I liked the pricing that SGT Auto had. The cost was good compared to other companies. Also, they were not always calling back. There was another company that kept calling me back to see if I still wanted transportation. SGT just called once to make sure everything was fine and it was easier with them. You feel more secure with them. Their rep was fine and they never felt like it was too overbearing. If I didn't get something or if I didn't understand, I could call them immediately and they'll clarify it easily and there would be ease of mind.

Setting up the transport was a good experience. They said they were gonna pick up my car the next day and sent me all the paperwork. But after, I was disappointed. Three days later, nobody had called me back. I called them and they said they were still looking for a driver. The agent said a different thing trying to sell their product. Luckily I had five days window to pick up my car and on the fifth day, they found a driver. The driver called and said, “I'm gonna come tomorrow around 10 o'clock in the morning. Are you gonna be home?” He showed up at 10 o'clock and did a good job. He called me a day before and an hour before delivery.

The reps were very easy to work with. The initial quote and ending bill were the same. The driver was easy to communicate with. We found a location that worked for the drop-off. My vehicle arrived in good condition.

SGT told me they gave my number to the driver, and the driver contacted me. From there, the driver and I kept on communicating on till he delivered the car. At first, the driver didn't understand the location where he was supposed to take the car. He called me and said that he was gonna drop it on the road and that his truck was too big. I said, "You should try that. It's gonna work." He was hesitant at first. But he took it to exactly where I wanted him to take it.

I went to uShip and SGT was the first company who answered. I got a message and I tried to get a hold of someone over the phone but I couldn't. It was a little strange. But within 24 hours, they called me back. They picked up the car at a mechanical shop in Kansas City and dropped it off at a McLaren dealership in Chicago. It was done within three business days.

It seemed easy to be able to communicate with them. When I put the details into their website, it came back with a pretty fast answer. It was fairly easy to set the whole thing up. But the driver they sent was inexperienced. He couldn't load the Porsche on his vehicle. So I loaded it for him, but that wasn't a problem. SGT Auto communicated quite well. It all went quite smoothly. I was happy. I did try and do another move with them, but it didn't work out because it was too specialized for them. They kind of got a simple platform A to B. There was a confusion over whether there's gonna be cash payment at one end.

The reps were polite and everything was on time. We bought a car, and it was picked up in Philadelphia and dropped off in South Carolina. It left that night and got here the next day at about 3:00. The driver was very nice and kind, and he was able to get in and out. The condition of the car was very good too.

I had no problems whatsoever with the transport of my vehicle from South Carolina to Colorado. They were on time even a day early. They arrived on time to pick up my vehicle and even got it through a storm with no issues. Well done

SGT is the cheapest and the service is good. I like how quick it was to be able to get a shipment with them. I got a quote online, and they locked in that quote. They just needed a three-day window for them to pick up the car. I called on a Saturday and they were able to pick it up on a Tuesday. The delivery was earlier but it worked out well. It was easy to get in touch with the driver.

I shipped a BMW M4 from Florida to California. The rep who helped me was Kevin and he was awesome and super helpful. Also, they seemed like they were knowledgeable about everything that I asked and they were able to provide all the information that I expected. It was a great experience overall.

Everything was fine and the cost was pretty clear initially. The driver delivered my vehicle as it is, without any scratch, and on time. He was a gentleman and he was a very nice person.

SGT Auto Transport had a good rating and the price was the best. I called their phone number. They scheduled the transport. They sent me an email but I didn't see it. So, when I thought they scheduled me, I wasn't. I completed that step, and they picked up later on that day. The driver called me before he got to my house and picked up the car. And when he picked up the car, he said he would be in Florida in three days. I was scheduled to be here because I drove in the Budget truck four days. He said he would call me and let me know when he was here, and he did. I wasn't here yet. I asked him to leave the car, and he did. It was easy.

I bought a couple of trucks upstate and I needed them down here. SGT's quote was good. Except for two of the trucks, they weren't able to find a driver for the quote quoted. So we ended up going a couple of hundred dollars more. They told me when would the vehicles be picked up and dropped off, if that worked in my schedule. The driver also had filled out an inspection sheet, telling me the truck had scratches before delivering it.

Everything was perfect when I signed up with them. It was quick and professional. We were very happy with it. The price was reasonable. It was predictable delivery and it was slightly ahead of schedule. The guy who picked up the car seemed professional. He seemed like he's done it a lot, so that was confidence building. The car was dirty when it got here, but that would be expected. I probably will be moving across the country with three cars and I'll definitely use them.

The experience with SGT Auto was excellent. It couldn't have been better. The transport went from Florida to Ohio to the Lake Shore and it was on time and on budget. We had to load it and then, we had to pick it up. The driver and his co-pilot were two very nice people. When I tipped them, I got a nice thank you note from them. That usually doesn't happen. So, I'll use them again.

I was pleased with everything except the timeliness of the pickup. The driver came the next day after they called me to schedule. I said, "The problem is we have a blizzard forecast for Minnesota and it's supposed to be very bad." I told them it was supposed to hit at 2:00. And they said, "We can be there before noon." I said, "If you're here before noon, you can get the car, get out of here, everything will be fine." 5:00 was when the SGT Auto Transport driver showed up which is a far cry from before noon. He went above and beyond just to try to get through the snow to my house. But he hung in there and we got the car out into his trailer. So, he did a fine job.

SGT Auto Transport was very responsive to all my questions. And I didn't get spammed like crazy. They waited for me to reach out to them, which I appreciated. And they were easy to talk to. The driver was nice. He was very laid back and he answered all my questions. He got the car there a day earlier than they thought they would, which worked out way better for me. He saved my bacon. The whole experience was good. I'd use SGT again if I had to.

SGT Auto was very accommodating scheduling-wise. They also stayed in touch. They emailed, texted and called me. I went from New York to Florida and they did it within four days. The pickup was right in front of my house and delivery was right in front of my condo. I was very pleased with the outcome of everything to the point where I will definitely use them again. They also sent me a $100 discount for my next transport.

You wrecked my truck and have yet to fix it. You or your insurance company Will not take care of it. You also tried to cover it up by installing used tires on my truck that were the wrong size and destroyed my transmission that I had to repair. This company needs to take care of their customers and get Better insurance company that will take care of things like this instead of ignoring it like it's going to go away.

The pickup and delivery were easy. The drivers showed up at the location I asked for and they dropped off the car at the location I asked for. The move was from California to Georgia and that took four days. SGT Auto is fantastic. I would do it again.

I was moving from Indiana to Nevada, which was about 2,000 miles. I hired SGT to transport my vehicle and they were very professional. As soon as I entered in the quote online, I got a phone call within two minutes and I was able to give them further instructions as to where to ship my car. It was a very easy process. The pickup was extremely easy, too. It took 10 minutes and the guy took pictures of the car. So we were able to compare it to when it was delivered. Then, I was able to text the driver if I had any questions and he called me about an hour before to let me know that my car was ready for drop-off. I would use them again if I need to. The cost was fair as well and I was very happy with the service.

Communication was good with SGT Auto, and they were very quick with their delivery. There were just a few email exchanges. There was direct communication with the driver. He texted me. I texted him. We were able to connect pretty easily. The final cost was satisfactory. It's pretty competitive with other delivery companies. It was a good experience. I was happy to choose SGT.

The car had a lot of issues. The fuel tank was leaking, and I knew that when I bought it. When the driver came, he said, "Oh, no. I can get it going." So he took the hose off of the gas tank, shoved it into an old milk jug, put gasoline, and started it up. So it was easy to load and unload. The driver was obviously a mechanic and knew his way around cars. It was absolutely perfect. It was better than I could have expected.

You're giving your car to a stranger and they're taking your credit card. Other than that, it went very well. The cost was also very good, and it was exactly what the quote was.

I've gotten some more that were a lot higher. The delivery of the vehicle went fine. The driver texted when he was an hour out.

Setting the transport up with SGT was pretty simple. There was just a couple of emails back and forth. The driver was pretty cool. He let me know that because I was on a hill, it would be difficult to get on there. The car was moving, so I drove it down to him. He drove me back up to my apartment after we got it on there. Then after that, it was pretty smooth. He went over the vehicle to make sure that whatever was damaged is already damaged, and not anything new. He asked me about some of the dents, and then that's it.

The reps from SGT called me before the day they were supposed to pick up and told me that even though I was scheduled for Friday, it might be until Monday till they got a carrier to be able to take the car. But they called me on Wednesday and said they could pick up the car. They had a carrier for me that day but I wasn't prepared for it and I declined it. I was gonna be on conference calls and business calls, and I didn't want to risk somebody coming in and me having to be on a call or on a Zoom call, and having to deal with the driver. But SGT found somebody to pick it up on a Saturday and the pickup was great.

Everything with SGT was great. They were professional and well-organized. The pick up and delivery of the vehicle went flawlessly and the cost was appropriate. I would recommend SGT.

I met him off-base, then we loaded the car, and I waited and watched him do everything. He then departed and things definitely went well. I went back and forth with someone at SGT Auto Transport, asking about if I widen my dates to get the price a bit lower. They worked with me, and I wound up going with them. The actual delivery service was great. It was a bit different. They picked it up late at night, not the normal 9 to 5 hours. But I loved the fact that upon delivery, the driver texted me and said, “We're gonna be there after midnight. Is it okay?” I know they got schedules to keep and they would like to keep it pushing. But I thought that the communication of when they would pick it up until the time it was delivered was great. It was dark, and I live on a closed cul-de-sac here in Texas. The driver got out. I was ready to go, and he started taking pictures and inspecting the car, but everything was perfect.

Quick quote and less than competition. Thought was military mover but not sure. Vehicle picked up quickly and arrived earlier from Colorado to SC than expected. Came in 2 car trailer which was great. Driver not speak much English but friendly and no vehicle damage.

We contracted with SGT to move our Mercedes from Florida to the Albany area in NY. There were no issues with either the pick up or delivery. This was a great experience, we would definitely use SGT again if needed.

My wife and I were in Florida and needed our car transported from Connecticut. The transport driver arrived as promised and delivered the car 4 days after pickup. Our car was the last car loaded and the first car off loaded. We also had a GPS tracker in the car and could watch the driver's progress. PERFECT....

SGT Auto Transport brought a Honda Civic from Oklahoma to North Carolina. It took shorter time than we thought it would take so they did good. They didn't charge more than they said they would. The rep was very knowledgeable and made sure we were at ease. The driver was a little bit different. I don't think he realized we had paid for it 'cause we paid SGT Transport upfront through the web page. He was asking if we would pay him in cash. We were a little uncomfortable with that.

SGT Auto arranged the pick-up of the car I bought and it happened within four to five days. It was transported 2,000 miles and was delivered with a little delay because of the weather. I had to follow up with the driver and the dispatch office to get an update. They were not proactive enough. They could have been more proactive and told me “We're delayed. Roads are closed." It was winter. Also, I got the enclosed service and I was hoping the car would arrive spotless. But there was another vehicle on top of it that had some oils dripping. I would have hoped that in an enclosed service, there would be additional protections to prevent such contamination. That aside, the cost was fine.

I liked SGT's pricing. The signup went very smooth and easy. I just provided them the documents they needed, and then they delivered the car to our address. The service is pretty good. They’re professional guys.

I shipped three vehicles -- two small cars and one large SUV, and they were shipped on the same truck and the same company. It worked out great and SGT was very transparent. The price that they quoted me was what it wound up being and for the service that was performed, it was very fair. My wife was in town when the car was delivered, but they brought it as close to the house as they could. It was a tight street, but they walked up to the door and knocked on it and pull the cars off and brought them right up. I would highly recommend them.

Ultimately, there was good tracking as well from picking it up to it getting delivered in the destination. My experience was great. I got my car delivered and I got it shipped. The condition was fine though I found a scratch on the passenger side. I spoke to the driver about that and he withheld some of his money so I could fix it. It was good where he accepted responsibility but it was frustrating to see that on a brand new car.

So, there was a little bit of a flex there but SGT Auto stayed with the original price. Everybody was extremely helpful. They didn't make us feel like we were imposing when we needed the flexibility. So, we needed at least a 24-hour notice because it takes us two hours to get where the car was to be picked up and the drivers were great about that. They gave us plenty of notice and we got there in plenty of time. All that communication was very good between the driver texting and being flexible to work with us.

I like that SGT's service includes insurance. Their customer service is good. They called and gave me updates. The only issue that I had was the vehicle was supposed to get picked up on a Wednesday in the afternoon, but the person was running late. They didn't get there until midnight. I had to arrange to have the vehicle picked up on time. The pickup and delivery time wasn't as precise as they implied it was gonna be. But the car showed up in good shape. They brought it directly to me.

SGT stuck with their price. They picked the car up when they said they would and they dropped it off when they said they would. I had it transported across the country from North Dakota to Louisiana. The driver got down here pretty quickly and during the trip, we were in cellphone contact as needed. In the end, the quote was the same as the price I paid. We would use them again if we ever needed to.

Shipped my car from Palos Park, IL to Naples, FL. Car arrived in Naples dirty but in good condition. Had a great conversation with the driver of the transport when he picked my car up. My friend said she had nice conversation with the driver also when the car arrived at her home. RNDB

I was able to get ahold of SGT Auto Transport at any point, which was nice. And they were always informed on the order, and it didn't take them any time to look it up. They dropped off the car and the driver showed up, called me and said, "I'm here with the car." We went outside and paid him, and that was it. The quote was competitive. It was exactly what I expected.

Everything went well during the pickup and delivery. The dispatcher got back to me quickly when I had questions on where things were. They showed up an hour earlier than expected. They had the cheapest quote I got. I'd recommend SGT Auto if you have to ship a car.

I transported my vehicle from Midland to Florida. I got the vehicle safe, the quote that SGT Auto gave me did not change, and I'm happy about the service. They provided me an invoice for $329 then I had to pay the driver $800 in cash. But I did not get one invoice statement for everything I paid. What I got was from the city and from the driver separately. So, that's very hard and it would be great if they can help me with that.

It's always great with SGT Auto Transport. I've also used them before. They're reliable and has good communication. Everything is top-notch.

The other companies were not very honest. They would quote me a price then a few days later, they would raise the price. You'd check back with them and they'd have to raise it again. They'd tell you a date that they would pick up, but they couldn't meet the date. It was one thing after another. You tell them an enclosed trailer, but they book you a open trailer. But with SGT Auto Transport, they did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They picked the vehicle up when they said they were gonna pick it up, and they delivered it within 12 hours of when they said they was gonna get here. They charged me what they said they were gonna charge me. They were easy to deal with. I'm totally satisfied. I'll use them again when I have that need arise.

SGT Auto Transport was willing to meet me at a price that I found reasonable, because the range of quotes that I got from a few different places were over a spectrum of $600 or $700. Everything was fast. The day that I paid and set it up, they picked it up the same day. And it showed up a day early to me. So, everything was prompt and great. The driver was super cool. The only thing was the delivery was delayed because of my schedule. They were ready to deliver it in two days but I couldn't be here to accept delivery. That took four days.

SGT Auto was scheduled to pick up the car on a certain day and I had arranged for my sister to wait for them. It was 3 o’clock and they weren't there. I called them and they said they already talked to the customer and they knew SGT was coming a day late. But I was the customer and I didn't get a call at all. The pickup was fine but my sister lost a day waiting for them. SGT Auto gets the job done but people should watch out for the scheduling stuff. Still, the cost was a little cheaper than what the other options offered and my car was in one piece. It was great.

They were fine. They'd contact me to pick up and drop off. I contacted SGT in between the time and just try to get a status update. They took the vehicle off their truck and drove it in the driveway. I had to pay them, did Zelle and it was easy.

I was directed to a guy from the shipping company and they kept me updated all the time with the driver situation, when the truck was coming and when they were expecting to be there. SGT Auto was the most reasonably-priced among the companies I found in Google. They gave a discount, even though I still find it a little bit more. But among the others, this was the best. They didn't delay and there was no extra payment. They delivered a day before the expected date and did a good job. I'm happy with their service. A friend of mine received the car and it was in the same condition when I delivered it to them. I can recommend SGT Auto if anyone wants in the future.

SGT Auto Transport had a discount. I got a phone call and I gave the rep the dates. The person picked up the car on that date. It was four days to get to my home state. And I didn't have to do anything besides setting up the pickup, and they asked me for my family phone number so they could organize when the car would be picked up.

My experience with SGT Van lines was exceptional. Although it took 14 days departure to arrival, I was informed that because of the time of year, Xmas, it would take longer than usual. I accepted the longer time frame. The people I was in contact with were very professional and empathic, and responded always very courteously.

The entire experience went very smoothly from start to finish. If I need to have another vehicle transported, I would use SGT again. Price was very reasonable and delivery was exactly as promised. Representatives setting up the transfer were very courteous and helpful.

SGT was the cheapest and they did a great job. Their customer service was great. As far as the delivery of the vehicle, there were no problems. They delivered on the day they said they would right to my daughter's doorstep. As the driver got closer, he kept in touch a couple of times a day.

SGT Auto was the most transparent on the phone. When looking into the transport service, the thing I kept seeing was getting charged an additional amount after the fact or at some later date. That was one thing that I wanted to make sure was clear and it seemed very straightforward with SGT. Everything was great. I discussed with customer service that I needed to put a decent amount of items in the car and they were okay with that. They were very friendly.

Setting up the transport with SGT was fine. The issues that I had were with the third party people. SGT hires a third party to bring the vehicle to their facility, and then it's shipped from there. So the third party vehicle transportation had issues getting the vehicle on time. The pickup date was two days late and the delivery date was two or three days late. So it was all over the map. I had to call for all my updates. Nobody reached out to me for anything. When they did the delivery, they showed up at 8:30 at night. The guy came to my door and I was out with my family at dinner, so he waited until I got back. It was a big rig truck in a residential neighborhood, so he kind of pulled up and rolled the vehicle off the back of the thing and into my driveway.

I was needing to do a transport from Seattle to Nashville. SGT Auto was more competent than the last company that I tried. They kept their appointments too. The pickup and delivery of the vehicle were way easier than I anticipated. Working with the driver was very positive too. The time was clearly stated and they stuck to it. I would recommend SGT Auto.

I got a couple quotes from a few different vendors and SGT was the most affordable. If you pay half the amount through card, then if you do the other half either Venmo or Zelle, they’d discount it. The pick-up was okay. The driver was a little rushed and short. Then when they dropped it off, it was a little better. Overall, the service was pretty good. They delivered even though if it was late. For the price, I wouldn't mind it.

I need to send a Camry 2021 to Georgia last year 2022. I look up online and found SGT with good reviews from other people. SGT make a good service with a reasonable price, also it is quick. I would like to get SGT service again if any.

When I was in a bind with another company that had to cancel and needed an immediate transport of my daughter's car across the country with little wiggle room in our schedule, SGT saved the day! Through a snowstorm in rural Washington state, SGT was there as promised for pick-up in a time frame that mattered! We had barely gotten back to the East Coast, and SGT was delivering the car in our driveway within a matter of only a few days...I could hardly believe it. The communication was excellent, and our drivers were fantastic. The cost was very fair for the service they gave us. I would highly recommend them!

I have been scammed by several other companies. SGT promised this would never happen and the whole process was easy and flawless. The rate was the best I found for an 800 plus mile delivery. The transporter was very helpful and the car was in perfect condition. I have ten cars and ship frequently. I am elated to find a shipper who does what they say with no hassle at a great rate.

I moved from Colorado to Michigan near the holidays. SGT Transport transported my car quickly. It arrived before my household goods or I did! They took good care of my car...No damage or problems. I would easily use them again!

I told SGT Auto that it was hard to connect with the person I bought the Saab 9-3 Convertible from and I needed it picked up that afternoon. They said they would do their best and they did it. I got next-day service. I got it to 500 miles in about 28 hours from the time I told them. I thought that the driver could bring the car straight to my house, but once I saw the vehicle he was hauling it with, I knew that wasn't possible. So, I arranged with him a meeting spot three miles away from my house and I picked it up there. Once he was getting close, he let me know every step of the way.

Everything went pretty smoothly. But it took a while for the movers to show up because the driver's trailer had some damage and he had to get that fixed. They did that and finally they were able to pick my '68 Mustang up. They dropped it off where my niece lives in Murrells Inlet. The condition of the vehicle was perfect.

The experience with SGT Auto Transport was good. I was told the driver was gonna come at a certain time of day near my house to pick up the car. I live in an area where he couldn't get the truck at my house. We agreed on the phone to go to a different location where he'd be able to get the truck easily into it. I drove my car there and he was waiting. When I got to my destination, I went to an airport parking location and everything worked fine considering I didn't know who they were and hadn't used them before. I'm in the process of setting up to have my car shipped back to Philadelphia and I'm gonna use them again. The only difficulty I had was a lot of the people that I dealt with did not speak English as their first language and it was a little hard to understand them.

We had three cars moved with SGT Auto Transport. They were responsive, answered all my questions and got to everything that I needed to know. They did a wonderful job on their end. The transporters delivered within a block from the home because it was hard for them to get to our actual street. But they asked me for another $100 per car because we had some items in the car. I was not happy about that. I would never use them again. If they're who SGT Auto are gonna send, I'm gonna say no.

I purchased a car out of state and was needing it brought to my house. SGT was not the cheapest but it was not the most expensive either. I went online to several companies to get quotes and they were probably the least obtrusive and they didn't hound me. They sent a follow-up that basically said, “If you if you still need us, we're here.” Some of them sent me emails that said, “If you use anybody else other than us, just remember, they're all crooks.”

I was looking at different movers and SGT was offering the best quotes so I went with them. I checked the reviews and they looked good. Setting up the transport was pretty straightforward. I generated my quote and I just had to book it. When the car was about to be shipped and the shipping date actually came close, they sent me another form in which I had to add the rest of the information about the details regarding the move, etc. The quote was also pretty good compared to what the competition was offering. I simultaneously generated quotes with other companies. SGT was at least $200 lower. In the end, the driver was able to deliver the car to my home on the promised date.

SGT Auto had a good rating and I picked it to ship a car. Customer service seemed fine. To get the car from Ellijay, Georgia to Melbourne, Florida took 24 hours. It was probably a 700-mile trip. The driver did everything we needed and he seemed to have his act together so we didn’t worry about it too much.

I bought a vehicle in Texas and needed it in Utah. The transport company wouldn't show up so we switched to SGT and got it done. the cost was a little more expensive than I wanted, but everything was good. It was about 1,400 bucks to get it all done. I figured you pay the whole thing to one person. But what happened was you pay a percentage to SGT for lining it up and they share a little bit of that with the carrier. The carrier got the car from Austin, Texas to Salt Lake City surprisingly fast and there were no hitches. When they delivered the car, I had to actually Venmo the carrier really quickly so that they would deliver the vehicle to my son. That was weird but it worked out.

We've never done this before. We contacted SGT Auto and they took care of everything. The gentleman came with the tractor trailer with seven cars on it, and he met us in our street. We couldn't get down so we met him by the mailboxes. He put it on. He was very good. Very considerate about not to scratch or damage anything. That was on a Thursday evening, and he said the car would be there Saturday morning. Lo and behold, it was there 8:30 Friday night. And my sister-in-law was thrilled. She met him just off the highway because she was in a dirt road, which is not conducive to tractor trailers. And she said the guy was incredible. We felt the same way. The cost was excellent because we saw prices that were way higher. It was a great experience. It was beyond our expectations. If we have to ship another vehicle, we would contact them first. We kept all the information for them, and we will contact them to ship our car again.

I shipped a BMW X2. They were quick and got here fast. Everything was fine in our experience.

The reps were very communicative and that was great. They kept me informed and told me what to expect. When the time came, because I booked early, they contacted me and said, "It's time to do the down payment, and then we'll proceed from there." They explained everything, even the process of when to pick up and what was happening. I would text and I knew exactly when they were coming and delivering. I found that good.

I searched on the internet, found SGT Auto and it was lovely. Everything went perfectly. I scheduled the transport, then they came and picked up the car. I paid them, and the driver delivered it five days later. He was nice, and communication with him was good. I texted him, and he answered me. All is well. I have only ever transported a car one other time before and that too went well. There's nothing I could complain about.

SGT Auto came in with a decent bid. What they quoted and what I paid were the same. Their customer service was good.

SGT Auto didn't have the cheapest price but they had the best reviews. They asked me a lot of questions, which I appreciated, 'cause that meant that they were doing their due diligence on what it was they were gonna ship. Once the bid went through, they reached out to me. They asked me some more detailed questions on the location I was at, would it be accessible to one of their trucks or would I need to meet somewhere. They were very quick with everything that they needed to do paperwork-wise or communication-wise. If I had to ask them a question, they had the answer right away.

Setting up the transport was fairly easy. They said they were gonna pick up the vehicle on a certain day. But they called me that day and said they weren't able to pick it up because the driver was sick. They said they would get the vehicle the next day and that they would call me before they got it. They didn't and it was the dealership that called us and said that the vehicle had been picked up. When it got here, I said to the driver, "Sorry to hear you were sick." And he's like, "I have no idea what you're talking about." Other than that, the move went smoothly for the most part. The quote was good and we paid what we were quoted. We got the car in one piece with no issues. In the future, they should stick to the original plan and call me when they pick the vehicle up. Communication is key in anything.

I contacted SGT and they promised they would transport the car within the time they told us. The delivery team was very quick and responsive. When I typed the messages, they responded. When I called them, they picked up. If they didn't pick up, they called me back within half an hour. It was very good. Also, the car was in very good condition.

I had used SGT Auto Transport not long ago. They picked a car for me in Arizona and delivered to me. Recently, I used them again. The first transport was from Arizona to Georgia. It was a 1969 Ford Mustang that I purchased. They went and got it for me and brought it to me. From the time of booking the transport to receiving the vehicle, it took six days. The driver had good communication the whole time. He called me and let me know when he was picking it up. He also communicated with the person that I bought the vehicle from. I was satisfied. I'm waiting for a phone call to give some more details on the current transport that I'm trying to do. If I had any coworkers or family members that needed a vehicle transported, I wouldn't hesitate to give them SGT Auto's information.

The driver with SGT Auto Transport was a little overcautious about where he picked up and dropped off. He neither came to the home nor the drop-off directly. He had had a bad experience with somebody hitting him somewhere. I have had other transports do exactly that. They hadn't hesitated to come to the home or the drop-off place. I'm single and it's not like I could jump out. It was late at night on a Friday when he came to pick the vehicle up. That was an inconvenience. The survey of the car was done and a document that was on a tablet was put in front of me to sign, acknowledging the survey of the car for any current damage. Sight unseen, I told the driver, “I haven't seen what you said as far as what was the damage.” That doesn't seem a good business practice. He assured me it would be sent to my email. On the other end, it was another late night drop-off. I had a friend down here to pick it up. There was a mix-up on which spot the driver was saying. It was a hassle that I was imposing on somebody else to help me.

Excellent customer service experience with a thorough follow up from staff. We were very pleased with our experience with our short transactional history with the company so far. We plan to definitely work the SGT transport in the future. Only setback experienced so far was out of their control. We had an issue with Stripe a third party payment service through uShip.

I’m very satisfied with this co-service and treatment. They are fast in providing the load and also they pay on time. Not only that, but also they treated our drivers with high level of respect and dignity.

Their quote. Time to deliver 3-5 calendar days. 1st available pickup date 7-28. Deliver no later than 8-1. Agreement timed out 11.59pm 8-1. No car was picked up or delivered. On 8-2 at 7:48 in the morning I notified them they timed out and I was moving on to another source. On 8-2 at 8:12 in the morning they acknowledge the cancel and most important they acknowledge they did not have a carrier. On 8-2 I found a new carrier willing to perform and booked with them – for more money. On 8-1 they charged me for booking a carrier. However, this carrier cancelled same day. I have no way of knowing if this booking is true as they cancelled and did not pick up the car.

The total transport from the pickup in Florida to the drop-off in New York took three days. SGT sent me emails. They were in contact when the person picked up the car and when the car was dropped off. For the delivery, I met them at a dealership and they took the car off of the transport vehicle. It was snowy up in New York so the car had snow on it. That was to be expected so it was fine. The quote for the service was competitive and it was pretty much exactly the final pricing.

They said the driver was gonna be here at 10 o'clock but they ended up showing three hours later. When I contacted them they said it was because of the traffic. But because of that, I was stuck in that area waiting for the driver to come which was not really good. I never received any phone call or update. I would have rather they told the customer, "The driver is stuck in traffic. Expect a delay." Other than that, it was okay. The transport arrived earlier than expected and the vehicle came without any damage. I'm happy about the experience with them.

The quote they gave was good and the delivery of my vehicle went well. I met with the driver at a specified location.

I had two vehicles shipped with SGT Auto Transport. The Porsche was coming back from my mechanic in Delaware for the first one. The second one, I had purchased a car in Massachusetts and needed to get it home. Both of those were getting shipped to Columbus, Ohio. The delivery was good. They would usually call the day before and they would give you details, and then I would say, "I'll meet you on the street," just because my street can be hard to reach.

SGT had a better price. They were responsive. They always picked up the phone and did their best to answer my questions. I needed transport from Texas to Massachusetts. So, I booked it and then they kept me posted about when the car would be picked up. Then, their driver called when he was close and then dropped the car off. The driver was excellent. He was very nice and polite. The car arrived with damage I wasn't expecting and he had taken pictures like when he picked the car up that the dealership signed off on. So, he had proof that when he picked the car up, the damage was on the car. I called the dealership, and because he had done that, I was able to get them to repair the car at no cost to me. He was very helpful. He waited while I was on the phone with the dealership. I would use SGT again in a heartbeat.

With SGT, there was a quick quote and everything was done online. Once I selected the quick quote, it went fast. They told me when they’d come get the car. They asked if it was ready. It was ready to go and they picked it up in a couple of days. It was in Indiana right when they said it would be. When the guys picked it up, they were supposed to be here in the afternoon but it was after dark when they got here, which I didn't care. The receiver didn't have any problems with it either. They just showed up with the car and everything was good. The quote was exactly what the price was other than a service charge of $75. A few years ago, I had shipped a car down here and I paid about the same to have a car shipped down here from Indiana. So, the price wasn’t on the line as far as I was concerned.

SGT Auto Transport was from my hometown area. They picked my car up at 6:00 in the evening on one day, and it was delivered to my daughter's house at 2:00 PM the next day. Excellent service.

I’ve had SGT do quite a few of my vehicles. We ran into an issue on one of them where one of the carriers had damaged one of my cars, a ’91 GT Mustang in mint condition. They picked it up north in Wisconsin and delivered it to Texas. It took them 3 to 4 days. When I got here, the driver unloaded the car about a half a block from my house. He usually pulls up to the side of my property because I have enough room where they can pull in and pull out. He wanted me to sign this deal and give him the money which I pay cash on delivery. I gave him the money then I started to walk around the front of the vehicle. I noticed the damage on the whole front bumper. He hit it so hard that it pushed the fender back and the door frame. The door couldn't even open on the passenger side of the Mustang. He took off without telling me anything.

SGT Auto is cheaper than most and it's fast. However, the final cost was more than I expected. Two different salesmen quoted me different prices, and the second one couldn’t give me the quote that the first one gave me. Other than that, everything is all right. I could text and call the driver easily.

SGT Auto Transport gave me the most competitive price and were more upfront with all the information. They told me they would come at some day and they came that day. I had the number of the driver directly. They were in time for the delivery. They told me a week and it was six days.

The rate was good. Also, they communicated effectively. There were some changes that had to be made due to circumstances, but they were good at communicating that. The driver also walked around the car and took pictures. It was good service.

I had a really outstanding contact on the phone who seemed to know what he was talking about. They picked up the car in LA, and then dropped it off in Boca Raton, Florida. They kept me advised by text and by phone. It was great. During the delivery, the driver called us and we met him on the main street. So, the truck was able to park on the main street and it worked out. I'd use SGT again.

I wish the process would have been explained a little better to me. I didn't realize that SGT Auto Transport subcontracted out and they don't actually do the transport. Transparency is key. The pickup point was in Ohio, and the drop off was in Georgia. And the the entire process took about a week. But the actual pickup and the drop off only took about 24 hours. The courier driver called to make sure they had all the documents to pick up the vehicle, then they let me know that they were going to be delivering the next morning. The delivery guy had a pickup truck with a small car hauler trailer and he had two vehicles on it. He unloaded mine. He pulled up to my property, we backed it off the trailer, and away he went. My car was in the condition I expected it to be in. There was no damage.

I liked SGT Auto Transport for a combination of things including their response and pricing. There was normal interaction for the scheduling and keeping in touch with when the driver was gonna come. There were some last-minute adjustments based on the driver's availability. The pricing I received was in line with what I expected. I was not in an extreme hurry to get things over there and that helped with the price. SGT helped me with getting a reasonable one.

SGT Auto has the least expensive prices. We used them for a delivery of a truck and everything went according to schedule.

This company is totally unreliable and does not keep their word. I am moving across the country tomorrow and travel plans have already been made and paid for. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up sometime in the last 3 days and now they are telling me they can't do it before I am supposed to move even though I booked this 2+ weeks ago and they committed to this pickup window. Also can't get anyone that actually works for them on the phone (just offshore 3rd party customer service) and their customer service is not helpful at all. They just give lip service and read the same script every time I call.

Working with SGT auto was everything I needed. They ensured the safety of my car from Tucson to Urbana, IL. The drivers are so professional that they called a couple of days before pick up and also called occasionally during their trip. I loved every bit of the service.

I was purchasing a vehicle that is not sold in my state of Wisconsin so I ordered it from Maryland. There was an article that was written about bus transport companies for various reasons. I reached out to all of the companies that were mentioned in the article and got quotes from all of them. I also cross-checked that with online reviews to make sure that those were also jiving with the company being a reputable business. SGT wasn't the lowest quote that I got. But the companies that were providing the lowest quotes had sketchy reviews so I ended up going with SGT because it was in the middle in terms of price but had overwhelmingly positive reviews.

The rep with SGT Auto Transport was excellent. I'm very satisfied. Everything was spot on. They were a bit early for the delivery which was a good thing. The driver seemed to have taken good care of the car. That car is very difficult to move. It's very low to the ground. This guy knew how to do it. It's not the first time that car has been transported. The first time it was transported, we had somebody else that did a terrible job. We were very apprehensive about doing it again, but I would use SGT in a heartbeat if I have to move anything again. They did what they said.

SGT shipped our car from Boise, Idaho to Pueblo, Colorado. Austyn had it up for a bid and they were the ones that could do it in the most timely manner. They had really good reviews and they picked it up on a Saturday, and it was here on a Monday. It was a brand-new truck that we bought in Idaho, so it was perfect. The driver was awesome.

We had a great experience with SGT. We had never used an auto transport and needed to get our vehicle from Oregon to Michigan quickly. SGT was communicative and reliable. The driver was competent and friendly and we had no problems. Definitely recommend.

I liked SGT's price. Their reps were very nice. There was grease all over the car when it came. It must have been in the middle and something dripped from above. I thought at first it was just dirt and rain but I took it to a car wash, and it was fine. It just had streaks of grease.

SGT picked up the car when they said they would, and they delivered the car a day before they said they would. The quote I was provided was reasonable. They weren't ripping me off and they weren't making a whole bunch of money. Everything is pretty expensive right now, especially for transport people. We had an RV back years ago, and gas was like 5 bucks a gallon, and I know what that feels like at the pump. So, I was not disappointed when they told me what they would charge me.

My experience with SGT was "fine, until it wasn't." My car was transported as agreed but it was damaged in transit. I sent pictures and a repair cost estimate to the transporter, Horizon, but they wouldn't respond to my request for reimbursement. (The repair cost was not covered under Horizon's insurance because it was less than the deductible.) I believe SGT attempted to get Horizon to respond, but took no responsibility. When Horizon wouldn't respond, SGT said that they would not reimburse me. SGT's advertising claim of being "fully insured" is at best misleading. It means nothing to their customer since SGT takes no responsibility for damage during transit.

The driver from SGT was very good. He drove down our street, which isn't a big street. We kind of lived in the woods, and he stopped in front of my house and picked the car up. He delivered it right. He was there when he said he was gonna be there. He delivered it when he said he was gonna be there.

I had my car transported from Texas to Tennessee. SGT had a lower price and a better date. The driver was nice and everything was good. The car was received and it was fine. The quote was exactly the same as what I was quoted.

Driver was a little late on pickup but kept us informed of his ETA. Delivery was made on time and vehicle arrived in the same condition it was on pickup. I ran into a problem trying to pay with Venmo and the driver was very patient while we worked through a credit card payment. All in all we were very satisfied with the service provided.

Everyone at SGT was super helpful and answered the phone every time. It was an extremely stressful position to be in because it wasn't my car. It was for my nephew. But looking them up, I knew that I didn't have to worry that the car wouldn't arrive in California. The delivery guy was awesome - timing wise, picking up the vehicle in Missouri with some friends of ours, coordinating everything and getting it out here in a timely manner. The car was up on top. He had it unloaded in five minutes and parked it behind the gate here for me so it was secure. The car was in great condition, just as it was. Everything was taken care of perfectly.

You get the driver's phone number or the driver contacts you so, you're in touch with the driver and you are being kept appraised of when the car will be picked up and delivered. So, the communication with the driver was easy as well as the payment.

I was expecting SGT Auto would call a little sooner than they did but it ended up being a couple of days later. But they walked me through what was gonna go on with the driver and how that would be set up. Then, the driver called me and we set up a meeting place. That got a little tricky because we're a military family. I asked SGT if their drivers had military base access and they assured me that they did but that was not the case. So, there was a little miscommunication there. But it ended up working out.

There was a long delay between the reps at SGT accepting the job and being able to find a driver, and then, there was miscommunication. It was very disorganized. But once they finalized everything, the vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. SGT hires independent people. The drivers themselves were harassing to try and schedule up the shipment. They were calling directly to try and convince us to ship it sooner than we were ready to.

Their price was good and they had good communication. I paid less than the quote they provided. I just had to work with the shipper and the delivery itself to get some things smoothed out.

The pickup point was Cincinnati, Ohio and the drop-off was Henderson, Nevada. The move took about the timeframe that they said of about seven days. The driver kept me updated on his timing and when he got close to where he had to drop the car off, I was able to meet with him. It was the same person who picked up my car. He delivered me to my car and gave my keys. Everything was in there. I was concerned that there was going to be, but there was actually no damage. But it was just dirty on the outside. I'm sure that that was just from its travels and it being not covered. Outside of that, there was no damage done to the car. I would definitely recommend SGT. They did a good job.

The rest of the companies kept on harassing and sending mail and making phone calls. SGT made one phone call and said, "Look at our reviews. See if it's something that you like." The quote they gave was one of the highest but based on the reviews and the person that I spoke to on the phone, I was comfortable making the decision. The delivery was extremely smooth. The gentleman was very easy to deal with. He delivered the vehicle right to our doorstep.

Please do you your homework on the refund policy. I placed an order on 11/10/2022 and requested that my vehicle be transported by 11/14/2022. I clearly explained that my car was in an accident and would need to be towed. The first carrier SGT found cancelled due to a scheduling conflict and we had to push the delivery to 11/16/2022, the second carrier cancelled because SGT gave him the wrong pick up location (this was on 11/14/2022), the third carrier scheduled on 11/16/2022 already past the delivery date. Was not able to get the my car on his truck due to not having a winch on his vehicle.

I received a phone call from a gentleman. He took me through it. I had a very specific situation where I wouldn't be able to be there when the car is being picked up. Because I would have traveled. I explained the situation. They responded nicely. The driver called me the day that he was supposed to pick the acr up. I told him the keys are above the tires. He was there. And three days later, the driver came in the specific spot. He called us. He asked about parking. The whole thing was professionally done. We got what we expected exactly. I would use SGT Auto Transport again if I have to do it again. You'll get your money's worth out of it. One less headache while moving.
