This company communicates well and gives you a quick run down of how they operate. No smoke and mirrors. There were others that were cheaper, but they had good reviews so I chose them. They came through.

From 1st phone call to delivery of my car, the experience was excellent. I had my car transported from Seattle to Atlanta. The transportation cost was definitely less than if I had driven it myself. Every person I interacted with was kind and professional. I will definitely use Sherpa transport again.

I recently hired Sherpa Auto Transport to ship my vehicle back to PA from CA. I had a great experience with this company. They were all friendly, fair and honest and most of all the vehicle arrived within the time frame they said it would. There was no damage to the vehicle and even offered a free car wash. They are great communicators. They follow up and let you know what's going on. Everything went as scheduled. The delivery person was excellent. His name was Joshua and he was very helpful. He kept me informed along the way and he arrived when he said he would arrive.

I was kept updated nearly every day and every step of the way. The driver was very courteous also. It took longer than the anticipated time frame but the constant communication was helpful. We’re happy to have our antique treasure in our possession.

The whole process was easy and made this first time car shipper less anxious. From the initial booking to Riggio w/Exodus 11 Logistics doing the actual shipping, it was a seamless experience. I can't say enough about Riggio & the care he took for my vehicle and making sure I was at ease. Would definitely use again if need arises.

After calling a few car transport services, we settled on Sherpa because they had the best customer service, especially Elise and Katherine. Elise patiently discussed the options and helped us coordinated. We were not pleased they could not meet our preferred pickup date, but we settle on leaving the car/keys with a friend and Sherpa picked up the car from there. We also were concerned about the delay in finding a driver but once a driver was identified, he was communicative and kept us updated on the progress. The delivery went well.

The process was easy. Making arrangements was easy. Telephone salesperson was polite an professional, always trying to make process as convenient for me as possible. Transport company was polite, professional arriving on time and delivering as scheduled. Very easy process, absolutely stress-free.

Sherpa seemed to be more organized than some of the other transport companies. They were also less expensive. The driver was excellent too. I was very impressed. He, on one end, had to coordinate with my brother. My brother thought he did a bang-up job and was very friendly. The vehicle got there on time, too.

The rep was spectacular. She showed me all the pitfalls and what was happening with some of the other quotes that I received. It was great service. The driver was spectacular as well. In two and a half days, he was done with the transport, and he was on time. We had great communication, and there were no hidden fees. Sherpa wasn't the cheapest, but at the end of the day, they took all the unknown out of it. I definitely recommend them and would be using them again. It's a good business.

Sherpa has the best price and best reviews on customer service. They are the only ones that had a locked-in price. Everyone else, they've got to auction off the vehicle and that didn't really sit right with me. However, I got an email saying, "The vehicle has made it to your final destination." But when I called the people it was getting dropped off with, the vehicle wasn't there yet. The driver had made it to our final destination, but they hadn't dropped the vehicle off. There was a little bit of miscommunication.

I have shipped two cars to California in 3 months. Both transportation companies were excellent. Professional, punctual pickups and deliveries with no problems or hassles. Will definitely used the again.

Everything went smoothly with Sherpa. They explained the cost well to me and why they were a little bit more than another company I looked at. They explained the whole thing of putting things out on a board, and they can see what drivers are requiring to ship cars. They said I probably can get a lower amount from the other company, but then a truck driver is not gonna pick up the car for that amount. They did a good job and the cost was fair.

Their price was fair and my car was shipped completely fine. They told me when the car would be picked up and it was roughly around the same time as soon as they got a driver interested in picking up the vehicle. The drop-off was also quite simple. It just took two minutes.

I highly recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. Everything that was promised was delivered. My car was transported from my winter home in Naples to our summer home in Nebraska without a hitch. Everything was perfect.

They introduced themselves and were very thorough as far as explaining the process step by step. They answered any questions that I had. The rep was very insightful and knowledgeable as far as expectation when it comes to timeframes, which was very nice. He was a very good representative.

They were able to coordinate the pickup easily. The drop-off was a little weird. The drop-off location we chose was a hotel that had a huge parking lot, and the drivers still insisted that we drive to Marshalls a mile away. But we chose the drop-off location to be at the intersection of two major highways for accessibility. He eventually came over, it was just an uphill battle there. But overall, totally fine. Price, not so competitive. But the service was good.

Sherpa was very helpful. They were very upfront and very communicative. The quote I got was right in line with what I expected and what I had seen from other people who have shipped in the past. There was also very good communication. The driver was with Hot Transporting and he did a good delivery. He found a suitable drop-off location and was quite accurate with his timing, give or take half an hour or so. He met me and unloaded the vehicle with no issues. Apart from being filthy because it was an open trailer, which is unavoidable, the car was in perfect condition and they seem to have handled it very well. I was happy overall with the experience.

They picked the vehicle up on a Thursday and delivered it on a Saturday. It was excellent. The only issue was the driver didn't speak English. But he would call, and if I had a question, his wife would answer it for me.

Sherpa's rep found me a dispatcher quickly and got everything done for me. The driver called me two hours before he arrived to pick up my vehicle and two hours before he actually delivered. I was pleased with the entire package. The driver also did a good job to communicate with both me and my sister. I felt safe, both with pickup and drop off. He went above and beyond to communicate where it was, where he was, if he ran into any hiccups. He brought it directly to her and they actually ended up changing the location to suit her needs.

Sherpa Auto Transport was very communicative from start to beginning, to beginning to middle, to middle to end, so I didn't have any issues. The driver called me the night before and said he’d be there in the morning. He also informed me when he was on his way and when he was a couple of minutes out, and he arrived and delivered the car with no issues. Everything went very smoothly with my move with Sherpa. When we put the quote together, the rep had all the answers to all the questions I had, and I felt comfortable. They knew what they were doing. When they came and picked up the car, it was quick and super straightforward. For the delivery, I'm in an apartment complex, so it's a little difficult to get that trailer here. We met at a TA truck stop that was straight down the street. He had it already unloaded and it was all ready to go.

The Sherpa rep told me everything that I needed to know, how the process would have gone. If I needed any more questions, just call him. Every time I messaged someone, they would reply within five minutes. They messaged me throughout the service, letting me know what time it will be, like an estimated day, if there was a delay. When I called Sherpa, I could understand the person. I'm an old man and you have to speak 6:30 news English in order for me to understand you. Sherpa was helpful. They seemed honest in terms of what they could do and what they couldn't do, whereas some of the other places seemed to say, “Oh, yes. We can do that,” no matter what I said. So Sherpa's promises and expectations as to how the transport would go were realistic.

First call to Samantha was great and she handled everything professionally and well informed and kind. And Anthony who picked up my car was wonderful. It arrived safe and sound on estimated arrival time.

The Sherpa folks were great to work with. My non-five star had more to do with the driver. It wasn't door to door at either end. I can understand for the pick-up location but there was no reason it couldn't have been delivered directly. On the day of delivery the driver called and created a lot of drama that wasn't necessary, but it all worked out in the end. The meet-up appointment was scheduled for 10 between the driver and my son and at 9 the driver started calling to say he wasn't going to wait around and was going to go to the next drop. As it turns out the driver was still an hour away and the 10 meeting was still as scheduled. Like I said it all worked out just fine. All other interactions with Sherpa were excellent.

Booking with Sherpa is easy, and the process is smooth and clear. Price was in line with other quotes, but unlike other companies, they don't change the price on you after you've already paid a deposit. Definitely felt less "scammy" than other companies so I went with Sherpa. Drivers were very communicative as well, and everything was handled professionally and my car made it to its destination without any damage

Sherpa is fantastic. If you want to transport your vehicle from one state to another they are awesome to work with. They may be a little higher than most but they are well worth it. Their drivers are very polite and courteous and for that I was more than willing to work with them as much as they were willing to work with me. We used your company to pick up our new car in Michigan and transferred to our home here in Arizona. The fee was a little bit more than we would have to spend if we would pick it up on our own. The driver was excellent and our car was just like off the show room floor.

1st time shipping our car and Sherpa was very responsive in their communications and follow-up. We had issues (timing) with one of the car transport companies (Mega-Load) who were not very helpful but Sherpa stepped up to help resolve our concerns. Had no issues with the other car transport company (SAP) who delivered our car on time & communicated the status of our shipment frequently. Would recommend Sherpa & SAP to others but not Mega-Load.

Above average experience, reasonable price. Not the lowest but in the range..What I liked was the communication from Sherpa to me constantly to advise me of my vehicle's location and time to my location. My Corvette came in remarkable condition considering the 2k trip.

I went with Sherpa strictly based on reviews and was not disappointed. Customer service was great through the entire process. The original quoted price never changed, but it was nice to know that they would have stood behind it if the final price increased once booked on a transport. The pick up and drop off windows were met with no issues which was nice for a cross country shipment. Dealing with the death of my father and getting my stepmom into memory care within a week was stressful. Thank goodness Sherpa made transporting my dad's car up north was not. From getting a quote to setting up a driver to getting the car delivered was an easy experience. Any question was answered almost immediately. The driver kept in touch during weather delays he could not control and had the car here first thing in the morning, off the carrier and warming up by the time we got there to sign for it. It was great from the very beginning of Sherpa's and my conversation. I was with another carrier that wasn't doing what they were supposed to do, and from start to finish, it was encouraging that Sherpa worked with me and not took my money right off the bat and gave me the opportunity to wait before they put it out on the board. The rep, Gavin, knew what my dilemma was at the moment, understood it and didn't put me out any more than I was already out with the other carrier. I got all my money back, thank goodness, and I didn't even have to get upset. I just was straightforward.

I had a very good experience using Sherpa. Everything worked out really well. The driver was a class act and treated my car like it was a collector's item. He handled my 19 year old Honda with the utmost care, and I really appreciated that. Before he left my old home in Califonia he gave me an approximate window for when it should arrive in Georgia. My car arrived there on the exact day that he estimated. Since it was an open trailer my car was very dirty but did not have a scratch on it after we did a full inspection. That's shows he is a true professional and takes his job seriously. To my surprise Sherpa will reimburse customers up to $20 for a car wash. My car is happy and I'm happy too. I plan to use Sherpa again if I need to transport a vehicle and have already referred them to a friend.

Was walked all the way through the process. From booking the vehicle booking to the pick up and delivery. Had some fears regarding issues that may occur during transport but Sherpa's customer service is superb. Pick up and delivery were pretty much on schedule and transported my car perfectly intact. The driver was very communicative and helpful in updating. Would utilize Sherpa again.

The car left Northern California in the Bay Area and arrived in Atlanta, Georgia in the timeframe Sherpa quoted, and it was all communicated and executed well. My husband met the driver here in the Bay Area then my son met him in Atlanta. The transport was very helpful and needed, and I was grateful that that service was offered. We’ve not had a lot of experience, and I don’t have a lot of comparison to other companies, but as far as our experience with this particular transaction and what our needs were, it was exactly what we needed. The customer service was good too. They were responsive, attentive and did everything they said they were gonna do. I have no complaints.

I was a little nervous at first because I never shipped my car across the Country BUT IT Was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them again!! Although the people are very cold who come to get your vehicle Sherpa really helped when I wasn’t able to track it.

Sherpa relocated my vehicle from Indianapolis to Pasadena, California. I reached out to them for a quote, which I received promptly. Once I accepted the quote, they reached out to me and coordinated the details of the move which took place as agreed upon.

Driver changed delivery times twice when I had made arrangements to make time to meet him. When the truck was delivered I purposely asked the driver how much I owed him and he added $200 to the remaining balance. When I called him out he insisted he was right and I already knew what he was doing (trying to make some extra cash), he then told me I was correct. I had to back my truck off the transport truck. And when I finally departed the location I heard something under my truck and the driver had left a chain hooked to the underneath of my truck.

It took a long time for them to find a trucker. They had to keep raising the price they would pay. I paid Sherpa less and I paid the trucker more. But the pickup and delivery went fine. The driver pulled it right outside and was out the truck. Everything was in good shape. Also, the driver's communication was pretty good. He let me know where he was and how he was doing. Sherpa paid for the carwash later and I got a quick reimbursement for that. I sent the receipt in and they credited my credit card $20.

I recently relocated from NJ to TX, my car was shipped with Sherpa services. They were attentive, professional, and the driver was friendly, took good care of my vehicle which arrived in 3 days and in good conditions. I recommend Sherpa for auto transportation.

I bought a car online from the state of Virginia and had it transported to California. Sherpa gave me a 2 hour window when the car would be picked up and 24 hour window when it would be dropped off. And those times were accurate and this was during the holidays and the car was undamaged. Everything went well.

When I took my vehicle for them to pick up, it was a little bit in a hurry. So if they could give me a notice one day or two days in advance, that would be great. But everything went smoothly after that. They were pretty flexible.

I received communication verbally (confirming my carrier and details) and also ongoing emails to keep me informed re: my car's transport. Once Sherpa obtained a carrier, they provided information that enabled me to contact the carrier directly with questions. My car was picked up on time and delivered within a couple of days. I was concerned whether it would be a hassle to obtain the Sherpa rebate. Not at all! After sending the requested information, the $100 rebate was promptly refunded. Finally, the offer of being reimbursed for a car wash was a pleasant surprise. Again, Sherpa kept their promise and refunded that as well. Reasonable pricing, on time delivery, and promises kept. I would use Sherpa again.

The three times that I've used them, they were very reasonable when they picked the car up and delivered it. They kept me apprised of everything all the way through the whole thing. The last time that I used them, they initially took a $300 deposit, and they'd given me the overall price. Then when that didn't match up to that, they reduced the amount of the deposit that they received to match the price. So I was very happy with that. So far, they've done everything they said they would do and they stuck to their price.

Sherpa was really helpful in coordinating my move across the country. They were really fast to reply to my questions, and very helpful in their responses. It was nice to have a "middle man" to help communicate with the carrier. It was a little stressful that I didn't know details of pick up until very soon before my trip, but that's not Sherpa, that's just how this works, and Sherpa was very helpful in reassuring me that it was normal.

Great experience from inception to delivery, great customer service who were very thorough with the delivery process. Jeep was promised to be picked up on a Monday night on Long Island and delivered to Myrtle Beach on Tuesday. Jeep was delivered as they said with driver keeping me informed with eta. Our transporter did a great job in transporting two cars for us from NYC to GA. The cars were in the same condition from when they were picked up. The price was reasonable and did not change at all. We were very satisfied with Sherpa Auto Transport!

Shipping my Subaru was easy with Sherpa Transport. They were in constant contact through entire process. Price paid remained constant throughout process with contact a plus from my previous experience with another transporter.

The turnaround time between when I said go, Sherpa picking up the vehicle, and then them actually shipping it to El Paso was phenomenal. The guys that Sherpa used found more defects with the vehicle than I ever saw on it. They were extremely thorough. Then they called me the day prior to the delivery and gave me a window of when I could expect to get the vehicle. Even in the enclosed trailer, it was still strapped down. They did everything like they were supposed to. I received the vehicle, and I had no doubts on my mind that it wasn't taken care of.

When the driver arrived there was another car loaded behind my car. The other car had been loaded in such a way that it couldn't be driven off the trailer. The driver had to leave to deliver the other car and said he would be back the next day. The following day he showed up as promised and unloaded my car.

We had to ship a vehicle from the East Coast to the West Coast. This company had a competitive price and made the process very easy. The car arrived when promised and there were no issues. I would definitely use them again.

The shipping took time because they had to find a driver to confirm right after New Years. I understood that part but I had to keep following up instead of them informing me what the status was. Also the rebate took forever to get. Other than that my friend received his car intact.

Customer service was fine. The driver called me en-route and said that he had to drop the vehicle off on Saturday when I specifically set it up that it'd be dropped off either Friday or Monday. I had a co-worker that was going to meet the vehicle who told the driver that he'd be at the drop-off point Monday morning at 7:00 and the vehicle was already dropped there. I never got a bill of lading or anything back from anybody. There was no damage to the vehicle so I didn’t pursue anything but the tail end of it was unsatisfactory in perspective.

I was impressed with how professional and customer service oriented the Sherpa reps were. As the date I needed the vehicle shipped approached I was starting to get concerned that I wasn’t hearing from them. Two days prior to my requested ship date boom… they were calling with information and answered all questions (even making several calls to get info from the shipper). Very impressive service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone- the shipper was definitely helpful and went out of their way to make this a very positive experience. Pricing was fair and and for the service level they provided a very carefree experience.

Customer service was great. Sherpa's wasn't the lowest but it was price-locked and things all worked out great for us. At the source end, the driver got ahold of us a couple of days ahead of time and let us know when he was going to be there. He had anticipated one date and he showed up the next morning but that really wasn't a problem. He kept us apprised and was very professional. If somebody told me they were shipping a car, I'd let them know that we had shipped with them and it worked out great.

Sherpa's salesperson was straightforward. She was explaining the business, and she said, "Basically if you want to have a fast service, you need to pay more." If you want a faster service, it needs to be paid for more. With the transporter part, it was great because he took pictures of my car in the dealership. I bought the car blindly. I saw the pictures and videos, but I never saw the car personally.

This is the my second time using Sherpa Transport. They are open and transparent about the process and kept in constant communication with me. Sherpa is great. I contacted them on a Friday. The carrier picked up my car on a Wednesday and delivered the next Friday. Sherpa kept in contact whether it was email, text or phone call. My car had no issues. The price they said was the price it was. I would recommend and use them again.

Setting up my move was very easy. They were very concerned about what I needed. Communication was very upfront on their part and they were very easy to deal with. They picked the car up from my husband. They were very kind and polite. They delivered the car here in a speedy fashion. And they were wonderful. The car was in good shape. Sherpa stayed in touch with us all the way, as well as the driver. They did a really good job. I've had a car transported once before and it was a terrible experience. But this was smooth. I had the name and number for a young lady that I could call if I needed her. They followed up. They were so good. We may have a couple of needs coming up here in the near future and they will be the one and only place I call. They're amazing.

Sherpa was beyond awesome. They were realistic with the price. The other place gave me a lower price, but all they were doing was trying to contract it out. Even though the price was lower, there was not going to be a driver that could have done it for the price, which was why I was never getting the dates. On the other hand, Sherpa was very transparent. They said they could try to save money, but it was going to take me longer. Then a driver came and picked up the vehicle. That truck broke down before it even left Seattle but they called me and told me they already had another one. They wanted me to know that the person that picked up my car was not the one that was gonna deliver it. Once they got to my mom's house, they called me three hours before. I had forgotten that it needed to be cash or a cashier's check, but they were willing to work with me. Sherpa also gives you a free car wash up to $20. You just send your receipt in.

Shipped two vehicles from Georgia to California with Sherpa transport broker and Rich Carrier. Both were highly competent, communicated well and delivered as promised. The vehicles arrived on time and in excellent condition. This is the third time I have used Sherpa and they have been reliable and helpful each time. We never did those stuff before, so I wanted a certain amount and no hidden fees. When I contacted Sherpa, their staff member was very nice and informative to tell me. He gave me really good information on a very good way to make sure the car would be safe. Everything went smoothly, and I'm really happy with the service I got from them.

We transported two cars with Sherpa. We had to have two separate transactions and they happened at separate times. Each time, they were well-communicative, polite and clear. Even explained some things about, “We can't do that because we don't make that decision. The contracting company makes that decision.” The transport took about a week each time and it was always within the window. It was also the same delivery driver both times.

When I first contacted them, it took approximately a month and two weeks to call back. It was two days before I went on a flight. They called after I had reached out to someone else that was going to pick it up that day. The process took more time than I would anticipate. I was under the impression that it was going to go smoother than that. When the people picked the car up, the price did get less than they quoted. So that part was good. Also, my cars came in good condition. So that was good too.

From the point of me going back to the initiation of the transport, Sherpa was very communicative, very quickly responsive, gave me all the details I needed, and then identified a driver quickly. This happened both in 2020 and in 2022. With the 2020 transport, the pickup was through my husband in Illinois and that was fantastic. The delivery in California was also great. The only thing that was confusing was when I did get back in my vehicle, the radio station was changed to something that I had never listened to. But it was no big deal. The car wasn't harmed and all was well.

Elliot Auto Transport did the delivery and they were super polite. They went above and beyond to make sure that that pickup and drop-off ran smoothly. Our street is a dead-end and they couldn't get down our street but they drove to pick up my daughter. Then, she went and took them back.

This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I was very concerned at the least not knowing what would happen. Using Sherpa turned out to be a very easy process. Sherpa has a price locking policy, which was one of the best things that I could’ve found in the market. The transport went amazing. The person I spoke with at Sherpa was very helpful. He was a manager, and he followed up and everything went pretty smoothly. It took them less than a week to find a driver and it was a little longer than we hoped, but it didn't end up creating any problems. From pickup to delivery, it took just two days. The driver called to let me know approximately when the delivery would be. He also contacted our pickup person because we weren't in the location where the car was. This was my first experience with an auto transport and it seemed to work just as they said it would and there was no problem.

Have used Sherpa to transport a car from Colorado to Florida and then from California to Arizona. In both cases the service was excellent with carriers being very professional and courteous. They are the best brokers that I have dealt with and will use them again when the needed.

He made sure he took video of the car before he took it over and he was very easy to work with. We agreed on everything. Then, the car was delivered with no dents or anything on it. Everything was smooth even though there were some logistical issues on my part. Every time I thought I had a place to stay, it got pulled out from under me, and Sherpa was very understanding and pushing the date back and working within my limits. Communication with the driver was good too. This is my only car and I had to arrange transportation back. He was where he said he was going to be when he said he was going to be there. Overall, the experience was a lot less painful than I imagined. I would tell people to use Sherpa, hands down. My only issue is, they don't transport cars that don't drive. That would make a perfect world though, and there's no such thing.

Even though Sherpa was a little on the higher end, that was okay. I don't mind getting what I pay for and that's what they did. Everybody was very good, and I had no issues with the pickup and delivery. I am 100% happy on everything. Communication was great. The setup was fine for the most part. But there was lack of clarity with the driver. It was all resolved so it's fine. The drop-off was fine too. My issue was the pickup date had moved but I already had to leave the town that I was in. It was complicated to make arrangements because the driver wasn't able to come directly to the home so he could put the car on the truck. I didn't anticipate that. They had told me that there would be no problem to pick it up at the home, so I made arrangements for that. Other than that, it was pretty easy. People should be available when the movers are going to pick up the car.

Despite being worried about the time of year (winter), potentially long delays in shipping my car, and a non-refundable $50 dispatch fee if you cancel even before a carrier is secured, Sherpa came through without a hitch. They found a driver quickly and according to the schedule they indicated over the phone. The car was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion with no problems. The car was dirty on arrival but Sherpa offered up to $20 off a car wash if you submit the bill of lading and receipt for the car wash. I highly recommend.

The person I spoke with from Sherpa was very thorough and straightforward with explaining everything. There weren't any hidden fees I didn't know about, and the customer service was excellent. The quote was reasonable too. It was in the middle of everything I was quoted, but I just trusted the company, so I went with them. Kelly, which was who took my car, called me the night before pickup. He said, “This is where we're going to meet.”

I had a positive experience with the reps. Their emails were very timely. They always got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. The quote never changed and the driver was very nice. I got a text message saying that he would be there at certain time and kept me up to date on everything. He wouldn't fit down my street so I gave him another area. He was able to pull in there and I got my car off the truck in five minutes. The car was fine but it needed a carwash as it was snowy that weekend.

I have only shipped one car. When I put out a request for a bid I was inundated with responses to the point I did not know who to trust. I had a fiend who used Sherpa and said they did as promised. I can confirm that Sherpa was not the lowest quote and not the highest either. They picked up on the promised window and delivery was actually a few days early. I would use them again and not bother to try to get other quotes (I still get responses even a month later).

I had a lot of questions and Jordan from Sherpa was able to answer everything very quickly and very direct. With some of the other places I talked to, I did not feel like I was getting a direct and clear answer. Jordan did a very good job and everything went smoothly with Sherpa. Although, it would be good if we could track the car along the way in real-time. It will keep people from having to call back and forth and disturb the drivers in their rounds. But the communication was good. It went just as we were told.

It was handled very professionally and we're very pleased with them. We had a driver within a couple of days and it was awesome. We told her when she called where we would meet the driver. We live half a mile off of Highway 95, which is the way he was coming out. There's an empty lot right past the Shell station and he met us right there at the exact time. It was perfect.

The courier driver continued an ongoing dialogue throughout the transport which lasted for two to three days. Then, the delivery was coordinated, scheduled, and right on time. It was very important that the car was picked up on a very specific day and none of the other carriers that I called could do that but Sherpa did on that particular day. I paid extra because the dates were critical -- it was over New Year's Eve -- and Sherpa did great work. The lady who had me coordinate with the driver was great and the guy who picked up the car was very professional. He checked the car out and they gave us a window coming back. They delivered it on the first day of that window so that was great. Both men that drove the big trucks communicated with texts and telephone calls. We're going to use Sherpa coming back.

Sent a Toyota convertible from suburban Philadelphia to Bradenton FL. Driver did an excellent job keeping us informed about pickup timing and also at the delivery time. The total time to deliver was 2 days which met the commitments and expectations. Car arrived in excellent condition and just a bit dirtier than pickup condition from weather and road dirt. Sherpa was great to work with and highly recommended.

The reps I talked to at Sherpa were succinct and pretty much focused and as far as honoring commitments, Sherpa did exactly what they said. From the first call just to find out the basics to after my car was delivered safe and sound, I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences with SHERPA and who they work with. The two different salespeople I spoke with at Sherpa were patient, helpful and not pushy. Once I decided to have my car shipped coast to coast with them, they were in contact contact. They kept me up to date to every step and their carrier was the same. My car was picked up and delivered with ease and in the time frame we'd agreed on. The man who delivered my car was very agreeable - there was a huge storm and so getting out to meet him took a little finessing and he was nothing but agreeable. So, all in all, I can't recommend them enough. When it comes to car stuff, maybe because I'm female, I tend to think I'm getting taken advantage of and yanked around. This showed me otherwise and I'll use them again when needed.

Was notified in approximately 3 hours that a transport had been secured and pick up would likely happen in 2-3 days...I would get a call 24 hours in advance. Got a call the next morning that pickup would happen the next day in the afternoon. The next day, got a call that pickup would happen between 12-1 pm. Carrier arrived at 12:25 pm. Delivery was estimated to be 4-10 days. Car was delivered 4 days later. Great communication...no issues with pickup or drop off. Would definitely use Sherpa again if the need arises!

I am happy with the overall communication with Sherpa. The transfer company was late, and representatives went out of their way to make sure the delivery would still be feasible. I would recommend Sherpa, and will request their services in the future.

I spoke with somebody from Sherpa and they were very knowledgeable, which gave me good comfort that my vehicle would actually be delivered. They did a great job. This was my first time doing this and I was a little bit nervous. Usually, I drive across the country with my trailer and pick up the car myself. This time, I didn't want to do that. The guy I had was very accommodating and took a lot of care.

When the car was picked up in my own neighborhood, my brother said that the person was very thorough, took a photograph and walked around the car. They circled all the little dents that I already had in it because it was a 2006 car. I was very happy with the driver. The delivery of the vehicle was great. The gentleman had an assistant with him and they were very careful.

Sherpa kept me informed about their search for transport vendors that were able to address my stipulations for pick-up and delivery -- and promptly notified me of contact information for the vendor that took the job. Follow-on coordination with the vendor was straightforward and my vehicles were picked up and delivered without incident and within stipulated delivery timeline. I would recommend Sherpa without reservation.
