me with the shipper that I wound up using several weeks later.

    The driver from the shipping company was really nice and courteous and took great care of the car. He called me several times and let me know where he was. I would use that shipper again when I ship the car back in the spring. The car was here when it was promised two days later. Although the shipper was good, I didn't like the high-pressure tactic ShipYourCarNow used to get me committed. I also felt like I paid them a whole heck of a lot for doing nothing more than just connect me to a shipper. They need better communication up front on the initial contact.

    The broker that I dealt with from ShipYouCarNow was professional and very good with communication. He contacted and e-mailed me letting me know the logistics of how the shipment was gonna work. It was a fairly complicated transport because of the circumstances. The vehicle that I transported didn’t run. It had no engine in it and because of that, it was more complicated to get the vehicle loaded onto the truck which we knew ahead of time. He really seemed like a good guy. He provided me with all the necessary paperwork and documentation. Everything was very smooth. When I met the driver, he was a good guy. The paperwork was already completed.

    I've dealt with tons of different shipping companies over the last 20 years. I’m always looking around for the best price. ShipYourCarNow was expensive comparatively to the rest of the other that I've found but I have to give them credit because part of the reason why it was so expensive was because I booked last minute. And because I booked last minute, it was difficult for them to find different options as far as price because there was only gonna be one driver in Las Vegas at the time period I needed to have the car picked up.

    These companies that I deal with usually have their brokerage fee of $100. Sometimes it might be $150. In this particular case, I wasn't aware of it when I paid but I found out after the fact through the driver that they had charged me $300 for the brokerage fee. It’s said and done now and there’s nothing I can do about it now and part of it was because I booked it last minute but I felt the $300 brokerage fee was a little bit excessive given the amount of work that it takes to set up a transport and also based off the fact that I’ve shipped a couple of hundred cars in my lifetime. When they know that you’re in a time crunch, they use it against you immediately. At the end of the day, I would not use them because of the cost. But I don’t have any complaints as far as the service. I'm happy the vehicle is back here in Maine. It arrived safe and sound with no damage to the car.

    I stay a part of the year in Florida so I needed to ship my vehicle. I went online and got a call from ShipYourCarNow. Alex was very accommodating, very nice, and savvy. However, I felt like he did a bait and switch but it may have been not in his control because I was quoted one thing and then gave plenty of time. I'd initially signed myself up for this service on October 14th and when it got out for pickup and delivery on November 3rd or 4th, I didn't hear anything. I made the call and I can't find any drivers who are willing to take the trip for the quote that I was given. That sounds either it's bs or they really couldn't find any.

    From a consumer point of view, don't quote me something and then come back when you know I'm in a crunch because I've made arrangements for travel. If they didn't feel that they could find anybody within about a week, don't leave the consumer hanging until the very end and then we have to pay more to get somebody. All these people are brokers but they all play this game of quoting stuff, and they near not really be able to comply with the quote that they have. The broker was being truthful, but waited too long to tell me that he couldn't get a quote.

    On the other hand, the company or people who did the hauling were very good, very accommodating and kept in touch the entire time. In the future, once I've made contact with several of these folks that do the hauling, I might as well just go direct. I would be willing to bet a dime to a doughnut that in the end, the only commission that the broker got was $25 but it wasn't worth his aggravation, especially the aggravation I gave him.

    I bought a Bentley in California and I wanted it enclosed. People told me that ShipYourCarNow was one of the best in shipping and so I used them. I called them up and asked them how much it was. I agreed and that was it. Working with the transport organizer, Carlos, was excellent. It was easy to get in touch with him.

    During the whole process, they kept calling every day since it all took longer than expected. The car was supposed to be here on the week of the 24th but when they got into Tennessee, the truck broke. It broke down again the next day and the day after that. We had a flight that was to leave on that Thursday but we didn't get out until the following Wednesday because the car arrived seven days late. It cost us over $2000 in airline tickets because we had to keep redoing our tickets. But that's okay though, it happens. That's something that they can't control.

    And then I told them, "Can I send a flatbed up there? Can I do that now? We're leaving now." Then I got a call in the morning saying that no, we couldn't leave because the part was wrong. We're in the racing business so I know how things go like that. But I wish they had come up with another idea, like send the car down in a flatbed or go out of their way to get the car to us since it was only 220 miles away. I would reuse them again, they are very quick to find somebody, but who they chose to bring it was something different because of the way things went. That truck wasn't that good.

    I've shipped with ShipYourCarNow a few times. I refer our customers to them because I work at a car dealership so I sell cars all over. I use Events every time. I had a deal where the truck driver kept on the other car and it was taking way too long. So I put out on the internet and Events called me up. He was really nice and got it done quickly and they had a great price. The customers were happy, so I refer them to other people now. I call them whenever I need a quote just to see what the price is looking like for the customer and then I'll give that estimate to the customer. Then if they say they want to ship then I just give them the phone number.

    Events knows the system really well and knows how the extras work, so I don’t have to keep explaining to him every time I ship a car. He already knows that we need their car first, so there's no confusion there. Plus he’s very customer-friendly so the customers I refer to him are happy with the way he treats them. I don’t have to worry about him talking to a customer and upsetting the customer. He’s also easy to get a hold of. We get a different trucker every time, and we had one that was not 100% on par so I called Events and told him what's going on.     I was relocating and I had to make a decision within a week, and ShipYourCarNow was able to make things happen within a seven-day period. Their rep told me when, where and how much and then we moved forward. It was pretty smooth. When I went to drop the car off, they went to pick it up and they couldn’t take it that day. What I did was I put all my belongings in the truck and they told me that they weren't going to be able to take it. They came back the next day and they told me it's extra $400 that they would ship it because of potential toll problems. They shipped it and took out the phone for an additional fee.

    From the time the car was picked, it took approximately four days. ShipYourCarNow kept it the same time that they said it would be there. The only difference was they didn’t tell me there was a weight limit and so when my car was over the limit it was charged more. Other than that, I got it.     I retired from the army and I had to ship the vehicle to my hometown. ShipYourCarNow was the only one that included the overseas location which was Puerto Rico. With all the other companies, they'll still ship my vehicle but I have to change companies once my vehicle is out in Florida. They gave me a fair quote and the shipment organizer was pretty helpful. Any time I called the company, had a question or any doubts, I can contact him directly at any hour of the day.     I bought a vehicle from the auction and if I leave the car there for more than four days, they start charging me storage fees. I’ve shipped with other transport companies but I took ShipYourCar because the young lady who works there was very helpful and always was on it to get me a driver quickly. The drivers take between a week and two when they're coming from out east and would call a day before when they would be in. They would come in at different hours and the parking place where they would deliver the vehicle is open 24 hours.     I purchased a vintage Porsche in Kentucky and I needed to get it up to Massachusetts. I got a recommendation from the dealer that I was buying from and he gave me three companies. I called all of them and the reps at ShipYourCarNow were the most responsive as far as getting the questions that I had answered. They were also the most courteous and had the lowest cost. But they're a broker and they didn't do their own shipping.

    My organizer was very good and when he called me, he had all the information that I needed. I asked him right upfront if he was a shipper or a broker and he was very honest about that. Some of them had tried to tell me that they have their own trucks and they wouldn't know whether or not that was true. But he was upfront and told me that he was going to get one of his drivers or one of their shippers that they use.     I had my car across the country and I needed to have it in my hometown. One of my friends referred me to ShipYourCarNow, gave me a phone number of them, and I figured I'd try them out. I asked them about the free quote and they told me they'd give me a ballpark idea and they'll try to stay close to it. The quote they gave me wasn't too far off base. I wish I could've gotten it cheaper but the route that the car took was less popular and not commonly used and that's just the way the chips crumble.

    I had to communicate with my transport organizer a couple of times because they fluctuated a little bit on the actual delivery or pickup time.     I had to ship my car in Minneapolis to a dealership in Atlanta. I previously had a car shipped by Ship Your Car Now from Minneapolis to California and they did good, and I like their guy, Ethan, who's a great guy so I went with them again. The quote I was given was fair. I priced it out and Ethan told me how the cost structure was. Then he gave me his best price. Someone else gave me an equivalent price and said that they'll beat them by $25 or $50. Ethan was the reason I chose to go with them, both times.

    I ran into a problem though. They use this trucking company that got my car into a horrible situation but it wasn't their fault and had nothing to do with Ethan. It had everything to do with the trucker. They crashed and wrecked my car somewhere and are lying about it right now. They lied to my neighbor first and told him that the accelerator was stuck, and tried to give bogus pictures. Then, they lied to me. I said that the accelerator was inspected and the car only had 3,400 miles on it. It's a 1992 Corvette in showroom condition. It'ss 24 years old. I've been maintaining my vehicle since I've owned it and the people who had it before me have not driven it.

    I was selling it for my son with a horrible disease. It's placed in Atlanta and could probably net me $25,000. When this car turns 25 years old, which is in about three months, the value of this car goes way up, because being a 25-year-old model will qualify it for original parts if the car is in better condition, and this car was in better condition than any other car in the industry for that year and has all original parts.

    I had to work with the trucker's insurance company and they didn't reimburse me for the full value of the car, and just paid for the repairs which doesn't do me any good because I won't sell the car if I won't net $25,000. Someone was going to buy this car for $37,000. Ship Your Car Now should take the trucking company that shipped my vehicle the last time off their list of approved truckers. They're liars.

    We moved from Alaska to Hawaii. I was going to ship my motorcycle through ShipYourCarNow but then I found a better deal. Randle, the guy that I worked with from ShipYourCarNow called me later 'cause I told him I was gonna ship my wife's car too. He wanted to know if I was still shipping my wife's car and I said yeah. I thought it was a good rate and I liked working with Randle. He seemed like a good guy. My wife dropped the car off and we picked it up at Matson, here in Hawaii. The shipping took about three weeks. There was a little bit of delay because we had a crack in our windshield and they let us know that if we got a crack in our windshield they won't ship our car.

    When my wife went to Seapack to pick it up, they said we had to have our windshield fixed. So, we had to call our insurance and arrange that and set an appointment through the director. That delayed it so it missed the boat because of that and we had to wait for the next boat which delayed it another week. So it took three weeks altogether to get the car. Matson handled the car and somebody from Matson got into my wife's car and broke the center console and then Matson was supposed to replace it.     I've used ShipYourCar before and I don't want to research another company. I got the number, then it was quick and easy. I rebuild corvettes and I buy them at the auctions and have ShipYourCarNow bring me 15 a year. I get along well with Jodie, their transport organizer. They're easy to work with and usually get the job done on time. But I've had two problems. One was taken care of where the driver caused damage. And the last one I got, the car above it leaked oil all over it. I just brushed it off and that's okay. I know that's not ShipYourCarNow's fault but they need to watch it. Things are out of their control so much that it's too bad.

    The last one was a non-running car that I had to go to find a wrecking yard that had a forklift to lift it off, which cost me $60 more. If the guy put it on top, it could have rolled off. He should have used more situational awareness, i.e. the car put in the wrong place on the trailer. I couldn't even roll it off. Copart will put them on with a forklift. So, he just put it in a way which was easy for him and didn't consider the customer. If he had thought ahead, he would have thought that the car doesn't start and he'd have to get it off for me. It would have been quicker for him and easier to roll it off and get on the road for his next stop. But other than that, I've always had a good experience.

    I bought a car at Indiana and need it shipped to Louisiana. The first rep I talked to from a different company was a nightmare and he still has my money. He got arrogant because he was promising something and he wasn't delivering. I told him to refund my deposit because that's a breach of contract.     ShipYourCarNow seems to be very knowledgeable about the industry. The whole process was something that I had never gone through before. They were responsive and sensitive to my concerns about the price because I had been calling around getting some different quotes which was what made me decide to go with them. It was a more personal experience. When I was thinking about shipping my expensive car, I needed a little bit more than an email. ShipYourCarNow gave a follow up call where everybody else just sent in an email. Their quote was also fair compared to some of the other ones that I had gotten. As soon as I got a hold of ShipYourCarNow, I started talking with Isaac. The first car we shipped was a '31 Chevy Coupe. I told him all the details on it and he got back within a couple of hours and told me the price. I searched around, it was the cheapest and it went through. It didn't move $1 over or under the price. They were right where he said it would be.

    They contract out to to different shipping companies and we had three. The guy who shipped the frame had a flatbed trailer and the other two were big double decker car haulers. All of them were great. It took no longer than a week on all of them to deliver and the shortest one probably took four days. ShipYourCarNow is very fast with their work.

    I needed to ship a car from Pennsylvania to California. ShipYourCarNow was the only one that would guarantee that the price wouldn’t go up after I got a quote from them. The quote given was higher than expected, but it was a fair price because it was somewhere in the average of the other quotes that I got. The other reason that the benefit of going with that company was it was the only one that I could find that would allow me to put the whole amount on a credit card. The others I have to pay a deposit which was really the agency’s fee and then I have to pay the driver cash or a cashier's check upon delivery.

    My conversations that came across with the organizer were honest and sincere, but I didn’t trust the final word that the price wouldn’t go up based on my other conversation with the other companies and reading a lot of reviews. ShipYourCarNow had mixed reviews, too. Mostly, they were good, but there were few that were really bad. Based on that, I had to talk to them several times to change certain wording at least in the email that said the price will guarantee not to go up.

    The driver called me when he was ready and was very professional and I had no issues at all. He did everything he said. The timing was perfect. They said it was going to be four to six days and it came in in five days, so I was very happy with that because I was expecting based on what I read online that it would take a lot longer. It was just a positive experience all the way through because they were true to their word and the communication was excellent.
