Sherpa coordinated and provided transportation of my high-end ‘57 Chevy hot rod show car over a distance of about 1800 miles. It arrived in perfect condition, the driver (Dennis) was terrific, and the cost was reasonable. Dennis even had to deal with a battery that failed (cell shorted out) just before pickup, and was gracious about it. Highly recommend Sherpa. The cost of everything is quite unpredictable at this point, and they honored their price guarantee, which is very appreciated.

Sherpa was great at communicating and explaining every step. I was particularly pleased with the transport company that worked with us. Polar Logistics. After a poor experience with another company, Sherpa was incredible to work in every aspect of getting my daughter her car away at college.

After much consideration, I landed on Sherpa because of the guaranteed pricing and good BBB reviews. The quote was accurate and my vehicle was delivered in great shape as promised. They also communicated the entire way through the process. Sherpa also explained the way the process for transporting a vehicle works.

They were knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Any questions that I had as far as shipping, pricing, pickup, and drop-off were answered respectfully and thoroughly. They never made me feel like anything that I asked was over the top. The vehicle's condition upon arrival was okay. The only thing that happened was the window was left down, and it got some rain in there, but it didn't damage anything.

The two vehicles I had shipped arrived earlier than they were supposed to. Everything was good and they arrived in perfect condition. The transport company did a really good job. The driver was very helpful and professional.

I was moving from Tucson to Virginia. I talked to someone in May and because I called that early, Sherpa gave me a substantial discount so that I wasn't paying the summer rates. The original person that I dealt with was very good. He was very friendly. He confirmed everything in writing. He was very, very helpful. The driver was extremely friendly, and helpful. He gave me a general idea of when the car was going to be delivered up to Virginia and how he would reach us. It was at night when he delivered it. The guy was very professional. He was prepared. He had the car unloaded right away and then took off for Philadelphia. It was a very, very easy move.

Sherpa's quote was more competitive, and they had really positive reviews. As far as the quote, I felt confident that it was all in. They said, “This is what it's gonna be.” It seemed like all the other ones had some sort of disclaimer like, “There are contingency factors that might affect the final price.” Sherpa offered a price, and by the time they'd finally pick up my car and the price of that transport went up 100 bucks, they would pay the difference so I was left with a reasonably confident estimate that this is what it's gonna be. It was enough to get my attention. Then the more I looked into it, the more I understood that they arrange for the transport but they don't do the transport, but it felt that it was as a business measure. I got the impression that they were very good about being transparent with the customers.

When I reached out to Sherpa, they got back to me right away and what they said they were gonna deliver, they delivered via email almost instantaneously so I was able to compare pricing. Also, they had good ratings on the Better Business Bureau and I felt pretty confident with them. The price seems high to me but quality of service was good. The pickup was exactly as they said it was gonna be and they were early on the delivery. It was perfect.

Company did a very good job with the delivery of my car. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. They notified me well in advanced for my car to be picked up and delivered. The cost they quoted was the amount I paid and they picked up and delivered my car on the dates they quoted and in the same good condition.

We arranged for Sherpa to pick up a car that my father had owned and they contracted with a driver. The driver picked up the car in California and dropped it off in Central Pennsylvania as agreed. That took three to four days. The driver could have called us a little bit earlier in terms of pickup and drop-off time. We didn't have much control over pickup and drop-off times but I can understand why. He was on a tight schedule. That aside, the experience went pretty well. We paid the driver and Sherpa as agreed.

They explained everything. It was smooth. The driver was great. He stayed in communication with me and he was on time when he said he was. The guy who took my order originally was awesome as well. The cost was very reasonable compared to some of the other stuff I saw and they did what they said they were gonna do.

Sherpa's quote was good. During the delivery, we had to go meet the driver. I live in a small area. It’s hard for the truck to come in and out. They tried to pick a convenient place which is just a couple miles away from my house.

It was simple to set everything up with Sherpa. They were very honest. I gave the gal the information, they told me what it’d cost, I sent them the money, and I got my truck. They contacted me when it was picked up, and the driver texted me when he was about to town. They brought it straight to my house. They did a good job for the price.

Sherpa did a good job communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. We had somebody pick the car up in two days.

The driver was awesome. When I met him, I forgot my keys around his truck. Luckily, I called him and came back and grabbed my keys. He was still there. So it was naturally beautiful. I highly recommend Sherpa Auto and they should keep doing what they're doing well and improve. They could put some more paint on the body of the vehicle that is transporting the vehicle to make it look brand-new and fresh. But they're pretty strong.

The transport was very smooth and simple. They went under their quoted time. I was very pleased with them. The driver communicated with me before he picked up the automobile, when he was en route a couple of times, and prior to delivery. We agreed on a mutual location that was easy for him to navigate if he was in a full size semi type of car hauler. We negotiated that really quickly, and then I met him and picked up the vehicle there. The final cost came in slightly under what they had estimated, so I was very happy.

Our neighbors handled the pick-up for us and they were super impressed. The driver had a link so I could see where he was at all times, which was pretty cool. I like that. He sent it in an email to my neighbors who signed for the pick-up, and they forwarded it to me. It's very, very worthwhile. It gives you a little bit of comfort to be able to see where it is. The delivery was at our new location and it was just perfect. We were called two hours in advance to give us a heads up so we were able to meet the driver with no problem. Overall, it was very efficient and organized, and seamless. It was well worth the money for me.

I went to Sherpa's website, filled out a form, and got a quote. Someone emailed me. I emailed them and they replied pretty fast. I was overseas and I couldn't make phone calls so we communicated through email and that was pretty good. My car is a pickup truck and it's pretty big. The price for the service is between normal and on the little expensive side. But the service is good and the price lock is fine. During the delivery, I was 10 minutes late. When I got there, the driver was already there. He drove my car to the parking lot and he waited in his truck for me. He gave me my key and everything went smoothly.

I would highly recommend Sherpa Auto Transport and would definitely use them again. Their communication was excellent right from the start in terms of finding a carrier, letting me know pickup times as well as delivery times. Everything went off very smoothly. Of all the aspects of moving, Sherpa Auto Transport was by far the easiest on me. They were prompt with no disclaimers, accurate as to time and place and courteous in every encounter. I'm still waiting for my furniture (3 weeks!), but at least have my Honda to keep me company.

We received a call within 3 hours that they had a carrier available and were able to set a pickup time for next am. Driver was on time, took pictures, and was professional. The vehicle arrived in Florida quickly. Payment was super easy and as quoted with no surprises. Highly recommend.

After dealing with other auto carriers (with some horrible experiences), we picked Sherpa to transport our car to our winter home in FL. Sherpa's price was great (better than others I contacted) and they kept me apprised every day of their progress in securing us a carrier. Prior to the five days expiring, they found a carrier which cost almost as much as the original estimate, meaning their portion for their services was decidedly lower. The carrier was wonderful and our car was delivered in great condition. We intend to use Sherpa for all of our future transport needs.

I want to tell everyone what an exceptional experience I had with Sherpa. My daughter passed away in May 2023 in Fresno CA and I needed to transport her 2014 Camaro from Fresno to southern Ohio. Everything went smoothly with great communication and very professional support. The driver was extremely careful and detailed in the timeframe regarding estimated delivery day and timely. This is the first time I used a shipping agency and I was very impressed. They were very friendly and Shane answered all of my questions without pressure. They gave me a price that had no added costs attached and was guaranteed. All information was clearly explained and sent to me. The actual transporter was polite, professional and fast. I decided to ship my car with Sherpa. I've never done this before but moving cross-country, I knew there was no way I could handle a multi-day road trip with two small children and a carsick-prone dog. Sherpa was the lowest price I found and had the highest ratings of the auto transport companies I found. The only tiny complaint I had was calling for help there was a long wait, but the recorded message said I'd get a quicker response through email. This was true and I got very quick responses to emails I sent throughout the process, but if you prefer phone support, this may take more time for you. (I actually love being able to email so it's not an issue for me.) The entire experience was very seamless and I knew what to expect, had great communication from the driver and my car arrived on the first possible day of the delivery window which was a great surprise. Highly recommend!

This is my second time using Sherpa to transport a beloved 1988 Lincoln Town Car across the country. Each time it has arrived safely and on schedule! I recommend giving yourself a buffer when scheduling so the window of pick up falls just where you need it. I cut it a little close the first time but Sherpa was so helpful in getting it all to work out. I also appreciate their return customer rebate which helps keep the price down a bit. :) I also like knowing that my price is locked in.

The whole experience was excellent. From the quoting and responsiveness to the communication about pickup and along the way to the delivery communication and flexibility. Our Sherpa rep was excellent and very knowledgeable. The driver was very good too. My pickup was in Sioux Falls and he picked up the car from our house. The drop was in Westworld. The driver delivered the car to the hotel we were staying at with the car keys as agreed. The car was in very good condition. The quote was good and was the same at the end.

Everything was straightforward. It was all aboveboard. The money part and the assurances were fine. I was only there when Sherpa Auto Transport picked the car up. The street where I live is narrow and windy, so we agreed to meet at a grocery store a mile away at a big parking lot. The carrier-driver walked through, looked at the car and documented if there were any issues. The guy who received the car said it was in good shape and everything was fine. It would probably be a three-day trip. So, the cost was fair compared to the cost of driving it, gasoline, and staying in a hotel.

Everyone in the chain was wonderful. They got back to me almost immediately and were very outgoing. It was a tremendously good experience with Sherpa. I had to meet my driver about three miles away because of the size of the truck but he was very communicative. I got my car within 24 hours so I would give Sherpa an A+. The quote was very reasonable and I actually tipped the driver $175.

The driver texted me to let me know where he was and when he expected to get to us. He let us know when he was gonna be in the area for delivery. Because we live in downtown Philly, he wasn't able to physically come to where we were. So he just gave us a location where he was able to pull the truck over and unload, and I met him over there. The vehicle was fine upon arrival. They charged me what they quoted me.

Sherpa was great to work with and were very responsive and detail oriented. The pricing was very competitive for my transport from CT to FL. I would definitely recommend them. The truck driver, Julio was terrific too and got my car down there faster than I would have been able.

I had a horrible experience shipping my car from Florida to Connecticut with another transport service. So on my return trip I used Sherpa which was highly recommended. I would absolutely use them again. The whole process from booking the trip to picking up the car to delivering the car was seamless. The driver was friendly, courteous, very professional.

Sherpa was seamless from start to finish. Moving across country and getting ready to schedule them for another vehicle. We've used auto transport companies before and never really had any issues which really made Sherpa stand out even more. From the booking process to the professional demeanor of the driver, they took all the pain and guesswork out of what could be a very nerve racking process. Had Sherpa transported my car from LA to Sacramento area. Called the company on Wednesday morning. An auto carrier was located early afternoon. Car was picked up on the same day at 6pm. The car was delivered on Friday morning as promised by the driver. Car was In perfect shape at delivery. Just a bit dirty because of open transport. Excellent service at a fair price.

Eveything about this delivery was exceptional. HOWEVER, I did send in the proper paperwork to get a $100 rebate for a returning customer and never received the rebate. I am very disappointed in this part. Please follow up on this, or this is false advertising. ** Thank you. Please respond.

It was a smooth process from pickup to delivery. Drivers are courteous and keep you timely updated. No issues whatsoever. Have used the service twice in the past year transporting cars from Ca to NY. I found the rate to be reasonable and time it took for the car to be delivered was as expected.

Sherpa did a good job. The customer service team was great. The rep answered all my questions. I had never shipped a car before, so I had no idea what I was doing. She was very knowledgeable, patient with me, and explaining the process. The quote was a reasonable quote. It was like middle of the road. Some companies quoted so much lower that I knew it was not gonna be something that they would possibly do. Plus, Sherpa did a price guarantee. Even if they were having trouble shipping it at the rate that they quoted me, they would come down on their portion of it and give the driver a higher portion so that my rate wouldn't change.

The shipping of my pickup went very smoothly thanks to Sherpa. The quote was reasonable and didn’t change. The pick up and delivery window was well within my time frame. Communication from Sherpa and their chosen shipping partner was excellent. I have no complaints and definitely recommend Sherpa Auto Transport.

Once picked up, it would be helpful to get more frequent updates on transport status. My car arrived 5 days earlier than estimated and I only had 12 hour notice. Also, they need to inform their dispatchers about the terms used for check payment. The contract required a certified check, but the dispatcher wouldn’t acknowledge that a cashier's check (or bank check) is the same thing.

Sherpa did a fantastic job finding us a carrier to ship the cars. I had two cars shipped in an inside carrier. I had a wonderful experience. The carrier arrived on time and dropped off the cars on time in perfect condition. I was very pleased! Sherpa was very transparent! Highly recommended! Will definitely use again.

Sherpa seemed like they were the most efficient. They were also the first ones to reply back for a quote. Their customer service team reached out right away, and followed up when they said they would follow up both at the beginning and at the end of the process. The carrier contacted me the day the vehicle was arriving. They ended up showing up a day early. So I had to change the address and that was no problem. It was really easy. I like the convenience of the service. The convenience made it worth it.

Unlike our previous experience with Sherpa Auto Transport, this time, we blew through the pickup window without an assigned driver. Sherpa staff was very kind and worked hard trying to get me a driver. Eventually, we got a driver after we added in more money for the driver. Throughout this setback, Sherpa staff was patient and professional.

I lived in a rural area and it wasn't easy for Sherpa to find a carrier for me, but they did! PIck up was easy and went as planned and car was delivered in good condition. I forgot to ask for the bill of lading upon pick up. When I called the driver he said he could email a copy to me but it really wasn't necessary. Everything turned out fine but I would have felt a little more comfortable with a piece of paper in my hands. We did get the bill of lading upon delivery.

They have the cheapest option and they're best reviewed. There were no issues in my experience with them. The only minor issue was the timing of the delivery was a little inaccurate. The driver was three hours late.

We didn't know for sure exactly when we were going to move, and Sherpa was very flexible and able to fit us in the date that we needed to move in. The pickup was in the middle of the street, a two-lane road. We had to do it in a turn lane, and it was at 11 o'clock at night. I didn't appreciate that, but I gotta work with their schedule, which was not that big of a deal. We had flashers and flashlights out, and it was in a well-lit area so it was not too bad to pick it up, because the street that I lived on was fairly small. The driver knew what he was doing. He looked at the car to make sure there was no damage or what little damage there was on the vehicle, he noted.

Our experience with Sherpa was great. It was easy and it worked out fine. Everything that was supposed to happen happened. We had them ship a Toyota Camry from New Hampshire to Michigan. The car didn't have any issues at all. The cost was right where it was supposed to be. We had stuff in the car. They told us a weight limit, but we went under. It was X amount of pounds, and what we put in were just clothes because it was just going to my son at school.

After the day the car was picked up, I was told the transport would take about five business days. The car came as expected. Since I didn't have a house here, the truck driver and I decided to meet at a parking lot but he couldn't enter, so he just parked on the transition lanes on the roads where you change lanes and dropped my car off. It was all good. The quote was accurate but one thing I realized was I was told $1,300 and I accepted it as soon as the rep from Sherpa said it. But I could have asked for a better rate and I regret not asking for one. I may have gotten a few bucks cheaper but it doesn't mean the service wasn't good. It was great and I had a good experience.

When I was moving my furniture with PODS, I called Sherpa and they were really easy to work with. It was also easy to get hooked up and get the transport scheduled. But it was odd how they tell you to give them the address of where they're picking up the car, where they're dropping it off, and that they might change to another location if they can't get in those streets. They didn't do any of that for me. They dropped off and picked up at whatever was closest to the interstate for them to get off the interstate and get back on. So, my husband had to drive the car quite a way and have somebody follow him to take him home when he dropped it off. It was the same thing with me, I had to have somebody take me 10 miles up by the interstate to pick my car up.

The Sherpa folks were great to deal with. They transported my car across the country within the timeline they gave me. When I reached out to them for updates, they were very quick to respond and my car arrived in pristine condition. Very pleased; I will use them again! My car was brand new out of the dealership so, I was a bit anxious that it would arrive without a scratch on it and it did. They took care of it and that’s all I can ask for.

It was super easy to sign up. I initiated the transaction online, gave all the details, then the customer service rep emailed me. It was touch-free. There wasn't too much time on the phone, and the experience was turnkey from start to finish. I have one recommendation for improvement though. This is my experience across the board with these kinds of things, but when the company transfers from sales to dispatching, they get a little less communicative. We were moving, so there was a lot going on. I would have appreciated a bit more of a heads-up from the driver. Knowing the time frame I could drop the car off would have been a little helpful. Besides that, Sherpa was on time, communicative, and professional. The car was in good shape and easy to get set up. They did a good job and I would 100% use them again.

I had a great experience with Sherpa. The only thing was at the beginning, I was getting a little nervous because we needed to get the car shipped before I left. The reps kept telling me that I shouldn't worry and that that's just the way they handle things. They were very respectful and understanding of my concerns, and I waited patiently. Their customer service was great. My experience was quick. The pick-up and delivery of the vehicle were easy and seamless. The driver was fine and handled the car carefully. I would recommend them. The only thing that was a little hard was it was short notice for the drop-off and delivery. A better estimate of timing could have been available. But it was fine.

My experience with Sherpa was perfect. They picked up my car in Florida and delivered it to Albany, New York. It got there a day earlier than I expected. They did a great job and I'm gonna use them again in November.

Setting up the transport was very easy. I went online and put in some very basic information about what needed to be done. Somebody called me within half an hour of me putting in the information online, and it was a Friday night too, which surprised me. It was 8 o'clock at night and they walked me through that they had somebody and what the cost would be. It was done very quickly. The courier was great. He was texting back and forth with where to meet for a location. We met at a parking lot, and we did all the paperwork that needed to be done. We both took pictures, and I had to sign a paperwork for him, then that was it. He was texting with my daughter throughout the whole drive, so she knew when to expect him.

The transport took a couple of days, and everything went great. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and had a lot of insight on how all the different companies work. After I spoke with him, I was easily able to make a decision. Sherpa set up the transport for me, and it went great. They let me know that once a driver would accept, they would let me know in four hours. They took a bit longer than normal, so that extra guarantee that they offer came in handy for an additional amount that they will put towards the fee. Someone accepted and they were super nice.

The sign-up process with Sherpa was efficient. The rep was available on my first call to give me virtually all the information that I could process at that time. But I wasn't in a place where I could make a commitment to the appointment. So, she scheduled a follow-up call and it was well done. The driver was very professional and personable. Our 10-minute interaction with him gave me and my daughter, more importantly, because it was her car packed with most of her worldly belongings going to California, a high degree of confidence that things were gonna be handled very well. We were quoted the going market rate and it was fair value. We had a very good experience with Sherpa.

The communication was good with the driver. If we had any questions, we could call and he would return the call. He was very responsive. He was great in both the pick-up and the delivery. So, we're happy.

Setting up the transport was convenient but I wasn’t ready to make a decision. I was calling in May and the transport wasn't until August. So, I was a little bit annoyed because the guy from Sherpa kept calling me a couple of times a day and I needed more time. The pickup was three blocks from my house. I had to drive the car anyway so it was fine. My street was only two lanes so the driver didn't want to block the street. My daughter and I were flying back and the only problem was that the pickup was on a Friday and there was transport over the weekend. And I got no message from the company transporting over that weekend. And I couldn't reach the transport company because their office was closed. When I called the driver, he said that he no longer had the car because he just did local pickups and handed it off to someone. But everything went well.

Sherpa has a decent price and I like the door-to-door service. I used them twice. The delivery was quicker than anybody even expected in both times. Overall, it was a very effective transport.

Entire process went as explained from the get go. I didn't care for waiting until 48 hours before pick up for notification of a transport found. But the lower cost, which was in the end the same as was originally quoted, was worth it. I called 72 hours ahead and was reassured about the timing of it all. On the other end, the driver called 30 before arrival and we arranged to meet close by our home. Great service and easy to access customer service.

The communication was great. They were on time, and the delivery was good.

I reached out to Sherpa to get my Tundra brought back from CO to SC. They found a driver and lived up to the dates they gave me. Excellent communication, they kept me informed every step of the way. The Sherpa people informed me ahead of time about a window of time when they would pick up and then deliver the car. The driver arrived on time, and with no trouble. The driver picked up the car from my brother, who was born deaf. I told the driver that he would need to text my brother, which he did. The car was picked up with no trouble at all.

I shipped my car from Michigan to California and my car arrived sooner than expected and that was good. The company was very good at communicating when the pick up and arrival would occur. I do wish I could have used more of my car to put personal items in. I was only given the trunk.

I contracted Sherpa to transport my car and from the first call to hire them to the delivery was stress free. The driver was very professional and took great detail in loading the car to transporting and delivery. I was initially somewhat worried about issues that might arise during this process and there wasn't even one. I will definitely use Sherpa again.

Shipping the vehicle through Sherpa was more convenient and accommodating than when I did it previously. It was more of the door-to-door service that I expected. A husband and wife team did the transport and they picked it up on a Tuesday and the vehicle got there on Thursday. It was fast. My son got it and it seemed like it was in the same condition it was shipped in. Not too long after my son got it, the car overheated. It was no fault to the driver or anything that has to do with that. But because I had just purchased the car for my son and initially, one of the options was him flying here to get the car and driving it back, it made me feel even better about my choice to have it transported.

The price that Sherpa quoted me was a good bit cheaper. I used their service to transport a 2017 Honda Accent from New York to Texas. Customer service was really good. They had a weight limit when it came to transporting stuff in the car. That was the main thing and they wanted everything to be out of the sight line of the cabin. Nothing should be visible. Also, there would be no important personal belongings for safety reasons.

Driver was experienced and helpful during the entire transaction. Kept us informed every step of the way. Met schedule pickup and delivery -- even with a mechanical breakdown! Our granddaughter loves her "new" car. If the need arises, we will most definitely call Sherpa again. Overall, we were most impressed with the entire Sherpa experience.

I emailed Sherpa, and somebody contacted me quickly, then she sent me the quote. I did the deposit, and there was a bit of a period of no communication where I was getting a little worried ‘cause this was the very first time I had done this. I texted and didn't get a response, so I emailed and then the rep finally said that she'd been on vacation and contacted me.

Sherpa took care of pretty much everything about our vehicle's transport from San Diego, California to Miami, Florida. It only took less than a week and the driver's communication was great. He was a good guy, too.

The transport went from Idaho to Clermont, Florida, and the driver was very nice and professional. He let me know when he was a couple hours out in the morning both for pickup and when they dropped the car off.

Sherpa Auto was great to work with and was very flexible and patient when we had to shift our pickup/dropoff date, location, and contact around a few times! However, our carrier, NW Express Trucking LLC was difficult to work with. We were told that we would be contacted 12-24 hours beforehand and we never got any information that our pickup date was delayed and outside the expected pickup range. Our car got picked up one day late, and we still never got any call 12-24 hours beforehand for that too. I only found out that the car was going to be picked up 8 hours before they expected to arrive from a call that I had to make to the carrier.

I gave Sherpa a call, and they were good. The driver was a very nice person. I was pleased with the final cost.

I had the most pleasant experience with Sherpa Auto Transport. Tasha was an absolute pleasure to speak with and she explained the shipping process thoroughly. Scott, our driver for the shipment exceeded our expectations. He was very personable and professional. While the vehicle was in route he kept me updated on the delivery time and arrived on time and with a smile!

Sherpa was the most expensive but they said, "That's why we know we're gonna get your car picked up." It was $1,550. They also said that somebody would tell me 800, but nobody is gonna pick the car up. So rather than worry about that, I went with the best company. The company that they hired got in touch with us for pickup and delivery. They couldn't get the large truck with all the cars to my house. So they transported it on the smaller truck to get it right to my door. They were picking up the vehicle a little too early, so we asked them for a new date and that was given to us almost immediately. So, it worked out very well. They picked it up four days before my daughter left. It got home a couple of days after she did, so everything was fine. We'd definitely use Sherpa again.

I sent an inquiry email and the rep got back to me the next day, and had the transport set up within a couple of days. The driver got there a day earlier than I thought he would. He was cool. He texted me along the way and let me know where he was. I wasn't gonna be in Virginia to receive the car but my sister was and that wasn't even a problem. I gave the driver my sister's phone number and mine, and he sent us text messages. It was great. The lady I talked to told me she was not gonna quote me anything less than the other broker places do and the standard to make that type of drive. Whereas in other places that I looked up, the comments and reviews had people saying they were quoted this amount and in the end, it ended up that amount. My quote from Sherpa was straightforward and spot-on. I let my nurse community know that this place is legit. It's good, quick and easy.

We had a friend meet the driver once he got into town but everything went fine. The transport was from Oregon to New Mexico and it took three days. The cost was what Sherpa said they would charge and what it would be.

They gave three days' notice, the driver met me at the time that he said that he would, and the same thing with the delivery, the driver was really good in terms of letting me know when he would be in the area to drop off my vehicle, and he was there when he said he would be there.

It was for moving a car from one place to another, and we had to take a little bit longer than we had anticipated. They were still very nice. It was a great experience. We live in a town that has a lot of big old trees that go over the street, we had to meet the driver somewhere as supposed to him come to our house because the truck was so big. But that was not a big deal. I had a little bit of an issue understanding him, just because he was from a foreign country. But that was just my own problem, I couldn't understand foreign languages very well. But they updated where it was going and the initial quote ended up going down a little bit, too. I don't know why, but I'm not complaining.

The transport was smooth and communication was well done. The company who picked up my car was great, and drop off was easy. The car was little dirty when it arrived because of all the winds and dust going through, but other than that, it was in the same condition as when I transported it.

I got four quotes and they were all within about $100 of each other. Sherpa's price was in line with the market, and up to 100 pounds of my personal items could be stored in the vehicle. It just had to be below the window line, so it could be in the trunk or the back seat. Setting up the transport was easy. The reps were always available. I am very pleased with our shipping experience with Sherpa. Since it was my first time shipping a vehicle, I did a fair amount of research and spoke with several companies. I ended up contracting with another large national broker. Unfortunately, that broker dropped the ball on my shipment, which led me to Sherpa. The Sherpa sales agent who took my call was professional and courteous in answering all my questions. The shipment was picked up within the agreed-upon window and delivered across the country smoothly with no issues! My rebate after delivery was also handled promptly. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend.
