PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They 100% bribe people for good reviews with a $20 QT gift card. There's not enough room for me to write everything these people have done & caused me. I'll do my best to summarize: In June I financed a 2015 Volvo XC60 T5 that I have since legally & formally revoked acceptance after I was subjected to 7 (failed) repair attempts across 3 different shops totaling 36 of 68 days of ownership that I was without my car. They did provide an unsafe loaner vehicle that I was pulled over for 1 headlight and 1 tail light not working. Not to mention that the car kept overheating. During the 32 days of actual possession I had to add 6 quarts oil to the 2.0L 4-cyl engine. Meaning it burned through it's entire capacity 5.7 quarts plus some.

Come to find out, this is a known, documented piston ring failure that Volvo offered extended warranties for. (Mine was just passed the extended warranty period.) On top of that the car would start to feel like it was going to stall like it was out of gas when at a complete stop. Eventually it did stall out (yes there was plenty of gas). I was in the middle of an intersection waiting to turn left. The car died & lost all power so I couldn't even turn on hazard lights. It took a full light cycle to regain power and start again. They claim this is the auto start/stop feature despite the fact that the feature is disabled when temp is over 86F. They don't use ASE certified shops unless you have a purchased warranty that's covering the repair.

The implied warranty is what applies here but they tried to push it on to my purchased warranty telling me that the implied warranty is expired. (Not true.) Eventually they offered to refund or replace the car. I found a suitable replacement, they told me they were "working on it" (reworking the loan) while I sat >n the lobby for over 5 hours before they told me they need another 4k & my payments would increase 37% ($489) & double the term length w/o extended warranty. Not falling for their bait & switch scheme (8/5/26), I asked for refund of my $2,500 cash down & 1st payment.

Mind you, they had already offered to refund this. I was told I had to go through arbitration for the refund they already offered. Westlake Financial has now wrongfully & illegally repo'd the car from their lot. Despite being properly & legally notified of the situation & status; which requires everything to pause pending resolution. I have contacted AG Office, CFPB & others to help resolve. This is still ongoing.
