I used Sherpa based on their many positive reviews. After receiving an online quote, Scott reached out to me immediately to see if I had any questions. It did take a while for Sherpa to find a carrier that met my pick-up window. Sherpa sent regular emails informing of their progress. The transportation company kept me updated with texts. My car was picked up on the day it was scheduled and delivered satisfactorily to the destination two days later. I would use them again. It was a very positive experience.

I was looking through Consumer Reports' reviews and saw that Sherpa was the number two carrier in the nation. Instead of going with the number one company, I went with the number two because I figured they work harder at trying to become number one than the number one company already has. I chose to go with Sherpa to transport a Subaru Outback, and it only took a couple of days, which was sooner than I anticipated. My son was there for pickup, and he was pleased with the driver. I was there at drop-off and I was so impressed with him and how hard he worked moving the cars around on the thing. He doesn't have an easy job and his level of professionalism was exemplary.

Setting up the transport with Sherpa was easy. I was also surprised with the pricing. The driver was good. I would recommend them to somebody else.

I called several companies and decided to use Sherpa. I read a lot of reviews saying that there were a lot of scammers out there adding cost at delivery, and Sherpa has a price guarantee, which turned out we had to use. The reviews online also put them on top, even though I could find some that were less expensive and some that were more expensive. Their reps were very responsive. In fact, when I hadn't heard something for a while and because it was gonna be the next week that my pickup was supposed to be, I called and they said that's not uncommon. They assured me that everything would be okay. The 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was shipped uncovered. They said they had covered as an option, but it was more costly.

The service was very quick. Setting up the transport was straightforward and it worked out well. The driver was great. I got charged what they said I was going to get charged.

They were very helpful at setting up the transport. The driver was in contact with me the whole time. He was extremely courteous and he gave me specific times he'd be there. Everything was great. We had some household items and everything was undamaged.

My car is older and we were moving across the country, and I was super nervous that something was gonna happen to my car, but they Sherpa was so great. They answered every question I didn't even know I had. It was so fast. The driver texted me along the way.

The gentleman who picked up my car was very helpful, very polite, very kind and very professional. The service was worth every penny.

Sherpa Auto Transport fit with my budget. It was very good pricing. Also, the reps made clarifications of everything that I had questions on. The vehicles arrived before the expected date. So, I was very happy with that. For the first vehicle, I had to go five miles away from my current location because they gave me an address to go to. But for the second vehicle, they came to the address. I met the driver outside.

Sherpa Auto Transport gave me a very good quote. They set up the move quickly. They told me an estimated time. I let them know the days that I needed it there because I would meet them there on the other side. The rep was able to get it locked in, but we had a one week lead time to play with dates. So, they were flexible. As soon as I got my car delivered there, I had my daughter-in-law ship with Sherpa again.

When I called Sherpa, I did not know what to expect, but the service and quick responses that I received were outstanding. The contactors they found me were also excellent and for great prices. We moved two vehicles from Orlando to Washington State and we had to change our delivery date and address a couple times and Sherpa made sure that happened in a timely manner. Our cars arrived just when we needed them and in the same condition that we turned them over. I'd use Sherpa again if needed.

I used Sherpa before. So, knowing how they work, it was easier for me to use them again. One of the reps gave me a little hassle on the process. But I called again a day later. The second time I got it, it was a lot smoother. He got me in, we got the process going. After that, it was no hiccups. The driver had good communication. He let me know when he would be in my area a couple of days before. He even called and texted me two hours before he got there. So, there was a lot of communication between him and me. He called me, "I'm 30 minutes out." And he was there 30 minutes later. He got the vehicle down and he was on his way. It was a smooth process.

They had a fair price and were responsive. They guys did a good job. The vehicle arrived on time or when it was promised. It was also in good shape. We were happy. It was good. I'd use Sherpa again.

They provided a very good service. They were really nice people. Every time I called, I had a good answer. I also got my car on time. The car was in good condition, too. It was also a good price for the service I received.

They explained everything. They were very clear on what I had to do on my end as far as for pick-up and for drop-off. They sent me all the details. They were very good at communicating with me. The driver was also very open with communication. The quote came in to me quickly, and then as far as the rate and the overall price, I was very surprised. It was much lower than I was expecting. I also like the price lock. It allows me to know that that will be the exact price. There won't be any price tacked on at the end of it.

The driver was very professional and fantastic. I had the car in three days. He told me he'd be there at 7:00 and he was there at five minutes to 7:00 and dropped it off.

This was a smooth transition from Ohio to Florida, I am happy with the delivery. I was contacted about two hours before the delivery. The driver delivered the vehicle right to my front door. I am very happy with the driver who was very kind and professional.

Sherpa has a good price and on time delivery. If you're lucky, you can get a patient driver that will be flexible with the delivery location. However, sometimes if you get an impatient driver, they may not be flexible with the delivery time and location. But I had a good experience with Sherpa. I will use them again when I need to move. They have become a reliable source. I've been their customer three times. The most recent time that I used them, the first person that I dealt with gave me a very vague and discreet response. But the second person was really helpful.

I called and was told why the other company did not provide an update on shipping my car. Will explained everything to me and I went with this company. My car was picked up about 1700 on Sunday and was in my garage Monday morning about 0800. Job well done. Also inside a cover trailer.

From the first point of contact all the way to delivery I’ve experienced exceptional customer service! I initially booked with another company, but I cancelled that booking immediately because of their horrible customer service and booked with Sherpa immediately who communicated with me with no hesitation. The transportation company who actually delivered my vehicle also provided exceptional customer service!!

From the day I first called Sherpa to the day of delivery, the service was exceptional. From update emails to phone calls to receiving the car was well above my expectations. Well done Team Sherpa. Sherpa was very nice. I had a good time with this transportation. I love it. The pick up was a bit delayed but that was okay. The driver confirmed to me that it was traffic and the weather was not good. The cost was a little bit high but that was okay. The customer service, the relation and communication were good.

I'll use Sherpa again if I need to. The rep was professional and pleasant. They verified whatever we agreed upon by sending the confirmation in email. When the vehicle was picked up, the person came out and inspected the vehicle inside out. We took our own pictures. Then, when it was delivered, they called ahead of time. When they got to a location, they called ahead of time as well. The transport went exactly as they said it would.

After one of the worst companies, **, Sherpa was a relief. No phone calls asking for more money, delays, etc. One call and my vehicle was delivered literally from coast to coast. The delivery company's driver called when he was supposed to and he was friendly AND efficient. I have a motorcycle I need to bring over and these guys will be my first call.

I went with the Sherpa guy because he sounded like he was for real about the price. And the fee was good. He explained everything to me, then sent everything to my email. The driver told me where to meet him because he couldn't come to my area. I was in a gated community. It was around the corner in an open field. He was there on time. I went and dropped off the vehicle and when he delivered it, he did it on time. He said 6 o'clock. It was 6 o'clock. He kept in touch with me. And when I called him, he answered. He would let me know if he would be late. I'd do it again because I'm going to need Sherpa in the future.

Sherpa's quote was a little higher than other companies, but I was sold on their commitment to spend up to $300 of its own money to ensure the rate remained the same. They did, in fact, have to do this in order to secure a driver. I'm glad that wasn't something my wife or I had to resolve with the driver directly. Car was delivered a day earlier than expected and in the same condition it was picked up in.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. I had to get my car from Maryland to California. They did it faster than I expected. I already recommended Sherpa to a friend. The customer service rep responded quickly when I had a question.

Excellent company for shipping vehicles, fair prices and the representatives were friendly and easy to work with if you have to make changes. Very happy with my experience with Sherpa. If I need to ship a vehicle in the future I will definitely use Sherpa Auto Transport.

Everything went as representative explained. Only thing...did not receive a call that the vehicle was picked up at dealer. Had to track it down myself. Upon arrival driver was courteous and did a great job. Enclosed trailer was excellent choice.

We were moving from Chicago land area to LA so I needed to ship my car. I reached out to an open site, which gave me a million people. I started reading and they were just relentless. I was not moving for a while. I had no idea if it was gonna cost $1,000 to ship my car or $5,000. I was just trying to get estimates. My move was never an exact date to pick up the car. I was waiting on selling our house and a bunch of other things. I started to find someone again and Sherpa came up highly recommended. It had great reviews and a very competitive price. They didn't inundate me. It was like, "When I figure it out, I'll let you know."

The first time I used Sherpa, the customer service person was fantastic. She was very accommodating, efficient and kind. The second time, I got someone different but it worked fine. I like the guarantee that if the bid is higher than what they quoted me, they pay the difference. So, I knew exactly how much I was gonna be paying Sherpa no matter what. Also, the movers were very accommodating. I had I had to change the location of delivery from work to my daughter's home and it worked out.

Sherpa sent periodic emails to update me on where things were, what was happening, and what the status of the trip was. The driver contacted me and told me what time he was gonna be here, and he texted me when he got here. I walked outside and signed for the car.

Scheduled a pickup from TN to Il. Pickup/drop off was done in a timely manner, pickup on Tuesday and delivery on Wednesday, as promised. Car was not damaged. Driver was extremely courteous and prompt. Price quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden fees and no surprises with contract agreement. Thank you for a job well done, for I really love the carrier that delivered the car (Just Car Haulers). Was able to communicate effectively with him, via text and phone. Driver kept me informed of vehicle delivery and notified me when he encounters a slight delivery delay. Would most definitely use them again.

Sherpa was very professional in all aspects of getting my car to Florida. Excellent customer service throughout, with spot on communication from the first time I contacted them, through pick up and delivery of my vehicle! My initial contact was with Danny and he was very profession, well spoken and thorough!

I liked Sherpa's follow-up. Pricing was pretty much the same with competitors. Sherpa's customer service was very good. The first pick-up date was missed, then business was closed. The following business day on Monday, they had a covered. I didn't pay for covered transport, but I ended up getting covered transport for no additional cost. Then the delivery was very smooth. I got a text when the person was about half an hour out and dropped it off. Sherpa worked out fantastically. Go with them.

Had to ship wife's car from Newport News, VA to San Antonio, TX. Sherpa was able to work with the dates I needed and was able to find a driver a month out. The driver was very professional and got our car to San Antonio safely! I appreciate Sherpa for following up on our service! Would recommend for military movers!

Fine experience. Sherpa has to date performed as advertised. They picked up and delivered my car in the time frame they advertised at the rate promised. The driver they hired was very professional and careful with my vehicle. He also called me several times to advise me of his progress and E.T.A..

Every person that I interacted with both Sherpa and the contractor who physically took my car was friendly, and easy to interact and communicate with. On top of that, the pricing couldn't be beat. If and when I move again, I would call them back and use them again. I reached out to them and was able to get a quote right away. I was very happy with it. I like knowing that it was locked in. And it was a 24-hour window, but that was the same as all the other companies that if you did it within 24 hours, they would guarantee you that quote. I looked at quotes a year ago when I was thinking of moving and they were the same price.

Sherpa did an amazing job helping me with moving my mom's vehicle from CA to SC. There were issues with a special rack on the back, and we were able to work thru things. Other companies were not giving me good vibes...Sherpa did! Their service level is amazing. Price was really good too.

Everything went as per discussed. There was a lot of competition with a lot of shipping companies. And there were some low ball bids on the shipment. I did choose to spend a little more for the higher review and track record. English speaking driver would have been better.

Sherpa was great to deal with. When a quote was requested, it was sent within 5 minutes. Transport was very easy to set up. The truck arrived on time and driver was great to deal with too. He delivered our vehicle a day early which was the icing on the cake.

The gal I talked to at Sherpa Auto Transport walked me through the transport and was super nice. The driver was from California, and he was getting back to California. He didn't know about this Kentucky weather, but everything went well. He picked the car up on Wednesday night. But he had a motorcycle and a Mercedes too. He dropped the motorcycle in Alabama, dropped the Mercedes in Tennessee, and came north on 75 and dropped my car off. I got it on Tuesday morning. He had four more days, but he rolled in here. He was nice and good. I'm 100% satisfied.

I went searching for something that was a step above what I used in the past. Sherpa Auto Transport fulfilled that. They did a great job. They did everything they were supposed to do. They knew I was in a hurry but they wanted to take the time to get someone who was vetted who was legit. So, I was willing to wait a little longer to get someone who was trustworthy. They gave me a Wednesday-to-Friday window for delivery. And the courier showed up Wednesday night.

Everything was explained well, stayed in touch, able to contact someone any time, hauling company reached out quickly with a plan. Good communication all the way around. Friendly driver and very careful with driving in residential area. Recommend contacting and discussing a plan for your vehicle.

Dealing with the reps was nice and easy. They quoted me and sent it over and I signed it. The quote was great. The driver dropped the car off in front of my house and it was in perfect condition. Sherpa is a one-stop shop.

In March 2023 my daughter and I had a five star communication and moving experience from first contact with Sherpa Auto Transport and Safe Auto Transit to actual delivery. It was well done. We were told the exact amount of days of leeway for pick up, the process that would happen, and the payment process in detail up front. There was constant communication and guidance both via email and phone calls throughout. There were no surprises, no sudden cost changes, it was picked up easily, the driver was extremely professional and polite, and was also in constant communication. Delivery came when he said it would, payment was as stated, no damages. Quick and easy. Fair pricing. I would highly recommend Sherpa for your car transport needs and I was not paid or given any incentive to make this statement.

The pickup date and delivery date were within the quoted timeframe. My car arrived in good condition but without a car wash but they promised to reimburse me for one. My car didn’t look any dirtier when it arrived in Virginia than when it left California.

We could not have been happier with our cross country auto transport with Sherpa. Our car was picked up in Los Angeles on time right outside of our apartment and delivered to a Boston suburb exactly within the 3 day window that was promised. That was including having the transport truck not being able to travel for a day due to a bad snowstorm. Sherpa Auto Transport was the only transport company that gave me a quote that was official and wouldn't change. That was super promising. The rep told me everything I need to know, their rates, return policy, how they set up and schedule things, and when I would hear from them next, should I go with them. We got an unlucky time because we had all the storms. So, it took a little longer because all the roads ended up becoming closed. But it was super simple. They figured everything out for me. They gave me updates. They gave me the phone number to the person who drove my car because they we not the one handling it. But if I wanted to, I could have called Sherpa. And they would have called the company. Everything worked well. I had the gas cap come off because of it wasn't meant to be in wind speed that high going back. But the driver took 100 off, so I was okay with it. It was convenient.

My vehicle was picked up on a Tuesday in North Carolina and delivered at my driveway on Thursday to Colorado. 1700 miles in two days, no issues with the vehicle at all. (High Line Transport) was the driver. He kept great communication from pickup to dropoff. Sherpa made me feel comfortable explaining the process in detail, I why I should go with them instead of the other companies. I am glad I listened. Saved a lot of trouble vetting other companies.

Sherpa's pricing was explicit. The rep was responsive and moved very swiftly along from the quote stage to the planning and execution. My son was there on the ground. The driver texted him, stayed in touch around the time of the handoff. My son said that was easy.

I was under the impression that Sherpa themselves was a transport company that had X number of vehicles in their fleet to go different places, pick up vehicles and deliver. I have no problem with that because everything was smooth. The customer was pleased. They immediately responded to me, and that set them apart. I said I needed their rep to talk to my client. If by chance the client gives the approval, we would go ahead and set up shipping through them. We did that. But at the time, I had to make a call when it came time to transport the vehicle because the initial company that I called to transport the vehicle were the ones that showed up here to pick up the vehicle that was set up through Sherpa. So my question was, "Are you really supposed to be here? Because this is being set up through Sherpa."

Even though Sherpa were a bit more expensive, the insurance was a lot better. I did email, text and phone so it was easy contacting them. I was there for the shipping and my sister received the car. She told me everything went good. I took pictures and video, and I sent it to my sister just in case. I also helped the guy identify where things were on the car. So, she was okay.

Everything was on time and very professional manner. There was good communication. The driver communicated very well, and the transport took about two days. The driver was good. It was an excellent experience.

Sherpa has this cost guarantee and the shipper wanted more. It was an enclosed container versus an open container, which I didn't care what I had. But they quoted me an open container. There was a difference in the cost that Sherpa absorbed. So, my cost was the same. Also, the driver was cordial and respectful.

I shipped from Tucson, Arizona to Phoenix, Arizona, and it was A+. I used Sherpa before and the customer service this time was good too.

Sherpa was affordable to me. When they told me they were coming, they came and got my car, and then it got here to Tallahassee in good shape.

Doing business with them was a good overall experience. I didn't have any problems reaching out because they had a text service as well. So, that made it convenient. If I was busy and didn't have time to talk, I could just text and get information. I liked that I ended up with a local transporter. So, setting up timing was more streamlined. Communication throughout the transport was fine. There weren't a lot of updates but we had a gameplan. I beat the transporter to the location so that helped smoothen the process a little bit. The vehicle's condition was fine when it arrived.

Working with the rep was good. But I was confused about the timetable. He explained to me that there was supposed to be a one week window and that the closer it is to the weekend, the more expensive it is. Also, the pickup changed from time to time. Other than that, the quote provided and the driver were great. I thought the move was going to be a week but my car arrived in three days.

On time, on schedule, and very communicative. The car arrived in great shape and even a little ahead of schedule. It was an excellent execution from door to door. Driver was friendly and the price was competitive. I would highly recommend Sherpa again based on this experience.

We were moving a car from New York to Florida and everything ended up working out just fine, but the front-end scheduling is a little clunky for this day and age. Sherpa is more of a broker and they put things out to bid, instead of most services this day and age you can go online, directly book, directly set a time. With Sherpa, everything's open and within a date range and nothing's pinned down until the last minute, which makes it very hard for scheduling and planning. Apart from that, the total transport only took four days, and the driver was good. He both called and texted with us.

I had an easy experience with Sherpa. I called and everybody was responsive. The transport went just fine. I'm 100% satisfied. Todd was very nice. The car got there perfectly and it was when he said. He ran a little late, but he was in contact with me. He picked it up in Calabasas, California at my apartment and dropped it off at my brother's. The car got here before I did. It took two days. When he picked it up, I said, "This is my baby. Take good care." I was able to put some hats in there that weren't gonna be easy to transport in the move. I asked him if that was okay and he was fine. I filled up the back seat with all my hats. They all got there just fine. The delivery was good. My brother lives on a major street on Swift Avenue in Kansas City. Todd showed up and my brother had the cash to pay him. He backed the car out and my brother put it in the garage. Everything went great.

Signing up with Sherpa was easy. I did it through their website, then I got a call from them quickly and it was a good experience. The pickup went well too. I watched the guy do it, and he was very professional and took a lot of pictures. The drop-off was equally as good. Initially, the guy got the address wrong on drop-off, but when we told him he was at the wrong house, he corrected it quickly. The transport was from Massachusetts to Florida, and they were able to pick up on time and deliver earlier than I thought they would. I'd recommend Sherpa for the cost and quality of service.

The reps were very good. They were kind and kept in contact with me. The cost was good too. The drivers were not very verbal at all, but when they were, they were kind. It was difficult to understand them though. Apart from that, the delivery went very smoothly, and the condition of my Chevrolet was the same as it was when I shipped it. It was a very good experience, and I recommended Sherpa to others.

This company transported two vehicles for me and everything was absolutely stress-free and perfect! Cars arrived in the same condition they were sent away with. The driver was super sweet too! I was extremely concerned with having my new vehicle shipped with someone I didn’t even know. Sherpa handled everything and the communication was great that I felt at ease. My vehicle arrived perfectly and on time, I would use and recommend them to all.

Setting up the shipment was easy. I called after getting a quote through the website. A schedule was set and a few days later the transportation was scheduled. But, weather issues at the pickup location made pickup not feasible so I contacted Sherpa by email and I was able to reschedule the pickup easily, no additional cost. Communication with the actual carrier was good and the transportation took 1 day less than quoted and planned. A good experience.

The quote from Sherpa seemed reasonable. They were the cheapest and offered a rebate, which played a big role in me going with them. The price lock was nice. I knew they weren’t gonna switch on me and I had peace of mind. The guy gave me a heads up about the delivery about six hours in advance. He was able to come to my apartment instead of meeting at the Walmart. The car was a little dirty, but they offered a free car wash so that was fine. It worked well. I’d recommend Sherpa to a friend. If I ever need a car shipping service again, I’ll definitely use them.

Fast, efficient, final price the same as initial quote. Sherpa was in constant contact with me as the truck travelled to the west coast. Delivery was at night because driver was stuck in horrendous LA traffic on a Friday afternoon. They were very accommodating though. Highest recommendations!

Excellent service from Oregon to Arkansas. They delivered on time. I recommend their service. They gave me a date and met their delivery time. They kept me informed during the entire process. I will use them again when needed. The dispatcher was really helpful explaining their process.

Sherpa Auto Transport's price was comparable, but their customer service was great. The reps were very polite, friendly, and tried to work with me the best they could. The price lock was a nice feature. And at the time, if I booked, I got a $100 rebate, which was another nice feature. The only thing I didn't like was there was a very slight difference in price for paying with a credit card. It's not easy to tell your daughter that's thousands of miles away to have cash ready. But she said the delivery was fine. It was an hour before they would be there. The person showed up on time, notified her. They offered a voucher to get the car washed. So, she had that done. I submitted the receipt and they took care of it. I was completely satisfied and I'd recommend them.

We had originally hired somebody else and we're not too happy with their response times. So, we looked online and we were told that Sherpa is a great place. Initially, we met with the manager of the building that we went to and we took all of his stuff out of there. We didn't have a lot of stuff, but we put some things in the cars. The gentleman that helped us out with setting everything up was awesome. There were two vehicles and they're both four-door. There was a 2014 Chevy Sonic and a 2014 Elantra Hybrid. We had originally set my vehicle up to come earlier than my husband's vehicle because it was cheaper. The farther back you scheduled it, the cheaper it got. I understand they had a lot of things going on, but I couldn't make my appointment on that Friday and I called them and the lady was very nice. She didn't complain at all about me asking for anything.

The reps were good at what they did. They explained what was gonna happen, how it would be happening, and what the rates would be. They were thorough and they did 90% of what they told me they were gonna do. They were on time and the transporter they sent did a great job. My son's car, a Honda CRV, came in in fine shape. There were no dents or dings. Overall, Sherpa is efficient, reliable and professional. The transport was well done, and it was cheaper than I expected it to be.

Everybody was fantastic. The driver was awesome. We exchanged our personal phone numbers. He kept in touch with me, coming to the pick-up location, when he got here, and who we dropped it off with. I could not have asked for anything better. I watched them load up two of my cars in California on their transporters, and took it off. When the driver got here, he was highly professional. He had somebody with him. We talked about the other cars he was hauling. He had an $80,000 Porsche on that trailer and when I saw that, I thought I was in good hands. Everything was right. They document the condition of the car. He went inside the cars and photographed the odometer for mileage. They didn't put two miles on either one of those cars because the odometer did not change. I was really glad.

The rep quoted me a price and then later, he quoted me a higher price. But then when I reminded him of the earlier price, they gave me that. Everything was good. The pickup man was supposed to come at 11:00 in the morning, and he didn't show up till about 11:00 that night to pick up the car. But he had some traffic trouble. He had to pick up some car somewhere else first. This car went on the last of the load. But everything there was fine. Then he took it to Texas in good time. They dropped it off and everything was good. They did a good job.

I picked Sherpa to transport a car from New York to California and the quality of the service was good, but the cost was a little expensive. I got other offers, which were a lot less, but I wanted to get the car shipped out as soon as possible. Also, I got the car shipped from California to New York, and I paid about 1,200. Other than that, pickup and delivery went smooth and the driver was very nice. All in all, I would definitely recommend Sherpa. I don't know if people will be willing to pay that much money though.

I've had experiences with really shady characters 'cause I moved from Oregon to Texas two years ago, and I was ripped off the first time for a couple of $1,000. I couldn't believe how many dishonest people there are in the middle of that. They don't want an inventory from you because if you give them an inventory then that's everything that you wanted and they can't give you this sham of, "Oh, we didn't know you wanted to move that too." I had a 1,500 piece inventory with dimensions for everything, and they didn't want to see it. It was a very difficult experience. I heard it was the same thing with transporting cars, so I was very careful. I went to the Better Business Bureau website and the only company I was gonna use was the one that had an A rating.

Sherpa's rep was nice to deal with. I talked to a few people and I felt more comfortable with him. His name was Andy and he was good. For the delivery, they were straight to the door and the car was fine when it arrived.

The communication when the car was coming was a little iffy. For instance, the day before, I got a text saying the car was being delivered on this day. I confirmed with Sherpa and said "I obviously don't have a car, so can you just confirm that you're dropping it at my house where my parents live so that we don't have to go anywhere to pick it up?" They responded, "Yes." I was at work in a different town about 30 minutes away and I got a call saying that they would be at the Ikea in Elizabeth soon. They didn't know but luckily, it was right near where I worked, so my friend was able to drop me off to grab my car. If that hadn't been the case though, it would have been an issue to be there to get the car.

Sherpa transported my car from Vt. to WA, everything went perfectly. They picked up and delivered the car at the agreed times. It is an excellent option considering the price. All the staff I came in contact with are very professional. I recommend this company.

Sherpa said they would let me know 24 hours ahead about the pickup and delivery, but they didn’t. They did, however, give me a four-hour notice. They could’ve done better with the pickup and delivery. With these guys, you have to be flexible about the pickup and delivery. Other than that, the car got here undamaged. It was shipped from Georgia to California and for the distance, I see why it cost me that much. The transport did take a little longer because the truck driver didn't want to drive to Texas with all the ice on the road and a lot of semis were slipping over. I was completely fine with that. I actually liked that he didn't take that risk. The experience was cool.

My experience with Sherpa was excellent. Everything was done as promised. The car was delivered in good condition. I'm a pleased customer. I met the driver at the designated location, and he told me it'd be about four days. I gave him $60 in cash and I said, “Buy yourself some coffee.” He seemed pleased with that. They immediately put me in touch with another person. When I initially spoke to them, they said something about the $100 off. But that didn't go through and I ended up paying the actual amount. But everything else was good. They've been diligent in terms of corresponding and getting back to phone calls. When you missed calls and you leave them an email, they'll get back to you eventually. In that way, the service was very good.

I didn’t initially hire Sherpa but after being swindled by another company I did more research and decided to give Sherpa a call after reading their reviews. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my deposit returned. It wasn’t worth the hassle. I called them once for the order, and I called them once after that to check on how things were going. They gave me updated emails. So, that was good. It kept us informed. It took a little while to find somebody but after that, it all went well. One interesting thing was a fellow I talked to from Sherpa seemed to be working from home, and when we were on the phone, there was a lot of noise in the background from the family. We were wondering initially, if this is a really professional outfit, but they came through. I thought it was a rather poor way to go with things. At least, he could have been off in a separate room away from the family.

Sherpa was really good. They came on time, picked up my vehicle in California, and delivered it to Louisiana in the duration of time that they said that they were gonna deliver it. Once it was on the big transport truck, the driver acknowledged that they had the car, they were in transit, got to the destination, contacted the person on the other end that was picking the car up for me, washed the car, gave the car to the person on the other end, did the inspection, my daughter drove off with the vehicle, and everything's great. I was transporting a vehicle from a car dealership in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania to Beulah, North Dakota. I talked to a rep from Sherpa and he was instrumental in helping me understand that that load wasn't going to be picked up if I didn't sweeten the deal. I was glad that he was honest with me. The driver was also straightforward and no-nonsense. I understand truckers are busy and they want to get back on the road. But he was easy to deal with. I put the money in his hand as soon as I saw him and I had him count it in front of me. I had expectations that were unrealistic in terms of the cost given where I live and all in all, the price was a fair deal. Trucking is not easy and there was bad weather at the time. I knew he had to drive on some ice and I even asked him about it. After getting the payment, the driver drove the car off the trailer, parked it for me, and thanked me.

The courier-driver got caught in a snowstorm in Texas. That was why it took him another day. Sherpa called me the night before and said, "He should be there sometime tomorrow. I'll call you when he gets closer." He called me and gave me a heads-up that it would be the next day. I met the guy out on the street, we unloaded the car, I paid him, and he left. It was very smooth.

All the brokers were very knowledgeable, and the rep I dealt with did a good job of explaining how things worked. Sherpa emailed me and said we'd get 12 to 24 hours' notice, and they gave me a window of five days. I then got a call at work and they said that the driver would be there in an hour, and I work about an hour away. That was the only part that was confusing, and I would have appreciated more hours' lead time for that. On the other end, I had the shipper's phone number and I didn't wait for them to call me. I kept calling them to find out exactly, so I can coordinate it. It was good. Overall, I would recommend Sherpa. It's the carrier that I would give a 4 out of 5. Communication could have been better.

We decided on a location that wasn't directly in front of our home because the streets were narrow. So, we found a public place for drop-off. We had two cars that were shipped and it was on the same truck. We met with the driver, he got both of the cars off the vehicle. We did a quick inspection with him, signed the paper that everything was good, and that was it. Took five days, which is good because it was cross-country.

I've used Sherpa more than three times. It's easy to make the initial request. When you call Sherpa, you tell them what you want and they answer quickly with the price. You approve it there and on email then they go out and find the carrier. Then you hear from them when they're gonna do the pickup. The only problem I've had this time was they made me travel 20 minutes to drop the car off. Then I had to get a friend to pick me up and take me back and I wasn't happy with that. Previously, they've always come to the home to pick up the car. I understand they can't always do the small roads 'cause they have a big transporter. But there were many places closer to me that they could have met me.

Had a trip set up from Ct to Fla. all lined up airfare, motel and auto transport. Then Covid showed up. Of all changes to be made, Sherpa was right on top. They put a hold order on the transport, re-scheduled a new date with same drivers and got our vehicle to are destination on time. Great job all around. Just that the pick up time changed; was supposed to be 4-5:30 but driver let us know at 420p that it would be 6 or 630p. Then at 549p said 640p. So I appreciated all the updates, and the car was in great shape but I had to change around plans that day that included 6 other people to make it work. I have had 4 cars shipped in the last two years. First time with Sherpa, I would use Sherpa again.

I needed to move a vehicle that I had sold recently. Sherpa had a guaranteed price option. I paid a little bit more for that guarantee option, but I felt more comfortable as a senior citizen moving a vehicle with a guarantee like that. I reached out to them two weeks in advance, knowing an approximate date that I needed, and they assured me that they would be able to move the vehicle, it just needed a certain calendar to work with. The following week, they started looking for that movement. Within three days, I received a call and they made the arrangements and away it went. Dan, the rep I worked with, was excellent.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest, but I also know that sometimes the cheapest is not the best and I wanted a reliable service. In the way they presented the information on their website, the way they spoke to me on the phone, and the reviews that I read, everything lined up with the reliability and the price point. I've shipped a few cars over the years and I've had instances where you're quoted something and then it goes up, or there are issues and they can't find a driver. But I didn't have any of that with Sherpa. The fact that you know that the price you're quoted is pretty much the price that you're going to pay, it's a big deal. It's nice to have set costs.

Sherpa was able to lock in my price, was responsive in the handful of times I called them leading up to the transportation, and facilitated and easy handoff between the carrier and different people on the dropoff and handoff side.

The communication with the driver was excellent. He told me what day he was going to pick the car up and approximately what time. I met him at the parking lot and he was there within five minutes of the time he said he'd be there. So that worked out real well. The driver moved the car in a parking lot so that he could load it easily there, and then they drove it out here to Colorado on the day we got here. We flew out and on the day we got here, the car was here. The cost was a little more than I thought it would be, but it is what it is. It was 2,000 miles. Everything went according to the timing that we had set up. The only problem was the car was all dirty but Sherpa said they would pay for a car wash.

It went as well as I hoped it would. I had a vehicle shipped and everything happened as advertised. The shipper called and said they could pick up the car early and even delivered ahead of schedule. It cost what I was quoted and all was just fine!

The first guy who picked up the car was very nice, but he did not speak any English so it was a little confusing to stay in contact with him. But then they ended up switching it off with this other guy, and he was really good at communicating. It was really easy. He dropped off right in front of my place in San Diego. It was good. Overall, they did a really great job.

I found Sherpa after being scammed by a different company. Besides being completely professional & friendly, the rep from Sherpa was up front about the process & the pricing. The entire price with them went smoothly & painlessly. I would recommend to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.

Sherpa broker was the only English speaking broker I was able to contact. They explained how transport works… Set good expectations… They contacted me at each step of the transport. My car was delivered on time without issue. Everything worked well as expected!

My son is in the navy and he was being deployed. He wanted his car home. Sherpa got back to me first and I was reading reviews and, for the reviews for the most part, they had some quality reviews. The process was good because it was very tricky. My son was working and it had to be where he could get the vehicle to them. We wanted to do it during the holiday, but I had a feeling that was gonna be slim pickings and it was. So, everything started to happen as soon as the holiday was over, but then my son was back to duty and in the navy. They stuck to the quote they gave me. Delivery was great. The driver was a little late, but he called and let me know that he was gonna be a little late.

I had a very great experience dealing with Sherpa. Everything happened just as they stated. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The price was very reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous including the truck driver.

I had Sherpa bring my BMW M2 Competition to my house. Their rep called me after I looked up some prices online, and she was super nice on the phone and was very friendly. We talked while we did all the stuff that we needed to do to get the transport all scheduled. It was enjoyable being on the phone with her. One of the reasons why I went with Sherpa was because I wasn't being bombarded with text messages and calls and annoying kind of marketing speech. They were just really personable. At first, I wasn't a huge fan of their quote because it was much more expensive than when I shipped a car last year. It was just kinda baffling, but I talked to her about the reasoning and the current market, and she helped me to understand it. Also, I wanted to go with someone that wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but someone I can trust a very expensive car with. So, that was kinda what led me to be okay with the price of the shipment.

We chose Sherpa for several different reasons. I liked the price, the people that I spoke with were so nice, and the reviews online were fantastic. Setting up the transport was super easy. Everybody that I dealt with was very accommodating. Sherpa gave me a window to find a driver and I was getting really nervous about that, especially because my parents lived in a tiny town in Mesquite, Nevada. We were moving them from Nevada to Michigan and we needed to have their car transported because it was in the winter and we didn't think that we'd be able to drive it.

Had at least a dozen quotes for transporting my car from Atlanta to Brooklyn. I chose Sherpa mostly because of their reviews. Sherpa was not the least expensive quote but after talking with them about how they vet their carriers I felt comfortable. They did not disappoint. They found a carrier in just a few days and they made the trip overnight. The carrier did a good job of loading and securing my vehicle which arrived in Brooklyn with no damage. I’ve already referred a friend to Sherpa and I would use them again.

I requested covered transport. I assumed that would be tough to find and I didn’t hear from them for a little bit. But all in all, once they got it, communication was good. The driver has English-language speaking issues, but he did a good job. The delivery worked out perfectly. It went exactly as expected. When I called the driver when he'd be here, he showed up when the delivery was going to be.

Getting the transport scheduled with Sherpa was fairly straightforward. I had to contact customer service a couple of times because I had moved my moving date forward about two months at one point. Everything had to change. Rescheduling was quite a bit more complex than scheduling. But the interactions I had were pleasant. The instructions in the email were very clear about exactly what I needed. The guy showed up, unloaded my Toyota Prius from the tow truck, and I handed him the money. From pickup to drop-off, it was about a week which was impressive considering it was out of winter.

Sherpa's customer service person, Sam, was very nice. I called several times because I had to reschedule and she was very helpful. The driver was also very kind and everything went smoothly. The driver picked up my car right in front of my apartment in Detroit and he delivered it near my new apartment here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was hassle-free.

We had worked with Sherpa in the past. Recently, we needed to get our car across the country and we chose them again. It was good communication. They're a broker agency, so there are different individuals that are transporting vehicles across. But both were professional and did a good job. They found a safe place to be able to park the vehicle and got it unloaded.

I like that Sherpa guaranteed the transport within five days or they gave you $300 towards it. The driver kept in touch with me. He called me when he was gonna get to the delivery point. He called me when he was two hours out and texted me when he was a half an hour out, that way I could leave work. The vehicle got delivered right to my door. It was clean for traveling as far as it did. They give you a $20 voucher towards car wash if you send in a receipt. That was another thing that I liked. Sherpa was excellent. I'd use them again.

The person I talked to was very upfront with me about the fees and the process. The driver was very congenial and met us in a place that was easy to get to and load the car. It was the same on the other end of the shipment. It went really well.

It worked out well for me. The driver was respectful of my vehicle. And the communication was constant with him. They let me know where they were, what they were doing and when they would be there. Also, they picked it up on time. They delivered it with no damages on the time they promised. The cost was a bit high, but it wasn't a cheap vehicle, so it was worth it to me. It was taken care of nicely. So, I was very pleased. I would do it again with Sherpa.

Sherpa was the most expensive, but it was a good experience. The vehicle was delivered at 2:00 in the morning, but that was fine.

The quote was fine and on point. The driver's communication was fantastic. He kept in touch with me all the time. He and his assistant were both very nice. The delivery was perfect. He came very close to the building where I am and was very careful taking the other cars because mine was the last one in the truck. He was kind enough to deliver mine before the other one. Also, he did it in the middle of a snowstorm. It was incredible to see the cars coming out of the truck and how careful he was.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest, but it had good reviews. I wanted the transport done right and I didn't mind paying a little extra. Sherpa did a fantastic job. I would recommend highly.

Excellent service, delivery was fast. At first I thought buying a car 1600 miles away was a crazy idea but it turned out smooth and easy - plus I got exactly what I wanted. Sherpa kept me informed the whole time the car was is transport, an excellent interface to the transport guys who also did a proper job. At first I thought the price was a little steep, but in the end it was money well spent.

Sherpa was the best. They were credible. They stood out from the others. They respond right away. They gave me a good price and did not give me any problems. We had them ship our Chrysler Crossfire sports car. I had one problem when we were trying to define the pickup, who's picking it up and when and when is this going to happen. The first person I interacted with was not very sympathetic to my situation. But after that, it was much better. It's initially not so good, but it straightened right up.
