I needed to ship a car from California to North Carolina for my daughter. I went online and I got a company that tried to find some people. ShipYourCarNow was the only one that bid out because nobody wanted to do it and they did a really good job. However, the broker that hired that company ripped me off. Everyone I talked to said that I totally got ripped off with the quote that I took to ship the car to my daughter. I found out later on that I paid double than what other people paid.

I shipped a 2009 Mercedes S550 through ShipYourCarNow. I looked at other companies and then my aunt told me that she knows somebody who helps ship cars so I looked into ShipYourCarNow and read their reviews. I did my homework and I'm a very satisfied customer. They had really good ratings and I wanted to have somebody that was experienced instead of just a random person who I could be in contact with.

I needed two drivers 'cause my son was leaving LA and going to San Diego, and I was gonna send him my car. Either it was gonna get there by a certain day or we had to wait, and the woman from Ship Your Car Now was the only one who followed through. She was very good. I paid a lot more than I was supposed to pay, but it was a convenience because I was trying to get the car to my son before he left LA so it was worth it. Also, the guys that came were very professional and nice. I followed them where they were going just to make sure, but it went fine. It worked out and I was happy 'cause my son was able to drive from LA to San Diego, and he had the car there from day one.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. Long story short, when it finally came time pick up my vehicle, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Their office was completely unresponsive when I needed them and they promised that the driver would call me but didn't give me driver details. So I was stuck having to find last minute transportation through another company.

I’m with a car dealership and we transport cars from auction to customers, and we have been using ShipYourCarNow for the last couple of months. There were some company changes here and we ended up having to get our own transporter instead of having an internal one set up. I use ShipYourCarNow exclusively at this time and work with Alex and he has been fine. Also, their cost is in line with the quality of service that they provide.

Having used ShipYourCarNow earlier, we used them again when we moved our car from Houston to Boston. We had very good experience with the customer service rep and booking the car went well. And we were given a reasonable quote too. The only problem was with the payment. They wanted to make the payment right at the beginning, before they even took the car. I called them about it but they said, "That's how we operate. Either you pay now or you pay at the delivery time." And with the delivery time, I could not make that agreement so I chose to pay at the beginning. But it was a very good cost for the service. Everything was done in four days and the car was in very good condition upon arrival. Also, dealing with the delivery driver went very well. And so, I would tell anyone interested in ShipYourCarNow that their price and service are good.

We were moving from Southern California to the Central Coast and I didn’t trust that my truck would make it all the way up to Paso Robles without breaking down. I looked at three transport companies and chose ShipYourCarNow for their reasonable price, speed and timing for picking up the truck. The reps answered all of my questions very efficiently, and they were very good. I would recommend them. The driver also got my truck to the house on the day and the approximate time he was supposed to.

I had a ’73 Volkswagen Thing in storage in Arizona that I needed to get back to North Carolina and from the two companies I looked at, I chose ShipYourCarNow for their consumer reviews. Their people were very knowledgeable and the representative I dealt with was very helpful. He set up a transporter to meet my scheduling requirements. But there seemed to be some confusion. When the customer service representative gave me the quote, we locked it in and I said that I would pay in cash when the guy gets here. But I got a call back the next day to say that I needed to pay their fee upfront. But at that point, I had not received the service yet. He said that he had talked to his supervisor and I had to pay their fee upfront because sometimes they have an issue with the transporters. That's really their problem though and I found that odd.

I needed to have my Jeep Cherokee taken from one location to another and nobody was able to drive it that far. I looked at three different transport companies and ShipYourCarNow has the lowest price. The interaction with the rep was good. However, I didn't feel like he was communicating back to me very frequently and it kept me sort of unknowing what was happening. I had to constantly call him to find out what's the status. There could've been more from him to me just so I know that he's actively working on it. It would also be nice to have some information so I knew that he still was actively trying to look for somebody after the deadline because I had to have the car shipped on one of two days and then I left and didn't know he was still looking for somebody.

I needed to transport a 1972 Corvette convertible from Crystal River to Lake Mary, Florida. I looked at two different transport companies. The first one looked expensive so I started digging around and figured out that was way out of line. And then I called ShipYourCarNow and they were considerably less expensive. The agent who I spoke to was very personable and very accommodating that's why I decided to go with them. Overall, the customer service of ShipYourCarNow was great. However, there was a change with the quote I originally received. Even so, the final cost was fine.

I was in school in Hawaii and I was moving back home to Florida. It was last minute that I was shipping my car and ShipYourCarNow was one of the first ones that I saw online. I called them and their customer service was okay. Also, I knew it'd be expensive to ship from Hawaii back to the mainland, so, the quote I received from them was fine. Then, I was able to communicate with them through phone calls. But they didn’t drive all the way into my complex and just dropped off my car in front of it. I had to go meet them there and I was wondering why because my complex has a wide land. So, I was a little annoyed with that. Plus, they didn’t call much to give me any updates and I had to call them.

I've used ShipYourCarNow five different times in the past for cars and stuff. The price was fair and they've always been good, except for this time. My black Tahoe was transported from Vail to Denver, and the window got broken in and the car was scratched. It was their fault and the carrier took full responsibility. The car was in Denver at some random lot, and they were gonna fix the window there then ship it back and they told me it would be three weeks. I said that I needed my car and three weeks was ridiculous for it to sit in a random lot. I don't know where my car was and I have at least $20,000 worth of stuff in it.

ShipYourCarNow started with a lower quote and then somehow they were not able to find somebody. And then when they did, it was past the time that I was expecting the car to ship. I finally had to reach back and tell them any place was fine, and then they found a different one. The estimation part could have been a little better run. The pick-up timings were also getting pushed. But when they delivered my car at home, I was completely satisfied. And I would definitely recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I needed to get a 1989 Mustang from Austin, Texas to Conyers, Georgia. I was looking for average price and somebody who could do it for me in a good time period and I went with ShipYourCarNow. I talked to Ron and he was courteous. I just told him when I wanted the car and he did everything in a timely manner. His customer service was good. The delivery was really quick and they came a few days earlier, which was a bit unexpected and last minute but everything else was fine. The driver gave a day that he would be here and ended up showing up extra early. The communication between me and the driver needed improvement. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend ShipYourCarNow.

I looked at about ten other companies, read reviews and ShipYourCarNow had the best ones. I was moving my Ford Escape 2014 from Alabama to Arizona so I called them and they explained how the process worked. They also explained how the payment worked then I forgot so I called again and they repeated it one more time. I called in on Thursday because the pick up was gonna be on a Saturday and I wanted to make sure that it was gonna be on that day. The office will be closed and the driver of the truck will call me. He did and he was vey nice. The quote was fair and it wasn't expensive compared to the competitors. Also, the final cost was very close to the quote.

My daughter needed her car back, so I shipped it out to her. I went on the Ship Your Car Now website and got five different offers. I thought it was a fixed all-inclusive fee, but what started out as $650 all of a sudden was $800. When I went to book it, the rep Abe said that was the only thing he could find for that day. My daughter was having her child that day, so I had them just drop the car off in the driveway. When the truck got up there, it was $850. There was an apparent disagreement between Abe and the truck driver and it was a little frustrating. Abe offered to reimburse the 50 bucks, but I haven't seen anything on that. Beyond that, from the service perspective, it was fine. Both Abe and the driver were fine to deal with. But what I wanted was a fee that included everything. I didn’t want this thing plus add-ons and totals. I just wanted to know what the cost was.

I used ShipYourCarNow a few months ago for a different car and that transport went fine, so I used them again. This time, I needed a car shipped because the car was being sold to someone who was not where I live. The transport organizer was prompt and very professional. He communicated properly and I was satisfied. But communication with the driver was unremarkable and we didn't communicate. I didn’t know that the car was being picked up and I was surprised that he was there at my house. We worked that out, but that was definitely an issue because, without his informing me beforehand of his arrival, why would he expect me to be in my residence at 11 in the morning on a Tuesday? Other than that, the initial quote was fine and it matched the final cost.

I needed to move a golf cart from Palm Spring to Sacramento and looked at two different companies before selecting ShipYourCarNow. They got it done for the same price and didn't take too long to do it. Their representative took care of everything I needed them to. He did what he said, sent me the documentation and gave me the price fee that he quoted and got the move handled. Also, their driver was very nice and professional, and the golf cart was in good shape when he unloaded it.

My experience with ShipYourCarNow was good. We purchased a Mercedes E-Class from Ohio. We’re in Connecticut and we need to get it here. The rep at ShipYourCarNow talked to me and he explained how other companies work, why they are cheaper and what they’re gonna do with my car. The quote that they provided was very reasonable and I actually ended up paying less.

Their rep did his job and he was good. I ran the shipping in and it took about an hour, then the car was delivered in six days and the driver that picked it up was excellent. I needed to ship a vehicle from Fort Myers Beach to Howell, Michigan and the price quoted by ShipYourCarNow was fairly reasonable. Another company that I looked into previously was dishonest. On the other hand, everything was perfectly fine ShipYourCarNow and I am very happy with them.

I had been using ShipYourCarNow for the last year and a half for other stuff, but this time I wasn’t very impressed. I had to haul some specialty trucks for our business at a couple of states. One shipment was 1300 miles away for 18 hours, and the other one was to Salt Lake City, which is nine hours away. This was the only time I needed deadlines and we missed them by a week both times. Before this contract started up, they had missed a delivery date by a couple of days, but the deadline wasn't strict that time.

He picked up my invoice and said that the best he could do was take the car up to Hagerstown, Maryland which was about three hours away. He picked it up that day. He also told me that if I called him a couple days earlier, he could’ve picked it up at my front door, but I didn’t know. He dropped it off at Maryland then it was shipped out and I got on the road with my other car and drove to Olathe Kansas.

We’ve done several ShipYourCarNow before. I work for a business and they were the one that we recommended. I had them transport a limo to San Antonio, Texas. Jay, the representative, was great. He was very timely and got everything done for me. Everything was timely, but the trip back was absolutely unacceptable for the price that we paid, which was high. ShipYourCarNow sent a truck that wasn’t able to take the limo and they had to use a forklift to put the vehicle on there. And when they got the vehicle to the customer’s house, they told him that he would have to help them get the vehicle off, which is not right at all.

I purchased a vehicle and had it transported by ShipYourCarNow. I had a good experience with their rep when I contacted them. Also, the cost of the service was about $200 and it was fine. The only thing that I didn’t like was I was told that the car be picked up that night and then it was the next day. The driver picked it up at morning and got to me about 12:30 that night. It took 10 hours to transport the vehicle which was fine. Then, when the vehicle arrived, its condition was great.

ShipYourCarNow is a good company to use. My brother moved to Houston and he had to get his car back because he bought a new car. He had to ship a Nissan Altima. Since I have used them in the past, I didn't look at somebody else. While the representatives are okay, at times, the driver didn't call when he was close by. But they kept me informed because he came a whole day early. Moreover, the delivery was fine and the cost was reasonable given that Texas is a long way. Overall, ShipYourCarNow did a good job. I suggest though that they should have better communication with the actual recipient.

The car broke down in the middle of Kentucky while I was making a delivery for our business and we’re in Florida. I looked at a bunch of different companies then and I found one with a really good price. I tried to go with that company but after a month of being jerked around, they ended up not shipping it and that was when I chose ShipYourCarNow. And they got it to me within a couple days so I was really happy with them.

I bought a car from Manheim Auctions and I needed it to get transported. I then looked in the Cedar Rapids area on Google. ShipYourCarNow was $100 below the two guys Manheim tried to provide me and the guy I contacted out of Chicago, but another company was cheaper than them. However, that company lacked professionalism and I didn't trust them. Also, even if ShipYourCarNow was cheaper than wine, the one who sold me to them was their rep. He was so informative. He took time to explain a bunch of stuff and since I'm new to buying and just fixing cars, he explained to me that if someone is trying to get mine upfront, it's a case of fraud and if the terminal was legit.

ShipYourCarNow did a good job transporting a golf cart from Southern California. The delivery took about less than a day and a half, which exceeded my expectations, and it was really convenient. Their customer service was great and the guy who I talked to was really on top of it. He got back to me right away and called me right before it came, and the vehicle's condition was all good. Also, their quote was reasonable and on the money upon delivery, and I would tell others to go to ShipYourCarNow.

Somebody gave me a car and I went on online and found some companies to do the transport for me. ShipYourCarNow had pretty good reviews so I went with them. My interaction with the rep was very good. He explained to me how the business works, that they are brokers and how they call the drivers and see which reputable drivers could give me a good price. The driver was very good too. He brought the car and made sure that we got it. And, the quote that they gave me was around the market average. Everything went well and I feel good about the entire process.

However, the driver was outsourced from another place and it was hard to communicate with them. I was not there in the city, but still, the driver delivered the car to my apartment and gave the keys to my leasing office. It was an excellent experience. However, I didn’t get a proper receipt because I had paid $250 to ShipYourCar and I paid $400 cash to the driver. I've referred a friend to ShipYourCarNow.

I ended up with ShipYourCarNow after I did a Google search and they moved my car more than 1,300 miles out of the state. JD helped me and he was quite responsive. He was on top of things, so I was happy dealing with him. Their quote was a bit higher than the other quotes I got, but I was in a hurry. The driver came to Texas and picked up the car himself. During delivery, he drove it all the way to my home and then I drove him back to his truck. So, he was really helpful. And the car was in the same condition upon arrival. My experience was good overall.

It was a good experience with ShipYourCarNow. We wanted to ship our 2009 Hyundai Azera over a distance we did not wanna drive. We looked into three different transport companies and we chose ShipYourCarNow based on the personality or assurance I felt from the rep I talked to. But with the ShipYourCarNow rep, there was a lot of follow through, so that was good. They took my daughter’s telephone number and she called us when the vehicle was delivered, so that worked out okay. They were within two hours when they said they would be there and the car was in excellent shape when it arrived. The quote was a little tad high but it seemed to be in range with the rest of the transport providers.

I needed to transport two different personal cars state to state, one from Milwaukee area and one from Newport News, Virginia. A local tow company recommended that I call ShipYourCarNow. The drivers were both superb. They contacted me and they were good about it. The transport took only about a day or two each car and the quote was pretty much very close to what I was told, so there were no surprises there. The vehicles were in good shape when they arrived. The drivers were great gentlemen who did a good job and I could tell that they take pride in what they do.

With most other places, I had to pay storage fees because they take so long to find me the guy to pick up the vehicle. With ShipYourCarNow, I contact Ryan when we're ready to ship a car. He's a good guy and real helpful. He's precise on the price when he gives me an estimate, and he lets me know exactly when they’ll pick up the vehicle. He also provides me the driver's information so if I have a question, I could get in touch with him or Ryan would get me through to the driver. I just call the drivers and ask for an estimate time of arrival. They're friendly people and they're pretty reliable. Most of them help get the vehicle off and there has been no damage on the cars. I can tell they do take care of them when they put them on the trailer. ShipYourCarNow has done good.

I needed to transport a personal vehicle so I can drive it and take the miles off it. I was talking to a guy named Steve from ShipYourCarNow and he seemed like a good guy. The quote they gave me was fine and everything went well. The driver has also done a good job and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle upon arrival. Given my overall experience, I’m gonna have to use ShipYourCarNow again to ship it back home. I'd also use them if I have to ship another car.

Consumer service claimed to be open "24/7" Which is FALSE! I contacted them several time and received voicemail boxes stating that they were closed. My driver was more 2 and half hours late to the pickup location. When I contact the company about this issue not only did I get forwarded to voicemail boxes but when I finally got a representative they yelled and hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again and definitely would not recommend! If I had the opportunity to give negative stars they would definitely receive them! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONSUMER SERVICE! In addition the company gave the driver the wrong information. This company is just money hungry! DO NOT USE!!!

I was in an emergency situation when my father passed away and I and my sister took ownership of his property. We had gotten the rights to the estate because he didn’t have a living will and I had to get the cars and the motorcycle out of there asap. I looked into six companies because I had shipped three vehicles from California to Atlanta, Georgia before when I recently moved back to Georgia. But they operate a little different than they did 14 years ago. I was sold by what ShipYourCarNow told me upfront about their availability. But I was told a little bit of half-truth upfront which became a problem later.

Our company owns 300 stores across 16 states. We spread all the way to New York, Minnesota and California so we deal our trade if we got a customer looking for a particular vehicle and it happens to be in Texas or Colorado or wherever. ShipYourCarNow is who I use to get a vehicle trailered in. The first person I worked with over at ShipYourCarNow was Steve and we clicked together pretty good. He ended up having kidney stones and had to go in for surgery and he has been out for the last couple of months but everybody over at ShipYourCarNow was helpful.

Todd was very nice, professional, and got what I needed done. It took a little longer to arrange than I anticipated, but I get it. The delivery guy was great and we stayed in contact by mobile phone then he showed up when he say he would. In the end, the final cost was fair and accurate.

ShipYourCarNow was the third company that I talked to and they were more responsive than the other two. The rep was very good and he was upfront. We made a really good connection. Their quote was a little higher but I felt good about it and the final cost was right on it. Also, I had a good communication with the driver. When they picked the car up at Halcyon, California, he had to unload a vehicle before he had to load a lineup. And I was standing in a park and then he bumped at me, but not very hard and there was no damage. At that end, it was fine.

We are a dealership and we do a lot of commercials so we ship all across the country. We tried multiple services and we weren’t getting consistency. Then, I was introduced via phone to a gentleman by the name of Jake from A Better Transport and he works in conjunction with ShipYourCarNow. Since then, Jake is the person that I contact on a daily basis to get quotes and to get our cars shipped out. He’s a great guy and I trust and like him. That’s why we use ShipYourCarNow.

I had shipped my car with ShipYourCarNow previously and when I was moving from Miami to Buffalo, I checked all the other options and they were best one so we decided to use them again. The quote was expensive but they explained to me why it was higher than usual and we've used them before and it was a good experience. I was in touch with their rep if I had any questions too, and he would email me back right away. It was a good communication. The whole process took four days. Actually, they were going to bring it on a Friday and it arrived on the Thursday.

To this day, I always had my car shipped. I had a different company who had the transporter, the driver and everything else. They also had a high rating on the internet. But I didn’t realize that when I called that company, they would sell contracts to whoever would take my car to Florida. At the last minute, they never showed up to pick my car, so I was stranded in Michigan for another five days before I could find somebody. I never got that, and I assumed he was just using it as a sales tactic. The delivery driver was cool and easygoing. The transport was done on the same day and it only took six hours. ShipYourCarNow was pretty good.

All of them had bad reviews and so I figured it's par for the course and chose ShipYourCarNow anyway. The dude on the phone was nice. He let me know what the price was and he was in contact with me when he needed to be, so it was all good. The guy who picked it up was okay but he charged me extra for the stuff I had in my car. I felt like it was for his pocket. I didn’t really mind because I needed the car to be shipped, but that was questionable.

I was moving a personal vehicle from California to Illinois and one of my relatives mentioned that ShipYourCarNow was great at it. They have shipped various cars with the company before. The customer service was great. Although, the rep that went out to inspect my vehicle on the day that they were gonna ship it said that I couldn’t have things in my trunk and therefore, he charged me $100 extra on top of the quote and I wasn't expecting that. I asked the customer service rep if the things in my vehicle would be an issue and he said that it wouldn’t be if I didn’t have anything in the front, which I didn’t. I also got a text message two days before saying that the driver was experiencing some really bad climate going on where he had rain but still he was able to deliver at the time he told us. I would tell a friend to definitely check ShipYourCarNow. They have reasonable prices and I had a great experience.

There was this other company that I was gonna go with because their quote was lower than that of ShipYourCarNow, but when they realized how soon I needed my car, their quote ended up the same as that of ShipYourCarNow. I chose ShipYourCarNow because they were upfront. They let me know that they could deliver my car in two days and there were no extra charges because they had already factored in when I needed the car.

It wasn’t anything astronomical and Ron was incredibly helpful. He helped me to understand the whole world of shipping.

I found ShipYourCarNow online. There were a couple of options that I was looking at but they were reasonably priced and I liked the sales guy. He was nice and explained everything to me very simply. The ship was from Chicago to San Francisco and the driver picked my car on a Monday and was in California by Wednesday night. They were actually there a day early because I told them that I couldn’t be there until Thursday. They did a really good job and it was better than the experience I had with the people moving my furniture.

Their customer service was good but the representatives were slow with the whole process. They gave me a good quote but it took a while and it didn’t work because they had to bump the price up for speeding things up. The transport took four days from the beginning until the vehicle was received. The process was quick and it went well. The car looked great when it arrived. Everything about ShipYourCarNow was good.

I had specifically requested it to arrive by a certain date because a friend who was supposed to receive it was gonna be traveling the next day. They said that should not be a problem. But it turned out that it was. They did not make it. Instead of it arriving by Friday, they went on a Monday or Tuesday and I have to ask my friend's husband to deal with it. So it was a little bit more complicated.

But I wish that there was a way to actually keep a track like what was the exact day the driver would be coming. I bought a Dodge out of state and transported it using ShipYourCarNow. I easily found the company online and got them to bring the car from Phoenix to Minneapolis. But they didn’t have a driver available at the time so the car wasn’t picked up and delivered on the promised date. And then once they got a driver, I got word that the car was gonna be showing up on a certain day, which was about six days after the original date given. It did show up on that day, and the person who brought the car was helpful and nice. Also, the actual cost ended up same as the original quote, which was a bit high, but not outrageously high.

I own a used car lot and I've been using ShipYourCarNow for a couple of years now. They’re a good company and I deal with them every week or once a month. They've been excellent and I sent a lot of my friends to them. They do what they say they're going to do and they're on time. The rep I deal with, Isaac, is very professional, courteous, and a top-notched guy. He works out prices with me and treats me real good. On some days, the process would take five days while sometimes it'd be three or eight days. But whatever time Isaac would tell me, he’d be right on point.

But if they can be a little more flexible on the price, it would be great.

I looked into one or two transport companies.and Ship Your Car Now sounded reliable and promised quick delivery. What the reps did was good and quick, and I did not expect that. The driver got in touch and talked with me, and came to the hotel where I was staying, and everything was good. As for the condition of my vehicle upon its arrival, I didn’t see any need to open things and I didn’t have any complaints.

And their representative seemed like a great guy but lied to me. Every time he hung up with me, his last response would be, "Okay, I'll call you back." And I never got a callback. Sometimes when I get a vehicle and I don't have a delivery driver, I use ShipYourCarNow. Recently, they transported a car from Minneapolis to Kansas. Their cost was good and everything was great.
