All good, very professional staff and all of our concerns were readily addressed. From booking the transport to pick up and ultimate delivery everything was very professionally handled The car arrived in good condition and the $20.00 car wash coupon was promptly reimbursed.

They were professional and they had a quick response. I was super impressed and I liked everybody whom I spoke to. The rep was concise and everything worked out well. The quote they gave was extremely reasonable especially with the timeframe in getting the vehicle shipped. The delivery was as smooth as you could ask for. We live in a gated community and it's tough to get a big truck back here, so we just met off 75. I'll probably use Sherpa again.

Sherpa and their associates did a great job getting my hot rod Camero down to Florida from Ohio. The transport driver had my car ready for me when I arrived at our meeting place. I'll use them again next time I need a transporter.

The reps were wonderful and they made the process really simple. I was scared because the car was being shipped from my parents’ house to here in Maryland. It made me really comfortable talking to them and hearing what they offered and what they do. They went above and beyond what I expected. The quote was fair and it was lower than what I expected. The final cost changed a bit though the closer it got to the deadline. What I was quoted ended up being less than what I ended up paying. Other than that the delivery went really smoothly. The tech called me when he was 30 minutes out. Getting in touch with him was easy. I had his contact information just in case. The vehicle was all intact when it arrived.

Dealing with the reps from Sherpa was excellent and the delivery of the vehicle went very smoothly. The only hiccup was that the Sherpa representatives told me that they would give us a certain time window and it would be 12 hours before. They would let us know ahead of time. But we didn't find out when the car was going to be picked up until just right before it got picked up. I had to run around to make sure I was at the location. I wanted to know so we could plan our day a little better. Otherwise, the transport went great. Sherpa did very well.

This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle and your staff was very helpful. They answered all of my questions and responded promptly when I sent an email with additional questions! The scheduled pick up for my vehicle was delayed because of weather. The driver from Royal Auto Transport was able to pick up my car once the roads were cleared. He was punctual and we had no problems with the pick up or delivery of my vehicle.

It's fairly easy with Sherpa. I'd do it again. They are dependable. You can trust them with your vehicle. The guy took good care of my vehicle. Everything was there when they said it was gonna be there, and it was a quick load. They got it where it needed to be in a good time. It was a quick unload too. The only thing was when the booking was selected, I never got a call or email. It took me by surprise.

Sherpa got the job done. I was initially a little concerned. I wasn't sure about how everything fit. But my feelings were eased after they got the process situated. I was hoping the cost would have been a little cheaper though.

Sherpa has a provision where if they cannot get your vehicle picked up for the amount of money that they quoted you, they are going to pay up to a certain amount more without charging you that. I used the service one time, and it was totally trouble-free. I used it the second time, and it was perfect. I've used these people now three times and they're good. They know the product. They explain to you. Everything is also electronic. You are receiving some of the forms electronically, and you sign via email. Then you get a couple of text messages.

Sherpa had consistently good reviews about its reliability and ease to deal with and I experienced that. They told me that they charge a certain amount until they got a driver, and then they gave me a pick-up point, and instructions were very clear. They gave me the number of the driver throughout the way so I could check up on them. It was very fast, too. They got it in two days. It was faster than anticipated.

Their customer service was fine. I was staying in Washington D.C., and you're not supposed to have the transports in D.C.. So it was a little hard to try and find a mutually agreed upon place to deliver the car for transport, but it wasn't that big of a deal. But that was the only thing that was hard. But it wasn't anybody's fault. The driver picked it up on a Thursday night and I had it by Monday afternoon. He was great. I would certainly recommend Sherpa.

Working with Sherpa was good. The car got here on time. The pickup and delivery went really fast.

I looked up some websites. I saw some reviews and Sherpa is one of the top ones. They had the price guarantee, too. That was the main reason I used them. They've given the flexibility I had in the timeline. I had enough room. So, I wasn't too worried. They picked the car up within the first day of my window. So, that worked out really well, and the driver was pretty responsive. He drove pretty much through the night. So, the transport was about two days. The overall experience was really good. The price lock is the biggest thing. I didn't have to get surprised by anything. I was willing to pay a little extra just to make sure I have that. I was very happy.

Setting up the transport was really easy. It took one phone call and it was done. Sherpa called me and I didn't have to wait. The car came a day sooner than expected. The guy who shipped it emailed me once they pick it up. The guy who drove it down was really nice to me. He called me ahead of time and let me know when I could be there. It was dark. So he was worried about me being by the side of the road. So that was nice of him. But everything went really smoothly. If I was ever needing to ship a car again, I would do it with Sherpa.

Setting up with Sherpa was perfect. I was in the state where the vehicle was picked up and I had to drive to the state where the vehicle was dropped off. It was all done in one day because it was only six hours from one spot to the other. The reps got there a couple of minutes before we did and they were very cooperative. The driver said he would get the car off the truck and have it ready for me to go when I get there. And that was how it was. They were excellent.

Great service, kept me informed constantly on the whereabouts of my vehicle via text or email in a timely manner. They were also very timely in responding back to me. Driver was very courteous and efficient. Removed vehicle very quickly and safely.

Sherpa’s customer service was great but the delivery was delayed and it got complicated. The communication wasn't super great throughout the process with the actual transport company. Then up until the point I got my car, it was stressful. But the driver was a lovely man. I met him in the end and he was very hardworking. The cost was a little more expensive than some other people, but it got my car here. So, it worked.

My car was being transported somewhere, so I was a little nervous. But the representative ensured that everything will be followed up. He emphasized that I need to make sure I collect my bill of lading. He was very knowledgeable with everything, very nice and patient with all of my questions. The communication with the driver was good. I would just follow up with the text messages they would send. That helped well because I work night shift, so sometimes my communication can get thrown off or I could forget to look at a text message. But it helped going back and looking at the message that I missed.

The reps and I went over the quote, and they explained everything, including how the process and the pickup was gonna work. Everything was top notch. Also, the driver was polite, and he contacted me the day before, then about an hour before. It was good. We chose to just offload the car off the property, right by the gate, because he's got a big truck with a long trailer and getting in and out will be a little cumbersome for him. All in all, I had an excellent experience. Everything was done quickly and professionally.

My car was picked up within the specified time period and delivered next day. Was very happy with the courier and the means of transport as it was completely enclosed and kept clean. Driver took very good care when moving my car out of the transport trailer.

Driver was very professional, arrive very close to expect time. No complaints. Was able to pull right in front of where I was staying. Prices higher than I would of liked, but I do understand the price of fuel is beyond their control.

Dylan, the guy from Sherpa, told me about how auto shipping works and how they do things. He was honest with telling me everything and one thing I liked about it is it wasn’t some way somewhere else to have to get the car from Florida. I live in Charlotte and Sherpa is in Charlotte. At least they are local. I worked with somebody else and didn't get Dylan but both of them were very good and knowledgeable, which is what I liked about Sherpa and I have referred them.

The process was simple and the customer service was outstanding. They picked up the car in Illinois and delivered it to Virginia in under 30 hours. I highly recommend them. I just referred a friend to ship their car from Florida to Illinois.

Sherpa's cost was the most competitive out of most of the places that I've looked and it didn't have any hidden fees. The rep was very helpful and emails very promptly. He kept me informed throughout the process. The transport went very smoothly. The two guys who picked up the car were nice. They called, texted and kept us up to date on what was going on. We had to have somebody else pick up the vehicle, and they were able to meet up. I said, they were kept in the loop. I gave them my personal phone number and they kept up to date on everything that was going on. The move went smoothly and they did a good job. The cost was exactly what they told me.

Sherpa found a 3rd party transport company on time and the process and communication were 5 stars. The 3rd party company did a great job, picked up the car in Naples, FL on time, and delivered it in San Diego, CA on time, as promised without any incident.

I had an excellent experience shipping my truck with Sherpa Auto Transport. I purchased the truck from a dealer in Tennessee but I live in California, so needed to ship the truck across the country. At one point, after payment, I couldn’t get through over the phone; however, once I sent an email, someone called me soon thereafter. Additionally, I had several questions throughout the transport process - and both the Sherpa folks and the transport person were very respectful and responsive and the automobile was delivered within the estimated timeframe. I was kept informed on my pick-up and delivery. My car was picked up on the date promised, the driver drove to my house to pick up the car as the truck was being serviced, and he didnt want to inconvenience me with a delay. The car arrived in the time stated in good condition, and the driver David was most accommodating on a pickup location as the truck could not come up a little street. After reading so many horrible reviews about so many different companies out there. I am so happy to say Sherpa Auto Transport made shipping my car so effortless. When you go online to get your first quote, I was bombarded with so many different companies trying to lowball you and trying to get your business. There are so many shady companies out there, please please please read the reviews before book. I sought out Sherpa Transport after reading their reviews on BBB, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. My car was shipped from ATL to Washington state. They called me confirming everything. If I had any questions, their customer service was great. I would definitely ship my car again through this company.

I was very nervous about how this experience could possibly go and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Sherpa was amazing with communicating and letting me the status each step of the way prior to delivery. Though our first carrier cancelled due to truck problems, they communicated right away and had a new carrier booked within a day and didn't yank around our price like some others have been known to do. The only complaint I have is with the transporter themselves, they changed the pickup time 3 different times after my father in law had to drive 45 minutes in town to meet them so that part was a bit frustrating. However, once the car was picked up everything was smooth sailing! The car arrived earlier than expected and they took extremely good care of it and there were no issues whatsoever. I'd book with these guys again if I ever need to!

We called Sherpa after another company failed on us. Within hours they had us scheduled for pick up 2 days later. The car was picked up at my daughter’s college campus in AZ and delivered at our home all within a week. All was a great experience! I highly recommend this company!

Took a little bit for the pickup time but worked out. Car arrived one day earlier than planned which was fine, could not drop off at my home, but did have a close by drop off, which worked out for all, I would contact them if needed in the future.

Pick up and delivery were convenient and went very smoothly even though I was not there in person. The driver regularly updated his progress and ETA by phone or text, was courteous and clearly a seasoned transporter. I will need to transport another car sometime in the future and my go to company is and will be Sherpa! Oh and did I mention my SUV travelled CA to IL and arrived in excellent condition.

This is the second time I’ve used Sherpa to ship a vehicle. My experiences have been very smooth with zero worry or concern. It was very easy to communicate once the carrier was assigned. You do need to be somewhat flexible on timing. My only complaint would be that they would not even give an extra hour on the delivery end. Sherpa seemed to be a little bit more legitimate and their costs were better. I was a little hesitant at first, but overall, once the car was delivered, it was what I had hoped for. Everybody at Sherpa Auto Transport was very knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered. I live in a gated community. The driver couldn't get through to the front gate. But he sent me pictures of where he was, which was at the back gate. So, I went out and met him. He took the car out of the trailer, followed me around to the front gate and delivered. It went very quickly and smoothly. I drove him back to his truck. He was very nice and polite. He didn't speak much English, but he had a translation thing on his phone.

Once it was explained how the process worked, it was clear and I had no problems. Sherpa got me a car delivery service just as promised. The pick-up was at my apartment in Virginia and the drop-off was at my apartment in California. It took maybe 10 days between the two and I got a message when the car was going to arrive. I have tracking in my car. So, I knew where my car was all the time. I was surprised how fast it got across the country in less than two days, then a week to go the final distance. Everything happened exactly as it would, except they said my car would be clean. It was 100% not clean. The weather that day was awful. So, it was clear it wasn't cleaned from driving across the country. But I wasn't expecting it to have been cleaned.

This is the best company by far, for auto transporting your vehicle. I was given a time span that the vehicle would be picked up and Sherpa was on time and on point. 100% satisfied customer. I would recommend Sherpa.

From contact to delivery, the process took 7 days from Denver to central Texas. I was kept in the loop at all times. No damage to the vehicle. Second best bid was $175 more expensive. Would definitely use them again.

I shopped around even signed a contract with an unreliable company. They were baiting and switching me. Lied about the amount so I’d go with them. My car was never picked up and I’m disputing the charge on my CC. So I was worried about signing again with another company. I reluctantly tried Sherpa and everything they said happened. My car even arrived on time. I had lost a few days for pickup with the other company. Thinking oh my car will be delivered a few days later. We landed in Florida and the driver delivered my car at 10:00 PM that night. I even got a $100 rebate back!! I will definitely use them to transport vehicle back.

The quote from Sherpa was fine because I needed the transport to be expedited. The rep explained the process of how they put out the bids on boards and that multiple companies look at them. He told me that they would be picked up quickly since I had two cars on the same transport vehicle. The delivery was perfect. My sister-in-law met the driver and put the cars in our garage, and the guy couldn't have been any nicer.

Quote accurate no changes. Car picked up 2 days after target pick up date. They called me at 12 pm for a 5 pm pick up we were ready to go. Driver texted me to let me know he was coming to premises to pick up at 5 as discussed. Called when arrived. It all went as planned. I had car loaded up to windows. Everything arrived to my destination for my daughter to pick up her vehicle- perfect. Pick up on a Friday delivered less than 48 hours later. Very pleased. I will use Sherpa again.

This is my third time dealing with Sherpa: twice as the person sending a vehicle out of state and once as the person receiving a vehicle from out of state. Sherpa’s fees are reasonable. I’ve been really pleased with the professionalism and reliability of the Sherpa drivers. I especially like how much the drivers and the Sherpa home office keep me in the loop as to arrival times and drop off times. Overall really good experiences and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sherpa to a friend.

The rep was helpful and informative. But my friend who was helping me got a quote for $100 cheaper than what I got for the same transport only within a couple of hours. Communication was impressive. They gave me a five-day window where they would pick the car up and made sure that I had arrangement. It was on the first day that they called me and said, "Oh, the mover will be picking the car up and they'll call within half an hour of pickup." They gave me a timeframe and they were there before that. The mover knew exactly what he was doing and went through everything. He took pictures.

Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to consider. The mover picked it up from a car dealer in Houston, Texas on a Monday and they dropped it off at my house that Friday. We talked and texted on the day of pickup, and then texted on the day of arrival. The vehicle's condition was fine. But the driver noted that when he picked it up from the car dealer, it was raining so, the car was fairly dirty. Sherpa is a great company to get your car from one place to another in a reliable manner.

This was our first attempt to ship a personal vehicle anywhere. We shipped our 2013 RAV-4 (138,000) miles from Lynn Haven FL, to Evansville IN; just over 600 miles. We started with the ** company that wanted $1,000 for this move & would not guarantee that price. A Duck-duck-Go search identified a couple of candidates, where we found Sherpa. Every person we spoke/emailed/texted was responsive and helpful. When I asked the first person I spoke with what we could do to minimize our costs, two immediately helpful suggestions. Avoid shipping during busy seasons (such as Christmas), opt for reasonable pick-up dates (not tomorrow), and give the driver as much flexibility for pick-up as you can.

The representative was fine. He was knowledgeable. The driver was very, very nice. He came a couple days late. But he was so apologetic about it and explained exactly why he was late. He was very easy to deal with, and very respectful. So he was good. I really liked him. I would hire him again. The service is good. The only thing is their rates were higher than some of the other quotes that I had.

Sherpa had one of the easiest websites to navigate, and then they recognized right away that with my vehicle, they couldn't give me a quote online. They told me to call. Other websites gave me a quote and then changed it later because they realized the dimensions are not quite the same. So, I appreciated the straightforwardness of Sherpa. It was super easy to schedule a pickup. My car got there in less time than I thought it would take, and then my parents on the other end said it was really easy to pick it up and it was painless. So, everything was pretty easy.

My transport was originally scheduled for early November and the carrier kept pushing the date back. I called Sherpa and asked them about it and they canceled it, and rescheduled it to a later date with a different carrier. The driver told me when they'd pick up the truck as well as when they'd deliver it. And they called ahead of time. It worked out very well. I wish I would have gotten my truck sooner. But as far as customer service, Sherpa was fantastic. I submitted a $100 rebate and a free carwash and I didn't know I was gonna get the free car wash. So, that was nice.

Even though the original truck broke down Dan was able to get my car over to me sooner than expected on a cross-country move. Everything went very smoothly and the communication was great. Everything was very professional and well done. The pickup point was Coolidge, Arizona to Gladwin, Michigan and it took three days. The driver kept us informed during the process and my sister said the delivery went fine.

From the initial phone call to set up the transport to the delivery everything went pretty smoothly. Contacts were as stated. The only small hitch was the delivery driver had some trouble with his trailer lights and couldn’t give me as definite a time for delivery as usual. But that meant waiting a few more hours and he kept me updated.

We moved two vehicles with Sherpa. Working with the reps was all pretty positive. I started with an online thing and they contacted me. We worked things out. The first vehicle was really good 'cause they were able to drop it off right in front of our place in Pennsylvania, which is a little bit out in the country. The only issue was coordinating everything from Pennsylvania. I was in New Jersey on a work assignment at the time and my son was at his place in Vancouver, Washington. The mover called and said they needed to get the vehicle in two hours. Now they called and said, "We're coming to get it." I don't know why they couldn't give us a little more notice like, "We'll be there in a few hours." or call the day before and say, "We plan to get your vehicle tomorrow." Otherwise, the cost was good and on their part, Sherpa did everything they said. They reimbursed me for the carwash too.

The agent that I spoke with was nice and helpful. The transport was from South Portland, Maine to Houston and it took about five days. Sherpa's reps respected the time of transportation. I told them that I wanted the car on the 1st to travel and it was here first thing in the morning on the 1st. The driver was ready and waited for me because I was on the flight. He waited for me almost the whole day because I got the car in the afternoon. Everything went well just as planned. I was promised a $100 rebate and I got that too, without any complication. I just had to send back the bill of lading and they refunded me the 100. The communication with the driver was perfect. The quality of service was great too.

The first carrier that was supposed to pick up my car had a trailer that was too tall that could have damaged the underside of the car. Sherpa worked with me after the first carrier canceled the pick up without notifying anyone. I was able to get my car within 24 hours of our knowledge of the cancelation. Great job on behalf of everyone at Sherpa for doing their best to improve a situation out of their control.

From the point of inquiry until delivery, the process has been easy. I initially spoke with Dan for a quote and he went over everything with us. Then Brittany in dispatch was our next guide. She was super nice. After we were told there was interest in our transport (3 vehicles from TN to ME), we were given the name of the transport team. My experience with Sherpa was terrific. They did everything they said they were gonna do. The man I spoke to was very polite. He told me they had a list of people that they don't do business with it. The delivery on my end was perfect. The man's name was Alex and he was good and he walked around my car. He examined my car very thoroughly and took a video. He put the car on the truck and he delivered it a day earlier than I thought it was gonna be delivered to my brother and my brother was happy. All it needed was to be washed. Other than being washed, it was in good condition. I definitely would use Sherpa again. If I send up the car that I have right now back to my sister, I will definitely use Sherpa. They were good, polite and they backed up what they said.

The costs with Sherpa were outlined clearly and expectations were set. It was good. The pickup was in Rancho Cordova, California and the drop-off was in Chicago, Illinois. It took nine days and I had a text exchange with the driver throughout the transport. I was texted the day before the delivery, letting me know that the drivers were going to be ready to deliver my car. They texted me the location to meet them for pickup and let me know the amount I needed to provide at that time. I was texting someone else about a pickup of furniture at the same time and I got them confused and the Sherpa delivery person was very nice about it and helped me clear up that confusion. So, it was a great experience.

I given an explanation of how the whole process works from the initial call, the driver bid process, payments, pickup and delivery. The drivers were very professional & courteous. Upon arrival, they even changed the drop off point to a spot 3 blocks from my house (neighborhood streets too narrow for home drop off). I would definitely use them again if the need ever arises.

Badmouthing Sherpa, saying I was gonna get scammed. Specifically, Mike ** at C&C Car-go, do not use them, the messages I received from him spoke scammer. Never having shipped an auto before, and after researching several companies, we chose Sherpa. The Sherpa representatives were very professional and made the transport of our vehicle easy. The driver arrived on time and had the car delivered earlier than expected. Overall, a good experience. Would have given 5 stars had we received the bill of lading at pick-up rather than having to follow the driver to his next pick-up location (which was fairly close by) in order for him to provide a copy. Driver wanted our receipt, which didn't include the condition of the car, to serve as BOL. Based on guidance from Sherpa, we felt it was important to have it before the transport.

The system that Sherpa got was very nice. Everybody I talked to spoke really good English. We talked and we connected. They also did not try to drive me crazy. When the Subaru was unloaded; he made sure I was happy with the delivery & was on the road before leaving. Although the Subaru was a little dirty from traveling 1,500 miles; Sherpa offers a "Car Wash" for up to $20. What a nice gesture!!!

They delivered it really quick and the price quoted was the price I got. It was a little unique because I wasn't here. I had to have a neighbor pick it up. Also, I live in a residential neighborhood where they couldn't get the transport in. So they actually unloaded it on a bigger street and drove it in and my neighbor just drove them back to their car.

They picked up the truck from my home and delivered it to my doorstep in North Carolina even though they were not really required to do so.

I looked at three other companies but I had some confidence in the way the Sherpa salesman I spoke to was talking so I chose them. I had my car at my friend's house and they told her when they would be there for the pickup. It ended up being the following day but that was fine. They were not able to get into the community, though, and my friend had to get someone to drive her to drop off my car and follow her so she could take her back. But I was very happy that they were able to drop it off at the house during the delivery. Sherpa was reliable and it was very nice to have kind of a sane area on the journey. The idea that I didn't have to think about it anymore made things much easier.

I was very skeptical to ship my daughter's car across the country. Sherpa put my mind at ease. They had a set price and would cover up to $300 if there was a difference in price from the driver. They were able to pick up the next day. When the driver contacted me, I asked if it was ok that we place more than 100lbs in the vehicle. He wanted us to be satisfied and said we could fill the car up! We were so grateful for that! (Drivers can’t always accommodate that). Experience was great from start to finish. The quote process was done in a matter of hours, I was booked with a carrier in 2 days, well within my target time and the delivery was done 2 days after that. Couldn't be happier. Communication was also great. No unnecessary calls or attempts to up-sell me. I will definitely use Sherpa again if I need to move a car.

On a Monday morning, while I was golfing, I was notified by Sherpa that a shipper had been found, and that they would contact me in about 24 hours. At 1pm that day the shipper called and wanted to pick up the car at 2pm. Yikes! I had to quit golf and race home to make the transfer. I would have preferred more advanced notification!

The driver said he would pick up the vehicle at a certain time and he was there. I was amazed at how fast they were able to cross the country with it. It was six days from Portland to Atlanta. Also, the driver was very helpful and it was seamless. I was very pleased.

Price was reasonable, BBB score was the best, rating on several different websites were outstanding. Sherpa kept me informed along the way, car arrived with no damage. Shipped from Monrovia Md to Gold Canyon Az 2,300 miles. Picked up on a Friday received on a Tuesday. Outstanding overall experience. I have another vehicle to ship and will be using them again soon. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and had some concerns/hesitation while researching. There were cheaper alternatives but I checked their BBB ratings as well as reviews, trust me, my advise to others is don’t take the lowest cost, do your research before selecting a broker. It matters. One of the lower cost alternative had an F minus with the BBB. The pics I attached are leaving Md and arriving in Az. I was surprised on arrival the vehicle was in the exact spot as when it left.

The car transport from Manhattan to Maine was the first time I ever did this. From my first phone call to Sherpa to inquire about the action until the delivery to my driveway, I was kept informed daily! They couldn't be nicer. I was not charged one cent more than the original quote! I was kept informed of the entire process from beginning to end and would not hesitate to do this again especially because it was cost-efficient and practical. However, I would only use Sherpa. Sherpa was great to work with from my initial contact on the web, then on the phone. They gave me a great price, to go along with quick pickup date and fast delivery date of my car. They also kept in contact via email and text to keep me abreast of what was going on.
