    First time shipping our Brand new one and we were concerned about it. We live in Naples for 6 months and our car was being shipped from RI. We heard horrible stories about damaged cars, people not getting their cars for weeks beyond the promised delivery date, and high pressure sales people who basically lie to and tell you what ever you what to hear to get the sale.

    The first company we called fit that bill - Road Runner. For example, told me we needed extra insurance on our vehicle and that it would only cost $3.95 - got the contract and it was $395 bucks, terrible customer service - no one returned phone calls and the chat online was useless. Fortunately, we found Sherpa - about $300 buck cheaper. Their customer service was available at all times to assist with any problems we had - and there will always be little problems than can turn into big ones if not handles ASAP- the driver, Max was great, kept us posted as to delivery time and gave us Top line service - the name of his company. Would highly recommend.

    I had to take a truck from the West Coast to the East Coast. Customer service is a thing of the past these days, and Sherpa's reps were really fantastic. The guy from the other company I considered dropped the ball and I had to call Sherpa at the last minute to get the truck there on time. They really stepped up and made it happen. I called them and told them that the other company said they were gonna do it, and now, they’re not returning any calls or emails so I was in a bad spot for getting a truck in transport. I added that we needed it transported by a certain date so the rep said that they better get right on this one.

    From start to finish, Sherpa was super fast. Everything they said happened and it was on time, no questions asked. I thought it was gonna be a weird process because we had never done it before, but it was super cool. Also, the quote they provided was a little cheaper than I expected and it was exactly as they said. The driver, Paul, was so nice and a super gracious guy. The transport took seven days, from beginning to end. The weather was all funky, so it was creeping. But even the day before, they said that this was what they think was gonna happen. I explained that we needed it delivered so they made it happen.

    My car broke down on a road trip, and I had to be back in town. So, I had to leave it in Oregon and get it shipped out. I was doing research, and out of the ones that I spoke with, Sherpa had the most consistently good reviews and were of reasonable cost. I agreed to the price, gave them credit card information and filled out a contract. They had a driver reach out to me who asked if he could pick up the car and deliver it on certain days.

    We set up the times and then I went and met the driver to pick up my car. The reps have good customer service. They were good about calling me back. When I told them I couldn't talk and needed them to call me back at a certain time, they called me back at that time. They were respectful and polite. It was overall a pretty easy process. The car arrived on the same condition that I left it in Oregon.

    I was moving across the country from New Jersey to Arizona in winter time and I have a small car. I didn't really wanna potentially risk it snowing, it being difficult to take my Honda Accord Coupe across country. I looked at three or four moving companies online but then Sherpa had the best reviews out of them. I worked with their reps and they let me know that they would contact me about a week before my car was actually getting shipped. There were a couple of times wherein I had to call back to let them know that they have the wrong ship date on their system. Still, they would constantly email me and answer any questions I had throughout the whole process.

    A couple days before my car was shipping out, they didn't have anybody yet and I was kinda concerned. They like assured me that they were gonna get somebody even if it meant taking less money on their end. The quote I got was reasonable for shipping a car cross country and also considering the fact that it was winter time so a lot of people were shipping their car out to warmer states. The moving company they used wasn't the best and the vehicle arrived a couple of days later than what they promised. Even so, I knew anything could happen since they were shipping the car across the country.

    However, one weird thing was that the mover guy called me one morning and told me that my car was gonna be at the destination in the afternoon. I told him that I would let my boss know that I leave work early. However, I called back that evening and he told me that he was still in the same location and that he couldn't leave. So he ended up paying for an Uber to get my car which was something I appreciated. The only problem that came about because of that delay was that I had to get a rental car. When my car arrived, it was really dirty but I felt that was expected. Overall, the service I got from Sherpa was really good and I'm really happy with them.

    I bought a vehicle that was in Detroit and I needed to get it back to Nashville. I got quotes from 12 different transport companies and Sherpa seemed to be one of the better rated ones out there. A gentleman reached out to me over the phone then sent me an email quote. The quote wasn’t the lowest but it wasn’t the highest either. It was right in the middle and I thought it was reasonable. If I would’ve flown up to Detroit and would've driven the car back myself, it would’ve cost me roughly the same amount of money.

    I took a few days to decide on who to use after doing some research on everybody. Once I committed to Sherpa, they found a truck that was available. They could get my vehicle to Nashville within a day or two. They were supposed to deliver it on Sunday but due to some delay, the driver didn’t get there until Monday which worked out fine for me. The driver was very nice and he kept me updated during his trip. He let me know what the issues were and why he was gonna be delayed. He did a great job and got everything there without any damage. Everything worked out great and I was glad I chose Sherpa.

    My son was relocating from California to Michigan and he needed his car shipped. The customer service people at Sherpa were knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. I also talked to a few other companies that used car sales, but Sherpa was very straightforward about what they do and how much it costs. Sherpa was about $150 less compared to other transport companies.

    We had a major snowstorm here in the Midwest. The driver had said he'd be here on Saturday around 8 o'clock at night. He called around 5:00 and said that the roads were so bad, he doesn't think he was gonna be able to make it until later, and if it was okay with me, he'd deliver it as soon as he could. So I said, "If it's okay with you, sure, deliver it tonight." I live at the top of the hill. Then I got a call about quarter to 12, and that the driver said, "I'm stuck", He tried to get up the hill to my house. He got about halfway and then the whole rig slid back down. Anyway, he and I were able to get his truck unstuck and my car off of it. I gotta hand it to the guy. He delivered the car rain or shine. The whole transport took four days. It was really fast. He picked it up on the 22nd and delivered it on the 26th. I'd use Sherpa again.

    I transported a 2017 Honda Civic through Sherpa Auto Transport when I moved from California to Florida. I looked online at a few transport companies. I had booked with Roadrunner but they didn't show up to pick up the car and I couldn't get a hold of them. So, I called Sherpa at the last minute and they came through for me. The rep was great. He explained everything to me. Their quote was a little higher than Roadrunner but considering the fact that they got the car transported in a very quick manner, it wasn't that much more. So, I was fine with it. It seemed very reasonable to me. They called me when they delivered the vehicle. They told me that they were at the location and when I got there, the car was already off of the truck and ready to go. The condition of the vehicle was great. It left with no scratches and it came back with no scratches or damage.

    I was moving and I looked at four transport companies. Sherpa was more professional, and they knew more about what they were doing. Everything was organized. They answered all the questions, and when I called and expressed any concern, the rep took care of everything right away. The transport went great. Three days after, I picked it up. They had it there ready for me, and everything was great. They went through a snowstorm, so the car was dirty. But that was understandable. You get what you pay for. I'll be calling them again because I have a couple more cars coming down.

    I purchased a car out of state and had it shipped to me. I did an internet search and looked at four companies, then decided from there. I saw a lot of positive reviews from others that have used Sherpa and one thing that stood out was the fact that the price that was quoted was the price that was actually paid. There were no surprises at the end of the trip. Sherpa got the car to me quicker than I had thought, so that was nice. It was a good transaction and they got the car to me quickly. The duration was three days from pick up to delivery. The delivery driver didn't speak much English, but he was nice and we just met in a public parking space. We went over the bill of lading to make sure there was nothing wrong with the car, then he gave me the keys and I gave him the money. It only took 10 minutes at the most. Sherpa got exactly what I thought and they did a fine job.

    I received a car that was a family heirloom. I wasn’t able to drive all the way down to Florida to pick it up myself so I needed someone to bring it up for me in a cost-effective manner. I applied for Sherpa's services online and they called me up with the details. It was Christmas time then so finding a driver was difficult, but every time there was an update, someone called me. The car arrived in good condition and it was all I could have asked for. However, the price I had to pay went up because the vehicle unfortunately didn’t start like it was supposed to. It had to be manually moved on to the trailer and then manually taken off. The driver told me that he needed $120 for all that, and I didn't think that was unreasonable. The amount I paid was what I would’ve paid with just about anybody else, and that was assuming the vehicle would run. I expected my experience to be a freaking nightmare, but it was not.

    I was moving back from Seattle to Chicago and had taken the car out with one company, then scheduled with another company to come back. But, that company never came. I had told them that I needed it picked up right away because I was in an urgent situation. They said, “Yeah, yeah, yeah.” And then, they put it up for very cheap, and it didn’t get picked up. And every time I called, at first, they would answer and say, “Oh, we’re trying so hard, but it’s holiday time,” and then, they stopped answering my calls.

    So then, Sherpa picked up and they were fabulous. They explained to me what was going on because I didn’t understand the process, which is that the shipment is put online with everybody. And you’re basically posted. Then, any trucker can look it up. What they had done is the people I contacted, even though I was paying them a large sum of money, they had put it up for very cheap, so no one was picking it up. Sherpa's rep then said that they will charge me the regular rate, the rate that should be, and then they'll post. the final amount was a little bit lower than I was paying the first shipper, but the first shipper was not posting it for a fair rate. They posted it, and within less than 24 hours, I had a shipper.

    During the pickup and delivery, I asked them to contact the office of the apartment building where we had been living and make arrangements with that person to pick up the keys. They said it went very smoothly, and they were very polite. They picked it up and when they dropped off, they did a great job. They just notified us in advance, and let us know that they were coming, what day, and what time. Then, they showed up approximately that time, but they called ahead to let us know again that they were half an hour away. Overall, my Sherpa experience was unbelievably good and the car was fine when it arrived. It was as it had been when it left.

    I had to move a vehicle from Virginia to California. When I was checking different transport companies, I saw very good reviews for Sherpa. Even though I got a price quote from other companies for 1,150 and 1,100, I preferred Sherpa's 1,250 because of the good feedback. In addition, the customer service reps I worked with responded every time I called, and even when they did not respond, they gave me a call back as soon as they can.

    Their delivery guy was good and everything was communicated right. I gave him my car and he called me one day before it was delivered. He did not come for pick-up though. Instead, I went there. When the car was delivered, one of my back tires was flat. I showed it to him but he mentioned that there was no issue. I immediately went to the filling station and when I filled the tire, it was good. However, I had a concern with the rebate form. I had a rebate of $50 and a car wash service of $20. I sent it through the mail, but there's no response on that. I suggest removing the process of this rebate. Give the discount while giving the quote itself. Or when the delivery happens, just ask the customer to send a scanned copy thru email. They're sending mail and all the documents and I didn't like that process. It should be online.

    I would definitely recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. They shipped the 2006 Toyota Camry from Washington state to Maryland. I called another broker and they changed the price on me three times, so I canceled with that one. Then I saw a television advertisement for Sherpa's service and decided to try them. After giving me the initial quote, they didn't change the price on me. Also, their price was cheaper and there was a $200 difference in their quote compared to other transport companies that I looked at. But the final price did not match the initial quote and it is still being negotiated because the $200 difference includes $100 reimbursement with the TV advertisements. So, I'm still trying to get $100 back but in the Visa card form and there are a couple of steps involved with that.

    Other than that, I had a very good experience with the driver. He was very accommodating. But that is not a reflection of Sherpa but more of a reflection of the sub-contractor that they hired. But when I received my vehicle, there was a slight issue. I opted to do the transport with the open-air container, though, so I knew what I was getting into. When the car was delivered, it had lots of dust and the hose for the window washer got disconnected. But I heard from the mechanic that this is a very frequent thing that happens during transport and it was nothing major. Nevertheless, Sherpa was able to figure out a good contract with the carrier driver because they got my car delivered on time despite the weather.

    I needed a transport service to ship my vehicle from Los Angeles to Florida where I am now stationed. I called a few different places. Every time I speak with somebody, I felt most comfortable with the person I was speaking to through Sherpa about the actual services that were directing the drivers that pick up to us. Sherpa offered me the best price, and their customer service was very helpful. Even the people that they hired to pick up the vehicle were helpful and kept me informed along the way. The quote I was given was the final pay off and it did not change throughout the process. Finding a driver took a little bit, and it wasn't 'till the day prior that they found a driver.     I'm in Florida and I needed a SUV that was in South Carolina. I had an accident and I wasn’t gonna go back there to get the car so I needed it transported down. I checked online on the Consumer and Better Business Bureau and came up with a transport company then I went by with Consumer Reports. When I called Sherpa, it seemed like a good deal so I went with them.

    Sherpa's customer service reps called and kept in contact with me. I was told that the SUV would be picked up on Friday and will be delivered between Monday and Wednesday. I got the vehicle on Monday morning and when it was delivered, the driver gave me a call. He said that they will be here within the hour and they were. He was courteous and the vehicle arrived in good condition. Also, the quote I was provided was fair. When we negotiated the price, that was the set price and there was no change. I was given a high quality of service and I was very happy. I would be a repeat customer.

    Sherpa was a special request for one of our top associate management. Sherpa's service was good. They transported the vehicle from Phoenix, Arizona to San Diego, California and they got the unit to its location fairly quickly. So, our bosses were happy with that. We looked into four different transport companies and decided to go with Sherpa due to their reasonable prices and the type of customer service they provide.

    Everything was good with communication with their associate. As far as their customer service, their reps are good about it. They kept me posted and updated me on what was going on, which was a plus. They've given me as much information as they could to make sure that I was contented and happy with their service. The people who delivered the vehicle let me know how close they were in getting to the site. They also tried to work with my schedule as far as our opening hours and made sure that they got there on time or in a certain hour. If an opportunity comes up again, I would use Sherpa's services. They did a good job, and we were quite happy about it.

    I had a ’98 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck transported with Sherpa from South Carolina to Indiana. The reviews on Sherpa online were pretty good. I also liked that they had online scheduling and unlike some of the other companies that I tried to deal with, they didn’t harass me every other day. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were towards the bottom. The truck had very big sentimental value to my family, so it was very important that I wasn’t just going after the cheapest Joe Shmoe. So, I just had a good gut feeling with them, so that’s why I went with them. I called, scheduled it, set it all up and gave the rep my credit card so she could find a driver. The next day, they said they had a driver, and the driver picked it up the day after that and returned it to me the same day.

    The woman I talked to was very nice and very polite. I couldn’t complain a bit about her service. The delivery went great as well. The driver was a very respectful gentleman and kept me in the loop on what was going on. I knew there was some bad weather coming and he asked what was the latest time he would be able to drop off because he was trying to beat the weather. Everything was good with the condition of my vehicle when I received it.

    We were moving from Missouri to California and we had to ship two of our vehicles. I went through a dozen transport companies but I got Sherpa Auto Transport's service after I read the reviews from people. It looked like they were reliable, honest, and has fair pricing. When I set the transport up, their customer service was very helpful. They cleared everything up before we decided to spend the money with them and nothing was hidden nor sounded off. The cars were then picked up when they said they were gonna be picked up, and they were delivered when they said they were gonna be delivered. We got the cars in a place a mile from our house where the big truck could park and the amount we paid was the amount we were quoted at the start.     My daughter moved to California from Connecticut. We needed to transport a Toyota Rav4. A bunch of companies came up when I googled transport companies. I had signed with one. And then, after I signed with them, I got a very bad feeling. I didn’t hear back from them. I just didn’t think that they were the right people to go with. I looked up their reviews again, and they had very bad ones. And then, Sherpa came up so I canceled the first company.

    Sherpa was a little bit more expensive but that’s fine because they totally did a good job. The reps were honest and everything they told me was correct. If they didn’t know anything, they said they would check and call me back, which is important because I don’t want them giving me misinformation. Also, the driver was nice and communicative. He dropped the car there when we were supposed to get the car and he picked the car up when he was supposed to pick it up. It was delivered in front of my daughter’s building, exactly when we got there. As a matter of fact, we were on the highway, and the car was right next to us. I have already recommended Sherpa to one person. I would use Sherpa again if I ship a car.

And then I called Sherpa Auto Transport one time and the lady that I spoke to set everything up the first day, and my car was picked up within the next 48 hours. The lady was one of the best customer service. Also, the quote was great and the final cost was the quote. When the driver got there, he just called me and picked up my car. He was friendly.     I had a great experience with Sherpa Auto Transport when they shipped the 2012 Toyota Camry over a few thousand miles. The quote they provided was competitive. It was the same as what the other transport companies were offering, but they were a lot better than the others when I went online and saw their reviews. The final cost was the same as the quote that they had originally quoted. They also gave me a $100 rebate which was in the copy of the bill. The customer service reps were A1 and everything with them was smooth.

    I saw the driver when I dropped the car off and the next time that I spoke with the driver was on the day of delivery. I met the people who would deliver the vehicle around the corner from my house, then I watched them load the car up. When the car was delivered, they couldn't come down the street since the truck was big. So, I went not too far from where I was and picked the car up. Everything was fine. The car was just like when I dropped it off, although it was a little dirty. I was very satisfied with Sherpa.

    We needed to ship a car from Denver, Colorado to Goose Creek, South Carolina. We like Sherpa's reviews. My son's in the military and he was unable to leave his base 'till after a certain time in the evening. We had to make sure that the car would not be delivered before 5 o'clock in the evening, and a lot of the companies would not accommodate that.

    The reps were great, and they were helpful from the beginning to the end. The driver tried to deliver the truck early, but it wasn't any big deal. He called and asked if he could deliver the truck and my son told him he was not allowed to leave the base. But the guy was great and he just waited for my son. Sherpa's price was the second to highest quote that we got. The other ones were lower, but they couldn't meet our needs. Sherpa also had $100 rebate which they honored and they've sent it back to us. We were very happy with Sherpa. We will go with them again and we won't even look for another company.

    I bought a low-mileage Audi convertible in Kentucky. I was gonna fly down and drive it to Massachusetts, but I didn't wanna put a thousand miles on it, and so I had a truck back. I called three transport companies and I decided I'd use Sherpa Auto Transport as they were the cheapest. My price was 725, which was great. Also, the girl I talked to seemed nice and wasn't playing games. Even after I made that decision, she told me that they would give me a $100 rebate card. I booked the transport on a Wednesday afternoon and the girl told me that it might take a few days. But then, I got a call from the dealer the next morning and they told me that an auto transport company was picking my car up. I told them that that cannot be as it was gonna be at least a few days, but they told me that the guy has my address and everything matched. So I said, “Well, take the car then, Sherpa Auto Transport.”

    That guy subbed the delivery to two guys from Tennessee and those two guys picked the car up in the afternoon. The next morning, the two drivers drove up and told me that they have my car. I thought it was gonna come on a big nine-car carrier truck, but it was just one of those car carriers with three cars. I gave them the cash and they were gone within 5 minutes. I looked up the car for scratches and everything and everything was fine. It has some salt on it as they ran into a storm, but that happens - I wanted a lower price with the open carrier. The whole transport went smoothly and perfectly for me.

    I had a car shipped from Washington State to Georgia. I paid a significant amount of money to try to ensure the safety of the new vehicle. However, it arrived late, unloaded in the wrong location, with multiple points of damage including a completely shattered back window. I could not reach their customer service to make a claim and so far I have had to contact my own insurance agency to try to deal with fixing the car. Even worse, the driver could barely communicate with me in English, but he did know how to try bribe me with cash! What a joke of a business. The whole experience was a nightmare. 0/10. Easily the worst commercial transaction I have ever made in my life. To be as polite as possible, I would avoid doing any business with Sherpa.

    I was looking for some good transport companies that would transport my BMW 2018 X5 from Chicago to Los Angeles, California. When I Google searched the best transport companies, ConsumerAffairs.com was one of them that came up with a list of all the different vehicle companies. That guided through the entire process. I looked at 10 to 11 companies but Sherpa was 100% confident in assuring a driver for me. The other companies were not confident because it was around the December timeframe where it was Christmas and that it was very difficult to get the drivers. The price was also one factor that made me go with Sherpa. The quote that I was given was really the most appropriate one. I researched online and I found that their price was absolutely fine and they did not charge us a lot.

    Their reps were very pleasant in talking and they were respectful. The knowledge they had was the appropriate style. I had a good interaction with them and I really liked the experience. When my car was delivered, it was a little dirty since it was an open carrier but it was totally fine with me. The good thing though about Sherpa was that they also offered me a $30-coupon for a carwash. It was a very good gesture from them. Sherpa was perfect and I can definitely recommend them. It was a kind of a gamble for me, but it was worth taking that risk with them.

    I purchased a wrecked vehicle out of Texas and needed it shipped to Utah. I looked at a total of three transport companies and Sherpa Auto Transport had a really good website that led me to give them a call. The gentleman on the phone did a really good job and explained the process and made me really comfortable with the service they provided. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions, and he felt confident that they could ship my car here. The one concern that I had was that they decided that the car wouldn’t be drivable. I was getting my quote and he said they would send somebody out there and fix the car a bit, so that added additional time on getting it to transport. They could’ve just had somebody over there and pick up the car even if it was a non-drivable vehicle to cut down on the amount of time to actually get the vehicle.

    The driver was nice. He gave me a call and it was about an hour before he got to where he dropped off the car. He was close to being on time. He was really helpful with getting the car unloaded and he was awesome in everything. It took about three to four days from the time that I called and said I had to pick up the car until the car was delivered. The timeframe was pretty close to the expectations set into place by the original customer service agent. The cost of the transport was good, but they didn’t entirely make it clear why they charged service for $800. They were willing to give a certain dollar rebate with that, but it made it more expensive. They could have not charged it upfront. It seemed odd that you get a $100 off, but then you have to put up an amount. Still, Sherpa did a good job and if I have the opportunity to ship a car again, I’ll definitely use them.

I spoke with, at least, five people from this company at different times and every last one of them was very helpful and very on-point and above words.

    The actual shipper that they put me in contact with was local from the area that my daughter lived in and needed to have her car picked up from. He was helpful also. The only thing that caused a little ripple was the arrival of the vehicle. It was a day late. However, even with that, they were very understanding and accommodating. They reduced the final price because of that inconvenience. They were able to settle any popping issue that we had for the most part. Also, it was a fair cost compared to the other prospects that I looked at. It was a good experience and one that would make me recommend them to anyone else that needed that service. It was good dealing with everything. As long as what was promised to me is delivered, I am totally satisfied.

    I had a car in Florida that I needed to be delivered to St. Louis. A dozen companies contacted me with four being in contention. The cost was a factor in the decision, but once I got it down to the final few companies, I looked for reviews. Sherpa's reps were professional, courteous and responsive. Plus, the quote I received was a good initial number and accurate.

    Both drivers who came were fine. They picked it up when they said they would and they dropped it off within a day of the delivery date. I wasn’t there for pick-up, but I heard it was fine. The driver for the drop-off was a nice guy. He called in advance and did his job. I was flexible and told him about where it was fine to drop off the car. Anywhere that worked for him was good so he found a spot where it was easy to pull off. There were oil drips on the car and some other debris from cars being above it, but it was just a matter of washing it. I’d definitely recommend them and use them again if I had to move another car.

    I had to move and I looked at three different transport companies before I went with Sherpa. I used them for their transparency and they said that whatever price they quoted was the price that it was gonna say and if it goes up, they would take it out at their end. The cost though was very competitive. They had a great rep and as soon as I put in for a quote online, she called me within a minute or two. She was very responsive and so all the way through the whole transport. My vehicle was transported all the way across the country. It was 3,000 miles and the transport was a lot faster than we thought. They left the house on a Tuesday evening and they got to the arrival place on a Friday night. The location specified all stayed the same.

    Although, we had minimal interaction with the driver. He did not speak English well which was not a problem but he was very cooperative and he met us at the right spot. When he got to Arizona, he met us right by our house. But, in the beginning, there was a little mixed up and we could have been given a little more lead time. The actual pick-up person called the night before but they never showed in the morning. So, I called them a few hours later and they said that they would come the next day. It was the actual transportation truck’s fault that there was a delay with the driver but it worked out well. Overall, Sherpa did a great job and I would use them again.

    I'm in the military and I had to go overseas. I had a friend watch my car because I didn’t want it just in a warehouse and I had to pay for it to be shipped once I got back. I looked at five different transport companies and during the research, I found that there's a lot of shady business in that industry. Most companies would say what it's gonna cost and then, they don't disclose to you the price once it's negotiated by the driver. So then, when the driver brings your truck, they say, "No. It's this much," and you can't get your truck or your car unless you pay them. But the guarantees that Sherpa offered with the price and everything was upfront. They ate that money and it ended up being more than they quoted me. That was the only driver they could find that would do it and they paid that cost.

    I called one time because I was expecting my truck to be picked up. I was wondering where it was on a certain day and they said they would call me back and they did. Some companies don't follow up on that, but they called me right back and informed me of my delivery day. Everything went smoothly and the quote they gave me was a fair price in the end.

    Once the driver got close, he called me. He left voicemails and shoot me texts as he was coming up. He was delayed because of the snowstorm, so he had a car drop off in the middle of California and went to bed for the night. The next day he called me and said that the weather has cleared and that he was on his way. He also informed me what time he would be here and he showed up at that time. He was very polite and professional. It's interesting that it was just a guy with a truck and a trailer. It wasn't like a flatbed or anything. He backed my truck off and I took a look around and everything was fine.

    I bought a Toyota ’86 and I wanted it transported. I looked into 10 different transport companies and Sherpa's Google reviews and price made me go with them. I called them and they gave me a quote. The quote was a little more expensive than the average. But for the reviews that they had, it was the cheapest so it was the best for the price. They told me that once they find a driver, they were gonna call me up again, and they did that in less than 24 hours. Also, the rep who handled my situation was good.

    The transport was for 550 miles and it took one day from pick up to delivery. The driver called me when he was in the runabout and outside of the driveway of my complex. He unloaded the car and I checked it. It was unscathed. However, I’m a little bit bitter because Sherpa was supposed to give me a $100 gift card. They were gonna give me the receipt but the driver forgot to send me one, so they said that they’re gonna talk to me to get the $100 gift card I never received. The cost I paid was accurate and it could have been cheaper but it was okay the way it is for the speedy delivery and reliability.

    We shipped a 2006 Mercedes Benz for 630 miles. We looked at two other companies but Sherpa was going to be slightly cheaper because they’re offering a rebate once you send in the final statement after it shipped. Also, they sounded like they could get it done a little quicker. But it ended up not being so. When we booked with them, the process was quick and easy. The rep got all the information and said they would contact us.

    They couldn’t find a driver for the time that we had slotted, but it was also the holidays. It wasn’t a bad experience and we weren’t in any rush so it wasn’t a big deal for us anyway. We got emails saying they were trying to find drivers daily and then when they finally found one we then got calls. The vehicle was delivered the next night after it was picked up. The delivery guy was a nice guy. He called at 6:00 PM when he was in Huntsville. He had just dropped off another vehicle and he asked if we still wanted him to come that evening. We said yes. He said, he’d be on his way and be in about 7:30 and it was about 8:00 o’clock when he arrived. He did a good job. There was nothing wrong with the car, it looked exactly like it was when I left it.

    I bought an SUV out of state and needed it shipped to my home in Dayton, Ohio. The dealer had recommended a certain provider, but when I checked them out, they had terrible responses from customers so I didn't use them. Meanwhile, I went online to check Sherpa and read responses from other people that have used their services. I found they have high ratings and so I dealt with Sherpa. They provided the driver of the independent company that shipped it. The company was in contact with me. They picked up the car when they said they were gonna pick it up. They even called me later that day because they wanted to deliver it that night. Since they won't be there until 12:00 midnight, I told them to deliver it at 8:30 in the morning and they delivered it when they said they would deliver it. While I had paid for an open trailer, the car came in a closed trailer. It arrived when we had a snowstorm and when they opened the trailer, the car was perfect.

    However, there was another car behind it. It was a $280,000 McLaren sports car. They had to take that out and then, they got mine out. I helped them push the small car back into the trailer, then they walked around everything with me. They explained that they had walked around the car before they put it in the trailer to bring it to me.

    Other than that, I had a quote of 625, and my other quotes ran from 5 to 550 range. While that wasn't a big issue, they told me that they'd take $200 and the balance goes to the actual driver. They added that when I get my information, I have to send it to them and they will send me a check for a $100. Unfortunately, the rep told me I wasn't gonna get the 100. They said they only got a 100, the driver got the other 100. Still, that is okay because my SUV was shipped on a covered trailer. From pick up to delivery, it took them a day. I've had other cars shipped to the West Coast before, and I've always had some kind of an issue, whether the driver wanted more money at the other end or they were two or three days late or they didn't communicate. This was a very pleasant experience with Sherpa. I would use their service again.

    My mom was spending two months in Florida and I shipped a Ford Fusion from Connecticut. I liked Sherpa Auto Transport's price and better business review over other companies. One other company was very cheap, but their Better Business review is terrible. The customer service representatives at Sherpa were fantastic and they were very informative when I called with questions. They responded and always took the time to explain things.

    The only reason I hesitated was they have the payment to them and I also had to pay the driver directly. I thought that it was gonna be a pain to get a cashier's check, but it was fine and their price was competitive with the other company. Sherpa picked the vehicle up on a Friday and they said that it should be in Florida around Wednesday or Thursday of the following at the latest. My mom was down there without a car. But when I met the driver, Rick, he said, "Nah, I'm gonna be there Monday or Tuesday." It was super quick.

    Getting a hold of my mom on her cellphone is hard, so the driver did a great job of getting the vehicle delivered to her because she can be a little anxiety-prone. I talked to the driver and he told me it was all good. It was great and my mom had a good experience. Rick was awesome. He showed up and was super courteous and professional. He was a nice guy. He got delayed because there was some traffic, but he really kept me in the loop. Anytime I called, he picked up right away. It was a smooth transaction.

The only thing was, the driver was out here the last moment because Sherpa had difficulty looking for one. It was only on the day of the pickup itself that I knew who was gonna be the driver and what time they're gonna pick the car up. But then during the delivery, the carrier driver and I communicated very well. The cost that I paid at the very end was very accurate and it was excellent considering the service I received.

    I was moving from New Jersey so I had to ship my car and my SUV here towards San Antonio. I went with Sherpa because of the contact and scheduling and it went well with their rep. We set up times for pick up and delivery and told them to give me a call when the vehicle is almost here. The price I paid in the end was fine. It was just about what I was quoted. Also, the driver was pretty respectful. He called me every time he was close to the area and let me know that he was in town. It was the holidays, so the transport took about a day longer because of the New Year. It was about 10 days in total. And the vehicles arrived fine. They were just as we shipped them.     I recently had death in my family and had to get my uncle’s car from Florida to Maryland. The paperwork to change ownership of the car was slow, but Sherpa Auto Transport stayed in touch with me. They called once a week to ensure me that the price we had initially agreed to would still be honored. They were very compassionate about my situation. They said as soon as I told them the car was ready, they would find a driver. Each step of the way, Sherpa Auto Transport followed up with an email.

    As soon as I told them the paperwork was in order, I got a call and an email within 20 minutes telling me the driver was ready to pick the car up. LMK Logistics showed up 30 minutes later. The driver was very courtesy, and I could tell he had many years of experience with loading and securing vehicles on the truck. My sister got the car within 24 hours telling her that the driver was about 30 minutes away from her home.

    We had to get our 2017 Acadia from Central Washington State back to my sister-in-law in Ohio. I signed up with a transport company, but I kept getting the runaround. I called Sherpa and the lady who answered the phone, when I talked to her the first time, told me, “This is what it’s gonna be. It’s not gonna be anything else. You won’t get dinged when we finally find a driver.” And they were true to their word. I signed up for the transport just before the holidays, but I was told that it wouldn’t be until after the first of the year before they would be able to find a driver because otherwise, there will be permit fees. That was not a problem.

    It was the 2nd of January when Sherpa called me and said that they hooked up with a driver. When the car was picked up, I met the driver over one of the truck stops, away from the house because our house was hard to get to with a transport truck. I called him and he let me know when he was gonna be there. He called me within an hour to two before we got there to let me know for sure, and it was really good. It was three days after the pickup when the car was delivered. The original quote was in line with what I thought it should be, and it didn't change at all. Sherpa did a great job and their price was fair. If I need to ship another car, Sherpa is the first company I’ll go to.

    We purchased a car from a dealership in NH and needed to get it transferred to WA. The rate was comparable, if not better than other shippers. The driver was scheduled within 1 day of booking, gave us a 7-10 day delivery window, which seems pretty standard. The driver actually picked up the car that same day, earlier than expected. I wasn't there for pickup, but the driver took and provided a lot of photos of the car prior to loading.

    The only thing I wished for during transit was some way to track the location. Even if it was only 1 update per day as to what State he was last in. I didn't want to bug the driver so I only called for an update once, about a week after pickup, which I found out he would be arriving early and would be here for delivery the very next day. Since he was much earlier than expected, we had to shift the delivery plans to a different location. The driver was very accommodating. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but everything worked out great and we couldn't be happier.

    My daughter was moving from Wisconsin to California, and we needed to transport her car from here to there so that it doesn’t do the wear and tear of her driving it all the way over there. I looked at three or four companies and sent inquiries to all of them, but Sherpa was the first to call me and they were excellent on the phone. They're very informative, easy and non-pushy. I also liked the fact that nowadays, there’s a big list that everybody uses with all the drivers, and people bid on different moves. Sherpa doesn’t charge you until they get a driver, so you know that it’s gonna happen.

    We live up in Central Wisconsin, so I was looking to save some money. The rep said that if I was interested in bringing the car to Milwaukee, it would probably get a lower price so we decided to do that. Once the whole thing started going and we got the guy, he called us and he was coming in from the middle of Wisconsin as it is, so he was able to pick the car up right near where we live, without us having to go down there. I was extremely impressed with both the way Sherpa did things and the way that the Pro Express company did. The guys who delivered were very professional-looking and informative. My daughter was with us as we dropped the car off, and then everything worked just as they said it would. They dropped it off to her, and and it took about a day or two before they said they would in California. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the whole service. My daughter said that the car arrived a little dusty but it looked exactly the same.

    I looked at quite a few transport companies and Sherpa was at the top of some of the reviews. Dealing with them had been okay for the most part except for when I got my car delivered. It was on the lower portion of their rig and the upper part came down on top of the car so it had two dents in it. The vehicle I had bought is currently in the shop being fixed. The carrier driver refunded me the money that I paid him which was 850 bucks then Sherpa said they would refund my card money as well. But I’m still out because I have paid 1,500 bucks to fix my car. Sherpa said that I would have trouble getting insurance money from them and I didn’t feel like hassling with it anymore. I’m very dissatisfied with Sherpa overall.

    I was shipping a vehicle for myself and my son. He had a car accident, so he needed a replacement. I had a place that we had done some main storage before, so I went directly with them because they worked with me before and it always went pretty quick. However, it got to the point where I couldn't get a hold of anybody with that company unless I went through their phone system and said, “Sale”, and then I got a hold of someone ‘cause they wanna make money. Customer service was dark, so that was when I had to hunt around again. Sherpa had good reviews and they also weren’t the most expensive. They went the middle of the road and a lot of people seemed to like their transport service. I went with Sherpa and their timeline was a lot faster than what I had before with the other company.

    My experience with their customer service was also very good. I was able to speak with the same person just by asking for the office he told me. It’s a mom and pop shop, which I like. They were really good, really responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. And the trucking company that they work with, at least the one that handled us, Northwest, was great. The driver was also very professional, very quick and on time. The overall cost was very good too. It wasn’t overpriced. For the service and quickness that they got through, everything worked out fine. I’d recommend Sherpa.

    We needed our car transported from where we were to our home. We looked at another company but they were not giving us the satisfaction that we were looking for. We have been having trouble getting them to respond to us. They said that they were gonna pick up the car but they never did. So we went with Sherpa. The person who we interacted with at Sherpa was very friendly and professional. He explained everything and he was true to his word. He was very good about telling us how the process would go and he picked up the car within a few days.
