I wasn't really happy as far as setting up transport with Sherpa. It took till the week before we were leaving from Minneapolis to get a confirmation that they had somebody. But I guess that was just the way things were at that time with COVID still going on. I texted five times just to make sure they've committed to taking the car. They said, "We're still working on it." I got a little more impatient than I needed to because everything turned out fine. We spent a lot of time talking about where the driver could get his big vehicle. We agreed on a big parking lot that was two miles from our house. We met him there and, for no reason other than I needed to, we walked back home, but he would have driven us if we wanted him to.

The booking process was very smooth and the agent I spoke to was very thorough. The vehicle was picked up on time and even arrived earlier than expected, without any damage. Overall, everyone I dealt with are professionals and experts and in their field!

Sherpa did what they promised and faster than expected. They cut their fee by $100 to secure a driver in the first few days...plus they refunded $100 as they promised when I sent the bill of lading from the transport. I'm not sure how they can even make any money... But I will certainly use them again if I am ever in need of transporting a vehicle.

I shipped a minivan that I was gonna sell. We decided last minute to transport it and I was completely satisfied with Sherpa. The rep gave me well-defined timeframes and pricing when I wasn't getting that from other carriers. The price wasn't bad. They said that they would give me a heads up when the delivery crew would be here. The driver called me that day and he was on schedule. It was very interesting to watch him unload it in front of my house. It was quick and painless. But they said after the transport was done and I paid, I would receive a $100 rebate and I have not received that.

The customer service phone staff was super. Responded to my questions and concerns in a VERY timely manner. Would recommend them for vehicle transport any time. Rebate was given quickly. It was funny to see the carrier lives in our local area and he was very professional.

I had to transport my daughter's car to get college from NY to SC. Sherpa had the best ratings which I now know why. They were fast, efficient and price was comparable. Within 3 days of calling them I had a transport company in route to pick up the car. It was easy and smooth.

I was going through online to transport my vehicle and found Sherpa transport website. Based on their service I decided to ship my brand new Genesis Gv70 from California to Missouri. And as expected their transport service was pretty smooth and delivered on time as promised. Driver have regular updates and my car came as it was, door to door. I definitely recommend sherpa

Their prices are very reasonable. The service is good. They are quite responsible. They keep you posted during the service. At the first two days, they didn't find a carrier. They explained the situation to you. The third day, a carrier was there.

Had a great experience shipping my car, pickup was on time, delivery was when they said it would be. Car arrived without a scratch or hint of any dirt. I had never shipped a car before and was very concerned, plus the person receiving the car had not seen it in years. Everything went better than expected.

My experience from pickup to delivery went good. The driver texted me and he let me know when he was gonna be around and how to get there. He called me about 20 minutes before he got here.

We had no issues at all with our car being shipped cross country. It was picked up in a timely manner and dropped off within the window that was given to us. The thing I liked the most was the fact that Sherpa gave us a firm cost for the shipment... not a quote. Therefore there were no surprises.

Pickup and drop off was easy and on point both times. Service was great from the start. Communication was constant. I received emails Co firming the booking, the pickup and drop off times. I was also able to text the driver. The entire process was truly easy and stress free. I really felt that my car was in great hands.

I had a great experience with Sherpa. Their customer service was outstanding. The cost was more expensive. There were definitely cheaper offers to ship the car. But there was no accreditation. The driver called me. When he picked up the car to when he dropped it off, it was a day and a half. He was gonna push through the night and I said, "No, man. Pull over and sleep." He was from Virginia. He was going back home to pick the car up, anyway. It worked out.

My Sherpa representative was very knowledgeable and kept in touch with me throughout the process, until driver was confirmed. He answered all my question and was professional. The driver picked up and dropped off our vehicle in a timely manner. He was very responsive when I reached out. They took good care of our vehicle. Will definitely use them again.

Working with Sherpa was very easy. The drivers were nice and very cool. The transport was super quick. They adjusted things for me because I needed to push back the pickup time and the delivery window. When they dropped it off, it was only a few days where we had to wait. The cost was expensive. But based on competitors and what the service was, it was good.

Everything went smoothly during the setup and then we communicated mostly through email after that. I wish there was something on the website where I could check the progress but everything was great. Also, the final cost was the same as what was quoted.

Everything with Sherpa was effortless. The company was responsive, the delivery was timely, and the vehicle was in perfect condition. I was notified when the vehicle was picked up, I was sent a photograph of it, and I was given the time when the vehicle would be delivered. Then, they delivered it early.

I had Sherpa ship a BMW convertible. Their customer service reps are good but the only thing is, recently, they keep you on the line forever. When I was doing it, that didn't happen but then when I tried calling them in the last couple of months, it was hard to get through. Other than that, the delivery was early. They said they were going to arrive on a Thursday, and they came on a Wednesday. The guys that Sherpa got were great. I’m satisfied overall. The car got delivered in one piece, and the guys who took the car were very responsive and responsible.

I had my car transported from California to New York. To start with they only ask for a deposit of $300 to reserve a driver, which was really helpful, then the rest of the payment is due upon delivery. I found the price reasonable. Contacting the driver and customer service are very responsive, via email, text and phone call. My car arrived on time, did a full inspection and my car arrived in the same condition as it left from California. I will you them in my future move from New York to Florida. I highly recommend if you need an auto transport to use Sherpa Auto Transportation.

Great experience, will use again in future. The one issue is that they didn’t call the pick up location before arriving, just showed up with no notice of time of arrival. Luckily the guy was at his warehouse to send the car off.

The communication was great and they delivered on what they said they were going to. It just went like clockwork. They picked it up, did their inspection, loaded the car, took it away and delivered it before they said they would have it there. My experience was excellent the whole way and I would use them again and would refer them.

The transport went great with Sherpa. I haven't transported a car in 25 years and it's very different now. The rep was very patient with me and explained how it works. It made me feel very confident with the service. The communication, which is very important about timing and who would be showing up where and when was very prompt. The people were very nice. It cost a little more than what other services quoted. But for the peace of mind and for the people I dealt with, it was worth it. The person who delivered it stayed in such good contact with my daughter and was so polite and kind to her, I will definitely continue to use them when the needs arise.

They were awesome and I got my GTR before expected and received it exactly the way I saw it. Received GTR from Texas to New Jersey! Amazing service! Highly recommend! My carrier was in contact with me the whole time.

Great transportation. No problems. Did not receive a call 12 to 24 hours from the driver my. I got the call the same day the car was picked up. My son in Calif did not receive a call until the day it was delivered. I would recommend your service to a friend. Everyone was very helpful especially Josh who started the whole experience. My experience with Sherpa was so simple and very seamless. The driver was very professional and the cost was exactly what they quoted me. There were no hidden fees and it was a fair price too. If I ever had to move anything again, I would use them without hesitation. Also, I'd tell others to not even bother with anybody else and just go straight to them.

I liked Sherpa's price, and they were good, thorough, friendly, and quick. I told them I needed somebody to pick up the car that day. Within about two hours, I had a pickup driver. He picked it up, and then dropped it off the next day. The driver kept me updated for the most part.

I've moved a few cars a couple of times and Sherpa has been the best. They did everything they said they were going to do. The driver was great. The company was great. I didn't have a bad experience with them. They would definitely move more cars in the future for me.

Updated on 10/02/2022: I wanted to update my review of Sherpa Auto Transport to reflect my high satisfaction. I previously had given them 4 out of 5 stars. My vehicle arrived on time with professional delivery and communication with Sherpa. It arrived with a scratch on the leather steering wheel that I was unsure if the scratch happened at the dealership or from the transport driver. Sherpa was proactive and was very concerned with my satisfaction and wanted to help with the steering wheel repair, even though it was not their fault. This level of customer service is rare in the auto transport business and I have to increase my rating of Sherpa to 5 out of 5 stars. They delivered everything they promised and more. I have recommended them to others and also on social media sites. If I was to ship another car, I couldn't even think about recommending anyone else!!

I used Sherpa to ship my car from the Los Angeles, CA area to the Nashville, TN area. The quote process was super easy, I got confirmation of when my shipment was assigned, who the company was with their contact info, and regular updates along the way. They made it very easy to ship my car and gave me a lot of peace of mind that it was being handled well. The pickup driver took his time taking photos of the car and noting any existing issues, and the drop off driver did the same. The drop off driver also texted me with regular updates as he made his way to the drop off destination. My car arrived on time and in good condition. I would definitely recommend Sherpa!

Outstanding service by you folks! Thank you to Favio (driver) who came on time and delivered the car across the country on time as promised. Favio replied to family texts from time to time during the travel and delivered the car to our daughter near her apartment as promised.

Sherpa's reps gave me all the info I could ever need. They were super clear and told me how the process would work. Then as it got closer, they responded to my emails and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole thing. The driver's communication was good. We were able to text, call, and talk. They kept me updated if there were any hiccups, but they were on time because we changed the time for delivery. They stayed in contact and it was good.

The vehicle was delivered on time. We liked the Locked in Price Guarantee. At the time we booked, the price of gasoline climbed everyday; we were worried gas would reach $7.00 a gallon if we waited. We also used the opportunity to get a car wash upon receiving the vehicle and were reimbursed promptly for it.

They were very professional. I worked mainly with Briona. She was good. She always gave me updates as far as when they were coming to get my car. She was very helpful with the quote 'cause shipping a car from Virginia to Florida cost a lot of money. She got me the best quote she could. I appreciate that. The driver would also text me when he was on his way to give me heads-up when he was getting close. Or if there was any type of delay, he would also let me know about that too.

After that happened we did some very extensive research, read reviews, looked in forums, requested multiple estimates, etc. We finally settled on Sherpa because of their great reviews and them being rated #1 in Customer Satisfaction on move.org. We worked with Scott, he was informative and responsive to all of our questions and definitely made us feel a lot better about the whole process. Pick up was a breeze, the driver was very friendly and made us feel confident that our vehicle would make it to FL safely. Drop off was also very easy! Overall, no complaints at all. Very, very happy with Sherpa and will use them again if the need ever arises.

The quote was reasonable. The only problem I had was they quoted me two different prices. I wanted a covered transport and they provided a quote for the open one. I called back and the covered one was $300 more. It was a little deceiving. But they got it down to 200 and then they offered me $100 credit so it ended up only costing 100 more. Also, the communication was a little poor throughout the process, but it all worked out and the delivery went perfect.

Sherpa is the cheapest auto shipping provider I found online. The delivery of my vehicle went easy. Try this transport company. The move was out of my hands on almost the whole thing. It was short, sweet and to the point. The only times I spoke with them was when they picked up the vehicle and then the driver called right before delivery to ask where to drop it off at and if there's any place close.

There were no hidden costs as informed by a great customer service representative and pick and delivery dates were pretty much close to perfect. The driver/company provided by Sherpa was excellent. The rate was reasonable and our experience in getting it set up was smooth. Never felt pressured to book. It took up until the transport window for a driver to be assigned however Sherpa was very good at communicating updates as to the pick up / transport of our vehicle. Car arrived sooner than expected. Everybody was very knowledgeable and any questions I had were answered. The transport went very quickly and smoothly. I live in a gated community and the driver couldn't get through to the front gate. He sent me pictures of where he was, which was at the back gate, and I went out and met him. He took the car out of the trailer and followed me around to the front gate. Then, I drove him back to his truck. He was very nice and polite. He didn't speak much English, but he had a translation thing on his phone. It was good.

The quote was higher than I expected but it was fine. Communication with the driver was excellent. I met the transport company about 30 minutes from my house and they picked it up on a Thursday around noon. They had it delivered to New Orleans by 11:00pm that same day.

Best car shipping company ever, followed up every day until car was delivered. This was a collector car 1985 Nissan 300ZX Turbo delivered door to door Pennsylvania to Florida without a scratch. Picked it up on time, delivered it on time, no hidden charges, what they quoted was what I paid. Their almost five stars rating is earned and well deserved and they reimburse for customers for a car wash up to $20.00..

Second time I have used Sherpa and very satisfied. Great service at a reasonable cost. Transport was booked, car picked up and transported 1000 miles, and delivered all within a week. Most important was the constant communication with all parties involved. Would definitely recommend.

Sherpa gave me a lot of information. Every time I called, somebody answered. Whoever was at the other end of that telephone made everything easy for me. I tried some other companies and was told, “Here sign up, and don’t worry about anything,” which brushed me off. But with Sherpa, the reps were courteous and very helpful. They were very quick. When they said they were gonna be there, they were there. We got here before they did by a day. We changed the pick-up spot from one city to another, and everything worked out. I had good experience with them and with their subcontractor. I would hire them again. This was not an easy move and they were one of the smoother things that facilitated the move.

Lee guided me through the process from pickup to delivery so I would know what to expect.. The car was shipped from the west coast and arrived in 5 days with no issues. Really liked the price guarantee and payment upon receipt inspection.

Excellent customer service… I needed my car to be transported within 4 days… I called on a Monday at 8 am by 10:30 am a shipping company along with a driver was scheduled to pick up my car on Tuesday… The truck driver was true to his word of his estimated delivery all while Sherpa reminded me they were there for me and made sure everything went smoothly… I highly recommend Sherpa to anyone that need to have their car shipped!

The experience was very good with the great communication provided by the staff. Being able to track my car made it less stressful. They also accommodated my late change of delivery address. My car was in excellent condition and no added mileage.

The rep handled himself professionally, gave me a quote, and set expectations appropriately. The quote was completely in line with the final pricing. It was competitive with others that I'd seen. They were able to pick up my car within 2 days. I asked for a weekend pick up. They said that it was going to be hard but they made it happen. The driver got the car here safe and before delivery time. He handled the car with care and was very responsible. I was shipping a classic car from California to Tennessee and need a covered carrier for a non running car. My dates were specific and they reached out to me with a driver, but t when I came down with COVID and needed to reschedule the pick up, it was handled without issue or price increase. My car was delivered on time and everything was handled professionally and MUCH BETTER than the big broker in Chicago.

The price was as quoted and the shipment experience was flawless. Although the driver chosen spoke little English, it didn’t affect the shipment. The ability to track status was very helpful regarding timing of the delivery. The car came with no marks and very clean as it was an enclosed shipment.

This company has earned my confidence, they are most reliable. If there's anything bigger than 5star they deserve it. In fact they have integrity and very professional. My daughter recommended them to me and am not disappointed. The whole process went as they told me it would so am glad, and my car was delivered to me in most convenient time.

They were very polite and accommodating because I didn't have an exact date. I was trying to figure out when the truck would be released to me and be able to get it to them. So they stayed flexible with me as I had to bounce days. They worked with me. I communicated with the driver when he was picking the truck up. Then we were able to track the truck. They have trackers on them, so we knew where it was the whole time.

I was moving and I read that Sherpa was good. The transport was probably 2,200 miles and took four days tops. Upon arrival, the vehicle was a little bit dirty, but that was to be expected.

They did a nice job. I got a call and then I put the guy I sold it to in touch with them and they arranged the time and the pickup. Everything seemed to go fine. I went over with the car and delivered it to a parking lot. They were gonna do it house-to-house but we live in a golfing community. There are cars parked along the side of the road, and people in golf carts running around. And I thought, “You don’t want to bring a transport in here and have to try to navigate." There’s a big parking lot right at the entrance to our place and I took the car over there. They picked up the ’89 Mustang Convertible on a Wednesday and it was delivered on a Friday. I got a picture of the car from the guy that bought it and he said it was fine. There was a little hook-up with the time but it all worked out. It's no big deal.

I had a great experience with Sherpa Auto Transport. They were able to secure my vehicle’s transport within three days of me contacting them, and my vehicle was delivered within 24 hours of its pickup. It was delivered impeccably in the same condition that it was picked up in. More importantly, they were able to give me a contract within 20 minutes of speaking with them, unlike a bunch of other auto transporters who I'd spoken to three days before that and not a single one could give me a detailed quote or send me any finalized paperwork to iron out the details.

Everything went well. It would have been nice had it been cheaper. But I do understand the fact that they were shipping the car across country.

The whole pricing and quoting experience was low friction. The reps were informative and courteous. They listened to what the situation was. The driver was highly communicative via text. They offered Zelle, which I loved but Zelle wouldn't let me take $900 out of my bank account. Sherpa encouraging their providers to do Venmo, or PayPal, or even Square would be incredible 'cause that way, it allows me to do a transaction on my credit card, which is protected. I had to burn extra calories at first going to a bank. I'm new to the area and I'm not using my local credit union, so I had to find a credit union that would issue a bank check. That was a lot harder at first.

We will definitely use Sherpa again. Our car was picked up and delivered within the prearranged timeframe. Everyone was polite and helpful. We were given ample notification prior to pick and delivery! Sherpa kept us informed the whole way through the process!

The whole process was better than expected. Easy communication and timely delivery, I had nothing to worry about. The price guarantee is nice, knowing there will be no ** upon delivery is comforting. All in all no complaints from start to finish with Sherpa.

The Sherpa representative was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and followed up with emails. I wasn't able to get ahold of somebody at one point and they emailed me back within minutes. But the driver was horrible. The Sherpa people told me that they would give me 12 to 24 hours' notice before the vehicle would be picked up but the driver called me with 30 minutes. We were not at home, so we had to race home to get the vehicle dropped off. Then, they couldn't pull on the street, so they called me and told me that the driver was waiting a couple of streets over. So, we had to get that done. They never followed up with me on anything.

The pickup was in Winnetka, Illinois and the delivery was in San Diego, California. Everything went well. As far as the timing that was promised to deliver, all was correct.

The driver showed up and did a walkaround the way you do with if you would rent a car. Then, he got the car and drove to where the truck was because he couldn't bring it on my street. He picked the car up on the 29th and I got it on the 3rd. My car came and it's running like it's supposed to. I didn't see anything tampered with. Sherpa worked for me. People should try it.

Need to explain better to customers that the pickup window is an estimate IF they can find a carrier. Everything went OK on shipping my 2 vehicles, but the pickup seemed to be pretty fluid. Now we will see if the promised rebate ($100/vehicle) is sent as promised.

They got all the info they needed, and then my truck was picked up on Thursday and it was delivered to me on Sunday. There were no additional charges or damage. So they did a good job. The quote was the same as the final cost. The driver called me like he was supposed to.

The rep, Andrew, was informative, kind and responsive. The shipping process was easy and timely. The cost was reasonable. The only suggestion for improvement is Sherpa says they will pick up your car and deliver your car to your specified location. Both of my locations had to be modified to accompany your trailer. Understandable but you need to market accurately.

Updated on 06/04/2023: This was the second time we used Sherpa. It was to ship our daughter's car from PA back to GA. Car was picked up and delivered at times specified without incident. No damage to car occurred. We will be using Sherpa again in the fall to send it back to PA for her next school year.

The person who picked up and the person who dropped off my car were both very nice and helpful. The car came on time and there were no issues. While this service is very expensive, it was worth it to avoid of headache of driving it myself.

My experience was really professional and I recommend Sherpa. The only problem I had was during the pickup. The driver called me that he was gonna be in the area around 10 o'clock at night. We brought the car at around 9:30 PM and we called to make sure he was still gonna come at 10:00 PM but he told me he couldn't make it until midnight. I just set it up again in the morning.

I had Sherpa transport my vehicle from Illinois to Washington. Their customer service was good and the quote was fair. The only thing is when I got my car back from Washington to Illinois, I was promised to have $100 for a rebate. I haven't got that. Other than that, the drivers were really great. They did as I requested. They parked the car in the airport parking so when I arrive in Illinois, I can directly find my car and drive it away. It's very quick.

I'm in Canada and I have a daughter in the US. I had a vehicle in the US that I wanted to return to Canada. It is a Canadian vehicle. My daughter moved to New York City and she didn't want the vehicle anymore so I repatriated it to Canada. I googled the top transport companies because I know the margins are very tight and it's highly competitive so a few extra dollars give you probably a better service. I looked at the reviews on Sherpa. The fellow I spoke with mentioned that Sherpa also was cited by Forbes magazine as the top transport company in ‘22 and that made a big impression on me because Forbes magazine does its research. He also told me to be aware of having those little scanners on your car that charges a toll fee for the Pikepass. He was the only one who mentioned removing those from the vehicle. Otherwise, I would incur the toll charges throughout the transport. I was impressed by that. It felt honest and professional.

Our vehicle was picked up exactly on time, by a very courteous and knowledgeable driver. The same driver transported our Mazda from Michigan to Los Angeles and arrived exactly when he said he would, even though we didn't think it was possible to travel that distance in such a short time. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition. We couldn't have been more satisfied with this experience, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed specific pick up and drop off dates due to the travel we were doing and moving our son out of state. Sherpa worked with the carriers to make that happen for us. The company we used through Sherpa was Muscle Auto Transport, and we had a phenomenal experience. Sherpa made it so easy. I wasn't there for the pick-up, but my mother-in-law was and she had everything she needed. The drivers, Sergio and Mark, were great. They were super kind to her. They were very thorough according to what my mother-in-law said. They were very flexible with us. Also, we did have some items in the car. It was less than 100 pounds, but they were more than willing to work with us. So, we were very happy. If I were ever to do it again, I'd go with Sherpa.

We just had our daughter's car transported. I had trouble because I didn't know how the whole process works. The car wasn't getting picked up. It was listed lower. Sherpa didn't explain it. I would say, “Somebody quoted me at 1,200.” And the guy would say, “Okay. I can match that.” So, he had it listed but it wasn't going anywhere. I didn't have any idea. I spoke with them a few times, and the first time, I spoke with a lady and she explained how it works. She was nice and upfront. She looked on there and said, “I can see your car is listed twice. That's not good, because they're bidding against each other.” And she said, “You want to contact the one of the two and have them not listed, just take it off.”

Cheapest reliable transport price, and got rebate also. Never made use of free car wash as it's a brand new expensive car. From stating when car was available to pickup to delivery at home was about three days and the driver was very nice. Dispatch was communicative and informative for a first time car transport purchaser. Would use again (and will since I have a second car in process of purchasing).

I've used Sherpa in the past and I used them again when I transported a vehicle from Las Vegas to Colorado. The quote they gave was accurate.

Sherpa's reps communicated very well. They were engaged with my needs and they helped me along the way. I had gone online and quoted some, and then they were in the ballpark with everyone else. So, I picked them as far as reviews. I felt reviews were more important than 100 bucks. My daughter had to be at the pickup point, and that worked out wel. They're a third party and she had to work with the transporter. She called and asked them to change because she had a meeting, and they worked with her schedule.

I set the transport up far enough in advance that I told Sherpa the day that I wanted the pickup. And Sherpa gave a 3-day window from that day, and they pushed it further than my flight would have been. So, I had to pay extra to expedite it from a 3-day window to a 2-day window just so I could make a flight, which seemed silly to me, especially since I booked it so far in advance. Other than that, the driver was great.

Although the helpline didn't work the first few times, they reached back to me after a few attempts to assure me they were looking for a driver for my car. I had originally placed the order for Saturday, then I moved it up to Friday and they actually found me a truck the next day (it was a Thursday), they picked up the car around midnight and I received the car 5 days later on a Tuesday afternoon. It was smooth and no damage was done on the open trailer.

Sherpa Auto Transport did a great job coordinating the transport of our car. They scheduled the pickup and delivery and coordinated the transportation. Drop off and pickup were really easy. It really took the stress off of having to ship our car. I'd definitely use Sherpa again.

My car was to be transported from Virginia to Texas. I was told it would be moved at a certain time, it took over 3 hours to be moved which I kind of understood but communication was lacking at times. When the gentleman finally came he was pretty nice but he never came with any kind of Bill that I was told. Then when he called me saying he'll be on his way, well that took over an hour and a half so and I still never got any kind of Bill and when I got an email saying, "You got a free car wash and you got to bring that bill", well that does no use so there goes my free car wash?

My experience was great start to finish. There was a miscommunication error, but it was an easy fix. I started researching about 6 weeks before my move. I was connected with Scott who explained the process to me. I took the info and compared with other companies. Sherpa stood out with the price guarantee and great reviews so they were my choice. I submitted my credit card info to hold and then I received a call about 48 before the beginning of my transport window. They let me know that a driver had accepted my bid and that I would get another call about 24 hours prior to transport. I got the call and they picked up my car the next day.

Sherpa delivered the car earlier than we expected and everything went just as they said it would. We are very pleased. Anytime I had questions they were very very helpful and courteous, I can’t think of anything else that needs to be said about my experience except that it was great, and easy.

I have used Sherpa several times to move my vehicles around the country. Every time has been a pleasure. You just tell them what type of vehicle you want moved and a date for pick up and eta. delivery and they take care of the rest. Price is reasonable. Auto is safe and arrives in perfect condition. I wouldn’t use any other Auto transport service.

The only thing was finding out exactly when they were gonna pick up the vehicle. Other than that, the delivery was good. The driver called us at a reasonable time and he also called us a couple of hours before he got here. The vehicle was in fine shape so I'm quite happy with the delivery service.

I bought an antique car and had them delivered to the house in a crate so it wouldn’t get damaged on the way to the house. It's an automobile convertible and I had Sherpa ship it from Alabama to VA. The guy on the phone was fine. The driver was such a nice guy. He dropped the car right at the house just like he was supposed to. I gave him a tip. I told him to buy lunch on the way home.

The driver was a great communicator via text. I live in a residential area and he scoped out on a map what he thought would be a good place to pick up the car rather than coming down my street. He found our place that the same morning, but there was a lot of communication in advance before he got there within 25 minutes. The handoff was great. I felt confident. He took a lot of pictures of the car. I had already taken pictures of the car but he took more than I did. About two days before he got to the destination, my niece was going to be the designee and she started communicating with him. She was a little nervous because she had never done anything like this before. She's in her early 20s, and he was very good with her as well. It really was a good experience.

I shipped my daughter’s car from Sacramento, CA to Ames, Iowa. The service from start to end was frameless. Moreover, communication was excellent. I will use Sherpa’s service again if I need to ship my car somewhere in the future.

Everything went really well. If I had one issue, It would be to have more advance delivery notice (although, I know the driver was trying to reach my son - who was in class and not answering the phone - and he called me instead which was the RIGHT thing to do). I had a really good experience with this company shipping my classic car. They used soft straps around the tires, Nothing connected to the frame of the car which I was initially worried about. They were extremely prompt. The price was very competitive and they were extremely safe. I would use them again.

Used Sherpa Auto Transport to bring my Acura from Los Angeles to NY. Great customer service. Was able to have my car picked up and dropped off door-to-door. Even though my town has a weight limit, Sherpa had transported my car to a two-car transporter and was able to deliver to my door so I did not have to meet the driver elsewhere. Car arrived in NY 9 days after picking up from LA which was good timing in my opinion. Would recommend!

Hi - I had my vehicle transported from NY to Alabama. All aspects were perfect! Driver was great! Excellent communication throughout the trip! He was timely with the pickup and the drop off. I will use this company again.

Sherpa quoted us a price and a timeframe for pick up in RI and drop off in Phoenix. The cost was exactly as agreed upon - no increased price at pick up or drop off, they picked up in the early part of the timeframe and dropped off in the first day of the timeframe.

After calling 4 different transport companies, Sherpa was the most expensive - by about $200 before $100 mail-in rebate. However, after looking at all four company's BBB reviews, Sherpa was the only one who seemed to be dedicated to making customers feel satisfied instead of vilified. After my initial quote, they followed up every day with a phone call and/or email, only one other company followed up with a couple of emails. The transport window I gave them was filled at the earliest date of the window and the delivery was days faster than the delivery window - which could cause some issues, but thankfully didn't. The driver called days before and was on time to pick up the vehicle. I'd highly recommend Sherpa for your auto transport broker.

Sherpa wasn't the lowest price, but I liked that they were a more local company to where the area I was moving my car to, and it seemed like it was an all-American company. I wanted something that was a US-based company. They were so patient with me. I had to call back several times because I had so many questions. No matter which person answered the phone and whom I talked to, they were very patient and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with all their customer service reps.

When we purchased the car in St. Louis, we needed to transfer it to Southern California and the dealer was gonna hook me up with their company. But it was taking too long while we were sitting there in the office. So while they were doing that, I picked up the phone and called Sherpa. I was able to start the deal before we even left the dealer. So we went with my contact with Sherpa. They were highly responsive and professional. They were also very friendly. They took all the information, and the transaction went incredibly smoothly.

The person I talked to had knowledge and gave me all the details I needed and explained what happens. But the driver barely spoke English, which I wasn't happy about. The other thing is they picked up my vehicle a mile and a half from my house at the last minute. First, they told me it was a block away at an elementary school and then I got a text saying that they were at a different location. I had to get a neighbor to come get me after I dropped the car off. It was 100 degrees that day. For the delivery, they ended up blocking a lane on a busy highway and took my car off the transport. There were two of us getting cars at that location, but they were blocking the right lane in taking cars off, which I thought was inappropriate. Also, I was disappointed with the driver because they lacked speaking English.

Sherpa deserves to be one of the best in the industry. My vehicle was delivered as promised from New Jersey to Arizona. I appreciate the updates from first contact to delivery. Locked in price is an added bonus. Thanks to driver Aman.

Wonderful - all went perfectly from pick up to delivery. Not a single complaint. Car arrived quickly and in the same good condition it left in. If I could have ridden in the back seat. I would have saved myself air fare! I would highly recommend Sherpa.

They were supposed to pick up the car on a Monday and they didn't pick it up until Thursday because the driver had mechanical problems with his vehicle. But everything else was fine. The car still got there in time and we're happy with it. Also, they gave us a price and they maintained it.

When I had my car transported from Texas to Boston, the cost was a bit expensive. I paid 1,350. But everything was good. The vehicle was in good condition when it arrived.
