    I booked Roadrunner transport after reading the good reviews. Long story short since you read my whole story on Trustpilot is They bait and switched my price at last minute. Transport was supposed to take 2 days took 5. Had zero communication from them the whole time, I had no idea for days where my car was. They state on their website they have 24/7 tracking so you can see where your car is which is false and does not exist.

    I did finally get my car in good shape. I emailed, text called them dozens of times during and after the delivery. No answer, no response back, nothing! A couple days after I got my car I think I got an email or text telling my car had been delivered. Their website also pretty much says they are not responsible for anything that happens to your car and that they try to take care of things in good faith which is also not true! Basically you pay them and you get your car some time. Even after my review on another site they gave the typical not our fault not our problem response, did nothing to try to make the whole transaction fair or any reimbursement for the change in price they charged me, I should have disputed my visa transaction with them for poor service.

    They deserve NEGATIVE five stars. Do NOT waste your time with this company. This isn't a legitimate car transport company. They're a middleman that takes your money, hands your car off to a random carrier, and then completely checks out. There's no accountability, no coordination, and no real service. They gave me a 6 day delivery window, yet it took 13 days to get my car delivered, with zero meaningful communication the entire time. You are left in the dark, trying to track down your own car because they clearly can't.

    Their tracking system is a joke. It's completely useless, just like their staff. It shows a route on a map with no real updates whatsoever. Even when I provided updates, they didn't even bother to reflect it on their own tracker. When you ask for updates, it becomes obvious that they don't even know where your car is. Responses are vague, inconsistent, or nonexistent. There is no actual visibility or control over the shipment.

    Trying to contact them is another dead end. Their website claims they're open until 7pm, yet every time I called after work, they were closed. When they do "provide" you an update, you get hit with a no-reply automated email full of NOTHING. Communication between them and the actual carrier is nonexistent. I had to reach out to the carrier constantly, and it was clear they weren't receiving updates from RoadRunner either. The entire process is completely disconnected and poorly managed. And of course, once you've paid, they disappear. No followups, no status checks, no support. Nothing.

    Because of their delays, I had to rely on Ubers for a week, which added unnecessary expenses on top of an already frustrating experience. I requested a partial refund to help cover costs, and they refused without hesitation. This company is disorganized, unresponsive, and completely incompetent at managing even the most basic aspects of their service. Today's word of the day is USELESS. It's RoadRunner's mission statement and core value.

    Terrible experience.... Contacted them three weeks in advance and still did not pick up vehicle when needed... Had to leave car in parking lot and go to state we were moving to and was not delivered until three days later... If you can contact a driver directly skip these rude, unprofessional con artists altogether because they will do a last second price increase on you... extra 200 for us... making it 800.00 for a 300 mile trip.... They were absolutely the worst thing about our move.

    Roadrunner took forever to call me about my son’s jeep. He passed away and I was trying to be patient with this company. I’ve hired someone else to pick the load up. I canceled RoadRunner and now my son’s jeep is still on some nationwide board! Take my son’s jeep off that board right NOW! I will be calling my lawyer in 24 hours. Let’s fix this now!

    Stay away from this company; they took my money as soon as I agree to use them; three weeks before they schedule to pick up the vehicle. On the date they supposed to pickup my truck, no one show up and when I call them, they said they don't have a carrier to pickup my truck and they are trying to find one. They said the date they gave me originally was only an estimate and there is no guarantee of when the can get pickup or drop off at the new location and that I just need to wait until when they find a carrier; They told me that is the way this business works.

    Where do I start? How about with the reason I selected RR? They have decent reviews and offered 24/7 tracking. 24/7 Tracking: Unfortunately, the claim of 24/7 tracking is a blatant misrepresentation of what they actually provide. When I saw “24/7 tracking”, I assumed I would be able to track my car’s 7-8 day journey as it moved from MA to ID. Wrong! Their online tracking shows only a few key points in the journey: when the order is accepted, when a carrier is selected, when the car is picked up, when it is en route, and when it is estimated to be delivered. That’s it. For the 10 days between when my car was picked up and (finally, 3 days after the estimated date) dropped off, there was zero tracking and (despite several inquiries) zero communication. Rating: F.

    Communication: They do not communicate with customers on a timely, proactive basis. No updates at all unless you reach out to them. And when you do reach out, expect long hold times and rude, uncaring individuals on the other end. My car sat without any carrier selected for over a week. When I called to inquire, I was told “That’s just how it is.” Rating: F. Quote increase: I had initially requested an enclosed carrier, but after getting no movement, and no input from RR after more than a week, I called and changed to open carrier, hoping it would speed things up. It did, but my initial quote for an open carrier jumped by $400. Really? Rating: F.

    Incredibly poor communication with their broker, Lana. I was assigned a driver to pick up my motorcycle in Washington for delivery to Pasha port in San Diego. Pasha requires the bike be on a skid. I asked how to complete this part of the requirement. I was told by the driver that the storage lot for Pasha in San Diego will take care of it. Definitely not the case!!

    BEWARE of this broker!! They knew the storage lot didn’t do skids anymore but did not communicate that information to me nor to the driver that works for them. This caused an early morning scramble to find a solution as the Road Runner broker, Lana, would not help me and only made excuses blaming Pasha, me and their driver. Super sketchy way to squeeze the customer for unnecessary expenses.

    Bait and switch. Terrible. The reply I got from Zack ** when I told him this was bait and switch. Actually I do know what the word quote means.... If the price were to change then it would be called an estimate, not a quote. "Do you know what the word quote means? It means an "ESTIMATED" price of a job or service."

    Don't trust this company. I booked a transport. A driver was waiting for hours for this company to do their paperwork then they cancelled the driver for no reason then they stopped returning my calls and when they finally did return my call the lady was rude and hung up on me. Not a professional company at all. Do your business elsewhere.

    The worst experience ever! RoadRunner had my car for 17 days! Picked it up on 1/17 and finally delivered on 2/2. Original delivery date was 1/24. Never got it. Called all weekend but Roadrunner doesn't have anyone answering phone on weekends. Called Monday to find out where my car was. It took them over 4 hours to get back with me. I don't think they knew where my car was. Then it was going to be delivered on 1/31, truck broke down. Once again no one updated me with information on the delivery. I actually filed a police report since I didn’t know if my car was stolen. Finally my car was delivered on 2/2.

    Please do your research before booking with this company. I requested a quote on January 12, 2026, to make a long story short I'm still waiting for my vehicle to be transported and delivered. Received their quote only for them to add another $100 to the price. Horrible and very RUDE customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

    They are criminals and fraudsters. They never picked my calls after I made payment and when they responded I requested that they cancel my quote because I was no more interested in doing business with them which they did. Prior to this I submitted a copy of my drivers license and details of my debit card to them. What happened next was 10 unauthorized charges from California and Arizona on my debit card, about $750. Cancelled my card and reported to the Federal Trade Commission to monitor my identity for me. Do not give them any business whatsoever, they are fraudsters. He had a Spanish name. Their number is (888) 777-2123 and their email is billing@v2logistics.com. Take my advice if you do not want to be scammed.

    I booked my car with Road Runner Auto Transport to transport it to Florida, months in advance, but when the time came to pick up the car, they were a no-show and no message from the company. After a 20 minute wait to customer service I was assured my car would be picked up the next day, but with a caveat… $400.00 more than was on my contract! Also, I wouldn’t have use of my car for one week longer than what they profess on their website of 3-5 days delivery to destination. When I complained about this to customer service, he hung up on me. I called again got the same guy and he hung up again. Refused to talk to me. This is the classic bait and switch. Don’t trust the “great reviews”. Stay away from this company!

    Bait for lower price and switch to higher price day before pick the up which was not on the day of pick up as agreed. I booked with RoadRunner for my daughter car a month earlier to avoid the scams and games the transport companies play, I trusted RoadRunner's websites but I guess it’s all fake reviews, unfortunately RoadRunner transport raised the price a day before pick up the vehicle in non apologetic manner but instead with attitude of take or leave it because they know I was on their mercy as my daughter school situations. Please be aware of the fake positive reviews instead visit consumer feedback websites.

    I will say companies like this give the industry a bad name. I had a car towed a few states away 3 years ago. I was lucky to find an independent driver with a truck and a single trailer in tow on social media. It went smooth. Since then I notice so many brokers. Some of them have 2 - 3 different business names all for the same company. It's gotten very seedy. I noticed most I looked into are based in Florida, 'nough said. Once I booked with this company, it was the one and only time I spoke to a human. The 'update' was dormant for days. I booked 5 days before the pickup date for a reason - we were going away the next day. We had to jump the car 2 days before pickup bc it sat a few months.

    Up to the day of pickup, the car was dead again and I had no way to jump it. I called, sent texts and every other way to inform them of the unexpected issue and to ask what time pickup will be. I called and spoke to numerous 'kids' who quickly sent my call to another line where no one answers, while they wait for the next 'hot' commission call. Totally unprofessional. I would never recommend this company. I also learned there are brokers who work together and split commissions also. So be aware. Finally, be advised they want your credit card info upfront (red alert). They should contact you when the driver is on the way to get cc info. The kids must be too lazy to make an extra call to the customer.

    This is one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. First off they gave me a quote and confirmed it, then at the last second boosted the price by well over 100 dollars claiming it was out of their control. Then when it came time to pick up my car they went MIA. No driver, no pickup location and no time. I waited ALL DAY and called well over a dozen times and could not get in touch with a single employee. Their customer service is a complete joke and this company is as close as you can get to a scam. I absolutely do not recommend these people.
