SGT Auto has quick response and better pricing. They delivered the car when they said they were gonna deliver it. The exterior was dirty, but I shipped cars before and that was what happened. It got weathered. It was no fault of theirs.

The transport took two days. They picked up the vehicle on a Monday and dropped it off on Wednesday. It was pretty impressive. Also, I live in a confined area downtown and they were able to drop it off with no issues.

The transport went smooth, and my experience with the driver was good. I'd tell friends to go ahead with SGT.

I definitely recommend this company for moving vehicles, since I called I was treated by a great and professional customer service, they have affordable prices, my truck was delivered in time with no issues, they take the time to explain me the steps of all this process, thank you for your great service.

I shipped a race truck, which required special attention to load. The shipper notified me a day before they were picking it up and the person I purchased the truck from said the driver was really friendly. The driver put it on the transport with no issues and two days later, I got a call from the driver that he would be coming to Albuquerque in a couple of days. Then, two days later, he called that he would be here in an hour and he showed up then. The driver was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us unload the vehicle and that was that. They did everything they said they were going to do and they made it happen.

My car was supposed to be picked up on a Thursday but a day prior to SGT Auto picking it up, I hadn't heard from them. When I called, they said they had an issue with the truck and it came a day later. So, I was a little worried that it wasn't going to get to the final destination for a day later and I had planned for it to be there at a certain time. But it was actually early. So, everything went well for the most part. SGT Auto was very professional. Other than that slight miscommunication, everything else was very smooth.

Dealing with the rep at SGT Auto was good as well as the delivery of the vehicle.

Their cost was good. Relative to other providers, it was reasonable. The driver was also good and on time.

These companies are a dime a dozen, however, I am glad I found this one. They are middle men that find a driver within the area. My driver was amazing and could not have been happier with the service. I even tipped him on top of his fee since SGT takes a cut. I would use again.

I previously wrote a positive review of SGT Auto Transport that I am trying to have removed/altered. This company is an absolute fraud. My second time shipping a car with them. First time was not all that terrible, though they did bait & switch me a bit then too (hence the 4 star 'honesty' rating), but I was too generous. I should add that I was solicited and compensated for the first review - I was told I would be given $100 off my next shipment for writing a review. When I shipped my first car, they quoted me a price of $829 to send my second car down. At the time, I made clear to the guy that I wouldn't be sending the car for "about a month", and at least I was under the impression that this was OK.

I shipped my BMW from Florida to New Hampshire. When I received my car in New Hampshire there was a dent and a hole in my roof. The driver acted like he didn't know how it got there. I called their phone to explain what happened and they said they could not do anything for me. I purchased their shipping insurance which wouldn't be enough to cover any damage to any vehicle. I used my actual vehicle insurance and they went after the company to recoup the money they paid to fix my vehicle. My insurance tried getting in touch with them about the incident but were never able to reach them.

I've used SGT three times already and my experiences with them have been good.

I had an excellent experience using SGT Auto Transport to move my vehicle over a few states. They were very responsive to my inquiries and fair priced. The driver was in communication with me on the day of pick up and also on the day of delivery. I will use this company again when it’s time to move.

It was an easy transaction with SGT. They picked up my car on time. It arrived a few hours late, but that's okay. My car came back with no scratch or anything. The driver was cool, too. He was communicating really good and he made sure that our car is going to arrive in good condition.

SGT transported my 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 from Dallas, Texas area to Central Pennsylvania. The fellow that drove it couldn't speak English so we had to do everything through the interpreter on his phone, but everything was good and they got here quickly. I had a very good experience.

I was looking for a company that will bring the vehicle for me on time from Nevada to Houston. I felt that gut feeling with SGT. The pickup and delivery were good. The driver was good, too. You should use SGT. They have good customer service.

SGT was very helpful. I had to change the time a couple of times, and it worked out fine. My experience went very well. The transport was from Pennsylvania to New York. It should have taken five hours but the person had an issue so they contacted me and said it wouldn't be until the next day. When they deliverred, I was working. I didn't look at my texts. So, they were waiting for me. They were right across the street but when I finally saw my text, I was like, “Oh, no. I missed it.” They didn't complain, though.

I've had SGT ship two cars from me now. The last one here was a ‘65 Pontiac. Everything went really well. The car came a day early.

SGT was very good. The only thing was the driver didn't know English so we couldn't communicate very well at the beginning. But other than that, everything was very smooth and good. In two months, I’ll bring the car back from Houston to New York and I will return it with SGT.

SGT's service worked out really well for me. The customer service reps were great. They use a company that’s outside of the US and they were quite organized. Also, the transporter was very professional. The shipment was delayed by a day because of the weather and they let me know. So, it was real quick.

The guy who came over was very careful with my car and he was really nice. The issue was that we had a hard time communicating. He spoke very little English. But despite that barrier, the guy was amazing and I would use him again.

My experience with SGT was all very positive. It was very fast, simple, and flexible.

A little bit more lead time on the call would've been good, but we accomplished what we were trying to do. Everything was good. SGT Auto Transport is faster and cheaper. They picked up the car in Long Beach and got it up to Tacoma in about three days. The driver communicated with my son. They were nice and told us what was going to happen. They gave us a discount because we paid cash. If I do anything like that again, I'll certainly call SGT and I'll also tell other people to do the same.

They were able to accommodate my changes in scheduling pick up time, and found someone to deliver my vehicle when they said they would. Price was reasonable and they found me an awesome carrier within my time constraints. Would definitely use again if needed.

There was a little bit of confusion with SGT. There was a mix-up as to where to deliver the car, but we got it figured out through texting and communicating with the guy who delivered the car. So, other than that, the experience was good. Going with SGT was more affordable for me. The other companies were a little bit too pricey. I had a lot of questions, and their rep was able to answer them according to her knowledge. Then I asked the actual driver other questions concerning delivery and destination-wise. So, it was good. I was worried that he wouldn't be able to drop the car directly in front of our house, but he was able to.

SGT was the first company to contact me and they were the easiest to deal with. Customer service was great. The transport was 1,200 miles and the delivery was perfect. I could also just get in touch with the driver. The car came ahead of schedule. SGT was timely, easy to deal with, and relatively well-priced.

My son used SGT Auto and they did an excellent job for him. My son said to use them so I did. Setting up the transport went very smoothly. The total transport took three days. The pickup was in Tucson and the drop-off was in Cincinnati, Ohio. I made sure to talk to the driver and I asked him my own questions like how long it would take and he answered. He was very kind. He took pictures and I took pictures too just in case. He explained to me how it worked and that was what took place. I couldn't get him to go to the U-haul place so he took the car to his property and I picked it up from there. The car was dusty but no big deal. I'm very satisfied. SGT did a perfect job.

Very very helpful and went out of the way to coordinate the pickup and delivery. Took requested pictures of the unit prior to loading, coordinated his road progress and off loaded and drove it into my driveway. Door to door. Couldn't have been easier or improved! This was in June 2021. Ten Stars

I hired SGT Auto Transport to pick up my 2021 Mercedes GLC300 from Ohio to Transport to Atlanta Georgia. I paid them $250 deposit. After payment it was very hard to get in contact with them. (Seems as if they saw my caller id and didn't answer). I would have to call from different numbers to get a response. After a week of delays and no response, I contacted them for a refund. I was told that "billing department" would be the only one who could handle it. But the "billing department" didn't have a direct number and was never available when I called.

I had a great experience with SGT. The timing was quick and my driver was incredible. He communicated with me through calls mostly but sometimes, it was through text messages. The transport took only five days, which wasn’t bad at all. It was a quick trip. We had a little bit of trouble with designating the drop-off zone. It changed a couple of times. But that was not a problem.

The rep at SGT was excellent. The delivery went very smoothly. They were very courteous and took care of everything.

SGT is reasonably priced and the price was as was originally agreed upon. I was pleasantly surprised how easy they made the process for me. I was also surprised the vehicle got here so quickly. It came the next day. They brought it right to my house and were very friendly.

SGT Auto Transport's price is competitive and they promised to do a good service. Communication was good, but the driver's information was not good. So I went from pillar to post asking for the driver's information. But he picked up and delivered on time, so that was a good thing.

I have used SGT auto transport 4 times, and 1 time for a motorcycle. They are consistent, very well-priced, communicate extremely well (which is key when you're moving a car across the country), and they have ALWAYS been on time. They do both open and enclosed transport, and they allow you to contact their drivers as well for updates if you need them. I've NEVER had an issue, and I highly recommend them.

Good communication. Detail oriented directions/instructions. Good experience. Need better rates - COD is always a plus for any drivers that don’t deal with factoring companies! Customer service needs work.

I went through uShip and they set everything up with SGT. The driver wasn't aware of the payment was already made. He called me asking me for payment. He asked if I could send him $200 prior to the trip so he could get his winch fixed. I told him that I had paid in full with uShip and he said he would take care of it. They brought the vehicle directly to my home and it was good. But he strapped the vehicle down through one wheel with the chain and you don't put chains through the rims. You use straps. I didn't say anything to him because the car has been sitting for five to six years so it's not the prettiest but that's a lack of knowledge in the industry. Also, the time frame from the app is pretty large. It's a full week or something like that. But the delivery time wasn't bad and communication was okay with the driver. He called and told us when he was four hours away and it worked out. Overall, I'm pretty happy.

I really appreciate their professionalism. From the very start of the transaction to the very end of the transaction when the car was delivered, everything was professional and efficient. I can't believe the car got all the way here in less than 24 hours.

My vehicle was never insured by this company. They post false advertisement by stating they insure your vehicle however it’s actually the person who they contract that is supposed to insure your vehicle, and in my case, they never provided the correct insurance information. I did end up paying out-of-pocket for a broken front windshield.

The rep was great. It was an easy and simple setup that took minutes. The driver communicated exactly when he was gonna be there and then communicated everything that needed to be done. He handled the vehicle with care and did a good job. It couldn't have been a better hand-off. It was in perfect condition.

The car pick up was really good. But in terms of the delivery, things got a little interesting. The car came a day early, which wasn't bad, but I didn't know about it until that day. So they stood me up a little bit. I had to replan my entire day to pick up my car. I wished I knew at least a day before rather than two hours prior to his arrival. Also, when you get the driver's information, you should communicate with the driver because the addresses that you put in for pick up and delivery are just a general guide for the driver to use. It all depends on where the truck can fit. That was something I had to learn but I was able to work around that.

Their price was good. I also got an email when my truck was in transition. I also got my truck quickly.

When I set everything up with SGT, everything was great. The driver was also excellent. I'm very grateful to all the guys that waited on me. They did an excellent job for me. I would recommend SGT.

Overall, the driver was great. He got there way ahead of schedule. Pickup was easy. However, I kept calling about how many pounds I was allowed to have in the car just to make sure I'm following the rules, and they kept saying, "Let me check with the driver, if that's okay." When the driver was picking up my car, he said, "Who did you speak with that they said you could put 300 pounds worth of stuff in your car." I said, "Three different SGT representatives and they said that they checked with you who's going to be picking up my car," but he had no idea that my car was going to be loaded. There was also no heads-up prior to when the car was arriving. But apart from that, everything went great.

I was able to get ahold of SGT at their office rather than contacting one of their drivers. Their reps were great. Their quote was also $200 to $300 cheaper than anyone else. They stuck to schedule and the driver was also very professional.

SGT's price was cheaper than the other companies and it was really good with their reps. The guy who handled the deliveries was very communicative and he was really good at that.

Once we had contact with the driver, he was great. He dropped the car off within three days. It was fast. But SGT kept changing the dates of pick-up and delivery and not informing us.

The cost was reasonable. And the delivery went very well. My wife picked it up for me and no problems. We recommended SGT to my sister-in-law because she's moving down to Colorado. But she had some issues with them picking up the car. They were very stressed out because they had to move already. SGT finally came, but it was a while. The time was tight. But both cars are now en route to Colorado from Washington, D.C.

The reps are very professional and educated within the realm of auto transport. We dropped my vehicle off at my friend's house. SGT picked up with my friend. Both my parents and the driver at both locations did a walkaround. The reps were very courteous. I would recommend them. You can trust them. Your vehicle would be safe.

SGT had really good reviews online. We had them move a Polaris UTV. I got the quote, and then my wife took over. I didn't hear anything negative. I do know that the day the gentleman was going to pick it up, he got caught in traffic, and there was good communication with him. He was giving us a heads-up that he was going to be late, which we appreciated. It was out of his control. So, things went pretty smoothly.

I'd love to use SGT again. They had the best price and they were really nice on the phone. There was no money upfront. I just booked it. We bought a place in Florida to be snowbirds, and we needed to have our car taken down there to move down there. The driver was wonderful. Kurt was the driver. We never physically met that driver, but he went above and beyond. I wish that I'd been there. I would have tipped him better than I did because he took the car to our place and then he had to walk back to his transport. He kept us in the loop. He called from where he was, and let us know when he'd be there and what we needed to do. It was altogether the best experience.

SGT was the most fairly priced. Their reps kept in contact the whole time while I was waiting for a date to pick up for transport. The communication was pretty good. The driver came and picked it up on a Saturday and then the car was in New Mexico by Monday. I had it dropped off at a co-worker's house. The driver called and let me know that he was gonna be there soon. Then he contacted my co-worker, called her and let her know that he was on the way.

The SGT rep did a good job setting things up initially. I had a pretty tight window timeframe to get that vehicle picked up, but they were able to work with me on it. The driver communicated pretty well with me. He was super nice when I talked to him. The second driver was super nice, too. I didn’t have any issues with them. The only thing was they hire a subcontractor or a truck and driver to pick up the car, and SGT wasn’t really good about pinning down a timeframe for me. They said, “Oh, it could be picked up within one of these three days or whatever.” It took a while to really get a time and date that the driver is gonna pick it up. Other than that, I’m happy with it.

I googled auto transport and SGT was on the website that suggested them as a good name. I looked into their reviews. I called a couple of other places that I felt were comparable, and ultimately went with SGT because they gave me the best rate. Everything went really smoothly. My roommate was the one that met with the driver because I was already gone. So, I connected my roommate with the driver. The driver took pictures of the car and loaded it up onto the truck, which I appreciated. I called to follow up a week later, and the dispatch person told me to expect the car to be dropped off in a couple of days. Within 24 hours of the drop-off, the driver got in touch with me, letting me know about a time window in which they would be there. My experience was really positive, really quick and smooth. The rate was really good, too. They did a good job.

Sam was very good. Told me how everything worked. He was very responsive and knew everything about his company really well. There were a few times that I called back to ask different questions about stuff and tried to get dates situated in correspondence with the person that owned the motorcycle. Everything that I called for, they were very fast to do everything really well. The driver was nice and polite. He had multiple vehicles in his trailer. He really took care of stuff. The whole process was quick and smooth. He got there and dropped it off, took payment and got a signature. He gave me time to ride it. I asked him for it.

I used SGT twice. I was shipping my car from Washington to Georgia then I shipped it back this month 'cause I moved back. Overall, they had the best price and the best customer service. Initially, I put my email in wrong. I ended up having to call and that was an easy fix. I got put to a real person right away which was great 'cause normally, when something like that happens, I feel like I sit on the line with some computer.

I called SGT Auto a couple of times and the reps were responsive. The drivers dropped the car off at the corner and my husband met them, and took the cars off and drove them home. The cost was acceptable against the service they provided. People should contact SGT and what their rates are that day.

The guy who came and picked up the car had a foreign accent and with my hearing problems, I have difficulty understanding. But we made it. We got ourselves communicated. He was a good guy. The car made it in one piece and in great shape. The transport took five days at the most. It was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. It was a great experience with SGT. They lived up to what my short-distance mover who recommended them said they would do.

They agreed, and they delivered. It was easy. The car was exactly the same as when it was trucked. I was happy all the way around.

SGT Auto Transport couldn't find a towing service for the price exactly the one I wanted. It took me a bit longer to get it because it was cross country. Also, I was asking for a lower price based on market listing. So instead of four days, it took six days to find someone. But it was only a $130 difference so, it was good. Also, they kept checking up on me. If you're not in a hurry, SGT should be a very good option.

The pickup was in Palm Springs and delivery in Forney, Texas. SGT Auto Transport picked up on the 22nd and delivered by the 25th. It all went great. It was easy to get in contact with the driver. Great service and experience.

It was good with SGT. There was open communication, even when I called and had a question, or they had to get back with the driver. They called me right back once they got in touch with the driver or they had the answer that I needed. The pickup and delivery was smooth.

SGT picked the car up within two days and delivered it within two days so it was great. The driver was polite. I've had one shipped out of Florida by another company and it took 47 days and 47 nights to get from Florida. The cost with SGT was high but I was in the trucking business for 30 years, and I know the price of fuel’s up.

Before I decided to go with SGT, I was looking at some other companies and they took way longer to get back. When I contacted SGT, they were helpful and quick. The driver was respectful. My car didn’t come damaged so the cost was worth it.

Scheduled pickup in Phoenix and deliver in Marysville, Ohio. Extremely satisfied with the service. Even though car was picked up a day late, it was delivered to me one day early. When I called to inquire on the status, SGT team was very responsive throughout the schedule. They were available via email, text and phone, which was incredible.

We scheduled this move for our car 3 weeks ago. Never heard anything back from the company until a week ago! Now, my car still sits because you say that you can't find a driver. Ridiculous! I spent 2 days on the phone and told it would be picked up today - and it's not!

Everything was fine, for the most part. It's not a big deal, but one of the phone operators I mostly dealt with had a thick accent. English wasn't their first language and there were some communication issues. When she said that the delivery was going to be made in 50 minutes, I thought it was 15 minutes. But everything else was fine. They said they couldn't deliver directly to my new location so they arranged to have it at a nearby Walmart. Everybody was friendly and professional.

Whatever you do, do not waste your time with SGT. They do a great job of making you feel like they're more reliable and organized than everyone else during the order process. They are not. I called them over a week before I was scheduled to move, and they assured me the car would be picked up in time, no problem. As the days went on, I kept calling and they assured me "they are working on it and it's a top priority". They never once contacted me, and it was my job to chase them. As a result, I am stuck paying to store my car until I can fly back out to the west coast and figure out another plan. Choosing SGT has cost me thousands of dollars, wasted time, and headaches. Don't make the same mistake that I did, find someone else.

It went great with SGT. We had to make some accommodations because the rig was so big that it couldn't get into the neighborhood. But that was not a problem. The price was perfect. It was exactly what I was quoted.

SGT Auto Transport's communication was lacking a bit at the beginning, but by the time when they picked up the car and brought it to me, there was good communication so it was fine. Where the car was located, the delivery driver couldn't fit his truck through that street, so I had to meet him on a separate street from the one that I put on the shipment documents. Other than that, he delivered it at the correct place.

I've used SGT and they were very good the first time. This time, I submitted a quote request online. A gentleman called me back and it was very quick and easy. They set me an appointment and gave me some tips to make sure that the side-by-side ATV got picked up on time. The price was right, and the service was outstanding. I'm in the tech industry, and I like when things are working the way they should. These guys certainly delivered.

I had SGT Auto Transport pick up the car from a third party. SGT let them know, "Hey, we're picking it up," but nobody let me know that they were picking up or that it had been picked up. I had to call and follow up if the car had been picked up. Other than that, everything else went well. They gave me very realistic expectations and timelines of when the car would arrive. I was able to contact the courier directly, which was awesome. They gave me a realistic estimation of their arrival. Once they arrived, we were able to communicate, meet up, get the car. The car was a 1969 Mustang, so it didn't start right off. He even made sure that everything was good, that we could get it going, and was very patient. Overall, very satisfactory, very helpful, and precise.

The transport was for a new 1-ton dually truck. Everything was done over the phone. It went pretty good. The truck showed up, and there were no scratches. Everything went really smooth. My only complaint was I didn't read the fine print, so I thought it was going to show up on a certain day and I took a day off from work. But in the fine print, they have three business days to deliver the truck. So it showed up a day after. Other than that, I’d go through them again.

I like the price of SGT. They were also very knowledgeable. They were very clear and told me what to expect, how many days. The quote provided was also very accurate. The transport took 10 days. The pickup was at my brother's house in California. He said it went fast, right on time, as the driver called them. The drop-off was in New York, right by where I live. A guy told me he was gonna be there 30 minutes. Exactly 30 minutes I got there, he was there. It was straightforward. Brought down the car. I'll definitely recommend SGT. By far, it's the best price that I've seen over 10 companies.

SGT Auto Transport picked up the car on a Friday morning, and it was at my house on Sunday morning. It was pretty good. One thing though, they delivered my car to Fresno and I don't even live there. I called them in the morning to see where they were at. The driver that was doing the phone calls was asleep and the other guy was driving. He ended up calling me back. He said, “Hey, I'm at your house. Are you at home?” I said, “Yeah.” He said, “Come outside. I'm here with your car.” I said, “No, you're not.” He asked how I would know that, and I said, “Because I'm standing in my front yard and you’re not here.” Long story short, I got on the address. They mixed up the addresses, so they shipped my car to Fresno. He said, “All right. No worries. I’ll be there in 45 minutes,” and he was there in 45 minutes to an hour. Other than delivering to the wrong place, the delivery was good. There was nothing bad I can say about them.

SGT got in touch with me immediately and they quoted me a price. I told them, "Actually, I have this other price that's been quoted to me." They didn't meet it, but they split the difference, which was fine because the other one wasn't a firm price. Also, the price of gas had gone up since that was quoted, so I was okay with that. They said, "Yeah, we can pick it up later today." They did pick it up that day and two days later, the car was here. It was in great shape.

SGT was fairly priced. The pick-up and delivery were very smooth. The driver got in contact with me. He called me when they picked the car up. He called me ahead of time when he was about to drop it off. He was professional.

Their service was good. Good communication, too. The driver called an hour before we met up. It all worked well.

There was some confusion about when the pickup would be. They said it would be picked up the next day, but it was two days from then. But they communicated that error to me on my behalf too. I got the number of the auto transport group. But when I reached out to the owner, I didn't really hear back. I was able to eventually get the driver's number and he texted me. It all worked out. I'd recommend SGT Auto.

I purchased a car that was in New Jersey. I looked at transport companies and SGT had the best price. The gentleman that I spoke with gave a very good rundown of how everything would work. They asked what was the earliest date they could pick the car up and I told them on a Monday. I got a call from the representative from the dealership on that Monday and he said, "He's already here to pick the car up." I was like, "Wow, that was fast." He left that Sunday night to pick the car up.

The whole process was pretty smooth, and the car was picked up and delivered on time. The communication was good, and I have no complaints regarding any part of the service. Also, I was comparing, and cost-wise, SGT Auto Transport was $50 more than the lowest quote I got, but it still felt pretty reasonable.

I had a chance to work with these guys once and again I was happy to get in touch with them again. I hope we will work more often in the future. I value quality business and friendly relationships. :)

My car was delivered from Baltimore, Maryland to Coronado, California. It took a little bit longer than they told us it was gonna take. They said it was gonna take seven days. It took eight. But it wasn't a big deal, though. The communication with the driver was all right. I could also look on my car app and see where my car was. I noticed it was in California in the same exact location for three days straight. I called him and said, “What's going on? Is everything okay?” He said, “Yeah. I dropped it off to someone else. Someone else is handling the drop-off.” I said, “Okay. Can you contact them and have them drop it off? Because we've been waiting.” The next day, we got it. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a smooth, straightforward drop-off. Pickup was the same. They came to the address and dropped it off.

Setting up transport with them was simple. My experience with their reps was very positive. The delivery was also very good. They have subcontractors and the guy was very good.

It was an easy experience with SGT. The only issue was where I was getting the car picked up and where it was getting dropped off, the guy couldn't fit his truck. Since I left the car, somebody had to drive it out to him. As for the pickup, he had to stop on the main road to drop it off. But other than that, it went well. The communication with the driver was nice. I was able to text and get updates from him. I didn’t have to go through any kind of email. I also didn't get charged any more than they quoted me for. It seemed like a reasonable price.

SGT had a good price. I spoke to them on the phone and setting up the transport was a good experience. Their rep gave me all the information I needed. The driver was a character. I spoke to him on the phone several times. He couldn't get his truck into my development. I had to drive the car outside to meet him. As far as the quote, it was accurate. It was also much fairer than some of the other guys. Some of these guys wanted $600 more than what SGT gave me. One guy said, “Oh, it’s gonna take three weeks to find somebody.” SGT found me someone in two days. So, I’m very happy.

SGT had the lowest price, but they had kind of a better timeline that fit when the vehicle was to be picked up and the transit time. There were some companies that may have been just a little bit cheaper, but it was a week-long transit time. We didn't want my son to be without his car for that long. We did run into one situation with SGT. They gave a four-day window from when we said we needed it to when they would pick it up. They were unable to meet that timeline. By the end of the fourth day, they still didn't have any drivers that would be able to pick the car up. They were able to still honor the same price, and they gave us a new four-day window, which ended up working out because we had an untimely delay in moving.

The transport was good. The people I talked to were very knowledgeable in safe delivery. I was satisfied because the car made it safely.

The price was high but it was reasonable. Signing up was very easy. I was told the pickup was very easy and seamless. They're quick and they did what they said.

It was gonna take 1 to 4 days for them to pick the car up and then they had 13 days to transport it. But they actually came a day early, picked it up and it took them exactly 8 days. The driver that was doing the pick up let me know that he would be picking it up when he was picking it up. Then they let my son know when they were about eight hours to him and then again an hour before they were gonna get to him to let him know that they were going to be there to drop it off. The communication was great and everything was smooth and easy.

Their bid was reasonable and they could do the move fairly quickly. It was a fairly quick turnaround.The drivers were friendly and they let us know they were there. They got there a day early. The quote and the ending bill were the same.

Working with the rep was pretty smooth. It was just a couple of emails and everything was in motion. The price was a good quote. Also, the delivery of my vehicle was quicker than I thought. The driver and I chatted via text and coordinated a spot to drop off and pick up the car as they couldn't get it up to my house. It was an open trailer so the car was dirty but it was fine.

Nothing was less than perfect with my experience with them. Everything was done online and the price was very reasonable. The communication was great. I was not at the location where they picked up the vehicle and they were able to get that all done. They dropped it off at my house without me being there as well. They FaceTimed me, showed me the vehicle, and put the keys where we told them to put them. It was painless and really smooth. Plus the quote we got was fair.

I had an incident with another company. I ended up calling SGT Auto Transport and telling them, “Hey, this is what I need.” They immediately provided a carrier to pick up my car at the time that I needed to pick it up. There was communication when the carrier picked the car up. They said, “Hey, we'll be here at this time. Meet us here.” And I said, “Okay. I’ll meet them there.” It took a day and a half. And it was there. I met him there. And that was done. Everything was smooth. Also, the cost was set and it was reasonable. Use SGT.

The move took six days and the truck got here sooner than they said it was going to. The driver called me and said, “Hey, we're over here. Your truck is ready." But it was very dirty. I had to give it a good wash. If you don't want your car to be disgusting and dirty, go with a closed transport.

They were so quick. The payment transaction was very convenient. The movers called an hour earlier. When they arrived, they asked for my key and asked me to fill up some forms. They gave a really good price compared to other companies. This auto transport is the best. I highly recommend them whenever people are thinking about transporting a car to another state or location.

The communication with the rep was very good. There was one time I had a question after I had hung up and it was the next day. I called and they promptly took my call and got me connected to whom I had spoken to and took care of my issue. I got a video of the car being picked up and it ended up being the same vehicle and person who came to my house. He was nice. I was expecting the car the next day, and he shot me a text saying, "Hey, are you available for the car?" So, I got it much sooner than expected. I was very skeptical of the whole thing but going through it, I was very happy. I would do it again in a heartbeat if I have another vehicle to transport.

He also gave us a call an hour and a half before he was going to arrive at the drop-off location. We got the vehicle as we had it. The move took longer than I was told. They didn't pick it up the earliest they could and it arrived on the latest date it was supposed to arrive. It got stagnant for five days. But for the most part, it was good.

Shipped a car from Ohio to California. On time and very happy. Price was very comparable to other quotes. I would highly recommend using this transport company to other potential customers. They also contacted my son early to set up a meet time!

The process with the reps worked okay. There are people who talk to you on the phone and they're trying to make a market and hustle a few hundred extra dollars in between. I don't know what the in-guy gets, but at least it's a little more transparent. Also, pickup and delivery of my vehicle was alright.

The rep was fine. The driver was a nice guy but his downside was he had poor control over his schedule. He thought he would be there at a certain time and it was always two or three hours later. I don't think he has a concept of how long it takes him to get from place to place or how long it takes him to unload a car. It happened both on pickup and delivery. He has the best of intentions, but he gets bogged down. Other than that, the quote and bill were as advertised. I was looking for a covered car carrier that didn't have the two ramps but just had a flat surface. They were able to do that.

I shipped a vehicle with SGT in March of 2021 about 1,400 miles and it arrived with no damage and on time. The driver was very friendly and trustworthy. I had GPS on my vehicle and could check its location on the map at any time. My driver went straight to the destination and the updates from the company matched the real-time location perfectly. I'm glad I chose SGT and would recommend them to friends and family. I was not paid for this review in any way.

My experience with SGT was positive. I had to move my car within a certain time limit and they promised me the timing. They also gave me a reasonable quote. They were professional. The driver called me a couple of hours before he was coming. He also waited patiently for 15 minutes because we were out of the place where we need to ship the cars from. He was very polite. I got the cars without any scratch and he came to the home and delivered it within the promised time.
