Somebody recommended ShipYourCarNow for me and their quote was good because after I researched they were the cheapest one that I could get on the phone. I had my car delivered from New Jersey to California and it went very well. The only thing was my car was shipped 7:00 in the morning and that was really early. I was expecting that they will come in the afternoon. I had to run around without a car.

I had a breakdown and I needed to bring my vehicle back to New York from North Carolina. I put a request out there when I was on the transportation network and I started getting quotes from different people. I chose ShipYourCarNow for a couple different reasons. I had good interactions with the transport organizer. He did a decent job communicating back and forth. I ended up paying higher than the initial quote but it wasn’t his fault. It’s the nature of the business to use the quote and then we agree on it. But it’s going to wind up going up because everybody is going to come up with whatever excuses they have about not being able to do it.

ShipYourCarNow had better references compared to other places. The first guy I talked to was excellent. He went through all of the steps, what was going to happen and what I needed to do. Also, the driver was nice and he did a wonderful job. My daughter inherited a truck from her grandfather and needed it to be transferred across the country. I told the driver to contact my daughter to tell her where he was at to make sure she was there when he got there. He updated how far out he was and my daughter knew exactly where he was going. I talked to my daughter and she told me the truck got there and also said it went wonderfully. Overall, it worked out well.

I was moving cross country and I know most shippers can scam me, but ShipYourCarNow seemed reliable, and had some ratings and reviews, so I chose them. Their transport organizer was pretty functional to reach out to. I also had a brief but good interaction with the carrier driver. I’d recommend ShipYourCarNow to a friend.

ShipYourCarNow had a fair price and the transport organizer was excellent. He was very responsive, kept in touch, and worked with me well. The delivery went fine and I had no problems but I wasn't aware exactly when the driver was going to be here. I was told I would get called before my vehicle got here but I didn’t get a call. That was one thing. I just happened to be off from work that day and I heard him knock at the door. If I wasn’t here then that would have been an issue. Nevertheless, everything went pretty well. I would recommend and would use ShipYouCarNow again.

I was physically in New Hampshire, my car was in New York and I needed my car shipped out from California to New Hampshire. ShipYourCarNow was very persistent and was fast and the quote I was given was fair. I paid exactly what they told me. The organizer was very helpful as well. He answered my questions and text messages. We didn’t have a cashier’s check or cash on me on the pick-up day and he figured it out that I can use my credit card which saved me. He was supposedly scheduled on that one day and he called to ask if it’s okay if he could come the following day which was fine. The process took three weeks which has been easy and positive.

The day of the pickup and delivery, the driver was knowledgeable and very careful in loading and unloading the vehicle. The entire process took at least six days. They helped relieve a burden off my shoulder and I recommended the company and Sean to my cousin because he’s relocating from Fresno to Ohio. I also deal with motor fleets and will be looking to transport some vehicles in the near future and ShipYourCarNow is one of the companies that I will be considering.

I wanted to send a vehicle that was a gift to my son and I called for a few different quotes. ShipYourCarNow was the cheapest one and their timing was great too. They said they could come pick it up the next day and they would be deliver in a day or two. The driver also said he was gonna call a couple of hours before and after a certain time and he did. Indeed, the transport only took about two days from the time the car was picked up but one of the fenders on the rear tire fell off. My son talked to the guy and the guy said that he was responsible. But when we called his personal number, he said that he wasn't responsible and that the wind might have blown it off. Other than that, everything was great and it was an amazing and fair experience.

When they were about to deliver the car, they made the proper phone calls and alerted the ones receiving the car that they will come and that they will be in the area. They've got a good service. No delay, no bad attitude. Everything went well.

I’ve used ShipYourCarNow before and I have been using them since the organizer kept up with what’s going on. They’re very quick as compared to other transport companies. The carrier drivers had been really good and I’ve had seven cars delivered. They’ve done a pretty good job since they are a broker. They screen who they work with over the years because there are so many of shippers who are not so good or doing damage to the car. I have recommended them.

And whenever I got to talk to the dispatcher of the company that actually picked the car up, I was told that what Ray told me was never discussed with them.

A lot of the other companies had bad reviews suggesting that there were quality control issues. Also, ShipYourCarNow seemed to be highly regarded in terms of its ability to get the car where and when they said they could and in the condition they said they would. The quote that I was given was exactly what I ended up paying but it was almost $300 more expensive than other places were willing to quote me. The person who handled my call seems professional and responsive to what I needed. When the car was delivered, the carrier driver was courteous and arrived when he said he would.

We did have to work two or three times on callbacks and the process got done right away. She didn’t drop the ball and she did a really good job for me. The transport experience went fine. I wasn’t home then so I let my mother handle it. It's a non-op vehicle and it took three men to load it. They loaded up and I never heard from the party at the other end.

I've done business with ShipYourCarNow a few times and I understand how they work. I pay ShipYourCarNow a certain fee through a credit card and then I pay the driver when they deliver. That's how the fees are determined. But my last experience with ShipYourCarNow wasn't good. Before I decided to ship my most recent vehicle, I talked to the broker that I worked with and he was going to help me out. We agreed with that I would be charged $800 from the brokerage company and that would be the max every time I ship a car. I'm trying to save on the overall shipping and they have done that in the past. The manager also got involved and assured me that it was going to happen. Otherwise, I have other brokers that could work with me. I wanted transparency in this case and they agreed to give that to me.

It was cheaper than renting a U-Haul and trying to do it myself. It was a great experience and I would do it again.

I called them back a couple of times and they said they have an order to process. But until today, I haven't heard anything from them. It was the first time I used ShipYourCarNow and I had a very bad experience. I will never try them again and I definitely would not recommend them.

They've been pleasant to deal with and we've been using them for at least two years now. They'd give us copies of all the paperwork and everything that they have so we get a duplicate for the records. They've also been very good at communicating with us and getting issues resolved when a driver has a delay from a flat tire or mechanical issue. When they say they're going to do something, they'll get it done. Their prices have been very fair as well. We usually work with Tommy, one of the brokers that we use.
