Sherpa Auto Transport seemed to be the closest available at the moment. I called them up, told them from point A to point B. They said they would have a truck there and would deliver between certain dates, which they did. Also, the driver was fine. He was funny because he was an immigrant. He was happier than hell to be here in the United States. Also, what Sherpa said the quote would be, that's what it was.

I did a cross-country transport with Sherpa and they met my expectations, they were on time, and they communicated well.

I bought a car in Texas and I needed a way to get it here to Florida where I live. I searched around and Sherpa's website was very professional and well put together. Then, I saw at the end of the website that they had many reviews and they had great ratings saying that they are credible, reliable, and trustworthy. Their prices were expensive and when you pay something expensive, you’re gonna get something good quality. The setting up was pretty easy. They connected me to Mustang Transport, the carrier at the time. I got in touch with their manager and then their manager sent me the number of their driver. Once I was in touch with the driver, it was great because it was directly to the guy who had my car. He would text and let me know where he's at, how far, and stuff like that. Everything seemed intact when the car arrived and from the videos that I got beforehand, it seemed pretty much identical to how I received it. The driver could have been a little bit more gentle unloading it but he did his thing and nothing was wrong with the car.

Everything was really good with my experience with Sherpa. When I signed up with them, it was really clear. The numbers were right and accurate and the process was very simple. Very responsive employees, too. The driver was really good. He called me before time and made sure that he was there on the exact scheduled appointment. Sherpa is trustworthy. People can just forget about those online reviews about transport in general.

Door-to-door smooth service. I shipped my car from Miami FL to El Paso, TX. Picked my car up July 13 and got it dropped off July 16th. A bit on the pricey side, I paid $1650, but my car came in one piece which was my main concern.

Timely delivery of our vehicle. Transport company was professional, and kept us informed regularly throughout the process. We would have appreciated if the pickup would have occurred during the agreed time frame. Vehicle was picked up 2 business days earlier from the start date of the time frame. Overall it was a positive experience, though.

They picked it up on the 15th and I got the vehicle five days later. They told me when it was gonna show up and they were right on the money. The driver was a nice guy. I gave him a $50 tip.

The whole process was very straightforward. Someone called from the sales team to discuss the pricing. The information that was provided was accurate. The timeline and the cost were explained. They did a good job. The driver during the pick-up preferred to have a place where he can access more parking space. We had someplace near my house. So, I drove to the place and then he filled out bill of lading form and inspected the vehicle with all the damages that he could see. So there was pretty clear communication. It was very, very smooth and fast. There was peace of mind in working with Sherpa. The cost was very economical. They also gave me another $100 discount on the mail-in rebate, which was fantastic. I was not expecting but that was good as well. I will definitely do business with them again if I have to.

I needed to get a vehicle from Pennsylvania to Texas. The driver that Sherpa got for me came right to the house and he was a little bit hard to understand, but we were able to communicate. He showed up when he said he would and they had it where we needed it when they said they would. They picked it up from my son's house in Pennsylvania and took it to my daughter's house in Texas, and it worked great.

Setting up the transport with Sherpa was very easy to do. You just go online and put everything on the computer, and then call them. The rep was very friendly. He answered all my questions on the phone and was professional most of the time. The pick-up was in Albany, Georgia and the drop-off was in Redlands, California and it took three days. Given the weather we had, the transport was good. He was towards the late side but that's not late, there were thunderstorms. He told me he was gonna be late and he came on time. On the other side, when he dropped the car off at my brother's house, it was very easy. Because the weather in California was cooperative, he showed up on time. It was a good experience with Sherpa.

Going with Sherpa was easy. I was able to do it online and get my quote immediately. Then they put me in contact with the driver. The driver reached out to me and kept me updated throughout the process with an ETA and where to meet. He did the same for my daughter on the Phoenix end as well. They reached out a couple of days before and said, "We're probably gonna be there this day." Then they called again the day before and kept us updated so we would make sure we were available. I was impressed. The cost was cheaper than what I was expecting.

Received quote and accepted. Within days had transporter contact and pick up vehicle. Drivers very professional. Vehicle quickly delivered all the way across country in a very short period.. Recommend using Sherpa as a broker. They use very reliable people and there are not hidden or sudden extra charges. What you see is what you get.

They had to pick up at the Long Beach Park then they dropped off at a residence outside of St. Louis. The drop-off guy was very cooperative. I like him. He took good care of me. He told me what was going on. He called me before he got here. He told me where he was and what spot to meet him at. He was on time. Part of the deal was I was able to turn a thing in to get $100 back at the end of it. The rebate made it a good deal.

It is not easy to call and reach someone at Sherpa, but if I emailed they were always quick to call or email back. The driver, Christian, made the experience very pleasant as he communicated with me via text to give me an idea of ETA 1-2 days ahead of time so I could make sure I was able to pick up the vehicle. The earliest day they could pick up, they came that earliest day. They just took my car and drove it to one of the bigger streets because they weren't able to get into my neighborhood. They were able to get my car. And when I went to pick it up, I had to meet the driver at a big street, but it was only a few minutes away from my new apartment.

When I contacted Sherpa, I got a quick response. The customer service was good enough so that I continued. They were very responsive. Within a day, they let me know who was gonna be picking it up, which was fine. I had to meet the schedule of the transport person because Sherpa doesn't do that. They're a broker. So, I had a clean hand-off to the transporter and it went seamlessly. In the end, the transport took a little bit longer than I would have liked, but I can't blame it on Sherpa or the transporter because he had his schedule already set out. So, I was fine with it. I'm very happy with the end product. But the $300 fee for what Sherpa did was a little bit on the high side.

I was informed along the way as to when the delivery was going to be, and it was going to arrive on a Saturday. Then as Saturday got near, they narrowed it down to the hour. The delivery worked out great. They said, “Can you meet us here?” I walked down and picked it up, and it was ready.

They explained the process well. The transporter that they contracted was very good, on time and delivered the vehicle without a scratch. I had to meet them somewhere else, but it was voluntary on my part because my new home is in an area where the streets are very narrow and a lot of trees encroaching. We couldn't get that big truck through. Their service was satisfactory. I was just very happy with what I got for the money. I would recommend Sherpa.

He pulled up beside my house and opened the back because it was an enclosed transport. But once the driver got assigned to my vehicle, everything went smoothly. Everything was easy and self-explanatory. They walked me through any questions I had. We were on the other end for the drop-off and he was great. The initial quote has been on track. The only thing is we gave them a window, said we needed the car picked up between these five days but we were getting close to the deadline and we weren't getting anything definitive that the car was gonna be picked up. So, I was getting a little nervous that there hasn't been anybody specifically assigned to us. Then, we got somebody assigned to us and he fell through. So, my only complaint was that I felt like I wasn't confident they were gonna come in the window that we had assigned. It all worked out, but it was a little bit scary there.

The Sherpa team was straightforward. They had a very good insurance policy and a very good track record. So, it was easy to lean on. The driver was fine. They gave me updates. They picked the vehicle up one day and dropped it off the next day. It had some dings and scratches on it that were from the dealer probably. The driver was very helpful in scouring the car looking for any other things. A couple of the scratches were identified prior to pick-up and were documented appropriately. Then some other ones were on the hood from presumably a car wash, but I have some evidence to prove that that's not from shipping.

Setting up the transport with Sherpa was super easy. The only thing was going online. You just put in the information, you can set it up through that, but it made me call anyways, which is fine. It just made it sound like it was gonna be an easy online process. Honestly, calling was probably easier and better because the lady I talked to was great, super helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. The transport from Colorado to North Carolina took about four days. It was a lot faster than I thought it was gonna be. I got a call that they were gonna be able to drop the vehicle off in the third day. The guy had some issues with his truck. So, he just called me and asked if we could do it the next day. It was still a lot faster than I thought it would take.

I picked Sherpa because they were the only ones that answered the phone and said their company name and they have the price lock thing where people aren't gonna get charged anything extra, because I read a bunch of horror stories about that. The Sherpa guy was nice. They were a bit more than some of the other places, but none of the other guys that answered the phone even said the company they were affiliated with. They were rude on the phone as well.

I have used several services to transport vehicles cross-country over the years and Sherpa was easily the BEST. Sherpa's transporter picked up my classic car as scheduled, on time in California and delivered it in Illinois in three days. Perfect move and car was in same condition as picked up. No better than this! The quotation and ordering system is simple and easy. Customer service is also first class.

I called Sherpa and spoke with a gentleman for a while. He told me the transport would be put out for bidding. They were clear and told me that there was a 90% chance that I would get a match. I spoke with Sherpa about the meeting place and then, they sent the driver the meeting place. He texted me when he was a little bit out and then picked up the car on time. I had it delivered somewhere else and someone that worked for him called and told me to expect a date a couple of days before, and then he contacted me a little bit before. The driver delivered the car and sent me pictures to confirm the delivery, and did some payment methods that worked better for me. The service was good and I was very happy with the driver. He was excellent. I liked him. He was very professional and we appreciated him.

Sherpa worked hard to get a good pickup/delivery window and the driver they contracted with to do the car transport was very good. The dispatcher I spoke with on Sherpa in particular was great. On time and contacted me so I knew exactly when he’d arrive. There were no surprises or problems. It was definitely a positive experience.

The customer service reps from Sherpa were super helpful, very forthright and transparent. It was great. The pickup point was in upstate New York and the drop-off point was outside of Los Angeles, California, and I was given an original estimate of five to seven days. But the delivery took only five days, which was sooner than we expected. We were out of town and we ended up having a friend meet the driver. The driver was a non-English speaker, so it was a little bit tough on the communication. But in the end, it was fine. The quote was high but given that it was a referral and it's a difficult industry, I went with it.

I've used Sherpa in the past and they always do good service. I still have their number on my phone still. The car that I shipped only took about four days. It was from California to North Carolina. If I ask about the status, I don't get anything until maybe about a day out or a couple of hours out. The driver met me in an open parking lot to pick up the car and he made sure there isn’t any scratches on the car. He looked at the top of the car and also took pictures. And everything was well when the car arrived. The driver got there quicker than I thought he was gonna be.

The quotes changed constantly, and reps were eager to get credit card info. Reach out to Sherpa and admit was a little skeptic because they answer all my questions, explain the process thoroughly and gave a binding quote which the other transport co. did not do. Sherpa rep was very patience and honest when answering questions and did not rush me to make a decision.

Once they found the driver, they gave me just enough time. We lived in a neighborhood where a big 18-wheeler can't come in, but he was able to park it pretty close where I could just walk by. The driver was nice when I went to drop the vehicle off and when I picked it up. The inspection was done accurately. Also, the quote was reasonable. I was happy with everything. I got in touch with the driver the day before the move. He called me again the next day and explained exactly where he was planning to bring the moving truck on the street. He suggested how I could bring the car around to there. He ended up arriving right when he had said he would, and it went well. Other than a bit of oil had dripped from the car above, there was no damage or anything that a carwash couldn't deal with.

I have used auto transport shipping brokers twice in the past, and in both of those instances, I had less than satisfactory experiences. When I recently needed to find an auto transporter to transport a Jeep about 400 miles, I did some online research and discovered Sherpa. Even though they were highly rated, I had low expectations because of my past experiences. I must say that I am so glad that I found Sherpa, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing to ship a vehicle.

The reps were delightful on the phone. They tried to get it all set up for me and they reassured me they could get my truck shipped in time. Everything was beautiful. The only thing was I was put in a bit of situation because I wanted my truck shipped a week earlier. I gave Sherpa three weeks' notice, and when it came time for us to leave Florida, my truck wasn't shipped yet. They were supposed to be able to do that, but they couldn't find a driver. As it worked out, it wasn't a big deal because my neighbor was very generous and took care of the pickup for me. The driver was good. He picked up my truck and had it in New York two days later in perfect shape and on time when he delivered it. We were in Maryland at that time, but I have a very good friend that owns a gas station garage and Sherpa was able to deliver it there with no issues. If I do this again, they are first on the list.

Their contract was a closed contract. Most of the contracts were open where I did not know ultimately what I was gonna have to pay. Also, their quote was higher and it was almost too high to take. But I elected to pay more in order to be sure that was a closed-in contract and not leave myself exposed. The only disappointment at the other end was that the delivery man was not able to print off a delivery document for the recipient. It required me to go back in and request that. If you're looking for the low-cost provider, you need to look around. But if you're looking for a deal where you know what you're getting and somebody capable and competent to safely deliver your vehicle, then this is a good choice.

Our son graduated college and got a job in California. Our first thought was, “How do you move your child across the country?” We did TONS of research on how to transport a car and narrowed down to three different carriers. After one call to Sherpa our kind was at ease. The people at Sherpa were absolutely wonderful. They kept in contact with us and answered our questions very quickly when we had them. The driver was very nice but was a little frustrated trying to find a place to park to deliver the vehicle. He communicated throughout the transport, but I felt like there should have been a longer window. Because when he called to say he was in the area, I was not in the area. He had to wait for me to get back. So it caused him to have to go out of order with what he was trying to do for the day. But he got the car here in a reasonable time period. He did a good job. The person on the other end, that was trying to line up the driver did a good job too and met the expectations. I would use the transport company again.

The car was parked close to a dealership on the side road. It was very close to where I was located so it was within 10 minutes to go there. When I got there, the driver was there and he walked around the car and did a thorough inspection. Then, he put it on the transport and brought it in. My husband received the car and he thought they should be able to bring it in to the house. But the driver went to a dealership fairly close to our house within 10 minutes and John picked it up there. So, it was a very easy process. The transport took two days but they did it within the time frame. It was professionally done and Sherpa delivered what was promised.

It was easy setting up the transport, but the time that was given was delayed a couple of times because the driver got delayed in traffic. But it was the same day. After I had this car in Florida, I like it so much that I had to bring it back to Philadelphia for the summer season. So, I contacted Sherpa because they had done a good job bringing the car down to Florida back at the end of December of 2022. I gave them a window and they said the driver would contact me a day ahead of time. I was leaving for the airport at 10:30 and I told the driver that we could meet by then, but he said he could not. So, I had made arrangements to leave the car, and he picked it up at around noon that day, about two hours after I had left.

Had an awful experience 2 days prior to scheduling a pickup with another company. Explained how important it was to the rep from Sherpa and every effort was put in to find a carrier. Pick up and drop off were great. Only complaint would be the carrier did not completed the drop off at the house, which we have had over 5 other transports delivered without any problem. However, we were able to find a close secure location.

I met the driver that Sherpa hired in person. He was a little bit delayed by a couple of hours but he was awesome. The experience was exactly what I expected. It was way more expensive than I had anticipated. But I understand the way it works. I had called several other places, and they're very similar, unless you deal directly with the driver. I found out what the driver was being paid and what Sherpa charged me. They have a triple digit mark up. Next time I'm gonna try to reach out directly to another driver. There is a way to do that without going through Sherpa.

I started by filling out the online form and getting a price estimate. It was nice customer service from Sherpa Auto Transport. The Kia, we had trouble, but their customer service at Sherpa fixed it and they were good about it. We had to change because our pickup location had trouble with the timing. And when we changed it, somebody picked it up from Sherpa. They picked up the order, but didn't wanna stick to the pickup and delivery days. But they wanted to pick up the Kia that night, within an hour or two. And I didn't know whether to let them have the car or to say no. So, I called Sherpa and they worked it out well.

The Sherpa experience went very well and noticeably better than our experience with other transporters. The Sherpa scheduling staff were response and friendly, confirming at important junctures where things were. Their contract carrier was excellent both dealing with the pickup (working with my mother-in-law) and drop-off (working with me). He was careful, polite, and capable. The car arrived on schedule and more importantly, undamaged. The driver kept us informed on his progress and estimated time of arrival and arrived within an hour of the arrival time.

I've had horrible experiences making calls a 2 yrs ago, planning a move and needing my car shipped. I was getting hammered for a couple weeks by annoying calls, texts, and emails from many transport companies that didn't seem legit. I had never transported a car and was very nervous about the whole thing— it was my elderly mother’s car, going from LA to a small town in Wyoming. I gave them dates I was aiming for and the car was picked up on the second day, and delivered two days later. The driver was punctual on both pick up and drop off. Because all of these companies are basically brokers who book independent drivers, I thought it carried a lot of weight that our driver said Sherpa was one of the best. Will use them again.

Other than short notice on when my driver was arrive, everything was smooth and great. I understand that it’s hard to predict however given the last minute nature of the work. My driver was very kind and reliable. My car arrived in perfect condition and transportation was very quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I was very apprehensive as I never transported vehicles before. Sherpa made the transporting process stress free. I was impressed with their service as they did all of the coordination for us. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Agents were very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate in using Sherpa again. Everything worked really well. They were really helpful and very communicative. They sent me lots of really good written information. They were really clear with their instructions and I knew exactly what to do. The truck wasn't able to get into the neighborhood where the car was. So, the people who did the pickup for me drove a short distance to meet the driver. He was very helpful. They wanted to pick up on the side of the highway and the people dropping the car off weren't comfortable with that. So, they picked a different location and he was happy to meet them there. I'd use Sherpa again.

For people who aren't aware of how auto transport works, they need to be over-communicative. I was traveling with my son to meet at a location, and I was trying to have the vehicle show up on Tuesday when I got there, but the other company that I ultimately didn't go with messed up our timing. Fortunately, it worked out. I ended up calling Sherpa on a Friday, and their customer service was good. Pickup and delivery also went smooth, and the communication with the driver was excellent.

A friend of mine had his car shipped and recommended Sherpa. So, I went online and contacted them. We were shipping our car out to our granddaughter in Oregon. Setting up the transport was fairly easy online. A rep did call about a few days later and asked me if I was ready to do it. At that time, I wasn't. It was still a couple of weeks out. He never bugged me again, so that was nice. Once the driver left my house, I didn't hear from him again until my granddaughter said the car arrived. It was about five days later. I don't think Sherpa really followed up too much about the process or where it was at the time. I was just waiting for her to tell me that it arrived. When they came out to pick the vehicle up, they took pictures of all angles and everything inside and out and he had the bill of lading on his phone. He didn't speak English, but he was able to convey to me what he was doing. So, he was nice.

Sherpa answered when we called them and the person that I talked to was friendly and they had the best pricing. The driver just parked up the street from my apartment complex. So, I just walked up the street and they were right there. We actually had to ship a car previously and they wouldn't come anywhere near the same apartment complex.

This is the third company I spoke with, in the most honest of how this process goes with the bidding for jobs, etc. Another company that I have spoken for an actually specifically said to cancel because I was hiring Sherpa, and try to get my car picked up. Which was my son's car and he didn’t know all the details Buckley, he just wasn’t gonna be available or they would’ve swept the job and I would’ve owed the down payment I already paid to Sherpa who I had actually hired! Everything was on time and exactly as it was said it would be. I was very happy and would absolutely use them again if I’m in the same situation.

I was a bit scared and skeptical at first and called the company freaking out because I hadn’t heard anything about my pickup a week before but they reassured me someone will contact me. A day before the carrier contacted me and let me know he was coming the following day. The morning of he called again when on his way. He showed up very friendly, detailed, we took pictures of the car, video and he had me review and sign. He was so nice as he was to arrive my destination before me but since I wouldn’t be there he was kind enough to schedule me last for drop off! He was amazingly fast. Honestly he did the company a service and did a great job! They won my business. I hear a lot of horror stories about other companies but I’m glad Sherpa is not one of them! Everything went smoothly with my experience with Sherpa. It really was something that I was nervous about because it could go very awry. But it was very timely. The driver also told us the time and kept in contact with us the whole time. Gave me his information so that I could be in contact on my side. It was all very positive. It was also a good cost value.

When the driver picked up the vehicle, he was very nice and it went smoothly. The driver did a look around and told us to do it ourselves so we know what's wrong and what isn't. My wife took pictures and she took a video of the car. It took about four days to get from point A to point B. The driver was great and very informative. He knew when a good time range he would have gone to where I was. So, that part was okay. But then, it was the end of winter. So, there could have been any hiccups. He let me know what was going on if there were any issues.

Everything with Sherpa was fantastic. I had no issues at all. The transport was easy to get set up. They stuck to the estimate that they gave me to begin with even if that cost them a little more to transport it. I liked it so much that I actually tipped the driver a hundred bucks. The transport took a lot less than I expected. Once they got him lined up and he got there, which was quick, it only took a couple of days to get the car. I was able to track where the driver was most of the time. He called and he had an estimated time he'd be there. I was able to track and see the whole thing.

Both Sherpa and the transport company communicated regularly with updates. The drivers were courteous and the car was picked up and delivered as promised. We felt the price was very reasonable. We calculated that we couldn't have driven the car the same distance for less allowing for lodging, meals, gas, etc. Great service. We would highly recommend.

The process was pretty easy. The price, at $700, seem pretty good to transport a vehicle from Dayton Ohio to the Philadelphia suburbs. The driver, Igor, communicated well and treated the cars very nicely. First driver of the transfer was assigned to didn’t pick up the vehicle because he would have had to wait for the seller to come back from a meeting. Well, I can understand his incentives, it was disappointing.

I got an online quote from Sherpa, and I called to ask questions about insurance. Then I ended up looking at them in there just to also ensure the price. The driver was a little late. He ended up coming around 10 o'clock when he was supposed to come around anywhere from 5:00 to 8:00. But it ended up working out, so I wasn't really upset about it. The delivery was quicker than the estimate. It was expected from the 23rd to the 26th of June, and I got it on the 22nd. Overall, it was a pretty clean process.

I am so pleased with how the transport went. My car was sent to my brother. That car is my baby and I was very nervous about using a service. But I am so happy with the results. The pickup with Sherpa was so fast. At the same time, the communication with the auto delivery team was excellent. I always tell my friends about the time, the distance, and how much it will cost. He said he would find a mover for me and get back with me. He called me back in a couple of days and it happened. It’s refreshing when people do what they say they're gonna do when they say they're gonna do it or what they say they're gonna do it for. I was very pleased.

There were no surprises. It was worth it. The driver was also great. He kept me up to date on where he was and when I could expect a truck. He was there when he said he was going to be there to pick it up and drop the vehicle off.

The pick-up was a little inconvenient. We had to meet the driver a little farther away from our place than we had anticipated because his truck was too big. But the drop-off was fine. However, it was in a centralized place. Three or four people had to go pick up their cars in one location versus dropping it near where we wanted it dropped off. But the condition of the car was great. The cost was good too.

In the evening, when he got near the area, he texted me and we decided on the time and he asked me for a place and I gave him an idea of one. Sherpa told me they would have a shipper within most likely five days, and it worked out well. They picked up the car about 1:00 in the afternoon in Atlanta and my brother had it in Pennsylvania by 11:00 that night. I would recommend Sherpa. It was a little more expensive than some of the places I talked to, but sometimes people get what they pay for.

Sherpa gave me the best service and the best price. I had a truck break down in Arizona on the way to Tennessee. I had it fixed in Arizona, and we needed it to get to Tennessee without me going back and forth. Sherpa had the truck picked up in Arizona for me. There were a couple little hiccups, but the company they contracted with handled it, and three days later, I had my truck here. It happened quick, and it worked out good. I’d tell friends, "I had a good experience with them," and I’d definitely recommend them.

The cost was a little high, but not unreasonable. The only thing that needs to be considered is it's not super great how Sherpa does the window. My car could be picked up anywhere between this day and that day. That's a challenge when you're moving. However, the car companies I called all gave a couple-day window. So, I thought, “Oh, I may have a car before I move. I may not.” Other than that, pickup and delivery went smooth. The guy was great, super knowledgeable, super hands-on, and made sure that my cars were really well taken care of.

Working with Sherpa was straightforward, and customer service was great. They moved quickly, a lot faster than they said, so I was happy about that. The driver was fine as well. The guy had a really big truck, so we had to scramble and meet him somewhere for the pickup, but he was willing and flexible. When my car was delivered, I got him to come closer to us and he was willing to do that too. It was, overall, really smooth. I was satisfied. The cost was a little cheaper than we thought, and the quality was good. My only complaint was having to get a carwash thing on my own and send it to Sherpa. I didn't even end up bothering using that part of the service ‘cause I didn't wanna go through the trouble.

Working with Sherpa was a good experience. I did it all online. At first, I didn't hear anything for a few days even after the pickup day, but I was reassured that they were putting it out for bids and finally got acknowledgment, then it shipped. I was able to track it as it shipped and it arrived safely. One thing though, I am still waiting for my rebates. There's up to $20 for a car wash, then for doing it all online, there was a $50 rebate, but I haven't received those yet. Besides that, I had a very good driver, and I'd recommend Sherpa.

The driver called my brother in Scarborough, Maine the day before and said he would deliver that day, then he called him when he got there. The whole process was very easy. The quote was received quickly and was better than several competitive quotes. The scheduling estimate was accurate and terms and conditions were clear. The pickup and drop off logistics were easy to manage. Prices were competitive and I got a rebate. The only challenge we had was with the transport company questioning our cashier's check, and requesting Venmo payment. But we worked it out to our satisfaction.

Sherpa has now transported my car across the country twice. Both times they have been timely, courteous and expeditious. My car arrived undamaged both times. When my car arrived most recently, one of the tires had gone flat because there was a nail in it. That likely happened *before* we loaded it on the truck since it was wedged in deeply enough to create a leak. The driver was able to inflate the tire at delivery so that we could drive safely home, and then to the tire shop. Courteous and reliable service!

The experience was overall extremely positive. I started by calling and talking to Sherpa Auto Transport's representative. With the information she gave me, I thought, "This might be a company that I would want to work with on this." We proceeded through it, and the cost was reasonable. They got me a contracted transporter. And we shipped the car off. Everything went great.

Once somebody at Sherpa answered the phone, they were knowledgeable. They actually answer the phones, no voicemail messages. They said I would give a $300 down payment once the driver was on his way to pick up the vehicle which I did. They also stated that they would keep contact which they did 100%. The driver called saying he was on his way to get the vehicle. The driver had contact with me again to let me know he was en route and what time frame he was gonna be there.

I have a heavily modified jeep that I needed to transport across country to my new home. I had my concerns on the transport outcome and looked into several companies. Sherpa was very responsive, easy to get hold of an actual person, answered all my questions. The pickup was very smooth. The transport was rather quick. And I received my jeep in perfect condition. The Sherpa rep was very nice and answered all my questions. I was just getting started trying to wrap my head around the concept of shipping the car and what it would entail. I was a little nervous and anxious about having somebody pick up my car and take it away. He was very helpful with all of that. When I said, “I'm not really ready to place an order today,” he said he understood. They followed through and stayed in touch with me. They weren't just looking to get a sale. They were looking to make sure that the job was going to be done right and that it was going to be what I wanted.

I wanted an enclosed shipping service, and it worked out well for me. I just gave Sherpa a minimum deposit to book it and paid the rest when the guy got there with the car. I was happy with the cost. Knowing how much fuel is and where those guys are gonna get the car, I couldn't complain. The delivery was seamless too. I'd tell friends to go with Sherpa. They did a good job, and I was very impressed.

The best experience dealing with the agent compared to other companies. Not pushy, and are focused on making sure there will be no problems with your transport. Not the absolute cheapest, but worth the extra 5 - 10 % cost for no worries.

I really liked the communication with Sherpa. They answered all my questions, and pickup and delivery were perfect. I just didn't like how I was given less than a two-hour notice that my car was getting picked up. The driver gave me a call, then he texted me that he was about 40 minutes out. That was the only communication we had. My car was in Pearland and I was at a job in Alvin, so I was trying to figure out how to leave early.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. So, I felt comfortable with that. And they had my trust because somebody I knew had used them. Sherpa told me how the process works and answered all the questions I had. It was straightforward. The driver dropped the car off. He was very professional and nice enough.

Having never transported a vehicle before I was very apprehensive and uneducated about it. I was lucky to get Darren as my contact as he was very informative about the process and educated me on how everything would transpire. Everything just went just as he described. I was lucky to get the driver that I did he was very helpful and I liked him from the beginning. He even was able to deliver the car the next day! Wow you can't get better than that.

Sherpa Auto Transport's rep was very kind. English was his second language, so there was a bit of a barrier. But the reps were very accommodating and efficient. There was some confusion at the end. The driver wanted cash. I had to show the picture of my contract that said I could pay either/ or. And the driver had to call his boss to make sure that was good. Other than that, they were expedient and right on time, if not early. I would recommend Sherpa. Make sure you have everything in writing, which they provided. And as long as you have all your ducks in a row, it shouldn't be a problem. I found them to be right on it and very competitive.

The driver stated he would be at my home at 12 noon - that is when he pulled up! No issues with condition of vehicle; no issues with unloading. I would highly recommend Sherpa for vehicle transport! Excellent service! No issues!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Booked transfer on Monday morning. Car picked up that evening. Delivered to my son’s doorstep on Saturday. Only knit, car was not washed they promised/ promoted, but otherwise very well done. Price competitive with other shippers.

I shipped my car for about 289 miles through Sherpa and the reps I had were very good. They stuck to the point and it was very easy to set up the whole thing. They said they couldn't be sure how long the transport would take because of traffic. But they reckoned five or six hours, which was in fact what happened. The vehicle was brought up to outside my son's apartment and taken off the back of the vehicle it was on. It was perfect and without incident. The guy was very nice, too.

Sherpa was rated by the Better Business Bureau very well. They had high customer ratings. They gave a reasonable price that wasn't too high but wasn't alarmingly low either. Most of the other companies just seemed like a scam. After I researched everything, I already knew that I was gonna go with Sherpa and hire them to do the booking part. I was transporting my wife's vehicle so she didn't have to drive across the country. Sherpa had a really good pledge where they offered a portion of money. If they couldn't get the vehicle transported within the time slot that I allotted, they would add additional funding to try to increase the transporters to take it. That was the selling point for me.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest but they seemed to have the best reputation so we went with them and our experience was excellent. They did the pickup and delivery on time. They were very careful with the vehicle and everything was in good shape. Also, the drivers were extremely courteous and friendly.

I looked at five companies and chose Sherpa because the time period is free. I also liked the responsiveness and reviews of the company. Setting up the transport was easy and customer service was great. The timeframe for the service was supposed to be within a week but the car actually got to us faster. The driver was great. He was very timely and communicative. My cousin met him in Florida. The driver was running a little behind with his prior thing so my cousin ended up having to meet him pretty late. They met at 10 o'clock because the driver had come through a lot of traffic. He was super nice. The car looked great when it arrived. The price was very accurate and it was a good price for going cross-country.

I like that the transport was fast. It took four days from Tennessee to Nevada and towards the end, the driver called and gave me a time. My car arrived in a really small enclosed trailer, which to me is a lot better than a large carrier.

Sherpa’s customer service was on point and got back to me as soon as possible. I kept an open line of communication with them and the driver so that was good and it meant a lot. They followed up so that made me decide to go with them. The driver took pictures of the car, had me sign, watched them load up and then, they drove off. So it was cut and dry. They got the car at 7 o'clock that night and it was there the next day at 10 o'clock in the morning.

Sherpa’s price lock promise was a good lock in. That was a plus on their side. They were the only ones that I saw that offered it, which might have helped me in that decision besides flipping a few coins. I spoke with the guy who set it all up for me and he sounded nice, professional and sincere, and that was also helpful. I was kept informed of where the car was and when it was expected.

They came on time and everything was right. Also, they were accommodating. When they came, they looked at the position where they will be able to park because of the long trailer. It wasn't close. They went to the major road, parked there, and drove the car up. The condition that they took it as is the condition they delivered it.

Sherpa was highly rated and the individual that I ended up speaking with when I was making arrangements was very professional, courteous and not pushy. They notified me of when the things would happen, usually by text or voice mail, and it was always good information and helpful. The quote was a little higher than some of the others, but the rating was what reassured me. The representative explained that the quote included a cushion for the company because they couldn't predict what they would have to pay a shipper or a trucker so that I was protected from getting a quote and then having it go up when they were loading the car. Some places gave me quotes that were lower but having read some reviews, it could go up and it might be at the last minute when you are ready to have the transaction happen.

The transport from New Jersey to Dallas took around 10 days. The driver delivered the car in front of my home, so it was fine. Sherpa gave me a competitive offer, which was why I proceeded, and I had a good experience with them.

The nice young man from Sherpa Auto Transport answered the phone, so he got the job. He went through the whole thing and explained everything to me. And I liked the way he handled himself. The quote was fair at the time because everybody was in the ballpark. Some were higher and a couple of them might have been a few dollars lower. But Sherpa didn't try to contact me until the day after.

When Sherpa put the bid out, they said they would double or add to the bid if it wasn’t being picked up. So that seemed a little different than the other companies. Setting up the transport was relatively easy. Because I researched other products, I knew the questions to ask, things I couldn't find online. So, all my questions were answered. The experience was positive.

They were professional and got our vehicles on time. They kept in touch and everything went really well. We appreciated them. I would recommend them, definitely.

I needed a transport because I purchased a car about 300 miles away and I found Sherpa online. I had looked at some others, but I wanted to find some with better ratings and Sherpa was rated highly through Forbes. Their rep was good. I felt comfortable. It was scheduled to take one to two days from drop-off and they picked the car up and dropped off in the same day. It was picked up at a car dealer. It was dropped off close to my house. The car was in the same condition that it left. The price was a little higher, but I felt good about Sherpa, so it didn't matter. I felt like I got the value.

It was very easy setting up transport with Sherpa. I submitted an online request/quote, and then went forward with that after I got the response. They called to set up final details and explained the process. Within five days, the vehicle was picked up by the driver and Sherpa coordinated that with me. Easily within a week of that, it was at my doorstep. The pick-up was in Woodstock, Virginia and the delivery was in Grand Prairie, Texas. The whole process from start to finish was no more than two weeks. The whole experience was smooth. It was very informative and, overall, it was more affordable than having to fly or drive there and grab the vehicle and bring it back myself. I would recommend them for sure.

There was a lot going on with our move, but Sherpa communicated through emails. I also received a couple of phone calls to schedule the pick-up and then they provided me with basic instructions on shipping the vehicle and what's not to leave in the car, and ship it on low tank of gas. They also communicated through text message once the driver picked up the car. Overall, I was really satisfied and they were accommodating. We didn't have anybody to receive the vehicle once they got to Boise, and they couldn't drop it off at our condo because of the trees. The large hauler could not go down the street with trees because the cars would get scratched. So the driver found a place off the interstate with a hotel, and I was able to call the hotel and pay a weekly parking rate. That was a helpful solution. Everything was cut-and-dry and successful and we were happy with their service.

The service was good. The pick-up time was on time. I had no issues when they picked up the car and there was no issues when it arrived to my sister. The transport was pretty quick. We also had good communication with the driver. It was a good experience. I would do it again. I'm just waiting for the $200 rebate. It was supposed to be 10 days after the delivery.

I had a very smooth experience with Sherpa. I talked to someone on the phone and they made the arrangements and it went without a hitch. We met beside a Walmart because we lived down a gravel road on a one-way street. It was very difficult. I felt they should not even try. I got a phone call. I met the gentleman with the trailer and we loaded it all and it was done and gone and delivered to the new location. It went just like they said it would go. The gentleman that picked it up did a good job. We both did pick up, and then my daughter accepted it for us in Asheville and she said it went fine. I would recommend using them.

I had a four-door Jeep Wrangler transported from Florida to Arizona. Sherpa was very customer-service-oriented when I spoke with them. The reviews about the company really swayed me to use their service. The gal that helped me was personable and explained things well. The price lock option was very nice and I liked that. It was very helpful. Also, the final cost was reasonable. I had one other company that was a little less expensive. But I wanted to go with someone I felt more comfortable with. The only thing is they don't give you an idea of who's gonna be picking up the car until the last minute. It's a little scary waiting until the last minute to know for sure if they're gonna pick it up. But that's just how the industry works.

I bought a car out on the East Coast and I needed to get back here to Kansas. I read a review on Sherpa and that convinced me to go with them over everybody else. Customer service did good. They answered all my questions and were super concerned about getting it right and getting somebody. Sherpa is nothing more than a load broker. I'm a little bit on the inside of it. My business is not that much different than what they do. I understand most of these load brokers. I really have a high degree of skepticism against these load brokers because I deal with them in my own business and they're just a bunch of snakes. Once they have your freight, you're a hostage and you can't do anything about it.

I asked when the car would get there, when it would be picked up, what it would cost, and everything Sherpa Auto Transport said happened. It was super easy. I called Sherpa on a Friday, and by Monday, they told me they would pick the car up the next week when I asked them to. Before that, I called them on a Thursday and they picked it up Friday. Just for their safety and to make it easier on them, I drove up to the top of the hill from where I live and met them on the main road. They looked the car over, took pictures, made sure everything was good, and they just put it on their truck. My son said everything was perfect. The guy pulled it off, my son gave him the cash, and that was it. What the quote was exactly what Sherpa charged me.

Sherpa Auto Transport performed as expected. The trip was from Maryland to Florida. I picked the open transport for my old car and the closed transport for my new car. It was two to three days from the time they picked up to the time they delivered. The cars were delivered in the same way they were picked up.

We shipped a Chrysler 200 from Palm Springs, California to Chicago, Illinois. I looked at Sherpa because I got a good track record with them. I had three good experiences in a row. The quote I got was very fair. I like that they have a program whereby for $100 more, you can tighten the pickup and delivery window, which is really important when you're traveling and you are gonna get on an airplane. You don't want your car not picked up the night before you're traveling on the plane. They have a really nice and flexible program that way. The final cost was the same. In relation to the quality of service, it was a very good value.

I've had to ship cars back and forth for my kids to college. I did a search and picked Sherpa. Everything was very good. The quote was straight and they could meet the dates that I had, which were very specific. Sherpa is the front end and they connect you with the driver. All of that went very smoothly. The pickup was in Durham, North Carolina and the delivery was in California. My driver was exactly on time and so was the delivery. There were no surprises. The communication and the instructions were good. The follow-up was great and my car made it safe.

Sherpa provided exactly what they said they would. The agent we spoke with to place the order was incredibly helpful and anticipated information that we did not know we would need! I will use them again in the future.

They were always responsive. However, you never know when they're gonna pick up the car. They don't pick up the car till the day before. They give you a timeframe. But we fly back and forth from Arizona and we have airline tickets. So, we have to go at a certain time. But I've used them three times now and I've been happy with them.
