I shipped two cars from Seattle to Phoenix and the entire experience was top notch. Great communication, timely, and the driver was extremely professional such that I fully trusted the cars would make it on time and without any damage. Everything turned out perfectly.

The gentleman that picked up my car to transport from WI to TX was very polite and helpful. My car made the trip without incident and was there the next day. Also, during our conversation he'd asked how we were driving down and gave us directions of how he would, which would avoid having to go through Chicago. We did take that route and were very pleased with the trip.

Sherpa was extremely prompt and detailed! The price was exactly what I was quoted. My Son's BMW e30 made the 1000 mile trip in great shape with no issues on time! Thanks Sherpa! I will definitely use your services again!

The service was excellent. I received several phone calls before and during the shipment. The car arrived as promised without damage or incident. Why not 5 stars? The price. Other providers quoted 500 to 600. I went with this company because the price was guaranteed. In the end the price brought a certain peace mind but expensive nonetheless.

The process was from start to finish was seamless and easy! Communication from Sherpa was top notch and they kept me informed throughout the entire process from arranging transport, pickup and drop off. The driver they arranged through Cascade Auto Transport was amazing.

Of all the people I contacted, I found that I talked to a normal person at Sherpa. They had answers to all of my questions. Then the price was in the range of what I wanted to pay. They are the broker and not the actual transporter so I didn't get to pick the transporter. I just had to trust that they had done the due diligence on their end about the company. Overall, this is a reputable company that does this. What kind of things are they insured for, they are able to explain to you.

The coordinator was very helpful. He did a good job. The driver communicated good. He called and gave me advance on when he was gonna be there. It worked good with the driver. It was a good experience.

I used Sherpa Auto Transport from Boston, Massachusetts to Seattle, Washington, and the transport was great.

The transport went great. The carrier guy was really great and I got my car. They said it was gonna take about four days. But we got the car in a day and a half.

Scheduling the pick up of my son's car in Raleigh, NC & having it delivered to Aurora, CO was very professional & Patrick was easy to work with. The pick up went smoothly but trying to get cash for the driver in a new city you just got to is a problem. With all the new & safe technology with phone credit card scanners I would think there would be an easier way to pay the drivers.

Sherpa was true to their word on their promise. They gave a competitive and affordable quote and delivery was prompt and professional. I can trust them and I will use them again the next time a car needs shipment.

Setting up the transport was pretty easy. The quote was fair, considering that we were moving from Arizona to Florida. After Sherpa found a company for me, there was a lot of communication back and forth with the company. The driver was very nice. He was very patient because we couldn't find the keys at one point. The truck was very nice too. Everything went smoothly. My car was here before the day that they told me that it would be here. So that was good. It was very simple. If I had to do this all over again, I will probably go through the same process.

Sherpa sounded trustworthy. I also liked the fact that their price was right in line, even a little bit a tad more than the other person, but they carried insurance. They also offered a plan where if they couldn't find somebody, they would offer incentives on their own to the drivers to do the transport, which was nice. I took advantage of the price lock promise because they couldn't find somebody and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

Sherpa has good reviews, so I chose them. The service representative was very helpful. He worked really hard to get the vehicle picked up at the time that I needed it picked up. He explained that they have to find independent service that would be willing to pick the vehicle up and move it. So, they have to search for somebody that's going to be in the area that has an open spot on a truck. That all seemed to work okay. I talked to the driver two or three times on the phone. He always responded, and he always told me where he was. Sherpa's pricing was a little expensive, but they were competitive. They did their job. Everything worked good.

Sherpa was able to schedule within a tighter timeframe than the other companies. But there was a little bit of an issue with the person that did the transporting as he did not speak English or Spanish and he did not bring the bill of lading with him. I had to go get a bill of lading and print it out. He spoke very, very little English and it was difficult to communicate with him. But he was very nice and polite. My brother handled the delivery on his side and I was talking to him on the phone while the truck was being delivered. It went very well.

My son moved back to Arizona from Florida and it's too far to drive, so he had to get his car transported. The first time, I went to this bad company that took our deposit and never gave us some money back. So, I went on the Better Business Bureau to find different vendors and since Sherpa was getting good reviews, I trusted them because they were on there. Their customer service team was excellent. This was last minute because the car was supposed to be picked up the day before, but the issue happened with the other company. The first guy I talked to assured me that he was not going to take my money and said that he was going to try his best to get someone out the same day. And he did.

Sherpa is reliable and easy to talk to. They get back to you quickly. They're pretty straightforward about the whole process and let you know when everything's gonna happen or roundabout. The trucking companies getting them connected is something just trying with the companies trying to get them together on everything. But as far as logistics-wise, it wasn't a problem. I've dealt with other trucking companies before and this was a lot easier.

The communication with Sherpa was terrific. The guy I talked to got back to me and told me exactly when the vehicle was getting picked up. The guy delivered it ahead of time and he was very friendly. I'm happy with the service and I’d use Sherpa again. It was a very quick service.

We really liked what they did and how they transported the vehicle. Everything arrived fine and in a timely manner. It was very professionally done. The driver was great. We liked him very much.

The person that I spoke with was knowledgeable and seemed honest. Then I told the driver that my grandson loves trucks and he said to take some pictures so I did that. I wanted to make sure I had a picture of the car where it was on the truck. We had anticipated a little over a week and he was at the place very quickly so my daughter had to come over and get the car.

They were nice and to the point. Everything was good.

Sherpa did everything as promised. They gave me a time that they would be there with the vehicle and it showed up on time. I paid for an open trailer and they showed up with a covered trailer. And they did that for no extra charge, which was a nice deal. The communication was terrific. They let me know when it was on its way and when they were half hour. They were fantastic to deal with and I would use Sherpa next time in a heartbeat.

Sherpa was doing a better job of checking their transporters, their truckers, or their haulers out, and they get the top rating out of all companies in that respect. Everything was excellent. They even had gloves on. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I will certainly endorse and recommend it to family, friends, and anyone else that might be interested in a move because I personally would not deal with another company. Sherpa has a consistent edge in the marketplace. The best thing they could do would be to advertise themselves better. When I did the Google searches, I didn't see a lot of advertisements related to Sherpa, except that they were rated number one and advertised as being number one in vetting of their haulers. When I saw that, I didn't care that it was a couple of hundred dollars more.

I'd never shipped a car across the country before, but Sherpa made it easy. Pricing was clear, communication was good, and my car arrived exactly when it was supposed to arrive. Given the nightmare stories that are out there around car shipping, if I had to do it again, I wouldn't use anyone else.

The driver dropped the vehicle off directly to my daughter’s home so that was nice. But we didn't have a lot of communication with him during that time and I had to text him toward the end to get an arrival date and where they were. The day before the scheduled arrival, it'd be nice if Sherpa would send you something. They made it sound like that would come from the driver so they need to inform their drivers.

I needed to move a car and set up the transport with Sherpa. That was extremely expeditious. They told me what they were going to do and they did it. I was quoted a cost that was in the ballpark and in the end, it was accurate right down to the penny. The transport took about a week. I talked with the driver on the phone on a couple of different occasions. The first time was when we were setting up the pickup, which I wasn't there for. He said what he was going to do and he did it. He let me know he had the car and when he expected to deliver it. Just before the delivery, he called to make sure I was home and he delivered it.

Sherpa's communication was great and everything turned out good. We had a tracker on our truck. We were just checking it, and I was like, "Oh, my gosh, it hasn't moved in a day. What's going on?" Then we realized they have to sleep. They have to take so many hours off. That was the only frustrating thing. When you pay a lot of money, you want your car to be here the next day, but it took six days. Everything was in one piece, though, so it was fine.

I got quotes from three different places and Sherpa was $50 more, but they were way more responsive and they called me. The representative answered my questions and was very responsive to my questions and emails after I booked through them. The driver did a walkaround and took the keys, drove up on my truck, and then delivered it. I would recommend this company.

Sherpa Transport took care of me from start to finish. This was my fist transport of any kind and these guys took care of me 138.2%! I never really thought about transporting a vehicle and suddenly I had way more questions than I knew what to do with. Sherpa answered every one of them and delivered on everything they promised, including my car. Sherpa and the driver were awesome to work with and did a better job of securing and examining my car than the dealership did. After going through this process now I won't hesitation to transport another vehicle and Sherpa will be who I call.

I was so nervous about using this type of service. So I researched companies by their reviews. Sherpa had great reviews all around, so I chose to go with them. A little bit higher than other companies, but trust me worth the peace of mind. My driver Oleg was amazing!!!! Very courteous, very detailed and very reassuring. He called me let me know his arrival time what would work best for me, and arrived on time and my vehicle in perfect condition. I Highly recommend Sherpa transportation and will definitely be using them again.

Customer service with Sherpa was great and the reps were all helpful. The transport took three days and the driver kept us in contact. So, he was very good at communicating. We're happy with Sherpa.

I needed to move a car from the West Coast to the East Coast. I narrowed down my choices of companies to what was supposedly the top five in the country according to ratings and I talked to them. Over the years, I dealt with people a lot and solved some problems moving this and that over the phone, so I can identify things by talking and listening to what they say and how they say it. Sherpa came across as very sincere and modest while a lot of the other ones were scripted. Sherpa was very personable and I liked their policies, pricing, and how they handle things.

I got an email from the Sherpa customer service rep saying they identified the driver and the driver would get ahold of me in a few days. The email was completely accurate. They went through the whole process of what was going to happen and it happened just as they said it would. They stayed with the quote that they originally said. It was a very quick pick up. The driver was really careful to take care of the vehicle. He picked it up on Wednesday at 5:00 and it was delivered Friday afternoon. My kids met the driver because they were there in a little community and the driver said it'd be better if he tried to park in a large parking lot. So it was three miles from the house. Overall, the service was great and they were very honest. I’d use them again with no hesitation.

I was moving from Florida to New York, and I went online, and Sherpa was in the top five. I had picked another one, but the window was too big, and Sherpa’s fits me right. The representative that set up the transport was very professional. They had to put my car on a smaller truck because of where I was located, and it was no problem. The driver brought it right in, took it off the truck, and gave me the keys. I looked around and everything was fine on the car. Everything was accurate and I'm very happy with Sherpa. I'll use them again.

After being left in a lurch by another company’s “bait” (medium price) and “switch “ (cancellation on day of pickup but would pickup next day for additional $550), I called Sherpa. Fantastic professional service that met my (now rushed) timeframe for less than other company wanted after the “switch”. Good communication with driver and pickup/delivery was as-promised! I highly recommend Sherpa if you value your peace of mind and your vehicle.

The team that picked my truck were great. They did an excellent job even though it was midnight. I was very happy. Your customer service rep was beyond excellent. I spoke with him several times during the move and each time he got back to me quickly. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he was on in the evenings. I was told that when the truck was delivered it was all good. I really wish I remembered your dispatcher's name because on a scale from 1 to 10 he was a 15. I’m terrible with names. Thanks again for a smooth transport with no real problems.

I used Sherpa to transport my vehicle twice and was satisfied with their service. My car was picked up as scheduled and was delivered on schedule with no damage to my car. My only problem was the cost to transport doubled within a few months. I do understand that the price of fuel has increased but that was my only issue.

I had to ship my vehicle last minute and Sherpa came through on the days/dates requested. They had someone even sooner, but it didn’t work out logistically because it was *too* soon! So they found someone that could come in the window requested. Communication was a breeze. The actual shipper/Rollercoaster Auto Transport was great - quick, personable, vehicle arrived just as it left me and they responded to me when I called or text right away. Vehicle shipping is expensive nowadays and Sherpa’s quote was about on-par with industry standard but it was worth every penny as they got it done quickly in the time frame I needed it and my vehicle arrived safe and on the date promised.

I was so very hesitant in having the car shipped from Texas to NY until I talked with Aleasa. She was very good explaining every step of the process. The whole experience was better than I expected. I was informed every step of the transport and the JK Express transport company could not have been better. They called me before the car was picked up, gave me a time frame, and they even accommodated my time frame of delivery. Both of these companies could not have done a better job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The driver who picked my daughter’s car was very friendly and professional. He called about ten miles away and we we able to find a convenient meeting spot (mall parking area) where the vehicle could be placed onto the carrier. He was very reassuring as I’ve never used this type of service before, I even had his cell number if I wanted to check in over the next few days. Although it was an expensive service for an average car, I was happy to have the auto safety shipped and not have my daughter drive a long distance alone. I would definitely use Sherpa again!

They were competitive on price and it seemed like they were going to be available right away to move the car. The car was delivered quickly and on time. It was in excellent condition, same way I put it on the truck. Everything went fine.

My experience was wonderful with Sherpa. Everything went exactly as promised and as requested. From the very first time I contacted Sherpa, they were clear about what they offered and I appreciated the clarity of what I needed to do. I had it in writing. I asked the first fellow that I talked to for a quote and he was very clear about what that cost included, when and how much I would owe the driver, and what form of payment was needed. He also assured me that there would not be any additional costs. $300 was to reserve my transport. There was an offer for $100 back once the delivery was made. I just needed to send them the bill of lading. Yesterday, I received the gift card with the 100 bucks on it.

I looked in some app about the best transporters and Sherpa came up as one. Setting up for the transport was easy. There wasn't anything that made it sketchy. The driver gave updates and he called me at the end. Everything was good.

I highly recommended Sherpa transportation company. I had 2 vehicles transported from Arizona to Pennsylvania. Both drivers were great and Professional!! Our vehicles arrive on time and at a convenient pickup location.

My Camaro was loaded and unloaded with the highest of care. Seats, steering wheel and driver side floor mat were covered as to not get soiled. The car was loaded and unloaded the way anyone would have wanted it handled. Jaysen was very pleasant to deal with and the delivery was right on time. I was very nervous about shipping my son's car from Maine to Texas. It was my first experience doing so. I asked many questions, read many reviews, and looked into BBB. The folks at Sherpa were good to work with. The vehicle had issues that weren't reported accurately through no fault of Sherpa and they worked well with me to get the vehicle running enough to drive off their storage lot. While the shipping price was a bit expensive, they gave great service.

My first contact was with Will, and he was very well spoken about the company. I liked the interaction with him. The driver and I spoke on the cellphone. I told him the area I was in and the difficulty it might be for him with the type of vehicle that he had and suggested that he exit the highway in Ellsworth, at Route 9A Area. When he found the location desirable for him, he gave me a call and I met him there. It was pretty smooth.

I liked the price that Sherpa offered as it was better than all the others that called. I liked their flexibility as well. Their customer service answered all my questions and they quoted me a good price. The transport of my RAV4 cross country took a little over a week. The driver was nice and since I had to meet him somewhere else, he covered my Uber which was good. My RAV4 arrived a little dirty on the outside but they covered a carwash. That was also expected from an open transport. My only thing about the experience was the first driver came the day before and they gave me like an hour's heads up. On the delivery date, I got zero heads up for it. He called me and said he was outside. The heads-up for pickup and delivery would be an improvement.

Sherpa was responsive. I loved the reviews online, and when they called me, they reassured me. Everything went seamless. Everything was done on time. It was a good experience. Whenever I had a question, they answered right away. They followed up with me. We had the cell phone number of the gentleman that picked up the car, and he texted us. We spoke to him and he said, “I'm going to be there in a couple of hours.” It was step by step. It was guided. He said there’s a bill of lading, and everything was covered. They explained that the only thing that wasn't covered is like a crack in the windshield by force of nature.

Customer service was terrific and they did a great job. The transport took two days and the car got there with absolutely no damage. The final quote turned out to be exactly the same as what we were initially quoted. Sherpa is in a tough business but their process is 10 times better. Their booking staff was great and they kept in communication all the way through.

I contacted Sherpa and I had a quote within half an hour. The transport was arranged within two hours of making contact. It was really quick and easy. The customer representatives’ expertise was excellent. I had a great experience. It was a little bit more expensive than one of the other quotes I got. But, I was willing to pay a little bit more for the service I seemed to be getting. The price was 100% accurate. There were no hidden fees or additional fees charged.

Sherpa seemed to be the one that was the most knowledgeable and least aggressive. Victor, the driver, was a great guy. He told me it would take roughly five to seven days to get there, which was fine, because we were leaving New York and we were driving down to Florida ourselves. He would have to stop along the way, and we also would. But we got the cars the day after we arrived down here, which was fine. They arrived in perfect condition with no problem. He dropped them off exactly the way when he said they would. I didn't have to wait. Also, the rep quoted us a price and that was exactly what we paid.

I had a good experience with Sherpa. The driver called me before he arrived and we were able to coordinate a spot to meet so that he could pick up the car. It was the same thing when he dropped the car off after the 1,700-mile transport which took a day. In the end, the cost I was quoted stayed exactly the same. Sherpa did a good job and the process was super easy.

The rep who helped me set up everything was wonderful and took good care of my car. The driver was awesome, kind and nice. The car was already off the truck by the time we got there and there was absolutely no damage. It was a little dirty but I expected that. The service from Sherpa was excellent and timely. Everybody was very polite and considerate of my feelings. The young man who put the car on a truck was so understanding that I watched and that I said that the car is my baby and that he be careful, and he laughed with me.

Top flight all the way thru... From first contact thru the actual shipping of the vehicle to me..Sherpa was with me all the way.. Helped me track the vehicle and the guy who delivered the car was very cordial.. Of Cuban descent I think.. Even drove the vehicle home for me as I lived nearby..

The driver who was assigned to deliver the car was outstanding. He was good and very pleasant. One complaint that I have is that Sherpa offers a discount in the form of a rebate and I don't like that way of doing business. It's a discount or it's not, and to have to apply for a rebate is unacceptable. So, I would like them to send me my $200 rebate and leave it at that. It's fundamentally unethical to ask people to apply for a rebate instead of giving them directly a reduction in price.

This was my first experience having a car transported. I am very happy with Sherpa. I needed a car transported from Vero Beach Florida to Syracuse New York. Sherpa made the process easy. They quoted me a fair price. They were up front about the cost and did not take any money until they secured a carrier. They got the information from me and found a carrier quickly. I was assured by the Sherpa employee that that they are careful about using good carriers. The carrier that Sherpa arranged, R1 Express LLC, was a very well run/reliable carrier, that I had a fantastic experience with. They picked up my car on time, and dropped it off in Syracuse New York about 48 hours later, in the same condition! I paid exactly what Sherpa originally quoted and there were no surprises. Highly recommended.

The delivery driver seemed friendly enough and did his job. I tried to make arrangements to be able to talk to him to tell him we were two hours away from where it was being delivered but there wasn’t a lot of communication so he ended up having to wait two hours for me to get there. He wasn't upset but I was the first delivery of the day and that screwed up his day. The vehicle was dirty because it went 2,400 miles so I didn't expect it to be any different. So, it's all good.

I just had my very first car shipment experience, which was a bit complicated: I was leaving my car in Virginia beach after a road trip and flying to Minneapolis for a wedding. I just didn't have time to make that drive between work and the wedding, but I live in Chicago. So I needed my car moved from Virginia beach to Chicago without me being in either location physically. I researched the options for shipment companies and read about all the nightmare scenarios that could happen. However, Sherpa was highly rated, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. I also felt secure in their guarantee that the amount wouldn't change and they would front their own money to the drivers to make sure.

Sherpa was easy to use; fantastic communicators. Did everything they said they would. Connected us to a driving company that were the very same. Communicated every step of the way and HS the car to TN a week earlier than the final date range!

I was highly suspect in hiring a car transport co. Everything I read was a horror story. In doing my research, Sherpa's name kept appearing as a trusted company. I finally bit the bullet and hired them. They performed better than I hoped, quickly and flawlessly. The whole thing took four days and went exactly as the Sherpa agent described. VERY happy. Sherpa was very forthright. They guaranteed no hidden costs. The price was a little bit higher than some other places but seeing the way they handled my vehicle and how congenial the driver was and how they ended up being a day early, it was well worth it. They were very user-friendly. In the long run, I'd definitely pick them again because the guarantees they made, they exceeded. They did a great job.

Fantastic experience, start to finish. The intake on the phone was professional and thorough. Communication re pickup was also professional and timely. Julian, the driver, was a great communicator on both ends and was a really nice guy, to boot. He answered all my questions - even the ones about what it was like to drive a giant car trailer! I think they were a little more expensive than the others but it was totally worth it.

United Auto Carrier LLC was amazing. They took care of our baby (Nissan). Even picked up and dropped off way earlier than expected. So much so that we are still waiting for the moving truck to come with our stuff. It's been a long wait but having the car here makes everything EASIER. Also the price NEVER CHANGES! So like how the moving company got an extra thousand out of us Sherpa Does NOT do that. They stick to their word, I almost wish United Auto Carrier LLC moved boxes and furniture too because they work in a timely manner!

From start to finish, the transport of my car from NJ to NV was perfect. Great communication from the driver…he was perfect! Delivery exactly on time. I had two cars that needed shipping and delivery from CA to VA. Sherpa picked up my cars from the port, contacted me every step of the way. They did what they said they would do and coordinated the company to deliver the cars. Again, notification every step of the way. They are efficient, professional to deal with, have quality drivers, communicates regularly, and offers alternatives if they have any modifications. If you have to change anything, they are prompt in calling back and seamless in their ability to finalize any adjustments. Their prices are fair and you pay exactly what is arranged in the beginning. My cars were new and arrived without a scratch. Don’t pass these folks up! My highest recommendation and thanks to the folks at SHERPA…

The guy from Sherpa seemed to really connect with me and he was very factual. He knew exactly what I wanted and listened to what I was saying. Even though they were a little higher-priced, there was a comfort level there knowing that I was hiring a professional company. The quote they gave was dead-on in the final pricing. But when I set the move up, there was some kind of Visa gift card that he was going to send me which we've never received.

I hired Sherpa to ship my Car from London Kentucky to land lakes Florida. I could not have hired a more professional Company, as I received my car right on time and free of any blemishes whatsoever. The Sherpa agents/associates were most professional throughout and kept me well informed. I evaluated a number of companies and Sherpa came out on top in many respects. The transporter, while very high quality did fail to give my wife, or myself the delivery BOL, but still a 5 star transporter. I witnessed the loading of my car in London, KY by Sid, and I was most impressed by the care he displayed, not only with my car, but the other cars he removed and reloaded. The 18 wheel rig was immaculate and extremely well maintained.

Excellent service, car made it to Florida before I arrived and was able to be delivered to a family member's home. Highly recommend for your auto transport needs. Price was reasonable and cheaper than other auto transport companies.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have shipped with Sherpa. We have had an excellent experience shipping both cars at different times. Vehicles were picked up and delivered on time, in perfect condition. Highly recommend Sherpa, we will be using again to transport our last vehicle before moving across US.

Our car was picked up in Kentucky on Friday afternoon and delivered in great shape across the country in Idaho on Friday evening of the same week! The driver was friendly and cooperative and the representative from Sherpa was very professional and answered the many questions I had. After reading many bad reviews from so many other companies, I was somewhat worried, but we could not have had a better experience.

I was very happy with Sherpa. They communicated extremely well. They don't quote me one price and then come back with something else which some of the other companies have done in the past. When they picked up the vehicle, they inspected it fully and took pictures. They did the same when they delivered it. They got to the destination a few days earlier than what they thought. I will definitely use them again.

I have nothing bad to say. Everything went off without a glitch. My car was delivered the next morning after I arrived at my destination. I would highly recommend Sherpa for anyone looking to transport a vehicle.

The reps were very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Working with them was a positive experience. They said, “The price we quote you is going to be the price. We won't change it.” The final bill was exactly what they quoted. Sherpa gave me an estimated day of delivery. I got a call on that day saying that it would be around 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. that evening and to make sure that was okay. And I told them it was. They called me at 5:30 and told me it would be more like 8:00 p.m. At 8:15, they showed up with my vehicle. Its condition was perfect. As a first-time person having a vehicle shipped, I was very nervous and scared of all the bad things that could happen. Sherpa did a really good job of putting my concerns to rest.

I'd recommend Sherpa to anybody else. I had an exceptionally complicated shipping problem because the vehicle had to be towed from one place to another before it could be picked up and they were able to meet the requirements that I needed to make it work. Given the limitations of their machinery, they did fine.

My sales experience was superb. The sales representatives whom I spoke to were excellent and explained the process of pick up, payment and delivery thoroughly. They assigned a driver on time, called to coordinate a pick up date and were equally efficient and courteous. The best and most important part was that their drivers are verified, and that I as a customer had the ability to communicate directly with the driver. He was also extremely professional and reliable. The driver called on time to schedule pick up and kept us informed. While his trailer broke down causing a delay in my delivery, I appreciated how he kept me informed the entire time, and he profusely apologized for something that wasn’t even his fault. While the process was expensive, it was worth having the peace of mind that my car was in good hands and arrived exactly as loaded.

My Lexus was transported from Minnesota to Arizona. It was picked up as scheduled, & delivered one day after I arrived. There was good communication from the company and the driver, with email, text and phone. I used another company going the other direction but would use Sherpa again!

The customer service reps at Sherpa were very helpful and gave me all the information. I called a couple of times because I hadn't done this before and was reassured that it was fine and the person would get in touch with me, and that was eventually what happened. They were very good about staying in touch. The reps came and picked up the car from my house, and took it down to where they were going to eventually put it together with other cars and send it on its way. They coordinated with my son-in-law and delivered the car around the corner from his house, so it was great. I was completely satisfied. The car got there in one piece and I was a happy camper. The price could be cheaper, but that's fine. I saw it and said okay.

Their customer service team was fantastic. However, there was a slight problem with the pick-up. We didn't get the 12 to 24-hour notice, and they called my person-in-charge at the pickup location half an hour before, so it kinda impacted him. But it all worked out.

The driver picked up the car, looked around, and took pictures. It was easy. The only thing was that we were told he would be at the destination the following day and there was a range. He came early which forced us to scramble and meet his timeframe. But otherwise, it was fine. Their rep Alexander is smart and nice. He was very upfront and the price ended up being the same as the other top companies. I told him that I would not be expecting my son to pay any more at the other end than what we talked about. And he said, "Absolutely, positively." He said Sherpa has a $300 cushion in there. So, if something happened to the price, they would pay up to $300 more. Sherpa was great. The people they had to pick my car up were fantastic. Their communication was the whole thing. When they were going to pick up and deliver the car, they were like, "We're 45 minutes away. We're 20 minutes away."

The driver was a really nice guy. That's why I paid him up front. I didn't have a problem with that because I trusted him that the car was gonna get to Florida undamaged. The move was two days late getting to Florida. I understood that the driver was in traffic and he had a problem with his truck. But he just took the car off when he got there and it had a big dent in the door when I got there. He must've opened the door while my vehicle was on the truck and it hit one of the rails on the truck. As soon as I saw it, I took it to a buddy of mine down in Naples. And it cost me 300 bucks to get the dent pulled. But still, it wasn't perfect. I won't use Sherpa again.

This was a super easy company to work with. I moved my jeep from Colorado to Florida. If I can questions they were answered right away and the process was explained in detail. The pick up was easy as was the delivery and my jeep was delivered in perfect condition.

Getting started with Sherpa was really easy. I ordered it through the website, and then they contacted me and set everything up over the phone. The Sherpa customer service person knew what he was talking about, was really familiar with the process of transporting autos, was very professional and knowledgeable. I called one other place just to check to see what their price was, and the customer service rep was friendly, but he was like, "You need us to pick it up on a day that normally, on West Coast going to East, at the beginning of the week, not towards the end of the week." So, it was like, "Okay, whatever." But he gave me a price that was about $200 less. But because of that interaction I had with him, it left me with a little bit of, "I'm not too sure about these people." Whereas with Sherpa, I had no question. So, I was willing to pay the extra $200 for Sherpa to do it because I felt it was more of a professional call.

Everything went very smoothly and exactly as advertised. The trucking company was very good and Sherpa did their piece very well. So, I'm completely satisfied.

I was moving in August and I tried to secure my car moving company. The customer service rep wasn’t very clear on how the system worked. I told him I needed a specific date and I called a month in advance. He said that they know that I’m on the calendar but I wouldn’t hear from them and not to worry. I was told to give them an interim update that I’m still booked. I heard nothing and I was stressing that they wouldn't get a ride. But it was just in time. As it gets closer, you get your driver. He was very nice and it was great dealing with him. So, Sherpa did a good job. But they need to be more proactive. They could improve on communication from the day you call.

Our camper broke down, so we had to stay in expensive Las Vegas hotels until we could get it shipped home for repairs. Time was of the essence. Darrin understood our plight and got us shipped and out of that hotel in less than 24 hours. We rented a car, raced 555 miles home, and got there just in time to meet Vladimir, the driver. The car was perfect. Vladimir was super-nice and competent, and neither Darrin nor Vladimir could have done a better job. Getting out of that hotel in a hurry saved us lots of money. Sherpa guaranteed more that my car would be picked up, while with the other companies, I didn't feel as comfortable that my car would be picked up in the time frame. Also, they explained everything really well and it made me really understand the process and how shipping a car works. The driver was updating us via text message and we were arriving at the dropoff a day later than he was going to arrive but he was able to work with our schedule.

The final cost was very fair. I had to track them down during delivery and I left a message a couple of times because the movers didn't deliver when I expected them to. Magically, I got a phone call a small window of time after I left a message and they said they were at my door. I was a little annoyed but my car was there with no scratches. Sherpa could have a little more transparency through the process though. Especially for first-timers, it's scary. Other than that they did a great job and I'm sure it's not an easy one.

After I insisted that Sherpa find me a reputable drive (my first option was someone who was driving the cars and using the car's Ezpass to pay tolls) they found me a top of the line driver who delivered the car in three days and drove it into the apartment parking lot - he was very communicative and efficient. It was my first time shipping a car and the people at Sherpa were really helpful and super friendly. They were really honest about the business and how it worked. They really explained the whole process and anytime I emailed them, they emailed back within the next 48 hours. I kinda planned the transport late and they were super. It was easy to get in contact with the driver but during the drop-off when the vehicle arrived at the destination, it was a little bit more difficult because we were working with a different drop-off guy. Other than that, it was pretty good communication with the drivers. Also, the shipper made sure the price stayed consistent throughout but they were super clear that this can be sometimes a pretty shady business to work with.

Sherpa offered a competitive price to ship my truck across the US. They did have some difficulty finding a driver so they covered the additional cost to make that happen. Driver picked up on Wednesday evening in California and had arrived 3 days earlier than expected in North Carolina (arrived Sunday morning). My only knock on the service was that I was out of town when I was contacted to meet driver for drop off. If Sherpa offered a tool to track the location of the truck, would make it much easier to coordinate pick up and drop offs. Overall am satisfied with the service.

The carrier was supposed to pick up my car at a specific time because I had a deadline to meet, so to speak, and what happened was they said they picked up my car and my car was sitting in my garage. Whoever was supposed to pick it up ignored my area. I called back Sherpa and discussed that with them. They immediately found me another carrier. They worked with me quite well. But then, I was trying to stick to a specific date and time and most people would love the way the driver worked it out but I wanted it to drag out a little bit longer and unfortunately, he made his delivery very quick. I had to kind of hustle to get from Florida to Texas so I can meet him. But that was the only problem. The vehicle was great when it arrived.

Excellent customer service, prompt communication and clarity on the process gave me the confidence to proceed with Sherpa. I will definitely use the service again in case I'll be crazy enough to buy another car sight unseen (I love the car by the way).

The driver who picked up and dropped the car off was great. He was a really nice guy. He was very helpful and communicative. There was a delay on their drop off, and he texted me. It was good communication all around.

He told me what the price was and what the breakdown was, what I had to pay upfront, and when I would be billed, which was the time of the pickup, which was great to know. The cost was fairly good for a flatbed open transport. The emails kept coming in about the updates on where the car was or what's happened with it. So overall, it was pretty good and easy. During the delivery, the truck couldn't go over because there were some trees. But the driver did bring the car down to me. I have a daughter that's bedridden, so that was really good that he could bring it right to me.

I liked the attitude that Sherpa was putting out that they were going to take wonderful care of my vehicle quickly and that's exactly what happened. We gave the driver our car on a Sunday afternoon and on Tuesday morning, the car was delivered. It was in a two-car covered carrier. It was white-glove service from front to back. But the biggest thing that jumps out to me is that the next day after the car was picked up, we sent a cashier's check form via FedEx and the driver beat the FedEx guy here.

The communication was excellent. I could call the driver at any time and get his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and he has been doing the job for 20 years.

As far as Sherpa's customer service, the young man and the young lady that took care of me were very helpful. They explained everything to us. We had about a three-week window and the driver came over just when the consultant told me he was gonna come. The driver called us. Right after that, he came over right when he said he was gonna come over. We watched him load the car up. He was very careful, professional, and told us he was gonna get the car down there the date that he said he was gonna get the car down there. He did.

I called five car carriers and Sherpa quoted more expensively. But they were also the most responsive. The girl on the phone was the only one who took the time to explain the whole process to me and how it works. They were also the only ones that offered a secure auto-lock rate too. So, if the price went up, they would cover the difference up to $400. My experience with them was excellent. I would refer them out of anybody else that I talked to.

Sherpa exceeded my expectation. I signed up at 3:00, and the gentleman was calling me at 11:00. He said he was in Lakeville and then asked me if I wanted to bring the car to him. I agreed to that because it was urgent that I was getting the car out there to my daughter. So I drove over and I met him in a gas station parking, which wasn’t far. I very much trusted him. I was very comfortable with how he spoke to me on the phone and when I met him in person. He was awesome. I had my daughter check every inch of the car when it was delivered and it was exactly the way it was when I had it put on the truck.

Sherpa's customer service communicate a lot, which is not a bad thing. I knew when they were picking my car up, and I knew before they were dropping it off. It was delivered early. The driver was really pleasant.

The car was picked up on time and delivered within days. The price may have been higher than some of the others but they said that there would not be any surprises at delivery time and they were true to their word. Too bad my movers were not. At least I have my car on time and even sooner than expected.

Great experience with Sherpa in shipping our car. The sales reps on the phone are very knowledgeable, and took us through all the steps and charges in shipping a car (no hidden charges!). The driver arrived in the allotted pick-up time, and communicated with our friend (who had the car in WI at the time) about pick-up. Delivery also went smoothly. The driver communicated with us regarding the time and place of delivery. The driver was business-like and friendly, and our car was in great shape. This is the second time we have used Sherpa, and we will use them again in the future.

While visit relatives out of town, our truck broke down and need a part that was out of stock at the factory. It was necessary for us to have the transported to our home 800 miles away. Sherpa did a great job.

The first time I called Sherpa, the guy was pleasant but he wasn't helpful and he didn't follow through. But I called back again and then I got the next person. He was really good. He did what he said and got it done, and helped us out. He worked with us and did a good job. The driver was fantastic. We had some issues with our movers who were supposed to move us on a certain day and they didn't need, so that messed up the driver that brought our car. We weren't up here to receive the car when we were supposed to be. But he was great about it and it worked out. So we’d definitely recommend Sherpa and I'll use them again.

I didn't know how the whole transporting a vehicle process works and Sherpa explained it. They pretty much use all the carriers. They bid on a driver and I got contacted back. Everything was good from start to finish.

I liked Sherpa's price and the person that I contacted in terms of their responsiveness to email. The final price was a little bit higher than it was a few years back, but they did deliver, and they delivered on time. Also, there was no damage to my car. So, that made me the happiest.
