Mr. **, who delivered the car, was fastidious, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would be glad to work with him again anytime. He had taken photos of the car prior to accepting it from the dealership. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I contacted Sherpa about shipping my son's car to Colorado. They were able to get the car picked up the next day! The carrier was a friendly guy from Colorado. He found a place close to our home where we could meet to load the car. He was also flexible with the location when dropping off the car for my son. I would highly recommend this company.

This was the second time I contacted Sherpa to help move my car across the country. Both times, the process was professional, helpful and without issue! I contacted five companies for a quote to transfer my vehicle from Colorado to Illinois. When I spoke to Rylina, it was clear Sherpa was by far the best choice. The communication was constant and I was in contact directly with the driver. He delivered on the day and time as promised. I would highly recommend Sherpa for your transport needs!

Communication was prompt. They answered any questions I had.

The only issue I had was I had to wait a while for a truck to get my car across country. But Sherpa was polite and efficient. They always answered the phone. Overall, they were great. If they can't get a truck, they put their own money in to get you what you need. They'd do a bid match.

The rep that I talked to was great. He contacted me soon after I put in a request for a bid. He called me back pretty quickly and gave me a detailed rundown of what it would cost and what the process was and did a lot of follow-up. Sherpa was great. They were better than some of the other companies that I reached out to. The driver was nice. They're independent contractors. He showed up kind of late in the evening, but he was good. He knew what he was doing. The LLC company that did the actual shipment was also nice.

Patrick, the person on the phone, was cool. I had two people and they were helpful. They explained the process, then it was a simplistic transaction for the pickup and drop-off. The dude who picked up the car checked everything off the list. Then, with the dude who dropped it off, it was a bit complicated because the check that I had written was to Sherpa as I was told that I should write it to Sherpa. He was confused on whether he should take it or not and he was calling people to see if he could take it. Other than that, the car was here in a timely manner and Sherpa was quicker than I thought. My car was really dingy and that comes with traveling a long time. For the most part, it was pretty much in the same condition as I left it and I didn't see any extra scratches.

We had a couple issues with the address, so we had to clarify the address a few times directly with the driver. But overall, it was a good experience.

The rep was very helpful and courteous. I was very satisfied with Sherpa and would definitely recommend them to other people. They were explaining to me that they were the only ones who was offering the price lock. I was very happy with that and they lived up to that expectation when I had to change the address a week after. The driver was very prompt with answering, giving expected time of arrivals, and keeping the communication lines open.

The driver was phenomenal and he kept in contact all the way. He let me know when he was going to pick up the vehicle and when it was picked up. He called me a couple of times and let me know he had a couple of other stops and pickups he could make. I told him to just work it in and bring it on home and he brought it home. When I got out to the site to pick up the vehicle, it was unloaded and we were ready to roll.

I am pleased to say that I had a great experience with Sherpa Auto Transport. From start to finish they gave me a window of 3 to 5 days and my vehicle was out of here within that time limit even though circumstances hindered the driver beyond his control and I appreciated being kept in the loop about the driver's ETA. My car was delivered to my nephew in Florida and I live in Tennessee the very next day! I was beyond happy and so was my nephew. Thank you for a smooth service!

Sherpa was really easy to work with and they gave the best rate. They were on time and found a load within three days. Everything worked out great. The driver picked it up on a Saturday and they told me the estimated arrival was Friday. It ended up coming Wednesday which was no big deal to me. The driver called at 9:30 and said, "You can come get it tonight. But if not, we can figure something out for tomorrow." I said, "No, I'll come get it tonight.". I had him meet me at a large parking lot and he had the car already started off the truck.

The driver was prompt, easy to work with and very communicative. He was where he was supposed to be and called to let us know. He met my son and my husband and it was a very quick interaction. It was great. My car went all the way out to California with zero problems and issues, and the price was fair too.

I did my research and chose Sherpa and I am glad I did. This was the third time I transported my car and the first time I used Sherpa! Next time, I am not going to need to do research -- I know who I am choosing. They were clear, communicative and honest from the first point of contact to the car's delivery. I especially appreciated having one driver for the entire journey and having his phone number!

From start to finish when my car arrived in Massachusetts I was extremely happy with everything. My phone calls and dealings with the transport driver couldn’t have gone better. This was the first time I transported one of my vehicles and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. My experience was excellent.

A gentleman by the name of William picked up my car on a Friday evening and he was very good about keeping in contact with me. He let me know each step of the process, when he was gonna be in a certain area, and the delivery time. I appreciated that. If I ever relocate again, I will be using Sherpa and I will hopefully be able to work with Will again because he was a very good and very nice young man. It was a great experience for me.

Sherpa was easy to work with and the driver was an awesome guy. I didn't need to reach him but if I needed to, I could anytime. I called him before he got to my house and let him know I had to take off for a few minutes. I changed the time last minute on him but everything was good. He was easy to communicate with. The delivery was right on time and it was perfect. The easiest part of my move was this part and the quote was spot on. I’d recommend Sherpa over the other dealers out there.

I called Sherpa and I told the guy what I was gonna need and about the timing. He said that when they find a guy, they would charge me the 250 and then, they would confirm that they got it, and to haul the car. They did all that and there were no surprises. It was very seamless. They followed up to make sure that I'd heard from the driver, which I had. The driver got here on time and communicated well with me.

Everything went well. Pickup and delivery were exactly when they said it would be and exactly what they said. The price was great.

The communication from the driver was awful. Their delivery time was over 3 hours off, and I left work to wait on them. I told them to notify me an hour before, yet the scheduled 1pm arrival actually happened at 3pm. I left work at 12pm, and did not get back until almost 4pm due to horrible communication from the driver. His English was awful and despite all of my own forthcoming communication, it was not reciprocated, causing me to miss work for 4 hours. Notably, the original delivery was the previous night before, at approximate 7-9pm. The next window was 11am the next day. Then 1pm, and delivery was taken at 3pm. I told them I had work yet they did not care. AWFUL. My car was well; however, my work boss was not pleased.

We needed to have the cars shipped hassle free. Sherpa found a driver fast at a guaranteed price and everything was done with no problems. Other shippers take longer to find drivers. They may be cheaper, but we didn’t want to wonder if we were going to find a good driver at the last minute. We read other reviews where they had trouble.

I contacted a couple of companies and they never got back to me. I asked some people who they used and they said Sherpa was great. I contacted Sherpa and they were absolutely right. Sherpa got right back to me, stayed in contact with me the whole time, and it was great as they said it was going to be. Sherpa's quote was $200 higher but with their customer service and their communication, I don't mind paying for that. Every step of the way, I was either texted or called and I knew where my car was at and when it was arriving. It's worth the extra money.

The reps were very efficient and knowledgeable, so I'm 100% satisfied with everyone I talked with. The drivers were on time and told me everything. The vehicle was great. They even offered the car wash to give me a clean car so that was wonderful. I would recommend Sherpa to my friends and I will use again if I need to.

Working with the customer service team was great, and the delivery and pickup was smooth. I got my vehicle in one piece. I would recommend Sherpa as a way to transport your car.

I called Sherpa and they were right on the spot. I didn't want to pay at that time. I just wanted to register because I still didn't know when I was gonna ship the car and they told me it was no problem. They don't have to withdraw any money and if I cancel later on, they're not going to charge me. That's what I was looking for. Their rep who helped me set everything up answered all my questions clearly. The only thing was when during the pick up of the car, I was given only 15 minutes. That was very bad. But the driver was perfect. He gave me his phone number and he texted me when he arrived and when the car was dropped.

The auto transport business is not an exact science, especially during the winter in the northeast, but our vehicle was picked up on time and delivered within the timeframe given to us upfront. I called Sherpa up and the guy was very nice. He said they could get me somebody and I used them, and it worked out perfectly. They told me the car would be picked up on Monday and it was. Then, it was delivered before the time I needed it. The communication was good. They spoke English and they were from America. It was a great service. They knew how to speak on the phone and didn’t just email you everything that you gotta look it up yourself. Sherpa was personable and honest. I would use them again if I needed to send any of my cars anywhere.

I enjoyed speaking to the finance salesperson at Sherpa and their communication was very good. I got emails from them when they found a driver and when they would be in contact. This is the first time I ever did it and the person upfront gave me the confidence to go ahead and do it. Patrick assured me what would happen and how it would happen. They were honest. They also said that they would pay, if needed, an extra incentive to obtain a driver for us in the time we need it.

The dates were a little more flexible than I had thought but it was fantastic and the pickup and delivery went really well. I liked the people that did that.

Sherpa helped us quite a lot. We had some issues. We were concerned about the ability of the shipper to get on our street. It was a holiday situation. They explained the process to us in-depth. They weren't the cheapest, but they were the most accurate. They also seemed like they were the most honest. We also didn't need to use the Price Lock Promise, but it certainly was a good reason to take them as well. The transport was faster than we thought. It was about four or five days. We had originally thought it was going to be a week to 10 days. The vehicle was definitely very dirty when it arrived. But that doesn’t really surprise us. We did not see that there was any damage to it other than just general dirt. We were pleased.

Sherpa was truly great. The customer service is top notch. I had talked to many providers and the conversation with Phillip at Sherpa was unparallel. He was very courteous and I selected Sherpa soon after the call with him. They were hassle free from start, the actual carrier itself was Safe Auto and they were extremely punctual as well. Vlad from safe auto was flexible yet professional ensuring timely delivery without any issues. Absolutely recommend Sherpa and Safe Auto to anyone. To make things even better they also reimburse for a free car wash which was an added bonus. Great service overall!!

From comprehensive and timely phone calls to delivery from Ohio to Southern Florida in 2 days. Sherpa met my tight shipping window and Carlos, my driver, could not have been any more thorough, careful and polite. I’ll never use anyone else.

The reason I chose Sherpa was because it’s in the same ballpark as everybody else but nobody can guarantee, but saying that it would be there in a short amount of time. That was what they delivered. They literally went one step further. They tried grabbing the vehicle a day early but I couldn't do that. It was a Saturday they were supposed to pick it up and they said they could do a Friday. They ended up doing it Saturday early and they were very good at what they were doing. They were punctual and everything went smoothly.

The Sherpa people called me once I submitted the form for the request. They walked me through the whole process and told me exactly how much everything was gonna cost and made sure there weren't any hidden fees. That was a big thing. Then, they got me somebody within the next day or so. They gave me several emails throughout the whole process. Even when the trucker ended up showing up a day late due to a driver switch, they contacted me and assured me somebody would come in the next day. In the end, they sent more emails to make sure everything was good. It was good and constant communication the whole way through and they were easy to get ahold of if I had any issues. They even gave the rebate that they promised and free carwash money back.

I had signed up for another company but that original company couldn't deliver on their promise. I call Sherpa up and they are able to get a company to transport my truck within 3 days. The other company had to cancel my original delivery due to unforeseen issues but couldn't find a second driver for another 20 days. The company Sherpa set me up with delivered my truck from Seattle to Raleigh in 4 days! They even beat my Pods delivery.

I got a lowball offer from another transporter, but their customer service made me concerned. I ended up choosing Sherpa because of their very professional customer service and their price lock guarantee. I was very pleased with the way they handled my order, and the speed at which they secured a driver for my delivery. I was prepared to wait weeks for my delivery, but my car arrived within a week from California to Texas. Sherpa kept me well informed during the whole process. Sherpa's quote was a little bit higher than others but compared to the quality of service, it was justified. Also, their rep told me that a lot of people kind of quote low and then as it gets closer to the time and they secure a driver, it's gonna cost more. He was pretty upfront about that and told me how much they would pay toward that and stuff like that. But the driver was on time and I was shocked the vehicle was delivered so soon.

Working with the customer service rep was easy, efficient and hassle-free. I didn't compare with other companies but the price that I got seemed reasonable for what I was asking them to do. I had to meet the driver for the pick up because he was in a large truck and the pickup location was on the cul-de-sac so the truck wouldn’t have fit. And it was also after an ice storm. For the delivery on the other end, it was dropped off exactly in front of the house and it was very smooth and seamless. It went very quickly.

I had a great experience with the Sherpa rep. We set up the transport online and it was very easy. After I spoke to him and got all the information, I sent him the dates and it was all done through email. He answered all the questions that I had so he seemed knowledgeable. The transport started in Los Angeles and ended in Seattle. It took exactly one week. The driver and I had interaction three days before it was delivered from the company that was gonna be delivering it here locally. We got a confirmation that it was going to be delivered on a certain date and the driver called me about two hours before to say that he was on his way. The vehicle was perfect when it arrived and the final price was exactly the same amount that was quoted, and it was about the same as other companies that I had gotten quotes from.

Overall Experience was wonderful, the process was detailed clearly so I knew what to expect. The team Sherpa team was very communicative. The car drop off with the driver was easy. I was working on a timeframe and I wanted the vehicle picked up on January 10th because I was going to be down in Florida arranging for the sale of my parents' condo. They picked it up that morning so everything worked out perfectly. Also, the communication was excellent. They reached out to me the night before to let me know what time the approximate pickup time would be the next day. It was the same thing with the delivery. They reached out to me the day before to let me know that it would be delivered the following day. It arrived two days earlier than promised.

I had a good experience with them. I scheduled an appointment online and they called me. The reps were nice and they explained everything. The driver was okay and he came way before the estimated date. So, that was good. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition.

They provided a quote and delivered on that quote all at the last minute. I had previously contacted another company 1.5 months in advance that then tried to charge me 2.5x the quoted price the week of pickup. Sherpa came in at the last minute, provided a great quote (half the price that the other company tried to charge me), and charged me that quote.

I was a little nervous about the transport because I'd never done it before. I called them a few times and I told the guy I was getting nervous because I was freezing January 9th and I really wanted this car there. My car got there in one piece and the guy that drove the car was a really nice guy. I called once or twice and he answered me right away. Everything was great.

Everything went great. The driver was wonderful. I loved him. He picked up my car on Tuesday morning and he had it here by Thursday evening. I was really nervous because I have read many bad reviews on so many different car transport companies but Sherpa took very good care of me. They did an excellent job and didn't try to do anything shady. I was very pleased.

When I called Sherpa, the guy was very attentive and explained the process because I'd never done it before. He took his time with me in 15, 20 minutes and walked me through it. They gave me a delivery window of three days. It came to the third day and they couldn't get a shipper to ship it. They ended up getting it done whatever way that was, financially. They were not getting bites because they had bid it back in April or May and costs for January was a lot. The shipper that they used was very professional. Sherpa contacted me and let me know that the guy was coming in. But then they said he didn't have valid insurance so they cancelled and got somebody else. They had very good communication which was what really impressed me. Also, after you receive the car, you can photocopy the carwash receipt and mail it to them with a copy of the bill of lading. I dropped it on the mail on a Monday, and Saturday, I got a credit for $20 for the carwash on my credit card.

I will refer Sherpa to anybody, good and fast communication by email. I liked the service, the driver didn't give me a good gap time when my was picked up but we were able to find a solution. Thanks Sherpa team.

Truly a pleasurable experience from first conversation to final delivery! The customer service representatives answered all questions I had and explained the process from start to finish. This company was highly communicative and kept us apprised all throughout the transport of the vehicle. The pickup in New Jersey was easy and quick (and the driver was very friendly and cooperative as far as setting a time for pickup), the email communications from start to finish were thorough and detailed and the delivery of the vehicle in California went smoothly. I would absolutely use them again and have added them to my list of companies that I would recommend to my friends and business associates without any reservations.

Sherpa was very quick to respond and I liked that. They laid out what the process looks like very quickly. It gave us the ability to make a decision very quickly and I felt very confident about what they were saying. It was just not lip service. The second thing that really sealed the deal was that they had this locked price that didn't creep up based on their inability or ability to get a driver. That was really important to us because we were transporting ourselves throughout the other part of the country. It was very costly and funds were not as easily accessible up to that point.

Sherpa was responsive. I called them and they told me my quote immediately. The driver was flexible. I was working during the delivery so he was like, “Give me a call where you want to get the vehicle delivered." So, it was pretty neat. My vehicle arrived dirty from the journey but other than that things were smooth overall.

The drivers showed up on time and delivered the car within the dates that were given to me. They’re not allowed on the military base so they had to go to the visitor’s center and they contacted my son prior to the delivery. It was super smooth and Sherpa was good about communicating prior to that they were trying to find a driver.

It was an excellent experience with Sherpa. They did an excellent job in shipping the car. The pick-up was in Washington State. The delivery was to Laurinburg, North Carolina, where I live. The driver was very professional and great. He took good care of the car and was very personable. He wasn’t in a hurry to offload the car, or leave. He wanted to make sure everything was right, that I was satisfied with everything. Everything was fine. The cost was also very reasonable.

I asked for the service at 12/31 on want to ship my car within 1 week, the most busy week of 1 year. The agent still managed to help me through, and I got an email on 1/1 saying they were striving for make it happens. Then I got a confirmation on the second day, I think the service is pretty considerate.

After researching several transport companies, I felt that Sherpa was the best: insurance coverage, pricing and customer service. They were great at navigating me through the process, and the car arrived in perfect condition after a cross-country open transport.

But we were able to communicate. For a last-minute request, Sherpa found a driver pretty promptly. The car was delivered timely and in great condition.

Sherpa had difficulty getting drivers like everybody else so the car left later than it was supposed to. But everything worked out fine. It was around Christmas and it was totally understandable. Plus, the car arrived in good condition. The truck driver was great and flexible. We had to leave and we left the car at the Subaru dealer and then, they picked it up.

Everything was excellent and super easy. They were a little bit ahead of schedule. They had given us a date. They said it could be a week after the date, and it wasn’t. It was two days prior to the date. Pulled up to the house, picked up the car and delivered it. The quote changed because my mother-in-law had so much crap in her car. So, it was overweight. It was an extra 100 bucks. But no big deal. The whole process was phenomenal. They were wonderful from start to finish.

DO NOT USE SHERPA AUTO TRANSPORT. This company is quick to charge your credit card, but slow when it comes to find your vehicle transportation. I am a United States Navy Veteran and Sherpa Auto made my retirement extremely stressful. I was forced change my flight and sleep in a hotel for 3 days because Sherpa could not find a driver with a 2 week notice of the pick-up date. I did not receive my $100 rebate as promised in the quote as well. Sherpa Auto Transport is a SCAM and is not a company you can trust.

Great service. My car arrived as mint as it was when it was picked up. Sherpa is stand up and honorable. The driver showed up without a mask and unvaccinated. This was not Sherpa's fault. The drivers should have more respect for others' ​safety. We have a 2 year old he could have exposed to Covid. I still give Sherpa five stars as a broker.

I’ve used Sherpa twice. Once was from Georgia, and then once was Arkansas. Everybody was very professional. I really didn't have to do a lot on my end. I was handled as stated. I was very pleased. The recent experience went very smoothly. The first one was a little delayed. But the gentleman that was transporting the vehicle, communicated those delays to me. That was fine because as long as there was communication, I was okay with it. If I have to do it again, I’ll definitely be calling Sherpa.

We had to put our move on hold and the customer service team was good about explaining everything and communicating. The delivery driver was nice and it seemed like he took extra care to not damage anything. The cost was cheaper than others for what we got. The experience with Sherpa was good and I would use them again if I need to.

The vehicle arrived perfect. I was presented with a bill of lading so I double-checked everything. The only thing I was still expecting was the rebate, which they said I would get. (Unlike a large competitor's agents that were brusque on the two occasions I spoke with them.) Pickup was on time, and so was delivery. The driver was very accommodating and the whole process went very smoothly.

Sherpa did a nice job transporting my vehicle from Iowa to PA. My car got there in less than 24h. They were responsive, reliable, and professional. I would definitely use them again. Sherpa did a great job of securing transportation for my daughter’s car from Illinois to Philadelphia. They were reasonable priced and kept me informed during the entire process. I knew upfront what I would be paying and her car was delivered without any problems during the time frame indicated.

Customer service was fine. They were upfront about the cost and they were accurate with what they quoted me. So, I was happy with that. Communication was good. I used a previous service and they charged me $300 over their quote after the car was delivered, so I was cautious about how accurate the quote was. Sherpa was accurate with their quote.

Although Sherpa's price was a tad higher than others, they guaranteed it. That was good. The two people I dealt with were wonderful. They were helpful and they answered my questions. The movers called before they got here. I’ll use them again.

Everything was so smooth from car pickup to delivery. The quote presented had no hidden fees. This was my first time ever shipping a car so I really was not very familiar with the process. William on the phone explained the process in details and helped me pick the best rate with my date flexibilities. Once the car was picked up, it got to my delivery address in couple days just as I was told. I have heard of so many horror stories about auto shipping companies but am so happy that I did not had to experience that myself. They picked the car up on time. Where we dropped it off, it was in a bad position. But the driver took care of it, timely time, and stayed in touch with me. I reached out one day and Sherpa told me the driver would be there that same day. There was one issue with the car as the light was a bit off. But we don't know where that happened and it's a small thing. Other than that, I was happy. I would recommend them to someone else. They were the best. I've had cars delivered other times and they were right up there with it. Very good. They also said I can have a free car wash.

I had a really good experience with Sherpa. The driver contacted me as he was arriving to the house and he was very nice. He delivered my car and stuff and everything was intact. This was the first time I did a closed vehicle so the vehicle wouldn't be damaged and it was nicely transported.

The process was super easy. This was my first time doing the car transport thing so it was very nerve-wracking. There's so much stuff online about things that happened and getting scammed. So, once I got a call saying, “Hey, I can come pick up your car,” and they actually picked up my car and it was delivered, I’m like, “Seems like it’s pretty cool.” Communication with the driver was great. Sherpa was very good at helping me out with whatever I needed. There was a time where I needed to contact the driver, and they were able to do it for me.

A friend needed to transport a vehicle and didn't know anything about how to go about doing it, so he asked me to do it. They were super satisfied with the driver and his attention to detail to make sure that everything was right with the car. I've also just referred another friend of mine to Sherpa and she's calling Sherpa today.

The rep who helped me set up the transport answered all my questions. They were really good about getting with me and they kept me in the loop. During the delivery, the driver called me a few minutes before he got there, he drove up to my house, and he unloaded the car. He wanted to do it himself and he was very careful. He drove it into my garage and handed me the key. I checked the pictures of the car they took before they loaded it for pickup and there was nothing wrong. I would have no second thoughts about using them again. They took very good care of my vehicle and got here quickly.

This was my first time shipping a car, so I was confused several times during the process. The process with Sherpa went pretty smoothly. I called their main number and then the gentleman that I talked to put me in touch with the driver. Then the driver gave me a window of opportunity of when he would be there and then the next day, he called me to tell me what time I needed to meet him. It was pretty quick. They picked it up on Saturday and delivered it on Tuesday. And that was from the DC area, Frederick, Maryland to LA, so cross-country. Our driver was fabulous. He was very fair and polite.

I had Sherpa transport a 2019 Honda Accord. Their customer service reps gave me several calls and a lot of email exchanges. Overall, it was a good experience. They were pretty helpful. While the phone call is not too easy to reach, the the email is kind of like maybe better. Every time I send emails, the response to me is faster than if I leave a voicemail.

My uncle gave me a car as a gift, but he lives in Texas so I was trying to find something affordable so I can bring it over. I went on Google and saw that the reviews for Sherpa were really good. I called them for a price check, and it seemed to be okay within my budget. The rep I worked with was really knowledgeable. The driver parked somewhere else that wasn't the house, but he managed to bring the car here all the way into my parking lot. So, that was excellent. Sherpa is really reliable and you can get an accurate quote. The representatives are really nice and they're always willing to accommodate.

I liked the promptness of Sherpa's people. When I call, they answer the questions fairly quickly and give me all the information quickly. The people that Sherpa used for the transport called and texted us. They were pretty prompt and fast. They got here under 24 hours. There were two drivers. We were in a time crunch. There were some delays with our paperwork. So, the initial company was cancelled, and we had to go with the second one. That worked out better because they were on an enclosed trailer rather than the big truck. We were leaving town that next day at 6:00 in the morning. So, I had to have that car here before then so we could get it inspected and sign off on it. Otherwise, I'd have to arrange with somebody else. They really pushed it to get us the car that evening. Everything went smoothly.

Everybody at Sherpa was very helpful, polite, really quick to answer my ridiculous questions. I had never shipped a vehicle before and they made it super easy. I bought the car in another state. I worked with the dealership there. I needed to get it transported 2,000 miles. They were really outstanding and helpful with everything. Very special. The driver told me when he was gonna be there. Sherpa was great. The person I first spoke to broke everything down and told me how everything is structured as far as payment. They let me know how everything works as far as shipping a car down. So, I felt that was really helpful because it gave me a sense of what to expect and what I was paying for. I really appreciated that. There was some trouble where we had to reschedule in order to get a better date for me, but that was very quick. And as far as communication, they told me the email address and the name of the person who would be driving the vehicle. They said, "If you wanna give them a call just to ask or to schedule anything, you can do that." They gave me multiple ways to contact the driver, so that was good. I had never used Sherpa but according to the reviews that I was seeing, they were very set and honest in their pricing. Also, it's better not to go too low because if it's too low, it's not reasonable. That was what I had also discussed with Jeremy, my rep. There's a fee that the broker gets and a fee that's for the driver. They were very upfront about how much they were getting and how much the driver would get.

So, I needed to make sure that it was well taken care of. I needed to make sure that the car was going to get here in one piece and not be damaged. We liked Sherpa and we used them for shipping our car. They picked it up from us in Plymouth, Massachusetts on a Sunday and they delivered it the following Sunday down in Scottsdale, Arizona. Working with Sherpa was smooth. They scheduled the transport. They came and got the car and delivered it. This was about my third time transporting a car and the difference that I liked about them is that they send you the carrier information so that you can be in contact with them directly. They give you the phone number, email address, and that was pretty different versus just saying, “Hey, somebody will pick up your car.” They did a pretty good job. My rep, Tyler, was really patient with explaining and answered all my questions. I had a lot of them. So, he was good, too.

I called Sherpa for an estimate and got immediate answers to my questions. The rep that I worked with over the phone was super nice. He was straightforward and giving answers without it like being this big, long thing. It was very efficient and I appreciate that. I wasn't available for the pick-up but that went very smoothly. The car also arrived in really quick time too and I was in close contact with the delivery gentleman. He was very polite. He texted me and let me know approximately what time he'd be here. He gave a meeting location that was very convenient. I might hire Sherpa again to ship the car right back.

I'd recommend Sherpa in a heartbeat. They were $50 more than the next highest bid that I got, but some of the reviews I got on the company with the next time highest bid mentioned it started out at that bid then it ended up jacking the price up. And they couldn't get their car until they paid more. I didn't want to deal with that. I went with Sherpa, with the rating being as high as it was and the fact that the price was locked.

The auto transportation with Sherpa was a little expensive, but aside from that, the service they provided was great. The dates that they said they would show, they showed up the very first day that was available, and they offered to come even sooner. As far as delivery, they arrived sooner than expected. They were willing to deliver without anybody even being present at home, and based off of trust as far as the final payment. My phone contact was great as well with updates. It was two vehicles that I transported, so it was a little scary, but things definitely worked out. They got the vehicles here in four days.

They also had a matching thing where they put in a bid, and if it didn't get picked up, then they would put in $300 of their own to make it work. That was appreciated.

Sherpa provided a hassle-free experience for my interstate auto transport. They answered all of my questions and provided an accurate and fair estimate for services. This was my first interstate auto transport experience and Sherpa made it smooth and simple. The most important thing...the vehicle arrived without any damage. One recommendation: it would be convenient if there are a way to track the transport like we track FedEx, UPS and Amazon shipments.

Customer service was great. I talked to a rep named Jeremiah, and follow-up was good. We didn't have any complaints. I thought the price was a little high, but after I compared to some of the other places, overall, it wasn't too bad. The service was good too. The car got from point A to point B with no issues, except it was dirty, but that's okay.

When I talked with the customer care advocate at Sherpa, he was very much knowledgeable and direct with whatever questions I had. The quote was a bit on the higher side as compared to the quotes that I was receiving though. They gave me a price of 950 bucks while another auto transport shared with me a screenshot of the place where they put all the quotes and they were offering 650. But maybe because of high prices, we are getting a good quality service. The driver was also keeping me posted where he was and what time he would be delivering.

My daughter is a travel nurse and we needed to get her car out to California. This is the first time I've ever had to use a company and Sherpa's quote was completely reasonable with everyone else. I had no problems with anything that went on too. I talked to a couple different people because we were changing based on drop off locations. I never spoke to the same person more than once, but every communication was great. My daughter was also happy to have her car, so I'm assuming everything went well or I would have heard otherwise.

Customer service was really good. However, the one thing that could be improved was the notification of when the shipper was going to pick up the car. The driver contacted me the day before to let me know that he was gonna pick it up at a certain time then he moved it up early in the morning at 8:00 am the same day. The next day, he called me at 5:00 saying, "Hey, I'm here already. I came to pick your car up." That was two hours prior to what we agreed upon. I was supposed to get a 12 hours' notice, but I got the call 20 minutes before the guy was to deliver, and I was in a completely different city. That was a little frustrating, but it was the driver Sherpa contracted out. Other than that, the service was worth the money that I paid.

Given the high costs of car rental, it made sense to bring my car to my vacation location - especially since I’ll be away for months. Professional and easy to work with, I found my driver and operational staff so eager to make this process smooth.

My dealings with Sherpa for my car transportation has been a five star experience. The team is very responsive. In my case Sherpa could not finder a driver for my car's transport within the 7 day period that was allocated. On the 8th day they found me a driver (Sherpa paid additional to this driver). That was just FANTASTIC!!! They keep their word with the price - and the car was swiftly transported within about 5 days. I would RECOMMEND SHERPA for transportation needs. The transport from Tallahassee, Florida to Portland, Oregon took eight days, and it was exactly what I wanted for the date. Delivery was good too. The driver came to our apartment, right behind the complex, and the car was clean. If I get another chance to transfer, I’ll use Sherpa again. I'm satisfied, and I would definitely recommend friends to use their company.

Sherpa transported my car cross country from CA to CT. They managed to pick up and drop off in places very close to where I lived. The drop-off was right on time with no problems. The transport driver was very professional and friendly on both ends.

I had to change the date early on before we committed to a particular date, and they were able to verify that that would work. They changed the quote and were very responsive on that. Then, they were accurate with the delivery window. The communication was quite good. They did what they said they were going to do.

I was moving from Raleigh, North Carolina to Denver, Colorado, so I needed to get my car shipped. I originally had an appointment and a deal with another company, but the day and time that they were supposed to come and pick up the car, they kept saying, “Oh, we’re still trying to find a driver.” I called them a month and a half early to have it all set up and ready to go, but they couldn't do it. I googled car shipping companies, and Sherpa came up as one of the highest rated. I called them, and the guy was awesome. He was able to do a bid within two hours and find a driver. When I called the other company to cancel with them, they said, “Oh, no, we have somebody now.” The guy at Sherpa told me the other company was doing a bait and switch, and that’s what happens in this industry.

The customer service reps at Sherpa were good to talk to. They were friendly. It seemed like they knew everything I needed to know and they were open about everything. They said, "You can contact us or contact the driver any time." Sherpa's price lock was a big benefit. I've heard a lot of stories of people being charged more once they get the car. Sherpa gave me $100 rebate. The final cost was way more than I wanted to pay but nobody was picking the car up, so I had to do something to get the car. It got done in timely manner, and they offered the service that I paid for. The driver was courteous and he gave me some information about the car that I need to know before we got it off the trailer. Sherpa did everything in a timely manner and they did it when they said they were gonna do it.

The car arrived in Los Angeles ahead of time in just over two days. The car was in excellent condition and the driver informed me of his progress towards the final delivery as he approached. After packing up my household effects and selling my New Haven home on Dec 3rd, my car was picked up at my NJ girlfriend's at ** on Dec 10th, then delivered to me in San Ramon, CA on Dec 17th. Alex was a great driver and a very nice guy. He was extraordinarily careful in getting the vehicle out of the trailer. He was on time. He kept in great communication with his cell phone. The representative I dealt with was really helpful, super professional, and efficient, and we chatted about the car for a while, which was cool. The driver was great too. The car wasn’t starting, which was more on the buyer-seller issues thing, and he helped me push the car to where it needed to be. That was cool of him. He also called me, gave an ETA, and kept me updated frequently. Overall, if I bought another car in the future, I would definitely pick Sherpa again. I was worried because this was the first time I used auto transport. I did not know how it really worked and so I had no idea that a driver would be secured at the very last minute. I called multiple times to find out where my driver was and the person at the other end of the phone was always kind and courteous. The car was delivered on time, the driver was extremely good at communicating. My car did suffer some minor damage but it will be taken care of. I will be using them again in the Spring.

A dear friend of ours was T-boned in an accident that was not her fault. She lost her 2004 car and was seriously injured. She ended up with NO CAR and having to go to so many medical appointments afterward. She lives in Illinois and we're in Arizona. I have never laughed so much in a long time, and with the pandemic, laughter is a rare commodity. These truckers were knights and their "horse" was their truck.

Of all the places I called, Sherpa seemed like the most genuine in terms of wanting to help me have a good experience. I was very pleased with the rep that helped me set up the transport. Also, being in touch with the driver was really helpful.

Signed up for moving a vehicle from Texas to Indiana on a Wednesday evening and vehicle was delivered Sunday afternoon. Transport company was great and Sherpa did a great job keeping me updated. This happened at the same time Arkansas and Kentucky were hit hard from Tornados. Driver said he drove thru and around the destruction aftermath from the Tornados. Would definitely use again.

My experience with the rep was good. The only problem I had was I knew last minute that someone was coming to get the car. Sherpa told me they got someone and they were coming the day before, but they didn't call me. The driver texted me that he was coming, I gave him the car then he texted me when he was gonna get there.

Sherpa did exactly what they promised: Secured transport within 24 hours and delivered the car via Helga Logistics to the Las Vegas destination. Helga Logistics was prompt, professional, and courteous.

Drivers were friendly and very responsive to calls and questions. They transported my car halfway across the country in only a couple days and were flexible with me for drop off. No damage at all on the car. Overall a really easy process.

Sherpa's first attempt at finding a driver did not work in the time frame I wanted but the second attempt went very quickly and Sherpa stood behind their guarantee and did not charge me for but put that amount toward the trucking fee and so we got a great driver. Could not have been more helpful and saw to it that everything worked out in the end.

Sherpa was easy to work with. They are a middleman and a lot of people don’t understand that they get paid, then you pay the car carrier and the pick-up time is done through the transportation company. My son met the reps in a Home Depot parking lot to drop the car. They don't pick it up in front of your house if you've got low-hanging wires. So, you meet in parking lots.

I needed my car shipped from Miami to Los Angeles. I worked with Sherpa who were very professional and guided me through the entire process. Sherpa connected me to Skyline Auto Relocation with a pick up date between Dec 7-11. They picked up my car on Dec 8th (right on time) and gave me a delivery window of Dec 14-17. It arrive on Dec 15th (right on time again!) in perfect condition. I have never been more pleased with a car shipment than I was with Sherpa. And the price was affordable and never changed from the original quote. I would recommend Sherpa to anyone who wants their car shipped in the US.

I checked ConsumerAffairs, and that helped me decide on maybe giving Sherpa a try. The lady I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and able to answer my questions. I felt comfortable talking to her, so I decided to go ahead and give them a try, and it worked out good. They found me a carrier that did an excellent job getting my car to Florida. I was very pleased with the service.

The transport from Chicago to Los Angeles took five days and the communication with the driver was very good as well as the customer service with Sherpa. The driver was efficient on the drop off on both ends. The broker was responsive and did a great job. The service was executed as promised and the quote was spot-on.

I wanted my SUV to be transported from IL to CA and Sherpa’s quote was the most competitive. They provided me with a 5 day (M-F) window to pick the car. However on the 4th day (Th) Sherpa contacted me and said a carrier was available to pick the following Tuesday. However since I was flying out to CA on Monday, it wouldn’t be realistically possible to change my travel plans to relocate. Sherpa understood my predicament and worked actively to get a carrier for me the very next day - which meant they had to offer $ from their pocket to entice carriers to pick my car sooner. My car was picked on Friday afternoon and was delivered to CA on Tue afternoon. The car was delivered without any dents or scratches and the carrier was very professional and provided regular updates with location and pictures of the car. Overall - Fantastic experience with Sherpa and I would pick them every single time.

I really enjoyed working with Sherpa a lot. I've now used them twice because I had such a positive experience the first time that I didn't want to chance it with another auto transport. They did me good once, so I'd give them some repeat business. Their rep, Kate, was able to answer all of my questions and I had a great experience with her. For the most recent service, they transported my car for about 600 miles and it took 14 to 16 hours. They called me the night before and they delivered it in the morning. The driver called and text messaged me throughout the transport but he had no paperwork for me. I was a little confused about it, however, when I sat back down and checked my email, I was emailed a copy of the bill of lading. So they should just inform the drivers to tell people that they'd be emailed a copy of the bill of lading and that they're not going to get an actual piece of paper, so they shouldn't expect it.

The moment I spoke with someone at Sherpa, something told me that I could trust them more than the other companies that I had received a number of sales calls from. The experience with Sherpa went without a hitch. If I needed to do it all over again, I would. They weren't marketing or being very aggressive. They were very straightforward, and they delivered.

When I called Sherpa, they said they could provide the service when I needed it, so I used them. They were on time and they were in contact with me the entire time. I could also call the driver anytime. The transport took a few days and the quote was exactly what I paid in the end. Everything went smoother than I expected and I'm very happy. I was kept informed every step of the way. I had a situation where the vehicle I was driving broke down. The fine people of Sherpa and driver coordinated with me and delivered my vehicle in an alternate location.

We liked Sherpa's customer service and follow through. Follow through was huge. Sherpa was very transparent. I tried to stick with the same guy that I first talked to. Sherpa quoted me what they quoted me. However, here is where the hiccup was. We believe in tipping, especially drivers that took our cars that long. We tipped the delivery driver $80. He texted me after the fact and said that I did not pay him enough. I sent a text message with what the contract price was. He got a bit snippy with me and that was the end of the conversation. But Sherpa contracted it out to another transportation company, which is what they do. That is strictly on the driver being a bit shady. Other than that, the car arrived in perfect condition.

We were moving a car from Massachusetts to Virginia and my cousin searched online for a company. She also read Consumer Reports and said that Sherpa was the one to go with. Their customer service was outstanding and the final bill was exactly what they said the cost would be. The driver was great as well because the car was hard to start and he put a little battery charger on it and got it right going. He said not to worry about that and he notified me along the way when he would be there.

I was very pleased with the process for shipping a car up the east coast. We had never done this before and was a bit hesitant of getting taken for a ride. This company handled everything very professionally. We also had an amazing carrier who shipped the car. I even got a toll bill 3 months later from when the car was being delivered to us and they refunded the cost of the toll (as our car was on the trailer of the carriers truck). Jorne handled that wonderfully as well.

I researched many companies and I liked what I saw about Sherpa. The guaranteed price was an item. And I liked some of the comments that other people made about the company. As it turned out, it worked out very well for me. I called on a Thursday morning and by noon, Sherpa had a transporter that was coming through this way. It was a very short turnaround time from the time I decided on Sherpa to the actual pickup and delivery. I was lucky. It was a small transporter, but it was great. It was all the way to Denver from Northern New York. Google says it takes 28 hours. The father-and-son transporter didn't stop much. I would recommend Sherpa highly.

The rep had all the information I needed as far as the transport and when they could pick it up and deliver. In fact, they worked with me on the day. They were going to pick it up earlier but I needed a car for two more days, so they were able to rearrange the date. The driver called and told me he was 20 minutes out and he showed up on time. It only took about 20 minutes to get the car off the rig, and I had the keys and paid him, and he was off on another call. I would recommend Sherpa. They were very professional and on time. They also had a reasonable price.

Within days of calling Sherpa my vehicle was on its way to Florida. They were all professional along the whole process. Will definitely use them again. Vehicle arrived four days after pickup as promised.

Sherpa Auto Transport didn’t have the cheapest price, and according to what I read, they said don’t go by the cheapest price. So, I went with the price that was more in the middle to the upper range and Sherpa came down in price at the end. Everything went fine and ahead of schedule. The only thing is I told Sherpa to have the driver call me when he was a bit away from the location to pick up the vehicle to give me a bit of time to get a payment out to a customer. But that didn’t happen. He called me when he was there. Good thing I was home. I would Sherpa again if I need to.

They picked up and dropped off my car in perfect condition. The driver was very nice. I'm very happy with Sherpa. They did what they were supposed to do and they were right on the spot. They were very, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Also, the price was perfect. Everything was great. Sherpa is an amazing company. I love it.

I was completely paranoid about not getting my vehicle delivered by Christmas for a gift for my wife. They put me at ease from the first phone call all the way thru delivery. Excellent customer service and communication. There are lots of companies with bad reviews so it’s easy to be lost trying to sort out who to go with. This is a no brainer. My experience was very successful. It seemed a reasonable, normal cost. Also, everybody was very pleasant. I annually go to Florida and I’ll use Sherpa going both ways in the future.

I liked that Sherpa stated that it would be a fixed price as opposed to something that could change. I spoke with the individual and got things set up and he explained the process. Most contact I had was with the driver that was going to pick up my automobile and that was great as well. The driver was a young guy and he was especially good and very diligent. The car arrived very safe. So all good.

The initial decision on what company to choose is VERY confusing. I chose Sherpa based on customer reviews and for the fact they were on four internet review sites, always in the top 5. Once I told them "I choose you" it was easy and everything went as expected. Price was fair, phone service great, paperwork simple, email updates all the time, secure payment system with partial credit card and cash upon delivery. Truck driver super communicative and nice. I got my car! Thank you.

The first guy that I talked to when I scheduled the whole thing was super nice. It was super easy to schedule. Then the guys that did the transport were super nice too. But they were somewhat challenging to communicate with because they were Russians and they had really strong accents. In the end, the driver couldn't get to the address that I originally gave him. They sent me GPS coordinates of where they were and figure out how to meet my mom. They called my mom, and they were a little bit worried because she's old. But they found her. My mom said they were very nice to her when they picked up the car. Sherpa was really good. They were communicative. It took them less than a week to find someone. But as soon as they found a carrier, it happened really fast. They were super quick.

I enjoyed working with Sherpa. The only thing is maybe they should give you a little bit more updates during the process. But other than that, it was smooth. They called and said they were picking the car up. I had to call them a couple times to see when it will be delivered. About like two times of calling, they just let me know like, "Hey. Okay. We see it. And it should be delivered on this day." It was delivered on that day. When I'll ship my next car, I would definitely use Sherpa again because the process was smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything. The car came back in one piece, too.

We were very happy with the transport of our son's truck across the country.. The driver called and met with him when promised and in fact delivered the truck almost two days earlier than promised. It was delivered in good condition and without any incident. When we called for an update we got accurate information and when delivering the car the driver showed up at the time he promised. Would recommend you and the booking staff was great. You were a little more than other companies but was well worth it and loved our rebate and free car wash.

The guy at Sherpa was the most responsive. When he saw where we were going to transport the car from, he paused and said, "Is there any way you can get it into Tacoma instead near your home? Because it'll save you a lot of bucks." And that was easy to do, because it's only about a 20-minute drive. They were very communicative. We had a friend of ours who kept the car at his place so we didn't have to meet them there. He did the manifest with the trucker. And on the other end, they met my daughter's friend in a parking lot. It was seamless. I started out thinking I would drive, then I realized driving, plus hotel, meals, and the flight back would be around $1,000 more than we ended up paying.
