Although I was given a 5 day window for picking up my vehicle they were 3 days early and gave me an option. My car was delivered in 12 hrs from Missouri to Georgia. All communication was kept with me throughout the entire process. Awesome service!!

Cross country moves are super stressful but Sherpa made shipping our cars one of the least stressful parts. Everything was on time and communication was excellent. Cars arrived in the condition that they left in. Would recommend and use again.

Everything went well. Driver did an excellent job of communicating by text and staying in touch. There were no problems with the condition of the car (except dirt and insect splats) and most of that came off after running through the carwash. Will send receipt and bill of lading for any rebates that may apply.

Company worked hard to find a driver, ultimately getting Auto Run LLC to carry the load. Driver was efficient and on time once he gave delivery window. Would use again. Price was reasonable for cross-country ship. Car arrived in good condition with driver unload efficient and safe.

This was a simple process. Quote was quick and accurate. Communication was clear. Pick up and drop off were on schedule. The car arrived with no damage. The company acted professionally at all times and we had no issues with their service and we would use them again.

Our experience with Sherpa was top-notch. Great communication from both Sherpa as well as the driver assigned to transport our vehicle. We used a different company previously and it was stressful, was not door-to-door, and ended up costing more than originally quoted. Highly recommend Sherpa. The truck broke down so my car arrived late. Otherwise I was very satisfied. I especially appreciated the car being picked up at my home. I had to go and get my car from the driver. It wasn’t very far but it was difficult to figure out where he was.

Such an easy process from the first contact to the last. Excellent, friendly customer service, smooth and timely pickup, no hidden fees (the price was the price) and my car arrived safe and sound and on time. Would definitely use Sherpa again.

The sales representative and car delivery driver are professional and courteous. The sale representative spent time to explain the whole process and what was to expect. Delivery schedule was kept on time. Car was delivered without damage. The pick up driver did the delivery himself, so I felt assured with a continued care taken for the whole process. I hired Sherpa Auto Transport to move my car from Seattle to Jacksonville Florida. The experience was great and the people I worked with for both pick-up and delivery were very friendly, efficient, and professional. I would recommend them if you need to move a vehicle.

Sherpa worked until they found a carrier to deliver a car from Roanoke, VA to Oakland, TN. It did not take long to find and the driver, Vakhtang **, was excellent. The car was delivered with no damage and got there the next evening after it left Roanoke. I was so very pleased. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I have been transporting my cars between Philadelphia and Naples Florida for years. And have never experience had as well performed as this one. I wouldn’t use or suggest any other company. I was traveling during the transport and was always well informed throughout the process.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I paid a $200 premium for a specified pick up window. The driver did not show up. I requested a refund of the $200 premium I paid. They gave excuses, claiming it was "not guaranteed" and they refused to refund even the premium. No apologies, no shame. I tried calling their service helpline, was on hold for a long time, then got a recording "no one is here to help you". I called the sales line, they picked up immediately. Basically, Sherpa has a bunch of slick sales people, but they don't stand behind their promises. Who does business like this? I will never use Sherpa again. You shouldn't either.

The staff at Sherpa was extremely helpful and friendly, and always answered any questions I had promptly. The driver I was paired with was amazing - Super helpful, fast, and careful! Amazing experience - A move is already a stressful situation as is and Sherpa helped make it more manageable!

Had to call in because my car was lowered. All other transport brokers I was getting quotes from didn’t ask this or if they did then didn’t care enough to make sure the car was too low for open transport. At first we thought it was and booked a closed transport for an expected added surcharge. I re-examined my car & found it wasn’t lowered enough to warrant a closed transport. Called in again, sent photo proof of at least a 4” low point and the rep was able to cancel & rebook in an open transport and saved me $550. Will absolutely use again!

Recently used to move a car from NC to WA state. It was so much easier than I was anticipating. The driver kept me updated and was great to work with. Timely pick up and the drop off was right on schedule! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

This is the second time I've used Sherpa Auto Transport and it went well. I liked the driver. Sherpa was expensive than other companies, but I felt more comfortable.

Sherpa's process worked out well in assigning a driver and providing me with updated information electronically. In my case, It was challenging to time the delivery day because I couldn't be there and my brother was not arriving from a vacation until the date of delivery. The Black Mustang driver was logistically flexible in timing the delivery and efficient in loading and unloading the transported vehicle. I will definitely recommend Sherpa to others.

I have used Sherpa for two vehicle relocations, for a car from east coast to west coast, and then back, perfection both times! On time, and the pricing was exactly as quoted. The team constantly supplied updates and the drivers were extremely professional. I will use them for all future vehicle relocations.

I found this company online since we must ship our daughter's car cross-country. The price was reasonable, and they provided excellent service. The car arrives on time and in great condition. We would use this company again.

Most reasonable of all the carriers, I checked with others, most dispatchers were rude and arrogant. The men in their phone crew from Charlotte NC, were polite, and helpful. They found a carrier fast, carrier was also nice, polite, truly helpful and a real professional. Highly recommend!

Had a five day window the pick up vehicle. They picked it up in three days. Delivered my car. Checked it out. Everything was smooth. Will recommend again and again.

The auto shipment proceeded in a logical manner, and the auto was received in an apparently undamaged condition. The total price was very fair for the service. Our only inconvenience was being unable to effect advanced planning. The notification of pick up was very close to pick up time, and the estimated delivery date window was such that prevented my flying to personally pick up the auto.

My car was picked up in the time window as promised. The driver was friendly and professional. He did a great job and my car was delivered across the country in no time. Delivery was easy and without issues. The driver communicated to us at every step in the process. The quoted price was not changed. I called Sherpa on a Tuesday, and they said the car would be picked up in the next five days. The car was picked up the next day. Then they said the transport would take five to seven days, and it only took four days. Their reps were really helpful. But there was a mistake, and I was frustrated by that. I talked to one person and was quoted $1,500. I clearly told them that the car was not operational. I then called back to actually book the appointment and ended up speaking to somebody else, and it was a significant price increase from $1,500 to $2,300. So that was a little disappointing. But the rep didn't intend to mislead me, he just made an honest mistake. My dad was in Oregon for the pick up and my nephew was in Texas for the drop off. Both of them had the best things in the world to say about the driver that picked up the car. They were so happy with them.

Sherpa's price was very good. They were very attentive, and they got back to me, and they were very nice to work with. I could always get through to them. There was always somebody that answered the phone, and they were very pleasant to deal with. I had an extremely good experience with the man that came and picked up the car. He was very nice to work with and very efficient, got the car on the trailer and he was out of here.

Setting up the transport was super easy. I called Sherpa and told them what I needed. They sent me a price. They followed up with an email. There were absolutely no surprises. The pickup and delivery were both good. They wanted to pick up earlier and we weren't really ready for earlier, which is always a good thing. So we scheduled a time and the driver called about 30 minutes out. Then he sent a text and was there on time, and loaded the cars.

Everything worked really well on scheduling with Sherpa. The delivery was on time and everything was just perfect. The driver picked up the car in Florida on Thursday and delivered it to Oklahoma on Saturday. He communicated when he got to Oklahoma and wanted to know who was gonna pick up the car and where he could drop it off. I was very satisfied.

I like Sherpa's responsiveness and persistence in trying to get the business. They were straightforward with all the relevant information and able to answer any questions that I had. If they weren't able to, they were able to get back to me with those answers. My brother-in-law said that the gentleman who picked up the vehicle was top-notch. The company that did the transport was in communication with me throughout the process. Overall, everything was great.

This is the third time I've used Sherpa. The first gentleman I talked to seemed genuine and knew what he was talking about. And I had a good experience the first time. So, the second time, I didn't do research. I just used Sherpa. The same thing with the third time. The guys did all the work and called me. One of the times, I had to switch days so that was a bit difficult for Sherpa people. But it was still handled very well. The first time, the gentleman didn't speak English well. But it was still handled good. The last two drivers kept me posted when they would arrive. And it was handled very well.

As soon as I put in some information on the website, I got a phone call by one of the Sherpa associates who gave me a good overview of what the process would look like. She answered all my questions and gave me a detailed quote with timelines. The interaction was quite thorough. The driver reached out to me about 24 hours prior to picking up the vehicle, sharing when he'd be available to pick it up. Even during the process, he had assured me that I could call him at any time if I had any questions regarding my vehicle. 12 hours prior to delivery, I got a phone call from him telling me the approximate time of delivery. He parked around my apartment complex. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

He arrived and told us who he was. He looked at the vehicle and took pictures and video of it. He loaded it, strapped it down and took off. He got it safely to our house. He texted us about 30 minutes out from his arrival. He arrived and asked us where we wanted it. He got in the trailer, unstrapped the vehicle, backed it off and put it exactly where we told him.

Admittedly, I went to another company and booked with them. But when I needed it done right away, Sherpa came to the rescue. Their team is thorough, detail oriented and ensures the safety of our vehicle. Nobody else that I would use.

I had a fantastic experience at Sherpa. They did a great job and their prices were a lot more affordable than other places. My rep answered all my questions and he was willing to talk everything through. He made sure I understood what the services they were providing were gonna do. The movers were extremely communicative and the guy who dropped my vehicle off was really nice. The quote was accurate and I feel really good about it considering I would have had to pay 400 more if I went with someone else. I got a great deal with Sherpa.

I had to move a car across country. Sherpa seemed to have better prices compared to other people. They were flexible, too. Their price range seemed good. Pickup was at a car dealership near us because they had a lot of room for the guy to get there. Drop-off, similar situation, just a big parking lot. They estimated 5 to 7 days to get there, but they got there quickly. The driver inspected the car and had a little tablet thing and was good about it. He was definitely used to it and was able to catch stuff that I wouldn't have seen.

My interactions with the driver were excellent. He knew my car and he knew how to drive it. When it was delivered, the car was essentially the same as the pickup. Also, the weather was perfect and he put it on the back of the carrier so that it didn't get any bugs or anything on it. The guy had my wife check the car over for any damage and check it off.

I had a good experience with Sherpa. They picked the cars up when they said they would and they delivered them when they said they would. I had two cars and they put the cars on the carrier and, 19 hours later, they were in my garage. It was good service.

The driver was a super nice guy. The car also beat us here. He dropped it at my aunt's house and she said he was a young man and very professional. The driver called my husband and said, "Your aunt is so nice. She made me cookies and thank you so much." He was wonderful. Everything was in good condition, too. The driver made sure to do a thorough inspection both times. It was a great experience. Totally worth it. I was very satisfied.

I went straight to Sherpa’s website and then, they called me once they had a car available. The transport was 2,200 miles cross-country and the communication with the driver was fine. He called me when he was ready to pick up and 24 hours before he delivered.

Sherpa was awesome. They had a good quote and they came through with what was promised. The pickup was in Michigan, while drop-off was in California, and it was about a week. They emailed me updates, then eventually, they texted me how to reach the driver. We made a drop-off date, time, and location and it worked out. They used a big rig to Sacramento, and from Sacramento, they dropped off the car into a different truck, then this truck only had three vehicles on it. It was super easy, and the vehicle's condition was great. All in all, Sherpa is reliable and I love how they had upfront pricing. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other carriers, but they were honest. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

My vehicle was picked up when promised and delivered 3 days early! All drivers sent me a text to announce their Estimated Time of Arrival and they arrived virtually as they predicted. This makes three times that I have used Sherba and all 3 times I had the same experience.

Excellent service and perfect delivery. They solved a problem when they could not get up my driveway and had to shuttle the car from a main road to my home. My car arrived in perfect condition. They worked out the delivery date by extending it a few days so I could get there.

Driver picking up vehicles was very responsive and on time. Car was delivered ahead of schedule. Great experience overall! My only constructive feedback is I asked to have my phone number on file updated to my cell as I would be traveling. I was told it was but the company picking up the vehicle had my home phone and order was canceled due to unable to contact me. I was able to get it resolved quickly but did cause a panic.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I was not 100% pleased with our White Hawks car shipper experience that Sherpa contracted with for our car to be shipped by.

Sherpa’s rep said they will have a two-week window and I made contact with customer service because I was getting a little nervous about getting the car out here. They said they would get it done and to let them do their job, and it happened. It took them a while to get somebody signed up for the transport but once they got the guy to pick the car up, it took 10 days. I wasn't given access to the driver right away. I was just going through the broker or the dispatch. So, I asked for the driver's number and they said they had given my number. Once he got down in Southern Nevada, he called me three times to arrange a time. So, it worked out. I'd give Sherpa an A+ for their work. I'll use them again if I need to.

I gave them a window of five days and they ended up coming the Saturday before that window, which was a Monday through Friday. That was a little inconvenient for me because it was my last week in town and I wouldn't have a car. They ended up dropping the car off a little after I got into town. The communication with the driver was alright. But when I got the documents, they had the wrong delivery address. They had taken the street address from Los Angeles and put a New York zip code on it. So, I had to call them and they had me call back on Monday. Other than that, they moved the car like they said they would for the price they said they would ask.

There was Good communication, I appreciated the professional drivers and we had speedy delivery. The drivers made sure to communicate with us and make the delivery smooth and speedy. I Would highly recommend. Thank you so much. We look forward to doing business with you again in the fall.

The truck was picked up in Los Angeles and delivered to Le Mars, Iowa. Sherpa said I could receive it from a Thursday to a Tuesday. But it arrived on Sunday. The driver dropped it off, I paid him and he went on his way. It was good. He was very courteous and professional.

I like that Sherpa was military-friendly. The broker I worked with, Jenny, was awesome. I called her. When I signed up, I got confused. I was paying for it and it listed my information. I said, "No. I'm the pickup point in Naples. My son is the delivery point." She did it over the phone. It was easier. When I called her, she always answered. It was really a good fit. She was a good transport company. The delivery of the vehicle went fine. She called me and said, "The driver is gonna be calling you within an hour to set up details." She communicated really well. I in turn called my son. He had already received the call from the driver and it went well.

Sherpa was very quick, concise, and thorough. All I did was put where I was leaving from, what type and make and model of my car is, and where it was heading towards. The people I talked to made everything else happen for me. I had a couple of specific questions ‘cause I'm a little more meticulous when it comes to things that I do. They were very patient and quick to get things done for me. They also honored their quote that they initially gave me. They were able to hold on to the quote a little longer than the promised day. Not only did they do what they promised, but they also did a little extra. It was perfect.

The reps were very informative and they answered all my questions. My vehicle was picked up at Salem, Oregon, near a truck stop along the interstate because my home was pretty hard to get to. The driver who picked it up told me my vehicle would be taken to a different mover who would take it all the way to Pennsylvania. He did a walk-around and he marked down any little scratches on his paper and explained it to me. The vehicle arrived good and the quote was right on.

Everything with Sherpa was done very quickly. The timeframe was excellent. They promised this was the price, and that was what the price was. The customer service reps were very polite and knowledgeable and they explained the entire protocol from start to finish. I would recommend Sherpa very highly and tell them not to go anywhere else.

The driver contacted us as he was getting close to our delivery location - and because our location would pose challenges for delivery, he gave us two options for meeting him to get our Jeep. Delivery experience went very smoothly. And we've got our Jeep back to enjoy the rest of our vacation!

I called Sherpa and told them where the car was going and where it was being shipped from. They put a quote together, got my email and sent me a quote right away. I also called another company, and they were a bit more expensive and did not get right back to me. I couldn't say enough good things about Sherpa ‘cause I was petrified. I never shipped a vehicle before, and I thought, "Hmm, is this thing even gonna make it there?"

They were very informative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. They notified me when the vehicle was picked up and when it was on the way out. The day before, the driver said, "I should be delivering your vehicle tomorrow or approximately between the hours of eight in the morning and noon." He called me around 930 and said he was 30 minutes away. So, there was great communication. Also they kept the quote they gave. I did not pay any more.

I called a couple of companies and Sherpa was the one that sounded the most professional. Their quote was a little bit higher but not by much. The rep made setting up everything easy and Paul, the driver, was awesome. The delivery took a couple of days and he was very punctual and kept in communication.

I transported a Ford Escape thru Sherpa. When I called them, they had a driver available that day and had the car delivered in five days. Their reps were very pleasant. They were also helpful in reminding me to take pictures of the car and talking me through some of the paperwork that would be coming my way, which was not something the other companies I called did at all. They also let you know that they would contribute a percentage of money if the amount that we had agreed to didn't produce a driver. Aside from that, the quote that they gave me was very fair considering the service I got from them because the other ones were lower, but they weren't able to produce. In the end, the price I paid was exactly what they told me it would be, so that was very good.

Sherpa Auto Transport made the process easier for me. I went with them because the customer service was friendly. And as I was calling around getting prices, they were one of the cheapest. And when they offered the $50 rebate, it seemed like the best company to go with. The individual that set up my appointment followed up with me constantly, which made me feel more secure and comfortable with the transaction. The communication and customer service were there.

My friend moved to Florida, and he wanted his car, so I googled places to transport cars from Michigan to Florida. A bunch of companies came up, then I got a text from Sherpa. I called some other places, and some guy guaranteed they would do it for $600. I was gonna go with him and I kept waiting away, then he kept saying, “No. We can't do it. I got somebody, but you got to give us 900 more dollars.” I said, “No. You should have told me the deal right from the beginning instead of promising something else.” So, I went with Sherpa, ‘cause when I called, the guy I talked to in the beginning was really nice.

There was a little bit of confusion with the transporter. He called and asked if he could show up that day but I was already at work. I work 45 miles away, so he rescheduled and showed up the next day. When he loaded the vehicle, he took tons of pictures. He was super professional. When he got ready to deliver the vehicle, my sister said he called at 10:30 at night, wanting to deliver the vehicle. They told him he had to come in the morning which he did. I was happy with Sherpa. When we'll bring the van back in the fall, I'll use them again.

Sherpa Auto Transport was very professional when I spoke to them. They gave me the quote and they sent me the information. I gave them the dates. It was all positive. The person who picked up the car was very professional and told me about when it would be delivered and it was delivered then. I was very impressed that they got back to me always within minutes. I would send an email because there were some dates I had to rearrange or I had questions. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend them.

I spoke to them on the phone and they seemed to be knowledgeable. They were open and honest about how the process was gonna work. They kept in communication throughout the entire process. Every day, they continue to send me messages and let me know that they were working on it. The driver interaction was fairly brief. He was polite and was complimentary about the car. He was there at the drop-off a little bit early and it worked well with my schedule. It was excellent.

I had a pretty good experience with Sherpa. The guy that delivered my vehicle took really good care not to move around on my vehicle with his shoes on. When he brought it back, he took his shoes off, but he had to crawl in the back of it because the covered trailer was so narrow. So, I applaud him for that. When it came to booking the driver, they said there was a fluctuation possibly. You had to put up so much upfront. In this instance, I thought about going possibly cheaper on it, but I knew that that would be a bad idea because my dad was like, "There may not be a driver to pick the vehicle up at a lower rate", and there are horror stories saying they call back and then try to get more money from you, which I was on a very tight budget. I ended up being able to put everything on my credit card. I really tried to use as little cash as possible until I absolutely have to. So, that also helped Sherpa out.

It's the second time I've used Sherpa. I used them about three years ago and they got all my information still. So, that's a lot less stuff to deal with this time than the first time. With all things considered with this recent transport, the experience was good.

I found Sherpa very open and honest about the entire process, how they find drivers, what kind of insurance they have, what to expect, and what to watch out for. I like that they were very upfront with me about everything. Also, the rep was very patient in answering all my questions. I reserved a date but I told them I wasn't sure what my exact date would be. I wanted a week to week flexibility so they did that. They put it on hold so they wouldn't find a driver till I was ready to ship the car.

Sherpa was one of two highly rated auto transport companies for moving vehicles for active duty military. I had them ship a Volkswagen. The customer service rep called me on time and set it up. The driver was great, very easy to work with and kept me up-to-date. The car got picked up and dropped off on time.

This was my first time shipping a car so I was a bit nervous about the process, but I was so happy with the customer service, they answered all my questions, and the whole thing went very smoothly. I felt that Sherpa does a great job taking care of their customers.

I've used Sherpa before. So, I was familiar with them. About two years ago, I had another vehicle moved. This time, I had a 2009 Jaguar XF shipped from Chicago to Mississippi. I started to complete the process online, but then I ended up calling to complete the setup process of them picking up the car. It took them a few days. They confirmed that a company was ready to pick up and let me know the date. The company gave me a call when they were on the way and they picked the car up. They let me know when it had arrived. It was smooth. I gave them the receiving party's information. So, they did not text me after they shipped the car to my mother. They did contact her to let her know they were maybe an hour or two out so she would know what time to be home. The car arrived on Thursday and I arrived in Mississippi on Friday. So, I saw the car and it was in the same condition.

Sherpa is a good and reliable company. Their rep was friendly and easy to talk to. When they picked up my car in Texas, the driver walked all around it and wrote everything down that was wrong with it. He had me sign off on that and printed everything out. Then, my car was dropped off in Las Vegas, Nevada in an apartment complex and my property manager received it for me. The transport took four days and when I got here the next day, the car was fine.

It was a great experience, excellent communication, and my car arrived in great condition. I was informed of when the car would arrive. My Driver also helped me push my car to my driveway since the battery was dead. I will recommend them again

The reps from Sherpa were good most of the time though sometimes, there was some delay. The pickup went well and it was very good when the car was brought to me. The delivery dates aren't always set. So, that got a little confusing. They said they were coming three days in a row and then, they finally came. The car's condition was excellent and the driver’s demeanor was very friendly and easy to get along with. The windshield was a little dirty, but it was an outside truck delivery. So, I didn't expect anything less.

I was not able to book my usual carrier to transport a newly purchased classic car cross country, so I researched thoroughly, settling on Sherpa. I was moving from New York to Seattle and I needed to transport my car. One of my friends uses Sherpa's services regularly. So, he recommended them to me. Rather than use a third party that I never had any experience with, I went with what my friend recommended me. Initially, I was quoted 1,400 but when I told the rep that I will have to think about it the rep asked me what the prices were. When I said they were offering it to me for 1,300 instead of 1,400, Sherpa Auto Transport offered me a $100 rebate. So, it ended up being 1,300 in total.

Initial contact and communication to negotiate my vehicle shipment was efficient and easy. Payment process was also easy. Communication and updates from Sherpa throughout the transport was excellent. The contracted carrier was professional, communicated well, and was timely for pick-up and delivery. Scheduled timeline was accelerate which worked out well on both ends of transport. All in all, I would use Sherpa again for transporting a vehicle.

My youngest was in college in Michigan and a family that had befriended him had fallen on hard times. Their daughter was his roommate and she needed a car for her summer work program because she had to drive to get this internship. I just bought a new car and I had my old one that was still in very good shape. I didn't need it and I don't really need the money for it. I said that I'd give it to her but I couldn't drive it up there. I was already going to fly it there to help him move.

The service is good and fast. I shipped my truck from Los Angeles CA To Round Rock TX. It was delivered in less than a week. They charged what they said. The only thing when the truck was picked up, they called me 40 minutes before, they should call hours before or a day before, so we can be ready. But overall good service, I recommend this company. They were good and attentive. They gave me a good quote. But I didn't find out until the morning of the pick up that the driver would be here. I had a couple of hours' notice. Luckily, it worked out well for both parties because I was off from work. But it was pretty abrupt. I thought I'd have a little bit more of a notice. The transport was incredibly fast. It went from Ventura, California to Delaware in four days. Also, they offered a free carwash. So once I get home, I can wash my car, and they'll reimburse me. With what we paid and how quick we got home, I was very pleased with it. I would ship a car again using Sherpa without question.

I had a 2020 Mercedes GLB. Sherpa shipped it the first time to California. After two years, they shipped it back. I already had Sherpa's number saved on my phone from the last time. I just called them and told them what I needed and where I needed the car picked up. They had all my information. I gave them the old account number that I used and they used it and gave me a good price. They gave me the same price. They gave me the pickup date just like normal. Everything went smoothly.

Talking to the Sherpa agent, I was more comfortable. They were thorough and answered all my questions. There was a price difference, too. I liked the driver. He's a good guy. He told me what he was going to do, and then I told him where would be a good place to drop off the vehicle, and there was always that communication. So, he did a good job. My vehicle was the same shape as when he took it.

When looking for a shipping company I am so glad I looked at reviews. There are so many ways different companies can leave you in a bind. Sherpa quoted me a price for delivery from Texas to Alabama and delivered within the estimated time frame. Everything went smoothly.

It was a good service. The rep was helpful and the cost was fine. I had two vehicles shipped and I paid only $1,100 for each vehicle. It's a fair price because gas price is too high for the truck. When the guy picked up and delivered the cars, he was very kind. He was nice. He picked up and delivered the two cars at the same time. We have a little tight space, but he still made it. So it was a very good experience.

The delivery was fine except the driver didn't pay close enough attention to the GPS or Google Maps, and he pulled up to deliver our vehicle at the street behind our backyard. He just looked for that red dot and turned on the wrong road. There was no room for him to do that, and we just happened to be in our backyard or he would not have been able to find us. The red icons on Google Maps has the little point and the circle. The circle was shown over a street, but the point was sitting at our house. He didn't read the street address or follow the driving directions.

Everything was great. The pricing was good. The whole process was smooth. It was as quick as I had imagined. The driver would give me text updates. It was a day late but I have known well ahead of time. I would recommend them any time.

Scheduling the transport was very speedy and they did a good job. I was very pleased with them. I received the vehicle in 48 hours.

The rep I talked to seemed really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The person who set me up with the transport answered all my questions. The mover called me the night before and told me he'd be there at a certain time. He was on time but he couldn't get the vehicle on his truck. So, I had to drive six miles and meet and meet him somewhere off the freeway where he cold load my car in the pouring rain.

Setting up my transport went fine for even how complicated my end of the process was. The original timeline got messed up. Based on the family member getting a new car, it didn't materialize in the original plan, but Sherpa Auto Transport was able to pivot and get everything taken care of. Everything showed up on time. I'm amazed at how far they could get in a day. They went fast. Also, everything came out as the initial quote. It was weird in that in-between space when Sherpa was bidding on drivers, figuring out how much it would cost. But I'm not sure how much they could communicate until it's finalized. But that’s probably part of the process. The car was in the same condition it was put on the truck with.

My cousin used Sherpa before and he already went through this process. So, he explained it to me. The pickup and delivery were perfect. The delivery guy was good. He picked up on Friday and delivered on Monday. It was that fast and came sort of unexpected. I was satisfied with Sherpa. It was easy, simple and straightforward.

I transported a pick-up truck that I sold to my son and I had a good experience with Sherpa. I had a tough time getting started because the the vehicle of the original company that they were going to use broke down. So, they had to switch me to someone else. It caused a bit of delay which was about a week but the communication with them was really good. The car was picked up in North Portland, Oregon and we had it at Jubitz Truck Stop, which was easier for everyone involved. Then it was dropped off to my son at his church parking lot, which is about a mile and a half from his house. The quote was a little more once the other company got picked and Sherpa absorbed $300 in the cost. They also refunded my $75 initial deposit and they were very good to deal with. I dealt with two other companies and I was not happy at all. So, I wound up talking to those guys and they were really helpful.

Sherpa was on time when they picked up my vehicle in Layton, Utah and it only took them three days to deliver it here in South Carolina. During the transport, the driver called and texted. And when he got here, we weren't here yet. I gave him my daughter and son-in-law's phone number, so he got ahold of them and got the car delivered. The overall experience was great and it was a fair price.

From the beginning to the end, I couldn't have been pleased with the wonderful communication in terms of where we were in the whole process. We were also pleased with every person we spoke with and with the carrier. It was easy to work with them. The delivery was on time. And the driver was nice. We liked him. I would not hesitate to use Sherpa again or to recommend them to anybody.

We were moving from California to Florida with two vehicles and pets, and a transport was easier with traveling with animals. Sherpa's agent was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I did the quote online and I screenshotted it. But then, I had questions so I called. The gentleman I talked to was super nice and he gave me a quote which was higher. I gave him my original quote and asked if he'd be able to match the rate. And he matched the online rate.

The guy I talked to was super transparent, easy to talk to, and a great listener. He explained the situation in terms of state taxes and driving better than the other company I talked to. Scheduling the transport was so easy. My daddy just died and I was a wreck. The guy was so kind. The transport was from Washington State to Denton, Texas. My cousin in Washington was there for the pickup and said the process was fine. She was a little scared of the big guy that came but he turned out to be a big teddy bear. My husband was here for delivery. The final cost changed and that was on us because we had the car full of my momma's moving stuff and her scooter. The scooter weighed a lot. We were totally fine with it. We're just happy to have her scooter. Sherpa is great and we’d use them again.

We had an overall good experience. It was expensive. But it wasn't out of the realm of what we were looking at. Sherpa Auto Transport was cool with transporting a car that was immobile. We had a slight hiccup, because we're not there. So, the first transport they scheduled showed up and we didn't have anybody to be there, because we weren't expecting them to be there so fast. Sherpa books transporters with other rides in mind. So, the schedule you give Sherpa may not be necessarily the schedule that the person they book is abiding by. What ended up happening was Sherpa quickly got us another transport, and it worked out perfectly. Sherpa was very helpful. Every time I called, they picked up. And if there was a time when I called and couldn't get to somebody in a normal amount of time, they shot me an email quickly.

Sherpa gave me a date range and they made it within the range. It was the last day of the range, but they were able to lock in within a day or two of the last day of the range. They told me it would be two to five days, but I got the car the next day from when they picked it up. They picked it up around Washington, DC area and dropped it off in Atlanta. My son was at the pick-up. He said they walked around the car and they took pictures of any dings and dents. It was a pretty seamless process. Once the car was in motion, I had no contact with the courier.

I could not be happier with Sherpa. After getting quotes from three companies, I settled on Sherpa to haul my 2006 Infiniti to Texas as a gift to my Granddaughter. The prices were the same, but Sherpa had great ratings and a policy to guarantee the price. The day after I contracted with them they notified me that they had a carrier arranged. The carrier contacted me a few days later in Southern CA and picked up my car on a Tuesday and it arrived in San Antonio, TX on Thursday morning. Picked up and dropped off by the same driver. Online, it says Sherpa is the best one to go with. So, I got some confidence in going with Sherpa. My experience was great. The vehicle was picked up from Overland Park, Kansas to Early, Texas. Within overnight, the vehicle came. As soon as they picked up, they started coming to Texas and then they transported very quickly. The next day morning at 6:00 am, I got the call saying, "We are ready to deliver it." The driver replied to my text and calls, and he's such a good guy. He responded to everything. He even changed the tracking of the vehicle and I even got the updates from him. Everything went smoothly. The driver and I looked over the vehicle, and what was inside and outside the vehicle. The driver himself took almost 70 images of the vehicle including every inch of the vehicle to see if everything is good. It was the same way when it was delivered.

Very trustworthy and honest the car was picked up in a timely manner. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable on what he was doing. If I need to ship another vehicle again I would certainly choose this company. I would certainly recommend Sherpa to anyone that is considering having a vehicle shipped.

I knew nothing about shipping a vehicle -- and Sherpa was a reliable resource. From helping me understand the process and how to evaluate various bids, Sherpa delivered above and beyond. Once we moved forward with the contract, the entire process was quick, efficient and well managed.

Sherpa took very good care of the car. I had great service. It was very quick and thorough. Also, the price was affordable. They were very transparent, and they stuck to their cost. They committed to picking the car up at a particular time. They were on time, they loaded the car, there was no damage to the car, and they committed to delivering it to Edmond, Oklahoma the following day. They told me they wanted a cashier's check when I talked to them in California. But the night they delivered it, they said they wanted cash. It was a husband and wife team. The wife said that they take cashier's checks and then we talked. So there was just a miscommunication, but the experience was really good. I would use Sherpa again and I've already referred them to another friend. They were very honest and straightforward. They were great people. I was very pleased with the experience.

After reviewing multiple transportation companies I settled on Sherpa. A lot of the other companies I reviewed talked about lack of communication. That was not the case with Sherpa. They were very patient in answering ALL of my many questions. They bid out the job and the company that actually transported the vehicle was amazing. Again, amazing communication and very friendly. Transporting my Santa Fe from California to Florida was clean, simple, and hassle free. From the customer service rep's initial contact to the transporter's pick up I was informed of the timing and dates so there were no surprises. Delivery was on time and the driver was very professional.

Sherpa was really quick to respond. I've used them in the past and they were easy to get ahold of. I didn't have any complaints this time, as well. As soon as I sent my stuff in, they got it back to me within a week and they gave me a good price. I have used other companies that will quote a lower rate, but then will never get the shipment picked up. But that isn't the case with Sherpa. Also, in the three transports I've had with them, all three cars came in the condition that was stated on the bill of lading. I would recommend Sherpa.

I called them and left a message and they returned the call within an hour. They were very good about giving the information needed, what was expected, timelines, what could go in the car, and how things would occur. They gave a price quote right upfront based on the mileage and where it was going to. The was just the same as when we had it picked up. There was no damage or any issues at all.

Loved this company for my AZ to GA car transport! Decided to use Sherpa Auto Transport since the reviews were great. Started the online process and got my quote right then and there, which was valid for a day or 2. Pricing was super competitive and they offered a rebate (currently still waiting for that) but the process was super simple! Sherpa called me the week of my move and confirmed they had a carrier. The entire process was smooth from the signing up, to pick up and car drop off. And I like how they reimbursed for a car wash! I would definitely use this company again.

I had a new car transported from NJ to Asheville, NC. The process went very well and I was pleased with the customer service, price, and delivery time (less than a week to get the car). The only minor problem was that I didn't get a timely call from the driver, and he ended up showing up at my house - lucky I was home!

I looked at a couple of transport companies. I wasn't satisfied with another company. I called Sherpa and they were very helpful. It was very nice to have somebody that speaks clear English on the other line. I also heard good feedback online so I decided to go with them for transporting my SUV from Michigan to New York. The quote was fair and the price lock was dead on. During the transport, it was snowing somewhere in Michigan and it delayed the transportation of the vehicle for a couple of days. That was okay and it was not their fault. They contacted me as they were coming down. They dropped off the car and it was good. I would recommend Sherpa.

A very nice guy gave me a call back. He was explaining a little bit about how Sherpa, and that they would be able to honor their price. They had a very good rating about picking it up within the window that you hoped for. They said that even if they can't get maybe that exact price from the third party, they would still honor it somehow. This guy on the phone was pretty persuasive for me, compared to somebody else that didn't even get back to me and somebody else that had some bad ratings. He was absolutely great. The lift on the truck, because we had it put in an enclosed trailer where the lift was broken, but they notified us immediately when they got to Charlotte. It was supposed to be here on a Wednesday. They got here on a Friday. The driver was very professional. Everything about the whole experience was good. It was one of those where they called and said, “Look. This is the way it is. We could try something else.” Worked it out with them. The service was very good.

Good communication from the driver that picked the car up, and good communication when he got here, let us know ahead of time so we could meet him. The cost was a little high, but it was in the ballpark of where it would have been from anyone that I got a quote from.

Setting service up with Sherpa was fine. But I wasn't gonna get any info on the auto transport person until much closer to the time they were coming. The third party people that transported my car from Colorado Springs to Florida were awesome. They came out when I was still living in Colorado Springs. The driver took a ton of pictures of the car before he loaded it up on the truck, and explained some things to me. That was on a Wednesday and I got a call from him on Friday saying he was running a day early and if there was any way he could deliver the car to me on Friday. I already had plans at a restaurant with girlfriends, so he met me at the parking lot of the restaurant and unloaded my car there for me. It was very cool. He also took pictures after he dropped the car off. It was a very good experience.

I got prices from Sherpa Auto Transport and they were the middle of the road quote. They arranged for everything. The car was delivered within the time that they specified. 3/1 was the delivery date. And they picked it up on Valentine's Day. I contacted Sherpa one time after they picked the car up because the dealer told me they picked it up. Five days later, I wanted to confirm with Sherpa. They told me, "It has been picked up. It's in transit." And they told me where the guy was. It didn't matter who I talked to. They had a handle on it. They would call me back if they didn't get the right information or if they didn't have the immediate information.

Good experience. Very professional and courteous staff. Prompt responses. Easy to schedule. Kept me informed about the status of my car pickup and delivery. Easy to navigate website. Overall very pleased with the service. Will recommend to others and use them again.

Sherpa was great. The person who did the pickup and I walked around the car and we looked at every little nick. The guy wrote down notes and he took pictures. He was very thorough. They picked it up on a Monday and they delivered it on Friday. The drop-off was great and the car was all washed. I'm 100% satisfied.

I had used Sherpa once and the experience was very satisfactory. I used them again when I moved from Florida to California. They quoted me a price and there was no change in the price. They also gave me a firm date. They do what they say, and they say what they do. I've recommended them to a couple of my friends.

The transport was very easy to set up and Sherpa's prices seemed reasonable. The move was cross-country and it took five days. The delivery was good. I had the car delivered to a big parking lot and it was very easy for the driver to unload it. It was very smooth.

When I called, I received a call back within a short period of time and when I emailed, I got a response via email quickly. So, the reps were responsive. The pickup was in Valparaiso, Indiana and it was to be delivered to Palm Desert, California. I was given a three-day pickup time but they said that the driver would call me about when it would actually be picked up. And I was given a window of five to seven days when it would be delivered.

Sherpa transported my Porsche in an enclosed trailer so they did very well with that. The car was picked up from my aunt's house in Ohio and I was concerned that she may have an issue because she has never had to do anything like that. But everything went smoothly. I was very impressed. The delivery was perfect and the driver was very communicative. The people who delivered the car were very friendly and I liked them a lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a good experience with the customer service team and the driver was very helpful, taking all the photos that I need. He couldn't get into my pickup location, so he went to the other location. But other than that, it was all smooth. Also, the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend Sherpa.

I had a very good experience with Sherpa. I like the way Sherpa is. Their professionalism is just different from other shippers. They were very professional, thorough and helpful.

I'm very happy with the work that Sherpa did. Their quote was fair. I was expecting maybe a little bit less or more. For the amount of miles, there were not too many, but I assumed they were going to be a big truck. The driver contacted me halfway when he picked up the vehicle and he mentioned an estimated time of arrival. I didn't hear from him anymore till half an hour before he dropped it off, which was what I needed. I didn't want more details. The transport company wouldn't work over the weekend though. So, I had to wait three days. There was a problem with the timeline but the rest of the experience was very nice.

Sherpa was a reliable service and they were pretty accurate in whatever the rates they promised. The cost was good and everything went well. They said the vehicle would be picked up on Tuesday and it was picked up and delivered within two days. It was transported from Minnesota to Massachusetts and the driver was extremely nice. He took my number and kept me posted on what he was doing and where was the vehicle.
