They were able to give us a loaner vehicle.

My boyfriend purchased a truck from Mobile Luxury Motors but all our paper work was from Dean Mitchell Auto mall in January of 2024. He had it for 6 months. Then Omar called him in June of 2024 saying he needed to take the truck to Hattiesburg, Ms because the vin needed to be cleared from the truck being reported stolen. We did not want him to take the truck because we did not know where he was taking it. We were advised to contact the Alabama state inspector. The inspector came and verified the truck was still reported as stolen. The city of Mobile had to impound the truck. Now the truck has been in Mobile Police impound for 3 weeks still on hold.
Omar has been absolutely NO HELP. He only offered to give us a loaner car if we put it on our insurance which is not right at ALL. The finance company contacted Andy at dean Mitchell auto mall and told them that we had the truck back and that he gave us a loan car which is totally not true. Omar was upset we called the police but we never did. The truck also has had a tone of expensive mechanical items which they have refused to help with even though Omar sold us a warranty that doesn't even cover anything. They will not even pay the tow bill to the impound yard. I strongly advise to NEVER buy a vehicle from here because it could be stolen and they will not help you with any problems regarding the vehicle.
