I had to move a car from Florida to Wisconsin. I chose to go with Sherpa mainly because of the good ratings and comments from people out there who said that some of the other companies, when they delivered the car, wanted more money. That was a little scary.

We used Sherpa because my daughter was moving, and we had a great experience with them. They were lovely. And everything went smoothly. And we chose to use them because the people were saying good things about them in the reviews. And then on top of that, their pricing was a little bit better. And I like that they would put up $300 of their own when they do the bidding.  And they said it’s 90% chance that it will be that price.

I liked the consistency of Sherpa every time I contacted them. Their customer service was great. The driver was great too and I had no worries. Everything went very smoothly.

I interviewed five transporters then picked Sherpa. Customer service was okay, but the driver was excellent.

Sherpa was really good and affordable. I have a truck in North Carolina that my son doesn’t need anymore so it needed to come home. Sherpa had an online service and they were responsive. I needed to change my date and they were able to move it a little bit as I needed it which was wonderful. There was no charge for that too so it was helpful.

Sherpa Auto Transport was one of the transport companies that had good reviews, and was responsive in getting back to me when I was out for quotes. Their representative even worked to modify Sherpa’s quote to get closer to the lower one that I had received from a competitor. They then scheduled the pickup. It was a little bit hard getting an update from the driver particularly on the initial pickup schedule and delivery time. He ended up being late, but it all worked out. They provided me phone numbers and I was able to contact him and reasonably get updates.

I bought a 1974 Ford F-250 Tampa Special from my nephew in Portland, Oregon, and needed it hauled to Alabama. The truck is 50 years old, so we want to keep it in the family for a little while. I googled transport services, and Sherpa Auto Transport was there and was rated good, so I called. I did most of the setup of the service over the telephone. The service was great. They did everything they said they would do. The lady I talked to was very nice and explained everything. I'd never done this before. I was a little leery, spending a couple of thousand dollars with somebody I’d never heard of, but it worked out fine.

I used Sherpa before. They did a good job and I liked their price. Then recently, I wanted to ship a car from Florida to Michigan. The reps immediately gave me a price and hooked it up. Overall, they’re a good company and I’d use them again.

We couldn't be happier with all aspects of having the car transported by Sherpa from East Coast to West Coast. It was very straightforward. Contacted via the phone and walked through the process. It was a challenge for them because at the time, we didn't have our house on the market, so we couldn't give them a specific date, but they were able to lock in a period for us, and they were able to answer all my questions. And as it worked out, the house sold faster, the timeline for moving accelerated more than we expected, and when I called back, they immediately found a transport company to pick up the vehicle, so they were very accommodating. The coordination with the driver as far as where to pick up and where to deliver the car was great. In both instances it wasn't conducive to having a large truck come into a residential area, and we were able to coordinate a nearby location.

Setting up the transport with Sherpa went very good. The quote they provided was fine and accurate. I’ve referred three people already.

The customer service with Sherpa was very good. They always kept me informed. I chose them because it was easy to schedule and I was happy with how our first experience went. The car was fine and the driver was very personable and professional.

My experience with Sherpa was okay. They did what they said they were gonna do. I used them because I bought a car from out of state. And I chose them because of their ratings, and I felt like they were the best.

I looked for Sherpa online. Their customer service is great and very professional. The quote they provided was as expected. It was perfect. The pickup and delivery was really fast and the interaction with the drivers was great.

I had purchased a Jaguar XKR convertible on the East Coast and needed to get it into Wisconsin. We did an enclosed transport. The rep was very thorough. He followed the script. He went through everything. It was very professional. I gave him a number that I was looking to hit and they were able to hit it. So, I was very happy. Their Price Lock Promise is always good. It's nice to know that you're not going to pay any more than what they said. I was in the trucking business, so I understand that sometimes if you want get it done, you may have to pay a little more.

Sherpa Auto Transport’s service was good. The representative was friendly and easy to negotiate with. And they did the transport fast. I expected they would use one week, but they only used about six days. And the vehicle arrived in condition. There was nothing to worry about. So, if I need to relocate, I will definitely use Sherpa again.

We had a great experience with Sherpa. We went with them since they had the ability to transport our Jeep Wrangler in the time frame and price we wanted. Their customer service was great, and they had a good driver. It took a little while to get the driver pass. But he was really courteous, easy to deal with, and very professional on both ends. We loved that he was quick. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The only thing that was a little unsettling was we still had to pay at the end after paying for everything upfront. They went back and forth with the price in how they arrange to get a carrier. Besides that, everything was fine.

I went with Sherpa because, reading the reviews, everybody seemed to like them. When I contacted them, they were very nice to talk to. It was easy setting up the transport, and they had good price. The driver was very pleasant all the way through. I called him because there were tornadoes en route, and he told me he’s safe. Sales was helpful and responsive. A minor communication error between sales and scheduling caused a little confusion, but was quickly resolved. I must say that so was worried at first about using Sherpa Auto Transport but after that fact that my car was transported safely and quickly!!! The price was unbelievable lower than other companies! Anytime I needed to speak to someone they were there to answer all of my concerns! I will tell everyone that Sherpa Auto Transport is the way to go. The quote that they give you is it! My experience with Sherpa was very good. I was going through a busy time and trying to coordinate everything with my daughter and my ex‑husband. There was a lot going on, but they were very patient. If I asked them to call me back in half an hour, the representative would call back.

Sherpa arranged transport of our truck from Amarillo, Texas to Cave Creek, Az. Sherpa picked up the truck on the requested day and delivered 2 days early! Agent I spoke with on the phone initially was upfront and transparent about the whole process and the exact cost. The car was picked up as scheduled and without incident. My husband chose Sherpa and he did most of the scheduling online. The only part that I did deal with personally was when they called to tell me that they would be picking it up, and then when they let us know that it was gonna be delivered.

They were not the cheapest, but I felt it was more important to get the car efficiently and in good order. When I called them, they seemed very professional and explained everything very clearly and kept me informed along the way.

I had to ship a VW Tiguan, and the quote they provided was reasonable. The delivery worked out just perfectly. The driver showed up on time when he said he was going to be there, and the car was in great shape.

Communication was really good. Sherpa was recommended to me by someone who had used the services before. There was a two-day delay with the driver getting here because he had an issue with his vehicle, which wasn't a problem for me, but the way that was communicated was well done. It was a smaller truck, could probably hold five vehicles, and he was able to pull in down the street a couple of hundred yards from where I live. The gentleman was great. He called me, I met him with the vehicle, we took pictures, and then he drove it and put it on the vehicle.

And the customer service representative was very professional, nice, and very friendly. And the quote they provided was fair. It was a very nice quote. And during the transport, the driver would send us updates. So, everything was great. We got good service.

My two vehicles were picked up within my pickup window by a phenomenal transport company. The man that hauled our cars was extremely professional and delivered our cars in original condition. Overall Sherpa's performance was excellent. They were easy to contact to resolve any problems, and keep me updated on progress. I was particularly impressed by their choice of the transport company...Optimum Transport LLC.. Knowing now how the system works, they chose a great carrier. We thankfully found Sherpa after having tried another logistic carrier that couldn't give us a set date, but a sliding date of a week, and we'd be informed a week prior. We never heard from them, and I called Sherpa. I’m in the military, and it was coming time for me to move. And so, I looked online. I was browsing for good and highly rated companies around me to ship vehicles, and Sherpa was rated really good. So, that’s why I decided to use them. And the representative I talked to, Ryan, did an amazing job.

I did a survey of the top three companies, and that’s why I went with Sherpa. The other two, especially one, kind of came across as a used car sales group and they talked down the competition. That sent some red flags up. I would rather hear a company talk about what they offer versus trying to just create some worry about the competition. A savvy consumer needs to listen closely, when I hear somebody disparage the competition, that actually doesn’t do them any favors.

Sherpa had guaranteed price and I was pleased with them. I feel like I got the runaround from the driver, but I did get my car, and everything was fine. It was just nerve-wracking when I was gonna get it. He could have narrowed it down a little better as to when my car was actually going to be delivered. But I have nothing but good to say about Sherpa, I told them that and I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

The sales rep from Sherpa was excellent. He was responsive, helpful and followed up with me when I asked him to. I had gotten one other quote, and Sherpa was higher, but when I went back to finalize things with the cheaper quote, they didn't respond to me. Overall, both pick-up and delivery were good, we just didn't get very much notice. I thought that we'd have 24 hours’ notice for the pickup, and I hadn't heard from him the night before, so I thought he wasn’t picking up. The next day, he called and said he’d be there in 20 minutes. So, it was a little last minutey, but otherwise, great. I had a very tight window, and they got it done in that window.

You can trust that Sherpa is gonna pick it up and deliver it on time. They did what they said they were gonna do at the price they quoted, so no complaints. I needed a transport from Arizona, none of the local companies would do it, so I went to the big guys and Sherpa came in at the lowest price. My son took delivery of it, and he's on a narrow street, so they had to meet at the Lowe's parking lot, and it all worked out fine. I'd use them again.

I checked a lot of options and looked at a lot of reviews. Some of them were half of the price of Sherpa,which was 450. But I was concerned about doing this. I went to the Better Business Bureau online and I saw that they had a very good rating and that’s why I went from that. The price was higher than any of the others but it was worth it.

I did the service with Sherpa online, but I had one problem. They said they would let me know 12 to 24 hours before the driver showed up and they didn't. The driver called me when he was already outside my house. So that was a little bit of a problem. He was super nice about it and gave me a few minutes to finish loading the car, so that wasn't horrible.

He brought the car earlier than expected. He was nice and very competent. The car was a little bit dirty when it arrived, but it was in great condition.

I have used Sherpa three times now and have recommended them to several friends. The quoted price is competitive and does not change, the carriers have proven to be excellent, even when severe weather proved a challenge, and communication is equally good. Sherpa will be used when my car is returned home.

We were very happy with our shipper from Sherpa who moved my Porsche Boxter from Pinehurst to Austin. We had a terrible experience with a different firm shipping the car north in the spring and were dreading the return trip. We were happily surprised. I was very happy with Sherpa and the contracted driver who delivered our car from Michigan to Arizona. Everyone was professional with good communication, and the car arrived more quickly than they thought it would. The experience couldn't have been better. If I ever had to transport a car again, I would definitely use Sherpa. Sherpa was awesome. I bought a truck out of Illinois, they gave me a competitive quote, and a three to five-day window. They quoted me 925 bucks, but they couldn't find the right people to get the truck, so they ended up eating 150 bucks out of the deal. So, they honored the quote and then they had to pay an extra 150 bucks just to make it all happen. I don't know if they even made any money off the whole thing. I could see where the truck was the whole time. He called an hour before, and then 30 minutes before, and then 10 minutes before, and then he pulled in the neighborhood. I met him, and he backed it right off and pulled it in the driveway.

The last transport service that I used ripped me off. I gave them a partial payment, and they never picked the vehicle up and never returned my money, so I decided to use a different company. With Sherpa, the big difference is that I received my vehicles and the services that I paid for. They met the timeline they gave me, and everything was fine. I have no complaints and am getting ready to use them again soon.
