I moved so I needed to ship my vehicle. The quote that Ship a Car Direct gave me was good and the customer representative was helpful and professional.

The whole system of Ship a Car Direct was good to go. I used the online quote calculator and I feel that the quote given to me was fine. Everything was good.

It was my first time shipping my car (cross-country no less), and Karen at Ship-A-Car-Direct made it so easy and comfortable. She was there to help and reassure me every step of the way. The company has great reviews, and for good reason! If I ever need to ship a car again, I will definitely be using SACD!

I contacted Ship A Car Direct online on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Karen contacted me by phone within a few minutes and said she thought transport would be arranged fairly quickly. I was dubious due to the holiday. Within an hour, the driver had contacted the party shipping the vehicle in Maryland. The vehicle was picked up on Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving and was delivered to me in Texas on Monday after Thanksgiving. And in great condition. I had great service and would recommend using Ship A Car Direct. I was very pleased since I had requested transport by Reliable Carriers and had waited over four weeks getting nothing but lip service.

I've never shipped a car, so I felt it needed to be a combination of what people had witnessed and experienced, and a good rate. And I was pleasantly surprised with Ship a Car Direct when I had them ship a car I purchased in Indiana to Texas. The car was delivered to my door and was right on time.

They just told me the estimated date when they're gonna be available to pick up my car and how I'm going to pay for it. So first, you pay a deposit and then pay the driver once it's there so there was no problem the whole time. The process was pretty simple. No headache like when people are picking out which company to use all the way to getting the car and worrying about a dent and scratches. The communication was good. They also called me a day before delivering my car. I had no problem.

Only glitch was delivery was a 4-5 hours later than expected. I would surely use SaCD again in the future. No need to call any others.

Steven was very proactive so things were good. We figured out the price that I was able to pay and we went from there. The whole experience was really good. Everything from Steven to the people at the carrier themselves when they were already selected and being out, was okay. The pick-up had a little bit of an issue because they didn't explain that the vehicle couldn't be picked up where I was. I had to drive the vehicle and had to take a cab back to my home. Moreover, I was going to give the delivery driver a tip anyways but he asked for a tip and he wasn't satisfied with the tip and made faces, so that wasn't cool. But overall, the car arrived well and everything else.

I found Matt to be informative and oh so helpful for me. I personally had not had to do this research and contact by myself and he was wonderful. The carrier was also extremely nice and efficient. I would call Ship a Car Direct if I ever need this assistance again.

Worked with David to make the shipment more attractive to carriers and it worked. Delivery took about 5 days. David also helped avoid a potential concern on the delivery by discussing with the carrier. Have used Ship A Car direct before, and would use them again.

I have used Tom three times with Ship a Car Direct. He is honest and open about what the time frame might be. He keeps in contact with you once the car is listed to give you updates. Then when it was time to actually do it, I could never get a hold of him. So I called again and got this lady, who then quoted me a $50 more price but I thought it was still probably something that was doable, and we went from there.

But the customer service reps were a little late in picking things up. They weren't very responsive to my calls. When I called Ship a Car Direct, they got things going and were very helpful in explaining to me how everything worked. Stefan was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. It ended up working out great.

I called the person that helped me the first time and she arranged everything for me. Her name is Gabby and she's great. I trusted her and I felt like she was going to get me a fair price and is going to put me with a carrier that they had a good experience with in the past. I was quoted at $795 with a $30 online rebate. When it came time to pay the bill was $825 (SCD charge and transporter combined) and I asked about the online $30 rebate. At this point in time it was easy to get a hold of Emily and she informed me that a survey would be sent to me and after completing the survey I would receive the rebate.

They answered any questions that I had. They also provided me with a lot of video material so I knew what to expect when the car was gonna be delivered. The experience was very good and easy.

They assigned a shipper then they told me to call. I called the shipper and he said that Ship a Car cancelled them. Then, I called Ship a Car and they said, "No." He cancelled them. So it goes back-and-forth that way. That didn't make me happy at all.

Very efficient and problem free. Tom explained the process and didn't hesitate to address my concerns. I called another company first and they started off OK. But, as we got ready to make the transaction they became very aggressive, rude and short with me when I asked questions. They just wanted my credit card numbers. I was talking to this guy named David who was responsible for our case and he was very fast in responding, emails and all that, so I was very happy with it. A month after they shipped our car, I needed the receipt for reimbursement for the place I worked and I didn't get the receipt from the driver and couldn't reach him. So they helped me a lot with that too. They sent my boss an email confirming that I paid in full, although the driver wouldn't do that. I had a couple of videos that show the importance of checking the car before signing the delivery acceptance which I found very helpful. So overall I found the experience as very good.

Emily at Ship a Car Direct did an excellent job of getting a carrier for us (at a reasonable price) and then kept us apprised of dates, times, etc. It really took all the pressure and worry off of us. I would recommend this company.
