I would recommend calling Sherpa Auto Transport because it's an easy process. I went online, filled out what was going on, and I got a phone call from Sherpa. The rep made me comfortable to do it. It ended up being four days before I got an answer back, and the car was picked up the next day. The transport was only overnight. When they first called, they weren't in a happy mood because the rep didn't talk to the guy I had set up. I wasn't present, but I had somebody at the dealer aware of what was going on. Other than that, the driver was professional.

The Sherpa Auto Transport rep was fabulous. We chatted on the phone, told him what we needed. He gave me a deadline of when he would get the move scheduled and he said, "If you have any questions, we'll be sending you emails." The communication, pickup, and delivery was perfect. Everything was on time. They said they would find a carrier within 5 to 10 days and it was on the eighth day they found one. They communicated they would take three or four days to get the car to us and it was here in one day. Everything was exactly how they picked it up. I would use them in a second again.

With Sherpa Auto Transport it's one price. You're not going to pay any more and they get somebody out right away. I had one representative that I called and I had a bit of a difficult time understanding him. When somebody else called me from the phone from Sherpa, I went with a second agent. It was scheduled to take 10 days. The mover called me and said, "I know that we're scheduled for Thursday, but my truck broke down. But I'm not too far from you. I'm at the transportation hub. Do you want to pick up your car up there?" I was able to get the car early by four days, but I had to drive up to get my car instead of having it delivered to my place. Other than that, I was happy with it. It's worth paying the extra money for quality service that happens quickly.

Sherpa Auto Transport had good reviews and the price was very competitive. Setting the transport up was simple. It was mostly online, and a follow-up phone call confirming everything. The pickup was in Buffalo, New York, and the car was delivered to Texas. Sherpa picked it up on day two of that window, and it took three days to get to me. The driver dropped it right at my house. I took a bunch of pictures because it was dark out when they got there. I wanted to make sure that there was no damage and there wasn't. The driver took a bunch of pictures too. The interaction was fine and it didn't last that long.

I will recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. I got the car delivered as early as possible, and there is no issue with Sherpa Auto Transport. They provided a discount for the initial, and the price is matched with the other vendors as well. The price is fixed. It's good for the transport. Sherpa did not ask for a single dollar. The movers came and parked near my apartment, and it's very close to the drop location. It's easy to convey, easy to call, and call the driver, and get the car.

I bought a car and someone else I knew had used Sherpa and was happy with what they did. Sherpa's representatives were great. I've used them multiple times. The only negative thing is, the last time, they tried to do a little bait and switch. They quoted me one price, and then when I called back with the specific dates to confirm, they said the price had magically gone up. Then, when I called them on it, they backed off. Other than that, Sherpa is competent. They may not be the cheapest thing out there, but they do a good job.

It was very simple and direct. They gave me the prices, the dates that it would be delivered and how long it'd take to go across country. The driver was professional and very good. Everything went professionally and it was on time and on budget.

The driver picked the car up Wednesday in Arizona, and delivered it here Sunday morning in Michigan. Everything worked fine. The driver was fantastic.

The reps were professional and thorough. I received communication and updates throughout the process. The quote I received was the price I paid. My truck was picked up in 24 hours. Though it took longer than expected to receive the truck, we were in communication with the driver as well so it all went very well.

Weil, they are technically correct. They are entirely dishonest. They bullied me into paying for expedited two day pick up. Well, yeah, the guy came but he wouldn’t come to the house and we had to have the car moved a mile and a half away because it was “too hard“ for him to get to the car. The car was supposed to be delivered from Florida to Colorado in 3 to 4 days. It took eight days with almost no communication. Shipper claims that they fulfilled the expedited delivery because the car got picked up in two days (keep in mind not even at the house). I’ll never use them again. I find them dishonest and weasely.

The Sherpa representative I dealt with was good. I ordered the service online, and it was easy. I received information as to when the vehicle was picked up. The driver was really kind and nice. He was tired but he delivered the vehicle and everything was fine. I wasn't there for the pickup. It was picked up at a dealership, and they're used to having large trucks pick up vehicle. We live in a rural area, so it was really easy to navigate through our neighborhood. There was very low traffic, wide road, and he had no issues. Overall, my experience was good, and I'd tell others to check them out if they needed to have a vehicle transported.

Sherpa delivered an outstanding service during my car transport from Philadelphia to Napa. They were very helpful in accommodating dates for pickup and delivery and provided a realistic timeline with very reasonable cost. Pickup and delivery went without a hitch with great communication and service. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. They did a great job and I intend to use them again. They were my second pick. The first pick people did not do what they promised they would do. They kept stalling. I called Sherpa and they had me a driver the next day. The move was super easy, very smooth and fast. Sherpa had a tracking type thing where I could see at all times where the car was. Also, once the car left my possession and went into the hands of the person that would receive it, they kept in contact as well. The carrier that they chose did a great job. They were on top of things. English wasn't the first language. But we were fine with it. It's a possibility that somebody might be apprehensive about that. But we communicated great and there was no language barrier between us.

We were moving a Kia Niro, which is an EV and it was not practical to try to drive with a 300-mile range from California to North Carolina. It was almost 3,000 miles. I looked at one other company but Sherpa had good reviews and the price seemed good. They picked up my car and got it delivered when and where they said they would. The customer service was great and very communicative. They let me know what's going on and when to expect to hear from them, and I heard from them. My daughter accepted the delivery, and she said there was no problem. My only complaint is that the inside of the driver's door looks like the driver wiped off his feet on it. It's full of dirt. The outside was also filthy. But it was nothing that a car wash couldn’t take care of. The quote was in line with what I was expecting to pay and the service was satisfactory. So, I would recommend Sherpa.

Their reps explained everything upfront. I didn't have any questions after that. They went through the entire process. I thought the quote might be a little bit high, but then they explained to me how their quotes work and since they are a broker, they might even go in the hole on their commission if the quote didn't work out. They quoted me 800 for 577 miles. That's about $100 a mile. So, it wasn't bad.

I had Sherpa ship a Ford Mustang and the pickup and the delivery went smoothly. It was perfect, and it was a last minute decision we had to do. The distance was about 110 miles and the vehicle came to us in perfect condition.

And extremely important to me was that they were not going to quote me $400 and then at the last minute tell me they couldn't do it for $400, and instead, it was gonna be $1,200. I read horror stories about that. I did not feel like I was being scammed with Sherpa. The quote they provided was fair as well. Everything, even the company that they hired to deliver, was great. It took them five days total, and the vehicle was the same as when it left. I would definitely use Sherpa again.

I needed to get a car across the country. I had used Sherpa once before and had a good experience with them, so I used them again. Their quote was really the highest of the three I got, initially. I ended up recontacting two of the other quotes. Then, when I spoke with the Sherpa representative, I indicated to him that I had used their transport service in December of 2024. Some flexibility came into the negotiation regarding price. I had explained to them that their quote was the highest and that I had used them previously. They came back with a quote that was $250 less than the initial pricing.

He gave me everything that I needed. When I called the other places, they didn't provide that amount of information.

I had a great experience with Sherpa. I liked their pricing. Their customer experience was excellent, too. The driver was very good as well. The delivery of my vehicle was on time and it only took a week.
