My experience with Sherpa was easy, quick, and the car was delivered in the time frame they said they would. There weren't a lot of drivers who wanted to pick the car up. So, Sherpa ended putting in $300 to make it more enticing. The driver was really good. He was reachable, nice, and easy to deal with.

I liked Sherpa's responsiveness and their price. The rep and I got in touch with one another and he told me he would find me a carrier and he did. It was also exactly the dates that I needed it done. I didn't give him a very wide window. So, I was surprised. It all worked out really well. Then, he followed up to make sure. The driver was a really nice guy. He showed up, was very professional, did everything he was supposed to do paperwork-wise, took pictures, talked to me, explained the process, and then he dropped the car off right at my front door. They gave me a window of delivery and it was delivered a day before they thought it would be, which worked out perfectly.

Sherpa was organized. They returned my phone call quickly. They gave me a quote and stuck to the quote. The rep was very professional. We were playing phone tag for a little bit. She never gave up. She was very courteous. I had a lot of questions about how my truck was going to be moved and she answered all of them really clearly, so I understood exactly what was expected of me. There were no surprises. It was worth it. The driver was also great. He kept me up to date on where he was and when I could expect a truck. He was there when he said he was going to be there to pick it up and drop the vehicle off.

The pick-up was a little inconvenient. We had to meet the driver a little farther away from our place than we had anticipated because his truck was too big. But the drop-off was fine. However, it was in a centralized place. Three or four people had to go pick up their cars in one location versus dropping it near where we wanted it dropped off. But the condition of the car was great. The cost was good too.

My experience with Sherpa was great. Their price seemed very reasonable. The driver was excellent. The communication was good. In the evening, when he got near the area, he texted me and we decided on the time and he asked me for a place and I gave him an idea of one. He Googled the map to make sure that it would make sense for him and we agreed upon that. There were no problems at all.

They were responsive and gave me the information I needed quickly. The pick-up and delivery went without a hitch. Everything went as estimated and told as part of the contract. The cost was very good. It was a good experience and I would recommend to use them.

Sherpa told me they would have a shipper within most likely five days, and it worked out well. They picked up the car about 1:00 in the afternoon in Atlanta and my brother had it in Pennsylvania by 11:00 that night. I would recommend Sherpa. It was a little more expensive than some of the places I talked to, but sometimes people get what they pay for.

Sherpa gave me the best service and the best price. I had a truck break down in Arizona on the way to Tennessee. I had it fixed in Arizona, and we needed it to get to Tennessee without me going back and forth. Sherpa had the truck picked up in Arizona for me. There were a couple little hiccups, but the company they contracted with handled it, and three days later, I had my truck here. It happened quick, and it worked out good. I’d tell friends, "I had a good experience with them," and I’d definitely recommend them.

The cost was a little high, but not unreasonable. The only thing that needs to be considered is it's not super great how Sherpa does the window. My car could be picked up anywhere between this day and that day. That's a challenge when you're moving. However, the car companies I called all gave a couple-day window. So, I thought, “Oh, I may have a car before I move. I may not.” Other than that, pickup and delivery went smooth. The guy was great, super knowledgeable, super hands-on, and made sure that my cars were really well taken care of.

Working with Sherpa was straightforward, and customer service was great. They moved quickly, a lot faster than they said, so I was happy about that. The driver was fine as well. The guy had a really big truck, so we had to scramble and meet him somewhere for the pickup, but he was willing and flexible. When my car was delivered, I got him to come closer to us and he was willing to do that too. It was, overall, really smooth. I was satisfied. The cost was a little cheaper than we thought, and the quality was good. My only complaint was having to get a carwash thing on my own and send it to Sherpa. I didn't even end up bothering using that part of the service ‘cause I didn't wanna go through the trouble.

Working with Sherpa was a good experience. I did it all online. At first, I didn't hear anything for a few days even after the pickup day, but I was reassured that they were putting it out for bids and finally got acknowledgment, then it shipped. I was able to track it as it shipped and it arrived safely. One thing though, I am still waiting for my rebates. There's up to $20 for a car wash, then for doing it all online, there was a $50 rebate, but I haven't received those yet. Besides that, I had a very good driver, and I'd recommend Sherpa.

Signing up with Sherpa was quite easy. Plus, the driver was there on time in Arizona and I watched him load the car. I was nervous about the transport because I like my car, but everything was fine. The driver called my brother in Scarborough, Maine the day before and said he would deliver that day, then he called him when he got there. He found a place near my brother where he could pull in and go around the building, so he wouldn't have to turn the truck around. He delivered the car to my brother, and it was the same way he picked it up. There was no damage to the car, and it was nice and clean and he was on time. I was very pleased. It was the first time I ever shipped a car, and it was a good experience. I would do it again.

Awesome experience. I was apprehensive at first due to all the negative things that are happening in the world. But everything occurred without an issue and was very smooth. They even kept true to their word that the price quoted would not change even though the contracted driver wanted more money for the move. I highly recommend Sherpa.

The website and emails described the process precisely, and they confirmed everything by phone and text step by step as we moved from order placement to pickup to delivery. I called a company that offered cheaper service. However, they barely communicated, and I became frustrated. I contacted Sherpa because of the excellent communication and constant check-in. They quoted me a reasonable rate, were honest, offered me a discount, and provided a more assured date. They picked up my car when they said it would and delivered two days earlier than they had quoted. I was delighted to see my car, returned my rental immediately, and saved money. There was no damage to my car, and the driver was polite and professional. I would use this company any day. Their customer service is excellent, they are professional, and they treat you respectfully.

Pickup and drop-off went on time and without incident. Truck driver made things very easy. No issues with car, he kept me informed about drop-off time. We discussed together the easiest places to both pickup and drop-off the vehicle. I would use again for sure.

We have moved a number of times and this was by far our best relocation experience. The driver arrived on time to transport our cars (San Antonio, TX to Charlotte, NC) and delivered both vehicles in a timely manner. Sherpa also offered good rates for enclosed shipping. I highly recommend Sherpa for your auto transport needs.

The whole process was very easy. The quote was received quickly and was better than several competitive quotes. The scheduling estimate was accurate and terms and conditions were clear. The pickup and drop off logistics were easy to manage. Prices were competitive and I got a rebate. The only challenge we had was with the transport company questioning our cashier's check, and requesting Venmo payment. But we worked it out to our satisfaction.

Sherpa has now transported my car across the country twice. Both times they have been timely, courteous and expeditious. My car arrived undamaged both times. When my car arrived most recently, one of the tires had gone flat because there was a nail in it. That likely happened *before* we loaded it on the truck since it was wedged in deeply enough to create a leak. The driver was able to inflate the tire at delivery so that we could drive safely home, and then to the tire shop. Courteous and reliable service!

Excellent communication and follow up. Received several quotes from different companies and Sherpa was the best value for enclosed transport. The final price was true to the quote, no surprises. Great customer service. No hidden fees. No estimates but you get your guaranteed price when you contact them. Great rebates offers. I had two vehicles shipped over 1000 miles at two different occasions with no issues. Transporters were reliable and responsive. I recommend using their services at any time. Be aware of other shippers who give estimates as those go up at final destination.

Very fast and on time as they said. In other words they promised at to what I wanted and they did what they promised and very accurately and on time. Very pleasant to talk to. Were professional and I could go on and on. One thing is for sure. If and when I need a car hauled I will call them. They can use me for a reference and that is for sure.

I wound up using Sherpa twice. So, I had a Camry and a 2003 Lexus shipped through them. I called and spoke to representatives and they were both pleasant and professional. The first one was really very professional, so that's what convinced me to use it again. Then the second person was very hands-on and was straightforward with me as far as if I had any questions or look up some information. Any questions that I needed answered, it was addressed. They explained the services. They took down my information and we went over pricing. I liked the deals that they were offering. So, I signed up with them. My car was picked up in Fairfield, CA and 60 hours later delivered all the way across the country to central Florida. The driver was very communicative and the car arrived without a scratch. I was very happy with them and with Sherpa.

The experience was overall extremely positive. I started by calling and talking to Sherpa Auto Transport's representative. With the information she gave me, I thought, "This might be a company that I would want to work with on this." We proceeded through it, and the cost was reasonable. I made sure that I knew that they had appropriate coverages. And it sounded like their procedures were all in line with what I thought I needed. So, I went with them. They got me a contracted transporter. And we shipped the car off. Everything went great.

Cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Russell and our experience. I don't typically write reviews, but both Russell and Sherpa were fantastic. He was extremely communicative with texts to keep us updated. He made sure to check the car over with us meticulously. He kept in touch with us as he traveled. Once we arrived in Los Angeles, I texted him and we were able to get our vehicle within an hour and a half of arriving. Just wonderful service all around.

Once somebody at Sherpa answered the phone, they were knowledgeable. They actually answer the phones, no voicemail messages. They said I would give a $300 down payment once the driver was on his way to pick up the vehicle which I did. They also stated that they would keep contact which they did 100%. The driver called saying he was on his way to get the vehicle. The driver had contact with me again to let me know he was en route and what time frame he was gonna be there.

Working with Sherpa was amazing. I called and received a quick and easy quote. The representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The driver (named AL) was super nice and kept in touch regarding the pick up location and time. He met me as scheduled and in about a week the car was safely delivered to the destination in Tacoma WA without a scratch. I highly recommend Sherpa.

I have a heavily modified jeep that I needed to transport across country to my new home. I had my concerns on the transport outcome and looked into several companies. Sherpa was very responsive, easy to get hold of an actual person, answered all my questions. The pickup was very smooth. The transport was rather quick. And I received my jeep in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this transport broker. Could not have gone any smoother.

The Sherpa rep was very nice and answered all my questions. I was just getting started trying to wrap my head around the concept of shipping the car and what it would entail. I was a little nervous and anxious about having somebody pick up my car and take it away. He was very helpful with all of that. When I said, “I'm not really ready to place an order today,” he said he understood. They followed through and stayed in touch with me. They weren't just looking to get a sale. They were looking to make sure that the job was going to be done right and that it was going to be what I wanted.

I wanted an enclosed shipping service, and it worked out well for me. I just gave Sherpa a minimum deposit to book it and paid the rest when the guy got there with the car. I was happy with the cost. Knowing how much fuel is and where those guys are gonna get the car, I couldn't complain. The delivery was seamless too. I'd tell friends to go with Sherpa. They did a good job, and I was very impressed.

The best experience dealing with the agent compared to other companies. Not pushy, and are focused on making sure there will be no problems with your transport. Not the absolute cheapest, but worth the extra 5 - 10 % cost for no worries.

I really liked the communication with Sherpa. They answered all my questions, and pickup and delivery were perfect. I just didn't like how I was given less than a two-hour notice that my car was getting picked up. The driver gave me a call, then he texted me that he was about 40 minutes out. That was the only communication we had. My car was in Pearland and I was at a job in Alvin, so I was trying to figure out how to leave early.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. So, I felt comfortable with that. And they had my trust because somebody I knew had used them. Sherpa told me how the process works and answered all the questions I had. It was straightforward. The driver dropped the car off. He was very professional and nice enough.

Having never transported a vehicle before I was very apprehensive and uneducated about it. I was lucky to get Darren as my contact as he was very informative about the process and educated me on how everything would transpire. Everything just went just as he described. I was lucky to get the driver that I did he was very helpful and I liked him from the beginning. He even was able to deliver the car the next day! Wow you can't get better than that.

Sherpa Auto Transport's rep was very kind. English was his second language, so there was a bit of a barrier. But the reps were very accommodating and efficient. There was some confusion at the end. The driver wanted cash. I had to show the picture of my contract that said I could pay either/ or. And the driver had to call his boss to make sure that was good. Other than that, they were expedient and right on time, if not early. I would recommend Sherpa. Make sure you have everything in writing, which they provided. And as long as you have all your ducks in a row, it shouldn't be a problem. I found them to be right on it and very competitive.

The driver stated he would be at my home at 12 noon - that is when he pulled up! No issues with condition of vehicle; no issues with unloading. I would highly recommend Sherpa for vehicle transport! Excellent service! No issues!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Booked transfer on Monday morning. Car picked up that evening. Delivered to my son’s doorstep on Saturday. Only knit, car was not washed they promised/ promoted, but otherwise very well done. Price competitive with other shippers.

I shipped my car for about 289 miles through Sherpa and the reps I had were very good. They stuck to the point and it was very easy to set up the whole thing. They said they couldn't be sure how long the transport would take because of traffic. But they reckoned five or six hours, which was in fact what happened. The vehicle was brought up to outside my son's apartment and taken off the back of the vehicle it was on. It was perfect and without incident. The guy was very nice, too.

Sherpa was rated by the Better Business Bureau very well. They had high customer ratings. They gave a reasonable price that wasn't too high but wasn't alarmingly low either. Most of the other companies just seemed like a scam. After I researched everything, I already knew that I was gonna go with Sherpa and hire them to do the booking part. I was transporting my wife's vehicle so she didn't have to drive across the country. Sherpa had a really good pledge where they offered a portion of money. If they couldn't get the vehicle transported within the time slot that I allotted, they would add additional funding to try to increase the transporters to take it. That was the selling point for me.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest but they seemed to have the best reputation so we went with them and our experience was excellent. They did the pickup and delivery on time. They were very careful with the vehicle and everything was in good shape. Also, the drivers were extremely courteous and friendly.

I looked at five companies and chose Sherpa because the time period is free. I also liked the responsiveness and reviews of the company. Setting up the transport was easy and customer service was great. The timeframe for the service was supposed to be within a week but the car actually got to us faster. The driver was great. He was very timely and communicative. My cousin met him in Florida. The driver was running a little behind with his prior thing so my cousin ended up having to meet him pretty late. They met at 10 o'clock because the driver had come through a lot of traffic. He was super nice. The car looked great when it arrived. The price was very accurate and it was a good price for going cross-country.

I like that the transport was fast. It took four days from Tennessee to Nevada and towards the end, the driver called and gave me a time. My car arrived in a really small enclosed trailer, which to me is a lot better than a large carrier.

Sherpa’s customer service was on point and got back to me as soon as possible. I kept an open line of communication with them and the driver so that was good and it meant a lot. They followed up so that made me decide to go with them. The driver took pictures of the car, had me sign, watched them load up and then, they drove off. So it was cut and dry. They got the car at 7 o'clock that night and it was there the next day at 10 o'clock in the morning.

Sherpa’s price lock promise was a good lock in. That was a plus on their side. They were the only ones that I saw that offered it, which might have helped me in that decision besides flipping a few coins. I spoke with the guy who set it all up for me and he sounded nice, professional and sincere, and that was also helpful. I was kept informed of where the car was and when it was expected.

They came on time and everything was right. Also, they were accommodating. When they came, they looked at the position where they will be able to park because of the long trailer. It wasn't close. They went to the major road, parked there, and drove the car up. The condition that they took it as is the condition they delivered it.

Sherpa was highly rated and the individual that I ended up speaking with when I was making arrangements was very professional, courteous and not pushy. They notified me of when the things would happen, usually by text or voice mail, and it was always good information and helpful. The quote was a little higher than some of the others, but the rating was what reassured me. The representative explained that the quote included a cushion for the company because they couldn't predict what they would have to pay a shipper or a trucker so that I was protected from getting a quote and then having it go up when they were loading the car. Some places gave me quotes that were lower but having read some reviews, it could go up and it might be at the last minute when you are ready to have the transaction happen.

The transport from New Jersey to Dallas took around 10 days. The driver delivered the car in front of my home, so it was fine. Sherpa gave me a competitive offer, which was why I proceeded, and I had a good experience with them.

The quote was fair at the time because everybody was in the ballpark. Some were higher and a couple of them might have been a few dollars lower. But Sherpa didn't try to contact me until the day after.

Setting up the transport was relatively easy. Because I researched other products, I knew the questions to ask, things I couldn't find online. So, all my questions were answered. I needed a transport because I purchased a car about 300 miles away and I found Sherpa online. I had looked at some others, but I wanted to find some with better ratings and Sherpa was rated highly through Forbes. Their rep was good. I felt comfortable. It was scheduled to take one to two days from drop-off and they picked the car up and dropped off in the same day. It was picked up at a car dealer. It was dropped off close to my house. The car was in the same condition that it left. The price was a little higher, but I felt good about Sherpa, so it didn't matter. I felt like I got the value.

It was very easy setting up transport with Sherpa. I submitted an online request/quote, and then went forward with that after I got the response. They called to set up final details and explained the process. Within five days, the vehicle was picked up by the driver and Sherpa coordinated that with me. Easily within a week of that, it was at my doorstep. The pick-up was in Woodstock, Virginia and the delivery was in Grand Prairie, Texas. The whole process from start to finish was no more than two weeks. The whole experience was smooth. It was very informative and, overall, it was more affordable than having to fly or drive there and grab the vehicle and bring it back myself. I would recommend them for sure.

There was a lot going on with our move, but Sherpa communicated through emails. I also received a couple of phone calls to schedule the pick-up and then they provided me with basic instructions on shipping the vehicle and what's not to leave in the car, and ship it on low tank of gas. They also communicated through text message once the driver picked up the car. Overall, I was really satisfied and they were accommodating. We didn't have anybody to receive the vehicle once they got to Boise, and they couldn't drop it off at our condo because of the trees. The large hauler could not go down the street with trees because the cars would get scratched. So the driver found a place off the interstate with a hotel, and I was able to call the hotel and pay a weekly parking rate. That was a helpful solution. Everything was cut-and-dry and successful and we were happy with their service.

The service was good. The pick-up time was on time. I had no issues when they picked up the car and there was no issues when it arrived to my sister. The transport was pretty quick. We also had good communication with the driver. It was a good experience. I would do it again. I'm just waiting for the $200 rebate. It was supposed to be 10 days after the delivery.

I had a very smooth experience with Sherpa. I talked to someone on the phone and they made the arrangements and it went without a hitch. We met beside a Walmart because we lived down a gravel road on a one-way street. It was very difficult. I felt they should not even try. I got a phone call. I met the gentleman with the trailer and we loaded it all and it was done and gone and delivered to the new location. It went just like they said it would go. The gentleman that picked it up did a good job. We both did pick up, and then my daughter accepted it for us in Asheville and she said it went fine. I would recommend using them.

I had a four-door Jeep Wrangler transported from Florida to Arizona. Sherpa was very customer-service-oriented when I spoke with them. The reviews about the company really swayed me to use their service. The gal that helped me was personable and explained things well. The price lock option was very nice and I liked that. It was very helpful. Also, the final cost was reasonable. I had one other company that was a little less expensive. But I wanted to go with someone I felt more comfortable with. The only thing is they don't give you an idea of who's gonna be picking up the car until the last minute. It's a little scary waiting until the last minute to know for sure if they're gonna pick it up. But that's just how the industry works.

I bought a car out on the East Coast and I needed to get back here to Kansas. I read a review on Sherpa and that convinced me to go with them over everybody else. Customer service did good. They answered all my questions and were super concerned about getting it right and getting somebody. Sherpa is nothing more than a load broker. I'm a little bit on the inside of it. My business is not that much different than what they do. I understand most of these load brokers. I really have a high degree of skepticism against these load brokers because I deal with them in my own business and they're just a bunch of snakes. Once they have your freight, you're a hostage and you can't do anything about it.

I asked when the car would get there, when it would be picked up, what it would cost, and everything Sherpa Auto Transport said happened. It was super easy. I called Sherpa on a Friday, and by Monday, they told me they would pick the car up the next week when I asked them to. Before that, I called them on a Thursday and they picked it up Friday. Just for their safety and to make it easier on them, I drove up to the top of the hill from where I live and met them on the main road. They looked the car over, took pictures, made sure everything was good, and they just put it on their truck. My son said everything was perfect. The guy pulled it off, my son gave him the cash, and that was it. What the quote was exactly what Sherpa charged me.

Sherpa Auto Transport performed as expected. The trip was from Maryland to Florida. I picked the open transport for my old car and the closed transport for my new car. It was two to three days from the time they picked up to the time they delivered. The cars were delivered in the same way they were picked up.

We shipped a Chrysler 200 from Palm Springs, California to Chicago, Illinois. I looked at Sherpa because I got a good track record with them. I had three good experiences in a row. The quote I got was very fair. I like that they have a program whereby for $100 more, you can tighten the pickup and delivery window, which is really important when you're traveling and you are gonna get on an airplane. You don't want your car not picked up the night before you're traveling on the plane. They have a really nice and flexible program that way. The final cost was the same. In relation to the quality of service, it was a very good value.

I've had to ship cars back and forth for my kids to college. I did a search and picked Sherpa. Everything was very good. The quote was straight and they could meet the dates that I had, which were very specific. Sherpa is the front end and they connect you with the driver. All of that went very smoothly. The pickup was in Durham, North Carolina and the delivery was in California. My driver was exactly on time and so was the delivery. There were no surprises. The communication and the instructions were good. The follow-up was great and my car made it safe.

Sherpa provided exactly what they said they would. The agent we spoke with to place the order was incredibly helpful and anticipated information that we did not know we would need! I will use them again in the future.

They were always responsive. However, you never know when they're gonna pick up the car. They don't pick up the car till the day before. They give you a timeframe. But we fly back and forth from Arizona and we have airline tickets. So, we have to go at a certain time. But I've used them three times now and I've been happy with them.

I appreciated Sherpa's constant communication and they were the most transparent with me about the process. Every single time I had a question, regardless of the time that I sent the email, they would always find a way to reach back out to me as soon as possible and all of their expertise made me feel like I was sending my car safely. Another big reason that I went with Sherpa was the lock-in rate. It made me feel like I wasn't being scammed. My only complaint is that before they booked my car, it's kind of very last minute. I was told about an hour before my car got picked up. There could have been a way to have some more time or a timeframe because I was about to board a plane and I had to get ahold of my dad. It was kind of chaotic. Other than that, it's a great company overall and they got the job done.

Sherpa took the time to explain to me the whole process which the other companies didn't do. Sherpa doesn't transport the car, they subcontract it out to a carrier. They put it out there and I'd pay them a certain amount. I felt comfortable with everything that was explained to me and how it would work. They assigned me to a Florida transport company and I got a text from the driver. They told me what time they'd be in the area. They came back and they asked me if I could meet them somewhere because my street was too small for the delivery. They texted me a couple of times during the route and told me what time they would be expecting to be in the area and set up a delivery drop-off place with me. The vehicle was fine and it arrived a day early. It was in the same condition as I had left it.

The rep who helped me set up was amazing. He was very nice, knowledgeable, helped me and answered all my questions. He told me what to do, what not to do, that this company would be calling out to me and gave me the rundown of everything. I got the vehicle quickly. They said in-between the 14th and 16th and the driver dropped it off on the 11th. The vehicle was perfect. It was the way I left it. I’ll use Sherpa again. They're the best company. If you're gonna use somebody, use Sherpa. I forwarded the contact information though I don't know if the person used it.

I had my car shipped from Arkansas to Mississippi and I had a good experience with Sherpa. I did everything online and the supervisor called me and verified some more information about where the car needs to be, what kind of car it was, and what place they gotta pick it up. It was a quick conversation and he said he was gonna send me the confirmation. Everything was great. The man who picked up the car was very nice. I was asking questions about how long he’s been transporting. He helped me with taking the car off the trailer. The battery was dead and he even helped me trying to jump it off. So, it was good service. It’s my first time doing this transportation, so I don't know how a lot of stuff plays a part. You gotta find the right driver that represent the company and maybe going on that same route too. When I buy another car, I'm gonna use the same company again.

I had an excellent experience with Sherpa. The transport was rapidly fast. The vehicle left Seattle on the 9th of May and it was there for me once I got to New York five days later. Sherpa was the broker and the company Rapid Auto Transport was amazing. They made sure I knew where my car was and exactly when it was gonna show up, and who had it. They were efficient. I totally would use them again.

Working with them was convenient and the drivers were great. Everything was really smooth and easy. Plus, the price was good. It came out to be a lot lower than I expected. The delivery was great. The first time, the mover had very communication with me. He told me what location might be good because he couldn't come to where my house was, which was fine by me.

I liked their price-lock. Plus, they reassured me they would be with me every step of the way. They were just so kind. The movers called within 24 hours before picking the vehicle up and let us know what we had to do to the car and what we were able to pack in it. They picked it up when they said they would. The mover checked the car out and took notes on everything. They got in contact with us when they were in the town of delivery. The delivery was a couple days later than we expected and we were getting a little nervous. But, it didn't ruin any plan. The cost of the service was very fair.

Everything was great. The mover did the inspection thoroughly and checked for everything. He took pictures and videos. The prices were not the cheapest but I'm happy with the price I got from Sherpa. I recommend the service.

I didn't have any problem with Sherpa. I told the person that we were waiting to see if we won the bid and they weren't hounding me, but they kept wanting to confirm it. I couldn't confirm it to set up any scheduling until we won the bid, which wouldn't have been until a Tuesday. This was back in March. I called them as soon as we won the bid. Setting up the transport was easy. They were friendly and nice. The people that came out to pick up the vehicle communicated with the seller. We did communicate as far as to when the seller was gonna be available, and then the seller and he spoke and he didn't seem to have any problem.

Sherpa's rate was similar to everybody else, but it was fixed so I went with them. The pickup and delivery went smoothly and the driver was fun to be around.

I was transporting a brand-new car and I wouldn't have given it to somebody if I didn't know what was going on. It’s all available online. I could read everything that was to be done. The delivery was perfect. The car got here when it was supposed to and the reps did what they said.

There were a couple of hiccups, but overall, they were helpful and got the transport done. The experience was good for the most part. The pick-up point was in Long Beach, California and the drop-off was in Salt Lake City, Utah, and it was scheduled to take three days, and that was how long it took. The quote was pretty much spot-on. It was a pretty fair price.

Sherpa is a little bit cheaper than the other company we looked at. The representatives asked what we were looking for, and the make and model. They wanted to know where we wanted the car to go to and where is it being taken from. They explained they couldn't go into heavy residential areas, gave us a quote, and followed up by text. He came, grabbed the car, loaded it up, gave us a receipt, and he confirmed to make sure that the address that they had for the other end was accurate. The person who received the car on the other end said the car was still in excellent condition. Sherpa did everything I expected they would.

The process was great. It took a while for Sherpa to find a driver, but that was more weather related because it was coming from Vermont. They were having some extreme weather at the time. I wasn't in a rush, so I wasn't concerned. Also, they communicated well and got me my truck in four days. They had other vehicles on the truck. At first, I was nervous ‘cause I hadn't had to ship a car before, but I would definitely use Sherpa again if I had to.

Although I was given a 5 day window for picking up my vehicle they were 3 days early and gave me an option. My car was delivered in 12 hrs from Missouri to Georgia. All communication was kept with me throughout the entire process. Awesome service!!

Cross country moves are super stressful but Sherpa made shipping our cars one of the least stressful parts. Everything was on time and communication was excellent. Cars arrived in the condition that they left in. Would recommend and use again.

Everything went well. Driver did an excellent job of communicating by text and staying in touch. There were no problems with the condition of the car (except dirt and insect splats) and most of that came off after running through the carwash. Will send receipt and bill of lading for any rebates that may apply.

The truck broke down so my car arrived late. Otherwise I was very satisfied. I especially appreciated the car being picked up at my home. I had to go and get my car from the driver. It wasn’t very far but it was difficult to figure out where he was.

Sherpa worked until they found a carrier to deliver a car from Roanoke, VA to Oakland, TN. It did not take long to find and the driver, Vakhtang **, was excellent. I have been transporting my cars between Philadelphia and Naples Florida for years. And have never experience had as well performed as this one. I wouldn’t use or suggest any other company. I was traveling during the transport and was always well informed throughout the process.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I paid a $200 premium for a specified pick up window. The driver did not show up. I requested a refund of the $200 premium I paid. They gave excuses, claiming it was "not guaranteed" and they refused to refund even the premium. No apologies, no shame. I tried calling their service helpline, was on hold for a long time, then got a recording "no one is here to help you". I called the sales line, they picked up immediately. Basically, Sherpa has a bunch of slick sales people, but they don't stand behind their promises. Who does business like this? I will never use Sherpa again. You shouldn't either.

Had to call in because my car was lowered. All other transport brokers I was getting quotes from didn’t ask this or if they did then didn’t care enough to make sure the car was too low for open transport. At first we thought it was and booked a closed transport for an expected added surcharge. I re-examined my car & found it wasn’t lowered enough to warrant a closed transport. Called in again, sent photo proof of at least a 4” low point and the rep was able to cancel & rebook in an open transport and saved me $550. Will absolutely use again!

This is the second time I've used Sherpa Auto Transport and it went well. I liked the driver. Sherpa was expensive than other companies, but I felt more comfortable.

Sherpa's process worked out well in assigning a driver and providing me with updated information electronically. In my case, It was challenging to time the delivery day because I couldn't be there and my brother was not arriving from a vacation until the date of delivery. The Black Mustang driver was logistically flexible in timing the delivery and efficient in loading and unloading the transported vehicle. I will definitely recommend Sherpa to others.

Our only inconvenience was being unable to effect advanced planning. I called Sherpa on a Tuesday, and they said the car would be picked up in the next five days. The car was picked up the next day. Then they said the transport would take five to seven days, and it only took four days. Their reps were really helpful. But there was a mistake, and I was frustrated by that. I talked to one person and was quoted $1,500. I clearly told them that the car was not operational. I then called back to actually book the appointment and ended up speaking to somebody else, and it was a significant price increase from $1,500 to $2,300. So that was a little disappointing. But the rep didn't intend to mislead me, he just made an honest mistake. My dad was in Oregon for the pick up and my nephew was in Texas for the drop off. Both of them had the best things in the world to say about the driver that picked up the car. They were so happy with them.

Sherpa's price was very good. They were very attentive, and they got back to me, and they were very nice to work with. I could always get through to them. There was always somebody that answered the phone, and they were very pleasant to deal with. I had an extremely good experience with the man that came and picked up the car. He was very nice to work with and very efficient, got the car on the trailer and he was out of here.

The pickup and delivery were both good. They wanted to pick up earlier and we weren't really ready for earlier, which is always a good thing. So we scheduled a time and the driver called about 30 minutes out. Then he sent a text and was there on time, and loaded the cars.

Everything worked really well on scheduling with Sherpa. The delivery was on time and everything was just perfect. The driver picked up the car in Florida on Thursday and delivered it to Oklahoma on Saturday. He communicated when he got to Oklahoma and wanted to know who was gonna pick up the car and where he could drop it off. I was very satisfied.

This is the third time I've used Sherpa. The first gentleman I talked to seemed genuine and knew what he was talking about. And I had a good experience the first time. So, the second time, I didn't do research. I just used Sherpa. The same thing with the third time. The guys did all the work and called me. One of the times, I had to switch days so that was a bit difficult for Sherpa people. But it was still handled very well. The first time, the gentleman didn't speak English well. But it was still handled good. The last two drivers kept me posted when they would arrive. And it was handled very well.

She answered all my questions and gave me a detailed quote with timelines. The interaction was quite thorough. The driver reached out to me about 24 hours prior to picking up the vehicle, sharing when he'd be available to pick it up. Even during the process, he had assured me that I could call him at any time if I had any questions regarding my vehicle. 12 hours prior to delivery, I got a phone call from him telling me the approximate time of delivery. He parked around my apartment complex. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I had to move a car across country. Sherpa seemed to have better prices compared to other people. They were flexible, too. Their price range seemed good. Pickup was at a car dealership near us because they had a lot of room for the guy to get there. Drop-off, similar situation, just a big parking lot. They estimated 5 to 7 days to get there, but they got there quickly. The driver inspected the car and had a little tablet thing and was good about it. He was definitely used to it and was able to catch stuff that I wouldn't have seen.

My interactions with the driver were excellent. He knew my car and he knew how to drive it. When it was delivered, the car was essentially the same as the pickup. Also, the weather was perfect and he put it on the back of the carrier so that it didn't get any bugs or anything on it. The guy had my wife check the car over for any damage and check it off.

I went straight to Sherpa’s website and then, they called me once they had a car available. The transport was 2,200 miles cross-country and the communication with the driver was fine. He called me when he was ready to pick up and 24 hours before he delivered.

Sherpa was awesome. They had a good quote and they came through with what was promised. The pickup was in Michigan, while drop-off was in California, and it was about a week. They emailed me updates, then eventually, they texted me how to reach the driver. We made a drop-off date, time, and location and it worked out. They used a big rig to Sacramento, and from Sacramento, they dropped off the car into a different truck, then this truck only had three vehicles on it. It was super easy, and the vehicle's condition was great. All in all, Sherpa is reliable and I love how they had upfront pricing. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other carriers, but they were honest. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

My vehicle was picked up when promised and delivered 3 days early! All drivers sent me a text to announce their Estimated Time of Arrival and they arrived virtually as they predicted. This makes three times that I have used Sherba and all 3 times I had the same experience.
