The transport company I had cancelled on me. I found Sherpa online and I talked to the gentleman from there. He gave me a quote that was very transparent. He gave me the guarantees too. I was doing this service for my elderly mother so I really needed everything to go correct. They picked up the car on the day they said they were gonna pick it up. The gentleman was super and great at corresponding when he was coming. We went from California to Texas. He got us the car there in four days. He was very communicative. I heard horror stories about other transport companies but ours was a great one. In the end, the pricing was exact and it did not change. And the car was perfect when it arrived.

Sherpa called me back immediately after I sent them one of the internet quote types of things to get an estimate, and they walked me through the process and spent a long time on the phone making sure that I was completely briefed on the process. Then there were routine emails because I needed to change the location of the pick-up and the drop-off and refine them. So, everything was good. They treated the car with great respect. Everyone was professional.

This is the first time I ever shipped a car. Really had great trepidation. But everything went absolutely smoothly. Price was as quoted. Pickup as extremely well communicated and coordinated on the exact date range requested. Delivery was flawless. Car arrived unscathed. Sherpa did an excellent job in selecting carrier to get car from New Jersey to Texas.

Every person I spoke with on the Sherpa team and the driver was friendly, professional, knowledgeable -- and patient/ accommodating with changes before our final booking. The driver Vlad was excellent too. Honestly, this was the best service in terms of friendly and reliable communication and service. I'm a fan of Sherpa and would whole heartedly recommend. My car arrived much earlier than anticipated, and in good condition! The driver and dispatcher communicated with me as needed. They called at least 24 hours beforehand to let me know about my car pick up, and the delivery one went very smoothly. Great customer service too!

Wonderful experience. Sherpa helped get our vehicle from Grand Prarie, TX to Buffalo, MN. Very impressed by the attentiveness thru the whole process from quote to delivery. Kept up with email updates at each transit checkpoint and was really patient with all the questions I asked during the process. Worked with Bowers Trucking in Houston to facilitate the pickup and delivery. Their suppliers must be top tier. Will recommend and use again!

The car arrived within the window they said it would arrive. But the pickup time was misjudged. They were overly optimistic. You can't start on the West Coast of Florida at 7:00 in the morning, go all the way down and across to Miami and then come up and pick my car up at 5 o'clock. That doesn't happen. But that's what I was told. That was the only sour part of the deal but it was important because I had travel plans and I had to delay them by a day. It was the following morning at 8 o'clock that Sherpa picked up the car and I had to talk to the driver 10 times to find out where he was. The driver was very courteous and very professional but with regulations and laws, he can only drive for so many hours.

Sherpa had reviews that were slightly better. I also liked dealing with the person that I was dealing with. We shipped a personal pickup truck. The quote was high but I knew it was going to be expensive. Sherpa has a price-lock promise where if somebody didn't bid for it, they would match it up to $300. That was good. I wasn't ready for the delivery when the driver got here. They went ahead and kept the car overnight for free. They had other stuff to do anyways in town and they were not able to drive up into the residential hills where I live. I also did not want them driving it because it was my deceased husband's truck. I ended up meeting them at the bottom of the hill at a grocery store and driving it back myself. They were very understanding and there was no attitude. They were fine with everything I needed.

The rep on the phone was great and answered all my questions kindly and accurately. I was pleasantly surprised when the car was picked up in a small town in Vermont a mere 3 days later. It was delivered to Seattle 6 days later. So smooth and easy.

This is my second time using SHERPA AUTO TRANSPORT to ship my car from coast to coast & I love customer service! I really appreciated their quick response time, communication, transparency & follow-up. My courier was EDISH LLC & SHERPA made sure that the driver kept me posted throughout the entire process. I’m from Chicago, so I had a relative take the vehicle over to Rolla, Missouri to my sister's house. It was picked up from there and brought to San Antonio, Texas. It took five days from the time it was picked up. When I picked up the vehicle, the driver was very nice. He dropped it off at a location. His big truck couldn’t come into my neighborhood, so I had to meet him. Since I’m now in San Antonio, I didn’t know anyone. So I had to find a neighbor to take me but it wasn’t far from where I live. She was nice enough to drop me off. I met the driver and he gave me my car, and he was very nice.

Sherpa had the best consumer rating. I also had got a referral from somebody who used them as well so I ended up choosing them. We were shipping the car because my son was moving to Detroit. We needed somehow to get the car there at around the same time. The rep I had was very upfront with all the costs. The only thing was if you didn't sign up right then and there, the price fluctuated. That was the only irritating piece. We couldn't lock down a date because my son was trying to get into his apartment at the same time. By the time we locked a date, the price had gone up. The fluctuation was pretty substantial and was about 300 bucks. It was the time of year because we were in Arizona and there are a lot of snowbirds leaving to go back.

Sherpa gave me a window of when they would arrange for the car to be picked up and it took till the end of that window to identify a driver. But I was informed every day that they were still working on it. The driver contacted us when he picked up the vehicle and contacted us the day before delivery as well as 30 minutes before delivery. Both pickup and delivery went smoothly. Sherpa’s initial price was high but I got a lower price from somebody else and they reduced theirs by several hundred dollars. So, it was a good price point.

I called around to a few different places and Sherpa was the most reasonably priced. It was a quick and easy experience to process and to get everything done. It wasn't a confusing situation because I know a lot of times there are a lot of details that go into it. With Sherpa, it was straightforward. I made the setup and I made the payment.

My experience was great! This was my first time using this company because I never done anything like this before. Everything went smooth, from the rep I spoke with to the driver who was nice and transparent. Was an easy transaction all around and definitely made me feel at ease about my interactions with them. I would recommend this company to anyone and do the experience again if I had to.

I used Sherpa Auto Transport to ship my vehicle from North Texas to Los Angeles. Sherpa was professional and clearly communicated to me throughout the process. They contacted me via phone, email and text. The price was reasonable and service great.

James was the guy I worked with over the phone. He was so patient while I was sorting out the details of my move from Mexico. That included getting my car to San Diego and having a friend manage the pick up while I was on a flight to Charlotte. My car arrived in under a week so I could begin the settling in process more quickly.

I have used twice and both times the drivers were very courteous and the vehicle was delivered unharmed. Both times they were in a enclosed trailer. The only problem was both drivers had problems with tires which made the delivery times hard to keep but were both in time.

They were wonderful on the phone and they made the arrangements. They were very precise and followed up with emails and conversations. They picked up the car exactly when they were supposed to and the gentleman who delivered it was wonderful and kept me informed. He delivered it earlier than I even thought it would be and he was delightful. I was totally satisfied with what they did.

We had a vehicle hauled out of California into Chicago for my son who is up there. The price was competitive and we're pleased with the experience. It was good.

The final price I paid was exactly what Sherpa told me it was going to be. They picked up the car on a Saturday. They told me it wasn't gonna be here until the following Saturday, and it was delivered on a Thursday. It went from Texas to Washington State. My experience was very good, very easy, and painless. I did turn in my receipt to get reimbursed for my carwash and I still haven't heard or seen anything about that. But other than that, everything went wonderfully.

My experience overall was good. Although I found it odd that the last person on the leg of that delivery journey didn't have my phone number. It was not passed on to him by the previous carrier and he had called the original seller to get my phone number. Other than that, everything was just fine.

Sherpa was very good. The problem I had was that every carrier in the world was calling and emailing me even for months after Sherpa was already done. They have to have a system that says, “This customer is done. Don’t keep haunting him.” Other than that, the rep and the driver, were good and the quote was totally accurate. Our vehicle was brand-new when we sent it and it was in perfect shape when it got here.

We decided to use Sherpa even though they cost a bit more because of their price guarantee. We had a great experience. We had to pause our shipment and switch the delivery city and the cost didn’t change. The company they connected us with was great as well!

The folks at Sherpa and Falcon out of NJ did an excellent job of pick up and delivery. Both the pick up and delivery were right on time and the folks friendly and I incurred No damage. I would definitely use both again.

I liked that Sherpa offers reimbursement of up to $20 if you get a carwash when you receive your vehicle. Also, the quote they gave was less than what I thought it would have been and the price lock promise was great because I know that gas prices were going up. I had good communication with the driver all throughout the transport and he located a good drop off point that was very close in proximity. About as close as possible to where I was and he notified me a day before he arrived.

One price quote was given initially via phone and did not change upon delivery. Handled in a timely manner and kept me and the auto recipient informed as to the progress of the transport. Transport van appeared safe and I observed the security used in loading my auto. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

Sherpa did a very good job connecting us with a professional transport company, that delivered both of our vehicles as promised! Apparently there is very little regulation in this industry from the Department of Transportation. We were happy we chose Sherpa, with their price guarantee.

Best experience I’ve had shipping a vehicle. Delivered what they promised. The price they quoted was fair when compared to other shippers and $300 buffer they stated they would pay if their quote came in high is what sealed the deal for me. My vehicle arrived undamaged and in great condition. I think they washed it too. As a matter of fact my vehicle arrive a day earlier than projected. Great staff at Sherpa. Great delivery driver as well.

Most of the times we've had Sherpa, they've been very professional and courteous. They make sure the car doesn't have any damage before they load it and when we get it on the other end, so they've been very good about that. The driver was wonderful. We've been very happy with their services. They met all our expectations. They did what they said they would do.

They put the vehicle on the truck and we met them down here in Florida and did the same thing in reverse.

My experience with the Sherpa Transport was great. Initially, I selected a different company but when the date came, I was not getting any driver from them. So then I reached out to Sherpa Auto Transport and they promised me that they would be giving me a driver pretty soon. My situation was that I was flying out in next couple of days and I needed someone to pick up my car before I fly out. Within a couple of hours, I got the confirmation that Sherpa had a driver for me. The next day, the driver reached on time and took my vehicle from my place. Then a day earlier than the promised date, I got a call from them that my vehicle was supposed to be ready and to be delivered. They kept me informed with the whereabouts of the vehicle. It was reassuring and very helpful from them.

I was very pleased with Sherpa Auto Transport services for my son's car from Houston to Denver. The customer service rep was professional and answered all of my questions. The price was competitive to other carriers. The car was picked up within the window provided and delivered the next day. My son took pictures of the car prior to pick up and the driver took lots of pictures also. The driver called when he was within 2 hours of delivery and again when he was 15 minutes out. We picked up the car at a facility 2 miles away from our home. No damage to the car. I would use Sherpa again.

My experience was amazing. I expected the move to take more than 10 days because of shipment and gas prices. But as soon as someone picked up my car, I got it within a couple of days I was really happy about it. The driver was really professional. He couldn't turn into our driveway 'cause his carrier was big so he called me to come up to the street where he was parked at. The vehicle was in perfect condition aside from the salt on the car but they gave me a $20 voucher for a carwash. Also, I got a fair price from them. I tried other companies as well but their price was nothing compared to what I got. I will definitely be using Sherpa again.

Sherpa was more on the expensive side but their approach was really professional. They reply to me. They answer the phone. They're straightforward about the process. The reps were pretty, pretty knowledgeable. When I was worried about the trees that the transport was gonna get there, they didn't know the answer so they forwarded me to someone else on their team who was more familiar with the matter, and then we discussed it. Trust me, I read all the reviews online. The whole process from my initial inquiry on the phone to setting up the travel details moving forward to pick up and finally drop off were seamless. Customer service was quick to respond. The driver communicated estimated arrival times frequently. They were able to get my car delivered on time as promised. I definitely recommend booking with Sherpa.

The process of scheduling and getting my questions answered was frustrating. I had to make multiple calls and could never get my service person and I would get different responses from different people. So that was the most discouraging part of the experience. I kept out dealing with a lot of various different people that I could never get ahold of a point person. That was the most frustrating part of the whole experience, working up to getting the pickup date scheduled. So Sherpa lacked in communication. But once we had a driver, everything went smoothly after that. The driver picked up our car on the evening of the 18th and he delivered it on the 21st. He was pretty fast.

The truck traveled 3,198 miles. I was in Florida and the pickup was at a friend’s house up in Oregon and it went fine both ways. The driver did a very good job. The battery had apparently gone dead on the truck while he was transporting it and he brought his jumper out, started it and took it out. Everything was great. The cost and quality seemed very fine and proper. I've got my truck that's been in the family for 36 years. So, I’m happy. Sherpa communicated well.

Spoke with Josh and decided even though he was the first of many I could have called I would go with his company. First off he spoke English with no accent which to my ears was a blessing. 'Over time I spoke with him about concerns which arose from a husband who had a stroke and was nervous about things, Josh was very understanding, and once I spoke to another associate he was pleasant as well, I would give the name to all that would ask for a good broker for any one looking to ship their car. The transport driver was also very pleasant. Flaviu was great.

We had a great experience with Sherpa (Darrin was really helpful) and with Express Diesel, the company that shipped our car from New York to Oregon. Everything went smoothly and the car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was very polite. We'll be back for the second car.

Received excellent service from Gorman Transport- especially the driver George. Was on time, efficient, courteous, car was protected from elements in covered carriage arrived in mint condition on time. Was very pleased with transport with this particular Company. Would use them again if needed.

I found it very easy to deal with Sherpa. I called and made arrangements and everything followed through as expected. My car was shipped from PA to CA. No issues at all. I would certainly use Sherpa in the future for shipping my car.

I set the transport up with Sherpa and the driver came within a couple of days. The transport was from Warwick to the Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. He picked it up on a Friday and it was there Monday. He kept texting me what was going on and my son was texting him, because we had to make sure he can get on the base. He was excellent. He got the vehicle to my son a couple of days sooner than he said he was going to. It worked out quite well and it was quick. I would recommend Sherpa and I would use that transport guy again. He was good.

I felt more comfortable with Sherpa with the way they were treating me. Their representatives were good and answered all my questions. I had a series of questions to ask. They didn't try to fluff me off. They gave me a direct answer. We were shipping a car to my son. The pickup was in Prosperity, South Carolina. The drop-off was in Loves Park, Illinois. My goal was to have the car there by Friday. They picked it up on a Wednesday and they assured me it would be there Friday, and sure enough, it was there on Friday.

The pickup and transport of my vehicle was fantastic as Steve was tremendous. The only frustrating piece was that my car was supposed to be picked up Mon-Thurs as I was leaving town and it didn't get picked up until Friday, which I had communicated. Additionally, the prior week I tried calling multiple times and my call was never answered on clarity around when pickup of my car would be.

Best experience ever! Sherpa took really good care of us from day one and we had the car sitting in our driveway just 12 days after placing our initial telephone call to Sherpa. I am very pleased with the transport of my SUV from Fairfax VA to Mpls MN. The driver was very responsive. He called me when he was getting near my house for the pickup. He parked nearby so it was easy to load the vehicle on the street. He answered all of my questions, told me what route he was taking and when he would arrive in MN. He was very accurate in his estimate. He unloaded in front of the house. No damage to the vehicle. It arrived in good shape and on time. Good Job. I'd use this service again.

The driver was super nice and gave me a ride back home after I dropped the car off. He was very punctual and communicated well with the time and location to drop off and pick up the car. Sherpa was able to locate a driver within the window and always answered my questions promptly.

Sherpa's representative was super good. The only misunderstanding was I told him I was not looking to have the car in two or three weeks. I want it ASAP, and it took longer because they said they were trying to find somebody in Oregon to bring the car back. I wish it was more clear. Other than that, the driver kept us updated. I called him so many times to say, “Where are you at?” He was not upset. He was very nice. He told us exactly when he was going to be around and helped us with the car and made sure to walk around and that there was no scratch. He was very professional. Overall, I was very happy with Sherpa. When we will need service again, it's them we will call.

Easy to book and complete. Driver was very professional and delivered very quickly. Only complaint I could have is I would have preferred an option to pay remotely for the delivery rather than requiring my family who received the delivery to jump thru hoops to pay the driver.

We were very happy with Sherpa in transporting a car from Texas to our daughter in college in Boston. The car was picked up promptly and the driver was experienced and professional. We had no issues and were updated as to when the car would reach the destination.

The coordinator was pretty nice about the setup of the transport. He texted me to let me know that they were looking for a driver and that as soon as one is located, he would contact me. He contacted me a couple of times. The only thing was I asked for a 24-hour notice to get to our truck and ready to go. The first time, they couldn’t do it. A driver passing through here had a cancellation, but I wasn’t able to get the car ready to be transported then. The second time, they called to give me 24-hour notice and that was what I needed. The driver was super nice. He called me a couple of hours out and then about an hour out before he arrived. Then, he told me what time he was gonna be there and he got there almost on the dot. Also, I got my car a day early, which was convenient for me. If you want your car picked up and delivered on time, Sherpa is the way to go.

Although the stated method of payment was cash or certified check, it turned out cash was the only option. This was inconvenient but not a show-stopper. It would have been nice to get just a simple text from the driver as to location along the 7 day trip from California to South Carolina so we could better anticipate the arrival time. But with all that said, I was very satisfied with the transport company, AJA Transport Inc, that Sherpa identified as the transport company.. Their equipment seemed very reliable and the driver very professional. I called the AJA dispatch number a couple of times and they picked up the phone immediately. Sherpa, the broker, answered my questions thoroughly and quickly found the transport company (AJA) that would pickup and deliver my Ford Fusion. My car was picked up in a timely manner and delivered within the estimated delivery time.

Hired Sherpa to ship a car purchased from Boise Idaho to Philadelphia PA. They quoted a price of $1,400 with $200 deposit. They are a broker. I was worried after reading so many horror stories from other people. However, My experience was totally different, the price they quoted was what I paid and the car was delivered on time. I would use them again.

The drivers picked up the car in California on time and also delivered it to Virginia within the scheduled timeframe. The price was locked so it didn't change. That was good. There was also a free carwash, but I had a membership so I didn't need to use that.

Excellent service. Daily email updates, even though I suspect they are auto-generated, if I responded to it, I got an answer almost immediately. Had tried to ship this car to the same destination a year before with a different broker, the day before my flight I was advised it wouldn't be picked up until at least the next week. Then who was going to load it? Decided to try once more and found Sherpa, what a difference! The actual transport company, Formula Motor Group did a great job picking it up and delivering it door to door.

Sherpa’s customer service was very helpful, courteous and efficient. The quote was higher than what we thought it was gonna be and what we wanted to pay, but it was very comparable to what everybody else was charging. The car was being picked up by the airport and it was supposed to be in the morning but we realized late the night before that we were not gonna be ready so we called the driver. He said it was not a problem and he completely rearranged his schedule. He accommodated us so he made all his other pick-ups first and then picked us up last, which was unbelievable, because we were familiar with the area and we knew the crazy driving and backtracking he had to do in order to do that. He was so nice. He kept calling us with updates because the traffic in Seattle was horrendous.

The pickup and delivery was super easy. Sherpa gave me a 12 to 24 hour lead time. The drivers were there when they said they would be. I met their guy in a convenient spot for loading because they had a very large trailer and I lived in a tight neighborhood. We did a walkaround, took pictures, and signed a bill of lading. They then loaded the truck. They let me know where they were at every day. They also gave me the ETA when they would be there. They showed up on time and there was not a scratch on the truck. I was very happy.

Everyone that I spoke to from the person who took my reservation to the driver were all very attentive and friendly. Driver was communicative, friendly and professional! My car got to its destination quickly and without any issues! I would recommend this service to anyone!

Everything seemed to be okay with my experience. The only downfall is the driver. English was definitely his second language and it was hard to communicate. He understood his job and loaded the vehicle. That was not a problem. In the manifest, they had it down as a two-door but it was a four-door. These are minor things. I wasn't too concerned with that because the pictures told a better tale. Other than that, the pick-up and delivery were fine. We had a week window for a pickup. They told us originally between the 16th and 21st and they picked up the car somewhere in the middle of that. They were well within what they told us. There were no issues and no damages to the car. The final cost was exactly the same too. Sherpa performed as expected and I would recommend them.

Sherpa Auto Transport was an excellent broker and delivered a very good auto shipment experience. Price was reasonable, arrangements were swift and flexible. The delivery was across the country and incredibly swift. The driver was courteous, friendly. My only wish would be been for door-to-door delivery. It took one month to transport my vehicle from FL to NM. I tried several transport companies prior to contacting Sherpa. One company quoted me $1200 but after they got a driver the price went up to $1900. Another company had what seems like 50 disclosures to sign. I felt like I was signing my life away just to get my vehicle transported. What in the World for! One wanted all their money as soon as the car got picked up. NO! One man felt the need to lecture me about how his company was the #1 auto transporter in the nation and that I had no choice but to pick his company. NO! Soon I realized many of the people who posted negative reviews with the other companies all were recommending Sherpa. The experience with Sherpa was as expected. I got a reasonable quote that was based on market rate, my car got picked up and was delivered as expected. It really should be that simple!

Best decision I could have done. We are a military family so we had to move to GA for that from CA. I was looking at all other options but Sherpa was the best one and I am so happy I chose them to transport our car. Sherpa made sure that I was able to bring my car at the time that I wanted to when I was leaving California. It arrived at the right time that they said it was going to. This is the first time that I've ever done anything like this and the cost of the service was good. Everything, such as the timeliness and the professionalism, ended up being exactly how they said it would be. I was happy.

I was pleased that my car arrived early. I am also pleased that Sherpa pays for a car wash because the car will attract dust even in an enclosed trailer. The driver was courtesy and kept me posted about my delivery and he accepted Zelle as payment since he delivered on a Sunday.

And I was not convinced that paying more would get me any better service. So, they’re fine. It cost $1,100. It’s about what I expected. I got a better feel for how honest of a business they might be because the rep was very upfront about how the process works. I liked that. From the time the car was picked up, it was six days before it showed up, which was fine, because I was driving down myself. And I took three or four days. So, five or six days. Three days it took the driver himself. That worked out nice for me, because I had to pack up my U-Haul and arrive before I could take delivery.

Sherpa had the best rate when I checked Google. Their rep was good and responded on time. The transport took five days. The only thing was there was no real-time tracking to see where my driver was on the website. That is very important nowadays. I don’t want to call somebody just to see things. I just open the app, the app should pop up, and show “Oh, okay. This is my driver. The truck is here.” But I communicated with the driver a couple of times during the pickup location and also, in between, I texted him and asked him to update me at least 12 hours as a courtesy notice. He called a day before and he was on time. During the drop-off, he texted 45 minutes before he reached the destination. He parked near the apartment. We were ready and paid by cash. It was quick and he handled what would be the papers. The condition of the car was okay. It was an outdoor transfer so there was some dust. My experience was good.

Sherpa's price lock promise was great. We made a fair deal there. Also, the pickup and delivery went super smoothly. But we found out pretty last minute when the transporters were gonna pick up the car, but that's just the way that transporters are. Other than that, they were amazing. They were very friendly and left our cars without a scratch. We knew we were in good hands because we saw the Ferrari at the top of that shipping container. It was just on perfect timing too. The only thing was maybe Sherpa could have some sort of app where we could track where our car is.

I used Sherpa to transport a vehicle I bought out of state and everything went fine. It just took a little bit from when I first ordered the service. It may take a little bit to find the carrier, which was fine. Everything was taken care of. The secondary driver that dropped off the car called me when he left and called when he was coming around. He kept me informed. the car was a little dirty when it arrived but when it's an open trailer, it's to be expected.

Setting up the transport was really easy. The driver set up a time that we could meet. He showed up at 7:00 in the morning at Audi in Des Moines, Iowa. He was really nice and it seemed like he knew what he was doing. It was all good from there. I noticed that the exhaust of the vehicle got broken but that's no big deal. The quote was really accurate. I didn't pay a cent more than what they quoted me. Sherpa is a good transporting company.
