I needed to move a vehicle that I had sold recently. Sherpa had a guaranteed price option. I paid a little bit more for that guarantee option, but I felt more comfortable as a senior citizen moving a vehicle with a guarantee like that. I reached out to them two weeks in advance, knowing an approximate date that I needed, and they assured me that they would be able to move the vehicle, it just needed a certain calendar to work with. The following week, they started looking for that movement. Within three days, I received a call and they made the arrangements and away it went. Dan, the rep I worked with, was excellent.

Sherpa wasn't the cheapest, but I also know that sometimes the cheapest is not the best and I wanted a reliable service. In the way they presented the information on their website, the way they spoke to me on the phone, and the reviews that I read, everything lined up with the reliability and the price point. I've shipped a few cars over the years and I've had instances where you're quoted something and then it goes up, or there are issues and they can't find a driver. But I didn't have any of that with Sherpa. The fact that you know that the price you're quoted is pretty much the price that you're going to pay, it's a big deal. It's nice to have set costs.

Sherpa was able to lock in my price, was responsive in the handful of times I called them leading up to the transportation, and facilitated and easy handoff between the carrier and different people on the dropoff and handoff side.

The communication with the driver was excellent. He told me what day he was going to pick the car up and approximately what time. I met him at the parking lot and he was there within five minutes of the time he said he'd be there. So that worked out real well. The driver moved the car in a parking lot so that he could load it easily there, and then they drove it out here to Colorado on the day we got here. We flew out and on the day we got here, the car was here. The cost was a little more than I thought it would be, but it is what it is. It was 2,000 miles. Everything went according to the timing that we had set up. The only problem was the car was all dirty but Sherpa said they would pay for a car wash.

It went as well as I hoped it would. I had a vehicle shipped and everything happened as advertised. The shipper called and said they could pick up the car early and even delivered ahead of schedule. It cost what I was quoted and all was just fine!

When I talked to Sherpa on the phone, they were very clear and specific about everything. They seemed trustworthy. I liked that. I also liked how they covered any other cost. So all I really had to pay them was $300. The quote was very accurate, and the final price was cheaper. The transport took exactly 10 days, which they told me. The first guy who picked up the car was very nice, but he did not speak any English so it was a little confusing to stay in contact with him. But then they ended up switching it off with this other guy, and he was really good at communicating. It was really easy. He dropped off right in front of my place in San Diego. It was good. Overall, they did a really great job.

I found Sherpa after being scammed by a different company. Besides being completely professional & friendly, the rep from Sherpa was up front about the process & the pricing. The entire price with them went smoothly & painlessly. I would recommend to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.

My son is in the navy and he was being deployed. He wanted his car home. Sherpa got back to me first and I was reading reviews and, for the reviews for the most part, they had some quality reviews. The process was good because it was very tricky. My son was working and it had to be where he could get the vehicle to them. We wanted to do it during the holiday, but I had a feeling that was gonna be slim pickings and it was. So, everything started to happen as soon as the holiday was over, but then my son was back to duty and in the navy. They stuck to the quote they gave me. Delivery was great. The driver was a little late, but he called and let me know that he was gonna be a little late.

I had a very great experience dealing with Sherpa. Everything happened just as they stated. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The price was very reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous including the truck driver.

I had Sherpa bring my BMW M2 Competition to my house. Their rep called me after I looked up some prices online, and she was super nice on the phone and was very friendly. We talked while we did all the stuff that we needed to do to get the transport all scheduled. It was enjoyable being on the phone with her. One of the reasons why I went with Sherpa was because I wasn't being bombarded with text messages and calls and annoying kind of marketing speech. They were just really personable. At first, I wasn't a huge fan of their quote because it was much more expensive than when I shipped a car last year. It was just kinda baffling, but I talked to her about the reasoning and the current market, and she helped me to understand it. Also, I wanted to go with someone that wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but someone I can trust a very expensive car with. So, that was kinda what led me to be okay with the price of the shipment.

We chose Sherpa for several different reasons. I liked the price, the people that I spoke with were so nice, and the reviews online were fantastic. Setting up the transport was super easy. Everybody that I dealt with was very accommodating. Sherpa gave me a window to find a driver and I was getting really nervous about that, especially because my parents lived in a tiny town in Mesquite, Nevada. We were moving them from Nevada to Michigan and we needed to have their car transported because it was in the winter and we didn't think that we'd be able to drive it.

Had at least a dozen quotes for transporting my car from Atlanta to Brooklyn. I chose Sherpa mostly because of their reviews. Sherpa was not the least expensive quote but after talking with them about how they vet their carriers I felt comfortable. They did not disappoint. They found a carrier in just a few days and they made the trip overnight. The carrier did a good job of loading and securing my vehicle which arrived in Brooklyn with no damage. I’ve already referred a friend to Sherpa and I would use them again.

I requested covered transport. I assumed that would be tough to find and I didn’t hear from them for a little bit. But all in all, once they got it, communication was good. The driver has English-language speaking issues, but he did a good job. The delivery worked out perfectly. It went exactly as expected. When I called the driver when he'd be here, he showed up when the delivery was going to be.

Getting the transport scheduled with Sherpa was fairly straightforward. I had to contact customer service a couple of times because I had moved my moving date forward about two months at one point. Everything had to change. Rescheduling was quite a bit more complex than scheduling. But the interactions I had were pleasant. The instructions in the email were very clear about exactly what I needed. The guy showed up, unloaded my Toyota Prius from the tow truck, and I handed him the money. From pickup to drop-off, it was about a week which was impressive considering it was out of winter.

Sherpa's customer service person, Sam, was very nice. I called several times because I had to reschedule and she was very helpful. The driver was also very kind and everything went smoothly. The driver picked up my car right in front of my apartment in Detroit and he delivered it near my new apartment here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was hassle-free.

We had worked with Sherpa in the past. Recently, we needed to get our car across the country and we chose them again. It was good communication. They're a broker agency, so there are different individuals that are transporting vehicles across. But both were professional and did a good job. They found a safe place to be able to park the vehicle and got it unloaded.

I like that Sherpa guaranteed the transport within five days or they gave you $300 towards it. The driver kept in touch with me. He called me when he was gonna get to the delivery point. He called me when he was two hours out and texted me when he was a half an hour out, that way I could leave work. The vehicle got delivered right to my door. It was clean for traveling as far as it did. They give you a $20 voucher towards car wash if you send in a receipt. That was another thing that I liked. Sherpa was excellent. I'd use them again.

The person I talked to was very upfront with me about the fees and the process. The driver was very congenial and met us in a place that was easy to get to and load the car. It was the same on the other end of the shipment. It went really well.

It worked out well for me. The driver was respectful of my vehicle. And the communication was constant with him. They let me know where they were, what they were doing and when they would be there. Also, they picked it up on time. They delivered it with no damages on the time they promised. The cost was a bit high, but it wasn't a cheap vehicle, so it was worth it to me. It was taken care of nicely. So, I was very pleased. I would do it again with Sherpa.

The quote was fine and on point. The driver's communication was fantastic. He kept in touch with me all the time. He and his assistant were both very nice. The delivery was perfect. He came very close to the building where I am and was very careful taking the other cars because mine was the last one in the truck. He was kind enough to deliver mine before the other one. Also, he did it in the middle of a snowstorm. It was incredible to see the cars coming out of the truck and how careful he was.

Excellent service, delivery was fast. At first I thought buying a car 1600 miles away was a crazy idea but it turned out smooth and easy - plus I got exactly what I wanted. Sherpa kept me informed the whole time the car was is transport, an excellent interface to the transport guys who also did a proper job. At first I thought the price was a little steep, but in the end it was money well spent.

We had them ship our Chrysler Crossfire sports car. I had one problem when we were trying to define the pickup, who's picking it up and when and when is this going to happen. The first person I interacted with was not very sympathetic to my situation. But after that, it was much better. It's initially not so good, but it straightened right up.

Car was picked up and delivered exactly within timeframe Sherpa provided. All the way from Connecticut to Denver. People were nice and responsive when I called. You do have to take a leap of faith with all these type of brokers, because pick up often does go right up to the wire. However, Sherpa did use their "sweeten the pot" contribution (a portion of their $300 fee) of 75$ to get an auto transport commitment. This whole process is not very high tech, but it does work well. I did call around and everyone seemed competitive within a couple of hundred dollars. This was the first time I ever shipped a car, and if I ever have to do this again, there's no reason to go anywhere else. I know some people claim they had issues, but I'm willing to bet that those are anomalies. Nothing is ever 100% but as far as my experience, I'm 100% satisfied with their service.

The booking process was very straightforward. They understood my request for an enclosed carrier with a lift gate, since the vehicle I was purchasing was very low to the ground. The driver was very careful and delivered my car several DAYS before I expected it to arrive. What a great surprise and amazing service all around.

I reached out to Sherpa to handle the logistics of moving my vehicle from FL to NJ. First time using a vehicle transport and they answered all my questions and I had many. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I requested Door to door service since dropping the vehicle off and picking it up at a lot was not something I could do. I had some personal items in the back and it arrived exactly how it was stored. The communication was great and they made sure the process was clear all the way to delivery. It was a very positive experience especially being my first time doing this. I would definitely use them again.

My only negative is that their telephone puts you on hold for long periods before it tells you there are no call responders & to call back later. I looked at and talked to many different companies, and I would get my vehicle faster using Sherpa. I didn't do expedited, but it was kind of expedited. The other companies had a four to six-day window where they would pick it up and then it was a four to six-day window when they would drop it off. That Friday, Sherpa was telling me that they would either pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. I didn't have to pay the deposit until they got a driver. It was Friday when they got the driver.

I purchased a Nissan Altima for my son in North Carolina and I'm in Massachusetts. We had one that he really liked and it rusted out. So, I wanted to make him happy. I looked at a pile of transport companies. Sherpa had one of the best prices and everything was pretty clearly outlined. The whole process was pretty awesome. We were told everything upfront. The car came quicker than what was expected, which was a little bit of a problem because I had arranged the whole thing and I wanted to be here. I would use Sherpa again most definitely. They gave me a week delivery and they did it in three days. The driver got a little terse with me about the bill of lading. But otherwise, he kept me posted on his arrival time and it was great. When the company did the estimate, they followed through. They were very efficient and pleasant. I thought it was going to be more and it ended up being less. And it was the cheaper option that I found with a competitive company which did not have great reviews.

I had a wonderful experience with Sherpa. I was very pleased with the service, the driver, and the whole process. It's my first time having to do something like that and I was very pleased. The driver's name was Sergio, and the person who helped me was Gary. They really kept me up-to-date on everything. I was really concerned about price, too, because I didn't have a lot of money to be paying for a transport, but it was a lot cheaper than having to come here and buy a new car.

So, I live in a somewhat remote area Casper WY. It's not easy to get a driver to make this extra leg of the trip. Delivery to Denver for example would be easy but Casper is another 250 miles north. I anticipated that it would take a while to find a driver and even though there was one false start with a driver who committed to the pick-up but then decided he did not have room for my car, Sherpa guides stuck with me and in short order did get a driver who braved miserable weather and road closures to get the vehicle here in good conditions. The price quoted was what was paid. They held firm for me (and I think ate some cost) to make this happen. All is well, thank you Sherpa. I would use this service again.

We had done the same thing the year before. It was a bit more expensive this year, but it was because of the gas prices. So, it was a reasonable quote. It would be the price regardless. I found it to be simple. Driver communication was fantastic. I had left the state prior to the pickup, so the driver was accommodating and was able to go and pick up the car on her own, which I appreciated. Pickup was not quite as smooth, but I'm not upset about it. There was a bit of a language barrier, so that was the only issue there, but that's not a big deal to me. It was tough communicating with the driver. But once we started texting, it was easier. The car came in good time. The driver was accommodating. My car showed up in perfect condition. It was a reliable service and I would use Sherpa again if I had to move back to North Carolina.

I liked Sherpa's mid-range price and they were really helpful when I was emailing back and forth and talking to them on the phone. The driver was really great. We wanted it done enclosed because of the age of the car. So, we assumed it was gonna be one of the bigger transports, but it was like a toy hauler that could haul two cars. It was a nice truck. They even got here a little ahead of schedule. The other guy couldn't speak very good English, but he had a translator on his phone so it was really easy and he was the nicest guy and made sure that we were happy with it. There was nothing wrong with the car. He was very careful pulling it out. So, it was a great experience all around. In fact, it was so nice that we gave him a really big tip.

Sherpa had very strong reviews online and my initial conversation with them were informative and very thorough. So, it seemed like a good choice. I needed to transport a car from California to Northern Vermont and it went extremely well. The driver was fantastic. He communicated often, knew where things were at, gave updates, and worked with us on the drop-off time at a time that was convenient for us as well as him. Also, we got a very fair price. Based on some of the quotes I had seen, it wasn't the cheapest quote, but it seemed fair for the level of service and the outcome. So, in general, if I had to choose again, I would choose the same exact one.

They made all the arrangements with our friend in Florida for him to meet the truck to load the vehicle. They did all the legwork for us and we didn't even have to think about it.

I had the car all packed up, and then he put it on the truck and took off. He texted me twice and said he was on schedule and he should be here by Monday. He was on track. He called me and told me that he was half an hour out. I met him here at the apartment and he let my car off the truck. After that, I paid him, and we said thank you and goodbye. I didn't owe him any extra money.

He picked up the vehicle one day later but that was okay because I wasn't in a hurry to get it. He called to let me know that my car was here. If I ever know anyone else who needs to transfer their car, I'll definitely let them know about Sherpa.

The transport went well. The pickup was a couple of blocks from our house and their driver Vitali was there on time. It took four days and communication with him was good all the way through. He was very competent and professional.

We called several transportation companies. But when called Sherpa Auto Transport it felt right immediately that we called the right company. They did exactly as they said they would do. I would call them again if need them. They didn’t charge me until they found a driver and didn’t charge more because the driver wanted more.

Sherpa customer service was excellent in explaining the importance of transport features such as insurance, benefits, bill of lading. They always responded my calls with courtesy and clarified my doubts at any time. The assigned drivers/company (Higher level transporting LLC) were also nice and responsible. Both Sherpa and Higher level transport were very responsible all throughout. My SUV arrived in perfect shape and within the delivery window regardless of the awful weather conditions at the time. The total price of my transport was very fair for the awesome service that I received. And costs were not affected even though I asked Sherpa to move the pick up for an earlier date. Definitely recommend!

Sherpa had the best price on the internet to transport my car across the country, so I was hesitant of what to expect. However, I got first class work: excellent communication from both the company and the carrier on both ends, quick turn around time and great communication from the transport driver. I would def. use this company again. Thank you for making something that could have been very stressful one of the easiest parts of my move across the country.

Setting up the transport was pretty good. They were clear about the rates and fees. Initially the quote they gave was a little high. So, I told them, "Can you reduce the cost a little bit?". They gave me a different time window where the cost would be a little less and I opted for that because I was not in a hurry. That timeline worked pretty well. When the vehicle was picked up, the mover called me one day before. I was also notified one day before they were gonna make the delivery. It was delivered within the time window they gave on the day. There was no damage to the car.

The transport with Sherpa was good. The only downside was that it took a little while to get an actual carrier. It didn't get assigned until quite close to the deadline. But it all worked out in the end. The driver provided a timeline and he was right on the money. He was a really nice guy. From Fort Myers, he picked it up in Granada Hills, Los Los Angeles. He said it would take only three days, but it ended up taking four. But, we were here in time. They were great to work with.

Sherpa shipped my dad's '66 Mustang from California to North Carolina. Picked it up on time, the fifth day. They said there's a five-day window. They picked it up on the fifth day, which I was happy about. It didn't ship out until much later, which I was a little worried about. But it seemed okay and it got delivered just fine and in great condition. The communication with the driver was also fine. He texted us and told us he was nearby. He also texted us and told us when he was leaving California. They did a good job. Everyone was friendly. However, they could be a little bit better between the time they picked it up, the time after they left California and let me know when it was gonna come out. But, it was over the holidays and I told them there was no rush. Other than that, everything else was smooth.

It was good in the beginning via phone call. There were emails too but there was one email that was a little short and curt that came out. The delivery didn't go quite as smooth. I was told by Sherpa that I would get notice 12 to 24 hours in advance of the vehicle showing up to my house. But the driver ended up texting me an hour and a half before the vehicle got to my house. It would have been nice to get a better idea of when they were going to show up at my doorstep. The kid that brought the vehicle didn't speak very good English. I get why he didn't want to communicate well. That's something that the car transport company should have done through their headquarters. Other than that, it was fine. The vehicle was in excellent shape. They did a great job of transporting it.

Had 2 vehicles shipped and was happy with both transporters, cars were picked up when setup and cars were delivered on time. Had no issues with Sherpa or the transport companies that were used thru their company. Both vehicles were handled with care when loading and unloading and drivers were courteous to both seller and buyer.

I initially contacted Sherpa to get pricing to transport my vehicle from Savannah, GA to Vallejo, CA on 12/01/22. I spoke with Amanii the best customer service agent EVER! Unfortunately, I chose a different carrier because they gave me a lower quote. My vehicle was not picked up in January as promised. I arrived in Vallejo on 01/08/23, I contacted Sherpa again on 01/09/23, spoke with Amanii, he scheduled my transport and I received my vehicle on 01/17/23!! The carrier was amazing. I would highly recommend Sherpa.

Everybody was kind and courteous. They listened. So I had no issue whatsoever. Sherpa was perfect. The company that got the run was picking up the vehicle on a Monday. On Tuesday, I received an email from the dealership stating that my LoJack was now up and running and to sign on and get my password and how to download the app. After I had done all of this, I thought of checking to see where my Cadillac Escalade was but it hadn't moved. It was over 24 hours since they picked it up, and it will be delivered to me by Wednesday as told by the carrier that picked up the run.

I always try to go with the local guys first. But I was unsuccessful around the Spokane area. A few of them that I talked to weren't interested. I looked at six transport companies and Sherpa had the better ratings. One national company gave me one quote and came back with something that was much higher. Sherpa, on the other hand, stuck with what they quoted me with and they were able to get it done. The total transport from the West Coast to the East Coast took five or six days. They gave me a date and they went a day over, but it wasn't a big deal for me because I wasn't on any time constraints. I had contact on pick-up, the day before delivery, and the day of delivery.

I needed to move a Lexus across the country through Sherpa and their customer service was very good. The reps explained the expenses and why. Then, the driver was excellent and careful. He brought the car right to the house. He said he was right in the development and put it right there. So, I couldn't compliment him enough. The price was fair and it was more than I was hoping, but so is everything we buy. In the end, they did exactly what they said they were going to do pretty much to the letter, so it's all you can ask for.

Sherpa's reps were very good. Pickup and drop-off was from my house to a friend's house, and the whole transport took 72 hours at most. The car arrived intact, but the floor and the driver's seat were a bit dirty, like there was some mud from the guy's shoes. But that was fine. The price I paid was the same as the quote I was given but it was a bit expensive.

Sherpa did a wonderful job for me. They had a good price. They were well-orchestrated and checking up, making sure everything's okay and things are flowing well. If I had an issue, I was able to call them and they were able to flow and circulate around issues to help everything work out. Most transport companies are pretty much like Uber - they set up the drivers but don’t have much control over those drivers or what they do. I’ve shipped several vehicles with other companies and usually get a call that a driver needs an extra $100 from what was contracted. It’s usually right before pickup so you’re forced into it. I’ve had one vehicle dropped off at 3 am on a public road and received a text at 9 am - got to my car just before tow truck arrived. My expectations were low but Sherpa was awesome. Rep assured me they don’t keep drivers on their list that do what I experienced. Price is guaranteed not to change and there were no surprises there. They worked to meet my schedule needs and met them. Driver was thorough and communicated well. We won’t use anybody else moving forward.

Sherpa kept me in the loop as far as when the transport was going to happen. But after you make the initial contact, they should let the customer know how quickly the pick-up could happen. Because it was almost too quick. I did it one night, and then the next day it was accepted. It is not a bad thing. But I just needed to know. Other than that, the service was fine. The driver didn't seem to speak English very well. So we spoke through a translator on his phone. When I first got the initial text from him, it was very broken English. So I was kind of concerned about who it was. The text said, “I'm a truck driver, and I'm at this point." But I saw the email that I had received from the customer service agent and then I realized what it was. I texted him back and we worked it out. The price lock was fine. But I thought that they were going to send me something to get a $200 rebate and I haven't received that.

The two people I dealt with were amazing. They were informative when they were gonna get there. Halfway through the ride, one of the guys got sick so another guy had to take over. He was in contact the full time. There was a longer time frame, but with the person getting sick and the Thanksgiving holiday, it was fine. The initial quote changed but Sherpa took care of it so I just had to pay what I was quoted. It was less than $100 more but Sherpa guaranteed it. However, they took the license plate off in Miami, and I don't know how they did it but all the screws were broken inside the car. We had trouble getting the screws out of the car because their heads were broken off.

I called Sherpa, told the rep where the pickup and delivery were, and they got back with me. They found the driver, and it was pretty simple. The driver called the day before the delivery to say when the drop was gonna be made, and he set up a location. So where I was at, I just met him close to the major interstate there. There was a truck stop for a fueling station and that's where we met. He offloaded the vehicle and did our walk-around, and checked everything out. It was a pretty easy process.

I made a deal on a truck in Michigan, and the dealer wasn't going to arrange shipping like my previous purchases. They left it up to me, so I had to learn. There are some cutthroats out there that many problems could arise, either the vehicle would show up damaged or they would try to charge you additional funds after they made the deal on the initial contract. On the other hand, Sherpa's quote was right on, and the reps were top-notch.
