SGT Auto Transport provided great service. There was a bit of bidding that went back and forth between SGT and some of the other companies. The driver was highly professional and it was an excellent service all the way through. He worked with the agent that was on the pick-up side very well. And delivery, again, no problems. So, I would highly recommend SGT for anybody.

SGT Auto Transport picked the car up on a Friday, and it was there Thursday. I was surprised. They said it would be 7 to 10 days, so 6 was great. And when it got out there, my daughter said that the driver just called her. Because of the size of the truck, it had to be on the next road over. So, she just met him there and he handed the keys, and it was fine. It was seamless.

SGT Auto Transport is a great car transport broker, quite easy to deal with, the information is clear and accurate, we have been doing business with them since 2020. I never had problems with payments, and the customers are very satisfied.

SGT Auto Transport had the best price, so I contacted them. They picked up the car when they said. The car was here, but we weren't yet. So, it was in the yard, and they brought it over once I contacted them. We got that straightened. But they took care of the car and delivered it, and everything was fine. Also, the payment was easy enough. I had a broker we went through, but they were the delivery person. Everything went smoothly as advertised.

SGT Auto Transport is an excellent company. I liked their price. Also, the courier driver was excellent. He showed up on time, brought the car, and everything was perfect. He couldn't get into the neighborhood. I had to meet him, unfortunately, but that was fine.

I was able to arrange last minute for this company to transport my daughter's vehicle from Massachusetts to Arizona. We had contracted with another transport company that called us last minute to let us know that they would not be able to pick up the car on the assigned date unless we paid more money. It was an awful ordeal. A friend suggested SGT Auto Transport and they were terrific. They picked up the car 2 days later and delivered it on time to Phoenix. They were wonderful to deal with.

In August I had 1 vehicle shipped which was delivered on time. The driver was very professional with all aspects of loading it. I was a driver myself, so I knew what to look for. I have another car to be transported and did not hesitate to contact Sgt. Auto Transport again.

The driver was on time and efficient. He dealt calmly with my odd neighbor who was asking him a million questions when I got outside. He even navigated my mountain road with a large trailer that others have refused to do. The car was delivered quickly and without a scratch. We would definitely use SGT again.

It was a great experience with SGT Auto. The fellow called as he was coming up close. Then we met at the drop off point and he gave me the paperwork.

The timing was never great about when they were gonna be exactly there. It was very imprecise. But beyond that, my experience was okay.

The price was very fair and the communication was really nice. They told me they could get it a lot quicker than most people. So, I went with them. The process was pretty simple. I talked to them on the phone. It was very quick, just around 10 minutes. I explained where the vehicle was, where it was going, and any other details. It was very straightforward and informational. The vehicle showed up a day late but it was my mistake. I gave the wrong address at the beginning so it got a little confusing. The driver was super nice. I’ve had a really good experience. I would definitely use SGT again if I needed to transport another vehicle.

We shop around from time to time. But every single time we called SGT, they seemed to offer their best price and they never let us down. Their driver always calls in advance before they come in. So, we make sure that we have someone on the lot. They are on time and if they're running late, they will let us know so we’re prepared. We will make sure there's a person who can take delivery after hours. Besides that, we have never seen any damage. Their rate is always including insurance. We have a pretty good experience overall.

This company has done a fantastic job on making sure that everything was good for me as a customer of theirs and their customer that I was delivering a car for. They also follow through on everything they said they would do on a very timely manner. I highly recommend using them if you can.

They let me know plenty of time what the date of pickup would be. They delivered in the timeframe they said they would. The driver was nice. It was an open trailer. So he washed my car off before he delivered it so it'd be respectable because he’d gone through a snowstorm. If I had to ship another car, SGT would be the company I'd go to first. They were great. The whole experience of trying to ship a car and find shippers is a nightmare. But in the end, I was happy with it.

They initially gave me a fixed price but later on, the guy ended up calling and said that I had to pay a little extra. I was not happy with that kind of change in price after the price was fixed. He ended up giving me the same price. But he was trying to bargain.

This is a great Transport company, orders are Dispatched in a timely fashion and payment was made on time everytime. Vehicles were as described and everything was smooth from pick up to transport to delivery.

SGT was okay at answering my calls, but getting ahold of the drivers was not exactly easy. I didn’t realize that SGT isn't actually a transport company, but they just hire other transport companies. SGT had to track down the other shipping companies that they had hired. It would be helpful if they had better communication with their drivers.

The whole process was simple and everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The driver who came and picked up the vehicle was great. He loaded the vehicle with the utmost care and was incredibly kind. What I thought would be a few days to deliver only took less than 24hrs. Everything went good on the delivery and the driver was awesome to the recipient. The price and quality can’t be matched. Overall, a great experience!

SGT was very efficient. They came on time, and once I received the car, everything was good. I liked SGT's price. The other options that I had were saying that it was gonna take a little bit longer. SGT was able to give me the option to have the car picked up the day after. The reps were very informative. Any questions that I had, they did call to check up and see if everything was okay. I did call to just make sure that I can send things in the car and they gave me that information. So, they were pretty helpful. The guy who picked the car up, before he took it to put it on the truck, was very informative. He let me watch him do the whole process. Everything was pretty smooth and understanding. If I needed to use SGT again, I would.

SGT called me and followed up right away. Their price was good, too. Everybody on the phone was excellent. The driver said that he was going to be there, and then we didn't hear from him. He said the truck broke down. So, there was a delay of at least a full day and a half. If the truck really broke down, then he wouldn't have known but the communication between the driver was different between me and my son who was at the pickup end. My son had to move his schedule around for two days in a row, which was hard for him from work waiting on the car. Other than that, the delivery was all good according to my son. I had the car checked out just because it needed an oil change at the local Subaru in Phoenix, and they said everything was fine. I would recommend SGT to my friends for sure.

Company is a joke. Look at all their bad reviews. They offer a shipping price and then demands more. Otherwise it sits and don’t follow up poor CS. Lost out on several cars because of this shady company.

SGT Auto Transport was very efficient. It was worth the money that I paid for and they delivered as promised. During the transport, the reps would call and also send messages via text.

They've been pretty helpful. The only thing was that the delivery date kept being pushed back a couple of times. I had made arrangements for the cars to be picked up one day, but it turned out it was two days after that. But other than that, they communicated and they were nice.

SGT Auto Transport was fantastic. There was a problem with my address that I provided, which was my fault, but the gentleman who delivered my car helped me fix that. He helped me make sure everything went off without a hitch. He was awesome. When the vehicle arrived, it looked like it did when I gave it to him.

I ship multiple cars. Some cars went up north, like the New York area, some went to Tulsa, Oklahoma, some went to California and to Seattle, Washington. Their quote was good. Just everywhere. Since I’ve used them quite a bit, they always give me loyal customer returns. Sometimes, they’ll save me 100 bucks, which is very helpful.

I've used SGT about six different times already. There were some quotes that were cheaper but I went with SGT because they had delivered the car earlier for me. The car was picked up and then, I got a personal call. The driver let me know that he was on his way, which was nice. I talked to him before he even dropped the car off at the house here. It was very nice that he communicated every step of the way. He communicated with me at the end of my driveway. It was a great experience.

They resolved all my questions and told me how the process was going to be. The transport was really, really smooth and really fast. They picked up the car on Wednesday and my car was here on Thursday. The driver waited for me for about 15 minutes. So that was kind of them. SGT did a really, really good job. It was kind of urgent so I was expecting that it will cost a little more, but it was a fair price. Also, the quote was the same as I paid.

The representative that I spoke to was awesome and he was ultimately why I decided to go with SGT. He gave me all the information that I needed to understand the process. The customer service was good. They were friendly and very helpful. The movers were nice but they had problems. They were late picking up the car and delivering it. But it was under circumstances. Someone told them that the car was going to be running and it wasn't. That's why they were late picking up the car.

The rep was great. She helped me out with all the questions I had. I was nervous about shipping my truck because I love my truck and I didn't want it to get hurt. She let me know that they were gonna give me a call and schedule everything out. I had to move some dates around and they were really good about that. The driver was also good. He had an issue picking my truck up. So he had to push the day out, which ended up working out better for me anyway. We decided to meet at a location and he came to pick the truck up. He kept me updated as to what was going on with it. Then my buddy was out where I moved to before I got there, and he was able to pick it up for me. It was easy. Everything worked out. SGT was good all the way around. They took care of me as far as customer service.

I talked to somebody on the phone, and SGT talked to me about what I needed. When I told them where I was buying the car, they seemed to know what to do already. They collected the info and they kept me up to date when they had picked up the car. When I met the guy who delivered the vehicle, he was super nice. I got updates the whole time.

SGT Auto shipped a 1977 pickup truck. The driver gave me a heads up on when he thought he'd be there. There was a few mechanical problems on the pickup end, but there was nothing on my end.

Because my location was small, the driver and I met across the street from the mall, and he was on time and super nice. It was super quick too. I was in and out in 5 to 10 minutes. The car arrived early. It was supposed to arrive on Monday, but it came the following Friday, which was fine. I was satisfied.

It was great. When I first met the driver, I had to bring the car down the street and he picked it up on time, and then came super early. It only took him three days to travel across the country, which was amazing. He was very nice too. The driver called me a few hours before he was scheduled to come to ask me where I was, what the setup was, and he said that he needed to look on Google to see if he can make it through the neighborhood with his truck. When he realized he couldn’t, we had to make a few arrangements so I can meet him somewhere else. The same thing happened for the drop-off as well. So, if they could have better communication with that, that might be a bit better. SGT needs to communicate with their drivers or with their contractors a little bit better. Everything else was fine. I would use them again with the understanding that that's something that would be crystal clear.

SGT had the most competitive pricing. We received the car on time. So, we were satisfied with that part. Everything went smoothly.

This was the second time I used SGT Auto Transport as the service the first time was excellent. The driver had trouble getting up my driveway because his truck was too big to get into the gates, so he ended up having to park it a block over and get the vehicle off, but it wasn't a big deal, driving it one o'clock. It went smoothly and everything was in great shape. I wish the price is lower but the companies can't do much about that right now.

There was an agreed date range to pick up the vehicle. After several contacts with SGT they finally said they would be picking it up in a few days. That never happened. They cost me $1250 in storage fees and delayed the return of my funds when I canceled. I had another car to deliver after this one and they

Agents contacted me fast and set up a pickup time faster than expected. My vehicle was here within a week. 3,000 miles away. The driver even kept in touch with me as he got within a day's drive and kept me updated if he ran into any problems that would affect the projected show up time.

The driver was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful, and went above and beyond all expectations, including airing up the car’s tires, to helping me and my wife push it into our garage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Driver did a great job, the schedule changed a bit, but that is to be expected. Driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of his progress. The only problem is that the car arrived at its destination without the 4 hubcaps it left with. If I ship it again, I will remember to remove the hubcaps.

The driver and I connected on the phone while she was bringing my car. We texted the address, and after she got the car, she let me know. SGT is a great company to use when you transport your cars.

I got a lot of texts and confirmations of the service. So it was reassuring, but at the same time, it was a little too much. But I appreciate the effort. The driver texted me and said he was coming to pick up the car. He told me that I should meet him at a Walmart because he didn't think that the rig would go through my neighborhood. He wanted one specific location that was 16 miles away and right off a main highway, which I completely got right. He was there on time. He told me that it would arrive in a day and a half. My son got his car and he was happy. It was a successful experience.

There was an initial delay. I understand that was because of the holidays at that time, but the rest was smooth. I was there only for the delivery, but the shipping was done by one of my friends. It still went smoothly although I wasn’t present there. I liked the overall service. Also, the charges were fair. I would recommend to any of my friends who would be looking for it.

I asked the right questions, when the car would be there, and who I needed to be at the drop-off location. It's a simple, common sense process. The guy who delivered the car was very spot-on and helpful. He drove the car right to my house.

The communication could have been a lot better. I was concerned that the move wouldn't go according to what SGT said it would do. It's a little shady to me. But SGT got my car delivered and it's in good shape. So, that's good.

The carrier that SGT used showed up early, so that worked out really good. The driver showed up about four hours early, which was wonderful. It was quick and easy. The guy that picked up the vehicle was very polite. I got the vehicle when they said they'd get it there, and it was easy, which was refreshing. Our experience was great and very pleasing.

The dispatchers were really nice and they were willing to answer all my questions. Getting contact from the driver on time was good. It was easy communication all around. The cost was the same as what I was told at the beginning. I got a little confused on how to pay the driver and it was the dispatcher's fault. I was told to pay with cash then I was told not to. I was told to pay the driver directly, and then I was told to not pay the driver directly.

SGT called me right back first as soon as I applied. But I wasn't ready to book. I didn't think they were gonna call back that fast. But the rep was good. I ended up calling back over the weekend. The only thing was that there was a little confusion on when the car will be ready to be picked up. I put a date in there, and I assumed that was the day that they were gonna pick up. But it was not. It was the day that they started looking for a transporter.

They were responsive and they found a truck very quickly. During the shipping process, they stayed in contact the whole time. The trucker was very easy to work with as well. The payment system was all very easy.

It was hard to get in direct touch with a live person. It was more like an automated email service. That could have been a little better. I was trying to get ahold of somebody to verify that the driver put wrap on the windows because the windows weren't installed and it was raining. But I couldn't ever get a callback so the vehicle got rained in for seven days while it was being transported.

I had went with another company but they were giving me the runaround. So I contacted uShip and uShip hired SGT Auto. They said they got a guy and told me the day and time they were picking the vehicle up. The driver was there and picked it up. They gave me a window of delivery and delivered it early. It was great with SGT Auto. There was a $50 difference than the other rate but was totally acceptable.

We chose SGT Auto because they provided a similar service to everyone else, but it was up to 100 bucks cheaper than the next lowest-priced guy. It was pleasant with them and they were helpful. They had a similar price to the next best guy. We asked for some sort of a discount so that we could make an easy final decision based on price and they were willing a $150 discount to the initial quote they had offered.

SGT was great. I always get three prices, and they were by far the best price. Also, based on all the reviews I read, they were legit. They told me that what they originally quoted me was only good for a week, and it was gonna be $50 more. Then they called me and said they’d get a driver on it within three or four business days, and they’d keep me posted. They called me on a Friday or Saturday and said they had a driver that could pick up that day and have it at the delivery location the next day but it was gonna be $50 more.

We have a car that was repaired in Utah and SGT picked it up. It was delivered the next day morning to LA. They changed the bill and put $200 more but it was okay. We're happy to move the car back with them.

My wife thought the pricing was good. The representative, Leonard, was excellent, amazing, and communicated very well. He made sure that if we had any questions, he was open for communication. The time frame was better than anticipated.

It was a fair price, especially being so last minute. The only thing is, the pickup day ended up being a lot later than originally estimated, which for me wasn't a big deal because I was working from home. But someone else, it might have been a bit of a pain if we were expecting them first thing in the morning and they ended up not coming until the evening. Other than that, it went really well.

SGT was local where I was living at the time and they gave me a straight-up quote. They told me what it was going to be and they made me feel comfortable giving them my brand new car and send it across the country. They contract with the vendors, the shipper, and the shipping company, and we had a mutual location with the dispatcher company itself to pick up the car. The dispatcher communicated with me on a daily basis every 12 hours letting me know what date, time, location, and it made it in time exactly. The shipping was perfect and it was good for the price.
