This was the first time that I ever had a vehicle transported and everything was good with setting up the transport with Sherpa. It was personalized and the reps were professional. They made the pickup easy for me in Arizona because the person offered me the choice of dropping the vehicle off on the day that I was flying in for Omaha. So, that was convenient because the drop-off location was only 20 minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport. I felt good about it being a special option that they offered. People should go with Sherpa. I was recommended by a family member maybe about three years ago, and my experience has been fine with them, too. Considering that the price only went up 100 bucks in three years from how much my family members paid to have her vehicle transported from California to Nebraska, it's fair.

I had a child moving away for college and I had a car shipped. The quote was in line with what I was expecting and Sherpa’s customer service was great. The pickup and delivery were on time and easy.

I looked at various providers and Sherpa seems to have had good reviews from people so I went with them. Everything went well. The quote was expensive but I expected it. The customer service was excellent and their rep was very patient and explained all the steps that were gonna transpire and what to expect. The expectations were set very effectively.

Sherpa was the most cost-efficient and the quote was fair compared to everything else that I saw. The reps quoted me more than what I received online at first but they eventually agreed to the online price. The delivery person who picked up my vehicle was the same person who dropped it off, and he was good. He started to give me a hard time even though I followed the rules exactly that were stated online on where I could park my vehicle, but it was fine in the end. I gave them an address that I thought they would be able to pick up the vehicle. Then I had to meet them randomly somewhere else. It was a residential neighborhood. I understand the driver was in an 18-wheeler. I get that traffic happens, and life happens, but it is what it is. It’s what I expected going for a more budget option.

Fantastic experience. We scheduled on a Sunday and received a call on Monday morning that our car would be picked up. After agreeing on time and arranging a suitable location, the car was picked up as planned. The car arrived at its destination across the country, as hoped, 5 days later.

RELIABLE: I checked with a lot of carriers before deciding with Sherpa. Price was what they said it would be. Other carriers were a bait and switch with price, but not Sherpa. They communicated very clearly. They came on time to pick up the car. The inspection process was quick. Drive was pleasant and informative. Car was delivered on time!

I had a very good experience with Sherpa. I was very happy with them and I would use them again. I emailed them, and then we had a call. Then I got a quote by email and it was very helpful. It was good at showing me what the price would be and it allowed me to shop around a little bit. Sherpa was very responsive. So, that was good. The pick-up and delivery were very smooth. They called a couple of times in advance and they called the day of to give us a window. They let us know about half an hour before coming that they were going to be there in half an hour. The process of the pick-up was very smooth and easy. I was very content with that. Sherpa did a good job. They were organized and on time. They were competitive in terms of price.

I had video of the pickup process from the dealer, then was here for the delivery. At every moment, driver was very careful to slowly lower the car, get it to pavement without scraping the pavement, then gave a quick rub for any dust. Driver was good in letting me know where he was and expected time of arrival. Very happy and satisfied.

I was really nervous since I was not involved in the pick-up or drop-off of the car but the company kept me well informed about each step and had the car delivered cross country in 5 days. The driver was friendly to the people who were managing this for me. I would highly recommend. Another good thing about Sherpa - I had called another company first and they were very pushy and booked the shipment without me agreeing to it. Sherpa isn't pushy but there when you need them.

I requested my quote online, the price quoted was the price I received. I provided a week window for pick up, they got it assigned within the week. Very good about communication throughout the process. Email updates & a phone call when it was assigned. The hauler contacted everyone about an hour before pick up & again before delivery. He was very polite & kind. Unloaded, took pics, did a walk through and I was on my way. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

We had to transport my son’s car from MA to CA and used Sherpa. With the chaos of moving him, Sherpa made it so simple to get his car across country. They let me know when it would arrive 24 hours in advance and showed up on time. Communication was superb and his car arrived safely to us. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!!

I signed up online then Sherpa called me. I liked their price and response. The rep found me a driver company right away. She did everything she said and the price didn't change. People hate surprises but I didn't get any surprise. It was straightforward and they were honest about the pricing. It worked within my budget. The driver was very helpful as well. It was a big truck and they couldn't bring it into the neighborhood. He suggested for my wife to take an Uber over to a local Walmart and they offered to pay for the Uber. They were very accommodating. I was happy with Sherpa.

I had to get a car to school for my son. I used Sherpa the year before and they were fantastic. So, I decided to use them again. I went through the same process and the quote they gave me was perfect. When the time frame was getting closer and I hadn't heard from them, they got back to me right away and told me what was happening. They were totally great. Both this year and last year, the people who picked up were really nice guys. For this recent transport, they met my son at school and he exchanged the car and money with them. Everything happened quickly and in a timely fashion.

After a rocky and exasperating experience with another car transport company, I changed to Sherpa. They charged more money but they came through on my timeframe and Junior, the driver, delivered the car a day before the earliest estimate. He communicated clearly and was responsive. Great driver! I would try to use him again if I needed to.

I used Sherpa to move a sports car and their rep did a good job. His English wasn't too good, but we managed to work it out. He took care of the car.

I was moving my son to college and we needed an auto transport service for a G80 Genesis. I liked the way that Sherpa followed up with me and compared to the other company I checked out, I felt better about them. They were not too pushy and they answered questions well. Also, I had to put a hold on the date because we weren't sure if the car was going to be ready. And they were really good at immediately saying that they'd put it on hold and let us email them back when we were ready to get back on the list. The quote they gave us was very reasonable and based on the quality of the their service, it was worth it.

They were very professional and responsive. So, I'm happy with them. They responded to all my questions and it was good. They were on the pricey side. But they told me their pricing arrangement. I was very aware of their business model and how they worked. So, that was helpful. The guy that came out knew what he was doing and put my car on his trailer.

They came when they were supposed to come. They dropped the car when they were supposed to drop the car. The car was not damaged. When I was reaching out to them, they answered immediately. They did everything the day they were supposed to do. So, everything was fine.

I'll recommend Sherpa. From scheduling to pick-up and delivery, the experience was fine. The only issue I have is they wait until the last minute, but the car was picked up on the time they told me it would be picked up. So, that was good. The people who rang me for the logistics kept in contact.

I highly recommend Sherpa as their initial quote they gave us not only was better than other companies but was also right on target. We didn't spend a penny more. They communicated well throughout the process and their workers were truly experts at both moving and caring for our belongings.

Another Sherpa customer recommended them to us. I was coming back from an internship over the summer, and Sherpa did a good job with the transport. It was from Phoenix to Minnesota, and the communication with the driver was good. He was prompt.

This past Labor Day weekend, my wife and I used Sherpa and one of their contract carriers, **, to ship a car from our home in the Tampa area to our son in upstate New York. We decided to go with Sherpa only after doing a considerable amount of research on auto transport brokers available in our area. And we’re so glad we chose Sherpa – it was an excellent choice! The whole process, from our initial contact with Sherpa through delivery of the car by **, went off without the slightest hitch. In fact, the car was able to be picked up sooner and delivered earlier than we had expected when we began planning to ship the car.

I was very pleased with the accuracy and delivery of service by Sherpa and carriers. Communication was ongoing and on point. My inquiries were addressed in a very timely manner - almost immediate! I've grown more confident in Sherpa's integrity and capabilities with each contact and completion of every step of the process. We are midway through the process and I can only expect the continuation of Sherpa's excellent professionalism to the completion of service.

The car arrived in great shape, and I just had to run it through a carwash Saturday to get the "travel bugs" of the windshield! The car was delayed only a day due to truck's mechanical trouble, but that delay was communicated to my nephew in Reno by the nice driver, who suggested a delivery time that was acceptable to my nephew in Reno. Sherpa was great with arranging transport of our 2 vehicles from LA to Denver. When no carrier had picked up the job for the price quoted, Sherpa kicked in extra to confirm a carrier to meet our schedule. Service was efficient, professional and no issues end to end. The surprising extra perk was the referral to International Van Lines for movers who offered a deep moving discount using the Sherpa referral. That saved us a lot of money! I would definitely use Sherpa again.

I had a car with a blown engine and had to ship it from Driftwood, Texas to Deerfield Beach, Florida to get it repaired. The window for someone to pick up the contract was eight days and they picked it up in six days. It was one of those big transports with 10 cars on it and ours was the last one to go on. The driver texted us 40 minutes before he was gonna show up. He was a really nice guy. The engine had problems and we didn't want it to be started and stopped too many times. He told us that he would locate it on the truck at his next stop where it would only have to be started that one time other than the drop-off point. He did that and it was a successful transport. He was fantastic. From our experience, Sherpa is dependable. We're happy and we're gonna use them to come back this way. The car is gonna be coming back in two months and I already have the contact at Sherpa to call them and schedule the pick-up.

I was moving from Texas to Pennsylvania and I didn't wanna do the drive. I looked into four companies and Sherpa gave me the most straightforward explanation of how things would work and what they would cost. They put the bid on who accepts it and I didn't necessarily want the lowest bid to win in transporting my vehicle. It was a little scary for me in terms of I've never done it before so, my expectation on how it worked didn't exist. I asked a lot of detailed questions and the customer service reps answered them all. But sometimes, there was a language barrier in terms of the person I was talking to. And it was a little hard to communicate. I got a phone call just before the pick-up time telling me when they were gonna pick up the vehicle and where to meet. And we did it. I got the same call on the reverse side to pick them up and they brought the vehicle within a five-minute walk of my house. And I picked it up.

Scheduling transport with Sherpa was easy. Their customer service was fine, too. I wanted to move a car from one house to another. The pick-up was in Maryland and delivery was in Utah. The transport process was exactly what I contracted for. However, the driver who showed up could not speak any English and it was a little disconcerting for me.

I had two great experiences with Sherpa. I also recommended them to my daughter. She needs a car from Michigan to Tulsa, Oklahoma. They do everything on time and they keep in touch. Both drivers were great and we were happy. Sent me a map of where they would be when they delivered it. It was perfect. Their customer service was great, too. I called the 800 number. The first time, it was a lady. The second time, it was a guy. They were both very polite and efficient. They sent me emails back and forth right away.

The guy picked up the car and then I left it with my friend's house so that it was in a secure place. The delivery was supposed to be on the 10th, but it came on the 9th. Everything for me was excellent. Sherpa is trustworthy and honest. They keep their promise. They are good people. It was a very good experience. I already referred them to other people to use Sherpa.

My car broke down in Idaho. I took it to a garage and they told me that it would take 30 days. I couldn't afford to stay there for 30 days. So, I did some research online and Sherpa came out on top. There were a lot of reviews on it. I checked out several transport companies, and they stood out. So, I chose them. I did not know Sherpa until I needed a transport company. I wasn't even sure how the process worked. So, they explained it to me. I wondered why I was getting all these calls from everybody. There is a broker and then they contract with the closest transport company, and it's a beautiful system. I'm impressed.

I was very satisfied with Sherpa's service. The driver was a really nice guy. He came with the car, dropped it, and drove it on in the door. He pulled a few feet from my door. Everything was good.

Sherpa helped me to get a contract with East West Transport for moving my car from Austin, Texas to Burlington, VT. After a surprise earlier than expected call from the assigned driver, we managed to have a friend drop off my car (I was already on the road north). Calo the driver got my car to me in Vermont a day earlier than expected! He was a delightfully positive young man; my car arrived without a scratch; and there were no surprise charges. All in all, a good experience. A couple of other companies seemed suspect and unreliable (multiple phone calls; different prices quoted, etc). Sherpa put me in good hands.

Black Mustang and Sherpa did a great job moving my 4 cars from Port Orange Florida to Sedona AZ. They arrived quickly. Alex the driver was excellent!!! I’m going to use them again next month for the last car I need to have shipped. Cars arrived in perfect condition. Not a mark on them.

I felt there was very good communication throughout the process and that my vehicle was in good hands. The timeframe to deliver to the final destination exceeded my expectations. Sherpa was an initially a little challenging on the pickup and the carrier cancelled due to problems with their truck. They finally picked up all 3 vehicles and they arrived within 24 hours. The driver, Leonard, was wonderful. He helped get each vehicle up in the Hollywood Hills and was the best carrier I’ve ever dealt with.

I moved from New Jersey to Utah and the carrier service that I was recommended let me down. I chose Sherpa to help me get my car to Utah from New Jersey and they were the one that helped me out. The pick-up and delivery went flawlessly and all my questions were answered. They were in contact with me once they picked up the vehicle, then they called me when the vehicle was closed. But I was following the vehicle because I had a tracking device through my insurance in the car. They gave me a quote originally because they were going to deliver over Memorial Day weekend. And when they delivered afterwards because told them that I didn't need it delivered over Memorial Day weekend, they reduced the quote. So, they were very reasonable and fair.

I looked at three transport companies. It just took a few weeks to decide, and Sherpa seemed to be the best. They kept in contact with me. It was the first time I had a vehicle transported, and as far as I can see, it seemed to be a fair price as well. I wish it’d been only 10% of the whole quote, but other than that, it was competitive. If I had a negative comment, it was just the guy who came here couldn't speak any English. So, I had trouble getting him to understand what to do, where to drop off the vehicle, and how to turn it around.

My Honda CRV went from South Carolina to Minnesota. I don't like to pay that much, but Sherpa's quote was fair. I sent the car to my daughter who's 22, and the driver was close to the same age. Sometimes we get images in our head of gruff, old truck drivers, but this driver was the sweetest, nicest young man. He dropped me back at my house, so I had to take the car down a little ways because it's my street. He was so cute. When he left my house, he honked and waved. It was like if I had a son, it would have been my son leaving. I felt really comfortable having him being the one to meet up with my 22-year-old daughter. He was amazing, and I felt like everything would be just fine with him. My daughter thought the same thing. They met him at a Walmart as well as I did, because it's easier in a big parking lot, and it went totally smoothly.

I have two vehicles and my wife and I drove one, and we shipped the other. The quote wasn’t the highest but I didn’t trust the lowest one. It was right there in the middle. Sherpa took care of me on the other side because I wasn't there to help load. I had to rely on my family, so they were good with that. The guy knew his equipment and he had it ready for the download by the time he got to me. So, either it was already at the end or he prepped it before he got there so I didn't have to wait a long time for it to get downloaded. The vehicle was supposed to be there on Saturday and I got it on Wednesday. The guy showed up four days early so that was awesome. A certain day was fine, but when they called to say they were early, it was perfect. I would have liked to go cheaper. Sherpa got other cars on there so it was not like my one car is going the whole distance and that's all they get for pay. But gas prices are up there as well as tolls and the truckers.

Sherpa communication is excellent and the whole process went very smoothly. I am very satisfied from the initial quote through the final delivery. The quote is the quote! There is no bait and switch on the pricing and every team member has been very cordial and responsive. Already set up for another transport with Sherpa!

I was arranging a car transport service for a neighbor who was moving from Washington State to Tennessee. It was for an Audi and we chose to get an open service with Sherpa. It was not hard to use. We had to do the contract stuff online, and the quote was clear and reasonable. But they gave us an estimate of the time when they would be picking up and it was very far off. They estimated between 2:00 and 5:00. And they got there at 7:00 at night. So that was problematic because I had a dinner planned but I had to cancel my plan in order to wait for this truck to come.

I spoke a couple times to representatives at Sherpa and they sounded legit and professional. Then, I got a couple of quotes from different companies and theirs was a little bit less than the others. The quote was reasonable. The reps were nice and responsive. They picked up the phone right away and there was never a time when I couldn't get ahold of them. The dates they gave me were correct for pick-up and delivery. The driver was supposed to come between 11:00 and 2:00, and he called me at 8:00, which was totally fine. So, I met him at 8:30 in front of my building. The car looked fine. We did the paperwork and I gave him the remainder of the money that I owed for delivery. It's scary to have your car sent from the East Coast to the West Coast across the country but I felt very comfortable and satisfied with Sherpa’s work.

Booked a car transport from Charlotte to Fort Worth, the date range for the transport was July 14th to the 17th. The customer service person and I specifically agreed to start the window on the 14th as I had plans for the 13th. On the afternoon of 13th I received an e-mail introducing me to Cowboy Transport, the e-mail said they would be in contact in approximately 12hrs. Two hours later I received a phone call from Cowboy saying they would be picking up my car in 30-45min. One problem, I was out to dinner. I had to ask my 70yr old father go to my house and drive the car about 2 miles away to meet the transport. The driver offered to drive my Dad back, but let’s just say it was clear the driver had been on the road for a few days. Thus, my Dad had to walk back in 90 degree heat plus humidity.

I like the price lock guarantee with Sherpa. Most of the process was online then they had a follow-up call to answer questions and I responded to the email they sent to book the transport. The delivery was painless and faster than I expected.

I was 100% pleased with the way the pricing worked. When I first called Sherpa, they told me it'd be $550. I got the impression that they don't have their own drivers. The drivers are independent contractors. The first quote they got was from somebody local then he said he couldn't do it. By the time I ended up, it was almost $900. I wasn't happy about it, but I understood. It was a complicated delivery and the female that I spoke to was working very hard on my behalf. It took them a while to find an individual that would drive it all the way to Virginia and back. Once they did, the person was very pleasant. She did a good job communicating with me and took the truck exactly where I asked her to take it. It was the only car in this lady's truck.

If you have a vehicle you really care about, contract with Sherpa Auto Transport. They were reasonably priced and work with high quality transporters and delivery was faster than I expected all the way from AZ to WI. I will be using their services again to ship my last vehicle when my house sells.

My experience with Sherpa was easy. They had good phone support and they were easy to deal with. The driver was great also. I met with them at a Home Depot for the pickup and same on the other end, my son met them at a big, large parking lot. Getting them in a residential area is not easy.

When we were relocating to Colorado from California, I was referred by my daughter to Sherpa. My daughter picked up the vehicle and had to drive a block and a half to get it. Everything was fine and I would use Sherpa again.

My father was getting rid of his truck and offered it to me. We needed to ship it from Texas up Washington where I live, and Sherpa was the cheapest way to do it. I called them directly and the rep, Tiffany, explained that sometimes when people bid on it, they're just bidding for one way so the number that you see is one way. She explained that with Sherpa there are no additional fees. She also explained that most of them are brokers. Sherpa seemed the most transparent about their fees or how much the total would be. During the pick-up of the vehicle, my dad received a call and the driver wanted to come at 11:30 at night. He told the driver no so he came the next morning, which worked better for my dad's schedule. The guy was nice. For the delivery, I received a call then half an hour later, the guy showed up at my door. I live on a pretty wide residential street, but he parked on the major street, brought the car and it was right there.

I decided to go with Sherpa based off of their reviews and the timeliness of their routes from Illinois to Texas. Their customer service reps were very good and very supportive. There were no issues with the move for our car from Illinois to Texas. The quote was about average from what other companies would have offered for the same route. The transport took three days from beginning to end. Expectation was five days, so it did meet our timeline. The car had no damages.

I was moving my car to Seattle and I called multiple transporters and I felt comfortable talking to Sherpa. They were detailed and patient enough to walk me through the process. I felt reassured that they were not just trying to pull a fast one. Also, the quote was pretty competitive compared to the research I did. I would highly recommend Sherpa.

After speaking to Sherpa Auto Transport, they said that they are not the company that changes the price on you. I heard a lot of other companies don't pick up cars or try to extort money out of you when they pick up the car. Sherpa said they do not work like that and they explained everything. So, I decided to go with them. I priced one other place. They were comparable. They were right in line from other Facebook groups that I had seen what people paid. It was fair. We met the driver on both ends because it was too tight for the truck to come to pick up in Colorado and I thought that my street would be tight. It's rare to find a company that does what they say.

This was the first time I planned to use an auto shipping company for shipping my vehicle in the US. I contacted several different shipping companies, which was a total disappointment, to say the least. The guys at Sherpa are awesome! They did exactly what they promised me. They showed up on time and delivered the car on time with no damaged or extra charges. I strongly recommend them so don't waste your time with any other shipping companies. Alex is a great person to deal with - he made the process easy and did not charge anything different than what he quoted.

Process was smooth, communication could be a little better with pick up and drop off windows. Final delivery was done by another company which I wasn’t aware of until they called to confirm a drop off time. Again this company overall was great and I will be using them again in the near future.

This was a very good experience from beginning to end. I was very concerned about transporting my new car. From the first call to delivery, everything was just excellent. The carrier was on schedule, and my car arrived in good condition. The driver was courteous and efficient. All of my verbal and written contacts with Sherpa Auto Transport were handled efficiently and politely. I would definitely recommend Sherpa Auto Transport to anyone wishing to transport a car.

I needed my car shipped temporarily to North Carolina. It looked like there was some good stuff about Sherpa, so I called and it worked out. Setting up the transport was really easy. My niece was receiving the car in North Carolina and I had to ship that check to her. I got quick responses. They said no, "Just drop off the state at the end of the check." When the guy picked up my vehicle at my house, it was odd because he just walked up and I didn't see anything. He had parked right on the side road and I saw it. My husband and I were like, "Oh, okay. He showed up." He took very detailed pictures. So, it was perfect. The car got from point A to point B with no issues.

I was transferring a car from my grandpa to myself, and I saw Sherpa on Forbes as one of the top transfer companies. Setting up the transport was outstanding, very straightforward and transparent. Customer support was really good. The rep, Marvin, had an open line and let me call him whenever I needed to. The car was picked up in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and dropped off in South Carolina. They picked it up on that Thursday, and the guy they contracted with was great. He let me text him whenever I needed to, and he was very straightforward. And he got to South Carolina in about two days so I was worried he wasn't sleeping too much. They were very meticulous about the car. And that was one of the worries I had going into it. And there were no scratch marks, and it looked just as good as when we had it picked up.

Sherpa Auto Transport walked me through because I've never done that before, and it was very easy. They picked the car up that same day. They happened to have a driver in the area. However, I had to drive the car off the top rack, which surprised me a bit. He made sure I didn't go off the rails. Maybe he didn't know how to start it because it was an older car. He said, "You're gonna have to drive it off." That was a little different. But the car was perfect.

I was scouting for rates online and got several quotes and multiple text messages from different companies. When Sherpa called, I listened to what they had to say and I am glad I did. They were very forthright with the process and gave specific details on everything. I was notified everyday of the status and on the 4th day, the pick up was scheduled and it still was within the 5 day window promised. I got my car within 3 days and was very pleased. This company is trustworthy and the employees are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

I would 100% recommend Sherpa. We shipped two sedans with them and the experience was super smooth. The whole process was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable that our cars were in good hands. We were excited about the cost because we had gotten a quote from another company that was on the higher end, and we got another quote from another company that was so low that we were hesitant to even look further into it. If it's too cheap, it's too good to be true. But Sherpa was right in the middle and that was exactly what we were looking for.

Sherpa was wonderful. Everything was exactly as advertised and it made it very easy for us. I had them ship a Subaru Ascent, and I was happy with what I paid. It worked well. Sherpa is a great company. I really enjoyed working with them.

I booked with Sherpa to move a car from Northern OR to Seattle. They finally gave me a Mon - Fri 5 day window. They promised that I would be notified the night before the pick up with a 2 hour window the following day. M, T, W nothing. I called, waited on hold and was finally disconnected saying there is no one to talk to. Emailed them, nothing but canned emails. Friday, the final day of the 5 day window I get a text saying pick up was between 1:30 and 2:00. I was in a meeting until 1:00 and I finally saw the email at 1:05. I scrambled and spoke with the actual carrier, Alpine Trucking, who worked with me. The car go picked up. I requested a $200 refund because they didn't do what they said they would do and they dismissed me out of hand. Gave them a 1 because there is no zero rating.

I had a good experience with Sherpa in 2020, shipping a car from Florida to Montana, to Bozeman. The company was reliable. They picked up the car when they said they would and when I met with the particular drivers, they were solid guys. I developed a lot of confidence and entrusted him with my car. Four years later, the same car was going to Bozeman from Florida and I called Sherpa. Again, they picked it up on time and lo and behold, it was the same drivers that drove four years prior. I was very happy. The car arrived on time and I didn't see any damage to the vehicle. It picked up dirt along the way though because it's an outside carrier. Some of my friends had problems with the largest carrier going East and West. So, I volunteered Sherpa's name. I don't know who they used but I would have used Sherpa.

When I had my car shipped to Georgia, I looked at three different companies and went with Sherpa. They have a lot of 5-star reviews plus their price is reasonable. They contacted me and let me know all the information I needed. They were available if I needed to contact them. Some friends received my car and it went very smoothly. I would use Sherpa again.

We used Sherpa when we shipped a Nissan Rogue for our son who was moving from Dallas to Boston. I like the customer service of the agent that I spoke with. She was very willing to help. The driver called and we met him in the parking lot of a mall. By the time we got there, he already had the car off the truck and ready to go. We paid him and we were on our way. The experience was very professional and easy. I'd use Sherpa again if I had to.

I had my brother's car in California transported over to me in New Jersey through Sherpa. Scheduling was very smooth. It was a very quick call. Texting was very good communication even on weekends and evenings. I had the driver's cellphone number and could either text him or call him to figure out where the car was and when I could pick it up. The transport took faster than I expected by at least 24 hours. I couldn't speak more highly of them.

A friend told us about Sherpa four years ago, and we've been using them ever since. They're the broker for other shippers, and I don't think we've ever gone to the same mover any time. It's always been some new one, and they worked off the date that we needed them. We have moved cars from California to Houston a couple times, and Houston to Pennsylvania, and then Pennsylvania to California.

We used Sherpa Auto to move our Mercedes and our Camry from the West Coast to the East Coast. We saw their company online and contacted them via phone. The person on the customer line was very helpful. Our vehicles were picked up from our door and the guy was very nice. He gave us all the information we needed. They delivered the cars earlier than we had anticipated which was wonderful. There were no hidden fees. And our cars came in the same condition they were in when we handed them over to them.

It took a while to find an available transport vehicle due to the holiday weekend. But it worked out almost too well, as the transporter got to our destination before we did. We had to have a relative pick up the vehicle at a neighborhood store parking lot. They called me to pay the entire balance, and used Zelle to do so! All went well, and they were extremely efficient! The only thing we did not receive upon pickup was Any paperwork — no bill of lacing was given to us. But it worked out well, vehicle was in same condition as when it left, and it all worked out well.

They were on time, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them. Don't waste your time with the other companies that offer this service. I tried them and they didn't perform well at all. They left me hanging. They also delivered my vehicle a day sooner than was scheduled. They are easy to work with.

We needed to ship my son's car from Portland, Oregon to Peoria, Illinois. Sherpa came in at the best price and after getting quotes from other companies, I went back to them and told them I was hiring them. They said the price had gone up a little bit, but they said they'd stick with their original quote. They delivered the car in a timely manner and we didn't have any problems. The transport took three days and the communication with the driver was super easy. He couldn't drive into our neighborhood, so my husband had to meet him somewhere where there was a big parking lot, which they were able to coordinate.

Their customer service rep was very professional, plus, the quote was decent and did not change in the end. That was my daughter's car and she's in California. They delivered it to her on time.

Setting up the transport was very good. I received quick responses and Sherpa’s reps promised they'd have the transport initially set up. They emailed me throughout the process. So, I was very happy with everything. I was given a couple of meeting place options for the pickup and the driver was there at exactly the time he stated he would be there. So, it was very well put together. We took pictures beforehand and so did the driver. He filled out a bill of lading and I sent a copy of that to my son. The car was delivered right in front of my son’s house and it arrived in the same condition that it departed New York. If people need to transport a vehicle long distance, Sherpa is a very reliable company to deal with. They quoted me a price and that was exactly what I paid. They had stated that if, for some reason, there was a bump in the price, they would cover a $300 additional fee. But that was never an issue.

The rep was available by text message and that was helpful. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and put me at ease to use Sherpa's services. It was quick to get everything set up. They emailed me in regards to the company that was transporting my vehicle and I got a text a couple of days before letting me know that they were coming. We used Sherpa to ship 2 vehicles from Naples FL to Madison WI several weeks apart. Both carriers assigned were great and communication was good between Sherpa and the carriers. The first car was assigned very quickly. The second car was assigned last day of window but Sherpa made it happen.

Sherpa Auto Transport's driver was very good. He was in complete contact with me up until he came to pick up the car. I was only down the street at a recreation facility, so I brought the car to him, and he said, “I'll give you a ride back there. You don't have to call somebody.” He took my car and dropped me back off, went back and put the car on the lift. It was very nice. The quote was $100 less than what I paid in January. I'm hoping next time, it would be even lower.

Plus, I was impressed with the straightforward means of communication.

Great Experience. Before signing up, I checked the reviews online and most of them were positive, so I call Sherpa and initially spoke with Kendra. She was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price quote I received online was the price they charged and I also received a $50 rebate after the car was delivered. After signing up, it took about 4 days for them to secure a transport co. (Royal Auto Transport) and Christian called me to set up the pickup day/time. He showed up as scheduled and took good care of loading my car. It was delivered a couple days later, again as scheduled and he even drove it to our work parking lot. From start to finish it took a little over week which was great. I would highly recommend Sherpa if you are in need of auto transport services. They are honest and kept their word on everything they told me.

I shipped a car from New York to Albuquerque, New Mexico thru Sherpa. The transport took three days and you can follow it along because they were very clear on the status of the delivery. I wish the price was lower but it went down from the first quote given to me. Sherpa was very good to deal with. Their reps were really nice and answered questions. What they said, they did and I would recommend them. You might be able to get a lower fee from another company, but you want to make sure that your car is in good shape when it gets to where you're going.

Sherpa gave me the best option for what I needed and was very upfront with me. I told them what my concerns were and they held to that. They told me everything that I should do and that I should pay by cash or certified check. I had to give them $250 and pay the rest to the driver when he got there. When I got ready to give the driver the money, he called his boss and gave her to me. She said I was going to need to pay $750 instead of $625. I told her I was quoted a price and that was all I was gonna pay. She called Sherpa back and Sherpa stuck up for me.

My second time using Sherpa. Carrier did a good job and delivered the car early. Only item to improve is giving us more notice of pickup and delivery times. I consider that more of an issue with the carrier, not Sherpa. The BOL site that allowed us to monitor the location of the truck was great but indicated a delivery date of May 3. On April 3 I got a call saying the car was being delivered that very day. All said we’re still pleased.

The price quoted by Sherpa was excellent. The delivery of the vehicle went great. They stayed right up with me, called me, and let me know there were a couple of little hiccups, but it didn't bother me because I wasn't working on a time frame. They also locked in a price, it didn't change, and then they had this carrier that bailed out on them. But they found another carrier that was less money.

I got the quote from Sherpa and it was right around the industry standard. It was very fair and reasonable. They weren't charging anything crazy high extra or gouging $300. It was 1,600 to bring it from California to Florida so it wasn't anything ridiculously cheaper or even more expensive, but I paid for the "peace of mind" of knowing it's gonna get here reliably. And when it gets here, I'm not gonna get some crazy markup or some tow truck driver trying to hold my car hostage, which I've read it can happen with other companies. The customer service rep was professional and straight to the point.

Setting everything up with Sherpa went smoothly. I spoke to a woman and she gave me several alternatives. I wanted to close the window a little, but I wanted to get around a specific date. So, I paid a little extra money to get that specific date. During the pickup, the guy called and he said to meet in walking distance of my house on an avenue. He was on time, friendly, and courteous. I was frightened at first but when I went through the process, everything worked out all right and I plan on using Sherpa again.

Sherpa was excellent. I had scheduled the transport but we had a snafu and I had to unschedule it. Instead of charging me $300, they charged me $50. The communication was very good and accurate. They did their best to work with my situation. The driver was accessible on his cellphone so that was a plus. He asked that we meet him a little ways from the house, which wasn't ideal, but we understood given where we lived. However, he should have gone over the car with me a little harder. Also, some companies have trip locators, and that would be a nice feature.

This is the 4th year using Sherpa and I could not be happier with them. They provide a 5-day pick-up date but I have yet to wait the whole 5 days. Last Sunday I called to get a quote, and by Tuesday, the car was picked up and by Thursday my son's car shipped from NC to RI! They are quick to get shipments completed and their communication throughout the whole process is incredible. The drivers are also awesome, I was constantly getting updates from them. Don't be fooled by other transportation companies, they will give you an estimate a lot lower but will result in a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with the other companies, Sherpa is honestly the best for your transportation needs.

My experience with Sherpa was awesome. I had them ship a 2007 Honda Pilot from the West Coast to the East Coast. The quote was very fair because I had shipped a pickup from the West Coast to the East Coast 12 years ago, and the price was very little over what I paid then. I had two different drivers. Both of them were very nice. I lived on a residential street and the driver with the large vehicle carrier got a block and a half away, so it was easy to take my vehicle there for him to load. And when my vehicle got to New Jersey, the driver had transferred it to a smaller carrier and he took my vehicle right to the front of my house. So, it was excellent service.

I researched about 10 or so transporters for my vehicle. I needed a classic car shipped from NC to NY. Sherpa was one of the top transport companies I came across while doing my research. As anyone should be, I was skeptical as I had never done this type of blind transaction. After talking to a Rep, I decided to book with SHERPA. I will say that I am 1000000% satisfied. Everything was up front. No hidden gimmicks or fees. They picked up and delivered my vehicle in the time frame they said they would. My car was delivered with no issues WHATSOEVER. I may never need another Auto transport. If I ever did, I would definitely use SHERPA again. Hats off to you guys.

In fact, the shipment from Kansas came in ahead of schedule, which worked out really well for me. The driver they had hired was very professional, and we worked with him to get the car offloaded.

People get leery when they get a transporter they don't know anything about, and they read a bit about them. My experience with Sherpa was absolutely positive. I called them, and they contacted me right away. The communication was good, and they gave me a quote and a time frame as to when I could expect the carrier to pick up the car and deliver it. They also gave numbers to call if I wanted to find out where the transporter was. I have no complaints whatsoever. I even got an extra bonus because I contracted for open car transporter, and when the person came, it was a closed one and they didn't charge me any more. The driver was very personable. He communicated and delivered the car when he was supposed to. It took four days. I wasn't at the receiving end because I hadn't left my house yet, but I had people waiting there to meet him. The car arrived undamaged and everything was perfect.

Sherpa's customer service was very good. We got people right away that weren't on hold, and they answered our questions and contacted us back promptly. We had an agreed upon window when we wanted the car picked up and the day before, we got the call saying, “We've got a carrier for you, and they'll be there tomorrow.” That was within our window, and we were prepared for that. My daughter also said everything was very fine on their end.

Sherpa's website seemed to be pretty easy to use and once I used it, I got a call quickly. The drop down menu seemed to be very simple and straightforward. They nailed down the price and I was happy to see that there weren't going to be any hidden costs. There were some people that were a little lower, but there was the ambiguity and the possibility that it could be higher. So I was very satisfied with the price and the lock-in.

When they picked up my vehicle, it was very straightforward. They took pictures, made sure everything loaded up and was good. In terms of when it arrived, my relative said they dropped it off right in front of the gated community that I was moving to. The vehicle was just a little dirty, obviously, going across the whole country. But in terms of everything else, it was fine. They delivered in the estimated time frame. The quote was also fairly priced in comparison to the other ones that I was looking around for. And also for the time frame that it was going to be delivered within.

I called them and scheduled the transport, then everything was sent out through email communication. They were very responsive when they were not able to find a carrier, and I requested them to find an alternate carrier to make sure that I get the delivery by the required time. They had a good response to that and acted upon my request. The delivery went well, and my SUV was in good condition. The final cost was also within my budget and that helped me. Overall, I was very happy with the service. I also recommended Sherpa for one of my other colleagues, and he took that service as well.

My son actually helped do it because I wasn't here. I was told what day they were gonna be here. It was across the country and they left on a certain day and got here another day. Sherpa walked me through their process and it was straightforward. They didn't need payment upfront unlike some others. They were also easy to communicate with. My car came on the date that I was expecting and there was a lot of contact with the dispatcher as well as the driver of the rig. The guy went above and beyond and cleaned the windshield as he was getting the car.

The company that was picking up the first time to take the vehicle from San Jose back to Dallas was a scam. The guy tried to harass me for an extra $150 in cash for no reason at all. In fact, I'd asked if we could put a bean bag in the back and he used the bean bag as an excuse for charging me an extra $150. I said, "Well, I'll take the bean bag out." He said, "It doesn't matter. I'm still gonna charge you an extra $150 and it has to be cash. It has to be right now." I told him no, and he ended up leaving, which left me stranded. Luckily, Sherpa helped me get a new pick-up driver the next day.

The brokerage system is rife with corruption but Sherpa was straightforward and delivered on their work. Their price promise locked me into them. They ended up doing the transport in an enclosed transport. If I shipped this month, it would have been much cheaper than the month I was doing it. Prices were extremely high right then. They ended up paying a little bit more to get it shipped. I was happy with what happened and would recommend them.

Quote and booking/ confirmation process was very easy. Scheduling was a bit challenging, but Viktor was amazing and delivered my car quickly (a day early even!). Car was in exactly the same condition when delivered as it was when it was loaded across the country. Would definitely use the service again.

Sherpa Auto Transport's reps were very thorough and helpful. We've shipped our car this route a number of times. I prefer to see the car go on the auto hauler. I know it goes on and off because of the cars, but at least I know it's on its way. This time they sent an auto hauler with a pickup truck and a trailer. Picked it up and took it to a yard. And the company that accepted the job put it on an auto hauler and took it. I wasn't aware that that was how they do it for the particular auto hauler they use, by Los Angeles where we live.

The driver was a really nice guy. He kept us in contact of where he was and what was happening. He worked well in coordinating. We were not here when he dropped off the car, but he worked well, coordinating with our Realtor to get the car dropped off and put in the garage. It was here when we got here the next day. So it was very good. He was very good with everything. The price I paid was more than I would have liked, but it was in line with what a lot of the other companies were talking about. The quality of service was very good.

We had two cars we transported through Sherpa, and they handled everything I needed. It was a one-stop shop. They gave me a window of pick up and delivery, so I knew what to expect on both ends. That was reassuring to know. They were able to get to the front door on both places. As far as the delivery of the second one, we had to go out to meet the driver. He didn't wanna come down the side street, which was completely accessible. We had to walk a couple hundred yards to meet him out and pick up the vehicle.

Somebody from Sherpa called me, and they were really helpful. I had contact through texting and email, and they helped walk me through the paperwork that I needed to get and the delivery. It really went a lot smoother than I expected it. So, I was really happy with them. The price was exactly what they gave me. It was what I expected. They were gonna directly bring the car to me. The bad part is, I live off in the country in a gravel. The driver contacted me when he was on his way. So, I was able to text him and we agreed to meet in town which would have been easier for both of us. So, that worked out well. I would recommend Sherpa. Their reps always got back to me and they were easy to get ahold of.

Setting up the transport was a fairly easy process. I was able to get a rep on the phone and go back and forth with them, and finally, got the deal done. They were scheduled for four days, but they did it in a day and a half. The carrier that they used was awesome. We lived in a pretty tight area. So the driver parked around the corner. I was talking to the guy at their home base and he had me meet the driver who was walking around the street. I met him and gave him the keys and we did an inspection of the vehicle and he was off.

I was moving a car from my house to a shop, and I went on Sherpa's website, trying to set some of it up, but it was easier to talk to a person. The rep was easy to talk to and seemed to know what he was talking about. The driver did good as well. He got the car there all in one piece and no problems. I was there during the pick-up on the first shipment, and the delivery on the second shipment 'cause I shipped the car back. I'd recommend Sherpa. Their quote was right there with everyone else's, and it worked out for me.

It was an easy process from start to end, from the time I picked up the phone and I called the customer service person. She was super helpful and gave me the ins and the outs about car transporting because I had no idea what that looked like. So, she gave me how it would go, and it went according to plan. Sherpa Auto Transport gave me a six-day window to pick the car up, and the dealership where I bought the car in Philadelphia said the car was picked up on a Wednesday afternoon. I got pictures of the car being loaded. It was an 80-foot enclosed transporter. It went seamless from what I heard from the dealership.

The transport of my vehicle was good. It was from San Diego to Kissimmee, Florida and they took four days.

This was a great company to work with. The price they quoted was the price I paid. No surprises! They communicated regularly so I knew what was going on. The only snag and really, in a way, it was good. I got an email saying the car would be picked up within two days. About 20 minutes later, I got a call from the driver saying he was 20 minutes away. Needless to say, there was some hustling being done on our end. But, it was all good.
