Great service! No hidden additional expenses. The driver was very courteous and answered when I called to check the status. The car arrived in a timely manner without any damage. I will definitely keep Sherpa in my phone contacts.

I looked at and talked to many different companies, and I would get my vehicle faster using Sherpa. I didn't do expedited, but it was kind of expedited. The other companies had a four to six-day window where they would pick it up and then it was a four to six-day window when they would drop it off. That Friday, Sherpa was telling me that they would either pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. I didn't have to pay the deposit until they got a driver. It was Friday when they got the driver.

I purchased a Nissan Altima for my son in North Carolina and I'm in Massachusetts. We had one that he really liked and it rusted out. So, I wanted to make him happy. I looked at a pile of transport companies. Sherpa had one of the best prices and everything was pretty clearly outlined. The whole process was pretty awesome. We were told everything upfront. The car came quicker than what was expected, which was a little bit of a problem because I had arranged the whole thing and I wanted to be here. I specifically made other plans that day because the car wasn't supposed to arrive, but it did get here a day early, but everything was great with it. They made it very convenient for us.

My experience with Sherpa and Billups Transporting was quite pleasing. The reps from Sherpa were thorough in retrieving information from me in order to equip me with a forwarding party (Billups) to assure that my vehicle would arrive at its destination safely.

Sherpa was terrific to work with. From intake to auto delivery, it went smoothly. Sherpa staff were patient and answered my questions, and communication and instructions were clear. You took what felt like a challenging process and made it do-able. Thanks so much.

Sherpa was able to find a shipper who could transport my car to meet the time in which I arrived in NC. I was able to meet my shipper within an hour of arrival, which was extremely convenient! My car showed up in the same condition from the day before, and my shipper was constantly updating me, which was pleasant and reaffirming!

This process of shipping my vehicle couldn’t have been any better than it was. From the time I made my first call to Sherpa and spoke with a very professional and knowledgeable customer service agent lady to the gentleman who picked up and delivered my vehicle. Only thing I would’ve changed was I was only given a 30 minute heads up that my vehicle was going to be picked up. I had to leave work to make it happen but it all worked out. Overall a good experience, car was picked up and delivered ahead of estimated time in the same condition as picked up in Texas, Sherpa and contracted trucking company very courteous. Driver was always picking up the phone when I called and gave accurate estimates.

I would use Sherpa again most definitely. They gave me a week delivery and they did it in three days. The driver got a little terse with me about the bill of lading. But otherwise, he kept me posted on his arrival time and it was great. When the company did the estimate, they followed through. They were very efficient and pleasant. Their delivery service was impeccable as far as the timeline.

We are moving and we had our vehicle transported from South Carolina to New Hampshire and it was amazing. The driver was the owner of the company who brought our vehicle back and it was phenomenal. He texted us and kept us in the loop on everything. It was a fabulous experience.

The transport was well organized. We had the delivery arranged with our golf club that the concierge would take care of it. The guy called and said he was gonna be there in whatever period of time. We happened to be there so it worked out fine. They offered to have the car washed.

I moved across country from Tennessee to California. I had somebody do the pickup of my vehicle on my behalf and even though I had a lot going on, the process with Sherpa was super easy as far as communication with the driver and the company were concerned. I loved the experience. It was really fast, efficient, and professional. Even the drop off was more professional than I've ever experienced before. The cost was very nice for me, too. I thought it was going to be more and it ended up being less. And it was the cheaper option that I found with a competitive company which did not have great reviews.

I had a wonderful experience with Sherpa. I was very pleased with the service, the driver, and the whole process. It's my first time having to do something like that and I was very pleased. The driver's name was Sergio, and the person who helped me was Gary. They really kept me up-to-date on everything. I was really concerned about price, too, because I didn't have a lot of money to be paying for a transport, but it was a lot cheaper than having to come here and buy a new car.

So, I live in a somewhat remote area Casper WY. It's not easy to get a driver to make this extra leg of the trip. Delivery to Denver for example would be easy but Casper is another 250 miles north. I anticipated that it would take a while to find a driver and even though there was one false start with a driver who committed to the pick-up but then decided he did not have room for my car, Sherpa guides stuck with me and in short order did get a driver who braved miserable weather and road closures to get the vehicle here in good conditions. The price quoted was what was paid. They held firm for me (and I think ate some cost) to make this happen. All is well, thank you Sherpa. I would use this service again.

I called Sherpa Auto Transport and told them about the kinds of problems I had with the previous carrier and they paid attention. Also, everything was done in a timely manner. We had done the same thing the year before. It was a bit more expensive this year, but it was because of the gas prices. So, it was a reasonable quote. It would be the price regardless. We were happy with that.

Sherpa was fast, efficient, and honest, and the customer service was amazing. I really loved it. They connected me with my driver, gave me the quotes, and posted all the documentation and the paperwork. It was really good pricing across the board versus other companies, and I really appreciated the price lock. My driver, Sal, was really good as well. He was in touch with me all the time and gave me updates daily. It was like, "I'm an hour away from your home. I'm 30 minutes. 15 minutes. I'm here." He took the truck directly to my home, and the delivery of the vehicle was pristine. I'm really happy with the services.

The rep answered all my questions. He worked very well with me when it came to dates because i wasn't sure what day. I was leaving. The driver had very good communication.

Sherpa Auto Transport offered a good rate, which is why I went with them. They are one of the top-rated services and that was important to me because I have dealt with some sketchy moving companies in the past. I had a fantastic experience with the transport. I found it to be simple. Driver communication was fantastic. I had left the state prior to the pickup, so the driver was accommodating and was able to go and pick up the car on her own, which I appreciated. Pickup was not quite as smooth, but I'm not upset about it. There was a bit of a language barrier, so that was the only issue there, but that's not a big deal to me. It was tough communicating with the driver. But once we started texting, it was easier. The car came in good time. The driver was accommodating. My car showed up in perfect condition. It was a reliable service and I would use Sherpa again if I had to move back to North Carolina.

I liked Sherpa's mid-range price and they were really helpful when I was emailing back and forth and talking to them on the phone. The driver was really great. We wanted it done enclosed because of the age of the car. So, we assumed it was gonna be one of the bigger transports, but it was like a toy hauler that could haul two cars. It was a nice truck. They even got here a little ahead of schedule. The other guy couldn't speak very good English, but he had a translator on his phone so it was really easy and he was the nicest guy and made sure that we were happy with it. There was nothing wrong with the car. He was very careful pulling it out. So, it was a great experience all around. In fact, it was so nice that we gave him a really big tip.

Sherpa had very strong reviews online and my initial conversation with them were informative and very thorough. So, it seemed like a good choice. I needed to transport a car from California to Northern Vermont and it went extremely well. The driver was fantastic. He communicated often, knew where things were at, gave updates, and worked with us on the drop-off time at a time that was convenient for us as well as him. Also, we got a very fair price. Based on some of the quotes I had seen, it wasn't the cheapest quote, but it seemed fair for the level of service and the outcome. So, in general, if I had to choose again, I would choose the same exact one.

The rep told me how Sherpa worked. I like the way he explained it to me and just helped me understand it. The transport was pretty fast. I had a good experience with Sherpa and I would recommend them.

The rep explained everything very nicely and gave us all the information. He answered all of our questions. It was a couple of days later when they had the driver lined up. They made all the arrangements with our friend in Florida for him to meet the truck to load the vehicle. They did all the legwork for us and we didn't even have to think about it.

Sherpa's initial quote was pretty competitive. The person I spoke to on the phone was great. He was really friendly, and explained everything really well. It was very clear. I had never been responsible for arranging a transport. But he was really good. The driver was fine. He knew what he was doing. He was quick and efficient. We were happy with the service.

I was able to talk to the transport rep at Sherpa, and he knew exactly how I wanted to do it, and it was easy. As far as the diver, I met him outside. It was raining. I had the car all packed up, and then he put it on the truck and took off. He texted me twice and said he was on schedule and he should be here by Monday. He was on track. He called me and told me that he was half an hour out. I met him here at the apartment and he let my car off the truck. After that, I paid him, and we said thank you and goodbye. I didn't owe him any extra money.

Sherpa has a locked price and they guaranteed that I would get a receipt from the driver. My rep Josh answered every question I had. The driver was very nice and chill. He picked up the vehicle one day later but that was okay because I wasn't in a hurry to get it. He called to let me know that my car was here. If I ever know anyone else who needs to transfer their car, I'll definitely let them know about Sherpa.

The transport went well. The pickup was a couple of blocks from our house and their driver Vitali was there on time. It took four days and communication with him was good all the way through. He was very competent and professional.

We called several transportation companies. But when called Sherpa Auto Transport it felt right immediately that we called the right company. They did exactly as they said they would do. I would call them again if need them. They didn’t charge me until they found a driver and didn’t charge more because the driver wanted more.

Sherpa customer service was excellent in explaining the importance of transport features such as insurance, benefits, bill of lading. They always responded my calls with courtesy and clarified my doubts at any time. The assigned drivers/company (Higher level transporting LLC) were also nice and responsible. Both Sherpa and Higher level transport were very responsible all throughout. My SUV arrived in perfect shape and within the delivery window regardless of the awful weather conditions at the time. The total price of my transport was very fair for the awesome service that I received. And costs were not affected even though I asked Sherpa to move the pick up for an earlier date. Definitely recommend!

Cars were promptly picked up in FL and delivered to New England on time! All great service. As a matter of fact, even earlier than anticipated, so our cars arrived the same day we did! Driver was polite and competent. Great job!

Sherpa had the best price on the internet to transport my car across the country, so I was hesitant of what to expect. However, I got first class work: excellent communication from both the company and the carrier on both ends, quick turn around time and great communication from the transport driver. I would def. use this company again. Thank you for making something that could have been very stressful one of the easiest parts of my move across the country.

Setting up the transport was pretty good. They were clear about the rates and fees. Initially the quote they gave was a little high. So, I told them, "Can you reduce the cost a little bit?". They gave me a different time window where the cost would be a little less and I opted for that because I was not in a hurry. That timeline worked pretty well. When the vehicle was picked up, the mover called me one day before. I was also notified one day before they were gonna make the delivery. It was delivered within the time window they gave on the day. There was no damage to the car.

The transport with Sherpa was good. The only downside was that it took a little while to get an actual carrier. It didn't get assigned until quite close to the deadline. But it all worked out in the end. The driver provided a timeline and he was right on the money. He was a really nice guy. From Fort Myers, he picked it up in Granada Hills, Los Los Angeles. He said it would take only three days, but it ended up taking four. But, we were here in time. They were great to work with.

Sherpa shipped my dad's '66 Mustang from California to North Carolina. Picked it up on time, the fifth day. They said there's a five-day window. They picked it up on the fifth day, which I was happy about. It didn't ship out until much later, which I was a little worried about. But it seemed okay and it got delivered just fine and in great condition. The communication with the driver was also fine. He texted us and told us he was nearby. He also texted us and told us when he was leaving California. They did a good job. Everyone was friendly. However, they could be a little bit better between the time they picked it up, the time after they left California and let me know when it was gonna come out. But, it was over the holidays and I told them there was no rush. Other than that, everything else was smooth.

It was good in the beginning via phone call. There were emails too but there was one email that was a little short and curt that came out. The delivery didn't go quite as smooth. I was told by Sherpa that I would get notice 12 to 24 hours in advance of the vehicle showing up to my house. But the driver ended up texting me an hour and a half before the vehicle got to my house. It would have been nice to get a better idea of when they were going to show up at my doorstep. The kid that brought the vehicle didn't speak very good English. I get why he didn't want to communicate well. That's something that the car transport company should have done through their headquarters. Other than that, it was fine. The vehicle was in excellent shape. They did a great job of transporting it.

Had 2 vehicles shipped and was happy with both transporters, cars were picked up when setup and cars were delivered on time. Had no issues with Sherpa or the transport companies that were used thru their company. Both vehicles were handled with care when loading and unloading and drivers were courteous to both seller and buyer.

Very fast service. Professional on all aspect of shipping. Car was shipped in terrible weather based on winter transport at the time. I expected it to take 2 or 3 weeks. It took 5 days. Car arrived right in the middle of a Texas Ice Storm with everything shut down. Driver did not let the weather affect his job. Very impressed with all aspects of the shipping process including the price.

After typing in “car shipping” on Google, and filling out a form. I was bombarded with hundreds of calls & emails. I don’t recommend doing that. After speaking with several, I became apprehensive because of the bully tactics. So I actually looked on Google again but this I chose to call a company personally. I initially contacted Sherpa to get pricing to transport my vehicle from Savannah, GA to Vallejo, CA on 12/01/22. I spoke with Amanii the best customer service agent EVER! Unfortunately, I chose a different carrier because they gave me a lower quote. My vehicle was not picked up in January as promised. I arrived in Vallejo on 01/08/23, I contacted Sherpa again on 01/09/23, spoke with Amanii, he scheduled my transport and I received my vehicle on 01/17/23!! The carrier was amazing. I would highly recommend Sherpa.

Everybody was kind and courteous. They listened. So I had no issue whatsoever. Sherpa was perfect. The company that got the run was picking up the vehicle on a Monday. On Tuesday, I received an email from the dealership stating that my LoJack was now up and running and to sign on and get my password and how to download the app. After I had done all of this, I thought of checking to see where my Cadillac Escalade was but it hadn't moved. It was over 24 hours since they picked it up, and it will be delivered to me by Wednesday as told by the carrier that picked up the run.

Every part of the cross country shipping of my BMW went smoothly and occurred on time. The car was delivered as promised and was in perfect condition. I was very satisfied with all the men who worked with me on this move.

Extremely satisfied with Sherpa Auto Transport. They were great with communication, and our car was delivered in great condition, and as promised within their given timeline. We love how they lock in the price, and that there are no hidden fees. We will definitely recommend to other people, and will use their service should we need it again.

I always try to go with the local guys first. But I was unsuccessful around the Spokane area. A few of them that I talked to weren't interested. I looked at six transport companies and Sherpa had the better ratings. One national company gave me one quote and came back with something that was much higher. Sherpa, on the other hand, stuck with what they quoted me with and they were able to get it done. The total transport from the West Coast to the East Coast took five or six days. They gave me a date and they went a day over, but it wasn't a big deal for me because I wasn't on any time constraints. I had contact on pick-up, the day before delivery, and the day of delivery.

I needed to move a Lexus across the country through Sherpa and their customer service was very good. The reps explained the expenses and why. Then, the driver was excellent and careful. He brought the car right to the house. He said he was right in the development and put it right there. So, I couldn't compliment him enough. The price was fair and it was more than I was hoping, but so is everything we buy. In the end, they did exactly what they said they were going to do pretty much to the letter, so it's all you can ask for.

Sherpa's reps were very good. Pickup and drop-off was from my house to a friend's house, and the whole transport took 72 hours at most. The car arrived intact, but the floor and the driver's seat were a bit dirty, like there was some mud from the guy's shoes. But that was fine. The price I paid was the same as the quote I was given but it was a bit expensive.

Sherpa did a wonderful job for me. They had a good price. They were well-orchestrated and checking up, making sure everything's okay and things are flowing well. If I had an issue, I was able to call them and they were able to flow and circulate around issues to help everything work out. If I had to go back or do anything else, Sherpa will be the one I'm calling.

I was moving across country for a job. I just did a quick google search and looked at three companies. Sherpa had good reviews and I liked their price. Customer service was always very attentive and the service was great. The total transport took three days from New Jersey to Texas. It was very fast. They called me the day prior to picking it up and on the day prior to dropping the car off. I had somebody pick up the car for me and it was quite simple. The car was perfect. Sherpa has great service, great prices, and really good communication as well. It was all good.

Sherpa facilitated the transportation of my car from Louisiana to Virginia at a competitive rate, promptly, and smoothly. This is in stark contrast to the other company that transported the same car to Louisiana. Hopefully, Sherpa will likewise process my rebate expeditiously. Big up Sherpa!

Everything was super professional and I really appreciated that. Communication with the driver was fine. Originally they were supposed to pick it up on a Tuesday and they said they wouldn't be able to make it until Thursday. The driver was great meeting with me 'cause I ended up being at work when he was able to come. He pulled up right in front of the hospital which was great. My job is not one of those jobs I could leave for 30 minutes. The vehicle a little dusty but it was in perfect shape.

Most transport companies are pretty much like Uber - they set up the drivers but don’t have much control over those drivers or what they do. I’ve shipped several vehicles with other companies and usually get a call that a driver needs an extra $100 from what was contracted. It’s usually right before pickup so you’re forced into it. I’ve had one vehicle dropped off at 3 am on a public road and received a text at 9 am - got to my car just before tow truck arrived. My expectations were low but Sherpa was awesome. Rep assured me they don’t keep drivers on their list that do what I experienced. Price is guaranteed not to change and there were no surprises there. They worked to meet my schedule needs and met them. Driver was thorough and communicated well. We won’t use anybody else moving forward.

I was very happy with Sherpa's way of delivering my car. Everything was fine. I had no trouble with the driver. He picked up the car in my home in New York and delivered it here in Florida. Overall, they did a good job.

I had very good experience with Sherpa and I would recommend them to transport your vehicle. They had a good rate and the reviews were good. They were very responsive. They called back. It was easy to set up. They gave me the timing that I wanted. The drop-off was easy except the driver couldn't get through to the neighborhood so we had to meet him in a parking lot, which was fine. The pickup was more complicated because I was making a plane flight and hoping to do it on time. But there was a weather issue where they shut down the road and the driver could not get his truck through. They were in touch with me the whole day.

I was shopping for a special car all over the country and found one 2200 miles away. I had my car transported from Indiana to Washington. I had the dealer give me a quote for shipping the car and it was too much. Sherpa was one of the top-rated companies I requested a quote from myself, and they were competitive. It was a little worrisome, but everything worked out as advertised and communicated. I had my car within a week.

Before contracting with Sherpa to transport our car from NH to FL, I told them that communication had been a major problem with the transport company we had contracted with the year before. I am pleased that communication with Sherpa at all stages was excellent. We did have a couple communication problems with the actual driver, but since we had all the information we needed to resolve the issues, things went very smoothly. Car was picked up within quoted time frame and delivered well within delivery time frame. The driver kept me informed of his arrival time and was very professional at pick up and delivery. This was my first time transporting and would use Sherpa in the future.

Sherpa kept me in the loop as far as when the transport was going to happen. But after you make the initial contact, they should let the customer know how quickly the pick-up could happen. Because it was almost too quick. I did it one night, and then the next day it was accepted. It is not a bad thing. But I just needed to know. Other than that, the service was fine. The driver didn't seem to speak English very well. So we spoke through a translator on his phone. When I first got the initial text from him, it was very broken English. So I was kind of concerned about who it was. The text said, “I'm a truck driver, and I'm at this point." But I saw the email that I had received from the customer service agent and then I realized what it was. I texted him back and we worked it out. The price lock was fine. But I thought that they were going to send me something to get a $200 rebate and I haven't received that.

I am very satisfied with this service. The driver from the Carrier is so professional and nice. He made sure to call us and inform of any delays, and got our cars delivered to us safely. I had a very pleasant experience using this service.

The initial contact was fine. It was pretty much exactly as they said. The initial driver had some sort of issue. So, I had another contact with Sherpa, and they almost immediately found another driver within 24 hours. They told us exactly what time they would come, and they actually arrived a little bit early. They just texted us and told us when they were there. Overall, the experience was very convenient and was not very hard on my part. Sherpa did exactly what they said they were gonna do.

When researching companies to ship my 2012 Kia Sorento cross country Sherpa Auto Transport stood out as exceptional--by previous customers. I subsequently chose Sherpa, and they exceeded my expectations! They tell you what to expect throughout the process, and proactively followup with you at every step. Their pricing was reasonable and I even got a promised rebate for providing certain documentation at the conclusion of the shipment. The shipment went perfectly from the advanced price quote, to auto pick up, to the final delivery. Despite a snowstorm on the receiving end, my auto was delivered within 10 minutes of the agreed on meeting time-- and in perfect condition. I now know first-hand why they received the top customer evaluations--they deliver on their promises & commitments! Highly Recommend for your auto transport needs!!!

The two people I dealt with were amazing. They were informative when they were gonna get there. Halfway through the ride, one of the guys got sick so another guy had to take over. He was in contact the full time. There was a longer time frame, but with the person getting sick and the Thanksgiving holiday, it was fine. The initial quote changed but Sherpa took care of it so I just had to pay what I was quoted. It was less than $100 more but Sherpa guaranteed it. However, they took the license plate off in Miami, and I don't know how they did it but all the screws were broken inside the car. We had trouble getting the screws out of the car because their heads were broken off.

I called Sherpa, told the rep where the pickup and delivery were, and they got back with me. They found the driver, and it was pretty simple. The driver called the day before the delivery to say when the drop was gonna be made, and he set up a location. So where I was at, I just met him close to the major interstate there. There was a truck stop for a fueling station and that's where we met. He offloaded the vehicle and did our walk-around, and checked everything out. It was a pretty easy process.

Great, professional and reliable company. They shipped my Tesla to the desired location and it arrived in perfect conditions. They were on point and always responsive when I called and asked for help. Would definitely recommend using this company. Thank you Sherpa.

Before Sherpa shipped, they took photographs of the car in the showroom in Knoxville, Tennessee, and sent me several interior, as well as one exterior. And when they delivered it, the same thing. All the paperwork was good. And the driver was good. It couldn't have been a better experience.

We were very delayed in getting our cars picked up (1/2 - 1/6 was the original window and actual pick up was 1/21). It was extremely stressful since we had to find someone to handle getting our cars to the meet the driver while we were in another state. Once it was actually booked, it was amazing! I made a deal on a truck in Michigan, and the dealer wasn't going to arrange shipping like my previous purchases. They left it up to me, so I had to learn. There are some cutthroats out there that many problems could arise, either the vehicle would show up damaged or they would try to charge you additional funds after they made the deal on the initial contract. On the other hand, Sherpa's quote was right on, and the reps were top-notch. They answered all my questions and were very polite, and the reputation of their drivers proved to be accurate when I got the vehicle here. They had up to date equipment and professional delivery drivers.

The reps from Sherpa were very pleasant, and the driver was good. He showed up one day, picked the two trucks up and away he went. Sherpa did what they said they were gonna do, and the truck driver said when he was gonna call, he called. Everything worked out well. I wasn't on the other end, but my brother-in-law received everything and said everything went great. From New Jersey, the trucks got to Durango, Colorado and everything had its fenders and wheels still on it. The cost was good too. Today, everything is a fortune, but it's just the way it is. I already mentioned to a friend about Sherpa. I've used many transports in the past, and they were as good as the others.

Driver took the time to load car so it would not be damaged, it was dark, 34 degrees and on Hwy 31, took him about an hour to get it where he wanted, but I'm glad he did, took him only three days to get to California and delivered car in front of house at Huntington Beach, no problems or damage to car, went perfect.

The entire process went very smoothly. Shipped a Honda Insight from Portland Oregon to Maryland in early January and it arrived in 5 days, It was shipped inside a covered trailer and the car was spotless upon arrival without any damage.

Basically, Sherpa is a broker who finds drivers who will pick up and deliver your vehicle. What made this transaction easy was that Sherpa lined up a great driver and they stayed involved to ensure the experience went well. I would definitely use them again.

What made me choose Sherpa was their heading of “best for accurate pricing”. Once the price was given, the chances were very little it was going to change. I needed that because I was really trying to budget well. I only had a certain amount of money to ship everything. Setting the transport was really good because I had to change it three times, as being shifted with my goods being picked up and moved. I had to time everything 'cause I'm living in an apartment. I had to make sure that I had access to my car until the last possible minute. They were very flexible and informative. I had three calls and a couple of texts. I wanted something that was one to three days, not a five-plus days and I had to pay Sherpa a little bit more but it was worth it. They kept their word. It was very good dealing with the reps and they told me how it all worked. They found out that when I was looking around for quotes, someone had put my name on a board. One of those companies put my name on there so there was gonna be an issue with me trying to book something because it would look like I would have two bookings. The agent was nice and told me what to do, so I'm very happy about that. Because at the last minute, they may cancel both reservations. I was just so upset. If he didn't tell me, I would have had a problem.

From the first contact they led me through the entire process teaching me along the way. They always answered their phone and were never in a hurry when answering my questions. The car was picked up as scheduled in central NJ by a nice driver and arrived as scheduled in Montana just about 1 week later. The price was very fair and we had no issues at all. Took a while to get a driver scheduled during the holidays (12/28 - 1/3) but a driver was scheduled and the transport arrived ahead of schedule (Florida to California). I ordered a two car enclosed hard carrier for protection. You receive a Bill of Lading from pick up and delivery. I give a five star and recommend service.

He called me at one point and said that he was only 10 minutes from my house and two hours later, he hadn't shown up. He wasn't answering his phone, which I appreciate if he's driving, but I had to call a couple of times. Finally, I went through the supervisor or the contact number and he was two hours away. So, the time was way off.

I was very pleased with the representatives that I worked with at Sherpa. The driver was on time. He didn't deliver to the location, but that was fine. I had to meet them about five miles from where we agreed to drop off. The transport company was hard to get ahold of but it worked. The transport from the Boston area to Miami was at least three days and I communicated with the driver twice. The cost was high and I didn’t like that it isn't routine to give you an exact date of pick-up and drop-off. I didn't understand why that couldn't be without an extra cost. Sherpa should get rid of the variable periods of time. The four days where it'll possibly be picked up and possibly dropped off makes it difficult to make travel plans.

The driver called two days before he got into Tucson and gave me an estimate when he was gonna be in. This courier lives in Phoenix, which is good. He knows the Tucson area and the streets. We don't have a lot of trees in Tucson and there's not a lot of overhead stuff so, he was able to drive off the interstate and come down the major road that I told him as well as on my street. He took the car off and brought it right to our front door. It was just how we loaded it when it arrived. It was an excellent experience with Sherpa.

Sherpa subcontracted the job with another company so I was dealing directly with that company. He was great and very communicative. He told me when he arrived to pick up the car. They also had to hold on to the car for a couple of days because I was accommodating them. They asked to pick it up early and I agreed but I didn't have the money until the following Friday so they had to hold on to it for a couple of days. And I saw it was just in a locked lot so I was happy. Then they delivered when they said they would. So I was very happy with them and I would totally use them again.

I asked Sherpa for an enclosed container to transport a car versus the open carrier. The first one they got fell through but within two hours, they found another. They picked the car up on Saturday morning and I got it Monday morning. So, I was pleased with that. But what I was more pleased with was them being honest with me. They had good reviews, too and this contract carrier they used did a nice job.

I was transporting a vehicle from Colorado to Delaware for about 1,500 miles. Sherpa subbed it out and the guy I talked with was 100%. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. After that, the process dragged out a little bit and the rest of my experience was pretty much like an average car-hauling deal. I wish I had a guy that was like the person that talked with me for the whole thing, but I didn't. I understand the business though, and it's nothing they have control over. The order goes on the board and somebody grabs it. But Sherpa's people were polite to deal with and they got the job done.

Sherpa had relatively low prices, around 550, while everyone else was almost 700, and the entire time, I had really good customer service from the representative I talked to. He answered my questions very well, and I even totally forgot about a couple. I called back later, 'cause he gave me his extension, and he said, "Oh, yeah." He just answered them. No problem. The driver was very good too. He was a very interesting guy to talk to, very fun, and it was a very easy drop-off. He called me about 15 minutes before. I gave him a different location than the one I had given him previously, and he was totally fine with that, then he dropped off the car. Easy-peasy.

Sherpa picked up the car and they walked me through what they were gonna do and what they were looking for. When they dropped the car off, they again walked through everything and what was on the car. They were really friendly and helpful. The quote seemed reasonable too. They drove the car across the country and I didn't have to. So, it was good.

My dad's 87 years old and he lives in an assisted living facility in Oklahoma. A young lady befriended him and asked to borrow his car, then a week later, never came back. My father's car was recovered in Tennessee, and we needed a way to get it back. I arranged the transport for my dad, and there was a bit of uncertainty. The Sherpa representatives couldn't tell me exactly when the car was going to be picked up ‘cause they were trying to find a driver, but I expected that. They were very professional and no problem. During delivery, the driver parked the car in the assisted living facility parking lot. I was pleased and would use Sherpa again. I hope I won't need to though.

We had Sherpa transport a 2009 Subaru Legacy from one state to another. The driver gave us a call and informed us a couple hours before his arrival to pick up the car. He kept us informed along the way. He provided pictures of the actual putting the vehicle on the transport, and he stayed in contact with my husband and let him know when he would arrive at the destination. He was very friendly, very approachable, and kept us informed all along the way.

The driver did the move wonderfully. He couldn't get as close to the house to bring it to the doorway. So, he stopped on the road nearby and drove the vehicle to us. He did an extra good job. The quality of service is good and the vehicle got here quickly. Plus, Sherpa has a lower price than most of the other companies I looked at.

From the get-go, Sherpa is wonderful to deal with. They were very professional. They found a truck transport who was wonderful, very reputable, and delivered my car to Florida. He was wonderful to work with. So, everything was great. I would highly recommend them. I kinda knew the cost would be certainly what the cost was. So, it definitely fell in line with the length of the transport. So, I thought the cost was very reasonable. The communication was really good. In addition to the actual trucking company who picked up the job, I know Sherpa doesn't really have to deal with that, but they're great also. Carclusive was the company that picked it up.

Sherpa was fantastic. They did everything I asked them to do. They were more than professional and got me somebody that I needed right away and eliminated all that extra work for me. They got me a driver on time. They quoted me this price, and it wasn't any different to the final cost. I called them, they set it up, they called me and kept me posted on what was gonna happen, and when it was gonna happen. They gave me the name and the number of the transport company that they contracted to, and I worked through them at the end, and it worked out perfectly. I'd use them again. I transport a lot of cars all the time and this is the first time I used them.

We had Sherpa transport a car from Salt Lake City to Northern Kentucky. We couldn't communicate with the driver. I had to call the office of the trucking company, and he was able to give me updates. Overall, they did a good job. They did show up ahead of the scheduled time that they said that they would pick up the car, which created a little bit of a problem but they overcame that because the driver just had to wait around until the car was ready for pickup. They had to bleed the brakes on it. It was somewhat negligent on the part of the place that had my car, and somewhat negligent on the driver's part, because he came before he said he would. Other than that, everything went great. We would use Sherpa again.

I did a transport with Sherpa from Florida to Arizona and this was about 2,500 miles. The transport took approximately one week and everything went great.

I called them to transport my car from CA to SC. They were so friendly, provided all information, assured me they will not increase the price after confirming it and they will cover up to 300$ for any rate increase which was a relief after I had terrible experience with auto transport company that increased my rate one day before shipping dramatically (from $1100 to $1800) and refused to refund my deposit and on top billed me $500. I highly recommend using Sherpa. They assigned transport company within 24 hours that was very reliable and I received my car in excellent condition in a week. Again, highly recommended to use them.

Sherpa was professional and they answered my questions and concerns. The pickup was Maryland, drop-off was Boston. It took two days. The driver stayed in communication with me those two days. He got into the residential area and dropped off the car.

The more I read about Sherpa Auto Transport, the more I thought that I better get one that wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but more than likely would be the most seamless. And that's how it was. They were great. Everything they did went smoothly. The driver called when he got nearby. Whoever did their dispatch had called me ahead. They had good communication. I don't see any need to use Sherpa again. But if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

When I reached out to Sherpa, I was able to align on an agreement and we carried forward with it. It was the most professional and efficient service that I had received, even though I don't generally use car carrier services. It very experienced. They did a 360° inspection of the vehicle prior to it being touched by them and then included also looking at the interior, making sure that everything functioned prior to touching it and moving it on to their rig. The cost in relation to quality of service was very, very adequate. If I had another need for transporting vehicles, I would definitely utilize them again.

I like the ease of use of their website. The rep that helped me out was also very good. I called them in the morning. I got the car shipped that afternoon. The final cost also didn't change. It was what they quoted was what I paid. Everything was fine.

Since the first moment, everything worked great’ quote in no time, good communication, everything clear and detailed. Cowboys showed up in time, great communication with them as well. Got to my daughter at time they said they will, it was raining and she walked to get the car due to the fact she lives in an apartment complex, they got an umbrella for her and all worked as it should. Ruandy was the transport driver. He was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We just went through a bad storm which dumped 16 inches of snow. Not an easy job getting our vehicle on the truck. But he knew what he was doing, kept us informed and delivered the car in great shape. I would highly recommend him. Sherpa was great to deal with and set up Ruandy for us. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.

I arranged to have my car transported from Minneapolis to Miami. As the car was in storage for over a year, it was not in running order (known and communicated during booking) and it also has very low ground clearance (4”). The driver, Ivan, was awesome! Great communication. Accurate time estimates. And, handled my car with great care.

Had my 66 Ford F100 transported from PA to CA. I was kept well informed about the delivery of my vehicle and when I would expect it to arrive. Vehicle arrived in the same condition during the transport. Second time I have used Sherpa.
