Communication could've been better, but we got the car shipped. The driver was a day late & it was a bit difficult to pin down the date/time, but in the end he made it to the pickup & dropped off on time.

Absolutely terrible. I had a pickup scheduled weeks in advance. Two days before the scheduled date they tell me they can't pick up the car on that date and wanted to pick up the car today, two days earlier than the original scheduled date. After I reluctantly agreed, no one ever called or showed up for the car, I called many times and could not get a hold of anyone. Their failure to pick up the car as scheduled cost me an additional $600 dollars since I had to do a short notice shipping with another company. Do not ship through RoadRunner Auto Transport.

The carrier transport that was selected by RoadRunner actually was so superior. We received our car within 1 1/2 days once they picked up our car. However, they did not answer our e-mails timely and did not give us up front information. I know there is mad exodus out of California but really add $300 and you will get it done is ridiculous.

After doing much homework on transporting vehicles for a long distance move, we went with RoadRunner and the decision was THE best decision we made out of all the moving logistics we were faced with. Communication was excellent, drivers were on time and cars were delivered flawlessly. Would use again and recommend to anybody.

I have had several car transportations in the last year and Road Runner Auto Transport exceeded my expectations by far. My driver Kevin was in constant contact with me when he picked up and en route. Delivery was convenient and he made sure time and location was good as I live in a heavy traffic area of Chicago to unload. Kevin was personable and very professional in all areas and is an asset to your company!

My vehicle was shipped from Virginia to New Mexico in just a few days. I was actually out of the city when my vehicle arrived but the driver was very communicative in letting me know when he'd be arriving. Super easy service.

I recently used the services of Roadrunner Transport to ship my SUV and I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and expedience. As a military member, relocation is a constant and could be challenging, but using RoadRunner saved me at least 24 hrs of convoy driving with 3 young kids. I highly recommend their services!

Overall it was a great experience. The driver had some mechanical issues, but still managed to get my car picked up, even though it wasn't until 11:00 pm at night. Car showed up when promised and was in great shape.

They are vampire to suck all your money. They charged me double to give me the name of driver right away. Instead they give the telephone number of another company. And I waited long to see a driver. They are thieves....

Great service from the couple that picked up and transported my vehicle. They were accommodating when it came to meeting me at a specified time on the designated pick up day. Then delivered the vehicle in an extremely timely manner.

Everything went well. The only issues was that you guys claimed you had experience with my intoxalock unit and the driver had no idea how to use it. He was very nice and professional and we figured it out together but it was very stressful for me when he was calling me telling me he couldn’t get the car started.

I’ve used RoadRunner twice to ship my car across the country, I had no problem both times. They said up to 11 days to deliver but it showed up within a week or so. The drivers were nice and polite. Thank you.

Salesman and driver answered phone calls promptly and did their best to accommodate my pickup and delivery requests. Car arrived in great shape! I would recommend and use again. Price was competitive.

RoadRunner Auto Transport...overpromises, underdelivers. Promised pick up by a date, didn't deliver. Quoted one price, didn't deliver. More expensive. Both cars got damaged in transport - didn't compensate for damage to both cars. If you use them make sure you pay the extra for their insurance. You will need it. Dealing with customer service - slow. Claim service - poor communication. I had to email them. It was as if they were hoping I would simply go away and not worry about the damage to my cars. Top to bottom, terrible customer service, can't trust their prices or timeline, or their communication. They fail to follow through just about every step of the way. Find another auto transport.

I needed to move a vehicle from TN to FL and began to go online to get quotes. The first quote I received was from RoadRunner Auto Transport (RRAT). The amount quoted was $665 (the HIGHEST out of ALL quotes I received). Prior to making a final decision I began to receive multiple emails and phone calls from various auto transport companies. Once I began to receive other quotes and to my due diligence and research on these companies I soon learned that RRAT was by far the most expensive.

I’ll be short... The team that transported my vehicle from Ohio to AZ was nothing short of fabulous. Both from a professional and logistical standpoint and also very personable, reliable and timely. Causlin provided a very comfortable feeling and left me completely confident that the car would arrive timely and in the same condition it left. I would and will recommend that crew in particular to others. In fact I have two more vehicles to come out this fall and I will request that Causlin get the work.

This company did not live up to any of their promises their procedures. The salesman who supposedly was “my salesman” through the process never returned any phone calls. The fake person in the chat room online never responded to countless chat requests. The vehicle was not picked up on time and was then delivered 4 days late. And the RoadRunner tracking system never noted that my vehicle was picked up even after it had been. Thankfully the carrier maintained contact with me and through many issues never ran from me in getting the vehicle delivered finally. Although it was damaged but again they are standing by to reimburse me for all repairs. Use RoadRunner at your own peril!!!! They suck!

The transport of our two cars could not have been more perfect. The two gentlemen who did the transport were very courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They communicated very well both on the pickup in New York and the delivery in Georgia. The cars were delivered on time and were clean upon arrival. I highly recommend Roadrunner Auto Transport.

Transport of Pathfinder from New Hope, Pa. to Tuscaloosa, AL - I am extremely pleased with everything involved with the transport of this vehicle. There was absolutely no "glitch" at all. The two drivers assigned were professional, on time and caring. This vehicle was being driven to the U. of Alabama for my granddaughter's use. She arrived in Birmingham airport and would have had to wait for a friend too pick her up for many hours. Her Dad contacted your drivers and made arrangements to meet her at the airport. What a plus this was for her! I would recommend your transport to anyone.

The two drivers were great. They called early. They were friendly and extremely competent. Everyone was very impressed with the quality of the truck. My vehicle was a 1965 roadster and had a couple of special needs. They guys handled it no problem. I recommend them highly.

Driver who picked up the car was friendly and efficient; was in contact with me the day before and the morning of the pick up to coordinate details. Car was delivered in good condition and within the timeframe indicated. Some brief confusion at the final destination when when we were told that we had to bring a cashier’s check before the car would be released, even though the full amount had been paid in cash to the driver that picked up the car (and this was reflected on the paperwork). Fortunately a brief conversation with the driver resolved the problem. It seems unusual to me in this day and age that a credit card cannot be used to pay for a service such as this.

Car was not picked up on date scheduled. Had to pay extra to have picked up the next day. Transporter was excellent, RoadRunner was piss poor. I was called that they were picking the car up in Kearney, NE AFTER it was picked up AND delivered to Shelby, NC, Asked about it. There was no response. I know this will not be used but here it is. Charged and extra premium because you could not pick up on schedule. CROOOOKS.

Great experience again. This was my second time using this service and have referred a few friends to utilize it as well which also ended up satisfactory. I will continue to use this service on every move in my career and recommend it to all! Decent price and quick delivery with polite contractor drivers.

The gentleman who picked up and dropped off my car was a consummate professional. He took great care loading and unloading my car. He arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Driver was very easy to work with and I only saw him off load the car. He was very careful. I purchased the car without seeing it. The first time I saw the car was when it delivered here. There was major damage on the hood, deep cut and large paint missing. The driver needs to follow standard procedures in that he should have looked the car over and taken pictures. I got pictures from the sales person but no close up. I asked the dealer if the damage was there on the car before it was delivered but I got no answer. I will ask the sales person if she saw the damage. My "Feeling" is that the driver did not do it but I don't know.

Honda Accord 2008 Review - The entire process was extremely smooth and well organized. The driver showed up on time and was very courteous, he looked at the car, made sure everything was in order and loaded the vehicle onto the shipping ramp, I asked for a customer copy of the confirmation and did not hesitate to provide one. Once on the transport, he checked the wheels to see if they were securely fastened. The very next day to my surprise, I received a message saying that my car would be there tonight! Very quick, the car and all my possessions that I stored in it were intact. All in all an excellent job.

When I was shipping my car from California to Colorado, I expected it to be picked up earlier than it was, but when I called and asked about the progress your team was very upfront and told me about the difficulties they were facing, and once a driver was found, the delivery time was 2-3 days faster than I was expecting! I would definitely use you guys again.

Transport vehicle from Louisiana to Colorado. Communication was great and service and delivery was really good. My vehicle was picked up the same day I requested service and delivered ahead of schedule. The drivers were very friendly and professional.

I booked them 3 weeks ago to transport my car from San Diego to Houston. This was for my daughter who just finished school and was coming home. They never picked up the car, are extremely difficult to contact and she just left the car with friends and flew home. Now I'm faced with trying to get the car home. I call them several times a day. When I was able to talk to someone, they just said the same thing each time, "we are searching for a carrier and will let you know when we find one". Despite claiming they had many carriers in the San Diego area, they in fact, had none but kept stringing me along. Don't use this company.

I used RRAT to ship my 2006 Santa Fe to my son who is training in Florida as part of his tour in the US Navy. The transport went quite well. There was a chance for a mix up as I specifically requested a Saturday arrival date as he is in training and I had no idea if he can just "slip out" of his training and collect the vehicle on a weekday. The transport operator told me at pick up that he would be there on Friday morning and that he would have to get permission to stay longer. This was very disconcerting as I had planned this out meticulously for my Sailor. I told him to contact my son and see if it was possible for a Friday pickup. It wound up going well as my son took possession of the car during his "lunch break". This would have been very problematic had he not been able to, but it was resolved so I am quite pleased with RRAT.

Truck Driver - The driver was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company and driver to any of the friends that would be traveling throughout the country. I will for sure be utilizing this service in the future.

RoadRunner was able to deliver my car from Connecticut to Denver safely, quickly and fairly affordable. They even allowed me to have a few items inside the car, that needed to be delivered as well. The communication and billing etc with the company was professional and more than competent.

Road Runner trucking sent a flatbed from Arts Trucking in Spokane Wa to transport my Blazer to its new owner in Calif. The driver went into my garage and pushed it out to their flatbed. In doing so they bent the door so it would not close properly. After they slammed it repeatedly bending the striker and tearing the metal around it they got it partially closed.

For duration of the whole event, vehicle moving, all was fine, and professional. Nothing could have been better. Getting my car and then its delivery at the new location. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Driver was dead on time at both pick up and drop off. The pick up was smooth based on my friend who handled it. Took a few pictures, signed something and boom he was off with it. Same at the drop by the time I walked out to the truck the Jeep was on the street. I signed and boom he was gone. Very efficient job. I run a production environment company and I was impressed. The jeep had no damage and it only took 51hrs from Tuscaloosa to San Diego. Last car on and 2nd to last off. Great job.

BLUF: Company does not deliver promised services, does not communicate or respond to inquiries, and will not compensate you if something goes wrong on their end. I booked transport for my vehicle from Seattle to North Carolina and was quoted delivery on May 7th. When I reached out on May 7th the company told me delivery was on schedule for that day, and that it might show up as late as 9pm. It did not arrive that day.

The coordination was excellent getting the car to New Mexico and meeting up with the driver within hours of my son flying in. The texts from the driver, Frank, were very helpful in knowing exactly when the car would get there.

I have done many international vehicle transports, I never expected that a few states stretch would be complex, but it was. Price changed on the date of pick up, a change in date pickup, and the account wasn't showing changes that had been requested in advance. The driver had to be paid in cash, which was never part of the original deal. I had to be the go between, when I paid Road Runner to do that, and all they did was make the arrangement between the driver and myself, and at a steep price on top. I REALLY wish I had a better experience. Problems between the dispatch and the driver are never the responsibility of the consumer to mediate.

My car was delivered 2 days early and filthy. I understand cars getting dirty in an open trailer. But my car was abnormally dirty compared to the other cars. Upon driving it home and washing it there are about 12 deep gouges on the roof. The dirt hid the damage really well. Looks like a chain or strap of some kind hit the roof. The online tracking is a joke. The car has been delivered and the tracking shows the car has not been picked up yet from the dealer. Now comes the hard part to see if anyone acknowledges my e-mails. So far no response from RoadRunner concerning the damage received while in transit. I was hoping for better...

I requested estimated from RoadRunner in mid March 2019 at which time Anthony the dispatcher began to bombard me with emails twice a day and called every other day, I had to tell him don't ring my phone again as I don't need them to remind me of my business. In retrospect a bad omen, desperation is a bad cue point.

On 3/19/2019 we agreed to have RoadRunner ship our car from La Quinta CA to Dresher PA. Our car was ready to ship on 4/29/2019, so they had 6 weeks to arrange the transportation. I called them on 4/26 as they still had not found a carrier. I called again on 4/27, 4/28 and 4/29 in an effort to have them commit to a transport carrier. They did not return my call, never contacted me in any way to tell me they had no carrier and never provided the transport they promised.

First of all the driver was courteous from start to finish. Dispatch would let me know when and where the driver was. They treat all cars the same respect. I would definitely recommend RoadRunner Transportation to my friends.

I could not be happier with the service I received. I was kept apprised of the status of my shipment at every juncture. I was always notified well in advance of when I would be required to do something, be there for pick up/delivery. I was expecting the pick up to be in a day or so, but I was contacted by the driver within hours. They even got it here a day early! Prompt, professional and polite service from everyone. I feel the pricing was a real bargain too.

Transported 2 vehicles from Ct. to Florida. Very happy with Scott who did the transport. Very professional and kept in contact throughout the transport. He had to load and unload in the middle of rainstorm.

The company transported my car from Fresno, California to Pembroke Pines Pines, Browsed County, FL in just 3 full days. That was incredible and unheard of. The service was great and the personnel very courteous. Great job, Guys!!!

This company is a broker and they simply try to get your deal off the street by telling you they will get a carrier. They never gave me any solid pickup info. They claim 5 stars but don't fall for this. Try speaking to a real person which I could not find. The e chat was a joke as well. Here I sit on the day of pickup and they did not have a carrier and never bothered to inform me. Run from this one!

We had a great experience with almost everyone we worked with at RoadRunner. The only thing that aggravated us a bit was that I was put on hold numerous times for long periods of time and a couple of those times NOBODY came back to the phone. I had one guy that told me he needed to research my delivery a little more and said he would call me back by the afternoon - He never called back!!! This is why we can’t give 5 stars. But once I finally got in touch with a live person via chat, the order seemed to start moving. And man, did they move!!! The delivery guys were AWESOME! They called when they picked up the car. They called to let us know an approximate time of arrival the next day (Maryland-Alabama). They called one last time when they were 5 minutes away and completed the delivery with care and professionalism!!

I found this auto company online. As soon as I requested for information I got a call with estimates. I did not schedule a pickup at the time however they stayed in touch. Once I got myself situated I called RoadRunner and my car was delivered to me from California to Maryland in 5 days!! My car was unscathed!! Thanks sooo much Road Runner.

First of all thank you for transporting my vehicle safely to Arkansas. The process was easy and your staff was very helpful. The driver who was contracted to haul my vehicle was very professional. He called to pick up the vehicle early my concern was it being out in the weather so I gave him the car cover for it. He sent me a picture of it covered to let me know. Again thank you.

Reserving online was easy. The day before my car was to be picked up I hadn't heard from them. I called and called and couldn't get anybody to answer or I would be transferred to somebody and they wouldn't answer. I finally got a hold of somebody and they said they would call me in a couple of hours. They didn't. I had to call and e-mail several times the day they were supposed to pick up before I got a hold of somebody and they said they couldn't do it today, it had to be tomorrow. I was getting ready to get on a plane that day to move to another state but they said I could leave the keys with anyone. They told me a certain time they would be there the following day and nobody showed up, while I had family who stayed home from work to meet them.

My mom bannered to return earlier than expected, so I was tasked with getting her car home. I filled out the forms online at RoadRunner. The overall process was easy and a carrier got in touch to make the detailed arrangements. Met the driver at a WalMart parking lot and he quickly documented the vehicle. I signed and the car arrived on time at the other end. Very pleased with the great service and competitive pricing.

This company has done nothing but lie to me. They quoted me at $1,100 and guaranteed I’d have a shipment date, and then never called me back. I found out later they listed my car for $300 less than their quote and did not have a carrier by that date. Total waste of time and not helpful at all. They’re quick to bad mouth other companies but they are absolutely no help at all.

We needed 2 cars shipped across country last minute and Road runner really came through for us. The representative that helped schedule everything kept me informed of everything that was going on. The man who picked up our cars and dropped them off was amazing. Extremely professional and really knew what he was doing. I would recommend road runner in a heart beat.

I had a great experience with Al the driver. He was very polite and very nice. He didn't just pick up the car and left like that. We actually had a great little chat with him. And he made me feel very comfortable with him handling our car.

My car was transported from California to Arkansas. I had to move the date of pick up a week which did not give them to much time to get a driver. I was told by Roadrunner it was no problem. Was called the day before pickup date they have a driver. Car was picked up and the driver called to update on the status. Car was delivered without a problem and on time.

We moved from North Babylon NY, to Boynton Beach Florida in March. I called your company in Feb for a quote. Spoke with Zack, who gave me a great quote. The whole transaction from picking up the car in NY, to picking up the car in Florida was a pleasure. Car arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. Unfortunately I can’t remember the driver's name. I would definitely recommend your company to others needing to transport a car.

Worked with RoadRunner to plan job and they performed beautifully. Pickup and delivery took two days from Oregon to Southern CA. Truck driver even brought my car to me after truck couldn't get closer than 1/4 mile. He walked back to his truck. Car was in same condition as when it was picked up. Perfect transport job. Thanks.

I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for transport! I had never shipped before and didn't know all questions to ask initially. Kristian was AMAZING - he was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was nervous about the whole shipment process to be honest, but speaking with him made me feel very secure in the process. He was very friendly and kind... he answered all of my questions and explained things that I hadn't even thought of asking. He was extremely thorough and I knew everything to expect after speaking to him. He sent me the required paperwork at lightning speed so that I could lock in shipping rate. I received not one but THREE calls updating me about progress from he and other representatives. Highly recommend him in particular! :)

Eric ** reached out to me give me a quote over the phone. I just wanted an initial quote and I am a Fleet Manager for a large construction company. After I told him that I would not be moving forward with RoadRunner due to high rates. He asked me "If you're a Fleet Manager then why are you calling for quotes, you should already have a logistics/transport company." He hung up on me after that. I emailed and left a message with ROADRUNNER to lodge a complaint and never got a callback. This is a boiler room type of sales environment, beware at all costs.

Quick, communicative, thorough. Customer support is very easy to reach when you have questions but they typically call you before you have to call them to keep you updated in every step of the process. Amazing company to work with.

I submitted my order with a support specialist on a Friday afternoon. On the following Wednesday afternoon, a driver picked up the car at my home in Maryland. Four days later, the car was delivered to my son in southern California. The transport fee was very reasonable. The delivery date was as scheduled. The vehicle arrived in the same condition as when it left Maryland. If I ever need to have a car transported again, RoadRunner will definitely do the job.

My entire experience of having my car transported from Florida to Massachusetts was made much easier by the competence and professionalism demonstrated by your entire team. I contacted RoadRunner because of their reviews. I was moving 2 classic vehicles from Chicago to Baton Rouge, LA. Reliable Auto Transport was assigned my job. Gino was the driver and was a true professional throughout the entire process. He was in touch with me throughout the transport. The cars arrived ahead of schedule and were delivered unharmed. I would definitely use Road Runner again. Highest marks.

Transport from Austin TX to Garden City, NY - Our experience was most satisfactory. The pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. In both cases we were not in a position to meet the drivers on their first choice of time but they were flexible enough to accept our alternative times. The only reason to rate you a 4 star instead of 5 is because it is hard to get any live person on the telephone without a prolonged wait.

Car arrived safely within the 6 day time window, in great condition. Driver courteous. Because of problems possibly with other vehicles going on this trip, was later than expected picking car up, and later than expected delivering it. But both still occurred on the days they were supposed to.

Far exceeded expectations. The need to ship my car from PA to TX arose suddenly and gave me very little time to arrange things. I expected it would be difficult and leave me without a car at my new job for up to 2 weeks. In fact, I was able to have my car picked up in the ideal window of time for me -- and it was delivered to me the day I arrived in my new location. Both pickup and delivery occurred within the window that was scheduled, and the driver called an hour ahead to confirm and be sure I knew what was required from me. They also did a thorough inspection of the car with me on both ends. Customer service was excellent from my first request for a quote through the follow up email after the car had been delivered. I did the math on what it would have cost my new employer to reimburse me for driving, and I discovered that it would have been virtually the same (mileage, hotels, meals).

This is my 3rd time having Road Runner transport my Porsche Panamera. The 1st time was from Texas to California, 2nd time as from Arizona to Virginia. Most recently I had my Panamera shipped from Northern Virginia to Long Beach, CA. Typically when I ship my car I opt for a closed container. This time however, I opted for the open container. I was not sure what to expect with an open container, but I am happy to say that my car came arrived in Long Beach with no issues. The driver was very professional and updated me every couple of days so I knew the timeline and when to expect delivery. Also, when I dropped my car off it was dirty on the outside as it had been raining and snowing in Virginia for several days. However, when it was delivered to me my car had been washed and air put into my tires. Thank you again RoadRunner for the first class service you provide. I am sure I will be contacting you again in the near future.

The driver was kind and honest, and was able to deliver the care on the day he estimated. He also kept the car in good condition. So I would rate this experience to be very great, and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

The best part of our experience was the company RoadRunner used to transport our car from Warminster, PA. Sergei picked up the car Thursday, Feb 28 at 3 PM. He called twice to tell us where to meet him. He delivered the car on Monday, March 4 at noon as promised. He was efficient, professional and kept in touch with us by phone.

Roadrunner Auto Transport was very diligent and quick at taking my order. I did not hear anything else till the day of my requested pick up when I called. They had no information for me other than I would receive a confirmation of driver assignment later that day. I did not hear anything for another 5 days when I received a confirmation of driver assignment for 2 days later (i.e. 7 days after my requested date). Midday on the day of pick up I called their office and was told I would need to talk directly with the driver. I was told I could google his contact number (they did not have it). I did reach the driver on the phone who informed me that he had refused the contract from RoadRunner as the offered price was too low. I tried calling the RoadRunner office back several times but got the runaround and received no meaningful information. I ended up cancelling my booking

The overall experience was good with respect to pick up and drop off of the car, the only issue was that it not really a door to door service because the driver is alone and cannot drive an 18 wheeler to your house so this needs to be specified and RoadRunner should not market this as a door to door service.

Couldn't be happier! The price was the lowest I found. I was concerned my daughter was going to be stranded without her car after moving from Kansas to North Carolina, but Roadway assured me they would take care of her - and they did!

Do not go here!! I am a woman. I called in about my car. I first spoke with Shawn. Who after giving me a price said that I had to book right away to get my car delivered on my desired date. (Giving me the bum rush). I said I was calling to get quotes. He said, "You can make a a thousand phone calls and really you're not going to get a better price..." Then he continued his obnoxious spiel and said, "They will give you a cheaper quote and then jack it up on you later." I said, "No one is going to do that to me." The call was disconnected. Giving the benefit of the doubt I called back. The supervisor, Gary got on the phone and had a major attitude. He goes into this diatribe about these wholesalers and I can't trust them...again shoving stuff at me that I didn't even want to hear. Then he said, "Well you think you have it all figured out." That was that for me. I said, "You are the second man I talked to that has talked to me condescendingly."

From booking transport to receiving vehicle, everything was smooth. Billy was exceptional with customer service, answered all questions and facilitated a smooth booking process. The driver met to pick up vehicle in Buffalo NY and arrived in Sacramento CA earlier than anticipated in a smooth seamless process. Thanks RoadRunner Team!

I am the appreciative/satisfied customer. I was moving across the country again, this time with my car. I was driving the truck and needed my car transported. I had a bit of difficulty with the date I was leaving as I needed my house to close first. All the staff I spoke with at RoadRunner Auto Transport were patient and responsive. From Matt who explained to me how things worked to Chris and Steve who assisted me and with with my date change. Saeed the transporter was probably the most responsive. Saeed was very gracious and was communicative with regard to his schedule and updates. This made it easier to meet with him to to drop off and pick up my car. Things worked out well, I picked up my car in nice safe place and was on my way in my new city. Thank you all very much!

Originally I contacted 2 companies for bringing the cars back to Cincinnati. However, after that and booking I received a ton of phone calls, emails, and text to want me to use them to ship the cars. They also said you had me posted for a driver! One person basically yelled at me for using you and your BBB rating was not good! I then called and left Anthony a message to ask him to explain – never received a phone call back! I did call into the office and talked to a very helpful person. I also had to call back and speak to a very nice person – because my credit company declined my charge. Once calling my credit company and confirming the charge all went well. I loved the driver, and so did Michelle who was at the pickup site. I will admit the older cars had issues but he/driver had a lot of options for us. We was the “best”. My 4 rating is I feel everyone can always improve!

I had lots of fears after reading reviews from many Auto transport companies, but when I communicated with RoadRunner, they boosted my faith and really surpassed my expectations. They kept their word, very considerate, highly professional, excellent service. My cars (Pathfinder and Cruiser) got to Texas as neatly as I handed them over to those cheerful movers in Chicago. I still have another SUV to move to Texas and will certainly have them do it. I have sent the message to my friends and would recommend them to everyone who has a car to move without adding mileage on your car.

This company comes up first in the search results, but they apparently spend more on SEO than on service. I paid in advance, including insurance and then had my appointment cancelled twice. Upon asking for a supervisor, I was told they had gone home. So I put up a message on their site explaining that the service was so poor I suspected it was a scam and would be contacting the BBB, Attorney General and FTC. That was all it took to have a phone call from a manager in less than 12 minutes.

Only major issues were related to promised pickup times. In part the problem was related to an unexpected snow storm and icy conditions. Adrian did his best to accommodate us in rescheduling. He worked around my plane flight which was also delayed. Car arrived as promised being picked up Saturday night and delivered on Tuesday AM. No problem. Driver was courteous and interested in our needs. Would use RoadRunner again!

I would not say the cost was the cheapest you can find in the market but you can count on these people. My wife and I requested cross-country transport for two vehicles (separately due to moving schedule) and they all safely arrived safely and unexpectedly early! Great drivers and service crews.

I booked in advance to have my truck transported from Florida to NY and I expressed it had to be there by Friday the 23rd. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. They scheduled pick up for Tuesday and delivery for Thursday. Didn't hear from anyone all day Tuesday. Called them and was told driver will call 2-3 hrs prior. Didn't hear anything on Wednesday. Was told driver will call 2-3 hrs prior and drivers get 24-48 hr grace period. Thursday I call again and was told pick up will be Friday. Driver calls me Friday and said he is getting in late. Will come if I want or Saturday morning. I agreed for 7am Saturday and truck will definitely be there in 24hrs. He showed up at 3 pm. Truck got there Monday afternoon.

Excellent service! Got scheduled for a driver for the next day. Came from California to Colorado within 3 day. The gentleman was very professional. Only would like a bit more communication with pick up and drop off time. He called 15 minutes before pick up. A more scheduled time or a few hours heads up. Even the night prior would make this service more outstanding since they have tight schedules. Getting an estimated time for drop off as well the night prior would help a lot also. Rather than 2 hours ahead so we could clear that block of time. But it was awesome service when it all came to it and when the driver said the drop off time he honored that and am very pleased with his performance!

I was very pleased with the service received by your company. This was the first time I had done anything like this, so I had a lot of questions. Each individual and customer support person with whom I interacted answered my questions thoroughly. My vehicle was picked up later than initially scheduled because of bad weather; however, it was delivered to its destination on time. The transport driver was very professional and knowledgeable. He took extreme care with my vehicle and the other vehicles on the transport.

In early Feb (2/7) my mother moved from Everett, WA to Mesa, Az. Roadrunner picker up her car & in the week of the worst snow storm of the Pacific NW, brought it down to my home in Queen Creek absolutely flawlessly. I will definitely recommend Roadrunner to anyone I know needing this service.

Everything worked. Driver called and came when he said and amazingly he arrived in Tampa at the same time as my plane, so we made the delivery right there and I drove my car back to Boca Grande! Very convenient, loved the transport driver.

Absolute worst experience. I understand dates are "estimated" but people have schedules, people have jobs and lives. Pick up date was scheduled for a Monday. I receive no confirmation other than the email confirmation. Around Monday at noon I call the company to confirm that we are still doing a pickup for Monday. They confirm that the car will still be picked up. Around 5 pm the car has still hasn't been picked up so I call and they tell me (again) that they cannot give me a time but I am still scheduled for pick up, it is between 9am-9pm and to just keep waiting. 8 pm rolls around and I finally get a call that it's not going to happen today, so we schedule it for the next day. The next day, we wait around all day but at least it gets picked up!

We called to get a car transported because we are doing a PCS. They were so helpful and returning phone calls until they drafted $1405 from our credit card. Then the calls stopped, they never even answered the phone. Did get ahold of one woman that said she would call me back when she found out what was going on and never heard back. This company took a large amount of money that we needed to move our vehicle and now we have to file a fraud report to get our money back. 4-6 weeks! So now my car is stuck on the West Coast while we are on the East Coast! This has caused so much stress and tears for my family.

This was the smoothest and least painless part of my entire cross country move. Booking was simple, price was well worth not making the full CA to NY road trip again and there were no surprises. I really appreciate the clear communication and the fact that within a few days I had my car on the other side of the country. Thanks again!!

They delivered the car on time actually a day before scheduled so that was helpful and they accommodated me through some technical difficulties that we were having in the beginning and did an excellent job getting my Mercedes Benz safely across nearly two thousand miles in bad weather.

The guy who came out to transport my vehicle was prompt and professional. He would initially do a check on the vehicle for scratches and bumps that was there before the move. He didn't say anything at the initial examination but called back saying that there were scratches and dents that weren't noticed in the exam. I thought that was pretty honest of him to point those out in my new Honda Accord, which I bought last month, otherwise I would have thought that those were the results of the transport. He transported the vehicle to the final destination: Minnesota (from Texas) earlier than the promised date and wanted to leave the final destination a day earlier than when I could receive the car.

The driver was very friendly and great at keeping the line of communication open. My car arrived earlier than expected which was great, the car was in great condition and the driver was pleasant when doing the exchange. Would recommend!

Extremely fast service. Vehicle was picked up in the evening on Thursday, Jan. 31st in Vancouver Washington and delivered to my location in Fair Oaks, CA at 11:30 AM on Friday Feb. 1st. Driver was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.

We have used RoadRunner Auto Transport in the past and things worked out fine. This time we are moving across the country and I scheduled the pick up 10 days prior to us getting on a plane. They told me it would not be a problem scheduling the pickup prior to our departure. Two days before we were supposed to leave, I still hadn’t heard a word about a scheduled pickup. I made phone calls and sent emails but never got a response. You can chat with someone online but that feels like automated responses and you still don’t get anywhere. I did finally receive a call that said they could pick up the car 3 days after we were already gone. The lack of customer service and communication is totally unacceptable. We are now in a bind and need to make other arrangements. I will never use or recommend RoadRunner again.

I worked with Billy **... He was very helpful and patient. Had to make changes and he was very accommodating. Dispatcher was also very courteous as was the driver Tony. Car arrived in same condition as it left....well besides the Dirt!

I had never shipped a car before. RRT made it easy. They arrange everything and contact a transport company. It was reasonable cost and seemed cheaper than others. Only took a star off because it is like moving - you get a window and have no idea when pickups or drop off are until the day it happens. Would be nice if easier to track.

This morning I received an email and text letting me know a transporter was found to transport my vehicle. I saw the deposit amount and it was more than I expected. I contacted customer support and spoke with Melissa. I let Melissa know the deposit I could afford right now and the date it would be available in my account. Melissa contacted the company and was able to get that deposit amount approved for the day I needed. Melissa went above and beyond to keep me as a customer being that the company usually is not flexible with their deposits.

I contacted RoadRunner as my last transport company failed to come through. I am surprised by the reviews here as my experience was excellent. From the moment I booked to the arrival, the communication was good and the service was excellent. I booked on a Thursday for the vehicle to be picked up in Colorado, it was picked up that Saturday and delivered to my home in NJ on Monday evening. I realize this can be a touch and go process as it depends on how close a carrier is from your pick up, but I have to say, no issues and I recommend them.

My car was shipped from Maryland to New Mexico. The gentleman that was driving the shipper was lovely and updated me during each of the three days of his journey. He let me watch and talked to me as he loaded my vehicle on to the rig; he always made me feel at ease and confident that my car would arrive safely. It did!

This is a good company, I shipped one car from St. Louis to Phoenix and another one from Phoenix to St. Louis. The services is good and fast, I was updated about the status by text messages and within three days both cars were delivered. I highly recommend this company.

My company has used RoadRunner on two occasions. We should've learned our lesson! On both occasions they quoted us and charged us a certain amount. After they did their job, they billed us and charged us additional fees. Tried to contest the extra charges and each time they said it wasn't their fault and they had every right to. If a company provides a quote it should be binding. Not up the charge because they want to/provided a wrong quote. Very dishonest, deceitful, and fraudulent company! Our company will never use them again and we've directed all our clients and colleagues not to use them.

I contracted with them to transport a vehicle from Florida to Tennessee. They were a little on the high side in price, but my rep seemed eager and responsible. As soon as they had my money, all communication ceased. I was provided a tracking number, but it never changed, even as my delivery date pushed a week past the indicated day. All the while I attempted to contact RoadRunner, and despite reaching out to three different people, all emails and calls went completely unanswered. They kept me in the dark, and still to this day have not followed up. There is zero accountability here.

1st time to experienced shipping a vehicle from WA to VA. The car arrived one day prior to its schedule delivery. I will recommend this company to any friends and relatives anytime. I just wish that customer can track your the exact location of your vehicle during its transit. Thanks.

RoadRunner provided a quote and estimated time of pickup and delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified my car was picked up a day earlier than anticipated and delivered the day promised!

They claimed the delivery company would give a 2 hr notice before delivery. If I had not found out who was delivering it and called, I would not received my delivery because they had tried to deliver 6 hrs prior to me contacting them. RoadRunner was contacted before all this and never could get in touch with them, and would not give me the info to contact them, which I found on my own. The delivery was made at night, the driver the vehicle wouldn't crank...so he used the vehicle winch to load and unload it (after he had ran it out of gas). While backing the vehicle up the driver ran the vehicle through a tree/limbs.

This is my third time using RoadRunner Auto Transport. I am more than satisfied with the service I received. The car was picked up one day before the pick up date and delivered two days before the scheduled delivery date. This was a coast to coast trip. The transport drivers took very good care of the car loading and unloading and kept me informed by cell phone as to when they expected to deliver the car. Billy ** at Road Runner was very helpful setting up the complete pick up and delivery.

I setup a reservation over a month before my scheduled pickup date. I heard nothing and contacted them about 2 weeks prior to the pickup date. They stated a carrier will be selected 1 to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date. I then waited and recontacted again less than 1 week out and they said a carrier will be assigned within 1 or 2 days of pickup. Well that's definitely contradicting information. So I waited a few more days thinking that they must be reliable right? Well the day of my scheduled date, still no carrier assigned and no interest in doing anything about it or doing business with me.

The service up front was great but once it was booked it was very difficult to get through or receive a phone back. This might have been because it was around Christmas and New Year’s. The contact with the transporter himself was absolutely fabulous.

They did a good job on helping me book a shipment within a week, they've also helped me change my shipping date. There are calls and messages to let you know when you are shipping and expected time, so there is no way you can miss out. The shipment was delivered fast, it only took 4 days and 3 nights from east coast to west coast. The car was delivered in front of my door. Smooth experience overall!

I used RoadRunner to transport my car - a Ford Mustang Convertible - from Salem, MA to Seattle, WA. The driver came to pick up my vehicle at the date and time promised, and delivered the car a full day earlier than promised! My car was in perfect condition (though a little dirty from the cross country move) and my belongings were untouched. I'd definitely recommend using RoadRunner!

Customer service was truly excellent. The only minor hiccup that happened was that the truck arrived one day early but didn't let me or the dealer know. We were lucky that the required paperwork had already arrived by then but the situation could have been more troublesome.

We booked a transport from CT to FLA with pickup scheduled for Monday, December 31st. As my parents awaited notification that the pick up was on its way - no call came. I called six times on the 31st. 5 times there was no answer, so I left a message for a return phone call - no call came (still haven't been called 2 days later). In the one call that was answered the service agent said to be patient - they can pick up as late as 9:00. I also submitted 6 messages on the on-line live chat. None received a response. My parents and I waited all day and all night for a call that they were here to pick up their car. Nothing. As if I had never existed or never made the reservation. With this sort of unreliable service we had to cancel the reservation. This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I chose RoadRunner Auto Transport based on reviews I had seen. When I booked my auto transport I had already been waiting for 3 weeks for another company to transport. RoadRunner assured me my request would be processed - and my vehicle would be delivered by the end of the week (4 days later). After waiting for 2 weeks and being told they were still trying to match with driver - I canceled my request. I will rent a car and go pick up my auto myself. Very disappointed. This added to an already stressful situation - having auto accident 350 miles from home.

Everything was excellent (scheduling, location for pickup, & timing) except for place of delivery which was a number of miles away in unfamiliar territory. I received regular updates, but delivery was at nighttime & I got lost. Finally found the place an hour & a half later. The driver was very patient, kind, and helpful. I am very pleased with the speed of delivery & the car was in good condition!!

I wish I could give negative one thousand stars. This was a huge loss. Also, I’ve looked through some of their reviews here on google- they are so obviously fake and paid for. They won’t return your calls when you’re frantic about your car that is six days late, after you booked WEEKS in advance. I got to pay over $1,300 to miss Thanksgiving with my family because of these people who don’t return phone calls and only chat online — talking in circles — refusing to give a straight answer (no yes/no answers). However, they have NO problem hounding you with phone calls over ransom money for the driver who wants extra cash payment because there are extra plastic bins in your vehicle??? The caring and thoughtful driver left greasy black handprints inside my brand new car!!! If you hire them, at your own risk. Consider yourself warned.

Hey, I did the math. If we’d driven the Corolla out to my son in California from the East Coast, it would’ve cost gas, tolls, food, hotels, time, and return airfare. This was a trouble-free bargain.
