This was the second time I used SGT Auto Transport as the service the first time was excellent. The driver had trouble getting up my driveway because his truck was too big to get into the gates, so he ended up having to park it a block over and get the vehicle off, but it wasn't a big deal, driving it one o'clock. It went smoothly and everything was in great shape. I wish the price is lower but the companies can't do much about that right now.

SGT's service and communication level were great. The driver was great, too. Everything was great and smooth. It went way better than I expected. The car was picked up on Monday, and then it was there Tuesday night. So, that threw me for a loop. I wasn’t expecting it to get there that fast. It was wonderful. I felt like the price was fair as well.

I've used other auto transport companies before, and SGT Auto Transport is by far my favorite. They quoted a reasonable price and the service was always on point, from setting things up to answering all my questions. They were accurate, timely, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks SGT!

There was an agreed date range to pick up the vehicle. After several contacts with SGT they finally said they would be picking it up in a few days. That never happened. Agents contacted me fast and set up a pickup time faster than expected. My vehicle was here within a week. 3,000 miles away. The driver even kept in touch with me as he got within a day's drive and kept me updated if he ran into any problems that would affect the projected show up time.

The driver was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful, and went above and beyond all expectations, including airing up the car’s tires, to helping me and my wife push it into our garage. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Driver did a great job, the schedule changed a bit, but that is to be expected. Driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of his progress. The only problem is that the car arrived at its destination without the 4 hubcaps it left with. If I ship it again, I will remember to remove the hubcaps.

I moved across states and SGT Auto Transport was the one thing that went right. The driver was friendly and we talked while he loaded (and again when he unloaded) my vehicle. Aside from a crazy number of dead bugs on my car, the service was perfect.

They got the job done quickly. The driver (I believe Demetri was his name) was incredible! He was excellent as we watched him load and anchor the truck with only an inch to spare. He was courteous, efficient and ahead of schedule on both ends of the trip. The vehicle was immaculate on delivery. I highly recommend Demetri.

They stuck to their time frame. So their schedule was accurate. They stayed in touch with me the whole way through and they made it simple.

I was in phone conversation with the driver when he was 15 miles away. Then when he was 5 minutes away etc etc. Very professional in all aspects of the delivery. I will recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Everything went like clockwork. And SGT's driver that showed up was very customer-oriented, friendly, and professional. He took photos for your protection. And he was quite a character. He texted me every once in a while because I was worried about going across the Rocky Mountains. It was my brother-in-law's vehicle. It was a Volvo. But he communicated right away and advised me when he was four hours out of St. Louis. So, everything went according to plan. SGT ought to keep him. I would use them again, and I would do anything to help them that would be good for them because they are top-notch.

Setting up for the transport was easy peasy. The guy at the office that I dealt with figured it out. He arrived when he said he’d arrive. The car arrived when he told me it would arrive. Everything was perfect. The final price was exactly what was quoted. I’m very happy with SGT Auto Transport. Every time I need car transport in the near future, they're my guy.

The driver and I connected on the phone while she was bringing my car. We texted the address, and after she got the car, she let me know. SGT is a great company to use when you transport your cars.

I got a lot of texts and confirmations of the service. So it was reassuring, but at the same time, it was a little too much. But I appreciate the effort. The driver texted me and said he was coming to pick up the car. He told me that I should meet him at a Walmart because he didn't think that the rig would go through my neighborhood. He wanted one specific location that was 16 miles away and right off a main highway, which I completely got right. He was there on time. He told me that it would arrive in a day and a half. My son got his car and he was happy. It was a successful experience.

There was an initial delay. I understand that was because of the holidays at that time, but the rest was smooth. I was there only for the delivery, but the shipping was done by one of my friends. It still went smoothly although I wasn’t present there. I liked the overall service. Also, the charges were fair. I would recommend to any of my friends who would be looking for it.

I asked the right questions, when the car would be there, and who I needed to be at the drop-off location. It's a simple, common sense process. The guy who delivered the car was very spot-on and helpful. He drove the car right to my house.

SGT had good communication, and the transport was timely. We had just transported from Atlanta to Austin. So, for the distance, it was fine. It was smooth and easy.

The communication could have been a lot better. I was concerned that the move wouldn't go according to what SGT said it would do. It's a little shady to me. But SGT got my car delivered and it's in good shape. So, that's good.

The carrier that SGT used showed up early, so that worked out really good. The driver showed up about four hours early, which was wonderful. It was quick and easy. The guy that picked up the vehicle was very polite. I got the vehicle when they said they'd get it there, and it was easy, which was refreshing. Our experience was great and very pleasing.

The dispatchers were really nice and they were willing to answer all my questions. Getting contact from the driver on time was good. It was easy communication all around. The cost was the same as what I was told at the beginning. I got a little confused on how to pay the driver and it was the dispatcher's fault. I was told to pay with cash then I was told not to. I was told to pay the driver directly, and then I was told to not pay the driver directly.

SGT called me right back first as soon as I applied. But I wasn't ready to book. I didn't think they were gonna call back that fast. But the rep was good. I ended up calling back over the weekend. The only thing was that there was a little confusion on when the car will be ready to be picked up. I put a date in there, and I assumed that was the day that they were gonna pick up. But it was not. It was the day that they started looking for a transporter.

They were responsive and they found a truck very quickly. During the shipping process, they stayed in contact the whole time. The trucker was very easy to work with as well. The payment system was all very easy.

It was hard to get in direct touch with a live person. It was more like an automated email service. That could have been a little better. I was trying to get ahold of somebody to verify that the driver put wrap on the windows because the windows weren't installed and it was raining. But I couldn't ever get a callback so the vehicle got rained in for seven days while it was being transported.

I had went with another company but they were giving me the runaround. So I contacted uShip and uShip hired SGT Auto. They said they got a guy and told me the day and time they were picking the vehicle up. The driver was there and picked it up. They gave me a window of delivery and delivered it early. It was great with SGT Auto. There was a $50 difference than the other rate but was totally acceptable.

We chose SGT Auto because they provided a similar service to everyone else, but it was up to 100 bucks cheaper than the next lowest-priced guy. It was pleasant with them and they were helpful. They had a similar price to the next best guy. We asked for some sort of a discount so that we could make an easy final decision based on price and they were willing a $150 discount to the initial quote they had offered.

SGT was great. I always get three prices, and they were by far the best price. Also, based on all the reviews I read, they were legit. They told me that what they originally quoted me was only good for a week, and it was gonna be $50 more. Then they called me and said they’d get a driver on it within three or four business days, and they’d keep me posted. They called me on a Friday or Saturday and said they had a driver that could pick up that day and have it at the delivery location the next day but it was gonna be $50 more.

We have a car that was repaired in Utah and SGT picked it up. It was delivered the next day morning to LA. They changed the bill and put $200 more but it was okay. We're happy to move the car back with them.

My wife thought the pricing was good. The representative, Leonard, was excellent, amazing, and communicated very well. He made sure that if we had any questions, he was open for communication. The time frame was better than anticipated.

We liked SGT Auto Transport's prompt response, the price negotiation, and the delivery. SGT was able to find me a driver the next day. They were able to help. The communication was good. The driver let me know the day before where they were. And the day of the delivery, they called me a couple of hours before. So, it was a very good experience with SGT. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants to ship a vehicle.

It was a fair price, especially being so last minute. The only thing is, the pickup day ended up being a lot later than originally estimated, which for me wasn't a big deal because I was working from home. But someone else, it might have been a bit of a pain if we were expecting them first thing in the morning and they ended up not coming until the evening. Other than that, it went really well.

I had excellent communication. Any questions I had, SGT Auto Transport answered them for me. I had to push out my date for them to pick up my vehicle. So, they assisted me with that as well. From the date of pickup, they got it here in three days. Everything was straightforward. Also, SGT was the cheapest. Go for it.

I booked my shipping through uShip and they dealt with everything. The process was very good and I would highly recommend SGT.

SGT was local where I was living at the time and they gave me a straight-up quote. They told me what it was going to be and they made me feel comfortable giving them my brand new car and send it across the country. They contract with the vendors, the shipper, and the shipping company, and we had a mutual location with the dispatcher company itself to pick up the car. The dispatcher communicated with me on a daily basis every 12 hours letting me know what date, time, location, and it made it in time exactly. The shipping was perfect and it was good for the price.

SGT had good service. It was very simple and easy to connect with them.
