Good communication with the team. The car was delivered without any issue. The car was picked up on time. I liked that I could put up to 90lbs of items in the care. Driver wanted cash upon pick up so make sure you are ready.

UPDATE: Please note that the POLICE are now involved as said carrier has refused to deliver my BMW in the agreed upon time frame and has stopped responding to calls -- even from SGT dispatch. Upon advice of their dispatch team I have now contacted the local authorities and the police department is trying to locate my car. I have yet to receive my vehicle from these unreliable criminals that SGT hired as carriers: carrier company: V&A Auto Transporting LLC.
SGT has done nothing to help as these criminals are holding my car hostage with police intervention. Carrier: V&A AUTO TRANSPORTING LLC. Carrier Contact: Yuli **. This outsourced employee of theirs was the most rude, unprofessional and aggressive service provider I have ever dealt with and threatened to NOT DELIVER MY CAR in the agreed upon time frame when I asked him when I can expect the drop off and for a bit of consistent communication. He literally wrote word for word "well guess you don't want your car delivered (after asking for details on delivery date and time) so now you will have to wait." Legitimately threatening me via text message. WHAT?! They then proceeded to NOT deliver my car in the agreed upon date and stopped answering calls, even from the SGT dispatch team. They literally held my car hostage and I was forced to contact the police (upon direct advice of the dispatch team).
SGT itself did absolutely nothing to help. I blatantly told them that I felt uncomfortable and unsafe dealing with such a crazy and unhinged carrier, and they basically said, "oh well". Ummmm seriously? Is this how you take care of your customers?! Absolutely atrocious level of service. Do not use this company unless you want a crazy, aggressive, trash carrier company threatening you and yelling at you and then failing to deliver your car on the promised date and holding it hostage. Never again will I even consider using them. I would rather set my BMW on fire than deal with these people ever again!
Cherry on top: when I asked how I can escalate this situation and lodge a complaint so other customers are not threatened, harassed, and made to feel incredibly uncomfortable by this particular carrier who is completely unprofessional, while also sending in direct screen shots via email to their info at email address illustrating the situation of being yelled at and threatened by this horrid carrier word-for-word, they literally said, don't bother. WOW. Absolutely unreal.
I genuinely hope that the company owner will read this and take an ounce of accountability. Having your car go missing/carrier completely ignore all communication (even from dispatch) is everyone’s worst nightmare, especially when you think you are working with a trustworthy and reputable company like SGT. This is atrociously bad customer service and by the way, the ONLY one star review I have left in years of any business. I typically rave about how wonderful service and interactions are, but this was anything but. Rude, aggressive, uneducated, threatening, unhinged overall gross carrier staff I had to deal with the entire way. Don't remember the last time I felt so turned off by anyone I am doing business with. This experience was so traumatic it warrants it, and again, the company did absolutely nothing to help. I had to get the police involved. Shameful.

However, we would like to clarify that, as stated in the terms and conditions you signed, the delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Delivery dates and times can be affected by various factors such as the route, weather conditions, truck issues, as in this particular case, and others.
Nevertheless, this is not in any way an excuse for the behavior of the carrier and their dispatch team. We want to assure you that the claims made against the carrier are being carefully examined and addressed so that we can prevent such situations from happening again in the future. For us, customer satisfaction and good communication always come first, and we apologize that this carrier failed in that regard. We want to assure you that appropriate action will be taken regarding the carrier company.

Transported new car most of the way across the country ahead of schedule and honored a special request. Then transported vehicle solo 200 miles to my driveway. They said what they were going to do and how much it would cost and then did what they said. No damage. Very happy from my first phone call to final delivery.

SGT has been wonderful and this is the second time I’ve used them. Once I call them and I don’t get them, they ask to leave a message and then, they call me right back. I called them last Tuesday and they called me back and arranged everything. They did the paperwork and I did the signature three days later. My car had to be picked up between the 4th and the 6th. My husband was available for the pick-up in Louisiana and Montway transported it to San Diego. I was there when it arrived but the driver couldn't bring the truck into the parking lot. And he asked me if I would meet him. I just had to walk down from my apartment to the main highway and he dropped it off. I would recommend SGT’s services to my family or friends. I work with a lot of traveling nurses and the people that they gave me were more expensive than SGT. SGT's prices are more acceptable and they give you a discount for using them multiple times.

They gave me a good price. They were friendly. When they delivered the vehicle, it was 11 p.m. But they do what they gotta do. They have a rough schedule and I understand. Everything was good. But they could have been a little bit more responsive on the phone. Sometimes, it was a little bit difficult to get somebody to answer, like with the scheduling. But, it wasn't really their fault. Also, I'm in Chicopee, Massachusetts. For me to buy the car, I had to drive to New Jersey to go and look at it. Going through that George Washington Bridge, I'm not used to that sort of thing. It was a nightmare for me driving back and forth. Going through New York City was a little bit rough. And I imagine, that for them to get the car to me, they probably had to take the same route. It couldn't have been easy. The price was well worth it.

We scheduled the transport and the guy showed up within 45 minutes of the appointment. The vehicle was delivered as described. It was a smooth transaction. The only thing was I was quoted one rate and it changed twice before I got a contract. It was a little deceptive. But beyond that, it was good.

Everything was good as far as the service goes. The only issue was it seemed like the time kept changing. They gave a time and they didn't deliver on that time.

Getting set up with SGT Auto was super smooth. They picked up my car really soon when I needed it and dropped it at my other house in Georgia just right in front of my house. The driver was easy to communicate with and they were the nicest out of the other companies I dealt with. The other companies harassed me and told me that they were going to charge a completely different price when it was time to pay but SGT Auto didn’t. The quote stayed the same with them. The other companies also told me that that price wasn't enough and tried to convince me not to use SGT. It was expensive, but it was worth it because gas is so expensive. I would also do it again.

Vehicle was sent from SC to MI. The transport driver was extremely courteous & careful with my car. He went out of his way to arrange delivery to my daughter on our schedule, holding the car several days until she would be at home. Contact was always available. The price was way below what other brokers were offering. I would definitely use them again & have recommended them to everyone I know.

The whole process went good. I was impressed. The guys all did a good job. Very courteous, professional, and payment was easy. When I first called SGT Auto Transport, the person that I talked to was super nice. Helped me get everything set up and assisted. They sent me an email and arranged to pick up the vehicle in Texas, and here. A couple of days later, it was at my house. Somebody texted me, let me know when they were to pick it up, and they called whenever they were four hours away. We set up a time to get it unloaded, and we were good to go.

SGT Auto did the transport a bit sooner than the promised time period. Also, the quote was reasonable and the final pricing was the same as the quote. The car was picked up in Jupiter, Florida and shipped to New Jersey. SGT Auto asked if they could get a truck trailer into the pick-up area and we told them no. They arrived with a flatbed, and everything went fine. I was at another friend's house when they picked up the car, and they showed up a little later than promised, but that wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Apparently, there were thunderstorms that afternoon in Florida. On the other hand, the drop-off was smooth. Where it was occurring was via a truck trailer and that posed no problem at all.

I had gotten a car in my hometown of Dallas and I go to college out in San Diego. So, I had to get it shipped over here when I started school. SGT was the cheapest option out of everybody that I found that I got quotes from. But the low cost did not translate to low quality at all. It was really awesome. We were the first pick-up in our area and it wasn't hectic. They used a huge truck, but we live in Texas and our roads are huge. So, it came right to the front of our house. My car was sitting in the driveway and the driver took the keys. He pulled it over then loaded it up very carefully. It was done in 15 minutes. Then the deliver was much faster than I thought it was going to be. The car got here on the earliest day that they said it was going to get to San Diego, then the drop off didn't have any issues.
Also, the final cost ended up being cheaper than the quote they gave us because when I talked to somebody, they said that there was also a student discount. So, the quote wasn't accurate but not in a bad way. I would recommend SGT to anybody who needs to ship their car. We've shipped a car before and this time was significantly better.

I used this company twice. A move from Ormond Bch FL to Pahrump NV on 7/2022 and from Pahrump Nv to Ponte Vedra Bch FL on 7/2023. Both moves were spectacular from dealing with the front office, pickup/delivery times and timeliness of the drivers. The moving vans were in very good condition and my cars were well protected and I received no damage to either vehicle. The pricing for these moves was reasonable.

We did a quote online. they gave us a reasonable quote in line with other transport companies. They emailed me and called me for my questions before I booked with them for the car pickup in Edison NJ. We called them for the car pickup. They showed up and called me each time when they said they would. The driver met us, took pictures as he loaded the car on his truck. The car was in Utah when they said it would be. They called my son's cell and meet him for giving him the car and keys in Utah. He reviewed the car with my son on delivery. They were all very professional, very helpful with my calls and email questions. I would definitely recommend SGT Auto Transport and would use them again if the need arises.

While we had some pick up delays, once the car was picked up, there was no problem and the car arrived early! Everyone was very helpful and kept us up to date on delivery. The delivery driver was helpful and accommodating. I would use SGT again if I ever needed a transport service.

My car has a very low from AirDam, it has to be loaded and unloaded using blocks to achieve the correct angle. This car has been transported from California to Florida to Virginia back to Florida, over the past 3 years. Every trip has been excellent, with zero damage to the car. Pickup has been within 5 days of placing the order.

The driver would not pick up at house but wanted car to be delivered to Traverse City MI. 23 miles away. When delivered 7 or 8 days later, he would not deliver to home but told us to meet him at a Walmart parking lot. I have used you two years in a row, but would not use you again.

We had a very good experience with SGT Transport. Their communication when setting up the appointment was good. All necessary information was provided in a friendly way, with respect to how the process works. This company seems very organized. My vehicle was handled with care and arrived at the final destination in the same condition as when it left. The person who transported the vehicle was professional and instilled confidence as someone who was trustworthy. There was a communication glitch when the transport was complete which created a good deal of tension. It was worked out amicably. Thank you for the excellent service. Easy to contact and friendly people. Hassle-free and trustworthy delivery. Driver was patient as we experienced a glitch with our payment method, had WiFi issues, and had to meet him at a campground. Communication was good. Updates on arrival dates and times were on point. The only problem I had was that the car had to be delivered to Virginia just outside of Washington DC and I was not aware of this so I had to pay for an Uber for my son to pick up the vehicle. Other than that Vehicle was intact. Everything was in the car just like I sent it. I have recommended this company to a couple other family members and friends.

The car got to its location but when the driver had issues en route nobody from SGT could get me an update. It took me reaching out to the driver personally multiple times to find out what was happening. It shouldn't of taken me reaching out to the driver to get an update. I will think twice before using SGT again.

I was very leery picking out a company and the amount of calls you get when making an inquiry. SGT was professional, on top of everything and made a stressful transaction seamless. The driver was efficient, let me know where he was and when he would arrive and courteous. The follow up was good and they exceeded all my expectations.

SGT had a lot of good reviews online. Working with them was very quick. The price was really good, and the turnaround time to have the car delivered was insanely fast compared to everybody else. I had them pick the car up in Texas. I called on a Tuesday. They had it picked up by Friday and the next thing I knew, I got a call and they, "Hey, we're an hour away, " on a Saturday. The driver was very polite and professional.

I transported a Jeep through SGT Auto from Illinois to Iowa. It was an uncovered transport and I did my transaction with them online. I liked the ease of being online to set up. The quote they gave me was a little high but there was not a lot of competition out there to do that. The delivery was a little concerning at first. I requested to have the Jeep delivered on a Thursday but when they picked it up, they said they would have it there on Monday. I told them I wouldn't be there, but I'd figure it out. Then Wednesday came around and the car still wasn't there. I called and it showed up the day that I scheduled to have it delivered. But I didn't know where the vehicle was for a couple of days. In the end, it all worked out and they did exactly what I asked. Plus, there was no damage to the car. Also, when SGT's reps called me, their customer service was great and so far, I have told two people to go ahead and work with them.

I love SGT Auto. They were responsive and had the lowest quote. It was exactly the same price that I was quoted. It took the driver the exact amount of time that they said to get here - four days. When he got up here, he called me to discuss where we could meet so I could come pick it up.

The people on the phone helping organize things were better than the drivers. But they were fine. They wouldn't come to the building where I wanted them to come. So they picked a big, empty parking lot and I had to walk over there. I picked up the car there. It was a little difficult to work with them on the phone and by text message. There was a guy driving and a guy that I was communicating with and he wasn't listening very well.

My experience with their customer service was very good. They were very communicative. However, I was transporting my vehicle from Colorado to Miami and I received a weird call from the driver saying that if I could go and meet him at a spot because he was not able to drive through the bridge with his original truck because it was over the capacity that Miami bridge allows him to go through. I told him that I was not able to and then he said okay and he was gonna speak to his supervisor. But they ultimately found a way by asking if I was okay and comfortable with him driving my vehicle from the spot that he was currently at over to where he needed to transport it. It was a bit weird because I expected them to be able to predict the situation. But ultimately, it was fine because they were able to get my car from point A to point B. The driver was also great. He was a delight. He was not rude. He was professional. The car's condition was great. There were bugs all over the back, like bug guts. That wasn't fun cleaning because it took a couple of car washes to get the bug guts out. But that was expected.

It was a wonderful experience with SGT Auto Transport except one thing. The driver was very professional, but doesn't speak English. It was very hard to communicate with him because he barely understood any word I said. I needed to involve a third party every time that I needed to talk to him and it was problematic. He's a very nice man, but it's very important to take a note that he needs to speak or take a language courses because what happened when he took out my car was he just walked around my house. I was very glad that I have a Spanish roommate who could talk to him and explain. Other than that, it was very smooth and he delivered me a car earlier than the day I asked for, which is awesome. Everything was clean and in good condition.

I had a great experience with SGT Auto. The driver was contracted, but he was fine. He came in and picked the vehicle up. I asked how long it would take him to get there and he said they'd be there the next day. I gave him my daughter's number and asked if he could call her when they'd be an hour out and he did. They met up and everything was taken care of. I knew how much it was gonna cost going in, so I was happy with it.

It was a good experience with SGT Auto, and I would recommend them to other people trying to transport vehicles. Most of the correspondence was via email, so it was very limited talking on the phone but of the interaction of the phone conversation, it was very pleasant, concise, and to the point. However, I don't believe the gentleman's first language was English so there was a slight language barrier. But it wasn't anything so severe that we couldn't accomplish what we were trying to do. The pickup to drop-off was one day. It was extremely fast. I thought it would take anywhere from two to four days. It was good but not expected. I wanted to be at the drop-off destination when the vehicles arrived, but I wasn't able to do that.

The driver was early to pick the vehicle up. I had told them that I wouldn't have it in my possession until the paperwork was done later in the afternoon. They were there right at noon. I gave the driver the keys to go load it and to get it out of the dealership. I questioned whether or not he had experience driving a corvette, and he said yes, so I trusted that. I had a good experience with SGT, and I would recommend them.

Setting up everything was pretty easy. There was no drama, except they showed up a half day late to pick up the car. It didn't affect me, but it could have. The quote was $300 over what it should have been and I told them that, and they corrected it. They brought the car directly to me. They're a pretty good company and fairly honest.

I reached out to SGT by phone and then they sent me an email. They were very nice each time. When I reached out, I told them what I was looking for, and then they sent me a confirmation email to summarize the conversation so that we are all on the same page. Once they took a look at that and reviewed it, I would signed off on it by DocuSign and sent it back. The reps were courteous and professional and addressed me properly. The drivers kept in touch but they did not want to come to the house and I had to meet them at some other location. It was because it was a semi-truck and some of the roads where they could drive. That was the only thing I didn't really care for. When they were dropping off my car in Maryland, they wanted me to walk to the mall. I told them that I was not doing that and they needed to bring the car to my house, and they did.

I mostly handled everything online and the process was pretty clear cut. But the carrier who I texted with was quite rude. I was confused about not needing cash or a cashier's check. There was a certain form of payment I had to use and it wasn't specified when I first made the order that that was the means of payment. I went back through all my emails and there was a part where it was like a discount. So I tried to communicate my confusion over text to the carrier, and the person was very curt and rude. You can't convey human emotion very well through text. I wasn't gonna be picking up a vehicle. It was a family member. So then I had to contact the family member to try to get $1,000 in cash. That part was extremely stressful and it made the experience not very enjoyable at the end. But overall, the pick-up was fine, and the driver was really nice, and the car was delivered fine.

The process was very smooth and the price was good. The distance was more than 2,600 miles. They immediately called me right after the next day and picked up my vehicle, and also delivered on time. So everything went well. The driver gave me his number before coming down. Also, he told me where he was gonna come and pick up the vehicle, and he shared my number. The quote they gave me was good. It was clear and competitive. The driver was absolutely great. Once I got in contact with him, he was very communicative about giving me updates of when he would pick up the car and then when he would drop it off. He also took pictures. He was very detail-oriented when he picked up the vehicle. His transport was a bit early. I told him I planned to receive the car on Friday morning and he arrived Thursday night. He called me and told me that he could drop off the car if needed, but I told him that I couldn't receive the car till Friday morning and he was accommodating about that.

I was trying to find a competitive price. I got a lower price with SGT and they had good reviews online. They followed up too. The service and the interaction were perfect. The pickup was in Park City, Utah and the drop-off was in Albany, New York. The driver told me a giant parking lot to meet at in my city just off the interstate, so it was very easy to find. He communicated with me an hour before he arrived and told me his ETA. We were there a few minutes from each other. We talked to him for a while and he was nice. He walked around the vehicle and went over every little thing that was previously there with us. It was supposed to take three to seven days for my daughter's car to get there but it took three days. I had a good experience all in all. SGT had good communication. The prices are fair and they're reliable.

The rep we talked to was pretty good. But the driver was pretty rude. We had a friend helping us out and she has two little kids. He refused to go off the main street to pick up the car which is just down a normal street. Our friend had to convince him to do that. He wanted her to leave her kids in the car in the middle of summer at a gas station while she went down the street to go get a car. He finally went to go with her to the car to do that. After that, it was fine. But that was a little disappointing. Other than that, the vehicle got there just fine and the price was competitive.

The pickup was good but I was trying to interact with the driver and that interaction only came later when the car was about to be delivered in the day. In between, I did not hear anything. I thought my flight from Sunnyvale to Austin would be a direct transport but that took to Las Vegas. So probably they went there but it was completely off route. So, it was a little bit not good.

I filled out the request online and it was within a few days that the reps from SGT came and picked up the vehicle at my house in Harmony, Pennsylvania and had it in Boca Raton, Florida within four days. It was very fast. The driver called me when they were picking up the vehicle and stayed in an area that was relatively close to my house. So, they picked it up first thing in the morning. When I asked the dispatcher to give me a little bit of a heads up because I was at my office, which is about 40 minutes away, to be able to get back, they said they would be able to give me at least an hour's notice. And then all of a sudden, the driver was calling me saying he would be at my house in 20 minutes. So, I had to stop, drop, and run back. But it still worked out fine.
The driver was able to pull up right to my driveway. So, they just drove the car into the street and onto the lift. The guy got it all hooked up and he was off. He was kind and seemed like he knew what he was doing. When they delivered it here in Boca, they couldn't come down our exact street so when they notified me that they were close, we came to the house and they were at the main street that runs parallel to the smaller street. They took the car right off and took a few pictures to make sure that everything looked good. They took pictures also before it got onto the truck and we exchanged the remainder of the cash.

Setting up the transport was smooth all the way. I talked to the rep on the phone and did some searching on the internet. They responded very quickly and we set up the deal. The movers picked the vehicle up in Lubbock Texas and brought it to Tucson in Arizona. I was following it the whole way and they didn't stop except for gas. The drivers came late at night. He called me on the phone and told me he was arriving. He had a very long rig and so he couldn't get in the rural area where I live. He stayed out on the road and I met him at the driveway. I walked with him down to the end of my driveway and he saw that he could turn the rig around at the end. So he pulled in and unloaded the car. He was absolutely terrific and he handled the car beautifully. He took off his belt and his shoes to get in the car and unload it so that he wouldn't get the car dirty or scratch it. That was very impressive.
He then photographed the car from one end to the other and made sure there was no damage. He told me to check it with him and it was perfect. He was Russian and couldn't speak good English. But he translated everything we talked about on the phone so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings. I was very impressed with SGT from start to finish. The trailer looked like it was brand new. It didn't even have a speck of dust on it.

I was moving from Maryland to Oregon for work. I scheduled the transport and at the end of that week, they came to pick up the vehicle. I saw the trailer, the man came off, took pictures, signed all the paperwork, then they dropped the vehicle off about two weeks later in Oregon. It was fast, and the cost was fine. The people were really good communicators too. We weren't sure if schedule that the vehicle gonna was get there was gonna be accurate or not, but they communicated thoroughly throughout.

I requested to fill the car up with stuff and they accommodated that. That was great because I had a bunch of stuff that I also wanted to ship like personal items. I was really happy about that. They added the price based on weight, which was totally understandable. They didn't have any information that I was loading up the car during the phone call. But they were nice and double-checked it. They quickly confirmed, "Oh, yes. I checked with them and they said that that was arranged." They were good with that. For the delivery, they gave me a call 30 minutes in advance and told me where to meet them. It was great. My dad did the drop-off and loved the driver so much that my dad asked me to give him a hug when he arrived.

I would not deal with SGT Auto again. Everything went great with the driver. The guy was top-notch. He was very careful, cautious, kind, considerate and thoughtful. On the other hand, the guy that took my deposit spent 10 minutes on the phone with me, but he didn't follow up or call me back. He made $300 just for 10 minutes’ worth of work. The driver made 1,200. I would use the driver again, but I would never deal with the guy over the telephone because he was, “Okay, take the money and run. I gotta go.”
The driver was so nice and he called me. He came out to my house and picked up my car in a different trailer and then took it to his shop and put it in the trailer there because his rig was too big to come and get down my street. When he left, he asked me, “Is everything okay?” He went over the car with me. He took his time. He wasn't in a hurry. The transport was from Michigan to Florida, and it took three days. He called me 24 hours before the car was gonna be delivered. He said, “Depending on traffic, I might be a little sooner. I might be a little later. But GPS says this is about the time I should be there.” He was within three minutes of telling me exact.

SGT Auto was good. Their communication was start to finish. So, everything was good. I had them transport a 2008 Ford F-350 from some place in Arizona all the way to Tampa, Florida. The driver was very professional and courteous. I got the vehicle within a week. The quality of service is good. Cost was far more than I wanted because I've had stuff shipped that way before, but I understand that's the market. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd do business with them again.

SGT is like a screening service that has relationships with a bunch of different carriers. They subcontract to different carriers based on where they're going and what the need is. Customer service was great. The quote was better than I expected. I called back for something and I got a slightly different price because I had a different person.
SGT was able to get me onto something relatively quickly. We were moving from Florida to California and I was in a time crunch. SGT responded so we were able to get the car loaded up before we left. The carrier picked up the car at my house and it arrived in Florida the day before we did. I had it delivered to my daughter who lives out here. The driver wanted cash or Venmo. My daughter did that. Overall, I was very impressed with the whole operation. SGT did everything that they said they were gonna do, and the timing was good. I would recommend them to other people if they had to transport a vehicle.

With me agreeing to pay slightly more than the average fee, the pickup and delivery date were the same day. It was a 120 mile drive between the pickup and delivery point out of state. Working with the transporter was great. I'm definitely going to be reaching out to them once more. It was 120 miles for $1,000 and that's extremely steep for an enclosed trailer. But it is what it is. I'm satisfied with the service.

The delivery of my vehicle was straightforward. The driver called me when he was 15 minutes away. Because I live in an apartment complex, I was able to go out there and direct him where to go. He was really good. There wasn't much space in the parking lot, but he was able to maneuver. He had to back other cars out of the way on the trailer so he could get my car off, but it was quick and simple.

SGT’s website and overall experience were better than the other companies. They were more straightforward. And after going through their website, I didn't need to know much. I knew how the process was gonna work and then, I just booked online. The price was similar to four other quotes that I got, barely $50 more or less. For pick-up, the guy called me a day early and told me he would be here the next day and he was. When he came, we took pictures and did a walk around the vehicle and made sure that everything was good. And then he picked it up. It was the same when he dropped the vehicle off. The transport took maybe two days extra than the estimated because his truck broke down somewhere near California.

SGT Auto transported two of my vehicles for me, a truck and a Volkswagen Jetta, from Pittsburgh to New Jersey. They were a little late with delivering them. They were supposed to take six hours and it ended up taking eight. They had to drop off another vehicle prior to mine but they asked me if it was okay if they dropped off the other one first and I said it was fine. But it pushed the delivery back about two hours, so if I was really a stickler, I could have complained about that. But they were respectful, so I didn't care. Also, their communication was great, so it made up for it. I was always in the loop with what was going on and where they were. Aside from that, it was a reasonable cost for the amount of mileage that the truck and car had to go and they gave me a discount on adding a second vehicle. Plus, when I had the vehicles in Pittsburgh, they were in the exact same condition as when I got them in New Jersey.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE with SGT Auto Transport company. They DELIVERED MY CAR with A DEAD BATTERY and did not communicate what had happened to my car during transport. The driver was 10 hours late and chose to "jump start" my car without my permission in order to deliver it to our driveway. He knew full and well the car was not in working condition. SGT failed to communicate during transport and then refused to respond to emails and calls after I investigated the reasons behind the dead battery. I had to pay out of pocket for transportation and a new battery b/c of their actions. They moved their headquarters and I no longer see the A+ rating on their BBB profile that they are still advertising. The driver also left his personal keys in my car after her tampered with it and texted me asking me to mail them to him.
As other customers have written in their reviews, reviews, SGT tries to intimidate customers by sending texts threatening them with a notice to send to collections when a customer disputes the charge on their credit card. I received a phone call this week from a collections agency. The sheer number of complaints with similar tactics (collection agency intimidation, halt in communication, and shifting blame to customers) is a common theme with this company. Furthermore, they falsely advertise online and via email to their customers with a "100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". They do not stand by it and make excuses. I JUST CALLED them once again and asked to speak to one of their supervisors and they gave me the run around again! NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE with SGT Auto Transport and sadly I'm still in it-- as they are threatening customers with good credit with collections!

Point 3 (d) states: "Customers are required to disarm any alarm system installed in the vehicle or provide valid instructions for its disarming before transportation. In the event of an alarm activation without access to keys or instructions, the Carrier may silence the alarm by any means. The Customer agrees that neither SGT nor the Carrier will be held liable for any damage to the vehicle in such a situation." Additionally, point 12 (b) specifies: "Furthermore, neither the Carrier nor SGT will be held liable for mechanical failures or issues with any operating parts of the vehicle."
Point 22 of the signed contract deals with Disputes and Collections. It reads as follows: "22. Disputes and Collections. Any credit card disputes or chargebacks will be reviewed in accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions. If a dispute escalates to our collections agency, additional fees may be imposed, potentially resulting in a total amount owed larger than the initially disputed amount."
Regarding the 100% money-back guarantee, please note that this policy applies only before the vehicle is picked up and loaded onto the trailer and does not extend to delivered shipments. We apologize for any misunderstandings or inconveniences you may have experienced.

Working with the reps was very positive experience. They were very communicative. If there was some slippage, which happens, they kept me informed about it via text and telephone. The quote wasn't the cheapest but it was fair. I've shipped before with other carriers and they changed the final price from the quote, which was very upsetting. But with SGT, the quote and the final payment were identical. I was very happy with the price.
They also did a very good job detailing. They took a bunch of pictures and video before they loaded it on, which was good, and they texted me those. They took very good care of the car. They told me it would be there on to delivery on a Sunday and it actually got there on a Saturday. Their driver Dmitri was excellent. He did everything he said he was gonna do. SGT's whole system was very car organized. A lot of car carriers are very all over the place. But these people were upfront with everything. They didn't mind telling me the move was gonna be five or six days. Even though I pushed back and said I wanted it faster, they said, "We can't do it." I'd rather have someone say that to me than just, "Oh, yeah, we can," and then stop giving me the call saying, "Oh, we're delayed."

We reserved the transport online and SGT sent out an email confirmation. I called them for a couple of questions and the rep answered. It was for an explanation of the quote, what they were gonna hold till they picked up the car, and the payment due after they were done with services versus upfront. Also, we heard of other companies taking payment upfront and then not doing the services. So, the customer service was good and clear. The rep told us to call back if we had other questions. He walked me through the process of how the delivery guy was going to show up and gave us an estimate of what time it was gonna be. It was the same thing on the delivery piece. He was very knowledgeable. The quote was very reasonable especially the distance, from Texas all the way to Washington.
The gentleman who was gonna pick up the car reached out two days before it was expected to be picked up and asked if the timeframe would work. He said what time he was gonna be there and what was expected as far as the keys, if the vehicle worked, and if he was able to drive it on the truck. All that was answered for him and it was answered for the customer service, too. Then he made sure that somebody was gonna be there. When he picked up the car, I got a call and a text letting me know when the estimated delivery was. And within an hour window, he kept in touch through the whole process. The transport took no more than five days, which exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with the service, the quality and the cost. Sometimes you pay a little bit extra to get that quality service and it definitely matches. They're reasonably priced. SGT is an amazing, friendly and reliable service.

The reps from SGT were accommodating and the quote they provided was right in the ballpark with everyone else. But I like that they seem a little more mainstream and reputable than some of the other places. They seemed to be the most well established and the safest bet, even if they weren't necessarily the cheapest so I was more comfortable going with them than somebody else. SGT’s website doesn’t offer to set you up an account where you can check the status and all of this and that. You just have to call in, which I didn't like that much. Once my car had been picked up, there wasn't anything I could do online with it. I would always have to call customer service. But the delivery was straightforward. The driver called and had me come out and meet him. He was able to pull the vehicle right up to my apartment building.

I contracted with SGT to pick up my vehicle between Wednesday and Friday. They told me it would be picked up by Friday and when Friday came and I had heard nothing I called and was informed they had no driver to get my car but would escalate the transport. At around 12 pm they called and said if I paid an additional $300 someone would pick it up at 5pm and would deliver it in FL Monday. I resigned the new contract and when I had not heard anything I called back at 4:30 to confirm the transport would be there at 5 only to be told they had not transport and we’re still looking. It is ridiculous that they were not in contact with me at all to inform me they would not be picking up my vehicle. I feel they should let you know from the start there is no guarantee your car will be picked up in 3 days and even when they tell you 5 hours ahead of scheduled pickup they still may not show up or notify you. Poor communication!

I did everything over the phone, and the delivery went smooth. They communicated with my brother. The vehicle has been delivered to him on time, exactly when they said they would. Everything worked out great with SGT Auto Transport. I had no problems, and the driver communicated well. I made a phone call to SGT and I verified the quote that I was given. The rep explained the payment process, and it was very straightforward. He let me know what was gonna happen, timeline-wise. I got an email verifying my agreement on the terms. I e-signed and it completed it very easily.
As far as the delivery, I received a phone call from the person releasing the vehicle to the driver, letting me know the driver was there. He gave me a photo ID picture of the driver. The driver contacted me and gave me an ETA. He actually made it a day earlier than the ETA. He gave me a call halfway through the drive, letting me know where he was. I let him know my wife was receiving the vehicle. He gave me a call and I gave my wife a call. My wife said it was a very easy transaction. Overall, SGT is very easy to use, they're quick, and they have great customer service.

I reached out to SGT and had them transport my Buick down here. The person who delivered the vehicle was a really great guy. He was very careful with the car and did a good job. He told me a lot and he took very good care of the vehicle. The gal that I talked to was right on top of things, calling me and letting me know what was going on. The transport took two days and it was quicker than I expected. The cost seemed low compared to the quality of service because they did a beautiful job with the car. They had it in an enclosed trailer. So, it was totally protected. It was an all-around good experience. They're professional and courteous.

The transport was easy. I called SGT Auto Transport. They said, “Okay. We’ll pick it up between these dates.” They called me the day before and said, “We're gonna pick it up tomorrow.” And got it the same day. The courier-driver showed up 8:30 at night and unloaded the car. I gave him the money order, and he was good to go.

Not sure I can put into words the experience I had with this joke of an operation. I set up a pick up from CT to FLORIDA and these clowns the day before the transport called and said the delivery company they hired fell through and a new provider was going to be available for an additional $200. Classic!! After having no other choice I agreed to the extortion. Day of pickup another carrier fell through and a new carrier can come the following day for another $100. I negotiated it down $50 the least they could do!!!
Pickup was scheduled for late morning but carrier had every excuse in the book and did not arrive into 12:30 AM. The guy had no other vehicles on his flatbed and was going back to his Shop in Long Island. He said we will get your car to the destination by Saturday as it's 19 hours and there will be 2 drivers. Long story but the carrier JYM CARRIERS never left until Monday giving every BS EXCUSE IN THR BOOK. Best 15 spent was the tracker we put on the car so we could follow where the car was throughout this nightmare.
The car shows up a week late completely scratched up and the owner would not release the keys to my child until cash was given. JYM carrier was completely rude and demanded his money. The clown Jay who owns this company never provided a bill of lading. Now the fun stuff. SGT AUTO DOESNT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY l. I received my 75 deposit back and a 100 gift card. They do not deal with the damages or any responsibility for their hire. The carrier is not cooperating with SGT nor his own insurance company progressive.
I am told that this could take several months but ultimately I have to let the process play out. I also am responsible to get from JYM the 2500 deductible which will never happen!! The closet of Scratches repaint of vehicle and soft top needs to be replaced I am looking at 9000. SGT HAS DONE NOTHING AND UPPER MANAGEMENT INCLUDING CEO JACK SAVOV DOESN’T WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY… Never use SGT AUTO AND JYM CARRIERS!!!!

SGT was very responsive and they always kept in touch. We always had contact with the driver and they came even earlier than they said. They delivered the car to the door. I'm very happy with them. We transported three cars. Two were transported in one shot and then we shipped one more car a month later. All cars had no damage. The moves weren't the cheapest, but the prices were comparable. I paid 200 or 300 extra for express delivery on one of the cars, which was well worth it because otherwise, I will have to pay that for the rentals. I was expecting some delays but SGT held their end of the deal. The broker fee was paid up front and the rest was paid on delivery so I didn't have to pay $2,000 when I made the call. It was very convenient and easy.

I bought a car out of state and I was researching a variety of different options. SGT had solid reviews and had a good price point and those made me choose SGT. I contacted them via phone and set up the purchase of the services. The rep was helpful. He answered my questions and gave me a review of the steps to expect. The calls I had subsequently with other representatives were all positive as well. The quote was competitive and it remained accurate. The rep outlined the different payment options that were available and it was all good.
The only feedback I would give is they were as communicative as I think they could be but sometimes, I was sort of left a little bit in the dark wondering when the pick-up would happen. It was a bit stressful because the person who I bought the car from and who would be giving it to the transporter had to go away. But it all worked out. And I'm realistic about it and recognize that it's kind of a challenge. Sometimes it's out of their hands. Also, when I would call about it, the SGT representatives were always trying to be as helpful as they could and they would seek to give me as much information as they could.

SGT Auto was very detailed and patient in answering all my questions 'cause it was my first time talking to a shipping company to ship my car to another state. Since it was my first time using a car shipping company, I took a lot of photos on the site. I wanted to make sure my car was good and it would be in the same condition as I left it in. But the driver was a bit impatient. He felt that I didn't trust him enough with my car. He seemed to be unhappy that I was documenting everything and asking him questions as well. I asked him if I could see his identification and he was upset by this. I did not receive any correspondence during the transport but he brought the car directly in front of the house. It came exactly as we shipped it. Setting everything up was very smooth, even in the end signing the papers.

Choose SGT Auto Transport without making any hesitation. I got my car in time. It was very smooth. The communication was the most important. And it was nice. Pick-up point was in Pennsylvania. And drop-off was in Atlanta, Georgia. The car got shipped in two days. But I was there until three or four days. So, I got it picked up after four days. Ahead of time when the car was picked up, I got a call. So, I was there while dropping off and picking up the car. The best part was I got the car after I reached the destination because there was no one on my behalf to pick up it. So, I wanted it to come after I arrived. And that's what happened. I'm very happy with it. The vehicle condition was as good as it was at the time of the pick-up. It was properly handled.

SGT sent out an inquiry about what I needed and I filled it out, and they were able to get me back a price fairly quickly. They weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest. But they were right in the middle. They kept me in touch with the whole process. They let me know who the driver was gonna be and when the driver was going to get there. There are so many things that are out there. I didn't know who the heck to trust and I felt like I could trust SGT.
The origin of the pick-up was in South Carolina and the drop-off was in Arizona and SGT gave me a 7 to 10-day window. I got it in six days, which was early. The driver had pictures of everything on the vehicle. So he did a good job on the inspection of the vehicle there. And when I got it, we went through it. It was well-documented and good. The quote was simple. I told SGT I needed a covered carriage. The price was more but they were about $1,200 cheaper than a company that was recommended to me. I gave a deposit and then I had a cashier's check for the driver when he got to my location. And it was the exact same price that they quoted.

I was very satisfied with SGT Auto, and I liked my whole experience with them. They were very professional and quick, and it was a competitive price. I was traveling and my 2015 Hyundai Sonata broke down. I needed a way to get it back home. I was eight hours' drive away, and it was a weekend trip, so I couldn't just take it to some repair shop over there when I was having to leave a few days after. I called AAA, and they said it's gonna cost $3,000 for them to tow it. I called SGT, and they quoted me somewhere between 700 and 800 to have my car transported. It's a lot better than $3,000. The onboarding process could have been made easier though.
As somebody who was new, I had to call a few times to get clarification on how the process worked, but now that I've gone through it once, I feel confident that I can use their services again. There was just a bit of a learning hump to that. Other than that, they did a good job. It took about 48 hours to get everything finalized, but it was a seamless process. They followed up a few times as well.

My wife and I have two cars. We drove one and we shipped one across the country. It was my third transport service, and setting it up with SGT Auto was quite easy on their website. I liked the price too. They communicated with me as the date that we pegged drew near, and they gave me a window. Their driver was available within that window and met me where we had to meet. He had room to get the car loaded, and in a matter of 30 minutes, it was loaded and gone. It was quite simple. The transport was from Seattle to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and we had a contact point because we were not gonna get here as soon as the car.
The transport time turned out to be three days. I reached out a couple of times, and the driver responded when he was able to. He also corresponded with my contact point here, who both arranged to pick the car up as well as to provide the final payment. The vehicle was here for a few days before we arrived, and my surrogate was kind enough to take it to the carwash because cars don't fare well. It was an open transport, not a closed transport. I've done two cross-countries, and they never look as good when they arrive as they did when they left.

Setting up the transport with SGT Auto was quick. They kept it simple. Maybe because it wasn't my first rodeo. I have gone with two companies only (mostly with Sherpa) and they're very much the same. Sherpa takes a more personal approach. Not just the business approach. With SGT Auto, the delivery was okay. They brought it directly. The problem was in the cooperation with the driver. He refused to assist. For example, I like to cover my vehicles when they're transported. I was not there when the driver picked up the vehicle and he refused to put a cover on it. This cover that I have has a bit of cushion on it, so in case it gets hit by a pebble or hail, it won't cause damage. It has to be quite a big rock and going at a very fast speed to cause any kind of damage. The driver just said, "No, we don't do that." He also forgot to give me a copy of the bill of lading. It seemed like he was in a rush. He was sweating.

My car was damage during shipping on 8/6/2023 and Mike refused to pay for the damages. Never use this transport company. They are a bunch of LIARS!!!! It was scheduled to be picked up on August 4 and it wasn’t picked up until 8/6.

The guy that SGT hired was a little hard to deal with. I told them that the vehicle didn't run and the guy was under the assumption it did. He wanted to charge us extra money to put it on his truck bed with a tow. I didn't feel like I needed to pay that but the guy wouldn't release my vehicle unless we did. I gave him like $100. That aside, he got the product here in one piece, so I was overall happy.

I purchased a vehicle in an auction, and I needed it to be transported from Houston to San Antonio. I went to the internet and I started getting estimates on the price. I spoke personally with one of SGT's people and he convinced me that they're the best people to deal with. That's how we ended up getting the service from them. The quote was a bit high for me, but it was okay. Everybody else was higher than the quote that I got from SGT. When I was setting up the transport, I worked with a good rep. He was pleasant on the details and he was always in contact with me.
The vehicle came on the scheduled day. It was a couple of hours late, but for me, it was not a problem. The driver was very nice. He showed up on the location where I requested. He dropped the vehicle, and it was a very nice transaction. He called me right when he was on the area. He explained to me exactly where he was, and I told him how to get to the area that I have a parking location for him. That way, he was not gonna have to park on the street and he followed up and did exactly what we talked about. If I ever need to do the same thing, I might contact SGT again.

I got in touch with somebody from a moving company and we set up a time and place to meet. We ended up meeting in a grocery store parking lot because me and my husband live in military housing. It was a very simple transfer. The car was ready in a matter of days. So, it was a very pleasant experience. We also filled 100 pounds of things in the back of the car and everything was totally fine. If I had to move cross-country and ship a car again, I would definitely go with SGT because they do a great job. I email them and they are very responsive.

Everybody at SGT was helpful. They tried to accommodate my needs. For the drop off I had suggested parking on a road parallel to the entrance of my condo. The driver was excellent. I'd rehire them. The cost was a little bit disappointing though. It increased based on the cost of gas. But it doesn't go up that much in two months.

James was the guy who helped me out. He was very respectful and nice. It was a very easy process. Everything seemed to go very well. They picked up and delivered on time. I was home when they picked up the car and I got a call from the driver that he was waiting outside and we met up. The original truck that he brought did not fit the car, but I just left it parked outside, and then about an hour later, I noticed it was gone. So I assumed he went back to get another truck and loaded the car onto the truck then.
For the drop-off, I was also in my new apartment and then the new driver gave me a call and told me his expected time of arrival. He came a little early, which worked better in my favor. We also met up outside and the process was pretty seamless. By the time I got there, he had the car off the truck ready to go with the AC on for me. So that was nice. The transport was pretty much going almost across the country so the quote that they gave me was relatively fair. It was a good service.

SGT kept in contact with me for my car transport. They got in contact with me with a person towards the last four days and that person came through on time. They picked up my car and took my car all the way to Arizona where it was supposed to be reached. A family member picked it up perfectly fine, and there weren't any issues. There was a slight sort of issue, but that was because of my end. They contacted and they were very understanding. I fixed it, and everything else worked out fine. Whenever I worked with somebody at SGT, they always gave an appropriate answer. It was understandable, and it didn't seem like it was made up at the moment. So that's pretty important. They always gave information that helped.

I needed to pick up a car from a short-term internship that my daughter had. We used SGT to get the car there two months before. We used them again and it was easy to set it up. But it was frustrating how they coordinated the pick-up and drop-off. I needed the car picked up on a certain date because my daughter needed to be out of her apartment. I ended up doing a guaranteed pick-up for a little bit more money. But just texted like the day before, and it was like, "Okay. We're gonna be there in 20 minutes." I just wished the dispatch coordination was a little more communicative.
The pick-up was in San Antonio, Texas. SGT said it was five to seven days after pick-up. It took three days. The driver was fine. But it was hard to communicate that I was not going to be available until a certain date. I had to fly back from San Antonio back to Maryland. It took me a couple of days to get back to where I needed the car to be brought back. They dropped the car off earlier than I expected it to be. I was glad I was able to get it early and I didn’t have to wait around for it. I just wish that you could set a date. But it worked out. Luckily, they were able to drop the car off. They just left it in my driveway. The car looked the same as when they picked it up. Since I did a guaranteed pick-up, I had a set price and it didn't change.

I went on the Better Business Bureau to check out SGT auto and some of the comments that they got weren't too good, but I still went out on a limb and decided to go with them. And I'm glad I did. When I reached out to them, the person I talked to was very nice. He stayed on the phone with me while he sent me a contract to sign and the bill of lading was very clear. It was such a smooth process and the driver was awesome. We put AirTags in the car so that I could keep track of where the car was at at all times but the communication was awesome. I am going to be using them again next week.

The transport from Colorado to Michigan went perfectly. The guy showed up when he said he would. He texted me that he would be there the next day when he came to pick it up, which was on Wednesday. He also texted me that he was gonna be 20 minutes late because of traffic, which he was right on the dot when he got there. I got here on Thursday, and he texted me that he would be bringing my car on Friday and that he would be there at 2 o'clock. He was there before 2:00. Overall, transporting the car was better than driving it by myself, and I’d do it again. I had one other quote from the moving company that was moving my furniture as well and this was about 100 bucks cheaper.

I paid $1325 for my car to be shipped NJ-TX and received my car 5 days after the delivery date which cost me an additional $400 for a car rental. After reaching out to SGT regarding the matter they negotiated a $50 refund. Then the driver tells my wife he’ll issue her a $200 cash refund but shows up with $100. Regardless, SGT is the broker which they can care less what happens once they received payment. Also, I had to pay in full upfront which it states 0 upfront. Just a horrible experience. $1600 for a simple shipment. Scam!

The reps explained how much I could carry in the car without being charged extra and gave me the relative dates that they would be transporting it. I was left with no questions which was good. The movers called and gave me plenty of lead time. I lived on a hill on an alley and so during pickup, I went to the top of my street a quarter of a block away where it's flatter, and the mover was there to greet me. They did a full inspection and gave me the go ahead. Both my vehicles were picked up in Washington State and dropped off in Connecticut. The movers were slightly later than they originally said, but it wasn't a big deal. They kept in contact.
I even had to call them to say, "Hey, I think we're gonna have a lot more stuff in the second car. How much extra is it?" They told me, "You get up to 100 lbs for whatever the base price is, and then for another 100 lbs, you pay another 100 bucks." So it was not a crazy upcharge and everybody was on the same page. The vehicle got to me a little dirtier but that was not a problem. There was no damage to it or additional scratch marks. Nothing was missing either and they kept everything the way it should be. I plan to go with SGT anytime I need this service again. They kept it simple. I didn't have to call back a number of times to figure certain things out and everything they said would happen, happened.

I was satisfied with SGT Auto Transport. The scheduling was when it was supposed to be. The only complaint that I have is when I was scheduling my order and then talking to them, I could hardly understand them because they didn't talk good English. The driver was fine, except I could hardly talk to him. It was a good experience except for communication.

SGT did a really good job. They had a truck that had an issue and they found somebody else that works within the organization. The bigger truck couldn't get there so they had another truck. They were there on time the next day. I was very pleased with them. They seemed to do what they said. They also communicated very well with me on this project.

SGT Auto was super quick and readily available. They had open dates and slots to come get the car, which was nice. The cost seems to be fair as well, especially 'cause I have an enclosed trailer. The guy I bought the car from was at the pick-up, and he said everything went smoothly. The delivery was fine too. They were nice and unloaded the car safely.

I was looking up reputable companies on the internet. We got a few quotes from a couple of different companies and it seemed like SGT had the best reputation for the money. It was a very easy and straightforward process. It was simple from start to finish. The website was simple but effective and nothing over the top. It's easy to follow and easy to work. You just tell them what day you want the car to be picked up and they take it from there. The cost was a fair price for what they're doing. My Jeep Gladiator was to be shipped from Colorado to Ohio. That was a good deal then. They offered both covered and uncovered transport. It was an added cost for a completely enclosed trailer so I didn’t choose that option. I just chose a standard trailer.
Outside scheduling the service online and then speaking with the driver, there wasn't really much customer service needed. I didn't contact them for any reason because everything went smoothly. SGT told me when the jeep was going to be picked up and when it was going to be delivered. That was via a text message stating, “We're picking it up on Friday. It'll be delivered on Sunday." Approximately 5 to 10 minutes before it was scheduled to arrive, the driver called and asked if it was okay if they dropped it off in front of the house or how we wanted to do that. The driver was quite nice, polite, and helpful.
They also take pictures before and after the delivery, noting any type of potential damage that had been there before them and if it picked up anything after the fact. They were quite attentive to that. I was impressed that they got the jeep to me as quickly as they did. It exceeded my expectations. I recommended SGT to a friend who actually used them as well already.

Tl;Dr - SGT hides behind "the fine print". SGT has shady payment practices and doesn't provide full documentation. I received great customer service until the car was actually dispatched and SGT made their money. When the carrier delivered my car, he demanded me to pay him in cash. I may have agreed to split payment, but I never agreed to pay anything in cash. I communicated this over the phone when speaking with booking agents. I submitted the first credit card payment when requested and was expecting to pay the final $200 again on my credit card. In fact, I specifically booked with SGT because I was under the impression that I could pay the whole thing by credit card.
Nevertheless, the delivery man still demanded that I pay him in cash or Zelle after I explained to him the situation. I don't carry cash. I tried calling SGT Support, but could not reach anyone as it was after 10:30 at night (and they don't actually provide 24/7 Customer Service like they say). This was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for me as a young woman, alone on the street at night, with a strange man demanding I pay him $200, all while trying to communicate with me through Google Translate.
What is a bigger problem is that I am a government employee and my vehicle was shipped for government purposes. In order to be reimbursed by the government for the shipment, I need receipt of payment by credit or debit card. Not cash. Not Zelle. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency and explain the reimbursement situation, the SGT agent was not helpful and kept saying he would pull the "recorded phone records" in a threatening way as though that was supposed to prove I knew I needed to pay in cash.
I requested that SGT send me a new invoice for $200 so that I could re-pay it with my credit card and get a receipt, then refund me the $200, so that I would have the proper documentation for government reimbursement. The SGT agent said it could not be done, refused to escalate the request to a more experienced supervisor, and would not offer any other help. They basically had an attitude of "you didn't read the fine print; what happens with the carrier has nothing to do with us". I am now out $200 because of SGT's lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate a simple request that would leave things square, give me appropriate documentation of payment, and allow me to submit a federal reimbursement request.

I did not fall for this tactic and refused to use them as the vendor for my shipment. I signed a shipping agreement on last Tuesday, two days before the 1st day of availability. Maybe it's common amongst these types of companies but they did not looks for any carriers until the first day of availability essentially giving you no chance for a pick up on that day. The agent originally told me that if the vehicle is available in Thurs, they will have it picked up between Thurs and Sat and will have it delivered in the 31st. I was later told, that Sat pick up is not an option so it would be Thurs, Fri or Monday. I get an auto message on Sunday that they missed the 3 day window and are "working hard" on I match me up with a driver. Ok, fine I get it, Sat is not a business day so I will let it slide.
So today in the last day of the agreement, they call me and said they have a driver that can pick up the car, oh but it will cost an extra $250. Wait, what? What is the point of signing a binding contract for a price that they can change at the last minute? Argued this with them all day and they would not budge. They told me this is the lowest cost they can go, so rather make good on their contract and take a small loss, they would rather not fulfill their part of the deal. This agreement was signed 2 days prior to availability, so this tells me that they will not do a good job giving an accurate quote and when you are caught in a corner needing to get your vehicle shipped, they will change the price on you.
Oh and to top it all off, they have a price match guarantee. That's hilarious, I went with them because of their pricing but that can't honor their own let alone a competitor. Because they would not make this bad situation right, I opted to call someone else today, who happen to find a driver to pick up sooner that SGT and at a lower than their bait and switch cost. So what does that tell me about their business? Shady as heck and I was ready to pay a bit more to not deal with these guys. Their agreements don't mean squat to them unless of course you decide to cancel and they won't think twice about penalizing you for break of contract. So with my experience with them and the new company today, there are better ones. I will share the new shipping company I went with after it all goes through. I am hopeful I won't go through the same debacle.

I requested a quote to have my car transported from Arizona to Pennsylvania. They gave me a quote, which was a little less than some I got. They gave me a pick up date. The day before the scheduled pick up date I got a call from the driver confirming he would be picking up my car the next day and would call 30 minutes before he arrived. He arrived when he said he would and my car was picked up with no problems. My account was charged the quoted price. I was able to phone them and talk to a rep. without being on hold for hours. My car was delivered at the location selected 5 days later in perfect condition. I was 110% satisfied with every aspect of our transaction. They are the BEST.

SGT Auto Transport scheduled/arranged THM San Diego to transport my brand new truck. THM damaged my vehicle and did NOT have insurance coverage to transport automobiles. SGT did it NOT fully pre-screen for insurance coverage as they stated on their website and phone conversations. I am very disappointed with SGT’s business operation. I have full documentation of everything involving this issue. I paid to have my vehicle repaired out of my own pocket. This is bad business practice. SGT Auto Transport should be liable for the damages since they hired a company without insurance.

When you call their number, be ready to wait at least 30 min with a background audio promising: 24/7 services, which is not true; they promise quality service, which doesn't happen when the one thing you need: transport the vehicle, doesn't happen.
When they finally answer the phones, the agents repeat the same canned answer, showing they have zero idea what's happening; when you want a supervisor to escalate the request, in less than half a second, they say the supervisor is not available, which shows is the standard answer and their way of treating their customers. Customer service is the worst; they show they clearly don't care about their customers. As of now, after wasting at least 4 hours between the chat, waiting on the phones, etc., there is no clarity on when they will send the car, costing me time and money. They keep saying you are high in the priority line, but that is not true since nothing happens. They did not offer compensation or anything. And actually, the only thing I ask is to have the car on time as contracted. Only because the system forces you to give them a star, I did it, but I would not give a single star, they don't deserve it.
UPDATE: I've taken some time to cool-off after the mess that was working with this company. After spending hours with them on the chat and phone and zero acknowledge of their own fault, they called back and they said the driver was going to be $950 instead of the $700 originally contracted. I told them that when I contracted their service before I even signed I asked for two things: 1) price wasn't going to change as I read other carriers do; 29, pickup and delivery time were correct. They committed to both. So they breached their contract, and then force you to accept a new contract with the higher price, other way they cancel on you and you lose how many days you've been waiting for them.
I told them I wasn't going to pay the extra, because of the original agreement and they just simply put it: then we will cancel this. They don't care about you or about honoring the contract; they just care about increasing their price, deciding you, lying and making you waste time. I have ZERO good things about them to say. They lied, manipulated, broke the contract, force to a new contract otherwise you are screwed, so basically they know you are at their mercy, which of course they don't have. People like these shouldn't be in business.
I want the $204 extra you forced me to accept in order to get the process moving. Is misleading and deceiving when you says that I accepted it. I "HAD" to accept it, because your company said if I did not accept you will cancel the contract, which meant I would have lost a week of my car brought here, plus whatever time finding. anew one. You guys create this situation where customers are forced to accept these terms, you leave us with no choice. I'm not even asking for compensation, I'm just asking for you guys to comply with your part of the contract: charge only the $700, as I asked multiple times over the phone to your agent and he said yes.

Beware that SGT Auto transport does not actually transport your vehicle. They hire 3rd party consumers to do the transport. Our car was damaged in transit and they told us it is our responsibility to collect from a company THEY hired. I just got my car back from the shop but still have not been paid for the damages. Can not get phone calls returned, they give excuses as to why they haven’t paid it. We were told we needed to collect the deductible from the 3rd party (Top One LLC) company ourselves.

Setting up the transport with SGT was good. The pickup and drop-off points were both 10 minutes away from my house because the drivers couldn't drive a truck to my house, which makes sense. The transport took at least four days and the driver was nice. He gave me a date and then he showed up on that date. I just met him 10 minutes away at a parking lot when he did the delivery. I gave him the money and I was on my way. I was charged exactly what SGT said they would.

I was told by SGT that I could fill up the back seat, just nothing in the passenger and the driver seat. Then when the company called to confirm the pick-up time, they said that the only place where items can be were in the trunk. I had already had the car loaded. So, had they not been so flexible with me, I would have been very upset with SGT. But, luckily, the gentleman from Bid I spoke to was very flexible and let me get by with what I had already loaded into the vehicle.
The pick-up was in Corona, California and the drop-off was in Fayetteville, North Carolina. They said it would take five to seven days, and it took about six days. The driver said he couldn't drop off the car at the address that was provided because the trailer wasn't going to fit in the neighborhood. He originally wanted me to meet him an hour away and I told him I was not doing that because the car was supposed to be dropped off here. I met him about 2.5 miles from the location where it was supposed to be dropped off at.
When I was setting up with SGT, they gave me inaccurate information that I found out later on with the actual company, Bid, Inc. that moved my car. SGT charged me an extra $200 for weight. Bid, Inc. doesn't see a penny from that. SGT pocketed the money because it made no difference to the actual company that moved the car. So, I was not happy when I found out. Still, I'd refer SGT because they had the best price of any other company I looked at because that's what it comes down to sometimes. 500 dollars can make the difference in which company to go to.

SGT has very high marks from me. I was new to the process and I was fairly impressed with how simple they made it. I had a couple of hiccups throughout the process on my end, timing-wise., and those were handled without issue. The driver arrived at the time he said he would after we arranged it via one to one text. He delivered in less time than I was told to provide for a window, which was a good thing. The drop-off went well. As far as pricing, SGT hit the mark. I was billed what they said I would be.

When I called to order the move, they said they would pick up the car at my house and deliver it to my door. That wasn't the case. They wanted me to drive 15 minutes away from the house. They also wanted to deliver it at 6 in the morning when I was told they only work business hours. Luckily, I was able to get somebody only after 9 o'clock. That was misleading. Other than that, everything else went perfectly and the things in there were safe.

SGT Auto Transport gave me an enclosed one. It was a fair price and they showed up on time. I flew out there to meet with the owner and the driver. They said window of 48 hours and he showed up while I was there. But they should have called an hour before they got there. They called me and said, "We'll be there in 15 minutes," and it was a commercial location. We're in the Bronx, but it could be hectic. So, I wanted to get them back on the highway. We set up to a place where there's room. But they called 10 minutes before. Other than that, everything was done fine and they did a great job. The car came without a scratch on it.

The reliability and the guaranteed pickup were my two considerations on going with SGT and I would recommend them for any car transport whatsoever to anyone because it's really good. The process was a little bit unnerving at first because they couldn't book the actual driver. I had a narrow time frame because I had booked my flight beforehand and I wanted to make sure that I was there for the pickup and delivery. But they were able to get the booking.
The person who transported the car was very good because he called me to inform me when he would come and I liked that. I forgot to ask him to do that, but he did it anyway. He informed me ahead of time so that I could prepare. I knew that the streets here are narrow and he might not be able to drop off my vehicle in the house itself. We had a pickup point and the spot he chose is near. But I told him that I don't have a car and I didn't know if somebody would be able to drop me off in the pick-up point and he offered to drive the car to the house. In the end, I was able to get a ride to the pickup point but I really appreciated that offer.

The rep contacted me and walked me through the process. She was really helpful and the process was shockingly easy. She set everything up for me and asked me a couple of questions about the van. But the driver didn't speak English. So, we whipped out our phones, hit Google Translate and talked back and forth like that. But he was super friendly and he really took care of the van. The cost was exactly the same as the quote. SGT is outstanding. I've never shipped the van before, but they made it so easy.

I reached out to SGT about how they go about the transport. They were quick to respond to my questions. It was pretty easy. The pick-up was in Scottsdale, Arizona and the drop-off was in Camdenton, Missouri. SGT quoted me three to four business days. They picked up the car on a Monday afternoon and it was there at the destination by Wednesday.
SGT called prior to them showing up in Arizona to pick up the vehicle. They called that morning on Wednesday to set up or give an estimated time of when they would be there that evening to drop off. They also gave the transaction code when they dropped the car off. The car was dirty when it got picked up. When it arrived, it was in fine condition. Overall, it was quick and easy and not crazy expensive with SGT. It was really good. The price was exactly what they quoted me. If you want quick delivery and good communication, I definitely recommend SGT.

I ran into a bit of a timing issue because the day they were originally gonna deliver, the vehicle had an engagement. So, we had to reschedule for the morning and it worked out fine. The rep did a good job. At one point, I had to follow up with them, but it was not a big deal. The driver was good. Once I got his number, he was responsive and kept me up to date. We had a little hiccup because they were gonna deliver it on a Thursday evening but I had a previous engagement. But they rescheduled the delivery for the next morning which was better. I got my vehicle in perfect condition and there weren't any surprises with the bill.

I called SGT and talked with their representative. They walked me through the process of how much it was going to be. I saw other bids while I was there and liked their process in regards to how they facilitated the conversation, pickup and drop-off. It was plus or minus three days whatever date I picked and they were very amicable if I wanted to change it. As long as they didn’t call me within that plus/minus three days, I could change it to whatever date I wanted. I had to change my pickup date, so I thought it would work very well. The quote was fair and right on par with other auto transporters in the area.
Auto transports aren’t for everyone but I had the time and the reason to do it. It was worth my time shipping my vehicle versus driving it, and then just flying. We scheduled a time frame of when the drivers would be here around a certain time and date. They called me a day ahead of time and then a couple of hours ahead of time. He showed up to my location I wanted him to drop it off at and dropped it off, and I paid him the remainder. I’ll give friends the point of contact and tell them SGT did a good job. I'd recommend them in the future.

I didn't want to drive so using SGT Auto Transport was the best way to go. I was okay with the price. I had the phone number of the driver. I could locate where they were. I have a friend that lives seven miles away from the place that I moved to, so the driver was able to take my car to my friend's house, which was nice.

I blew the engine in my car in Montana and I live in Michigan. I had to fly back home because it was gonna take four weeks to get the car fixed. I didn't wanna drive back out there and get it. I emailed SGT Auto and got a quote then somebody called me from there. I asked him six million questions and he answered them all to my satisfaction. He was very patient and informative so I was extremely happy. The quote I was given was right in the ballpark of the other quotes that I had gotten.
When my car was done, I called SGT back and gave them an all-clear that they could transport the car and they did. They called me and told me when they were gonna pick up the car and they called me and told me that it had been picked up. They then called me the morning of and gave me an approximate time that evening that the car would be there. They gave a time and it was 15 minutes different than the time that they gave me for delivery. That was pretty good coming across country. They brought the car pretty much to my location. I live in a gated campground in the summer and they brought it right outside the gate, across the street. I just drove my golf cart over there to get it. It was very close.

SGT Auto Transport was quick, efficient and fairly reasonable. The lady initiated and got the move set up for me. It was easy. My car was transported to the destination quickly. The delivery company that took my order was nice. They didn't speak English. But the car made it safely to my home. I expected to pay thousands of dollars, when in return, it was only $600. It was low for what it was. So, I was surprised.

I called SGT Auto Transport, figured out how they worked. They always answered the phone, which is very nice. They're not always first language English speakers. So, that could be a stumbling block depending on who I got. Because each time I called, I got a different representative. But each of them was very knowledgeable. Some people have better personalities than others. Some are slower and more willing to explain, where others are quicker. But they explained it well. Their price was right that I went ahead and booked with them. I was glad I did, because it was seamless.
I had enough confidence over the first phone call to go ahead and book with them. With the knowledge that if I came across someone else who I felt more confident in, I could change it. Because I booked out way in advance. They gave me a timeline. It was a three-day window of when they would pick up my car. And they assigned a driver. They're a broker. Once a driver was assigned to my vehicle, that driver called me and said, "I've been assigned to move your car from point A to point B. I'm gonna pick up your car tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Is that okay with you?" And confirmed it.
The same driver picked up in Las Vegas and then delivered in Wisconsin. And he was wonderful. When the driver said he would be there, he was there. SGT was very good at keeping me in the loop and answering any questions that I had. But the drivers were the backbone of it. Picking up the car on the departing end was great. And they dropped the car 1,800 miles away. The driver called me and said, "I am here. I will be dropping your cars to you tomorrow, if that works." I said, yes. He said, "Okay, I should be there between 10:00 and noon." And he was. I left a deposit up front with SGT. But I had to pay the driver on the back end. I worry when I make a big cross-country move, that companies are legitimate. They were. They did exactly what they said they would do. I'm impressed. Cars came in, no damage. I would use them again.

Setting up transport with SGT was easy. I put all the information into uShip and they bid it. I accepted it. Somebody reached out to me a day later. They picked the vehicle up two days later. Their communication was great. The driver kept me up to date when he was two hours away, one hour away and a half-hour away. We met him, loaded up, and went home. He was great. They delivered it to an intermediary for me. They dropped it off, gave them the keys, walked around and made sure everything was okay. And off they went. We'd use them again for sure. They did what they said they were gonna do in a timely fashion.

Company never delivered my car to the final address. They sent it to storage 100mi (200 round trip) away after trying to deliver it 4 days early (my time window was 7-9 days as I wouldn’t be there to receive the delivery then told me to pay the shipper to get it to my house. No one has kept up with the issue nor have they offered solutions. I’ve offered numerous options to rectify the problem but they refused. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them to no avail.

The driver who did the transport lives in the next little city over from me. So he was available and he did everything right. He was real professional. We already sent the money out there. So when he got the car, he unloaded it and he did everything he said he was gonna do in the time he said he was gonna do it. I’m living on a cul-de-sac and he knew how to get out.

I submitted a request online, and the quoting process seemed straightforward. Ultimately, it was approved, so SGT Auto gave me a call for the fine details, then provided the services as necessary. The delivery driver was great. They were expected to show up within a certain day and time, and they showed up on time. The delivery driver called me about an hour before and asked for a bit of clarification on where we expected him to park and unload. He was very friendly and helpful while he was here and got unloaded efficiently. He then passed along the keys to me, and everything was all set.
The transport only took three days from New Mexico to Michigan, and it was a lot faster than I thought it was gonna be. It was great. Also, the car looked like it was in exactly the shape that we expected it to be in, and the costs were perfectly related to the services rendered. It was very fair. We have a fleet of vehicles, and every once in a while, they break down out of town. Traditionally, we used to fly out and drive stuff back, but we just can't justify it with the transportation cost in this day and age, because it's so reasonable. I've recommended SGT Auto, and I plan to use again.

SGT Auto sent a very reliable young man. He checked my vehicle very carefully. Then we gave the car to him and asked him to be careful with our car for sure. His attitude and the way that he dressed himself and maintained the vehicle made us feel more confident. This was the first time we ever shipped our car from El Paso to New Jersey. The service was very helpful. In the end, he did ship the car as promised and everything was in good one piece. We are happy with it. In the future, if we need to have our car shipped again, I would recommend their service. In addition to the gentleman who drove the car, the customer service that picked up our phone call and arranged our orders was also very good. I didn't need to spell the address for the rep. We could communicate. This was good enough.

Scheduling the transport with SGT went well. The only thing was the transport company was an hour late on picking it up. But the fellow who drove the truck was very easy to talk to. He knew his business. The transport took six days which was what was quoted. I would recommend SGT to anybody who's gonna do a transport. The rates were reasonable for a 1,400-mile transport job. I put a Tile in the car months ago, so we tracked the car as to where it went. That was a lot of fun to watch.

They called when they were nearby and the day that the car was gonna be delivered. But in-between, I wasn't able to track it which I was a little frustrated with because online, it looked like I'd be able to. I had to call a few times to make sure that someone was gonna call me. When the driver called me to arrange a pickup, he asked me how much I paid SGT. When I told him, he said, "Wow, wow, wow." I expected it to be on one of those transports with cars on it. But when they showed up at my parents', there was this long flat bed with a tractor, and my car at the very end just strapped on. For the cost, it was not what I expected.

We needed to transport a car and I looked SGT up on the internet, and compared a few and decided that I'll give them a shot due to the timing, price and because they could do the enclosed trailer for me. The pickup point was in Sheridan, Wyoming. Drop-off point was in Temecula, California. They were gonna pick it up on Friday and deliver it on Monday, but they didn't do that. They showed up on Saturday. I couldn't believe how fast they got there. The drivers was a father and son team. They were very nice, and, apparently, they switched off on the driving. They even stopped in LA and did something else and apologized for being late. I was thinking, "Late? You're early." Because I got a long drive, they parked on the street and offloaded it and drove it up the hill for me. Overall, my experience was good from start to finish.

We were moving, so I needed to get one of my cars down here. We didn't feel like driving down. We had SGT move it from New Hampshire to Florida. We looked through some Google searches. It seemed like they were one of the more highly rated companies. The sign up was great. It was very easy and we were able to accomplish it very fast. I got contacted a little later in the process than I thought I would, but we did get contacted within the time frame when they said they would pick up the car. Then, the pick-up happened very quickly. We didn't have to do much. So, it was a great experience. The driver was good. It was only a 10-minute interaction where he just came and took the car, loaded it on his truck, and took off. Everything went as planned, and I would you tell a friend to use SGT.

SGT was able to give me quick service and it was a good value compared to other competitors. It was easy to set up the transport. Someone called me right away. They followed up the next day when they would be picking up the vehicle. They were in communication with me the whole time. They sent text message updates of where they were at, and when they were estimating that it was gonna be there. On Sunday when it arrived, they let me know when it was arriving and to where I could have someone meet them. The people that were transporting the vehicle actually lived in Utah. So they knew the area that it was coming to. It arrived a day early. It was really good service.

They did what they were supposed to do and they gave me a discount. The only thing was that they stated that it was door-to-door delivery and it wasn't. It was not a big deal, but still, my daughter had to drive not far. She had to arrange that and it wasn't expected.

A lot of my transport setup with SGT was done online and their website was pretty good. I didn't have too much problem. Then I spoke to somebody to confirm things and the details were explained clearly. For the pickup, the street was too narrow and the truck couldn't come into the development. But it worked out and the meeting place was only one block away. The same thing happened for the delivery. The transport took a couple of days and the vehicle arrived a day earlier. The cost was fair, too.

It was a good experience with SGT Auto Transport. I didn't face any hiccups. They were there on schedule. They took the car and delivered it. Two of my colleagues ended up using SGT after I recommended them to do that. The only thing is, during the last delivery, I didn't get a proper invoice that would say how much I paid and that I owed nothing. I got an invoice of what I paid directly to SGT which was $229. But I did not get an invoice for what I paid to the delivery guy which was $500. This was my moving expense for my job relocation. I had to give proof of purchase to my employer, and I did not have that for $500.

SGT Auto was really easy to use. I had a car that had to go from North Carolina to Dallas, Texas, and when I booked online, they called right away and tried to get me scheduled immediately. When I gave them my information, they told me, "We'll call you back as soon as we get this booked." I thought, "They're probably gonna call me in a couple days." They didn't. They called me in the evening on the same day, and they told me they got me scheduled and they got a guy that was gonna come through and pick up the car. They said, "Okay, are you okay with it?" I said, "Yeah." They gave me a date, and the guy who was supposed to pick it up on Friday arrived early, which was good for me. I had the car at my office, and he came to my location, picked the car up and put it on the truck.
Before the driver left, he told me he expected to be in Dallas in two days, I was assuming 3 to 4 days, and I told him, "How is that possible?" He said everything that was on the truck was going to Dallas, so there was no extra stop. He said that he was going straight on through and the only times he was stopping were for the times that the state says he has to stop, restroom and food breaks. I gave him the keys so he can get the car back off, and I told him it was going to a residential area. The car got to Dallas, Texas in the morning of the second day, which was really quick, and the driver delivered it to my sister. They couldn't get it on the street she was, so they had to park over at the park and unload it.
I really liked the service. I was able to pay up front and that's what I wanted, because I didn't want my sister to have to pay for it. When the car got to my sister, all she had to do was wait till the guy unloaded it off his ramp, take it and go and start getting it tagged. It was an excellent experience. SGT Auto knew exactly what they were doing, and I'll definitely use them again.

SGT Auto gave a significant military discount, and they were cheap. I was in Virginia, and my wife was still in Washington. So I had to go through the customer reps to schedule her pick-up in Washington. But they were super easy to work with and super helpful. They said they were gonna come to our house and pick up from our house, but they did not do. The driver wanted us to meet him somewhere, which was fine. But they said they would do door-to-door service, and they did not. They had us meet at a shopping center to drop off the car.
One thing that kind of sketched me out a little bit, and it wasn't a big deal, was that we didn't pay SGT, but we had to pay the driver. So if we paid the front portion and then we had to go direct with the driver, I would rather just pay the company straight up and had them pay the driver from there. But overall, I was happy with the experience.

SGT was a little more honest upfront. They didn’t have any hidden fees and had good timing. I had to call the driver but once I made contact, it was fine. The vehicle was delivered in perfect condition right to my front door. The vehicle belonged to my son and he's moving over here so they put extra stuff in there. I was charged an extra $100 to put more inside the vehicle but I was told about it and it wasn't a big deal.

Setting up the transport with SGT was smooth. I just filled out a form that said what car and what day I'll be available to have it picked up. The pick-up was smooth too but it wasn’t a thorough communication. The third party came to pick up the car, which was annoying because I didn’t get a notification of when it was going to be and all of a sudden, the guy would be coming the next day. But on the actual day, he was able to pick up the car right next to where I live. My brother picked it up from the drop-off and he said it was far from the specified location. It was a good 15-minute drive and my brother at the time expressed some concern because he wasn't a registered driver for the vehicle. So if something happens, he’ll get in trouble. Still, it was overall a positive experience.

SGT's customer service was fantastic. If you're on hold on their phone number that you can call for the transport, they immediately send you a text that says, "We apologize for being on hold." It was very well thought out and ran, and then it was very, very easy to plan the transport. They also offered a couple of different ways of paying for it that were unique and innovative. Everything went so smooth and easy. Anytime I had a question, I could pick up the phone and immediately talk to somebody. I had scheduled this to be an enclosed trailer. It was a very new, very modern enclosed trailer. I was sent the inspection that the transport driver did before he loaded the vehicle was extremely thorough. The review at the site of the delivery was very good as well.

We contacted SGT Auto Transport and they said they could to do our move for us. And we needed a shipment the next day. The whole deal was great. Alex did a great job. Originally, we had him to meet us at the Fort Sam Visitor Center and we started looking at the location. It wasn't conducive to his trailer. So, my husband said, "He can go to the National Guard area," which is the open area and it was right before he went to the visitor center. My husband met them with flashing lights, so he could bring them in. It worked out perfectly. The driver could pull straight in, looked at our vehicles, took pictures, and pulled them into his trailer. The only thing that we didn't like was we couldn't track the vehicles when they were moving.
Alex did a great job in delivering the vehicles, too. He texted us and let us know he was five minutes away. Right in front of the hotel where we stayed is a wide open parking lot. We walked up there, and my husband met him on the side of the road. We saw him, and we guided him into the parking lot. And he pulled in, downloaded one of the vehicles, pulled it off to the side. We paid him first, we inspected the vehicles, and we were good to go. Wherever Alex marked at, he wiped it down. We understood that. On the Audi, our window had to be down. So, a little debris got in there. He explained that to us due to safety reasons. And it's okay.

I'm currently sitting on hold, for over an hour now.... It's been 48 hours and still have not had any information about a carrier for my car. I was guaranteed my car would be shipped before I left the state, to ensure that my car got on the carrier in time.... I'm beyond disappointed and extremely upset to have no information and even worse service. If I could give negative stars I would.

SGT's service is good. The figure that they quoted was the final figure. I was scammed when I moved two years earlier for 200 bucks. But everything lined up with SGT. The customer service got everything done. They were responsive. They put me in touch with the trucker at the right time. They did everything correctly. For the pickup, the trucker gave me a location to go to and he was there at the assigned time. For the destination side, my daughter picked it up and everything was fine. They could have a website with a GPS tracker tracker though. It would be fun to know how the car is moving around.

I had a certain date that the car needed to be in Seattle. SGT Auto Transport was the one that was able to meet that demand. I didn't realize that I had to pay the delivery person. I thought SGT Auto was the one that I worked with all the way, but it was a broker. I had to put a deposit on it. And I had to pay whoever company that got the bid.
There needs to be more making everything clear upfront. I had asked to be able to put 200 pounds of items in it, and nobody told me that it had to stay below the windows of the car. So, when the guy went to pick the car up in Seattle, because I had boxes packed in the back seat, he said, “You have to pay an extra $200 because it's above the glass.” They just said that because the bottom tier is 100 pounds, that I would go over that. So, I went up to the 200 pounds. There was a set of moose horns that were above the window. There were some boxes that didn't weigh much because they were a LEGO set. That weighed 5 pounds at the most. And that was above the window. They had me in a bind because it was either pay them or start from zero. I had to add that into the amount that I paid the driver when he showed up.
I thought it would come in a 40-foot car hauler, and there’s a truck stop, so I thought it was easier for the driver to pull into the truck stop than it would be to pull him to the street in front of my house and unload it. But it turned out to be an F-550 with a three-car hauler instead of the big one that hauls eight cars. And he barely spoke English. We waited for him there and he pulled in. I had $1,400 in cash, all $100 bills. And he pointed to his phone that it was this much. I showed him that was how much I had. And there was a language barrier. Also, the tires were low, which was no big deal because we just pulled over to the gas station because of the gas station/truck stop and aired them up.

I called three different transports and SGT called back and reduced their cost because we wanted to fill the truck. It worked out well. They were very professional, honest, and caring and the driver was very good. They kept us informed.

The pickup was the worst part of the whole thing. They were supposed to call me the night before. There was a three-day window to pick the car up and according to the instructions I had, I was going to have a 24-hour notification when they were coming to give me an idea. But the office called me and said they'd be there in an hour and a half. I don't understand how that happened and I didn't have the car then. But I was able to get the car back in three hours and they came. That was the most inconvenient thing about this. The best thing was the car got to where it was going and it wasn't damaged. Also, the quote was exactly where it was told to be.

My car broke down in Charlotte. So, I needed some way for it to get back here in Atlanta. When I put the quote in, SGT called me in less than 24 hours. I got a call to confirm the shipment. Then I finally got matched with somebody to tow it towards me. The guy that towed it was really nice and cool to work with. I wasn't there for pick-up, but the guy told me that it was smooth. He just had to push it up onto a trailer himself and there was somebody there to help him, but he still said it was fine. He dealt with it. Then when he got here to drop it off, I wasn't gonna let him push it off himself. So, I helped him out to push it off, but it was really smooth. He parked it where I needed him to park at. The price was what he said it was gonna be.

I had SGT ship a SXT 2012 Charger. I arrived at the meet-up location. At first, I was a little confused, but then the driver texted me and he helped me out with the location of where he was and where to bring the vehicle. And then I thought I would have to drive the vehicle into the transportation, but he came out and drove it for me. So, that was really nice of him. He was a really nice person that way. It was my first time shipping a vehicle in general. So, he made it really easy. I got a really good price. I thought it was gonna be a lot higher, but the price was really fair. The final cost was surprisingly low. Overall, SGT has a very affordable price, the people who work for them are very nice, and they have a very simple process.

I had to wait a few days for SGT to find a driver with a route to pick up other cars. But it was four days after I called. So, I had a good experience setting up this transport. The drive came and picked up the car in Lancaster, California on a flatbed car trailer and the drop-off was in Atascocita, Texas. It took three days. It was the last one that got picked up and it was being towed by a dually. The outside of the car was bent a little bit when it arrived and I didn't notice it until a week after. I don't know if that's something that they did or something that happened while my dad had the car.
The quote was good and it was cheap for what we needed. It was gonna save us money. It would have been a little over 22 hours to drive a vehicle from California to my house in Texas and I can't drive all the way through. So, I would have had to stay somewhere. So, the value of having SGT ship it and being top-rated was far better than me having to fly out there and do it all myself.

The reps were helpful and very communicative. They gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. The driver didn't speak English but we communicated through the app. I got an update that the car was dropped off when they said it was gonna be and everything worked out great. I would use SGT again.

SGT Auto Transport came back and gave me quotes. It was a reasonable quote, so I went with them. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. She said someone would get back to me within a day or two. The driver called and we arranged for where we would meet him. Originally, he would come to the complex, but the gates are locked. It would be hard for him to turn around. So, I just met him up at the CSU parking lot, and he would pick up three other cars there.
He had everything together. He went around the whole car, made marks if there was any scratch or dent. Took pictures of everything, very helpful. We arranged for when he would be in the area to deliver it. And he called a couple of days prior to say when he would be there. So, he was very good. He was on point as far as getting it there in time. It worked out well.
We were a couple of days behind him. He called Sunday night, and he called again on Monday, we met up with him, and got the car. We met him over in Wareham, Carver area for the drop-off because I had an appointment and I couldn't go all the way back down to Brewster. Originally, he would bring it down to Brewster where she lived, but we were up in Wareham. So, he drove out of his way to come and deliver it to me. And what I was quoted, that was how much I paid.

SGT had the lowest rates and they could pick up the next day, which was really convenient. I scheduled an appointment and an address of where I would drop the car off. I drove there, someone was there with a big truck, and I dropped the car off. I gave them the keys and it was done.

The rep gave me a written quote, and when I was ready to ship my daughter's car to Florida, we called and scheduled it. I had to look up the quote number and give it to them to get the same price, and they honored it. The driver was very professional and nice. If I texted him, he responded within 15 minutes. I understand he was driving, but I was never left hanging if I had a question. He texted me for the pickup and we kept in contact, then he picked up the vehicle. He called my daughter the day before and told everyone when he was gonna be there for delivery and everything went fine. He delivered on the day he said he would. I'd use SGT Auto Transport again, and I'd recommend them. They were very efficient and on time.

Called them multiple times only to be put on hold for an hour each time. Was told later I'd receive a call back within 10 min and never did. None of them ever apologized for the delay and sounded irritated. Several of their online chat agents don't seem to speak English. One agent told me completely wrong information about my car just being taken away to a "company" (basically driving off) if a person wasn't there at delivery. They are shipping my car well outside the guaranteed shipping window and upcharging me from the quote. It's also from Texas to CA which should be a common route. Maybe this company was good in the past but they aren't now. They responded to my review on Google and told me to contact the CEO. I contacted him and instead of offering an apology asked me what I wanted in terms of compensation. Rude. Avoid this company at all costs, complete scam and they should feel ashamed of themselves.

SGT Auto Transport wasn't the cheapest, but they were very good. The driver called and told us when they were coming. They were there exactly when they said they would be there. I lived in a cul-de-sac. They couldn't get the truck around the cul-de-sac. The driver parked on the main street, and I drove the car right to him. I was amazed how easily he got my car onto the truck. He knew what he was doing. They said they would be delivering on such and such a date, and they called me a few hours before they got here and told me the time. They were here exactly the time and the date they said they would be. They took the car straight down and had me check the car to make sure there was no damage.

I told the rep where the car was to go and the guy that came and transported had a long haul trailer. He had a nice truck, a nice trailer, and everything was clean and neat. I'm very happy. The only thing was it was very expensive. It was enclosed that's why it cost so much but they were good to work with.

I moved a vehicle from Arizona to Colorado and I loved how easy it was. The drivers that they partnered me with were pleasant and punctual. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. The transport was faster than I thought. It was three days from the time of pick up to delivery. I didn't hear from the driver until he was 30 minutes from destination. He called and said, "Hey, I'm pulling in. I've got a big rig. I don't know if I can get to your residence. So if you could meet me at this Walmart shopping center or Home Depot shopping center." I said that was fine so it worked. There was no change in cost whatsoever. The vehicle came undamaged and everything was perfect.

I ship my car quite a bit, and this was the best experience I've had. The transport was simple, efficient, clear and direct. It took under a week. SGT Auto Transport's courier-drivers were kind and patient with me. I couldn't make it the day that I was supposed to pick up the car. SGT quoted me around 700 at the beginning then gave me the quote that I agreed on. I was asking them if they could delay my delivery date. But the driver was on time. I told him to just to leave my keys at the fuel cap. Overall, the service was 5-star.

I find it very convenient to use SGT Auto Transport. People think that we have to move heaven and earth to move our cars around the US 48. But it's easy. It's like buying groceries online, maybe easier. And the price is not too bad. I expected it to be 2,000. Because 10 years ago my brother paid $1,000 to move from Phoenix, to North Carolina. But SGT Auto Transport had a good price too. Theirs is a bit better or competitive with that of the other transporter.
The courier showed up when they said they would. There was a bit of delay picking the vehicle up. But it didn't bother us because they were moving stuff anyway. So, it's something that just the scheduling a bit from Dallas. But from Dallas to here, we didn't have any problem. They would inform us that the car would be picked up. They had a date that is much earlier. That's amazing. They recommended three days before the pickup that they could pick it up immediately. But they had to turn it down because we weren't ready. They came here and did well.

The quote provided by SGT Auto was good because it was cheaper than me towing the car myself. The driver was good. The time it took was quick, too. I told him to pick it up the day of so I can make sure that it would get picked up the next day because if I said some days in advance, then it could have been delayed. It did get delivered in the day they said it would. It would have been good if there was a tracker to show where the car is for the customer to check how far it is instead of calling to find the number of the driver.

When I called them, a live person picked up and they responded and followed up. They seem to have a better response time and people available than the other companies. When the transport was scheduled, the driver confirmed what time so I could make sure I'd be in place. Then, they came and they started their walk through process and got the car loaded. It worked out good and I wasn't worried about anything.

I shipped a small SUV about 1,300 miles. Every one of the reps had an accent. Other than that, the quote was $500 lower than another company and the timeframe for the move was fine. I got what my money was worth. SGT performed for me. Check them out but shop around.

The reps were kind, answered all my questions and explained what was gonna happen in the process. It was easy and convenient, and the driver was great. He called to keep me updated, like where he was, how soon he was gonna make the drop-off and when he was gonna pick up. I went to pick up the car because where I live, the roads are weird. The location was 10 minutes from my house and the car was in perfect condition, just how I left it.

Our transport with SGT went really well. My only complaint was my three-day window ended up turning into five days. But thank God I had a son that lived nearby so he could help me with that. But other than that, it went smoothly. I would recommend them. I would do it again.

I had my hatchback Subaru transported from California to Georgia and SGT's reps were super helpful. They were very communicative, gave me their direct lines to call back, and I always got them on the phone when I called. So, it was super smooth and easy. The driver was fantastic as well. He was great at picking it up and dropping it off. My car got there safely and I had no issues. The quote was fair compared to their competitors and I paid the same agreed-upon price in the end. I'd use SGT again if I ship my car in the future.

We bought a ‘75 Volkswagen bus down in Arizona when my wife was down there visiting her sister. We needed to transport it back up to Wisconsin where we live and we hired SGT Auto for that. I called and scheduled it, then they sent me a thing saying it would be picked up on a Monday. But it didn't get picked up that Monday, so I called them. It was late in the day and they couldn't really tell me where it was. They just said the driver was delayed. Wheelz was the carrier that brought the vehicle to my house. Once the guy picked it up, they drove up here and he was great. He unloaded it and everything was good.
For the price, SGT said it was going to be $1,500. I paid them 300 right away and they said pay the rest to the driver. I got a certified check for SGT, but they weren't the deliverer so I had to pay him with a check and he brought that check back. SGT didn't explain that I had to pay the driver with cashier's check in their name, not in SGT’s name. Other than that, compared to other companies, they were inexpensive and the vehicle got here safely and without damage.

Received a call about picking up my car. The cost to ship was $300 more than quoted. I was told that the car would be picked up Saturday 6pm, and delivered Sunday. Car wasn't picked up until 730 and it's been 4 days and the car is not here. I called SGT and was told the car would be delivered Tues in the morning. It's now 1130am and I haven't heard from the driver. I have lost time from work, was lied to about the delivery day and paid $300 more than quoted. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to transport a bike in the future!

SGT Auto moved my car down to Florida. The pickup point was in Manhattan, New York and the drop-off was in Miami. The days it took fell within the framework that they gave me. There was a scheduled date for the pickup, there was an estimated time, and then I got a text when they were an hour away. I just went and met them. The car was in my garage. It was pretty easy. They took their phone with a video and walked around the car. As far as the drop off, they came to the front of the building which is on a main road, and the driver said, "I can't stop here very long because of traffic and so on." They took the car off the trailer and they asked me to take a look at it and pay them, and that was it. I signed something. He waited to make sure that the money had been received by his office, and then he released the car to me.
