Driver took the time to load car so it would not be damaged, it was dark, 34 degrees and on Hwy 31, took him about an hour to get it where he wanted, but I'm glad he did, took him only three days to get to California and delivered car in front of house at Huntington Beach, no problems or damage to car, went perfect.

The entire process went very smoothly. Shipped a Honda Insight from Portland Oregon to Maryland in early January and it arrived in 5 days, It was shipped inside a covered trailer and the car was spotless upon arrival without any damage.

Sherpa was great to deal with, in getting a car from Seattle to Minnesota for us. The quote was very competitive. Once we committed to them, it took them about four days to find a spot for our car. The transport that picked up was on time, and perfectly communicative. Car arrived at drop off quickly and on time, as well.

Have used a few transports in the past year and Sherpa was the best. All the transports end up using the same carriers (people actually doing the driving) but the CS at Sherpa was able to hear my concerns and handle them before becoming an issue - turned out exactly what anyone shipping a car would want.

Great experience transporting a car from Arizona to South Carolina! Everything was explained clearly upfront, there was good communication throughout, fast delivery and they were very professional! I had never used a auto transport company so I was new to the process, but Sherpa made the transaction easy and the efficient. Basically, Sherpa is a broker who finds drivers who will pick up and deliver your vehicle. What made this transaction easy was that Sherpa lined up a great driver and they stayed involved to ensure the experience went well. I would definitely use them again.

I checked out about ten transporters and decided on Sherpa. They weren't pushy and they gave me DOT information and guidelines right up front. Their price was consistent with the others but I trusted my gut instinct and went with Sherpa. The driver was professional and courteous and very prompt. He kept in touch with pick up and delivery and I believe I got great value for the money.

Everyone at Sherpa was wonderful, they kept me informed and even delivered early. I highly recommend them. The car arrived clean, in perfect shape and on time. I would (and will) use them again. They are great.

What made me choose Sherpa was their heading of “best for accurate pricing”. Once the price was given, the chances were very little it was going to change. I needed that because I was really trying to budget well. I only had a certain amount of money to ship everything. Setting the transport was really good because I had to change it three times, as being shifted with my goods being picked up and moved. I had to time everything 'cause I'm living in an apartment. I had to make sure that I had access to my car until the last possible minute. They were very flexible and informative. I had three calls and a couple of texts. Each time, they went over the procedure and policies. I appreciated that. The driver was absolutely amazing. Pickup was on time. He arrived a date earlier than what was scheduled and that was really beneficial. The transport time was quicker than prescribed. My car was in great shape too.

Everything went so smoothly! Fantastic service! Price was right and on time delivery. The person that made the delivery contacted me 24 hours in advance and gave me a timeline! It was very helpful. Would recommend again. Car was transported in perfect condition! No problems at all!

I wanted something that was one to three days, not a five-plus days and I had to pay Sherpa a little bit more but it was worth it. They kept their word. It was very good dealing with the reps and they told me how it all worked. They found out that when I was looking around for quotes, someone had put my name on a board. One of those companies put my name on there so there was gonna be an issue with me trying to book something because it would look like I would have two bookings. The agent was nice and told me what to do, so I'm very happy about that. Because at the last minute, they may cancel both reservations. I was just so upset. If he didn't tell me, I would have had a problem.

Car was picked up a day ahead of schedule and made it on schedule as estimated from Colorado to Florida, neatly avoiding some cross-country storms. Car arrived in good condition, as shipped. Thanks to Sherpa and drivers for a safe transport.

I was skeptical about the whole transport service thing. I talked to many companies who were all pushy. Sherpa was not pushy at all. From the first contact they led me through the entire process teaching me along the way. They always answered their phone and were never in a hurry when answering my questions. They did what they said they were going to do and kept me updated through the entire process. The driver was a gentlemen.

We’ve used Sherpa to ship cars to/from Colorado and Florida three times now, and our experience has been top notch. We ship every year and plan to use Sherpa’s services again. Their carriers are very communicative and give realistic time frames for planning.

Customer service was fast and they answered my questions in a timely manner. They also offered a $100 rebate for being in the military. They even offer to pay for a car wash up to $20 after delivery. Sherpa Auto Transport worked very well as the middleman between me and the actual transport company Lion King Express. Connecting with the driver for pick up and delivery of my car was smooth. My home was not located in a place for a semi truck to easily pick up my car, so I had to meet the driver elsewhere, but my Uber ride home was scheduled and paid for by the driver! There was miscommunication about the total price involving the weight of belongings in the car, but the problem was quickly solved within a matter of ten minutes after reaching out to Sherpa Auto Transport. I highly recommend using this car shipping company and would use them again!

After using other auto transports, which were unreliable, we found Sherpa and couldn't be more pleased. They are reliable, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I shipped my car from Albany, Oregon to Philadelphia, PA and Sherpa was perfect to work with. I paid exactly what they quoted, I was allowed to put some personal items in the trunk (and everything arrived in perfect condition) and they had great communication every step of the way. Very easy to set up, found a specific carrier for my needs very quickly. The carrier did a great job and got the car there within a couple days' time. Took the worry out of the whole process for a first-time user of car shipping like me.

Great experience using Sherpa to move my car. Gavin in customer service was informative and made it all quite easy. The car was picked up as scheduled in central NJ by a nice driver and arrived as scheduled in Montana just about 1 week later. The price was very fair and we had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend Sherpa.

Took a while to get a driver scheduled during the holidays (12/28 - 1/3) but a driver was scheduled and the transport arrived ahead of schedule (Florida to California). Price lock was great to know price would not change and SHERPA had to pay additional money to secure a driver. Highly recommend and communication was excellent.

This was the first time I used a transportation company to ship a car. I did research and I got bombarded with a ton of companies texting, emailing, and calling me for my business. After going through all of the different proposals I found Sherpa's to be the most inclusive and fair.

I loved the driver, Mr. **!! If I have to ship my car again, or recommend a driver, I would get Mr. ** to handle the car! (In terms of my **, thru another Company, that leaves a tremendous has rating of "0". ** has not arrived yet!)

The transaction was clear and professional. I was able to track my car's location. If I had a question I was able to get an answer in a timely manner. I would recommend this company and I would use them if I had to do it again and my car was delivered ahead of schedule. No issues. No damage.

Sherpa did me right. They gave me a good quote. And they said something about I talk to them, they give me 100 bucks rebate. So, I said we'll do it. And it was a good price too. The transport was three days once the driver picked up the car.

My vehicle arrived earlier than expected which was great. The driver called about four hours before delivery and then again an hour before delivery. He was very nice. I ordered a two car enclosed hard carrier for protection. You receive a Bill of Lading from pick up and delivery. I give a five star and recommend service.

Sherpa Auto Transport was friendly with me. So, it was a good experience. The transport company and the company they used for the service both did well. They both were in contact with me. And my cars were delivered early.

Everything was good. The drivers were fabulous. So, it was wonderful. The driver, both times, communicated along the way. The cost is too high. I wish the price was less money. But Sherpa is just keeping up with everybody. And the quality is very good. I would use them again in a second.

For what other companies are charging, I paid less with Sherpa. The driver was good. He immediately started giving me updates as soon as I dropped my car. He was really friendly and helped me choose my nearest location where I could pick up my car and where he actually go.

Sherpa’s reps were very good about providing me all the information that I needed and answering all my questions upfront. And the price was comparable to some of the others, which was why I ended up going with them. The pick-up was a little unnerving because I had never done it before and the driver was new. He called me at one point and said that he was only 10 minutes from my house and two hours later, he hadn't shown up. He wasn't answering his phone, which I appreciate if he's driving, but I had to call a couple of times. Finally, I went through the supervisor or the contact number and he was two hours away. So, the time was way off.

The person I talked to the first time sounded more professional. Plus, I could understand her. I can't understand a lot of people I talked to. The transport went very well and I got the car in just three days. It was very quick. The cost was a little bit higher than everyone else but I was a little bit more comfortable with Sherpa.

The reps from Sherpa were knowledgeable of car transport and I was pleased with the quote. It was cheaper than what I paid the first time. The delivery guy was very respectful and customer-friendly. What I paid Sherpa was worth it. After my experience, I shared with a friend my experience and she used them for transporting her car. She didn't know about the 100-pound weight in the vehicle but she was able to figure it out and still worked with them.

I was very pleased with the representatives that I worked with at Sherpa. The driver was on time. He didn't deliver to the location, but that was fine. I had to meet them about five miles from where we agreed to drop off. The transport company was hard to get ahold of but it worked. For the most part, the experience with Sherpa was very satisfactory and I wouldn't have any problem using them again.

The transport from the Boston area to Miami was at least three days and I communicated with the driver twice. The cost was high and I didn’t like that it isn't routine to give you an exact date of pick-up and drop-off. I didn't understand why that couldn't be without an extra cost. Sherpa should get rid of the variable periods of time. The four days where it'll possibly be picked up and possibly dropped off makes it difficult to make travel plans.

The driver called two days before he got into Tucson and gave me an estimate when he was gonna be in. This courier lives in Phoenix, which is good. He knows the Tucson area and the streets. We don't have a lot of trees in Tucson and there's not a lot of overhead stuff so, he was able to drive off the interstate and come down the major road that I told him as well as on my street. He took the car off and brought it right to our front door. It was just how we loaded it when it arrived. It was an excellent experience with Sherpa.

Great service and communication. Car was delivered on time and as expected. Would definitely use again and recommend! From start to finish they were professional and efficient. Very easy to work with. Car was delivered in perfect condition. A free car wash was the unexpected surprise. They went above and beyond the call for customer service.

Sherpa subcontracted the job with another company so I was dealing directly with that company. He was great and very communicative. He told me when he arrived to pick up the car. They also had to hold on to the car for a couple of days because I was accommodating them. They asked to pick it up early and I agreed but I didn't have the money until the following Friday so they had to hold on to it for a couple of days. And I saw it was just in a locked lot so I was happy. Then they delivered when they said they would. So I was very happy with them and I would totally use them again.

I asked Sherpa for an enclosed container to transport a car versus the open carrier. The first one they got fell through but within two hours, they found another. They picked the car up on Saturday morning and I got it Monday morning. So, I was pleased with that. But what I was more pleased with was them being honest with me. They had good reviews, too and this contract carrier they used did a nice job.

I was transporting a vehicle from Colorado to Delaware for about 1,500 miles. Sherpa subbed it out and the guy I talked with was 100%. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. After that, the process dragged out a little bit and the rest of my experience was pretty much like an average car-hauling deal. I wish I had a guy that was like the person that talked with me for the whole thing, but I didn't. I understand the business though, and it's nothing they have control over. The order goes on the board and somebody grabs it. But Sherpa's people were polite to deal with and they got the job done.

Sherpa had relatively low prices, around 550, while everyone else was almost 700, and the entire time, I had really good customer service from the representative I talked to. He answered my questions very well, and I even totally forgot about a couple. I called back later, 'cause he gave me his extension, and he said, "Oh, yeah." He just answered them. No problem. The driver was very good too. He was a very interesting guy to talk to, very fun, and it was a very easy drop-off. He called me about 15 minutes before. I gave him a different location than the one I had given him previously, and he was totally fine with that, then he dropped off the car. Easy-peasy.

Sherpa picked up the car and they walked me through what they were gonna do and what they were looking for. When they dropped the car off, they again walked through everything and what was on the car. They were really friendly and helpful. The quote seemed reasonable too. They drove the car across the country and I didn't have to. So, it was good.

My dad's 87 years old and he lives in an assisted living facility in Oklahoma. A young lady befriended him and asked to borrow his car, then a week later, never came back. My father's car was recovered in Tennessee, and we needed a way to get it back. I arranged the transport for my dad, and there was a bit of uncertainty. The Sherpa representatives couldn't tell me exactly when the car was going to be picked up ‘cause they were trying to find a driver, but I expected that. They were very professional and no problem. During delivery, the driver parked the car in the assisted living facility parking lot. I was pleased and would use Sherpa again. I hope I won't need to though.

We had Sherpa transport a 2009 Subaru Legacy from one state to another. The driver gave us a call and informed us a couple hours before his arrival to pick up the car. He kept us informed along the way. He provided pictures of the actual putting the vehicle on the transport, and he stayed in contact with my husband and let him know when he would arrive at the destination. He was very friendly, very approachable, and kept us informed all along the way.

The driver did the move wonderfully. He couldn't get as close to the house to bring it to the doorway. So, he stopped on the road nearby and drove the vehicle to us. He did an extra good job. The quality of service is good and the vehicle got here quickly. Plus, Sherpa has a lower price than most of the other companies I looked at.

From the get-go, Sherpa is wonderful to deal with. They were very professional. They found a truck transport who was wonderful, very reputable, and delivered my car to Florida. He was wonderful to work with. So, everything was great. I would highly recommend them. I kinda knew the cost would be certainly what the cost was. So, it definitely fell in line with the length of the transport. So, I thought the cost was very reasonable. The communication was really good. In addition to the actual trucking company who picked up the job, I know Sherpa doesn't really have to deal with that, but they're great also. Carclusive was the company that picked it up.

Sherpa was fantastic. They did everything I asked them to do. They were more than professional and got me somebody that I needed right away and eliminated all that extra work for me. They got me a driver on time. They quoted me this price, and it wasn't any different to the final cost. I called them, they set it up, they called me and kept me posted on what was gonna happen, and when it was gonna happen. They gave me the name and the number of the transport company that they contracted to, and I worked through them at the end, and it worked out perfectly. I'd use them again. I transport a lot of cars all the time and this is the first time I used them.

We had Sherpa transport a car from Salt Lake City to Northern Kentucky. We couldn't communicate with the driver. I had to call the office of the trucking company, and he was able to give me updates. Overall, they did a good job. They did show up ahead of the scheduled time that they said that they would pick up the car, which created a little bit of a problem but they overcame that because the driver just had to wait around until the car was ready for pickup. They had to bleed the brakes on it. It was somewhat negligent on the part of the place that had my car, and somewhat negligent on the driver's part, because he came before he said he would. Other than that, everything went great. We would use Sherpa again.

I did a transport with Sherpa from Florida to Arizona and this was about 2,500 miles. The transport took approximately one week and everything went great.

I called them to transport my car from CA to SC. They were so friendly, provided all information, assured me they will not increase the price after confirming it and they will cover up to 300$ for any rate increase which was a relief after I had terrible experience with auto transport company that increased my rate one day before shipping dramatically (from $1100 to $1800) and refused to refund my deposit and on top billed me $500. I highly recommend using Sherpa. They assigned transport company within 24 hours that was very reliable and I received my car in excellent condition in a week. Again, highly recommended to use them.

The delivery was quick. 2 days from FL to PA. The delivery company was very professional. I was very satisfied with the delivery. I was told that the pickup was done professionally as well. I would use Sherpa again and also refer others to use them as well.

Of all of the services that I had to take advantage of in 2022, shipping my car was the best. Sherpa made the experience very easy end to end. Unlike other services that I had to use moving items back to Colorado. I would highly recommend them or shipping your car. Unbelievable!!

I spoke to Cam - who was very accommodating and helpful. We needed a quick transport and the tow driver was assigned by the next day. He picked up the car on 12/27/22 and delivered it on 1/4/23. No problems -- and we are very thankful for the help from Sherpa.

Sherpa was professional and they answered my questions and concerns. The pickup was Maryland, drop-off was Boston. It took two days. The driver stayed in communication with me those two days. He got into the residential area and dropped off the car.

The more I read about Sherpa Auto Transport, the more I thought that I better get one that wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but more than likely would be the most seamless. And that's how it was. They were great. Everything they did went smoothly. The driver called when he got nearby. Whoever did their dispatch had called me ahead. They had good communication. I don't see any need to use Sherpa again. But if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

When I reached out to Sherpa, I was able to align on an agreement and we carried forward with it. It was the most professional and efficient service that I had received, even though I don't generally use car carrier services. It very experienced. They did a 360° inspection of the vehicle prior to it being touched by them and then included also looking at the interior, making sure that everything functioned prior to touching it and moving it on to their rig. The cost in relation to quality of service was very, very adequate. If I had another need for transporting vehicles, I would definitely utilize them again.

I like the ease of use of their website. The rep that helped me out was also very good. I called them in the morning. I got the car shipped that afternoon. The final cost also didn't change. It was what they quoted was what I paid. Everything was fine.

Ruandy was the transport driver. He was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We just went through a bad storm which dumped 16 inches of snow. Not an easy job getting our vehicle on the truck. But he knew what he was doing, kept us informed and delivered the car in great shape. I would highly recommend him. I arranged to have my car transported from Minneapolis to Miami. As the car was in storage for over a year, it was not in running order (known and communicated during booking) and it also has very low ground clearance (4”). The driver, Ivan, was awesome! Great communication. Accurate time estimates. And, handled my car with great care.

Had my 66 Ford F100 transported from PA to CA. I was kept well informed about the delivery of my vehicle and when I would expect it to arrive. Vehicle arrived in the same condition during the transport. Second time I have used Sherpa.

Pick up and delivery were both on the early side of the timeframe even with nationwide weather. I called Sherpa multiple times to update my pickup date and drop location and was helped by friendly people. Good, clear emails were sent regarding the process as well.

The reps were wonderful and they made the process really simple. I was scared because the car was being shipped from my parents’ house to here in Maryland. It made me really comfortable talking to them and hearing what they offered and what they do. They went above and beyond what I expected. The quote was fair and it was lower than what I expected. The final cost changed a bit though the closer it got to the deadline. What I was quoted ended up being less than what I ended up paying. Other than that the delivery went really smoothly. The tech called me when he was 30 minutes out. Getting in touch with him was easy. I had his contact information just in case. The vehicle was all intact when it arrived.

Dealing with the reps from Sherpa was excellent and the delivery of the vehicle went very smoothly. The only hiccup was that the Sherpa representatives told me that they would give us a certain time window and it would be 12 hours before. They would let us know ahead of time. But we didn't find out when the car was going to be picked up until just right before it got picked up. I had to run around to make sure I was at the location. I wanted to know so we could plan our day a little better. Otherwise, the transport went great. Sherpa did very well.

This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle and your staff was very helpful. They answered all of my questions and responded promptly when I sent an email with additional questions! The scheduled pick up for my vehicle was delayed because of weather. The driver from Royal Auto Transport was able to pick up my car once the roads were cleared. He was punctual and we had no problems with the pick up or delivery of my vehicle.

It's fairly easy with Sherpa. I'd do it again. They are dependable. You can trust them with your vehicle. The guy took good care of my vehicle. Everything was there when they said it was gonna be there, and it was a quick load. They got it where it needed to be in a good time. It was a quick unload too. Sherpa has a provision where if they cannot get your vehicle picked up for the amount of money that they quoted you, they are going to pay up to a certain amount more without charging you that. I used the service one time, and it was totally trouble-free. I used it the second time, and it was perfect. I've used these people now three times and they're good. They know the product. They explain to you. Everything is also electronic. You are receiving some of the forms electronically, and you sign via email. Then you get a couple of text messages.

Sherpa had consistently good reviews about its reliability and ease to deal with and I experienced that. They told me that they charge a certain amount until they got a driver, and then they gave me a pick-up point, and instructions were very clear. They gave me the number of the driver throughout the way so I could check up on them. It was very fast, too. They got it in two days. It was faster than anticipated.

Their customer service was fine. I was staying in Washington D.C., and you're not supposed to have the transports in D.C.. So it was a little hard to try and find a mutually agreed upon place to deliver the car for transport, but it wasn't that big of a deal. But that was the only thing that was hard. But it wasn't anybody's fault. The driver picked it up on a Thursday night and I had it by Monday afternoon. He was great. I would certainly recommend Sherpa.

They've given the flexibility I had in the timeline. I had enough room. So, I wasn't too worried. They picked the car up within the first day of my window. So, that worked out really well, and the driver was pretty responsive. He drove pretty much through the night. So, the transport was about two days. The overall experience was really good. The price lock is the biggest thing. I didn't have to get surprised by anything. I was willing to pay a little extra just to make sure I have that. I was very happy.

Setting up with Sherpa was perfect. I was in the state where the vehicle was picked up and I had to drive to the state where the vehicle was dropped off. It was all done in one day because it was only six hours from one spot to the other. The reps got there a couple of minutes before we did and they were very cooperative. The driver said he would get the car off the truck and have it ready for me to go when I get there. And that was how it was. They were excellent.

Sherpa’s customer service was great but the delivery was delayed and it got complicated. The communication wasn't super great throughout the process with the actual transport company. Then up until the point I got my car, it was stressful. But the driver was a lovely man. I met him in the end and he was very hardworking. The cost was a little more expensive than some other people, but it got my car here. So, it worked.

My car was being transported somewhere, so I was a little nervous. But the representative ensured that everything will be followed up. He emphasized that I need to make sure I collect my bill of lading. He was very knowledgeable with everything, very nice and patient with all of my questions. The communication with the driver was good. I would just follow up with the text messages they would send. That helped well because I work night shift, so sometimes my communication can get thrown off or I could forget to look at a text message. But it helped going back and looking at the message that I missed.

The reps and I went over the quote, and they explained everything, including how the process and the pickup was gonna work. Everything was top notch. Also, the driver was polite, and he contacted me the day before, then about an hour before. It was good. We chose to just offload the car off the property, right by the gate, because he's got a big truck with a long trailer and getting in and out will be a little cumbersome for him. I was very nervous about how this experience could possibly go and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! Sherpa was amazing with communicating and letting me the status each step of the way prior to delivery. Though our first carrier cancelled due to truck problems, they communicated right away and had a new carrier booked within a day and didn't yank around our price like some others have been known to do. The only complaint I have is with the transporter themselves, they changed the pickup time 3 different times after my father in law had to drive 45 minutes in town to meet them so that part was a bit frustrating. However, once the car was picked up everything was smooth sailing! The car arrived earlier than expected and they took extremely good care of it and there were no issues whatsoever. I'd book with these guys again if I ever need to!

Took a little bit for the pickup time but worked out. Car arrived one day earlier than planned which was fine, could not drop off at my home, but did have a close by drop off, which worked out for all, I would contact them if needed in the future.

This is the second time I’ve used Sherpa to ship a vehicle. My experiences have been very smooth with zero worry or concern. It was very easy to communicate once the carrier was assigned. You do need to be somewhat flexible on timing. My only complaint would be that they would not even give an extra hour on the delivery end. As long as you know this going in, you shouldn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend this company.
