Was seamless and easy. Got a quote, accepted it, made the payment, they picked up the vehicle from my home and delivered it to my daughter at college ahead of schedule. Would use them again if I were shipping to a distance that I didn’t want to drive. Felt safe using this company.

Made it easy and simple to pick up my vehicle, going from FL To NC. Reasonable pricing and fast pickup and delivery. And trustworthy, which is hard to do with some transport companies. Overall, a very good experience and will use them again if needed.

We sent our daughter’s car from NJ to CO for school. The experience was a good one. We didn’t need to wait long for a spot on a truck. Carrier outfit scheduled pick up and delivery. They met the requested dates and updated me via portal throughout the process. I will be using them again on the return process. Thank You!

You made the process incredibly easy. I very much appreciate the contact your driver had with me. He was reassuring and very competent. He made sure that I was fully aware of the condition of my car and when it would be delivered to destination. My daughter recommended your company as you had previously transported one for her. Driver was communicative. Driver was on time, Driver was friendly and professional. He picked up my vehicle in a safe convenient area. The whole process was explained to me in detail. I felt confident leaving my vehicle in the care of the driver. My vehicle arrived earlier than expected at a very convenient time. I would definitely use this company again!

I was able to track my vehicle while it was getting transported to its destination. The driver unloaded the vehicle and dropped it off to my son and still was very professional. The price was reasonable and me and my wife are both very pleased.

Pleasant to deal with. Professional. Delivered ahead of schedule. Price was slightly higher than expected but did a great job. Went out of their way to get as close as possible to the shipping address in a large city (Chicago) which was appreciated since they had to walk to meet. I would recommend them to my friends. Booking was also very easy.

What made our experience exceptional was Yves, our driver. He was courteous and professional, we knew the car was in good hands. The car made it safely, on time and in perfect condition. As for our original quote, by the time they found us a carrier the day before pickup it was $300 more expensive. Wish the “quotes” were more transparent.

The Buick was picked up in a timely manner and delivered in record time. It was picked up on Wednesday and delivered in NC on Sunday, excellent timeframe. I am very pleased with the level of service. My grandson is very happy to have his vehicle available to drive. He is in the military and has been using Uber to go places.

I have had a great experience using Roadrunner 2 times now. The transporters provided have been communicative and consistently deliver in a very timely manner. If I need to transport my vehicles again. I would absolutely use Roadrunner again. I would highly recommend Roadrunner for all of your transportation needs.

My pick up was on time. The transporter Diego was excellent, He was professional in doing business and was very accurate. Delivery arrived a day earlier which was great. I would use Road Runner again. The customer service at the office was ok. I only wish they had told me that they was only giving me an estimate before the pick up date. Aside from that everything went well.

Had full contract verified with a price two weeks prior to ship date. Then the day before, they notified me that the cost had gone up $200. Left me in the lurch. Considering filing an arbitration complaint against them. Would not use.

Do NOT use this company if you're working from any sort of deadline or pace value in good communication skills - not even deserving of one star. I contracted with Kevin ** at RoadRunner several days before our pick up date in order to get our vehicle from SC to FL. Everything seemed to be going according to plan until the day of pick up, when it became increasingly late in the day and our vehicle needed to be dropped off prior to a flight early the next morning.

Paid the extra $1300 for the vehicle to be treated as an inoperable. Car hadn't run in 5 years. Told a special transport had to be used. Company came with car hauler and tried to start it. Told them no, at final destination the transport driver put their own battery and drove the car. Customer service won't return calls or emails for the past 3 weeks.

I just needed my car shipped, bought my first car back at home in Jersey. Had to ship it to Cali first. Let me start off by saying Roadrunner Auto will only contact you for payments after that there’s no communication. They don’t tell you when they're picking up the car, the tracking isn’t really tracking they don’t even really update it. My car to come to Cali was supposed to be 6 days but came in 7. They didn’t call the day it was supposed to be here, just didn’t show. Then the next day dropped my car off at night. They will get your car there but trust they suck at communication and the tracking isn’t legit 24/7. They update it when they want to. Also they gave me the wrong number for the trucker, had to get his number a different way!

DO NOT BOOK with Road Runner. They will likely quote you a pick up date that is inaccurate. I was told explicitly by their salesperson that my car would be picked up on a certain date. No carrier reached out and no carrier was assigned within 24 hours of the pick up date. I had no idea when to be at home with my car. I called customer service >5 times today and was just routed back to the main menu. The person who gave me a quote, Nicholas **, did not return my call. Based on this experience, I am fairly certain this company is some sort of scam and does not offer a real service.

The "guaranteed" quote did not match the actual price because Road Runner could not find a carrier until the night before pick-up despite a 9-day window from the time Road Runner confirmed the booking. Lack of communication once picked up. Road Runner advertises 24 hr tracking when in reality all it shows is date of quote, date carrier assigned, date of pick up and estimated date of delivery. Multiple customer service phone numbers, but no answer. Received an automated email that said my car was out for delivery that day (expected date of delivery), but after over 6 hrs of waiting, I called the driver directly. Not only was he in a different state, but he said that it would be a minimum of 2 more days before he would be in my area. When I finally got through to Road Runner customer service, they said that they were not aware of the situation and that they would have their dispatch look into it and....No one answering the phones ever since.

If I could give negative stars I would have given this company a - 10!!! First they give you a price online, you confirm everything, they actually take the money from your account & then call to tell you "Okay we see you were quoted $795 online. Right now the cheapest driver we have at the moment is $1160, is this okay?" Then after you reluctantly agree to pay the extra few hundred dollars increase they tell you a carrier will contact you to confirm pick up for the date that you already paid for. The carrier never contacted me so I had to wait the whole weekend to call on Monday to cancel my vehicle shipment since Road Runner is closed on weekends. When I called to cancel Monday morning they tried their best to make me give up by saying "Im going to transfer you to our department" then placing me on hold for 4 hours!!

This company is terrible. I booked a car shipment a month prior to moving. For a month, I got continual text messages and emails saying "everything is on track for your shipment on May 23rd." The day of the 23rd, I called customer service because I did not hear anything about when the shipper was coming to pickup my vehicle and the customer service agent said that no shipper had been assigned. Now, I'm forced to hire another company at twice the price because I have to ship my car tomorrow, before I leave the state. Roadrunner Auto Transport is a terrible company.

Trash and thieves! Initial agreement was on $1,090.00. I ended up paying $1,530.00! We agreed on shipping cost will be $1,090.00 and couple days before picking up the driver called and raised the price to $1,230.00 and told me, "I am giving you the best price and if you called other drivers they will give you higher prices!!" While I agreed via email and got a confirmation with the $1,090.00, now I am paying $1,230 and if I cancel they will charge me $150 fees so I am forced to pay the extra anyways!!

Same as so many others have written here. This company should not be allowed to do business. They give you an on-line price, that you agree to and receive confirmation on. Then when the vehicle is to be scheduled, someone will call and give you some reason why the price went up. Basically they are false-quoting to get you hooked and then trying to get more money from you. They should just be competitive and quote real prices. I looked everywhere and it did not say the price was subject to change.

Was told car would be picked up 5/15/2024. Received call that was going to be delayed till 5/18. Got a call on 5/18 from the driver who said his truck broke down but would pick it up on 5/20. As of today no one has picked up the car. Tried to call Roadrunner customer support line 4 times today. No one picked up the call. Was on hold for 20 minutes each time.

For those of you who need to relocate a vehicle, here's a company to avoid at all costs: Roadrunner. Do. Not. Use. Them. Ever. In February, 2024 I contracted with Roadrunner to transport my car from Florida to Massachusetts. The pickup date was set for May 20, 2024. The contracted rate was $725 and was quoted to me as a firm fixed price and verbally guaranteed by their dispatcher after I asked if the cost could change. I did not hear from them until May 16th when they called to tell me that the price had increased to $1,725. When I asked why, I was told that the FL to MA route was very popular and very expensive, and that the carrier charged what the carrier charged.

SCAM. 0 stars. Paid extra for shipping insurance in case my car was damaged during shipping. Surprise: it was damaged during shipping. After shipping I had a flat tire and the undercarriage of my car was bumped during shipping, causing my heat shield to come loose. I had this confirmed by a mechanic that it was caused FROM ROADRUNNER AUTO TRANSPORT SHIPPING. RR Auto just said their insurance would not cover this because undercarriage damages are not included? It is a scam. Horrible company, horrible third parties they work with (Diesel Auto Express) and horrible customer service and claims department. I filed a complaint with my bank and got all of my money back from RR Auto Transport. Because it is a SCAM.

Sales rep Christian ** is beyond rude and unprofessional, I had a reservation but cancelled it ASAP. I needed my car shipped due to me moving and every encounter I had with him he has been rude and nasty. Don’t do business with them!

I would not trust this company. They gave us a pickup date - we planned our return around that. Our car is still stranded in Florida and Nickolas has never had the integrity to even call and cancel. We are now going to have to fly back to Florida and pick up our car. He completed ghosted us, will not return voicemails. Another company called us and told us his bid was half of what it should be and that they would not follow through - they were right. Nickolas completely lied to us.

Thoughtfully organized SCAM! Expect to pay double the quoted rate, with NO communication with you or selected driver. The quoted amount is what the driver receive, then they will add 40-50% for their profit. However, they will wait until the day of pick up to notify you of the increase in order to eliminate any alternative options you may have or competition pricing. Then they will not follow any instruction given or transfer those instruction to the driver and you will end up paying for change of address. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

Used them to ship a car from FL to MA. Quoted a low quote and got the business from my 90 year old mother. When car shipped they called her and doubled the price. They basically took advantage of a confused elderly woman. I called to explain and request a credit for the difference. They basically said "Too bad, she agreed to it verbally when we called her with the new price". Turns out she could have said no, honor the original quote and they would have found a new company to deliver it, but my mom didn't understand this (she is older and confused more easily). They could easily have provided a credit for the difference but chose to have no moral compass and charge her. Please think twice about using these folks....

Stay away from RoadRunner Auto Transport! The day they were supposed to pick up my car they called to say the price was going to be 40% higher than what they agreed to. When I asked to speak to the owner they refused. If they are going to pull a "switch and bait" on customers then they should not be in business.

Bait and Switch!! This company quoted me $495 online to have my vehicle transported. When I called to pay and confirmed the gentleman I was speaking with told hey I have an even better rate and charged me $70 less than the online quote. Awesome right!! Great first impression. Then I get the phone call that a driver has decided to haul my car. I am now told that the driver says his space is worth more than this company allowed me to pay them for and am told to pay an additional $150. Then tells me that he could cancel and allow new drivers to accept but “good luck” probably won’t happen. I advised I had another company that would do it for less and still wanted to use Roadrunner based on reviews and that I had already given them money.

Pure SCAM artists. Pretty much everything they stated at the time of booking turned out to be a LIE. They will wait till the day of scheduled pick up although they had two weeks, to start looking for a driver and increase your rate by 50%. Once they assigned you a driver it will not show up at scheduled day. They will not transfer any notes to the driver you gave them for delivery. You will not get your car at scheduled time or place so you will pay additional 50% to store your car somewhere else. Once you pay there is NO chance to reach them about anything. AVOID them at All COST and you will save yourself a lot of money, energy and time or be prepared to pay DOUBLE the quote and be faced with lots of UNCERTAINTY about you car! I do not believe I have experienced anything like this.

If I could give this company 0/5 stars, I would. Please find another company to transport your vehicles. I've used their services once before and was hustled out of an extra 200 dollars by the driver. The second time I tried using their service, I was quoted one price and later that price was bumped up an extra 150 dollars. Once I made the reservation, I was given zero information regarding my carrier or the time my car would arrive. I've been on hold all morning, LITERALLY all morning. It's now 1 pm, I connected with a female operator over the phone and was explaining to her the difficulties I encounter with the service, and she was beyond rude. She lacked consideration and compassion and to make things 10 times worse she hung up on me after I had just explained to her that I have been waiting for hours to talk to someone about my booking.

I called what felt like every broker. I now understand how this industry works. You pay a broker a fee and they put the bid out there. They pay the driver and keep a small amount. I was trying to move my car from LA to Buffalo. I was priced $1350. I signed my contract. The guy William said he was my guy and to call for anything. So about a day before pickup I was calling because I had a question about gas in my car no response. I finally got ahold of them the next day when I got dispatched and then I called to confirm and then they told me the driver dropped me. So after that I called back because I forgot to ask my question. Then NO one answered me. That’s when I was getting nervous.

We are facing significant issues with a transportation company that has proven to be extremely challenging to work with. As a carrier, we have not received payment for a vehicle we transported for RoadRunner Auto Transport more than a month ago, specifically since February 8th. Despite multiple attempts to contact their billing department, we end up speaking with sales representatives who transfer our calls to billing, where no one responds. We have repeatedly informed them of our intention to file a DOT compliance report due to fraudulent activity and to initiate a bond claim request.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After booking, can never get anyone on the phone. I waited over 2 hours on multiple occasions and no one answered. Also, booked for a pickup on a specific agreed upon date but they pushed the pickup date past my moving date thus I was stuck. Never use this company.

Been using RoadRunner in the past years to ship the cars, I understand the pickup/drop off schedule may not be accurate due to some other factors. Recently they will call you and increase your original quoted price after booking. I'm still ok with that. However, we had a BMW X5 shipped from CA to NJ. After received and inspected the car, we found out there were some problems, we bought the car from dealership not some third-party small shops. So, the car was in perfect condition.

This has been a nightmare, RoadRunner has not provided a personal point of contact, which they say they provide. Monitoring via air tag and the car did not leave the area it was shipped for over a week. Now they notify my the shipment will be 4 days late via email. I have tried calling in, I have tried live chat on their website, I have tried emailing and I cannot get a real person to talk to. I used them 8 mos ago and it was great, this is the complete opposite experience and will never use them again.

I used these folks to move a motorcycle from S. Florida to Atlanta GA. Michael called me with a quote, it seemed reasonable so we moved forward. He sent me a contract, that had the pick up and delivery addresses, and per the contract, I paid the $100 broker fee, and would pay the delivery driver the remaining balance. Fortunately for me, I knew the party that the motorcycle was being picked up from. They took a video of the driver arriving, loading, and departing with my motorcycle. All good, or so I thought. Roughly 4 hours after my motorcycle was picked up, I get a call from another person at Roadrunner, stating that he is the supervisor and I need to call him. I immediately reached out to the individual actually driving the vehicle with my item, to inquire about the urgent call. He said he had no idea what it was in Reference to, but he was on schedule and good.

Worse company ever. Roadrunner auto transportation can not be trusted to do a job. They will take your money, confirm your request for transportation then leave you high and dry. Total lack of communication. Total lack of respect for the customer. I've never seen a company run like this one is. Beware. The anxiety involved is through the roof. They claim to be #1 in the business. This advertisement statement is so far from the truth. They are the worse and should not be allowed to be in business. Very rude customer service representatives. I called them 3 times to try and find out when my vehicle was going to be picked up. No satisfaction, no trust, no communication. We ended up renting a trailer and hauling the vehicle ourselves.

Put in a quote request at Roadrunner. Got a great price back, then it changed 3 times in 3 days! When I tried to ask why, no one would explain, they'd just say "This is the best price." Then an agent called and when I tried to ask again, he HUNG UP on me. Great staff, y'all.

On 17 January 2024 I contacted Roadrunner Auto Transport to ship my daughter’s car from California to Nebraska. I requested this move happen on 16 February 2024. On February 8, 2024 I was contacted by Roadrunner and they stated that they would be able to pick up on 17 February 2024. I agreed to this. On 17 February at approximately six in the morning I received a text notification that the driver would be contacting me that day two hours before he would arrive at the scheduled pick up location. At approximately noon on 17 February I had not received a call from the driver so I called Roadrunner. Customer service was on hold for 45 minutes. Once I got a hold of a representative they said the driver would be there before 9 PM on 17 February and that the driver would call me when he was two hours from the pick up location.

I checked with a few carriers and Road Runner Auto transport had the best price. They were quick to respond, and they emailed me all the necessary paperwork. They said once I submitted the form, the vehicle would be scheduled and delivered within 24 hours. I filled out the form at 2 pm and the vehicle transfer was completed by 11:30 pm the same day. The driver was at the pickup point when he said he would be and delivered at the time he estimated he would arrive at the drop-off point.

Do not use this service. They are a Transportation Broker only. They take no responsibility for the actual shipment dates and delivery dates of your vehicle. They do not guarantee on time delivery to your final location. They refer all questions to a 3rd party Auto Transport Company to which they offer no phone number or physical address to contact. In my case, the vehicle was not delivered to the final destination on the time period promised. The vehicle had been delivered to a storage facility and was available. There were no drivers available to deliver the vehicle and ended up taking an Uber 75 miles to pick up the vehicle at a storage facility. Road Runner offered no reimbursement and deferred all complaints to their contract and the 3rd party Transportation vendor. (I only located the 3rd Party Vendor because I had spoken with the Truck Driver who provided me with his cell phone before he left).

Please do not ship with this company. All they do is give you the runaround. I was at delivery drop off, delivery date for my vehicle which should have taken two days. Eight days later and no delivery. Every time call only to be told the next.

I am moving from WI to CA and hired RoadRunner to ship my car. I called about two weeks before my pick up date to ensure this aspect of my move would be smooth. They told me that they would assign someone and it would be no issue. I called four days before my pick up because they had no one assigned. I got a very passive aggressive email asking me for my patience. I called again two days before and no one answered. I was on hold for an hour. I called again the day it was supposed to be picked up, no answer. They caused unnecessary stress at an already stressful time. They will lie to you just to get your business and try and cheat you out of money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Booked Roadrunner to transport our vehicle from Fla to Denver. We received an email stating they will be picking up the vehicle on Tuesday and the driver will call to give us a 3 hour notice before he gets here. That was the last time we received any communication from this company. We hung around the house all day waiting, nothing. So we decided to call, waited on hold for about 45 minutes. Spoke with the company rep. and she showed no concern or compassion and couldn’t provide any help. Our family in Denver also called and were on hold for an hour and a half and never got to speak with anyone. The real pisser is Roadrunner already charged the card before ever picking up the vehicle. We never heard from them the following Wednesday. At the time of this writing we still have not received any response. We booked the job with another company.

I had my 2018 Nissan Altima transported to Salinas, CA from Miami, Florida. The driver provided me with an excellent service. The Car was picked up at the time agreed upon in Miami, Florida and delivered on time to Salinas, California. I would highly recommend RoadRunner and the driver that picked up and delivered my car.

Our Jeep was picked up at the beginning of the week and delivered clear across the country by Friday. It was delivered in a very timely manner and the drivers were extremely nice and polite. We will be using the service again in a few months and then hopefully every year after that. Thank you again!

I hired RoadRunner to transport my brand new car from Upstate NY to South FL. I purchased a car in NY and placed an order to transport my vehicle in a enclosed truck transport. I agreed to pay the higher rate to have enclosed vs an open transport. The company spoke to me as well as the dealership and verbally confirmed that it would in fact be in an enclosed truck. I requested photos of the truck(s) that they would use. They texted me gorgeous photos of very large shiny trucks. When the car was delivered it was on an open bed truck. Both the dealership and I could not believe that they would be this disreputable. Furthermore, they contracted with a different carrier to make the trip.

I was very pleased with the RoadRunner Auto Transport service. The ordering process was straightforward. The pickup and drop-off were easy and as represented. We transported our vehicle from Ohio to California that took just 4 days. The driver sent precise pick up location via text message that eliminated any confusion on exactly where the pickup needed to occur as the truck is large and requires sufficient space to load the vehicle.

Updated on 12/19/2023: Roadrunner apologizes for actions, however does not offer to compensate customer for failure to fulfill contractual obligation. I agreed to contract for door to door delivery and delayed travel plans to drive across town to meet driver at mall parking lot. Turns out the driver was picking up another car and unconvinced me to load and unload cars. No apology from driver and no offer to financially compensate for my time and fuel.

RoadRunner is not honest. Price and a date for pick up were **. The price went up $150 dollars and the pick up was within a "window". They won't answer calls or return emails. No communication whatsoever. As of this minute I still don't know where my truck is. Use someone else!!

The driver, Phillip, was very professional, called in advance of the pickup and delivered my daughter's truck to her from my home in Austin to hers in Los Angeles. It was delivered ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I am very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

Pick up and delivery on time. Good communication and used text and phone calls. Easy to find status on website. Car was picked up at our door and delivered to our door in Arizona. They took a lot of photos when picked up. I would do this again on our return trip.

Quick, Easy and stress free. They Answered all my questions and have a fast customer service. Even when my first original carrier canceled they had another one ready within 24 hours with an even earlier delivery date than I was first expected! I would recommend to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.

RoadRunner is not a legitimate company. I went on-line and requested and estimate to transport my vehicle from PA to Arizona. It was time sensitive and they said they would be out the next day and gave me a a great price. A guy called me several times to confirm my arrangements and get my credit card information. They ran my card for the full amount immediately and told me the driver would be out the early afternoon. They also mentioned that their driver would call two hours before he arrived. The driver no called, no showed and when I called to find out what was going on they told me that they are just brokers and that was between me and my driver. After I argued he transferred me to what appears to be a made up department, I sat on hold for 20 minutes and then the line disconnected.

After my car broke down 500 miles from home, we decided to have the car shipped. Roadrunner made too easy. I am glad we made this choice. We had to make changes to our pickup date a couple of times. No problem for Roadrunner. I would highly recommend this company.

Reliable company, the only issue I had with their service is the lack of follow up, keeping the customer inform of delays would be a plus not just checking your email to see if anything came in. Overall I’m pleased with the service and will use them in the future if needed. Will recommend.

Roadrunner provided great customer service and responded to questions in a timely manner before pickup and after delivery. Reserving and paying for the service was super simple, acknowledgement of the order was concise and information about a carrier to provide the service was provided In a follow up email. Additional insurance was offered as well. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. I will use this company again in the future.

The cost of transport was less than I expected to pay. Communication and Updates: It's helpful when the transport company provides regular updates on the progress of the shipment. Clear communication ensures that you are aware of any delays or changes in the delivery schedule. Everything went better than planned. I could not have been happier. It was smooth and took less time than I would have thought.

We requested shipment of 2 vehicles and within an hour, we had a pick up time for the next morning. The driver arrived when expected, gave us an updated ETA and arrived at the drop off location on time. The trucks arrived in the same condition as when they left and everything was done in an quick and efficient process. We were able to pay online with no deposit, so neither location had to deal with payment and let us feel secure no issues were expected by the driver. RoadRunner also handled everything on their end quietly. On a previous shipment quoted with another company, our information was sent to a dispatch company, so 3 months later we are still receiving texts and emails for quotes to ship the vehicle with no way to stop them. I would recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.

I highly recommend using Road Runner to transport your vehicle. The guys that picked up and dropped off our vehicle were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and careful. They transported an 83 corvette, my wife's prized vehicle. The price quoted and paid was fair. If ever I have to transport another vehicle, I would most definitely use them. Thank you Road Runner.

The delivery of my car was on time and most of all without any issues. I have had cars delivered before but have always had problems when it arrived. I think part of the solution was this car was delivered on a flatbed holding just 3 cars. The driver was careful and did not have to climb through the window to access car so it could be unloaded. I would definitely use and recommend Road Runner Auto Transport again.

Very Good, the driver was very professional, he had no issues getting this old car running ang getting it up on his truck. The tires were flat and the battery was dead. The vehicle had not been started in two years. His help was outstanding. He was on time and simply the best.

Very easy service to use. I shipped my car from GA to AZ. They respond quickly and ship quickly. They alleviate any anxiety or nervousness that someone new to the process might have. I’m so glad I used them and will be referring them to others. The value is there!

We scheduled our car to be transported from Washington state to Arizona. They gave us the date of pickup and we had someone waiting at the house for hours and they never showed up. No answer when trying to call them. The next day they let us know that it would be delayed until the next day. Again, no one showed up, no phone call, and no one answering the phone when we call. The next day they contacted us and said it would be picked up the following day. It did then get pickup up and transported to Arizona. The car was in good condition. The driver was very nice and did a great job dropping off the car. The main problem was lack of communication from Roadrunner Auto transport which was beyond aggravating.

With so much going wrong in the world, it’s a pleasure to write about something that went just as planned. Within minutes of finding Road Runner, I already had my appointment. Made moving our car cross country very easy. We had it shipped California to Florida. Scheduled about a month out, car was picked up day after I said it would be ready and it got there the day the driver said it would. Worth not having to drive it ourselves.

This company was good in everything except in returning my calls/emails. I had agreed with a salesman on the phone for one day but they picked up the vehicle on a different date. I had to scramble with my family to make it work. But, in the end, very good service and quick delivery.

Vehicle was delivered when it was promised with no damage. Although the vehicle was covered in what seemed like a hydraulic fluid that was extremely hard to clean. Also showed the Bronco was delivered before it was, called about it and was told I would get a callback. I never got the call but the vehicle showed up about 2 hours later.

Roadrunner Auto Transport scheduled my shipment almost a week later when I will have already moved out of state and charged me before confirming. I have sat on hold for an hour a day for four days (they hang up after a while so you have to keep calling) and have sent three emails with no response. They have reached out asking me to spend more money and vanishing when I attempt to talk about anything else. Their chat support literally says they have no support staff. All in all roadrunner seems like a shell company scam designed to take your money and pull a vanishing act. Seems apparent when they have posts online telling you to ignore their non sponsored reviews.

My Anxiety is through the Roof! I was so excited to do business with Road Runner Auto Transport as it was recommended to me by a good associate of mine. I called Road Runner Thursday last week on 9/7/2023 and spoke with Christian on the phone. I explained to him that I needed my car to be shipped from CA. to GA. I am presently in GA already, and the key holder to my car is a 45-minute ride from the location of my car in CA. Christian and I set a date for a Monday or Tuesday pickup. He said that I could not ship the car without the key. We agreed that I would have the key holder hide the key on one of the tires for the driver who would arrive Monday or Tuesday 9/11 or 9/12.

I had a great experience with Roadrunner Auto Transport! They were very professional and my vehicle arrived cross country (Boston to San Diego) in 1 week, which was quicker than I expected. They can be tricky to get through on the phone if you have questions, but just be persistent. I would recommend this service!

Poor experience with Road Runner in that the first quote I got was not real and more of a teaser rate to schedule transport. The quote then changed and went up $100 when I signed the contract. Then a couple of days before transport the contract changed and went up $200!!! At this point it was too late to book another service. When I asked to speak to a manager the dispatcher said he was the manager and would do nothing. So beware their contracts mean nothing!! Would not use them again. The only reason I gave them a satisfactory review was because the actual transport team was excellent and kept me informed of their status on the road and at delivery.

I needed a car transported from Arizona to Pennsylvania, and I found RoadRunner Transport Online and requested a quote. Their price was average for what I needed. I filled out all the information and booked a transport with them. They said I would receive more information on the date the car would be picked up. First I was given a date but no one ever phoned or emailed to confirm as they said I would. Several days after the pick update, I received an email that a driver would call me to a date for pick up, which I never received. I tried call every number on the emails they sent me. I was on the phone waiting for an answer for hours on end, all I got was music. I tried sending them an email at the address they posted on their webpage, it came back as undeliverable.

This company is the WORST. After signing a contract with an agreed upon price and pick up date the company proceeded to not keep me posted as to any potential courier assignment, the website was never updated with new information.. Every time I'd call to get an update you are put on hold for 20 plus minutes only for them to tell you they are working on it. The pick up date for my car was pushed back several times. When a courier was finally assigned they jacked up the price to 400 bucks more than the agreed upon price. Even after all of this I still agreed to use the company to ship my son's car to school. After enduring all of these poor business practices, the assigned carrier canceled the day of pick up. They did NOT even call me to tell me the carrier wasn’t showing up. They sent an email then did not call me back after I called them regarding this cancellation.

When I first called I was told that my car would be picked up in two days. It was the only reason I signed with them. It wasn't until the fifth day from my initial call that only keys were taken. Then finally on the sixth day after calling, my vehicle was finally picked up. The third party company was more honest than RoadRunner was. I'd skip them altogether. Don't assure the client a time just to get their money.

Other than the price jumping up $50 3 days before pick up everything went well with moving my Jeep from Colorado to Texas. Would use them again. Arrived on time and in the same condition other than a little dirty from traveling down the highway. The driver wasn’t able to come to the house due to the trees that line the street so we met him at the entrance of the neighborhood. He was very nice and wasn’t upset about our miscommunication about where to meet him.

Communication between RoadRunner and the carriers was a little rough but overall good service besides that. I had my car shipped from Colorado to Arizona for an affordable price so that might help with your purchase.

Great experience - I needed to book a car move last minute after some less than satisfactory interactions with the company I had originally booked, and they were there for me. After filling out the usual online order details, the driver was able to pick up my car the very same day - very friendly service, and just all around a nice guy. Since I wasn't sure when exactly I was going to be at my new house, he kept in frequent contact to make sure we could have an effortless hand-off. He arrived while my movers were moving my stuff into my house, and, after making sure I checked the car for any issues (there were none), a quick signature later and he was on his way.

Booked transport for a vehicle from AZ to PA. Verified the holiday wouldn't interfere with the 6-8 days shipping time and was assured the holiday would not cause delays. Raptor Auto Transport was assigned carrier confirmed to pick-up on Sat 7/1 - no call, no show. Nothing on Sunday either, sent an email to Roadrunner late Sunday. An entire holiday weekend wasted waiting for a driver that never showed.

It worked perfectly. I was worried because it's very difficult to get to talk to them, but the car arrived safely and without delays. They called me to inform when the driver was about 3 hours from the delivery address and it worked well. At least my experience was good.

This experience was beyond my expectations. Road Runner shipped my car from Florida to North Carolina in 1 day. My advice would be to plan accordingly. I chose to have my car shipped early so that once I landed in North Carolina my car would be waiting for me! The driver communicated with me the whole time! Any delivery or pickup dates they provide are an estimate and will be changed without telling you. Despite a later-than-anticipated pickup, truck made it safely and without damage to its location. I was told that I could add luggage to the vehicle, as long as it didn't obstruct mirrors - I was subsequently charged $150 extra to the driver and given the late pickup I was unable to rectify the situation.

When I purchased a new vehicle from a dealership in Florida and shipped it with RoadRunner Auto Transport, I selected Road Runner for a few reasons. #1 Lots of 5-star reviews, #2 Veteran-owned (I'm a Veteran, too, and I like to support other Veteran-owned companies), #3 The final price was reasonable (definitely not the cheapest quote), even after the price was increased $135 over my quote. I declined Road Runner's optional insurance, because I have auto insurance that covers catastrophic loss (damage from hail, weather, fire, theft, etc.) while in shipment. The dealership had the vehicle ready to go for pickup. When the vehicle arrived to me in California, the driver backed the vehicle off his truck damaging the driver's side mirror. Then, he claimed the damage was pre-existing on my new car at the time of pickup. I can't believe the driver lied!

The representative kept recommending that I spend an extra $100 to buy insurance to protect the car "from accidents beyond our control." I did not buy this insurance.

This was the most reasonably priced, and they quickly arranged for the transportation of the vehicle with pickup within the limited window I was available and delivery just 2 days later. The pick up of my car was frustrating because it was not picked up on the date that I set up, nor was there any communication letting me know that the company was going to be late picking up. There should be some kind of communication at all times, even if it’s a holiday, to keep customers in the loop. Or perhaps, don’t let customers schedule during a holiday weekend if there isn’t anyone available to speak with on the phone or in the online chat.

It was very quick to schedule the service to transport my car. They did it quickly and smoothly. Had no issues. Car looks great. They were very accommodating as well. I wasn’t able to meet them for drop off and he just took pictures and sent them to me. Would highly recommend!

You didn't update your tracking. I didn't know if the Jeep had been picked up by RR or stolen! I had no idea where the jeep was till 2 pm the next day, It did show up that evening. The drivers were very nice, polite and helpful. Jeep was not damaged in travel.

Delivery from old address to new address was extremely quick and all communication with the driver was perfect, quick, and efficient. Great experience overall and car was delivered in great condition from original address to new address. No additional feedback available to provide based on this experience at this time.

The experience with RoadRunner was one of a kind. They kept me up to date on when the car was going to be picked up. I got nervous when the day was approaching, and called. Customer service rep couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Not only was my car picked up earlier than expected, the driver was very nice and was able to accommodate my schedule to sign for the delivery. Will definitely use service again.

This was the most worst experience ever and the most stressful and anxiety driven. What Roadrunner Transport are promised with my car the carrier UKR elite auto carrier that was supposed to pick up my car and then the money order was made out to them but UKR Elite BOOKED my car off to a third-party lumen car which I had no idea even occurred until I got a phone call that my car was on the way to me and when I went downstairs to pay the gentleman with the money order he wouldn’t take it. He says that’s not my company. I’m not UKR Elite which RoadRunner hired to transport my vehicle.

Everything went smooth. Delivered early. Would like to have a little more information with the order. Things like Can I leave a box or two in the car. Also how the pick up and drop work would have saved me a phone call or two.

Our truck was picked up as expected but not delivered as promised. The driver called us stating that he could not deliver it to the address we provided because the streets in Siesta Keys are too narrow - that part is understood - and that the only choice was for us to pick it up June 2 at the main office. We arrived from New York at 9:30 pm on June 1st to the rental home. We had no way to go anywhere to get food and we had no clothes. Our luggage was in the truck. The morning after we called the main office and we were told that someone could have driven the truck to the house the night we arrived but THE DRIVER had told them that we had decided to pick it up the morning after. So… 30 dollars later paid for the taxi ride we got our truck at the main office. Other than that the truck was in good condition…. No complaints about that.

Our driver, Ovi was professional and expedient. He was flexible with his pickup timing and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond by sending updates when I requested them. He seemed to have a very good understanding of the cars he was carrying. I felt comfortable knowing he was going to take care of my car as if it were his own. Outstanding work by an outstanding driver.

The process was quick and easy. Transporter made the pick-up and delivery of a 2009 Maxima from New Jersey to Florida as promised. Received good communication from driver the day before delivery notifying the time vehicle was being dropped. He was there and unloaded vehicle with no issues. I needed to send a car to my son in Virginia. I went online and saw the RoadRunner ad and called them. I got a competitive price and booked it. I called on 3/11 to bookcar-on 3/14 they called back with a pickup date of 3/18 and a delivery date of 3/22. That is exactly what happened -car picked up 3/18 and delivered actually late 3/21. Safe and sound as promised. If you need to ship a vechicle I would highly recommend roadrunner to arrange your transportation and delivery. Absolutely the most unprofessional company. Very good at 1st to get quote. They text you, email & are on it. Once you book.. forget it.. You will NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT AGAIN. They will literally kick you away on calls to automated & hang up. I tried 9 different numbers, called from 2 different phones, wrote emails, nada. I'm about to call my bank to cancel. I recently had to have a vehicle transported from Florida to Sacramento California at last minutes notice, I Googled it RoadRunner came up. I called them and with no hassle no issues at all. They set it up, they gave me a great quote, that was it.. The next day I got a message that a driver accepted it. They gave him my information. He was in contact with me. Very nice. Showed up when he said he was going to show up, picked up the vehicle, got it to Sacramento safe and sound. No issues. Car was fine. They showed up on time for an easy pick up and the car reached its 2100 mile destination a day earlier than expected. The driver was very thorough and the dispatcher and driver kept us updated. I would use them again.

I hope the driver would show up earlier than 9 pm but it didn’t. I would think twice before I make a recommendation because it seems there is no limit on the charge. It is very unsettled when one doesn’t know how much it would eventually be charged.

I had been preparing for the possibility of needing to move my daughter's lifted 4x4 Tahoe from Medford, Oregon to Southern California for a couple months. When I made the initial inquiries of transport companies, Roadrunner was quick to respond, and continued to periodically followup, but not harassingly. Then abruptly I needed them. I called, they honored the quote from a few months earlier, and picked up the vehicle the next day. In less than 24 hrs after the pickup in Medford, Oregon, the vehicle was in my driveway in Southern California. I appreciated the text messages on pickup and delivery status. Roadrunner was great, the price was reasonable, and their customer service was spot on. They took a load off my shoulders when I needed them.

Tell your Roadrunner agent not to hang up the phone from the customer. Learn from Japanese people how to conduct the business. Japanese worker bows and greet their customer when the customer is leaving or entering their store. In this case, The roadrunner male agent who called me about my car transport and asked me if I still want to ship my car. I said Yes, but I just want a quote first. He then hung his phone right away without saying a word. How rude is he? His call no. is **. Never and ever hang up the phone before customer. It's very very rude. Especially, the stores who call the consumers about their product. They will hang up the phone when you tell them You're not interest. Bad business conduct. Teach your employees how to respect customer. Otherwise, the customers like me will post bad reviews and note in his book not to do business with particular business.

Anthony ** treated me very rudely when I received a call back for an online quote. He became aggressive once I mentioned I was waiting on other quotes and asked why it would take so long since their quote is instantaneous. Which by the way was not correct, $1245 on the initial email but $1351 when he called. Providing incorrect estimates will probably increase the speed at which they are generated. He asked why I was shopping around and was price a concern. I said, of course, I would like the best price. He became condescending and frustrated and abruptly hung up.

Delivery was faster than what I was quoted for. I just wish I had confirmation the vehicle was picked up prior to the driver texting me he’s 2 hours away. He was very friendly and handled my car with care.
