When I called Sherpa, they said they could provide the service when I needed it, so I used them. They were on time and they were in contact with me the entire time. I could also call the driver anytime. The transport took a few days and the quote was exactly what I paid in the end. Everything went smoother than I expected and I'm very happy. They were reliable as well and if you want someone reliable, those are your people.

I was kept informed every step of the way. I had a situation where the vehicle I was driving broke down. The fine people of Sherpa and driver coordinated with me and delivered my vehicle in an alternate location.

We liked Sherpa's customer service and follow through. Follow through was huge. Sherpa was very transparent. I tried to stick with the same guy that I first talked to. Sherpa quoted me what they quoted me. However, here is where the hiccup was. We believe in tipping, especially drivers that took our cars that long. We tipped the delivery driver $80. He texted me after the fact and said that I did not pay him enough. I sent a text message with what the contract price was. He got a bit snippy with me and that was the end of the conversation. But Sherpa contracted it out to another transportation company, which is what they do. That is strictly on the driver being a bit shady. Other than that, the car arrived in perfect condition.

We were moving a car from Massachusetts to Virginia and my cousin searched online for a company. She also read Consumer Reports and said that Sherpa was the one to go with. Their customer service was outstanding and the final bill was exactly what they said the cost would be. The driver was great as well because the car was hard to start and he put a little battery charger on it and got it right going. He said not to worry about that and he notified me along the way when he would be there.

I was very pleased with the process for shipping a car up the east coast. We had never done this before and was a bit hesitant of getting taken for a ride. This company handled everything very professionally. We also had an amazing carrier who shipped the car. I even got a toll bill 3 months later from when the car was being delivered to us and they refunded the cost of the toll (as our car was on the trailer of the carriers truck). Jorne handled that wonderfully as well.

The rep had all the information I needed as far as the transport and when they could pick it up and deliver. In fact, they worked with me on the day. They were going to pick it up earlier but I needed a car for two more days, so they were able to rearrange the date. The driver called and told me he was 20 minutes out and he showed up on time. It only took about 20 minutes to get the car off the rig, and I had the keys and paid him, and he was off on another call. I would recommend Sherpa. They were very professional and on time. They also had a reasonable price.

I researched many companies and I liked what I saw about Sherpa. The guaranteed price was an item. And I liked some of the comments that other people made about the company. As it turned out, it worked out very well for me. I called on a Thursday morning and by noon, Sherpa had a transporter that was coming through this way. It was a very short turnaround time from the time I decided on Sherpa to the actual pickup and delivery. I was lucky. It was a small transporter, but it was great. It was all the way to Denver from Northern New York. Google says it takes 28 hours. The father-and-son transporter didn't stop much. I would recommend Sherpa highly.

Within days of calling Sherpa my vehicle was on its way to Florida. They were all professional along the whole process. Will definitely use them again. Vehicle arrived four days after pickup as promised.

Sherpa Auto Transport didn’t have the cheapest price, and according to what I read, they said don’t go by the cheapest price. So, I went with the price that was more in the middle to the upper range and Sherpa came down in price at the end. Everything went fine and ahead of schedule. The only thing is I told Sherpa to have the driver call me when he was a bit away from the location to pick up the vehicle to give me a bit of time to get a payment out to a customer. But that didn’t happen. He called me when he was there. Good thing I was home. I would Sherpa again if I need to.

They picked up and dropped off my car in perfect condition. The driver was very nice. I'm very happy with Sherpa. They did what they were supposed to do and they were right on the spot. They were very, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Also, the price was perfect. Everything was great. Sherpa is an amazing company. I love it.

I was completely paranoid about not getting my vehicle delivered by Christmas for a gift for my wife. They put me at ease from the first phone call all the way thru delivery. Excellent customer service and communication. There are lots of companies with bad reviews so it’s easy to be lost trying to sort out who to go with. This is a no brainer. Sherpa will take care of you.

My experience from the starting point initial contact with SHERPA to actual delivery was excellent. You should be aware that I didn’t select the lowest priced vendor because my initial contact with your company gave me a feeling of confidence and the result proved that my feeling was correct. I liked that Sherpa stated that it would be a fixed price as opposed to something that could change. I spoke with the individual and got things set up and he explained the process. Most contact I had was with the driver that was going to pick up my automobile and that was great as well. The driver was a young guy and he was especially good and very diligent. The car arrived very safe. So all good.

My experience was very successful. It seemed a reasonable, normal cost. Also, everybody was very pleasant. I annually go to Florida and I’ll use Sherpa going both ways in the future.

The initial decision on what company to choose is VERY confusing. I chose Sherpa based on customer reviews and for the fact they were on four internet review sites, always in the top 5. Once I told them "I choose you" it was easy and everything went as expected. Price was fair, phone service great, paperwork simple, email updates all the time, secure payment system with partial credit card and cash upon delivery. Truck driver super communicative and nice. I got my car! Thank you.

I enjoyed working with Sherpa. The only thing is maybe they should give you a little bit more updates during the process. But other than that, it was smooth. They called and said they were picking the car up. I had to call them a couple times to see when it will be delivered. About like two times of calling, they just let me know like, "Hey. Okay. We see it. And it should be delivered on this day." It was delivered on that day. When I'll ship my next car, I would definitely use Sherpa again because the process was smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything. The car came back in one piece, too.

The first guy that I talked to when I scheduled the whole thing was super nice. It was super easy to schedule. Then the guys that did the transport were super nice too. But they were somewhat challenging to communicate with because they were Russians and they had really strong accents. In the end, the driver couldn't get to the address that I originally gave him. They sent me GPS coordinates of where they were and figure out how to meet my mom. They called my mom, and they were a little bit worried because she's old. But they found her. My mom said they were very nice to her when they picked up the car. Sherpa was really good. They were communicative. It took them less than a week to find someone. But as soon as they found a carrier, it happened really fast. They were super quick.

We were very happy with the transport of our son's truck across the country.. The driver called and met with him when promised and in fact delivered the truck almost two days earlier than promised. It was delivered in good condition and without any incident. When we called for an update we got accurate information and when delivering the car the driver showed up at the time he promised. Would recommend you and the booking staff was great. You were a little more than other companies but was well worth it and loved our rebate and free car wash.

The guy at Sherpa was the most responsive. When he saw where we were going to transport the car from, he paused and said, "Is there any way you can get it into Tacoma instead near your home? Because it'll save you a lot of bucks." And that was easy to do, because it's only about a 20-minute drive. They were very communicative. We had a friend of ours who kept the car at his place so we didn't have to meet them there. He did the manifest with the trucker. And on the other end, they met my daughter's friend in a parking lot. It was seamless. I started out thinking I would drive, then I realized driving, plus hotel, meals, and the flight back would be around $1,000 more than we ended up paying.

When I talked to the guy at Sherpa, everything was fine. It was as scheduled. The problem was with who they hired. The communication wasn't right. When they first picked the car up, they told us that the car would be in Florida the next day, which I didn't believe them. It was hard to contact the driver or the person with him so I left a couple of messages with them. Because we weren't in Florida, we’re up here in Massachusetts. We had to have someone down there, pick the car up or receive the car. It was hard to coordinate all that with them. The first call I got was they were going to drop the car off about four miles away off the island. After that, I said, “A lot of these trucks go on Marco Island and they have no problem at all." My next call was, “Okay. We can get on the island okay. We'll be there on such and such a day.” But that didn't happen.

We had an amazing experience with Sherpa Transport. We bought a brand new Jeep from Maryland. It was very hard to find this vehicle configuration anywhere in the USA. We found one in Maryland. We decided to use Sherpa to help us move our vehicle. As the name suggests - Sherpa guided us from day 0 till the vehicle arrived at our home in perfect condition. We highly recommend using Sherpa Auto Transport and Delivery by Delivery to handle Enclosed vehicle transport from coast to coast.

Was I nervous in having a car I'd just purchased in California shipped to me in Iowa during the early winter months? Yes. But Sherpa and their system of independent contractors were simply amazing. Everything worked out flawlessly, and the car was delivered in fantastic condition ahead of schedule. If I ever need this same service in the future, there is only one company I'm going to call- Sherpa!

Setting up the transport went very smoothly. We met the driver when he picked up the cars and then, he dropped the cars off. The cars went from Washington to Illinois and it was quick.

Everybody from Sherpa was very good, helpful, and cooperative. My daughter was holding the car, but she works and goes to school full-time. So, I had to go through a few different companies to just get it down to a window where she was available. Most companies will just tell you, "Hey, we'll give you a five-day window, and somebody will call you during that five days." And Sherpa was very understanding about that. The car was picked up at an accurate time.

The driver was knowledgeable, respectful and careful loading the car onto the closed truck. He made sure the straps were tight to hold the car in place. The car arrived within the estimated time frame and in the same condition as it was when it left here.

The rep was nice and the driver had good communication. He transported the vehicle without any issues. When the vehicle arrived, it was how it was when I gave it to them. I was satisfied with the service from Sherpa although if there is an online platform where I can track my vehicle, that would be awesome.

We had a mechanical problem with our truck. We were ready to move from Montana to Arizona, so we couldn't drive it. It was drivable, but not for a long distance. So we wanted to have it transported. I went on the internet and called a couple of companies. The first one I called gave me a low quote. And I thought, “Oh, it's not that expensive.” So we waited four to five days, but we didn’t hear anything.

The rep was plainspoken and comfortable to deal with, and the driver was spectacular. It was a totally enjoyable experience with Sherpa and everything went exactly as I had hoped it would.

I called Sherpa and it was the easiest contact and the nicest customer service I reached. So, I decided to go with them. The customer service was very informative. The rep walked me through the entire process. He told me exactly what to expect. When they found the driver, he was nice. He kept in contact with me. He told me everything that was happening from the minute he picked up the car until he dropped off the car. So, I was pleased. And it was a surprise because nowadays, you deal with companies that are not like that. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them.

This was the second time in a year that I worked with Sherpa to get a car delivered from the east coast to Washington State. The folks I worked with were friendly, helpful, and prompt. Both experiences exceeded my expectations, even in the time of Covid. Thanks so much.

I was very impressed with the level of communication and the speed of the entire process. I confirmed my Quote on the 16th. The vehicle was shipped the next day and delivered on the 19th. Every quote I got was 5-7 pickup time frame. The free car wash is a rebate program, they don’t tell you that till you get an email after the car is delivered. You have to mail your receipt to get up to $20 back. Which is smart because I am one of the people that won’t bother for $20. Overall great experience, I definitely recommend dealing with Sherpa.

The Sherpa rep (Jeremy) was very informative and friendly on the initial phone call. Jeremy told me what was going to happen and gave me a price. The car arrived ahead of schedule, in good shape and there were no changes to the cost. Great experience.

My experience with Sherpa was very good. I had almost signed the deal with somebody else and they didn't know what was going on and didn't have answers to my questions. Sherpa did. The guy was really complete, very thorough and said, "This is what's going to happen. Don't worry. It's gonna seem like we've forgotten you but we haven't, because we're just trying to find drivers and drivers are a little bit harder to get nowadays.” I felt more comfortable with him. It took them about a week and a half to find somebody. Then the actual shipper called me and said, “I'm going to go pick it up tomorrow.”

I had a very great experience from beginning to end with Sherpa. The vehicle came from Las Vegas to Chicago. It took three days. It was just a good job, overall. The vehicle was perfect. Nothing out of place. No dents. Just like I gave it to them, and they gave it back. The driver was very cordial. He brought the car down to the house because I'm handicapped and made it really accessible.

The transporter was extremely professional and obviously highly experienced. The pickup was easy and convenient. Arrival for delivery was as promised. It ended up being a bit complicated to find an appropriate place to unload but worked out just fine. Thomas, the owner/operator was pleasant, helpful and did everything as expected. Could not ask for better. I would suggest that Sherpa add to the info given to clients that they should remove their EZ Pass if they have one. Thomas said that sometimes the toll station reads it even though on the truck and charges for the tolls.

We had originally made plans to transport our car with another company, but I was very concerned about their lack of professionalism, I made the decision to cancel. This DECISION WAS Very WISE. Customer service was great. Good communications and responsive. I had a few questions and they answered all of them. The dispatcher was a little confusing, but the actual driver himself was fine. The pre-notification was good. He communicated with me on drop-off, and showed up and worked well with the guy delivering. But talking to the dispatcher, it was hard to get a time nailed down for him, and they were picking up at the house and they weren't picking up at the house and they were picking up at the house and they were picking up at the truck stop. So, a little back and forth on dispatch, but the driver gets high marks. Read the stuff that Sherpa sends you out to read. And if you read that and think about it for a bit of time, it would all make sense and be easy.

They were excellent. The guy on the phone was very easy to work with. A couple of days later, they found a transport. The guy came by to pick up the car. He was very nice, inspected the vehicle, took pictures, and picked up the car, and took off. They did what they said they were going to do, picked the car up on Wednesday and dropped it off on Sunday. Everything went very smoothly.

I like that they had insurance. If something was to happen, they will cover it. The setup was fast and easy. The driver had very good communication. Best experience ever.

Working with Sherpa was pretty easy. I talked about the prices and how much it was going to be. I kept getting a lot of my phone blown up with false people trying to contact me about shipping the vehicle, and Sherpa broke down the prices, the broker fee and the actual fee and how it was going to be paid out. So, it was pretty good. They arrived pretty sooner than the date I was given. So, it was nice to have the vehicle sooner transported and being updated by the shipper. Don't go with the cheaper companies. They're trying to scam you. Go with a professional company like Sherpa.

Great experience! The initial representative was quick to call and discuss how to ship our vehicle across the county. Easy to book and great communication throughout the process. I'm a creative so I do a lot of writing. I've been in marketing for years as well. And there's something about the name of Sherpa. I liked that name and the service that they provide. The one reason why I went with them was because of the rep that I got to talk to on the phone. The young man who serviced me was impeccable. He answered all my questions, was super positive and upbeat, but just gave me some of the best customer service I've had in quite some time. I'm so thrilled.

They were able to answer all my questions. Whenever I called, there was somebody there to address my concerns. The rep on the phone was very good. He called me on a Monday and they came on Wednesday. I booked it two months ahead. I kept thinking they'd call me sooner, but they had to wait till somebody was in the area to pick up the car. But he kept reassuring me that it would be okay. So that was good. The carrier driver got there faster than we wanted. He got there Friday. We didn't get to Arizona till Monday. He was really good. He lives in Scottsdale. He took our car over to his house for the weekend and just brought it to our door.

When I spoke with a Sherpa customer service person, I immediately felt confident in their ability to arrange a good transport from Austin to Baltimore. It was a flawless experience with Sherpa. I had to transport my vehicle from Las Vegas, Nevada to Santa Fe, New Mexico. I gave them the okay that the vehicle was ready for pickup by 10:00 AM that morning, and they picked it up at 2:00 PM that afternoon. It was really fast and it was here at my address the next day which is awesome. I transported other cars but it wasn't as easy as this one was.

Everything worked out exactly as planned with Sherpa. The guys I worked with were great. I was very pleased. The rep took his time and really explained the way the whole thing worked. Because, with all the problems with shipping things right now, it seemed to me that if I didn't go with someone who was willing to pay the drivers, I wasn't going to get my car shipped. We got our car. It was great.

Everything was described well and the services were exactly as described and everything that was promised was delivered. I couldn't be happier. The rep stayed in contact the entire time and was responsive when I asked a question. I've never shipped a vehicle before, so I had concerns, and he was able to answer all those questions and everything was great. Sherpa was a broker. The driver was self-employed. So, when the guy showed up, he has a pick-up truck and a single car hauler, but he was great, polite, and courteous.

The customer service of Sherpa was really great. There was a good follow-up. They were also timely in the windows that we had talked about. The transportation and the person dropping off my car were really good as well. I ended up having to meet them because we had a time crunch. I had to be at an airport and they ended up being able to deliver my car a little bit earlier in the day.

Sherpa said that once I had made the payment, they would schedule the driver and be back in touch with me. They did everything they said so setting up the transport was easy, considering everything else that was going on. Miguel, the driver, was awesome and I liked him. We left San Jose airport and flew out on October 15th on a red eye into Atlanta, Georgia. We got here about 10:00 in the morning and the driver had already called the day before and said he would be there sometime on the 16th. He called a couple of hours later and said that he was a little ways out and told us what time he would be there. He brought both cars right to our front door and unloaded them. I had heard a lot of horror stories about things happening to the cars and everything but we didn't even have a scratch that I could tell. Plus, the quote was 100% accurate and it seemed to be 100% reasonable. I’d recommend Sherpa. It was a perfect experience.

Having never required a vehicle to be transported across country, I was very concerned about the process and costs involved. There are many Auto Transport brokers out there and for the most part, offered the same basic services. I narrowed my search to 2 companies, and decided to go with Sherpa. This decision was based on their offer of a $100 rebate by mailing back the final Bill of Lading as well as offering a rebate on a car wash once the transport was completed. The communication with Sherpa customer service was excellent, and the transport booking process was easy.

The person who was dealing with my case was pretty fantastic and helped me through all my questions. This person was pretty responsive to all my queries. It was a pretty good experience.

Sherpa was recommended by my sister. They were super quick and to the point. I had a very reasonable quote within 10 minutes of picking up the phone.

When I called Sherpa, the process took too much time, but all went smoothly. After that, they gave the clear instruction that some driver would be contacting me and everything was very useful. I didn't have to worry about what was going to happen and all went as planned. The driver was good as well. He came and picked up the car. And before he came to my apartment, he called. He said he could not make it to that apartment because the passage was very narrow, so he asked me to come to some common place where I gave him my car. And it all was excellent. He inspected it, then he took the car. He was nice and he answered whatever I was asking him.

The driver was on time. He was professional, knew what he was doing. He had my vehicle locked and loaded up in a matter of 15 minutes! Pictures taken/bill of lading provided. My pictures were also taken just prior to his arrival. He was focused on loading my vehicle for transport period. This trucker was good at what he was hired to do. I was very satisfied. Customer service, accommodation and clear explanation of cost and shipping progress was very helpful and reassuring. There was constant communication. And the driver was very nice & professional. Have plenty of heads up so nothing was last min for timing and arrival. I’ve already recommended and would use Sherpa again in the future.

As soon as I had first contacted Sherpa they began to the process to find a company that would ship my car to Florida. They kept me in constant contact, letting me know every step they had taken. They explained the process to me in detail and set up the price. I was given a representative to answer any of my questions as they would arise and many did arise. I was 100% satisfied with the company that did indeed shipped my car to Florida. They were professional, experienced, on time, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rep was very informative. This is the first time I ever had a vehicle shipped and he told me all the pitfalls of shipping vehicles and how Sherpa addresses them. He made me feel very comfortable in making a decision. Sherpa also offered a $100 rebate, which kind of got me. With that rebate, it put them within $50 of the lowest bid. My only complaint would be that the driver spoke very limited English. But there was not a lot of need for communication between us. Other than directions, it could have been better. We met at a better location than the original address because of the maneuverability. So we met at a truck stop and those conversations, while he was en route, were very difficult because we have to do it by text. But once we secured the right location for the drop-off, it went very well. He was right on time.

Sherpa was pretty good. They were more hands-on with us and a lot more friendly than other companies. They were really attentive to what we needed. Working with the rep was easy to go through and we understood each other easily. It was really calm and directive. Also, Sherpa described straight on hand what the cost would be. The quote was really nice and they locked in the price. It made us feel more secure that the price won't change due to any small mishaps. The guy who delivered our vehicle was nice and he let us know where he was. He did the walk around with us like he should.

It was fantastic with Sherpa. They lived up to their reputation completely. It took them more time than they expected to find somebody because we moved during the peak period. We had to up the offer and they absorbed the extra cost so our quoted fee was the same. They were higher than everybody else but it was worth the investment. The driver maintained the communication via text and called us when they arrived. If I had to do it again, which we may have to do next couple months, it will only be Sherpa.

We needed to ship our Hyundai car 2,000 miles and wasn’t sure who to use. After some research we found SHERPA car carrier to be the best price and had good reviews. I don’t always trust reviews these days because a lot of them are faked but took a chance anyway. I was extremely pleased with SHERPA. We had our car transported fast and safe. No damage at all. We used the open car carrier option. The driver was Gana. Very polite and professional! Very happy with them and I would use them again.

Sherpa was very easy to work with from start to finish in the transport of our car from NYC to its new home in Arizona. They responded quickly to any questions that arose, stayed in regular communication as the carrier was assigned and the pick up time got closer. I was looking to ship my mom's vehicle from Cali to NJ. We had heard of all kinds of horror stories about auto-shippers. So of course, I was skeptical. I did a lot of research and I kept coming back to Sherpa. From the first time I contacted Sherpa, their service and follow through was great. Explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Made me feel comfortable in my decision. Our carrier was assigned the same day. The driver (Chuck) for the carrier we were assigned, GNS Logistics was also great! From our first call until he made the delivery to my mom, we stayed in communication. Chuck was very attentive to the car and careful loading it. We did a thorough inspection of my mom's car as well. I would recommend anyone looking to ship their vehicle and was hesitant like me, to call Sherpa! Their reps are very professional and friendly.

They weren’t cheaper, but they explained to me how the brokerage service worked. If they had a price that sounded too good to be true, it would likely be hiked up. I liked that Sherpa had the estimate upfront. The reps were also knowledgeable. The call with each customer service rep was okay in the beginning. The problem was that I could never get back in touch with the original representative, even though they would give me their extension. Whenever I called the extension, I got placed into the pool. So, I just got a new representative every time I called. But it didn't affect the process.

We needed to transport a vehicle for over 1,000 from Houston all the way to Indiana. Setting it up with Sherpa was very easy and from the pickup, the total transport took three days which wasn’t too bad and a lot quicker than I expected. The price I paid in the end was exactly what was told to me how much I’d pay, so I was very happy with the quote. It wasn’t really did expensive for what I thought. I thought that was going to cost me over $1,000, but it didn't. I also kept in touch with the driver. He let me know how many hours out he was from reaching the destination and told me he was 20 minutes ahead. So that gave me enough time to leave my job to meet him where the pickup delivery was at. When the vehicle arrived, there were no dents and it was how it was when it was picked up. I look forward to using Sherpa again in the future.

We shipped from Arizona to Alabama then from Alabama to Arizona with a second vehicle, and we're very pleased with the way everything went. Both cars were in good condition. We'd use Sherpa again and if anybody asked now, I'd recommend them, too.

Sherpa had to pay the trucking company a little bit more to find someone and they stood behind their guarantee that the rate wouldn't change. If they had to, they would use part of their money to increase the truck rate. Then it only took them two days to get to Louisiana from the time they picked the vehicle up. It went on a wedge trailer with two other vehicles. They had two drivers, so they didn't have that 11-hour-a-day driving time to deal with. I was very satisfied.

Sherpa said it would take about five days for the car to get there. Well, it just took three days and everything went well. The driver was excellent in terms of his communication, both when he picked the car up, when he was about to deliver it, and when he delivered it. Also, the quote to the final cost was exactly as they said it would be.

We bought a Toyota Camry down here in Florida, and we shipped it up to my granddaughter in Massachusetts. The gentleman from Sherpa I spoke to was so kind and nice, and he was the only one out of all the shipping companies that could give me within a day when the car will be picked up and within two days when it will be dropped off. So, I was very happy with their customer service. The drivers brought the car directly to my granddaughter. They called her the day before and said they'd be there the following day within 12:00 to 2:00, and they showed up at 1 o'clock. The car was clean and my granddaughter was very happy.

Everything was pretty streamlined. I was updated during the transport and I didn't wonder where my car was ever, so it was good.

I had a terrible experience with another transport company. They bait and switched us. They gave a very attractive fee however that was short lived. They had us for than a week telling us, "We have a trucker going soon for your car." That never happened because nobody would do it for the price they agreed. SHERPA was great. They did everything they said they would do. On time all the way and the driver communicated with us throughout. SHERPA is honest. If I could I give them 10 stars. Sherpa had really high ratings.Their reps were excellent. They gave really fast response and broke down the entire process for me. I didn't really have too many questions afterwards. They did a great job with all the follow up too, which is really great. The drivers on both ends like the pickup and drop off were both really professional. It was a really easy and quick transaction. They were on time both times. The only thing that was a potential hiccup for us since we were driving is having to be there to do the payment on delivery. If you don't do the payment on delivery, then they do like $100 fee to do it over the phone with a credit card. I think that that’s kind of steep. Most people might not be able to afford the $100 fee to do it in advance, but you can't always guarantee that you're going to be there to give them money like have that kind of cash on you at any time of the day.

Nick was very helpful and easy to work with. My two vehicles were picked up from the dealership from the west coast and delivered to my home on the east coast in 8 days with no issue. At the first scheduled pickup the dealer ran into some problems with the purchase. Sherpa canceled the pickup without charging me and worked with me to reschedule it. I recommend Sherpa!

Sam was the first person I initially worked with. I was really pleased with her. She really helped get me committed to it because she really helped work with me on the location I had. The pickup was a little funny. The guy who picked up my car seemed a little frustrated about the location. We had spoken with him beforehand, letting him know that we were in a residential area. So he could let us know if we need to meet him somewhere else. He said, "Oh, yeah. We'll contact you beforehand." But then they didn't. They just showed up and he seemed kind of agitated that it was not a great area for his truck. So it started off a little shaky, but then the delivery ended up good. The delivery was a lot quicker and easier than I expected.

They were in touch with from beginning to end. Alerting me when the car was picked and where it was on the road to estimated time of arrival. Great experience. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of transport.

Sherpa's rep was very knowledgeable and informative. Also, the quote was competitive and accurate. I wasn't here for the delivery, but I put the carrier in touch with the seller. He arrived at the seller’s residence to pick up the car. My only downside would be that the guy was from Czechoslovakia so it was very difficult to understand him on the phone, especially for the seller who was an older gentleman, and he could not communicate with him. So I had to get on the phone with him and try to intervene in the pickup.

Then they threw in the rebate, and that attracted me. Now I just gotta hope that I get my rebate, which I sent in about a week ago.

I was looking around to see where I could get a decent price on transportation of a vehicle from Wisconsin to Colorado, and Sherpa seems to be the most honest and transparent. Sherpa seemed to be the best value and the representative that I spoke to was super helpful and very nice and knowledgeable. As opposed to some of these other people I called that hung up on me when I told them I wasn't gonna use their service. During the pickup, the guy was running several hours late, but he got hung up in traffic. He was amazing once he got here. I felt very comfortable and secure in how knowledgeable he was and how much time and care he took. Then, on the receiving end, I heard he was just the same. The cost was a little high but I'd rather pay a little bit more and have peace of mind than go with something cheaper and then be worried the whole time.

I needed the service to move my car twice, from Texas to California, and California to Texas. The first move was really good. The same happened when I sent the car from California to Texas back. The representatives were very easygoing. They were very open if I have changes. For example, if I couldn't return or deliver my car at the time when we set the contract, they were very flexible. The dispatcher called me two hours before arriving and we set a point and location in common. Then they told me they could drop off the car there one block away from my house. It was very easy. Overall, the cost was kind of high. But because of the quality, it was worth it.

I had to move my vehicle from Los Angeles to Atlanta for a job and I used Sherpa because they had a locked-in price and they had good ratings online. My job got cut short, unfortunately, so I had to come back sooner than expected and I used them again to transport my car back. Then I got Coronavirus, so I had to push it back a week. But they were very helpful and they didn't make me feel stressed out at all when I explained my situation.

I went out and looked at the different reviews that people had given for a bunch of shippers and compared them. Sherpa had more good reviews than bad reviews and they seemed to be in business longer than the others. And they didn't have a problem with me going VFR direct to them instead of through another shipping agent to get to them. I liked that better because I prefer to do that kind of business instead of having somebody talk to somebody for me when it's not necessary.

I was on Google looking for transport as I was moving from state to state. I read Sherpa's reviews and they got good ones. Their pricing was the best too. They texted me from when I first purchased and put the deposit down. The people got in touch with me, and then the Sherpa people got in touch with me too. I made all the reservations and my daughter handled everything. I thought they were picking the car up from my home. But I guess their transport couldn't fit down my street in North Carolina so my daughter had to drive my car to meet them which was close. Then it was a pain because she had to get her kids and her husband had to meet them to pick them up. Otherwise, the whole experience was very good and the follow-up was excellent. My car came out great.

I was satisfied with everything with Sherpa. They were helpful and they got the car delivered on time. It was supposed to be one night, but then it came for the next night. But they explained it to me and I was happy with the experience.

We had people referring us to different places. One person wanted us to drive to LA and leave the car on the street. One person ghosted us. A family friend of ours recommended Sherpa and the second I spoke to them, they sent emails. It was wonderful customer service. The driver was excellent as well. It's good to know a company that is so reliable.

Everything worked out exactly as Sherpa said. Everything was as scheduled.

Sherpa was great. It was the easiest process. They came and picked my truck up. Then they got it there on the day that I arrived in Texas.

I had a very good experience with Sherpa and everything was fine. I liked the driver. He kept me informed and it was right on time to pick up the vehicle and to deliver it. He did what he said what he was going to do. The quote that was given to me was fair and the final cost was exactly what they quoted me. The service was excellent and I’d use Sherpa again.

Sherpa was good. The cost was the highest bid I got, but it was so reasonable. I wasn't upset with it. My vehicle was picked up on time, they told me when they were going to drop it off and they were a little early. It was picked up within two days and they delivered it within two after that from Illinois to Massachusetts. So, it went well. They dropped it off at a strip mall kind of area. The driver did find that it was a difficult vehicle and he had problems with starting it to get it off the truck, and he did great with it. He had no problems. I had problems getting at home from there, but those were my issues.

The person who was coming up was pretty much in touch with telling us his expected time of arrival. So it was good.

I wanted to get a fixed price and I ended up with Sherpa, and everything worked out great. We had a family member send the car to us because we were traveling out and we didn’t want to have any issues with the car getting here too soon. We left and it took us six days to get out here. We had the car shipped when we knew we were going to be here. Everything was good on the pickup end. I got ahold of the driver a couple of times just to check on it. I wanted to make sure they understood that I was about three and a half hours away so I didn't want it sitting someplace and they expect me to be there. He assured me that that wouldn’t be a problem. Since I didn't live there, I just went to their storage facility and picked the car up.

We had a disabled car in Wyoming that was unable to be repaired in Wyoming. It was an Audi and there are no Audi dealers in Wyoming so we needed to have it transported back here to Madison, Wisconsin. The other transport companies were all brokers, as is Sherpa, but they were unable to find a driver, and Sherpa’s rates initially were quoted at a rate that it was a disabled vehicle. But once they found out that it wasn't totally disabled, they reduced their rates to reflect that it was an operating vehicle and that was nice of them to do that.

Sherpa was very good at getting back to me. The reps did a nice job. The only thing is I'm a numbers person and having the numbers outlined in the email clearly would be good. They did that. The only thing was kind of on some of the back and forth with extra cost of things, but it was fine. The pickup was 10 days after I ordered the move. My vehicle was delivered within another 10 days. It met the expectations of what they said they would do. They were very good about following up and being easy to get a hold of.

I liked working with Sherpa. But the part that was difficult was that the driver did not let me know when he was going to be picking up the car. I wished that he would have called in the timeframe that was promised, which was the day before, so I could plan what was going on. I had to follow up with Sherpa, and then with the driver to find out that it was that day that he wanted to pick it up. Because I had to go quite a long way to drop it off and that was challenging. Besides that, it was quick and easy. The price was as promised, so that was good. But it took a while for the price to show up correctly. In fact, they ended up giving me a discount based on that. So I felt good that they recognized there was an issue and dealt with it.

The price was more expensive but the representative was honest and explained that they'll get a truck with that bid and a lot of people that go in lower won't. Other guys were quoting lower, saying they'll try and get it, lock someone in and Sherpa had the assurance that with this price, we’ll get somewhere, so I was weighing that and a lot of things. I just wanted satisfaction knowing my vehicles were gonna be moved. Overall, it was worth it. John, the driver, was a great guy. I talked to him on pick-up and on the day before he delivered the vehicle. I definitely wanna use him again.

This was an easy process where Sherpa was communicative on what would happen and how they would make sure our car arrived when it was supposed to arrive. They also stated the price and made everything clear. On the delivery, the car was in the same condition that it was on on the departure.

High level (frequent) communication appreciated from Sherpa to drivers. Found all to be friendly, responsive, well-informed- a real customer service orientation, great work! Would absolutely use again/recommend to a friend.

I went online and I called a couple places. I really didn't understand how shipping a car worked but I realized that it's just a broker kind of thing system. I felt very comfortable with Sherpa and they seemed to answer all the questions that I had very confidently. They also gave me a sense of confidence that it was going to happen, so I wound up choosing them.

Sherpa reached out to me and followed up with the request for a quote online. Based on some of the other quotes, it was a little bit higher. But the reviews were really good, so I went with that. Plus, they guaranteed that they'd get it there for that price. Well, what they had quoted was the final price. They answered every question I had. We arranged to be out there on Sunday to meet the driver. When he got close or when he found a location to drop the vehicle off, we met him there and did the inspection, made sure everything was good, and then handed over the final payment. Everything went smoothly. I would use them again.

The initial contact was pleasant. I had my questions and they were answered thoroughly. When it was time to pick up, I had an issue with trying to get all of my money in cash for reasons of not having a vehicle. I had majority of it in cash, but I didn't have like 200 of it. The movers worked with me and allowed me to Zelle it. That was above and beyond ‘cause it’s not in the policy. I was satisfied with the final cost. It was reasonable.

They do all the screening for you so you are in excellent hands. The customer service is responsive and amazing too.

I called Sherpa to see about transporting my car. After hearing speaking with them and getting a quote we decided to use them. They got us a carrier right away that worked with us in where to meet and my car arrived earlier than planned. Everything went smoothly!!

I needed to get one of my private cars from my home state out to California and when my dad talked with a friend, who was a car enthusiast, he recommended Sherpa. I gave them a call and on the same day, we made an appointment because I was pleased with all the information. The agent walked me through and unlike the other shipping companies that I had called and emailed, he spent at least 15 minutes on the phone verifying that everything would be set in stone. But he said that since I'm an active duty military, I qualified for a $100 Visa rebate card. I don't know if my email is funky, but I never got any more information about that.

The reps were perfect and the pickup and delivery of my vehicle were flawless. I was communicated to. When the movers picked up the car, they took photos and sent them to me in this really nice report that I got instantly as the car pulled away. It couldn't have been better. The cost was expensive but it was just 'cause I had to pay to get the car halfway across the country. There were no surprises. The cost was exactly what it was said that it was going to be.

The best thing that Sherpa has going on them is their communication, just up to date as much as they could. If I called and asked a stupid question, they didn't care. They arrived a day early too. It might be a little more expensive than other places, but it was worth it like buying a pair of shorts from J.Crew that are better because they'll last longer.

I was very nervous using a transporting service because I have heard such bad things but y’all took all my worries away. My car came early, and it was worth every penny. Thank you!! I have a cousin that is also moving from TX to Indiana maybe next year and I will be recommending y’all to her.

The experience was good except we had to meet the driver that picked up the cars several blocks away from the home and the same thing as drop-off as the trailer could not get into the streets we lived in.

This was my first experience with transporting a car and it could not have been better! I am a hard person to please but I would recommend their service to a friend. Sherpa communicated well, they met their obligation by kicking in $300 to get me a transporter during tough times in the trucking industry. My car arrived in Tucson before I arrived just a couple of days after loading. Not a scratch! Well done!

The rep was very cordial and informative. The crew came and picked up the car from our house. They used a taxi because it’s not accessible. The area has a lot of trees. They couldn’t come with a truck. The move was from Maryland to San Diego. So, cross country. It took 7 to 10 days.

I've used Sherpa in the past, so I looked at them. Compared to the other companies, the price was in the same ballpark. I had good luck with them in the past, so I reused them. I couldn't have anything better to say about them. They were absolutely great. The delivery driver was beyond great. They got really good communication and everything was really professional. I’m completely happy with their service. So I couldn't ask for anything more. The cost was up there a little bit but that was probably due to the way the economy and everything is right now. I would definitely go back to them again.

Everything was great with Sherpa. The pick-up of the car was a little tricky and we had a miscommunication. I was just trying to figure out exactly what time they were coming and that wasn't something they could pinpoint for me. So I said, "Well, I have something to do around 2:00, so it'd be helpful if I knew.” And then they were like, "We'll get back to you" and then I didn't hear anything. I waited all day. The movers didn't come until 9 o'clock and they were like, "Oh, well, we came later because you said you wanted to do..."

I was nervous about transporting my car but everything was excellent from top to bottom with Sherpa. I was quoted around the same price that I received from other businesses. The driver was great and he kept me up to date from the time that he left until it was time for him to drop off my car. The car came earlier and it was in excellent condition. On the whole, they were very professional.

Sherpa is amazing. The driver spent more than an hour securing my vehicle to be sure that it was 100% ready to go. He was so meticulous. I knew that my car would get down there safe. The quote and final price were the same, and the price was in the same ratio of the top five companies. Sherpa was more than a lot of the other companies, but the others have bad ratings. So I prefer to pay more money, but I want to be sure that my car is going to be safe to go 2,000 miles down.
