My brothers are in college and someone gifted them with a vehicle, and we wanted to ship it to them. I went with another company but they kept pushing back the ship date or the pick-up date. So, I did another Google search and I found ShipYourCarNow. The quote was higher than what I was originally quoted with the other company, but I needed to get the car up asap so we just went with it.

I wanted to ship my car from Tennessee to California. After looking at the reviews posted on ConsumerAffairs as well as on other websites, and considering the price that ShipYourCarNow was offering, and the time that they told me the car would be delivered, I decided to go with them. The quote they gave me was comparable to what others were giving. Their guy was there on time to pick up the car and the delivery went very well. He took care of my car and I had no complaints. He delivered it a day and a half before he promised, so that was very good, and I was very happy.

When I had to move, the company I had planned to ship my car originally flaked out at the last minute, so I had to hurry up and find somebody. Joshua from ShipYourCarNow set everything up and got everything situated the next day. It was quick and the services were good for me, especially in my situation.

I talked to ShipYourCarNow about dates and time and guarantees and bonding, and whether I could trust them or not. Then I picked them. The transport organizer did well and our driver was a nice guy. He was two days late but that was because of the terrible weather across the route that he had to go and it was so terribly cold. I was not upset with him and I certainly know he did his best.

I hired ShipYourCarNow to ship my car when I moved but their broker was a total liar and a swindler. They contracted out my car to another company who then contracted my car out to another company. The broker was saying the car was en route and that there was a bad weather when there was none. The car just hadn't left yet. They're making me go to a shop which I don't know anything about and it's not close to my house. And they’re making me go to their place and I have no idea if it’s going to end up being any good. ShipYourCarNow does a lot of shipping for me as I am a dealer. I deal with a gentleman named Sean and he has been responsible for the most part. He has been professional and so I have no complaints. However, I've had mixed experiences with their drivers. Some of them are extremely unprofessional. They would call me at 5:00 and tell me that they are at the dealership to pick up the cars when I've already left. Or, for some reason, if we haven't gotten paid for the car they would schedule and I would say "I'm sorry, you cannot pick up the car" and they would call me five times. Still others would call ahead of time and I would say "no problem". While ShipYourCarNow's quotes are average, for me, reliability is more important because I recommend them a lot to my customers. I feel comfortable doing that. I tell all of my customers that Sean has never let me down and I trust him. I don't recommend anybody else.

And the carrier-driver came on time and was very exact as far as what the next step was going to be like.

Greg told me the date and time that the driver was going to be there but then, the driver pushed the day out. There was a disconnect there and it happened on both ends. So that needs to be worked on and improved. Also, as far as shipping items in the car, I was told I could do a certain thing but the driver told me I had to pay an extra $100 for something. That was a little bit disconcerting as well so that could be worked on. The only issue I had was with the actual car coming to me. It seemed that there was a dent on the trunk. I had also used ShipYourCarNow once before and the experience this time was fairly similar to that time. It was fine and the rates were competitive.

ShipYourCarNow did what I asked them to do, that’s why I was okay with them. They picked the car up there and the car got shipped well. I was very satisfied with the shipping. It was timely. The communication was the only problem. The driver who I was dealing with couldn’t speak English and it was hard for us to talk to him. We tried to set out where he’s going to drop the car. It was real bad. He couldn't say anything efficiently. We got frustrated. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was moving to another state and I looked online for a shipping vehicle and ShipYourCarNow seemed to be one of the best. I was given the dates and I scheduled everything around those dates and I had to reschedule because I was told the driver wasn’t going to be there when he was supposed to be. They told me that they couldn’t do anything about it and that was it. So I had to wait for two days and I had to reschedule a whole bunch of stuff. They have to be more upfront and tell people that there's a possibility that the days would change. I got the vehicles fine but everything else was just a mess.

I arranged the shipping for my mother. She had broken her hip and so we shipped the vehicle from New Jersey to Florida, where she's going to spend the remainder of the winter. We did it last year with ShipYourCarNow and we had a good experience. We just tried to negotiate the price based upon last year’s fee. ShipYourCarNow issued services to move the vehicles from a request to our client. David who we got in contact with from ShipYourCarNow had issues with the driver. The driver showed up, but didn't have the right equipment to haul, so he had to get a larger trailer. When he returned, he had an F250 on the front of the trailer. He then drove an F350 out that had dolly wheels at the back and discovered there wasn't enough room. His rep said he was driving a 3500 Dodge pickup trailer to pick these up.

I had to have a 37 pickup shipped from Ottawa, Kansas to Nederland, Texas. I got the runaround by the first transport company I went to on dates that I booked, and then secondly, we kind of got this way with ShipYourCarNow, but it ended up shipped, but not the way I was told it's going to get shipped. I actually spoke with Alex from ShipYourCarNow and I said someone was going to ship it for $550, but they can't do it till this amount of date, and he said, "Well we can get it to you by this date," which was a few days later. I understood it was around Christmas, and nobody's driving on Christmas. Alex also quoted it $550, but he came back and told me no one's going to ship my vehicle for $550. I can take their option or leave it. I understood that probably no one is going to ship for $550, but I don't understand why the first person and him quoted that.

I just bought a vehicle and I needed it to get down here. ShipYourCarNow had some really good reviews so I went and took a chance. I used their free quote option and the quote was perfect. The person I spoke to was Mark and he was just great from the beginning, from calling me right like a couple of minutes after I put in the call to when the car got shipped to me. He was just perfect overall.

The driver was good, but I messaged him a few times because he was supposed to be here at some point and time, and never showed up. And they won’t give you any guarantee if it’s during business hours. The driver actually wanted to pick up the car one night at 2:00 in the morning. It was just a difficult experience with ShipYourCarNow, so I now have a new shipper and I'm totally happy with them.

My transport organizer from ShipYourCarNow, Todd, was a good guy. He was decent and went beyond helping me. I was moving from state to state and needed to ship my cars as well. And the quote I was given seemed reasonable. The carrier driver was a nice guy and the nicest part was he lived almost where I was moving to. There was a miscommunication between corporate and him. They were a couple of days late. But he was very apologetic, and he helped me out. The process took a week from the time they picked my cars up to when it was delivered. The organizer that I dealt with was excellent. He called me back every time I called him. I made three different date changes and he was very patient with me. The driver was really nice and did a good job. We just pulled the car out and then I went in the house for five minutes and when I came back, he was gone. I didn't think he would be able to do it because my car's transmission was out and it was not movable. But he was able to do it. So when I plan to move again, I'm going to use the same service.

I also got an excellent driver and he was responsive to me. I called him a couple of times along the delivery and he delivered a day earlier than what we were expecting. And he was very quick in unloading the vehicle, which was exactly the way it was when it left. He was very thorough, there were no damages and I was very satisfied.

I take my car to get serviced at Palm Beach Garage, the best from Palm Beach, and they recommended ShipYourCarNow. Overall, it was a very good experience. I had my car picked up here by a gentleman in a non-covered carrier. The only confusion was that I live in a high-rise tower and I arranged a vacant parking lot across the street for him to meet me and personally talk to. They gave me a time frame that they said that the driver would call to arrange the exact location and give me a heads up.

I have a Ferrari back east and when I have it serviced, ShipYourCarNow picked it up and delivered it. They were very, very nice. And I saw they took great care with it, so that's why I went with them when I needed to have my vehicle shipped when we moved from New Jersey to California. They were also a little less expensive. The quote they've given me was very competitive. The rep that I worked with was very good. She was very responsive to all my emails and calls, and she always provided me information that I needed. I had to cancel the delivery date three times and they were very cooperative with that. Moreover, the carrier drivers were very helpful. We have road bumps by my community here and they were very careful about delivering the cars.

And the guy that they put me in contact with, named Fabio, happened to be my neighbor. He came and picked up my car. He was there when he said he would and I had it shipped. I flew into Sacramento and I met him there. He was very nice and he did a nice job. The truck is in beautiful condition.

I was impressed with the drivers, and the fact that they used a smaller trailer, just three cars. The driver took care of the transport, and got the vehicle down here in a very timely manner. I was shipping a 2017 Subaru Forester from D.C. to Denver and ShipYourCarNow had a really high rating on the Better Business Bureau’s website. They also had quite a few reviews on it and though the reviews vary, mostly they’re on the positive end of the spectrum. Their quote was fair and it was better than what I had heard elsewhere. They were professional, decently flexible and they kept me well-informed. The only thing that’s frustrating about the business in general is that you can’t always guarantee pickup and drop off times because of the weather and traffic. I was told they would come on one day then they told me it was the following day, and then they showed up the third day after. But they're decent in communication. The drivers were two gentlemen and they were super nice when they picked up the car and when they dropped it off.

If anything goes wrong, I make sure they contact me and I make sure to let them know when they’re dropping off and when the driver receives.

I have nothing good to say about ShipYourCarNow. My vehicle was shipped from Lubbock Texas to Pawtucket Rhode Island. The broker's name is Jodie and he was given to me by a fellow worker in Lubbock. I didn't do any research on my own in any shape or form. I just took the phone number from my friend and called up the broker. Josie told me to leave the car and the keys here, and we followed the instructions. He gave me a date of pick-up and I was supposed to leave Lubbock Texas at a certain time period. When I got home, the car wasn’t in the driveway. It caused a lot of inconvenience. The car was supposed be here the following Wednesday, and it wasn't picked up until 10 days after that. So, they didn't tell me the truth.

ShipYourCarNow did a good job and they were efficient. I bought a golf cart and they shipped it from the other side of Houston which is about an hour away. Their reps were fabulous. They set up the transport and then the driver contacted me the night before and said he was getting in that night. We weren’t expecting it until the next morning and he ended up delivering it that night at seven which was awesome. The transport took 10 hours as he had another four stops.

We did not want to drive down to Florida from New York so we went with ShipYourCarNow. We are staying for three and a half months, so we felt we needed the car. The free quote I got was fair and the transport organizer was super -- he was very helpful, accommodating, answered my questions, answered the phone and gave me information. My past experience with Jody of ShipYourCarNow has been good and due to the price, time, and other normal shipping requirements, I decided to go with them. I called her and within five to 10 minutes, she had a quote and an ETA for me. The quote was aggressive and very fair right off the bat. So I booked it on the spot. Jody was an all star and very reliable. She was phenomenal and if I had 10 Jody's in my life, I'd be great. Then, the carrier driver was in and out. He came on time, delivered the car without any damage or anything wrong with it, and the delivery was smooth.

My experience with ShipYourCarNow was horrible. The sales rep who initially helped me was great and he assisted me in getting my vehicle shipped the following day versus within several days. But then, somehow my card got messed up and someone who was new in accounting charged the card three times. And when I reached out to get it resolved, the person who answered the phone was very rude and racist. She wouldn't allow me to speak and she hung up on me. And so, it even made my experience worst.

I wasn’t able to talk to the carrier driver on the phone at the time so I told him, “Hey, I can only text.” So he texted me everything and I took a picture of where I left an external key in. He made it work and then he went off. I initiated it on a Thursday morning. They picked up the vehicle on a Saturday and they delivered on the following Thursday and that was what I expected. They made it really simple that during moving it’s one of the easiest things to do. And everybody knows moving is terrible.

It was a great experience, especially compared to the other moving company which was probably the worst experience of my life. Using ShipYourCarNow worked for me and it worked fast.

We come to Florida every year in the winter. And we were looking to buy a car, but we were concerned that, with the tornado or hurricane that came through, we might get a flooded car. So we decided to bring mine down at the last minute. But we didn’t have any way or have any one to drive it down. So, we wound up having to ship it. We went with this transport company that was less expensive but we couldn’t get them to give an actual date and time where they would pick the car up. The process only took less than 24 hours too. Overall, they are pretty cool.

The whole process did not take long. It was mostly over email and then a couple of phone calls, so it's pretty simple. Their rep was very good. He was on point and called me, making sure in setting up there, making sure I'm still working on the quote and keeping me up to date with everything. Moreover, the carrier driver was good. He was really responsive and he called me back when he said he was going to. I was very impressed. It cost me $375 to move the car. I paid someone $100 and then I paid someone else $275, and the transport took 24 hours or so. The car was supposed to be picked up on Friday and delivered on Sunday, but the driver came in early the Saturday night and he told me he could meet me that night but he couldn't get to where my house is because he was just driving in that night. But he said that if I want to come pick up my car, I could. So it was nice. I got it 12 hours early and the car didn’t have a scratch on it. It was in perfect condition and really clean. It was awesome. I was very satisfied and I would definitely use them again.

I moved to another state and I used ShipYourCarNow after I searched them on the internet. I filled out a form and the quote was too high. They told me they were going to pick my car up on a certain date and deliver it on a certain date, but they couldn’t find a driver because it was Christmas time. They eventually got a great driver who came from Texas, which was 953 miles away. From the time they finally found a driver, it took about 4 days before he delivered on a Sunday. I stood out and waited for him to take the car out, which took all of 15 minutes, then he was gone. So, even though I went through heck trying to get a deal when I needed it there, the driver was awesome. In my whole move to Atlanta, getting my car was the best part of it. The movers that moved the furniture of my house turned out to be a scam company and I didn’t get my stuff for 35 days. So, everything is fine, my car is fine, and I had it in time to go to work.

They said they were going to come to a certain time. I just left it on the side of the road and put the keys over the visor and they came and got it. Then they shipped it. The experience was good although the shipping got delayed. It was supposed to come one or two days before I had received it. Also, on the last day, they said that they only wanted only cash and not check, and it was in the last minute. Before reaching the place, they were like, "No, we accept only cash or money order.. That was not communicated so very clearly to us that they need cash only. It was late hours, so where will we get cash from? I know we got it, but still, because we had like the ATM nearby, but what if it's far for people. It's difficult because they even won't be having their car because they're shipping their car. Those things need to be communicated before, so they'll be ready with it. But the whole experience was nice and I would definitely recommend them.

He was prompt and every time I called or emailed him, he was very responsive and got back to me almost immediately. I worked with him exclusively on a bunch of other transports. In fact, I shipped ten cars with him in ten different times. Their drivers were awesome too and they delivered within reason. Everything has been good with ShipYourCarNow.

I work at a dealership, so we needed ShipYourCarNow for a customer. The quote provided was a little higher than the others, but the company was quicker and that was what the customer wanted. The transport organizer got it there when he said he would, and everything went pretty smooth. He did the job. The carrier driver was also professional. The process took three days and that met our expectations. If they had better price, It would be perfect. I'd probably use them more often, but a lot of people want cheaper. Some people want it right away, so in that case it was perfect.

ShipYourCarNow was the only place that could do my move. The first quote that they gave me was bad, so I called a second guy who was a different contractor and he gave me a lower price. The organizer was good, but the carrier driver broke the key off the ignition and they paid for it. The company owner contacted me every day to make sure I got it taken care of. He called the next day and told me he would call in the morning to tell me the approximate time that he would be there to drop off my vehicle. He called me at about 9:00 at night over here and said he was there. And I told him it’s a business and they were closed, and he kind of gave me an attitude about it.

I had a vehicle that I wanted to get to my son, so I got a couple estimates and ShipYourCarNow was the most reasonable. I initially communicated with the gentleman that found the transporter for me. And then I communicated with transporter from that point on. The transporter was very good. He reached out to me a couple of times to let me know what was going on throughout the whole process. The driver was absolutely courteous and professional. It went so smoothly, and I would absolutely look at the same carrier if I would ship another car.

When I filled up the contract with ShipYourCarNow to pick up my car, they gave me one date, the 31st. But the driver said he cannot pick up the car. They also had a contract with the driver but what kind of contract is that? It was for the date that I paid that much money to pick up my car, $1,145. I didn't really needed to pay that much money. I had other quotes to ship the car for me for $800. I was shipping my car to a dock to send to my country. They should be closed on 31st and then they're going to open on 2nd. If the car went to Miami to delivery on 1st, who would go to pick up my car? I just want my money back to ship it another day. But they told me they're not going to give me my money back. That way, I had to go with them so it was a bad experience for me.

I used to be a car dealer, and I was helping a friend of mine to acquire a vehicle, so I shipped it for him. ShipYourCarNow's price was fair compared to others that I have researched. It wasn’t the cheapest and it wasn’t the most expensive. The transport organizer was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. And the service was quick. The transport driver was terrific. He did not speak much English but he was very accommodating all the way around and he kept in touch. It was the first time I’ve ever had a car shipped, and I would do it again with the same transport driver.

I inherited a vehicle in another State and it was more economical to have it shipped versus driving it back out. ShipYourCarNow's transport organizer, Eddie, was the only one who was pretty much upfront with all the charges and what they could or could not do. All the other online quotes that I got were ridiculous. Their carrier, Spokane Transport, was excellent as well and very professional. He called me a day earlier and the day of the delivery. Dealing with the organizer was great prior to my vehicle getting picked up and prior to my deposit. But it was awful post pick-up. I would have to call multiple times to try and get a hold of them. Sometimes I wouldn't be able to and I had to call the main customer service line. I won't use them again because of that.

I shipped a Revo through ShipYourCarNow. I just called them, told them where it's at, they dropped it off, and then the car lot sent me a check. It worked for me, so I'd recommend them.

The dealer that I purchased a car from highly recommended ShipYourCarNow. They seemed to have good luck with the drivers that handle European cars. I also did some shopping comparison and I found their price to be reasonable. My expectations were met talking to their rep. Also, the driver that ended up doing the transport did a pretty good job. They were good with communications and they handled the car professionally. I’ve been quite disappointed with ShipYourCarNow's service because the cars were picked up from Vegas about six weeks ago and they haven’t left Houston for Ghana. I only found out after four weeks out when I asked them what the delay was that they were waiting for me to send them the original titles of the car. I spoke to the shipping rep twice and to his assistant at least twice but nobody mentioned that the original car titles were needed in the US before the cars can clear customs.
