On time and communication is very good. Was able to pay cash and get my car in great condition. Price was affordable. Delivery driver had a good attitude and drop my car of exactly where I needed it to be.

Roadrunner Auto Transport scheduled my shipment almost a week later when I will have already moved out of state and charged me before confirming. I have sat on hold for an hour a day for four days (they hang up after a while so you have to keep calling) and have sent three emails with no response. They have reached out asking me to spend more money and vanishing when I attempt to talk about anything else. Their chat support literally says they have no support staff. All in all roadrunner seems like a shell company scam designed to take your money and pull a vanishing act. Seems apparent when they have posts online telling you to ignore their non sponsored reviews.

When my relocation company arranged for auto transport that was going to take two weeks to deliver and wanted to pick up after I had departed I looked for alternatives. Road Runner was able to accommodate my schedule for pick up and delivery and were very flexible to meet my needs. The cars arrived on time and in the same condition they left us in.

This was my first time using this type of service. I had 2 cars transferred from NJ to NV. The price was very reasonable. They called to tell me they would show up a day earlier and if that was ok. I told them yes. This was a huge plus for us as we had other timing issues elsewhere with this move. The gentleman who unloaded was professional, careful, and precise. All in all, this is a world class service. I would highly recommend Road Runner Auto Transport for anyone needing vehicles transferred.

Great communication, driver was very friendly and helpful. Way faster and easier than I ever dreamed. Pickup call was made prior and adjusted with no issues. On drop off driver called my daughter, arranged, and made seamless. Door to door was nice. After initial inquiry the follow-up was helpful as well asking do I need anything, etc.

We found Road Runner very professional, pro-active with their communication, and made sure we knew the status of the delivery throughout. They were also flexible on the delivery details, which was tremendously helpful. Getting the initial quote on the website was very easy, even though we were shipping two cars together. The price didn't change from that moment on. The whole process was simple and convenient, can strongly recommend.

My Anxiety is through the Roof! I was so excited to do business with Road Runner Auto Transport as it was recommended to me by a good associate of mine. I called Road Runner Thursday last week on 9/7/2023 and spoke with Christian on the phone. I explained to him that I needed my car to be shipped from CA. to GA. I am presently in GA already, and the key holder to my car is a 45-minute ride from the location of my car in CA. Christian and I set a date for a Monday or Tuesday pickup. He said that I could not ship the car without the key. We agreed that I would have the key holder hide the key on one of the tires for the driver who would arrive Monday or Tuesday 9/11 or 9/12.

I had a great experience with Roadrunner Auto Transport! They were very professional and my vehicle arrived cross country (Boston to San Diego) in 1 week, which was quicker than I expected. They can be tricky to get through on the phone if you have questions, but just be persistent. I would recommend this service!

Poor experience with Road Runner in that the first quote I got was not real and more of a teaser rate to schedule transport. The quote then changed and went up $100 when I signed the contract. Then a couple of days before transport the contract changed and went up $200!!! At this point it was too late to book another service. When I asked to speak to a manager the dispatcher said he was the manager and would do nothing. So beware their contracts mean nothing!! Would not use them again. The only reason I gave them a satisfactory review was because the actual transport team was excellent and kept me informed of their status on the road and at delivery.

I needed a car transported from Arizona to Pennsylvania, and I found RoadRunner Transport Online and requested a quote. Their price was average for what I needed. I filled out all the information and booked a transport with them. They said I would receive more information on the date the car would be picked up. First I was given a date but no one ever phoned or emailed to confirm as they said I would. Several days after the pick update, I received an email that a driver would call me to a date for pick up, which I never received. I tried call every number on the emails they sent me. I was on the phone waiting for an answer for hours on end, all I got was music. I tried sending them an email at the address they posted on their webpage, it came back as undeliverable.

This company is the WORST. After signing a contract with an agreed upon price and pick up date the company proceeded to not keep me posted as to any potential courier assignment, the website was never updated with new information.. Every time I'd call to get an update you are put on hold for 20 plus minutes only for them to tell you they are working on it. The pick up date for my car was pushed back several times. When a courier was finally assigned they jacked up the price to 400 bucks more than the agreed upon price. Even after all of this I still agreed to use the company to ship my son's car to school. After enduring all of these poor business practices, the assigned carrier canceled the day of pick up. They did NOT even call me to tell me the carrier wasn’t showing up. They sent an email then did not call me back after I called them regarding this cancellation.

When I first called I was told that my car would be picked up in two days. It was the only reason I signed with them. It wasn't until the fifth day from my initial call that only keys were taken. Then finally on the sixth day after calling, my vehicle was finally picked up. The third party company was more honest than RoadRunner was. I'd skip them altogether. Don't assure the client a time just to get their money.

Other than the price jumping up $50 3 days before pick up everything went well with moving my Jeep from Colorado to Texas. Would use them again. Arrived on time and in the same condition other than a little dirty from traveling down the highway. The driver wasn’t able to come to the house due to the trees that line the street so we met him at the entrance of the neighborhood. He was very nice and wasn’t upset about our miscommunication about where to meet him.

I needed my car shipped within two weeks of inquiring an order. Everything worked out perfectly and got shipped efficiently/reliably. Communication between RoadRunner and the carriers was a little rough but overall good service besides that. I had my car shipped from Colorado to Arizona for an affordable price so that might help with your purchase.

The driver took great care of our vehicle and the dispatcher let us know all updates on timeframes. Pick up and delivery. We have used this company before and will continue to use their services in the future. Very professional and customer service has always been the best. I value the care the driver took with our Chevy Malibu.

Great experience - I needed to book a car move last minute after some less than satisfactory interactions with the company I had originally booked, and they were there for me. After filling out the usual online order details, the driver was able to pick up my car the very same day - very friendly service, and just all around a nice guy. Since I wasn't sure when exactly I was going to be at my new house, he kept in frequent contact to make sure we could have an effortless hand-off. He arrived while my movers were moving my stuff into my house, and, after making sure I checked the car for any issues (there were none), a quick signature later and he was on his way.

Ivan was the driver who picked up our Honda. He is very friendly and has a great attitude. He took time loading the vehicle onto his rig. He showed patience even when the temperature was 101 degrees. I would highly recommend your company to my family and friends. Customer service kept us very informed and was a pleasure speaking with them. Very professional and they had a fantastic attitude.

I had a quick sufficient service with great customer support and accurate timing and delivery coordination. I had to book only 3 days before my travels and a weekend in between and they did not fail to act accordingly, they booked me a shipping carrier and they contacted me for same day pick up. The vehicle arrived on the day they said it would and it was intact.

Excellent experience with staff and scheduling. Disappointed by drop off location. It was supposed to be delivered to my house but instead I had to take time off work to meet driver at Walmart. Also car had bumper damage the previous said was not there prior to transport. The insurance was a good idea and I’m hoping it will help compensate for the damage to the bumper.

Overall it was a very seamless and smooth process. There were no issues when having my vehicle picked up and no problems with the drop off. I really appreciate the consistent communication throughout the process and how flexible the drivers were with dropping off my vehicle. Booked transport for a vehicle from AZ to PA. Verified the holiday wouldn't interfere with the 6-8 days shipping time and was assured the holiday would not cause delays. Raptor Auto Transport was assigned carrier confirmed to pick-up on Sat 7/1 - no call, no show. Nothing on Sunday either, sent an email to Roadrunner late Sunday. An entire holiday weekend wasted waiting for a driver that never showed.

It worked perfectly. I was worried because it's very difficult to get to talk to them, but the car arrived safely and without delays. They called me to inform when the driver was about 3 hours from the delivery address and it worked well. At least my experience was good.

The actual pick-up, transportation and delivery of our vehicle was easy and good. The driver was reliably in contact with us and flexible with pick up/drop off specifics. Only hiccup was the pick up date was postponed one day due to first carrier cancellation. If you can be flexible though it all works out. No other complaints. Customer service was decent to connect by phone.

This experience was beyond my expectations. Road Runner shipped my car from Florida to North Carolina in 1 day. My advice would be to plan accordingly. I chose to have my car shipped early so that once I landed in North Carolina my car would be waiting for me! The driver communicated with me the whole time! The reviews had me worried but I believe it was due to not planning accordingly. Would definitely recommend over and over again.

I ordered the transport of a car on Friday, the car was picked up on Saturday afternoon from Indiana, delivered on Monday morning in New York. The carrier and driver were helpful in keeping me posted about what's happening. The price was great too. For the service received, the price is a bargain. Would definitely recommend!

They were very quick in setting up my transport, arranging for a car within a week’s notice, and delivering my car from IL to CA within 4 days. My car did not have any damage to it and was left in the same condition I left it in. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. The driver was also very communicative and professional, 10/10.

We moved to Florida from Minnesota and shipped my husband’s Tesla. The pick up went smoothly. The truck was clean. The drivers treated the car with care. Upon our arrival in Florida, the drop off went great. Would say our experience exceeded our expectations.

Please do not use this company. Wait times are 20 minutes plus to speak with an agent who doesn't care. Any delivery or pickup dates they provide are an estimate and will be changed without telling you. Online chat on the website doesn't work so have fun waiting to talk to someone, as apparently any time you call they are experiencing a high call volume.

Although the timeline shifted from the days selected I received my car without any damage or issues within a day of it being picked up. It’s also to note that the drive was 24 hours and I anticipated a few days after pickup and got it the following evening.

Booked the transport on 14th for a shipping data of 18th, delivered by 22nd. Very prompt, everything came in one piece. Car trunk was loaded and not a single piece was missing. Shoutout to Omar, who was our driver. I even changed the delivery address and he obliged without a fuss.

Difficult to talk to anyone once order was placed. Called numerous times and placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. Pick up was fine but 3 days late from quote. Delivery was fine and as forecasted. Driver was very good with communication. Car was in good shape and all goods inside.

After 2 other companies let us down, roadrunner responded immediately, gave a quote, explained the process and told us we’d have a transporter in 1-3 days. True to their word we were contacted and arrangements were made for our vehicle to be picked up. The transport person was professional and courteous. Despite a later-than-anticipated pickup, truck made it safely and without damage to its location. I was told that I could add luggage to the vehicle, as long as it didn't obstruct mirrors - I was subsequently charged $150 extra to the driver and given the late pickup I was unable to rectify the situation.

When I purchased a new vehicle from a dealership in Florida and shipped it with RoadRunner Auto Transport, I selected Road Runner for a few reasons. #1 Lots of 5-star reviews, #2 Veteran-owned (I'm a Veteran, too, and I like to support other Veteran-owned companies), #3 The final price was reasonable (definitely not the cheapest quote), even after the price was increased $135 over my quote. I declined Road Runner's optional insurance, because I have auto insurance that covers catastrophic loss (damage from hail, weather, fire, theft, etc.) while in shipment. The dealership had the vehicle ready to go for pickup. When the vehicle arrived to me in California, the driver backed the vehicle off his truck damaging the driver's side mirror. Then, he claimed the damage was pre-existing on my new car at the time of pickup. I can't believe the driver lied!

While I have previously used Roadrunner and their service was quite good, this latest experience reflects the true character of the company. I reached out to have my son's car transported from Dallas back to New England at the conclusion of the school year. The carrier they assigned was to pick up the car last Friday. Friday afternoon, no carrier and so I called.

Since his big car carrier could not come down our street, he parked his truck blocks away and drove our car to our home. Road Runner 15 Grumman Road W. Bethpage, NY 11714. On approximately November 9, 2022, I contracted Road Runner to transport my car from Fort Pierce Florida to Charlestown MA. The price was $869. The representative kept recommending that I spend an extra $100 to buy insurance to protect the car "from accidents beyond our control." I did not buy this insurance.

Had to quickly have a car transported from VA to FL. Checked with several companies. This was the most reasonably priced, and they quickly arranged for the transportation of the vehicle with pickup within the limited window I was available and delivery just 2 days later. Car was waiting for me when I arrived home. Very pleased with the whole process.

Upon contacting your company I received courteous service and valid information. I was contacted a few days before pickup to answer any questions I might have. The car was picked up upon the time/date asked from Florida. It was delivered a few days later to Tucson AZ. The driver contacted me in total 4 times to confirm his progress. On the day of delivery the driver again called 3 times to arrange pick up on RTE 10. When I arrived the car was unloaded engine warmed and ready to go. The driver Darrell I found amiable, polite and affable. The whole episode was well-run, easy and stress-free. It was fine. The car was delivered when they said it would be, and was in good condition. Driver gave updates along the way, mostly to say there were delays. He was polite, and was able to offload the car in the street right in front of my house, no problem.

From NJ to Los Angeles I was given a timeframe of 7-9 days which is very reasonable but my car was delivered in just 5 days. The reservation process was sooo quick and easy, mind you I did a last minute reservation and they were able to fit me in for the next day. My delivery driver deserves a bonus! I’d definitely recommend this company!! From pickup to delivery there was no problem. Communication was great and they got my husband's Chrysler 300 from Las Vegas to Mississippi on the date they quoted. The driver was awesome and the price was reasonable. The pick up of my car was frustrating because it was not picked up on the date that I set up, nor was there any communication letting me know that the company was going to be late picking up. There should be some kind of communication at all times, even if it’s a holiday, to keep customers in the loop. Or perhaps, don’t let customers schedule during a holiday weekend if there isn’t anyone available to speak with on the phone or in the online chat.

My vehicle was transported from Flagstaff AZ to Eugene, OR with no problems. The driver of the transport showed up on time and was very courteous. The only issue was my vehicle was a little dirty from the wildfires in the area of Eugene.

Needed to ship a F150 from a dealership in Fort Meyers, FL to Grand Rapids, Mi and was able to book everything on a Wednesday and by Friday the truck was picked up and was delivered on Sunday. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Truck arrived without a scratch or blemish on it and the driver was topnotch. Will use Roadrunner Auto Transport again if I ever need to.

It was very quick to schedule the service to transport my car. They did it quickly and smoothly. Had no issues. Car looks great. They were very accommodating as well. I wasn’t able to meet them for drop off and he just took pictures and sent them to me. Would highly recommend!

You didn't update your tracking. I didn't know if the Jeep had been picked up by RR or stolen! I had no idea where the jeep was till 2 pm the next day, It did show up that evening. The drivers were very nice, polite and helpful. Jeep was not damaged in travel.

This was the most worst experience ever and the most stressful and anxiety driven. What Roadrunner Transport are promised with my car the carrier UKR elite auto carrier that was supposed to pick up my car and then the money order was made out to them but UKR Elite BOOKED my car off to a third-party lumen car which I had no idea even occurred until I got a phone call that my car was on the way to me and when I went downstairs to pay the gentleman with the money order he wouldn’t take it. Everything went smooth. Delivered early. Would like to have a little more information with the order. Things like Can I leave a box or two in the car. Also how the pick up and drop work would have saved me a phone call or two.

Our truck was picked up as expected but not delivered as promised. The driver called us stating that he could not deliver it to the address we provided because the streets in Siesta Keys are too narrow - that part is understood - and that the only choice was for us to pick it up June 2 at the main office. We arrived from New York at 9:30 pm on June 1st to the rental home. We had no way to go anywhere to get food and we had no clothes. Our luggage was in the truck. The morning after we called the main office and we were told that someone could have driven the truck to the house the night we arrived but THE DRIVER had told them that we had decided to pick it up the morning after. So… 30 dollars later paid for the taxi ride we got our truck at the main office. Other than that the truck was in good condition…. No complaints about that.

Our driver, Ovi was professional and expedient. He was flexible with his pickup timing and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond by sending updates when I requested them. He seemed to have a very good understanding of the cars he was carrying. I felt comfortable knowing he was going to take care of my car as if it were his own. Outstanding work by an outstanding driver.

We had our vehicle shipped from Florida to North Carolina. Our transporter was very communicative and friendly! I reached out to many different shippers and felt comfortable with Roadrunner due to their high volume of shipments weekly. We will be using roadrunner again for our next move.

The process was quick and easy. Transporter made the pick-up and delivery of a 2009 Maxima from New Jersey to Florida as promised. Received good communication from driver the day before delivery notifying the time vehicle was being dropped. He was there and unloaded vehicle with no issues. My daughter delegated the pick up of my vehicle in California. She explained the truck driver company was extremely professional. When my car arrived in Florida, within the projected delivery time, I was greeted by the driver and he was extremely pleasant and professional. I needed to send a car to my son in Virginia. I went online and saw the RoadRunner ad and called them. I got a competitive price and booked it. I called on 3/11 to bookcar-on 3/14 they called back with a pickup date of 3/18 and a delivery date of 3/22. That is exactly what happened -car picked up 3/18 and delivered actually late 3/21. Safe and sound as promised. If you need to ship a vechicle I would highly recommend roadrunner to arrange your transportation and delivery. Absolutely the most unprofessional company. Very good at 1st to get quote. They text you, email & are on it. Once you book.. forget it.. You will NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT AGAIN. They will literally kick you away on calls to automated & hang up. I tried 9 different numbers, called from 2 different phones, wrote emails, nada. I'm about to call my bank to cancel. I recently had to have a vehicle transported from Florida to Sacramento California at last minutes notice, I Googled it RoadRunner came up. I called them and with no hassle no issues at all. They set it up, they gave me a great quote, that was it.. The next day I got a message that a driver accepted it. They gave him my information. He was in contact with me. Very nice. Showed up when he said he was going to show up, picked up the vehicle, got it to Sacramento safe and sound. No issues. Car was fine. They showed up on time for an easy pick up and the car reached its 2100 mile destination a day earlier than expected. The driver was very thorough and the dispatcher and driver kept us updated. I would use them again.

I hope the driver would show up earlier than 9 pm but it didn’t. I would think twice before I make a recommendation because it seems there is no limit on the charge. It is very unsettled when one doesn’t know how much it would eventually be charged.

I had been preparing for the possibility of needing to move my daughter's lifted 4x4 Tahoe from Medford, Oregon to Southern California for a couple months. When I made the initial inquiries of transport companies, Roadrunner was quick to respond, and continued to periodically followup, but not harassingly. Then abruptly I needed them. I called, they honored the quote from a few months earlier, and picked up the vehicle the next day. In less than 24 hrs after the pickup in Medford, Oregon, the vehicle was in my driveway in Southern California. I appreciated the text messages on pickup and delivery status. Roadrunner was great, the price was reasonable, and their customer service was spot on. They took a load off my shoulders when I needed them.

Tell your Roadrunner agent not to hang up the phone from the customer. Learn from Japanese people how to conduct the business. Japanese worker bows and greet their customer when the customer is leaving or entering their store. In this case, The roadrunner male agent who called me about my car transport and asked me if I still want to ship my car. I said Yes, but I just want a quote first. He then hung his phone right away without saying a word. How rude is he? His call no. is **. Never and ever hang up the phone before customer. It's very very rude. Especially, the stores who call the consumers about their product. They will hang up the phone when you tell them You're not interest. Bad business conduct. Teach your employees how to respect customer. Otherwise, the customers like me will post bad reviews and note in his book not to do business with particular business.

Anthony ** treated me very rudely when I received a call back for an online quote. He became aggressive once I mentioned I was waiting on other quotes and asked why it would take so long since their quote is instantaneous. Which by the way was not correct, $1245 on the initial email but $1351 when he called. Providing incorrect estimates will probably increase the speed at which they are generated. He asked why I was shopping around and was price a concern. I said, of course, I would like the best price. He became condescending and frustrated and abruptly hung up.

Delivery was faster than what I was quoted for. I just wish I had confirmation the vehicle was picked up prior to the driver texting me he’s 2 hours away. He was very friendly and handled my car with care.

From booking my transport order to pick up and delivery Road Runner was spot on. They guarantied the pickup time I really needed to suit my needs (FYI no one else would do that) and delivered them on the day they said they would. The cars were delivered with no issues, no damage. Both the pickup driver and delivery drivers were very nice people and answered all our questions. The drivers did contact us on more than one occasion to update us to the arrival status. I would highly recommend Road Runner for your transport. We are very satisfied with our experience.

My overall experience with the trucking company was great. Although one thing that would in the future keep me from going with RoadRunner is the last minute price change which beat the whole purpose of choosing the company in the first place. The price I was given and told as final changed last minute and was not competitive at all compared to what other basic companies were also offering at the time. The delivery and pick up of the vehicle was nice and smooth. I do appreciate that. The car came back to me without any damage and on the exact time quoted.

This is the fourth time I have used RoadRunner Auto Transport to move my auto between Ohio and Florida and I have ALWAYS been so pleased with all of their services, from booking, tracking, loading, transporting and unloading. I was not told that I would be on a list from greatest to least for providers to pick from. I was told by another company that that is why it was a week past my pick up date and still no one picked it up. I called the company 3 times and every time I was told that they couldn’t do anything about the providers not picking it. Then when I told them that I was told about this list and I was going to go to another company they decided to explain to me that I could bump up my price so someone could come pick it up. My original price was around $1,600, I had to pay an additional $810 just to get my car picked up. It was obviously not delivered on time, and I needed my car. I was without the car for almost a week in a state I have never lived in before, and because I had to pay a more drastic amount of money, I was broke and could not afford all the Ubers I had to use. Horrible communication and I will never recommend Road runner to anyone.

We hired roadrunner auto transport a Mercedes s550 and scion from from Los Angeles to Florida at two different times this month. The prices were fair. The drivers were courteous and knowledgeable. They kept in touch before and after pickup and drop off. Driving these car carrier trucks is tough, demanding long haul work and these guys executed perfectly and delivered the cars without damage. When I was looking to move a vehicle from Minnesota to Florida I had plenty of concerns regarding pick up and delivery. Road Runner well exceeded my expectations. They picked up the vehicle when they said they would and delivered when they said they would. It just get any better than that for me. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was my first experience with transporting my car versus driving. The driver kept me informed of the pickup and drop off times as well as his location. I no longer drive the distance between Chicago and Bradenton. Flying and having the car sent to me by far is the way to go.

The transport of my vehicle from Idaho to Montana went very well. The carrier stayed in touch with me via cell phone and texts and was extremely nice. He met me to pick up my car and met me when he dropped it off, he was good at what he did. It also happened well within the time frames that were presented to me and, in fact, got delivered a day sooner than I expected. This was our first time shipping a car across the country. Our son is in the Army and needed his car. We looked into a a few different places and Roadrunner was the best option that would pick up the car from our house and deliver to our son by the base. The driver kept in contact with my son and was able to get his car back with no problem. Customer service and dispatch was very friendly and super helpful.

In the Beginning the service was amazing. Once I paid and booked with Road Runner the communication was horrible. It was difficult to get an answer. In the end the car came four days earlier than promised. If the communication was better this would have been a 5 star experience.

We had our Jeep Cherokee moved from Washington state to Alabama. The driver made contact to pick auto up at designated site and was there when we arrived. He was very friendly and did a fine job checking auto out. He contacted the person picking auto up at designated spot. He was very friendly to that person. I would refer the driver to anyone wanting to trust their vehicle to be transported. Thank you very much.

The driver of the transport vehicle went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to our home since my wife is physically handicapped & I was still up in NJ. The only suggestion I would have is we did not know if vehicle would be delivered on Tuesday evening or Wednesday. It would have helped to be able to get this information online.

Updated on 09/03/2021: So... a manager from RoadRunner Auto transport was 'kindly' enough to contact me today. She started this phone call with, "so you have been writing these reviews." Immediately I knew that this company did not care about my experience and only about their reputation. Then she accused me of lying. Then I told her that I've saved ALL text messages and call logs about my contact with the carrier as well as multiple complaint emails submitted through their website and chat logs from their website. She could not say anything more.

Excellent service.from beginning to end. Was able to text and communicate with the driver personally. Car arrived safely and due to a scheduling conflict on my end, transporter was able to drop the car off at my location.

My experience was good. The only issue I had was that I set my ship date for 8/6 & was told that was the day it would be picked up. I wasn't told that date was just a starting point and you would get me a carrier. The expectations weren't told to me so I had to scramble to get my brother to be able to be there for the pick up.
