I looked at three other companies but I had some confidence in the way the Sherpa salesman I spoke to was talking so I chose them. I had my car at my friend's house and they told her when they would be there for the pickup. It ended up being the following day but that was fine. They were not able to get into the community, though, and my friend had to get someone to drive her to drop off my car and follow her so she could take her back. But I was very happy that they were able to drop it off at the house during the delivery. Sherpa was reliable and it was very nice to have kind of a sane area on the journey. The idea that I didn't have to think about it anymore made things much easier.

I was very skeptical to ship my daughter's car across the country. Sherpa put my mind at ease. They had a set price and would cover up to $300 if there was a difference in price from the driver. They were able to pick up the next day. When the driver contacted me, I asked if it was ok that we place more than 100lbs in the vehicle. He wanted us to be satisfied and said we could fill the car up! We were so grateful for that! (Drivers can’t always accommodate that). My daughter's car arrived about a week later in perfect condition - even her plants stayed alive for the journey. Cannot thank you enough!!

Experience was great from start to finish. The quote process was done in a matter of hours, I was booked with a carrier in 2 days, well within my target time and the delivery was done 2 days after that. Couldn't be happier. Communication was also great. No unnecessary calls or attempts to up-sell me. I will definitely use Sherpa again if I need to move a car.

The whole process was super easy and the communication was excellent. I knew every step of the way what was happening. Conway at Sherpa was excellent! Our driver got the car to the delivery destination 2 days early! Highly recommended.

On a Monday morning, while I was golfing, I was notified by Sherpa that a shipper had been found, and that they would contact me in about 24 hours. At 1pm that day the shipper called and wanted to pick up the car at 2pm. Yikes! I had to quit golf and race home to make the transfer. I would have preferred more advanced notification!

The driver said he would pick up the vehicle at a certain time and he was there. I was amazed at how fast they were able to cross the country with it. It was six days from Portland to Atlanta. Also, the driver was very helpful and it was seamless. I was very pleased.

Price was reasonable, BBB score was the best, rating on several different websites were outstanding. Sherpa kept me informed along the way, car arrived with no damage. Shipped from Monrovia Md to Gold Canyon Az 2,300 miles. Picked up on a Friday received on a Tuesday. Outstanding overall experience. I have another vehicle to ship and will be using them again soon. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and had some concerns/hesitation while researching. There were cheaper alternatives but I checked their BBB ratings as well as reviews, trust me, my advise to others is don’t take the lowest cost, do your research before selecting a broker. It matters. One of the lower cost alternative had an F minus with the BBB. The pics I attached are leaving Md and arriving in Az. I was surprised on arrival the vehicle was in the exact spot as when it left.

The car transport from Manhattan to Maine was the first time I ever did this. From my first phone call to Sherpa to inquire about the action until the delivery to my driveway, I was kept informed daily! They couldn't be nicer. I was not charged one cent more than the original quote! I was kept informed of the entire process from beginning to end and would not hesitate to do this again especially because it was cost-efficient and practical. However, I would only use Sherpa. Sherpa was great to work with from my initial contact on the web, then on the phone. They gave me a great price, to go along with quick pickup date and fast delivery date of my car. They also kept in contact via email and text to keep me abreast of what was going on.

I asked for quotes from a few companies. Sherpa had the easiest quote process and good follow up. It wasn't the cheapest option, but the price wasn't much more than the cheapest. Sherpa has a price guarantee, and that was helpful. There was good communication throughout the process, both via email and phone. My car was delivered quickly and in the same condition it was put on the truck.

I spoke with Dylan and he was kind, knowledgeable, and explained EVERY detail with me. I received an email everyday until they found a transporter at which time I received a phone call and email. I was nervous about the whole process, but speaking with Dylan was helpful.

A human answered the phone when I called Sherpa and they were nice to me. They were easy to talk to and communicate with. Some of the other companies were making some promises that couldn't necessarily be kept. But Sherpa was the kind who would say those things, but they're not going to make that promise unless they can actually do it. I set the transport up for mother-in-law and although everything was totally smooth and everything got delivered faster than expected, in perfect condition and was totally satisfied, the drivers who showed up didn't speak any English at all. So, there was a little bit of a communication barrier there, but they worked through it. The cost was exactly what I expected. It was all completely transparent.

Someone reached out to me from Sherpa after I went online and did a quote. They reviewed where the car needed to go and they suggested I increase the quote. I really needed to get the car out there. So, I took their advice. Everything worked well with Sherpa, and the people were really good. Daniel was the subcontractor and he was really good. He called me a couple of times. We met up in a parking lot near my house on Friday night at 11:00 p.m. so he could get on his way. It all worked out really well. My daughter didn't mention anything about any issues getting the car.

The customer service reps from Sherpa were straightforward, which I appreciated. I could get directly to the person I spoke with. Everything they said made sense and what they said turned out to be exactly the way it was. The final cost was reasonable. It was a little bit better than some other services. The pick-up to drop-off was very specific to the time frames they provided. It was five days. And the driver was very prompt and communicative.

Sherpa's reps have been amazing from beginning to end. The driver was amazing, too. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with SHERPA. The car transporter was the best. Love Jesse and he took the time to go to my home which was in a spot that was difficult to get his rig through. Excellent customer service, on timely manner. They promised me to pick my car in three days after I called them and sure thing it was picked within the time frame they promised. They provided me the name of the transport company as well as the driver's information. Car was delivered on time.

I tried several companies, but only Sherpa delivered what was promised. The price they give you is competitive, and it's the price you pay, no surprises. Pickup and delivery were seamless. It was so hard to get straight talk from the other shippers.

The cost was reasonable and the pick-up was fine. Sherpa had to work with me a little bit. So, we ended up having to leave it with somebody else. But the sales rep worked with me with trying to solve the problem and I appreciated that.

They quoted a fair price and stuck to it. The drivers were in touch a day before and an hour before arriving. They were efficient in pick up and delivery. Paperwork was simple. Car arrived in good condition. Much better than the other company we used to transport our other vehicle last month.

Scheduling my vehicle to be shipped was fast and easy. My pickup date was on my earliest date selected and delivered faster than I expected, which was a plus! I appreciated the updates and ease of communication. The only thing that may be an issue for some is the need to be available when the driver calls and says he is at the drop off location.

The rep from Sherpa was very helpful. It was a great experience. The driver picked up the vehicle from my house in Houston and then dropped it off to me in Reno. I had to meet them in a parking lot because the truck was a little bit too big to fit on the side streets. The driver did very well. He kept in touch and picked up early and dropped the vehicle off early too. People should go for Sherpa. They’re easy to deal with and there are no hidden fees. So, what you see is what you get. Their quote was great. If it's going to be more expensive, I'd rather know that upfront.

After getting several quotes from several shippers I hired Sherpa to transport my F150 4X4 from Mechanicsburg PA to Vienna ME. They picked the truck up on Saturday afternoon and delivered it early next AM! I am 110% satisfied with their service! We had a great experience with Sherpa auto shipping. They did choose a holler that hauled a vehicle, without any hiccups or damage to my vehicle. It arrived in a timely manner. The only hiccup was communication, the driver didn’t speak very good English so communication was somewhat difficult. And the delivery driver did want to meet at one or 2 AM, but we agreed together for a 6 AM pick up of the car.

Requested enclosed transport and car arrived clean, quickly, and with no issues. Driver was courteous and helpful. Truck was unable to negotiate our neighborhood so driver suggested a nearby store where we met to complete the pickup. Car was shipped cross country.

What can I say? I was skeptical about that experience, but it was effortless. From the time I setup an account, picked up the shipping date, Sherpa finding and assigning the driver, picking up their car, and getting my car 2 days later from FL to OH. Great experience. I can’t remember for the life of me what the driver's name was that towed my car.. but whoever he is, KEEP HIM! He was seriously kindest man. He was very good about communicating where he would be and estimating when my car would be there. Not to mention he got my car all the way from Arizona to South Carolina in a matter of days. Sherpa has great customer service, the best prices, and awesome carriers. Highly recommend if you ever need to move your car long distances.

Very pleased on how quickly my car was picked up and delivered to me. The car was picked up on a Thursday, in Ma., and delivered to me in Florida on Monday. The driver of the truck was very nice young man. All in all, very pleased. And will be using them again.

It was an unusual vehicle that we were transporting and Sherpa was extremely helpful with the measurements. So, it was seamless. They picked up in North Dakota on a Friday and it came on Monday after the following week. My son handled the pickup and then, I heard from the driver the day or two before he thought he was going to be here and periodically, to coordinate the time. We have a company here that has big trucks coming and going. So, he was able to meet me here at 6:00 in the morning and drop the truck off. It went smoothly and perfectly, and he was off within 15 minutes. I would recommend Sherpa. When my son comes back from Korea, we'll probably use them again to ship the stuff out to Tucson.

I had Sherpa ship a car from Washington State to Virginia and the only minor hitch, which wasn't a big deal, was that the pickup was delayed a couple of days. The driver kept me informed about what was going on. He was having some issues with his rig. Once they got it, he got the car across the country pretty fast. If somebody had a car to ship, I'd tell them about Sherpa. The people I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I had a question a couple of days after I had a booking and I sent an email and I got a really fast response.

Follow-up email communication was thorough, prompt, & backup email worked well when I needed Customer Service but phones were busy. ** likewise communicated promptly and delivered our vehicle in only 2 days, which surprised us (FL to TX). I had called quite a few transport companies and Most of them felt were trying to hide prices, fees, or scheduling issues until you had paid them. Called Sherpa, they were clear with the pricing, communicated quickly, and had my car here two days earlier than expected. The driver was good and able to work with me on the delivery to make sure it went smooth for both of us. I don't expect to need to do this again, but if I did I would use Sherpa to coordinate.

They kept communication going daily with emails, letting me know that they were working on finding a driver. The driver was efficient and showed up exactly when he said he would. You under promised and over delivered. When I called to make arrangements to have my new 2023 vehicle shipped from Michigan to Arizona, I was expecting to for pickup between 5 -7 business days. You picked up my automobile within 2 days and delivered to Arizona in 2 days. We would definitely recommend SHERPA for auto transports.

The communication with the Sherpa rep was good and the driver came to pick up my car exactly when they said they would. The odd thing was that they had a trailer that was a tri-axle trailer, but it was missing a wheel. I asked him about it and he said they couldn't get the right bearings. I trusted him to go and they took off for Florida and they got there exactly as they said they would and unloaded it, and everything was fine. They knew exactly where they were and when they were going to get there and when they got there.

Excellent service. The driver, Devon **, with Logue Logistics, went above and beyond his obligations. Very polite and a service with no comparison. He was punctual and careful; he made sure our vehicles were properly tied down and hooked all the time making sure there was no damage to the cars. It took him only one day to deliver our vehicles and was patient for us to arrive to deliver the cars.

The communication was great. The driver and I texted a lot and we talked a couple of times. The drop-off point was at my house. The pick-up point was a convenient location for my daughter. It took six days. It was very easy. The car was undamaged, but dirty, which is what I expected to drive 2,000 miles across the country. Also, the quote was exactly where it ended up being.

The driver was professional, helpfu,l easy to deal with and constantly in communication. The car was delivered safely and timely to a location within a mile of the house. We would use this service again and would happily recommend it to others.

This was well handled from the start and the price dead on competitive. I was communicated with at the appropriate intervals. Sherpa also made good on the price quote even tho the driver took a larger share of the price than was expected. I will use them again.

I called Sherpa Auto Transport and I got somebody. It was a person who spoke English. That made me happy because I felt we were communicating. And we had a discussion. He told me how it all worked and how much it would cost. We talked about dates. And somehow they got back to me. They set it up. It was very smooth. They told me there would be a driver. Somebody said he would call. I got anxious about the whole thing. Because I'm in the middle of Manhattan. My car is in a garage. I can drive it where they need to. But how would I do it in the middle of Manhattan? The driver called me up and said, "I'll be there in the blah, blah, minutes". And I went over to the garage and got the car. And I thought, "What am I going to do? I'm going to have to park it somewhere. And then I'm gonna find a parking space.”

I was very pleased with each of the drivers from point A to point B. Notifications were timely and informative. I would certainly recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. No issues or complaints with my transport.

It took maybe 2 days to find a carrier, which is reasonable. The communication with the carrier is also good. The car arrived 1 day earlier than expected when I just landed at the destination. I chose Sherpa because of their price-fix feature and my experience is good. The driver didn't charge any additional fee.

Service and communication was great, only down part they don't give specified time for pick up, had to wait till driver to contact you for pick up, it means I have to stay by my car in case when they call. Other than that was a good experience.

I was a little concerned about shipping my car across country as everyone I talked to had a horror story about this process. So, I started to read reviews / articles online and Sherpa came out on the top of my list based on their no ** quote process (ie not an estimate but a firm quote using their top rated / screened drivers). They were so good and clear on their quote, pick up window, and drop off window – I went with them based on my first call. Sherpa and the driver kept in touch with me through the whole process and my car got delivered a day early. I would differently use Sherpa in the future for my car shipment needs – highly recommended.

The customer service representatives at Sherpa were great. The quote was good. It didn't seem as wishy-washy as some of the places I'd used three years ago that were like, "We'll put it out for a bid, but we don't know exactly..." Also, there was a little flexibility in there that it may have to go up a little, but it was all really clear in the beginning. The delivery went great. The driver was way better than I thought they would have been since I had done a service previously. The guy that came this time was amazing. He came right where we needed him to come. He was professional. He was quick. I was impressed with my initial contact with Sherpa, but then the actual driver who came was great.

I was assigned a carrier quickly and communication with both Sherpa and the transport company was superior. The carrier was fantastic, on time, and kept me informed throughout. The vehicle arrived on time as promised at an agreed upon location. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing these services and will definitely use again.

Sherpa was good at finding an available driver, and at communicating status updates up until they found a driver. Then, the communication was very poor. I received an email and a voicemail indicating that they had found a driver that would arrive in the next 48 hours. That is a big time window when for which I was trying to coordinate both pick up and delivery. I call Sherpa only to sit on hold and never speak with a live person. The next MAJOR issue is that the driver spoke very little English, and at first, would only communicate via email. Once I was able to get his cell number, the communication improved slightly. The actual transport was smooth, quick and without incident.

Great experience. Driver provided excellent communication. Will definitely use again in the future. Price is very good and I appreciated the $100 rebate for being a return customer (although I don’t think I’ve received it yet). I also referred a friend and they were very happy with the service.

They are absolutely great. The sub-contractor drivers are absolutely awesome, and conscious of everything. I am definitely using them again. Was able to transport two vehicles this time. I bought a truck in Indiana and I needed to bring it to Texas. Sherpa's reps were really helpful and their price was very much lower than the ones that we got. The communication was pretty good and the guy that was driving the trailer texted me when he picked up my vehicle. He couldn't bring my truck to my house because it's a residential area. So, he met me at an AutoZone. Other than that, the delivery was very on time and my truck arrived in an amazing condition because he came in a little enclosed trailer.

Car arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. The gentle was very kind and willing to do whatever was needed to get the car on to the property. He had to drive it in, because his truck was too big. He explained that I could have used Zelle instead of having to have all cash.

Greatly exceeded expectations. Prior to pick-up, I had to make some minor delivery changes. My Sherpa agent communicated the info to the carrier immediately and related that information quickly back to me. Throughout communication was excellent. The carrier even provided tracking. It was fun to watch its progress across the country. My truck was delivered ~1400 miles away, a day ahead of schedule, and in PERFECT condition. Do not hesitate to use. They are the best in the business.

I was impressed with the first phone call. They are very friendly and yet right to the point. Their quote was also very competitive so for these 2 reason, I gave them a try. I'm so glad I did. They kept their word at every point. My car was picked up on a Wednesday in Central Florida and it was delivered to rural southern Idaho on Friday evening, yes in the same week. Be aware if you get a quote you will get HARRASSED non-stop by their sales dept. Multiple calls, texts and emails every day. I had to block their emails and phone #s to get them to stop. I WAS going to use their services but because they were so aggressive I went with a different car shipper.

Good experience, I could not have driven out and brought it back myself any cheaper. Truckers were in contact all during the haul and brought it right to my door. The truck was in excellent condition and if I had to move another vehicle I would use them again.

This was my first car transport experience and it went just as promised. This was after a first failed attempt with a different broker. The actual transport company were excellent communicators and my car arrived on time in good condition.

I couldn't be happier from the time the agent got a hold of me and it was at 9:30 at night when I first submitted it. Everything was right on target. I flew to California from North Carolina in order to be present when they got the car and it was here within a week of me getting back home to North Carolina. The car was picked up from the seller within 2 days of the transaction with Sherpa and delivered within 4 days of the pickup. The trip was 2144 miles and was handled in an enclosed trailer by Eight Brothers Inc. During the transport, I didn't hear anything from Sherpa until later that day. So, that could have been better. It would have been a little easier to have a one-day heads-up. The transport was from Florida to Oregon, which was 3,000 miles ad it took 10 days. Sherpa told me what to expect and the driver arrived earlier of their range. I was happy with Sherpa.

Needed my wrecked vehicle hauled from Atlanta, GA to Davenport, IA and from initial contact with Sherpa only had to wait a few days in order for the delivery to happen. It was the least expensive company out of about four companies I contacted.

There was good communication between the driver and me. The only hiccup was the pickup location wasn't my apartment complex. It was nine minutes away, which was fine because the driver paid for an Uber to take me back to my apartment. It was also a couple of hours behind what the original pickup time was, which put me a little bit behind. I had to shift my work schedule around to accommodate the late pick up. But other than that, it was great.

I used Sherpa to ship my brand new Jeep Wrangler from Tennessee to California. I was super hesitant to have it shipped but timing issues left me with no choice but to. After a lot of research Sherpa seemed to be the best but was still skeptical. However I had a fantastic experience with Sherpa! I had to push my pickup date out twice due to paperwork and the team super responsive and understanding. Keep in mind Sherpa is a broker so they will find a new driver/carrier if you push out a bit. I broke down at a resort about 300 miles from home and I had no way to do anything and didn't know anybody. I got online and looked for people. I called about 10 different brokers. They just pestered me and told me they get cheaper. That doesn't happen in that business. You can't guarantee that unless you own the truck yourself. Sherpa's customer service, on the other hand, was totally transparent about everything, how the transport brokerage works, and that you can get it cheaper. But if you do it cheaper, the truckers aren't going to want to do it.

I contacted three companies and Sherpa was the first one to respond to my request. I went with them, even though they were a little more expensive, because they made it easy for whatever reason that was at the time. The driver came and he was cordial. He picked up the vehicle and dropped it off in the same way, and I was pleased. I put in for a rebate and I haven't received that yet. They had a $100 rebate going at the time that I assume that takes a little bit of time. So I assume it'll be coming. But Sherpa did everything I needed it to do without any complications.

We had a field vehicle that needed to be moved from one project location to another. The transport was from Corpus Christi to El Paso. I got quotes from four or five different logistics companies. Sherpa was one of the cheapest and I wanted to go with them because they offered $300 to cover any unexpected fees from the driver. Every single one of those other logistics carrier companies was calling me and emailing me nonstop saying that Sherpa wouldn't do it and that they weren't going to get somebody for that price. But Sherpa ended up meeting our expectations at the price I was quoted and not a dollar more. Sherpa is a broker, but it found a transporter that was wonderfully accommodating — picking up my car in Sausalito and delivering it in Tucson on a tight schedule to coincide with my flight’s arrival from SFO to TUS. It was a far better experience than driving.

The driver I had was flexible. He had some issues getting there at the time we originally agreed on but he was able to reschedule around it, so it worked out great. The car was good when it arrived and I was told that there was a free carwash. They didn't do it and I have to do it but I didn't. In the end, everything worked well. I got my car and I was happy.

Sherpa was rated the highest by far, and it was only 300 bucks difference at most. So, I was happy to pay the 1,100. I can get 100 back. They explained it from the get-go, 1,100, and I can supposedly get 100 back. Because I called them. I rescheduled it two different times. It took three weeks to get it back from the original when I started and they were very good to me. They put up with the thing. They sent me a lot of emails or texts, but it's okay. So, the third Friday, we got it done.

Pickup and delivery both arrived a day earlier than estimated and drivers were also very friendly! I shipped my car from Louisiana to Washington state and car was delivered in the exact same condition as when it was picked up.
