Zero stars, zero customer service, zero accountability, zero care for your vehicle! Do not use this company or Todd ** if you care about your vehicle! They are completely careless and they will twist facts to suit them and keep them out of any responsibility. We will be seeking legal action for the damage caused to our BMW. Looking forward to their rebuttal of lies to follow!

My SUV was picked up in Las Vegas, NV with the license plate clearly on the vehicle from the pictures the driver took upon pickup. When my SUV was delivered to Mishawaka, IN, the license plate is clearly NOT on the vehicle from the pictures the driver took upon delivery. My car was delivered 3 weeks prior to my arrival in Mishawaka, IN. I did not notice the license plate was STOLEN until I had been driving the car for week. I reached out to Team Alex via text and they reached out to the driver to inquire about the removal of the license plate. The driver denied removing the plate. I then requested video and/or pictures to confirm the driver's response. When Team Alex sent me the photos, they commented that they did not see the plate on the vehicle at pick up. I reviewed the pictures and it is blatantly obvious that the license plate is on the vehicle at the time of pick up and NOT on the vehicle at the time of drop off.

I would rate -0 0 0 0 0 if possible. Vehicle was damaged during transport. Before/After pictures were provided and notated on bill of lading. They are not taking responsibility and referred us to the driver that never responds. They do NOT take care of you. Shop elsewhere.

Having been in the household moving industry for 30 years, I had knowledge of what would take place when I decided to ship my current automobile from New Jersey to my Daughter in Springfield, Missouri. Todd ** @ Ship Your Car Now in Boca Raton 954-271-0287 or 888-532-8805 was my 2nd choice as the first pick in Ohio left me high and dry when a driver back out after telling me she had secured one and never told me it was NOT TO BE!

Happy, reliable, responsible company! Everything they told me they did and on time, both pickup and delivery! Evan was a dream to work with explaining everything with honesty! My Son is in the Airforce and now has his truck on base and is super grateful! God bless America 🇺🇸.🙏

WARNING! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Jody from ShipYourCarNow called my phone and called me a liar. He originally quoted me 1950 to move my RV and wanted me to pay upfront. I was tight on funds didn't have the money until a future date and I explained that so I told him I wanted to wait to make a decision. He was fine with that. I also got quotes from PullupandGo LLC (highly recommended!!!!) on UShip for $1000 and he had awesome reviews. So logically I went with the more economical choice.

Careful! This company will take your money and no show for the pickup without any follow up. When we called, they claimed mechanical issues and gave no further effort to do the service. This was a time sensitive pick up and they agreed to do the service within that time. They made no effort to complete the service after their first no show and when we cancelled and wanted our money back, they said no. Their contract says no refunds for mechanical issues. I have no proof that there was a mechanical issue at all. THIS IS A SCAM!

I highly recommend using Ship Your Car Now as they provide excellent services. Initially I was unsure, I took a chance and searched for a company to transport my car from Florida to New York. Mr. ** was instrumental in arranging everything and the driver displayed great professionalism. I am happy to have spent my money on this service. Thank you.

Terrible Experience – Damaged My Brand-New Jeep and Took No Responsibility. I had an awful experience with ShipYourCarNow transporting my brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler. When the vehicle was delivered, it had clear and noticeable dents and scratches—damage that was absolutely not present prior to shipment. I documented the vehicle before transport, so there was no question about the condition it left in.

I purchased a new Lexus and Ship Your Car Now was hired to deliver it. It arrived with damage. They acknowledged the damage but refused to take responsibility. I am very disappointed that I purchased a new vehicle and it arrived with damage and Ship Your Car Now did not care and would not take responsibility!!

Fantastic service start to finish. They arrived on time and the vehicle was shipped on time. I have shipped my car with other carriers, and I have to say, they are without a doubt the best. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car shipping services.

Do not use them. Do not use team Alex. They damaged my car and won't pay for it. They admitted to damages and will not fix it. On top of that the delivery was a disaster. If you value your property do. Not. Use. Team. Alex. Got my car back scratched. Covered in rocks and the hood dented!!

They took my $100,000, 33-foot-long cruiser yachts and my 6050$ transportation fees. and I never saw my boat or my money!! That was in January 2020. I am still trying to get my boat and money from them.

I have used ShipYourCarNow on two different occasions. The first was about 3 years ago and the second was about 10 days ago. 3 years ago, the first time, I called the company number and was able to work with Gary W. who helped ease my anxiety by not only explaining the process but remained connected with me throughout from his direct line by phone and text. My car went from Eastern UsA all the way to Hawaii within 10 days. A little over 10 days ago, I called Shipyourcarnow to make another shipment, and then remembered I had Gary's direct number saved on my phone # **. I contacted Gary who was able to get my car picked up within 2 days of calling and my car was delivered in about 8 days.

First of all the gentlemen you're going to deal with is the absolute opposite of what customer service stands for (he has some kind of accent). He was rude, not helpful, and they were scheduled to pick up my vehicle last Friday. No one arrived, no one called, and no one had an idea what was going on. I originally went through ShipYourCar, who broker the deal through Uscanadatransport. Avoid both of these companies, luckily it's on my Amex because I'm filing this as fraud.

It took them 3 days to get my car half way across the nation. I mean it took like 4 days to find a driver but once they did my experience was good. I got a call 24 hrs before and 30 min before arrival. Very good communication. I was super worried but it worked out will use them again.

I was charged $550 to ship a pick up truck from Port Richey FL to Miami FL. Way overpriced and the tow driver was very impatient when he got to the destination and documents were delayed for about 15 minutes. Service not good. Questions not answered and way overpriced.

Ron and Abe talked to me and set me up. Quoted me a fair price. Fabio was the driver. They all kept me informed all the way! Told me what and when to expect. Followed up regularly until car was set to ship. Arrived in perfect condition!

This company is so dishonest and deceitful. I had my Jeep shipped from Florida to New Hampshire and this company hired some incompetent driver from Royal Auto Transport to ship my Jeep and they drove it 95 miles and it had a dent on the passenger side above the windshield when they dropped it off. ShipYourCarNow doesn't feel it is their responsibility to pay for the damage. They wouldn't file a claim with their insurance company. They told me to claim it on my insurance and they told me to file a claim with Royal Transport knowing they have a 2500.00 deductible so they wouldn't file the claim either. Every time I called them they were so rude and told me they weren't going to help me and go call a lawyer. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Set up moving two vehicles from Florida to Pennsylvania one month prior to my move date. It came down to the wire one day prior to my move and these guys told me that I still had no carrier to move my vehicles. They'll give you the runaround and tell you “it can take up to 1 to 2 days prior to your move date to find a carrier, just be patient.” Well the day before my move a carrier still had not been assigned. When they realized I had no one to move my vehicles they came up with an excuse saying that maybe they put my bid/quote too low and nobody wanted to transport or some other BS. Either way it left me in a huge bind and had to seek another company’s help last minute which cost me a fortune to get my vehicle shipped in time. Would not recommend this company. Terrible experience.

This company is the worst. I have never dealt with a worse company. They were late to pick up my brand new Tesla model X. Upon arrival the driver Mike was rushing to put the car on the truck. I told him that the car above it was sitting very low. He assured me that it would be fine. It wasn't. The car went from New Jersey to California. Arrival in California was a disaster. He couldn't bring the truck on the block for some reason. When I have had other car deliveries before. He drove my car from a block away. Delivered it in a rainstorm and late at night and rushed me to sign the paper. The next day I walked outside to see that the glass on my roof was destroyed on my brand new Tesla.

I spoke with Joseph “Joe” ** today, asking him to remove my car from the broker marketplace. He went back and forth me for about 3 minutes asking me what broker I decided to use. When I did not provide the information He raised his voice at me and called me an “IGNORANT **” then gloated that he “shut me up”. I will be reporting this to his manager! Many terrible reviews on Yelp! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was buying a vehicle and I had to get it shipped out as soon as possible. I looked at four different transport companies before deciding to go with ShipYourCarNow. They transported it across a couple of states. The timeframe of the transport and the interaction with the driver were fine. The rep that I worked with was good. However, the actual quote that they gave me was high. It was $2,720 and that was what I had to pay in the end.

Shipped my car from FL. It arrived with dents, tank empty and 370 miles MORE on the odometer. The carrier they sent to my house used my car before it went on the ship and ShipYourCarNow doesn't care.

I was moving out of St. Louis, Missouri and I had my car shipped from there to Florida. ShipYourCarNow has good ratings on the internet and I had very positive interactions with the reps. They answered all my question and they were timely in everything. The quote I was given was fine and the actual transport took five days. They picked up the car on a Saturday from St. Louis and delivered on Tuesday the following week in Longboat Key, which is several thousand miles. This was the first car I ever shipped and the cost of service was very reasonable. In general, I was pleased with the services that ShipYourCarNow provided. They had worked at what they were supposed to do.

I found Todd with ShipYourCarNow at random but I lucked out. I had 5 cars to get from California to Texas. Though not million-dollar cars, all of them, in my opinion high-end. Two restored classic Rolls Royce’s, a tricked-out Mustang and Tbird and a 23-foot-long 1969 Lincoln Limousine. They needed to go all at different times in enclosed carriers. Todd arranged everything and met my budget and service expectations, Every driver was professional. There was an extra challenge here, finding a carrier with the right kind of truck for the Lincoln, since some couldn’t get it in or out because of the wheelbase overhang. It took a while but Todd found someone and it went perfectly (and didn’t cost an arm and a leg since it takes up more room). When people do their “regular” job well, I expect that. Business people like Todd shine when they solve those unusual problems that arise like this. Todd excels at what he does and was well worth his cost.

We couldn't drive our Nissan Leaf which is an electric car from Nashville to Hawaii and I looked at six transport companies. The pricing was quite similar and they were all competitive but ShipYourCarNow was a tiny bit less. I also looked on Yelp and there were a lot of favorable comments on them. Todd, the gentleman that I happened to touch base with, had tons of amazing comments and I could agree with them that he did a wonderful job. He was extremely knowledgeable and always available. Todd was even on vacation and was still checking in with us.

I bought a 1988 Pontiac Fiero off of eBay and it was in Florida. I didn't wanna go down there, get it and put on the miles while driving it back. It was just cheap to have it shipped here by somebody else. The person I bought it from had a friend that works for ShipYourCarNow. They set it up and told me who to call. I called the representative and then about a week and a half later, he called me back and said that he had a driver. I was told that they would be there in about three days and I said okay. It took close to two weeks for me to get the car but the representative had told me that if I would wait on the driver, it would be a little bit cheaper. I wasn’t even in a real big hurry.

I'm a sales manager at a car dealership and I use ShipYourCarNow all the time. They sent us some flyers and we gave them a shot, and it worked out with them. I've called the owner of the company, Alex Lopez, directly when I needed him and he answered the phone. Dealing with him has been simple. If he made an error, he made it right. For the most part, the drivers have been doing a good job. Everything has been taken care of and Alex has been on top of it.

My friend gave me a reference when I needed to transport my vehicle from Chicago to Orlando. They shipped with ShipYourCarNow before, so I got the number. I was very interested when I interacted with the reps and we had a very nice interactions. The quote they gave was okay too. The transport took about 5 days and the delivery team delivered my vehicle on the estimated time they gave. ShipYourCarNow's quality of service was good and my overall experience with them was nice. I will use them again as well as surely recommend them.

We were shipping our 1971 BMW to a car festival 1,600 miles away. I looked at one other transport company, but ShipYourCarNow was able to get me a delivery date that was close to what we wanted so we chose to go with them. The rep, Yvonne, was great. But everything else beyond that, except when we dealt with the insurance, was a disaster. Bill, the trucker, damaged the car so we're in the process of getting estimates for its repair and getting it fixed. But there are parts that we can't find. Also, Bill lied to us. We found out that he tried to fix the damage. Besides that, someone dropped a cigarette butt into one of the bags in the back, which burned a hole into the luggage.

We use ShipYourCarNow all the time for transport of car and they're overly good so I would definitely recommend them. They're usually reasonable on the price and you get what you pay for. The process is easy as well. I tell them when I need the car picked up and their reps are always really responsive. This time, I needed to purchase a vehicle and ship it from California to Florida. When the car arrived, the driver unloaded it, gave me the keys and gave me everything to sign. Then I paid for it and that was it. It was simple. The driver was really nice too.

I made a call to somebody else but they were really blasé and nonplussed. Then I called ShipYourCarNow and the lady was so nice and helpful. I got a quote but I didn't confirm with her because I didn't know what my plans were. But I let it get away from me then two weeks before I needed it done, I called her up and she did her best to match the quote price. But she couldn't find anybody to take the car. She did everything she could to get it done though.

I was moving from California to Texas. I looked into three or four transport companies and I settled on ShipYourCarNow due to their immediate response and they were willing to do it immediately. I was talking to their agent and he was really honest about the timeline, the cost, and the process. Also, he kept me posted on the progress. And within one day and a few hours, they had a shipper already. However, the quote changed after the driver corresponded because there were a lot of demands and it increased about 20%. The shipment took four days which was expected and they delivered the vehicle directly at home.

Working with ShipYourCarNow's rep was good. The rep was informative and it was easy to get answers from him quickly. I had to transport my vehicle from Phoenix to Fort Worth and their company gave me a quote that was expected for the length of the move. During the transport, I was in contact with the driver of the truck as well as the company. However, there were coordination problems about the delivery. It sounded like the driver had a flat tire and some emergencies that took him out of his scheduled timeline. I had to call and get an update on that instead of them notifying me which was a bit difficult. Still, I just waited a day and my vehicle was delivered without any damage on it. Overall, ShipYourCarNow was pretty reliable.
