I looked at 4 or 5 companies before I went with Sherpa. I liked the door-to-door pickup and their good communication. They got back to me right away. Everything was very clear. They were friendly and I got a good vibe. The communication during the transport was terrific and I was surprised on how quickly they got the car across the country. I was very impressed. The quote was accurate too. It was great with Sherpa. 5 stars.

I liked the reviews of Sherpa. They also explained it to me how they're like brokers and they deal with transport companies and how some of these really low quotes the transport companies might not even accept it. So, it just made me understand the process, so I felt more comfortable. He told me that they are not the cheapest, which was good for him to tell me too. But he also ensured me that my car would be picked up, and it was. They weren't that much more expensive, but that was reassuring.

Because of a job relocation, I needed to ship my vehicle from Colorado to Wisconsin. I looked at four to five companies and from a price standpoint, Sherpa was okay. They weren't the cheapest. There were other people who were cheaper than them by a couple of hundred dollars, but I did some research over the internet and there were less negative comments for Sherpa than the other companies.

We were moving thousands of miles from Reno, Nevada to Michigan. We checked out two companies and we went with Sherpa because they had better reviews. The reps I talked to were very good, and the quote they gave us was very accurate and appropriate. When our contractor picked up the car, they did a wonderful job and we had no complaints. The delivery went very smoothly, too and didn't take long at all. There was a great gentleman that took the car and the driver came right to our house. The car looked great with no marks or anything and we were very happy. All in all, Sherpa was excellent.

I was taking my daughter to law school in Los Angeles and didn't want to drive from Nashville to Los Angeles. I read some reviews on the internet then I chose to hire Sherpa to transport the car. My experience with them was great and everything went very smoothly. The rep I talked to was nice and the quote seemed fine to me. When the person who drove the vehicle came and I met him. He had to drive me back home to get the car because I was in another car. He took possession of the car and took it back to Walmart. And he got to Los Angeles early. I was flying in on a Sunday and Sunday night, he called me and said he had it. He brought it to their company's lot, then I came in a rental car and got it. I'm very satisfied with my experience and the price I paid in the end was fair for the service I received.

I bought a car from a private owner in another state and had it brought to me. I went through six companies while looking around for a transport service, put it on social media, and got about six different recommendations. Then, I decided to go with Sherpa because they provided a decent follow through. They also simplified the process and made it consumer friendly. The person I talked to asked all the particulars, got all the information, and put it together. The first driver canceled, but they very quickly found another driver and got everything going.

My daughter was going to college and I needed her car to get out there. The two other companies I looked at could not handle the trip based on the dates that I wanted so I went with Sherpa. I called last minute ‘cause I thought I had one company. As it got closer to the week, they called me up and said they were coming on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. I said I was not even flying out there till Saturday for them to pick it up. They mixed it all up then they couldn't even do it. When I called Sherpa, the man said they'd figure it out and not to worry about it. Within 24 hours, he was able to find somebody who would work with us and do the days we did. They called back twice. Even if I emailed or had a question, they were on it. They were receptive and couldn't be any more helpful with it.

Sherpa is an awesome transport company. I recommend them highly. They were very helpful in answering all my many questions and patient as I called back several times. I had a vehicle transported from Virginia to Upper Michigan. The driver kept in touch with pick up and delivery times and the vehicle arrived in exactly the same condition as when it left. The picture was taken at delivery. I would use them again, if the need arises.

I looked at 4 transport companies and probably the line that grabbed me to go with Sherpa was the fact that they never have any surcharges. The estimate they give you is what you pay. If it cost them a little bit more with their subcontractor to get the car there, they eat the difference. They get more profit if they find a subcontractor that gives them a good price. They were competitive with the others I looked at but I liked that feature.

There were two I reached to and Sherpa had a guaranteed price. It seemed competitive and it was right on. Communication was great too. I had to call them a couple of times just to clarify things and I ended up changing the car I was shipping. Everything was easy and from Ohio to Utah, shipping took less than 48 hours. It was super fast.

I looked at the reviews online and the reviews from other people guided me to use Sherpa. They were very nice and were answering all my questions. They made me feel a little bit more at ease. They did the best that they could. The transport was from Indiana to Florida and it was a lot quicker than I expected. It was like in a couple of days' time where they got the driver for me and the driver was able to do it in a couple of days. He picked the cars up on a Friday and they were there Saturday. I would tell people Sherpa was a good company if they're planning on using a transport company considering the timeframe that others were talking about as far as getting the cars down.

We had initially reached out to some other brokers and some other companies and carriers. The one we initially went with ended up not being very professional and the communication with them was very bad. We were outside of the two week window of pick-up time and thought we'd take a second look. I found Sherpa on Nextdoor which kinda gets you in touch with people within your community, your neighborhood, or maybe your subdivision. A gentleman had used them several times and said they were awesome.

I was overall very happy with the services that Sherpa Auto Transport provided. I was trying to ship a very special car with low ground clearance from Amarillo to Austin, Texas. Other companies simply failed this task despite trying it for several days. Sherpa company provided this service in 16 hours. Highly recommended to friends and family.

I had an SUV shipped by Sherpa from South Carolina to Virginia. Their estimated time was as accurate as DOT allows. However, communication could have been better. It wasn't until less than a week prior to my expected pick-up date that there was a discovery that I was on the central dispatch in two places and that was why no driver had picked my vehicle yet. It only got caught a week out instead of earlier on.

I was blown away by the service I received from Sherpa! The transporter was so accomodating, nice, and genuine. He texted me throughout the whole time. My vehicle arrived with no damages and earlier than I expected. It was a great price and service. I will use them again and refer them to anyone needing transportation services.

Sherpa did an amazing job for me with my long haul move across the country. I have had bad experiences in the past but Sherpa was very professional from my first call. Their customer service, support and response time was great. My car was picked up by their preferred carrier on time and delivered 6 days later! The car hauler Sherpa chose was first rate. We needed a transport service 'cause my daughter moved out to Pennsylvania temporarily and didn't wanna drive all the way out there from California. So it was for her car. I heard about Sherpa through a friend who had used their service. I called them, I got a quote. It was a little higher than what I wanted to pay. It was almost $1,900 for the transport. I did some checking online and I went with a cheaper option with a different company. It was about $500 cheaper. But the problem was they could not get a carrier. My pickup time came and went, they kept telling me, "Waiting for a carrier to be assigned." We couldn't wait any longer.

I was moving an SUV from one state to another state. I looked at Montway, but they were terrible. Then a young lady from Sherpa was absolutely awesome. She walked me right through the process, gave me the price and then after that, everything was just making a payment and scheduling stuff. The quote that I got was fair and accurate. It was absolutely phenomenal and was right on the money. It was beautiful. Then the delivery went absolutely amazing. When they picked it up, the guy was on-point. On top of that, when they dropped it off, it was easy. I gave the guy the payment in cash. Overall, Sherpa's great.

Sherpa did a really first class job. Our customer service representative, Crimson, arranged the pickup and all the logistics while we were on the phone. The car was picked up within four days and delivered within seven days. The timeframe was perfect. The driver was also super at communicating. It all worked out perfectly. Their pricing was also slightly less than other companies.

My van broke down in Ohio and I live in Maryland. I wouldn't wanna get it completely repaired so I needed to transport it. I looked at several companies and then I found Sherpa's ratings. They had a good price point so I went with them. I had a good experience. I had positive interactions with everybody. They even called me before I called them sometimes to follow up on things, which was great. The quote was pretty fair. If things went up once they quoted me, they were willing to cover the cost, which was great. They were willing to pay the whole process with what the drivers and what was already on the board. It was kind of crazy. They kind of took that stress off me.

Vue was loaded to transport and delivered on schedule. My inquiries were answered both by phone and email without delay. I was given cell phone of driver which is an excellent customer connection. Thank you.

I had a car transferred by Sherpa from North Carolina up to Wisconsin. Their ratings were high and the customer service was top-notch. Even the driver, I'll request that driver again. That driver’s the most meticulous, conscientious guy I've ever seen and he's from Ukraine. He doesn’t take everything for granted. He doesn’t take this country for granted. The guy looks like a professional soccer player. He was over the top. You pay a little more with Sherpa, but it's worth it. Very competitive business.

I looked for 5-star rated transports online and Sherpa popped up. I called the number and the rep answered and then she answered all my questions. From first conversation to the delivery, everything was first class.

We lost our jobs due to COVID and we had to relocate from California to Florida. We had moved to California about two years prior to this move and at that stage, we reached out to four different service providers. We used Sherpa for that move from Ohio to California and we liked their service so we were a repeat customer. It was a smooth experience and I didn't reach out to any other companies for the second move. I was very satisfied with Sherpa.

I only deal with Sherpa. We have friends who used them and they did a great job of moving my 1950 Jeep from Florida to Virginia. A couple of fellows came in and they couldn't have been nicer. They took great care to make sure everything was right. The battery was dead and they offered to jump it for me, but it was delivering to a home where I had a battery charger anyway. They did great. The quote was competitive as well. It wasn't the lowest number, but they guaranteed the prices of things. They also assured me that it would be an enclosed vehicle that carried it and other things that other people said they would have to figure out later. Keep up the good work. Stay in business.

We had gone to Montana and my wife broke her back, which we're dealing with right now. We had to bring her home and we had to do it on an air ambulance, so I needed my car transported. I had worked with the sales rep from Sherpa before and it was the same driver as the first time. I knew these people from about two months ago. They transported my car and the people that did it did a very good job.

I bought a new 2011 BMW M3 and had to have it shipped 2,800 miles. I had two 10-minute conversations with the gentleman from Sherpa named Chris and he laid out exactly what the service entailed and what options were available to me. After doing a little bit of research on my own with regards to reviews left online, I decided to choose Sherpa. The rep who handled my transport was very professional and transparent, and that was a big deciding factor for me. Also, the quote was very competitive.

They gave me an upfront price and the cost was really good. They were a little cheaper than the other guys, in some instances. In some instances, they weren't. But you get what you pay for.

Sherpa had some good reviews online and I called them. Then they just stopped everything to get me a truck driver out there for a reasonable price. The quote they gave me was spot-on.

My son is in the military. He was being transferred from Nellis Air Force Base to Montgomery, Alabama. They had two cars and he wanted the family to be in the same vehicle. I called Sherpa and got someone in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was very nice and helpful. He said that he would let us know when they could get a driver. But then COVID hit and they weren't able to get a driver. They stayed in touch with us. I got emailed about every other day that they were still trying to get a driver. It wasn't their fault they couldn't get one. Then they made it right at the end. It was a week late. The vehicle came about a week it actually got there, but it didn't affect too many. The car was fine. The driver was good and they also waived an extra charge because it was late, which was very nice. It was a good experience.

I needed to send a Toyota 4Runner cross-country and I went through Sherpa. It took 30 seconds to set up the move and provide basic information. However, their quote was a little high. I've transported cars before so I knew what I paid in the past. Still, the driver they sent was friendly and professional. I called a couple of days before my car would arrive and the driver told me what time he would be at the drop off point. Overall, Sherpa provides great service.

After looking through three other shipping companies, I liked Sherpa's price. I shipped a '96 Honda Accord through them and the rep whom I worked with was really nice. He gave me details about the process and let me know what I could expect. The driver I got was very communicative. He called me a few times to follow up and let me know where he was at and when I could expect my car. The condition of the car was great when it arrived and there was no damage.

I purchased a 2009 Hummer H3T out of state so I needed someone to bring it to me as opposed to flying out and driving it back. I used Sherpa before. It was great dealing with their reps. They're very informative and polite. The quote they gave me was accurate because the price didn't change. Also, there was excellent communication with the driver through texts. Everything went great.

We originally contracted with another company because they came in with a low quote to transport my 1972 Chevelle. They were unable to move my vehicle in a timely fashion and in addition they said they would need additional money to make it more attractive to secure a driver. We lost ten days with the other company. Sherpa, true to their word, reduced their profit margin by paying more to the driver. This enabled them to secure a driver within three business days. My Chevelle was delivered by an experienced and courteous driver. My experience with Sherpa was great and I would definitely use them again.

They were recommended to me and I was very happy with them. I transported a 2019 F-150 and a 2017 Malibu. They hooked me up with K1 and they got here within three days. The rep that I dealt with was wonderful. He always kept me in communication with what was going on and how quickly he can get me somebody. They told me the 900 down and the $1,500, and there was no change in price at all. I paid in cash right when the transport got there. It got here a couple hours before my flight got in which was perfect. My ex-husband received the vehicles and he inspected them. They were in perfect condition.

So Sherpa developed a relationship with me over the phone and they seemed like they could do it. They were confident. The gentleman told me everything and they really seemed to have better customer service. The coordinator was very knowledgeable, very calm and very helpful. I talked to another coordinator and it was the same thing. I was not there for the pickup and delivery, which was another reason why it was so important to have a good relationship. I had a surrogate and they said both the pickup and the delivery went really smoothly and the people were very professional. The final price was exactly what they said it would be. They have a very good system. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were honest and straightforward. That extra touch of making a phone call to me, as opposed to just emails, was really helpful.

The price was good and they were very quick. They took my vehicle from Michigan to North Carolina, which is around 10 hours driving. In less than 24 hours, they delivered my vehicle to the final destination, which was awesome. I was surprised. Their customer service team was good. In regards to communication and service, they were really excellent. Sherpa did everything perfect. They were very flexible in regards to payment as well. The overall experience was good and I recommended one of my friends to them.

This was the first time I used car shipping service. After some research I decided to get quote from two auto transport companies. The other company was much larger than Sherpa. I ended up choosing Sherpa because they guaranteed that my car could be picked up by the deadline I had and I was impressed by their service attitude. Dillano, the sales representative, was very helpful. I booked the service at around the close of the business day, and to my surprise, they notified me at around 10 am the next morning that a driver had been secured to pick up the car later that day or the following day.

The rep was a very nice guy. He called me before he came to let me know he was on his way. He got there when he said he'd be there and loaded my car up on it. I asked him to turn the car around backwards so that all the bugs wouldn't hit the front grill. He obliged happily. He was great. The quote was what I thought would be standard for that distance. It was $300 down and the remaining balance when he delivered the car. From beginning to end, it took four days. It was a long drive. The car arrived before I did so I had my son pick it up and everything went well. It was there when I got there. It went perfectly according to plan.

Great Experience shipping vehicle. Sherpa representative went out of their way to answer all my questions. Sherpa secured a dependable, professional company who provided excellent service from pre pickup instructions to pickup and then delivery.

I like the way Sherpa talked to me. They were polite and businesslike, but yet they were friendly. I thought they were the best ones for the job and I was right. They got my car to me really fast and it was in excellent condition. I had it transported from Florida to Oregon. They told me at first it would be four or five days, but they got it here in three days. I didn't expect to have it here so soon, so I didn't call them or anything. And then when they got here, they called me. I couldn't believe that they were here already. Getting here from Florida in three days, that was pretty good. Sherpa does a pretty good job.

We were moving across the country and it worked out well with Sherpa. I sent their rep an email and I talked to him on the phone. Their reps were friendly and reliable. They picked up whenever I called and they responded to emails. A few days beforehand, they called me and said that they got a shipping company for me. They came a day before they said they were gonna come. Then they were able to drop it off three days before they said they would which was fine ‘cause we ended up getting to our destination a little bit earlier. The delivery was pretty easy. The guy who was driving the truck initially didn't know my exact address. His pick-up was 45 minutes away. I asked him to pick something closer and he just asked me to find a couple of dealerships near me. I did and he picked one of the dealerships and then I only had to drive five minutes instead of 45. He was super nice about it.

I bought a car out of state and I reached out to Sherpa. When they gave me a call back, the lady was very helpful. She explained everything to me very well. Then I emailed her back a few days later to sign the agreement. We were making sure that all the paperwork had been approved. The transport was about 700 miles and the quote they gave me was good. I paid exactly what they said it was gonna be. It was the first vehicle I've ever had transported and the cost seemed to be okay. I did not get a call from the driver in the morning telling me that he was on his way, which I figured I was going to but I did get a call from the dealership, telling me that he had picked the vehicle up and that he least left. But he did give me a call an hour and a half out and told me about the time he'd be there. I live in a subdivision so he parked in a larger area and wiped the car down and drove it down to me. The car was perfect and was exactly what we were hoping for.

Sherpa was great from start to finish. Everything was easy. They had great customer service and provided a great, professional driver. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. We shipped from CT to CO. Our son is a student, so we got a special discount - An absolute yes.

Sherpa Auto Transport had everything squared away when I first used them. It pretty much took two days to get a car from Dallas to Tulsa. So, I was so impressed with how it went the first time that I used them for the second time from Los Angeles to Tulsa. The driver that picked up the job was allergic to his phone. When he was picking up the car, he was supposed to call me and he never called. But I called Sherpa to get it all squared away and they jumped on it and got him lined out. So Sherpa has done well. Everybody that I’ve talked to has all been pleasant. They have their heads on straight and they get done what needs to be done. Anytime I ever ship anything, will definitely be through them.

The representative from Sherpa, Shane, was really helpful and over the top with his value. He gave me information regarding the industry and things to look out for. He gave information beyond what was needed and I was thankful for that. The total transport was about 700 miles and I didn't wanna drive my car myself. The quote they gave me was pretty fair. It was better than me doing the transport myself. Then the final price was accurate and they sent my rebate card, too, which was pretty quick. They called and told me that they were on the way. Then they dropped the car off and I gave them the check order. Then the driver was on his way. Everything looked good when they dropped it off. Sherpa provided excellent customer service. If you wanted someone that's transparent and help you walk through the whole process of the service, then Sherpa’s the place to go to.

When we had to move the car from California to Virginia, we found that Sherpa matches the consumer rate with the service. They’re a little pricey, but I went with them because of their excellent reviews. The impression I got was they’re dependable. The reps were very courteous and helped me with the right kind of carrier. They vetted the carrier. I knew that they would pick up within a couple of days. The quote they provided was very competitive. My main thing was that they had good customer relations. They were very courteous. The delivery was a couple of days ahead of time, which was good. Also, the vehicle arrived in the same condition. Go for Sherpa. They deliver as they promise.

This is the second time in two years that I have utilized Sherpa Auto Transport and the second time I have NOT been disappointed in their services. Easy, Efficient and Excellent customer service all around. Thanks for getting me from there to here!

These guys are the best!!! I was planning to send my SUV from Los Altos, California to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they helped me with whatever they could during the COVID-19 pandemic. They gave me the best quote and they found a driver for me a day after I called them. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic my program got canceled so I had to call them and cancel my transportation. They were really understanding and they refunded me back 95% of my NONREFUNDABLE deposit. I could not believe it. They were so professional and understanding. I will use them from now on and I highly recommend them. They are the only honest company in their industry. Also, I don't usually write a review but these guys deserved it.

Sherpa was a very good experience. From start to finish, the biggest thing for me was the communication back and forth in terms of updates. Ours was a cross-country vehicle delivery. There was a lot of moving parts, where to pick it up and where to drop it off, and also who the driver was, where the driver was. All of that was very good.

This was my first experience in having a car shipped across the country. It was very overwhelming! I researched many companies and kept reading horror stories! The name that kept coming up with great reviews was Sherpa Auto Transport. I called and spoke with an actual person who explained how the process works and answered many questions. The price was higher than the “estimates” from other companies. It was worth every penny! The communication was great before, during and after! The people at Sherpa were great! And the driver was great! It was an all around wonderful experience shipping a car from Texas to Washington. Thank you for everything.

I was moving from the east coast to Utah and I didn't want to drive it. To get a quote, I submitted an online form to Sherpa and then talked to somebody on the phone. That was in early June. Then Sherpa got back in touch with me a couple of days later about who would be taking it and gave me the rough days of the transport. My sister had lived in Boston and had moved a car out here. So I knew what she had paid and Sherpa's quote seemed reasonable to me. I was able to pay the down payment with a credit card on the phone and I didn’t have to arrange anything for that. So, that made it easier.

I was looking for a timely transport of my vehicle from Dallas to Albuquerque and it all happened quicker than I expected with Sherpa. They mentioned that there would be a three-day window well, but it actually reached under two days. Everything was very timely. The first time I spoke to the representative from their side, he explained to me the process and all the details very transparently. Then I received email communications when the car was gonna be picked up, about to be delivered and when it was delivered. The quote they gave me was on spot and there were no changes to what was promised upfront.

Sherpa Auto Transport handled everything upfront and professionally. They answered my questions in detail and I was very happy with their results. We shipped our vehicle from Michigan to Texas. They met us where we need to unload and was on schedule. The driver did an excellent job. We were able to talk with him and met him in Michigan and met him down here in Texas.

I went with Sherpa because they had a contract and there wasn't anything that anybody could change. The transport was from Sacramento, California to Nashville, Tennessee and they were pretty good. The only thing I recommend them to do is to have drivers that have a good track record. That way, they'll keep good reputation. Transportation Inc. was really good but US Road, Inc. was a bad, bad company. They used them but I wouldn't recommend doing that.

Sherpa was great, even though it came down to the last day for someone to pick up our contract, Sherpa said someone would and sure enough it did happen. The gentleman who arrived picked up the vehicle even though it was a difficult parking job for the semi they made it work. Would use them again!

A friend had recommended Sherpa last year and I used it last year too. This time, I was getting my daughter's car home from college so she didn't have to drive. They did a good job and the transport was really fast. It’s a 20-hour drive and it wasn’t even 48 hours that they made it. The price was good too. It was even lower than last year's. The delivery was super easy in both years that they've done it. The driver does a really good job of delivering it because it's not that easy to deliver on that big of a truck. He was super efficient and professional.

Your service was outstanding. I was given a pickup date within an hour of my acceptance of your deal. The driver from Trans Cargo Inc. was on time and carefully loaded the car. The delivery was completed on time with no damage. The driver was competent and friendly. I heartily recommend your service.

Moved my daughters car from California to Arkansas. All went very smoothly from set up to delivery. Instructions for pickup in California were communicated very clearly by the driver. Delivery time in Arkansas was quick and smooth! Would highly recommend Sherpa.

Sherpa was really good. I shipped two cars with them. Even though they were not the lowest, they were the ones that felt more secure as far as warranty and communication with the people in the company. It was great customer service. The communication was prompt and in a timely manner. There was a great communication from Sherpa down to the person who was picking up the vehicle. This was way better experience than what I had when I did a transport last year. The other part that I liked was the price. It was a contracted price which never changed. Last year, I got screwed because I was given a price then something else happened. That's why I went with Sherpa because the price was what the guy said on email.

Sherpa driver kept in contact with me and delivered my car to Matson as promised. The Sherpa representative was clear and straight forward, emailing me and calling me to update dates and information. Good job!

My brother was moving from California to North Carolina and needed his Lexus transported to NC. I am so thankful I found Sherpa! From the beginning to the end, they were awesome, and the company they entrusted our car to for delivery was fantastic. They kept us updated and even delivered his car a day earlier than expected! From the initial call, the customer representative’s professionalism and the reviews won my business. Their quote was a little higher than other transport services, but it was well worth it. Communication was excellent. My son’s car was picked up and delivered when promised. No surprises or hiccups throughout the process. Plus, my son was able to pack his trunk with his speakers which was a bonus! The car arrived without damage and relatively clean considering the cross country ride. We did not take advantage of the free car wash. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sherpa arranged for transport of my vehicle across country from Huntington Beach, California to Wilmington, North Carolina. The vehicle got there in 5 days and was in perfect condition. Sherpa is local to North Carolina and I did an online search before I chose them. Customer service was great. They were very thorough. Both pickup and delivery went very smoothly as well. It took four days, from Tuesday to Friday, and the driver was great. It was 2200-mile transport and we had to deliver it to a military base. While some of the other places wouldn't deliver to a military base, Sherpa didn't have a problem doing that.

Sherpa made shipping our car from DC to Oakland easy and unstressful. They communicated regularly and clearly. I knew at every step what was happening. Part of the credit has to go to the driver, but Sherpa arranged for the driver and provided very clear instructions and guidance throughout. I requested a quote from Sherpa on the 20th and the car was delivered on the 25th in perfect condition. Amazing! Great job!

I didn't wanna drive the car from Colorado to Virginia. That far was a pain in my butt, so I looked to hire a company. Sherpa was the first one to answer the phone and they were really good. The delivery was perfect too. They were ahead of schedule and the cost was lower than I expected. It was worth it.

I had a small Lexus SC430 shipped from Fremont, California to Conway, South Carolina. I went with Sherpa right off the bat. There was a couple of other companies but it was a set price with Sherpa. The rep that set it up for me was great and very pleasant. I explained my situation. I live in a cul de sac but I'm fairly close from a main road. When it came down to the delivery, we picked a place where the trailer was able to pull off to the side of the road and I met the guy out there. The driver was really good too. We loaded up the car and everything was safe. He had a handheld device. He gave me a copy of the bill of lading and it had all my information on there. I verified it.

Think of somebody that's dependable. Someone that you can trust. I had another company that I called, and they were not returning my call. I wasn't pleased with what they were telling me as well. After I talked to them for a little bit, I realized quickly I couldn't trust them and I didn't wanna do business with them. I never felt that way with this company. I wanted to buy a car and I needed someone to ship it. I own a racetrack and we always buy and sell cars. I kept trying one company and I came across Sherpa. I thought I’d give them a try and and I liked them. They were very upfront, open, and kept me informed. The customer service did well. The quote was fair and right on. A rep came to the racetrack and delivered the car, I inspected it, I signed the papers and that was it. The total transport took four or five days. It was a good deal.

It had one more day left on their schedule to load it and then it was brought to Russellville, Arkansas. The guys that did the transporting were in touch by cellphone with me, personally. Shipping from Wisconsin to Maine. While it took Sherpa a several days (more than a week) to locate a carrier I don't fault them as where we were going (Northern Maine) probably limited the carriers. They finally did and at the price they quoted. Everything worked well, the pickup carrier gave us a 2 day window for pickup and communicated well so he did arrive when he said he would. Same on the other end, except he gave us a little less notice. He called to deliver that evening but since we lived an hour away from the drop off point, it was really not in the cards. We agreed to make the pickup the following morning and he was there when he said he would be. He gave me plenty of time to look over the car without any pressure to assess any damage.. However the car was dirty since it traveled during the winter/spring but it did appear there was no damage to the vehicle. We chatted a bit, interesting guy, paid him and we both went our separate ways.

First off Chris was absolutely a delight! We called for a last minute auto transport because the other company we hired failed to show and would not answer our calls. I went online and did research in what was companies' ratings, and Sherpa was rated pretty high. Because there were so many companies to choose from, it was very overwhelming. But I nailed it. Sherpa honors their estimate more so than other companies. By what I read, I felt that they would be the best company. With this being my first time ever doing anything like this, I didn't know what to expect. I was very nervous. I'm one to ask a lot of questions so I know what to expect but they were there to answer. When my vehicle was being delivered, they let me know when it would arrive. Prior to the person dropping off my vehicle, he let me know, "I'm in the area. I'm gonna be 10 minutes from your place." When it came to communication, it was there so I was well pleased. Because of my experience, I have a more willing spirit to do it again and go to the same company.

I have a son in the military stationed in Charleston, South Carolina. He had this vehicle in my residence in Miramar and he wanted me to ship the vehicle to him. I went online and found the nearest shipping company, which was Sherpa, so I made an arrangement. The guy that picked up the vehicle doesn’t speak English. Anything that I have and anything that he wanted to ask me, he had to call his wife to do the translation. Then, he took the vehicle and I was asking him about the military discount but he had no idea what I was talking about. But the shipment went well. My son got the truck and he was satisfied. The guy took pictures of the vehicle before he put it on the truck and it had no damages.

The transport and the delivery went well. I scheduled ahead of time, so the process took about three weeks total. It only took about five days to get the car there though.

Shipping through Sherpa was fairly cheap even though the shipment was cross-country from Virginia to California. I was leery about shipping 'cause I've done it before. I went with Sherpa after seeing that it looked like a solid company. At first, we didn't hear anything from them and we wondered when they were gonna pick our car up. The split of the cost between Sherpa's transporter and themselves was 850 and 300 formally. But then, because the transporter was taking a while, they gave the transporter 950 and took only 200. So, they were able to meet all commitments to us. Our car got to the destination in four days. The odometer was the same as when we gave it to them. I would use their service again. I recommend Sherpa. They're very business-like and things worked out fine during our move.

But I looked online and read the reviews for Sherpa Auto Transport. My husband called them and he decided to move forward with them. We had a little hiccup with the driver but it was on our end. I looked at all the different ads and what Sherpa offered. I was always able to get ahold of somebody over and over again without trying to get an answering machine. There were many other companies that just wouldn’t answer or so busy that they’d say to call back and then they won’t which was one of the biggest problems I had. We couldn’t get a shipper at first, and then we talked about what we could do to speed up a shipper. I live in Missouri but the car was in Maryland and I was shipping it to a place in Illinois to have some work done on it. In the end, there was a $100 adjustment to the final price because I had a special circumstance. I didn’t have anybody present for me at the vehicle processing center so I had to do a power of attorney.

I had a contract in place with another company that I found online and it was lower priced but the pick-up date came and went two times, and they never performed. I found Sherpa and I liked that they had the guarantee where it says they'll pay more to make it happen. So, I got the contract with them and they performed great and did everything they said. Then they called us to let us know when they were gonna pick the vehicle up and drop it off. However, the pick up was way later than they said. They were supposed to be there in the morning but didn’t get there until late that night. My son was waiting, but it was fine. They picked the vehicle up and got it here when they said they were gonna get it here, which was awesome. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

We used Sherpa Auto Transport last August to transport my daughter's car to college and I had done the extensive research back then. When it came time for bringing her car back, we weren't planning on using them because we were gonna drive it back ourselves. We were also hesitant to hire them again because our last experience with them was bad. Sherpa is a broker and the other company that they hired was not good, neither was the driver. I complained to them about it and they gave us a credit for it.

Sherpa's price doesn't fluctuate based on the eventual commission given to the driver. You pay a flat fee up front, they take it, and you're done with it. It was a lot easier to go with them. Plus, they have higher reviews. The first guy I talked to would've been in direct contact with the dispatchers. He was quite good at going over what the commission process was like and getting it started.

This is the first time I’ve ever used a transport service and I had no idea how the whole business worked. So, I went on the internet and tried to get a company that had many reviews, which was the big thing because you have a lot of fly-by-night companies. They got a large amount of go-to people that did the work which made me go with them. Getting everything started with Sherpa was very quick, precise and easy. Then, at the end of the day, it worked out great because everything as they said was good. They delivered and I’d use them again.

Cheap prices and great service. Also the price is locked in which is important because other companies will lie on the quote and request more money upon delivery and if you don’t pay they’ll charge you storage fees anyway. I’m definitely using this company again.

I had taken the Camry from Wisconsin to Florida. And then, when the Coronavirus appeared, I did not want to drive from Florida back to Wisconsin. I wanted to have my car transported. I looked online and saw the services with the best ratings and Sherpa was among them. I looked at four companies. I have several friends who went with other companies that they had gone with before. But for some reason, I felt comfortable with Sherpa, and the transport I received certainly indicated that I was wise in going with them. It was professionally done. I would do it again.

We've moved around a few times and I've got like five cars. Every time we go somewhere, I gotta ship them. Also, my hobby is cars and I ship classics now and then. I shipped three cars with another carrier and two of them came in scratched up and there was no communication. I was supposed to have at least a day before they got here. They called me an hour ahead, on a Sunday, and said we gotta have cash. It was a battle the whole day and that was just when they got here. They couldn't coordinate when they were gonna pick it up.

Arranging a transport with Sherpa was very simple. They followed up quickly, gave me a quote right away, and found someone within 24 hours. Once Sherpa found me the driver, then it was all about the driver communicating with me, and Roland, the driver, was really good. The process started on a Wednesday and I got my car on Saturday, which I thought was pretty normal, and the transport from state to state wasn't too complicated.

I found Sherpa after being unhappy with Another shipping company, I had spoken with. From the moment I began with Sherpa customer service to the end point of delivery. I could not have been happier. The driver was very considerate, kept me up-to-date, and even gave me tips for living in my new community. Highly recommend.

I lost my job, so I had to move back home and needed a transport service. I Googled and it said that Sherpa is good so I chose them but they were a little bit expensive compared to others. All was good with Sherpa, with their reps and the timeframe they provided, and there were no issues.

There was a website that took me to the top five rated transport services and it kinda gave their pros and cons, the things that they’re really good at. I determined that Sherpa was gonna be what best suited our needs based on the fact that they could give a pretty precise window of pick-up versus some of the other companies. I called a couple of other people as well and we got quotes. I don’t think Sherpa Auto Transport had the lowest price but we were most comfortable with them and they were very reasonable in terms of price.

Sherpa provided excellent service in transporting our car from Mariana, Fl to Bayonne, NJ. The transport was handled agreed upon. The driver, from Blue Auto Transport was very professional and took very good care of our car during the transport.

We shipped two vehicles from Florida to California. Everything went very smoothly. Sherpa was upfront about costs and their policies and kept in touch with us frequently. The auto transport company communicated very well with us when and where they would pick up the car and deliver it on the other end. We received the car in the same condition as when we dropped it off.

The first company I went through for the shipment of my Jeep Wrangler had my deposit for a month but never shipped my vehicle. They were doing it too cheaply and couldn't find any driver to haul my vehicle. I went with Sherpa and they got us through the move. The delivery was perfect and their driver brought my vehicle right where I wanted them to.

We had to get my daughter's VW Jetta back here to our house from college 'cause of the COVID thing. The rep from Sherpa was excellent. We had done transports before and she was so good at explaining everything very carefully. It was the best one I ever had. The quote was a little hard than I wanted, but they gave me a rebate for student and military, so that helped. They also gave us a price guarantee. It was 2,000 miles from San Diego to Illinois and the whole transport was a five-day thing. They brought it to the neighborhood and my husband went out to get it. It was easy. It took him 30 seconds to go out there and get it. The courier driver was nice and the car was in perfect condition. I'm planning to use them again in August.

Sherpa told me the guarantees and if there was a difference in price, they would take care of it, which kinda made up my mind to go with them. I talked to different people because it took me a while to finally get things taken care of, but not because of Sherpa. It was on my part. However, when I called a week or so later, everybody was on the same page somehow and picked up where the other person left off. I guess they were taking good notes. Also, the time frame they gave was perfect and I got the vehicle in with no problems.

When one of my sons moved from Chicago to California, we shipped his car and used Sherpa based on the ratings online. I had to change my mind about three different times, but their reps were so calm and made me feel that it was okay. The interactions were very positive and I can’t say enough about them. Moreover, the quote was right on. The driver called my son and they met where they were supposed to meet. The transport took a lot less time than I thought. We were told that it would be available on Friday, but it came before the date on a Wednesday.

I bought a car in Ohio and I had it shipped using Sherpa. I looked at the ratings and they were the first that called me back and said that they could ship the car to Virginia. And it was the time I wanted to do it. Everything was perfect with the quote. It was for an open carrier, but they boarded it on a closed carrier and I was really impressed. The delivery was just like I was told it would be. The driver called me on a Saturday and told me he’d be delivering it Sunday, around 1:00 and that he was leaving Sunday morning. And he did what he said he was gonna do.

He knew that I relocated from California to Wisconsin, which was totally different. When he delivered the car, he said, "Take very good care of yourself here." That was very thoughtful.

The quotes vary depending on when you call and whom they call to get the trucking company. The first time I called Sherpa, the quote was 1,250, and then I called them again a few weeks later, it was 1,150. I guess it goes by availability and demand for this type of service so I thought it was competitive. I was pleased with the customer service as well. I had to send them emails and then they would call me back. When I called up to see where my car was, the customer service was able to contact the trucking company to give me information about where my car was so it was really good. That was like almost immediate feedback and follow-up on their behalf. I’d give them an A-plus for that because I did not have to chase them.

I had a lot of emails and phone calls for a long time after I made my selection. Out of the 4 companies I researched to transport my Land Rover from Arizona to New York, Sherpa was the only one which was completely upfront with pricing including how much they were being paid. They are not the actual transport company but the broker. That really impressed me. The quote they gave was in line with all other companies. Also, the driver Sherpa got communicated with me. However, their crew delivered the car early and I wasn't ready for it. That kinda inconvenienced me. Still, things could have been completely worse. It was a seamless experience with Sherpa.

Sherpa was fantastic and outstanding. There was a level of transparency with those guys. They were upfront. They communicated quite a bit. There was no bait-and-switch. What they charged me was the cost. There was no, “We're gonna need additional funding in order to move your vehicle.” I've moved quite a bit and this is easily the best vehicle transport I've had.

I had a Hyundai four-door sedan shipped from Florida to New York through Sherpa. Everybody whom I spoke to there was very professional and courteous. They knew what they were talking about and they were very patient. When Sherpa was trying to locate a driver for me, they found two and the first one they gave was horrendous. They said they were gonna pick up my vehicle on a Wednesday and Wednesday came and went. The Thursday after, I called them and it took five times to call their lady. When she picked up, she was very nasty. That company was feeding me all types of BS. Sherpa was kind enough to reschedule the delivery with somebody else.

My parents gave us a vehicle and we had to ship it. I looked on Better Business Bureau and Sherpa didn't have complaints like some of the other companies. The driver they gave us was very personable and so sweet. He spent time talking with my parents and he took a picture with my parents next to the car. My parents called and said, "He's the nicest guy. You'll wanna talk to him forever," and it was true. When he delivered the vehicle he was great. He talked to me and he was not in a hurry. It was a fantastic experience.

The vehicle was delivered earlier than expected and everybody was super professional and easy to work with.

The Sherpa rep explained their business, and what they’re gonna do. Before talking to them, I read some comments about this company and they were very positive. I made the decision very quickly. Since I have an old car it had some scratches but I got additional scratches. The person who took my car from them didn’t check it. And after that, it was too late to apply. But other than that they came on time, check on time, took car, they brought it here with simple payment. I would recommend them.

My daughter needed to bring her car to Florida for the Disney College Program. We were looking at Montway and I felt they were giving me the runaround. But Sherpa was number two on the list of the top five and I called them because I found Montway not being very accommodating. They couldn't guarantee that my daughter's car was gonna be there when I needed it there. And for them to pick it up, they wanted an extra $400. I also ended up looking at reviews and Montway got some nasty ones.

My experience with Sherpa was perfect. I’ve shipped my car several different times 'cause I'm a travel nurse, and this was by far the best experience I've had. They picked it up a day early, which was great. And I don't know how this guy got it over the mountain so dang fast but he dropped it off on time. Not only that, I was also able to stay in contact with my driver. If I would text him, he would text me back pretty much within an hour. The cost was fine too. As long as I can get my car on time. It wasn't cheap but they got it to me and it wasn't filthy dirty.

I’m super impressed with Sherpa. I had contacted another auto transport carrier, and they were all enthusiastic at first. They said they could work with me then they pursued me about getting things lined up. I ended up having to leave the car with neighbors and a set of keys with them, hoping it was gonna get moved. Sherpa came up with a high rating, so I called them, and they were awesome. They were straightforward and honest.

I googled, looked up the best car transportation companies, and found Sherpa. The rep who assisted me was very humble, very knowledgeable, and gave me all the information I needed. Also, there were no hidden fees, which I enjoyed, and there was no damage on the car when it was delivered. It was dirty, which is normal, but besides that, it was a very good experience.

Don't trust these people with your car! I've been telling them from day 1 that my car had a clutch problem, and that's why I wasn't driving it to my new home in another state. That's the reason it would need to be transported. So they give me a quote, and when I'm ready with the location to where they need to transport it, they tell me that they can't ship it. And yet, a regular tow truck driver moved it, towed it to my friend's house with no problem. These people are liars and have wasted my precious time. They even wasted more of my time when one of their incompetent employees said I would get a call back from their "distress team," and of course, they never bothered to call me back. They honestly couldn't care less. They are unprofessional and incompetent, and I'm glad they won't be touching my car. I can only imagine how that would've ended up, and they wouldn't have cared one bit in the end.

My daughter relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area and flew out there so we needed to send her car out. We went online and I had picked a different company, and then I researched and they had very bad reviews. Also, there were issues with them that people were being blackmailed when the delivery arrived, where the car would not be turned over unless they gave additional cash. My other daughter’s fiancé's parents moved to Florida and they used a different transport and it was a very negative experience. So, that was a heads up to really do some research. Sometimes, cheaper is not better. You want reputable.
