This was my first time dealing with transporting a vehicle. It was very important to me that I was guided through each step of this process. I was very pleased at the professional and prompt service I received. They left no stone unturned. All information was correct and on time. Vehicle was delivered in pristine condition. This company will be our first choice in the future.

I shipped my car from PA to CA and it got there early with no damages or issues. The drivers were very helpful and were accommodating to my schedule. I used AT123 to move my car from California to Puerto Rico. It suffered over $3,000 in damage. They basically told me to go pound sand. So I was very particular who I used to bring it back. No problems with Ship a Car Direct. No damage and I am very happy. Am getting ready to ship another car with them. Make sure to ask for David.

Everything went very smooth with Dale's car shipping. I got my car shipped from Bay Area, CA to NJ only for five days. The service from the shipping company and the driver are very nice and effective. I will use Dale's car shipping again if I will need to transfer my car again.

I shipped my car cross-country. It was picked up in front of my house and was dropped off in front of my destination. From when I got the quote until after my car was dropped off, Ship-A-Car Direct was following up to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. I would highly recommend using Ship A Car Direct when seeking a car transporter co. Tom walked me through the entire process and was available to answer any questions. The company also provides video clips of tips on how your car is shipped, what to do, what to expect, etc which were extremely helpful - especially to a person who has never used a transporter co. before. I would recommend the carrier as well. He was very courteous and polite, and the only rating that received an average was the time scheduled for pick up/drop off. I was told Thurs and waited all day and part of Fri for his arrival. Since I was on a tight schedule in MI, it was a wasted day and a half that I had to sit and wait for pick up. I have to give the carrier credit that some of it was not in his control. MI experienced a stretch of inclement weather which I am sure persisted across the US. I was told the delivery would be on Thurs and I had to wait until Fri. That was not a problem since I was back home and not on a timetable.

After some searching and a few bad experiences with other companies, I finally came across ship-a-car-direct and was pleasantly surprised at the results. Gary went out of his way to find the most suitable and reliable transport company to ship my 2002 Ford Focus from NYC to Jacksonville Fl. The time frame in which he had to work with was quite thin, having dealt with other companies and having to cancel more than one other appointment previously made. Despite such short notice, a transporter was assigned and did a great job getting my baby safely and timely to its destination. I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by this company. They transported my car across the country for less than it would have cost to drive, with hotels and food along the way. The car came 3,000 miles in 3 days and arrived in perfect condition. Communication and customer service were both excellent.

When I signed up with ShipACarDirect.com I knew that they were a broker and were going to cost me additional money above what the transportation company would charge. Given that I have never used a service like this (transport service) and that I am a single Dad on a limited budget I thought that it would be worth the investment to weed out the scam artists and less than impressive carriers.

I had my 1997 Toyota Land cruiser, shipped from the Pocono Mountains of Pa. to San Diego, Ca. in Oct. 2014. I spoke to Tom from SHIP A CAR DIRECT. It took less than an hour for him to make arrangements. Last year, I tried to use another company to ship my Toyota Rav4 to Ca. I worked with them for six weeks. They waited until 2 days before I needed to have the car shipped. Then they said they could not help me. I reached Tom that day, and within the hour, he had the arrangements made. Tom was in touch with me through the whole transaction. It was a great experience. I used him again this year and had the same great experience. Thanks again Tom.

Sadly, some businesses are infested with a number of less than desirable providers. One of those is the auto transport business. But there is a way to avoid the scams and poor quality providers - and that is by feedback from actual customers. I feel very qualified to submit a review of Ship-A-Car Direct - as, within the past 2 years I have used this company to ship 8 vehicles. Vehicles were shipped cross-country as well as relatively short haul (Tennessee to Texas) routes. While every company has some problems fulfilling their commitments, I am happy to say, in all 8 cases, every car shipped made it to its destination on-time, damage free - from polite carriers who I was able to stay in touch with during the transport.

I did a lot of research and found A LOT of negative feedback in the car shipping industry. Ship-A-Car-Direct was very easy to work with and customer service went above and beyond. I had constant communication with Matt. Please also understand that although my car arrived ON TIME, it is VERY common of slight delays due to weather conditions across the United States for LONG transports.

We wanted our Lexus convertible waiting for us when we arrived at our winter home in Arizona. We sent inquiries and after comparing companies, settled on Ship a Car Direct. The driver, Andre, called and picked up our car in the local Oregon shopping center parking lot on Tuesday and the following Saturday he was waiting at our specified location in Arizona. Aside from needing a wash job, our car arrived in perfect condition. We even cheated a little and filled the trunk and backseat with personal belongings (even though Ship a Car advised us not to), the items were all there and in excellent condition. I had a flawless experience. I was scared looking into this process because I had no personal referrals and most companies either had little information and lacked reviews. I picked this place because their website was solid and their yelp reviews were plentiful (And the bad reviews had personal responses). Once you sign on they tell you who your carrier will be, which is one of many possibilities. My carrier called me several times to confirm the pickup and was exactly on time for the pickup. The drop off was again, exactly on time with the 2 calls ahead of time as well. The car looked the same as it was.

I shipped my Honda Civic from California to Georgia in early September '14. I was given carrier details after paying initial booking amount and the truck driver arrived on the same date and time as promised. Similarly the car was delivered on the same date as told to me by truck driver. The car was minorly dirty but was clean. Highly recommended.
