It was easy to converse with the rep and he wasn’t harassing me to make a decision right then and there. We messaged back and forth. I messaged with a few other people but came back to him. The price was reasonable and we were offered both open and closed trucks. The communication with the driver during transport could have been a little better, since there was none, but we had AirTags on the car, so we knew exactly where the cars were. When they were dropped off, the driver met us right outside the complex where we live.

I needed to ship my '95 Land Cruiser from El Paso to Central Texas. Sherpa had excellent reviews, so I decided to use them. They got excellent customer service. I thought the quote might be a little bit high, but then they explained to me how their quotes work and since they are a broker, they might even go in the hole on their commission if the quote didn't work out. They quoted me 800 for 577 miles. That's a little more than a dollar a mile. So, it wasn't bad.

It took them five days total, and the vehicle was the same as when it left. I would definitely use Sherpa again.

I would definitely recommend Sherpa to anybody who ever asked me. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about it.

Sherpa's communication was very good. Unfortunately, a few days before our vehicle was to be picked up, the truck of the carrier they had assigned us to broke. So they assigned us to a different one at the last minute, but it turned out to be fine. But it was a little dicey when they said, "Well, this new company doesn't work on the weekends. You might not get it until Monday," which was two days before Christmas. So that was gonna be unacceptable. But then they delivered our car on Saturday. So I don't know why they told us that. But everything went well.

Sherpa was recommended online and I would strongly recommend it, too. The pick-up from Roseville, California and drop-off to Fort Lee, New Jersey was scheduled to take around a 5-day timeframe, but it took 10 days instead. Apart from that, all was good and as expected. The driver was great, too.

We weren't supposed to ship until the middle of December but then I called them up and I said, “Hey, we can ship any time.” So, they upped the time, and we were able to get it locked in on a company within two days.

When Sherpa signs you up and once you agree to the terms, they say, "Hey, we'll have to find somebody who's gonna secure your job, but we won't necessarily up until a day before the appointment." So there was a lot of uncertainty initially. That almost made me say no because I didn't wanna be stuck with not being able to ship the cars. The guy that I talked to said, "99% of the time, it's all fine and you get word before that." A couple of days later, they found somebody who was gonna contract our transport.

He tried to accommodate us as much as I was trying to accommodate him having a larger truck. I knew it wouldn't fit on my street, so we worked together and came up with a common spot to meet.

Sherpa was recommended to us by The Villages in Florida. We transported two Buicks, an Envision and an Encore with them. The price seemed fair. The driver contacted us and arranged a meeting spot for the pick-up at a large parking lot because our home was not suitable for the truck to get in. We met them there, and they loaded the truck. It went well. We weren’t here to receive the cars when it was delivered. There’s a little bump on one of the cars, and the person looking at it didn’t see it. But we’re all set with it. The transport was very good.

Communication was great! Picked up the car the next day I submitted my order! It was super quick and got to me in two days!! Would recommend! There was a small issue with the brakes of the truck. They let me know immediately and got it fixed super quick!

The price quoted was what I paid no add ons. The pickup and delivery were also within the timeframe quoted. The shipper contacted a pickup of within 5 days of order acceptance and mine came in at 2 days. Delivery quoted was within 5 days for the travel from and to destination. Mine came in at 5 days. Pickup door to door could not be done due to narrow streets and DOT restrictions.

I called Sherpa and talked to a guy named Scott. I liked him, so I decided to go with them. The transport service itself was good. My car got there safely. I didn't have much time. I know that Sherpa had told me who they were contracting with would give me a call 24 hours in advance, and they called me that same day. They wanted to meet at around 1:30 in the morning to pick up the car. I told them that was not gonna work for me. So, he asked me if 7 o'clock that next morning would be better for me, and I said it would.

By search online, I found that Sherpa has a lot of positive reviews and I see very little negative reviews. So, I finally decided to use Sherpa. They gave me a quote, and then I agreed with that price. It is acceptable. The pickup and delivery of my car were very timely. They directly brought it to me.

Sherpa's price lock promise was good. Their customer service was fine. I live in a neighborhood where the truck would not be able to come into, so I met the transporters about a mile away. I had to because the vehicle would not fit in this development. It wasn't their fault. My experience was better than I expected.

We arranged the transport for the car out here. My wife was the one that locked it in. She liked that the rate wasn't gonna change. She read some stuff online how some carriers will change the fee after they've made it out here. The fact that the fee was gonna remain the same was what made her lock it in with Sherpa. The only thing is the location tracking app should be improved. It never worked properly. I really couldn't track my car and do the location like you should be able to check in. The tracking is horrible. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints. I like that when I call customer service, I was able to speak to someone on shore. That was important to me. So, I'm very satisfied. I just didn't fully understand that they would be subcontracting out. I knew Sherpa was a broker but the company that they subcontracted out to subcontracted out to another company. The Sherpa people were really nice, pleasant and straightforward with everything. They were basically by my side throughout the whole process of getting my vehicle shipped. The process was swift and easy. I have no complaints. They picked up the vehicle in Hawaii then let me know what was going to happen. I met them at a known road, and I picked it up from over there. The communication with the driver was great. Sometimes, I'm a little bit iffy on folks, if they could drive my type of vehicle. I drive a manual car, so once I get to know the person and get to see that they can drive the car, it’s great. The quote was very accurate. I paid what I paid and everything was done easily. The car was in the condition I brought it to them in.

I felt that the communication could have been better. I had to call the driver to find out when or if he would arrive because it was so late in the afternoon, I didn't think the driver was coming so I took initiative to call. I'm glad I did and was able to speak to the driver, he confirmed he would arrive after 6:30 pm to load my truck. Other than that, my experience was great, my truck was deliver to my new address in record time from Virginia to Las Vegas in less than five days.

I had moved another vehicle probably a month before and it was a great experience. And so, I called the company to do it again. But this time it just was not going well at all. I was having a problem with them. Sherpa came up when I googled and doing it with them was easy. I had no problems at all so it was great. The driver was okay. I took pictures of his truck and we walked around the vehicle and made sure what kind of dents were there and then he went on his way. The vehicle got delivered promptly, exactly when they said it was going to. The price was excellent. I was almost scared it was too low.

Difficult to connect with driver and company. Car was delayed bc driver was stopped by police. Poor communication. No plan to provide partial refund for delay. I had to take another day off work. Delivery occurred outside of window. You should know they contract with drivers. Customer (we) don’t know how those drivers have been vetted.

Everything went very smoothly. Only thing was their delivery day range was outside of the dates they quoted (e.g., there was a delivery range at quote which then got pushed back a week once I was committed to the order with no refund). Overall smooth process, they will outsource the delivery service however.

I found Sherpa based on research and reviews as this was our 3rd vehicle we were shipping across the US and our experience with our previous transporter was not great. Sherpa lived up to everything we read, and the experience was excellent and smooth from start to finish. I wish I knew about Sherpa when I shipped my other cars. There was constant communication about details of cost, getting a transporter, to pick up and drop off locations. The cost was inline or more competitive than other transporters. The driver was friendly, prompt and communicative. I would absolutely use Sherpa again!

Sherpa did a good job last year, so I did a repeat this year. I had my car shipped from Sarasota, Florida to New York State. I set it up online, but I would have preferred to speak to a human about it. It was a little unsettling to do it all online and not to be able to speak to a human. When I called Sherpa, no one ever answered and I didn't like that aspect. When I had questions, I had to send it in a chat box or a message and it was answered. They gave me a window of 5 days. It was picked up on a Thursday in Florida and I received it on Monday in Delmar, New York.

I was present at the drop-off. They dropped the car off at a very close-by shopping center parking lot. It was pretty smooth from what I recollect. The driver was great, and the car's condition was just like how it was when I gave it to him.

The customer service rep from Sherpa clearly explained what to expect for shipping my car. I’ve heard horror stories about cars getting damaged on the way down, especially with an open trailer. I said it may be better to go with a closed trailer. And the rep said there’s gonna be less probability of damage, but they can't guarantee that. Their pricing was a little bit more than others, but after I did my research and saw the reviews and ratings, it made me more comfortable going with Sherpa. It was well worth taking that risk for paying the extra price.

I was happy with the quote they provided me as well. I compared it with one other company, and it did beat the other company. The pickup and the drop off went smoothly as well. They were on time with all their deliveries and the way they projected it would happen. I would recommend them.

My transport experience with Sherpa was excellent!!! They took pictures of the vehicle when they picked it up and when they dropped it off. I was totally updated as my vehicle was en route and I would definitely use Sherpa again. I was informed when the vehicle was picked up and when it arrived in state. The timing was great, it allowed me to work half the day and still be home for the delivery.

0 stars - Sherpa did nothing but leave me stranded. Booked with Sherpa in May 2025 for late June car transport. Heard nothing at all from them for 3 weeks so I call them with a week left before my move. They said they usually will schedule in the last week and will call me. Still no communication at all from them, so I contacted them 48 hours before I move & they tell me they are still working on it.

Out of all the companies, Sherpa presented themselves a lot better. I felt more comfortable speaking to somebody who was able to communicate effectively and had all the information that anybody who's looking to transport a vehicle would have already on hand. It didn't seem very pushy and/or shady in terms of transparency. They were very transparent with me over the phone. They were very communicative. Any questions that I had, they were able to respond. So it made me feel more at ease at the end of the day. With something like vehicle transportation, you don't really want to go with the lowest price, you wanna go with the one that you know is gonna actually not end up losing your car on the road on the way there.

I left New Jersey and was moving back to Washington State. I didn't wanna drive my car back again and didn't want all those miles on my car as well so I used Sherpa to have the car shipped. Plus I was gonna be by myself and it would have cost me more to drive it back. I had Sherpa transport my aunt's car. She's 94 and she needed help. She was moving to California. She had arranged with another company that never showed up, so she asked me to take care of it. I called Sherpa, talked to a very nice gentleman name Walter, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We originally had set up somebody else, and this was more, but the gentleman explained how everything worked, and so we thought that it was worth it. My overall experience with Walter and the company was very nice. He said that they could pick the car up within two days, and they did that. I was told that it would be in California in five to seven days, and it was there in five. My aunt said everything went well and she got it before she thought she would. I'd tell others that Endurance should definitely be their first call.

I sent him a pin for my phone. And there was a place he could have pulled over and parked his big truck, but he said he couldn't find the location. I sent him a pin because it was along the side of a road. I don't believe that I could have communicated to him what to do. I don't think he could have understood. He just said he couldn't find it, so I sent him to a Walmart. I just drove there. But since I had to wait for him, it would have been nice if I could just wait at my house ‘cause it was a hot parking lot.

Sherpa was very up-front about the pricing. The competitors had prices. But what ends up happening is if you read reviews or ask questions, then you find out later that they're quoting you a low price to try to get your business, and you're gonna get a surprise price once it was delivered. I'd rather know how much it cost and have the job done, and have it be that cost.

Sherpa was a recommendation from a friend of my wife's that had used them a couple of times. I called and spoke to them. My favorite part was that they had guaranteed a price. In other words, they're mostly a broker and they're dealing with truckers. And those truckers, when they're completely empty, they'll charge very low prices. As they fill up and they have one spot left, they like to charge a premium and other companies pass that premium on to you. They say it was 900, then they call and say, "Well, we can't do it for any less than 1,050." Sherpa guarantees it. They hooked me up with a good driver and truck. He was very courteous.

My daughter went to school on the East Coast and I live on the West Coast. So, we didn't wanna make the drive. We thought it'd be better to use transport. The initial part of setting it up was really easy. But that’s initial. ‘Cause there's so many companies out there. Sherpa is very good. The car was in Portland and I live in San Diego. It was a 1962 Corvette. I chose closed transport and on the top. I had to go half a block up the street because the driver couldn't make the corner here. Everything was fine. There was no problem at all.

Great price for delivering a car to my son. No problems and the transfer was very easy. The driver knew the area in Florida and made the loading extremely easy by picking a parking lot in back of a shopping center, He was able to load the car very efficiently. Was worried due to reviews online. Shipped a new dodge charger from California to florida with no issues other than a lil bit of desert dirt that cleaned right up. Same mileage as when they picked her up. Took less than 10 days from pick up to get her. If you have any concerns or hangups, don't, they know what they're doing.
