Very impressed with the service from start to finish. The booking process was quick and easy, the driver picked up the car on time and it arrived early. Nice price, professional service and our car arrived in the same condition as when it was shipped. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to ship their vehicle. Great Job!

I was not told that I would be on a list from greatest to least for providers to pick from. I was told by another company that that is why it was a week past my pick up date and still no one picked it up. I called the company 3 times and every time I was told that they couldn’t do anything about the providers not picking it. Then when I told them that I was told about this list and I was going to go to another company they decided to explain to me that I could bump up my price so someone could come pick it up. My original price was around $1,600, I had to pay an additional $810 just to get my car picked up. It was obviously not delivered on time, and I needed my car. I was without the car for almost a week in a state I have never lived in before, and because I had to pay a more drastic amount of money, I was broke and could not afford all the Ubers I had to use. Horrible communication and I will never recommend Road runner to anyone.

We hired roadrunner auto transport a Mercedes s550 and scion from from Los Angeles to Florida at two different times this month. The prices were fair. The drivers were courteous and knowledgeable. They kept in touch before and after pickup and drop off. Driving these car carrier trucks is tough, demanding long haul work and these guys executed perfectly and delivered the cars without damage. I give them A+ for effort and results on a job well done. Bob

When I was looking to move a vehicle from Minnesota to Florida I had plenty of concerns regarding pick up and delivery. Road Runner well exceeded my expectations. They picked up the vehicle when they said they would and delivered when they said they would. It just get any better than that for me. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was my first experience with transporting my car versus driving. The driver kept me informed of the pickup and drop off times as well as his location. I no longer drive the distance between Chicago and Bradenton. Flying and having the car sent to me by far is the way to go.

We signed up and were notified in a couple days -car was picked up, shipped and arrived on time! Driver professional and friendly and we had no concerns about the trip. Price was a bit higher than they quoted me the year before, but still reasonable.

My vehicle Cadillac xlrv arrived on time with an extremely polite driver that seemed to have the one goal of presenting himself as a credit to the car hauling business. He even put a clean towel on the seat. A truly fabulous experience. I will have any other car transported by them. 5 star service.

After going online and filling out some info I received a call shortly after from a representative. They confirmed my info and was able to give me a rough quote. They sent all of the info and set me up with a carrier who set up the transport. They were on time for pick up and delivered just the same. Very happy with the service, would use again. Thank You!

The transport of my vehicle from Idaho to Montana went very well. The carrier stayed in touch with me via cell phone and texts and was extremely nice. He met me to pick up my car and met me when he dropped it off, he was good at what he did. It also happened well within the time frames that were presented to me and, in fact, got delivered a day sooner than I expected. I would recommend RoadRunner to anyone I knew that needed a vehicle transported. Everyone I talked to and interacted with were very knowledgeable and professional. I am extremely pleased with the entire transaction.

This was our first time shipping a car across the country. Our son is in the Army and needed his car. We looked into a a few different places and Roadrunner was the best option that would pick up the car from our house and deliver to our son by the base. The driver kept in contact with my son and was able to get his car back with no problem. Customer service and dispatch was very friendly and super helpful.

They picked up on time and it was quite an easy experience for me. After reading the reviews online I had to say I was quite unsure but everything went great and I even got the car a day before it was suppose to get here.

The service I received was a 10. Another vendor, who I was working with, at last minute could not locate a driver. I called RoadRunner and they had a driver for me the same day, picked up the next day and I received my car 2 days later.

Very pleasant experience end-to-end, from inquiry to delivery. Scheduling was easy, and I was able to reschedule with no problems when my plans changed. Pickup and delivery were on time, drivers were professional and courteous, and I felt at ease through the full process.

Anthony helped us get the process set up. He made the entire situation seamless. The vehicle was picked up and delivered exactly as scheduled. The vehicle was also still in pristine condition. This was shipping a vehicle from Oklahoma to Virginia. I will definitely use Roadrunner again. Price was also reasonable.

In the Beginning the service was amazing. Once I paid and booked with Road Runner the communication was horrible. It was difficult to get an answer. In the end the car came four days earlier than promised. If the communication was better this would have been a 5 star experience.

We had our Jeep Cherokee moved from Washington state to Alabama. The driver made contact to pick auto up at designated site and was there when we arrived. He was very friendly and did a fine job checking auto out. He contacted the person picking auto up at designated spot. He was very friendly to that person. I would refer the driver to anyone wanting to trust their vehicle to be transported. Thank you very much.

The driver of the transport vehicle went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to our home since my wife is physically handicapped & I was still up in NJ. The only suggestion I would have is we did not know if vehicle would be delivered on Tuesday evening or Wednesday. It would have helped to be able to get this information online.

Updated on 09/03/2021: So... a manager from RoadRunner Auto transport was 'kindly' enough to contact me today. She started this phone call with, "so you have been writing these reviews." Immediately I knew that this company did not care about my experience and only about their reputation. Then she accused me of lying. Then I told her that I've saved ALL text messages and call logs about my contact with the carrier as well as multiple complaint emails submitted through their website and chat logs from their website. She could not say anything more.

Excellent service.from beginning to end. Was able to text and communicate with the driver personally. Car arrived safely and due to a scheduling conflict on my end, transporter was able to drop the car off at my location.

My experience was good. The only issue I had was that I set my ship date for 8/6 & was told that was the day it would be picked up. I wasn't told that date was just a starting point and you would get me a carrier. The expectations weren't told to me so I had to scramble to get my brother to be able to be there for the pick up.

I had a wonderful experience. The driver, Les, kept me in the loop and once he arrived to Florida, he delivered the car as expected. Everything was very smooth and I would definitely recommend this service.

I would highly recommend using Roadrunner in shipping of my next car. They were on time, quickly and carefully loaded my 2006 Volvo XC70 cross country and shipped it from Atlanta to Orlando Fl at a very reasonable price. I baby my cars more than I should do. Shipping our Corvette and Terrain 700 miles out of state was a tough decision. I called several companies. After talking to Eric at RoadRunner I decided to use use them. My cars were locked up when scheduled and delivered right on time two days later. The driver was terrific and took care of my cars.

I’ve shipped a car back in April 2021 from NY to CA with a different company. I got another quote from them for another car but the price was much higher and they wouldn’t alter the price for me. I called up RoadRunner - got a cheaper quote in 5 min so I booked. The car ended up arrival a day earlier than we were told. Make sure you get the full quote from them over the phone - prices may change from the websites generated one.

Transported our 2 vehicles from NY to AZ even on 3 day short notice. This company is “Reliable” and provided fast delivery. Nick was driver and gave us the best experience with no hassle, and no gimmicks and he was extremely professional. Highly recommend!

First of all I would like to thank the Roadrunner Auto Transport Staff who assisted us in booking our vehicle to be transported interstate. From the moment it got processed up to transporting our vehicle, we are completely satisfied as to the knowledgeable and professionalism shown by the Staff and online Staff. Shoutout and thankful to SOS staff (both local drivers by the name of Albert) and interstate drivers. Will gladly refer my friends and relatives to use Roadrunner Auto Transport.

Basically happy with the outcome. Started the process in May 27 and the vehicle was delivered on 7/6, which was the promised date. I had to stay vigilant on communication with the company when it got close to pick up date. The only complaint was the original estimate was $1,385 and the final bill was $1,610. Blamed on permits which when I questioned why not in the original estimate I was told they never are. Vehicle picked up on 7/3 and delivered 7/6.

The customer service was excellent. Placing the order to have my car transported was easy to do. Any questions I had was answered promptly. I will certainly tell my friends and family to use Road Runner to transport their vehicles.

Even though the original transport date was not met, my car was picked up 4 days later at the exact time specified by the driver. He was very nice and professional and he delivered my car 4 days later in perfect condition at the specified location. I was very pleased and I give you a 5 star rating.

Overall, very pleased with the service. Eugene (driver) was very courteous, expedient, and efficient. Our Mercedes E350 arrived in tip-top shape, and a day earlier than expected. We would definitely use RoadRunner again.

Initial contact and amount quoted was good. But in the end amount and amount charged was not the same. With no explanation. Even though the correct full pick up address and delivery full address was provided to Roadrunner they did not relay that information to the company picking up the vehicle. And they refused to provide invoice with the correct and full pick up information and delivery information. The pick up was 2 days late which cause me to incur additional storage fees. The actual company that pick the vehicle up and delivered was 1st class. No help from Roadrunner office. No full explanation on the additional cost nor the breakdown of payments between road runner and the subcontractor.

My driver Alex was very professional and accommodating to specific instructions about my delivery location. He notified me 2 hrs before my pickup and delivery time. Excellent experience during a stressful move!

I searched Google for transport company and came across RoadRunner - got an online quote and then had someone follow up with me via phone several times to confirm everything with me. I received excellent service from Road Runner. They transported my vehicle from Nevada to Ohio, they picked up the vehicle when they said they would and they delivered on time. I will definitely use them again, they were professional and polite.

The driver came to my house and picked up the car and was very cautious in loading it into the trailer. And upon arriving at the destination, it was in the same condition that it left in, no damage not even a scratch.

I had a week's notice to move up the East Coast, and I was so worried about my car getting delivered in time for my first day of work! Roadrunner was quick to help and set me up with a driver that could deliver in the time frame I needed and had great communication through the whole process. Both loading and unloading was a quick, easy process and I'd gladly use Roadrunner again!

The vehicles were towed and delivered on time. However, reaching a customer service representative was impossible. No one ever called back and I left so many messages. Had to use the online assistant and they give you a standardized message. I was guaranteed pick up by the booking agent which turned out to be days after the scheduled date and I had to leave the area. Drivers were great though and delivery process with them was easy. The drivers were also very friendly and helpful.

Review of performance: The pickup in PA. went smoothly, he was on time to the pickup location. He contacted me prior to the delivery time and we agreed on a dropoff location. He was on time for me to pick up the car. The car was in good condition.

I contacted this company to have my two vehicles shipped from Oregon to Arizona. The sales team was super responsive and I decided to book the job. As the date got closer I wanted to talk to the salesperson who helped me. I called his extension and left multiple messages. No callback, so I decided to call the company directly. It is impossible to get thru to anyone. It says there is an unusually high call volume and after about 15 minutes it literally hangs up on you.

Got a quote & a request for me to confirm the booking. I emailed say I found another company that best fit my budget. I did not confirm the booking quote. Employee called to question me, scolded me, said I wasted his time. Hung up on me! Would not answer phone when I tried to call back three times.

Hired RoadRunner on our own although a moving company that we received an estimate from also said they use RoadRunner as their subcontractor. That gave us a little comfort that everything would be good but to be honest our expectations were exceeded.

When our car was delivered three days later than promised, it was very dirty on the interior. We saw no exterior damage. However, warning lights for brakes came on at random times and several safety features were disabled and would not turn back on. It had been checked at the Subaru dealer in Florida a few weeks before we left and was in perfect condition. Computers were checked and remotes reprogrammed at that time. I took it to our dealer in St. Louis and found that there was hidden damage to the right rear lower control arm.

Great driver, friendly and competent. Original agreement was not explained clearly as the fact you bid it to truckers was not what I was told. But in the end the dispatch, driver and communication was excellent.

I was skeptical from the moment I researched transportation companies. After searching and searching I gave Roadrunner Auto Transport a shot and boy did they not disappoint. The schedule was perfect and on time. I thought excuses were going to be made but no. They called me saying my vehicle would arrive at 630pm, at 629pm it was here. A1. Had a Murano shipped from Washington to Wisconsin. The transport was excellent. The back office side was a mess. I was quoted a price, which I accepted and gave credit card #. Over the next few weeks, I got multiple e-mails with transport offers that were $200-300 more than the accepted price. I rejected these, then while checking my credit card statement, saw that Roadrunner billed my card for the higher transport amount even though I hadn't accepted the higher price. I was not happy, but kept the contract. I felt this was a "bait and switch" tactic. Subsequently, I called Roadrunner (next day) to resolve. I called 4 times and received "call back later due to high call volume" from morning to evening.

I had a great experience shipping my car from NY to CA. From the time it took to schedule a pickup to the time receiving the vehicle was great. RR and the carrier was easy to reach and provided updates along the way. My car arrived in CA in perfect condition and on schedule so I was able to receive it after flying into CA. Will definitely use RR for future transports. Thanks!!!

My experience with RoadRunner was ok. There was clear communication during transit and once my vehicle got to me but no good communication before. I had a question before transit and called but there was no answer. I called multiple times and no answer. I had to do the virtual person online in order to get my question answered.

Only one complaint - the estimated charge was increased by $300 just prior to pickup, leaving me with insufficient time to evaluate alternatives. Your service representative told me that this increase was "anticipated", so it really should have been included in the original estimate.

We just sent our car for a second time with Roadrunner transport. We are completely satisfied with the service we received. The car was picked up in Baton Rouge after the Truck driver called us with a time and we arranged for a place for pickup that was roomy enough for the truck. Our car arrived four days later in the Hudson Valley of New York. The driver called us again and we again arranged for a location for delivery. We paid for the transport by credit card (no cash transactions) and we were allowed to put up to 150 pounds of goods in the car. It was a good experience for us.

Vehicle was delivered in good condition. And the overall feedback was good. The only issue I encountered was the delivery date was delayed by 2 days and the support help desk was only able to give me a generic answer, stating that the company works from 9am to 9pm and it should arrive today. It would of been nice if the support help desk could contact the driver for an accurate date or reason for the delay. Or a live tracker of the vehicle or truck.

Booking with RoadRunner was fast and easy. They provided me with a quote immediately after my inquiry and speaking directly to their customer service team was very easy. They provided personalized and seamless service.

Although I had lower offers from other carriers, I went with RoadRunner because of good reviews. I have been waiting for pick up for days with no response, now they want 20% more than quote. Shiply!!!

Nobody answered any calls! I was called multiple time to your service I ended up accepting it and then you stopped responding. Specially Mathew **, I called him several times and I was never answered.

We had a horrible experience with Roadrunner Transportation. Do not use them, go with a different company for transporting your car. We signed a contract to have our car picked up in Vermont and shipped to Myrtle Beach, SC. The cost was $995.00. The car was ready but were told not to have it picked up too soon because we were not going to be down there for a few weeks, so we waited per their instruction. When waited until a few days before we left to have it picked up. Well, that did not happen, as a matter of fact, it did not get picked up for a couple of weeks. Right before we were leaving to come back to Vermont, got a call that it was going to be picked up and now it was going to cost $1400! We signed a contract for $995 and now they have us cornered. This is not good customer service. I would not believe anything from this company. We will never use them again. Very dissatisfied.

Had a problem with my auto shipment. Called RoadRunner at their main line in the afternoon on a Thursday. No one picks up. Tried a few more times and more of the same. Agent calls me back the next morning and the conversation was absolutely horrid and unprofessional. Essentially, they maintained that Roadrunner assumes no liability and apparently it was my responsibility to arrange the whole shipping process, from start to finish. Customer service agent was defensive and reiterated the “company’s policies” and did nothing to even try to help out with my situation. Their response “well your car got to you, right?” And that’s it. They don’t care about your experience and couldn’t care less about the problems that happened along the way.

Calling and scheduling was easy. The cost was fair. Pickup went smoothly and the car was delivered very efficiently. The car showed up in the same condition it left in. The driver was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely use the company again.

When my husband reminded me driving across the country with a one year old may be a bit more stressful than with grown children, he nudged me to look into car transports to deliver my mother's car in OR to our home in NC. RoadRunner Auto Transport was the first one I contacted. Catchy name was a plus, and then working with Nick ** just put me at ease. It took some time to find a driver for transporting the Dodge Journey, and was a little higher than first quoted because the point of origin was a bit out of his way to get there, yet it was all worth it. The driver Boog (his nickname) was an energetic young man who made quite an impression with my sister when he arrived to pick up the car.

I used RoadRunner when I moved to Texas. My car was delivered 3 days later like they promised. When I moved Back to Florida, my car was delivered after 3 days again! I will Continue to use them. If only they had a moving company for household items. Best car delivery company ever. I was Referred to them by a family friends years ago. If you want a reliable car service, USE them! The driver was very friendly and kept in touch with me the whole time. Loved it! Thank you guys again.

Ended up paying 2x the original quote and had to wait an extra week from the scheduled departure date, with no communication from your team. Then when the vehicle was finally delivered, the driver hassled us for payment until we showed him the paid invoice.

We contracted transport of our 2015 Mercedes-Benz from Naples, Fl to Fort Mill, SC. After a delay in assignment to a driver the vehicle was transported. As soon as the assignment was made the driver's service was excellent. He picked the vehicle up late on a Thursday night and it was delivered to us the very next day, Friday, before 12:00. He was extremely professional, courteous, and let us spend the time inspecting the vehicle without rushing. We have no complaints. Only praise.

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had hiring a company/contractor... And it’s what I do for a living. They lied about pickup date to get me to book, and then didn’t pick up the vehicle until 3 days later! Absolutely zero communication. Then once they had it, they had it scheduled to be dropped off today, 4/15. I got a call at 3:30 that the driver was in Arizona, me in central California, and it wouldn’t be here until the next day. And on top of all that, when they finally did pick it up, they raised my price almost $100. Nobody answers the customer service number. It rings and rings and then hangs up. Absolutely terrible service, terrible experience and I would go out of my way to convince somebody not to use this company. I’d be embarrassed if I worked for them.

I had a scheduled pick up with a different company but the shipper bailed the day before. I called RoadRunners and explained my situation. They had a driver lined up the SAME DAY! Truck was picked up the very next day in Nevada & delivered 2 days later in Missouri. They are veteran ran and understood the complexities of mil moves. Mr. Paul (driver) and the rest of the RoadRunner team was very polite and courteous during the whole transport process. I will be recommending to all of my military friends and acquaintances. I will be also sending a very lengthy email to ship.mil website explaining my entire ordeal and asking them to update their recommendation list. I can't say thank you enough RoadRunner!!

Pick up was easy. Although it could have been done at the campus dorm, the driver and I opted to have the car picked up at a nearby grocery store which worked out fine. I did have some concern though when I was quoted a 4 to 6 day delivery, but the driver said he would get my car to my destination (Washington to Minnesota) in 2 days and I told him to please take his time. On the day of my flight, there was a cancelation and I wouldn't be in Minnesota till the next day. However, during the waiting period I received a call that my car would be there at 7pm that day, with no one to receive it. After scrambling and asking for some favors, I did get a friend to receive it. Friend had some trouble because the truck driver didn't listen to my friend's suggestion for a meet up area and got stuck and had to unload my car in a different spot.

I dealt with Anthony ** from Road Runner LLC. reg. quote and booking of my Hyundai Sonata. The Quote was close. Also, there was a bank transaction fee of about $70 added on by the actual trucking company if you use a credit card. My car arrived pretty much on schedule. (Was told Sun. It arrived 1st thing Monday morning) I did however ask to track the car as advertised by Road Runner (ad says 24/7 tracking). When I called to get a tracking number I was told the car could not be tracked, and that it was a mistake in the advertisement. Other than that, I was happy with this company.

A friend told me about Road Runner because he had used it to ship his car from FL to CA. As I was making the same move myself, I decided to go with his recommendation over continuing to read review after review of different car transport companies. Overall the experience was good. I called and spoke with Nick who told me it would be $1095 total, door-to-door delivery (taking 8-10 days), and fully insured. I opted to go with some extra coverage for $95 because this was going to be my first cross-country transport experience and I was nervous about potential damages. He told me that the driver would arrive between 9a-5p and call me two hours prior. So far so good. I asked if we could ship it on a Saturday and he said yes, yes.

The first car shipping company gave me the run and didn’t even find a carrier for me. I wasted a week with their nonsense. I randomly found Road Runner by a Google search. Surprisingly, they found me a carrier within 24 hours and my cars were delivered a whole day earlier than scheduled. 100% recommended!!!

Good service. Despite a minor hiccup on pickup (day late), they hustled and got my car down the day I needed it. Both drivers were friendly and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the car came out.

This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. I looked them up, and booked all in one day, had the vehicle picked up in 2-3 days, and took 8 days to transport. In less than 2 weeks I had a car delivered to my door! Everything was seamless and effortless. I will 100% book with Road Runner for any of my transport needs in the future. We are a military family, and will recommend this to any future friends who will need help with their PCS.

I had my car shipped from MN to NV and Roadrunner got it done. Very quick. Next day pick up and days ahead of scheduled drop off. They were very nice and helpful. Stayed in contact during the whole trip. I would recommend this shipping company to anybody looking to ship a car across country. The price was also very reasonable as well.

RoadRunner was overall professional and had great customer service. Based on how this industry works, they were not able to hit my exact pick up date, but did find a driver who ultimately got my car to its destination at the time I wished. Roadrunner did a good job bridging and contacting driver to me for transport communications. Though there were other companies that offered lower prices, I found when you asked questions there were hidden costs. Roadrunner's cost was all in one and they paid driver for me after I paid them. Best way to go in my opinion. All in all my experience was great.

Despite numerous delays by FedEx because of severe weather, the pickup date I gave Roadrunner slipped by more than a week than first requested. RR was there exactly on the date required, and did a less than 2 day move of my car from Long Island NY to Orlando! Outstanding! This brand new car came in perfect.

Moved from North Hollywood California to Pooler in Savannah Georgia and I had to go meet the driver at the location that was available for him to park his trailer and since I wasn’t familiar with the neighborhood he drove the car to where I was. All went very well! Roadrunner Auto Transport organized the driver to transport our car. Constantine, the driver, was on time, kept in touch, and made the trip from Ft Worth, TX to Jupiter, FL in record time. The offload was very easy, he kept in touch with us several times during the day, so we could pinpoint the place and time to meet. Do not use this company! Changed my schedule the day before after I had already planned my relocation i.e. hotels and plane tickets. Called to get answers and encountered a rude customer service person. Choose somewhere else so you don’t have the same problem.

I have used Road Runner Auto Transport many times to transport my vehicles from Santa Monica CA to Florida many times over the years, BMW per season. I've always been pleased. The recent transport of my additional vehicle from CA to FL was perfect. Ness, the driver was in touch via phone on the timing as he was near my home to collect & provided me with an updated status three days prior. The pleasant surprise was that my vehicle arrived two days early. I inspected it & checked the milage with the driver & all was perfect. I'm fortunate to have come upon Road Runner. They've always come through as contracted. No horrible stories about additional fees, late arrivals that I've heard about so much.

My car arrived on time as promised. The company was very accommodating when I had to change shipping date in the 11th hour! The staff at each interaction were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use this service again!

We had a very positive experience shipping our car from the Orlando area to the Boston area - every person we interacted with on the Roadrunner team were very courteous, responsive and professional. I did want to note that Cristian, the person who loaded, transported and unloaded our car was excellent to work with, as he took pictures of the car before and after, and messaged us along the way that all was going well. This experience was very good and we will use roadrunner again in the future.

The website is great and booking is straightforward. However, trying to get someone on the phone is straight up impossible. I called everyday in the morning when they open and was unable to connect to a live person. Website chat is a quicker. Either get rid of the phone number or hire more operators, plain and simple. Once the booking is confirmed however, they provide a number with a real person who answers immediate. Understand that the carriers are subcontracted, and the rate estimates change according to demand.

Roadrunner was great to work with and provided an online tracking so I could monitor my vehicle status. My car arrived on time. The drivers communicated with us on both the pickup and delivery to make an easy handoff. Highly recommend them!

My overall experience was good. I had a tentative date schedule for January 6, 2021. I was also quoted a fee of $695. Due to lost paperwork the car actually got picked on January 8, 2021. The price for pickup went to $869. I am not sure if I was quoted a price, why did it change? I did not appreciate the change in price. I just wanted to get my car. I am not sure if I would recommend your company based on the price change of $695 to $869. The driver Halil said I would probably get the car around 10p, but he arrived before 10pm which was great, but I was working. I did receive car on Saturday morning. The driver was professional and courteous.

I booked RoadRunner Auto Transport on a google search and when I realized they were local, I hired them to ship my daughter’s car. The overall experience was good in the end, it did not start out that way! I booked the car to be picked up on a Saturday and was then told no one had picked up the job. I thought that it was a guaranteed pick up, but was told in the paperwork I signed this could happen. My bad, I never really read the contract. They finally came to pick up the car on Tuesday. She needed the car by that Monday for a new job. In the end Louis was great! He got the car to California a day early! Kudos to Louis!! My suggestion is just read over your contract so there are no surprises. In the end, I would book RoadRunner again and request Louis for my pick up!!

Temo is friendly and competent. He called when he was about a hour away from the pick up point and was ready to go. The loading of the car went smoothly, he tied it down and was away. We gave him a delivery date that was the minimum it was going to take for us to make it the delivery point ahead of him, and we got periodical calls updating us on the estimated delivery time. Traffic happened, but he made sure to call us and keep us updated. Couldn’t be happier!

I booked transportation for my 2 vehicles months ahead of time. I didn't realize that the date I gave wasn't a sure thing. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had communicated with us as to what was going on. Someone didn't show up to get our cars until 3 days later. This company was horrible about communicating with us. They kept promising they would call us with an update and they never did. When a company was finally booked for us, I received an email before I received a phone call. I will never use this company again. They caused so many headaches and made us late leaving town to get to our next duty station. If you're considering using Roadrunner, DONT!!!!

From pickup to delivery it was a great experience. The cars were picked up by a professional driver and he informed me about how the cars would be shipped. The cars were delivered to AZ on time and in the same condition that were at pickup. Great job.

The Jeep was picked up and delivered within the schedule promised. It was my first time shipping a car so a bit nerve wracking but the driver Rusty was excellent and even reached out to our 16 y.o. teenage girl who drives that Jeep to send her a pic on the truck reassuring her it was just fine!

My experience with Road Runner was great from start to finish. The representative I worked with was there with a quote and followed up with me the whole time. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I definitely was apprehensive at first with many questions. All were answered and handled professionally. Once I booked, I was notified and kept in the loop about all developments and the vehicle was shipped and delivered less than five days from completing booking. I would use again and highly recommend.

Overall experience was good. Driver delivered car 2 days early. That was very good. Car in good condition. Only complaint as noted earlier was the increase in the delivery rate by $100 approximately. This happened 24 hrs prior to scheduled pick up. I felt that was unfair since I had a confirmation for one price and was charged another. Your company needs to make sure that a carrier can't change so close to pick up. 48 hrs prior I could accept but 24 hrs prior was like I got mugged and had no choice but to accept the situation. Overall, my experience worked out fine. Road Runner had a hard time getting a carrier (four days late and it cost me more because of a routing change) but given COVID I understand. They were on top of the situation and followed through. The Wrangler is safely in bed in Arizona free from the winter salt in Michigan. Would I use them again, absolutely.

Good experience except for two items: Price hiked a little ($180) from original quoted price. I understand that the contract has to be picked-up by a willing driver but the possibility of an increased price wasn’t discussed with me at the time of booking. Not really complaining because the enclosed shipping service was impeccable and the car arrived in great shape, an extra $180 was probably worth it but it would’ve been nice to know upfront.

I called on a Tuesday for a quote to transport a H2 Hummer. Was given a very reasonable rate. I accepted the quote on Wednesday. My vehicle was picked up 4pm Friday afternoon and delivered to my home 10 pm the same evening. The driver and his passenger were very professional and friendly. They called me several times during the transport and again 30 minutes before arriving. I will definitely use them again.

I was promised it would be simple and it was. The only issue I have was my confusion over insurance. Zach ** asked me the value of my car within an insurance discussion and I misunderstood that he was not telling me my car was insured. I checked my own auto insurance and it was covered so when I was offered "last minute" insurance, I knew I didn't need it. Other than that, great job by everyone!

It wasn’t the worst experience but it was not great. First, after I booked the appointment online, they called me a day before pick up and told me the quote was wrong and they needed more money. I wasn’t a big fan of this because obviously at this point what are my options? Then they called to confirm that the car needed to be picked up at 11am. I had put this in the instructions when booking and was pleased they saw it. However, I was told the driver was 20 minutes away repeatedly starting at 11:15am until the car was finally picked up at 2pm. Lastly, the car had zero issues when loaded. A day later I get a call saying they took it off the truck to get another vehicle and now it won’t start. Thought that was very strange since it had been started roughly 5 times without issue less than 12 hours prior. They got the car to destination in 1 piece but not the best experience.

Used their open trailer, least expensive service, so the price was great. Was quoted 3 days from MD to FL. The tracking on the website was stuck at carrier assignment but their online chat quickly informed me of the correct status. An equipment breakdown in SC added a couple extra days. The dispatcher and driver kept me informed during the delay. The pickup and delivery went smoothly and the vehicle arrived safely.

Ordered really early for pickups then had to wait way past pickup dates. Then names on the pickups got all messed up, original order number then was changed for a different vehicle and had to reorder for the original vehicle. Took way too long for pickup. Had trouble getting in touch with person who was originally assigned to me. Left numerous messages with no return call. Finally got a call from someone else who was helpful. Live chat was about the only positive experience.

Overall we had a good experience transporting the car. It would’ve been nice to have updates on where the car was and get a rough estimate as to when we can expect the delivery time. Absolutely terrible customer service. Been working with Anthony ** in SD about shipping my classic truck from Base to Base for my PCS. After working for a while with this man (been doing training for a new AFSC) his prices were getting beat by more reputable and respectful agency. Well tonight (27 August 2020) Anthony called again but at 8:30pm (seems late right?). Anyways, he asked me about shipping my vehicle. I told him very professionally that we have decided to use someone else. From here he started prying asking questions. When I told him I was not comfortable releasing certain information he went off on a tangent. I told him to have a goodnight and hung up.

We were scheduled for our car to be transported and were not getting any carriers assigned, apparently it was a very busy time. They gave us a covered carrier and we had to pay extra. Had a very hard time getting anyone to talk to -- the phone number would not connect you to anyone and the chat on-line took forever. We had to make arrangements for our neighbor to hold the car for us. It was very nerve wracking to leave our car, with no guarantee that it would be transported, when we were moving across the country.

After obtaining an auto transport quote online, I had additional questions and concerns which lead to a detailed phone conversation with an agent. He appeared charismatic and assuring. I explained that I was on a tight schedule and was verbally promised I’d have my car shipped by or on my preferred ship date. I secured the reservation with a credit card (hold) and I was told that I’d receive a call 24-48 hrs before my ship date confirming my assigned auto carrier. Within that window, I received no call or email updates, and was unsuccessful reaching anyone via online chat (it’s a bot) or by phone.

I had a vehicle shipped from Fort Myers, Florida to Somerville, New Jersey. I requested an online quote and received a reply within 5 minutes. After calling to confirm the delivery dates and the quote, the process took no longer than 15 minutes to book. The whole process could not have been any easier. In addition, the car was even delivered a day earlier than originally promised.

Felt a bit sketchy at first, and price did go up from estimate, that was probably because they couldn't find a trucker to take at that price, which could or couldn't break deal. Price still ended up worth it and carrier company was very courteous, no problems at all. Would not hesitate to use this service again, so much easier than having to self transport or deal with angry ex!

We Booked a car transport for Aug 4 on July 25th. from SD to Cincy. No emails (except auto emails), no calls. no one answering the phone.... Finally got through to them on Aug 5th and they said they were not sure when a driver would pick up but that I would be notified when.. I saw the handwriting on the wall.. On Aug 7th I contacted a few other auto transport companies and for a few hundred $ more I got a 2 day pickup verified and booked with another company who has awesome customer service and are straight shooters. Tried to call Road Runner back to cancel- but their phones are off the hook today...geez. Finally they replied to my cancel email and said the order was cancelled..

As many others have stated on other review sites, this company has very questionable business practices. They are extremely helpful and responsive prior to signing you up and taking your money for the car transport. Once you paid and the car is scheduled for pickup it is virtually impossible to reach any agent. In my case the car was damaged during the shipping process and after filing a claim your calls or follow ups will just go into a black hole. No matter how many voicemails you leave, nobody will call you back or even acknowledge that you called. I can't recommend to anyone Road Runner Auto Transport.

They called our friend to let him know when the car would be picked up and then when we got the car delivered to us they also called us to know when it would be delivered. The person doing the driving of delivery truck was very nice to our friend and also to us.

Generally the experience with road runner starts out very well with a courteous sales person. Their pricing was slightly below others so I decided to go with them. Pretty much nothing else the salesperson Matthew ** said to me was accurate. He said someone would contact me the next day two days at the latest. No-one contacted me and I reached out numerous times to them. After wasting about 1.5 hours chasing them down I did speak to someone who said as soon as a carrier was located they would call me back.

I arranged to have my car shipped on a particular date and for the price requested by Road Runner. Neither was met. Worse, once the order went to the dispatch department, no information was forthcoming about the status of the shipment, greatly inconveniencing the person at the pickup end and me at the receiving end. For days after the scheduled pickup date we had to keep our schedules open awaiting information on the actual pickup date. When I did finally hear from Dispatch they said they had found a driver on the condition that I pay approximately $200 more than the verbally contracted price. Although the car did get delivered, I won't be using Road Runner again.

They aggressively pursued my business, after I agreed even though they were more expensive I agreed due to a quick promise shipment date. They did not pick up my vehicle on time. They didn't deliver on agreed date. No notification of not picking up car. All forms of contacting with them fail have failed. No phone support. They have you hold for long periods and then auto hang up on you. So far 4 times. Phone messages claims use online for immediate assistance, and it has a wait time of 116 minutes just to online chat. I left online contact. No-one has contacted me online or other so far. I still have no idea when my car will be picked up or shipped. They did have time on the ship date to call me and attempt to sell me 289.00 dollars for added insurance claiming I forgot to fill out the form request when I refused it on the form. But they didn't have time to call me and tell me my car didn't ship. Don't use them..

Roadrunner Auto Transport should NOT be in business. After they give you a quote they then raise it up another $300, if you tell them to forget it they will still charge you a cancellation fee. It took them 10 days to deliver my car. They will ignore your text & calls and if they do a answer your text they will make something up or lie about your delivery. If Roadrunners would be upfront with their customers & honest I would have had a problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Roadrunner dropped my mint condition 1972 Corvette off of the truck causing $12,000 in damages. Their "internal insurance" department sent me a check for $8400 after eight weeks. They expect me to pay for the rest.

When you arrange a booking, they are extremely helpful. In our case, we made the arrangement and then the driver never showed on the date we arranged. We called numerous times and they would not answer or they would hang up until I used a phone number they didn't know was associated with me. I was able to get ahold of customer service once and they said they would call me back to let me know where the driver was. They never did call me back. We ended up finding another carrier to pick up our vehicle. So we cancelled with Roadrunner. They charged our account for the service we never received. To further aggravate things, when we were given our quote, it was about 100 dollars cheaper than what they charged us. Stay away at all cost. It is not worth the aggravation and the other carrier we would do with was a few hundred dollars cheaper and expedient with amazing customer service.

The service on this 2.5 years ago was GREAT. Today I called for a quote on a return shipment and this guy was AWFUL. I asked why the increase. Basically he was arrogant and was quite busy due to Corona so my business was not needed and told me to call another company and hung up on me. THIS IS THE RUDEST I EVER BEEN TREATED. He feels he can get away with it and probably will. This is the only way I know to try to get some dignity back. I will call another company. Too Bad cause the first experience was awesome.

I had a terrible experience. I spoke with Sean Brady to arrange the shipment of my elderly father's vehicle to me. Sean knew my father needed to have a time and date arranged and confirmed due to his poor health. Sean promised me 10am on June 9th. I repeatedly asked if this time and day would be for sure, he always replied yes. I booked the shipment. On June 8th I still hadn't received confirmation so I called. Sean would not answer my calls or emails. I called customer service and they said the date was not guaranteed. So I cancelled. They charged me $135. I called to ask why since they had broken the verbal contract which I also had an email from Sean as proof. The girl became angry and told me they fight with their customers all the time and win because the written contract says you get charged if you cancel. She told me they welcomed the fight.

I have submitted an order ** on 5/25/2020, promised pick up on 5/28/2020. Called few time and no action besides "we are working on it". Try to call the phone number and good luck speaking with anyone besides the online chat which you still have to wait over 12 minutes to get someone. I have waited 12 days, each time they assured me they are working on finding a transport and couple more days then the call came asking for over $600 more than the original cost. They called said, "We did not charge your card yet and you can cancel"!! How unprofessional and bad business. I wasted 12 days and now I have to start all over again.

They kept me informed and the driver picked up and delivered the car within the times agreed. They did such a great job that used them again in May 2020 when shipping my spouse's car. Received the same type of service and the car again was picked up and delivered within the times agreed. Would not hesitate using them again.

Got this car from my retired ill stepfather, it was bought brand new and in 6 years he only put 18,000 miles on it. When I tell you this thing was garage kept mint, I mean it. It arrived in exactly that condition. Absolutely amazing staff, amazing driver and an affordable price. End to end, 567 miles for $620. 10/10.

Please do not use them. I scheduled a shipment to pick up my vehicle from Ohio and ship it to Florida. I expressly stated that the vehicle needed to picked up by Thursday because I would be gone for 3 months starting Friday morning. Thursday comes and goes. I placed 30 phone calls in 8 hours and did not get through once until I selected New Booking and then they answered and then transferred me to a voicemail. I paid $1000 that I now expect to be refunded and they will not even pick up the phone. Filing a chargeback first thing in the morning to get my money back that way. So, al in all... I will not be out any money but please take my warning and do not use them.

First time shipping a car, the car got pick up the same day I book it, the only thing I was disappointing with was the "tracking system", it's not a real time tracking, other than that, it was a good service.

My daughter is an essential worker in Texas and desperately needed a car. I called on a Saturday and got a fair quote and an estimated pick up day of Tuesday and delivery day by Sunday. Wednesday morning a carrier wasn’t assigned and I was ready to cancel and drive the car myself, especially after reading horror stories online about carriers. However Wednesday afternoon I got a call that a carrier was assigned. The car was picked up later that day by a very nice carrier and delivered to my daughter along with some personal protective equipment on Thursday evening!! Wow. That exceeded my expectations. I booked a transport of my car online on a Sunday, however, I no longer needed the service by the end of the day. I called the company as soon as they opened on the next day (Monday morning) to cancel the service - before any drivers were assigned. This company still charged by credit card $135. It ended up being a total waste of my money. I would have understood this charge if they had already invested in securing a driver - but my cancellation was as immediate as I could make it. Be wary of this company and how they treat customers.

Wow! What a terrific experience. I live in NC, and needed a car transported from Nevada to my home. The original plan was to fly into Nevada, and drive it across myself, but due to COVID 19, those plans changed quickly. I researched a few companies online and through BBB. From my first call from RR to the drop off, I have been 100% satisfied. Although I was in no hurry, they found a carrier within hours, and my Subaru Outback was heading East the very next day. The price was quite a bit below what I anticipated. The driver was extremely courteous to my Nevada friends upon pickup, and I received the car in perfect condition on the morning of EXACT anticipated delivery date. And again, driver (J. ** with On-Way Logistics) was professional, kind, and efficient, AND respectful with the automobiles on his truck. Thank you to all involved for such fantastic care of my car.

The pick up was a little wonky as the driver said he couldn't get the truck to the location I requested, so I had to meet him with the car about a mile away. Oddly enough the driver who returned the car had no problem getting to the same location I had requested.

Roadrunner was great. They picked the car up the day after I called on time and delivered it 3 days later with no issues. The driver was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The phone service was always great. The reservation was easy. Changing the reservation was easy. The Shipper was great. (Leo) was on top of letting me know every step of the process. Completely Satisfied.

I scheduled an auto transport for late May. I had to cancel in excess of two months before the scheduled date. Right after cancelling, I was charged a $135 cancellation fee. When I called to inquire, the customer service agent was rude (not the first time - I once called and was transferred mid-sentence to another department). I was told that I had signed a "contract" with that as a term. I never signed anything. When I looked up their service terms, there is a poorly worded term that appears intended to mislead. Do not use this company - I have never seen so many one star reviews on Yelp, wish I'd checked there first.

Jeep Wrangler RHD transport. My transport was arranged quickly. Driver picked up and delivered within 10 minutes of projected time. Extremely satisfied, would definitely ship with Road Runner the next time I need auto transport.

Service was very good and quick to respond to inquiries. Quote seemed fair (I had other quotes as well) so I signed the transport agreement as required before arranging transport. I called during this period to ask about my quote and was told this would be the final amount. When transport was arranged with a carrier, the quote went up 10%. Carrier couldn't do it for the quoted amount?! I was in a hurry, so I paid the difference.

Experience was professional and quick. The only improvement would be to force the carrier to give 24 hour notice to an "estimated" delivery time. I was told it would deliver on Sat. I received a text on Friday at 7:30 am that he was at the drop off location 2 miles from my home.

When our truck was picked up, my sister was impressed by your professional. I received phone calls to updates. My truck is extremely precious to me because it was my brother in laws, that passed. When my truck was dropped off, I seen all the other vehicles trusted in your care that appeared to be just as special.

We shipped our 2012 Mazda and our 2005 Ford F150 from CA to TX. The shipment went off without a glitch. They picked up the cars at the designated time and delivered them just 4 days later. The driver called and kept us informed at both pickup and delivery. Cars arrived safely without a scratch. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The entire process from setting up place and time of pick up was professional. I was able to track my vehicle during the entire transport. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone shipping a vehicle from state to state.

Nick was very helpful explaining the process and payment information. Once we figured out the vehicle would be available for shipping they were able to locate an excellent driver who treated our new ride like it was his own. He had an enclosed trailer so there was no worries about any additional rock chips or dings. The driver kept in contact with us to let us know his ETA and was pretty much spot on time wise. I had an awesome experience with Road Runner Transport. I ha two vehicles shipped from Marietta GA, to Queen Creek, AZ. Both drivers were very courteous and professional. They got my vehicle to AZ without any damage and on time.

You guys made it so easy to ship my Camaro. I will be using you again! Please address the issue with the company that picked up my car (not you all). They didn't seem happy with you guys getting them business.

After the booking I didn't get any tracking updates. I had to reach out to customer service to find out if our shipment was on time and then was told I would hear back. I got a call from customer service telling me that the shipment was still scheduled for Saturday but then later heard from the transport driver directly who said the delivery would arrive Sunday. This makes it hard to take delivery at a business that is closed for the weekend when we are trying to make arrangement for someone to be there.

Overall experience was very good. We had minor difficulties in coordinating pickup, but all else was very good. Vehicle arrived 4-days earlier than expected, but delivery was easily adjusted with the dispatchers. Car arrived in the same condition it left (other than dust due to traveling from PA to CA).

It was a good experience shipping my car from LA to San Antonio. They scheduled very quick pick-up (the second day after my call). The driver was good and friendly too. They gave very quick delivery. My first-time using this company and I will use it again in the future.

The process was incredibly quick and communication was excellent. We even decided to alter ship destination and a new quote was given within a short time. I had a terrible experience with Roadrunner Auto Transport today. I was quoted online at $395 dollars to transport a running classic vehicle from Oregon to Washington state. Immediately, Kyle ** called me from the company trying to book the transport. I told him it was quote, not a purchase, and I was shopping prices and would contact him if I wanted to book. This is where he became very rude, and demanded I book now or would not get a transport at all. I told him I would not be strong-armed into booking without a chance to evaluate prices, and ended the call.

The service is straight to the point. Driver is professional and given contacts for further confirmation on arrival and best location to meet. This is due to his truck may have a hard time parking in downtown Albany. Happy to see my car is scratch free and arrive on time despite the harsh snowy weather. Thank you for the great service!

I dealt with Sean. Shopped it around of course. I committed to another company that gave me a ridiculous price. Well I don't have to tell you what happened. Lost the deposit I put down. They were nothing but a sham. Exactly what Sean from Roadrunner told me was going to happen happened. I couldn't be more pleased. remember when something is too good to be true it usually is.

Not counting the extreme difficulty getting in touch with my initial customer rep Anthony who never answered the phone or called back, once I started working with the senior dispatch coordinator Shane **, my experience with RoadRunner Auto was fantastic. Shane was invaluable in planning the trip and the driver assigned to my case was polite, professional, and kept in close contact with me throughout the trip. I would recommend RRAT to anyone who needs to move a car cross country.

The driver was amazing. He coordinated times very well. Car reached the destination on time. He went out of his way to coordinate the drop off. The customer service on the phone with RoadRunner corporate office was a bit rude. He was giving very straight answers and sounded a little prudish. Other than that it was a great experience.

I got quote for the transport of my Subaru in December. The quote was reasonable. The vehicle was delivered 3 days earlier than estimated, in good condition. The driver was friendly. Overall, the process was excellent. The only negative was that I did not get the vehicle transported in December, and prices went up $95 the following January.
