I needed to transport two different personal cars state to state, one from Milwaukee area and one from Newport News, Virginia. A local tow company recommended that I call ShipYourCarNow. The drivers were both superb. They contacted me and they were good about it. The transport took only about a day or two each car and the quote was pretty much very close to what I was told, so there were no surprises there. The vehicles were in good shape when they arrived. The drivers were great gentlemen who did a good job and I could tell that they take pride in what they do.

I've purchased about four cars from New Jersey and I used ShipYourCarNow for each transport. They're faster. With most other places, I had to pay storage fees because they take so long to find me the guy to pick up the vehicle. With ShipYourCarNow, I contact Ryan when we're ready to ship a car. He's a good guy and real helpful. He's precise on the price when he gives me an estimate, and he lets me know exactly when they’ll pick up the vehicle. He also provides me the driver's information so if I have a question, I could get in touch with him or Ryan would get me through to the driver. I just call the drivers and ask for an estimate time of arrival. They're friendly people and they're pretty reliable. Most of them help get the vehicle off and there has been no damage on the cars. I can tell they do take care of them when they put them on the trailer. ShipYourCarNow has done good.

I needed to transport a personal vehicle so I can drive it and take the miles off it. I was talking to a guy named Steve from ShipYourCarNow and he seemed like a good guy. The quote they gave me was fine and everything went well. The driver has also done a good job and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle upon arrival. Given my overall experience, I’m gonna have to use ShipYourCarNow again to ship it back home. I'd also use them if I have to ship another car.

Consumer service claimed to be open "24/7" Which is FALSE! I contacted them several time and received voicemail boxes stating that they were closed. My driver was more 2 and half hours late to the pickup location. When I contact the company about this issue not only did I get forwarded to voicemail boxes but when I finally got a representative they yelled and hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again and definitely would not recommend! If I had the opportunity to give negative stars they would definitely receive them! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONSUMER SERVICE! In addition the company gave the driver the wrong information. This company is just money hungry! DO NOT USE!!!

I was in an emergency situation when my father passed away and I and my sister took ownership of his property. We had gotten the rights to the estate because he didn’t have a living will and I had to get the cars and the motorcycle out of there asap. I looked into six companies because I had shipped three vehicles from California to Atlanta, Georgia before when I recently moved back to Georgia. But they operate a little different than they did 14 years ago. I was sold by what ShipYourCarNow told me upfront about their availability. But I was told a little bit of half-truth upfront which became a problem later.

Our company owns 300 stores across 16 states. We spread all the way to New York, Minnesota and California so we deal our trade if we got a customer looking for a particular vehicle and it happens to be in Texas or Colorado or wherever. ShipYourCarNow is who I use to get a vehicle trailered in. The first person I worked with over at ShipYourCarNow was Steve and we clicked together pretty good. He ended up having kidney stones and had to go in for surgery and he has been out for the last couple of months but everybody over at ShipYourCarNow was helpful.

Todd was very nice, professional, and got what I needed done. It took a little longer to arrange than I anticipated, but I get it. The delivery guy was great and we stayed in contact by mobile phone then he showed up when he say he would. In the end, the final cost was fair and accurate.

I had shipped my car with ShipYourCarNow previously and when I was moving from Miami to Buffalo, I checked all the other options and they were best one so we decided to use them again. The quote was expensive but they explained to me why it was higher than usual and we've used them before and it was a good experience. I was in touch with their rep if I had any questions too, and he would email me back right away. It was a good communication. The whole process took four days. Actually, they were going to bring it on a Friday and it arrived on the Thursday.

ShipYourCarNow was the third company that I talked to and they were more responsive than the other two. The rep was very good and he was upfront. We made a really good connection. Their quote was a little higher but I felt good about it and the final cost was right on it. Also, I had a good communication with the driver. When they picked the car up at Halcyon, California, he had to unload a vehicle before he had to load a lineup. And I was standing in a park and then he bumped at me, but not very hard and there was no damage. At that end, it was fine.

We are a dealership and we do a lot of commercials so we ship all across the country. We tried multiple services and we weren’t getting consistency. Then, I was introduced via phone to a gentleman by the name of Jake from A Better Transport and he works in conjunction with ShipYourCarNow. Since then, Jake is the person that I contact on a daily basis to get quotes and to get our cars shipped out. He’s a great guy and I trust and like him. That’s why we use ShipYourCarNow.

To this day, I always had my car shipped. I had a different company who had the transporter, the driver and everything else. They also had a high rating on the internet. But I didn’t realize that when I called that company, they would sell contracts to whoever would take my car to Florida. At the last minute, they never showed up to pick my car, so I was stranded in Michigan for another five days before I could find somebody. At that time I never knew that my quote was so cheap that nobody would take my car. I always thought that they’d tell me how much it was and then I'd pay but it wasn’t so. So I called the company and told them to put another $100 on it which didn’t help. I told them to put another $50 on it. By the time it turned around, I paid a thousand from $750. It was a terrible ordeal.

The customer service was great. Although, the rep that went out to inspect my vehicle on the day that they were gonna ship it said that I couldn’t have things in my trunk and therefore, he charged me $100 extra on top of the quote and I wasn't expecting that. I asked the customer service rep if the things in my vehicle would be an issue and he said that it wouldn’t be if I didn’t have anything in the front, which I didn’t. I also got a text message two days before saying that the driver was experiencing some really bad climate going on where he had rain but still he was able to deliver at the time he told us. I would tell a friend to definitely check ShipYourCarNow. They have reasonable prices and I had a great experience.

When I moved from California back to South Carolina, I looked at about four transport companies for my car, plus ShipYourCarNow. All of them had bad reviews and so I figured it's par for the course and chose ShipYourCarNow anyway. The dude on the phone was nice. He let me know what the price was and he was in contact with me when he needed to be, so it was all good. The guy who picked it up was okay but he charged me extra for the stuff I had in my car. I felt like it was for his pocket. I didn’t really mind because I needed the car to be shipped, but that was questionable.

They just let their guys run up with the orders. We experienced things like the car not getting picked up when the driver said it was supposed to be picked up, so we had to scramble and drive it to a terminal. Also, there was always a language barrier when I dealt with the people there.

The driver didn’t have the information when he picked up the vehicle so there was nothing for my guy to sign to identify him.

I bought an SUV from out of state and ShipYourCarNow transported it for me for about 2,000 miles. Their customer service reps were fairly knowledgeable. I went through a broker so the original cost versus the final cost was accurate. The delivery took about five days. It went fine and was within the timeframe. My SUV arrived very dirty but it came out okay after we washed it. There's nothing much to do about shipping on an open truck. If they would have given me an option to have an enclosed container shipper or not, that would've been better.

I shipped my Mercedes 1700 miles because I don't like to drive that far. ShipYourCarNow did it on short notice. That was the first time I ever shipped a car so I didn't know much about it but they were all nice and very helpful. I enjoyed that. But ShipYourCarNow was the highest priced one. Although there was one quote that was $850, I always throw out the lowest one usually. Then somebody from Texas also called me and they were $100 cheaper than ShipYourCarNow but at that point, I had already made the deal. ShipYourCarNow's original quote was $1250 and I told the guy that I talked to that I had three suitcases and some golf clubs in the back. He said that would be okay but when the guy picked up the car, he charged me another $75.

ShipYourCarNow was the only transport company I looked at and that was what we used to transport the car since it was my dad’s. Their customer service was good but the representatives were slow with the whole process. They gave me a good quote but it took a while and it didn’t work because they had to bump the price up for speeding things up. The transport took four days from the beginning until the vehicle was received. The process was quick and it went well. The car looked great when it arrived. Everything about ShipYourCarNow was good.

I recently got a job in Denver and I went with ShipYourCar over any other vendor. They shipped my car on time. So far, everything is fine and my only problem is with the bill because they didn't mention the exact amount. They mentioned only the $200, the initial amount. But I gave $900 to the driver but it’s not captured anywhere. Nonetheless, the service is good. I'm completely satisfied with the initial customer service. But after the car got delivered, I kept on calling them but I didn't get any response.

The customer service has been great as well. So, I'm gonna tell my friends to definitely check this company.

I’m pretty experienced with shipping vehicles because I did it for several years and I’d use this company again.

It was a bit high but I needed to move the car and being a holiday weekend I understood why so I went with them and it worked out. Their reps were very friendly and very professional. They asked my need, I gave them my need. And then, they told me what they could do for me. The driver I had contact with every step of the way was very good and the delivery went straight to my home. The process was easy. My car was at the same condition when I gave it to him. It got little dust residue but other than that, it was fine. ShipYourCarNow's quality of service was very good. I'd recommend them.

Their reps provided completely open communication and it was great. The whole process took about a week because it was Pittsburgh and getting somebody out in that way was very hard. The first time I've used ShipYourCarNow turned out really well so I tried their transporting service again, this time from Sanford, North Carolina to Sammamish, Washington. I got the same transport organizer and he got me a good rate. He was also trying to meet a more aggressive time frame than they typically would because, at the receiving side, the Ultimate Transport Company said that they made it available to me by the date that it was supposed to. I had specifically requested it to arrive by a certain date because a friend who was supposed to receive it was gonna be traveling the next day. They said that should not be a problem. But it turned out that it was. They did not make it. Instead of it arriving by Friday, they went on a Monday or Tuesday and I have to ask my friend's husband to deal with it. So it was a little bit more complicated.

I buy and sell cars. I found a car which was somewhat collectible and I didn't want to drive it back from the west coast. So, I decided to ship it from Sacramento to Georgia. However, the last company that I had shipped with didn't return my call in a timely manner. So, I got on the interweb and searched West Coast, East Coast car carriers and ShipYourCarNow came up. I tried them out and their customer service rep, Bill, was very helpful. The guy I bought the car from missed the date when he was supposed to show up at the delivery spot which screwed everything up. Still, Bill was able to pull everything together for me. However, it was a bit difficult to understand their driver because he had an accent. Still, I have been happy using their services as it was cheaper than what I paid before. Furthermore, the final cost was precisely what was quoted to me. The shipment took about six days.

I had my personal car transported for 1,500 miles and ShipYourCarNow's service was really good. They were polite and helpful. The quote was slightly more than I anticipated and the final price wasn't the same as the quote. My car had more stuff so I had to pay a little more but that was understandable. It could have been lower though. The driver and I met at a parking lot since the whole track cannot be driven into a small street and the car was okay when it arrived. But I wish that there was a way to actually keep a track like what was the exact day the driver would be coming. He was supposed to come after five days but he showed up within three days which was good in a way but I was not prepared. It could have been nice if there was a day heads up. I will recommend ShipYourCarNow to a friend.

I was moving and needed to ship a SUV for 1,600 miles. I looked at five transport companies, but ShipYourCarNow told me that they could guarantee the delivery date. Their customer service rep was really great to work with. I had called from my work number and he was trying really hard to get a hold of me. As for the final cost, there were taxes in the end but that’s fine. And the quote was pretty accurate. The vehicle was delivered before we arrived, and its condition for the most part was okay. There was a scratch that’s deep into the paint. It wasn’t there before but my father in-law wouldn't have known to look for it. Otherwise, it was okay.

I bought a Dodge out of state and transported it using ShipYourCarNow. I easily found the company online and got them to bring the car from Phoenix to Minneapolis. But they didn’t have a driver available at the time so the car wasn’t picked up and delivered on the promised date. And then once they got a driver, I got word that the car was gonna be showing up on a certain day, which was about six days after the original date given. It did show up on that day, and the person who brought the car was helpful and nice. Also, the actual cost ended up same as the original quote, which was a bit high, but not outrageously high.

The second company tried to get things set up and spread it out to find the driver. They said that they could get my car out but they could have underbidded me so no driver would pick it up from Lubbock to New Jersey. While the quote that ShipYourCarNow gave me was fairly reasonable to haul the truck, I didn’t realize that the cost would be that much as they added a fee to it. I spent $300 then when the carrier brought the truck, I paid the haul $1500. I figured that was for the services of the booking agent. Still, I was satisfied with the service I got for the cost.

We were looking to buy another car this year. We have a leased car and then we decided to just give it to my son instead of trading it. My son has been in need of a car and besides, if we turn around and trade the car, we probably would get nothing for it. Plus, they would take the car and they will just make more off it. So my son would come better off to have it because it’s still in good shape. It has no dents and the motor was kept in good condition. They would respond but they couldn’t give any date of when they were gonna ship the car. Then they ended up like anybody that it was like just wait and see. They are a middleman and they couldn’t find someone to pick the car up so I had to get someone else to do it. They cancelled the thing and that was fine. It was the shipper that was difficult.

The experience with ShipYourCarNow was great and they were cheaper than any other place. I shipped my Scion tC from Miami to San Diego. The customer service rep was great. Since I've used them before, I already knew him and I already had his number. The delivery of my vehicle went well and the drivers were friendly. They picked up the vehicle on the 16th and delivered on the 21st, and the vehicle arrived in good condition. I recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I went through another carrier but I found ShipYourCarNow as one of the cheapest, so I went with them. Their reps and the service they've provided were good. They told me how much it cost and responded to emails. However, the rep did not mention how I could make a payment. The carrier contacted me and asked me about it and they communicated to ShipYourCarNow service.

My husband got transferred out to California with his company and we didn’t want to put the miles on the vehicle. We looked at about two other transport companies but we chose ShipYourCarNow because the bid was right in the middle. I thought it would be the perfect price but that was not how it turned out. We were told by a rep that for $1375 somebody would pick it up within a few weeks. I asked if they can pick it up earlier and he said yes. We called every day and every time he said that he'll put a word out but a week went by and we never heard from him. Two weeks went by and we said that we have to get the car on the third week. The rep said that he upped it to $400 and nobody has bid on it. I said that I thought that somebody has bid on it and then he said that for $950 more he can have it shipped in 48 hours. It ended up causing us $950 more than the original bid about three weeks later. It was almost obscene.

I relocated with my job and ShipYourCarNow came as a referral from my uncle. I trusted him so I called them and I told them what my needs were. Their rep asked for the location, when would I prefer to have my car at the location and what type of vehicle I had. And then, he gave me an estimated price upfront based on the information I told him which I appreciated. I told him I wanted to do it and he said that he would put the request through immediately. He advised me that there would be an email with DocuSign so when they came through, I knew what they were. I glanced over them to make sure that the information included was correct and I signed them. The next day there was an appointment scheduled with someone.

ShipYourCarNow's price was fine and all the comments were wonderful. They were better than other ones so I chose them to ship my vehicle from New York to Indiana. Their customer service rep was good as well as the actual driver and my vehicle arrived early.

When I called, the girl on the phone told me exactly where my car was. However, it took them a day or two extra to get the vehicle be picked up. They said the first shipper had broken down. But it wasn’t that big of a deal because I was trading my vehicle in so I wasn’t out of a vehicle.

I also liked their personalized service. Their rate was expensive than the others but the way the rep handled the situation, it was professional. However, I had an incident. Three of my vehicles, there were damages and they are under an insurance claim. But the rep's looking after that also. He’s cooperating with the insurance adjuster. But apart from that, all the other truckloads were okay.

The gentleman that we spoke with initially, Dave, said he could set us for a fantastic price so we went with them. The quote they gave us was right on point and there were no other incurring cost. It was a one-time shipment that we had going out to North of Miami and Dave had our documentation. We told him we were going to be a month out and he maintained the quoted documentation so we didn’t have to go and fill it out again. He still knew what we were going to be shipping and the price did not change even though the delivery didn’t take place immediately.
