We have a lot of clients that are from out of state, and ShipYourCarNow helps us ship them their car. We coordinate with ShipYourCarNow, and the client pays for their services. ShipYourCarNow is very efficient, quick, and they have a very fair pricing, too. So, everything's been great.

I buy vehicles from different states, bring them to Atlanta, then I send them to other countries. I got a good deal with ShipYourCarNow so I used them and my interaction with their transport organizer was very good. I always call one guy and I like him. Also, the communication with the drivers was great. I spoke with them before they came to get the car and they called me when they were already with the car. And when they were the middle of the road, sometimes they called to let me know where they were. Using ShipYourCarNow was a good experience.

I got relocated from Denver, Colorado to Dallas, Texas. I didn't want to drive so I just had to use ShipYourCar. It was amazing. The price was fair and it was reasonable. So, I just decided to go with it. I went online, then found them and gave them a call because I was in a hurry. It was last minute. The carrier driver was straightforward. He told me what time he's going to be there. I gave him my number, he gave me his number. He was in contact with me. When he was an hour away, he sent me a text. He told me his location. He was pretty professional with everything.

I wanted the car to be picked up and delivered on the next day and they agreed to it. The good thing was they told me it would take two to three days, but they delivered it on the next day. And it was good for me because I just landed, and then within one hour, I had my vehicle. When the driver came, somebody called and he was outside. I haven't had his number so he stopped there. I just went and talked to him. Then he took my car and gave me a receipt. Overall, I was happy with the service. Although it was a last-minute deal, it was prompt and precise.

I bought a car up in Michigan and I needed it shipped down here to Florida. I looked at a bunch of companies and after reading a lot of reviews, I took a chance with ShipYourCarNow. When I spoke to their guy on the phone a couple of times to set up the transport, he was very informative and it sounded like a good deal. Their carrier driver was great, too. My car was delivered as promised, in fact a little faster that I even thought. He could have done a better job staying in contact and letting me know what his schedule was, but things worked out very well with him. The whole process took four days at best. I was afraid at first, but it all turned out great.

My vehicle was with my parents and I wanted to ship it up here. So I just looked ShipYourCarNow up on the internet and they gave me a quote. I thought the quote given to me was going to be more. I was actually happy what it was. So everything was okay at first. But once my car was shipped, there was an accident and a Stemi truck caught fire. Nobody was hurt and my car was fine, but my keys were destroyed.

If he needed more money, that was okay, but he was a cutthroat. I ended up paying him some money. I reported what happened to ShipYourCarNow and I expected at least some feedback but nothing happened. The whole experience with them had some good and bad, but I will never recommend the driver or mover to others.

I had a niece who had used ShipYourCarNow. She was happy with them and she referred us to them. The free quote seemed a little bit high but since they were recommended, we went with them. I had seen other quotes that were a little lower but we wanted to go with somebody who has been recommended by someone we trust. The transport organizer was very responsive and the driver was really helpful. It was a very small residential area and the driver has a gigantic truck but he did what he needed to do to get the car. He went out of his way and he took care of it. They have been on time and they delivered when they said they would and the price quote was accurate. All of it was good.

ShipYourCarNow had a reasonable price and I used them twice. ShipYourCarNow gets different drivers. I had a terrible driver the first time and a good driver the second time. The first driver called and said he’ll be here at 8:00 o'clock on Wednesday. Then he calls and says that he can't make it until 8:00 o'clock at night. I told him it was too late and to come the next day. He was really bad and it was a mess. He couldn't find the place and he came in the middle of the night. He also had to park a mile away so I had to take a taxi to the place. The transport organizer try their best in getting various drivers but it’s out of their hands after the drivers picks up the car. It depends on the drivers and what their schedule is. Sometimes they put too many cars on or they don't plan their trips right and almost never arrive on time.

I was moving and ShipYourCarNow was the only one that could get my three vehicles to Florida in time. I booked over the phone and the broker sucked. He originally quoted me $100. I told him, "What the hell is $100?" I was pissed! He promised me that my car would be picked up on the day I was moving, but no one was there to pick it up. He told me if I gave them more money, he can have it picked up. I asked, "Why didn't you tell me? Now you want more money. We agreed on a price. We have a contract."

I wanted to ship my vehicle to my uncle out of state. The ShipYourCarNow guy that called me back was very funny and customer-service oriented so I chose them. He told me what he was going to charge and he was more reasonable than the other full-time companies. Also, when the transport organizer came to pick us, he told me not to worry about the transport and that he was going to make sure there were no damages.

I was moving and got my vehicle shipped through ShipYourCarNow. Their rep called me, goaded me a bit but made the fee more feasible. Their broker was good, but their finder fee was a little high compared to what the actual drivers got. There were issues with traveling to New Mexico, which required different permits and paperwork that took days to get. They got held up for three days, so it took a week to have my vehicle instead of two days. Part of it was my fault since I didn’t know I couldn’t have a gun in there and I had all my guns in it. The inspection officer saw the guns, so they had to file for a permit to carry them across and pick up the VOP from there. I was aware of what happened and we were in contact, but it was out of the driver’s hands.

My family and I were moving to Alaska from Michigan and decided to use ShipYourCarNow. The agent I worked with was AMAZING! Mark ** treated me as if I were family. He walked me through every aspect answering ALL of my questions (sometimes even twice). From beginning to end it was a smooth easy process. No hidden costs or fees. Mark ** had me covered. Keeping me informed and checking in with me. My vehicle was picked up at my home in a very timely manner and delivered to its destination perfectly. I had full access to the shippers, drivers and tracking of my vehicle. I would STRONGLY recommend ShipYourCarNow for anyone who needs to ship their vehicle. They have the best customer service I have seen in a really LONG time.

I had shipped a car from Ohio through ShipYourCarNow and it was a catastrophe. I will never ever use them. They told me it was going to be picked up on this certain day but they didn’t come. Then the next day, they said they would be there by 1:00 o’clock pm but they didn’t show up. The next day, it’s going to be 4:00 o’clock and they didn’t show up again. The next day, it’s going to be 7:00 o’clock then they didn’t show up too. They ended up coming at 1:30 to 2:00 am. A different driver came to pick the truck up so when the original driver showed up at 4:00 am to pick it up, it was gone. Nobody called so we thought the truck had been stolen and ShipYourCarNow still took my money. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They were unprofessional.

We were a little frustrated with ShipYourCarNow. We went online and looked at a lot of reviews for them. There were a few that had said negative things but in general, they were very good so we went with them. Also, we've had several different quotes and theirs was in the middle. But when it came time to ship our car, which we left in Maryland, their rep kept telling us that they couldn't find somebody for us and that he had to raise our prices. After that, he found somebody almost immediately. We felt like he did a bait-and-switch with us. They were very nice before we made the choices and afterward, they were ready to be done with us. The complication was that it was over Fourth of July at the time. We had made a change because we were trying to find someone to accept the car while we were traveling. The rep then made a lot of excuses but he made it seem like it was all our fault.

My mom gave me a car and I used ShipYourCarNow to ship it from Delaware to here. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of the delivery, the driver handed me the car and the key. It was very quick. The whole process took about a week and it was an excellent service.

They don't accept a bid unless the price is right for everybody. They are a reputable company with insurance.

He checked the address for where the car was going to be delivered and set up the time. On the day of delivery, he called to say that he was a few minutes away. I thought I’d be safer with them so I decided to hire them and went with a higher quote. I called the organizer and left a couple of messages. He got back with me once and I couldn’t answer it. We went back and forth and he answered my questions. The driver was great. He called on a Sunday and told me where he was. I drove the car down and we conversed for quite a while. He reassured me that the car would be okay and pulled through what he said he was going to do.

ShipYourCarNow was amazing. They were perfectly on time, the money was perfect and they kept us informed all the way through. Everything including pick-up and delivery dates was good.

I was moving from Massachusetts to the State of Washington so I needed my car shipped. ShipYourCarNow had an early pickup date and the price seemed reasonable so I went with them. Setting up the initial transport over the phone was fine but I wasn't happy when they picked up my car to when I got it. They said they were going to pick it up on the 5th which was a Saturday but they ended up picking it on the 10th. When I signed up, they said that they could deliver it to me anytime. But when they called me and they said they were ready to give it to me, they said they couldn’t do it on the weekends and they couldn’t do it after 5:00 PM either. They didn’t mention that when I signed up with them. I have to work so it had to be early in the morning at 5:30 AM.

I've used ShipYourCarNow before so I called and booked them again when I needed to ship my car a month and half ago because I bought a house down in Florida. The person I talked to was great as well as the driver. Everything was fine.

I had a horrible experience with ShipYourCarNow. They botched the delivery, it was late, the car got damaged and I'm currently, potentially, looking into a lawsuit. I purchased a car from a dealership in Florida. ShipYourCarNow got recommended by one of the sales reps, who apparently had a connection with one of their employees, and the dealer had already been shipping cars through them. The car was paid for with closed transport and the whole premise was, that by paying a little bit more for closed transport, that the car would be the way that it was picked up and wouldn't be exposed to the elements. The car was delivered and it looked like it went through a sandstorm because the truck that they used for transportation needed repairs. And so, that also delayed them. There was poor communication and they told me it was going to be delivered but the truck driver did not show up until a day or two later.

We have many facilities around the US and we have many vehicles and other equipment within our company structure. If we have a piece of equipment that fails in one place then I need to move something to fill that need and that's a constant thing for us. For that need, I use ShipYourCarNow quite often. Their response time and rates are more reasonable. And the communication is much better than others that I've attempted to use before. I'd send ShipYourCarNow an email and ask them for a quote and they'll give me an email response back. They give me the best price and if I need the shipping sped up, it's going to cost me more and they let me know that beforehand.

I had an excellent experience with ShipYourCarNow and they did a great job bringing my car to Florida since we were moving from New York. We got their phone number from somebody and they had shipped a car once before for us. They guessed the price and their transport organizer and the driver were good. They were able to transport my car in just a couple of days. I’d recommend them to my friends.

I use ShipYourCarNow a lot. I ship back and forth to college, and I have old cars that I ship from our cabin in Minnesota to our house in California. Initially, I looked up at different transport companies and I was looking for an enclosed carrier since I have a 62 Chevy Impala, a Super Sport. It's a high-value car and I didn't want it on an outside, non-enclosed carrier. At that time, ShipYourCarNow was called the top-ranked auto transport. So, I used them and I continued to use them since then. They picked up the car, they went where I needed them to go and it got there perfectly. It worked out great. They always give me a quote. I'm not tied to it until I say I need to get it done. I have a Mustang that I want it to get back to Minnesota so I should call them.

Everything worked out with ShipYourCarNow. The people we spoke with were super helpful and timely. We shopped around and ShipYourCarNow was the one that was able to help us the quickest. But the truck broke down, so my boss had to get an Uber an hour and a half away to pick up the car. That was the only thing that was not ideal. He was only in California for a day and a half and spent half of the day going to pick up the car. Except for that, it was an easy experience with ShipYourCarNow.

The organizer was very good and fairly responsive, but the difficulty was with getting the date and time that the car would be picked up and dropped off. ShipYourCarNow provided good and quick service, however, I suggest they lower their cost.

ShipYourCarNow's transport organizer was very good and persistent. He gave me all the information I needed. The pricing was good and favorable too. I felt comfortable to work with him so I had them ship the vehicle that my daughter stopped using in Dallas and brought it home. The carrier driver gave me a call when he was close to my home and I went and paid him when I received the vehicle. The delivery was timely as it only took about three days from picking up the vehicle to having it delivered.

I called the transport people and they tried to find him.

They set up a time and they were flexible so I thought it was going to be a good experience. They picked up the car in Brooklyn, New York on a Monday and they said that it would be in Miami, Florida on a Thursday. However, Thursday came and went and we still haven't heard from the driver. We had our aunt call off from work because my mom wasn't there. The driver didn't show up until Saturday.

My experience with ShipYourCarNow was not good. They charged me one amount to ship my Corvette and then another amount to ship a customized motorcycle. The motorcycle amount kept on increasing which I agreed to since I understood that it was a different type of vehicle and that it was custom. The guy I spoke to told me that the increase was going to be $400 but when I got the bill it was $500. He said that it was because of the customization. I wasn’t happy about it being a $100 more than what he said it was going to be. When it was all said and done, I paid all that extra money to have the motorcycle shipped and they couldn’t ship it. So, I still don’t have the motorcycle and according to them, they couldn’t find a vehicle that could ship the motorcycle. It only takes a flat standard tandem trailer for them to do that shipment.

I picked ShipYourCarNow to ship my car to California from Fort Lauderdale after I went online and saw that they had a good rating. We did everything on the phone and they did what they promised me. They were good. During the delivery, the driver contacted me from San Diego and told me that they would be arriving within the next few hours. I told them that it would be better if they deliver the car to Orange County because I was there on the delivery date and they brought the car to where I was. The car was delivered in very good condition and I paid exactly what I was quoted.

One of my vehicles was a sports car and the other one was for my daily drive. I would use ShipYourCarNow again and I would recommend them to friends and family.

We did some comparison and picked ShipYourCarNow to ship a vehicle that I purchased. It was long distance, from coast to cost, and their quote was competitive. I talked to a lady and she was really nice. She kept me informed and then I was able to meet the driver when they delivered the vehicle. He was a really great guy. He was just really tired. They might have bitten off a little more than they could chew. It was really a hot weather and he had some health problems on the way. They were behind. He needed to get mine delivered, and he still had a few left. I felt kind of bad for the guy. Other than that, it was a good experience. What they did was tremendous.

I’ve dealt with Jodie at ShipYourCarNow numerous times and he’s been great. I needed to ship a motorcycle that I built to a customer in Tennessee. However, we’ve got an absolute disaster going on right now. The carrier, Zazou transport, damaged the bike that we sent and we’re in a nightmare with the insurance companies. I appreciate that Jodie has been trying to help facilitate everything but the issue is on the transporting company's end. It’s sad that an actual shipper is blemishing my experience to this point but my ShipYourCarNow experience has always been a decent one.

I bought a car that I found on the internet but I didn't want to have to drive down to Alabama. It’s hard to get a mover of any kind who wants to come to Northern Vermont where I live and nobody wants to go past Albany, but ShipYourCarNow was available and willing to come to my neck of the wood. There were a few phone calls back and forth with the organizer as she tried to line up a pickup date and after that, our delivery date. The calls were made as promised and they were responsive which was the most important thing.

I booked with ShipYourCarNow over the phone and the vehicle arrived two days early here which was good. I had moved a car and a pick-up truck and everything works fine but there were little problems with the car. The BMW is really an electric car except for the engine and everything in it is powered by the battery when the engine is not running. None of those electrical things would be operating unless the key is on and I think the driver left the key in. The battery of the car had enough power to start the car but the car sat for about a week and it was deader than a dead duck when I got it so I had to get a new battery and that set me back about $170. It’s a very heavy battery and that’s why the battery costs a little more than a regular one.

I had used ShipYourCarNow in 2010 when my daughter moved out and it wasn’t a great experience. Jeff, the salesman, had an attitude but the driver who picked up the car kept in touch with me. Even though it wasn’t the best communication-wise, at least things moved along and I had a contact person. We booked them again for my daughter since she’s moving from California to Philadelphia. On the day that the car was picked up, ShipYourCarNow changed the time on us. The driver came around 10:00 at night. And then the ETA date passed and the driver wasn’t calling me nor picking up the phone. We kept on waiting but the car didn’t come.

I've shipped seven cars with ShipYourCarNow and I call Ronnie every time I need to ship a car. Ronnie is wonderful. I've dealt with him before and I've been very satisfied. He always makes sure I'm taken care of and he's on the ball. He doesn't skip a beat. But the carrier driver wasn’t nice. He was in the middle of the street and he lowered my car. Then he said that my car won’t start and he was going to leave it there. I wasn't home so my wife had to beg him to pull it to the side of the road. Despite that, I would still recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I was moving and got ShipYourCarNow on a referral. Dealing with the organizer was really good. I wasn't there on the day of the delivery but my roommates were able to get my car so it all worked out. It was nice.

My husband bought a truck in Massachusetts and needed shipping. We didn’t originally go with ShipYourCarNow. We went through Nation and those guys were really a bunch of liars. We paid $100 but didn’t sign a contract and they couldn’t get the people there to get the car. They kept saying that it’ll be picked up on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday. So, then I got a hold of Todd and he was excellent. He told us a date and helped us so much. Also, the driver that brought the car was very polite, called me the day before and got here right when he said. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I'm a used car dealer and I have a broker that I religiously use who works with ShipYouCar. I've used a lot of logistic companies and I get better results 80% of the time with ShipYourCar than anyone else. The person I'm working with is Isaac and I've built a relationship with him. And the carriers, they're never really on time. They say Wednesday, they'll show up Friday. It's the logistics of this business. I get it but a lot of people don't. I'm shipping a lot of cars so I understand. I'm happy with ShipYouCar’s service, I'm happy with their transporters, and I'm going to continue being their customer.

I was moving to Northern Minnesota from Tennessee. I called ShipYourCarNow and the transporter told me I had to pay $500 a car. They charged me $5,000 for 10 cars but they only held nine cars. I called him back and told him but he said he can't do anything about it.

I picked ShipYourCarNow over the other companies simply because of their name. Their organizer was very nice and professional. He was easy to reach and answered the phone. If he didn't answer the first time, he'd definitely call me back. There was a little hiccup on the date but that had more to do with the other end in New Hampshire. Everything went fine and we were satisfied with the job. If I know of anybody who needs their car shipped, I would definitely recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I used ShipYourCarNow twice for the same car, and I got hail damage and when I shipped it back to California the second time, that’s when the driver told me about it. My aunt realized there’s a little scratch on the roof and it’s pretty late to make a claim against them. ShipYourCarNow was on time though, and everything went fine with the delivery of my vehicle.

Also, the driver was friendly, nice and good. The process went smoothly and the timing was fine. It took a couple of days and then the van was in Minnesota.

The lady and driver that I dealt with were very professional. She gave me exactly what the situation was going to be, and interceded between herself, me, and the driver that was going to make the delivery.
