I went on the internet and looked at some of the reviews from other people who have used Sherpa. I tried calling and decided to go with them. I was satisfied with the rep that I dealt with.They explained everything to me clearly. I followed all their directions and the car was transported in the time and manner that it said it would be. The car got here okay with no problems. My final payoff was also the quote that they gave me. Whatever they're doing seems to be working.

First time shipping our Brand new one and we were concerned about it. We live in Naples for 6 months and our car was being shipped from RI. We heard horrible stories about damaged cars, people not getting their cars for weeks beyond the promised delivery date, and high pressure sales people who basically lie to and tell you what ever you what to hear to get the sale.

I had to take a truck from the West Coast to the East Coast. Customer service is a thing of the past these days, and Sherpa's reps were really fantastic. The guy from the other company I considered dropped the ball and I had to call Sherpa at the last minute to get the truck there on time. They really stepped up and made it happen. I called them and told them that the other company said they were gonna do it, and now, they’re not returning any calls or emails so I was in a bad spot for getting a truck in transport. I added that we needed it transported by a certain date so the rep said that they better get right on this one.

My car broke down on a road trip, and I had to be back in town. So, I had to leave it in Oregon and get it shipped out. I was doing research, and out of the ones that I spoke with, Sherpa had the most consistently good reviews and were of reasonable cost. I agreed to the price, gave them credit card information and filled out a contract. They had a driver reach out to me who asked if he could pick up the car and deliver it on certain days.

Sherpa did an excellent job explaining and coordinating transport for my Camry from Louisville, KY to Colorado. The shipping company picked up and delivered the car in roughly the time-frame promised. Car arrived safely and undamaged.

I was moving across the country from New Jersey to Arizona in winter time and I have a small car. I didn't really wanna potentially risk it snowing, it being difficult to take my Honda Accord Coupe across country. I looked at three or four moving companies online but then Sherpa had the best reviews out of them. I worked with their reps and they let me know that they would contact me about a week before my car was actually getting shipped. There were a couple of times wherein I had to call back to let them know that they have the wrong ship date on their system. Still, they would constantly email me and answer any questions I had throughout the whole process.

We moved from Phoenix to Portland. I looked at a few companies to transport our 2015 Ford Fiesta but ended up with Sherpa since they had a rebate for $100 credit. The quote I was given was fairly competitive. Also, my experience with their staff was good. They were all professional and very nice. The rep who assisted me has good knowledge and expertise too. Overall, the experience with Sherpa was fine.

I bought a vehicle that was in Detroit and I needed to get it back to Nashville. I got quotes from 12 different transport companies and Sherpa seemed to be one of the better rated ones out there. A gentleman reached out to me over the phone then sent me an email quote. The quote wasn’t the lowest but it wasn’t the highest either. It was right in the middle and I thought it was reasonable. If I would’ve flown up to Detroit and would've driven the car back myself, it would’ve cost me roughly the same amount of money.

My son was relocating from California to Michigan and he needed his car shipped. The customer service people at Sherpa were knowledgeable, informative, and respectful. I also talked to a few other companies that used car sales, but Sherpa was very straightforward about what they do and how much it costs. Sherpa was about $150 less compared to other transport companies.

I transported a 2017 Honda Civic through Sherpa Auto Transport when I moved from California to Florida. I looked online at a few transport companies. I had booked with Roadrunner but they didn't show up to pick up the car and I couldn't get a hold of them. So, I called Sherpa at the last minute and they came through for me. The rep was great. He explained everything to me. Their quote was a little higher than Roadrunner but considering the fact that they got the car transported in a very quick manner, it wasn't that much more. So, I was fine with it. It seemed very reasonable to me. They called me when they delivered the vehicle. They told me that they were at the location and when I got there, the car was already off of the truck and ready to go. The condition of the vehicle was great. It left with no scratches and it came back with no scratches or damage.

I was moving and I looked at four transport companies. Sherpa was more professional, and they knew more about what they were doing. Everything was organized. They answered all the questions, and when I called and expressed any concern, the rep took care of everything right away. The transport went great. Three days after, I picked it up. They had it there ready for me, and everything was great. They went through a snowstorm, so the car was dirty. But that was understandable. You get what you pay for. I'll be calling them again because I have a couple more cars coming down.

I purchased a car out of state and had it shipped to me. I did an internet search and looked at four companies, then decided from there. I saw a lot of positive reviews from others that have used Sherpa and one thing that stood out was the fact that the price that was quoted was the price that was actually paid. There were no surprises at the end of the trip. Sherpa got the car to me quicker than I had thought, so that was nice. It was a good transaction and they got the car to me quickly. The duration was three days from pick up to delivery. The delivery driver didn't speak much English, but he was nice and we just met in a public parking space. We went over the bill of lading to make sure there was nothing wrong with the car, then he gave me the keys and I gave him the money. It only took 10 minutes at the most. Sherpa got exactly what I thought and they did a fine job.

I received a car that was a family heirloom. I wasn’t able to drive all the way down to Florida to pick it up myself so I needed someone to bring it up for me in a cost-effective manner. I applied for Sherpa's services online and they called me up with the details. It was Christmas time then so finding a driver was difficult, but every time there was an update, someone called me. The car arrived in good condition and it was all I could have asked for. However, the price I had to pay went up because the vehicle unfortunately didn’t start like it was supposed to. It had to be manually moved on to the trailer and then manually taken off. The driver told me that he needed $120 for all that, and I didn't think that was unreasonable. The amount I paid was what I would’ve paid with just about anybody else, and that was assuming the vehicle would run. I expected my experience to be a freaking nightmare, but it was not.

Excellent service, speedy results even with terrible weather, I was always kept in the loop. Driver was very easy to get in touch with - text or phone call he always responded. Stayed very true to the projected time frame. Best prices around.

I was moving back from Seattle to Chicago and had taken the car out with one company, then scheduled with another company to come back. But, that company never came. I had told them that I needed it picked up right away because I was in an urgent situation. They said, “Yeah, yeah, yeah.” And then, they put it up for very cheap, and it didn’t get picked up. And every time I called, at first, they would answer and say, “Oh, we’re trying so hard, but it’s holiday time,” and then, they stopped answering my calls.

I had to move a vehicle from Virginia to California. When I was checking different transport companies, I saw very good reviews for Sherpa. Even though I got a price quote from other companies for 1,150 and 1,100, I preferred Sherpa's 1,250 because of the good feedback. In addition, the customer service reps I worked with responded every time I called, and even when they did not respond, they gave me a call back as soon as they can.

Communication from our scheduling to speaking directly with the driver thru delivery was professional, honest and reasonably priced! Thank you for delivering our car in pristine condition. Referral worthy!

I would definitely recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. They shipped the 2006 Toyota Camry from Washington state to Maryland. I called another broker and they changed the price on me three times, so I canceled with that one. Then I saw a television advertisement for Sherpa's service and decided to try them. After giving me the initial quote, they didn't change the price on me. Also, their price was cheaper and there was a $200 difference in their quote compared to other transport companies that I looked at. But the final price did not match the initial quote and it is still being negotiated because the $200 difference includes $100 reimbursement with the TV advertisements. So, I'm still trying to get $100 back but in the Visa card form and there are a couple of steps involved with that.

I needed a transport service to ship my vehicle from Los Angeles to Florida where I am now stationed. I called a few different places. Every time I speak with somebody, I felt most comfortable with the person I was speaking to through Sherpa about the actual services that were directing the drivers that pick up to us. Sherpa offered me the best price, and their customer service was very helpful. Even the people that they hired to pick up the vehicle were helpful and kept me informed along the way. The quote I was given was the final pay off and it did not change throughout the process. Finding a driver took a little bit, and it wasn't 'till the day prior that they found a driver. It was also the last day the vehicle needed to be picked up. Having somebody to take that a little bit sooner would have been better for comfort. Other than that, my experience with Sherpa was great and they made my experience easy.

Used Sherpa to move my father’s truck from Missouri to Tennessee. A simply superb experience. Called numerous transport companies who went above and beyond to tell you all the horror stories you could imagine. Not Sherpa, they were professional, provided the exact cost, shipping procedure, competitive pricing and even had a 100.00 rebate (although “mail in” is a little dated). Truck arrived earlier than expected, driver kept us informed along the way, and was in perfect condition. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I'm in Florida and I needed a SUV that was in South Carolina. I had an accident and I wasn’t gonna go back there to get the car so I needed it transported down. I checked online on the Consumer and Better Business Bureau and came up with a transport company then I went by with Consumer Reports. When I called Sherpa, it seemed like a good deal so I went with them.

Sherpa was a special request for one of our top associate management. Sherpa's service was good. They transported the vehicle from Phoenix, Arizona to San Diego, California and they got the unit to its location fairly quickly. So, our bosses were happy with that. We looked into four different transport companies and decided to go with Sherpa due to their reasonable prices and the type of customer service they provide.

I had a ’98 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck transported with Sherpa from South Carolina to Indiana. The reviews on Sherpa online were pretty good. I also liked that they had online scheduling and unlike some of the other companies that I tried to deal with, they didn’t harass me every other day. They weren’t the cheapest, but they were towards the bottom. The truck had very big sentimental value to my family, so it was very important that I wasn’t just going after the cheapest Joe Shmoe. So, I just had a good gut feeling with them, so that’s why I went with them. I called, scheduled it, set it all up and gave the rep my credit card so she could find a driver. The next day, they said they had a driver, and the driver picked it up the day after that and returned it to me the same day.

We were moving from Missouri to California and we had to ship two of our vehicles. I went through a dozen transport companies but I got Sherpa Auto Transport's service after I read the reviews from people. It looked like they were reliable, honest, and has fair pricing. When I set the transport up, their customer service was very helpful. They cleared everything up before we decided to spend the money with them and nothing was hidden nor sounded off. The cars were then picked up when they said they were gonna be picked up, and they were delivered when they said they were gonna be delivered. We got the cars in a place a mile from our house where the big truck could park and the amount we paid was the amount we were quoted at the start. Sherpa Auto Transport was reliable and did what they promised to do. We were completely happy with the service.

My daughter moved to California from Connecticut. We needed to transport a Toyota Rav4. A bunch of companies came up when I googled transport companies. I had signed with one. And then, after I signed with them, I got a very bad feeling. I didn’t hear back from them. I just didn’t think that they were the right people to go with. I looked up their reviews again, and they had very bad ones. And then, Sherpa came up so I canceled the first company.

My husband is in the military and I was moving. One of the other services was supposed to get my car and they kept flaking and not answering my calls. And then I called Sherpa Auto Transport one time and the lady that I spoke to set everything up the first day, and my car was picked up within the next 48 hours. The lady was one of the best customer service. Also, the quote was great and the final cost was the quote. When the driver got there, he just called me and picked up my car. He was friendly. Then he kept me posted throughout the days that he was driving it. And then, on the couple hours before it was going to arrive here in Florida, he called me. And then when it got here, he called me again. He was great. It was supposed to take seven days but it was three or four.

I had a great experience with Sherpa Auto Transport when they shipped the 2012 Toyota Camry over a few thousand miles. The quote they provided was competitive. It was the same as what the other transport companies were offering, but they were a lot better than the others when I went online and saw their reviews. The final cost was the same as the quote that they had originally quoted. They also gave me a $100 rebate which was in the copy of the bill. The customer service reps were A1 and everything with them was smooth.

We needed to ship a car from Denver, Colorado to Goose Creek, South Carolina. We like Sherpa's reviews. My son's in the military and he was unable to leave his base 'till after a certain time in the evening. We had to make sure that the car would not be delivered before 5 o'clock in the evening, and a lot of the companies would not accommodate that.

We searched high and low for secure, safe enclosed transport for our most recent classic car purchase 1100 miles away. The weather was snowy and brutally cold. We placed our request on a Friday morning and Sherpa Transport had a driver assigned by the end of the same day. Our car was picked up the next day and delivered safely to us three days later. It arrived clean and dry. The driver even covered the car inside the closed trailer to prevent any dust from accumulating on the car. Sherpa Transport kept us informed every step of the way. We knew exactly when to expect our car. The driver was very careful and friendly. We will certainly use Sherpa Transport again in the future. They were very professional. No disappointments here!

I ended up going with Sherpa to transport a Toyota vehicle due to their pricing. Everything was clear and straightforward with the customer service reps. The rep, Clinton, helped me ship my car from Florida to Colorado. Everything was set up within a day. I couldn't wait any longer, so I had to make a decision within a day to get things started. The communication with the driver was great. I was updated on when the vehicle will be delivered, which was a couple of hours before the expected time of delivery, so it worked out. The overall cost of the service was good and the transport of the vehicle was within the timeline that they gave me. Everything was good with Sherpa.

Shipped two vehicles (one van and one convertible) from Florida to Utah. Main contact (Josie) provided excellent service keeping me informed as to the shipment progress and coordinated the entire process. Vehicles arrived on time and in the same condition as when they departed Florida. Jorge (the driver) was courteous and professional. Great job!! Highly recommended.

I bought a low-mileage Audi convertible in Kentucky. I was gonna fly down and drive it to Massachusetts, but I didn't wanna put a thousand miles on it, and so I had a truck back. I called three transport companies and I decided I'd use Sherpa Auto Transport as they were the cheapest. My price was 725, which was great. Also, the girl I talked to seemed nice and wasn't playing games. Even after I made that decision, she told me that they would give me a $100 rebate card. I booked the transport on a Wednesday afternoon and the girl told me that it might take a few days. But then, I got a call from the dealer the next morning and they told me that an auto transport company was picking my car up. I told them that that cannot be as it was gonna be at least a few days, but they told me that the guy has my address and everything matched. So I said, “Well, take the car then, Sherpa Auto Transport.”

I was moving from New York to California and needs to transport my 2017 Subaru RX for 2700 miles. I looked at a dozen of transport companies but I went with Sherpa for their great reviews. Their quote was above average in terms of what I was expecting to pay, but I was willing to pay extra for quality work. They handled my situation very well and got the car to me ahead of schedule. They brought the car to me because of the way my parking lot is designed in the new apartment. It was a little up the street, but still within a few hundred feet walking distance. The car was dirty when it arrived, but because it was driven across the country. I was very happy with the work they did.

I had a car shipped from Washington State to Georgia. I paid a significant amount of money to try to ensure the safety of the new vehicle. However, it arrived late, unloaded in the wrong location, with multiple points of damage including a completely shattered back window. I could not reach their customer service to make a claim and so far I have had to contact my own insurance agency to try to deal with fixing the car. Even worse, the driver could barely communicate with me in English, but he did know how to try bribe me with cash! What a joke of a business. The whole experience was a nightmare. 0/10. Easily the worst commercial transaction I have ever made in my life. To be as polite as possible, I would avoid doing any business with Sherpa.

I was looking for some good transport companies that would transport my BMW 2018 X5 from Chicago to Los Angeles, California. When I Google searched the best transport companies, ConsumerAffairs.com was one of them that came up with a list of all the different vehicle companies. That guided through the entire process. I looked at 10 to 11 companies but Sherpa was 100% confident in assuring a driver for me. The other companies were not confident because it was around the December timeframe where it was Christmas and that it was very difficult to get the drivers. The price was also one factor that made me go with Sherpa. The quote that I was given was really the most appropriate one. I researched online and I found that their price was absolutely fine and they did not charge us a lot.

Received detailed explanation by telephone representative upon first contact. Emails and follow-up were first rate. Pick-up of my vehicle went smoothly and driver was most courteous and appeared efficient, including the high quality condition of his truck. Delivery at my home also went smoothly and the car arrived in perfect condition. Overall service was excellent.

Everything was exactly as promised, the driver was very professional and caring. My car arrived on time (even a little earlier) and very clean. They have a very good post-delivery communication program. Congratulations.

From start to finish, the service was really good. I did not face any issues anywhere in service, communication, pick up and delivery of car. And the most important is car was in the same condition how it was during pick up, which most providers will not take care of this.

I purchased a wrecked vehicle out of Texas and needed it shipped to Utah. I looked at a total of three transport companies and Sherpa Auto Transport had a really good website that led me to give them a call. The gentleman on the phone did a really good job and explained the process and made me really comfortable with the service they provided. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions, and he felt confident that they could ship my car here. The one concern that I had was that they decided that the car wouldn’t be drivable. I was getting my quote and he said they would send somebody out there and fix the car a bit, so that added additional time on getting it to transport. They could’ve just had somebody over there and pick up the car even if it was a non-drivable vehicle to cut down on the amount of time to actually get the vehicle.

They were really helpful, gave us all the information we needed and found somebody to get our cars moved within a couple of hours. The entire delivery process exceeded our expectation. The driver met us on time where they were supposed to be. The cars came over and there was nothing wrong with them. They were delivered a day earlier than they said they would. So it was all good. I would recommend using Sherpa.

My daughter relocated to Atlanta from New York for a new job and she was shipping a Nissan Sentra. I liked the reviews that were given by the previous customer of Sherpa and they were pretty on-point with contacting me and giving me the quote. They were also very nice about offering holiday rebates and opportunity for savings if I went with them. That was very helpful. I spoke with, at least, five people from this company at different times and every last one of them was very helpful and very on-point and above words.

The quote was pretty much what the final cost was. I made the deal and they told me when the pickup was coming. The driver that came was a gentleman. They told us what to look out for with other companies and how they may low ball but end up charging us more down the line. When they arrived to pick up the car, the driver and I reviewed the car together and loaded it up. The transport took less than a week, which was what they projected it would be, and it was top-notch service. Then they dropped the car off somewhere in Phoenix. My daughter lives downtown and the driver took the car downtown to her. He took an extra step for her and the car was in fine condition when she got it.

I was relocating from California to Colorado. I was shipping a Subaru Outback and I looked at several transport companies. I did an online inquiry and I got bombarded by calls. Most companies would say what it's gonna cost and then, they don't disclose to you the price once it's negotiated by the driver. So then, when the driver brings your truck, they say, "No. It's this much," and you can't get your truck or your car unless you pay them. But the guarantees that Sherpa offered with the price and everything was upfront. They ate that money and it ended up being more than they quoted me. That was the only driver they could find that would do it and they paid that cost.

I bought a Toyota ’86 and I wanted it transported. I looked into 10 different transport companies and Sherpa's Google reviews and price made me go with them. I called them and they gave me a quote. The quote was a little more expensive than the average. But for the reviews that they had, it was the cheapest so it was the best for the price. They told me that once they find a driver, they were gonna call me up again, and they did that in less than 24 hours. Also, the rep who handled my situation was good.

I looked at 8 transport companies and because of the reviews and the price I decided to go to Sherpa. They were 30% under everybody else. They answered their phones immediately and kept me up to date. They had the information about when the car was gonna be picked up. They were just super. The transport was completed in 24 house. It was very quick. Sherpa more than met my expectations with the timeframe and all that that they said.

The delivery was as they said it would happen. It was well-planned, and a lot of communication. The interaction I had with the delivery driver was great. The driver that picked the vehicle up was the same driver that dropped it off. The vehicle was transported at least 1,500 miles and its condition was perfect, except for the dirt.

Sherpa did an outstanding job transporting my Buick Enclave from Sterling Hts. Michigan to Naples Florida. I really liked getting a call with a pickup timeframe window of several hours, and then a call from the driver when he was several miles away. Also received similar calls for delivery.

We shipped a 2006 Mercedes Benz for 630 miles. We looked at two other companies but Sherpa was going to be slightly cheaper because they’re offering a rebate once you send in the final statement after it shipped. Also, they sounded like they could get it done a little quicker. But it ended up not being so. When we booked with them, the process was quick and easy. The rep got all the information and said they would contact us.

Very fine service. Pick up and delivery without difficulty. Driver very professional and courteous. Would use service again. However, would like to place entire delivery amount on my credit card next time.

I bought an SUV out of state and needed it shipped to my home in Dayton, Ohio. The dealer had recommended a certain provider, but when I checked them out, they had terrible responses from customers so I didn't use them. Meanwhile, I went online to check Sherpa and read responses from other people that have used their services. I found they have high ratings and so I dealt with Sherpa. They provided the driver of the independent company that shipped it. The company was in contact with me. They picked up the car when they said they were gonna pick it up. They even called me later that day because they wanted to deliver it that night. Since they won't be there until 12:00 midnight, I told them to deliver it at 8:30 in the morning and they delivered it when they said they would deliver it. While I had paid for an open trailer, the car came in a closed trailer. It arrived when we had a snowstorm and when they opened the trailer, the car was perfect.

I had a good experience with Sherpa. We were shipping a car across country from New Jersey to LA. I liked speaking with Sherpa and they responded. I had a good feeling in the communication. The pickup and delivery of the vehicle were quick and smooth. The quote they gave me was accurate as well. The driver was courteous too. We set up a spot and it didn’t change. It was good. The people we interacted with on drop-off and pick-up were courteous, quick, and got the job done. I’d recommend Sherpa.

I needed to transport my Hyundai Sonata so I looked into five transport companies. Sherpa was very prompt in replying back. Their communication was strong. Others were slightly cheaper than what they were offering, but I still went ahead because of their assurance. The car was delivered on time, and the driver was also prompt in communication. Sherpa was good overall so I’m using their service again.

One other company was very cheap, but their Better Business review is terrible. They went over the bill of lading but I didn’t see any extra damage. I was also very happy with the condition of the vehicle when it came. I'm satisfied with Sherpa. I moved from Mississippi to Florida. I have two cars - I drove one and for the other one, my 2010 Honda Accord, I decided that it was better to have it transported. I looked at three companies and I ended up going with Sherpa Auto Transport as some of their consumer reviews have stated that they have a very good reputation. Also, they were not very expensive. Everyone in their customer service was good and during the transport, everything went smoothly. The only thing was, the driver was out here the last moment because Sherpa had difficulty looking for one. It was only on the day of the pickup itself that I knew who was gonna be the driver and what time they're gonna pick the car up. But then during the delivery, the carrier driver and I communicated very well. The cost that I paid at the very end was very accurate and it was excellent considering the service I received.

I was moving from New Jersey so I had to ship my car and my SUV here towards San Antonio. I went with Sherpa because of the contact and scheduling and it went well with their rep. We set up times for pick up and delivery and told them to give me a call when the vehicle is almost here. The price I paid in the end was fine. It was just about what I was quoted. Also, the driver was pretty respectful. He called me every time he was close to the area and let me know that he was in town. It was the holidays, so the transport took about a day longer because of the New Year. It was about 10 days in total. And the vehicles arrived fine. They were just as we shipped them. I've recommended Sherpa to someone.

I purchased an old Mustang in California and had it shipped to Indiana. I went with Sherpa because of the timing. I called and the rep set it up. She did a good job. The quote was too high but the accuracy to the final price was perfect. From the time the driver picked it up until I got it, it took two days. On the delivery, the gentleman called and said he would be at Walmart about six miles from my house. We met in there and picked it up.

Helped me out when the actual delivery transport company called me late at night and did not speak adequate English. Your rep stepped in and communicated directly with that company’s dispatcher. I got a good quote from Sherpa to ship my car from California to Florida. I also had a straightforward and easygoing interaction with the customer service rep. The final price was a bit more expensive compared to when I shipped my car from Florida to California. But the car was delivered over a weekend instead of a week. I was late to meet the driver but he was very patient. He came four or five days early. I looked over the car, and it was in the same condition that I left them with it. It was a great experience. I would want the price to be cheaper, but it was reasonable.

I was moving to another location for another project. I wasn't able to go and pick the car up and so I went online and searched for transport companies. I needed a transport service to ship a vehicle as a gift to a person who is based in Jacksonville, Florida. I looked at three different transport companies but I got a good feeling about Sherpa. Their customer service was good. They got the car there in two days and the recipient was not expecting it at the time. I was also expecting it for a week and a half. Their reps didn't let us know they were in the process and that would have been a good thing to know. The driver's name, his phone number, and all that information would have been helpful. Other than that, the vehicle was in good shape upon its arrival. I would recommend Sherpa.

We had to get our 2017 Acadia from Central Washington State back to my sister-in-law in Ohio. I signed up with a transport company, but I kept getting the runaround. I called Sherpa and the lady who answered the phone, when I talked to her the first time, told me, “This is what it’s gonna be. It’s not gonna be anything else. You won’t get dinged when we finally find a driver.” And they were true to their word. I signed up for the transport just before the holidays, but I was told that it wouldn’t be until after the first of the year before they would be able to find a driver because otherwise, there will be permit fees. That was not a problem.

We purchased a car from a dealership in NH and needed to get it transferred to WA. The rate was comparable, if not better than other shippers. The driver was scheduled within 1 day of booking, gave us a 7-10 day delivery window, which seems pretty standard. The driver actually picked up the car that same day, earlier than expected. I wasn't there for pickup, but the driver took and provided a lot of photos of the car prior to loading.

My daughter was moving to California and she was transporting a 2016 RAV4. She called three different transport companies before calling Sherpa and we went with them because of the price and availability. The rep who helped us was great. His knowledge was very good and he tried to accommodate us and let us know every aspect of the procedure. Then, the driver came around, explained the process, and took pictures of the car. It only took them two or three days to get to California. We were flying out and the car was there when we got there. The car was a little dirty because they got into a snow storm which we understood. The cost with Sherpa was great and our experience went well. We are very pleased with the company.

I got Sherpa Auto Transport to transfer a Wigo from Denver to New York. The rep I talked to was friendly and everything went well. We had to ship the car within a month. I told her we'd deposit the following week and she continued the plan. Then, she sent someone over and picked up the car. And then the next couple days, it was in New York. They were pretty good. The quote provided by Sherpa was also reliable and it was a fair price. The guy who delivered the vehicle to me was friendly too. The transport took three days from beginning to end. My front bumper and the back bumper are there, so everything was fine.

Everything was good in my experience with Sherpa. We were moving so I looked for a transport company to ship my Range Rover. Among the 3 different companies I looked at, Sherpa was the only one that guaranteed for the vehicle to be picked up on time. The transport of the vehicle from New York to Kansas took three days and it was faster than expected. The vehicle arrived in good condition and the driver who dropped it was really nice. Also, the original quote and the final cost that I paid was the same.
