This is my 3rd time having Road Runner transport my Porsche Panamera. The 1st time was from Texas to California, 2nd time as from Arizona to Virginia. Most recently I had my Panamera shipped from Northern Virginia to Long Beach, CA. Typically when I ship my car I opt for a closed container. This time however, I opted for the open container. I was not sure what to expect with an open container, but I am happy to say that my car came arrived in Long Beach with no issues. The driver was very professional and updated me every couple of days so I knew the timeline and when to expect delivery. Also, when I dropped my car off it was dirty on the outside as it had been raining and snowing in Virginia for several days. However, when it was delivered to me my car had been washed and air put into my tires. Thank you again RoadRunner for the first class service you provide. I am sure I will be contacting you again in the near future.

The driver was kind and honest, and was able to deliver the care on the day he estimated. He also kept the car in good condition. So I would rate this experience to be very great, and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

The best part of our experience was the company RoadRunner used to transport our car from Warminster, PA. Sergei picked up the car Thursday, Feb 28 at 3 PM. He called twice to tell us where to meet him. He delivered the car on Monday, March 4 at noon as promised. He was efficient, professional and kept in touch with us by phone.

Roadrunner Auto Transport was very diligent and quick at taking my order. I did not hear anything else till the day of my requested pick up when I called. They had no information for me other than I would receive a confirmation of driver assignment later that day. I did not hear anything for another 5 days when I received a confirmation of driver assignment for 2 days later (i.e. 7 days after my requested date). Midday on the day of pick up I called their office and was told I would need to talk directly with the driver. I was told I could google his contact number (they did not have it). I did reach the driver on the phone who informed me that he had refused the contract from RoadRunner as the offered price was too low. I tried calling the RoadRunner office back several times but got the runaround and received no meaningful information. I ended up cancelling my booking
Jonathan, typically we are instructed to refrain from providing drivers private phone numbers, as phone calls from customers can become very distracting while on the road. It is our policy to allow the driver to contact the customer first, at a time when they are able to safely place calls, usually at designated checkpoints. Additionally we regret that the carrier we assigned to your transport cancelled unexpectedly and er are very sorry to hear that you chose to cancel your booking with us before we were able to further assist you.

The overall experience was good with respect to pick up and drop off of the car, the only issue was that it not really a door to door service because the driver is alone and cannot drive an 18 wheeler to your house so this needs to be specified and RoadRunner should not market this as a door to door service.
Viviana, we regret we could not make your shipment a five star experience. In most cases trucks typically do not have issues delivering directly to the customers door, however some neighborhoods have different vehicle restrictions. Very infrequently this situation occurs, and when it does we always urge our carriers find an agreeable meeting place which is the most convenient for both parties.

Do not go here!! I am a woman. I called in about my car. I first spoke with Shawn. Who after giving me a price said that I had to book right away to get my car delivered on my desired date. (Giving me the bum rush). I said I was calling to get quotes. He said, "You can make a a thousand phone calls and really you're not going to get a better price..." Then he continued his obnoxious spiel and said, "They will give you a cheaper quote and then jack it up on you later." I said, "No one is going to do that to me." The call was disconnected. Giving the benefit of the doubt I called back. The supervisor, Gary got on the phone and had a major attitude. He goes into this diatribe about these wholesalers and I can't trust them...again shoving stuff at me that I didn't even want to hear. Then he said, "Well you think you have it all figured out." That was that for me. I said, "You are the second man I talked to that has talked to me condescendingly."
He then called me an idiot!! I can't believe the rudeness they think they can get away with running a business!! I would say a lot more but my review will not be posted. You be the judge--you want to give people like this your money or good people that work hard for your business and are courteous? I have nothing against men but this was truly a situation where they thought they had a dumb woman on the phone that could be coerced and persuaded without thinking for herself. Well I am thinking for myself boys and writing reviews. Too bad, my daughter's car needs to be shipped next month after she returns from being a ski instructor in Colorado. You lost TWO CARS!

I am the appreciative/satisfied customer. I was moving across the country again, this time with my car. I was driving the truck and needed my car transported. I had a bit of difficulty with the date I was leaving as I needed my house to close first. All the staff I spoke with at RoadRunner Auto Transport were patient and responsive. From Matt who explained to me how things worked to Chris and Steve who assisted me and with with my date change. Saeed the transporter was probably the most responsive. Saeed was very gracious and was communicative with regard to his schedule and updates. This made it easier to meet with him to to drop off and pick up my car. Things worked out well, I picked up my car in nice safe place and was on my way in my new city. Thank you all very much!

Originally I contacted 2 companies for bringing the cars back to Cincinnati. However, after that and booking I received a ton of phone calls, emails, and text to want me to use them to ship the cars. They also said you had me posted for a driver! One person basically yelled at me for using you and your BBB rating was not good! I then called and left Anthony a message to ask him to explain – never received a phone call back! I did call into the office and talked to a very helpful person. I also had to call back and speak to a very nice person – because my credit company declined my charge. Once calling my credit company and confirming the charge all went well. I loved the driver, and so did Michelle who was at the pickup site. I will admit the older cars had issues but he/driver had a lot of options for us. We was the “best”. My 4 rating is I feel everyone can always improve!

I had lots of fears after reading reviews from many Auto transport companies, but when I communicated with RoadRunner, they boosted my faith and really surpassed my expectations. They kept their word, very considerate, highly professional, excellent service. My cars (Pathfinder and Cruiser) got to Texas as neatly as I handed them over to those cheerful movers in Chicago. I still have another SUV to move to Texas and will certainly have them do it. I have sent the message to my friends and would recommend them to everyone who has a car to move without adding mileage on your car.

This company comes up first in the search results, but they apparently spend more on SEO than on service. I paid in advance, including insurance and then had my appointment cancelled twice. Upon asking for a supervisor, I was told they had gone home. So I put up a message on their site explaining that the service was so poor I suspected it was a scam and would be contacting the BBB, Attorney General and FTC. That was all it took to have a phone call from a manager in less than 12 minutes.
Sadly, the woman who contacted me has either no training in customer service or was annoyed at something in her personal life. It was all my wife named I could do to not giggle while this woman, being recorded, on speakerphone accused me of being hard to deal with. She persisted in threatening me and accusing me of being impatient. Luckily, I recorded much of this and have it on YouTube. If anyone wants it, I’ll send the link. Nothing was ever resolved, I wound up waiting despite the “manager” “lady” berating me. Eventually, the car arrived, but it was way later than promised initially.
Just so a prospective customer is aware: There is no “tracking”. That amounts to a summation of the initial email estimate of delivery of the vehicle. Nothing live, nothing even as “complex” as the tracking on a 12 dollar package from Amazon. Just a message with the exact same text from your original estimate of delivery. Wow, how high tech. Absolutely pathetic.
Look elsewhere, the car might make it but the service is terrible and there is no live tracking of the thousands of dollars worth of merchandise you’ve paid to have shipped. Top that off with a harpie on the order of the “manager” who contacted me and its time to step on off to the next top search result. These people don’t care, their level of “service” makes it patently evident and they are unapologetic when you do complain. I ship vehicles regularly, it’s NEVER an issue. This time, with RoadRunner Auto Transport, it’s unnecessarily slow, rude and annoying. What a joke.

Only major issues were related to promised pickup times. In part the problem was related to an unexpected snow storm and icy conditions. Adrian did his best to accommodate us in rescheduling. He worked around my plane flight which was also delayed. Car arrived as promised being picked up Saturday night and delivered on Tuesday AM. No problem. Driver was courteous and interested in our needs. Would use RoadRunner again!

I would not say the cost was the cheapest you can find in the market but you can count on these people. My wife and I requested cross-country transport for two vehicles (separately due to moving schedule) and they all safely arrived safely and unexpectedly early! Great drivers and service crews.

I booked in advance to have my truck transported from Florida to NY and I expressed it had to be there by Friday the 23rd. Was told it wouldn't be a problem. They scheduled pick up for Tuesday and delivery for Thursday. Didn't hear from anyone all day Tuesday. Called them and was told driver will call 2-3 hrs prior. Didn't hear anything on Wednesday. Was told driver will call 2-3 hrs prior and drivers get 24-48 hr grace period. Thursday I call again and was told pick up will be Friday. Driver calls me Friday and said he is getting in late. Will come if I want or Saturday morning. I agreed for 7am Saturday and truck will definitely be there in 24hrs. He showed up at 3 pm. Truck got there Monday afternoon.

Excellent service! Got scheduled for a driver for the next day. Came from California to Colorado within 3 day. The gentleman was very professional. Only would like a bit more communication with pick up and drop off time. He called 15 minutes before pick up. A more scheduled time or a few hours heads up. Even the night prior would make this service more outstanding since they have tight schedules. Getting an estimated time for drop off as well the night prior would help a lot also. Rather than 2 hours ahead so we could clear that block of time. But it was awesome service when it all came to it and when the driver said the drop off time he honored that and am very pleased with his performance!

I was very pleased with the service received by your company. This was the first time I had done anything like this, so I had a lot of questions. Each individual and customer support person with whom I interacted answered my questions thoroughly. My vehicle was picked up later than initially scheduled because of bad weather; however, it was delivered to its destination on time. The transport driver was very professional and knowledgeable. He took extreme care with my vehicle and the other vehicles on the transport.

Absolute worst experience. I understand dates are "estimated" but people have schedules, people have jobs and lives. Pick up date was scheduled for a Monday. I receive no confirmation other than the email confirmation. Around Monday at noon I call the company to confirm that we are still doing a pickup for Monday. They confirm that the car will still be picked up. Around 5 pm the car has still hasn't been picked up so I call and they tell me (again) that they cannot give me a time but I am still scheduled for pick up, it is between 9am-9pm and to just keep waiting. 8 pm rolls around and I finally get a call that it's not going to happen today, so we schedule it for the next day. The next day, we wait around all day but at least it gets picked up!
Drop off, I take off work to wait for the car. Again, another 9a-9p window. I contact RoadRunner around 12 to make sure we are still on for drop off today, they confirmed. At 4:30 I get a call from the driver that he is a day and a half behind and that he doesn't know when he will be there with the car. I contact RoadRunner, get transferred around numerous times and get some of the worst customer service. Again, I realize it's a window, but I think when I called at 12 and asked, instead of just assuming, that would have been a good time to actually contact the driver to confirm he was on schedule instead of wasting my day. At one point the rep asked me "Well what do you want to do at this point?"
**UPDATE 2/22** Called RoadRunner for 3 hours yesterday after my car still had not arrived and I had not heard from them all day. They would not give me an update on where my car is. They were 'contacting' dispatch and would call me back. Never did. They were supposed to be open until 8 pm, I called at 7 pm and got a voice recording that they were closed for the night. Is my car lost? Is it stolen? Who knows, because I can't get a call back from RoadRunner. I understand you don't care about customer service, but don't make it so apparent.

We called to get a car transported because we are doing a PCS. They were so helpful and returning phone calls until they drafted $1405 from our credit card. Then the calls stopped, they never even answered the phone. Did get ahold of one woman that said she would call me back when she found out what was going on and never heard back. This company took a large amount of money that we needed to move our vehicle and now we have to file a fraud report to get our money back. 4-6 weeks! So now my car is stuck on the West Coast while we are on the East Coast! This has caused so much stress and tears for my family.

They delivered the car on time actually a day before scheduled so that was helpful and they accommodated me through some technical difficulties that we were having in the beginning and did an excellent job getting my Mercedes Benz safely across nearly two thousand miles in bad weather.

The guy who came out to transport my vehicle was prompt and professional. He would initially do a check on the vehicle for scratches and bumps that was there before the move. He didn't say anything at the initial examination but called back saying that there were scratches and dents that weren't noticed in the exam. I thought that was pretty honest of him to point those out in my new Honda Accord, which I bought last month, otherwise I would have thought that those were the results of the transport. He transported the vehicle to the final destination: Minnesota (from Texas) earlier than the promised date and wanted to leave the final destination a day earlier than when I could receive the car.
I was kind of frustrated but I understood his situation, because there was a snowstorm headed that way. Fortunately, my apartment concierge was able to provide him my parking information, and he was able to park my car at a safe, designated parking space. Overall, the experience was good but I wished if he could have followed the itinerary exactly as it was discussed on the phone.

Extremely fast service. Vehicle was picked up in the evening on Thursday, Jan. 31st in Vancouver Washington and delivered to my location in Fair Oaks, CA at 11:30 AM on Friday Feb. 1st. Driver was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend him.

We have used RoadRunner Auto Transport in the past and things worked out fine. This time we are moving across the country and I scheduled the pick up 10 days prior to us getting on a plane. They told me it would not be a problem scheduling the pickup prior to our departure. Two days before we were supposed to leave, I still hadn’t heard a word about a scheduled pickup. I made phone calls and sent emails but never got a response. You can chat with someone online but that feels like automated responses and you still don’t get anywhere. I did finally receive a call that said they could pick up the car 3 days after we were already gone. The lack of customer service and communication is totally unacceptable. We are now in a bind and need to make other arrangements. I will never use or recommend RoadRunner again.

I had never shipped a car before. RRT made it easy. They arrange everything and contact a transport company. It was reasonable cost and seemed cheaper than others. Only took a star off because it is like moving - you get a window and have no idea when pickups or drop off are until the day it happens. Would be nice if easier to track.

This morning I received an email and text letting me know a transporter was found to transport my vehicle. I saw the deposit amount and it was more than I expected. I contacted customer support and spoke with Melissa. I let Melissa know the deposit I could afford right now and the date it would be available in my account. Melissa contacted the company and was able to get that deposit amount approved for the day I needed. Melissa went above and beyond to keep me as a customer being that the company usually is not flexible with their deposits.

I contacted RoadRunner as my last transport company failed to come through. I am surprised by the reviews here as my experience was excellent. From the moment I booked to the arrival, the communication was good and the service was excellent. I booked on a Thursday for the vehicle to be picked up in Colorado, it was picked up that Saturday and delivered to my home in NJ on Monday evening. I realize this can be a touch and go process as it depends on how close a carrier is from your pick up, but I have to say, no issues and I recommend them.

This is a good company, I shipped one car from St. Louis to Phoenix and another one from Phoenix to St. Louis. The services is good and fast, I was updated about the status by text messages and within three days both cars were delivered. I highly recommend this company.

My company has used RoadRunner on two occasions. We should've learned our lesson! On both occasions they quoted us and charged us a certain amount. After they did their job, they billed us and charged us additional fees. Tried to contest the extra charges and each time they said it wasn't their fault and they had every right to. If a company provides a quote it should be binding. Not up the charge because they want to/provided a wrong quote. Very dishonest, deceitful, and fraudulent company! Our company will never use them again and we've directed all our clients and colleagues not to use them.

I contracted with them to transport a vehicle from Florida to Tennessee. They were a little on the high side in price, but my rep seemed eager and responsible. As soon as they had my money, all communication ceased. I was provided a tracking number, but it never changed, even as my delivery date pushed a week past the indicated day. All the while I attempted to contact RoadRunner, and despite reaching out to three different people, all emails and calls went completely unanswered. They kept me in the dark, and still to this day have not followed up. There is zero accountability here.

They claimed the delivery company would give a 2 hr notice before delivery. If I had not found out who was delivering it and called, I would not received my delivery because they had tried to deliver 6 hrs prior to me contacting them. RoadRunner was contacted before all this and never could get in touch with them, and would not give me the info to contact them, which I found on my own. The delivery was made at night, the driver the vehicle wouldn't crank...so he used the vehicle winch to load and unload it (after he had ran it out of gas). While backing the vehicle up the driver ran the vehicle through a tree/limbs.
The damage wasn't detected till the next morning. I filed a claim, waited weeks! And then they denied my claim. I will not be using this service again, and would caution others. The seller of my vehicle was unhappy with this service as well, although RoadRunner never contacted him in regards to this claim. It was minor damage - but nonetheless, it was done by the delivery personnel. After talking with others that have used them say it's a hit or miss in how well they work. But obviously their damage insurance is garbage.

This is my third time using RoadRunner Auto Transport. I am more than satisfied with the service I received. The car was picked up one day before the pick up date and delivered two days before the scheduled delivery date. This was a coast to coast trip. The transport drivers took very good care of the car loading and unloading and kept me informed by cell phone as to when they expected to deliver the car. Billy ** at Road Runner was very helpful setting up the complete pick up and delivery.

I setup a reservation over a month before my scheduled pickup date. I heard nothing and contacted them about 2 weeks prior to the pickup date. They stated a carrier will be selected 1 to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date. I then waited and recontacted again less than 1 week out and they said a carrier will be assigned within 1 or 2 days of pickup. Well that's definitely contradicting information. So I waited a few more days thinking that they must be reliable right? Well the day of my scheduled date, still no carrier assigned and no interest in doing anything about it or doing business with me.
Seems like some sort of false advertising that they actually do auto transporting. I probably contacted them 7 times and nothing. It's like a dead end call center that goes nowhere. I had to cancel and then I was able on my own to find a transporter to pick up the car in less than 24hrs since I was leaving the state and it needed to be picked up. I would avoid this company and choose something else more reliable and one that actually wants to see your vehicle transported.

The service up front was great but once it was booked it was very difficult to get through or receive a phone back. This might have been because it was around Christmas and New Year’s. The contact with the transporter himself was absolutely fabulous.

They did a good job on helping me book a shipment within a week, they've also helped me change my shipping date. There are calls and messages to let you know when you are shipping and expected time, so there is no way you can miss out. The shipment was delivered fast, it only took 4 days and 3 nights from east coast to west coast. The car was delivered in front of my door. Smooth experience overall!

I used RoadRunner to transport my car - a Ford Mustang Convertible - from Salem, MA to Seattle, WA. The driver came to pick up my vehicle at the date and time promised, and delivered the car a full day earlier than promised! My car was in perfect condition (though a little dirty from the cross country move) and my belongings were untouched. I'd definitely recommend using RoadRunner!

Customer service was truly excellent. The only minor hiccup that happened was that the truck arrived one day early but didn't let me or the dealer know. We were lucky that the required paperwork had already arrived by then but the situation could have been more troublesome.

We booked a transport from CT to FLA with pickup scheduled for Monday, December 31st. As my parents awaited notification that the pick up was on its way - no call came. I called six times on the 31st. 5 times there was no answer, so I left a message for a return phone call - no call came (still haven't been called 2 days later). In the one call that was answered the service agent said to be patient - they can pick up as late as 9:00. I also submitted 6 messages on the on-line live chat. None received a response. My parents and I waited all day and all night for a call that they were here to pick up their car. Nothing. As if I had never existed or never made the reservation. With this sort of unreliable service we had to cancel the reservation. This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

I chose RoadRunner Auto Transport based on reviews I had seen. When I booked my auto transport I had already been waiting for 3 weeks for another company to transport. RoadRunner assured me my request would be processed - and my vehicle would be delivered by the end of the week (4 days later). After waiting for 2 weeks and being told they were still trying to match with driver - I canceled my request. I will rent a car and go pick up my auto myself. Very disappointed. This added to an already stressful situation - having auto accident 350 miles from home.

Sometimes there can be delays in carrier assignment especially surrounding the holiday season when drivers are in high demand and there is an even higher volume of traffic. Everything was excellent (scheduling, location for pickup, & timing) except for place of delivery which was a number of miles away in unfamiliar territory. I received regular updates, but delivery was at nighttime & I got lost. Finally found the place an hour & a half later. The driver was very patient, kind, and helpful. I am very pleased with the speed of delivery & the car was in good condition!!

I wish I could give negative one thousand stars. This was a huge loss. Also, I’ve looked through some of their reviews here on google- they are so obviously fake and paid for. They won’t return your calls when you’re frantic about your car that is six days late, after you booked WEEKS in advance. I got to pay over $1,300 to miss Thanksgiving with my family because of these people who don’t return phone calls and only chat online — talking in circles — refusing to give a straight answer (no yes/no answers). However, they have NO problem hounding you with phone calls over ransom money for the driver who wants extra cash payment because there are extra plastic bins in your vehicle??? The caring and thoughtful driver left greasy black handprints inside my brand new car!!! If you hire them, at your own risk. Consider yourself warned.

This was a good process for shipping my car. I had good contact for reserving the time to ship. I had to change the date after reserving a space and they were great to work with. This company was faster and cheaper than any other company I found online. I placed my request and less than 16 hours later my Jeep was picked up and delivered earlier than estimated allowing me to have transportation quicker. Hey, I did the math. If we’d driven the Corolla out to my son in California from the East Coast, it would’ve cost gas, tolls, food, hotels, time, and return airfare. This was a trouble-free bargain. Once I asked for a quote online, I got A+ service from Nick, the dispatchers, and the driver — all expert at cross country car transport. Have now done two moves through Roadrunner. Both moves were flawless. No damage to vehicles. Delivery was on time. Driver was willing to work with my schedule and location to the best of his ability (a semi truck and trailer cannot turn around in a driveway) and always polite. Driver gave courtesy calls 24 hours and 1 hour out from destination. Would recommend Roadrunner and would use their services again if the need arose.

The delivery of my Elantra was expected to take at least a week, however my car was delivered across the country in 5 days. The pick up point was in Delaware and the delivery was in California. The pick up was a day early and the drop off was 2 days early. Everything was satisfactory and arrived safely. I would highly recommend using this service again.

My Shelby car was shipped by a covered hauler. From Washington State to South Texas. The courier was a very nice man Fernando. He called an hour before arriving. He was on time and took care in getting the car into his hauler. He arrived in Texas in a reasonable amount of time. The car was delivered in the same shape it left in. NEVER AGAIN. We booked them to haul our truck for us when we moved out of state. They gave us a pick up date. The driver was supposed to call to arrange a pick up time. When the scheduled day came and they did not call us to arrange the pick up time. We called customer service and they told us that the driver has a 48 hr window. We waited another day, still no phone call from the driver. No call back from customer service either. We waited till 9 pm the second day. Absolutely no contact whatsoever. I called this company at least a dozen times, sent emails and left voicemails. NOBODY ever got back to me. The only way I was able to speak to them was via their messenger online customer service which is completely useless. We ended up having to leave our car behind so we can meet our movers when they arrive at our new place.
Customer service keeps saying that they need to give driver time to respond. We contacted them on day three. Still no response from driver. Still no attempt from customer service to offer any solution whatsoever. I’ve never done business with a company that has so little regard for their customers. They simply have not once lifted a finger to resolve this for us. Their only course of action is to continue contacting a driver that never replies. Unbelievably incompetent. They won’t even acknowledge that there is a problem.
Now we have to rent a car when we get to our new place and fly back to arrange to get our car home because this company did absolutely nothing for us. No follow through. They couldn’t care less about their customers. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I’ve never been so angry at a company in my life. I now have to pay over $1000 in flights and rental cars to get my car that they never did pick up. Still no contact whatsoever from management regarding any sort of resolution. They simply do not care and will do nothing to help you if something goes wrong with your pick-up.

I filled out an online request to have a car picked up at a St. Louis dealership on Nov. 21 and delivered to my home in Huntsville AL. RR agent called me and said they could pick up the car on the 21st and I could expect it by Nov. 23 since it is only a 6 hour drive. It’s now Nov. 23rd and the car hasn’t been picked up and now Road Runner is saying it hasn’t even been booked to be picked up yet. Very disappointed as I needed the car for this weekend to travel.

Ford Edge from Virginia to Texas. I went with RoadRunner since I've seen their trucks on the road. The booking online was easy and RoadRunner followed up with a phone call. Several days later, the car was picked up although a day later than scheduled. The driver called me with several updates. Mainly, the car arrived to me 3 days earlier than expected. The car battery died on arrival, the driver was diligent in getting it started in the freezing cold. No damage to the car or any service issues. They delivered as promised.

The whole experience was pretty seamless (LA to Denver). RoadRunner was a recommendation from a coworker that ships 2 cars round trip 1x year (4 cross country trips). I did some comparison shopping & their prices were comparable. They both picked up & delivered on the day & within the time frame we estimated. The driver was communicative & very professional. I’ve never had to move a car & heard all the horror stories, but my expectations were exceeded. I may have to move again & would definitely use them again. My first time needing to transport a car and stumbled upon RoadRunner online. Was lower priced than my second bidder and cost was less than I would have spent to fly to Fla, get a hotel to split up the 20hour ride to Ohio, meals, etc. Very easy to set up, though you have to be flexible with pick updates. However, pick up driver was very communicative and delivered to Ohio the Tuesday after the Saturday pickup! Online Customer Service chat never worked for us, But wasn’t vital. Would definitely use Roadrunner again!

I was told car would be picked up on October 27-28 time frame and no one came until October 31. RoadRunner had poor communication skills as I had to continually follow up. The Customer service was mediocre at best. I was told once it was picked up when I initially signed it would take 5-7 days for delivery. Once it was actually picked up on October 31 they gave me a delivery date of 9 days later. However the driver was a wonderful gentleman and very communicative and delivered the vehicle earlier than RoadRunner had quoted. I was in an urgent need of my vehicle being transported promptly and they assured me everything would ensure a delivery time within a day or two of what I had asked for. RoadRunner failed to deliver on that promise. I would say the driver was very good and professional.
For the overall value it was worth the hassle of getting the vehicle a few days later. I would just say they need to work more on better communication skills. They should have someone available to speak with on the weekends if there are any issues with pickup. As no one is available to speak to after hours in case of any emergency.

RoadRunner was good about wanting my business but had to contract out due to needing covered trailer. I’d try to contact someone there before the cars were picked up but sometimes hard to reach them. All in all, it was a good experience.

Roadrunner was professional from the very beginning and the transporter that handled my car was amazing. Kind and kept me in the loop with where my car is and when it’ll be showing up. Started off questioning our choice... new experience to us. We were told our car could be picked up by Wednesday. We had the seller doing all the work at that end. Money had been transferred and we were afraid we wouldn't get it that week (seller off work). By Friday we had contacted customer service numerous times when Wednesday came and went. Told they had to get a carrier...and assured us it would be soon. We didn't know what was involved... and were finally told enough to make it clear. They were very responsive and professional.
We got notice on Saturday that it was being picked up... and figured it would be Wednesday before we got it as there was some distance to be traveled. Imagine our surprise when on Sunday... yes, SUNDAY we got a call he was 4 hours away. Very pleasant gentleman brought it here... Unloaded it and all after a long drive. Our ignorance was the only "problem"... but they soon assured us all would be taken care of. Can't recommend them enough!

A bit expensive, but they moved my truck and my sister's handicap van across the country in less than a week, with no damage. I'm impressed and would use them again. My only complaint is that they picked the vehicles up at 9:00 at night in CA and delivered them at midnight in NC.

Great, friendly service on both pickup and dropoff. Was able to schedule pickup with ease and the driver contacted me the day before to confirm, as well as the day of pickup in order to finalize the pickup window. Additionally, the drop-off and retrieval of my vehicle was simple as the driver gave me approximate dates beforehand, finalized the pickup times the day before, and coordinated pickup the day of through text. All in all great service and price.

We hired RoadRunner Auto Transport to move our car instead of driving separately across the country. We closed on our house and were in the parking lot of a hotel on a 90-degree day with 3 dogs and a cat waiting for them to pick the car up as scheduled. We had scheduled it for the day before, but received an email late that night saying they had moved it to the following day. No explanation or apology - just did not pick the car up. It was rescheduled for the day we were waiting, but we had heard nothing and could not reach them on the phone (a common complaint, you will read).
When we finally did, we were told they had rescheduled it for the following day. Two full days after it was scheduled, and a full day after their first re-scheduling. After a bit of back and forth, the hotel manager graciously agreed to keep the keys so he could hand off the car, enabling us to get started on our trip. So off we went. They did pick up the next day, which was 2 days later than scheduled. 12 days later, we still don't have it. Trying to get information about its location has been a nightmare. While still in the window of time (11/8 was end of delivery window), not knowing the location has been stressful. Though our cell number is on the form, they repeatedly called a home # that had been disconnected, since we moved.
Instead of trying the cell, they delivered the car to a town 30 minutes away and we are expected to pick it up. At each turn, staff is rude and dismissive. Judging by our experience, they do not care about the customer in the least. So now we're faced with driving across town on a day we need to be working and unpacking to pick up a car we PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED TO OUR HOME. It shocks me that these practices are acceptable to this company. I cannot say enough negative things about RoadRunner Auto Transport. I strongly advise using someone else. Anyone else, really. We certainly will when we transport our families' cars out in a few months.

Second time using RoadRunner. The agents are friendly and get the job done. They found a driver for me that accommodated my travel schedule and who could do the pickup before I left for a work trip in 2 days. They made it from NY to FL in just over 2 days and arrived in FL when promised. I will use them again when my car goes back to NY in the spring.

Rob was my sales contact and he was great... informed, positive and helpful. Customer service was impossible to get in touch with. When I finally did... I was not impressed with their attitude. I finally went back to Rob and he had an associate call with the details of the process and when to expect a call regarding the carrier and pick up time. He was great! William was my carrier and I cannot speak highly enough about him and his partner... wonderful, efficient... a joy to deal with. Excellent service. My car was delivered in 4 days! A little background about me, I have used this company twice and have had friends and family who have used it 3 times. I'm a nurse, so I know how to work with difficult people. I was lied to multiple times throughout this experience. Their shipping dates are "estimated", which I understand completely. However, the company disregarded any of my opinions and meet their needs. They lied to me so many times, I had to change my flights and lose out on wages because of their negligence. I tried to reach out to customer service, I called about 30 times, left voicemail (in tears) and was never sufficiently helped. To this day, I never heard back from the man that sold me the shipping - Zach ** extension **.
Zach ** is money hungry and could care less about your experience. I left him personal 5 voicemails trying to get answers and was never given a callback. Moving is stressful enough, the last thing you need is someone being reckless with your personal belongs not to mention, your hard earned money. This business has 0 integrity. The lies they told me resulted in over a thousand dollars of additional damages that they refuse to cover. Please do your research on this company and don't end up with 1000 of dollars of damages like me.
I made a claim with their management because of the result in damages from using their company. Their answer was "it's he said vs she said", so basically even though they are in the wrong it's impossible to get proof over the phone. I am so sad that this company took advantage of me and my hard earned money. Take your business to someone that values you as a customer. Or at least cares enough to pick up the phone and help.

Multiple promises that were not kept along with horrible communication made this one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had. They also treat their sub-contract drivers in the same manner. We could not get a pick-up of the car even though we offered them a 3 day window. They finally picked up five days late, and two days later another driver called asking where the car was. We informed him that it was picked up two days prior so he wasted a trip and did not get the work.

I was really impressed with Nick. I was just doing some research into shipping the car and out of all the sites he was the only one to contact me, several times. To be honest that's why I used you. It wasn't cheaper but I felt like Nick seriously wanted my business. When I got contacted about my first driver I was told he wanted cash on delivery. Well I was sending the car to my son for a gift so I couldn't do that. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. If I could give negative stars I would. They did not pick up or deliver in the timeframe agreed upon. I was called daily to book; after that the customer service was non-existent. They do not post customer service hours and only answer calls 1 out of 4 times. When you do manage to speak to someone they say they cannot give you precise information.
The online tracking is a joke, I had to confirm my car pick up from the auto shop where they did the repair. I was told I would get my car yesterday, the online tracking still shows pending and there is no answer on the phone to RoadRunner. They charged my credit card before picking up the car so I have no recourse there. I am still waiting for my car... I guess the only way to get it back is to file a police report? I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, not that it will do any good other than making me feel like my voice is heard; RoadRunner certainly isn’t listening.

I never saw the actual transporter, the guy that picked the car up in Lake Elsinore was not the guy that transported the car out of state. I did pass on information for an alternate drop off in South Carolina which the RR guy followed through on. The car arrived in good condition but I was not there to accept it, my wife did. So the car got there undamaged in the time frame RR said it would. It was a nice experience.

I had to have my transport changed to a non-working vehicle, which cost us $300.00 more. I was assured that the new driver would know the auto was not in working condition, however, when the driver arrived they did not know that they were picking up a car that was not in working condition. This was a stressful moment in an otherwise smooth encounter. However, it really was upsetting, having paid additional money to have this experience.

I am in a unique position as a customer who was neither the shipper or receiver of the auto transported. It is a car a purchased from a Ford dealer in Ohio and had shipped to a Ford dealer in Maryland. The only failing in the service was I felt disconnected from the process. I could go on-line and track what was, or was not, happening. Expecting, and being warned, the dates were approximates only, after 3 days past the pick-up date I expected an update. Both the shipper and receiver were asking me. When I texted Roadrunner Transport the car was picked up that day. It was only 1 day late in delivery. My suggestion for improved service is to update the tracking info if the approximate dates are delayed.

I have dealt with RoadRunner in the past to move vehicles, so they were a no brainer. Before I ever tried RoadRunner, I got a quote from another vehicle transport company (which was cheaper). However, I waited weeks for them to schedule a driver. With RoadRunner, I requested a quote and received confirmation the vehicle could be picked up the next day. They gave me a 7 day window, but they have always delivered my vehicles a couple day earlier than expected. Customer service is great to talk to, everyone is extremely responsive and willing to help. I would recommend using RoadRunner for anyone looking to move their vehicles. Their pricing may be a tiny bit more expensive, but you are ultimately paying for their response.

First they picked up the car within 24 hours, they said it would probably take 5 days it got here in 4 day in perfect shape. Recently had Roadrunner ship a car from the Chicago area to upstate New York. Shipping was much faster than promised! The driver was very courteous, prompt, and professional, and he did an excellent job of communicating his schedule with me via phone calls and text messages. It was the same driver/same transport truck at both ends of the trip, and the car arrived in New York in less than two days from when it was picked up in Chicago. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

I have used Roadrunner twice. The first time was in March, 2018 in which the transport failed to pick up my car. When I spoke with the office, the staff was unsympathetic and initially told me it may take a week to find another carrier. Ultimately, they got me a carrier the next day. Based upon that response, I chose to give them another chance in September. In this instance, they found me a carrier and increased the initial contract price by an additional $50.00 beyond the agreed upon contract (just two days before the car was supposed to be picked up). The total for the transport of my car from Connecticut to Florida exceeded $1300.00.
The pick-up date was on Thursday. That day I was told that the transport was delayed and would pick up my car on Friday evening or Saturday morning (I was leaving on a flight for Florida late Saturday morning). At that point, Roadrunner washed their hands of the situation and had me in direct contact with the actual transport company. I need to add that Roadrunner rarely returned my phone calls and put me off with communications on their website. On Friday I was informed that my car would not be picked until Saturday afternoon, necessitating me to leave my car with a friend. Upon arriving in Florida, I was informed that my car would not be picked up until Sunday or Monday. On Monday night, I was told that the pick-up would not take place until Tuesday night. Ultimately the car was picked up 6 days late on Wednesday and the car arrived in Florida a full week beyond the original contract date.
As a result, I was forced to lease another car at my own additional expense. During the process, I requested on various occasions to speak with a Roadrunner supervisor by phone and never received a call. I made multiple requests for a new carrier which were ignored. One pays a transport company like Roadrunner to find you a dependable carrier, to problem-solve and to use their leverage with the carrier to ensure a positive conclusion. I must say that Roadrunner failed on all counts. They were happy to collect their fee but never acted on my behalf while this terrible experience unfolded. Even more disappointing was their failure on most occasions to speak with me or return my phone calls.
The carrier that they utilized was J & J Baseball Transport out of Florida. Please note that the day before the transport company was scheduled to pick up my car in Connecticut, their transport vehicle was in Missouri and was pulled over by the Missouri authorities for 10 hours for violating Missouri Transport codes. After leaving Missouri, they were not headed for Connecticut. Instead they were in the Boston area where they dropped off and picked up more cars and that is why my car was picked up 6 days late.
It is disappointing that Roadrunner subcontracts to such undependable transport carriers. I truly question if Roadrunner works on its customers' behalf or do they simply connect fees to connect their clients with a transport regardless of the anticipated results. I will never use Roadrunner again. They have lost my trust and confidence and urge you to seek out companies who will work in your best interests. Certainly that is not Roadrunner!!!

RoadRunner Auto Transport is the WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING company I have ever had the unfortunate experience to do business with. Do not use RoadRunner Auto Transport!!! They lie about pick up, lie about delivery, do not answer their phones or emails. Bruce promised on time delivery and drop off but as soon as the order was placed he was nowhere to be found. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. I was told the car would be picked up on a certain date. No one had the courtesy to advise me that the car would not be picked up as promised until 7:30 PM.
The pickup driver, who was 15 minutes from the location, said he has just been notified to pick up the car but due to the time, he would pick up the following day. We wasted a whole day waiting for the car to be picked up. Bruce also promised a delivery to my home with a 3 hour window notice. Days went by with no response. I was finally contacted by a dispatcher who said the car would be delivered on the side of the freeway in 40 minutes. At the time I was in a new home, new state and with no transportation.
When this was relayed to the dispatcher, I was told if I didn’t make arrangements to meet the truck on the side of the freeway the car would go to Maine and they would catch me when they came back several days later. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were busy. I asked for a return call and no one ever called. The dispatcher actually said I would most likely not receive a return call. If you want to deal with a professional, ethical company look elsewhere because these guys are not it. I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of gangsters.

My customer ordered a ladder on Saturday. I created a BOL on Monday morning to ship it out to him on Tuesday. Without any communication, Roadrunner canceled it. (Roadrunner says that there is never any status reported until the following day). So, on Wednesday, I looked at the status, and their website showed the BOL had been canceled. We investigated, they stonewalled. We created another BOL. The same thing happened with the same day and a half delay. Now we have a customer who will be lucky to get his ladder shipped by Friday -- almost a week after ordering it! RoadRunner is a bunch of stupid and lazy, work-averse "people" who don't care about burning their customers! My companies will never do business with them again!

I trusted my vehicle to Roadrunner Auto Shipping to transport it from California To Washington State. My initial experience with their booking dept was fine. The broker, Patrick ** did a great job. However when it came time to deliver the vehicle they failed horribly in communicating when they would deliver. People must make arrangements in advance and your shippers change the dates and times constantly and your REAL TIME tracking is a complete JOKE, which only says "Currently in Route". The number provided to me to text the driver was a bogus number and no one answered my 7 texts. Thus I would strongly suggest NOT to use this company as you will not get timely returned calls and when they do call, they have absolutely no information to provide.
Please be aware and read all the reviews before making your choice. I am still waiting for my delivery over 36 hours past the scheduled time of delivery which they verbally confirmed and which their REAL TIME tracking says. I will be happy to update this review if the final delivery goes well. Also, I feel that pushing a $95.00 insurance policy on the car when it is supposed to be covered by your policy is taking advantage of (my elderly mother and sister) who are not familiar with your promised services. If you refund the $95.00 insurance fee and deliver the vehicle without any more issues, I will update my review of your service. The delivery was a huge mistake. I waited several hours and after all the phone calls I made I was only ever contacted once 15 minutes before the driver was to arrive. This is not what was promised. Please be careful using this company. The driver didn't even know that all payments for the service were made in advance.

This is the worst, most unprofessional, lackadaisical company I have ever run across. I have never received worse service. They still have my sickly, elderly mother's money and have dropped the ball completely. They have not abided by any of our contractual or verbal agreements. I am sickened beyond belief.

Worst customer service and business I have ever dealt with. I shipped my car from Wisconsin to California and the pickup and delivery was a mess. The day of pickup I tried reaching out to understand how things worked and get an idea of when my car was going to ship and got hung up on twice. You can’t get through to customer service number you get voicemail every time and no call back. Eventually the driver showed up at 8:30 at night with no notice still no communication with Roadrunner. I was hesitant to let my car go with them as the poor customer service had me feeling like it was a scam and if they treat me like that what will they do with my belongings.
Delivery was just as bad, car did not show up on day it was supposed to show up. Again took me days to get through to anyone and the only answer I’d get was it was in route, nobody could tell me where my car was nothing. They were consistent blowing my phone up to get me to book with them but as soon as they got money out of me wanted nothing to do with me and to assist me. Also they are just a broker they send it to different carriers. Save yourself some money and ship direct with a carrier.

I am a shipping manager but do ship cars so I hunted around for carriers to deliver my mother's car to FL. I picked this one, what a mistake. They didn't pick up the day they said they would, called two days later to say they finally got a driver which by then I was out of time to book with another company so I had to go with them against my better judgment. They pick the car up, deliver on the day they said BUT... when they delivered, the car above my mother's car hydraulics system broke and ran all over her car, called to file a claim for the damage and guess what? Gave us the runaround try to get out of it. Still working on this although they claim they are insured for damages, they do not hold up to that.
Good luck if you decide on this carrier. You are taking a big chance as to whether your car will get there on time and in good condition. Please beware. They are nothing they claim to be and they claim no responsibility whatsoever for the condition your car arrives in. Word of advice signing the bill of lading damaged makes them claim no responsibility. According to them they said we shouldn't have excepted the car. I wonder what they were going to do with car if we didn't. How stupid!!!

I called and spoke to Bruce ** about shipping my daughter’s car from Denver to Orlando by the 11th which was the day we were flying in. He told me that we should ship by Monday prior and then we could meet the carrier on Saturday when we arrived. The car arrived on Thursday and I received several phone calls saying I needed to meet the driver ASAP. I told them I was not in the state yet but would be there Saturday. Friday morning a lady called and said the driver would drop the car at our hotel and lock the keys inside it. I said that was fine. Later Friday afternoon I get a message saying they were taking the car to Miami for the weekend and would deliver sometime Monday.
I tried calling the driver when I got to FL on Saturday. He spoke broken English and proceeded to yell at me that he was home with his family and would not listen to me. I had to hang up on him. I only wanted to know what time Monday. I had to rent a car for the entire weekend. When he did drop the car off Monday NIGHT, he was dirty, unkempt and hostile. Horrible disgusting man. The other reviews are correct. Once they get your money they do not answer your calls or messages anymore. You just have to pray you get your car back. Awful company. NEVER do business with them. You will regret it!!! BEWARE! Worst experience I ever had and on top of that, they charged more than they quoted. Scam company run by scum of the earth.

I am writing this email with complete disgust for the failure of this company to live up to their agreement. We booked a transport on July 8, 2018 for a 2009 VW Jetta to be transported from Boulder City, Nevada to Washington, Missouri. We live in California but have a second residence in Nevada. We received the confirmation and booking **. On Monday, August 6, 2018, we called the 800 number and left a message for Matthew ** to return our call. It’s a joke when you receive the confirmation with his name if you need assistance and he never personally returns the call. Later that day Megan called and we inquired when we would be notified of the time the auto transport would arrive Friday (today) 8/10/18. On Wednesday, we called again and again was told everything was set for Friday. On Thursday, when we called AGAIN, we left a message at extension #** Matthew ** and never received a call back.
We then chatted online with several of your representatives, Shannon, Emily, Megan. All advised us that as soon as a carrier was located, dispatch would call us. Later on Thursday, we again chatted with Shannon who assured me someone would be contacting us as soon as dispatch connected with the carrier. This morning, Friday, we chatted again with Shannon. All she could do was apologize for the miscommunication. What miscommunication? I have a confirmation that someone will pick up the car on Friday made and confirmed almost 5 weeks ago. I have called at least a dozen times to the main office in the past two days and no representative ever gets on the phone. Instead, the greeting asks for a phone number and someone will get back to me. That didn’t happen either.
So I have called Mr. **’s office a half dozen times with no return call. What is the purpose of posting his number if he never calls you back? I find it VERY hard to believe that the positive reviews on your website are valid. Your customer service lacks in customer satisfaction. We not only drove 264 miles to Nevada to await the carrier but, drove back 264 miles to California with the Jetta to get a competent transport company to do the job you apparently are unable to provide. THEN, we received an email from RoadRunner on Thursday at 4:03 pm stating: “Hello Maria, We currently have availability in the Boulder City, NV area around your requested time frame. If you're still interested in shipping your Volkswagen Jetta, we're standing by to assist you with your transportation.” That email was from Frank ** when I inquired about a quote July 8 before we booked with Matthew **.
What I find discouraging is the lip service I received from the online representatives. The answers to my question were the same script. When I asked for a manager to call me, I was advised by Shannon this morning one would call me back in the order received. That never happened. When I chatted online AGAIN with Shannon, Mary an online supervisor took over the conversation. Doesn’t anyone use the phone as a courtesy anymore? In the meantime, my son is waiting for his car and now it is delayed yet another week due to the incompetence of your service employees who cannot secure a transport driver in 5 weeks from the date of the booking. While searching for your name and email I came across other dissatisfied customers who booked with you and received the same lack of communication after leaving messages.
Due to the above, I am confident now that my vehicle would not have made it to Missouri since you require full payment once the carrier receives the customer's car. Sounds more like a scam than a business. I reviewed the 5 star reviews on your website and realize they are not from recent satisfied customers. Who posts their photo with a review? I say that because you can’t write a review on your website. Consumer Affairs on the other hand shows loads of dissatisfied customers. Perhaps the District Attorney should take an investigative interest in your fraudulent Company. Any questions feel free to contact me.

This company is “rated the top” car shipping company? Unfortunately, we didn’t see these reviews before we booked my shipping weeks ago. We hope this helps someone else. After we looked for a quote online, they emailed and called multiple times a day to book it. We assumed they had appropriate staffing and customer service, and would be responsive moving forward... WRONG! So we booked with them, they got our credit card number and said it would not be billed until a carrier was assigned and scheduled. We got billed almost immediately and told our shipment was confirmed, yet we were not given any carrier information. Our transport is supposed to be tomorrow and we are still waiting to hear from a transporter.
All the other one star reviews are 100% correct!!! Once you have booked with them, you can no longer reach them. The customer service line is never picked up. We called the “direct line” of our sales guy, Andrew, and he also now does not pick up. He used to call daily and pick up immediately before we booked, but now... nothing. It’s almost as if your number goes on a “Do not answer” list. We have been trying to reach them for the past week because we hadn’t heard from anyone to schedule a pick up time. We knew that since our pick up is on a Monday, we should hear something the previous week... WRONG!
So now, after booking weeks in advance, and being billed, we are just kind of hoping someone magically shows up tomorrow, picks up the car and delivers it. From the many reviews we have read, this seems highly unlikely. At this point, we are not even sure that this is a real company and not a scam. We are already researching new carriers. Once no one shows up and we remain unable to reach them, we will have to go with a different company, which hopefully can pick up before our flight. We will be ready to take legal action to get our refund, assuming this company even exists. We had to give at least a star to write this review. However, if you are reading this review, that is a negative star. Thanks. Please spare us the generic nonsense response. We have already read it. Just call us and get our car moved.

This company totally wasted my time for over a week. They kept stringing me on and on - even when I said that the transport was for my daughter in the military and that the timing was really important. They are NOT honorable people. I was lucky to connect with IK Transportation Co. in Westfield, MA. I was able to speak with the owner, at length, and to the driver. They were nothing but professional. My daughter's car arrived in MA today (5 days after it left Pittsburg, CA) and we took possession. Everything was great. Thanks IK Transportation. I highly recommend them.

Scheduled a car to be shipped from Santa Monica to Brooklyn. Everything was set for the 27th of July, but two days before they changed to the 29th - I was flying to NY on the 28th, so created major logistical problems. In the end, they canceled the 29th pick up and moved to the 30th. On the 30th they called saying it'd be 31st. And then they say it'd be $250 more than originally quoted because "the driver had to make a detour to pick the car". As if that was my problem. Car picked up, eventually the delivery shows 8/10, much longer than originally promised. Today (8/9), they tell me it'll be 14th or 15th. Their phone is NEVER picked up. You need to leave a message, but they never call back. TERRIBLE customer service, AVOID like the plague.

We have set up for RoadRunner to ship our car on 7/28 but we still are waiting for a confirmed date. We contacted them numerous times and the answer is the same: they would contact us when they could confirm the schedule. They couldn’t even give us an ETA now. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company they do not care about you and just want your money! I booked with this company in early July to have my car shipped from Florida to Colorado the first week of August. The car was supposed to be picked up on Saturday August 4th and there were no calls no emails nothing before then or the day of. Then Saturday comes and goes and nothing. Then on Monday I tried calling them with no calls returned. We were flying out that Thursday to Colorado and we are really under the gun and quite angry with all of this. We reached out to another company and thank God they saved us! They got us booked within an hour and the driver was scheduled to pick up the car the next day. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They are horrible and there are way better companies out there to work with.

Both Kyle ** (to CA) and Brandon ** (from CA) were excellent. The transport companies also. Truckers very polite and professional. Delivered to CA as promised and the return to FL was faster than expected, they picked up on Wednesday at CA at +-11:53PM and delivered on Sat at FL at +-11:53PM. Would recommend RoadRunner to anyone. Treated my car like if it was White Glove service. Excellent work all.

I booked my shipment about a month ago from California to Michigan, and I still receive no confirmation. After my booking, I received no communication from the company. I have called the office a hundred times, and no one answers the phone. Only once someone called me back, and told me as they found a driver they would give me the confirmation, like what they said to everyone. However, they would not tell me by what time I will receive a confirmation. But they keep saying my reservation was confirmed. HOW??? How can you confirm my reservation if you can't even find a driver??? If I still don't receive a confirmation on the pick-up date, what should I do??? As my moving time approaches, even if I find other company the price will be very high.
Also, I have booked my flight tickets, which are non-refundable. If no one shows up in the end, who will be responsible for my lost??? I have been in contact with other auto shipment carriers because I can't trust this company's business. But right now I can't even get in touch with this company to cancel my reservation! Go to other places if you have choices!!

Absolutely do not count on this company to follow they with their promise to ship your vehicle, not send them any money. I contacted Roadrunner a few weeks ago and entered into contract to have them ship my car. Everything was going smoothly, they found a carrier, charged my credit card for the balance owed, and told me when to expect my driver and the delivery date, I was thoroughly impressed... until my nightmare began. The afternoon the driver was supposed to show up, I called to make sure everything was going as planned, no one picked up the phone, getting a hold of a human being is impossible. I used their online chat where the representative told me the carrier cancelled my shipment and they were looking for a replacement. That was ok, that I understood... 2 days later, still no one had contacted me and the money I paid them still hadn’t been refunded to my account.
So I tried calling them again, left messages, still no contact back from Roadrunner... so I went back online and used their company chat. I spoke with Shannon and she informed me that the dispatcher was working hard on my vehicle and if they didn’t find a carrier the money would be refunded back into my account that night. That was last Thursday, now it’s Monday, still no call from Roadrunner, and still no money in my checking account that is attached to the Visa I used. Called the bank, they have no pending deposits from Roadrunner. Called Roadrunner and once again, big surprise, no one is answering my calls, but Megan in the chat said the refund would take up to 5 days.
I asked her if they found a carrier before that what would happen, and she said they would charge my credit card!!! But the money still isn’t refunded to my account and there isn’t enough in it for me to pay for the new carrier!!! Holy Smokes. What am I going to do!? We are a military family moving across the country and this company is putting me into a situation where when I get to Jacksonville FL I won’t have a car to transport my children in!!! This is how they treat their normal customers AND MILITARY MEMBERS TRANSFERING ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO CONTINUE SERVING THEIR COUNTRY? Hopefully I hear from them soon, tomorrow I will be seeking legal representation.

We booked a car transport on 07/28 for the following Monday. We received an email to call and confirm the date for shipping. Upon calling the number in the email (**) it left me on hold then would say that all representatives are assisting other customers and to leave a message, which I did. I called again in another few minutes to see if the lines had cleared up only to receive the same message.
I tried calling again but each time was met with the same message and I was not getting a callback. So I went directly to their website and called the number given (18887772123) only to be told that their offices were closed. There was no information on their website or via the phone number on their hours of operation. So I emailed them a couple times to see if I would receive a reply that way. Their online customer support was also closed. It is quite shocking that a transportation company is closed all weekend with no point of contact for questions or confirmation.
So now it is the day of pick up, I still have not received any call back for the messages I left. Calling both of the customer service numbers above lead me to the same message of "all representatives are busy, please leave a message." The only up side is now that it is Monday their online chat service is on but response is very slow. I still have yet to have any time confirmation for pick up that is supposed to happen today. If you are reading this review, I would strongly advise seeking another auto transport service. The company offers little to none customer service and was literally the most expensive quote we got. The only reason we went with them was because of a time crunch.

I received a quote of 1200 and booked my car with a ready date of 6/28. I would have thought that a carrier would be assigned to me at least 24 hours before however on 6/28 no carrier was assigned to me. I called their customer service line which is a joke. It rings for three minutes then makes you leave a message. I left one but received no callback. I receive a callback right away once I tried to cancel because I spoke to another company that told me they quoted me too low and informed me they could assign a carrier to me that day.
RoadRunner then informed me themselves that they have a carrier in my area but the price will change from 1295 to 1495. I agree and they tell me the carrier can be at my house in an hour. I was using my car for work still as I was moving the following week so I had to leave work and meet the driver ASAP. Fast forward two weeks to 7/9 my aunt who I was shipping my car to receives a call stating the car will be there between 10am-1pm. She waits till about 2 and contacts me. I call the carrier company and am informed that they accidentally dispatched my carrier when his truck was actually in the shop. They then call my aunt and tell her they will have it to her by 10pm. She agrees however isn’t too happy about it.
They then call her after 10 and state they can’t drop it off till almost midnight. She says she can’t stay up that late. She calls me informs me of this. I call the carrier and they tell me that if they don’t deliver it today it will be an extra charge. I don’t get how they are going to charge me for their screw up but I tell them to just leave it in the driveway with the keys in it and tell my aunt.
Next day I receive a call from my aunt stating the car isn’t in her driveway. The carrier took pictures of my car in a driveway with an American flag and the unit number however my aunt doesn’t have an American flag. I have a GPS tracker in my car and to no surprise the company dropped it off at the wrong house. This was possibly the worst experience I’ve had with any company and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I booked with this company on June 15th for a July 3 pickup. My research showed 15 days to be sufficient for the proper planning required on MOST competent companies' ends to solidify arrangements. On June 29th, after receiving NO follow-up communication from the company, I unsuccessfully attempted to contact the customer service department 12 times for a total of 42 minutes. On July 1st I called and left a message that went unreturned. I also submitted an update inquiry via their online help service and received a reply that offered NO information or resolution. On July 2nd I called multiple times and was able to reach a customer service rep by afternoon. She stated that they were in the process of assigning a carrier (which is the same status my request had been in since June 15th) and that the driver would contact me when they were 2-3 hours away.
July 3rd came and went and there was no pick-up. I began my attempts to contact the company again at 1030 am on July 4th and have been, as of yet, unsuccessful. I would actively discourage anyone from utilizing this company for their auto transport needs. After looking at the feedback and reviews, this seems to be a pattern of behavior with this particular company. RoadRunner Auto Transport is the most unreliable, unprofessional and disappointing transport company I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to work with. After completing 4 personal cross-country auto transports and 6 more assists, that's saying something. When a company's reviews show you who they are, BELIEVE THEM. My fervent hope is that this company reaps exactly what it sows.

I called them over 10 times. There was no response to any of my messages and they never picked up phone. They failed to pick my car up completely or notify me that there was a delay. The only called me the following day after I talked to a representative online. The guy I spoke to laughed and said, good luck finding another company to move my car. This company is disrespectful and simply expects you to put up with their poor service.

I booked a week ahead. It’s been ten days now. My vehicle supposed to be picked up last Saturday but no one showed up. Yes, nobody explained the situation. I tried to make a call but since it was weekend, I had to email them and complained. On Monday (Today), RoadRunner didn’t reply to my emails and I have to call few times. It was hard to reach them. The messages didn’t help at all. They just said they are trying their best but they are not sure, so they can’t confirm anything. They said it will take another 7 to 10 days to find a carrier for my vehicle. WHAT??? When I got a quote or booked, they didn’t mention anything about this. They just said, "There’s still availability for your desired date, so hurry to book!!!" And I paid the deposit! I’m moving after three days and my car is not picked up. If the carrier doesn’t show up in three days, what should I do? I don’t understand why there’s booking system!!!

I booked the transport of my vehicle 6 weeks in advance. Vehicle to be transported from Minnesota to California. RoadRunner couldn't contact me enough before I booked with them. Once I booked, total, deafening silence. I tried calling, leaving voicemails, sending emails - all to no avail. No one ever responded to a single contact. A few days before the schedule shipment, I contacted them because I still had no confirmation of a carrier assignment, and no confirmation that my pickup date was good. I had to contact them through their chat access. Was basically told there was nothing they could do.
I am now stuck here, having made travel plans to go to Minnesota from California, four days before pickup (2 of those days over the weekend) not knowing if they are going to pick up the car or not. Can't talk to a real person, cannot get any confirmation, it's certainly as if they don't care. It is totally unacceptable to make a booking well in advance, provide them with all necessary info and deposit info, be assured everything is great, then receive no info and be down to 4 days before shipping and still no confirmation or anyone to talk to. It's like the company doesn't really exist except to take your order and then disappear. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Not only are the customer support staff incredibly RUDE, but they don’t have direction from the Supervisor because he is the exact same way as well!! Called to report a rude experience with one of the customer service representatives, Jordan **, then while explaining the situation, I’m continually interrupted and basically told that what happened doesn’t matter. What took the cake was when the SUPERVISOR, Zach, after continuously interrupting me, hung up in my face! Will NEVER use their services and I DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE.

I had booked shipment of 2 cars 10 days back. Today was the pickup date. No pickup. No communication. I tried calling them at least 10 times in last days. Even if somebody picks up after trying 5 times, they put me on hold never to return. This is beyond frustration. I have already booked my flight for myself to leave the place tomorrow. I am stranded now. Even if keep my cars at friends place, I have to rent a car in the destination city for more no. of days. Eventually the cost of shipment is too high for the unreliability. Learnt my lesson in hard way to trust these guys. Even after planning ahead by 10 days I am suffering.

We booked our car transport on 6/3 for a 6/22 pick up for a cross country move from AZ to NC. Today is 6/26 and Roadrunner Auto Transport hasn’t shown up. We have called the customer service number daily, we were left on hold through their automated answering service, and our call was never picked up by a live person. We left over 5 messages and have emailed 2 times all in the past 5 days with NO RESPONSES. We even sent a message through Facebook last night, NO RESPONSES. We are leaving tomorrow and still have no idea how we are going to move our car. We are stressed out, completely frustrated, and extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service Roadrunner Auto Transport is providing.

Needed to have my 65 Corvette Fuelie and 50 Anniversary 2015 Mustang moved to our new home in the Texas Hill Country. RoadRunner was able to have an enclosed van pick up the cars early in the morning and delivered late the same afternoon. Having had cars shipped in the past, the driver is key to the process being easy or scary as heck. We won the lottery and our driver was the best. He cared for the cars like they were his own.

I finalized the booking with this company on May 7, for June 20. It is June 21 (they had SIX WEEKS) to figure out how to get my car from point A to point B. I get the run-around any time I try to ask for an update. I am moving across the country, and need to both ensure my car is on the carrier, and receive it on the other side. This company was great in booking the car, and terrible on the follow through and execution. I would not use them again, given the amount of additional and unnecessary stress this process is creating.

I am writing this review because I booked an auto transport exactly one month ago today for a pick up of 06/18 for a shipment from Miami to LA. I was told that I would be contacted when a driver was assigned. I've call on numerous occasions but still no driver. Because it's Friday and my car was to be shipped on Monday, I tried calling a few times today to cancel but only received the voicemail although they are open until 9pm. I would not recommend this company because, even a month out, they were not able to find a driver to ship my vehicle in a timely manner.

The reservation was easy to make and the details were accurately recorded. The vehicle was picked up on time and the transport driver carefully inspected the vehicle and had me sign off on his observations. The delivery occurred even sooner than promised. Great experience all around.

They quoted us ** for our car to be shipped 5 hours. We paid over half the balance to them on our credit card. And said we only needed to pay 150 to the people who delivered the car. When the car was delivered they said Roadrunner said we would give them 200. We were asking why it was 200 and they said, "Here's our contract. It says y'all will give us 200." We showed them our email from them showing the balance of only needing to pay 150. We had to give the extra 50 or they would have taken our car for not paying. These people are crooks and will rip you off!!!
Christina, We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding payment. We have not charged you anything extra then the amount we quoted you. Your transport was quoted at $345 and that is exactly what you were charged. The only change made was $200 to the driver instead of $150 and $145 deposit on your card. We never raised any prices. We hope this clarifies any confusion.

I am so angry, we are waiting for a return call for pickup that should have happened on May 31 and never did. My father passed away and left me his car. I am a single mother of a child with autism. I am in desperate need of this vehicle. We are already stressed with the passing of my dad. know we are stressed with the lack of professionalism and compassion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROADRUNNER TRANSPORTATION.

The carrier RoadRunner Auto Transport assigned to move my vehicle went above and beyond my expectations. My truck was in need of repair upon reaching Ohio. The carrier notified me immediately and agreed to drop it off at a repair shop for me to pick up, fixed, once I reached Ohio. I am forever grateful for the care given my vehicle by the Road Runner carrier. I highly recommend this company to meet transport needs.

This company is also known as Caribbean Car Transport, Puerto Rico Car Transport, and probably other names and have various numbers that lead to the same call center 904-322-7644, (954) 448-7447; 888-777-2123, etc. When I first searched for shipping a car overseas I did a quote online and a guy named Ralph ** called me back immediately. I thought wow! they have good customer service. After I won the bid at an auction in GA and I called for transport I was told that because the car has some damage is going to be $100 more than what I was originally quoted. It wasn't optimal but given the fact that I needed the car to be transported I agreed. This was a BIG MISTAKE!!! I can't write this in letters big enough.
I paid $1495 which I was told by Ralph (which was all buddy buddy) that I would not be charged until the car is picked from the auction. On May 1, 2018 I did all the required paperwork with Giselle ** and everything went well this was on Tuesday. I checked my account and I noticed that they took my money the following day and told me the car would be picked up no later than Thursday afternoon which was the last day that the auction would hold my car without charging me storage fees. I was told that the tracking number does not work until your car gets to the port. According to the contract the car was supposed to be at the port by 5/9/18 and was supposed to be available for pick up on 5/22/18.
The next Monday I called the auction to find out about the title and I see that I am being charged storage fees. I was like WTH is this? It must be some kind of mistake the auction checked and double checked and told me that no one has picked up the car and they have to charge $20 per day until the car is picked up. So I start calling Ralph (954) 448-7447 ext ** and Giselle ** 904.322.7644 ext **. I left both of them numerous messages and neither one answered. I also sent them various emails and got no response.
I called the Caribbean Car Shipping customer service number. At least the lady who answered Jocelyn was very nice and tried to help but she has limited access to info and it does not seem that she has much influence over what happens. I kept on calling them on a daily basis for a week and a half and each time I call I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. I am not exaggerating another time I was on hold for one hour and 5 minutes.. So to make a story short. I had to pay almost two hundred dollars extra for the car due to storage fees.
So after they picked up the car it took them about another week to get it to the port. As of now the car is still seating at the port supposedly in FL. I call and call and every time I get told that the car will be shipped "sometime this week but I never get a date" because everything with these people is always an estimate. Each time I call is a different excuse as to why the car has not been shipped. There is not enough staff at the port or something stupid or other. So it's been almost a month since I've been dealing with this ordeal.
My recommendation is STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE NOT SHIPPING COMPANIES THEY ARE BROKERS. It would not be so bad if they were responsible and actually knew what they were doing. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. I would give this company negative stars if I could. The only reason I put one star is because I am required to do so in order to be able to write the review.

All the other 1 star reviews on RoadRunner Auto Transport are 100% correct. This company will call you several times a day when you get a quote to try and get you to book and give them a credit card. Once you book all communication is cut off. My pick up date came and went, they never showed up, never called and it is not possible to get them on the phone or a response from emails. If you call, they automatically place you on hold for 5 to 10 minutes then say they can't take your call and to leave a message. The messages are never returned.
I even selected the option to make a new booking which they answer after 2 rings. When I explained I already had a booking and needed information, they say "hold on a minute" and then they don't come back on the line and it goes to the "can't take your call, leave message" routine. They say to cancel and avoid being charged you MUST speak to a representative at (888) 574-6638, that number rings several times, answers and immediately disconnects. Over 50 emails and 40 calls went unanswered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT BE TRANSPORTING YOUR CAR.

I have recently gotten on the computer for finding a reputable Moving Carrier from Florida and to Ohio, the companies bad mouth each other. I don't know who to go with. I have decided to go with Household Hauling in Hallandale, Fl. RoadRunner called me to ask if I made a decision. It is the day that I was to have RoadRunner come pick up our 2 SUVs and we still don't have confirmation of them being picked up. Supervisor who would not allow me to talk to anyone above her said that she was "baffled" that no driver had picked up the route because it is an "easy one from California to North Carolina". The supervisor went on to tell me the process is they take an order, which she called an estimated day they would try to pick up our cars and then they throw it on some dashboard and drivers call in and bid for the deal. If no drivers call in, you are screwed. She offered it's not a big deal if I am not physically present when the cars get picked up. I could put the keys somewhere or have another person become the contact while we wait for what could be days, months, years for someone to pick up the order. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
Over the past 10 days, I have constantly called, emailed and requested calls for status. The salesperson Brandon ** disappeared after the sale. I have sent numerous emails to him and called him saying, 'Hey can you help me," and nothing. They also quit doing things in writing about 1 week prior. The last email I got was 5 days before the move and they said the following: "Yes, we are still awaiting carrier confirmation on your booking. Since your ready date isn’t until 5/17 as we get closer to that date a call will be placed once a carrier confirms the pickup, we're hopeful for early next week." I am "baffled" at how this company does business and would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for service. It's not that there is an issue, it is how they are handling it. No options to really help me, no commitment whatsoever as to a date and they are "baffled"... So am I.

Transport 2008 Toyota RAV4 from Reno, Nevada to Danbury, Connecticut. The car was loaded up on time and delivered to the destination. The transport unit had a mechanical problems so the car was unloaded/delivered about 20 miles form the destination without problems, although my daughter was a little bit scared bringing $1,200 cash to the site at 9PM in the evening.

When I call to customer care for booking a car delivery they were very polite and were keep on calling until l booked the delivery. Once it's booked they were gone. They won't respond, and if you try 10 time you may be lucky to reach them. Even after you caught them on call, they won't tell you how many days/weeks it will take to pick your car. I waited for one week and when I called them they said, "If you want you can cancel your booking." Staff were really irresponsible. Don't go for this Transport.

Cashed our check and DISAPPEARED - have been calling our contact as well as customer service for over one week. No answer, no reply, no car, money gone. COMPLETE and TOTAL CROOKS.

Very courteous and friendly when making the reservation. The transporter texted me the night before giving me an approximate time the vehicle would be picked up. The transporter was on time and extremely polite. He took great care in loading the vehicle. When the transporter got to the destination he texted me and send a picture to confirm. Excellent customer service and very appreciative for the business. I would highly recommend.

I booked the service after talking to the customer service group after emailing a form. Very professional and very responsive and they called me back same day multiple times. I agreed to booking time and they said it was confirmed. The day before the car pick up I called the service and they said it was booked and they would call me the day before the pick up. It took me 3 times and waiting to get through to the carrier booking area. This is a different department than the quote department. It is now 7:43 pm. I have been calling all day and after 8 calls I was able to talk to someone that told me I was all set and they would call me 3 hours before pick up today with the last pick up being 9 pm. I used the email message service and I have been calling non stop since 6 pm. No return calls. I reached the sales department and they said they had nothing to do with the pick up service. I guess they sell you the dream and then no one cares.

Finding the need to transport my car from CT to FL I called this company 3 weeks prior to anticipated pickup. I was assured my given date of pickup would be met. I was told they would call me 24-48 hours prior to pick up. Being anxious I called the Monday before the Friday pickup was due. I was told “they are working on it”. I began calling again on Thursday and was told they hadn’t found a carrier yet but they would and then call me. They repeated several times their drivers worked 9-9 pm and they would find someone. I continued calling until Friday morning when I was again told no drivers yet but be patient. Given a packed car and airline tickets for Saturday morning my inner feeling was now distrustful. I continued calling for updates and finally asked for a supervisor.
I was put on hold and finally hung up and called back opting for the information persons and not the “information on booked pickups. I was then told drivers were scarce because of the past holidays and they frankly had no idea when my car could be picked up. Despite my booking 3 weeks ahead of pickup time they obviously had my date buried under their backlog. “You will just have to wait“ was the next statement from their representative. I then called another company, booked my car with assurances it would be picked up in the morning and called Roadrunners and cancelled. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Poor communication... No transparency and worse... Wants the business and can’t provide it.

My car was supposed to get to me on Wednesday (it is now Saturday). It was already a day late, then There was a delay for it coming Thursday because of weather conditions, which is understandable but then the company failed to get it to me the following day. They then dropped my car off at another company (in no way related to the first company) and only gave me one phone number to call. This company then told me my car would be to me Saturday by noon. And it is now Saturday at 1pm and I have yet to hear from them, I have called both companies several times and there is no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have failed to meet timeline after timeline and make good on multiple things they have told me. They have handled this situation with complete disregard for my vehicle and me, considering I do not have a vehicle until they show up with mine.

RoadRunner Auto Transport is the worst of the worst. They were very aggressive in booking the transport of my car on a specific date. I was told by Shawn/Sean that RoadRunner was a service organization and that my car would be picked up on time and delivered on time. AFTER 9 DAYS, I NEVER had a driver to transport my car from San Diego to Baton Rouge.
After they failed to meet the initial deadline, I gave them another week and a driver was never identified. I called and emailed them not less than 15 times AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A "SERVICE" ORGANIZATION IN MY LIFE. After I finally spoke to a "manager" who admitted after 9 days there was never a driver assigned to the delivery of my car, there was not a "we're sorry" or "what can we do to address this problem?" There was no remorse whatsoever. It was just a day in the life of this company. Here is what happened to me:
December 18, Monday. Place order with Shawn/Sean. He told me to hurry to order so that he could expedite pick up on Wednesday or Thursday. He encouraged me to sign up quickly. He also told me why I should use RoadRunner because of the service you provide. Again, I stressed that I wanted the vehicle picked up no later than Thursday. Shawn/Sean said that “would work”.December 19, Tuesday. Received Booking Confirmation. (8:27 a.m.) I continued to monitor their website for Carrier Assignment.
December 19, Tuesday. Called and was told that you were waiting on a driver but it looked like Thursday was possible.
December 20, Wednesday. Called and was told that they were waiting on a driver but it looked like Thursday was still possible.
December 21, Thursday. Called and was told that they were waiting on a driver but it looked like Thursday was still possible. Instead of taking a risk and knowing that the shop that had my car would be closed on Friday, I rescheduled to December 27. The woman said that would be no problem and it would be picked up on Wednesday, December 27th. Received another booking confirmation with December 27th. I continued to monitor their site and saw that there was still no Carrier Assignment.
December 26, Tuesday10:00 a.m. Spoke to a lady who said that there had not been an assignment but it would happen by the end of the day (Tuesday). Continued to monitor the site – no Carrier Assignment.
4:00 p.m. Called – no answer – left message to return call which said that the next available representative would return the call. No call returned.
5:48 p.m. Called – waited and was disconnected.
5:51 p.m. Called – no answer – left message to return call which said that the next available representative would return the call. No call returned.6:03 p.m. Sent email on the info@RRAutoTransport.com email with information and asked for a call – no response.
6:10 p.m. Sent email on Contact Us within website with information – no response.
December 27, Wednesday9:45 a.m. Spoke to a Laura who said that there had not been an assignment but you were still trying to get a driver. I asked, "Will the car be picked up “yes or no” today?" She said that she couldn’t answer that. I asked if a manager would call me. She said that she would give the message to the manager. I told her that I would call back at noon. If the car isn’t going to be picked up today, I want to cancel and submit reports of these events. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
10:15 Sent another email asking for someone to call me to see if the car was going to be picked up as scheduled (2nd request).12:50 Sent another email asking for someone to call me to see if the car was going to be picked up as scheduled (3rd request).
1:30 Called, left a message.
1:45 Finally got a person and asked to speak to a manager that admitted that there was no driver and she had no idea when one would be assigned. I cancelled. NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY CONTACTED ME SINCE DECEMBER 18 TO DECEMBER 27.

This company is the WORST in Customer Service and has just succeeded in completely ruining Christmas, as I booked shipment of my vehicle as a present to my son (Booking # **) to California from Alabama on November 2nd, and after speaking with 3 representatives (Nicole, Clarie, and Elizabeth) who did a below mediocre attempt to locate their trucking company (Rus-AL,Inc. who has still never responded).
Their manager (Pam) then suggests a new appointment with another company with an uncertain vehicle pick up day/time, and refused to accommodate a first time client with even a suggestion of some sort of discount for the inconvenience of a new booking, undocumented urgency as I have a flight out of Alabama on 12/19, an unreturned voicemail left for 4th associate Nick **, and overall piss-poor client and 3rd party services experienced. I refuse to promote this company, as there is NOT one decent, empathetic human being associated with RoadRunner!

The whole process was outstanding from the start to the finish. Upon Contacting RoadRunner they fulfilled their promise To ship my vehicle from Indianapolis Indiana to Fort Worth Texas on 8 December 2017 and arrived on 13 December 2017. The communication between myself your staff and the driver was simply outstanding; my vehicle was in superb shape and the driver was A true professional which allowed me to focus on my move and not worry my car. I would personally like to thank the team at RoadRunner and the driver for a job well done.

I called RoadRunner to ship my parents car from Maryland to California within 7 days before our move and they are the only company that called back immediately and did exactly what they said they were going good to do. The driver Idee, was so polite and professional and exactly on time. Both at time of pickup and time of delivery. We was amazing moving the cars around on the car carrier. I will definitely recommend RoadRunner and will definitely use them again in the future!

Our car was booked to be picked up by a carrier between Nov 16-24. We had driven to CA using our 2nd vehicle departing the 18th. We left the car with a neighbor. We kept calling the other carrier and they could never confirm the day of pick up. Finally Thursday November 30th I googled car carrier transport from MI to CA. Online I entered zip codes and details and within a minute had a price quote. I called the company and the man I spoke with said they might be able to pick the car up on Saturday the 2nd or certainly no later than Monday the 4th.
We called the other car carrier and they still could not confirm a pick up. We canceled the booking. Called RoadRunner back and confirmed. At 8:30 AM on Saturday the car was picked up and on the car carrier. We were told the car would be delivered by delivered around 6pm Tuesday 5th. It was delivered around 4pm! Everything with RoadRunner was terrific. The competitive quote with the other company, and we had our car in under a week. Footnote: The other company called that week and said they could pick up the car. LOL! We already had the car in CA!

I had never shipped a car before and was moving from Phoenix, Arizona to Portland, Oregon. I discovered RoadRunner in an online search, read their reviews, booked online and received a very prompt telephone confirmation. The driver was very prompt and professional during pickup and drop-off. I even got my car a day earlier than expected in Portland. A good experience all around. RoadRunner is tops in my book.
