I was purchasing a business vehicle as a grooming van so it has a conversion package on it that I can’t get locally. Honestly, all the transport companies sounded like a bunch of sleazes but I just went for it. And my instinct on that was not wrong. Initially, the transport organizer was nice, personable and seemed fairly honest who genuinely wants to help me. He talked to me a little bit about his dogs, because I was telling him about how it’s a dog-grooming van. But I had a couple of red flags from the beginning. And then as things went on, it just spiraled downhill.

I bought my vehicle and I didn't want to go get it myself, so I shipped it through ShipYourCarNow. Their rep was a really nice guy when I talked to him and their price was right, too. They also did exactly what they were supposed to do and delivered it when they said they were gonna do it. They took care of me and I was thrilled to death. Everything worked out great.

I had two vehicles that were passed on to me from a father that had passed away so I was trying to get them shipped up to where I live up in Washington State. After speaking with a couple of different people, the ShipYourCarNow guy who I was dealing with seemed more than helpful. The one who did the reservation was excellent, however, there was a little bit of an issue. But when the guy came, he asked if I was going to pay another $100 because my trunk was full of stuff. The inside was totally empty except for the trunk. I argued with him and finally he gave up and I didn't pay him. He tried to take extra $100 and I had to call the guy who did the reservation who had to talk to him before he said okay. Also, they delivered the car after midnight and I had to stay up all night for that.

ShipYourCarNow was the only company that offered me a reasonable price for an enclosed carrier versus an open carrier. My transport organizer was very nice and was able to answer almost all of my questions and was available whenever I needed to get in touch with him. The driver came much earlier than I expected and then much later than I expected my car to arrive. I was not really happy with not knowing when I was going to get my car or when it would arrive but he was a very nice person.

We were moving and I was able to confirm that ShipYourCarNow was a reputable company through the Consumer Affairs website. However, Matson had an issue trying to secure a truck which delayed my car getting here a few days. But other than that, my experience with them has been brilliant.

A lot of the companies seem very sore or maybe even a little rude like when I was talking to the transfer directly and they’re not exactly customer service friendly. But the ShipYourCarNow rep was good, friendly, and answered my phone calls any day I called. The driver picked up the car a couple of days late but that was because of weather which was beyond his control up there in the North East. Other than that, it was easy and I got my car super-fast so that’s good.

ShipYourCarNow did a good job. I have sciatica and I cannot drive long, so I needed my car shipped. I received my car with perfect condition. I liked their service and they delivered the car the next day. The driver waited for me because I do not have money order so I went to Walmart but their money order machine broke. He was so patient and understandable. Next time when I move my car again, I can recommend ShipYourCarNow to somebody because they are good.

Also, the guy who picked up the car was nice. However, they were supposed to take the car to my grandson but they waited a couple of days before they went over where they dropped it off and take it. Then Wayne fixed things for the guy to drive the car to where my grandson was and everything went okay. We recommended ShipYourCarNow to someone in Palm Springs where they used them to ship a car to the same place too.

I was quoted one rate but later told a different one. And I was telling them that I was quoted one rate for which they made me sign a contract but the guy said that I can sign the contract but the price may vary and that it's contingent upon the driver. Then the driver told me it's much lower and gave me a receipt for it.

And when I spoke to the actual representative as far as the administrative aspect and for the ease of the move and the convenience, I said I'll book with them. My interactions with their reps were fine, but when my car was actually being driven onto the loader from California to Florida, the driver couldn’t really operate the loader very well. He wedged my car into the loader and got stuck with my rear wheels off the loader floor. My car was at a 30-degree angle wedged into the loader. Then he tried going forward and backward and couldn’t get it out. He then gunned it and got it out and scraped almost half of my car, damaged my roof rack.

However, they should let people know and make it clear what they are paying for so that there won't be any kind of misunderstanding. I buy cars out of state and ShipYourCarNow never explained the details of the shipment terms all the way up. They told me it will cost $700 and to pay $200 upfront, so my impression was that I was going to pay $700. But when the carrier driver came he told me to pay $700. When I talked to the broker he told me the extra was his fee. He never explained that at first and it's deceitful to do that.

ShipYourCarNow quoted me five days, but it took seven days. It was still within reason, though. On the whole, it was excellent. I'm going to call then again because we're looking into shipping my son's car from California to Tennessee and doing it in advance because of delays and stuff like that.
