They answer any questions promptly, and send you emails to keep you up-to-date on everything you need to know. I was confident in them. The Carrier was professional and polite as well. I was looking around to see where I could get a decent price on transportation of a vehicle from Wisconsin to Colorado, and Sherpa seems to be the most honest and transparent. They let you know how the whole system works, whether it's them or anybody else. Their prices were right in line with the people that put out the real prices. Sherpa really talk up a good story.

This was not the cheapest quote I received but I went with Sherpa based on the good reviews and ratings I read. I had a fair firm price quote and figured I would get conscientious service. It worked out great. The car was picked up in Florida on a Wednesday and delivered to Pennsylvania by Friday afternoon. The driver Sherpa provided was very professional at both ends and the car was delivered with no damage. I was very satisfied with Sherpa.

Sherpa's customer service team was very good. The timeline was spot on. The driver was very good about communication and he let me know exactly when he would be here and what to expect. Everything that they had lined up came about just as they said it would. That was good because we had never shipped a car before. Also, the cost was good compared to the others I had priced out. We would use Sherpa again. We had a very pleasant experience. Since we had no experience in shipping cars before, we really were surprised that it was so easy.

Sherpa kept me informed every day of their effort to find a carrier. It was only a matter of a couple days to find the carrier and the delivery time was better than expected. Would definitely use Sherpa again.

I would definitely use this company again. Customer service was awesome. When I was accidentally disconnected, the same person called me back immediately, and they were patient and explained the process completely. They were upfront and honest and the price that I was quoted, was the price that I paid, no up charges! Car was delivered quickly and on time, and the driver responded to every text that I sent him, he even took the time to discuss and look up drop off locations. We were very happy with the entire process.

After research of top carriers my key needs were established. On time door to door which included insurance. Everything thing was great and our car arrived exactly as planned from Long Beach to Denver.

Sherpa was able to get a driver, and got my car delivered in a quick time. The driver kept in contact with me. As a matter of fact, I moved the pickup a week earlier, and they were still able to get me. So, it was great working with them. I had no problem communicating with them. I was able to reach someone. I’m just trying right now to get my $100 rebate. They said somebody will be sending it out or contacting me this week for it.

Sherpa seemed to be the best value and the representative that I spoke to was super helpful and very nice and knowledgeable. As opposed to some of these other people I called that hung up on me when I told them I wasn't gonna use their service. During the pickup, the guy was running several hours late, but he got hung up in traffic. He was amazing once he got here. I felt very comfortable and secure in how knowledgeable he was and how much time and care he took. Then, on the receiving end, I heard he was just the same. The cost was a little high but I'd rather pay a little bit more and have peace of mind than go with something cheaper and then be worried the whole time.

We moved from WV to SC and moving is always stressful. This is at least my second experience with Sherpa and both were very good. The driver, Eldar, that transported my car was so patient, professional, friendly and very calming. I would recommend him and this company. I only wish I could let Eldar's supervisor know how amazing he was. Thank you.

I had my 2013 Honda Civic shipped from Alhambra, CA to San Antonio, TX. I had a week from when I requested the transport until I needed it done. Everything worked out smoothly! Very happy with this service.

We got a good response from Sherpa and their price was in the middle of what we were estimating. They gave us a timeframe and told us how the payment was going to work out. Upon delivery, the courier was able to accommodate where to meet. Going with Sherpa was a positive experience and the price reflected what we thought something like that would cost. The vehicle was taken care of.

We chose Sherpa after checking out several car transport companies from the ConsumerAffairs list. From the first phone call, where every step was explained in detail, to the actual delivery of our vehicle in our new home state, the process moved forward smoothly and in a timely manner. When we had questions, they were answered and explained -kindly. When we got a bit nervous, Sherpa representatives calmed us down - patiently. We are so pleased with how seamlessly (at least from our viewpoint) and worry-free everything occurred. Thanks Sherpa for making a very stressful move so much easier.

I had to move my vehicle from Los Angeles to Atlanta for a job and I used Sherpa because they had a locked-in price and they had good ratings online. My job got cut short, unfortunately, so I had to come back sooner than expected and I used them again to transport my car back. Then I got Coronavirus, so I had to push it back a week. But they were very helpful and they didn't make me feel stressed out at all when I explained my situation.

I needed the service to move my car twice, from Texas to California, and California to Texas. The first move was really good. The same happened when I sent the car from California to Texas back. The representatives were very easygoing. They were very open if I have changes. For example, if I couldn't return or deliver my car at the time when we set the contract, they were very flexible. The dispatcher called me two hours before arriving and we set a point and location in common. Then they told me they could drop off the car there one block away from my house. It was very easy. Overall, the cost was kind of high. But because of the quality, it was worth it.

I called on Saturday, made a appointment for pickup in Arkansas to have car dropped in Texas. The agent was there on Monday and car was delivered on Tuesday morning. Would not hesitate to use the company again.

My experience in shipping my daughter’s car from Rhode Island to California was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with at Sherpa gave me accurate and timely information. The quoted price never changed. He explained the whole process of how the shipping companies transport vehicles and things to consider. Like many, I scoured the web for an auto transport company and found Sherpa through a few automotive websites that I frequent. Their customer service was fantastic from the beginning, and follow through communications instilled confidence in me that my vehicle was in good hands. After securing transport, I had an unexpected change which they easily accommodated by rescheduling my pick up. The vehicle traveled from Boston, MA to Denver, CO without any issues or damage. I went out and looked at the different reviews that people had given for a bunch of shippers and compared them. Sherpa had more good reviews than bad reviews and they seemed to be in business longer than the others. And they didn't have a problem with me going VFR direct to them instead of through another shipping agent to get to them. I liked that better because I prefer to do that kind of business instead of having somebody talk to somebody for me when it's not necessary.

The person that I talked to was very informative. Sherpa gave me the number of the driver. The driver texted me and let me know when the vehicle would be in the area. He was in constant communication. He was very professional and really cool. The experience was really good. Everything went well. They were honest, and upfront about everything.

I was on Google looking for transport as I was moving from state to state. I read Sherpa's reviews and they got good ones. Their pricing was the best too. They texted me from when I first purchased and put the deposit down. The people got in touch with me, and then the Sherpa people got in touch with me too. I made all the reservations and my daughter handled everything. I thought they were picking the car up from my home. But I guess their transport couldn't fit down my street in North Carolina so my daughter had to drive my car to meet them which was close. Then it was a pain because she had to get her kids and her husband had to meet them to pick them up. Otherwise, the whole experience was very good and the follow-up was excellent. My car came out great.

We had people referring us to different places. One person wanted us to drive to LA and leave the car on the street. One person ghosted us. A family friend of ours recommended Sherpa and the second I spoke to them, they sent emails. It was wonderful customer service. The driver was excellent as well. It's good to know a company that is so reliable.

The dispatch was very good. The rep got back to me any time I called. He informed me of everything that was going on. So, I was happy with the dispatch. The driver was very friendly. I was satisfied with everything with Sherpa. They were helpful and they got the car delivered on time. It was supposed to be one night, but then it came for the next night. But they explained it to me and I was happy with the experience.

Sherpa was great. It was the easiest process. They came and picked my truck up. Then they got it there on the day that I arrived in Texas.

Sherpa was good. The cost was the highest bid I got, but it was so reasonable. I wasn't upset with it. My vehicle was picked up on time, they told me when they were going to drop it off and they were a little early. It was picked up within two days and they delivered it within two after that from Illinois to Massachusetts. So, it went well. They dropped it off at a strip mall kind of area. The driver did find that it was a difficult vehicle and he had problems with starting it to get it off the truck, and he did great with it. He had no problems. I had problems getting at home from there, but those were my issues.

I had a very good experience with Sherpa and everything was fine. I liked the driver. He kept me informed and it was right on time to pick up the vehicle and to deliver it. He did what he said what he was going to do. The quote that was given to me was fair and the final cost was exactly what they quoted me. The service was excellent and I’d use Sherpa again.

The person who was coming up was pretty much in touch with telling us his expected time of arrival. So it was good.

We had a disabled car in Wyoming that was unable to be repaired in Wyoming. It was an Audi and there are no Audi dealers in Wyoming so we needed to have it transported back here to Madison, Wisconsin. The other transport companies were all brokers, as is Sherpa, but they were unable to find a driver, and Sherpa’s rates initially were quoted at a rate that it was a disabled vehicle. But once they found out that it wasn't totally disabled, they reduced their rates to reflect that it was an operating vehicle and that was nice of them to do that.

I wanted to get a fixed price and I ended up with Sherpa, and everything worked out great. We had a family member send the car to us because we were traveling out and we didn’t want to have any issues with the car getting here too soon. We left and it took us six days to get out here. We had the car shipped when we knew we were going to be here. Everything was good on the pickup end. I got ahold of the driver a couple of times just to check on it. I wanted to make sure they understood that I was about three and a half hours away so I didn't want it sitting someplace and they expect me to be there. He assured me that that wouldn’t be a problem. Since I didn't live there, I just went to their storage facility and picked the car up.

The price was more expensive but the representative was honest and explained that they'll get a truck with that bid and a lot of people that go in lower won't. Other guys were quoting lower, saying they'll try and get it, lock someone in and Sherpa had the assurance that with this price, we’ll get somewhere, so I was weighing that and a lot of things. I just wanted satisfaction knowing my vehicles were gonna be moved. Overall, it was worth it. John, the driver, was a great guy. I talked to him on pick-up and on the day before he delivered the vehicle. I definitely wanna use him again.

I liked working with Sherpa. But the part that was difficult was that the driver did not let me know when he was going to be picking up the car. I wished that he would have called in the timeframe that was promised, which was the day before, so I could plan what was going on. I had to follow up with Sherpa, and then with the driver to find out that it was that day that he wanted to pick it up. Because I had to go quite a long way to drop it off and that was challenging. Besides that, it was quick and easy. The price was as promised, so that was good. But it took a while for the price to show up correctly. In fact, they ended up giving me a discount based on that. So I felt good that they recognized there was an issue and dealt with it.

Sherpa was very good at getting back to me. The reps did a nice job. The only thing is I'm a numbers person and having the numbers outlined in the email clearly would be good. They did that. The only thing was kind of on some of the back and forth with extra cost of things, but it was fine. The pickup was 10 days after I ordered the move. My vehicle was delivered within another 10 days. It met the expectations of what they said they would do. They were very good about following up and being easy to get a hold of.

This was an easy process where Sherpa was communicative on what would happen and how they would make sure our car arrived when it was supposed to arrive. They also stated the price and made everything clear. On the delivery, the car was in the same condition that it was on on the departure.

High level (frequent) communication appreciated from Sherpa to drivers. Found all to be friendly, responsive, well-informed- a real customer service orientation, great work! Would absolutely use again/recommend to a friend.

I went online and I called a couple places. I really didn't understand how shipping a car worked but I realized that it's just a broker kind of thing system. I felt very comfortable with Sherpa and they seemed to answer all the questions that I had very confidently. They also gave me a sense of confidence that it was going to happen, so I wound up choosing them.

Sherpa reached out to me and followed up with the request for a quote online. Based on some of the other quotes, it was a little bit higher. But the reviews were really good, so I went with that. Plus, they guaranteed that they'd get it there for that price. Well, what they had quoted was the final price. They answered every question I had. We arranged to be out there on Sunday to meet the driver. When he got close or when he found a location to drop the vehicle off, we met him there and did the inspection, made sure everything was good, and then handed over the final payment. Everything went smoothly. I would use them again.

The initial contact was pleasant. I had my questions and they were answered thoroughly. When it was time to pick up, I had an issue with trying to get all of my money in cash for reasons of not having a vehicle. I had majority of it in cash, but I didn't have like 200 of it. The movers worked with me and allowed me to Zelle it. That was above and beyond ‘cause it’s not in the policy. I was satisfied with the final cost. It was reasonable.

I called Sherpa to see about transporting my car. After hearing speaking with them and getting a quote we decided to use them. They got us a carrier right away that worked with us in where to meet and my car arrived earlier than planned. Everything went smoothly!!

I needed to get one of my private cars from my home state out to California and when my dad talked with a friend, who was a car enthusiast, he recommended Sherpa. I gave them a call and on the same day, we made an appointment because I was pleased with all the information. The agent walked me through and unlike the other shipping companies that I had called and emailed, he spent at least 15 minutes on the phone verifying that everything would be set in stone. But he said that since I'm an active duty military, I qualified for a $100 Visa rebate card. I don't know if my email is funky, but I never got any more information about that.

The reps were perfect and the pickup and delivery of my vehicle were flawless. I was communicated to. When the movers picked up the car, they took photos and sent them to me in this really nice report that I got instantly as the car pulled away. It couldn't have been better. The cost was expensive but it was just 'cause I had to pay to get the car halfway across the country. There were no surprises. The cost was exactly what it was said that it was going to be.

The best thing that Sherpa has going on them is their communication, just up to date as much as they could. If I called and asked a stupid question, they didn't care. They arrived a day early too. It might be a little more expensive than other places, but it was worth it like buying a pair of shorts from J.Crew that are better because they'll last longer.

The experience was good except we had to meet the driver that picked up the cars several blocks away from the home and the same thing as drop-off as the trailer could not get into the streets we lived in.

This was my first experience with transporting a car and it could not have been better! I am a hard person to please but I would recommend their service to a friend. Sherpa communicated well, they met their obligation by kicking in $300 to get me a transporter during tough times in the trucking industry. My car arrived in Tucson before I arrived just a couple of days after loading. Not a scratch! Well done!

The rep was very cordial and informative. The crew came and picked up the car from our house. They used a taxi because it’s not accessible. The area has a lot of trees. They couldn’t come with a truck. The move was from Maryland to San Diego. So, cross country. It took 7 to 10 days.

The whole process was really easy. The customer service rep was in touch with me at every step. The car delivery was faster than anticipated, car came through. The customer service really help relieve me of my anxiety for the first time shipping my car. Drop off the the car went smoothly. I’m so very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

Sherpa is amazing. The driver spent more than an hour securing my vehicle to be sure that it was 100% ready to go. He was so meticulous. I knew that my car would get down there safe. The quote and final price were the same, and the price was in the same ratio of the top five companies. Sherpa was more than a lot of the other companies, but the others have bad ratings. So I prefer to pay more money, but I want to be sure that my car is going to be safe to go 2,000 miles down.

I've used Sherpa in the past, so I looked at them. Compared to the other companies, the price was in the same ballpark. I had good luck with them in the past, so I reused them. I couldn't have anything better to say about them. They were absolutely great. The delivery driver was beyond great. They got really good communication and everything was really professional. I’m completely happy with their service. So I couldn't ask for anything more. The cost was up there a little bit but that was probably due to the way the economy and everything is right now. I would definitely go back to them again.

Everything was great with Sherpa. The pick-up of the car was a little tricky and we had a miscommunication. I was just trying to figure out exactly what time they were coming and that wasn't something they could pinpoint for me. So I said, "Well, I have something to do around 2:00, so it'd be helpful if I knew.” And then they were like, "We'll get back to you" and then I didn't hear anything. I waited all day. The movers didn't come until 9 o'clock and they were like, "Oh, well, we came later because you said you wanted to do..."

I was nervous about transporting my car but everything was excellent from top to bottom with Sherpa. I was quoted around the same price that I received from other businesses. The driver was great and he kept me up to date from the time that he left until it was time for him to drop off my car. The car came earlier and it was in excellent condition. On the whole, they were very professional.

Easy to work with. Pick up was on time & delivery to me was on time. I requested several conditions for transport & they satisfied my requirements. The contractor’s trailer was immaculate & the driver took care offloading my car. He was a fun guy to talk to & all in all a great experience. I recommend these guys.

The process was seamless and the car got delivered on time. I've used them before and if the contractor drops the date, they have some sort of guarantee in place that I thought was reassuring. You pay their service charge up front, which is usually $300, and then you pay the rest to the actual driver once he completes the delivery. Sherpa was good. I will use them again.

Sherpa's customer service reps were really good. Their driver was a good guy to. Everything was fine during the transport. I was really surprised that everybody did what they said they were gonna do and got my vehicle out there on time. I couldn't be more pleased with Sherpa. If I'd ship something, I would use them again.

This is my second time using Sherpa. They were helpful. I liked them. The driver kept us in the loop in terms of where he was, both for pick-up and drop-off, and super nice guy. We chatted with him a little when he dropped the car off. The cost is in line when I did other quotes, considering it was a cross-country move. It would be nice if it were cheaper, but it was about right. If you're not gonna do the cashier's check, Sherpa charges an extra $100 to put the remaining deposit on a credit card.

Sherpa was more receptive compared to the other companies that reached out to me. I emailed Sherpa questions back and forth, and they answered them quickly. They also stuck with the price they said so that was helpful. I was told by many other companies that there would be a difference in the end price. The only issue I had with Sherpa was I didn't know they were going to get my car until literally that day. They were trying to find a driver and it was last minute. They picked up my car at my work instead of at my home. They were very easily able to work with me to manage my schedule as opposed to their schedule. The driver was great. He came a day earlier, pulled up right in front of my place, and unloaded the car. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Sherpa.

At this moment I am waiting for a rebate however it is not past due. From the beginning my experience with Sherpa (particularly with Gary my representative) has been nothing short of exceptional. Everything Gary has promised has been fulfilled and any direct contact I have had with him has been pleasant, professional and friendly. I strongly and without hesitation would recommend Sherpa Auto Transport.

My overall experience with Sherpa was quite positive, especially my coordinator. I liked the locked in price feature and the information they sent via email was very informative and helpful. However, my experience with the driver (not Sherpa) wasn't perfect. My cars arrived in good condition but 1) the driver would not deliver the car to my house, which is what I paid for. Nor would he give me a discount for not delivering it. He claimed trees would scratch the cars. Customer service agent for this company was not very friendly about this matter either. We had to drive 2 miles to pick up the car, when we didn't have any vehicle. Big hassle! 2) The driver didn't want to take the certified check (I was instructed by Sherpa to have this form of payment/cash)! After a call with his manager, he took it. Truck didn't display the same name as the company name I was given either. Seemed like a shady operation.

One of my friends buy a lot of cars out of state and they've used Sherpa very often. They've always had really good experiences with Sherpa and he referred me to them. I love Sherpa and working with them has always been really great. The car that I got shipped recently in September was the second car that I've used them for and I've never had any problems working with anybody from their end. Everybody that I've talked to, whether it was Alex or the people before, have always been super helpful, very timely in their communication, and always very willing to answer any questions that I have. Or if I have any issues with the third party that they are working with, they've been very quick to reach out to them and resolve those issues. I would recommend Sherpa to anybody that has a shipping need and tell them to utilize their staff as they do their best to make the process as easy as it can be from the consumer end.

Sherpa's reps were very helpful and friendly. It was a very organized process from the start and the price that they quoted was accurate. At the time, I had never shipped a car before. I understood the process, but was kind of leery about using a broker like Sherpa. But they gave me confidence that it would get done right and they came through. I was also leery about the carriers that they used and I wanted to make sure that a good carrier handled my car. And they used a really fantastic carrier.

The initial quote was more than reasonable given the short turnaround time that I needed. In my uncle's shipping, Sherpa had to use their guaranteed thing. It's $300 give or take once they issued the quote to the customer. I contacted them on a Thursday or Friday of the week before and they went through the weekend and they let me know that they would be closing down Saturday evening. My uncle was a little worried and I told him that the people have to have downtime and we'd hear from them by Sunday evening. Sure enough, around 7:00 in the evening, an email came across saying that they were still working on getting the driver. Having dealt with car transport before, they're all on the same leaderboard. Once the car description is put in, everybody's looking at it and they know exactly who's been selected and it doesn't pay to jump around.

I have used Sherpa twice, once to ship a car from Florida to New Mexico, and once to ship a car from New Mexico to Florida. They provided me with excellent carriers who arrived on time and delivered on time.

The representative explained everything very well. Also, the quote was the same amount as the final price. The driver called me the day before and gave me an estimate on when he thought he'd arrived. The following day, he texted me an update and said he’d text me again when he was an hour away. He followed through with that and got to my house just on time. The vehicle was perfect. No damage, no issues, and exactly how I expected it.

We were moving from Missouri to Arizona. We had two cars and we could only drive one. We used Sherpa before and we decided to use them again for this move. There was a problem with the carrier but it wasn't them that had the problem. We were supposed to get picked up a certain day because we had to be out of our house since we were moving. But two days before, the carrier that was supposed to pick us up said that they couldn't do it until three days later, which wasn't a possibility. I called Sherpa and they said they'd take care of it. They got someone right away who was there the next day. All in all, Sherpa was great. Don't use anyone else but them.

I liked Sherpa's flexibility of schedule and price. I worked with Gary who was very upbeat and interested in finding a solution 'cause where I was traveling to, they had to go a little further to find someone to take care of the tow. The communication throughout the transporting was very much clear about what needed to be done so everything went well there. People should use them.

I did my research online and found that Sherpa was one of the best rated, so I pulled them up with a few other quotes. Their reps responded right away and their customer service was great. Everything was within what they promised as far as the cost and timeliness. And my shipper was fantastic. I would tell my friends to go with them.

The rep was cool. I called him for a quote and he ended up getting me a deal I couldn't pass up. He was well-versed. Nobody’s an expert but he did a good job. The driver was cool. He underprepared a little bit though. He said he would be there in two days and it took about three days but it was still good. Sherpa didn't make any money on my deal because all the profit went to my driver because of supply chain issues right now. But it was good. They gave me a price and stuck with it.

Sherpa was good. They worked with me a lot more than the other company that I contacted. I paid my deposit with the other company and they still would not call me back. But with Sherpa, I paid the deposit, and then there were phone calls all the time with updates. The lady who answered the phone all the time got good feedback, and she let me know everything I needed to know. The driver had smiles all the time. My mom said the same thing in California, the driver was also all smiles. It went super easy.

The driver we ended up with was very professional and did a great job. I liked working with him. He got to the place when he said he was going to get there and without issue. Then the cost of moving the car was what one could expect. I paid the 300 per car to have somebody else do what I could have done myself.

Of all the people I contacted, I found that I talked to a normal person at Sherpa. They had answers to all of my questions. Then the price was in the range of what I wanted to pay. They are the broker and not the actual transporter so I didn't get to pick the transporter. I just had to trust that they had done the due diligence on their end about the company. Overall, this is a reputable company that does this. What kind of things are they insured for, they are able to explain to you.

Scheduling the pick up of my son's car in Raleigh, NC & having it delivered to Aurora, CO was very professional & Patrick was easy to work with. The pick up went smoothly but trying to get cash for the driver in a new city you just got to is a problem. With all the new & safe technology with phone credit card scanners I would think there would be an easier way to pay the drivers.

Setting up the transport was pretty easy. The quote was fair, considering that we were moving from Arizona to Florida. After Sherpa found a company for me, there was a lot of communication back and forth with the company. The driver was very nice. He was very patient because we couldn't find the keys at one point. The truck was very nice too. Everything went smoothly. My car was here before the day that they told me that it would be here. So that was good. It was very simple. If I had to do this all over again, I will probably go through the same process.

Sherpa was able to schedule within a tighter timeframe than the other companies. But there was a little bit of an issue with the person that did the transporting as he did not speak English or Spanish and he did not bring the bill of lading with him. I had to go get a bill of lading and print it out. He spoke very, very little English and it was difficult to communicate with him. But he was very nice and polite. My brother handled the delivery on his side and I was talking to him on the phone while the truck was being delivered. It went very well.

Sherpa sounded trustworthy. I also liked the fact that their price was right in line, even a little bit a tad more than the other person, but they carried insurance. They also offered a plan where if they couldn't find somebody, they would offer incentives on their own to the drivers to do the transport, which was nice. I took advantage of the price lock promise because they couldn't find somebody and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Sherpa has good reviews, so I chose them. The service representative was very helpful. He worked really hard to get the vehicle picked up at the time that I needed it picked up. He explained that they have to find independent service that would be willing to pick the vehicle up and move it. So, they have to search for somebody that's going to be in the area that has an open spot on a truck. That all seemed to work okay. I talked to the driver two or three times on the phone. He always responded, and he always told me where he was. Sherpa's pricing was a little expensive, but they were competitive. They did their job. Everything worked good.

The first time, I went to this bad company that took our deposit and never gave us some money back. So, I went on the Better Business Bureau to find different vendors and since Sherpa was getting good reviews, I trusted them because they were on there. Their customer service team was excellent. This was last minute because the car was supposed to be picked up the day before, but the issue happened with the other company. The first guy I talked to assured me that he was not going to take my money and said that he was going to try his best to get someone out the same day. And he did.

Sherpa is reliable and easy to talk to. They get back to you quickly. They're pretty straightforward about the whole process and let you know when everything's gonna happen or roundabout. The trucking companies getting them connected is something just trying with the companies trying to get them together on everything. But as far as logistics-wise, it wasn't a problem. I've dealt with other trucking companies before and this was a lot easier.

Sherpa was doing a better job of checking their transporters, their truckers, or their haulers out, and they get the top rating out of all companies in that respect. Everything was excellent. They even had gloves on. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I will certainly endorse and recommend it to family, friends, and anyone else that might be interested in a move because I personally would not deal with another company. Sherpa has a consistent edge in the marketplace. The best thing they could do would be to advertise themselves better. When I did the Google searches, I didn't see a lot of advertisements related to Sherpa, except that they were rated number one and advertised as being number one in vetting of their haulers. When I saw that, I didn't care that it was a couple of hundred dollars more.

Sherpa did everything as promised. They gave me a time that they would be there with the vehicle and it showed up on time. I paid for an open trailer and they showed up with a covered trailer. And they did that for no extra charge, which was a nice deal. The communication was terrific. They let me know when it was on its way and when they were half hour. They were fantastic to deal with and I would use Sherpa next time in a heartbeat.

I needed to move a car and set up the transport with Sherpa. That was extremely expeditious. They told me what they were going to do and they did it. I was quoted a cost that was in the ballpark and in the end, it was accurate right down to the penny. The transport took about a week. I talked with the driver on the phone on a couple of different occasions. The first time was when we were setting up the pickup, which I wasn't there for. He said what he was going to do and he did it. He let me know he had the car and when he expected to deliver it. Just before the delivery, he called to make sure I was home and he delivered it.

I got quotes from three different places and Sherpa was $50 more, but they were way more responsive and they called me. The representative answered my questions and was very responsive to my questions and emails after I booked through them. The driver did a walkaround and took the keys, drove up on my truck, and then delivered it. I would recommend this company.

The driver dropped the vehicle off directly to my daughter’s home so that was nice. But we didn't have a lot of communication with him during that time and I had to text him toward the end to get an arrival date and where they were. The day before the scheduled arrival, it'd be nice if Sherpa would send you something. They made it sound like that would come from the driver so they need to inform their drivers.

Sherpa's communication was great and everything turned out good. We had a tracker on our truck. We were just checking it, and I was like, "Oh, my gosh, it hasn't moved in a day. What's going on?" Then we realized they have to sleep. They have to take so many hours off. That was the only frustrating thing. When you pay a lot of money, you want your car to be here the next day, but it took six days. Everything was in one piece, though, so it was fine.

Sherpa Transport took care of me from start to finish. This was my fist transport of any kind and these guys took care of me 138.2%! I never really thought about transporting a vehicle and suddenly I had way more questions than I knew what to do with. Sherpa answered every one of them and delivered on everything they promised, including my car. Sherpa and the driver were awesome to work with and did a better job of securing and examining my car than the dealership did. I got an email from the Sherpa customer service rep saying they identified the driver and the driver would get ahold of me in a few days. The email was completely accurate. They went through the whole process of what was going to happen and it happened just as they said it would. They stayed with the quote that they originally said. It was a very quick pick up. The driver was really careful to take care of the vehicle. He picked it up on Wednesday at 5:00 and it was delivered Friday afternoon. My kids met the driver because they were there in a little community and the driver said it'd be better if he tried to park in a large parking lot. So it was three miles from the house. Overall, the service was great and they were very honest. I’d use them again with no hesitation.

I needed to move a car from the West Coast to the East Coast. I narrowed down my choices of companies to what was supposedly the top five in the country according to ratings and I talked to them. Over the years, I dealt with people a lot and solved some problems moving this and that over the phone, so I can identify things by talking and listening to what they say and how they say it. Sherpa came across as very sincere and modest while a lot of the other ones were scripted. Sherpa was very personable and I liked their policies, pricing, and how they handle things.

I was moving from Florida to New York, and I went online, and Sherpa was in the top five. I had picked another one, but the window was too big, and Sherpa’s fits me right. The representative that set up the transport was very professional. They had to put my car on a smaller truck because of where I was located, and it was no problem. The driver brought it right in, took it off the truck, and gave me the keys. I looked around and everything was fine on the car. Everything was accurate and I'm very happy with Sherpa. I'll use them again.

After being left in a lurch by another company’s “bait” (medium price) and “switch “ (cancellation on day of pickup but would pickup next day for additional $550), I called Sherpa. Fantastic professional service that met my (now rushed) timeframe for less than other company wanted after the “switch”. Good communication with driver and pickup/delivery was as-promised! The team that picked my truck were great. They did an excellent job even though it was midnight. I was very happy. Your customer service rep was beyond excellent. I spoke with him several times during the move and each time he got back to me quickly. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was on in the evenings. I was told that when the truck was delivered it was all good. I really wish I remembered your dispatcher's name because on a scale from 1 to 10 he was a 15. I’m terrible with names. I used Sherpa to transport my vehicle twice and was satisfied with their service. My car was picked up as scheduled and was delivered on schedule with no damage to my car. My only problem was the cost to transport doubled within a few months. I do understand that the price of fuel has increased but that was my only issue.

I had to ship my vehicle last minute and Sherpa came through on the days/dates requested. They had someone even sooner, but it didn’t work out logistically because it was *too* soon! So they found someone that could come in the window requested. Communication was a breeze. The actual shipper/Rollercoaster Auto Transport was great - quick, personable, vehicle arrived just as it left me and they responded to me when I called or text right away. Vehicle shipping is expensive nowadays and Sherpa’s quote was about on-par with industry standard but it was worth every penny as they got it done quickly in the time frame I needed it and my vehicle arrived safe and on the date promised.

I was so very hesitant in having the car shipped from Texas to NY until I talked with Aleasa. She was very good explaining every step of the process. The whole experience was better than I expected. I was informed every step of the transport and the JK Express transport company could not have been better. They called me before the car was picked up, gave me a time frame, and they even accommodated my time frame of delivery. Both of these companies could not have done a better job. The driver who picked my daughter’s car was very friendly and professional. He called about ten miles away and we we able to find a convenient meeting spot (mall parking area) where the vehicle could be placed onto the carrier. He was very reassuring as I’ve never used this type of service before, I even had his cell number if I wanted to check in over the next few days. Although it was an expensive service for an average car, I was happy to have the auto safety shipped and not have my daughter drive a long distance alone. I would definitely use Sherpa again!

My experience was wonderful with Sherpa. Everything went exactly as promised and as requested. From the very first time I contacted Sherpa, they were clear about what they offered and I appreciated the clarity of what I needed to do. I had it in writing. I asked the first fellow that I talked to for a quote and he was very clear about what that cost included, when and how much I would owe the driver, and what form of payment was needed. He also assured me that there would not be any additional costs. $300 was to reserve my transport. There was an offer for $100 back once the delivery was made. I just needed to send them the bill of lading. Yesterday, I received the gift card with the 100 bucks on it.

The folks at Sherpa were good to work with. The vehicle had issues that weren't reported accurately through no fault of Sherpa and they worked well with me to get the vehicle running enough to drive off their storage lot. While the shipping price was a bit expensive, they gave great service.

I liked the price that Sherpa offered as it was better than all the others that called. I liked their flexibility as well. Their customer service answered all my questions and they quoted me a good price. The transport of my RAV4 cross country took a little over a week. The driver was nice and since I had to meet him somewhere else, he covered my Uber which was good. My RAV4 arrived a little dirty on the outside but they covered a carwash. That was also expected from an open transport. My only thing about the experience was the first driver came the day before and they gave me like an hour's heads up. On the delivery date, I got zero heads up for it. He called me and said he was outside. The heads-up for pickup and delivery would be an improvement.

Customer service was terrific and they did a great job. The transport took two days and the car got there with absolutely no damage. The final quote turned out to be exactly the same as what we were initially quoted. Sherpa is in a tough business but their process is 10 times better. Their booking staff was great and they kept in communication all the way through.
