I didn't understand the car shipping industry until Darren at Sherpa explained it to me. I had already paid another broker to help me and that broker was not responding. Darren made it happen! Dzianis was my driver and he provided excellent communication and service as well as being very respectful.

Everything went well. Car showed up safe, sound, and on time. DKV was great. Sherpa also did a good job of keeping me in loop on search for a transporter with notifications on where we were in the process. The price guarantee was appreciated but not needed in this case. If the need to transport comes up again we will use them again.

Sherpa gave a guaranteed price. Car was picked up when wanted and delivered when they said. Three color transportation was hired to do the transport. Very satisfied with the process as you get a lot really low quotes which turn into bait and switch. I would definitely use them again.

Sherpa was great. They were more up-front with me on what the move was gonna cost. The rep was very polite and he knew what he was talking about. I could trust him. I got a fair quote and I love the price lock. We knew where the driver was during delivery and he brought the car right to the house. He was very nice.

I got a quote from Sherpa and they came in with very good price. There was someone else who quoted lower so I went back to Sherpa and told them that. I was to be given a $100 credit. I used Sherpa twice already. The price was very competitive the first time and the person I was dealing with, Dan, was pretty good. This time, I dealt with someone else and the same can be said about that person. Sherpa has really good people to talk to and deal with. The driver is different from the actual trucker. I was dealing with the White Dove people but they had their own driver that I had to deal with. The driver was nice and he got the car delivered fine. That was all we wanted.

Our car was picked up on time and delivered on time (the driver called and could have delivered it earlier, but he beat us across the country!). Great communication with both drivers. We highly recommend using Sherpa. The representative was very thorough and took his time explaining the process.

My vehicle arrived in perfect condition. The driver Marlon was very courteous and helpful in making payment arrangements. My Zelle account only had a 1000.00 a day sending limit. I have a 5000,00 a day SPENDING limit. 2 different things. I ended up having to use Apple pay to him directly. I need another vehicle shipped in the next month or 2 and will definitely use your company again.

Used Sherpa to ship my car from California to Ohio and had a great experience. They hooked me up with White Hawks Auto LLC. It was quick and easy and the price lock guarantee is excellent! I paid what I was quoted and no more. And you pay on delivery which is awesome. Would use them again if I ever need to ship a vehicle long distance!

The rep I spoke to on the phone was really knowledgeable. I really trusted them. My rep Marian's top priority wasn't just to tell me something. It was to make sure I was comfortable with the decision and that it was a good fit for me. Even though they weren't the most competitive price, I really believe that you get what you pay for. And it worked out well. The quote was very reasonable given the shipping time. Also, the delivery was super easy. I had my dad receive my vehicle for me and the driver was super understanding. It went very smoothly.

Sherpa's rep was very helpful and he explained everything very well. The quote, however, was weird. He said it was 2,250 then he was gonna take off $100, which I don't think was taken off. But that's okay. I've heard from other people who've used different services that Google quoted a lot more. It's worth it to have my car here.

It was a very smooth and quick transaction. The car was picked up on our first available date and delivered from west coast to east coast in just three days with no hiccups. The driver was also very communicative along the way. We have shipped our cars at least 3 times cross country with different providers, I especially like Sherpa’s price guarantee policy, the quote might seems high compared to others but I believe it is a fair and hassle-free service that I would highly recommend to others.

Working with them was great. Somebody reached out to me and we got the move set up pretty quickly. I tried calling a couple of times, but nobody would answer. But then they would say just to email. I emailed when I had questions. And they got back within a couple of hours, which is great. The pickup was great too. The driver was on time. We even had to change locations but he communicated well with me. He was super nice and the delivery was a lot faster than expected. Sherpa had a solid price and good quality service. The only thing that was a little worrying was waiting to get the confirmation of the driver. But Sherpa pulled through. I was glad I was able to get the driver.

Shipping my son's car and flying him out there was less expensive than us driving the car and paying for hotel, food, and gas. Sherpa works great and setting everything up was very easy. When I first called, talked to them and I didn’t have the exact information that they needed. I had it two days later so I called them back and they said that somebody would call when they were ready. They gave me a date.

The driver was very courteous and professional. He took pictures of every inch of my Beetle. He kept me posted on his ETA. The transfer was very smooth. Stan was Russian, but communicated effectively! I have used Sherpa before and will again if need be.

They did exactly what they said they would -- picked up my car and brought it to me when they said they would and with great care -- at a good price with no extra or hidden fees. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. They communicated and kept me updated every step of the way.

The rep was very helpful, and the driver was very good. He had some delays, but he was very communicative through the whole process. We ended up meeting them, but that was more so on our end because we weren't in our house yet. The condition of the car was the same when we gave it to them, and we're very satisfied.

I want to safely transport my truck, Elvis. I took pictures of him. Dimitri was my driver and he was the best person to work with. The person that I dealt with on the phone that contracted Dimitri out was awesome the whole time too. I was given numbers to call if I could not get a hold of Dimitri. There was always someone there if something would happen. They took care of Elvis.

We scheduled with Sherpa last minute (the week we were moving) and after calling and reading reviews on several different auto transportation companies, they were the most affordable and had some great reviews. When picking a company to transport your belongings (personal items, household goods, auto, etc.) it can be nerve-wracking, because you are having to trust the company you go with has your best interest and will take care of your things as well as you would. They did just that. They came on time to pick up our car and was delivered the same day we arrived into town. They picked up on a Wednesday and delivered on that Friday! No damages, no delays, and very communicative. Thank you for your services, we definitely recommend this company and if we ever move again, this will be our first choice for sure. Thanks again!

It was a very good experience from start to finish. Communicating by phone and on the computer the office staff explained every detail of the whole process. The actual driving crew was very friendly and knowledgeable reassuring me of the safe transport of my pickup.

I had a specific window of when my car could be delivered and when it could not be delivered, and Sherpa gave me a clear assurance of that. They were the most confident. They also gave me a fee and guaranteed that it wouldn't be any more, whereas others said they may start out lower but it could be higher. I didn't want to play that game. Sherpa was clear-cut and they had good reviews.

Sherpa’s price lock promise was really good. I didn't have to go back in my pocket after they called me. Customer service was very mannerable, helpful, and apologetic when it looked like it wasn't gonna work out. They wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I started driving before the driver could pick up my vehicle. That worked out. They stayed in touch with my parents who were the ones that were gonna hand off my vehicle. The truck couldn’t come down the street. They weren't sure about the address so this one guy walked through wherever he thought it was. It was very impressive. It was almost a mile away. They picked up the car and they did their paperwork. It was in very clean and nice condition.

Very efficient, professional and timely. I would highly recommend Sherpa for your car because they arrive and deposit my car on time with no hassles. I feel the company did their best to provide the information I needed in the transport of my car safely and efficiently thru the entire transit.

I called various brokers but their estimated delivery date was like 1-3 weeks and their customer service bill was average. The representative I spoke to with Sherpa spent a good 30 minutes answering every single question I had. I drive a Tesla so I was very concerned about the safety of my car. The carrier they assigned were very nice and efficient. They had my car from Oregon to Texas in 2 days!!! I was amazed. Sherpa did cost a little bit more than other brokers but it was well worth it.

I scheduled somebody to make the haul for me, booked it then found out that the person that I was booking with was another broker. They couldn't commit to the haul, because they were trying to broker it to somebody else. I found that dissatisfying and cancelled then went with Sherpa. They had a challenge getting a pickup driver for the vehicle and I had to pay some storage fees, because it took so long to get a driver. Other than that, the rep was very helpful and the driver was responsive. He let me know ahead of time before he got there. So, communication is fine. He came to the drop off location I've scheduled, and I met him there.

I liked Sherpa's guaranteed price. With car shipping companies, it's up in the air depending on the date of pickup. Sherpa had a nice locked-in price. Their rep was open to answering and that was good. Talking to Sherpa took an hour. They were upfront about explaining how the driver would contact me when they were ready to pick up the car. It was then dropped off at a different location with my parents and that went pretty smoothly too.

This was my first time having a vehicle transported and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. I changed drop off locations several times and there was never a problem. All individuals I spoke with were extremely pleasant. I will certainly use Sherpa if the need for car transport is ever needed

Had my car shipped from Colorado Springs to SC. Driver was courteous and efficient. Car arrived in SC in 4 days, no issues. Kind of hassle to pay cash but it was a reasonable rate. Booking staff was knowledgeable and friendly and got me a great rate.

I read the Better Business Bureau reports and Sherpa was at the top. I’m a senior, so I looked at a few senior sites and Sherpa was recommended by one of the sites that I looked at. I called them and they were pretty straightforward. They weren’t the lowest price but they had a promised guarantee stating that it would only be a certain price and they guaranteed $300 over.

We contacted a few companies and listened to their stories and what they would offer. I had a friendly conversation with good information from Sherpa's rep. The price was also exactly as agreed. The driver we had was an extremely nice gentleman. He picked up the car from our neighbor in Tyler, Texas, where we temporarily parked the car. He drove it all the way here. There were no damages of any kind. So, the car was in great condition. The gentleman was very friendly and contacted me about two hours before delivery. They had some trouble with finding the right road because it doesn’t show in their GPS services, but then he got very close. So, I walked up to him. He parked his trailer in a safe place where he gave me the car and I just needed to drive the car 30 seconds to the actual location.

We shipped 2 cars for a cross country move and it went so smoothly. Meeting up with the drivers was a little stressful just because for one of the deliveries and one of the pickups we weren’t there, but they worked with our friends so that everything worked out and were very nice. Would definitely use again!

I had originally had my car Transport set up with cheap auto trans and the day they were supposed to pick up the car they called and said the truckers are asking for more money, very confused, I am telling them I’m flying to Texas to pick up my daughter and fly back and her car has to be picked up. I have never heard from them again. They have my deposit but will not answer me, I called Sherpa, they explained exactly how Transport brokers work, gave me a price, had my car picked up within three days and it was here before I got home from Texas, they were fast. They were efficient. The woman that I spoke to give me all the answers to the questions that I had. I gave them 10 out of 10 and I will be using them to ship the car back after the summer's over

I called Sherpa to arraign for a car to be shipped from FL to CA and it went well. The shipper showed up on time and was very courteous. The car actually was delivered before the promise date. Very happy with the service. I would recommend this service to everyone. I did call another transport company before this but they never showed up after 5 days wait.

This was my first time using a car transporter so I got several quotes for this cross-country transport. Sherpa was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Online reviews and talking with Josh made the difference. I felt comfortable dealing with Sherpa that there would be no surprises and no extra fees. When I was looking there were so many companies hounding me which me made nervous. Sherpa was excellent from start to finish. They picked up the car in NC on a Wed Night and it was in Los Angeles, CA on Monday. There was no issue or haggling...The initial price was the price.

Sherpa was quick to find a carrier to transport our truck. They were local, and they gave me the driver’s information. It worked out really great because his business was not far from my home. We were able to take the vehicle to him, which made it great. The whole process was good. They did have a little malfunction with their vehicle, but they were very great about communicating and it was all totally fine. We ended up with the vehicle. It was a wonderful experience. They communicated well. They were friendly, courteous, and professional on the phone. The driver that they contracted for us communicated when there was an issue, called immediately, and told us what was happening. I’m thankful I found Sherpa because I would’ve been lost without it.

I used Sherpa to bring my daughter’s car back from college in Denver, CO to CT. The agent on the phone explained everything in detail about the process and it went exactly as described. My daughter was able to track the car carrier on her phone and knew when it was close. The pick up time they estimated as well as the drop off time were on point. It was super easy to have my car moved from Florida to Washington. Dropped it off no problem, and delivered exactly at the time I was quoted. The cost was a little higher than others but when doing something like this, quality is slightly more important than cost.

We had used Sherpa before and they were good. We used them again and the cost went up from the first time we used them. It was the same exact car and distance. Overall, everything went as they told me it was gonna go, and I ended up getting the refund, so I was very happy.

I Googled the top 10 shipping companies, and Sherpa was number 2. I called the first one, and they didn't answer, so I called Sherpa. They answered and they were really nice. They told me some information that others didn't or tried to withhold, and that was pretty nice in terms of transparency. I'm glad that I was able to connect with Sherpa. Because there were some that called me to give me offers and there were some of them that were bad mouthing others. I appreciate it when I spoke with Sherpa that they weren't like that. It was more so on the professional side and just trying to help me get my car to where it needed to go.

I would highly recommend Sherpa to a friend. The thing I liked most was the professionalism with all parties involved, from my first contact with Dan to the drop off with the driver. You were straight up with pricing, didn’t waffle about costs with increasing gas prices and worked with me to get the best rate. Driver also communicated well and was easy to work with.

Sherpa was great. From the time that we set up the transport, the price stayed locked in. The car was picked up on a Tuesday and delivered on Saturday, which was really quick. The gentleman that came out and inspected the car explained the whole process. He came and picked up the car on a trailer and explained that he wasn't going to transport on that particular trailer that he just came to pick it up on. They’ll take it and put it on the bigger transport thing. The transport was seamless, and they were wonderful and courteous. I love them, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

The carrier that picked up and delivered my vehicle was on time, friendly, professional. We would use this carrier again. No problem whatsoever. When we called the carrier he always picked up or returned our call in a timely manner. Great carrier.

The pickup was fine and the driver was really great, but for the delivery, he was gone on another run by the time I called him to get the car. He was going to have the car delivered that Sunday then I called him and said, “I'm gonna have one of my guys bring it.” The guy never showed up, so we didn't end up getting it until the next day. For us, it wasn't a big problem because I've got a car, but if somebody didn't have a car and they were waiting, that would have been a problem. All in all, everything was great and I didn't have any complaints at all.

So, we reached out to them. Their reps were professional, very responsive, and extremely helpful. Sherpa had to increase the amount that was offered to bid out the work, but they were able to perform within the time window that they had told us. Our car was delivered within 24 hours of pick-up, and the company that transported the vehicle was very professional and responsive.

I've always had a good experience with Sherpa. I used them a year and a half ago, and it was the same good experience as this time. This time, it was such a quick turnaround that it was only 48 hours, and from beginning to the driver's arrival, he was in contact with me frequently. From previous experience, I know that the neighborhood gets a little tight for some of the bigger trucks. I instructed him where to meet me in my neighborhood, and that's where we met.

Dealing with Sherpa's reps was a good experience. They were knowledgeable. They kept in contact with me when they were going to pick the car up, and they contacted my daughter when it was going to be delivered. They brought it directly to her and it was in excellent condition.

They did a fine job and were very timely for the delivery. I'm able to track my car. It has a tracker on it, so I followed it all the way along on the trip. They were very receptive and brought the vehicle to my location. The pricing was exactly as I had negotiated. If there was any overage, Sherpa took care of it.

I found Sherpa online and they had good reviews. They also came in as my cheapest quote. Customer service was easy to communicate with and everyone was very prompt, which I really appreciated. My only hesitancy was with the drivers. They didn't speak great English, which was a little bit nerve-wracking for me because I wasn't able to communicate with them to get the bill of lading. When they picked up my car, I wasn't fully confident. Other than that, they brought my car right to my home. It was loaded up there and it had a few bugs, which I understood why. On the whole, I had a great experience. It was very easy to work with Sherpa so I recommended them to some of my friends.

The company that transported my cars to Florida were very nice and they also explained to me what to expect. What I appreciated that I could contact them with any questions and they welcomed them. Sherpa's customer service was nice compared to the other ones. The communication was very well before, during, and after the transport. The driver was also very nice and made sure that I understood what was going on. I wasn't here for the delivery, but it was delivered to the correct place and correct person. I was happy with the experience. Shipping my car across the country and not being able to see it for a couple of days was nerve wracking, but the overall experience with the company was very good. I fell into the rabbit hole of reading reviews of Auto Transport Brokers. SHERPA is THE ONLY company that gets overwhelmingly positive reviews and seeks to close any complaint with a positive outcome for the customer. And I'll add my experience as extremely positive. You're paying for a company that responds to emails and calls, follows through on their rebates ($115 for me!), and gets you clear information about the entire process. I imagine that a high percentage of customers are 1-time users of this industry. That means that a company could treat you like garbage - you're not likely to come back either way! But Sherpa made it a pleasant experience. They're probably one of kind in this industry.

Driver was very good and very professional. He arrived on time and he updated me along the route as to the travel time. He took very good care of my car. I would recommend him and your company 100% to all my friends. It was a very positive experience for me.

First Class all the way. From placing the order, and then needing to change the order (where help was quick, efficient and best of all done right the first time) to what to expect and when, everything was terrific. Driver called beforehand to confirm day and location, then called the morning of the pick up to confirm window and called again to narrow window to 15 minutes. Same thing when the car arrived. Great communication and everything was hassle free, done right, done once. Would definitely use them again.

Very fast service. Exceeded my expectations regarding delivery time. Communicated sufficiently with clear expectations. Would use services again in the future if need arises. And would recommend to others for car shipment needs. Caller and driver were both pleasant during interactions.

Customer support is very very bad, they don't receive calls or they don't respond to emails. We don't have any update where the vehicle is. If you are in Florida don't use Sherpa, use other transporting company. If there is negative rating I will give -5 rating. Very very bad transporting company. Delivery driver don't know how to get vehicle down the trailer and got to get a local mechanic to get the vehicle down. Driver know how to speak English but acts like he only speaks Spanish. They let me know delivery will be on 6/11/2022 but delivered after 5 days.

The gentleman that picked it up called and picked it up a day early and was very easy to work with. He was kind and even had a sense of humor. My car arrived without an issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service. It was also easy to get a quote and set it up.

Sherpa found someone to transport the car in a couple of days but they delivered the car too early. We were bringing the vehicle back to California from Pennsylvania. My daughter was graduating from college in Pennsylvania and we were all out there. The person picked it up on a Thursday and was calling me on Saturday, asking who could come and take the car off his hands but we were not going to be back in town until at least Monday night.

Sherpa was really good and responsive. It was easy to get the process started. The person I talked to, Brittany, set expectations really well. The transport was from Denver to the San Francisco Bay Area, and it took three days. The driver came to the wrong address initially, but their operator called me at the pickup point. I found them shortly thereafter at a different house.

Putting in my info was easy. The reps worked with me on the location and made sure we had the same address. The driver knew what he was doing. During delivery, the people setting it up told me where they wanted me to go. I was like, "Oh, I can't really get to there." 'Cause it was a little bit further away and at night. So we found a different pick up spot on the street from me that I was okay walking to at night. That was nice. The driver was on time. The quote wasn't changed when they dropped the car off. The vehicle was dusty but it didn't have any damage.

The communication was excellent. Pickup smooth. The large truck found a location right near my house to pull over without any problem. Delivery smooth. I am in wonder at the convenience of door-to-door delivery. It made my move across the country even fun. The car arrived in excellent shape. Recommend this highly!

Sherpa was wonderful in terms of responsiveness. I'd never done this before and I was like, "Okay. How do I know if I'm gonna be picked up like a week or two before?" They explained to me how it works, and that made me feel better. They were fabulous. We wanted to make sure the car would get out there on time, which it did. I had called Sherpa even afterward and said, "Okay. Remind me how I get the discount." They said, "Well, you've already kind of passed the timeline. But if you include this paperwork they should be able to waive it." I still need to do that. They were wonderful even though I haven't done what I needed to do on my end yet.

I have used Sherpa multiple times. I have been very happy with initial communication, as well as pick up and drop off interactions. There have been times when they don't give me a proper heads-up (they say they will give me 12-24 hours) for a pick up time, and I have to scramble to make it work, but overall I'm happy to get our vehicle back in good condition and always a friendly driver.

Sherpa was responsive, connected us with a great auto carrier. It seems they only work with reliable and honest companies. The carrier assigned to us kept us informed of his schedule. He called ahead of time, payment was easy. I would use Sherpa again to find a car transporter. That’s all!

This team nailed it. Even when the vehicle available date changed and we had to push 2 days, it all worked out for me, at not a dollar more, and the delivery team was fantastic. I had great customer service with everyone that I dealt with at Sherpa. Andrew, the driver, was absolutely the best. We paid for not enclosed transport, and his truck was enclosed. So, my dad's vintage Mustang was protected better than we could ever have imagined. It was a win-win. Andrew was so thorough in checking every scratch in the car that my dad had placed. My parents got the name wrong on who they made the certified check to because it wasn't clear to my dad. Thankfully, my dad had mistakenly taken out a few thousand of dollars in cash and had cash to pay for Andrew. So, if there's anything I would say an improvement would be for elderly people to clearly state to who the certified check should be made out to.

My car was transported from my home to Myrtle Beach, at a friend's home, where I was able to pick it up after flying there, to continue my travel to Pawleys Island. At the end of my stay, my car was transported from the Myrtle Beach location to a convenient location near my home in MA. Both transportation companies and drivers were outstanding in their work and their care of customers.

It was relatively easy setting up the transport with Sherpa. They explained everything well. The quote provided was also accurate. They said it was 1,600 to ship the car and that they would cover the 300 if whoever took the car went over the 1,600. They kept us in line with everything and communicated with us. It was really good on both ends, from the guy who picked up the truck in California to the gentleman that dropped off the truck. Very personable and friendly. All around, it was a great experience. We're gonna recommend Sherpa to our friend who's moving here as well.

Sherpa gave me a timeline, provided me the driver within that timeline and the driver came in the expected date. The window was from 6th to 12th and they got the driver on the 6th. That driver said that he would reach to Tampa before the 12th. I contacted Sherpa and said that I won't be able to be there to receive the vehicle. They canceled the driver and found another driver. He transferred the vehicle after we reached here. They were contacting us in every step. Also, our agent would give us a rebate of $100 if we sent him the bill of lading after getting the vehicle. We sent the bill of lading via mail and we got the rebate within seven days. We were happy with the experience.

It was great dealing with Sherpa. Schedules are on time and whatever price they quote was the one I paid. No extras. The driver who delivered our car was very nice. We met at a place that's convenient for both of us. I will use them again if I need to ship my car.

The whole process went smoothly, from the initial contact with Shane at Sherpa, to the delivery by Jason in Boise. I was a little worried due to the open transport, but the vehicle arrived none the worse for wear. I highly recommend Sherpa for your auto transport needs.

Everything with Sherpa was simple. All I had to do was follow the instructions online, which were pretty thorough. I don't always understand online stuff, but it was simple. It got done. The guy that brought my car was super. The pickup and delivery were early. They said it would take five to seven days for delivery, and the car was here on the fourth day. It's kind of a valuable vehicle because it's an antique, but it was fine when it came, considering it came open top. The only thing was the price. It was not a bad price. It was just more than I anticipated, but for the most part, I was satisfied with everything.

The driver called me on Monday morning and picked the car up on Monday afternoon. He called me when he delivered it at my house on Wednesday. The vehicle was in very good shape.

We liked Sherpa's price lock guarantee and that they only use carriers that aren't going to mess over your vehicle. They are high-rated carriers. I talked to Sherpa to get my vehicle all set up. They explained to me the process. Then, they talked to me and let me know that there was a carrier available. They just said, "Hey, we have a carrier. We're going to charge your card. And if you have any questions, you can call us back." Both interactions were good.

When I first booked everything, the communication and customer service was very good. From there, there was not a lot of communication between booking and the day before pickup. It made me a little nervous, but I was still contacted as promised the day before pickup by the driver and it went smoothly! My only complaint is upon delivery, I didn't get any heads up but was suddenly getting a text that the car was there to drop off. I was unavailable so we had to reschedule, but they were very accommodating with the reschedule.

My son relocated to San Francisco and I wanted to ship one of my cars out to him. It was a crossover. When I called Sherpa, I talked with a person named Jamie and liked his approach. There was no pressure and he sounded like somebody that I could trust. He knew what he was doing. He's out of Charlotte where I'm from. He was very good and he explained everything such as how everything works. I felt really comfortable with him.

Sherpa was easy to work with. They followed through and let me know what was going on. The quote came up and they notified us when the trucking company was gonna pick the vehicle up. But their truck broke down and nobody called to tell us. I had to call the trucking company for that. The sad part was that the trucking company could have come down to where my son was staying. It was a residential area but the streets were wide enough and there were no vehicles. It didn't seem like they tried to deliver the vehicle.

I had a friend of mine received the car in Florida and he was very complimentary of the way it was handled when it was shipped in. Sherpa did everything they said they were going to. The car ended up being hauled in a closed carrier which worked out even better. It worked out very well.

Went with Sherpa because reviews stated that they would keep in touch and that they had a high rate of booking (90+%) within the 5-day window. They communicated daily during the window and when I called, they added $s from their own broker fee to entice a driver to book. Driver was courteous, timely, and ensured that our vehicle (a large SUV) made it without a scratch.

Then there were routine emails because I needed to change the location of the pick-up and the drop-off and refine them. So, everything was good. They treated the car with great respect. The car arrived within the window they said it would arrive. But the pickup time was misjudged. They were overly optimistic. You can't start on the West Coast of Florida at 7:00 in the morning, go all the way down and across to Miami and then come up and pick my car up at 5 o'clock. That doesn't happen. But that's what I was told. That was the only sour part of the deal but it was important because I had travel plans and I had to delay them by a day. It was the following morning at 8 o'clock that Sherpa picked up the car and I had to talk to the driver 10 times to find out where he was. The driver was very courteous and very professional but with regulations and laws, he can only drive for so many hours.

Sherpa had reviews that were slightly better. I also liked dealing with the person that I was dealing with. We shipped a personal pickup truck. The quote was high but I knew it was going to be expensive. Sherpa has a price-lock promise where if somebody didn't bid for it, they would match it up to $300. That was good. I wasn't ready for the delivery when the driver got here. They went ahead and kept the car overnight for free. They had other stuff to do anyways in town and they were not able to drive up into the residential hills where I live. I also did not want them driving it because it was my deceased husband's truck. I ended up meeting them at the bottom of the hill at a grocery store and driving it back myself. They were very understanding and there was no attitude. They were fine with everything I needed.

The rep on the phone was great and answered all my questions kindly and accurately. I was pleasantly surprised when the car was picked up in a small town in Vermont a mere 3 days later. It was delivered to Seattle 6 days later. So smooth and easy.

I’m from Chicago, so I had a relative take the vehicle over to Rolla, Missouri to my sister's house. It was picked up from there and brought to San Antonio, Texas. It took five days from the time it was picked up. When I picked up the vehicle, the driver was very nice. He dropped it off at a location. His big truck couldn’t come into my neighborhood, so I had to meet him. Since I’m now in San Antonio, I didn’t know anyone. So I had to find a neighbor to take me but it wasn’t far from where I live. She was nice enough to drop me off. I met the driver and he gave me my car, and he was very nice.

Sherpa had the best consumer rating. I also had got a referral from somebody who used them as well so I ended up choosing them. We were shipping the car because my son was moving to Detroit. We needed somehow to get the car there at around the same time. The rep I had was very upfront with all the costs. The only thing was if you didn't sign up right then and there, the price fluctuated. That was the only irritating piece. We couldn't lock down a date because my son was trying to get into his apartment at the same time. By the time we locked a date, the price had gone up. The fluctuation was pretty substantial and was about 300 bucks. It was the time of year because we were in Arizona and there are a lot of snowbirds leaving to go back.

Sherpa gave me a window of when they would arrange for the car to be picked up and it took till the end of that window to identify a driver. But I was informed every day that they were still working on it. The driver contacted us when he picked up the vehicle and contacted us the day before delivery as well as 30 minutes before delivery. Both pickup and delivery went smoothly. Sherpa’s initial price was high but I got a lower price from somebody else and they reduced theirs by several hundred dollars. So, it was a good price point.

I called around to a few different places and Sherpa was the most reasonably priced. It was a quick and easy experience to process and to get everything done. It wasn't a confusing situation because I know a lot of times there are a lot of details that go into it. With Sherpa, it was straightforward. I made the setup and I made the payment.

That included getting my car to San Diego and having a friend manage the pick up while I was on a flight to Charlotte. My car arrived in under a week so I could begin the settling in process more quickly.

I have used twice and both times the drivers were very courteous and the vehicle was delivered unharmed. Both times they were in a enclosed trailer. The only problem was both drivers had problems with tires which made the delivery times hard to keep but were both in time.

My experience overall was good. Although I found it odd that the last person on the leg of that delivery journey didn't have my phone number. It was not passed on to him by the previous carrier and he had called the original seller to get my phone number. Other than that, everything was just fine.

The final price I paid was exactly what Sherpa told me it was going to be. They picked up the car on a Saturday. They told me it wasn't gonna be here until the following Saturday, and it was delivered on a Thursday. It went from Texas to Washington State. My experience was very good, very easy, and painless. I did turn in my receipt to get reimbursed for my carwash and I still haven't heard or seen anything about that. But other than that, everything went wonderfully.

Sherpa was very good. The problem I had was that every carrier in the world was calling and emailing me even for months after Sherpa was already done. They have to have a system that says, “This customer is done. Don’t keep haunting him.” Other than that, the rep and the driver, were good and the quote was totally accurate. Our vehicle was brand-new when we sent it and it was in perfect shape when it got here.

We decided to use Sherpa even though they cost a bit more because of their price guarantee. We had a great experience. We had to pause our shipment and switch the delivery city and the cost didn’t change. The company they connected us with was great as well!

The folks at Sherpa and Falcon out of NJ did an excellent job of pick up and delivery. Both the pick up and delivery were right on time and the folks friendly and I incurred No damage. I would definitely use both again.

I liked that Sherpa offers reimbursement of up to $20 if you get a carwash when you receive your vehicle. Also, the quote they gave was less than what I thought it would have been and the price lock promise was great because I know that gas prices were going up. I had good communication with the driver all throughout the transport and he located a good drop off point that was very close in proximity. About as close as possible to where I was and he notified me a day before he arrived.

One price quote was given initially via phone and did not change upon delivery. Handled in a timely manner and kept me and the auto recipient informed as to the progress of the transport. Transport van appeared safe and I observed the security used in loading my auto. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

Sherpa did a very good job connecting us with a professional transport company, that delivered both of our vehicles as promised! Apparently there is very little regulation in this industry from the Department of Transportation. We were happy we chose Sherpa, with their price guarantee.

Best experience I’ve had shipping a vehicle. Delivered what they promised. The price they quoted was fair when compared to other shippers and $300 buffer they stated they would pay if their quote came in high is what sealed the deal for me. My vehicle arrived undamaged and in great condition. I think they washed it too. As a matter of fact my vehicle arrive a day earlier than projected. Great staff at Sherpa.
