They answered all my questions and I didn't have any problems. Initially, they had provided a higher quote. And several weeks later, the quote was significantly lower. The cost was completely worth it. It all went well.

I could've found a lower price, but what I wanted was quality of service and that's what I got from Sherpa. That's what I was happy to pay for.

Sherpa Auto Transport's driver was very good. He was in complete contact with me up until he came to pick up the car. I was only down the street at a recreation facility, so I brought the car to him, and he said, “I'll give you a ride back there. You don't have to call somebody.” He took my car and dropped me back off, went back and put the car on the lift. It was very nice. The quote was $100 less than what I paid in January. I'm hoping next time, it would be even lower.

The transport with Sherpa was quick. They picked the vehicle up in the afternoon of one day and it was delivered at 3:00 in the morning the next. Everything worked according to their schedule. They stayed in communication. They delivered the product and they provided a very competent and friendly driver. He did a good job. He even offered the delivery point at our request. That was invaluable. I got great service. I was very happy.

I wanted to ship a car to a new house. We had two cars and we can only drive one. I had a Toyota Mirai shipped through Sherpa. I liked their price and the customer service was good. I called up, talked to the person, and he knew what he was talking about and was clear about what things would happen. It was business-like. They gave me all the details. There was nothing that was left to the imagination. I knew exactly what things would be. The quote was reasonable and better than the others. Plus, I was impressed with the straightforward means of communication.

I called the car dealership that I used and one of the guys said that one of his customers was using Sherpa. So I called and I was happy with them. We did the transport from Arizona to Hershey, Pennsylvania, and it was a good process. I was satisfied. A friend of mine met the driver because we had the flight out before he was coming, and then my son met him when he got to Pennsylvania.

Great Experience. Before signing up, I checked the reviews online and most of them were positive, so I call Sherpa and initially spoke with Kendra. She was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price quote I received online was the price they charged and I also received a $50 rebate after the car was delivered. After signing up, it took about 4 days for them to secure a transport co. (Royal Auto Transport) and Christian called me to set up the pickup day/time. He showed up as scheduled and took good care of loading my car. It was delivered a couple days later, again as scheduled and he even drove it to our work parking lot. From start to finish it took a little over week which was great. I would highly recommend Sherpa if you are in need of auto transport services. They are honest and kept their word on everything they told me.

I shipped a car from New York to Albuquerque, New Mexico thru Sherpa. The transport took three days and you can follow it along because they were very clear on the status of the delivery. I wish the price was lower but it went down from the first quote given to me. Sherpa was very good to deal with. Their reps were really nice and answered questions. What they said, they did and I would recommend them. You might be able to get a lower fee from another company, but you want to make sure that your car is in good shape when it gets to where you're going.

Sherpa is awesome. I like them. The pick up and delivery were right on time. The communication with them and the driver was good. He updated me when he was gonna be there.

Sherpa gave me the best option for what I needed and was very upfront with me. I told them what my concerns were and they held to that. They told me everything that I should do and that I should pay by cash or certified check. I had to give them $250 and pay the rest to the driver when he got there. When I got ready to give the driver the money, he called his boss and gave her to me. She said I was going to need to pay $750 instead of $625. I told her I was quoted a price and that was all I was gonna pay. She called Sherpa back and Sherpa stuck up for me.

My second time using Sherpa. Carrier did a good job and delivered the car early. Only item to improve is giving us more notice of pickup and delivery times. I consider that more of an issue with the carrier, not Sherpa. The BOL site that allowed us to monitor the location of the truck was great but indicated a delivery date of May 3. On April 3 I got a call saying the car was being delivered that very day. All said we’re still pleased.

The price quoted by Sherpa was excellent. The delivery of the vehicle went great. They stayed right up with me, called me, and let me know there were a couple of little hiccups, but it didn't bother me because I wasn't working on a time frame. They also locked in a price, it didn't change, and then they had this carrier that bailed out on them. But they found another carrier that was less money.

I got the quote from Sherpa and it was right around the industry standard. It was very fair and reasonable. They weren't charging anything crazy high extra or gouging $300. It was 1,600 to bring it from California to Florida so it wasn't anything ridiculously cheaper or even more expensive, but I paid for the "peace of mind" of knowing it's gonna get here reliably. And when it gets here, I'm not gonna get some crazy markup or some tow truck driver trying to hold my car hostage, which I've read it can happen with other companies. The customer service rep was professional and straight to the point.

Setting everything up with Sherpa went smoothly. I spoke to a woman and she gave me several alternatives. I wanted to close the window a little, but I wanted to get around a specific date. So, I paid a little extra money to get that specific date. During the pickup, the guy called and he said to meet in walking distance of my house on an avenue. He was on time, friendly, and courteous. I was frightened at first but when I went through the process, everything worked out all right and I plan on using Sherpa again.

Sherpa was excellent. I had scheduled the transport but we had a snafu and I had to unschedule it. Instead of charging me $300, they charged me $50. The communication was very good and accurate. They did their best to work with my situation. The driver was accessible on his cellphone so that was a plus. He asked that we meet him a little ways from the house, which wasn't ideal, but we understood given where we lived. However, he should have gone over the car with me a little harder. Also, some companies have trip locators, and that would be a nice feature.

This is the 4th year using Sherpa and I could not be happier with them. They provide a 5-day pick-up date but I have yet to wait the whole 5 days. Last Sunday I called to get a quote, and by Tuesday, the car was picked up and by Thursday my son's car shipped from NC to RI! They are quick to get shipments completed and their communication throughout the whole process is incredible. The drivers are also awesome, I was constantly getting updates from them. Don't be fooled by other transportation companies, they will give you an estimate a lot lower but will result in a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with the other companies, Sherpa is honestly the best for your transportation needs.

Sherpa help us move our car from Tampa to our second home in Seattle. The experience was excellent from start to finish. There were no extra or hidden charges, they showed up on time at both ends, and all of the folks we dealt with during the transport process were professional and responsive.

Took a few days to get things moving, but when picked occurred, it was a quick smooth process. Communications was very good, daily emails informing me of status of pickup. Overall, HIGHLY satisfied with everything and everybody involved in the process. Definitely would use SHERPA again - If I need to move an automobile.

My experience with Sherpa was awesome. I had them ship a 2007 Honda Pilot from the West Coast to the East Coast. The quote was very fair because I had shipped a pickup from the West Coast to the East Coast 12 years ago, and the price was very little over what I paid then. I had two different drivers. Both of them were very nice. I lived on a residential street and the driver with the large vehicle carrier got a block and a half away, so it was easy to take my vehicle there for him to load. And when my vehicle got to New Jersey, the driver had transferred it to a smaller carrier and he took my vehicle right to the front of my house. So, it was excellent service.

I researched about 10 or so transporters for my vehicle. I needed a classic car shipped from NC to NY. Sherpa was one of the top transport companies I came across while doing my research. As anyone should be, I was skeptical as I had never done this type of blind transaction. After talking to a Rep, I decided to book with SHERPA. I will say that I am 1000000% satisfied. Everything was up front. No hidden gimmicks or fees. They picked up and delivered my vehicle in the time frame they said they would. My car was delivered with no issues WHATSOEVER. I may never need another Auto transport. If I ever did, I would definitely use SHERPA again. Hats off to you guys.

Pick up and delivery very professional, friendly transporter that carefully filmed car before loading to assure both for him as well as myself any damage that would occur during transport could be readily identified. Picked up vehicle at agreed parking lot nearby and dropped off the car in Ca. to the destination. All good and would recommend this service to others.

Sherpa did a good job, and I was very happy I went with them. They lived up to their reputation, and everything went great. In fact, the shipment from Kansas came in ahead of schedule, which worked out really well for me. The driver they had hired was very professional, and we worked with him to get the car offloaded.

People get leery when they get a transporter they don't know anything about, and they read a bit about them. My experience with Sherpa was absolutely positive. I called them, and they contacted me right away. The communication was good, and they gave me a quote and a time frame as to when I could expect the carrier to pick up the car and deliver it. They also gave numbers to call if I wanted to find out where the transporter was. I have no complaints whatsoever. I even got an extra bonus because I contracted for open car transporter, and when the person came, it was a closed one and they didn't charge me any more. The driver was very personable. He communicated and delivered the car when he was supposed to. It took four days. I wasn't at the receiving end because I hadn't left my house yet, but I had people waiting there to meet him. The car arrived undamaged and everything was perfect.

Sherpa's customer service was very good. We got people right away that weren't on hold, and they answered our questions and contacted us back promptly. We had an agreed upon window when we wanted the car picked up and the day before, we got the call saying, “We've got a carrier for you, and they'll be there tomorrow.” That was within our window, and we were prepared for that. My daughter also said everything was very fine on their end.

Sherpa's website seemed to be pretty easy to use and once I used it, I got a call quickly. The drop down menu seemed to be very simple and straightforward. They nailed down the price and I was happy to see that there weren't going to be any hidden costs. There were some people that were a little lower, but there was the ambiguity and the possibility that it could be higher. So I was very satisfied with the price and the lock-in.

When they picked up my vehicle, it was very straightforward. They took pictures, made sure everything loaded up and was good. In terms of when it arrived, my relative said they dropped it off right in front of the gated community that I was moving to. The vehicle was just a little dirty, obviously, going across the whole country. But in terms of everything else, it was fine. They delivered in the estimated time frame. The quote was also fairly priced in comparison to the other ones that I was looking around for. And also for the time frame that it was going to be delivered within.

One of my friends used Sherpa and he told me it was very good. I tried a couple more services, and Sherpa's quote was competitive. I called them and scheduled the transport, then everything was sent out through email communication. They were very responsive when they were not able to find a carrier, and I requested them to find an alternate carrier to make sure that I get the delivery by the required time. They had a good response to that and acted upon my request. The delivery went well, and my SUV was in good condition. The final cost was also within my budget and that helped me. Sherpa walked me through their process and it was straightforward. They didn't need payment upfront unlike some others. They were also easy to communicate with. My car came on the date that I was expecting and there was a lot of contact with the dispatcher as well as the driver of the rig. The guy went above and beyond and cleaned the windshield as he was getting the car.

The company that was picking up the first time to take the vehicle from San Jose back to Dallas was a scam. The guy tried to harass me for an extra $150 in cash for no reason at all. In fact, I'd asked if we could put a bean bag in the back and he used the bean bag as an excuse for charging me an extra $150. I said, "Well, I'll take the bean bag out." He said, "It doesn't matter. I'm still gonna charge you an extra $150 and it has to be cash. It has to be right now." I told him no, and he ended up leaving, which left me stranded. Luckily, Sherpa helped me get a new pick-up driver the next day.

The brokerage system is rife with corruption but Sherpa was straightforward and delivered on their work. Their price promise locked me into them. They ended up doing the transport in an enclosed transport. If I shipped this month, it would have been much cheaper than the month I was doing it. Prices were extremely high right then. They ended up paying a little bit more to get it shipped. I was happy with what happened and would recommend them.

Quote and booking/ confirmation process was very easy. Scheduling was a bit challenging, but Viktor was amazing and delivered my car quickly (a day early even!). Sherpa Auto Transport's reps were very thorough and helpful. We've shipped our car this route a number of times. I prefer to see the car go on the auto hauler. I know it goes on and off because of the cars, but at least I know it's on its way. This time they sent an auto hauler with a pickup truck and a trailer. Picked it up and took it to a yard. And the company that accepted the job put it on an auto hauler and took it. I wasn't aware that that was how they do it for the particular auto hauler they use, by Los Angeles where we live.

The driver was a really nice guy. He kept us in contact of where he was and what was happening. He worked well in coordinating. We were not here when he dropped off the car, but he worked well, coordinating with our Realtor to get the car dropped off and put in the garage. It was here when we got here the next day. So it was very good. He was very good with everything. The price I paid was more than I would have liked, but it was in line with what a lot of the other companies were talking about. The quality of service was very good.

We had two cars we transported through Sherpa, and they handled everything I needed. It was a one-stop shop. They gave me a window of pick up and delivery, so I knew what to expect on both ends. It was an easy process from start to end, from the time I picked up the phone and I called the customer service person. She was super helpful and gave me the ins and the outs about car transporting because I had no idea what that looked like. So, she gave me how it would go, and it went according to plan. At two different times, I spoke to two people who were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Price-wise, Sherpa Auto Transport was the same as everyone. They were all within the same ballpark of each other. But I felt they were more comfortable after speaking to them. Also, I could see why they had the reviews because they were exactly like it was when talking to them. And everything was smooth. They offered a free car wash. Everything was wonderful.

The quote was a little higher than other folks but the reviews are so good that we decided to go with them and I'm glad we did. The communication was largely good and the fellow who picked up the car was a really nice guy. He did an excellent job and it was very timely. The one issue we had with him was the car was picked up around 6:00 p.m. and I had tried to make clear that it should be delivered not before the next day. But he drove straight up to Norman that very night and delivered it. It was unexpected and the people on the other end didn't expect a delivery that evening, so they had to scramble to accommodate it. But it worked out all right and I'm happy enough that I'll use them again. It’s just we have to be clear on when this is gonna be delivered and they need to follow through with that.

I bought a Bronco from a car dealership in New York and I needed to transport it to California. My normal carrier wasn't available to pick up the car within a decent amount of time. So I had to look elsewhere and I went with Sherpa. You can call some of these places then there'd be nobody there and they'd get back to you. I never had any of those issues with Sherpa. I liked how quickly they responded when I reached out to them. Their website was also easy to use and informative. We had a truck over there in just two days and they transported the car out here to me in LA. The driver was very forthcoming. He would text me and if there were any questions, I had his phone number to call him if I wanted to talk to him personally. I didn't really need to do that, but he was texting me his location and his progress. I was also very pleased with the trailer that the driver came here with. It was in good shape and his rig was pretty nice.

They delivered the car directly to my home. It was easy. The guy pulled it up and took it out of the truck and it was mine. It was pretty seamless and very quick. The car was transported without any damage. The driver was very polite and made everything very easy. So, I would totally do it again with Sherpa if I had the opportunity. They have a 24-hour price lock and after doing some shopping, their price was lower than most of the places I looked at. They had a very good price for an enclosed carrier.

Scheduling was really awesome. The only negative thing I have to say is they told me they're gonna give me a 24-hour notice for the pick-up and it happened in three hours. But it turned out fine. The driver drove through the night and my vehicle arrived the next day. He waited in South Carolina two extra hours just to grab my truck before delivering. It was great customer service.

Bruce from ** was polite, professional and did a great job transporting my vehicle. I would definitely use Sherpa again and would recommend them to others. I also was able to receive my promised $50 rebate from Sherpa the very next day.

The experience with Sherpa was wonderful. We contacted different auto transport companies. Sherpa answered a bunch of questions I had that other people couldn't answer. They were competitive in their pricing too. It was less than I thought it was going to be. When you look at the bad reviews of different companies, you always find out that it's a bait-and-switch price thing. It scares you a little bit. But Sherpa's price guarantee alleviated a lot of that. Within a half hour of agreeing with Sherpa, they had a driver assigned. The driver called me up the day before. He told me he was likely to make it out the next morning, but there was a chance he would be there that night and asked if that would be a problem. I told him it wouldn't be. They picked up the car earlier than we had expected. But we were prepared to do it. The driver was pleasant. He was able to communicate and got the car off the truck.

Sherpa was the least expensive and promised me quick service. The only thing was they could have been clearer on the timeline of picking up the vehicle. Once I signed up to do it, it stretched out to five days instead of three days. On the third day, I called and asked if they were getting any money because they sub it out. They said that they were. Not long after that, I got a message that they found a carrier. It could have been just coincidental but it could also have been I had to prod. But overall, it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate from using them again.

My son who lives in California is in the army and he bought a car during Christmas in Maryland. He needed to ship the car to California, so I went on Google and searched different sites. I went to the Better Business Bureau as well and after I saw a lot of negative comments about different places that ship cars, I settled on one company, but they were taking a little too long to ship the car. I had to keep calling them back. I already saw Sherpa before, and their price seemed high, but when I went back, it was the average price of all the other ones. They also had a guarantee that they wouldn't go over a certain amount they quote me, so I picked them. I started online at first, then they quoted me a price and explained to me how it works.

Our transport with Sherpa worked very well. It was very professional and efficient. I identified a truck stop that was two miles from my house and I suggested we meet there and the driver liked that idea. And that was what we did. Sherpa is a very good and responsive company and their price was very reasonable, which was why I decided to go with them. Kendra, the rep, explained what would exactly happen. The driver was very professional and respectful. He gave us a place to meet him and it was very safe. I didn't feel any doubt that he could do the job without any issues, compared to other people whom I read from other experiences with other shipping companies. If there's a 5-star, I'll make him 10 stars.

My first time shipping a car and was a bit overwhelmed with using a broker and finding one that's easy/trustworthy. I was recommended another company by a family member, but when I read some reviews I was horrified. Fortunately, I found Sherpa after some more Google searches and as recommended by BBB and other sites. Sherpa's approach is very straightforward and sets great expectations. My experience with Sherpa was painless and the pick-up was very simple. I got a phone call from the pick-up driver. He showed up at the house and loaded it up. He was gone in 20 minutes. He did a detailed vehicle inspection and took pictures of everything inside and out and around the vehicle. He also took pictures of the vehicle loaded with the whole tie-downs. They had six days and they got there in five. I had it delivered to my brother-in-law and they unloaded it there. The quote and the final price were the same. I thought it was a little on the high end. But considering the service I got, I was happy with it.

I used Sherpa when I relocated two years ago and used them again this time. The rep was awesome. I was transporting an electric vehicle. After the driver took it to whatever holding location there was in Texas, he had trouble getting the lights and the car to turn off. It was because he buckled the seat belt. When you buckle the seatbelt, an electric car believes that there's a person in the car. Buckling the seatbelt is almost like turning the ignition key on. The driver didn't know that. We had to contact the dealer and work with all three people at the same time to figure out what the problem was. Other than that, we had any issues with pickup or drop-off.

My experience with Sherpa was seamless. Everything was easy from the quote to setting it up to pickup to delivery. Sherpa was great. I'm gonna use them again.

I scheduled an open window of five days and Sherpa said they would be there within about five days after the last date. They were there the first day that I had the opening, so that went fine. I just didn't know about it until 12 hours beforehand, which was fine because that was my open date. Pickup and delivery went fantastic as well. I was speaking to the driver, Chris, and we worked out what would be the best place to pick up and drop off. That went very well, and being able to directly communicate with the driver was nice. The transport pickup was directly at the location, and then the pickup from when it was delivered was about two miles away because it's a backwoods area in this country. There wasn't anything else, so it was understandable. The cost was also exactly what I was quoted at and it worked out really great.

Customer service was good. It was an English speaking person without an accent, so I could understand them, and they provided the information that I needed. I had a Hyundai Kona shipped to my daughter in San Diego, and there was a six-day period that she would be home to accept it. Sherpa assured me they could ship it within that six-day period, but instead, it arrived two days ahead of the six-day period. She was in Paris, France when they called and told her that her car was there and she could pick it up. She had to call her good friend to pick up the check and get her car for her. Besides that, the car was in good condition and the price was in line with the other costs we were quoted. There were a number of companies that called and gave unrealistic low costs which we were sure would be changed at the last minute.

We used this service to transport our vehicle from California to Arizona. The entire experience was great. The company maintained regular communication with us, the driver was prompt, friendly, and he kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle throughout the transport process. I highly recommend this company and truly appreciate the excellent customer service of our driver, Artsiom.

This was my second time with Sherpa and fabulous as expected. Customer service is amazing. As we got close to my pickup window without assignment, I called and the customer service person was so kind and knowledgeable and reassuring. The person who transported the vehicle was equally wonderful and accommodating. My car arrived in the promised time window, safely. Communication at each step of the way was impressive. Definitely would use Sherpa again.

Everything went smoothly according to plan. Was surprised that it only took two days to arrive. Also surprised that you were able to pick up my car right in front of my house. I’m on a dead-end street but the driver was able to turn around at a side street. Will definitely do this again.

I called for an auto transport quote and was given a price of 1200. I tried to compare that with an existing quote I have with another reputable company of $1000. When I asked when the car should be ready the representative gave me a window of two weeks and said they can come get the car at any time then he proceeded to demand $300 to $500 more stating if I wanted to get it there on the exact date then I would need to pay more and that I should not go with another company because they cannot guarantee arrival of the car. The representative was extremely derogatory, and proceeded to talk over me and down to me many times, and kept using my first name as if they were scolding me like I was their child, then hung up on me. I WILL NEVER CALL Sherpa Auto Transport again. Save your money because I know I will!

I shipped cars twice and I used Sherpa on both times. They were very helpful and considerate. They were on time for both pickups and the gentleman who picked up both vehicles was quite the gentleman. They were a little bit late for the delivery, but they notified me that based on the volume of cars they were shipping, they would be a day late. I wasn't present for the first delivery, but for the second delivery, I was late getting into the drop-off location by 10 minutes and the driver patiently waited for me and it was good customer service. They were very good overall and I was very pleased with my interaction with the company, their customer service people, and the one driver that I interacted with.

The price of Sherpa is a little bit higher than the other two companies I was checking, but their reviews are stellar. The driver provided flawless communication. During transport, he let me know his timeframe and where he was. He reached out to us every day for three days during transport. I wasn't expecting that. That was fantastic. I understand why I paid more now for the service. He showed up with a spotless brand-new enclosed rig, which was fantastic. Everything about it was great.

I reached out to a couple companies and Sherpa was pretty responsive so I worked with them. Their cost is competitive. There was a communicator and he reached out to me when they had the drivers in the area. After that, I started connecting with the driver one on one through text and he kept me pretty well-informed. But they picked up and delivered a day earlier than they said they would, which was a little inconvenient. But we got it worked out.

Sherpa has a good rate. They told me they could get the vehicle down in Florida in the timeframe we needed. The other two movers were a week out. The truck was picked up in Mason, Michigan at one of our superintendent's homes and taken down to Pompano Beach, Florida to our other shop down there. They called me, let me know ahead of time, and also sent me emails telling me when they were gonna be there and when the truck was gonna be down to the shop down in Florida. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend them.

The price of Sherpa is fair. They also have good communication. They picked the location that was close to me and everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend them.

The reps were very informative, answered all my questions and never tried to push me to do business with them. I had a 2021 Buick shipped from Omaha, Nebraska to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sherpa contacted the carrier and they were great. Their dispatcher was in constant contact with me all throughout the transport and before and after. The driver did a great job, and the 2021 Buick was exactly as it was when I gave it to him. The cost of the service was reasonable too.

It went smoothly with Sherpa. I reached out to them over email, and they called me a couple of times. They called a little bit more than I wanted to, but I was trying to get things figured out. Once we got everything locked in, they got ahold of me immediately once they got a truck found. They gave the driver my number, and the driver then reached out to me when it would be a convenient time. It was a little bit ahead of schedule, which was convenient. We met in a large parking lot because it was a larger truck hauler. We had access to get the car loaded up. The driver called me a couple of times and followed up with a text too when he was getting closer to make sure it was convenient for me for the drop-off. Everything was on time for the delivery. I would use Sherpa again in the future without hesitation and recommended them.

Had a collector car I had just purchased shipped from New Jersey to Minnesota in an enclosed trailer. Car ended up getting picked up on Saturday (rather than on Friday as originally scheduled), but the driver was still able to deliver on Monday as originally promised. Car was delivered in prefect shape!

I had scheduled to transport my daughter's car out to CA and had plane tickets booked to move her into her new apartment. I received a call the day before our scheduled pickup by the driver asking if they could take the car a day early. We were not able to accommodate and the driver mentioned he'd relay that to his dispatch. 30 mins later we got a call from Sherpa saying the carrier was reporting the truck as broken down and was cancelling the transport! I immediately called my Sherpa rep (Kendra) who went to work right away to get us a new carrier. I couldn't afford to cancel all our plane tickets and hotel reservations less than 24 hrs before our departure.

This is the second time I have used Sherpa and have been extremely satisfied. Timelines and carriers have been excellent. One thing though, I was told if I sent my bill of lading I would get a $50. Credit and haven’t heard anything yet. Can that be looked into? Thank you.

Sherpa was absolutely phenomenal. I was doing the auto transport for my sister-in-law who was moving from Colorado to Pennsylvania. She's wasn't in the best frame of mind, so we did all of the work to get Sherpa to do this. We made the phone call in November and the car was being picked up in December. Sherpa managed to find somebody who was going to pick up the car, and they were all set up and ready to get there in December. They were booked, but that night, my sister-in-law called and said that she was getting overwhelmed and we needed to cancel. So, we cancelled, paid the cancellation fee, and it was no big deal.

Sherpa is honest. When I signed up with them, it was pleasant, very professional and thorough. They were great on communication. Also, it was a great price. The driver drove across the country. He was also very professional and great on communication. He let me know what was going on.

I found an article about the top long-distance carriers and it kind of weighed the pros and cons of each. Sherpa was one of the ones that came up so I called them and asked for a quote. Their transparency stood out to me. They were very upfront about who they were and who they weren't. They let me know that they were essentially a broker and that they would identify a carrier that would work for me. But all of the carriers that they choose are vetted. They have the proper insurance and they told me how the bidding process works and that they would really try and get the best price for the timeframe that worked for me. They let me know all of the parameters of when the vehicle would be picked up and when it would be delivered. They answered any of my questions about forms of payment, what my responsibilities would be, how to ensure that, whether I need to take pictures beforehand, and the bill of lading. I really appreciate it for an area that I'm not as familiar with. They educated me on the process and I found that process to be very true.

I am very pleased with Sherpa’s service, responsiveness and communication. The carrier they hired delivered my car safely through a major snowstorm on a 7+ hours drive. Would definitely recommend them to transport your car in whatever weather and distance.

It was very easy setting up transport with Sherpa. Everything went according to plan. The only thing that was a little disappointing was I was expecting the driver to give me a call a few hours out. But he called as he was in front of the house. I was expecting a little more of a heads-up than that. It really would have served him much better had I not been here. But the final cost was exactly what I was quoted. I was pleased.

Things worked out very well. On the form with the people Sherpa subcontracted with, it said, "We don't cover glass issues." With an open truck going down a highway, there's a risk on the glass, and wouldn't you know, our front windshield got cracked. My insurance covered everything but $50, then Toyota recommended also changing the windshield wiper blades, and Sherpa reimbursed me for my cost entirely. I was impressed with that. Overall, we were happy the first time we got Sherpa, so I called them again to know what it would cost to ship a car from Venice Honda up to Vicksburg Honda in Mississippi.

We shipped an electric car from PA to HI. Unfortunately, the driver side door handle was damaged and unable to open. The battery drained slowly because of that during the transport. The operation manager, Ryan, took the responsibility of the unfortunate event and managed and communicated with us through the whole process. His customer service was top notch. We were sending our car down to Florida from New York, and I read reviews on the Internet that Sherpa was a good company. We called Sherpa and they were very accommodating and we took them. Also, I read that they could stick with the quote, and they did. So, that was good for us. We liked that. The car was picked up in Poughkeepsie, New York on a Wednesday, and it got to Boynton Beach, Florida on a Friday. So, it was two days of traveling. The workers were excellent. They were very pleasant. They were very efficient. They did their job, and we were pleased. The car was just the same way we sent it. We plan to call Sherpa to take it the other way.

I had difficulty with pick up as the driver wanted me to bring the car and walk home alone in the dark and told me he was leaving of which I reported this inhumane treatment but the delivery was wonderful as he delivered to the hotel I was staying and I was able to get around and get things done.

Their rep told me what to expect and who they'd be in contact with. So, I gave my brother's information then they were in contact with him and made all the arrangements on that end. They told me in advance the paperwork that we would need, so I made sure that he had all that in place and it went pretty smoothly.

My wife's car was involved in an accident in Dallas. I had it repaired there and then shipped back here to Baton Rouge. I looked at a couple of companies and Sherpa's name came up. I said, "This is veteran-owned" and that triggered a big hit with me. Scheduling the transport and pickup and delivery were flawless. Super easy to set up and get a quote. Good customer service following up to make sure everything is scheduled correctly. They picked the case up earlier than estimated. They notified me ahead that the pick up and drop off would need to be modified to accommodate the tractor trailer. I would use them in the future.

We had our cars transported from the west coast to the east coast. The truck arrived on-time for both pick-up and delivery. In fact they were early, which caused us to have to move a few things around to accommodate the driver, but I would much much rather move to accommodate early pick-up and delivery than late.

The driver was able to safely deliver my vehicle from Pennsylvania to California. The shipment delivery window was not met, HOWEVER, that did not matter to me. The fact that my truck was delivered to me without any speck of damage, and it was not dirty is all that matters to me. I will use Sherpa again in the future.

I was surprised with the smoothness of the move 'cause the driver was picking it up on Thanksgiving eve. He delivered it on Thanksgiving day at night. It was an open carry and I was afraid the condition of the vehicle was gonna be really bad but it was cleaner than the car I have at the house. Sherpa can really trust him with a lot more than cars. It seemed like they knew what they were talking about. They were pretty accommodating. For the most part, the pickup and delivery were good. It was more of the short notice I was given upon pickup and delivery window. There was a lot of coordination and making sure my parents were available at a given notice because of my one hour notice prior to being picked up for shipment. But my parents said that the driver was good. He parked somewhere and then he drove the car to my house.

It was wonderful with Sherpa. Their website was very organized. They were quick to respond too. If they didn't know something, they would make internal calls to find out the answer and resolve any problems that came up. When I picked the car up, the driver was very accommodating and pleasant.

Their customer service was really good. They were quick and informative. I was contacted through phone and email by the person who was gonna transport the car. They updated me all the way up until they got here. The final cost was good. Compared to all the other companies that I looked at, their price was reasonable.

Sherpa delivered my car earlier than our estimation and the price was reasonable. They also responded quicker than the other companies. They sent a notification before the driver arrived and they kept updating the status. The driver also gave me a call and told me where exactly we could meet for the delivery. I changed the destination a little bit, then we made agreements through the text message and I got my car on time at the exact location I was expecting.

We shipped several times with them between our homes in Florida and Minnesota. This year, my wife’s car was delivered with several thousand in damages from the carrier “not our fault” insurance companies are fighting over it - terrible experience

The rep gave us good information. As for the driver, I give him good marks but we weren't thrilled about where he decided to park the rig and take the car off. It was right next to Highway 412. But it was still acceptable. We were able to do our inspection. Our vehicle was on the last of the line on the back of the truck on the top. It avoided a lot of debris that could have been at ground level.

After much trepidation searching for a company to transfer our car across the country and reading so many bad reviews on the industry and companies in general I was very nervous. I chose Sherpa and could not be happier. I called and spoke with a rep who was very helpful in answering all my questions on how this process works. They left the line open and gave me their number if I had any questions. I had a couple questions down the line before we moved, and they were quick to answer and get right back at me. They called the day before they were coming. They brought the car to the address where I wanted it delivered. The car was in great shape. The driver was cordial. There was never a moment where I felt disconnected or uncomfortable with what was happening. Also, it was a fair price going from Minnesota to Florida this time of year.

I had excellent service from Sherpa. I was very pleased with everything. They did what they said they were gonna do. The drivers were good, too. They were brothers. They kept in touch with me. I knew what was going on the whole time. The car was also in good condition on both ends.

Sherpa Auto Transport was short on the phone. I had to switch the pick-up time, a couple of times and they dialed it in each time. So, it was good. From the time the car was picked up to the time it showed up was three days in transit. It was reasonable for being across the country. And it got there quick. So, the price is good as long as it gets there, too. I would do it again if I had to ship a car with Sherpa.

Their price was good. The rep did a great job. He was clear, concise and helpful. The quote changed by $25 but then I changed the destination by three miles.

I liked the representative who called me back. I felt comfortable with him and with Sherpa after speaking to him on the phone. My wife dealt with the guys when they showed up at the house to pick up the car. We just pulled the truck out on the street and they loaded it right up. We had a little bit of a communication issue when the driver and I met. I picked out a truck stop that was on the far east side of Sparks, Nevada and he was on one side looking for me and I was on the other side of it looking for him. But that was the only hitch that we had. Everything else went smoothly. That was the first and probably the only time I'll ever transport a vehicle like that but it was good. I enjoyed the service I got. Sherpa's people called me at least twice to let me know where the truck was and when I could expect it. It was a fairly painless experience.

Sherpa is awesome. It was really great service and I really appreciated that. The gentleman who dropped off the vehicle was really, really professional. He paid attention to what he was doing and you could tell he really cared about his work, which was reassuring. It was a great experience and the prices were great. Sherpa’s customer service was really great to work with. They were really helpful and easy to work with. I like the fact that you can lock in your rate and pause it until you're actually ready to use it.

I moved across the country and I didn't want to drive. I used Sherpa to transport my car for about 2,700 miles and I got an incredible service. The driver was really on the ball and the whole process was better than I had expected. I recommend them highly.

I had an issue in the day that I was scheduling for the transport to happen. Sherpa said that their standard thing was a five-day turn where the driver would show up sometime in that time frame. But I found out that my son who was going to use the car was leaving the hospital that day, so I called and asked if they could speed it up. They said said they could expedite it for three days and it turned out, later that day, that they had a driver in the area. But when the first one called, my son hadn't been released from the hospital yet. Shortly after that, they had another driver call, so that was awesome. He got the car picked up and got out that night.

Very polite, courteous, and professional on delivery. Very attentive to details. Also kept up to to notice on delivery times and route process. Very pleased overall and would recommend to anyone to you as well. Process for initiating transport, very easy and directed at customer satisfaction. Would use again without hesitation.

I looked around for companies that can transport my car from California to Texas and decided on Sherpa because their pricing was most competitive. The service was very thorough, responsive and reliable. My car was delivered on time. They even had a special rebate after delivering the car which was extra nice, not to mention the free car wash. I recommend this service to anyone transporting their car.

Sherpa did a really great job. They have very good ratings and talking with them, they were very straightforward that I felt comfortable. I was really impressed that they did not transfer the car from the truck. It was the same one that delivered it. They drove it overnight and got it to my house the next day. It was very quick. Sherpa and the person that they contracted with had excellent communication. The driver was great, too. He pulled up, gave me the car and he checked it. My husband was there too and he checked it over. It was my mom's car and she passed away and left it to me. My girl friend back home was holding on to the car for me until I could get it transported. She took pictures before it left her place just to make sure. Then when it got to me, we took another look at it. It was easy.

Sherpa's price was more expensive than some of the other quotes I received, but my decision to go with them was based off of feedback I saw online versus some of these companies that were a bit more sketchy. There's always somebody who's gonna complain, but less people were saying that Sherpa had any problems with the services. People received their vehicle when they were expected. I had read some companies that held people's vehicles. Sometimes the transporters drop out or the vehicles were swapped between transporters. I didn't wanna deal with any of that, so if I had to pay a little extra for peace of mind, then I did so.

Sherpa has been good from a communication standpoint, like working with me on dates that are convenient. I've used them twice now and I will be using them again in the not too distant future. They've been amazing every time and we'll never use anybody else. It's affordable comparatively to some of the other ones I've looked at. They make sure that the people that they're using as third party carriers are good.

It all worked out. My car was transported and delivered to the destination. There was confusion at the beginning because the driver did not call until four hours before he wanted to pick up my car. He could not reach my daughter, who was dropping off my car, so he called me in California. I could do nothing except call my daughter who said she could not make the time offered. It was impossible. That finally got arranged. Then the driver called me about the drop off. He could not get my sister on telephone. So I had to call my sister. And she had to call him. Very frustrating and very irritating. It greatly increased my anxiety about your process and the success of the transport.

I felt that the customer response, communication, and follow-up were excellent. The vehicle arrived in good order. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that it took several days to find the driver and pick up the car. I know that the route was a bit challenging from Big Horn, WY to Idaho Falls, ID. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

They were very helpful and they asked if there was anything they could do for me. They planned the move extremely well. The fellow driving the truck was here on time. He was careful and kind. He was prepared to do that kind of work. He delivered it all the way out to Texas and deposited it at my daughter's home. It was perfect. The quote they gave was fair and the movers did as well as they could do.

We had our daughter's car shipped by Sherpa from Minnesota to Arizona. I live in a cul-de-sac so the driver couldn't get down, so I drove down the road and met him, and it was perfect. He let me know he was on his way. When he got there, he had told me exactly where he was. He walked around the car and he had a little notepad. He did a good inspection on it before he put it on the bed of the truck. The car was going to my in-law's house and it got there faster than I thought it would be. The Sherpa rep told me, "This is your bottom line. I'm not gonna call and ask you for more money." He explained how that worked, and he explained everything to me. So, I went with that because I didn't want any unexpected charges. The quote was bottom line and that was exactly what it was.

Use Sherpa Auto Transport. The cost was exactly what they said it would be. The truck came up and parked out in front of my house and dropped off the car. The truck took up half the street. It was a very large truck.

We were in transition, moving from California to North Carolina, so we had several vehicles and one of them was an older Jeep Wrangler that I wanted to send to my son. He's in Baltimore, Maryland. So, it’s from San Diego to Baltimore, Maryland. Our plans were very fluid early in the summer so originally, we arranged with Sherpa to send the vehicle to North Carolina in May. That changed because we figured out that we needed the vehicle in California through the summer. So, I contacted Sherpa and put it on hold until September. They were good to work with. They put it on hold like I requested and followed up several times to make sure things were still on track and to get good timing. Once our plans were firmed up, I was able to reach back out to them and we arranged the transport very quickly.

The company did a very Good job, on time, fair pricing, reliable. Also found us a match for driver by the next day. Would definitely us them again in the future. Prompt service and very friendly responsive customer service support team as well. When comparing costs Sherpa is offering better pricing than others we have contacted.

I contacted three companies and ended up going with Sherpa. I liked that they followed up and they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and they were willing to work with me on scheduling. They're an excellent company. Very professional. I was able to talk and directly contact the person that was doing the transport. If I was concerned about scheduling or I had issues where I had to be at a certain place at a certain time, they were always on time or gave me plenty of forward information on when they would arrive. The quote was very fair. Whatever price Sherpa stated at the beginning, they stuck to it. The car arrived in excellent condition, too. It all worked out well for me.

Everything was excellent in my experience with Sherpa. The driver called when they were bringing the car. He told us he was a little delayed because of traffic. He kept in touch with us. He was excellent. Then we called and we met him. And he showed up 10 minutes later. It was great. We were very satisfied.
