Ray, the guy who picked up the car, was terrific. He gave me his number and stayed in touch. I wasn't at the delivery end of things because he left Florida before I did and my buddy met him up here, and everything went very smoothly. It was great working with Sherpa.

Setting up the transport was very easy. I've done this before and Sherpa did it the best. The move was between California and Michigan and it took three days. Sherpa is trustworthy.

I was quite impressed with the way Sherpa handled the shipment of my car from New Jersey to Texas. They stuck to their initially offered price and handled my car with great care. My car arrived on time and there were no damages. I'd highly recommend this to others.

The rep was very clear with the communication. Their support was spot on and the service was awesome. The movers were did inspections for about an hour before they loaded my car into the trailer. They delivered it without a single scratch and it was before time.

The rep was very helpful, honest and straightforward. He explained that Sherpa has a price lock, which even though their price may not be the lowest, they're gonna guarantee you that that would not go above that dollar amount that they gave me on day one. And I appreciated that. That was one of the reasons I decided to use Sherpa, because some of the other companies gave a low number upfront and then at the last minute, right the day before the car is supposed to ship, they would say that they couldn't find a driver that would do it for that fee and that it was gonna be this much. I used Sherpa twice and both drivers were great. The vehicle arrived exactly as they left and the car shipped out very fast.

I did extensive research on Carrier Companies. While the quotes I received from other carriers were much lower priced, SHERPA stood out in all the reviews as being the best. This proved to be a somewhat lengthy process but I am extremely pleased with the results. SHERPA contracted with a very reliable company and the shipment/delivery was flawless. Thank you!

Working with Sherpa was very nice. It was the first time that I used a car service and I was very pleased. The lady that I talked to over the phone and the people who delivered the car were also super nice. They delivered the car faster than I thought and the car arrived in perfect time. My daughter got the car picked up from New York and I received the car myself in Florida, and I was so happy. I'm gonna do it again, as soon as my car is ready to go back to New York, which should be in September or August.

Most of the times we've had Sherpa, they've been very professional and courteous. They make sure the car doesn't have any damage before they load it and when we get it on the other end, so they've been very good about that. The driver was wonderful. We've been very happy with their services. They met all our expectations. They did what they said they would do.

I was given a five day window for pick-up. I rented storage because I was flying in from out of town to meet the driver. He was there on day one. No need for storage and he actually picked the vehicle up from my hotel before my return flight. The vehicle almost made it to my home before I did because my flight was delayed. The driver was professional yet friendly. I would recommend Sherpa to anyone.

I was very happy with the conversation with the rep. Everything that he promised happened. The quote I got wasn't the lowest but it was fair. The transport company wanted a little more so Sherpa met that and reduced what they would take so they honored the quote they gave. Some companies tend to give a low quote then they raise it up. I was very happy that Sherpa honored the quote. My vehicle was dirty when I found it but that's to be expected when you travel in an open vehicle. Sherpa offered a carwash reimbursement so I did that.

We happened to see Sherpa on the internet and I called a couple of places and picked them. It was fine signing up with them. We took the car over and met the truck, and we went over the corners. They put the vehicle on the truck and we met them down here in Florida and did the same thing in reverse.

It was easy, fast, convenient, and Scott was super helpful. They answered all my questions. All of my concerns were addressed. My car got delivered quickly and it was in great shape! I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to buy a car in this difficult economy.

My experience with the Sherpa Transport was great. Initially, I selected a different company but when the date came, I was not getting any driver from them. So then I reached out to Sherpa Auto Transport and they promised me that they would be giving me a driver pretty soon. My situation was that I was flying out in next couple of days and I needed someone to pick up my car before I fly out. Within a couple of hours, I got the confirmation that Sherpa had a driver for me. The next day, the driver reached on time and took my vehicle from my place. Then a day earlier than the promised date, I got a call from them that my vehicle was supposed to be ready and to be delivered. They kept me informed with the whereabouts of the vehicle. It was reassuring and very helpful from them.

I was very pleased with Sherpa Auto Transport services for my son's car from Houston to Denver. The customer service rep was professional and answered all of my questions. The price was competitive to other carriers. The car was picked up within the window provided and delivered the next day. My son took pictures of the car prior to pick up and the driver took lots of pictures also. The driver called when he was within 2 hours of delivery and again when he was 15 minutes out. We picked up the car at a facility 2 miles away from our home. No damage to the car. I would use Sherpa again.

My experience was amazing. I expected the move to take more than 10 days because of shipment and gas prices. But as soon as someone picked up my car, I got it within a couple of days I was really happy about it. The driver was really professional. He couldn't turn into our driveway 'cause his carrier was big so he called me to come up to the street where he was parked at. The vehicle was in perfect condition aside from the salt on the car but they gave me a $20 voucher for a carwash. Also, I got a fair price from them. I tried other companies as well but their price was nothing compared to what I got. I will definitely be using Sherpa again.

Sherpa was more on the expensive side but their approach was really professional. They reply to me. They answer the phone. They're straightforward about the process. The reps were pretty, pretty knowledgeable. When I was worried about the trees that the transport was gonna get there, they didn't know the answer so they forwarded me to someone else on their team who was more familiar with the matter, and then we discussed it. It was an awesome experience.

I did an extensive research online making sure I had the best deal and not being scammed. I made sure their credibility was valid and accurate before moving forward with anything. Trust me, I read all the reviews online. The whole process from my initial inquiry on the phone to setting up the travel details moving forward to pick up and finally drop off were seamless. Customer service was quick to respond. The driver communicated estimated arrival times frequently. They were able to get my car delivered on time as promised. The process of scheduling and getting my questions answered was frustrating. I had to make multiple calls and could never get my service person and I would get different responses from different people. So that was the most discouraging part of the experience. I kept out dealing with a lot of various different people that I could never get ahold of a point person. That was the most frustrating part of the whole experience, working up to getting the pickup date scheduled. So Sherpa lacked in communication. But once we had a driver, everything went smoothly after that. The driver picked up our car on the evening of the 18th and he delivered it on the 21st. He was pretty fast.

The truck traveled 3,198 miles. I was in Florida and the pickup was at a friend’s house up in Oregon and it went fine both ways. The driver did a very good job. The battery had apparently gone dead on the truck while he was transporting it and he brought his jumper out, started it and took it out. Everything was great. The cost and quality seemed very fine and proper. I've got my truck that's been in the family for 36 years. So, I’m happy. Sherpa communicated well.

Spoke with Josh and decided even though he was the first of many I could have called I would go with his company. First off he spoke English with no accent which to my ears was a blessing. 'Over time I spoke with him about concerns which arose from a husband who had a stroke and was nervous about things, Josh was very understanding, and once I spoke to another associate he was pleasant as well, I would give the name to all that would ask for a good broker for any one looking to ship their car. The transport driver was also very pleasant. Flaviu was great.

The fee charged was reasonable. Car delivered on time in good condition. The delivery driver was very thorough, he double checked to make sure everything is OK before he turned the car over to me. I would definitely use the services again.

The price was a little bit higher that I had wanted to spend but I was supposed to call about getting a bit of a reduction in the cost from somebody and I haven't done so. I set the transport up with Sherpa and the driver came within a couple of days. The transport was from Warwick to the Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. He picked it up on a Friday and it was there Monday. He kept texting me what was going on and my son was texting him, because we had to make sure he can get on the base. He was excellent. He got the vehicle to my son a couple of days sooner than he said he was going to. It worked out quite well and it was quick. I would recommend Sherpa and I would use that transport guy again. He was good.

I felt more comfortable with Sherpa with the way they were treating me. Their representatives were good and answered all my questions. I had a series of questions to ask. They didn't try to fluff me off. They gave me a direct answer. We were shipping a car to my son. The pickup was in Prosperity, South Carolina. The drop-off was in Loves Park, Illinois. My goal was to have the car there by Friday. They picked it up on a Wednesday and they assured me it would be there Friday, and sure enough, it was there on Friday.

The pickup and transport of my vehicle was fantastic as Steve was tremendous. The only frustrating piece was that my car was supposed to be picked up Mon-Thurs as I was leaving town and it didn't get picked up until Friday, which I had communicated. Additionally, the prior week I tried calling multiple times and my call was never answered on clarity around when pickup of my car would be.

I am very pleased with the transport of my SUV from Fairfax VA to Mpls MN. The driver was very responsive. He called me when he was getting near my house for the pickup. He parked nearby so it was easy to load the vehicle on the street. He answered all of my questions, told me what route he was taking and when he would arrive in MN. He was very accurate in his estimate. He unloaded in front of the house. No damage to the vehicle. It arrived in good shape and on time. Good Job. I'd use this service again.

Sherpa's representative was super good. The only misunderstanding was I told him I was not looking to have the car in two or three weeks. I want it ASAP, and it took longer because they said they were trying to find somebody in Oregon to bring the car back. I wish it was more clear. Other than that, the driver kept us updated. I called him so many times to say, “Where are you at?” He was not upset. He was very nice. He told us exactly when he was going to be around and helped us with the car and made sure to walk around and that there was no scratch. He was very professional. Overall, I was very happy with Sherpa. When we will need service again, it's them we will call.

Easy to book and complete. Driver was very professional and delivered very quickly. Only complaint I could have is I would have preferred an option to pay remotely for the delivery rather than requiring my family who received the delivery to jump thru hoops to pay the driver.

I had to transport a car from CA to VA. I did my research on the best transport companies, as I have heard all the horror stories of transporting a car. Sherpa was extremely helpful, updated me along the way. The driver also was very helpful in coordinating pick up and delivery. It was very easy and the car arrived early. I would definitely recommend Sherpa for any auto transport needs.

We were very happy with Sherpa in transporting a car from Texas to our daughter in college in Boston. The car was picked up promptly and the driver was experienced and professional. We had no issues and were updated as to when the car would reach the destination.

The coordinator was pretty nice about the setup of the transport. He texted me to let me know that they were looking for a driver and that as soon as one is located, he would contact me. He contacted me a couple of times. The only thing was I asked for a 24-hour notice to get to our truck and ready to go. The first time, they couldn’t do it. A driver passing through here had a cancellation, but I wasn’t able to get the car ready to be transported then. The second time, they called to give me 24-hour notice and that was what I needed. The driver was super nice. He called me a couple of hours out and then about an hour out before he arrived. Then, he told me what time he was gonna be there and he got there almost on the dot. Also, I got my car a day early, which was convenient for me. If you want your car picked up and delivered on time, Sherpa is the way to go.

Although the stated method of payment was cash or certified check, it turned out cash was the only option. This was inconvenient but not a show-stopper. It would have been nice to get just a simple text from the driver as to location along the 7 day trip from California to South Carolina so we could better anticipate the arrival time. But with all that said, I was very satisfied with the transport company, AJA Transport Inc, that Sherpa identified as the transport company.. Their equipment seemed very reliable and the driver very professional. I called the AJA dispatch number a couple of times and they picked up the phone immediately. Sherpa, the broker, answered my questions thoroughly and quickly found the transport company (AJA) that would pickup and deliver my Ford Fusion. My car was picked up in a timely manner and delivered within the estimated delivery time.

Hired Sherpa to ship a car purchased from Boise Idaho to Philadelphia PA. They quoted a price of $1,400 with $200 deposit. They are a broker. I was worried after reading so many horror stories from other people. However, My experience was totally different, the price they quoted was what I paid and the car was delivered on time. I would use them again.

I Shipped a car from Texas to Michigan.. I reserved service Monday and was told they had 5 business days to find a driver and schedule pick up. MY Car was picked up Tuesday night, and was delivered Thursday.. NO complaints.

My Sherpa experience was perfect. The first carrier hired to do the job had to cancel due to mechanical problems with his truck. Sherpa succeeded in securing a second carrier within the time frame promised. My vehicle was delivered in perfect condition.

The drivers picked up the car in California on time and also delivered it to Virginia within the scheduled timeframe. The price was locked so it didn't change. That was good. There was also a free carwash, but I had a membership so I didn't need to use that.

If you are worried about the legitimacy of the company, please be rest assured that it is legit and they will take care of you! The communication was a 10/10 and the driver of my car was super great!! If they give you a quote it’s only locked for 10 days so please keep this in mind.

Excellent service. Daily email updates, even though I suspect they are auto-generated, if I responded to it, I got an answer almost immediately. Had tried to ship this car to the same destination a year before with a different broker, the day before my flight I was advised it wouldn't be picked up until at least the next week. Then who was going to load it? Decided to try once more and found Sherpa, what a difference! The actual transport company, Formula Motor Group did a great job picking it up and delivering it door to door.

Sherpa’s customer service was very helpful, courteous and efficient. The quote was higher than what we thought it was gonna be and what we wanted to pay, but it was very comparable to what everybody else was charging. The car was being picked up by the airport and it was supposed to be in the morning but we realized late the night before that we were not gonna be ready so we called the driver. He said it was not a problem and he completely rearranged his schedule. He accommodated us so he made all his other pick-ups first and then picked us up last, which was unbelievable, because we were familiar with the area and we knew the crazy driving and backtracking he had to do in order to do that. He was so nice. He kept calling us with updates because the traffic in Seattle was horrendous.

The pickup and delivery was super easy. Sherpa gave me a 12 to 24 hour lead time. The drivers were there when they said they would be. I met their guy in a convenient spot for loading because they had a very large trailer and I lived in a tight neighborhood. We did a walkaround, took pictures, and signed a bill of lading. They then loaded the truck. They let me know where they were at every day. They also gave me the ETA when they would be there. They showed up on time and there was not a scratch on the truck. I was very happy.

Everyone that I spoke to from the person who took my reservation to the driver were all very attentive and friendly. Driver was communicative, friendly and professional! My car got to its destination quickly and without any issues! I would recommend this service to anyone!

Nothing but good things to say about Sherpa and Global Transport. Sherpa procured a driver in the allocated time. Alex the driver from Global Transport was great. He explained everything thoroughly so there were no surprises. The car arrived when he said it would and in good condition. Liked using Zelle to pay. Convenient for everyone.

Everything seemed to be okay with my experience. The only downfall is the driver. English was definitely his second language and it was hard to communicate. He understood his job and loaded the vehicle. That was not a problem. In the manifest, they had it down as a two-door but it was a four-door. These are minor things. I wasn't too concerned with that because the pictures told a better tale. Other than that, the pick-up and delivery were fine. We had a week window for a pickup. They told us originally between the 16th and 21st and they picked up the car somewhere in the middle of that. They were well within what they told us. There were no issues and no damages to the car. The final cost was exactly the same too. Sherpa performed as expected and I would recommend them.

I'm enjoying working with them. Communication is great and they keep us informed. They are very upfront about everything.

Sherpa Auto Transport was an excellent broker and delivered a very good auto shipment experience. Price was reasonable, arrangements were swift and flexible. The delivery was across the country and incredibly swift. The driver was courteous, friendly. My only wish would be been for door-to-door delivery. I did not realize this would not be the case, and had to take an Uber 20 miles to receive my car. Not a big deal, though, as everything else about the experience was superb.

I acquired a Lotus Elise from a seller located in Florida. I reside in California. Sherpa offered a competitive price for cross-country transport within approx. one week of my request. The car arrived in fine shape in a closed container. The driver was exceptionally courteous and careful in offloading the vehicle. I was 100% pleased with everything about the shipping. It took one month to transport my vehicle from FL to NM. I tried several transport companies prior to contacting Sherpa. One company quoted me $1200 but after they got a driver the price went up to $1900. Another company had what seems like 50 disclosures to sign. I felt like I was signing my life away just to get my vehicle transported. What in the World for! One wanted all their money as soon as the car got picked up. NO! One man felt the need to lecture me about how his company was the #1 auto transporter in the nation and that I had no choice but to pick his company. NO! Soon I realized many of the people who posted negative reviews with the other companies all were recommending Sherpa. The experience with Sherpa was as expected. I got a reasonable quote that was based on market rate, my car got picked up and was delivered as expected. It really should be that simple!

Best decision I could have done. We are a military family so we had to move to GA for that from CA. I was looking at all other options but Sherpa was the best one and I am so happy I chose them to transport our car. Sherpa made sure that I was able to bring my car at the time that I wanted to when I was leaving California. It arrived at the right time that they said it was going to. This is the first time that I've ever done anything like this and the cost of the service was good. Everything, such as the timeliness and the professionalism, ended up being exactly how they said it would be. I was happy.

Communication with the driver was excellent. He was very good with that. The quote and final cost stayed the same. It was more than I expected to pay, but it was worth it. Everything went nice and smooth. The car got there right on time.

I was pleased that my car arrived early. I am also pleased that Sherpa pays for a car wash because the car will attract dust even in an enclosed trailer. The driver was courtesy and kept me posted about my delivery and he accepted Zelle as payment since he delivered on a Sunday.

I called around for quotes, and Sherpa's online representative was the most helpful. Sherpa was able to explain how it cost and how it works. Sherpa's was slightly less than other quotes. And I was not convinced that paying more would get me any better service. So, they’re fine. It cost $1,100. It’s about what I expected. I got a better feel for how honest of a business they might be because the rep was very upfront about how the process works. I liked that. From the time the car was picked up, it was six days before it showed up, which was fine, because I was driving down myself. And I took three or four days. So, five or six days. Three days it took the driver himself. That worked out nice for me, because I had to pack up my U-Haul and arrive before I could take delivery.

Sherpa had the best rate when I checked Google. Their rep was good and responded on time. The transport took five days. The only thing was there was no real-time tracking to see where my driver was on the website. That is very important nowadays. I don’t want to call somebody just to see things. I just open the app, the app should pop up, and show “Oh, okay. This is my driver. The truck is here.” But I communicated with the driver a couple of times during the pickup location and also, in between, I texted him and asked him to update me at least 12 hours as a courtesy notice. He called a day before and he was on time. During the drop-off, he texted 45 minutes before he reached the destination. He parked near the apartment. We were ready and paid by cash. It was quick and he handled what would be the papers. The condition of the car was okay. It was an outdoor transfer so there was some dust. My experience was good.

Sherpa's price lock promise was great. We made a fair deal there. Also, the pickup and delivery went super smoothly. But we found out pretty last minute when the transporters were gonna pick up the car, but that's just the way that transporters are. Other than that, they were amazing. They were very friendly and left our cars without a scratch. We knew we were in good hands because we saw the Ferrari at the top of that shipping container. It was just on perfect timing too. The only thing was maybe Sherpa could have some sort of app where we could track where our car is.

I set up the transport but then I found out that I couldn't get the car running. I contacted Sherpa and they were able to reschedule for a week later. The driver met my mother at the house for the pickup and then delivered the car here in Illinois on the same day. Also, I had a car cover on and I was worried about my mom being able to get it off but the driver was able to take it off for her. She didn't have to do anything.

I used Sherpa to transport a vehicle I bought out of state and everything went fine. It just took a little bit from when I first ordered the service. It may take a little bit to find the carrier, which was fine. Everything was taken care of. The secondary driver that dropped off the car called me when he left and called when he was coming around. He kept me informed. the car was a little dirty when it arrived but when it's an open trailer, it's to be expected.

Setting up the transport was really easy. The driver set up a time that we could meet. He showed up at 7:00 in the morning at Audi in Des Moines, Iowa. He was really nice and it seemed like he knew what he was doing. It was all good from there. I noticed that the exhaust of the vehicle got broken but that's no big deal. The quote was really accurate. I didn't pay a cent more than what they quoted me. Sherpa is a good transporting company.

My Ford truck broke down in Texas last month. I decided to ship it rather than fly back to Texas and drive it home to Northern California after it was repaired. They did a great job of picking up and quickly and safely transporting my Range Rover Sport. Only concern was told they would ring me day before delivery. Received a call from them @ 9 am while in a meeting and another an hour later saying would be at my house in a few minutes. Fortunately, was able to get home from work to take delivery. Would be 5 Stars if they had called so I could ensure my availability.

The truck transport was very good. I had previously signed with another company. They were absolute crap. I fired them and got ahold of Sherpa. Brittany was very helpful and got me a driver pickup with 3 days. My truck was delivered from Wa state to Vermont on time.

Sherpa came out with different company reviews saying that they were good. They delivered on time unlike a lot of companies where the vehicles weren't getting delivered on time. They weren't answering the phone and they weren't communicating with the people. They were inflating the price and that was what I was worried about. I was on a budget. Sherpa promised me that the price would not go over what they told me. If it did, they would take $350 of their own money and put it on it. Everything that they told me, they did. They were nice and genuine people.

Everything was fine from the driver to the delivery. We picked the car up and dropped it off. The driver called me and told me he was three hours out and that he was gonna pick it up. When the car arrived, it was in the same condition as it was when I put it on the truck.

The driver got up there in less than three days and they were in good shape. The experience was 100% way better than I ever expected. If I use a car shipment service again, I would choose Sherpa.

I liked the pricing that Sherpa had. Customer service had the knowledge and they were able to tell me what to expect. I did an uncovered transport and the quote they gave me was also very reasonable and the price lock was good. My SUV came in time within the timeframe that they stated and it worked out well. The only thing was, I was moving and I told them that I had stuff in my car. I'm not sure if that was transferred to the driver because he seemed to not expect me to have anything in my car. Other than that, he brought my car to the front of the complex and I paid him the additional cash. It was a good experience.

Forgot the others like Montway with their bait and switch. Sherpa may present as costing more, but they will actually get the job done. Montway who quoted a price and when they never arrived one day before I was leaving town, I called them and they said, "Oh, you didn't have a guaranteed date or price." I was like what!!! Called Sherpa and they arrived the next day. Do it the right way the first time out, call Sherpa.

Transport was higher priced than others but the price was set and no extra charges. The transporters were really nice and delivered the truck to my son at his military base. The disappointment is that they said if I sent them the bill of lading they would issue a credit for being in the military. The credit never happened after requesting the credit.

We were notified by Sherpa with every step of the transport. My son is in the Navy & everything went according to plan. CATS which did the transport actually got to the destination in San Diego four days earlier than expected and the auto was in perfect condition as it was when it left. Car was loaded Monday in Texas on a one-level carrier and delivered in Pennsylvania on Wednesday. Perfect condition except for bug smatters from being the first-on vehicle. Although their price was at the top of the quotes, the excellent service and no problems were worth it.

My 4runner was delivered within the allocated time, however, in trying to coordinate with the driver, who was very friendly and understanding, the expectations on delivery time which were being constantly updated were not managed well. First said would be delivered in the evening of the first day, then wi 10a next day, then at 1-2p, then at 4, then around 630. Had to keep my person tied up all day waiting on it to happen.

Sherpa provided great customer service when setting up the shipping contract. They explained the process and emailed me the information. The only concern I had is that I didn't receive information from the driver regarding the delivery date and time. The driver was supposed to contact me 1 to 2 hours before arriving at my house. I just happened to be home and I looked out my window and the transport carrier truck was there in front of my house with my new car. The driver did not speak any English and that is probably why I did not receive a call from him. He should've had someone in the office contact me. I was glad I didn't miss the delivery.

The rep who set everything up was very informative and answered all my questions. I never transported a car that distance and it’s a lot of money on my car. But Sherpa vetting the carriers gave me a little bit of an easy feeling about the selection. The driver was very cordial and pleasant to talk to. He called in transit. He was arriving later than he had anticipated so we had to reschedule the delivery earlier that next day. The communication was there. If it was gonna be anything higher, they were going to eat that. They could be more competitive with the pricing though. It was a bit on the high side. But you get what you pay for. I had to transport a vehicle from California to here and the company I selected, Sherpa, was the one that I felt most comfortable with. Sherpa was knowledgeable. I assumed everything was fine, and it was. The driver brought the vehicle to the requested location. But he first put in the incorrect town into his GPS, so he went to the exact address in a different town. That was 30 minutes away. But he came to the correct one. The quote was very accurate. I also worked with the dispatcher to increase the transport amount so I could get someone to pick up my car ASAP because I needed it in a certain time window. And they worked with me to make sure that my vehicle was in the top spot for a transporter. I would recommend Sherpa to friends and family. That was the second time I used Sherpa, and I'm going to be use them another time in two weeks.

Scott did an excellent job transporting my Kia Soul from Arizona to Maine. He arrived exactly when he said he would. It was a dark rainy night and he had already made 3 deliveries, but was very pleasant to deal with and communicated well throughout the process. I was told the car would be picked up 4/1 to 4/5, and it was picked up on the 5th. The driver was excellent, called ahead. Made arrangements where and when he would be there. The car was picked up on time, and 2 days later he was dropping it off as planned. Sherpa did an excellent job finding the right company for the transportation.

The reps were very friendly when I signed up and were very accommodating with my schedule. I told them I needed to get the car picked up by a certain day, and I couldn’t get delivery for two more days and I wouldn’t be there to pick it up. So, they worked with someone who was willing to hold the car for a day before giving it to me. And even the driver was willing, too. I wanted it to be picked Thursday evening and then delivered either on Sunday or Monday. They initially said that they might not deliver on Sunday so they'll deliver on Monday, which was fine by me. The driver they contacted was very friendly and when he picked up, he said he didn’t live so far away, so he could probably come and give it to me on Sunday if it works out with Sherpa. He delivered it to me on Sunday.

The experience with Sherpa was amazing. My daughter was moving to Georgia and we started setting up months in advance because we didn't want to get where nobody could do stuff for shippers. My nephew moved here in Colorado from Boston a month ago and he had used Sherpa for both of his cars so he suggested we call them. He told us about the window and everything worked like it was supposed to. The reps called on the third day and we had a timeframe because we couldn’t have it delivered before we got there because there was no one in Georgia. They said they would take care of it. It was nerve-racking because we didn't know about our timeline. My sister and her husband came over when they called to say they were coming to get her car. They went to my house and waited for him, and the driver loaded it up and they left. They called an hour or two before so that my sister had time to get over there.

I had to transport an automobile I bought and my coordinator with Sherpa was great. I didn't really understand how it worked between the actual transport company and the driver. But there was a guarantee about the type of drivers they tried to select. The driver chosen was from Chicago and was an excellent one. There was good communication between us. They picked up the car on Thursday and delivered on Tuesday. It was exactly as planned.

During the transport, I knew where the car was most of the time. I had to meet them up in a Costco parking lot for the delivery. One of the challenges I had was that I wasn't sure which end I was going to be able to be available on because we were in the process of moving. Fortunately, I had some time at the condo we were in because my girlfriend was trying to sell it. So we left the car there. But then it took Sherpa a while to find a driver because like they went a little lowball at the beginning. Towards the end of their promised time, they started adding their own money in. It pretty much took right away as soon as they started adding a little more money into it.

The Sherpa rep had me set up within a few minutes and after that, I was dealing with the logistics company that they contracted for me. It was a super simple, friendly and easy experience. The quote was spot on to the final pricing. It didn’t move an inch and it was economical compared to everybody else that was giving me quotes at the time.

From scheduling to delivery, it was straightforward. The driver was great and so was the representative at Sherpa who was helping me out. The driver was transparent and communicated all the way through. I'm in California and the vehicle I purchased and was transporting was all the way out in Maine, which was in the opposite side of the country. Taking a week from Maine to California was good timing. He was quick about it. So, I’m happy with the amount of time that it took. If I had to transfer another vehicle, I'd definitely go with Sherpa again.

I had a fantastic experience with Sherpa from the time the guy picked up the car. From Colorado, he got it to California within 12 hours. He was nice and professional, and he took extreme good care of the car. It’s a ‘99 Corvette convertible so he was very careful and it got there perfectly. During the transport, I knew when he was coming and when he got here. He told me what he was doing and he put the car in the front of the truck, and said he was going to pick something else up in Pagosa Springs. Then, he was going to take off and drive out there, and told me when it would be there.

Having my car shipped from FL to IL using Sherpa Auto Transport was a totally satisfying experience. Personnel at Sherpa were pleasant to deal with and made sure to fully explain the process, and kept me informed. Cost was reasonable given the current price of diesel fuel, and their quote was comparable with others. While exact pick-up and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, in my case my car was both picked-up and delivered on the desired dates. Driver of the transport truck was professional and the car was delivered in the same condition as when loaded (i.e. no damage).

The driver was on time picking up my car and delivering it to me, and the car was in the same shape it was when it left. My only complaint is that I got billed for a couple of tolls going over the Bay Bridge out in San Francisco, because my car has the license plate registered, so it reads the plate when it goes through the toll. Overall, Sherpa was great, and I would recommend them.

Our car transport from Arizona to Iowa was very smooth from the initial contact with Sherpa to the final delivery in Iowa. All contacts were completed in the time frame specified. The transport driver’s vehicle broke down on his way to us, but kept in contact with us, and was able to transport the vehicle when his truck was repaired. The vehicle arrived in the same condition as it left us. We were very happy with this experience and will use them again.

After calling several transportation companies which made me feel uncomfortable I check the Better Business Bureau and saw Sherpa listed. Sherpa's customer service team is one of the best in of any industry not just vehicle transport. All three customer service representatives I spoke with from my initial inquiry to follow up were all incredible which won me over. The contractor got my mother's vehicle from Stamford, CT to Port St. Lucie, FL in two days. He loaded and departed between 10pm-11pm Tuesday night and delivered my mom's vehicle between 7pm-7:15pm Thursday night. Best Service Ever!!! I have been telling co-workers, friends, relatives and church folks about Sherpa!!!!

Sherpa Auto Transport made things really easy. They were great all throughout. They were very clear about pricing, they asked good questions and were responsive to my questions when I called or emailed. They said they would pick the car up on a certain date and drop it off also on a certain date, and they both did. So, it was smooth. They checked in on dates for pickup and delivery. Their service was lower than other costs that I received from other companies.

The person I talked to was very understanding of the situation and understood that I needed some flexibility in cost. They sold it. The delivery crew gave me a call, told me it would be a couple of days when they were close. They then called and said, "You can come pick up your car tomorrow." We met at a place that was convenient for getting the car off the big trailer. And it worked out fine.

My boss lives in San Francisco, and he had a vintage Porsche convertible that shipped from their Austin home here in time for their wedding. And they couldn't get it before a certain date because their party stage wouldn't be available, but they had to have it before the wedding. There were all kinds of complicated things, and Sherpa did a great job. The quote came in, the cost was exactly what the quote was for. They also gave us a free carwash at the end, which was nice. They were super friendly. Also, the guy who picked up the car was right on time and met the person that we had meeting him there. He did a good job of checking over the car and making note of any scratches. I highly recommend Sherpa. I've recommended them to three other people already.

Service was everything I hoped for. The shipper they found was $100 more than they anticipated, but they kicked in their pricing guarantee and took $100 less from my credit card, and I just paid the shipper $100 more when he got here. So it all worked out.

The driver picked up the car and dropped it off. They set expectations upfront. The driver arrived on time. We had to change the location from my house to my son's office. That worked out well. I was still in transit, so my son met it there. I told my son, I said, “Inspect it very carefully ‘cause it's an open truck and things can happen to it.” The car was very dirty, but it arrived in good shape. We negotiated a discount. And they gave me credit for a carwash. So, overall, it went well. They're good. But the whole industry sounds shady. To my regret, I put in this website asking for quotes. And to this day, I'm still getting emails and calls, asking about they wanna pick up my car. It never ends.

They also offered a reduced price from their original quote. The signup process was easy with DocuSign, and follow-up was helpful and appropriate. We had issues coordinating on the pickup end due to OUR limited availability, and the subcontractor worked well with us to mitigate these. My vehicle arrived earlier than expected in the same condition it was shipped in, and the driver delivering it also worked well with us. Highly recommend.
