He was extremely thorough with the inspection and provided an electronic copy of all paperwork. While I paid a little higher price, I was able to pay the total price upfront and I got a guaranteed price with no hassles on either end. Very satisfied.

Let me go with them instead.” I put in a request with them to ship a ‘92 GMC truck from Nevada to Ohio, then they took weeks to get back to me and when they did, they tried to charge me $1,000 more than the original quote. If they wanted to charge me more, I was fine. But $1,000? Their excuse was gas prices and I thought, "But it's not gonna cost you $1,000 more. That's ridiculous." So, I told them to cancel it.

Everything happened exactly how they told me it would. Pickup and delivery went great. The person showed up exactly when and where he said he would. He was super friendly, helpful, did everything that my representative at sherpa said he would do. He took pictures of everything, emailed everything to me, and dropped the vehicle off when they said they would at the right time.

Their customer service was quite adequate and very professional, just as a company should be. It did seem as though it took quite some time to obtain the secondary driver. But I do understand a bit about interstate transportation. I know that one company has to hook up with another company to transfer vehicles in a timely manner. Therefore, it did seem as though it took a little bit longer than I had anticipated. I was a little nervous about that, initially. But I do understand that it was a time of year when all the snow birds were trying to go home one direction or the other.

I got several quotes but I was told that people were trying to lowball everything and was gonna be a bait and switch. Sherpa's pricing wasn't outrageous, and they were able to match other reasonable quotes that I had gotten. It was just a little bit of a sticker shock for how much I thought it was going to be, but it’s fine. I liked that they had a price guarantee. If the fee was gonna be over a certain amount, they would cover the difference.

Getting set up with Sherpa was simple. We've used them before as well. We just called them and told them my needs. I got a driver a little quicker than I did last year. But either way, my car was transported on time. Both drivers were very nice. Cars were well taken care of. We were also satisfied with our price.

I had a very bad experience with Sherpa. I signed up with them on April 1st to transport our two cars from Florida to Ohio. I started enquiring Monday (May 4th) about when would they pick up our cars as we were flying home on in 6 days. They had created a 6 day window to ship. i also enquired two more times this week and was told that they had interest from a carrier, and the last time yesterday was told not to worry they would get a carrier.

Sherpa came up as the top search on the internet and when I set it up, it just went straight through online. The transport itself had no paperwork and the driver just dropped it off. It was just as expected and I didn’t see anything that I didn't know about the car before. I'm happy with Sherpa’s service.

I communicated with the driver through text, then someone did the pickup for me in Florida. I met the driver when he got here to Illinois and the car was a little dirty, but that was all. All in all, Sherpa did okay for me but they need to communicate up front that people are dealing with a broker and they're going to a third-party to transport. Sherpa didn't do that, so I was a bit confused when the transport company got in touch with me.

They communicated they would take three or four days to get the car to us and it was here in one day. Everything was exactly how they picked it up. I would use them in a second again.

I had one representative that I called and I had a bit of a difficult time understanding him. When somebody else called me from the phone from Sherpa, I went with a second agent. It was scheduled to take 10 days. The mover called me and said, "I know that we're scheduled for Thursday, but my truck broke down. But I'm not too far from you. I'm at the transportation hub. Do you want to pick up your car up there?" I was able to get the car early by four days, but I had to drive up to get my car instead of having it delivered to my place. Other than that, I was happy with it. It's worth paying the extra money for quality service that happens quickly.

I had looked up reviews of different auto companies and spoken to a few and they weren't always honest about what the process was, especially knowing that the price could change once the car was actually shipped, knowing that there was differences between carriers and brokers. Some of the other ones I spoke to were implying everyone was a broker. When I spoke to someone at Sherpa, she was very honest that they were carriers. I know that there's a good guarantee that they will reimburse a certain amount if it ends up being more expensive. Sherpa just seemed to be transparent and informative compared to some of the other competitors.

Weil, they are technically correct. They are entirely dishonest. They bullied me into paying for expedited two day pick up. Well, yeah, the guy came but he wouldn’t come to the house and we had to have the car moved a mile and a half away because it was “too hard“ for him to get to the car. The car was supposed to be delivered from Florida to Colorado in 3 to 4 days. It took eight days with almost no communication. Shipper claims that they fulfilled the expedited delivery because the car got picked up in two days (keep in mind not even at the house). I’ll never use them again. I find them dishonest and weasely.

He was tired but he delivered the vehicle and everything was fine. I wasn't there for the pickup. It was picked up at a dealership, and they're used to having large trucks pick up vehicle. We live in a rural area, so it was really easy to navigate through our neighborhood. There was very low traffic, wide road, and he had no issues. Overall, my experience was good, and I'd tell others to check them out if they needed to have a vehicle transported.

Sherpa delivered an outstanding service during my car transport from Philadelphia to Napa. I would highly recommend Sherpa Auto Transport. They did a great job and I intend to use them again. They were my second pick. The first pick people did not do what they promised they would do. They kept stalling. I called Sherpa and they had me a driver the next day. The move was super easy, very smooth and fast. Sherpa had a tracking type thing where I could see at all times where the car was. Also, once the car left my possession and went into the hands of the person that would receive it, they kept in contact as well. The carrier that they chose did a great job. They were on top of things. English wasn't the first language. But we were fine with it. It's a possibility that somebody might be apprehensive about that. But we communicated great and there was no language barrier between us.

We were moving a Kia Niro, which is an EV and it was not practical to try to drive with a 300-mile range from California to North Carolina. It was almost 3,000 miles. I looked at one other company but Sherpa had good reviews and the price seemed good. They picked up my car and got it delivered when and where they said they would. The customer service was great and very communicative. They let me know what's going on and when to expect to hear from them, and I heard from them. My daughter accepted the delivery, and she said there was no problem. My only complaint is that the inside of the driver's door looks like the driver wiped off his feet on it. It's full of dirt. The outside was also filthy. But it was nothing that a car wash couldn’t take care of. The quote was in line with what I was expecting to pay and the service was satisfactory. So, I would recommend Sherpa.
