Eveything about this delivery was exceptional. HOWEVER, I did send in the proper paperwork to get a $100 rebate for a returning customer and never received the rebate. I am very disappointed in this part. Please follow up on this, or this is false advertising. ** Thank you. Please respond.

Absolutely the best company to transport your car(s). No hassles, no worries. Our Ford Escape as well as our new Jag were delivered with care as promised. Now I need to figure out how to access the $100 rebate! Will recommend Sherpa to others as they were recommended to me.

It was a smooth process from pickup to delivery. Drivers are courteous and keep you timely updated. No issues whatsoever. Have used the service twice in the past year transporting cars from Ca to NY. I found the rate to be reasonable and time it took for the car to be delivered was as expected.

The driver was fast prompt courteous and professional. Great communication and took extra time to make sure my car was unloaded safely. A true professional in the industry. Would highly recommend and would use again. Car traveled 1300 miles and was perfect when it arrived. Drove through the weekend to make sure it arrived at the agreed upon time.

I was very pleased with my experience with Sherpa. From the onset they were very organized and communicative the whole way. The driver who delivered the car was great. He kept me informed as he got closer and coordinated a mutually convenient drop off. Very satisfying experience! Five stars all the way.

Sherpa did a good job. The customer service team was great. The rep answered all my questions. I had never shipped a car before, so I had no idea what I was doing. She was very knowledgeable, patient with me, and explaining the process. The quote was a reasonable quote. It was like middle of the road. Some companies quoted so much lower that I knew it was not gonna be something that they would possibly do. Plus, Sherpa did a price guarantee. Even if they were having trouble shipping it at the rate that they quoted me, they would come down on their portion of it and give the driver a higher portion so that my rate wouldn't change.

The shipping of my pickup went very smoothly thanks to Sherpa. The quote was reasonable and didn’t change. The pick up and delivery window was well within my time frame. Communication from Sherpa and their chosen shipping partner was excellent. I have no complaints and definitely recommend Sherpa Auto Transport.

Once picked up, it would be helpful to get more frequent updates on transport status. My car arrived 5 days earlier than estimated and I only had 12 hour notice. Also, they need to inform their dispatchers about the terms used for check payment. The contract required a certified check, but the dispatcher wouldn’t acknowledge that a cashier's check (or bank check) is the same thing.

Sherpa did a fantastic job finding us a carrier to ship the cars. I had two cars shipped in an inside carrier. I had a wonderful experience. The carrier arrived on time and dropped off the cars on time in perfect condition. I was very pleased! Sherpa was very transparent! Highly recommended! Will definitely use again.

Sherpa seemed like they were the most efficient. They were also the first ones to reply back for a quote. Their customer service team reached out right away, and followed up when they said they would follow up both at the beginning and at the end of the process. The carrier contacted me the day the vehicle was arriving. They ended up showing up a day early. So I had to change the address and that was no problem. It was really easy. I like the convenience of the service. The convenience made it worth it.

Unlike our previous experience with Sherpa Auto Transport, this time, we blew through the pickup window without an assigned driver. Sherpa staff was very kind and worked hard trying to get me a driver. Eventually, we got a driver after we added in more money for the driver. Throughout this setback, Sherpa staff was patient and professional.

I lived in a rural area and it wasn't easy for Sherpa to find a carrier for me, but they did! PIck up was easy and went as planned and car was delivered in good condition. I forgot to ask for the bill of lading upon pick up. When I called the driver he said he could email a copy to me but it really wasn't necessary. Everything turned out fine but I would have felt a little more comfortable with a piece of paper in my hands. We did get the bill of lading upon delivery.

They have the cheapest option and they're best reviewed. There were no issues in my experience with them. The only minor issue was the timing of the delivery was a little inaccurate. The driver was three hours late.

We didn't know for sure exactly when we were going to move, and Sherpa was very flexible and able to fit us in the date that we needed to move in. The pickup was in the middle of the street, a two-lane road. We had to do it in a turn lane, and it was at 11 o'clock at night. I didn't appreciate that, but I gotta work with their schedule, which was not that big of a deal. We had flashers and flashlights out, and it was in a well-lit area so it was not too bad to pick it up, because the street that I lived on was fairly small. The driver knew what he was doing. He looked at the car to make sure there was no damage or what little damage there was on the vehicle, he noted.

Our experience with Sherpa was great. It was easy and it worked out fine. Everything that was supposed to happen happened. We had them ship a Toyota Camry from New Hampshire to Michigan. The car didn't have any issues at all. The cost was right where it was supposed to be. We had stuff in the car. They told us a weight limit, but we went under. It was X amount of pounds, and what we put in were just clothes because it was just going to my son at school.

After the day the car was picked up, I was told the transport would take about five business days. The car came as expected. Since I didn't have a house here, the truck driver and I decided to meet at a parking lot but he couldn't enter, so he just parked on the transition lanes on the roads where you change lanes and dropped my car off. It was all good. The quote was accurate but one thing I realized was I was told $1,300 and I accepted it as soon as the rep from Sherpa said it. But I could have asked for a better rate and I regret not asking for one. I may have gotten a few bucks cheaper but it doesn't mean the service wasn't good. It was great and I had a good experience.

When I was moving my furniture with PODS, I called Sherpa and they were really easy to work with. It was also easy to get hooked up and get the transport scheduled. But it was odd how they tell you to give them the address of where they're picking up the car, where they're dropping it off, and that they might change to another location if they can't get in those streets. They didn't do any of that for me. They dropped off and picked up at whatever was closest to the interstate for them to get off the interstate and get back on. So, my husband had to drive the car quite a way and have somebody follow him to take him home when he dropped it off. It was the same thing with me, I had to have somebody take me 10 miles up by the interstate to pick my car up.

The Sherpa folks were great to deal with. They transported my car across the country within the timeline they gave me. When I reached out to them for updates, they were very quick to respond and my car arrived in pristine condition. Very pleased; I will use them again! My car was brand new out of the dealership so, I was a bit anxious that it would arrive without a scratch on it and it did. They took care of it and that’s all I can ask for.

It was super easy to sign up. I initiated the transaction online, gave all the details, then the customer service rep emailed me. It was touch-free. There wasn't too much time on the phone, and the experience was turnkey from start to finish. I have one recommendation for improvement though. This is my experience across the board with these kinds of things, but when the company transfers from sales to dispatching, they get a little less communicative. We were moving, so there was a lot going on. I would have appreciated a bit more of a heads-up from the driver. Knowing the time frame I could drop the car off would have been a little helpful. Besides that, Sherpa was on time, communicative, and professional. The car was in good shape and easy to get set up. They did a good job and I would 100% use them again.

I had a great experience with Sherpa. The only thing was at the beginning, I was getting a little nervous because we needed to get the car shipped before I left. The reps kept telling me that I shouldn't worry and that that's just the way they handle things. They were very respectful and understanding of my concerns, and I waited patiently. My experience with Sherpa was perfect. They picked up my car in Florida and delivered it to Albany, New York. It got there a day earlier than I expected. They did a great job and I'm gonna use them again in November.

Setting up the transport was very easy. I went online and put in some very basic information about what needed to be done. Somebody called me within half an hour of me putting in the information online, and it was a Friday night too, which surprised me. It was 8 o'clock at night and they walked me through that they had somebody and what the cost would be. It was done very quickly. The courier was great. He was texting back and forth with where to meet for a location. We met at a parking lot, and we did all the paperwork that needed to be done. We both took pictures, and I had to sign a paperwork for him, then that was it. He was texting with my daughter throughout the whole drive, so she knew when to expect him.

The transport took a couple of days, and everything went great. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and had a lot of insight on how all the different companies work. After I spoke with him, I was easily able to make a decision. Sherpa set up the transport for me, and it went great. They let me know that once a driver would accept, they would let me know in four hours. They took a bit longer than normal, so that extra guarantee that they offer came in handy for an additional amount that they will put towards the fee. Someone accepted and they were super nice.

The sign-up process with Sherpa was efficient. The rep was available on my first call to give me virtually all the information that I could process at that time. But I wasn't in a place where I could make a commitment to the appointment. So, she scheduled a follow-up call and it was well done. The driver was very professional and personable. Our 10-minute interaction with him gave me and my daughter, more importantly, because it was her car packed with most of her worldly belongings going to California, a high degree of confidence that things were gonna be handled very well. We were quoted the going market rate and it was fair value. We had a very good experience with Sherpa.

The communication was good with the driver. If we had any questions, we could call and he would return the call. He was very responsive. He was great in both the pick-up and the delivery. So, we're happy.

Setting up the transport was convenient but I wasn’t ready to make a decision. I was calling in May and the transport wasn't until August. So, I was a little bit annoyed because the guy from Sherpa kept calling me a couple of times a day and I needed more time. The pickup was three blocks from my house. I had to drive the car anyway so it was fine. My street was only two lanes so the driver didn't want to block the street. My daughter and I were flying back and the only problem was that the pickup was on a Friday and there was transport over the weekend. And I got no message from the company transporting over that weekend. And I couldn't reach the transport company because their office was closed. When I called the driver, he said that he no longer had the car because he just did local pickups and handed it off to someone. But everything went well.

Sherpa has a decent price and I like the door-to-door service. I used them twice. The delivery was quicker than anybody even expected in both times. Overall, it was a very effective transport.

Entire process went as explained from the get go. I didn't care for waiting until 48 hours before pick up for notification of a transport found. But the lower cost, which was in the end the same as was originally quoted, was worth it. I called 72 hours ahead and was reassured about the timing of it all. On the other end, the driver called 30 before arrival and we arranged to meet close by our home. Great service and easy to access customer service.

The Sherpa people informed me ahead of time about a window of time when they would pick up and then deliver the car. The driver arrived on time, and with no trouble. The driver picked up the car from my brother, who was born deaf. I told the driver that he would need to text my brother, which he did. The car was picked up with no trouble at all.

I shipped my car from Michigan to California and my car arrived sooner than expected and that was good. The company was very good at communicating when the pick up and arrival would occur. I do wish I could have used more of my car to put personal items in. I was only given the trunk.

I contracted Sherpa to transport my car and from the first call to hire them to the delivery was stress free. The driver was very professional and took great detail in loading the car to transporting and delivery. I was initially somewhat worried about issues that might arise during this process and there wasn't even one. I will definitely use Sherpa again.

Shipping the vehicle through Sherpa was more convenient and accommodating than when I did it previously. It was more of the door-to-door service that I expected. A husband and wife team did the transport and they picked it up on a Tuesday and the vehicle got there on Thursday. It was fast. My son got it and it seemed like it was in the same condition it was shipped in. Not too long after my son got it, the car overheated. It was no fault to the driver or anything that has to do with that. But because I had just purchased the car for my son and initially, one of the options was him flying here to get the car and driving it back, it made me feel even better about my choice to have it transported.

The price that Sherpa quoted me was a good bit cheaper. I used their service to transport a 2017 Honda Accent from New York to Texas. Customer service was really good. They had a weight limit when it came to transporting stuff in the car. That was the main thing and they wanted everything to be out of the sight line of the cabin. Nothing should be visible. Also, there would be no important personal belongings for safety reasons.

Driver was experienced and helpful during the entire transaction. Kept us informed every step of the way. Met schedule pickup and delivery -- even with a mechanical breakdown! I emailed Sherpa, and somebody contacted me quickly, then she sent me the quote. I did the deposit, and there was a bit of a period of no communication where I was getting a little worried ‘cause this was the very first time I had done this. I texted and didn't get a response, so I emailed and then the rep finally said that she'd been on vacation and contacted me.

Sherpa took care of pretty much everything about our vehicle's transport from San Diego, California to Miami, Florida. It only took less than a week and the driver's communication was great. He was a good guy, too.

The transport went from Idaho to Clermont, Florida, and the driver was very nice and professional. He let me know when he was a couple hours out in the morning both for pickup and when they dropped the car off.

Sherpa Auto was great to work with and was very flexible and patient when we had to shift our pickup/dropoff date, location, and contact around a few times! However, our carrier, NW Express Trucking LLC was difficult to work with. We were told that we would be contacted 12-24 hours beforehand and we never got any information that our pickup date was delayed and outside the expected pickup range. Our car got picked up one day late, and we still never got any call 12-24 hours beforehand for that too. I only found out that the car was going to be picked up 8 hours before they expected to arrive from a call that I had to make to the carrier.

I gave Sherpa a call, and they were good. The driver was a very nice person. I was pleased with the final cost.

I had the most pleasant experience with Sherpa Auto Transport. Tasha was an absolute pleasure to speak with and she explained the shipping process thoroughly. Sherpa was the most expensive but they said, "That's why we know we're gonna get your car picked up." It was $1,550. They also said that somebody would tell me 800, but nobody is gonna pick the car up. So rather than worry about that, I went with the best company. The company that they hired got in touch with us for pickup and delivery. They couldn't get the large truck with all the cars to my house. So they transported it on the smaller truck to get it right to my door. They were picking up the vehicle a little too early, so we asked them for a new date and that was given to us almost immediately. So, it worked out very well. They picked it up four days before my daughter left. It got home a couple of days after she did, so everything was fine. We'd definitely use Sherpa again.

I sent an inquiry email and the rep got back to me the next day, and had the transport set up within a couple of days. The driver got there a day earlier than I thought he would. He was cool. He texted me along the way and let me know where he was. I wasn't gonna be in Virginia to receive the car but my sister was and that wasn't even a problem. I gave the driver my sister's phone number and mine, and he sent us text messages. It was great. The lady I talked to told me she was not gonna quote me anything less than the other broker places do and the standard to make that type of drive. Whereas in other places that I looked up, the comments and reviews had people saying they were quoted this amount and in the end, it ended up that amount. My quote from Sherpa was straightforward and spot-on. I let my nurse community know that this place is legit. It's good, quick and easy.

We had a friend meet the driver once he got into town but everything went fine. The transport was from Oregon to New Mexico and it took three days. The cost was what Sherpa said they would charge and what it would be.

I called a couple of different places, but the guy who answered the phone at Sherpa was really nice. He also followed up with me. It took me a while. It was for moving a car from one place to another, and we had to take a little bit longer than we had anticipated. They were still very nice. It was a great experience. We live in a town that has a lot of big old trees that go over the street, we had to meet the driver somewhere as supposed to him come to our house because the truck was so big. But that was not a big deal. I had a little bit of an issue understanding him, just because he was from a foreign country. But that was just my own problem, I couldn't understand foreign languages very well. But they updated where it was going and the initial quote ended up going down a little bit, too. I don't know why, but I'm not complaining.

Sherpa did a very good job communicating with me daily during their search for a driver. Once they found the driver my vehicle was picked up two days later and it fell within the pickup window Sherpa had originally promised. I am very pleased with our shipping experience with Sherpa. Since it was my first time shipping a vehicle, I did a fair amount of research and spoke with several companies. I ended up contracting with another large national broker. Unfortunately, that broker dropped the ball on my shipment, which led me to Sherpa. The Sherpa sales agent who took my call was professional and courteous in answering all my questions. The shipment was picked up within the agreed-upon window and delivered across the country smoothly with no issues! My rebate after delivery was also handled promptly. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend.

I saw really great reviews for Sherpa and there was nothing that stood out to me that made me want to deter from them. I had a good feeling just from reading the reviews and the company history. They were the better option. I filled out a form online and within a few hours, I received an email stating that they could help me further make my decision on everything else. It was a good experience and the salespeople were not pushy. The customer support helped me. I was able to get the shipment place and everything during that call, so everything was handled.

I was a bit nervous with shipping my car because I had seen so many reviews for auto transport brokers having poor communication between carriers and customers. However, things were completely different with Sherpa! Sherpa emailed me and left a voice message (I didn’t initially pick up when they called) at the start of my requested shipping window with the carrier information (Aline Transportation). Because I would not be present at the pickup location the day of the pick up, I called Sherpa and had them adjust the pickup contact to my mother, which was very easy. The communication between Aline, my mother, and me was outstanding. We were able to arrange times that worked best for all of us via group text message.

I had a wonderful experience with Sherpa. They were informative about my concerns. The support staff was always available. However, they have a large window of time for the pickup. I was in another state and had to be there for the full part of the window. They said that I could have had someone else be there to sign for the car. But that was gonna be inconvenient. It turned out that they weren’t getting bids until the later part of it. If I had known the pickup a little earlier in the window, it would have been less stressful. But they made a very good effort at the very end to get somebody so it worked out perfectly. Once I got the driver, he was very responsive to me about arranging a pickup point for the car. When I got back to Connecticut, he called me and we set up a drop-off point. It was easy to converse with him. He was flexible and wanted to solve the problem.

The Sherpa rep was very professional. I got quick service and they were very responsive. The car was in a remote location, but they managed to get a transport, which I appreciated. They said the transport could be a couple of days, but it happened in one day. Although, it took a while to get it scheduled. Once it happened, it happened in a day. The driver was very professional, and there was great contact at the pickup and drop-off. He even drove the car a short further distance when he couldn't get the truck right near the destination and delivered it. I am very satisfied.

Easy to work with and kept me up to date. I would definitely use them again. One carrier was hired to transport my vehicle but didn’t and did not notify Sherpa so we called Sherpa and they quickly got another carrier. They also refunded my money on their end. They were very fair.

We decided to allow our college student to have a car but she attends school 1000 miles from our home. To save miles on the car, we decided shipping it would be best. I was satisfied with the expected delivery date except I was supposed to be informed of approximate time on delivery date and it did not happen and that causes the driver waiting for me in front of my building while I was out. I received a call from Arcadia alerting me and I had to rush back and meet the driver. Other than that everything went smoothly. Thank you Sherpa and Arcadia!

Timely planning, prompt pickup and delivery at a reasonable cost. Communication was good. The Bill of Lading was poor in that it relied on unreadable data on a tablet the size of a smartphone. The driver was good and stayed in touch for pickup and delivery. No damages. All in all a good result. Thank you for the service.

First time using an auto transport company and am for the most part very pleased. Super easy to set up without a lot of back and forth. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The communication was pretty good and the only recommendation I have is that they have a way for customers to track where the vehicle is during the process so you can gauge better on when you need to be at the drop off location. Kind of like Amazon does with GPS. Glad I was there when they showed up as the carrier wanted to drop the car and leave as fast as he could. Also, he didn't even ask who I was. Just a "sign here" and he was gone. The whole process was just a little too fast and easy. Kind of a weird statement, I know. Overall I will use Sherpa again as my company buys multiple vehicles yearly and this saved a ton of time and money. Thanks Sherpa!

Great experience with Sherpa and our driver through VP Express, Inc. Enclosed hard sided carrier. Had a very good experience. No problems at all. Car arrived as expected. Sherpa was very informative through the whole process. Would send updated information often. And responded to emails the same day. Would use again if needed in the future.

Overall very good service. People I dealt with were responsive. Price was very competitive and the cars arrived with no issues or damage. BUT you do need to be flexible as to pickup and drop-off. There will be a window of 5 days for each and you won't know until like the day prior when each will occur. I understand this is the nature of the beast with auto shipping, but it did cause some issues since we couldn't plan around either event. That said - I still very much recommend Sherpa!

After running into numerous scams for auto transport, wanting a deposit through paypal in a friend's name because their computers were down, I was getting a little frustrated and went to the BBB web site and Sherpa was at the top for auto transport, it was perfect, the vehicle was picked up and arrived there 48 hours later as promised.

I ran into many shady situations while looking for a quote on a cross-country carrier for my personal vehicle. My initial contact at Sherpa was fantastic and explained the process and options involved while working to meet my specific needs for pickup and drop-off. Their price was fair and came with no surprise upcharges. I twice needed questions answered and got my calls (and questions) answered. The staff is all top shelf. We moved from New York to Colorado and had to transport two cars. Sherpa arranged it for us and the pickup and delivery were both done on time. There was no damage to the cars. Delivery folks called to arrange delivery in a grocery store parking lot because they couldn't get into our neighborhood but they did that in advance and everything worked out great.

Honest, and transparent. They weren’t the cheapest quote but they definitely delivered as promised and I felt my car was safe with the driver. When he couldn’t make it up the very steep road to our place, and didn’t have cell service, he offloaded the car and drove it to us. That kind of initiative matters. This has been one of the best services and user experience I’ve had. Our son’s car broke up and he needed a vehicle right away. I wasn’t sure if this kind of service even existed, so I googled and Sherpa had the best reviews. Since my first call they were very professional and were able to answer all my questions. With Sherpa we were able to send our old van to our son with less effort than he flying to Minneapolis, picking up the car and driving all the way back to Chicago. Sherpa kept us informed all the time with prompt updates. The service received was exactly what we needed and completely exceeded our expectations.

Getting everything set up was good. It was done over a couple of days, and a lot of it was via email. The reps were very good at following up via email. I had to call them a couple of times as well. There was a timeline of what was gonna happen next relative to once they secured the driver and the driver would be in touch. When we dropped the car off in Denver, I met the office staff and they were very professional. I was very impressed with their whole operation. They had a customer service person that reached out a couple of times to give me an update on where the car was in transit. UB Auto Transport was the company Sherpa shipped with, and when the driver finally dropped the car off, we chatted a bit. He was a very nice gentleman and the car was delivered as agreed. The car came a day early. It was a bit dirty because it had been on the transport for six days, but after a quick car wash, we were all set.

I used Sherpa to ship my Lexus SUV and they were phenomenal. I didn't expect that the vehicle would be delivered before the deadline and even the price was reasonable compared to other transportations. The Sherpa company has shared my information to the driver, who was bringing the vehicle here, and they contacted me. They shared the live location, where they were coming, and how long the transport would take. It took some time and they promised to reach the destination by around 9:00 or 10:00 o'clock. But it took two to three hours more, which I understood due to the weather condition and the traffic.

I gifted my car to my nephew who lives in another state. I needed a company to ship the car to him. After researching, I found this company who had good reviews. I got a quote and within two weeks, I was able to ship my car. The driver picked it up from my driveway in Northern California and dropped it in North Carolina. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use this company in future.

Sherpa's quote was reasonable, especially because it seems like a reliable service and I didn't wanna cheap out and get my car lost. They got the car delivered in two and a half days. It was really impressive. The price lock promise was also accurate. They were pretty upfront in certain situations where if any additional fees might pop up, I might have to expect those if things didn't go as planned, like if they didn't find a carrier in time. So they were pretty transparent about rare cases where the price lock promise might not apply and the final price would be higher than the quote.

It was my first experience shipping a car. So, it was a lot to learn about the process. But Sherpa Auto Transport's price was fair and there was enough flexibility with the pickup and delivery. So, it was a very good experience. I had called another company and they had given me a lower quote. I contacted Sherpa so that I would have a point of comparison. Their price was higher, but they explained to me how the jobs are bid out by independent companies and that sometimes if you get a low quote and you go with that company, they would be, "No one could pick up the job for that price. So now, it's gonna be $200 more or $300 more." Sherpa also had some kind of protection where they said, "Here's a quote that you're agreeing to. And if it ends up being more, we'll take care of that differential up to a certain amount."

Very easy process. Excellent communication throughout. And very competitive pricing. The initial contact was done entirely online. Received a quote within minutes and it was very competitive. Also received a follow up call right after accepting quote. Process from there was seamless. Trucking company was very responsive throughout the transport of our vehicle. And our vehicle was picked up and delivered earlier than expected. Overall, a great experience.

The people from Sherpa acted very professionally, and explained everything in detail that I had questions about, the whole process of how the car is picked up and how it's transported. They gave me a quote, they followed up with an email of the quote, and there was no pressure at all. The vehicle went from Pennsylvania to California and they gave me a window of time. They said it was either gonna be picked up on a Wednesday night or Thursday morning. Due to heavy traffic in Washington, D. C., they couldn't make it on Wednesday night, but they made it first thing on Thursday morning.

They gave me this window of days where they could get the vehicle and they ended up getting it on the very last day. It would have been more ideal for me to ship it in the earlier part of that window. It was short notice, so I understand. The transport took five days. The delivery driver did a great job. He was independent. He was very communicative and kept me up-to-date. The cost was identical to what they quoted me too.

The person that shipped my vehicle communicated very well. He was a good driver. I didn't expect my car to get here as fast as it did. Sherpa is a good company to go through. They charge the perfect amount. I also like the fact that there is a free car wash.

The rep that I spoke with at Sherpa was clear and set expectations from the get-go. Even though his rate was coming back at 40% higher than the majority of other bids that I was getting, he was explaining how his was realistic and why it would work. When I had originally tried to work with people that had bids that were significantly lower, I was constantly met with renegotiations falling back on promises. But Sherpa turned everything around in a reasonable amount of time and stayed true to their work. The driver was fantastic.

I like the salesperson at Sherpa. She assured me that everything would be fine. She gave me a lot of things that could happen. I felt comfortable. Sherpa didn't push me to do anything. I was having a hard time, timeframe-wise, trying to figure out and coordinate with the place where the vehicle was going. But it worked out. I like the drivers too. I thought I'd be able to follow it down, which would have eased my mind. But it got down there so fast. I texted them at one point and they texted me back. Everybody did good.

Joe, the driver, was great. I had his number. If I had questions, I could call him. He kept me abreast of the time of delivery and if he got slowed down. I was very pleased with the whole process. I appreciated the fact that I got a $100 rebate if I paid upfront. They sent me a rebate immediately after I downloaded my paperwork. The only thing was they guarantee they will get you someone within a date. I was getting a little worried because it got close, but they found someone and kept their word.

Sherpa gave me a rundown of how the industry works. There was good communication. Other quotes that I got were a bit lower. But the issue was upon reading the fine print, it was dependent on which driver you get. Some of the quotes may not have been representative of what I would have gotten once the driver accepted. Being able to lock it in with Sherpa was good.

They gave me the information I needed straight up. I felt more relaxed because they said things that I was worried about. When I asked them, they said, "Oh, no. Don't worry about that. We'll take good care of it. We'll make sure the carrier is reliable and responsible for your vehicle." They all made me more comfortable. When they picked up the vehicle, I got pictures. I talked to the driver personally. I gave him my email address and he sent me the bill of lading. When he got here to Florida, he called me about an hour away. He told me he had to park my truck somewhere and he asked, "It's okay to drive your car to the address that you have?" I said it was fine. He brought it to the driveway where I'm staying at. That was even more relief for me.

I needed to understand how things work so I don't go sideways in my head about the way things are supposed to work. I really appreciated that. He told me that everybody in their kind of business is doing the same thing, like running bids and putting it on a master list. I could understand what he was saying. So, I appreciated the honesty right up front. Sherpa told us we had 100 pounds of extra weight that we could put in each vehicle. So we loaded stuff inside.

I transported a vehicle from Sarasota, Florida to Connecticut using Sherpa and everything was good. The rep I worked with was excellent. Once they found a tractor-trailer, the actual transport took a few days. The driver had a problem as his water pump went and it took an extra day. Other than that, the cost was very good.

Once a company was assigned they messaged me telling me when they’d be picking it up and then roughly when it would arrive across the country. The day before it arrived they texted the time that it would roughly arrive. No problems, just straightforward pick up and drop off.

This was a summertime transport from LA to Mpls. Excellent service throughout the process. Great driver too!! The driver, Max, was very professional and courteous. The timeline exceed predictions and there were absolutely no issues. We also received updates along the way and the driver arranged great pick-up and drop-off sites. If I were to have another car transferred nationally, I would choose the same carrier.

I was in a time constraint so I was happy that Sherpa was gonna try to find a carrier to execute quickly. And it worked out very nicely. I had a friend do the pick-up and he said it was easy. I met the carriers when they delivered it and it was straightforward. So everything went smoothly and they were great people. I did not have a bill of lading, which is my only disappointment. I'm in the military and they said they would give me a discount of 50 bucks if I submitted the bill of lading. The carrier said that it was gonna be online and was gonna be emailed to me. I signed something on the driver’s phone that said delivery and I looked at the vehicle. The vehicle was good and there were no issues. But I looked online and I didn't get any bill of lading. Since I wasn't the one picking it up or at the place of pickup, I couldn't get that.

The rep was very nice and helpful. Sherpa has a fantastic customer service department. The driver communicated with me and we met so I could give him the car. And while he was driving, he sent me a text or called me to let me know where he was and what was going on. He was very good and nice. He came directly to my house for the delivery. He got through with no issues and the vehicle was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I like Sherpa's guarantee that that was the price it was gonna be and they would cover up to $300 more if they couldn't get it done for that. They are on time and on the money. The transport was supposed to take five to seven days and it took three. The driver picked it up then called us when he was about two hours out. We had some issues dropping off 'cause he couldn't get to the drop-off location. He made arrangements to meet at a place that was convenient for everybody where he could drop the car off.

The scheduling process was good. But it took a little longer than I anticipated. It took five days for Sherpa to find a driver. Once they found one, everything went smoothly and the transport was good. This transport was from Indiana to Minnesota and the whole transport took 24 hours. I was able to schedule the delivery for the following day after they arrived at the destination. We scheduled for a truck stop away from my house and I just drove there. The driver had the car offloaded and it looked good. We paid him the remaining balance and we took off in the car. The final cost didn't change. The whole transport process was smooth.

The rep walked through the process with us and told us what to expect. That was very helpful. The driver knew what he was doing. But he spoke a different language. He was very clever though and he had a translator on his phone. So, when he didn't understand what we were trying to say, he would use that which was helpful. That was the only thing that was tricky but it didn't impede the process at all. He knew exactly what he needed to say. The whole process was seamless and the price was reasonable. The Sherpa people were very polite and if we had to do it again, they would be the first company we would call.

I had a contact person that I dealt with and he set everything up. This person that I worked with treated me very fairly, was very efficient and very professional. The quote was fair and so was the price lock. I agreed to go on the contract with Sherpa right away. When it came time for them to get the driver, we had a little hiccup. They had set it up with a transporter but it was for the weekend and that would not work. I previously told them they couldn't pick up my ‘65 Dodge Coronet on the weekend. Sherpa tried to relocate another transporter to pick up my car. There was a few days delay there but it was not a big deal. I did a covered transport. The driver was able to bring the car right to my house. They took good care of it. They covered it and protected it. The driver was good and very professional.

I googled the best transport companies on the West Coast and Sherpa was one of the top five. Between that and the pricing, I landed on them. Reaching out to them was very easy. The cost was pretty good. We've never done anything like this before. The variety of the cost when I was reaching out to different companies to get quotes was really wide. We went with the middle tier for what we could afford. They ended offering an upgrade when they were scheduling the pickup for just $100 more. We took it so that it could be an enclosed carrier instead of an open carrier.

It worked out well with Sherpa. They were well-recognized and they had availability many months in advance. Everything went as planned. They quoted a five-day window and they picked up the vehicle within two days. Then, they delivered it within whatever time they said they would. I'd tell others that they should be able to trust Sherpa.

Scheduling my relocation with them was very easy and convenient. The driver was very good. He told me when he was coming and texted me when he was there. The delivery was right up in front of my house.

We were originally informed that the pick up day would be either 7/14 or 7/15, and we arranged our schedule accordingly. On 7/12, we received a call from pick up tracking company saying it had to be 7/13, which we were supposed to be out of town. They said that Sherpa is aware about their policy and there is no flexibility. So I canceled my arrangement and stayed home. Sometimes things happen, but I thought this is ongoing issue as the tracking company explained. The driver was very polite and the car delivered to the destination, so we are ok with this. But just wanted to let you know as it was somewhat stressful and disappointed about the service.

The driver kept in contact with us and was always professional. He did a very good job given the confusing log book hours of service rules. The back office set up the move in a very economical and efficient manner. Overall would use Sherpa again were we to need to move a vehicle long distance.

Sherpa was very straightforward. It was also easy to get a real person on the phone throughout the whole process. Someone was always available to reach out to me and contact me about a question. I was doing it out of the country as well at the time, so there was a big time difference. They were very organized in the sense that if I were to request a call, I would get a call back from one person, and it wasn't a new operator each time that was sifting through the ticket to catch up on the situation.

Sherpa had one of the lowest quotes. I felt comfortable talking to their rep too. He was very thorough and he explained the process. He said there were no hidden fees or charges, and the rate was guaranteed for 30 days. He said even if it goes up, he would pay $300 out of pocket. So he was putting his money on the table, so I thought it was a good pay. But it didn't have to come to that. What we agreed on it was the rate at which he had quoted at first. The transporter charged what was quoted first. I was also able to talk to the driver along the way to see where they were and when they would reach, to get an estimate. Everything went accordingly as planned and as promised. I had a good experience and I would go with them again.

The transport with Sherpa went great. The rep who picked the vehicle was very knowledgeable. Communicated very well, whether it be through texts or calls when they were en route, when they crossed state lines and how long they would be. They also delivered it a day earlier than anticipated, which was also a plus because this car was for my daughter's 16th birthday. The final quote was also the exact same as they initially quoted me.

Sherpa did everything they said, and they were fast and easy. They had to hire someone to bring the car from where it was to where we are, and they absorbed that. The guy that did the delivery couldn't get to us because we were in a very busy, tight area. So he parked his truck where he could. He brought our car to us, and then he had an Uber come and pick him up and take him back to his truck. He was wonderful. He brought it right to us.

We were moving cross-country and shipped two classic cars with Sherpa using **. Sherpa was easy to work with. They gave me a price and stuck to it - no surprises throughout the process. The driver, Victor has owned his own truck for 17 years and was very professional and inspired confidence in me that my cars would be taken care of and delivered safely; which they were; and on time!

Car arrived quickly, driver was very nice and efficient. Priced well in comparison to others; definitely a great value. Only thing that was a little difficult was the pick up window. They give you a 5 day window but don’t tell you until very close to that window when they have a driver which made it difficult to plan a rental car until the last minute. Even still, I’d definitely use them again.

Sherpa was proactive in staying in touch. It was a positive experience all around. The drop-off ran a little bit late because it was done during Memorial Day weekend. The driver ran into unpredictable traffic, which I thoroughly understood. I got several phone calls in the interim advising me that he was delayed but would be there at whatever time they gave me at that point. If anyone would have an automobile to be transported, Sherpa would be the one to call.

It was easy to book with Sherpa. I submitted a request online and Tasha contacted me very timely. I told her what I was needing to be transported from my residence in Florida to my house in Missouri, and she got me a quote. I was planning to leave within a week to take a vehicle down to my residence in Florida and have another one shipped back. They were able to accommodate me within a week and it worked out well. The company they hired stayed in contact with me. They picked it up on Friday morning and were here Saturday morning. They pulled up right in front of the house with the trailer. The gentleman was polite and on time. He took care of my vehicle and seemed caring about it. He delivered it with no problems.

I would recommend Sherpa to anybody. It was an awesome service. It was built in that the cost wouldn't change. We left our car at a friend's house, and they moved it to part of the block that was straight away. It was easier for the driver to get it up on the ramp. We had taken pictures of the car ahead, and my friend signed the paperwork and took a copy of it for us. The driver took a thousand photos of it. He was very thorough.

The reps were easy to communicate with. They called and stayed in contact over text. They initially said the transport would take three days but the car came quickly. The driver was pleasant and the only challenge was he wasn’t English-speaking. But he was able to communicate with an app and it worked out. I was told that I'd actually get some type of documentation that I would have to sign right before I dropped off the vehicle. But it was strange because the place where the vehicle was picked up was a little congested so we couldn't make that in there. It was more of a word-of-mouth trust type of thing that everything would be okay and I would get the car. The cost was very reasonable. Initially, they even suggested that it could be a little higher based on the weight of what I'm gonna be transporting. But Sherpa gave me a good fare.

I contacted Sherpa initially on their website by message, and they got right back to me. They picked up the car within about three hours of us signing the contract. It was amazing. They got it here in four days. It was really fast. It was from California to Maryland, and I was expecting about a week. Communicating with the driver was easy. Somebody called and gave me his direct line, and we called back and forth as he was progressing, so he let us know what to expect, and so it was easy. Sherpa was great.

I was moving from Michigan to Florida and I reached out to Sherpa to transport my car. I talked to other companies and a lot of them were being overly otimistic and over promising. But when I spoke to Sherpa, they told me about the deal, how it works, what they could guarantee, and what they couldn't promise me. They laid out the most realistic picture of what could be expected and based on their feedback, I changed my plan completely. I was going to ship the vehicle right around the time that I was moving out of the home, and it was right around the 4th of July holiday weekend, and they said if there was any way I could make it any sooner, they could get it where I wanted it to be. Otherwise, it was likely not going to happen. So that dialogue is really solidified it for me.

Josh, the rep, was excellent and I couldn't have asked for anybody better. He walked me through the whole process and everything he told me turned out to be exactly the way it happened. The driver himself was awesome also. He was very friendly and helpful. He picked the car up on Wednesday and it got here on Friday. And the final cost was exactly what Sherpa quoted me.

Working with Sherpa wasn't difficult. I really didn't understand how it worked. I was thinking they were gonna find someone to move my car right away, but they don't find that person until a few days ahead of time, but they explained it to me. The timeline worked out perfectly. Pickup and delivery were not earth-shattering. The person came to pick up the car. We walked around the car, we recorded, and made sure everything looked okay. I gave him the keys, they put the car on the truck, and they were gone. It was in perfect condition when it was delivered. Overall, the service was very good. I would recommend Sherpa.

I had already booked the service from somewhere else but that was too expensive. So, I switched to Sherpa although the pick-up window was bigger. It was cost-effective and everything came in intact. There were no issues in delivery and the driver reached out to me on time for pick-up and for delivery. I scheduled it at the very last minute when I wanted to book it, so there was only a 24-hour window within which there is a price lock once I book it online. So that was a little bit of a close call when I was working with the Sherpa customer care. But other than that, I was able to get through to someone at customer care and was able to confirm my pick-up. That could have been better. It was probably when 20 hours had already passed when I started looking for someone from Sherpa in customer care, which was where things got a little bit complicated. But other than that, it went well.

Our truck was picked up by Buya. He was professional, courteous, and kept us constantly informed. Our truck arrived safely in Virginia and was transferred to a family member. The entire process was flawless. Sherpa did everything that they said they would do. They explained the process so that we would have peace of mind. We would recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. I moved from California to Texas, and my car was older and I didn't want to drive it. My daughter arranged the transport with Sherpa and she seemed very pleased with them. The driver was fantastic too. He was very nice and friendly. I stood there and watched him. He took a lot of care with my car, putting it on and he delivered it fine.

Scheduling with Sherpa was very easy. It was an excellent experience as far as getting one car from the Pacific Time Zone to the Eastern Time Zone. They were able to pick it up right when they said they were, and it was dropped off exactly when they said it was. The car was in the same condition it was. The drivers were all excellent.

Sherpa has an easy website to use, and they have clear information. They were the cheapest, too. Once they picked up the car, I got an email that said it was picked up. From there, I got the estimated time. When it arrived in Texas, again, it was a smooth process. It was an easy, fast and efficient experience.

Sherpa's rep was phenomenal. There was a teeny hiccup where I removed a car, then they kept the old file open and they said they were ready to pick it up. But I told them that they already did and dropped it off. But customer service-wise, they handled everything. When they picked up my car that Friday, by Monday, I had my car already. So they were pretty fast. The driver was didn't speak English really well, but I knew my car was safe. Also, what they quoted me was what I paid.

The Sherpa rep was good and gave very clear instructions, and so it was smooth. He answered all the questions that I had, so there was no problem. The only thing was I really wanted the shipper to come Friday even though it was kind of fast. I said, “Well, I'll be lucky to get it Friday.” The guy called me on Thursday morning and said, “Hey, I can come Thursday.” So, it worked out fine. It was not a big deal because I was gonna spend Thursday cleaning up the car. I just shipped it dirty. The driver was very impressive with how he handled everything. We met him at the pickup place and he gave us instructions and expectations of what our experience may be, and gave an estimate of when the car would be dropped off. We had his cellphone number so we were able to keep pulse of where he was. He got there on Tuesday, when he said he was gonna be there.

Andy's Transport was prompt, courteous and professional. The car was picked up at the agreed time and they called me two and a half hours before delivery to let me know the estimated time of arrival which was correct, almost to the minute. They unloaded the car before they knocked on my door so that I was able to do the inspection of the car immediately. They took good care of our car and it arrived in good condition. The driver (Andy) was very pleasant and made sure that everything was correct. I would use them again. Thank you.

A somewhat unbelievable experience: my driver was such a pro. He was incredibly easy to communicate with, the pick up was smooth and get this- he met me at the airport with my car 3,000 miles away. I landed, he texted me that he was there and had the car unloaded and the AC on when I rolled up with my suitcase. I would call that the gold standard! Thanks Roman!

Communication was good. Pick up and delivery went smoothly considering the size of the truck. The driver was pleasant and polite considering the change of delivery place. The car arrived with no apparent problems. I would tell my friends about your company and recommend that they give you a call

Sherpa got back to me expediently. The customer service was excellent. I got a quick response and a quick quote. Everything was black and white in terms of the service and how the service was provided. There was a point we had scheduled the original contract company they contracted, and they delayed the shipment. So, kudos to Sherpa, within a day, they were able to get another shipper contracted. It worked with the timeline. The shipper was fine. He was professional, did what he needed to do, and he got it from point A to point B. There was no issues on that end.

Sherpa was terrific and their customer service was excellent. The driver worked with our son who was at the pickup and our son said it was a breeze. Then, just as planned, the driver arrived here in California. Everything went perfectly. The most difficult part was getting all that cash together because they do cash. Other than that, Sherpa is the only company I would ever call again and the only company I would ever recommend.

The rep I spoke with was very informative and it was straightforward. He explained it to me and the transport was like he said it would be. Sherpa got the vehicle here in the time that they said and it was a fixed price. We didn't go back and forth.

The person I talked to at Sherpa Auto Transport was super helpful. They couldn't find a truck right away, but once that truck was found, it was super easy and fast. The pickup was with my father-in-law, and George was super helpful. He gave me updates. The drop-off was right by my house.

Easy process and great experience. Getting quote online was fast and easy, and quote was reasonable (lower price than competitors who were not as highly rated). The driver was communicative and kept me posted as needed. Left Seattle on a Wednesday and vehicle was delivered to VA on Saturday; very fast delivery and vehicle was in perfect shape. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if in need.

Everything went smoothly with my transport with Sherpa. The driver was really good. They took the car from Florida to Colorado. The truck had some mechanical problems, got stuck in Texas, and we ended up having the car dropped off at a site in the Denver area. We went to that site and picked up the car. The cost was also okay. But they were the most expensive.

I liked that with Sherpa, I could pack my car with furniture or whatever I wanted to up into the window. The customer service rep gave me my time frame window and told me what I could and couldn't do and made it very clear. He’s excellent. The transport took four days. It was under the amount of time we expected, and the driver was wonderful.

Setting up the transport with Sherpa was all online, which was wonderful. I booked it and then at one point, I had a question and I emailed them. And they responded within the hour to my email. The driver was great and showed up when he was supposed to. He gave me a heads-up the day before and the day of and was professional. He did a good job.
