They worked with my terrible schedule and lack of free time/services. ** , the main guy that kept in touch with me throughout the whole process was more than helpful the whole time. I'm on a military installation so the driver met me at a local walmart which helped me out a lot also while keeping in contact that whole time. The whole process only took 4 days, and my car was delivered without any damage so if you’re skeptical on finding a company, look no further, you'll be worry free with them!

They found a carrier one day after I submitted the order; then the car was picked up the day after. It only took four days for my car to be delivered from Indiana to California. I thought it would at least take a week but it didn't. The carrier is nice and they came half an hour late due to traffic; yet it didn't make it a problem to me. The transporter cost is a total of 925 which 700 was for the carrier. There are no damage at all when I received my car but it was a little dirty on the outer appearances. However, it is not a problem to me as well. Overall, this is a very nice experience and I would like to use this company again if I need. The initial talks were good and Matt took 2-3 days to find a vehicle to ship my car from San Diego, CA to Vernon Hills, IL. No money was taken until then. Then a small amount was asked to be paid in order to confirm the driver and the vehicle. The driver, Yogi from OSSO, was supposed to pick up my vehicle around 12-1pm on 02/11/2015. But he came around 4-4:30pm only. He was good and neat in his job. A joint inspection was done and I took some photos in front of him and signed the bill of lading.

We shipped a Toyota Corolla from California to North Carolina and were very pleased with transport. We initially provided a 30 day lead-time and had to change lead-time to less than 7 days due to a change in circumstances. Dale took this change in lead-time and found Mario Express who was able to pick up the car in the short time frame given. Mario Express contacted me the day before to arrange the time frame he would show to pick up the car. I was not the person who was present when the car was picked up, however, I was told everything during that time went smoothly.

The cost was high but fair and competitive. I felt the price was worth the ease of mind and customer service. My car arrived in as good of condition as it left. They were quite a bit early in picking up the car but they were still flexible in working with my schedule. They dropped off the car on time. Despite my living on a hill in a tight road neighborhood, they made it work such that they dropped off the car right at my new home.

We contacted Tom at Ship A Car Direct and he was able to book transport for my daughter's Mini within a few hours. Within 6 days the car was delivered in Dallas (no damage). A few minor issues with the driver's communication but Tom helped us sort it out. Will definitely contact Tom again should we need to ship an auto.

I needed to transport my car from Ann Arbor, MI to Fresno, TX in a matter of days. I contacted Ship a Car Direct on 1/29/2015, and David was able to find me a transporter to pick my car up on 2/2/2015. Not only that, the car arrived two days later in Texas. DSL Logistics LLC was the transport company; the driver was very courteous. Overall, my experience was positive because other transporters I contacted needed a two week notice in order to guarantee my pickup date, but Ship a Car Direct was able to get me one within a few days. I tolerated the missteps in the purported "door to door" service because of this. The pickup and drop-off were within 2 miles from provided addresses. Just make sure you have someone available to transport you in case the driver can't make it to your door.

My car is a very small British sports car, (4 feet wide by 10 feet long). It was picked up in Happy Valley Oregon, and brought to Milford Michigan. There were some parts in the car, so they strapped the doors closed. Because the car is so narrow, it would not fit on normal width ramps, so the flatbed trailer was perfect. The car arrived in the same condition it was picked up. It is a total restoration project, so that is important. I am very pleased with the handling and timing of the move.
